« A good hotel, a good price, close to Disneyland »

A good hotel, a good price, close to Disneyland. A plastic breakfast. The rear area where most rooms are not very pretty. The pool is very small. The suite for 5 people is very small, especially for children. The internet is good.

« Great location close to Disneyland »

This is your typical American accommodation, a few blocks walk from Disneyland and close to restaurants and a CVS and Walgreens. We had a kids suite which was ok, limited privacy with only a flimsy curtain on the glass door separating the rooms and the bathroom/basin were in the room with the bunks which I thought was unusual. However location was excellent, not too close to Disneyland so a little out of the craziness, about a 10-15 minute walk for us.

    « Disneyland trip »

First time staying at this location. Great room with a reasonable cost. We booked at the last minute and got a pretty good deal. The walk is a bit far when your feet hurt but we didn't have any children in our group so it was fine. Some family tools cabs back to the room. Walking distance to restaurants and Starbucks. They offer valet parking but seemed to have enough parking on the property. Pool area was great for cooling down after a long day at the park. Breakfast was also pretty good for a continental breakfast. Saved our group quite a bit of money each day! Pretty close to the convention center as well.

    « Disneyland spring break »

We loved the kid suite and how each room had a TV. shuttle right there to disneyland. Nice, clean and spacious. breakfast was great they had a lot of varieties. The housekeeper was a nice sweet lady and we appreciate everything she did. My husband and the 3 kids had a great spring break.

« Great value close to Disneyland. »

4 adults and 1 child stayed. It was great to have the separate bedroom for the couple with the 3 year old, and a queen bed outside for us (grandparents). Nice breakfast included. Comfortable for all. Small pool which we did not use, but kids were enjoying it.

    « Disappointing... »

Although the rooms are clean and comfortable and it is walking distance to Disneyland, the budget accommodation comes at a cost.... your sleep! It is the noisiest complex we have stayed at. Allowing loud guests to play loud music late at night, kids running along the verandas, banging doors against walls. Called the front desk and nothing was done. Had to put up with the noise until midnight while trying to settle my 1 year old who had woken up to the noise. The car park is located in the middle of the complex and guests alarms beeping throughout the night. Wouldn't stay here again, and won't recommend it for young families or people who like to sleep at night!

    5
« Great location and great staff »

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is great for the Convention Center and Disneyland. It was a great value for your dollar. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The room attendant was very nice and thorough.

    « Our favourite hotel »

We have stayed here 4 times over the last 3 years every time we go to disney land . It's conveniently located, about a 10/15 minute walk to the parks. The family rooms are great and practical the breakfast is delicious. They were doing renovations when we were there last but there was no noise that disrupted us. The pool is a huge hit with the kids. Last time we went was for our sons 10th birthday and they put balloons and cookies in the room for him. Was so appreciated. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

    « Convenient to Disneyland »

Convenient location to Disneyland (walked about 2 blocks to Toy Story Parking lot and took free Disney shuttle to park). Large selection (and clean) of items for breakfast. Great price: $120/night for 2 bedroom suite in early March 2018. Stayed three nights. Parking was $15/night, which seems typical for the area. Perfect amount of space for four adults and a toddler, if you are not planning on spending a lot of time in the room (rooms are on the smaller side). Rooms recently updated, appreciated the new flooring. Bed was comfortable, a little firmer than my liking, but slept soundly in quiet room. Crib provided by hotel for my toddler was clean. Housekeeping staff decorated my daughter's crib with our Disney items as a surprise. Was very nice, since hotel lacks Disney ambience that other hotels in area have. Didn't utilize pool, but appeared to be on smaller side. Would stay again for next Disney trip.

« Will be staying here again. »

Everything was great minus the comfort of the bed and pillows. The breakfast was great and was pleased with the wide varity. We loved our large room! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

« Great Value!! Great Location!! »

For my money and my needs this Best Western delivers everything I need, clean/comfortable room, easy walk to Convention Center and Disney, Great Breakfast, and a helpful, professional staff. A Value Proposition that I Value!!

    5
    « Disneyland vacay »

We stayed in the family suite and it was clean and spacious, perfect room for our family of 7. Free breakfast was okay and not a fan of the daily parking fee. Its about a mile walk to Disneyland. Staff was friendly and we will stay here again!

    4
    « Family Holiday »

Hotel is a little dated but all in all good! Room was clean and quiet at night. Staff was great and looked after us. 15 minute walk to Disney Main Gate, huge plus there if you don't have a car, even if you did the only thing the hotel charges daily for parking, less than Disney so its good. Pool and Hot Tub were clean. Breakfast OK busy first thing in morning seating is limited, we ate outside or took to room.

    5
    « Good place »

Very clean, great staff, great amenities, delicious breakfast. Very close to Disneyland and the area was great. The lobby was very nice, and they also help us navigate Anaheim since it was our first time here.

    5
    « Great Location »

Perfect hotel for Disneyland. I loved the family suite with bunk beds. The extra room with bunk beds was perfect for my boys with a nice big TV. The pool and hot tub was clean and we enjoyed the apples and oranges in the lobby. Breakfast was fine but get there early because it is a small space which can get really busy. Beware they charge for parking, but it was worth it because we walked to Disneyland. The walk is about 20 minutes. I would return for our next trip to Disneyland. Thank You

    « A Very Strange Experience »

We checked in on Saturday, Feb. 3rd. We had a King Size bed.... 1. They charge for parking, but do not have enough spots for all of their guests to park. They have a Valet and if you come in late you leave your car with him. People seem to park in areas where there are no parking spots, the hotel/valet does nothing & one has to maneuver around them. 2. They spay some type of chemical air freshener in the Lobby & it got me choking... but there is no smoking. Foul smelling air is foul smelling air no matter smoke or chemical laden air spritzer. 3. We opened the door to our room and there was the toilet w/ the seat up! the bathroom was so small that in order to close the door, one had to walk to the side of the toilet & close the door. If you try to close the door while on the toilet, you hit your knees & the door will not close. 4. The desk chair tilted dangerously backwards.... 5. The bed was hard, but worse the pillows were the WORST. Just cheap pieces of foam that did not adjust to to the contour of our heads & gave us neck aches. 6. There was a huge argument in the parking lot during the night between two men, followed by 2 gunshots, then the police arrived.... When we approached the front desk staff & asked about this, we were brushed off... Other than this, the hotel was pretty quiet. We did not eat the breakfast, but there is fresh fruit, coffee, & fruit infused water in the lobby during the day. We got a discount, because I paid in advance & was not allowed to cancel the reservation.... But now I'm looking at the prices, and I've got to say, for the current prices, I'd not stay there again.

    « Nice hotel »

Great rooms and clean. We will be staying at this hotel again when we go back to Disneyland. Breakfast was great and check in and out was fast. The bus to Disneyland was right next to hotel that was great.

