Best Western Premier Monterrey Aeropuerto

The rooms are big and nice. My room was more of a suite than your standard hotel room. The breakfast was also good with more options than other hotels nearby. Unfortunately, I did not have good hot water until the last day of my week long trip and they are so cheap, they don't even include conditioner or lotion. I would suggest to management that they do the large pump bottles inside the showers and save money instead of using their small plastic bottles of shampoo and low quality bar soap. Make sure you're booking the correct hotel (this is the Best Western Premier) because there is another Best Western Plus which is farther away and 2 stars instead of 3. It's the same management team and they both cheap out by not including conditioner or lotion.

Stayed at the hotel before travelling. The room was spacious and clean. The walk in shower had a fantastic rain shower with really good pressure. The hotel was delightfully quiet despite the closeness to the airport and there is a free shuttle available as well.

This palce was very clean, staff was friendly, everything worked fine. The room was very spacious, and clean, we ate at the restuarant, food was very good and it wasnt expensive. It is very close to airport which was great and they provided shuttle to and from airport.

Highly recommended hotel. I found it clean. The staff were helpful, going out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot foods, like eggs and chilaquiles, fruit, and baked stuff.

It is my favorite Hotel when I go to Monterrey, I will go back every chance I get. Everything about the hotel is good, the rooms, staff, restaurant, pool area, fitness room, location, the service and hospitality!

I arrived at midnight, the transit service was fast to arrived to take us to the hotel, the bed was so comfortable and then in the morning we had a very good breakfast, the gentleman taking care of the dining did an amazing job greeting and taking care of all the guests. excellent service, I would come back again.

It's really close to the airport. The hotel has transportation to and fro the airport. The beds are really comfortable and the place is really quiet. Just knowing that as soon as you arrive you can go and get some rest or you can be at the airport ready to depart is peace of mind

The hotel was very clean the staff was very helpdlful. I would recomend anyone to stay here. You get continental breakfast if you are into that. I will stay here again on my next trip. It is close to the airport, airport shuttle is available

To book 4 rooms I haved to do it under two different reservations because in a single try the web page won't allowed me to do so. compared with my first two stays at first the breakfast was very good, now they are only limited to two options wich are not that good, they say its because the pandemic but I have been in bigger resorts and food is never limited. after my vacation end I took another room and things where very different if you decide to pay with dollars your room is going to be expensive because they minimize the price per dollar, I ordered some food at the restaurant and by mistake I ordered two can cokes witch I asked to be cancelled and they just say no, you say is only a coke but this is not because of that.. its because the personel attitude, so if you make a mistake in something there be prepared for a discussion with them.

The hotel offer good breakfast and good restaurant with quick room service. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is very good if you are travelling. The shuttle was free and on time. The Internet is fast and free.

Stayed at this hotel during a long layover from Cancun. However our flight was cancelled last minute. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. The shuttle driver took us to the airport to figure out what we could do about our cancelled flight and drove us to another terminal where we bought another flight since the other airline cancelled. He waited around while figured out what we were going to do. Everything was great staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. This hotel also allowed us to do a late check out until 5:00 PM which was perfect since our flight was at 8:00 PM.

This hotel is ideal for all travelers, it is close to the airport and offers excellent accommodation. The staff were pleasant and understanding and the breakfast buffet will set you up for the day. Good safe parking helps to make your stay enjoyable.

We love this hotel .. the service is great and the free breakfast is delicious .. fresh fruit and other options like chilaquiles , tamales and more .. rooms are comfortable and the pool are very nice ...

Stayed here the night before our departure and it was totally amazing! The rate was reasonable, the service was impeccable, the room was excellent, the breakfast buffet (included with room) was delicious, the decor was inviting, relaxing, and modern. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. Definitely check this hotel out if you want to stay near the airport (this hotel is 5-10 minutes from the airport and offers shuttle service to/from the airport).

Great. Service clean 24 room service best hotel near airport Nice breakfast. Usually I stay downtown but this hotel is well worth the price. It was a pleasant surprise. There is a good restaurant next door so it's convenient.

