SureStay Plus by Best Western Sukhumvit 2

We laid over in Bangkok before carrying on our travels in Thailand, and stayed in the Superior King Room. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed for a one night stay. The roof and pool terrace was a lovely spot for a sunset drink and we really liked this! Breakfast was good with a range of food and drinks options to choose from in the buffet. The location is great and allows easy access to the BTS Sky Train and is walkable to many shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that we experienced shocking wifi in our room. We weren't able to access anything on our phones or laptops (as we had not purchased SIM cards at this stage), and had to do so in the lobby where the wifi worked.

Lovely large rooms with good air con and drinks in a fridge you can buy whenever. The sky bar and pool is beautiful! Lots of room. Great central location. Friendly staff, especially “Bird” who made our stay extra great by being so kind and welcoming :)

We stayed in a superior double room and it had everything we needed. Pool was so nice and the breakfast was definitely worth the money. One of the receptionists, Wittawat, was very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend for tourists of any type.

We had a great stay at sure stay plus. Magmac assisted us perfectly. We will definitely come back! The hotel room was clean, comfortable and the pool bar is amazing. The doorman was really nice, he helped us at all times also. The location is central and you can get anywhere because of the BTS line near.

We came and stay twice in a span of 4 weeks. First was for 4 night stay…allocated to meet friends and family before continuing our trips somewhere else. 2nd was just to relax before returning to the UK. Both times we did have wonderful experiences. The rooms was spacious and clean. The staff were all sweet, extremely polite and friendly. The location is good, not noisy. Close enough to 2 sky train stations. About 20 to 30 minutes walk to T21 shopping centre or to Centara grand. Would love to come back again to stay in the future.

Close to red light district, Siam shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to train station. But can get buses from the end of the road that takes you straight to Wat Pho or Koa San Road which took approx 40 minutes. Rooms were average, large comfortable bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. A mini bar with beers or fizzy drinks that are charged. My shower head broke but was fixed as soon as highlighted to them. Few dents & scuffs in room on walls. And really bad to not have a kettle and coffee sachets/tea bags like other hotels (i love a coffee in bed when I wake up). Breakfast was very good though with so much on offer like fruit, yogurts, pastries, fresh eggs made how you like. Sky bar & roof pool were cool with great views.

Great and comfortable hotel, which is exactly what we needed. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was also clean. Location is great walking distance to restaurants and bars. The gym can use a revamp- had a very funky smell, and the few machines where either broken or needed to be oiled.

I love to stay in this amazing hotel , this my second staying. I really feeling comfortable and relaxing and enjoying. All staff and services are very good and helpful and friendly and responsible. Thanks for nice job.

The hotel's location is ideal being only a 5 minute walk to Nana BTS with lots of bars, restaurants and nightlife all close by. As the hotel is situated a couple of minutes walk back from the main road it was very quiet with very little traffic noise. Also 10 mins walk from the hotel is Benchakitti park which is ideal for a late afternoon walk and you can also connect over to Lumpini park via the raised walkway. The room itself was spacious, clean with daily housekeeping and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. Breakfast wasn't included on my booking but was 250 Baht and was only ok. There's a cook on hand for cooked eggs and a basic selection of fruits, cereals etc. The only negative was that WiFi worked well for a single device, but wouldn't allow multiple devices to simultaneously connect, requiring you to log out and log back in. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would definitely return.

The hotel was maintained well. Location wise at quiet area. Room inspections need to be consistent at the time of check-in (first impression) to avoid dead bulbs, locked safe or hot water issues (but when reported on these issues then it was dealt well after writing a note to the manager or so but never acknowledged neither apologized which takes away the emotional intelligence towards a customer; guess management or owner can work on some further trainings on that area towards such senior employees). Limited timing for outlets (until 22:00), so need to order before that if you want anything (kind of takes away the holiday feeling) or else then have to locate another restaurant or food store nearby (nothing is that close, if considering the option),

Good quiet convenient location off noisy Sukhumvit. Close enough to Ploenchit and Nana Skytrain station. Close to good food and good massage and shopping center. Staff were always smiling and helpful.. Highly recommend.

All the staff are really good, especially Maymac she is very friendly and provides very good service, the hotel very clean with an amazing pool on the top. The breakfast is tasty and varied. Thank you guys.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. The staff is really nice, specially one man in the reception. He helped us with all our questions. The rooms were clean and the skyline pool is very nice. A small minus point is the breakfast. All in all we would comr again in this hotel!

All the people are very friendly, excellent breakfast, comfortable and very clean room. We felt at home. Amazing view from the rooftop / swimming pool. Fully recommended this hotel where is very well located.

Liked the nicely re-done property. The rooms are quite spacious and nicely planned on the efficiency. Nice internet connectivity, big TVs with nice cable connection giving enough choices of channels for different travelers and bathroom amenities. Only drawback was hot water supply which takes time. Located few meters from JW Marriott in Sukhumvit soi 2 and in a quiet place to have a quality sleep. Price is good in line with hotel facilities. Will like if looking for a peaceful area in Sukhumvit but near to all happenings around.

Have stayed at this place few times now, very nice hotel but could improve in a few areas, breakfast quality is not up to standard, kitchen and room service hours are only day time and and early evening, lack of staff for rooftop service many times. apart from this the hotel is very good.

Great place to stay, close to amenities free trolly service to local places and drops at train station. Rooms good size and clean, lovely rooftop pool, great for cooling off after sightseeing! Continental breakfast was lovely, good options for my family. Staff very friendly and welcoming, Ann and Bird in particular provided great advice on sightseeing and how to get around. Traveled from Scotland and this was a good start to our holiday.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Bangkok, and quiet to enjoy a day by the pool. The hotel reception staff were amazing so helpful to all our group Prince,Anne and the team made our stay a memorable one. All the staff at the hotel really couldn`t do enough for us, many thanks for your kind and patient service it was much appreciated by all our group. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Bangkok. So nice to know they care about your stay.

The staff really helpfull, smile face. The room is big and clean. Nice place to stay. Just 2 station from Siam. A bit far from main road but they can take you to main road with the small car. Overall is good. Recommended

Very great hotel, very nice rooftop pool. Location was a little bit too far from the nice part of the centrum. We had to walk an hour to visit the most hotspots. But the staff was very very kind! So if you don't care about that, it is definately recommended!

i lost my wallet in the taxi, the hotel staff, the receptionist and the security guy, so patient, friendly, helped me contact the taxi company and found my wallet!! the hotel stay was also really amazing! the best!!

Our stay at the SureStay Plus hotel in Bangkok was everything  we needed as our first stop of a 4 month adventure abroad.  The helpful front desk staff, particularly Anna, answered questions and worked to help us sort out issues with our night train to Chiang Mai.  Bert was also very helpful in orienting us to the various locations within the city  The morning buffet breakfast was tasty and filling.  Housekeeping was prompt and thorough in their efforts and the rooftop pool was wonderful after a day around town.  The location is nice as it is off the main street but readily accessible to the Nana and Phleon Chit BTS stations.

Very good hotel in the center of Sukhumvit. Breakfast also very good and friendly staff. The swimming pool is beautiful and the water is not too cold because the location is in the sun. You can also have a drink on top of the hotel. The rooms are looking brand new and very clean.

3 night stay: This hotel is well located at a great price. Nice and clean, well planned rooms. Great bathroom. Good enough breakfast and variety (we are vegetarian and eat eggs). We liked the golf cart to the main road offered by the staff. Staff are kind and helpful. We are former holiday inn express hotel owners and know that most things are being performed right at this hotel. Hotel terrace and pool were very nice also. Can't go wrong if you are looking for good basics whilst mostly spending the days out of the hotel (I.e. this is not a resort type). Many choices for food and beverage around this location.

Good pool, friendly staff but the room service is limited to a short time period. However, the staff were kind, helpful and keep the hotel running well. I enjoyed my stay overall and the hotel is well located.

We stayed at Sure stay in Bangkok, the start of our 40 days trip. Great hotel, pool, lovely stay. Close the the skyway station, shopping mall, taxi motors, nans street, but still quite enough to enjoy your stay. Most important thing to mention is a beautiful and wonderful Amp, as well as everyone else working there. Price is very affordable for what's offered.

A very good place to stay in bangkok. all the staff were friendly and kind, The front office leader, Miss AMP was the best employee in hotel for the best welcoming and any help. the rooms, location, pool, and restaurant for breakfast was so good, the 24 hour free shuttle was very helpful. i would recommend this hotel for families, solo, and group of friends.

Always had some sort of minor issue to deal with. I had issues with hot water, smoke alarm beeping for no reason, doors beeping all night, doors stuck locked, doors not shutting properly, aircon leaking water, powerpoints work only sometimes.

Situated on a very quiet street, and near a lot of nightlife and bars. After a 17 hour flight we were relieved to find our room extremely clean and comfortable. Great pool and sky bar and we are happily spending another 3 nights there on our return to Bangkok.

I have stayed in many Hotels in Bangkok and SureStay Plus hotel is by far the best hotel i have stayed i. Perfect location in bkk, Friendly & helpful staff, very clean, room service every day did an amazing job. Highly recommend for anyone staying in bkk, i will be back :)

Good location, spacious room, wifi works perfect, excellent service, very friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend this hotel , breakfast is absolutely ok but maybe sometimes a bit variation would be nice.

