Best Western Plus Park Airport Hotel

Nice room with good beds, good bathroom, good transfers to the airport. The long-term parking lot is next to the hotel. For an overnight stay the right place to be. We had to leave 4 a.m. in the morning and since breakfast starts at 04.00 they prepared bags with breakfast to take when we came to the reception at 03.45. The breakfast room however was already open so we could even take a quick bite over there. A lot of choices for having a great breakfast!!! fresh rolls, croissants, orange juice etc. ect...you name it, it was there. All in all a pleasant experience and we can recommend this Hotel and will certainly book this the next time.

One night. Perfectly OK for an airport hotel. Small clean room on the same floor as the car park. Didn't notice the curtain was missing until I was settled in. I didn't want to change rooms, so I clothed appropriately. I reported this to the front desk at checkout and there wasn't much concern, so I followed up with an e-mail. Airport shuttle is free and about a 15 minute ride. The pickup point is Terminal 4, Bus Stop #16, 10 and 40 after the hour. (I arrived at T5, so I am sure that this is the stop for T4 and T5. The walk was about 10 minutes between T5 and the bus stop. Not sure of the stop, if any, for other ARN terminals.) There is a set schedule for the shuttle to take you to the airport and you need to make a reservation. Breakfast starts at 4 AM, which is very nice. Buffet had a decent variety and served its purpose.

This was an excellent choice when arriving after 1 a.m. and leaving before 6:30 a.m and at a reasonable price. Efficient shuttle bus from and to the airport, friendly reception service and an excellent breakfast at 6 a.m. - just what you need in the middle of the night.

Booked a single for a short overnight stay before catching an early morning flight the next day. Very close to Arlanda airport with free shuttle bus from the airport & the big bus has a lot of luggage space . The single rooms are small but well equipped and in a quiet area for a good nights sleep before a long flight. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection as well. I would highly recommend this Hotel for a short stay close to the airport as it is reasonably priced!

A very good way of starting your journey with the park and fly offer. Very sensibly priced. Really good restaurant with a limited menu of really well executed dishes. Expensive wines for what you get. Breakfast starts really early with hot dishes already at 4 AM. Astonishing attention to detail with the best breakfast bacon and lemon grilled mushrooms. Nice cheese assortment. Multiple ginger and other shots. High quality breakfast juices. Large junior suite with comfortable beds. Nothing to complain except not very romantic hotel. Nice staff that do their utmost. Will use again.

We spent one night here before flying home. The transport from and to Arlanda Airport was convenient and quick. Our room was clean, bright and nicely furnished in Swedish, modernistic style. The bathroom was spotless and efficient and a blow dryer was provided. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and the food was exceptional. They also provide a free, buffet-style breakfast that included anything you might want. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was our third stay at the hotel in 2021/2022. Location: the hotel is a five to ten minute complimentary shuttle ride from Arlanda Airport. There is complimentary parking at the hotel but it can get full during peak periods. Check-in: very good as always. Room: we had an executive room which is larger and has a small sofa. The layout of our room made absolutely no sense as the sofa was behind a wall back to back to the bed. There was no second TV in the area of the room where the sofa was and you had move the sofa and squeeze it in next to the bed to be able to watch TV from the sofa. The bathroom is quite small but it was nice and clean. As was the room. Wifi: the wifi was shockingly bad at this visit. It was a struggle to even check social media. We did notify reception but the situation did not improve the three nights we stayed at the hotel. Breakfast: the breakfast has something for everyone and is complimentary. Overall: the very odd layout of the room and exceptionally bad wifi are the reason for the low mark. It would have been a three had the wifi worked properly.

Very clean rooms. VERY friendly staff. SUPER breakfast starting at 4am. Toileteries in the room foreseen for overnigt travellers. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Inside elevators. Restaurant on the premise.

This neat little airport hotel may be one of the cheaper options for travellers on layover from Stockholm-Arlanda, but don't be fooled. The amenities and bedrooms offered are pretty standard compared to other hotels, but the service and proximity to public transport is most certainly unrivaled! The hotel is only 5 minutes walk away from the bus station of Maskingatan, where you can take the 571 bus two stops down to Marsta. From Marsta, you can take the 41 commuter rail directly into Stockholm City Centre within 40 minutes! Travellers staying here can save 53 euro from what they would normally pay from using the Arlanda Express! If that wasn't enough to convince you, don't worry, I haven't yet begin talking about the SERVICE. Our receptionist when we arrived back at the hotel around 11PM from our excursion into Stockholm was Leen, and let me tell you, she should be the absolute golden standard for receptionists everywhere. It was pretty late and my dad wanted a coffee to warm up from the cold. However, instead of putting the coffee machine out, Leen made my dad's coffee herself. She even remade it because she said the previous cup she made wasn't good enough! Then when we were having issues with our COVID tests that we needed to return to the United States, Leen let us use one of the front desk computers and made sure to help us out so that we could get tested for the telehealth service. She even printed out our attestations that we needed to present to the airline! I can safely say that you cannot find a better receptionist anywhere else! If you get Leen as your receptionist when you check in, then you have basically hit the jackpot! I look forward to if I were to get another layover here in Arlanda just so I can stay here again.

