Great location. Easy access and phenomenal longe/restaurant. Usually have no issues here Last trip was the only annoying one Room wasn't ready Dirty floor in bathroom. Toilet was extremely low and no extra toilet paper. Dirty windows and the ac lagged cooling the room usually it freezes you out

The hotel was very good in accommodating our family group. The pool area was very much enjoyed by all and the breakfast area was perfect for gatherings. The rooms were clean and the beds extremely comfortable.

Rooms were clean, good amenities, quiet. All the staff were very helpful with our group and responded to our requests very quickly. One of the rooms (there were 5 of us) had an AC unit that wasn't working properly, and they moved him immediately.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was very nice. We had dinner in the lounge which was good. Breakfast both mornings was excellent with a variety of items to eat. Check-in/check-out was easy.

Excellent time! We went with 15 friends and all of us had a great time and experience. not the first time here, great restaurants in very short distends. Was able to walk to these restaurants. Wil stay here again!

The room was very neat and clean. Bed was very firm with all good quality sheets and pillows. I enjoyed the water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was super, enjoyed thoroughly, neat, clean and managed well.

We had a wonderful stay! The ground and property were very neat, rooms clean and staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel was situated between beautiful mountains and located close to restaurants and shops.

Overall appearance and cleanliness was great. Although next to a couple busy highways, it was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I really like that their checkout time is noon and not 10:00 or 11:00 like most other hotels. Many great restaurants and landmarks within walking distance of the hotel as well.

Rooms have been renovated. Better lighting, and new furnishings. Pleasant room. Breakfast is back after Covid shutdown! Would like the option of an English Muffin. They did stop giving a free drink coupon at checkin.

The hotel has been updated. The beds are very good (comfortable) and the staff is helpful when needed. The breakfast was good but limited due to COVID. The lounge and restaurant is not something you get at most hotel. It makes a difference! We will be back.

very good valued price place and centrally located in Bradford Pa, has a swimming pool and fitness center along with a lounge for quick food at night, walking distance to downtown Bradford, restaurants, shopping, CVS and the Zippo factory.

If traveling through Bradford PA I would definitely put this first on my list, a little pricey for the area but close to major roads and a cute town to explore. Close to restaurants, may I suggest Beefeaters an old library converted into a restaurant with a comfort menu very charming. Don't be deceived by the outside the rooms are very nice.

Convenient location, clean , having 2 set of elevator makes it easy as well, plenty of room for breakfast time consider space and covid 19, I don't have per but they are pet friendly . there is a lounge on the site, breakfast was clean and neat.

Hotel is clean and updated. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool area looked very nice and well maintained. Had business in the area and Best Western was a good option for us because of their rewards program and reasonable rates.

Very clean hotel but clogged bathtub and a toilet that wasn't bolted down. Having one of the doors in the room going straight out to the pool was nice. Best part of the stay was breakfast. There was a wide selection of food and the attendants were very accommodating

Very clean, attractive and comfortable accommodations. Friendly and quick service. Close to major roads and within walking distance of downtown Bradford and restaurants. Very important to me - they are very Pet Friendly!

Except for the weather being uncooperative. It rained the whole time we were there. Everything went well. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Room service was great. Everything was clean and all questions were answered.

Great stay except for bag breakfast and my gluten free issue (bag due to COVID) No early breakfast places in the area. Only one we could find opens at 11am. Maybe during this COVID time the front desk could provide some suggestions in the area at check in if any. I honesty did not think to ask them.

The outside of the hotel looked more like a motel but once inside it is quite nice. The lobby area has recently been renovated and the rooms were mostly upgraded as well. Room was clean. They still had breakfast during COVID lockdowns but they were bagged up to go. Rates were affordable and overall a good value.

Checked in on 10/23 after a 5 hr plus drive from Philly. My wife and I have stayed at several Best Western Plus locations. I have no idea how this location got a Plus added. First, my wife and I have never had the experience of being given room keys to an occupied room. Thankfully, when we entered there was no one there, but the bed had been slept in, tv was on, trash in the cans, and used towels on the floor. The halls are filthy and smell like cigarettes and marijuana. The halls haven't been vacuumed in a week or more. The elevator floors have vomit, what looks like milk drops or something similar. Elevators also smell of cigarettes. The second room we got had so much dust on the surfaces you could paint a masterpiece. I had to take a towel to wipe the dust off the TV screen. We found a sock on the floor. I'm sorry, but aren't we facing a pandemic? This doesn't meet the basic cleaning requirements much less a "We Care Clean" program. The sheets and towels have an odd scent to them. It feels almost like they're powdered after washing? My wife had an allergic reaction to whatever cleaning solution you're using or powder that is used. I asked to speak to a manager on Saturday 10/24 as we got in late Friday night. The front staff refused to allow me to speak to a manager. She stated that a manager wasn't available on weekends... I'm sorry but I've never stayed in any hotel that you can't connect with management. I wasn't really given any apologies, offers, or options for discounts etc. I've worked as a Hotel clerk and never refused anyone to speak to a manager.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. While the initial room you were given was not an occupied room, it was a room that had not been serviced by house keeping that day. As we discussed at the front desk on Sunday, this is unacceptable and we apologize profusely for this situation. I am available 24-7, 365 days a year for our staff to reach out to me with any guest concerns that come up while I am out of the office and I am sorry they did not reach out to me. I will be discussing this with the staff directly. However, I am glad we were able to speak in person on Sunday and go over all of your concerns. I do hope that you will reconsider and give us another opportunity in the future.

My husband and I enjoy staying at Best Western Plus. We actually look for these hotels because they seem to offer the best in Hotels stays for us whether its for business or pleasure. This one however should be ashamed to be called Best Western plus! The first room, they gave us was already occupied, and they laughed it off like its a normal occurrence.The second room, the room was dusty, the sheets and towels smelled horrible. This is horrible. It was late so we stayed the night and during the night. I had an allergic reaction. We told the front desk we needed a manager. Their response was there isn't a manager on weekends. We told them the issue and asked for the room to be deep cleaned. We went out and came back hours later to a cleaner room... but they don't know how to deep clean a room. The floor boards and around the furniture were still dusty. The bedding and towels still smell. They smell like old lady perfume and powder that is old. I explained it to the front desk. They said its the laundry soap and they don't have anything else to use. So now I can't take a shower and dry off due to the smell setting off my allergies. I have to wait til I get home. I also won't be able to sleep in the bed due to the smell. Oh and if you are allergic to citrus.... good luck. Everything is in citrus from soap to shampoo. They don't even have regular soap. I will Never stay here again. They need to take the Plus off their hotel. Worst stay ever!

I am so sorry that you did not have a great stay with with us. I spoke in depth with your husband on Sunday about the issues you experience, and I do hope we came up with an acceptable resolution. I am very sorry you were sensitive to our laundry chemicals, which are all liquid. The hotel has been using the same chemicals for years and this is the first allergic reaction we have been notified of. We will check with our vendor to see what alternatives may be available. Again, I am sorry this was an unacceptable stay and wish that you may be able to change your mind and give us another chance to provide a quality guest experience in the future.

First impression from the outside not as good as the inside but all was good. Seems to be an older building with outside doors for room access. Inside lobby etc. is really nice. Room was good size & clean. Fitness rm. was open. Breakfast was a pre-bagged apple, danish, snack bar & water with yogurt & hard boiled egg available.

We stayed here for only one night. The hotel is very easy to find and does take precautions against Covid 19. We had a issue with our door, being unable to open it. The staff quickly took care of the problem. The room and bathroom were very clean. If you have no mobility problems, you can easily walk to the Main St. where there is a nice array of shops. There's not a lot to do in Bradford, other than the Zippo/Case museum. The Marilyn Horne Museum is closed. We did see the Kinzua Dam, and the Fall foliage was at it's peak. The trip up and back was just beautiful. All in all, it was a nice short get a way.

They do not test their guests' temperature as a precautionary measure at check in. They do not provide sanitizer contrary to their Expedia announcement. We saw a housekeeper not wearing a mask while working in a hallway. Not a very safe place to stay.

Went to Bradford to train. Using state rate stayed at the Best Western. My opinion of this place is that it is top shelf in all areas. The check-in was quick. The room was excellent. Nice décor, fridge, and microwave. Internet access was quick and efficient. I liked some of the little touches like a pressure bar on back of door that lets it close quietly. Tired of hearing doors bang in morning. They also had a small metal disk that allows you to cover up peephole for more privacy. Amenities in bathroom included two bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner, a shower cap, hair dryer. The soap and shampoo were a citrus variety that was really great (took one bar home so I could order it for me). One thing that amazed me was how quiet this place was. Could not hear another room or the elevator (thank goodness for that). I've stayed at more expensive places and the elevator dings, you can hear the inconsiderate individual in next room, etc. Not here. In morning the breakfast was top shelf as well. A wide selection from cereal to Danish and bagels to fruit and scrambled eggs (which were not runny and had no water in bottom of serving dish). They were dry and fluffy. There was also sausage and bacon as well. For the price, 85 dollars, 90 with taxes, in January, was not bad. They also had a bar/lounge where you can get drinks and some fast food meals without worrying about going out. I'd stay there again without thinking twice. Great value, 85 dollars, 90 dollars with the taxes in January, can't be beat.

