I am having an amazing experience at this hotel. My morning started with a cup of coffee in a peaceful and clean environment, which really helped me enjoy my stay. The room is excellent and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The best hotel with amazing sea views and the best staff. Especially the front office manager Nino, the supervisor Maiko, and the receptionist Irma – they are absolutely outstanding! love you guys ❤️

We stayed at Best Western Premier Batumi this September with my husband and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff deserves a special mention – they were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The service felt warm and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also great, close to the beach and within easy reach of many attractions in Batumi. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices to start the day. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely choose Best Western Premier again when visiting Batumi. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing 😍 Staff on top. F/O manager NINO was so helpful and administrators Irma and Beka were so kind.From the restaurant Linda was so sweet❤️❤️. The room was really nice with the sea view from the higher floor . Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Planning to visit in August again.

There are mosquitoes in the room! Had called 2 hrs back for some spray or mosquito repellent. They still haven't sent! I have checked in today but I don't know how will I stay here for next two days. Absolutely shocking and pathetic experience!

This is a five star hotel, however it's so bizarre that when I ask for a towel, they say to come down to the lobby to get it, same as for water. They claim they have no staff but I have to wonder how can a five star hotel not have any employees to bring me a towel. There's also a confusion regarding the room where my friend and I specifically asked for a twin room but they gave us a double, even though we had requested it during reservation.

It's a worse 5 stars hotel I ever been!!! I asked for water and towels they said we don't have any one to send to your room!!! Come to lobby and take it!!! Can you believe it!! It's absolutely not 5 star hotels and I don't recommend to anyone!! You ruined your time and money….

the location of the hotel is excellent and the taxi is really cheap in batumi. the breakfast is perfect at all means. the rooms are very clean and they have a coffee machine in the room. the hotel staff are warm and helped us in finding our lost phone. near the hotel are some good resturants make sure to visit the sazandari resturant if you like to try some georgian food and beer. perfect hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.The room and bathroom were quite spacious and clean and the staff were quite friendly(notwithstanding the language issues)and helpful. The breakfast had a decent variety of dishes.All in all a good stay with no complaints

Service is very good, I asked for a higher floor and was placed at the 10th floor with the astonishing view of the sea and beautiful Batumi, day and night ✨ The room itself was clean and smelled really nice, very comfortable bed and the use of space in the room is very smart, every small space had its own aesthetic an I loved it! ❤️ Breakfast timing is great, the only thing I would like to say is that there was not much of a variety, I really expected to see salmon, especially since it's Batumi yk ? but still, what was presented was tasty. The view from the restaurant ?? chefs kiss ? My overall experience would probably be 10/10 me and my boyfriend loved BWP Batumi and would recommend it to anyone ❤️

We ordered a suite and it was great. The view was stunning as you can see in the pictures. The room was clean, the beds were also great with good AC, and a shower with a good stream of hot water. The pool was great for adults and children. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel on 14th august to 16th August 2024 . Location is good. Room also good with a beautiful balcony on 12th floor. Night view from balcony was superb. But we never felt comfortable in this hotel. Lobby was just like a crowded railway station. The staff on counter were stone faced, rude. No concierge service . No body in this hotel to guide about this city, cab or our any other query. On 16th august morning 6am while checking out this hotel, the lady was very rude and wild. For example, we asked how far is Batumi railway station, she in a loud voice.. I don't know, see google map. Meanwhile, no electricity in night for many hours in hotel. Regarding breakfast, since we had bad reviews about breakfast, we didn't nad breakfast. In total, we have a bad impression of this hotel.

Let's be clear, this hotel is a mess. This hotel was the worst hotel that I have ever gone to, and it's not just a comparison with a five-star hotel. This hotel was a mess in comparison to the 3-star hotel too. For example: during the first night of our stay, at midnight, the door of the room suddenly opened, it was broken, and they either didn't know or didn't care. The next morning, they fixed it after we tell them. The day after, when we decided to watch the final of Euro Football 2024, they told us we couldn't watch football in our room because there was a problem with their TV, and we called reception and room service, but no one answered for long moments. After that, we wanted to order dine-in, and they told us we couldn't order until the football was finished and that they couldn't serve until 3 A.M although they were told us the room service is available 24/7. To wrap up, never choose this hotel, even if it's free.

Good location, worn exterior and interior, unpleasant smell inside the lobby, inadequate hotel facilities, overall it was not a good experience. The breakfast food was not good and there was no good smell in the dining hall. The behavior of the staff was appropriate.

Hotel facilities are bit worn out and below expectation (e.g. yellow stains between bathroom tiles, leaking shower head, smudges of concrete over tiles, some scratches on wallpaper...). The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos and the overall atmosphere of the pool was not what I expected, I think children were offered classes in swimming so it looked more like a swimming school pool rather than hotel pool for leisure. Also expect to be asked to wear head cover for swimming, if you want to get in the pool and this info is not communicated to guests before or during booking. Sauna and steam room are really good but this still does not make enough of value for what you pay.

Best Western Premier Hotel Batumi is located in the new part of town, a couple of kilometers from the very cosy and vibrant part of town. The bed was very hard, which suited me well. The TV did not function and I called the front office. No reply. I went down and told the young receptionist that the TV did not function. They worked on it, but throughout my 2 nights stay I had no functional TV. Breakfast was decent, although with very little choice. No bacon, no fried eggs. Coffee was excellent. The in-room safe was just big enough for an iPhone Pro. It could not contain my iPad.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, the room was very comfy and breakfast was very delicious. families are specially encouraged to book a room here. All amenities are worth to try including sauna, fitness room and etc.