    « No clean sheets? »

This was out first time staying here....never again!!!! Breakfast was amazing probably the best thing the hotel offered l. Upon check in I was charged am addition $140 for a 50 parking night and 20 a night room fee.i checked my reservation and nowhere on it did it state that anywhere. After the first night we came back to the room and noticed beds were made but still the same bedding sheets and covers....I know hotels I've stayed in changed the bedding every single.day. our room did not look cleaned or vaccumed. Our room key was misplaced my husband went to get a new 9ne which the lady told him we only had the room 1 more night....false in my reservati9n confirmation we had the room for 4 nights and not 3 another mistake they made yet again. All hourse of the night were people running up and down the outside hallways. Most likely would not recommend this place unless all other locations are booked.

    2
    « Room left open »

The staff overall was very kind. However, our room door was left open by the cleaning staff during our stay. Luckily nothing was missing, but this carelessness will make me think twice about returning

    3
    « noise »

too much noises very early morning, and late at night. people feel they are in their own back yard. yelling non stop and running early morning and late night. if you are with family and used to this. it is all good. I travel for business and it was a good deal for the money but I have to move to another hotel due to the noises.

    « Great suite »

Was amazing. Room service was amazing thy cleaned really good. Great breakfast service and amazing rooms. I recommend this hotel because honestly it has an amazing happy vibe and the staff is willing to help if there is any problems.

    5
« Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Good location. »

We had a great stay at the Best Western. Great room, delicious breakfast, and walking distance to Disney! We stayed in a family suite. It was nice for the kids to have their own room (that we could close a door to) and ya adults to have our room - with separate TVs even! Definitely would recommend.

    4
« Great location close to Disney parks »

We had a nice stay at this property during a family trip to the nearby Disney parks. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop with frequent service to the parks. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel reception. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfast has a variety of selections for different tastes. This hotel is a great value when visiting Disney on a budget

    4
    « Good value »

We enjoyed our stay and overall the room types worked well for our The rooms met our party's needs but at some near future date I feel the property could undergo a big upgrade as the carpeting, furniture etc is a bit dated and worn looking. Also, the property is not as close to the theme parks as they tout in their advertisements.

    5
« Great rooms, plus it's close to Disneyland »

Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is a plus! The hotel is very close to Disneyland, you could walk or call a car for less than $6 each way. We opted for that option since Disney parking is $20 a day! There are decent restaurants in the area should you get tired of park food.

    5
« Great Property! We only wish it was closer to Disneyland. :) »

We have stayed here twice now, and this is a great place to stay when visiting Disney. The rooms are clean and the family suites are great when you need a little bit of space at the end of the day. Breakfast on site saves money at the park or restaurant and time when you're getting ready in the morning. They had cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles and pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt. During the day they have ice water and fresh fruit in the lobby. The pool is heated!! And it's always clean with it's own bathroom. We have stayed here twice now. It's a great value for the money. The distance to the park is walkable, but not a great distance when you have tired kids and sore feet. The ART shuttle on this route was terrible when we did it last time. It was always late and crowded. This time we opted to do the shuttle at the Toy Story lot which is just a short walk up the street. It was fantastic. That's my only complaint! This is such a great place to stay for a family. Thank you to the staff for making it great!

    5
    « Simply Perfect »

Everything about this place was exceptional, from caring and understanding staff at check in, through to check out. Room itself was clean and well stocked, beds comfy, bathroom great size and water pressure was brilliant on the 3rd floor. Internet speed was the best I have ever experienced! Breakfast, lots of selections to choose from, something for even the most fussy eaters. Parking was easy, and walking distance to Disney Parks, Food and Restaurants. I will definitely be coming back to stay here!!

    « Great value. »

I love this Hotel... second time staying here. I will pick this location every time i return to visit Disneyland or california Disney. The Suite we had was great and my kids really enjoyed the pool and hottub.

« Best western plus raffles inn and suites »

Recently stayed there for twelve nights accomadation in a two bedroom suite, excellent staff ,were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast was ample with a choice of pancakes !waffles, eggs sausage muffins etc,.Great location for transport via the ART to Disneyland and California Adventure Park. Great location for restaurants and food options within walking distance.

« They took great care of us :) »

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland. We walked to/from the park every day, and appreciated not having to pay to park at Disney. We were pleased to see a bag of warm cookies waiting for us when we arrived -- when my husband asked if we could purchase more for the next night, they brought us more free of charge. Also, when their employee, Rosie, helped us in the breakfast room and heard that it was our daughter's birthday, she arranged for balloons to be put in our room while we were at Disneyland. They couldn't have been nicer to us! Thank you for such a great experience!

  • 4
« Clean and family friendly »

We have four kids and it is difficult to find a hotel that can slee all of us without paying extra. This was great and the bed was very comfortable. My biggest issue was the coffee was terrible (I walked to the nearest Starbucks each morning) and they did not offer real half and half. Coffeemate and fake butter are not my preferred condiments in the morning.

    5
    « Excellent for Disney »

Clean, comfortable, affordable. Great breakfast, great staff. ART shuttle access as well as ease of purchasing ART tickets at the hotel desk. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to on my future Disney trips.

    4
« Hotel rooms need updating. »

Over all appearance of hotel was good but rooms need some up dating. Carpet worn, light coming off wall. Elevator wall panels were coming away from wall. Breakfast room was great. Selection was great.

    4
    « Disney Vacay »

The Best Western Hotel Plus was great! 2 blocks away from Disneyland and very close by to great restaurants. Make sure to get the ART shuttle passes as the shuttles take you all major stops. The suite we had was very nice and roomy.

    4
    « Very nice hotel »

Very clean hotel. Rooms were nice. Wi-Fi not so great. Check-in and out was fast no issues. Staff service at night was lack there of no help was given when issue arose. Overall it was a good stay. Just don't leave items in your hotel room they may come up missing during cleaning

    5
    « Disney Trip Stay »

Nice hotel, delicious complimentary breakfast with your stay. Parking could be difficult but staff was gracious and took care of it. Pricing was affordable considering it was during Thanksgiving weekend. Definitely recommend. Overall nice hotel.

    5
« Great for in Downtown »

2nd time staying at this facility. Great helpful staff both times. Nice. Helpful. If you need to use pubic transportation or your own, they are very helpful. Pleasant experience both times. Disneyland most recently & was great to use the bus, previous at the convention center.

    4
    « Excellent Service »

The hotel staff is excellent. The property is nicely maintained and easy location to Disneyland..bus ride 10min away. The hotel.room is in dire need of updates and more comfortable beds like many of the other Best Western properties are known for

    5
« Best bang for your buck! »

Rooms were clean and updated. We had a kids suite with bunk beds. My kids loved it! There was a sleeper couch in case we needed it. Extra blanket and pillows in the closet. The staff was friendly and attentive. Location was perfect! Best deal in town! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be our go to hotel whenever we visit family in LA not just Disneyland :)

    5
    « Awesome »

Staff is amazing, you have great team, from front desk agents, housekeeping, breakfast attendants the rooms are fabulous they are great for families separate bedroom, the pool is amazing after long day just relax and also sit in the hot tub, They treat us like family and for that we always give back great job

    « Two bathroom suites! »

This was a nice simple hotel, not super fancy. It is two stories with the elevators on the exterior. I was particularly looking for a suite with 2 bathrooms. There aren't many available in the area, at least I couldn't find a big selection. It worked great and the value was very good considering it was a suite. The only negative, which is subjective, I didn't feel the beds were very comfortable. One more, if you're a light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you. Parking lot faces rooms in a u fashion... I woke up throughout the night with the surrounding noise.