The free transfer to/from Arlanda Airport is with a regular size bus which is so much better than those smaller buses. Lots of space for luggage and for everyone to sit comfortably. The ride takes between 10-15 minutes depending on how many stops there are before yours. For the trip back to the airport they want you to sign-up at the reception. Although the hotel is in an industrial area with nothing much close by, I immediately felt very welcome as I stepped into the lobby. Very nicely decorated and open area with the reception, sofas, and the bar/restaurant. If I had traveled with friends or family it would have been the perfect place to spend the evening. Nice and welcoming receptionist both at check-in and check-out. My room on the second floor was nog big but still felt very roomy and had everything I could need for a comfortable stay. It felt brand new, very modern, and I loved the colors (same ones as in the lobby area). Felt cozy somehow. Loved the bed and the bathroom (excellent water pressure in the shower). Also loved the little details like all the hangers in a bag and the full size shoehorn. I made both a cup of tea and a cup of coffee in the room. Breakfast in the morning had lots to choose from (both warm and cold choices) and some very interesting smoothie and overnight oats that were excellent! Did not try the restaurant for dinner as I had picked up my favorite food at the airport but the menu looked interesting. For the price I paid, I will definitely not hesitate to choose this hotel again if I need to stay a night close to Arlanda Airport. Very well done by everyone involved in running this place.

Nice and clean hotel, offering free shuttle, located a few kms from the Arlanda airport.The staff at check-in and in the restaurant/bar were very friendly. Excellent food in the restaurant for diner. The breakfast buffet offered great selection meat, pastries and jams.

Rating airport hotels is quite challenging, as they're all very similar in layout; they're a little clinical, but usually very efficient. As with the Best Western Plus, a little clinical, very functional, with a comfortable bed & reasonable breakfast. Unfortunately, the in-room tea/coffee making facility was less functional, as the machine did not heat the water sufficiently. We arrived very early & the hotel had a room available for us, enabling us to check in much earlier than expected. The airport shuttle while regular, was every 40 minutes, which if you're trying to minimise waiting time, is quite challenging.

The rooms are clean, simple with a comfy bed, clean functional shower room/en-suite. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially the lady at reception. When we returned from a full day wxploring Stockholm, a gentleman offered us a taste of a local drink and marshmallows which was a lovely touch. What made this stay excellent was the breakfast. Probably one of the best I have had, including in 5 star hotels. I love cereals, fruit, crispbreads, fresh bread, yogurt and fresh fruit, and all had great choice and constantly refreshed. Hot items were also available together with local choices. Freshly made juices too. As we were staying as a stopover from Thailand to UK, I was awake early so went to the gym. This is open 24/7, has water available and all the kit is good quality as you would get in any mainstream gym and plenty of choice. Overall I couldn't say anything negative about this hotel, unless I had wanted to unpack. The free transfers to the airport were on time and also a bonus.

I stayed the night before the flight. The area is industrial, but inside the hotel it is nice. I had a small single bedroom. The hotel was clean. Breakfast is severed from 4am. It is a short drive to the airport

Another airport hotel. Is there anything to make this stay memorable or does it fade into the blur of other hotels? Check was quick in the nice, airy reception, then straight to the room. Unfortunately my room was next to the elevator and stairs which doesn't always mean a good nights sleep as people rattle past with suitcases at 0430am. That aside, the room was comfortable and well equipped, good size bathroom, decent shower and comfy bed. Was able to get a good meal with good service in the restaurant too. Definitely worth considering for early or late flights at Stockholm

Hotel was very clean with all employees being helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again, if in the area. Restaurant food was excellent, however choice were limited with no special on weekends.

We stayed here as our flight did not arrive until 2300 so it was convenient to not have to travel far. The hotel and the room were good, well appointed and clean The breakfast was good with a large number of choices. The shuttle bus from the airport worked well, I was surprised how far from the airport the hotel was, at least a 10 plus minute bus drive.

Check-in was welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and staff charming. Why won't I go back again or recommend to others?The complete rudeness of the shuttle driver. The shuttle arrived 10 minutes before the designated time (which was fine - we were enjoying the lobby). The driver took off before we could secure luggage or be seated (traveling with my 75 year old mother and my daughter who has a physical disability). The driver yelled something that we could not understand. Continued to yell at us as she pulls into the next hotel (a guest from the other hotel realized that we were not understanding her and helped out). Not sure why she couldn't give us a moment to secure our bags and take a seat... or calmly try to talk with us (very hard to translate when someone is yelling loudly at you while you are trying to secure your bags/take your seat on a moving bus). Not sure why the rush either... when we got to the Best Western, after yelling at my daughter one last time, the driver leaves the bus for several minutes before returning. She was quiet the rest of the trip. (No apologies- but at least no more yelling). We had a very pleasant stay, but this left us with a very negative last impression. Several hotels close to the airport. Although we enjoyed the hotel, I would not recommend based on the shuttle service. Find another hotel that maintains a professional/ courteous service in all aspects of your stay.

As we had an early morning flight, we decided to stay near the Arlanda Airport for our final night in Sweden. The Best Wester Plus Park Airport Hotel was a perfect stop for my family. The hotel had very friendly staff who warmly welcomed us and provided us with very helpful information. The Front Desk receptionist arranged for our complimentary airport shuttle pick up the following morning. The shuttle bus picks up at 2 additional hotels in the area before a quick 15 minute trip to Arlanda International. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and very quiet. Our Family room had ample space for the four of us with all the amenities that you may need for your visit. What was a pleasant surprise for us was the amazing dinner we had at the hotel. A fantastic menu and absolutely delicious. A children's menu is available as well. Our hotel room had breakfast buffet included as well that started at 4am but we chose to get some extra sleep instead. We had a quick look before our 5:20am departure and the breakfast buffet looked amazing. If you are looking for an airport hotel that is reasonably priced then I would highly recommend the Best Wester Plus Park Airport Hotel.