Easy style hotel with a nice buffet breakfast. Very pleasant staff and decent rooms for the price. Location is quite but, within easy striking distance of Sukhumvit. Nice pool. Nice and well maintained gym. A big "thank you" to all. I will be back

What a fantastic hotel. I've been coming to Bangkok twice a year since 1998 and over time have tried numerous hotels in the Sukhumvit area. I decided to try this hotel after my usual hotel I book standards dropped through covid19. My friend and I arrived on 31 August and were allocated to lovely spacious rooms...I had 807, my friend 811. The rooms were immaculate, modern, well equipped and spacious. They were cleaned everyday within an hour of my request. The hotel staff are also amazing. All are super friendly and nothing was ever any trouble. The breakfast buffet at B250 (AUD $10) was extensive and delicious. The downstairs restaurant was clean and modern. The hotel is serviced by 2 elevators so the wait is never long. The rooftop pool is beautiful with stunning views over the Bangkok skyline. The rooftop bar is also a lovely setting to have a nice quiet drink on the afternoon...its just a shame it closes at 7pm daily. For me...the location is perfect. Despite what some reviewers say...Soi 2 is extremely quiet for Bangkok...yet extremely close to all the bars and restaurants in Soi 4 (Nana). Soi 2 is far from a Seedy Street. A free shuttle is available on request to take you up to Sukhumvit Rd (only about 250m away) if you're too lazy to walk. Quite often, the driver would see me walking back and stopped to pick us up. We originally only booked for 3 nights (as we weren't sure what the hotel would be like) but ended up extending for our entire 8 nights in Bangkok. I have travelled extensively throughout the world and everyone is entitled to their opinions...but for me, the location of the hotel, quality of rooms, friendliness of staff and value for money make this hotel my new home away from home in Bangkok. Good room but in a sinister street. The pool is awesome and the hotel deserves a better cleaning ( I rent a room 4 nights with the same dust on thé table lamp :( ). The team is awesome. Educated, gentle and so cool with little kids.

Sound proofing of the room is basically non existent. You can hear everything, EVERY SINGLE noise outside the door/corridor. Hot water of the shower not working well even after asking the staff to fixed it a few times.

The only reason why I have given 4* is because the shower is a but faulty. It goes from cold water to hot water and to cold water every 30seconds and it is really annoying. Other than that, the staff is nice, they have a nice swimming pool and gym room. Room is clean and quite big as well.

My review is rather negative for the reason that I believe I was given the worst room in the hotel even though the hotel was more than half empty! WHY? My room, on the 2nd floor, right above the reception and also above the Tuk-Tuk service did not even a kettle (when the hotel web site mentioned that it does). It was facing the main road (luckily soi 2 is not very busy, plus it was Sunday, so hardly any traffic). LUCKILY I only booked one night and was eager to move on. The high point of my stay was when I checked out, with all my belongings, hopefully once and for all. ( I have to add the front-desk lady at check-out was nice and arranged for a tuk-tuk service to the main road-- a strech of around 200 meters--).

Great place to stay as per value for money their service for great for families. A bit of everything including the pool etc... Unfortunately, Covid has affected everyone and there are limitations to the breakfast menu and certain services close early but the rest is great.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has all the standard facilities. The location is near to the sky train. There are a skybar, exercise room and the swimming pool on the top floor. I arrived at the hotel quite late and didn't have any clean clothes. They provided me with a cute pajamas in addition to bath robes. I understand that I got a special service but this touched my heart. On top of that, I got a special offer by late checkout before 20:00.I have experience with other hotels that charge a half price by late check out before 18:00, which is a big difference. This hotel worth my money. Recommended.

The room was super clean and luxurious, supplied with all you need such as toiletries (tons of it), hair dryer, vault, clean towels, pair of disposable slippers, etc. You absolutely don't need to bring anything when you decide to check in at SureStay. Also, I commend the reception for being very prompt in responding to my requests and they also speak fluent English! I highly recommend this hotel!

An older hotel with reasonable rooms. Generally clean and tidy, staff were very good. However the whole process being pickup from the airport, to the hospital for testing, back to the hotel, checking and then recieving my test results and checking out were extremely fast and effiecient. Not sure how it could have been any better to be honest!

Friendly staff , clean and neat , room with city view was perfect. Food at restuarant is so good have detail all of the dishes. I enjoyed my vacation at this hotel and I recommend who solo traveler also family to pick this hotel in sukumvit area.

Hotel was lovely and clean and staff are friendly and nice . We done our test and go here for 5 nights so everything was organised for us transport and tests wise so was easy. Beds were comfy but we didn't have housekeeping once while we were there which we found strange maybe because it's a quarantine hotel. The area is ok quiet at night but not far from shopping centres and restaurants but ages away from main attractions. Overall it was good

I booked 2 test and go quarantine rooms for April 22. I got in touch with the hotel as my flight had been changed to be told that there was a mistake with my booking. I was told to cancel the booking and even though it was a non refundable booking they would refund me as the hotel had made a mistake. I cancelled the booking and emailed the hotel to be now told that I would have to get the money back on a non refundable booking from Agoda. This is fraud, conning holiday makers out of their money.

Nice and friendly staff, spacious room with several TV channels, great food with plenty of choices, good location near BTS in 5 minutes walk. We were for test and go program. We received the result at 5pm.

I stayed here to fulfill my 24 hours w/testing required for entering the country. The Covid test was quick and easy, as we drove through the hospital on the way to the hotel. Staff at the hotel was pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely clean and even looked new (often when staying in Thailand, pictures of the hotel don't show how much the hotel has actually aged). Internet service was perfect, as I streamed movies and had a video chat with no problems. The bed was comfortable for Thailand, too. My only problem with the hotel was that the water in the shower never got hot - only lukewarm. I did have an issue with the driver who picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel, in that he spent the entire trip on his phone while he was driving, and just in general was a dangerous driver. I did report this to the front desk, but I don't know what steps they may have taken in response.

Out from BKK, meet & greet at gate 10, straight into van, to hospital carpark for swab, to hotel designated check-in lounge, to room with good view, to ordering all my meals at one go, relax and wait for PCR results, check-out to freedom!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks of quarantine in this hotel. The room was spacious enough for two people. The food was great and the staff answered fast to any questions. WiFi disconnected a few times, but quickly connected again.

I stayed here for my quarantine 7 days, returning back to my home up in Chaing Mai. The hotel had been setup for the purpose of ensuring control of the pandemic so wasn't looking it's best with plastic coverings everywhere but, the staff really helped us whilst locked in our room and helped ease the stress of being locked in

I have stay here for leisure. Great experience from start to finish. Very good value for money. The staff are great and very hospitable. The room was extremely clean. Overall a very good experience. GREAT

I had a very comfortable and convenient time here during my quarantine, to the point where I didn't want to leave. The room was spacious enough to do yoga, exercise or dance. The view through the giant window was beautiful with enough sunlight everyday. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was kind and lovely, keeps me at ease. Food tasted good, surprisingly the Western food dishes tasted better than Thai food. Recommend any dishes with fish and seafood. Spaghetti Black ink with seafood, dory fish steak, pad see ew prawn - they're all good! Definitely would come by and book this hotel again - for quarantine or for usual stays. Highly recommended this hotel to friends who might be travelling to Thailand from abroad soon.

I stayed at SureStayPlus for the mandatory quarantine requirements in Thailand. Great customer service. Ms. Prince was professional and very helpful. She handled all my requests and questions in a warm friendly manner. I asked for a new smart TV in the room when I made a booking. I was pleased to see it when I checked in. Front desk staffs and the lady who was taking care of the 5th floor(I was in room 506) were exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this excellent team. The room was big and clean. Food was tasty and plenty to choose from. I also had multiple deliveries delivered to my room few times a day which were delivered promptly. I would stay here again either quarantine or non-quarantine visits.

1. Basically, smoking in hotel room is prohibited in Thailand. So, smoking of neighbor should be fixed to not let it disturb other guests. 2. At the time guests left the hotel, based on my experiences in several hotel quarantines in aboard, hotels provided me another elevator, separated to a common use for new coming guest because I already self proved 15/16 quarantine days that having no infection. This is a common treat to prevent leaving guests from a chance to get infection.

I stayed this hotel during my quarantine period in Thailand back in March. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me. Ms. Prince,- You have a winner's attitude, and I appreciate the fact that you take your customers seriously. Ms. Aim (front desk) and Mr. Om (at the rest area) are incredible person. The meal were delicious and great choices for Thai people like me. Room cleaned . Your hotel is successful because of its focus on its customer services. Well done!

As far as a 15-day quarantine experience goes this was great. The room was beautiful and clean, meals were tasty, a good portion, and were delivered on time every day. Staff was absolutely fantastic and very accommodating and fast to respond to my extra requests, and there were a fair amount of them. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend for a quarantine stay!

Booked as part of ASQ programme. Quick responses to questions and fast turn around of documents required to apply for Special Tourist Visa and COE requirements. I requested a room with good natural light and strong internet. Both were forthcoming in room 707. I was able to hire a yoga mat and some dumbbells to at least get some activity. Outside space for 45 minutes outside of room time was very nice and they even set a table and chair for me to able to work outside. Food choices were good. Portion sizes were good too. Overall a positive ASQ and for a non-ASQ visit, I am sure everyone would find a good place to stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. What more could you want?

Staff great, management not so great, food good, windows locked and no fresh air allowed during initial 7 days which i find ridiculous. room was clean and wifi good the majority of the time. good size room

Excellent hotel. Great service. Very responsible and friendly staff. I really liked the attitude of the staff. All requests were responded instantly. I went through quarantine in this hotel and spent 16 days in my room, and during this time everything was great.