    3
« Affordable accomodation in Anaheim »

The hotel is within short walking distance from the Convention center. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included and better than what most other hotels at this price level offer. Nice to have a dip in the pool after a busy day.

    5
    « Very Nice Hotel »

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay again. The room was clean, very roomy for 6 adults, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. It was also close enough to the Toy Story Parking Lot to walk from our hotel to take the shuttle bus. But if you wanted to drive, it's very easy to drive out of the hotel property right into the parking lot.

    5
« Great place for our family of 5 »

We stayed here for 4 nights from 4th November 2017 and we were so happy with the hotel. As a family of 5 the room had a seperate bedroom that could be shut off from parents that had bunk beds and a sofa bed. Bathroom shower was small, however adequate. Complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with a huge choice of hot and cold foods. Only about a 15-20 min walk to Disneyland. Has onsite laundry also. Would recommend to others especially families.

    3
    « Good enough »

Good enough for the price i paid. We had 6 people in a suite for 5 nights at a total of $999 after taxes and fees (including parking fees of $15 a night per car). Its a 3/4 mile walk ti Disneyland. The free breakfast made everything worth it. The rooms were clean although a bit outdated and the workers were nice. Dont get your hopes up about using their movie rental service. It was $19 to rent a newer movie. Certainly Not amazing but good enough for the price.

    5
« They were very good to me »

Every problem I had they fixed. Items we needed to mail home, laundry, directions, printing plane tickets, everything. They had fruit available in the office any time for snacks, and nice cold water. It really seemed that they believe ?the customer is always right.? I wish everyone was as nice.

    4
    « Disney trip »

We booked this hotel to enjoy Disneyland. They had a great breakfast service we took our food back to our room since their area was small. You can catch a free shuttle just 2 blocks away at the toy story parking lot

    4
« Great size, comfy room »

Stayed here for 3 nights purely so we could go to Disneyland. The room was huge so fitted us (family of 4) in perfectly. Breakfast was good, nice selection although the dining area can get quite crowded. The pool was clean and warm. Shuttle bus to Disney stops just outside, then it is a 5 minute ride. Could easily walk but with 2 young kids it was a bit too far for us. Staff were very helpful when booking out shuttle tickets. Laundry facilities were great, you might need to wait for a machine as there are only a couple but thats not the end of the world. We would happily stay here again.

    5
    « Wonderful »

The beds were comfortable; the staff was polite; there was a terrific breakfast every morning; and the rooms were very clean. It was the perfect fit for my family during our first visit to Disneyland!

    3
« Good Location, good price. »

I would not stay here again. It was ok, the price was right, the location was good. The shower was broken in our room. We were only there 2 nights so I did not report it. I was not moving to a new room while trying to do Disney parks. It was obvious that the shower was very outdated. Room 312 I think, on the 3rd floor. there was no card for me to fill out in the room for maint. problems. I prepaid a month in advance. That did not help me get a room on the first floor. The shuttle to Disney was $5 pp, I will take Uber for everything in the future and not rely on shared shuttles. The free breakfast was not good and the coffee was just horrible. Food marts and restaurants within walking distance. Many hotels to chose from on this street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

  • 3
« Best Western Raffles Inn »

Desk personnel very helpful, beds too hard, location good. If you are in good shape convenient for walking to Disneyland, if not, not so much. Would of been nice to have a TV guide in the room so we knew what channels were which. Several restaurants within a 3 block area. Not thrilled with housekeeping but all other staff where great.2 1/2 stars.

    4
    « AMAZING Staff »

Staff was AMAZING, breakfast was good close to Disneyland and Toy Story shuttle, literally a 5 minute walk . The only thing wrong beds need to be updated just a little uncomfortable after a long day at Disneyland

    5
    « Exceeded expectations! »

Great spot for the price! Usually don't get this good unless I pay more than double the rate. Service was great, room was clean and had way more items (towels, toiletries, coffee) than most, and breakfast was great minus the sausage patties.

    5
« Disneyland Adventure with Large Group »

We had a large group and we did the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom family room and it was great to have the extra bathroom with such a large group. (6 adults and and 2 toddlers). We had options to get to Disney; walk the 15 min, take the toy story shuttle 5 min walk, or use lyft/taxis and we used all 3.

    5
« Best Western Raffles for the WIN!!! »

This hotel was awesome for us! The sales rep that hooked us up with the room took really good care of us and the on-site staff delivered exactly what was promised. The room was really clean, the workout room was sufficient and the breakfast exceeded expectatjons. Two thumbs WAY UP!!!

    4
    « Such a Nice Place »

We really enjoyed our six night stay at Raffles. We had what seemed to be the standard suite option - one Queen bed in the main area, and the second room with a bunk bed and pull out sofa. It was a bit snug for our family of five, but still a great value for number of beds - especially considering the price of suites in most resort area hotels. My parents were there with my teen brother and ended up in a HUGE suite - Rm. 330, with a large living area w/ Queen bed, chairs, and pull-out, kitchenette w/table, and a separate bedroom. If we return, this room type would definitely be my first choice, though I'm sure there are not nearly as many of these room types available! We actually ended up having our small wedding ceremony in their room - as it had ample space for an arch and all my family members in attendance! The breakfast was superb - a great money-saver in terms of buying meals while visiting Disneyland - yogurt, pastries, donuts, toast, sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit, etc...quite easy to fill up for a large part of the day. The pool and hot tub were a great temperature, clean, and the kids loved them. The staff we interacted with were courteous and effective, though maybe not super friendly, with the exception of Jose at the front desk who simply excels at customer service! Any interaction with him was met with a smile, friendliness, and professionalism - so refreshing! Finally, the walk to the Disney Parking lot is just down the block, which means a free ride to the parks, so we utilized that each day and didn't have to pay for ART. As with any location, the walk always seems longer on the way back :-) There is a daily charge for parking, as well as a daily deposit (which is made clear on their website) so that's important to be aware of if you keep a close watch on your budget like we do. We utilized the Guest Laundry with no trouble, the beds were comfortable, water pressure was great...really do not have a complaint about this place! Would definitely recommend!

    « Average »

Better room service would have been nice. Our room was not cleaned until the end of the day between 4:00 and 5:00?? Also we both feel we should have been given a choice of a handicap room or a non handicap room. When we went back to the office and requested a standard room we were told that wasn't going to happen. not cool Best Western not cool!

    4
    « My preferred location »

This place has always gone above and beyond for my family during our stays. Best Western is wonderful. The staff is friendly and you get a lot for what you pay. Breakfast has many options but should include more Gluten Free options. Close to Toy-Story Shuttle for a free ride to the park.