Very grateful they let us have a room at 9am after coming on the red-eye from New York. The room faced the rear (car bodyshops) and wasn't ideal but more than made up because of the sleep we needed. We rented a car at the airport and were there in 10 minutes. Hotel reception suggested we go to Sigtuna - excellent tip. Wonderful, quaint place with a lot of historical significance. We also drove to Uppsala from there. The morning breakfast was way above expectations. Good place to stay. Price was very, very reasonable.

We arrived from Arlanda Stockholm airport at 10:30pm, and our departing flight was scheduled for 9:00am on the next morning. The shuttle bus was easy to locate (Terminal 2, bus stop 7), and although it stopped at 2 other hotels before hours, the travel time was about 15 minutes. Because of our early departure, we assumed that we'd miss the hotel breakfast, but we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel accomadates early departures by starting breakfast at 4:00am. The breakfast included a great variety and was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've seen. Taking the shuttle back to the airport was simple, as the bus times are exact. Also, because the hotel is close to the airport, we were able to easily travel to downtown Stockholm on the Arlanda Express train before going to our hotel. If you choose to squeeze in such travel, there are self-service lockers at the airport for about $10 USD. We will stay at this hotel again if we should return to Stockholm again!

The free airport bus and included breakfast were convenient and very appreciated. The room was blessedly sparse and included everything needed.the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Such a nice and good value airport hotel. Very happy to have found this property.

very useful for travelers via Arlanda airport. Not expensive. High quality restaurant. Not so many dishes but quality of each one is the best. Gym avilable. Very usefurl routs for road and trail runners available.

We stayed one night and came by air to ARN Airport easy to find the free bus that took us to the hotel. We had a very nice Clean room. We also had a very good dinner at their restaurant. B-F was also very good.

I've stayed here for 10+ nights from Feb-Apr 2019 for business trips and it's been a very good hotel. It's well located for my office a short walk away, but the free airport shuttle bus to/from the hotel is also excellent and very helpful for us when the rain was pouring down. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Stars lost for thin walls as I could hear very loud snoring most nights, and no mirror in natural daylight for applying make up. There is a safe and a kettle in the room, but no wardrobe so you hang your clothes on hangers on the wall - bit strange at first, but kinda makes sense! The restaurant is great and the waiters were brilliant at remembering our drinks orders from night to night. They need to stock more Riesling wine to cope with us drowning our work sorrows! Great breakfast buffet too - lots of options to choose from to get you going for your day :)

I used this hotel for one night before leaving for the airport. I was overall very pleased with the hotel and would highly recommend it. I thought it was excellent for the price. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was very spacious, but there was no closet or wardrobe and no dresser or other drawers for clothing. Otherwise all the amenities were there, and having three big windows that I could open on the rather warm day was an advantage. For an overnight stay, the lack of places for clothes is fine, but for a longer stay this might be a concern. The airport shuttle runs reliably every 40 minutes. The service at the front desk was excellent. The restaurant was very good for dinner, and the free (!) breakfast was outstanding. Not only that, it starts at 4am, so you can have breakfast before your 6am flight. I do not recall any other hotel with this service. Even though I am not a regular Best Western customer, I was greeted with a welcome package containing a bottle of water and a sizable piece of chocolate candy. This is nicer than what I get from some Marriott hotels, where I have high elite status. Overall, this was an excellent hotel and a great value for the price.

The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area and looks more like a hospital from the outside. But appearances are deceiving when it's a good hotel, clean and tidy, friendly welcome and good service, good breakfast. The bus transport to and from Arlanda works very well. A good choice for overnight stays in connection with air travel.

We stayed here for one night. The reception staff were very helpful, our room was warm, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The free shuttle to the airport went on time and was stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived late evening, had not been able to get shuttle information ahead of time. They pick up at terminal 5 from bus stop 13, terminal 4 from bus stop 11 and terminals 2 and 3 from bus stop 8. It runs every 40 minutes. Check in was quick, very pleasant desk clerk. Dining room was open until 11. Room was large, as was bathroom, sparkling clean. Comfortable bed, extra pillows. Very good WiFi . Buffet breakfast excellent, lots of choice. Will definitely stay again.

I have traveled around the world for work about 10 months a year in the past 17.5 years and have stayed in many different types of hotel. When I booked this hotel, I thought being close to the airport it would typically be an average place. When I checked in, I was very pleasantly surprised by everything! The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful! The shuttle was on time. I was extremely happy with the breakfast and the selection of food and the service! Breakfast is from 4:30am to 9:30am which is very convenient for early travelers. Having more shelves in the bathroom will be good for toiletries and also providing a face/wash towel will be good!

I got a deal directly on the Best Western website a few hours before checking in. For less than 60€ a night on single occupancy, this is almost unbelievable. Free shuttle running from Arlanda every 30 minutes or so and complementary breakfast; I challenge anyone to find something equivalent in the area. The room was refurbished, spacious enough for one person, which was its purpose. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was complete and of good quality. Very satisfied. Maybe just a suggestion: empty glasses should be moved away from the shelf above the toilets... Also, the night receptionist was too assertive to my taste and needs to soften a bit if he wants to move up the ladder.

Nice hotel, in middle of nowhere. At least free shuttle available but only every 40 mn! Nothing to do around by walk. Regarding the room it is simple and confortable, but phonic isolation is limited. it seems you are sleeping with your neigbhour!