Updated lobby (loved!!!) and hotel overall. Room size satisfactory for family of 4 and a puppy. Bathroom small and not ledge for personal hygiene products...small soap dish not worth the screw. Grateful for large fridge and microwave. Breakfast was awesome, with large selection of items. Pet friendly a plus. Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

I have stayed many times at this hotel while visiting my elderly mother. During my last stay, several toiletries disappeared from the room while I was out for the day. I raised my concerns with the front desk, but only got the response “we will look into it.” Although only toiletries were missing, I can no longer be confident to leave things in the room and will look to stay elsewhere on my next visit. It's a pity-I have stayed in numerous hotels and this has never happened.

This particular hotel went above and beyond when it comes to satisfaction, cleanliness and outstanding service from Check in to Check out. The Breakfast was kept plentiful and hot. The lounge was quite nice and the Food was very good.(Steak Sandwiches were excellent).

Nice older hotel that has been tastefully redone. Things I liked: -Big lobby area w/ the water vapor fireplace -Clean, modern looking rooms -Lounge/Restaurant area. Nice to have an eat in option -Closeness to other good eateries/town. Try the Bradford Brew Works a half block away! -large exercise area, however, a few machines are a little older, but still get job done. -Friendly staff - I like the fact the the lower floors have exterior and interior doors. Back your car to door...unload. Sweet. -Nice beds -Reasonable price OK Things: -Decent internet, depending on room location. -bathroom is a bit small, but its an old designed hotel, so that happens...but remodeled, so it's clean

Our first time in Bradford (had to check out the Kinzua Bridge) and Best Western is our Hotel of Choice because they are consistantly superior to their competiton in the same price category. This establishment exceeded that. It's an older building, but has received a recent extensive refurbish. Our King Suite was huge, spotless and cozy. The on-site restaurant/lounge is good for a quick bite, and a complimentary bar beverage is an added bonus. The complimentary breakfast also exceeded expectations. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Thank you for your loyalty to the Best Western Brand. It was our pleasure to host you for your visit to our area. There are quite a few things to do in the area should you travel through again. We have the Kinzua Skywalk, Zippo Lighter/Case Knife Museum, Eldred World War 2 Museum, Holiday Valley Ski Resort, Seneca-Allegany Casino, Allegheny Reservoir and recreation area, and the Kinzua Dam all within a short 20 minute drive. We hope to see you again.

The property has been rode hard, filthy carpets, linens and mattresses that seem decades old. I checked in at midnight only to find a room that stank of cigarette smoke and a filthy pair of shoes and open box of cereal left behind by the previous guest. Mattresses were covered with plastic that crinkled so noisily it was hard to fall asleep. In short, this place is a dump. I'd sleep in my car before staying here again.

We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have addressed the cleanliness issues with our housekeeping staff. In regards to your concerns with the quality of the property overall, we just completed a 2.5 million dollar renovation process which included converting to 100% nonsmoking rooms, new carpets, mattresses, linens, furniture, lighting and a complete renovation of the public areas. We do have one project left to complete and that will be new hallway carpet, which is scheduled early next year. We hope you will change your mind and give our property another chance in the future.

We were visiting Pennsylvania to visit some of the attractions in the Allegheny National Park. I read reviews on the Best Western Plus and it seemed to be an ideal place to stay. The hotel lobby and the room was very clean and well appointed. We liked the bonus of a free drink in the hotel lounge - beer, wine or a soft drink. We also appreciated that the amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) were made in Canada and not in China as provided by a lot of hotels these days. The buffet breakfast in the morning was really good with freshly cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. There was also a good choice of cereals, muffins, fruit and more. The only downside and not the fault of the hotel was that a group of men were drinking beer, smoking and making noise outside but close to our room. They stopped after someone must have complained. The hotel itself is completely non smoking but nothing to say that people shouldn't smoke outside so close to others' rooms. The rooms on the ground floor have doors that open up into the lobby as well as outside. There was one other issue and that was there was no greeting on checking out. The people at the front desk seemed to be distracted. They didn't ask how are stay was nor did they say "have a nice day" or "safe travels". There was no interaction except to give me the bill. I should note that after completing a survey, management said they would address our issue.

On our way to Canada we decided to stop overnight at Bradford. This was a good choice. The room was comfortable. Bath towels were large and soft. There was only one downside and that was a small bathroom which is usual in older hotels. And, staff was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed an extra perk, two drink tickets. So, we had a nice glass of house wine in the bar. The breakfast buffet was standard...scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, fruit, cereal, toast and yogurt. Restaurants are within walking distance. There is also free WiFi and parking.

Centrally located in downtown Bradford within walking distance of the historic district. Friendly staff, comfortable king size room with frig and microwave. The hotel has a bar and small restaurant. Bartender (and also the waitress) was very nice. We ate at the restaurant on our second night. Both my husband and I ordered the haddock and was seasoned nicely. We requested double veggies rather than potatoes however, our plates didn't seem to have a lot of green beans. Small salad included. Noise level in room was moderate to high......thin walls and traffic noise. Overall, a nice stay!

The rooms are clean enough, and comfortable. The beds are firmer than expected, but work. The check/in process and the staff in the lounge are fantastic. The only issue that I had was with checkout, due to an early evening meeting, I wanted to stay until 3PM, but the late checkout policy cost too much to be feasible. The front desk clerk was empowered to make decisions related to customer service, probably due to strict policy. The unintended consequence was that I had more time to visit shops, and attractions in the beautiful city of Bradford.

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your lodging needs. We are sorry our late check-out policy was not acceptable. We allow until 1:00pm with no charge, and a check-out between 1:00pm and 3:00pm results in a half day charge. Normally, we are able to be flexible, but our biggest issue was that we were sold out and needed to get the room ready for the next guest who had reserved it for that night. Our check-in time starts at 3:00pm. I hope you will accept our apology and possibly give us another chance to provide a great experience in the future.

We stayed here two nights 20/21 to attend a wedding in Bradford. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cd do with shower caps and extra bits. There was an amazing choice if breakfastcand very substantial portion size. Wd defo recommend.

This is a great hotel. The rooms have two doors. Our room had one door that opened to the hallway. The other door opened to the parking lot. This made it easy to park close to the room, unload and load luggage, and take our pet out without going through the hotel. There was six lamps in our room and each one had an electrical outlet. Nice size TV. Plenty of storage. My only small complaint was the bathroom was small. This made it hard for two people to be in there at the same time. Definitely 'Not' a deal breaker. Great hotel at a great price in the heart of the town of Bradford.

Stayed in Bradford to be close to kinzua bridge and park. Ended up being a great choice. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, and great price. Highly recommend. Lots and restaurants and stores in walking distance.

Hot breakfast always a plus. Pool was open. Though the nights were cool the pool really kept the little ones occupied. The rooms were nice. Really liked the extra room that you get with a King Suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This was a great hotel at considerably less cost than the Hamptons I usually stay at. Lobby and breakfast area were very nice, Room was large with good beds. Breakfast was better than the Hampton. Service was very good.. would definitely stay here again

I thought a lot about this, and then I got a email listing our last five bookings : Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Nice, Roissey-en-France, Olean, and Bradford. We get around. I mention this to give this review some street credibility. We were astonished the first night we walked into our room here. Subtle decor in the ever-so tasteful grey and silver tones. Spacious. Bed so comfortable I had the head of room service strip one so I could get one for home. On our second stay I booked the King Suite, it was enormous and so nice we almost stayed an additional night we enjoyed it so much. The interstate highway was under construction the night of our third stay, and we decided we'd rather sit in the hour-and-a-half traffic jam to get to Bradford than travel home the other way and stay elsewhere. The free drink tickets were a delightful surprise, and the breakfast array is the best included breakfast I've ever seen. All in all, just a remarkable place.

Other "guests" were loud, took chairs from pool area tables so none were left for seating others, ice machine was broken, ac couldn't keep up, could hear talking from next room thru vent. Staff was absolutely fantastic given the circumstances!

I am sorry other guests were inconsiderate and used all of the chairs in the pool area. We wish they would have recognized your need for the seating. While we did have an issue with the ice machine over the weekend, it has been fixed. As a temporary solution we were purchasing ice and refilling the machine by hand to provide ice for our guests. Our staff does an excellent job on a daily basis and thank you for noticing.

From the time we walked in, till the time we left, was treated great. Nice room with comfortable beds, tv and decor. T Great breakfast. Something for everyone. My 16 old son even made waffles for his younger siblings! That was a stretch for him! I

Customer service was nice when I booked the room. Entry way to hotel was crawling with spiders. I let the guy know at the front desk when checking in. He replied, "We can sweep them away but they will be back tomorrow." Thw room was modern, comfy and clean. There was a pool but we didn't have time to swim. The ice machines we not working. There were no fans in the restroom and the tub was clogged up. The continental breakfast was good.

This was a great stopover on our road trip. Checkin staff were very welcoming, the room was very clean, comfortable and decorated in a great contemporary style. The bed was very comfortable, there was no noise and I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good too. The town centre was a short walk away, and there was a great brewpub a couple of streets over.