    1
« If you can go somewhere else I would do it »

Front desk staff is insanely rude breakfast is cold not enough seating and room smelled of urine. Not enough parking and they failed to tell you at check-in of all the additional fees included with your stay the hotels right next door offer parking with your reservation however this one year charge per night and parking is limited not a guaranteed spot what you find out after you pay for it

    3
    « Great for families »

Our family of 5 had a 2-bedroom suite which meant the kids were in a separate room & we could spread out. Plenty of room for 5 nights as we only needed the room for sleeping & showering. Breakfast was highly processed & sugary though. Hard to find any actual food apart from fruit & chipped potatoes. Even the yoghurt was sweetened. Tip - bring your own laundry powder to save $$ as wash = $2, dry = $2 & soap = $2

« High Quality for Low Price »

After booking this hotel I was scared with what quality it would come, but it was fantastic! Adding the ART transportation to my vacation package was a great idea, there was an ART bus stop right outside the hotel! If visiting Disneyland, it wasn't too far too walk either. Clean rooms, good wifi, great breakfast! 10/10

    5
    « Wonderful! »

This hotel was wonderful and when we checked in around 1 am after a full day of flying Jesus was very friendly and accommodating! The only issue we had was with the air conditioning unit. My mother and I slept in the room with the queen size and my cousin and grandmother slept in the room with the bunk beds. My mom and I were sweating and my cousin and grandmother were freezing. There was no way for the room with the queen size to cool down without the people in the other room freezing! Besides that our stay was lovely. I hope to stay here next time I have a destination in or near Anaheim! Thank you!

    4
    « Nice »

This hotel was nice for a Best Western. It was nice, comfortable and the staff was really nice. We had a couple of additional requests and they were on it quickly. It would have been a long walk to Disneyland but we used the public transportation which dropped us off curb side. We would stay here again.

Suites are excellent for family. Walking distance from Disneyland. Plenty of eateries near by. Although not flash, breakfasts were suitable. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Would have no problems in recommending.

« Hole In Floor Of Room »

If you have kids then do not get room 335, because it has a hole in the floor and your kids will trip on it. The hotel is 1.1 mile away from the Disneyland main entrance, so do not be fooled by some of the front desk people when they say it is one block away, because there is a BW that is one block away and this one is not it.

« Outdated and in need of major updates! »

We stayed at the hotel for a family Disneyland trip. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the shuttle outside the front. The hotel is extremely outdated. Many hotels in the area are similar in price and much nicer.

Great location to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and other attractions.Restaurants were a short walk away, rooms were very clean and hotel staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again if we were to return to the USA.

« First time in Anaheim »

This was out first trip to Anaheim and we could not find fault with this accommodation. From the minute we arrived we were taken care of. The reception staff were fantastic, especially Suzy who assisted us and went above and beyond what we expected. Suzy arranged all of our attraction tickets and gave us everything we needed. No questions went unanswered. The rooms were immaculate, the pool and spa clean, laundry facilities and gym and well used by us. It is only about a 15 minute flat pleasant walk to Disney Land. Highly recommended for families and couples AND breakfast is included.

    « Excellent value »

The hotel rooms are clean and updated. It is located close to Disneyland. The breakfast was surprisingly good. It included hot items such as pancakes, made to order waffles, sausage and eggs. I was pleased with the value I received for the price I paid for the room.

« Best Western Raffles and Disneyland »

Our Disney vacation. This was our first say at this location and we were totally surprised how much we liked it. The staff were great and helped with any questions we had. The breakfast offered right me off guard and loved the variety. I would definitely be staying here again..

Good stay! We had fun and was close to a shuttle. Our whole family was able to stay close together. Nice people! We enjoyed the hotel and the space. Bunk beds and crib avaialability. The pool was nice. Space was clean.

    « Good Room/Service, Not 24 hr desk »

The bed was comfortable, internet had excellent speed and staff was professional. Liked the various breakfast options. Liked the easy access to the laundry room and elevators for easy access to the rooms & avoid stairs. However, cannot give it an excellent rating because when I tried to check out just after 5:30 AM, to beat some of the morning traffic, the doors that normally slide open when one walks close to it, to get to the front desk, did not slide open, suggesting the doors were closed/locked. However, I went back 1 hr later after breakfast and doors slid open as normal. Would recommend to anyone looking to check out early to discuss with the front desk ahead of time or see if there is an alternative way to get to the front desk during off-hours before 6 AM.

« Good price for a room at Disneyland »

This hotel is located about a mile and a half from entrance to Disneyland BUT there is a ART bus stop right out front. Rooms are clean, maybe in need of a bit of updating, but suites for families, wonderful with bunk beds, cribs available. Nice/simple swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast included! You have to pay for parking at the hotel which seemed weird to me, so if you drive that increases your per night stay!

    « Best Western Raffles »

We stayed at the best western raffles for 1 week in september and loved it. . .it was a quick walk to the toy story shuttle to get to the disney parks (otherwise a 20 min walk). We were given a corner room on the 3rd floor and it couldnt have been better!! No one needed to walk past our rooms so it was SO quiet. Also the room was slightly different than online and had a large main room with bed, tv, fridge (quite roomy) and microwave and the bathroom was off that room. . .and then there was a door to where the sofa bed and bunkbed and other tv were. . .it was so great to not have the bathroom in the other room as my kids would fall asleep fast and we didnt need to disturb them. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff working in the breakfast room were amazing! They were constantly stocking food items up and there was never anything missing. They had so many choices- sausage, eggs, waffle maker, pancakes, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juices, coffee, tea. . .so much to fill up on! And while the pool wasnt large there was plenty of room for the families there and we often had the pool to ourselves!! Very clean and nice there is a washroom right there :). . .overall a great stay and will definitely stay there again!!

« Good breakfast, nice clean rooms, close to Disneyland »

This is a great place to stay if you want a clean room, good breakfast with variety, within a mile walking distance to Disneyland and very friendly staff. We took our family to Disneyland and stayed here two nights. We only had two complaints, which we feel can happen anywhere. One the people in the room next to us were extremely noisy and we could hear them all night yelling and banging things. (It was our fault for not reporting them) and secondly, the room smelled strong of cleaning chemicals-but we were glad it was clean. There were tons of towels, pillows, and blankets as well, which sometimes is rare. Very friendly staff! For the price, this is a great place to stay!

    « Disney Trip »

We stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip to Disney. We stayed 4 nights, the staff was great! The room was good, very clean, the breakfast area had a good selection but was very busy late in the am, would recommend going earlier in the morning. The hotel is a short walk to the toy story lot and we caught the shuttle there.

Our room was very comfortable for our family of 5. Breakfast was very nice. And the very short walk to ride the free bus from the Toy Story parking lot was a bonus. Overall very nice and we would definitely stay again.

    « Egg patties don't do it. »

Due to mistake by me, I was expected to check in one day earlier. Clerk acted as if I had really messed up and she had to find a room for me. Since I had paid for the room in January, I felt that my room should be kept for me. After I said that I would gladly receive a refund if she couldn't find me a room, she became friendlier and found me a room. Breakfast was pretty good, but instead of fresh scrabbled eggs, they had premade egg patties that weren't all that good. Other Best Westerns have fresh scrabbled eggs. One in Arlington, WA even had made to order eggs.