My husband & I had a short overnight layover here. We arrived from two weeks in India and appreciated the easy to locate free shuttle to/from the airport. The room was tiny & basic but comfortable. The bed was good. I know it is common in europe for the phone booth style showers. I don't really care for them, but the bathroom was clean and shower worked great. Not really a complaint, just something to be aware of- tight quarters. The breakfast spread in the morning was wonderful. There were so many options & after two weeks in India we loved all the tasty options. We ate at the restaurant when we arrived late the night before. It was fine- nothing incredible. The staff was friendly enough. A good stay with convenience to the airport.

I'm in my 50s and when I think of Best Western, the first thing that comes to mind is not necessarily high quality. While not the Ritz, this place is new, ( or newly remodeled) modern, stylish, comfortable and the staff incredibly friendly. Getting here from the airport was not only free, but easy! I grabbed the free bus, and it dropped me and my band off at the front door. We were greeted by the friendly staff, and they had free cookies waiting for us at the front desk. I had requested a roll away bed on Orbitz and it was waiting for us in the room. For as inexpensive as this place was, I certainly wasn't expecting this. My band and I made our way down to the restaurant / bar for an appetizer and the bartender was full of useful information. ( “Take Uber's here! Taxis are not regulated and they will rip you off!) He also gave us great options on how to get into the city. Free breakfast came included and again, I wasn't expecting much but they had a huge spread! From local favorites to old stand bys, I was blown away! The coffee was excellent too. Best Western, you've made a believer out of me! ( at least in Stockholm!)

I will start with the positives. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good, staff was great. Now the bad. This is a 20 min ride from the Airport. They have a shuttle that comes every 40 mins. Taxi is 300sek if you go that route. You are basically in the middle of nowhere. If you arrive in the airport later in the evening, nobody to ask, arlanda airport only allows 3 hours of free internet??? You can't walk to the hotel.... Hotel itself is fine, location was a big issue.

On a hotel that was far from fully booked was I placed on a room close to the elevator and without a window. Room and and the rest was at scandinavian standard quality. An okay hotel for one night sleep.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable located a short distance from the airport with a free bus transfer to and from the terminal (every 40 mins) The staff were efficient and helpful, at check in they confirmed our departure flights and advised on the bus pickup times. The restaurant had a good menu and the food was well prepared with a large selection of drinks in the bar. Breakfast was buffet style, with a large selection of English Cooked, Continental, Swedish, fruits, cereal etc Rooms were clean and comfortable, free wi-fi, tv etc only minor thing was the pillows were tiny, to be fair i didnt ask if they had others as i wanted to sleep. Nothing to do with the hotel, but we were going to get a taxi, rather than wait for the bus but the first row were a bunch of cowboys that tried to rip us off to 400SEK - We found afterwards that the second row are the "proper" taxis an would have put us on the clock.

Decided to stay here as I was on a business trip in nearby Märsta. Check in went smoothly and after some minutes I had my room key. The room was located in the first floor and was simple with a small bed, a tv and a very small shower. I didn't bother as I just was in the hotel to take a shower and sleep after a long day at work. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport which is very good and run every 30-40min. The breakfast was also quit simple but very good :) they also had Nutella which I loved together with the new baked bred :) As this hotel is only approx 10-15min from Atlanta airport I can recommend this to everybody also those who have a long layover and need somewhere cheap to stay instead of all those airport hotels

Stayed 1 night on a stopover at the Best Western Park Plus. The property appears to have been recently renovated and presents well. We were allocated an accessibility room which was very large. It featured a comfortable queens size bed, large screen TV and a work desk. Wifi is free and an acceptable speed. The bathroom is also huge as you would expect from an accessible room and is modern and clean. Breakfast was included and was typically Scandinavian. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was of a decent standard albeit expensive (airport hotel) for what it was. We also found a shopping mall a short 15min walk away which offers a grocery store, bottle shop and H&M. Service is warm and friendly throughout and the hotel provides free, regular airport transfers. We stayed at the Connect Hotel Arlanda a few weeks prior and preferred this property due to the location of shopping and food in the area.

Perfect place to overnight at the airport. Transfer by shuttle which is frequent. Great staff, room is very functional and breakfast is excellent. The bed is comfortable, wifi works well and staff are very courteous and helpful.

After arriving into Stockholm's Arlanda airport more than two hours late, I missed my home-bound USA flight and arrived at a pretty much empty airport. Norwegian Airlines booked me at this airport hotel; didn't hold out much hope but not many more options.I was completely wrong in my initial assessment. I arrived via a free airport shuttle, greeted by professional and caring staff, and given a dinner voucher. I could dine on any meal but would have to pay for any alcohol I consumed. I had less than an hour before the kitchen closed but never felt hurried. The staff took care of me, offered great wine and dining options and we were off to the races. I could not have believed the outcome and was blown away by the results. The bartender/server recommended a perfect Reisling which I had with a starter of chevre, beets, honey, and greens. Yummy! I then ordered the pork belly. I've had this around the planet, and have been disappointed many times. This was not that. The perfectly silky and crispy pork belly was accompanied by creamed cabbage, mashed potatoes, roasted apples, and coarse grained mustard. It was fantastic! Not good; restaurant quality eats in a very affordable hotel. Who would have guessed it? On my next trip back I (and you) should stay at this hotel. Don't miss it.

Really great service at the front desk. Cookies included! Breakfast buffet had large selection of items to choose from ranging from eggs, bacon, sausage, meats, veg, breads, croissants, cereals, fruit, coffee, teas, jams and my favorite...swedish crepes...with butter and jam!. Great start to the day! Will definitely be back.