During the stay , the staff are very responsive to our needs and everything came fast within 15 mins. The room service are good and the food was ok . The facilities are ok. The staffs are very helpful.

My second stay, in town for business and bring my wife and daughter along. This hotel has everything you need for a few nights stay. It is not a gigantic resort hotel if you are looking for that type of stay. But it is modern, it is clean, has a great location, an absolutely lovely rooftop pool, friendly staff and close to eataries and bars. For the price it is nothing less than a very very good choice of hotel.

This hotel was good value and the rooms were a good size. The bathroom was very nice & the air con worked superbly! In the area you have many hotels but for this kind of money this hotel cannot be beaten! Also the roof top pool was impressive & this is defiantly a hotel I would visit again in the future!

We stated here for a few nights and it was perfect! The location is great if you want to be near Nana Plaza area and the staff were so friendly! Will defiantly stay here again. Would definitely recommend

This is a really good hotel for the price! Our rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy! Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have that included. The rooftop bar and pool are nice but not many sun loungers available however we didn't really come to Bangkok to sunbathe.

Nice clean hotel with decent size rooms. Really good rooftop pool/bar area with great views. Public transport was close by making this ideal base for our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This was actually the first hotel we stayed in Bangkok and the rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly. It is very hot outside and the elevators don't seem to have any air conditioning so it will be a little stuffy on the way up. Noise level is not great sometimes late at night you could here people coming to their room after a good night in town and talking pretty loudly. It is within walking distance of the night life which is a 7 minute walk to Nana Plaza where there is a lot of bars and clubs to check out.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and incredible pool at the rooftop. The room was very good size, clean and modern. The breakfast was good but could be better if they mix more type of things during the stay. I would come back here in my next visit to BKK. Well located.

Stayed here for 5d4n, excellent location,nearby to phloen chit bts station,hotel provided rides to the main road with golf carts, from the main road it's a less than 5min walk to the bts. It is also a less than 5 min walk to nana plaza, where there are alot of restaurants and legitimate massage parlours along with night clubs further walk down the road. Ample amount of food nearby. Hotel is extremely clean and provides all basic necessities inclusive of toiletries, rooftop pool and bar were excellent. Bed was comfortable and room was excellent, tv channels were limited and shower water pressure was unstable so was the temperature which was a tad bit annoying otherwise the hotel is excellent and we would 100% recommend to anyone considering a stay.

Great location, not far from the BTS. Easy link from airport to hotel, airport link and then BTS to Phloem Chit, once off the BTS take exit for Marriott hotel, take a right at the Marriott and the hotel is half way down the road on your left. Service was excellent, room clean with tea and coffee supplied. The roof top pool was lovely, although watch your step as the floor can become slippery. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good selection. Nana Plaza is within walking distance, if that is your cup of tea!

I visit Bangkok 4 times per year for business, and in the last 3 years I've always stayed at the surestay. The room are spacious, the staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast in the morning is fine and the rooftop pool with bar is just perfect after a day of meetings.

The hotel is very central, close to restaurants, shops and nightlife, but at the same time quite quiet. Room clean large with all the necessary amenities. The pool area on the roof of the hotel, beautiful with very good views. The polite staff is always smiling and willing to serve. Breakfast rich and varied. I was absolutely delighted.

Point to note. Direction to hotel. It would be better to alight at ploen Chit Station (BTS) nearer. As compared to alighting at Nana Station. It's quite a distance. As ours is jus a stay package for 5 nights. Didn't opt for breakfast. So can't comment. Staff were accommodating for request like few hours extension. Bottled water etc.

The staff is really friendly and ready to help with all questions. The room was big an clean!! Nice pool on the 9th floor and delicious coffee! There is also a free shuttle service to the main road, although you can reach it within 5 minutes walking! We can highly recommend this hotel! :)

Nice and clean hotel in area with a lot of restaurants. Breakfast is ok. Best with the hotel is by fare the roof top pool with bar. You will have sun all through the day and it is nice to start or end the day here. Also sitting up there with a drink seeing the sun go down

Just stayed here for two nights whilst in Bangkok, It is centrally located close to the train station and with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The hotel is very average, the room was like most business hotels but without any of the luxuries. The shower in our room constantly switched between ice cold and boiling hot, I told reception they sent someone out to fix it, who said it was fixed but it wasn't so I just gave up. Towels were thin and scratchy, you can hear everything from the corridor outside your room there is no sound proofing and the hotel has an all round smell of sleep. Wouldn't stay here again personally there are much nicer hotels for the same price

This hotel is very good value for money, it is very central to loads of bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to Nana Plaza. Rooms are very clean and staff friendly and helpful. There was also a nice breakfast on offer. The plus point is definitely the rooftop pool which is amazing which on a night time provides some great views over the city. Kai the barman was adorable so friendly, I would recommend this hotel and return in a heartbeat

Excellent location, close to Skytrain (BTS) and nightlife of Bangkok. Beautiful view from the rooftop swimming pool and Sky bar so many people take a photo session;). Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nice rooms. I can recommend.

Good option in Sukhumvit. Close to the metro station and shopping centers. Good breakfast, friendliness of the staff. Good location, cleanliness. It is a bit far from the old town, but the taxi cost is only 140Bht

We stayed two nights here. We smelled something really bad from the air-conditioner while we were coming into our room. We called customer service and one service man just used aromatic spray to override the smell. Then finally we changed to another from at 2nd floor. This room is just next to the staff room. That's what we experienced about how bad the sound insulation is. Really bad. We basically can hear anything from the outside. The looking of the room is quite old and dim. One thing worth to mentioning is hotel can give you a short shuttle service to place BTS nearby.

Centrally located near all tourist attraction sites and the hotel offers free shuttle rides to the main road comes in handy however the distance to the main road is also not that long of a walk. The rooms are really clean and the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was good had options.. Definitely Staying there again when we are in Bangkok..

The room is fine and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooftop bar/pool is incredible with amazing views of the city. The reason this is not a 5/5 is because we had issues with our hot water that was never fully fixed during our stay.

Stayed for two days. The room was clean and nice. Only experience small problem, the water pressure was not stable. The pool was quite beautiful, infinity pool concept overlooking the city. Breakfast was nice, though don't offer much variety. Location was great, not far from train station.

Calm and cozy, near Sukhumvit, but far enough to chill out. Service was outstanding, they helped us with everything we asked, comfortable bed and room. They took us in a golf trolley for free to nearby area to save us some time. Great experience

Stayed here for two nights as a quick stop over - staff and hotel facilities were very good. The rooftop pool is great and the room was clean and big. The hotel is located just off the main ring road in Bangkok and in between two BTS train stations which take you all over the city. Don't get scammed by taking a tuk tuk (especially if a helpful gentleman approaches you saying he is a police man and recommends places for you to visit) they will take you on a magical mystery tour of all the shops that pay them to drag tourists in. For travelling around the city use the BTS or taxis which use their meters (cheapest and safest option).

I stayed at SureStay plus from September 24th to 29th, 2019. The hotel is located in soi 2, just a few minutes walk to the main Sukhumvit Road (the hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from Sukhumvit Road to the hotel). The hotel is also centrally located between two BTS stations (Nana and Ploen Chit) both of which are a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathrooms quite spacious. The staff is helpful. Breakfast buffet is the same every day however it is quite good. The swimming pool on the top floor though a bit small is very good with excellent view of the Bangkok skyline. The main lobby of the hotel is quite small and doesn't give the impression of a 4 star hotel though.

Second time staying at sure stay plus,brilliant hotel in a great location close to bars,restaurants etc 5 minute walk to nana bts.The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are lovely and comfortable,the pool top is a must see what great views over bangkok! The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly can't thank them all enough once again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We checked in late at night on Thursday, and we just checked out today. Service level is so superb! Everyone at the reception was brilliant! Prince the duty manager was very kind and helpful! The bell man: buggy driver was very helpful too! The restaurant team, were superb! Very service oriented. Breakfast options could have been better, in the future. Housekeeping team, was brilliant! They have never failed to clean our room daily. The rooftop bar was excellent too! Hopefully can open slightly later and the pool too! We will definitely comeback to stay again! As a Front office manager, I must say I am very impressed with your property! Tips: try to email them directly for better rates than booking through online travel agents. Pm so I can educate you travellers in regards to this!

Excellent location not too far from Japanese town, BTS sky train is working distance, near lots of restaurants and street food. The hotel room has safety box so you can leave your personal important things.

Overall pleasant stay . Staff are friendly and its very nice of the hotel upgrade us from superior to deluxe room. Buggy service is helpful so we don't hv to walk to BTS. They send us to maim road. Will back again

We arrive at this hotel as walk-in guests. We choose this place because it's well located. Close by to all the places that we wanted to visit. We really enjoy our stay here. I have stayed here for business purpose for 2 times. So far, the service and hospitality of the staff are excellent for me. The hotel's location is a bit far from the hotel, however, they have a tuk-tuk that can take you to the main road/ploencit center. The pool is nice and convenience, my little feedback that might be would be great for them to improve is the variation of the breakfast.

My family and I had 2 rooms and these were beside each other and were big and spacious. The rooftop pool was an added attraction. The hotel staff were so service-oriented and friendly. The hotel was walking distance to the train station, shops and restaurants.

From beginning to end, my stay here was excellent. Staff are all very friendly, rooms very nice, the pool area is fantastic and the location perfect! I'm normally the type of person who can find fault in everything but during my time at Surestay I genuinely couldn't fault a thing. I'm heading back to Bangkok next year for work and will be sure to stay here again!