I have stayed at this location about 5 times now. They have been all good. It is convemiently located 5/10 minutes away from monterrey airport. So, if you are traveling and need a place to stay one night before traveling, this is the right place. Parking: They offer free parking for 7 days if you stay one night. This is great especially to avoid paying the parking fee from other places. Food Food has always been great. Their breakfast includes omelettes, fruits and other items. Facilities: Bedroom was clean and neat. Reception: They gave us our room on time and staff was friendly. Airport shuttle: They provide aiport shuttle, you just have to schedule it at the lobby.

The BW staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Accomodating needs and went out of their way to enusre my stay was superb.Breakfast is great and some parts are laid out early for those of us who have to start the day with the chickens.

This is my first time at this Hotel in Monterrey Airport Area.. It was a very nice experience, the rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is included!! Front Desk Service excellent!! If you have to stay close the airport this is a very good option...

The Best Western Premier Monterrey Aeropuerto is anything but a 4 star hotel. It's a big zero. The worst I have seen in a long time. We got in, saw the rooms, heard the loud noise from the nearby highway, and decided to switch hotels. The hotel did not want to reimburse us, and the staff were uncooperative and unpleasant to deal with. I will never book this place again.

Thank you all for the New Years room service. My short stay was again pleasant, and I always enjoy the nice rooms at this hotel. I hope that some day it will be possible to get potable water in the vanity sinks here for extra convenience.

I stay here about once a month. It is not perfect, but it beats everything else around it. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms. The rooms could use a bit of maintenance, and breakfast will be cold if you are not down there before 7. Overall, i recommend for a business traveler.

A nice small hotel 5 minutes far from the airport. Very easy and convenient to be reached. Transportation from and to the airport included. The staff was very kindly and helpfull. The gym need a renovation. Overall a nice stay

I really enjoyed this stay! Brilliant location near airport and shopping centers. Very comfortable rooms, personnel has initiative to work, restaurant has a variety of plates to pick, relaxing music at the lobby, lobby has a preety fountain, snack store, laundry services, everybody there is so nice, wifi works preety well, conference rooms, electric vehicle chargers, i really had a comfortable stay and when you look for a hotel what you want is to feel like home and this hotel really made me feel like it.

Landing on the airport really late night ,I make a last minute call to the hotel and they send a shuttle van to pick me up on less than 5 minutes, hotel really nice , confortable, personal really courteous and friendly, will came back every time from now on .

My room was very comfortable and clean. Better than many hotels I've seen in the USA. The TV had a few English channels from Texas. Wi-Fi was okay but the signal a bit weak in my room. It's unfortunate that there is no potable water here, but that was expected and I was able to deal with it by bringing my own.

I spent the night at this hotel before flying to Cancun, Mexico for vacation. It's about 1/2 mile or less from the airport. The Hotel is good. Plenty of water pressure for showering. Good restaurants within a block away. And the extra plus is the fact that you can leave your vehicle there and pick up a shuttle to the airport for a very good price.

I stayed here whilst on Business in Monterrey. It's only 5 minutes from the airport and has a free and efficient shuttle. All the staff are friendly and nothing is a problem to them. Rooms are decent and clean, breakfast is not so good however, likewise the other food I tried at the hotel was pretty bad as well. Fortunately it is located next door to a good enough restaurant and there is a Brick ons American themed place just along the street. A couple of hundred yards in the other direction rests an excellent (bit pricey for Mexico) Italian. Hotel staff will sort you a good and clean taxi should you need one.

I typically stay at the Crowne Plaza, however I had to stay at a different hotel as my norm was booked up. The rooms are very nice. Nice sitting area, mini fridge you can use and a microwave. Great for when you bring left overs back with you. Smaller restaurant downstairs but good menu options. Good bar - was very quiet when I was there. I would stay here again.

For weary travelers, this is a great place to sleep before heading back out on the road. The hotel is offers a free hotel shuttle, and is close to the airport. Staff is friendly, and the room clean and quiet. Free continental breakfast is included.

There's no where like home but this place comes close! Always a pleasure staying here. Shuttle service is a plus, staff are courteous and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone on business or pleasure. Nice outdoor pool area, they have a bar b q you can use to have a "carne asada"....Many good times here!

Great value, great hotel, excellent location , good customer service, safe, clean but horrible food. My business partner and I both sent our food back....I've seen dog food that looked more appealing than the fish and taco plates we were served. Considering we were in Mexico these Mexican dishes were not what we expected.