Stockholm is expensive but this hotel is anything but and, quite frankly for the 90 or so Canadian dollars it cost for me to stay there it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are compact but clean, the staff were very good, and the breakfast started at 4:00 am which was great because I had to fly out at 7:50 the next morning. The breakfast was excellent, I couldn't believe the selection, I had more than enough to eat and the quality of the food was outstanding. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay at Arlanda airport.

I was on a business trip and flight was delayed, so the airline sent me to this hotel. The room, and personal was excellent. I dined there, it was a very good choise. In early morning before the free shuttle came for me, I hade a good breakfest also.

Sorry to say that this was a boring experience. Starting off with claiming that no points can be registered when booked via Hotels. Room had not been used for some time leaving a soggy air/ temperature. Only a small table fan in the room and +30. View over garages in east direction with a super hot morning temperature. Brakfast; egs under cooked and bacon burnt to flakes. ...

On 16th July, we stayed in this hotel for one night when we could not catch our train from Arlanda. We checked in around 22:30. We were carrying many pieces of luggage with two small children and were all very tired. We accidentally left one of the bag at the Lobby sofa (2m from the reception desk) and forgot to bring it. We called the reception in the morning and they said they were keeping the bag; but later we realised that some large amount of GBP cash and new iPad Pro were missing from the bag. These were in the bag when we arrived at Arlanda airport. We cannot but think that these items were stolen during the night when it was kept behind the reception. We reported the case to Police and sent the email to hotel manager. Hotel did not responded at all. No explanation. Totally irresponsible. No one said anything. Also Best Western is a franchise hotel so we also contacted the central office but they could not do anything about it. The rooms are old and small, and air condition is centrally controlled and they do not run it. But all these can happen and it will be fine as long as hotel is kind and reliable. But a theft by reception is a breakdown of something fundamental element - trustfulness of the hotel and its staff. After a week, no explanation. No response. Such a irresponsible people. Please avoid to stay in this hotel.

Definitely the worst night spent on a wonderful three week European trip. TV did not work, shower was out of soap, windows difficult to open, restaurant was closed, bar was closed, and the front desk was aloof to all problems. We were asked to walk down to their sister Best Western for dinner which was equally hot but at least was serving food and drinks. Breakfast was good, but they played pan flute music incessantly, and I actually like pan flute music. But seriously, is that the only CD or music channel Best Western has access to? As a rule we have consistently used Best Western hotels, but after this experience it might be worth reevaluating that rule. One thing is certain. I would rather spend the night on an airport bench rather than stay another night at this place. Did I mention that there is no air conditioning? Not even a fan?

Our flight was cancelled when the beast from the east storm hit the UK. We were put up here for 3 nights. We recieved dreadful service from easyjet who kept making promises aboht payment for the hotel etc without actually paying the bill. The hotel was fine and clean what you would expect. I have to comment on the Staff, they were absolutely brilliant! So helpful and understanding. Felicia dealt with us the majority of the time and she gave the best customer service i have ever recieved. It was quite a uncomfortable situation for us as we were being messed around by the airline but she really helped to make us enjoy our stay. All the staff working were brilliant. I would definately rebook because of the service i recieved!

They offer shuttle service from ARN airport. Before midnight there is a hotel bus and after the hotel sends a van. The room was clean and efficiently layed out. For one night I did not need a closet as there were hangers on hooks. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The night clerk gave me some incorrect information about taxis and exchange rates, but the morning clerk gave me good information.

I stayed here for one night and loved it. I reserved a standard double and got a nice big room with a desk and chair, plus a small upholstered chair. The bathroom was nicely big enough with a separate shower. There were two beds together. It was clean. The view wasn't great, but lots of light came in the windows. I was able to get ice at the front desk. The breakfast was huge and plentiful. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn't open on Sunday, so I had no supper. The price was very affordable too. I prepaid and all was well when Imche led in. The shuttle bus was convenient and on time. If I'm ever back Imwill for sure stay here.

I don't recommend this hotel. The room and bathroom are extremely tiny. No closet. Only non-working central air conditioning without control. Very hot in the room. Not possible to open windows because people were smoking at the entrance right below our room. Shuttle leaves only every 40 minutes. Breakfast is ok. The personal are nice. The room is overpriced compared to the quality.

We got a family room as there were three of us. The beds were comfortable but the mattress slipped around on the wooden base a lot. Big bathroom with a roomy shower. The bedrooms have very heavy door and every time another guest slammed their door, it felt like an earthquake! My sister and I had dinner in the restaurant. There were two young waiters there and they were overworked. We ended up having to go up to the bar (where they also served) to get the remainder of our order and pay our bill. The shuttle to and from the airport is a wonderful service, but it was so crowded we had to climb over suitcases to get out! The desk staff was helpful in telling us what shuttle to catch for our respective flights, though.

In reading prior reviews I feel we stayed at a very different property. The hotel is 5.3 km from the airport with a shuttle is that runs only every 40 minutes. This is not especially convenient. Another morning passenger requested an earlier shuttle and was denied, she has to go on exactly the one she booked. Additionally we found the staff to be slow to respond. The information about how and where to get the shuttle after dropping our rental car was vague and inexact. Finally the room was very stuffy but we were able to open windows only to be treated to the odors rising from the car repair garage below. If we come again and need to spend the night before a flight we would opt for one on the airport onsite properties like the Clarion or Radisson Blu.