The Best Western Premium Hotel in Batumi is located in the commercial area, close to the beach, on the main Gorgiladze street, which continues all the way to the old part of the city. It is a high-rise building, and there was a nice view from our 12th-floor sea-facing room. It is promoted as a 5-star hotel, and the rooms are of fair size, but it still lacks too many amenities that elevate a hotel to a real 5-star status. Just to cite a few examples: The safe in the room was old and dysfunctional and couldn't be used throughout our stay. We had to call the technician to open it prior to departure. The "operating instructions" were irrelevant as they related to another model. The same for the TV, which had only one Western-speaking channel, and even this one did function after the second day. No glasses in the bathroom, etc. What irked us most were the unmade rooms, even in late afternoons when we came back from our daily excursions. Rooms should be taken care of considerably earlier. The breakfast buffet style was mediocre, in spite of the abundance. The only thing that compensated partially for all the above was the friendly and willing attitude of the reception staff. In summary, a considerable way to go.

Valuation from our family is somewhere between 3 and 4. I was a bit worried as I read quite a lot bad reviews after booking the hotel. Overall it was OK. Except misunderstanding with the room size in the middle of the night. The breakfast restaurant was with great view, but the food was average. The location of the hotel is good. A lot needs to be done to have the feeling of five star hotel.

Very good place to stay and relax i enjoyed every second in batumi and the hotel It was very nice experience and good trip, i recommend this hotel and sour i will think again of the same hotel next time

We had a great time - a family of 4, everything was to our satisfaction, the price, the location, the facilities at the hotel - there is an indoor heated pool, which is excellent for the volatile weather in Batumi

Overall great experience, room and hotel are very clean. Beautiful view and location are one of the plus points. But front desk staff are not very humble and welcoming. But I would recommend this hotel.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the promenade area and near other hotels. The attitude of the staff was wonderful, the cleanliness of the rooms was very good, spacious rooms, rich breakfast.

We stayed there for two nights. The room was relatively large, clean and tidy. The dining room is clean and tidy and the breakfast was full with a nice selection of food. A short walk from the hotel there is a promenade along the beach and it's nice to start the day with a light walk. In the evening, you can get from the hotel quite easily to watch the show of the illuminated fountains. For those who can't sleep without, the hotel also has a casino.

Room is not too clean spa service i had bad experience i would not use it again in this hotel need better improvement and cleaning of room and spa services bad experience for me i would not come to this hotel again

we was 5 dyas there me and my wife. vary good sarve. vary good room. vary good food. we enjoy so much. this hotel is near shooping place. the view from balkon is vary nice. many resternet near this hotel

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated with a perfect location near the beach. My room had its own balcony with a fantastic view of the Black Sea and dancing fountains. Also, the property has a good breakfast selection and free convenient parking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Not a bad hotel, but the second time I personally will not return here. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the 5 star service. There was hair in the room upon arrival and the previous guest's shorts were forgotten in the closet. So, the main principle of the hotel - not to make the guest feel that 1000500 people lived in the room before him, was completely not taken into account.

I was working previously in hospitality industry and travel to the best hotels around the world but what I have seen here it's outstanding. Although is not a 5 stars hotel for my standards the staff it makes a difference especially the girl Tamari who was the most professional, caring and smiling waiter I haven't in years. Broken leg (stairs were too slippery). No medical assistance was provided. The stuff was rude trying to avoid any responsibility ( no help at all ). In addition, they tried to charge us for something that was never used. Only when I told that I am going to call police, they gave up.

We made the reservation at Best Western Premier Batumi Hotel for September. We did not stay at this hotel even for one night. This property does not correspond to a 4 or 5 star hotel. It looked as a hostel and had only two staff members working.There was a construction garbage next to the hotel. The service is bad. It was opened too early. The hotel refused to refund the amount after it. They did not want to skip the high season to earn money. Do not make a reservation with prepayment at this hotel.

Great stylish hotel in center of Batumi which is very clean and spacious. The Hotel is next to the Boulevard and the "Singing fountains".You can see them from the room windows. Staff is very friendly and nice. Good breakfast. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillow. Would strongly recommend and for sure I will come to stay here again!

This property is self-promoted as a 5-star property. It is not. At best it's a 3-star (based on the traditional method of rating hotel class). Overall my review of this place might be a 3-star if the hotel were sold to me as such. It's a new property but already has years worth of wear. Dirty carpets, rough edges, cheap construction that already falling apart, cheap fixtures, slow bathroom drains, janky toilet seats, etc. the amenities like soap and vanity kit are generic brand and minimal. Rooms are small. Staff is minimal. No luxury anywhere to be found. This is truly just an average 3-star property. So disappointing to pay more than I should and expect a 5-star experience. Front desk staff (and frankly most of the staff) seem like they'd rather be doing something else, somewhere else. The porter was friendly enough but everyone else is going through the motions here. Classic case of overrating class and quality. You're better off staying closer in to downtown at one of the more established hotels (and for this price, you could be at a nicer hotel).

The hotel and staff met all of our teams expectations. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We would like to personally thank Nino, Marieta, Nike, Natia, and Eliso for going above to help us with all of our questions and comfort. Our next trip to Batumi will include the Best Western Premier.

When I arrived at the 'hotel', what I found was not a real Hotel, just an accomodation place. The restaurant and other facilities were underconstuction. I had to order food from outside. However, the room was clean and new. The TV was poor quality. The soaps and conditioners provided by the hotel were poor quality. I noticed the consistency of the hair conditioner was different each time. I don't know if they add water to it. It is more of a second rate apartment than a hotel.