It sounds like you enjoyed the beautiful town of Bradford and our hotel. We love to see comments like yours. It shows us that we are accomplishing our goal of superior customer service. When you come back in the future, our staff can assist you with finding some additional attractions or shops during your stay.

Slow elevator. Our room had no ac and this was discovered just before midnight. They offered to fix it, but it was late and we needed sleep. We got moved to a room that had an exterior door when we paid more for interior room. The room smelled of smoke, which caused breathing and allergy issues the next morning. How convenient that there was no manager around at check out to say anything to. I really do not understand how this hotel is rated number one in this town, then again clearly people aren't used to how things should be based on other reviews seen for this town. This stay made everyone in my group decide to never stay at another Best Western.

We are sorry there was an issue with air conditioner in your room. Unfortunately, we had to move you to a first floor room as that was the only room left available. We could have replaced the air conditioner in the original room but do understand the need for sleep. One thing I do want to comment on for you and any future guests is that we do not charge a higher room rate to get an specific room or location in the building. Our first floor rooms are priced the same as the second and third floor rooms. While I myself was not in the building at the time of check-out, the front desk staff is empowered to address all guest concerns. In this case, your reservation was booked through a third party as a pre-paid reservation, thus the front desk staff was not able to issue any type of refund. We would have to work with the third party as they were the ones who charged you directly. We hope you reconsider and give Best Western another chance.

Very friendly service and clean rooms. Nice amenities. Good breakfast. Good location. Rooms a bit dated but comfortable. Bathroom had no fan. Shower had good water pressure and water stayed hot but shower head could be better.

We were travelling home from a Ladies Oriental Shrine Of North America Convention which was in Richmond Virginia and stopped for the night. We asked for a floor on the lower level and were accommodated with this request. The front desk staff were friendly as well as the other staff we encountered. The rooms and cleanliness of this Best Western was excellent. Would certainly recommend this location to everyone.

Great stay for a Great Price. Very Clean and Friendly Staff. They gave you a complimentary cocktail in their Restaurant on site. For a small town this location was surprisingly Clean & Pleasant. I would recommend staying here to anyone traveling to the area.

Trip was last minute for buisness. I had no reservations. I was treated like part of the family. Checkin went smooth. Was told about attractions in the area. Desk clerk gave me an over view of Bradford.

Wonderful Motel. All staff very helpful and professional. Breakfast wonderful. Every thing in room was in brand new condition and all worked fine. The entire Motel was very clean and well cared for . I will stay here again

Loved it! Room was updated and clean. Shower pressure was better then my own home. Breakfast was a great selection, there was a lady keeping up after the breakfast the whole time. Speedy check in. Comfy bed. Bonus was a coupon for a free drink in the lounge!

Spent 2 nights here and loved every minute. The newly redecorated room was so comfortable. Kudos to your decorator! The rooms and the reception area were so well done. A few little turns off the highway you arrive to plenty of parking. The outside looks a little drab. But walk inside into the lobby and it is wonderfully done. Staff friendly, check in was quick and they were accommodating to our motorcycle with ground floor and parking right in front of the door. We stayed twice, on the way up and then heading back home. It is under renovation but that does not interfere at all. We stayed in unrenovated and renovated room. Both were comfortable but the upgrade was very nice. Restaurant and lounge on site but we did not use, should have. Not much of a food selection in immediate area. It was a almost 10 min. ride up to the next exit for different food and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Also noticed a very nice pool area. Had pretty much the standard breakfast with the exception of fried potatoes.

Room was clean, no unusual smells,non- smoking, felt safe. Fridge was large, tv worked, lights all worked. Shower was ok. Bed was comfortable. Couldn't completely shut the drapes & sheer curtains, so there was a slight gap where light came through, & you could see across the "street." Breakfast was very good...typical offerings, but the eggs tasted real not powdered, & bacon was cooked done not raw. Only small issues were that if you want a bottle of water after a hot day of being outside, you have to buy it out of vending machine...no free water for guests. Cost us $3 for 2 bottles that probably cost them 25 cents. Also, we were given 2 vouchers for a drink from the lounge (not to exceed $3). We never made it to the lounge so I gave them back when we checked out. How about taking $6 off our bill for not using them OR give us a few bottles of water!

The hotel had very nice rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. The full breakfast included was a big plus. The only negative was that even though this is a non smoking hotel, guests were smoking at the pool and out side the main entrance.

We knew this was oil country but didn't expect an oil slick all across the handicapped parking space. With it raining heavily we were afraid of falling. The check-in person was pleasant and efficient, and we were given a coupon for two free drinks in their onsite lounge. The room had multiple issues. 3 out of four lampshades had multiple cracks. We actually told the front desk at check-out so they wouldn't think we had done it. The beds were so high off the floor that you couldn't sit on them without your feet dangling, so you often found yourself sort of leaning against them. You had to hoist yourself up to get in bed. We did like the neck roll pillow they had. The toilet was very low and shimmed. All of the furniture had dings and damage. Our room was right next to the pool, which could be accessed by the back door of the room, so the fact that it was raining was probably a good thing in terms of keeping the noise down. The breakfast was OK. The only hot offerings were eggs and bacon, but they did have the average fare such as cereal, bananas, yogurt, and Danishes. We don't think we would stay here again.

We do want to mention that our breakfast has other hot items on it, such as waffles and oatmeal. While we provide fresh scrambled eggs everyday, we do rotate our other options, bacon, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. Again we apologize for the unsatisfactory stay.

The bartender who also stated she was the manager was one of the rudest people I have ever met. It really made a terrible experience at what appeared to be a nice hotel. She was the sole reason why our entire group went elsewhere to spend our money.

Outside of hotel looked dismal. But going through renos and my room was nicely done! Had wings from room service - they were spectacular. Breakfast was typical. Dining area very clean. Check in was professional and quick. Overall great stay.

We are happy we were able to provide a great stay! We are in the process of updating everything and still have some items to complete on the exterior when we are finished with the interior.

Coupons for a free drink upon registering. Friendly and informative desk clerk. For only a few dollars more, we decided to go with the jacuzzi room. It was a great decision. The room was clean and welcoming, the bed was firm and comfortable. It was the best night's sleep of our vacation. The breakfast had a nice variety of food and it was a nice way to start our day.

We are a very good stay. Our room was on main floor/inside towards pool. Very quiet and dark, just what we like. The king bed was very comfortable. Had a nice meal in the lounge area, prices were good. Breakfast came with our stay, also very good and lots to eat.

We stayed at this Hotel for one night after attending a concert. We were given a coupon for a free drink with our checkin and went to the bar/restaurant for my free glass of wine. Although a bit skeptcal because we were the only customers and there was one person bartending and serving food, the food was very good and so was the service. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast bar had a nice variety of food.

Very good service throughout our stay. The front desk allowed us to rework our reservation after we added a guest. The staff at the lounge, breakfast & housekeeping were all friendly & helpful. The rooms were simple but mostly clean. I say mostly because my friends had ants in their bathroom. The beds and linen were good, as were the soap & shampoo. Rooms exit from two sides: the hall & parking lot or hall & pool area. Overall, good value in the Bradford area.

This is about a 1/2 hour drive from the Kinzua Sky Walk which was great to see with the changing of the leaves, plus the history behind the destruction of the railroad bridge. It is also 1 hour away from Rt. 49 where the start of the Allegheny River begins as a trickle. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, and make your own waffle, plus the usual cold cereal, etc. Everything was great! They also gave us 2 tickets to redeem for a $5 drink at their bar. If you show your room key to the waitress at Beefeaters Restaurant, you get a free dessert.

Very modern and clean rooms. Spacious and comfortable beds and large bathroom. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast area fantastic. They have an elevator and it has a restaurant in the hotel. It is centrally located near the older section of Bradford and not far by car to several large shopping centers in Foster Brooks.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Included breakfast was good too...scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, waffles, oatmeal with toppings, muffins, juices etc. A few small things I didn't like were my toilet was a little wobbly and at times my bathtub faucet dripped. Lounge was ok place to get a drink but definitely could've used some music! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future.

This is a really good hotel. The hotel looked very nice. There is a bar inside and a free complimentary drink coupon was given. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The only issue with the one room was that you could smell the oder from having a pet friendly room next to it. Staff were very polite and kind. I would definitely staff at this hotel again. The atmosphere was very pleasing.

I had a funeral to attend the weekend of a Pitt game - so was surprised there was room at the “inn”. Bradford isn't huge, so I didn't expect the amenities I usually find in the major metro areas where I typically travel. This facility rivals any business accomodation I've experienced - period. The location is super - and it's close to local eateries, a grocery store, a gas station, and the Interstate. The room was spotless - and everything worked. To my complete surprise I had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and nice toiletries in the room. Time to take another look at Best Western!

Every time that I have stayed here it has been a great experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the upgrades are beautiful. I have stayed here numerous times. The first time I stayed was because I couldn't find anything closer to my son's college. After that it was my choice to go there and it is definitely not the closest to campus!