During cool weather the motel provides decent overnight accommodations if you have an early flight the next morning - air conditioning is not available. The hotel has a popular bar attracting late night drinkers who tend to gather outdoors on a warm evening, next to the parking area. Without A/C we needed to open our windows and suffered the noisy revelers. The breakfast is passable, but nothing to go on about. On my next visit, I will stay in Stockholm and schedule my flight later and ride the morning Arlanda Express train to the airport.

In true Swedish tradition this was a basic fit for purpose hotel at Swedish prices. Nothing extravagant and not cheap if compared to UK budget hotels ! It is also some way from the airport so don't be misled by the address. Taxi tried to charge me £60 for trip to hotel which i refused then found the courtesy bus, which was free Hotel is clean, staff excellent and polite. Opted for a pizza off the menu for supper which was just fine with a very expensive beer !! Bed rooms basic but comfortable - quiet so good for a decent night sleep Breakfast typically continental - fresh fruit and meats OK for a short stay

Really friendly staff Nice and clean room with many power outlets and magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the fresh pineapple, the ripe avocado and the dark rye bread. Free parking. About 10 minutes to Arlanda airport.

Stayed for one night. Conveniently close to the airport, when flying out before noon. Nothing wrong with the hotel rooms: clean, roomy etc. There is absolutely nothing in the vicinity, so you will be dependent on the hotel bar and restaurant for the evening. Nothing to complain about - well, the hotel WiFi didn't want to connect, but I suspect that was nothing serious.

The hotel is not really close to the airport, but there is free shuttle bus provided. The staff was very friendly, we were checked in within minutes. Rooms are pretty basic, but provide all necessary utensils: desk, coffee/tea, fast wifi for free, bathrooms are smallish with a bit restrictive space for shower, but clean. Breakfast is very fresh and offers many options, it is served since very early around 4 am, so even if your flight is early you can eat before. Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes, and it take max 15 minutes to the to the terminals. Very god, short stay, highly recommended hotel for 1 night near the airport.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Free transport every half an hour to Arlanda. Great if you don´t want to stay too near the airport. Free parking outside the hotel. I have stayed here for several times, both for work and private. Will come back again, surely.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, check in excellent, staff at reception very nice and helpful.Courtesy bus every 30 mins to the airport excellent service. Breakfast menu with good variety of product, evening meal I would highly recommend the "Rib Eye Steak". Room very spacious and clean.

Tank you to all the staff. Each and everyone of them did his duty with great dedication. The service is nice,yet the place could do with renovation and some trees and flowers. However, it is a nice little place near to the airport and away from the noise.

My friends and I had spent a week dog sledding in Sweden's Lapland, and this was to be a one night stay, having flown from Kiruna to Stockholm, overnighting, then a long day of travel back to the U.S. It had been ten days since I'd enjoyed a "real bed"...meaning not sleeping on an airplane, bunk bed, train birth, or reindeer pelt over ice slab...and a restful night, hot shower, room to stretch out, and desk from which to re-engage with family, friends, and work was what I was looking for Initially, we had some trouble finding the shuttle bus stop outside of terminal baggage claim. However, the front desk at the motel talked me through the issue, and remained calm in the face of my anxiety. Short bus ride, and easy check-in process. Room is small, about 10 ft by 20 ft, which initially disappointed me. However, as I sat at the desk (drinking hot tea made in the room), working, and taking note of the functionality and practicality of the room's layout and content, disappointment turned to contentment. It more than gets the job done. The large television had a reasonable channel selection.Temperature of choice was no problem. The hot shower was reviving, though I will offer comment re: the shower. I am 5 ft 7 inches and weigh 175 lb with a 34 inch waist. The shower had adequate room for me, and would easily accommodate others much taller than I. However, if you are markedly obese, the confines of the shower will make its use difficult, as there is just not much room to twist, turn, and bend. Staff was friendly and quite helpful. The onsite restaurant was enormously pleasing, about which I'll pen another review. So, given the choice, I'd stay at this facility again....happily.

I stayed at this hotel due to flight cancellation by wowair on February11-14. Arrived about 2pm with shuttle bus from Arlanda and right away met absolutely friendly and professional staff at the reception!!! Very helpful , attentive and welcoming!!! Many thanks to Elias and all of his colleges!!!

The man at the desk when I arrived at about 8pm was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean but nothing to write home about except that the bath towel was the best I've had! Excellent breakfast!

great hotel good location and friendly staff coming from someone who stays alot of nights in hotels across the world .Hotel is located 10 min from airport easy shuttle that goes frequently to and from the hotel

If you don't want the long drive from the city to the airport, this is a great place. The hotel is clean and staff are great. There is food available at the lobby evening and morning. but don't expect much from the area as this is mostly industrial area.

I had a room with NO window. The room was very cold, there was nothing to set the air conditioning, and no other heater in the room. On the top of that, I killed a bed bug just before going to bed ! That was one of my most horrible night !! Never again

It's a good hotel with really good staff working. Always ready to help and goes extra mile for customers. Really close to airport with shuttle bus. Rooms are clean, large enough. Good breakfast offer.

Although I arrived at this hotel due to a cancelled fight late in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised by tidiness, room equipment, breakfast and overall service level in the hotel (thank you, SAS) :) There was everything anyone would need (including complimentary toothbrushes, hair combs and shaving sets) in the bathroom. My only wish - a carper in the room would be truly desirable. I know, it's Scandinavia :D, but the floor is unpleasantly cool to walk on with shoes off... :-/

We arrived here because we needed an alternative to sleeping in a castle hotel nearby that has ghosts visiting the rooms and we could not get up the nerve to go back there. This hotel is the total opposite. Not a ghost in sight-everything clean and efficient-good beds and a decent breakfast spread. Close to Arlanda airport and the charming sorroundings of beautiful lake Malaren. Easy parking. Only problem was they tried to give us a room without windows. Do not let them do that to you.