The staff are the best part about this hotel! Extremely friendly, welcoming and warm. They did everything to help us with our stay and made us feel at home. I actually miss them! The hotel itself is also great. Very clean, modern and luxurious. It is located in the centre with many services nearby, like grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and the metro stations. Very well connected. The beds are super comfy too!

I stayed here twice: four nights the first time, and two nights more the following week. The hotel is good for a budget hotel in terms of staff, rooms, amenities, and location. Staff is excellent, particularly at the reception desk. But the bell service, the housekeepers, and the friendly chap up at the rooftop bar, are all good. I had no interaction with the engineering department; I encountered one issue, involving water temperature and pressure, but I was pretty confident that, unlike a ceiling leak or lightbulb being out, this was a built-in building-wide problem, so I didn't bother to call for an engineer to fix it. Plenty of light coming through the windows. The rooms are functional rather than decorative. Compared to most budget hotels I've been to throughout Asia, the rooms are quite large. The king beds are comfortable; you get a sofa in a sitting area, good lighting, and a very specious work area. The safe wasn't quite long enough for my laptop to fit, but the actual cubic area was generous, and more than ample for everything else I wanted to put in. WiFi was excellent both on my 2nd floor and 6th floor rooms. Quite a few other hotels I've been to have aggravating WiFi logins: you enter a bizarre user name, and then a password that goes something like this: erjVtuiweyt8ivEH1212gmKejsdgovuixdvgl. Sure Stay doesn't fool with that nonsense. The password is quite brief, and very easy to remember. Electrical outlets are abundant, and they all take US/Japanese plugs: There are at least a half dozen of them in the room. I cannot comment on the TV: didn't watch it. There's a mini-fridge, a coffee-pot, and you get a few packets of instant coffee, creamer, etc., which are replaced as used. You also get two bottles of drinking water per day. The only negative about the rooms was the showers. They're attractive, and include both a deluge spray and a hand-held sprayer. The problem was water temperature. It sometimes took a dog's age before I could get hot water at either they shower or sink. And having finally gotten it, it would suddenly turn cold again. If you turn it to as hot as you can get it, and it finally almost gets lukewarm, when you least expect it, it will instantaneously jump to full-bore hot: not hot enough to scald you, but still, the temperamental plumbing was a daily annoyance on both the lowest guest floor, and the 6th floor. (See Bed, Shower, Sofa and Work Area photos). Amenities include an exercise room, a reasonably large L-shaped rooftop pool, a rooftop bar, and the restaurant down on lobby level. (See Exercise Room, Pool 1, Pool 2 and Rooftop Bar photos). This area is one of the best in Bangkok for tourists who like nightlife. The next parallel soi over is soi 4, infamous for Nana Plaza and packed with bars, some (like Country Roads and Hillary 1) with live music. Two sois beyond that is soi 8, packed with good restaurants; Kiwi, Italian, Thai, Scandanavian, Greek etc. But both these sois tend to be noisy at night. SureStay is within a 3-or-4 minute walk of soi 4 (your cut through via a closed road opposite the Doubletree) and from soi 2, it's easy to get to soi 8. Alternatively, you can walk down to Sukhomvit and turn right to get to either of them. There are lots of good restaurants and pubs on the sois on the opposite side of Sukhomvit (Gulliver's comes immediately to mind). A wide range of foreign embassies, and one of the best hospitals in SE Asia, are also nearby. So a hotel on soi 2 is just a brief stroll away from the nightlife, but doesn't have any itself: meaning, no pounding rock music till 0200, no back-to-back car and tuktuk traffic day and night, no massage parlors hordes of pedestrians, or scores of streetwalkers on the road your hotel's on. To which I'll add that the Nana BTS station is within walkable distance (on Sukhomvit between soi 8 and soi 6) and from that station, it's a short hope to the best upscale shopping area in Thailand: Siam Central, lots of other malls, and not much further to the Sathorn Pier, where you catch Chao Phraya River boats taking you upriver to Wat Pho, Wat Arun, the Royal Palace, and the National Museum; or downriver to Asiatique. If your goals in Bangkok include bar-hopping and dining out well, but you'd prefer peace and quiet once you return to your hotel for the night, and you're looking for relatively inexpensive lodging, the SureStay might be a good option for you, particularly if you're partial to roof-top pools.

The hotel is near a BTS station however if you are taking a heavy luggage that will be a bit inconvenient, because there were no elevator or escalators. Breakfast were provided, but a bit lack of choice. The staff is nice and the room is spacious.

The hotel are very clean and the most cleanest hotel compared to the other 5 (same prices) in the same trip that I was staying in Bangkok and Bali. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice infinity swimming pool with beautiful view.

Actually we are visiting in Bangkok more than 10 times. Every time we changed accommodations. The thing is Bangkok is getting famous as a international city in the world however those who are working with service field or providing hospitality to foreigners are getting unfriendly. It is very sad story to got to know recently. Even we haven't expected that much about quality of service here in Bangkok this time, hence just wanted to enjoy our time where we are. Compared with other highly recommended hotel, the prince is reasonable, location is convenient(including swimming pool with rooftop) last important thing is that hotel staff are very kind and initiative. It will be unforgettable memory and bring me again in Bangkok. I wish this hotel will get more customers and better business very soon. Thank you :)

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights, hotel is in a good location, only a 5 minute walk from the nearest BTS station (nana), lots of bars, restaurants and shops only a 2 minute walk away. Rooms are clean and spacious and the air con is good quality. Bathroom was nice with a massive shower but was abit temperamental with the heat. Sky bar and swimming pool area is really nice and the bar man is so lovely and helpful, you can get towels to use for the pool free of charge. We found no faults with the hotel and would stay here again if we were to come back to Bangkok ☺️

Lovely little find in a lively area Arrived after an 8 hour flight from DXB, and an hour of traffic from the airport. Immediately greeted by friendly and smiling staff. Was upgraded to "luxury", which is essentially an extra 6sqm in size. If you're paying, I wouldn't bother. Our friends had a regular room, and I couldn't really see the difference. However, in both rooms, they are extremely clean, well presented, modern and well appointed. My wife and I are both the same when it comes to judging hotels - the bathroom. We both walked in, looked at the clean floors and walls (and I'm talking grout and silicon too, no black or yellow bits) and the nice large rainfall shower, walked in and said "yup, nice". Staff could not be more helpful, a few out of hours coffees were arranged (a lot of early wake ups), dry cleaning from outside, and more. Even left a case with excess "city wear" for a week, whilst we went to other places in Thailand. On the roof is the lovely little infinity pool and rooftop bar/lounge. Didn't spend anytime here, except to smoke, but if we'd had more time, we would have. On the above point, there are no balconies and all rooms are  non smoking, so you have to go down to the Ground, or up to the roof to the smoke. We had a room on the 2nd floor, and facing another building, and our friends on the 3rd floor facing the road. No complaints about any noise etc. A short walk up the road is a little slipway to an area with some bars and restaurants, and further upto the main road is a lot more cafes and fast food joints. Also, it's convenient for the BTS, a little over 5mins walk, especially since the traffic in the area (and most of metro BKK for that matter) is horrendous! Was so impressed, we booked a final night here before flying home after a week of city/island hopping, instead of a room closer to the airport. Thoroughly recommended.

I stayed here 5 nights for my business trip. All staff here are well trained, good service, friendly and very helpful. Room are cleaned and very comfortable. Continental breakfast here is good enough for me. I would definitely coming back to stay here again when I have plan to come to Bangkok.

Our room was really nice and we were upgraded to a deluxe room for free which was great. The bed is genuinely the comfiest in all of the places we visited in Thailand and Laos - it's huge and amazing! The bathroom is nice and modern with a cool rainfall shower head, and the air-con was great. The pool area on the 9th floor is really cool and the view of the city is great. We had a morning swim and the pool was lovely and refreshing and really clean. It was a cool experience being in a pool on a rooftop in the middle of Bangkok! Try a cocktail from the bar too, they're really good. The staff were really friendly and it was no problem for us to order a takeaway to our room from a nearby pizza place (we were very tired from travelling!) We stayed for one night before we explored Bangkok the next day and then travelled home, but if we had spent longer in Bangkok we definitely would have stayed here longer!

This was the last leg of my boyfriend and I travelling Thailand, our 5th destination, so we decided to go a little cheaper as we were only here 3 nights and would spend majority of it exploring anyway. The hotel itself is lovely, reception area modern, rooms are basic but nice and clean, lovely shower area. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth is that I booked this hotel on 20th May, my arrival date to this hotel was 24th June. I booked through booking.com, put my card details in and got a successful confirmation email. When I arrive to check in the receptionist asked me if I would like to pay my stay in cash or card as they tried to lift the money from my card 24 hours ago (without warning!! and bear in mind I thought the payment already came off my card in May). I looked up my statement and there had been a transaction came off the day of booking but they told me it was to a different hotel when I showed them they payment reference?? Phoned booking.com but they weren't much help and I just wanted to my room so I said I would chase it up when I arrive back in the UK and made the payment. They told me they had sent me an email on the 23rd June warning me that I had 24 hours to update my card, to which I informed them I do not have access to my emails travelling Thailand. Thought it was unprofessional and lack of communication as I could have turned up with not enough money to pay and be left hotel-less. Rooms were cleaned every day which was good, pool area was nice and the staff at the pool were very lovely. We ordered 2 coke's from pool area which were already pricey but knew it would be due to it being in hotel, when we went to pay they told us they add on a service charge and we didn't have enough to pay and had to get it charged to our room. Do think little things like this could improve as it seems like an extra way to get money from guests. In all honesty, the 2 woman receptionists I dealt with weren't very friendly. On my last morning, 27th June, I had to phone reception to ask them to check on guests above us due to the noise they were making, slamming doors, moving furniture & talking very loud, but then it started in our hallway as well so I think it was the cleaners. Maybe need to be a bit more considerate of guests when it is so early. Overall a good stay, good location and good value for money.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the hotel is located in an area with modern buildings and near some touristic markets and Nana Plaza. The pool is quite cool after a day of walking, but closes rather early (i think 8 pm).