Hotel was conveniently located to Disney within walking distance. Very reasonable priced. We stayed 2 nights in the end after spending a whole day/night at Disney. Staff were excellent very friendly & helpful. Free wifi always a plus. Breakfast included was ok for the type of Inn couldn't complain really Ideal for families In need of a lick of paint or upgrade of decor & bathroom on small side but overall great experience

    « Good value »

Our stay was above average for this type of hotel. Our stay was for the Half Marathon Weekend at Disneyland, and so we really just needed somewhere clean, with a good location. We were only in the room to sleep. Breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, etc. the service from the staff was stellar, check in and check out were smooth. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but honestly not the worst I've ever slept in. Overall it was worth the money, and the great location to the parks and wonderful service make this a 4 star.

    « What a pleasant surprise »

When we arrived, I was taken back a little by the rather outdated decor. However the breakfast and the oh so pleasant staff made up for it. I will certainly come back and the fact that the Hotel is literally in walking distance to Disneyland/Adventure land is certainly a huge plus ;) Thank you for a lovely experience and stay.

« Great hotel for Disneyland »

We just stayed at this hotel for four nights while we went to Disneyland. We did not have a single problem staying here. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job replenishing toiletries. They took the time to put our daughters stuffed animals into cute poses, which she enjoyed. We did not have an issue parking like some other guests that reviewed. They did charge for parking but I knew that going in so I budgeted accordingly. This hotel is a five minute walk from the Toy Story parking lot where you can catch a shuttle to the park. Next time we go to Disneyland,we are definitely staying here!

    « Amazing »

Compared to any hotel I've stayed at, this one tops the rest. It was a very comfortable stay. The pricing was very reasonable too. No complaints during our stay. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

« Decent place to stay »

Enjoyed being close to Disneyland. Breakfast was good. We were in a two-bedroom suite but all of the air conditioning was in one room. Cold air was fed to the other room by a noisy fan in the common wall. Not ideal.

    « Will stay again »

This hotel is very close to disney shuttle, has good breakfast, the staff is very helpful and go out of there way to help you. I forgot to get shuttle to airport and staff was able to get me a private shuttle with only 12 hours notice for a affordable price. 2nd time we've stayed this year and will be staying again next visit to disneyland.

« Great value and location, but be careful booking family suites »

This hotel was great, beds were comfortable and the room was clean...carpet needs replacing was a little grimy. Only about 10-15 minute walk to the Toy Story Parking for Disney, those shuttles run until about an hour after the park closes. Beware though, we book a family suite and got a call the day of checkin stating that there was an unexpected "emergency" and the hotel was no longer able to accommodate us as the family suite wasn't available, the only thing they could do was split us into two non-adjoining rooms. For us this was something we could adapt to because we were 4 adults and 3 children, but if we had been one family of 2 adults and 5 kids the hotel expected us to to put young children in a room unattended. Like I said we were able to adjust, but initially it was suggested that because one room had two beds, we put adults in that room and put the kids in the king/bunk bed room??? Umm yeah....NO.....who puts 3 kids all under 12 in a room alone??? So just be aware, otherwise it was a great for a budget friendly hotel breakfast was hot and fully stocked, every morning! Parking was tight, and they have a valet but there is no pressure to use it. However they do charge for parking, our fee was waived due to the room debacle but it's a fee of $14/15 a night.

    « A great stay »

I was in town for a conference and this hotel is located walking distance from the conference center. The staff are great. THey went out of their way to make sure I understood evertything about my bill, about perks that were available and anything else I may have asked them. We did not want housekeeping coming nto our room until after we were gone for the day. We kept the Do not Disturb sign up. The staff waited until we were gon to come in and maintain our room. Even though it was after their cutoff time. The room is typical. The only issue with this hotel is that the parking spots are small.

« Love this hotel and hope to return again one day »

We stayed here for the first time in August 2013 and again in June this year for 6 nights. We love everything about it: -The 2-room kids/family suites are great, well designed, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dual sinks outside the bathroom is a great idea and enables a family to get ready in the morning without everyone waiting for the one bathroom. I guess we were in one of the older rooms as the decor was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well maintained so that was no issue. We requested a room on the top floor (stairs don't worry us) in a quiet location and the staff obliged without issue. It was perfect. As our kids are older than our last stay our routine is a bit different; with going into the Disney parks in the afternoon, staying for the lovely warm evenings and returning to the hotel late (and quietly). We were never disturbed by the noise in the morning and we all got quality sleep. -The breakfast is excellent (for free) with plenty of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful and kept everything topped up during the morning throng. It saves a family considerable time and money each morning to get us all fed before heading off for the day. -The Disney parks are a considerable walk away, but you can just take a 10 minute stroll into the Toy Story car park (almost next door) and get on any of the free shuttle buses. -Parking is no problem, we remember people complaining about this in reviews before our first stay. Both of our stays have been in peak season and the parking is well managed by the staff and absolutely no problem. Yes there's an extra fee for parking but the overall cost to stay here is very reasonable. -Finally, the staff are wonderful. A big shout out to front desk staff members Susy & Jasmin who were always very friendly and helpful during this busy time of year. We really really appreciate our room request being thoughtfully managed and that makes all the difference when you're in the one hotel for six nights.

« Hot times in Anaheim »

Rolling up to Best Western Plus Raffles after a long flight from New Zealand was a great experience. Our room was ready the people were both friendly and helpful. They provided great advice about Anaheim shopping and the best way to conquer Disneyland. The breakfast in the morning provided free of charge was what you would expect in the US. The kids loved it. Room was always cleaned and freshen each day which is awesome after a long day on your feet. It is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland and located near a number of restaurants. With the temperature being 37C the pool was just what the doctor ordered.

    « Horrible »

Worst customer service ever!! The front desk staff is extremely rude & they don't do their job correctly. Worst hotel to stay at. I will ever be staying here again. It's 15 min away from Disneyland walking distance but there is better hotels near by.

    3
« Beds were too firm for my liking »

    « Excellent experience »

This hotel is wonderful was here to visit Disney. The hotel is pretty far from the hotel about 3 to 4 lights away, but there is a bus that could drop you off at the park for a fee. Staff is great and friendly. Rooms are spacious and breakfast room food is great.

    « Disney trip »

This was a super great hotel, within walking distance to the theme parks. It took about 15 minutes for our family to get to Disney. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay again. The room was great, as well as the other amenities.

    3
« Good Location and Price »

Great location to Disneyland with city shuttle bus service. Basic older hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast was okay, had the same items everyday but a good variety. Pool was a basic hotel pool but very clean.

    « Execellent Rooms »

We stayed here for 3 nights in July in a suite with two rooms. The set out of the suite is fantastic. One room having a queen size bed and tv, microwave and refrigerator and the second room includes bunk beds, a sofa and large TV. Both rooms are very spacious and clean. I can't fault the customer service by staff. There is parking, laundry and small pool on site and the location is central. The only potential drawback to staying here could be noise. The hotel is only really truly quiet between 12.30am and 6.00am with guests walking past the room talking and housekeeping starting their duties quite early in the morning pushing their trolleys back and forth past the room. Having said that, we weren't bothered much by it.