I came into Monterrey late in the evening and had an early morning appointment the next morning so I wanted something close to the airport. I had tried to reserve a room at another hotel but it was full with no rooms available, so I booked at the Best Western Premier. It was reasonably priced, and was very clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I enjoyed a good breakfast with a good variety to choose from. I ate at the Resturant located in their parking lot. I used their airport shuttle service both ways to and from the airport. A short ride. It was a perfect stay for this business trip. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The staff here are helpful and courteous at all times. I have stayed at this hotel at least 30 nights and never had an issue. The breakfast is more then enough considering its free and Alex makes the best margarita in Monterrey! Rooms are up to date and clean. Nice out side area with pool and spa make this a great place to stay while traveling on business.

Good intention to offer nice services near to airport. Rooms not fully clean and breakfast capacity is below guest amount demand. Distance to Monterrey airport is very convenient and have a nice Bar. Rates are below average from Hotels near by ...so the Quality too

I couldn't get into other hotels I stay at in that same section of town. The service and amenities and quality of this place just blew me away. This is the place to stay. All the airlines' flight crews do.

I've stayed there for one night during a stop-over on my way to Saltillo. Only 500 meters away from the airport. A shuttle bus for free is available and drives every 30 minutes (or even more often on demand). Free parking space behind the hotel is available as well! Lobby very bright and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and in a good condition. TV and Internet are working well. Breakfast is ok. Even though, that the hotel is very close to the airport - it's good noise insulated. There are also 4-5 hotels available directly nearby.

On the side front part of the hotel (rooms) there are noise of the traffic cars. Nights. I think you can improve this detail, because is very complicated sleep with noise. The other thing is you should improve the breakfast buffet, all days are the same variety, for me you should vary the stews and put a person of front for make it.

Overnight stay for a business meeting. Near the airport. Good facilities and free breakfast with lots of choice. There was a restaurant in the hotels but no one appeared to be using it in the evening but a good Mexican Taquiria next door.

I had a night to spent at the airport at monterrey, so I booked a room in the bw. I was totally satisfied. For a Business Trip, it is just perfect if you do not want to go into the City Center. My tip: Stay away from the ibis hotel next door! If I should come back one day, the Best Western will be My first choice!

When all other hotels were full at 1 am. The shuttle from the Hilton found and brought me to this hotel. Claudia was very nice, very helpful, she placed me in a beautiful suite 635....very very nice I will be back to stay longer next time Thanks everyone for all your help.

We were placed at the hotel by AeroMexico Airlines when we had a cancelled fight issue on the way back to the states. I must say that this hotel was a very nice surprise after the cancellation event. This is not the Best Western that most Americans think of, because it has many of the upgrades expected in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were some of the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. The rooms had great WiFi access which had a very good speed. The cable had a good array of channels including premium ones and kept the children entertained during the stay. There is a small microwave and a stocked refrigerator in the room for those overnight needs There are many good restaurants near the hotel, but we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. The Hamburgers were very good and children quite enjoyed the French fries. There is a free breakfast available starting at 6:30am for guest of the hotel. I would suggest this hotel to all business and family traveler staying for a night in the airport area.

I tried to cancel my reservation 2 days prior to arrival and was refused due to a 12 MONTH cancellation policy. When I did arrive, I was told that there were no rooms available, and that I would have to stay in a hotel 2 miles away. Because I was traveling with a group, I finally got them to agree to cancel my reservation, but I ended up spending the trip rooming with a co-worker in the Holiday Inn next door.

I stayed one night at the Best Western hotel near Monterrey airport. That was a good surprise. The staff was very organised asking for time for shuttle in the morning. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Located near a restaurant. Good choice. Internet was very easy. Just plug and play and not complicate code and password. The room looked fresh. The shower bathroom practical.

The staff, room and overall experience is excellent. If you use the shuttle service make sure to polish up your Spanish as the drivers know very little. Steer clear of having them book a taxi for you as the taxi driver I received was crooked. The room was beautiful. Loved the presentation, really nice stand up shower and plenty of bottled water included in the room. Breakfast was okay, not the best, not the worst. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
