Well I Have been staying here for 3 months now and the staff is alright and the regular suite with stand up showers are good but if you get the king suite with the tub the shower is terrible with no pressure. I wanted to change the shower head pay for it myself and have it installed but they said NO! It is unfortunate because a good shower is a deal breaker for me especially when you have to have like a 40min shower just to get clean I guess will see the next time I have to come work in Brooks.

I had a wonderful stay at this motel in April with a group of friends. , the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel that we are at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall property was quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed the early morning breakfast. There was a great variety of options available including hot breakfast like waffle, sausage, eggs, bunch of fruits, juices, and everything was fresh, well-prepared. Overall, the property was well maintained and we had a very pleasant experience and were impressed by the hospitality. We are coming again in summer.

Great hotel to stay, Tempting lobby music, affordable price, Clean and newly renovated rooms. Experienced amazing sunset view. Had good sleep 😴 Moreover, Staff is professional, helpful, and very sweet. Always ready to offer help:)

I stayed in November for a training course. I booked online based on the star reviews. Ironically I had stayed at this hotel back in 1997, so was looking forward to seeing if it was better. During check in I discovered that I mistakenly booked an accessible room, but the desk had no problem putting me in a different room. I will say this hotel was very clean, I'm glad the second room had two beds because the first night on the first bed was rough. Second night on second bed much better. My main disappointment was the breakfast in the morning. The three small serving warmers had the typical bagged scrambled eggs, sausages and cubed potatoes. I had all three the first morning and I swear it was leftovers from two days prior. Stale and dry. Thank goodness on the same property is a Denny's, so I had breakfast there the rest of the week. The rooms also had doors leading out to the hallway and out to the parking lot which was handy. Location was decent, close to the highway. I would stay here again, but would probably avoid the breakfast.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Check in was easy. Room had two exits one to outside and one to the inside of the hotel. Looks like the hotel was just built as everything was new. Bathrooms are great and the bath/hair products are terrific, including the hair dryer. Our bed was great and the linens were cleans and crisp. (Special thanks to house keeping)! Air conditioning was nice and quiet. Breakfast was generous with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle station, yoghurt, muffins, toast, juice, coffee/tea (available 24/7) etc. Perfect for a one-nighter. Not close to downtown but Denny's was just across the parking lot for a convenient dinner.

Cleaning compound fumes in the air of our room caused my wife enough discomfort that, had we not been booked for only one night, we would have refused to stay. The sheets of synthetic material rather than cotton added to our discomfort. And the shower of the accessible bathroom leaked.

The hotel is basic but comfortable and functional. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good overall. The staff was efficient and friendly. The wi-fi was excellent. The hotel, like many motels, is located near a road junction and a gas station. The view isn't particularly beautiful, but this does not significantly impact the quality of the stay. Very good value for money.

Hard black beetle bugs were in the room, we killed several. Also flying ants inside some live and some dead in and out of the room. NOT good. Breakfast ok.

The staff are absolutely the sweetest around. There is no elevator to second floor so the front desk graciously offered to help us and as soon as we came downstairs , they were quick to offer again to help with our bags. Continental Breakfast.

The lobby was beautiful and inviting , the staff were very helpful and the rooms were super clean as it had been redone …there was a free hot breakfast which was great ….would definitely stay here again if I'm ever through Brooks ….you won't be disappointed!!

We didn't know what to expect as we had never stayed at a Surestay hotel before. We were pleasantly surprised. The room wasn't fancy, but it was super clean and well set up. The bed was comfy, and there was a free hot breakfast. what else could you ask for? We had a great sleep.

It was a beautiful hotel at fair price! Rooms are beautiful and very clean, bed was super comfy, pillows were nice and fluffy. Breakfast was delicious, and coffee was excellent. Would definitely book again on our next trip. The staff was very professional and very helpful. Would give it more stars if I could.

Ticks all the boxes! Close to the highway, but not so close you hear traffic noise from your room. Gas station, restaurant and bar right across the parking lot. Appreciated the higher toilet seat and heated, lighted mirror in the bathroom. Very clean and updated. Staff friendly. Breakfast had the usual high carb muffins, bread, toaster waffles, yoghurt, very pleased to find scrambled eggs, sausages, fried potatoes in the morning. Absolutely would stay here again.