« Geat hotel poor security »

I bought a item at D23, 3 days later when it was time to pack up the car and the item was missing. Reported it to the hotel manager who told me they would report it to their insurance and file a report which I did. The next day the manager was to be there at 9 AM did not come in until 10 AM and I was told I had to file a police report, which I did and they would send it with the police report to insurance company. Let us take bet if I will ever hear from them again and the cost of missing items was around $300. Suggestion is to NOT stay at this hotel and stay some place you can trust.

    3
« Good value for cost »

I chose Raffles because it included breakfast. It is fairly close to Disneyland and a great value hotel right across from the convention centre. The room was pleasant. The only downside was being on the third floor- when people walk by the room, you can feel the floor shake. In all, a good clean place for families to stay.

    5
« Family visit to Disneyland »

4 adults and two small children enjoyed a family suite here in May 2017. We loved our room, the size and configuration of the hotel, and used the pool nearly daily (5 day/5 night stay) with great delight! We appreciated the laundry facility, and we were all thoroughly satisfied with breakfast - perhaps the most well-stocked, greatest variety complimentary breakfast buffet I have seen at a hotel! Scrambled eggs, sausage patties and hard boiled eggs were standard, as well as waffles, AND MUCH more! We appreciated the security provided by the entrance guard/parking assistant (one person -several functions). We also appreciated the 24 hour availability of ice water and coffee, as well as apples (consistently) and cookies (sometimes) available as a courtesy in the lobby. It was very welcoming. We also appreciated the knowledge of lobby staff to guide us in taking the bus to Disneyland (it could be walked, but took about 1/2 hour, possibly longer, with children), as well as giving directions to the beautiful, architecturally significant Christ Cathedral a mile or 2 away. Travel and vacation guide literature was well stocked. Lobby staff went out of their way to help us with pick-up for our shuttle to LAX to catch our flight. What they did for us was "above & beyond" excellent service!

    5
    « Great Disney Location »

We wanted a location that would allow us to walk to Disneyland and the convention center. (If you don't mind about a mile walk to the park). This location is perfect. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and the breakfast selections were great!! Honestly if you need a comfortable place, this is the location for you. Only thing I would say is that the coffee isn't very good, but that's just me I am particular about my coffee. :-)

« Third time we have stayed here. »

This is our third time staying here. Every time we go to Disneyland, we always stay at this hotel. We feel that it's the best value for the money in the area. It is about a 5 minute shuttle ride from Disneyland and the shuttle stop is right in front of the hotel. Best of all, the rooms are very very clean, and all the staff has always been very polite and helpful. We even got a call from the front desk staff asking us if there was anything we needed. Their buffet breakfast is awesome. They even have a couple of self serve waffle makers. We will continue to stay here every time we are in the area. We always have great experiences with Best Western!

    5
    « Great people - nice value »

The people are very helpful and nice. The value of the room is great - and the breakfast is better than some other hotels. The pool was nice for the kids and the hotel staff was always there to give advise and help with any problem. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids and the suite was a good size.

    4
« Nice Place to Stay with the Family »

We booked the suite with the bunk beds. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was awesome! We filled up so we didn't have to eat at Disneyland. Overall, I think this hotel was a good value for the money and I would recommend it to others.

    « Trip to Disneyland »

This hotel is a very good place to stay as it is about a mile from Disneyland. The staff is great and the breakfast food is very good. The distance in walk for this 62 year old guy and wife in a scooter was tolerable considering the miles to be walked in the park. It is best suited for a younger couple and kids. As for the maintenance guy, he helped us with an adjustment knob that was too tight on the scooter. Once he got the wrench the knob it was freed up.

    4
    « Trip to Disneyland »

This hotel is a very good place to stay when visiting Disneyland except for 1 thing. If you are over 60 and need a scooter or a wheel chair, then the mile walk is a little much. A younger person and family would be best suited for that travel. My scooter ran out of juice after a day at Disney and had to push it the last 150 yards. The maintenance guy came to our rescue with another issue with my scooter with an adjustment knob that was stuck. All in All a very good place to stay and the breakfast was great

« Better than some, worse than some »

Ok, so this hotel knows it's intended audience, and caters to it. The beds, linens, and floors were clean. Check. It has a complimentary breakfast, which had a lot of choices. Check. Within walking distance of Disney, kind of. Check. The downsides are: the building is simply old, and even though it's clearly maintained, it's loud. Loud doors, loud air units, loud outside noises. If you get a great rate on this place, go ahead and take it.

    2
« Bad beds and loud noises »

Beds were horrible. Couldnt sleep. Asked for extra blankets for padding. Lots of noise from the parking lot. Door left open all day from the cleaning crew. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. They left yummy cookies on our first night.

    « Top breakfast »

My boyfriend and I loved the space here given the previous hotel in LA! The room was spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries! We had a family room with two TVs! Would really recommend the filling breakfast as well.

« Stay at the other Best Western not this one »

If your a light sleeper don't stay here. Hard mattresses, noisy balcony and the breakfast buffet is sad. The Embassy Suites still has the best breakfast buffet by far. This Best Western isn't updated like the others we have stayed at.

    « Average »

Great breakfast spread, great friendly staff and hotel location. But loud, can hear other guests walking in and out and past our zero privacy window. AC unit in room is too loud, unfortunately didn't drown outside noise just added to it making for a sleepless night. We stayed at another hotel for exact same rate the next night and you can't begin to compare the quality between the two! The other one was far superior in every way.

    « Family June Vacation »

The hotel was alright nothing special. Parking was terrible and packed. The check in staff was not friendly or courteous. We were treated poorly on arrival. We felt like we were imposing on the check in clerk. When we asked if we could use the restroom because my 3 year old granddaughter needed to go the clerk told that we could use the one in the pool area but the key card was only good for a couple of hours. We asked for a first floor room because our son is a disable veteran and after waiting twice we were given a room on the 2nd floor.

    « convenient, friendly staff »

great location to start an excursion to Disneyland. The shuttle bus stop is right in front of the property. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating - allowed us to park early and deposit our bags with the front desk, which they then took to our rooms at check in time, while we were still at Disneyland.

    3
    « Good but not a plus »

The wife and I both agreed that this hotel did not live up to the Best Western plus label. It's an older property. And you can see that they really tried to fix it up. The outside looks good. but the room looks like what it is - a nice older property. Don't let my review cause you to avoid this hotel. It's an okay hotel. Just not a plus.

    5
    « Comfortable and affordable »

This hotel was very affordable and I like the fact it had wooden flooring in the room instead of rugs. The location was not too far from Disneyland so we walked instead. The toy story parking was just around the corner so we walked from there when returning back to hotel. The parking lot was way packed and the breakfast was good enough for the family. Other than that I would come back again.

    4
    « Great Location »

Parking is terrible if you don't get in early.. They do have Valet but still .. and 15.00 per night for parking?!?!?! Room cost is already high. Location is perfect tho.. I guess that's what you are basically paying for. Near Disney, across the street from the Convention Center, walking distance to alot of places. Overall, they're pretty good

    « Great for Families »

I was extremely impressed with the guest room with the bunk bed and pull out bed, we were a family of 8 traveling and to find a hotel that can accommodate all of us in one area together was difficult, so I was very happy that I was able to be in the room with all of my kids.