This was a BW Plus but it was average at best. The bathroom was extremely small, had to walk up against the toilet to close the door, the sink was low with a small bowl, the ceiling was very low with that old popcorn coating and the bath tub didn't drain well so we stood in water as we took our showers. Also, there were no outlets in the wall lights on either side of the bed or on the wall on either side of the bed for charging phones during the night. This has happened at the last several BW Plus hotels we stayed at so we'll probably not stay at one again.

While we have power stations in all of our guest rooms, on the desk in the kings and on the nightstand in the doubles, we are doing a complete renovation of the guest rooms in the very near future which will include new lamps that have the power outlets.

We came to visit Bradford to attend the annual car show. The hotel was great. The location was close to downtown so we could walk to the car show and local restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Water pressure in shower was overwhelming and the drain could not keep up. Nice bar and all hotel employees were very nice. Price was reasonable and plenty of free parking. We will stay here anytime we visit Bradford.

The staff was so amazing the entire stay. Megan was the most amazing staff personal I have ever met at a hotel and went way out of her way to make my stay one I'll never forget and neither will my girlfriend who the whole trip was for. They had granted all my special requests and Megan made sure everything was set up and ready by the time we made it there. Hotels like this one are one in a million and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bradford Pa area because I know I'll be back for another visit!

We try to stay at this Best Western every time we travel to Bradford. It is beginning to show its age a bit, but the staff are always great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food in the lounge is also pretty good, which saves the trouble of driving around town when you want to have a meal and a few drinks. .

This manager does not deal with issues and would not even come out at checkout to talk to me. This was the 3rd time I had issues with cleanliness and i reported each time but this manager does not take the time to talk to guest about it. It is our policy to make a manager available at any time to speak to a guest when they make the request. I spoke to our front desk staff and there must have been a misunderstanding as they asked if you wanted to see the manager but got the impression that you were just bringing it to our attention and were going to seek a response from the corporate office.

Highly recommend this facility. Entire staff were very professional and the breakfast was outstanding ( as well as the kitchen/breakfast staff). Will definitely come back. The Breakfast selection was excellent and everything was fresh. We had to travel an extra couple of hours to find a decent hotel. We couldnt locate anything from wellsboro until Best western in Bradford.I think its the only one with a nice outdoor pool as well. We would stay here again

This is another subpar Best Western but... it has a very awesome bar/restaurant in it. The rooms are much less to be desired, the gym, meh. There is an outdoor pool so make sure to go in the warmer months because they do not do ice skating in winter on it. In the heart of town with plenty to do within walking distance. Well, plenty is an over stretch because really no much to do in Bradford.

I reviewed this location in 2011 and did not review it in 2012. Our trip was made for a trap shoot at the Bradford Gun Club and many of my friends were also staying there. Reservations were made months in advance because this property stays pretty full during this time of the year. Check in was flawless and we had a perimeter ground floor room that allowed immediate access to your vehicle. I felt safe on the property even with it being close to a local neighborhood. The rooms were a little cramped and lets face it this is an older property. The beds slept great and the room was clean but the carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. The fan in the bathroom just did not do the job a bathroom fan needs to do in my opinion. The bar and breakfast area and the lobby have been modernized and the breakfast was great every morning and the attendants very helpful. Plenty of fresh food was available for all that made it to eat. I know there are other places to stay in Bradford but this is a place I am familiar with and it has never disappointed me or my shooting friends. I do know that one of my friends that smoked asked for a ground floor room and wound up on the third floor. I travel with a friend that has traveled extensively for business and he demands the best out of the properties that he travels to. As far as I know he had no issues with his stay except for the fan in the bathroom. If you are looking for a good, safe comfortable place to stay this is the place. We will be booking our return trip Lord willing for July 2018 and I expect we will rest well again at the Best Western Plus in Bradford PA.

Needed a place to stay overnight since I was taking a bus tour to New York state early next morning. Facility was clean and staff helpful but I could not obtain any cool or cold water from bathroom tap to take medication.

We are sorry you were not satisfied with our complaint resolution process. We will try to improve upon it in the future. We did inform you a the time of reservation, check-in and later during your stay that the rate that had been negotiated for your group was only valid for the three days of the group booking. We certainly appreciate you choosing to arrive a day early and are sorry that the rate was not available for the first day of your stay. The rate negotiated by your group required a minimum of 10 rooms to be valid for each day of the stay and since yours was the only room to arrive early, we could not extend the rate. Thank you!!

In my opinion, there is no competent management at this location. Errors from check-in (3:15 pm room not ready) to check-out (no record of our stay or receipt). Cleaning staff (supposedly) left their personal clothing in our room (why were they changing in our room?) and throwing out business expense receipts. They also charged our credit card in error for $199 -- they agreed to refund. Stay anywhere eles but here!

Stayed here with my son's baseball team. Good location, clean and safe. Everything is within walking distance for restaurants and the grocery store. They also have a nice sized pool. Would recommend especially for families with kids and travelling teams.

The hotel could have been in a closer position to Route 80 but overall it was a nice hotel. The breakfast was awesome on the service at breakfast was great. The desk staff did not look professional it did not meet my expectations when requesting information.

Stayed for one night. Bed was a bit hard around the edges and seemed initially like it would be uncomfortable but my husband and I slept fine. Room and bathroom looked a little worn but overall clean with everything we needed. Breakfast in the AM was simple but fine for our needs. Totally adequate hotel for a quick trip through Bradford. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value.

Every room that I have gotten has been extremely clean. The staff is so helpful with anything you ask for. I love coming to this hotel. They recently opened the pool which is sparkling clean. The breakfast is also great and it is included with the price.

I needed non smoking. In a do not reply email, the Tiny print in a confirmation said smoking. Assistant Manager ??? said he could not change the room and blamed the problem on third party booking. To wit, "We get this a lot on Third party Bookings". Changing motels was impossible.The maintenance man tried very hard to freshen the room and I bought 2 cans of air freshener. All to nought, Allergies won. Best Western became Worst Western.

It looked pretty uninspiring from outside but was ok enough inside. Air con in room is an outdated and bulky machine that was difficult to master. Breakfast buffet limited but ok on a budget. Clean enough and comfortable enough I guess.

Room was clean, internet worked fine breakfast was good lounge was very quiet no music pretty dreary atmosphere. Staff were all polite and tje bed was comfortable. The location was nothing fancy biggest problem was the bath tub backing up . I realy hate swimming while Im showering . But that maybe just me!

Thank you for mentioning the issue with the bathtub you experienced. We were able to adjust the bathtub spout to allow all of the water to redirect to the shower head instead of coming out of the shower head and tub spout. The issue has been fixed and we hope to see you in the future.

Staff exceptional. Only downside was could use an update. And had to walk through smoking rooms area to get to our room. I don't mind a little smoke but my clothes smelled by just walking down that corridor. Good value and very pleasant, helpful and professional staff. Friendly team.

When your primary function as a business is to provide comfort and a place to lie your head at night, you would think that would be at the top of your list of priorities. Unfortunately, this is not true for this hotel. A 'suite' room is listed as having a bed AND a pull out couch for sleeping. Unfortunately, they really should not consider their couches to be a suitable place to sleep. When approached at the front desk for a way to remedy the situation as we knew an extra room was out if the question due to a nearby college graduation, we were met with only insolence. NO, they would not provide a rollaway bed. NO, they would not supply pillows or blankets to sleep on the ground. And saddest of all, NO apology for miserable sleeping conditions with no discount on the room.They really seemed to care less! Very small bathrooms, too. So glad the whole experience is over!!

This is not a plu hotel. The beds are very comfortable, room was clean but towel few and not plush shower was so strong it sprayed onto bathroom door and had warped and peeled the bottom. Toiletries were lacking, no body lotion provided and I don't take my own but rely on hotel supplied product. Asked the cleaning staff for some thinking they had forgotten to leave but was told not provided?? When we checked out mentioned this and only then told they have at front desk, which did me no good after the fact. The Plus things are complimentary drinks and good food with reasonable prices and good service in The Lounge restaurant on site. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. This is an older hotel , room furnishings need to be updated as other parts of the hotel had been. Given price it was reasonable but should not be branded as a Plus location when it isn't.

Bed and pillows total luxury, clean comfortable room. The staff most courteous, helpful and pleasant. Have stayed there twice while visiting family and friends and recommend this place to everyone. I travel frequently and enjoy my stays at Best Westerns ever time.

I stay at this hotel several times a year. Always have a good experience but had issues with the bar staff this trip. This hotel provides a nice place centrally located in the middle of town. The price is right for the room.

Bottom line -- if service is important to you when staying in this area, you can't go wrong here. They bend over backwards to fix things when needed and make this a comfortable spot away from home. We've come in early....late....they always accommodate even a last minute need/change. Rooms are always cleaned during the day (the biggest problem with the horrible maid staff at the Holiday Inn) and they consistently keep things comfortable while you are there and strive to help. It's important to us, so we come back. Quieter too than the Holiday Inn location and people in the halls and very thin walls. Friendly, clean and consistent. Refreshing!