It was my secound time there and a third time will follow definitely. Room quite big, very clean and with all needed equiped for a business stay. Pool area is quite famous with relaxing seats a good service.

I just had three nights stay at this hotel last weekend. The location is located in a nice peaceful neighborhood, just less than 10 minutes walk to BTS station, Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald are just walking distances. Checking in was smooth and not too much trouble, the breakfast is average- not the best breakfast I had so far but it was good and not really a trouble for me. Our rooms are spacious and the water pressure and hot water is one of the best among other hotels I have stayed, the only down side is my aunt said she could hear everything at night time such as closing the door, turning on the water but I'm not a light sleeper so I did not hear anything but the next day when the room next door go in and out I could hear their door closing every single time in a day time. But this does not make this hotel down, it is a good hotel after all. I would recommend this hotel to those who want to stay in a nice neighborhood.

The rooftop pool was a great escape from the scorching sun. It was not crowded (at least not during the day, travelled in May), and the guy working at the pool bar was just super helpful and accommodating. Avoid wearing white swimwear, though – ours ended up with a yellow hue after spending time in the water (?). The room was also very nice. Breakfast covered the basics. The location is quite good – the next soi is full of restaurants and 7-Elevens, and the Sukhumvit area in general has a lot to offer as well as good transportation options.

We came all the way from NYC and couldve stayed anywhere. We chose this property and were in for a treat. First the staff is awesome they will bend over bacwards to help super friendly. The pool is awesome too great views and so are the rooms I thought it was so clean. Just an example about how awesome the staff is the guys managing the pool I got too wasted and jet lagged to get out of the pool right the staff spotted it right away and walked into the pool to help me thats just one of like 10 extra mile things they did. I highly recommend.

This is a fantastically located hotel with easy access to bars, restaurants, shops, and the BTS. The rooms are a nice size will all amenities. Lovely big beds! The pool on the top floor is great and perfect after a long day of being awesome - great opportunity to get some shots for the gram as well. Only disappointment is the breakfast. This was a bit hit and miss for us (scrambled eggs the exception - always done perfectly).

We enjoyed this hotel and would stay again. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice and offered decent views. We did mostly the main tourist activities so we always had to take taxis. They are easy to get near the hotel. The hard part is getting a driver willing to use the meter.

It's a nice hotel within easy walking distance of the BTS Skytrain. They have a small pool on the top floor with a bar right next to it. The staff at the reception is very polite and helpful. We will be back next year!

Great hotel, really clean and good value for money. I never used the restaurant but looked really clean, close to nightlife but no noise at all . Rooms spacious and pool area excellent, drinks prices are very resonable

For the price SureStay was a nice & comfortable hotel, with a great rooftop pool. It's in a great central location, which makes it easy for heading out at night and day trips. There's a few pro's and cons to the hotel; Pro's: The rooms are nice and big, with comfortable beds, with great pillows and soft linen. Decent size and clean bathrooms. Great location and friendly staff. Decent buffet breakfast. As mentioned great rooftop pool & bar. Cons: Current construction next door, was not told prior to arrival. Contact with hotel to set up airport pick up was hard, two emails did not get responded to. Needs a bit more in regards to mini bar selection. No convenient 7/11 outside or nearby, needed to go around the block to get to one. Taxi's find it hard to get there or still unsure where the hotel is. Again, for the price it's a really decent hotel for a short stay.

Visited here in March as a group of 3 couples. Very close to the bars and restaurants, situated on soi 2. We were checked in promptly and shown to our rooms. The rooms were nice, clean, similar standard to what is to be found in Bangkok. However the rooms we were allocated did definitely not look like what I ordered - I also asked for a high floor and was put on 3/9. The pool area was amazing. Lovely pool overlooking the city and fantastic service from the barman. Be sure to make the most of happy hour that ends at 5pm. On the downside, it cost us 1500THB to have a late checkout. Which is 4pm. That was a lot of money for an extra 2 hours. I would stay here again for the pool and view but the hotel management could do with some improvement.

Rooms are big and well equiped, on the 9th floor there is gym, swiming pool and cocktail bar with a lovely view.The swiming pool on the roof top is lovely and let you escape from the noise of the city. Close to skytrain. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our room and the hotel overall were very clean. The rooftop pool offers an excellent skyline view and has a bar. The location is far enough away from the bustle of Bangkok traffic to be quiet. The BUS Skytrain in an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel, offering quick access to many areas of the city. Via sky train, the hotel is only a half hour from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Most importantly, the entire staff - especially the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. The only negative in my opinion was that breakfast (not included in our room rate) was in my opinion too expensive for the selections offered: mainly western cuisine and fresh fruit. However, there are many eating options within a short walk of the hotel. In summary, this is a good place to stay, thanks to an efficient, friendly staff and overall cleanliness. Recommended.

New hôtel with à gréât rooftop pool who has sun the whole day. Breakfast buffet nice with decent coffee {gaggia}. Great croissant and chocolat breads {if you don't get the ones from the last day}. Doors to the corridor are too thin if there are people making noise outside.

Next time when we come to Bangkok definitely will be stay in the hotel again. Perfect location nice, new hotel. We loved the skybar and the pool. Friendly, kind staff. Very close to the party area, and the skytrain too

Absolutely loved our time at SureStay in Bangkok! We were greated by friendly staff who helped us with our bags, and they were so helpful throughout our stay in the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and there was enough natural sunlight from the window. Everything in the room worked as it should. Breakfast was great as well, and the highlight of the hotell was the rooftop pool! Would recommend!

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. The staff welcomed us well and helped each time we had any problems with transport or how to get to places. Room was good, hotel is in a good location. Food nothing special but we were notmally eating at the street markets so i wasnt bothered Overall- really god stay. Ewa

Had three amazing days staying in this beautiful new hotel. The rooftop pool is absolutely incredible, get up early to get some sun beds as they go fast and there aren't many. The free breakfast is simple but really great. Buffet style and substantial. It's located one street over from the seedy “nana plaza” so if you want a weird night out head there however you're still far away enough so you don't interact with the siftyness too much. The hotel is super clean, the food during the day is super simple as they only have a coffee shop however. Big shoutout to “cake”who is the lovely receptionist who made our stay amazing and gave the best customer service ever! We will be back! Thanks again guys!

Comfortable, clean, great staff, amazing rooftop pool with city views. Close to Skytrain (Nana), Sukhumvit Road, street food, nightlife and shops. I could go on but all I really need to say is great value stay in Bangkok, highly recommended.

The hotel is very convenient, clean, well located near a metro station. Friendly and efficient staff. Walking distance to bar street. Megamalls around for those who like to do shopping or eat in more formal restaurants.

The staff are so pleasant from the minute you walk in the front door the place is fresh and very clean the rooms are big and bright with all new modern furnishings the location is perfect for reaching the rail line and for the night life and for shopping all amenities are new and good rooms and the pool on roof is perfect for relaxing the only negative is the breakfast is poor choice and lacks variety it is the same every day

Very tidy hotel situated in sukhumvit, the perfect location for a four day Bangkok trip. The friendly and helpful staff was better than expected. We will definitely come back again when we will stop in Bangkok.

Newly constructed, the hotel is clean and rooms are nice. Bed is very comfortable. The plus is the rooftop pool & bar with a nice view. Good location: 2 minutes walking from bars & restaurants. Not disapointed.

Pros: New clean rooms with comfortable beds, ample power sockets, good TV channels. Beautiful rooftop pool - comfortable temperature. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to end of road. Cons: sporadic hot water in shower, though pressure was best in Thailand. Location was close to BTS, but one street away from Nana seedy Red Light District - Sukhumvit 4 (one street East). Food options were limited to very authentic Thai street food (cooked early and left out all day and and lots of flies), American fast food chains, or seedy Nana restaurants where you are supplied with a lady. Sadly, I ate way too much McDs here. Traffic congestion all the time. Tips: use Phloen Chit station to avoid slimey Nana Red Light District. Ask for 5th floor or above for view above trees. After staying in BKK 3 times, preferred area is Khaosan Rd as close to river, The Grand Palace, and other tourist sites. Obviously no fault of this hotel.

just one night stay here but feel warm welcome from first step untl departure. Staffs were very helpful and attentive. Rooftop swimming was superb. Location set back inside the soi 2 from main sukhumvit street but 24 hrs. shuttle service. Will recommend to my friends.

Fantastic hotel, new, spacious and very nice rooms, incredible rooftop pool with stunning views. Good reception service. We loved it! The only breakfast is something short. Otherwise, totally recommended. well located in quiet area and a few minutes from the Nana subway station.