    « Disney Land Get-Away! »

We really enjoyed ourselves. Especially in the clean swimming pool. Restaurants are in walking distance. Our grand kids had an outstanding time and said they are ready to come again. We discovered the other side of Disney Land, Disney California which had more rides and the food on the whole cost less on that side. Our favorite rides was Guardian of the Gallaxcy and Car Race!

After a terrible experience in Santa Monica we decided to head to Anaheim 2 days early. We rung the hotel and asked if we could check in a couple of days early and they were very helpful. They made us a new reservation on Sunday to check in on Monday. We arrived at the hotel around 9am where the staff happily took our bags and stored them for us then told us where the kitchen was and to help our selfs to breakfast. The room was also really nice and great pool area !

First off i did not like the parking fee nor did i like the fact i couldnt bring my pet along for the vacation. Aside from that my experience was absolutely amazing thanks to the front desk fella chris i believe. He made my entire trip amazing when it started horribly, he was able to assist me with all the questions i had and he even remembered me mentioning my daughters birthday which my daughter was giggly about him knowing all day long. The room was spacious and beds comfy, the breakfast could use and upgrade. But i will deffinately be staying here next trip!

« Disappointed and Terrible Rooms »

Our family has stayed at various Best Western hotels and we are usually very satisfied. This hotel has been our worst Best Western experience. The Plus rating and nice online pictures of the kids suites led us decide on this hotel for our Disneyland trip. Upon arrival we realized this hotel should not be a Plus. The kids suite was very small and outdated and not what we expected. The main bed for the parents was in the small front room upon entering, next to the front door and window so no privacy and can hear all exterior noise. The bathroom was so tiny it was hard to open and close the door while standing in front of the toilet. The kids room had a bunk bed and sofa bed but the room was so small when you open the sofa bed it's right up against the bunk bed with no space to walk around the room. Our room 237 was next to the stairs and was super noisy. If you would like a good nights rest ask for a room away from the stairway. There are families using the stairs very early in the morning and late at night as they come to and from Disney. The noise is very loud while trying to sleep. The pool area is also very small with only a few chairs and loungers which are taken if it's busy. The breakfast area was a decent size but breakfast is very basic and ends promptly at 9:30. Staff will begin to put the food away and turn off beverage machines without warning even if guests are still eating. The walk to Disneyland was about 20 minutes. We discovered the Toy Story parking lot to the park was on the same block and had a free shuttle. Overall staff was nice but not satisfied with the accommodations. Our family was looking forward to staying in a kids suite and having fun in the pool while in the warm weather but the room and pool were very disappointing. Will not stay at this hotel again next time we visit Disneyland. There are many better options.

« Great stay for a large family »

Great place, nice helpful staff, very good breakfast, hot tube was great. close to Disneyland. Staff was very friendly, and were able to answer all questions. breakfast was fresh, hot and plenty of it. the hot tube was a real relief at the end of a long day at disneyland. they offered a shuttle that we did not use. we were abel to either walk to Disneyland or the toy story parking lot and shuttle were very close and we used that. had a family of 9 staying in the family suite and were quite comfortable.

    « Worth to Stay »

Perfect Location and value for money. Very Close to Disney land. Calm environment. Bunch of restaurants near by, Only sad thing is we need to pay for parking fee. if that is also covered it will be a superb deal

    « Poor Service »

Very poor accomodations, false images on booking website, didnt match our room. AC didnt function properly, leaky shower, stinky pull out couch, in room fridge not cold at all, this was worse than a motel 6....Go next door to Hilton Suites you will be happier.

The only negative thing was the guests at the pool but someone from the hotel should have asked them to behave or leave pool area so others could enjoy it too. Rooms were clean but the bathroom was a little on the small side. Parking is bad and I don't think you should have to pay for parking

    « Ok stay »

Hotel was decent. Nothing spectacular. Looks like it needs some updates. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Disneyland and restaurants. Some noise late at night from other guests. All exterior doors and staircase to climb at night.

    « Excellent experience »

It is a great hotel, everything was so much better than we expected, the staff was very kind and helpful, from the valet guy to the check in guy and the ladies serving breakfast, they all went out of their way to serve us, we appreciatte that very much. We would definitely come back

    « Run Disney Stay »

The rooms are very clean. But the family suite was not what we had expected. The 2nd room has no windows or ac in it. You have to leave the door between the two rooms open for the ac to get into the other room. The floor above is very thin so if you have children jumping off the bed upstairs you can hear every foot step.

    2
    « Disappointed »

The room was too small for the amount of family members I had indicated when making the reservation for this Suite. Our room was rught next to the laundry facility . The noise was unacceptable. The drain in the shower was not working propery the tub woulld fill up with water while showering. Gone all day at Disneyland came back tired, late in the afternoon room had not been serviced had to leave again so it could be cleaned. Not the stay I had expected or payed for.

    « Noisey »

This hotel was clean and we thought the breakfast was very good. However if you are looking for a quiet nights sleep don't stay on the first floor next to the breakfast room. The people above us were soo loud and since the windows are thin it sounded like the breakfast crowd was in our room with us. It made for a horrible nights sleep.

« Terrible Rooms, but amazing staff. »

The rooms were disgusting and outdated. My shower head had green rust on it and did not work properly. There breakfast was not that great. And the parking is manadatory valet parking and they park people in front of each other so it is a nightmare when you try to go somewhere. But the hotel staff was friendly and professional! They made the stay more bearable.

    « Wonderful Experience »

Very clean comfortable room, staff make this place outstanding, so friendly and happy to help. Very convenient to get on the shuttle to Disney parks and next to some great restaurants, ideal location without being right outside the doors of Disney. Quiet area, lovely maintain area, pool and other amenities are great.

    « Best Western Anaheim »

Disappointed in Parking Fee's at a Best Western. Room carpet appeared to be dirty, possibly just due to color scheme. Other features were fine, most people were there for Disneyland and were families, we were there for a convention.

« Great Location Friendly Staff »

We stayed at Raffles Inn and Suites for 3 days. I chose this hotel b/c it could accommodate our large group in one room and proximity to Disneyland. Although the elevator was broken and our room was on 3rd floor (they were able to accommodate to a 1st floor room after the 1st night of a 3 night stay) the staff portered our luggage to 3rd floor then moved it to the new room.. They are doing some renovation work, which is good as the rooms are a bit dated. The rooms are comfortable and roomy.. The staff is very friendly/helpful/ professional, they really helped make the day of our Birthday Princess. The breakfast is great, it's a full breakfast perfect to start out a day to Disneyland, breakfast includes eggs/sausage/potatoes/waffles/pancakes/cereal/oatmeal/coffee/tea/juice/milk/yogurt and open at 630am-930am There's a shuttle to Disney right outside (for a small fee) or you can go to Toy Story parking/shuttle right down the street. Plenty of restaurants in the area and gas stations 1/2 a block up if you're driving. The pool is located so as to not disturb other guests who go to bed before 11. Overall fantastic stay, I would recommend this to family/friends. Thank You Felipa for keeping our room so lovely. Thank you front desk for all your help. We really had a wonderful time and a great stay. Thanks for helping make our Disneyland vacation memorable.