We booked this hotel from the road after a long day of antiquing. We were really just looking for a reasonably priced hotel to sleep for a few hours. The price was excellent and we had a fresh, clean room. The rooms are ample. It was single digits when we checked in and the heat was on in the room and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Towels fluffy and fresh. Bed was clean and very comfortable. The décor was fine. All in all very pleased for the great rate and accommodations. Check in was a pleasure with Jason. Prompt and courteous.

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to Niagara Falls from Washington, D.C. This hotel is right on the highway. Check-in was fast. They offered free drinks on arrival. There is ample parking. The complimentary breakfast was hot and very good. Rooms were nice and housekeeping was good. Overall a nice hotel.

I booked a mobility accessible room for 2 nights and am appalled at what is installed over the toilet to support a handicapped person. My husband says it's legal and it's bolted to the toilet but both arms jiggle and come up off the floor. Not safe in my opinion. The handicap room is in the farthest corner from the dining room so if we want breakfast we will have to drive to the front because the walk is too long for my husband. Furthermore, there are no laundry facilities available for the guest's use! UNBELIEVABLE!! The woman at the front desk is less than helpful and informed me there is no manager available other than M-F business hours. If we weren't 1,000 miles from home I would change our plans but unfortunately we are trapped for these two nights. Needless to say I will stay far away from this hotel and from Best Westerns in general in the future.

I am sorry your stay wasn't as expected. Our accessible rooms are located on the first floor in the first hallway off our lobby/restaurant. We also have wheelchairs available for guest use if the distance is too far to walk and our staff can provide assistance if needed. I am sorry the front desk attendant gave you the impression that a manager wasn't available. While we may not be on the property at all times, we are just a quick phone call away if needed. Impressive lobby entrance, clean rooms, friendly staff ...a great breakfast selection included..went back for a second night's stay after visiting nearby Smethport...would recommend to anyone visiting this area...especially enjoyed the convenience of a free drink and dinner after the scenic trip through upper New York coming from Canada on our first night's stay in Pennsylvania. Bradford is a great stopping location to explore!

Put a bottle of good European beer in the fridge hoping to have it after a day outdoors (we stayed for 2 nights). When I opened the fridge door in the evening, I found that the beer was gone! Obviously we double-checked everywhere. It was not misplaced by us, it was taken by someone. The only people who had access to the room during our absence were the hotel staff. I complained about the incident to the receptionist, who said they would forward the information to the manager. Next morning, nobody called me or showed up at the door. Finally I walked down and asked for the manager. The manager said he had asked people around and nobody confessed they took something from the fridge (of course they didn't!) and there was nothing he could do. No apologies were given. I must say we have traveled a lot staying at different kinds of hotels and this is the first time something was stolen from our room! I am not concerned about the value of the item. What bothers me is that some dishonest people work there and the management is not doing anything about it. Will never stay at this hotel chain again!

We are sorry for the unfortunate circumstances of your stay. I do however feel the need to clear up a few of the issues you mentioned. I did question our staff and also reviewed security footage prior to speaking with you in the morning and was not able to find any evidence. When we spoke concerning this situation I offered to call the police to investigate, replace the beer and to issue a discount on the cost of your room. I really wish there was more that we could have done for you. I really hope you can accept our sincere apology and that you will give the Best Western Family another chance.

This Best Western, a hotel chain that we stay in often, went a step above others. Besides the ample complimentary breakfast, we received coupons for complimentary drinks in the lounge. The hotel is located near the heart of historic Bradford, allowing walks around town to see all the beautiful old buildings and houses from the oil discovery days.

This area is rich in history from the early years of the oil industry as well as Zippo Lighters, and Case Knives. Thank you for staying with us and for the compliments. If you are in the neighborhood, the falls foliage will be at peak colors over the next week.

I was told that this hotel was recently renovated, but the rooms did not appear to be "new". There was a strong, musty odor in the room and I had to turn the A/C on in order to get some air in the room even though it was ~55 F outside. The shower filled up to my knees because the water was not draining.

The room was very clean, and all the amenities (microwave, refrigerator) worked well. I work on my laptop a lot, and the room I was in had two beds, a table and two lounge type chairs, but nowhere to comfortable work on my laptop. The front desk staff was professional and pleasant, and although I felt the room could have been updated, it was clean everyday, and I would recommend this hotel.

The staff and management at this establishment went to the utmost greatest lengths for me when I lost my purse ... And Found it! The entire staff- maintenance, management, housekeeping, EVERYONE helped me!!! EVERYONE!!! Thankful? - doesn't even begin to describe how I feel! And aside from this incident, the room was very clean and wonderful! I WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! And thanks so much again to the wonderful manager, MISS DEBBIE!!!

Very nice Hotel/Motel. Has everything you would need, is conveniently located in Downtown Bradford. A little expensive by about $30 over what it should go for but still worth it. Hotel is very clean, has all the amenities that a traveler might need, AND if they don't have what you need there is a Large Tops Supermarket next door and many local restaurants within walking distance. The place is very safe.

Our daughter goes to Pitt, right there in town. We visit regularly and this is our choice to stay at. We have stayed at the others which are fine but prefer this one. The staff remembers us each time and their longevity tells me they treat their employees well. They remodeled in the lobby, lounge, and breakfast area. It's just beautiful. They did a fantastic job. The rooms are well appointed. The refrigerator and microwave are nice to have. My only complaint is that the beds aren't very comfortable. It could just be me. I get achy when not in my own bed. Our most recent visit, our air conditioner wasn't working properly. They came in and replaced it within an hour. Great service. Mary Beth in the lounge is a great person. We have plenty of opportunity to chat with her on our many visits and look forward to seeing her each time. Also, the food is very good. I have yet to be disappointed with anything I've ordered. Breakfast is incredible with lots of choices. Not your average limited hotel breakfast. I look forward to staying here again in late September. Keep up the good work!

As a female traveling alone I was very comfortable in this hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well kept. The lobby was inviting and the breakfast had many hot and cold options. I definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues traveling to the area.

This was our first time staying at the BW +. We will stay here again next time we are in Bradford. The grounds and the interior of the hotel are in excellent shape and well taken care of. It makes you feel secure when you drive in and see a hotel that cares about its exterior. The staff is very friendly. All interactions with the front desk, cleaning, bar and breakfast staff were pleasant. You can tell that they take pride in their place of employment. The kids loved the outdoor pool. It was clean and well maintained. Receiving the drink coupons was a nice touch. Breakfast had many choices including eggs, sausage, waffles and fruit. An area to improve would be the bed size which was small and the amount of food in the breakfast bar. The eggs were gone and there was a wait to replenish the bowl. Buy, it was worth the wait because they were excellent.

This motel is very clean and pet friendly. The cleaning staff do an exceptional job. The place is slightly worn and there was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway. The lady at the bar was entertaining and nice. The food was great! Our room was hyper clean!

This hotel is very motorcycle friendly so if you're on a trip it's the place to stop. They let you park your motorcylcle under the pavilion by the front entrance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of options. I highly recommend.

An otherwise adequate lodging was turned into a memorable place to stay by the outstanding personnel across the board at this hotel. The check in lady was genuinely friendly, the waitress/bartender in the restaurant was doing it all and still had people laughing despite her workload and the attendant at the next morning's ample breakfast kept the place spotless, again with a smile for everyone, toddle to senior citizen.

The staff and everyone were nice. There was an issue with the toilet and someone was sent as soon as I told them. The toilet was "fixed" but later when I flushed it again, it made sounds all night. I feel like they knew there was an issue with the toilet and should not have been put in the room in the first place.

This is my second review of the Best Western Plus, Bradford Inn and I'm eating my hat because I vowed never to return. My kids requested to stay here this August because they prefer the pool at this motel. This BW+ does have the best outdoor motel pool in town and aside from a bit of grime on the pool's walls, the area is kept up nicely. We had a great time there. Some undeniable "pros" of this establishment: the location, the pool, the drink coupons, the "new" breakfast, the fresh bedding (not the beds-they are too small), and the mini fridge/microwave in the room. I can say after 20 years, this motel has been kept up nicely. Now the cons: The staff! Yikes! As I mentioned in my previous review, I have been staying at this hotel every August for the past 20ish years. At Hilton-equivalent properties (Hampton Inn) I am always welcomed back. Even as a Best Western Rewards member I am never welcomed back and my room requests are inconsistently honored. (I can say that this year that one of my requests was honored.) Since I make these reservations (and requests) months out, it's likely that their system for honoring requests is flawed. When I asked about my requests (a room next to my mom and to be on the ground floor for pool access) this year, the desk representative became snippy and dismissive. "This is a busy weekend, we cannot honor all room requests." This is a well-versed conversation for me at the BW+ Bradford Inn. Could you all even pretend like you are trying to accommodate my requests? I reserved two rooms. When my aunt and mother (67 years old) entered their room on a 89-degree day, they found that the air conditioning unit was not working. How a member from housekeeping did not notice this is surprising to me. The unit was replaced in a quick manner, however this was done right before their eyes. If this were my establishment, I would save my arriving guests from the spectacle of plumber crack and the gaping hole in the window and send them to lunch on me. Of course I heard all about this when I encountered my family at the motel. When I inquired at my own check in I received another clipped response. "Yes, there was a problem, and it was fixed immediately ma'am." (Her clipped tone signaling "this discussion is over"). Too tired to spar and not surprised by a another indignant response from someone at this desk, I collected my keys and left. The bathroom-My kids are pretty independent, but for fear of scalding, I took over control of the shower fixtures for bathing time. They each required a spin in the opposite direct to work. Took me about 5 minutes to get the water right and the tub never really stopped running after I engaged the shower. We encountered ankle-deep water throughout our showers. (I know you will ask in your response, it's room 136.) The smoking hall- I understand that people still smoke. Perhaps try not to co-mingle smokers and non smokers on the same floor. Even at two rooms away we were surprised by the reach of the smoke into the hall and even into our room. On the plus side, I have a 6 and 8 year old who vowed on this trip to never ever pick up a cigarette. So...thanks!? Yes, I will be back next August in spite of my issues with the BW+ Bradford Inn. The good does indeed outweigh the bad. For now all I can do is share my experience, voice my opinion and hope for a few changes and a smiling face behind the front desk next year.