Stayed here for one night , the rooftop pool is really good. About 45 mins drive to the main airport. Would reccomend for short stay. We arrived late so didnt really spend much time at the hotel, but it was a fair price for the location and facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately check in, which was great after a 15 hours+ trip from Amsterdam. Also very happy with the upgrade we received. Rooms were perfectly fine - it had everything you need, beds were very comfortable, and AC worked well. The pool provided a splendid view, which we enjoyed with some beers from the bar up there. Breakfast was basic, but fine. It seems the hotel is located quite far away from the main sights in Bangkok, but we really enjoyed its more secluded location. Sukhumvit has plenty of pubs, rooftop bars, and hotels and the hotel is only a short 10 minute walk from a BTS station, connecting you to both the airport and most parts of Bangkok. One point of improvement is the English proficiency of some staff members, especially at the Front Desk. One of the (very kind) ladies had difficulties understanding us when we were simply asking for an early 6AM taxi and breakfast box. It took quite the effort to get both booked.

We had wonderful stay in this superb hotel. The staff were all very helpful, always smiling, and genuinely looked like they enjoyed working there. The bed was so comfortable it felt like home. The bathroom was very modern and the shower, flush, taps all functioned perfectly, better than many European hotels! Breakfast was fine for us. You could chose from toast, scrambled eggs, fried rice. Chicken, miso soup, fresh papaya, melon, pineapple. I would say something for everyone. The bar and pool have magnificent views, so relaxing in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Highly recommended this hotel, compliments to all the staff we will be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights on 24th October 18 & were pleasantly surprised with the lovely hotel. We paid £35 per night and had a superior double room on the 8th floor. Loved the Sky pool which was on the 9th floor & have incredible views! Brilliant location with plenty going on the next road over. MBK centre was 2 stops on the sky train costing 23 baht per person. Leave the hotel and get the free golf cart from reception to the end of the road. Drops you near McDonald's and Starbucks. Turn left and it's a 2 minute walk on the left side of the road. Get the sky train to ‘Siam' station on the green line to Mo Chit. There is a nice coffee shop in the hotel itself with hot food. (Part of the true coffee chain) Free WiFi for hotel guests. Only downside is the road is quiet with not might lighting but we didn't see this as much of an issue. Would definitely come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay in this relatively new, modern and clean hotel which is located a short distance from the Skytrain. My room, a superior double, was spacious, well furnished with plenty of light and a pleasant outlook. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels fresh and clean. The room was serviced daily and water also replenished. Ablution facilities were very acceptable, however, the toiletry supplies were limited. The air conditioning extremely efficient. The wi-fi was stable and strong throughout the hotel. A wide selection of food was offered for breakfast and was of good quality. The freshly ground coffee was also much appreciated. What is disappointing is that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Perhaps management could re-consider this. The reception staff were professional while all the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I was sorry that I was not able to stay longer and make use of the well-equipped gym, inviting rooftop pool and sky deck bar. I would certainly stay at this hotel again when in Bangkok. I can recommend this hotel without reservation.

Stayed 2 nights for Bangkok city, Sukhumvit area. we enjoyed rooftop pool and drinks, staffs from the reception desk till rooftop bar were very friendly, we're impressed by them. the location is great for entertainment area by walking distance and BTS station not far from the hotel. Breakfast was adequately and good coffee. we would stay again next time.

I was impressed with cleanliness of the hotel. It was basic, clean and has everything you need for a city stay. We were not planning on staying in the hotel as we had a jam packed schedule. So I was very happy with how it looked. Staff were friendly and the pool was also a very nice area. Used the small gym once. Did the job. But don't expect the full works. Had no issues with noise as the road we were on were quiet. Only found out we were 2 streets away from the red light district area! But that was no bother. 7 mins away from the Sky train station. It was actually very handy. There was a small shopping centre (ploen chit centre) 5 mins down the road where you could get Starbucks and McDonald's. Which we did. But it was better to venture further out to get any Thai food. I did stop of 15 mins at a place I think was called Moms Thai Food and have a pad Thai. When you walk passed the station Ploen chit there are food stalls. I never ate there because it did not look clean at all. Nanna square (bars and red light district) is just around the corner in walking distance. Nice to have a beer or 2 and to watch the interesting night life..!

We spent two night for city trip. Our stay base on review and great photo. We love swimming pool and great view. Rooftop bar offer good drinks, they have happy hour to get free drink. The room is clean and enough size for Bkk hotel. Breakfast is adequated menus and tasty,if add some more would be perfect. Overall great stay! for our experience especial services from staffs.

We stayed here for two nights and we loved it. We were greeted by very friendly staff when we arrived. The lobby area and restaurant area is beautiful and so clean. We stayed in a superior double room which was very comfortable, spacious and has a luxurious feel to it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The room has everything you need and want in it. The rooftop pool and bar area is amazing, we spent most of our stay up there. The pool is a great size and very clean and well kept. Prices for drink at the bar are very reasonable. Really good and friendly service from bar staff. Location is good. Wifi is excellent. We would definitely return.

Bangkok is all about where you are located for a holiday .. The hotel is clean and has well fitted roms and nice pool . Breakfast is ordinary . The area just did not please us with girly bars and street girls all about . It is time for Bangkok to detail red light areas to tourists so one does not pick the wrong area for our holiday hotel choice . It is in a location to enjoy the bars a d what gles with them ??..The hotel is in a red light district .

Stayed 1 night for a quick stop over. Got upgraded to a deluxe room, which was nice of them. They also let us check in early which was great! Stayed on the 2nd floor and it had a terrible smell, smelled really musty and damp, like the carpet had been flooded in the hallway. Luckily when you closed the door you couldn't smell it. Comfy bed, decent sleep, but the WiFi box however blinked all night and the light from it was really bright, so that was a tad annoying, apart from that it was fine. POOL was lovely and had a good view.

It was the best hotel we have been in Thailand. The beds are extremely comfortable. The swimming pool with amazing views. All clean and modern. The staff super kind and friendly, they let me use the swimming pool, gym,etc while I was waiting to my night flight. They also let me leave my luggage in a safe place :) I recommend this hotel 100%

Spacious rooms and good location! The hotel was very good and the staff friendly as well! The only think which they can improve is the breakfast quality. For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast is not really broad and the quality not so high.. It is better to take without breakfast and buy something from the coffee shop located in the hotel, it looks better there than from the small buffet! Maybe cheaper as well... After all, I recommend it because of the nice rooftop, rooms, staff,.. Only the breakfast can be improved!

If you are looking for a spacious hotel room at an affordable/reasonable price, with all standard facilities that a hotel can provide, then this hotel is a very good option for you to stay in the middle of Bangkok. Small hotel, but with all facilities: -Rooftop swimming pool and bar (modern design swimming pool+amazing view with skylines) swimming pool closes at 20:00 and the rooftop bar order closes at around 21:00/22:00 -Functional gym, -Lovely breakfast line (until 10:00)+ a café downstairs, -Premium guest services :the staffs are well trained, very friendly, and have a very good sense of service and hospitality. As for example, the security guard escorted the guests to the taxi, opening the door for us to get in/off the car etc. This is what I actually cannot even see at some hotels that call themselves as a “5-star”. All in all, I had a lovely stay here, the double bed is big, the room itself is SPACIOUS, earth-tone color of the furniture in room makes it even more cozy. SureStay assured me a pleasant stay!

Stayed here on our first trip to Bangkok visiting from Canada. Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel in a great location with mostly helpful staff. Pros: - great location, relatively close to all the must see's and right behind nana plaza - very clean - great pool - buffet staff were very polite - staff is honest and for the most part helpful and polite Cons: - the front desk will only assist with a cab if you agree to a flat fee. This made arranging cabs difficult as many already refuse to turn the meter on. I wish hotels wouldnt encourage this. - some staff just walked away when we asked questions. Language barrrier perhaps Overall, great little hotel in a great location. Amazing pool and very clean for a very reasonable price

We stayed three nights at the Surestay. Arrived early morning. Had to wait a couple of hours to check in because the hotel was busy but they looked after our luggage. There is a small complex of shops and cafes at the top of the street where we went and had a coffee. Close to Pleon Cit Skytrain station, short walk along the main road past Novotel and turn right into Soi Alley 2. Modern, comfortable hotel with a small rooftop pool. All essentials provided and an extremely helpful staff front desk who printed out boarding passes and gave us advice on how to get to Don Meunier Airport using the Sky train to Mo Chit then a bus across from the station beside the park. Would very happily stay at this hotel again. Very convenient to nightlife in Nana and Soi Cowboy and also to the public transport system. Recommend to those on budget to mid range needs who want a comfortable efficient hotel.

Stayed one night at this hotel base on location and photos. Checked in was smoothly and quick baggages delivery in room. The room was very clean and new aspect, all amenities were standard set up. I enjoyed swimming pool on 9th floor with bangkok panorama view. The hotel provide shuttle service drop off at the main street to catch the nearest skytrain station. Staff is very nice.Nice location but hotel is very expensive.it is a 9 storey hotel.Pool is nice.It is in sukumwit area so very nearby to bts(metro), you can easily go for the nearby attractions.Breakfast is very costly which i included while booking hotel (1000rs per person per day).only non vegetarian breakfast so that was a disappointment for me.

We stayed here the first few nights of our trip in Bangkok, located close to BTS and lots of great cheap eats around, awesome local Thai market style restaurant across the other side of Sukhumvit which is a must try. The hotel itself is new and modern, we were upgraded when we checked in which was a plus. Pool is beautiful and very relaxing, high enough and far enough away from the BTS so it is fairly quiet if you want to escape the chaos from the streets below for a while. They have listened to previous reviews as there were plenty of sunbeds on the roof top, counted about 12. Gym is great, not big but new equipment and has everything you need. Rooms were clean, spacious and bed really comfortable. Breakfast was ok, simple but acceptable. I would highly recommend this place, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic and relaxing week, thanks to the best Deluxe Room. We have had a good experience with all your staff and driver in your hotel. The breakfast is great and well presented. We were impressed by the level of service. It was truly excellent! We have had a very enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much to everybody.