I stayed for 4 nights whilst working at Arlanda and I found the hotel to be pleasant. I stayed in a single room and I didn't mind the size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. So every morning I woke up refreshed and enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of choice and I love that they had take away cups for the coffee so I could drink on the shuttle bus. It is in the middle of an industrial area, which isn't really shown when booking but I didn't experience any impact from noise etc. The hotel is opposite a woods where you can walk and cut through to Marsta and get the train into Stockholm, it is maybe a 15 minute walk - but I made the mistake of thinking the lights would be on when I walked back around 8pm ish and they weren't and it was a little creepy, I think I walked back in 10 mins! I would stay again, it is a little expensive compared to what I am used to, but this was a general theme of Stockholm.

Room was very very small with a single bed. Cheap plastic chair and very very heavy doors so when why other room closed them the whole room shakes. No wardrobe just hangers on the pegs on the wall. Bathroom was very nice and shower was powerful. Strong WiFi in the room. But it's in the middle of an industrial unit. Dinner is awesome very good quality food couldn't fault it

I arrived at the hotel and was told that there was only one room left and that the price was $263.96 for the "business class" room per night. I had no choice but to take it as another nearby hotel was all booked up. The room had a comfortable bed and a small desk. It had what looked like a stool by the bed which I surmised was a night table. And that was it - no sofa or lounge chair - very basic. There was no closet only a few clothes hangers hanging from a couple of hooks on the wall. The bathroom was very small. For dinner I had the fish soup which was very tasty but expensive. The dinner along with a couple of drinks and tip cost me $55.44.The buffet breakfast was very good and had an ecclectic array of food at no extra charge.

I was traveling last minute from Stockholm to the US and needed a room the night before my flight. This was about the best price I found...$200 at a Beat Western. The room had one single bed and no air conditioning. It was hot enough that I opened both windows to let in cooler air. Was able to close them prior to going to sleep. Had a $35 burger and beer at the restaurant. It was excellent, but was the most expensive burger I have ever had. Breakfast was superb! Wish I had more time to sample things, but was on a tight schedule. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. There is a bus that picks up for the airport every thirty minutes. If I had to do it over, I would stay at one of the airport's hotels and just paid more.

this is an airport nothing more nothing less. I got in around midnight having travelled from Las Vegas, to London, to Berlin, to Stockholm; I had a great sleep, hot shower, nice breakfast and ride to the airport... that's all that was needed.

We booked a last minute trip to Stockholm and booked this hotel. We were a bit apprehensive about being 30 minutes away from the city centre, but there really was nothing to worry about. The staff at the hotel were very informative on how to access different parts of the city and helped us out a lot. From the airport, there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes you to the hotel (runs from 4am-11pm I think). To get to the city centre you get a bus which is a 5 minute walk away and then get the train to the centre (about 25 minutes). If you get the SL card then this works out really cheap! The only issue we had with transport was the bus back home at night in the dark. On our first night it dropped us off in the middle of nowhere and it was a very dark (no streetlights). Thankfully an available taxi came and we were able to get back to the hotel safely. I would recommend catching a taxi from Marsta station in the evenings. There is a large variety of breakfast options at the hotel. It also starts from 4am - which is accommodating to everyone's needs. We had to leave for the airport at 4am on our last night, and the staff had the buffet ready for 3:30am!! Just be aware that there aren't many vegan options ( there is fruit available though). The rooms are spacious and in perfect condition. Housekeeping is always on top of everything. Our 2 rooms had TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. We weren't lacking for anything. There is also a very well equipped gym in the hotel! The staff are all very friendly and answered all of our questions. They made us feel very welcome throughout the trip. Would highly recommend!

Been here after cancellation from my flight for an overnight stay. Great facility and room to rest, quick transfer to the airport by shuttlebus (every 30 min) and superb buffet (simple, but good quality). Recommended for transfers and one night stays!! (Dont know about reasons to stay for the local area).

I was picked up promptly by the free airport shuttle at stand 11 just out front of the airport and delivered swiftly to the hotel door. Reception was friendly and check in simple and when I was finding my room too hot with sun coming in the big windows they were happy to change me to a quieter cooler room at the back of the hotel. This was much appreciated after almost 24 hours of traveling. The reception also conveniently sold me a "world to Europe" travel plug to charge my phone. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom small but spotlessly clean. In the morning the free breakfast was the most impressive spread with a huge range of choices and beautifully presented. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a family of 4 - if you are looking for quick stay near Stockholm Airport can't beat location -free shuttle every 30 min. Very good Breakfast starts at 4 am for early flight times. Free Wifi is a plus + **Walking Paths Nearby for morning jog. Photo

On our way to Gotland and had to overnight here. What a lovely cozy hotel with fantastic service. The room reminded me of university but was a truly more modern version including some cable tv. Loved the bathroom. The place also has a gym and breakfast, a decent one at that, starts at 4am. Bed was comfy and slept very well! Free wifi. Naturally, bring your own adapters given the region to charge your devices. Highly recommend.

Probably the most friendly staff what there can be. Inside the hotel is modern, but still really homelike. The rooms are always clean. Sound proofing could be better. The breakfast is just great - healthy, delicious choises! The dinner menu is limited, but each dish is extremely delicious made from high quality raw materials. Nearby you can find jogging track if you do not want to be inside in the gym. Free shuttle bus operating between hotel and airport.