When I asked about my requests this year, the desk representative became snippy and dismissive. "This is a busy weekend, we cannot honor all room requests." This is a well-versed conversation for me at the BW+ Bradford Inn. Could you all even pretend like you are trying to accommodate my requests? I reserved two rooms. When my aunt and mother (67 years old) entered their room on a 89-degree day, they found that the air conditioning unit was not working. How a member from housekeeping did not notice this is surprising to me. The unit was replaced in a quick manner, however this was done right before their eyes. If this were my establishment, I would save my arriving guests from the spectacle of plumber crack and the gaping hole in the window and send them to lunch on me. Of course I heard all about this when I encoutered my family at the motel. When I inquired at my own check in I received another clipped response. "Yes, there was a problem, and it was fixed immediately ma'am." (Her clipped tone signaling "this discussion is over"). Too tired to spar and not surprised by a another indignant response from somone at this desk, I collected my keys and left. The bathroom-My kids are pretty independent, but for fear of scalding, I took over control of the shower fixtures for bathing time. They each required a spin in the opposite direct to work. Took me about 5 minutes to get the water right and the tub never really stopped running after I engaged the shower. We encountered ankle-deep water throughout our showers. (I know you will ask in your reponse, it's room 136.) The smoking hall- I understand that people still smoke. Perhaps try not to co-mingle smokers and non smokers on the same floor. Even at two rooms away we were suprised by the reach of the smoke into the hall and even into our room. On the plus side, I have a 6 and 8 year old who vowed on this trip to never ever pick up a cigarette. So...thanks!? Yes, I will be back next August in spite of my issues with the BW+ Bradford Inn. For now all I can do is share my experience, voice my opinion and hope for a few changes and a smiling face behind the front desk next year.

Stayed here before and had a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay here again on future trips to this area. Our granddaughters loved the outside pool. It was great having easy access to restaurants, Alleghany State Park and 219.

Great hotel! Our room was very clean, roomy & comfortable. The breakfast bar was nice with hot & cold items. All of the staff was very friendly also. We will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Oversize, clean rooms. Great bar/restaurant (with attached walk through for easy access in the winter), big outside pool with lots of seating (for the summer) and hot breakfasts (for the mornings). They even had big rectangle TV's. Only neg was the bathroom could have been bigger - but we were fine.

Recently renovated. attractive lobby and breakfast area, and computer room. Rooms comfortable. Lovely pool area and nice to have restaurant and bar here. Staff is outgoing and friendly with the exception of one who seemed a bit annoyed to answer questioned that she probably hears frequently.

Value is exactly what we strive to provide. We have upgraded our lobby, breakfast, restaurant/lounge, and fitness area this year and have plans for an upgrade to the exterior and the guest rooms in the near future. Clean rooms, very comfy beds and best free breakfast we have ever had at any Best Western--it tasted homemade. Nice, friendly staff. However, we got security warnings when we tried to use their WiFi, and the bathroom fixtures were old and barely functional.

Some years ago, I did a positive review of the Bradford Best Western. I recently stayed there again July 9-10 after visiting Rock City Park near Olean NY and want to reiterate that this is a great place to stay in Bradford. I got to the hotel about 1:30 PM on Saturday 7/9 and would have been happy to wait in the lobby until my room was ready.... but it already was! Wow. I took a dip in the pool and walked to a great restaurant nearby (Beefeaters) later. The BW staff is very accommodating and my room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great -- I do love getting scrambled eggs and sausage links....then I'm good till I get home to Lock Haven about 2.5 hours later. There is a convenience store across the road (for gas, etc). and a supermarket nearby. The hotel is easy to reach off Route 219 and isn't far from a mall with other eating places, including a Tim Horton's. Best Western is definitely my choice in hotel franchises. Great job! Great hotel!

Everything was very pleasant. We loved the newly remolded reception area and breakfast room. This is our fourth or fifth stay at this Motel. Plan to stay here on our next visit to Bradford. Location to downtown and Zippo very convenient.

Had a great time. The hotel is older but up to date, clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. The lounge, lobby and breakfast area have been remodeled and the areas are very pretty! Nice selection for breakfast. Easy access to all sorts of activities and highway. Will stay again!!! Fridge in the room was wonderful to have. Only thing I would suggest is to have larger bathrooms. You can only fit one person in there at a time (at least in the room we had). Not a problem really and it wouldn't deter me from staying again. Pool looked inviting but we did not have time to swim.

Stayed two nights. Good rates, rooms clean with maid service. Full breakfast in separate area from restaurant/bar. Bar had full lunch and dinner. Pool area clean and safe. Three floors with elevator. Other good restaurants near and with in walking distance.

The remodel of the hotel is impressive. Nice room with comfortable bed and furnishings. Lounge and breakfast area are very welcoming. Friendly staff. Free 'real' breakfast. Free Internet. Convenient location to anything in Bradford PA and surrounding area.

Bed to high. Toilet to low. Bed to small for two. Bathroom to jammed for space between tub toilet/sink. Chairs not working in room as they where to big to move around. Could not find main entrance to the building because it was not marked anywhere when you entered the lot. Drove around entire site and then took a chance it was in one of the center doors.

We were in room 129. When we first arrived, the A/C didn't seem to be cooling the room, but it was hot out and the sun was beating down on the room. We closed the blinds and went out for a bit, returned and the room was definitely not cool. The unit was only blowing warmish air. We asked to have maintenance come check it and the nice young man confirmed that it was not working and he replaced the unit with a newly rebuilt one. After that, the room stayed nice and cool. Ground floor rooms have two doors, one on the hall and one on the pool or parking area, depending on which side of the building you were on. Bathroom was very SMALL and DARK with a low ceiling and there was no fan. The carpet in the room seemed dirty. When we had been walking around in the room barefoot and then stepped into the shower, we left dirty footprints. My husband mentioned this to staff when we were checking out. We loved the outdoor pooled and used it daily. Staff was friendly and there were good options for breakfast. We were given two drink coupons upon check-in. Bartender on Friday night, though seemed disinclined to be helpful, though. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Had trouble finding the place - it's 100 Davis Street SOUTH not Davis Street! I'm one of many apparently but the staff don't seem concerned about the problem. More of an issue with Hotwire than Best Western really as my prepayment couldn't be accessed by the hotel, which meant a 40 minute check in . You get a password for the internet but I never did manage to access it. Air con quite noisy and I have never slept in a bed so high. I'm 5'4 and had to literally climb up into it! Having said that the room was clean and comfortable. Bed a little firm for me but pillows v good. Bathroom cramped. Coffee maker was supposed to take pods but they supply coffee bags which didn't work well in the machine. Reception Staff friendly and welcoming as were bar staff and breakfast was continental and ok. Overall not worth the money they charge in my humble opinion

Our address is Davis Street South and if you don't put the south in the address for a GPS it will send you in the opposite direction on Davis for a block or two. We do have directional signage in place in the city and that should also help with navigation. Thanks again!

Could use some outdoor updating, but once inside it was like a clean and new hotel. Great lounge and large breakfast area, with decent selection. Seemed to have a recent interior renovation. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Although the complementary Internet service was unavailable, the place was clean and I experience a pleasant stay. Construction was going on around the building but since I was away most of the day it did not effect me.

Last time we stayed, they were in the process of remodeling the lobby/breakfast room/bar. They did a great job! Bed was comfortable. Lots of choice for the breakfast buffet: waffles, scrambled eggs, different meat every day, yogurt, cereals, bananas, hardboiled eggs, packaged pastries, juice, coffee, tea (but I bring my own teabags as I can't do Lipton). Uncharacteristically cool while we were there the 4 days before July 4th so the pool was a little chilly. We like a poolside room on 2nd or 3rd floor to keep our dog from barking at people closing car doors, etc.