Good location. Dope rooftop. OK rooms no much complaints but then they wouldn't do small things like restock our toiletries. But then my biggest quarrel is with the staff. They set us up with unscrupulous taxi guys who would rip us off when we would like to do activities like Floating Market. Being asked to pay amounts upwards of 3000 baht for such activities. Probably they get a cut from those conmen. Then I also forgot a hard disk in the room but then the staff there stole it and claim there was nothing left. Sent emails but no response. Called and no one willing to help. Really disappointed since it was my first time in Bangkok.

Booked a room with deluxe king bed for five nights, upon arriving to find a beautiful rooftop swimming pool, mediocre gym and room that's both lovely and clean. With staff that was sincere although unhelpful in suggestions of nearby good restaurants. Upon check-in after a exhausting operation all I wanted to do was check-in ASAP then sleep. The check in and out date, breakfast buffet and smoking rules was explained and that's all. Returning from a day at the floating market having purchased some durian, that we kept in our room with the ac on to avoid any smell. The day after coming back we found a letter advising a fine of 2000 baht for the smell that was “left” from it. Only having revised the terms and condition did we realize it was written down although we weren't made aware until after we were fined. Other hotels would normally have signs in the reception advising this condition, we realized the staff were useless in informing us of this fact which was really upsetting!

About 5 min walk from Phloen Chit BTS station (the nearest BTS station). The hotel also provides buggy car to send you to the main road which could shorten the walking distance. Near to McDonald's, convenient stores. Overall it's value for money.

Very good, neat and clean hotel. Co-operative staff. Quick room service. Expended Breakfast (But little disappointment for Vegetarians). Only issue with staff is poor understanding of English. Only front office staff understand English.

This a nice hotel that has potential but lacks in many areas. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. There are no drawers for your clothes (I think this is a Thai thing). The pool is nice. We enjoyed swimming there daily. The roof top bar sucked! I was hoping for some sort of music and fun up there but it was dead as can be. No music, no fun. I tried to get a drink at 9:45 and I was told it was too late, the bar closed at 10pm. Really disappointing. My biggest gripe with this place is the cleanliness. The workers DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN! I arrived at 2am and checked into my room fairly quickly. All I wanted to do was shower and go to bed. Well, the water was cold and they had to come adjust something under the sink. They came quickly and I was able to shower and get ready for bed. I decided to used the bathroom before going to sleep and found dried vomit all over the side of the toilet as well as splatter on the floor. HOW DISGUSTING!!!! I had to squat over the toilet because I refused to sit. I called downstairs to notify them and told them it was too late to come clean but I wanted my room cleaned first thing in the morning. Before breakfast, I went to the front desk and told them about how nasty my bathroom was. They sent someone up to clean while we ate breakfast. After breakfast, I got to the room and the toilet was cleaned but the floor still had vomit splatter!! I asked for the manger to come to my room immediately. She came quickly and I pointed out the nastiness in the bathroom. I showed her photos of it before hand as well. I also showed her how the room was not clean! Dust and dirt on the floor and in the corners. I had a two year old with me! This was unacceptable! She agreed and comped my breakfast for the remainder of my stay (which was disgusting btw). For the remainder of my stay, my room was cleaned thoroughly but I have to be honest in this review as I have seen similar complaints about cleanliness and see that nothing has been done to ensure these issues have been remedied. Breakfast was horrible!! Stale bread and pastries. Watered down eggs, some sort of chicken sausage, a pasta that taste like it was covered in Ketchup, watermelon and cantaloupe. It was really bad! Every single day. I chucked it up to Thailand having nasty breakfast but that is not true! On my last day, I finally decided to go next door to the Icon hotel and ask if I could pay for breakfast. They said yes and I was so happy for some decent breakfast and so was my toddler! Pancakes, French toast, bacon, eggs, fresh bread and pastries, a few cheeses, salad bar, pad Thai, rice and a few more Thai options. So much more food and better quality and it was $50 Bahts cheaper! I wish I had stayed their instead as I had considered it. You guys really need to improve on your food. Please go next door and see what a real breakfast looks like! Ivied to another part of Thailand to a hotel which offered free breakfast and it was very good as well. You guys are dropping the ball! I have to say the staff was amazing! Very responsive. Very friendly and loved my son. I booked an additional night just to have a place to hang out for a few hours before my flight when I returned to Bangkok and they kept one of my suitcases while I was gone. I really wish I could give them one more star, but it's important for them to take the constructive criticism so they can improve for future guests. This place is beautiful and has so much potential but they have to get it together in many area's. I didn't hate his hotel, otherwise I wouldn't have returned for the day, but I doubt I'd return here for an extended stay. One more thing, if you want a wash cloth you have to request it. That is fine, but I think it's ridiculous to have to request one everyday! If I asked for it once, it means I use face cloths and it should be replaced daily along with the fresh towels. It was very annoying to get ready to jump in the shower and have to get out and call for a wash cloth daily! I asked everyday to have it replaced but it never was. Annoying!!

The location is really good, near BTS station around 10 mim walk, or less , depending on you. The room was nice and the pool area too. The service is ok. Nice street food on the street, a must try to enjoy the BKk night heat.

Had 3 nights there with a friend. The place is located downtown Bangkok and close to all the party, dinning and bars. Simple roms and good beds. The rooftop pool is nice and the view is stunning. Good and helpfull staff (booking restaurants and transport)

Loved my stay here. Not a five star place but worth your visit. Good quality for the price. Room was clean, all was good. Nice experience. Rooftoop pool is nice and clean, skybar could be improved though and pool with a nice soundsystem, not that expensive

Our room was spacious and comfortable but had to request robes as there were none in wardrobe. Breakfast was much more limited than other hotels we stayed in on this trip. Pool was lovely but there were only 2 parasols - not good for very white European like myself! Biggest surprise- the rooftop bar closed at 7pm!! Just as well it's close to some very lively streets with lots of bars.

The rooms were average but were priced fairly. There was some construction work goin on in the late hours but it wasn't too bad. He pool was nice, but we only ended up using it once. The view from there was average compared to other hotels. The staff was generally helpful and very nice. We had an incident with the bell boy though. He asked my girlfriend and I if we were interested in a trip to the floating market. He would give us a good price of 1500 baht with a private driver which was allegedly 1000 baht cheaper than from other vendors. Since he worked for the hotel, we decided to trust him and take him up on the offer the next day. When we got to the floating market 1.5 hours later, the driver was very pushy with having us talk to a specific women selling tickets. She ended up ripping us off by demanding 3000 baht per person. We didn't have that much cash on us, so we paid 2000 baht upfront and told her we would pay the rest after going to the ATM at the floating market. Halfway through the trip after thinking about our communication with the ticket woman, we had a gut feeling something wasn't right. We talked to some other people when we were going to the ATM, and found out that they had only paid 350 baht per person. We got back into the boat and confronted the boat driver about this and said that we wouldn't accept the steep price, and told him that they could keep the 2000 they had already gotten and to please end the trip immediately. He then proceeded to stop the boat in the middle of the river so we couldn't leave, and called the woman that initially sold us the tickets to sort out the dispute. We got all kinds of excuses about all of he things we were getting and that it was a fixed price. We firmly rejected to sort it out in the boat and offered to talk it out when we got back to land. That apparently was not an option. In the end, we offered to pay 1000 baht on top of the 2000 that we already payed and the boat driver agreed to take us back. When we got there the saleswoman was nowhere to be found. We told our taxi driver about the situation and he showed us a sign that clearly stated that the government mandated price for tourists is 2000 or 3000 baht for 1 or 2 hours respectively, per boat - not per person! A blatant attempt at ripping us off and taking advantage of jet lagged, tired tourists unfamiliar with Bangkok. The bell boy never mentioned anything about additional payments or what we should be expecting to pay. We had a feeling that he knew exactly what was going on all along and was a getting a kick back from the ticket sales. We also suspect that the taxi driver was in on it as was very insistent on us talking to that specific woman selling tickets. Although this is our speculation. All in all, it was a sad waste of a long day and we ended up getting absolutely no value other than some cheap souvenirs (that we could have gotten at pretty much any other market/mall in Bangkok). We recommend that you be careful when you are booking these types of tours and agree to a fair price before getting on any boat or transport.

We stayed in Bangkok for only 3 nights. But the hotel felt like a safe place to come back to everyday to escape the hectic busy streets and bad smells of Bangkok. It felt like home immediately with really nice staff, rooms and facilities. The infinity pool on the roof was the best part, we tried to spend our sunsets up there because the view is just stunning. If we visit Bangkok we will definitely be staying here again!

Great pool area on roof good coffee shop large rooms and overall very good value. Short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Could get a little busy round the pool but we will definitely book again next time we are in town.

All the staff are the SureStay Plus Hotel were friendly and polite and the hotel was very clean. We found that the location was close to enough to bars and restaurants but not too close to be noisy. We would happily stay here again. For attractions, it is easy to grab a taxi at the end of the road or walk to Nana station.

Loved the huge spacious room! Got the one on the top floor which was really big and had 2 TVs. It was right beside the gym and close to the rooftop pool! Very conveniently located close to the train stations and street food! Will definitely come back!