I stayed here for two nights. Although I originally looked at this hotel because my flight to Stockholm arrived late on in the evening, I elected to stay two nights and use it as my Base to see Stockholm. The hotel is well served by a half hourly shuttle bus from the airport, check in (and checkout) were smooth and quick. My room was a single on the 1st floor. It was a good size and was well laid out. Everything in the bathroom worked as it should and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was a buffet type, and the selection was pretty good. The hotel was very peaceful, and the staff were polite and helpful and above all "professional", really all I expect from a hotel is that it is clean, well run and comfortable and this hotel met my expectations very well. Breakfast was, as I say, good, I didn't have any other meals there as I ate in the city, but there were enough guests using the bar and restaurant to assume it was OK. Marsta railway station is about 15 minutes walk away (through a nature trail!! Which was good but the slope coming back could cause some folk problems) and this allows you to use a Stockholm travel card. Stockholm is about 30 mins away on commuter trains that run every 15 mins or so (nice journey-but then you don't see many deer through the train window where I live, so I was bound to be impressed. ). Good value, good staff, good for the airport and the city and exactly as advertised, would stay here again.

Arriving to this hotel quite late at night around 11 pm. Check in and have asked the staff if there was any food still available but unfortunately they were all finished. But the reception was so nice bring us bread , cookies apple and orange for us. At least we had something to eat before going to bed. And the next morning we had a wonderful buffet breakfast sausages ,fried up , fruits most of all the staffs were so friendly , I traveled with kids andrhe waitress gave the kids some sweets as well before we left the breakfast hall. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worm welcome from staffs . We would go back if we have a chance again.

Short stay before flying of on family vacation. The hotel was great. Dinner served until 11 pm. Clean room and very good breakfast served from 4 am! Shuttle bus to and from Arlanda airport every half hour.

The hotel is very clean. Looks like recently renovated. I stayed there for almost a week and I found it hard and not that comfortable in a business trip. The space in the room was very limited. No locker. No drawers. For one night is more than ok. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good in quality and selection. The menu in the restaurant is verylimited. The shuttle bus runs every 30 min.

Stayed here for one night at the end of Feb. Arrived very late so didn't get the chance to use the facilities however the breakfast was decent with lots of choice. Fully self service buffet with hot and cold options. The rooms are more functional than luxurious, the toiletries are in wall mounted machines and there really are no frills, however for a 1 night stay if on business in the area it has everything you need.

Beautiful new hotel about 5 minutes free shuttle ride from airport.The outside doesn't look like much but inside it is very well designed and spotless.The staff we met were really top notch and know the meaning of service.We were not checked in, we were welcomed in.Not much to o around the hotel but just a mile from the train station.The restaraunt prices were very high so a staff member directed us to a Thai Food truck just around the corner which had great food.My wife says I should mention how comfortable the beds were and how nice the bathrooms were.Would stay there again for sure.

Checking into this BW was a great surprise, don't usually stay at budget hotels, but this place was immaculate! Great staff, food and atmosphere! The hotel was brand new, you could still smell the newness they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, like staying at a 4 star hotel! Will stay again!!

I really enjoyed this hotel, I only stayed one night, as was in transit flight from Arlanda - Stockholm, there is a pick up bus - free of charge - from outside the arrivals in both terminals, its about 10-15 minute ride to and from airport, which again brings you back in front of the terminal. The hotel was very comfortable, with great staff there, especially the night porter ( forgot his name ) but good asset to the hotel, as with the very pleasant girl on reception in the morning. Beds were comfy and WiFi worked well throughout the hotel. The breakfast was just fantastic, i was even able to pack a small lunch for my connecting flight to Asia. I booked this literally at the terminal, when i arrived, still managed to get the rate of $60 for the night! I would come here again and would also recommend to others!

The hotel was clean, stafff was very helpful and polite. Supper was good maybe needs more to choose from on menu. Breakfast was excellent very good selections. Easy access to airport. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is of decent standard. I just stayed a night because I had a connecting flight from Stockholm the next morning at 8. The free airport shuttle is easy to find, but also easy to confuse with the one that goes to other hotels. It's all a matter of being attentive. Once you're on the bus it'll take you to the hotel within 10-15 min. I had a single room. TV in the room (not the best picture quality but OK for a night). More interesting to me was whether the breakfast was any good. And yes it was very decent! At least 3-4 different types of bread, eggs (soft and hard boiled), different kinds of cold cuts, fruit, muesli, tea, coffee, jam and more. A very nice buffet. For a night with breakfast I paid around 60-70 EUR. Not too bad. I wouldn't stay here for several nights but this hotel is not really meant to be for staying several nights either.

I had a stopover in Arlanda airport and needed somewhere to sleep: got a single room in the BW Park Airport. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was good. The hotel is old and shabby. The room (single room) was very small, and the bed narrow. Bathroom was small as well. There was a small, old CRT TV which had about 5 local channels available. Everything was clean, but old. Internet was free and reasonably fast. The surprise came the next morning - breakfast was truly amazing. A huge selection of fruit, vegetables, cheeses, breads, cold meats, some hot dishes. Perhaps not the best of the best, but for a budget BW hotel - well above par.

Good shuttle service to / from the airport (about 10 minutes ride), helpful staff, clean room but in strong need of refurbishment. My room was right on top of the hotel entrance and the noise level from the outside and from the other rooms was unbearable, at least for me. One must consider that, being an airport hotel, you get people running in and out at every hour, so a bit of sound-insulation could help. The breakfast room is on the 3rd floor, rather average but acceptable.