I checked in and was given drink vouchers to use at the lounge. Since it was a long trip and I already had a plastic cup of wine in me, I was going to use them and have dinner, but the menu was depressing and the lounge was dark and depressing too. Sobered up and had dinner elsewhere. The bathroom was small. We didn't end up using the pool. The beds and pillows were heaven. Or maybe I was just really tired. But comparing it to a Comfort Inn the next night, I plan to stick with Best Westerns from now on! It would have been nicer if they offered Queen size beds, as two teenagers and myself create arm wrestling over who's sleeping with who. Breakfast was mediocre.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Stay included a pretty good breakfast and a drink in the lounge. Pool was clean and the temperature was good. Room was clean including the beds and bathroom, although the carpet could use a cleaning. Tub was plugged up bad first day, but they fixed it right away. Room had a door to the hallway and also to outside. They allow motorcycles to park under the entryway which came in very handy during the rain.

A dated exterior hid a nicer interior. Room was clean and tidy; no issues. Included fridge. Wifi was good. Breakfast about average. Very nice check in process. The included 2 drink tickets for the bar in the hotel. We could hear 2 different neighbouring room's occupants; one in the main room and a different one in the bathroom.

I stopped here because my intended destination was 2 1/2 hrs. away. Not only was it a welcome site, it met any and all expectations. The hotel was clean including the rooms. It appears that the check in lobby, the breakfast area, and the fitness center were all a somewhat recent add on. Check in and check out were quick and conducted by courteous personnel. Too was the bartender, the breakfast lady and all others encountered. The room was clean and all linens were fresh and more than adequate. There were a couple of what I would consider quirks. 1. A short person would find the height of the bed challenging. 2. The bathroom mirror is made for a short person. 3. I thought the lighting over the bathroom mirror was poor. I can imagine a woman putting makeup on finding fault. 4. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall it was a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Reserved two rooms at the Econo Lodge in town but when we got there it looked so nasty we sat out in the parking lot and started calling other hotels in the area for rooms, Thanks Best Western for hooking us up. Nice place to stay comfortable beds (due to back pain got to sample both to keep from bothering wife with tossing and turning, not the beds fault) Pool was a nice relief after a long day. Got take out from the restaurant and it was all good as was the breakfast the next morning, Two small issues but neither of them where that big of a deal, housekeeping could have done a better job there was trash on the floor and the outside door wouldn't open with the key card but we used the interior door and they came down right away to look at it. Would not hesitate to stay there again if need arose

Interior is very updated and quite nice. Not what I expected when we drove up. Lobby is beautiful, has on site restaurant/lounge which was nice to have food on property after long drive. Although they don't have happy hour, registration gives you a free drink coupon. Room is nice, updated, granite counter in bathroom and a great value. Recommend staying as you pass through Bradfrod.

Even though the remodeling is still in progress you really are not aware of it. The staff is congenial and willing to go the extra mile to make their guests happy. I can't say enough about the breakfast buffet. What a great way to start the day with so many choices, something for all ages and dietary concerns. Maybe they could add another tv in the main dining area...The one they have is too far away from most diners. Just a thought.

As always the staff at the Bradford Best Western did an excellent job meeting my and our crews needs. the only disappointment was the lack of a cooking staff due to some personnel issue's. the girls did their best with what they could do but this is the first time in all the years I stayed I had to go outside the facility to Dine. just a bump in the road that I am sure will corrected on my next visit.

Great hotel to stay at. Appears to have been recently modernized. The staff were all friendly and the lounge was a bonus. Good place to unwind, watch some tv, converse with the friendly bar tender and have a few nicely priced drinks. They even give you a drink ticket good for 1 free drink upon check in. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family in neighboring NY.

My partner and I live and work in the Bradford area. On one of our date nights,be decided to check out the newly renovated lounge. We where amazed as we walked through the doors to see such a modern and beautifully designed place right here in our neighborhood! We had high expectations as we took a seat at the bar. It was Memorial Day weekend and the bar area was packed with several tables seated in the dining area as well. The bar tender, finally came over to us and asked what we would like. ( about 10 mins). We received our drinks after waiting about 15 minutes. She apologized and said that she was the only one tending bar, waiting on tables, and cooking! This is ridiculous. It was a holiday weekend and they only had one person to run the entire Food and Beverage Department! I asked why and she said the cook had been fired that day. She said she felt she could handle it and was doing a great job. She was very friendly, but no one no matter how trained they are can give the services that is needed having all these responsibilities! My partner and I have been the Hospitality Business for over 40 years with our experience combined. We bother hold bachelor degrees in Hospitality and are certified Servesafe managers and Hotel Revenue Managers. The space at The Bradford Best Western is absolutely beautiful, but it seems the management is several lacking. I hope that this situation does not happen in the future and that the management has worked things out for the better.

I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced in our restaurant/lounge and hope you will visit us again. Unfortunately, we were put in a situation that needed to be addressed immediately and were forced to relieve our kitchen staff of their duties. As a result of this decision, we had a choice to make: close the kitchen or try to operate it on a limited basis with the help of our bar staff until we could hire additional staff. We gave the bar staff those options and they volunteered to go the extra mile and handle everything. It is unfortunate that both the bar staff and our guests had to experience the additional stress of the situation and we certainly appreciate your comments and concerns. We have hired a new kitchen staff and I hope you decide to give us another try.

Quiet location on the 219, not much in the way to see but convenient stop over Apart from the hotel there are no restaurants in the area. Good fro a stop over. Large rooms with a huge bed, good TV connections so fine for one night.

Please stop and see us again as there are plenty of options for sightseeing (Zippo Lighter/Case Knife Museum, Kinzua Skywalk, Kinzua Dam, Eldred World War 2 Museum, Seneca-Allegany Casino to name a few) in our area. We also have quite a few restaurants with-in a couple of blocks of the hotel as well as our restaurant and lounge which is open daily at 4:00pm for dinner. Thank You!!

Although an older hotel, thoroughly updated rooms, breakfast area, exercise room and lobby, clean, good location. If you need a room with a desk, specify it. Competitive price and best option in Bradford... from a seasoned business traveler.

Room was OK except the "FREE High Speed Internet" prominently promoted on the sign on the side of the building and on their web pages would more properly be called "free, flaky, and slow internet". Using the hotel wifi with the password they gave me at the front desk, a lot of web pages and email servers were timing out on me: had to try multiple times to read an email message, had to try multiple times to get a weather web page to load. (For the technical: a bandwidth check using speakeasy.net to D.C. yielded 5 megabits/sec upload and download, but ping showed timeout to several web sites.) The tap water in the hotel tasted a little funny to me, so I avoided it. I'd want a second opinion or a water quality test (given the abundance of fracking in the Bradford area) before drinking their water.

The room was nice, the staff was trying to be helpful, but needs guidance. I asked the front desk how to get to a local restaurant that was 1 1/2 blocks away. She could not give accurate directions.Maybe a local map provided by management would help. The staff in the lounge was one woman, she tried really hard to be the barmaid, waitress and clean-up person. She did a great job and was fortunate that all 30+ customers were patient. Management needs to hire an assistant or 2. Then on our check-out day, I went to shower and found brown water coming out of the shower. I brought a glass of the "ginger ale" colored water to the front desk to advise them. They asked what room I was in and stated they were aware and working on it. I went back to my room to get ready for the day. A knock at the door by maintenance followed. I said "Just a minute", then the door was opened. Maintenance almost walked in as I was undressed and the wife was in the bathroom. Lucky for me, I always chain the door. Guy enters looks at the tub and leaves. No comments at all. Staff NEEDS TO BE TRAINED"! What was he looking for? I showed them the water, they had other complaints, There was no reason for him to check our room and he should have known I was there and not to barge right in. We went for breakfast and asked the hostess if they used the same water (wouldn't you?). She had no idea there was a problem at the rest of the hotel. I asked for a cup of hot water for tea and observed clear water. Why I had to ask for hot water I don't know, I had to ask for more for the oatmeal, also. It should be available without asking the hostess. Instead it is behind the counter. The breakfast set-up is not optimal either. Bad traffic flow. You should be able to walk in one direction and get what you need, not set up helter-skelter. The utensils and food are all mixed, they should be more organized. The garbage cans were even improperly placed, They should be by the door or opposite the food, no, they were both on the same wall. Not very appetizing, sanitary or good for traffic flow. When I went to check out, the same 2 employees were at the front desk that were there when I had the water complaint, there was no mention of the water problem. No reason for the problem, no apology for it either. I told them what room I was in when I checked out, so they knew it was me that had the complaint, even if they didn't recognize me. Hello, management?? You have a problem.

The issue with the water was determined to be a leak in the supply line from the city water system. We regret the unfortunate situation and certainly will look into the training issues you described. Except for bugs on bed in two rooms, and peeling ceiling, burnt bacon, Average. Response to bugs was we were given the night free, and switched to different rooms. My room that I was switched to now had peeling paint falling down on the bed. Unfortunately the hotel was full and no other rooms available. Breakfast was very nice, except for the only day bacon was served, it was burnt. Cooked oatmeal would have been nice. The Lounge was very nice, it included a free drink pre guest, made me buy one. Bartender was very nice, fun to watch--she talked to guest and kept everyone happy.