We are so glad we stayed at this hotel as it was so clean and the swimming pool and the views was very nice and relaxing. The location was brill as everything was so near. Taxi and tuc tuc's were outside the hotel. However the only thing we were disappointed about was when we were approached by a member of staff who at first we found very helpful as he tried to arrange a taxi for us to floating boat and the temples. We said no to him as we found a cheaper option with a taxi outside. He then called our room the next day at 7am to confirm the booking and we were sleeping as we were jet lagged. I said no to him again. He then knocked on our door the same day around 9am and said he will do it at a lower price. I was so shocked that he was doing this in the hotel and he was bribing us. We were so disappointed with this.

Sure stay is place to be! Clean, quiet, and the service was wonderful! If you're looking for a great place to stay in Sukhumvit this is it. The rooftop pool is really nice as well. Everything was well kept and staff were always there to help with recommendations and directions. Also a nice daytime service of taking you by golf cart to he end of the soi so you can get on bts quickly or just go shopping.

Very poor breakfast! The room was new, spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was not helpful, we had to go to the other hotel to ask information about the tours. But the security guys were nice

Very new and spacious room. Location is considered so so as even though it is near to train station , it is not right at the door step and when you have shopped till you drop, the last thing you want is to walk some distance back to the hotel. Yes you can call the hotel buggy to pick you up from the main road but that's not as smooth as a hotel that is right smack in front of the train station. The water heater needs some fine tuning, as well as the door closer. It just doesn't close fully on its own and you get an annoying beeping sound the next minute. Heard this in other rooms too. The room floor is rather sticky/waxy.. it doesn't feel comfortable walking on it. The new sofa is squeaky and the bedside table is rather light and uneven. Breakfast is very simple- 3 hot dishes, bread, pastry, salad, cut fruits, cereals, two types of chilled juices, milk and coffee/tea. Staff are rather helpful and friendly.

We have stayed there for 4 nights. Stuff is not police and nice at all... breakfast is really bad with low food quality. They do not refill the plates... they just make you feel like you are not welcome to this place. Only thing worth of visiting is pool on the top...

I'm really sorry that I have to write a bad review. The property is really lovely with spacious rooms, nice views, comfortable bed and modern trendy design. The rooftop pool and bar area is great, wonderful views at night. the hotel is in a great location, you can discover Bangkok easily from here, we walked everwhere basically, there's a sky path above the roads that connects you with all the major shopping centres nearby. There's a train station that isn't far at all, there's great streetfood and good breakfast places and restaurants nearby. We had one major issue though, our room stank. It was a very very unpleasant odour of sewage, it was really bad. We only stayed for one night and as we were super jetlagged we didn't change the room. I'm not sure if this room was the only room with this issue but it was a massive letdown. It was so strong it made me sick, we really should have changed in hindsight but we were just so tired. Judging from the reviews this might not be an issue for their other rooms but dear hotel management, room 702 (I think it was) stinks really really bad, you've got to do something about it.

we had a super quiet night in this great hotel in our second night in bangkok. the bed were cosy, room was big enough and very clean! the small fitness room and the pool at the roof were amazing and perfect for a calm afternoon if you already know the city. staff was very friendly and helpful and also allowed us to stay a little longer at the pool after checkout. breakfast was good too. we had a great time there!

I like this hotel even tho it's very small building but at the same time our room is quite big. Staying in the kings size room on the 8th floor. They only have 9 floors so we on top. The sky bar tho is very dead... no action what's so ever, even tho the pool is situated right next to it. Didn't book with breakfast so can't comment on that and the in house restaurant closes at 10pm so get your food before or totally ignore them and go outside very close to major departmental stores and and two minutes outside the hotel to your right is an alley full of things to do. Bars, restaurant, 7elevens and all the midnight actions??. So try it and I'm sure you'd like it too. They get four stars because the sky bar is always dead.???????

We stayed for 2 days. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff is very helpful and kind. Enjoyed pool on the top of building, beautiful view, especially at nights. High speed internet access-possible to watch Netflix in HD quality. If you are looking for modern and high quality hotel- this is for you! Only be adware from the taxi and tuk tuk drivers on the street, because they are like crazy and offer for you the tour for 40 bth, but then take you to some tailor shop and accuse to take you back to hotel, they are scam, better go to the Main Street or order from hotel reception.

We stayed 3 days on the hotel. The hotel itself is located in a party mile behind Nana and so not really quiet with a lot of noise coming from workers at construction areas. Also they concierge and the security man both tried to sell me stuff , which I declined but they asked again and again.. but everything else was fine.

We stayed at this hotel in November as part of our 1st marriage anniversary and were dubious at first as it is very cheap for the location it is in with a rooftop pool and bar. Although we were dubious we certain my werent disappointed the staff we very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance to the bars in mama plaza and a few minutes walking distance to the MRT which makes it perfect for getting around Bangkok during the day and plenty of stuff nearby to do at night. The room was immaculate very clean everyday and with everything in it brand new. The pool and bar on the roof are lovely, very clean with great views over Bangkok. Although I only used it briefly the air conditioned gym is a bonus aswell. With Bangkok being so hot the need for a pool is essential in my eyes and this hotel was the best one we could find for the price. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a mid range budget

Had to get a room for half a day before my flight home, spending at day in Bangkok and then an overninght flight without shower wasnt a choice. WAsnt expecting to much, but the room was really nice with a big comfy bed and quit a big bathroom.

i stayed 3 nights here, i booked without breakfast. Lucky me, there was 2 local food infrontof the hotel, the food were good, i tried fried rice, noodles, and pork, chicken crispy with rice,, the food was cheap ( only 50-80 baht ) the hotel have small infinity pool, bar, and fitness centre Location were 700m from BTS ploenchit / Nana . . if you feel too far, you can call the hotel to pick up at the alley by their caddy car 1 km to terminal 21 2,5 km to Siam Starbucks and McDonalds at the alley area. i enjoyed stayed here, i had a good sleep too. We stayed here for 2 nights on our first timw in Bangkok and found it clean, tidy and nice and central. Excellent reception staff and very close to all amenities. The roof top pool is awesome! Would definately stay here again

My friends and I stayed at this hotel in Bangkok. You can't beat the location, its next to the red light district and also embassy row, so there is different mix of people. This was my introduction to Thailand and it was perfect. Its a brand new hotel, very clean, gorgeous roof top pool with views and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It would be great if the room had a dresser as we were there for several days, so you wouldn't have to live out of your suitcase.

My girlfriend and I were travelling to Bangkok for 6 days in late October. SureStay Plus was our pick for the first 2 nights because it's new! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and they could communicate well with tourist in English. Surprisingly, there is even one guy who spoke Mandarin with us and provided a lot of useful information. We were very satisfied with the overall service and room cleanliness as everything is still very new and decided to extend another night here. The rooftop bar is not bad, swimming pool is cozy and you can definitely enjoy the marvellous Bangkok city skyline at night (refer to attached photo). For the 4th and 5th night, we decided to move to a hotel in Chinatown (opposite Hua Lamphong station) and regretted immediately upon arrival. Although SureStay Plus is located in a small alley, the excellent service and built up quality of rooms are much ahead of other hotels with similar price range. I heard that breakfast needs improvement and therefore we never try it out ourselves!

Clearly one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. This place is brand new and it's just amazing. The room and the shower are nice size , the beds are super comfortable, the air conditioner has a silent mode. I never slept so good in long time. The rooftop bar and pool is awesome, perfect instagram spot. The location is one of the best, close to BTS (5 min walk) but still in a quiet area. The staff are super friendly, special thanks for the hotel manager and the night manager. Keep up the great work! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a perfect hotel and great value for the money. Absolutely will return in this hotel every time I stay in Bangkok.

Staying at this hotel recently was a delight. A new hotel by Best Western under the Sure Stay brand. The property is located in Soi 2 on Sukhumvit, it is very close to all amenities, the BTS sky train is a brief 5 mins away, the bell boy drops you to the end of the street by golf cart. Just across the main Sukhumvit road is the Bumrungrad Hospital and all key Bangkok shopping malls are moments away.The interior is quality fitted, breakfast was good and they have a Tru coffee in the lobby. The room was well appointed and a very good size, the beds comfortable and the rooms clean as you would expect from a new hotel. The facilities on the roof top, including gym, infinity pool and Sky Bar is well with the visit. The views of the Bangkok skyline are amazing! Thank you to the staff, for the nothing was to much trouble service.I will defiantly back!

Time I visited, they just openes it. Everything brand new, still slow an empty, but great locatin to stay. Staff is still learning how to use systems, so takes some time. But generally worth to stay. Rooftop bar offers exceptional views. Breakfast basic, probably will improve with more guests staying.

I was there for 4D3N, staff is friendly, hotel is new, room is spacious. Happy about everything but the breakfast pricing at 300 baht per person with such little food spread is not worth it. They have to improve on that. Breakfast Item : Bread, Fruits, Salad, Fried Egg, Omelette, Scramble Egg, Bacon, Sausage. Orange Juice, Iced Water, Milk and Koko Crunch. That all was provided. But i will still stay there again minus taking their breakfast

I had booked in a different property on Sukhumvit Soi 2 for 1 night and discovered that Best Western just opened a brand new hotel on that same Soi. The name's SureStay Plus and it's a very nice product with large bright rooms, a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the CBD area. Location's quite convenient as well as the nearest BTS station is 5 mins walk. Great team at the reception ( I guess only a few rooms occupied as the property opened only on the 08th ). They also have a Tru Coffee outlet in the lobby !! All in all, very pleasant time in a nice, brand new hotel and definitely a place I'll return