I was visiting Bradford for a weekend and didn't want to impose on my Aunt. I chose the Best Wesrern Plus only because it was closest to my aunt's house. I made my reservation online and had zero problems when checking in. The front desk agent was pleasant and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and above all very clean. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, and single use coffee pot complete with several cups with coffee, sugar, etc. there are plenty of towels, great water pressure and thankfully a hair dryer because I forgot to bring one. The free WiFi was an unexpected plus. They had a breakfast offered downstairs complete with hot eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and all the pastries and muffins one can want. My one complaint, one I addressed at the front desk when I checked out, was the housekeeping staff. On Sunday morning they were standing around in the hall and chit chatting. Now, I'm not talking about a quiet little conversation between coworkers, I am talking about loud back and forth (in a friendly way) joking and laughing. On Sunday morning I don't want to hear the staff kidding around outside my door. This was the one thorn I encountered.

I have stayed at the Bradford Inn (Best Western several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed my stays there. The Location is in the renovation process at the moment but with little to no inconvenience to guests. I usually work long hours so when I return it is nice to be greeted by a friendly smiling staff. I frequently have dinner at the restaurant located in the motel and can't say enough about Jo and Mary Beth as they always do an outstanding job greeting their patrons with a smile and give courteous service to all! The entire staff gives the Motel a hometown feel!

Hometown Feel is exactly what we strive for. Our staff does their best to welcome all of our repeat customer as if they are members of the family. Our renovation is almost complete and we are quite happy with the results. Make sure you stop by the next time you are in town.

Reminded me of a Hampton Inn. Bed was so nice, once I laid down I did not get up for hours. A comfortable stay in between 2 days of hiking. Near everything. Breakfast gives you a good start in the morning.

This is an excellent hotel with everything you need and great staff. Wifi worked great in the room. The free breakfast was great including eggs, waffles, bacon, toast, coffee, juices. The staff was excellent.

Dude, my room was huuuge. The double beds sat up all nice & high & were uber comfortable. The room alone was worth the visit. THEN, they have a well equipped fitness center (that I had all to myself, as usual) OR you can even go to the Y, 2 blocks away by showing your room key & ID for no charge (You guys should advertise that as a selling point if you read this review ). B/fast was right w/ an attendant, in addition to the food preparer. That was unexpected. Truck parking for several trucks seals the deal. I/door pool would've been nice & a hot tub for the price but you could probably get both at the Y - I'm not sure, I didn't go over there. I will def stay here again on my travels. Good times. We have been staying at The Best Western in Bradford for over 15 years. Even though there are many newer hotels, the Best Western always makes us feel at home. Staff is great, accommodations are great and love the restaurant which is now going through a renovation. Can't wait to see if when it is finished.

Stayed here November 2015. King 2 room suite with whirlpool. Very nice. Love the bed. This is the 4th time we've stayed. Good breakfast. Only 20 minutes from Seneca Allegeny Casino. Will stay again in November 2016

Would definitely stay again. The beds were very small and not very comfortable. Overall the experience was great. The lounge and restaurant were very nice and it was great to have one right there in the hotel so you never had to drive anywhere. It was also nice that there is a Tops supermarket right next door so anything you forgot you could just walk to pick up.

Had to travel to McKean County, PA for business, arrived at the hotel and was greeted by friendly staff members. Fast and easy check-in. My room was clean and quiet. The front desk was very helpful in recommending somewhere to eat for lunch, and we also received a ticket for a free drink at the bar!

Great breakfast and nice room. Bathroom drain problem was not addressed after a day. I was disappointed with maintenance service. One of the best motel breakfasts I have ever been offered. The full breakfast service was a huge attraction at this facility. Room was comfortable. The plugged bathroom drain should have been addressed promptly, but it was not.

Just stayed at the Best Western Bradford Inn last weekend 11/20/15 - We certainly did not feel welcomed by the front desk, as a matter of fact - We felt like we were a burden just checking in. I will stay at another hotel for our next trip

I had to stay two nights in Bradford. So the best choice was the Best Western as it was just a mile away from the company. The room was clean and tidy, I would say that the design is a bit old fashioned. You need a ladder to climb in bed.... the room was a bit noisy but when traffic from the road calms down at night it is acceptable. Breakfast is "American" style....

Traveling into the Pennsylvania area of hills and mountains through windy roads and beautify views it was nice to relax at a Best Western kind of in the middle of nowhere. Make sure you grab a bite to eat in the restaurant/bar area. Good Food great waitress to joke around with. Nice to have someone put a smile on your face.

We enjoyed our stay here. This isn't the fanciest hotel you'll ever stay in, and Bradford itself is not exactly a thing of beauty, but it was comfortable. For only about $20 more you can get a 2-room whirlpool suite with TONS of room, a fridge, a couple of couches and 2 TV's. Well worth it! Other comparable hotels in more exotic locations would charge you $200 easily for that room, probably more. Marybeth in the bar was entertaining, though perhaps a bit more salty than some customers would be able to handle. (We are not so uptight though, we thought she was fabulous). I have to say, Gordon the night desk guy did strike us as a pretty odd character. He certainly doesn't know the meaning of "have you got any deals?", seems pretty stuck on giving you exactly what he's told to give you. When I asked if they had any suites he gave me a screwed up look on his face and said "Suites? We don't have any SUITES, unless you mean the rooms with the whirlpools.". Well yes guy, that would be a suite, and it's what they're referred to all over the BW website. When we asked if we could have late checkout again he gave us a screwy face and asked "And what would you consider to be late for a checkout". Answering with "Yes, up to an hour beyond is fine" would have been better instead of appearing perplexed by the request. But despite this oddball at the desk, gotta say, good value for the room. My gf enjoyed the whirlpool jets in particular. We'd stay again.

We stayed here on a Sunday night, since we were in the area to visit Kinzua Bridge State Park and Kinzua Dam the next day. The location was perfect for our purpose. I had made the reservation online, and received the AAA discount which was less than $100. The room was a bargain in addition to being squeaky clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the fresh smell in the hallways, lacking the stale smoke smell of hotels that allow smoking. It was in a quiet location, but easily accessible to downtown where we walked for dinner. The included breakfast was the typical hot buffet served by many hotels - nothing special, but certainly adequate. All in all, if we are ever in the Bradford area again, this hotel will be our choice with no need to look further

This hotel was a road stop on our way to Washington, DC. The town was having it's annual fall festival but we didn't have time to check it out. Looked like fun. Lots of great places to visit while in Bradford too. We were greeted warmly by the gal at the front desk. Nice lobby, nice room. Very comfortable and clean. Nice, hot breakfast with lots of variety. Suited us just fine. Good recommendation for dinner at Ed's Steakhouse, just down the street. Local, old fashioned, tasty food.

Bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were very personable. However, when we went to breakfast, reality set in. Eggs were cold and the bacon was limp and cold. Cold items were OK. Would still stay there since it was comfortable, but needs to improve breakfast quality.

This is an older hotel that has been well maintained. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. Very convenient location next to a major supermarket and within walking distance of downtown Bradford. The hotel is reasonably quiet although it can be noisy in the morning. Had a room facing elm st, probably quieter on the courtyard/pool side. Free breakfast and restaurant/lounge on premises. Did not try the restaurant and missed the breakfast (9am is a bit early imho). Nice mountain views will fall colors from the room window. Overall a good stay but probably would try the holiday inn or comfort inn if I come back to Bradford.

We stayed at this hotel because of its accessibility to other points of interest while on our fall getaway. It met our needs and our room was very nice although the bathroom could have been a bit larger. The king size bed was very comfortable although it was VERY high! Our travels took us to the Drake Oil Well area and on to Hearts Content to see the beautiful 400 year old trees. This Best Western was on the way to the Kinzua Bridge area and its location was a convenient stop for the night.

Returning to Bradford for a visit with family and friends was turned into a delightful experience by the staff at Best Western. From the check-in to the check-out experience of an eight day stay absolutely nothing went awry. The staff that greeted me, cleaned my room, served breakfast, served me in the lounge, and the staff that signed me out was exceptional. I'll stay here again, and again, and again! One teeny "oops" on their part: the bed is HIGH! Ask for a foot stool if you have short legs like I.

This was a nice hotel with many amenities for the value. I would definitely stay here again. In the summer months they have a nice pool. Complimentary cocktails in the lounge and the breakfast buffet were a nice addition

Stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past several years when traveling with different motorcycle groups. On most occasions we really enjoyed our stay. Desk staff were not always the friendliest, but this time were much better. This property is getting dated but is usually clean. However they still only have double verses queen-sized beds. The restaurant/bar is a good place to relax and on our last couple of stays found "Amy" (sorry forgot her real name) to be very friendly and always did do her best to provide great service despite being alone when we (about 20+) arrived in mass for food and drinks.

not a very good idea to stay here. incorrect reservation that was a nightmare to get corrected. front desk staff was unprofessional and untrained. did not seem at all concerned with our problem. hotel smelled, needed cleaning and updating, located in a dumpy area of town.

Lighting in bath could be increased, and bath fixtures could use a little attention, particularly the soap dish which had been pulled out of the wall, otherwise an excellent experience. Breakfast is usually good, with attentive, friendly staff who try to keep up with capacity crowds which occasionally fill the dining area. We have always been very pleased with this facility.