« Close to Disneyland nice budget friendly place to stay »

We had a two bedroom suite, which included 2 bathrooms. Rooms were two queen a sleeper sofa and bunk beds. The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults enjoyed separate sleeping quarters. Has very warm pool and a spa. They offer continental breakfast, not the greatest but not the worst I've ate. I DO NOT recommend the coffee. Get tea for your initial cafeine dose and get coffee somewhere else. Rooms were clean staff is friendly I would recommend and stay again. They also have wifi which was valuable to our stay.

    4
« This hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland. »

I love this hotel. The bed could've been softer but it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and was very helpful. There was a very loud and rude couple above us that had been fighting and they were happy to move us and take care of the problem. The breakfast bar was amazing.

« Great Hotel & Ideal Disney location »

This was our first stop in the US & served us for 4 days. It was basic, but very clean & offered a brilliant endless breakfast & a pool. Check-in was effortless. It was located brilliantly for day trips to Disney, which was literally 5 minutes walking distance to the car park....we walked through the car park to collect a bus into the facility. Can not be faulted.

    2
« Great customer service doesn't make up for disrepair »

The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Sadly though the hotel is in disrepair. Our room had multiple bad outlets. We had to get a powerstrip to all utilize the one decent one we had. The elevator was broken for half the stay. Spotty Wi-Fi even when it showed full strength. Not enough parking meant that they had to "valet" my $55,000 truck into the driving lane with cones around it on one night. The beds were very uncomfortable, meaning they felt like laying on a piece of plywood that had a layer of cotton placed on top. The ice makers on 2 of the 3 floors had "clean and sanitize" lights on for the entirety of the 6 night stay. The free breakfast was nice but the potatoes were very stale and chewy every time we tried them. Maybe adding bacon to the selection would make up for it. Lol. Despite how it sounds we're not a hard family to please. We always stay at Best Westerns or Holiday Inns. This is just a very run down hotel that is in serious need of refurbishment and repair. If not for the wonderful friendliness and courtesy of the staff I would have been furious about our stay. Definitely not worth the money we paid. It unfortunately marred what would have been a very pleasant Disneyland trip otherwise.

The Raffles Inn is a comfortable, clean hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. They have an excellent breakfast with lots of good options and a friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again.

    « Great family vacation! »

We really enjoyed our spacious family suite at the Best Western Raffles Inn. It was nice to have a second children's room with their own bathroom. The bunk bed and pull out sofa fit 4 kids comfortably. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast was a fantastic start to the day! Oatmeal, sausage, eggs, toast, cereal, pastries, potatoes, yogurt, fruit. Basically anything you'd have at home was there. Public transit was right in front of the hotel. Free shuttles to Disneyland were just around the corner. Disneyland was actually within walking distance of this hotel. Pool was so nice at the end of the day. It was heated and the hot tub was great for soaking tired feet in! We would absolutely recommend this to others and will stay there again next time!

    « Bring your Benedryl »

We were traveling with a big family group to Disneyland & the pricing at this hotel was attractive, plus they have larger suites for families which was important for our group. The staff was wonderful and hardworking. Breakfasts were good & our room even though it was definitely dated and worn was clean. However after spending even a small amount of time in our room our allergies went crazy! We suspect mold and mildew. The room also had a very strong musty scent...we just spent as much time out of the room as possible and popped the Benedryl the second we got into the room to sleep. We just checked out and I can't wait to get home to air everything out & wash clothes. You also may wish to plan ahead...our room did not have very many outlets & the vanity lighting was poor.

    « Best Western Anaheim »

Good hotel, nothing special but everything you need. Great service - people are friendly. small pool but clean. need easier access to the top level of apartments. close to Disneyland however map makes it misleading, at least 10-15 minute walk.

    « Good Family Hotel »

We stayed in a suite which was great for our family of five our room had plenty of room, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great for getting our family started with a good meal before we went to Disneyland. Hotel was very clean excepts the pool filtration didn't seem to be working properly. Otherwise a great experience.

« So not how I thought things were gonna go »

They make you pay a parking fee and they said they have shuttle to go to Disneyland but come to find out it's a shuttle the city provides and you have to pay for it per person and since we were a group of 8 it was so much cheaper to just park and pay Disneyland a parking fee

It was comfortable. I went for my anniversary weekend and everything was great other than th fact that we had someone knocking and opening our door at 6:30am. Other than that everything was perfect!!!

    « Good value »

Stayed at the Best Western Raffles inn the last 6 nights. Housekeeping keeps the place neat and tidy. The two bedroom suites for families are large and comfortable. It may be cramped though if you have more than 2 children and use the sofa bed to sleep 4 children. Breakfast is served in a corner of the hotel. The breakfast is passable but you eventually want to have something else for breakfast. The staff are polite and will do what they can to make your stay a better one. Parking is limited especially during the busy times of the year like our stay over Easter. Only gripe is that the other guests can make a restful night hard due to the thin walls and anyone rolling bags on the veranda can be heard loudly.

« Great Hotel for Disneyland »

Great for large families to stay at for Disneyland Vacation. Close by to Disneyland and close to transportation. The hotel also has a good filling breakfast with a variety of foods. The suite was big enough for my family of 7 to sleep and play comfortably.

    5
« Great rooms and food »

The rooms were big and the breakfast was good. Breakfast had everything! The hotel was always clean and staff was always friendly and attentive. Located near Disneyland and California adventure. Kids loved it.

    3
« Quick stop for Disney »

Great location for Disney, just simply walk a couple hundred yards and turn right into the toy story car park. From there you are dropped off at Disney in less than 10 minutes. At the end of the day just do the reverse. Complimentary Breakfast was good, small room and could be tough to get seats together in large group but that was not a problem. Good selection and taste of food. Staff were really helpful especially in reception. Very friendly. Nice pool and jacuzzi although we did not use it. Only downside was the age of rooms and bathrooms. Not a major problem but just something to be aware of. The rooms and bathrooms were clean although would certainly need an updated.

    « Satisfied »

Room was really in working conditon unlike the hotel we last stayed in tub was clogged and bugs infested. Had a very comfortable sleep after a long day at the park. Staff were friendly. Complimetary breakfast was good but after 3days of staying in I think they need to change the menu a little bit. I'm very satisfied with the staff. Worth all the money I paid for.

« Lovely staff, good location near Disney »

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Raffles. The staff were lovely and attentive. The breakfast each morning was above what you expect from most complimentary hotel breakfasts, great selection and something for everyone. Healthy selections like fresh fruit, greek yogurt and oatmeal as well as the standard make your own waffle, pastries, eggs and sausages. Our room was very clean and well taken care of. We had plenty of space with bunk beds, a pull out bed and a separate room with a bed for husband and I. Only a 15 minute walk to Disneyland and right on the route for resort transportation if walk is too long for little ones. Our only complaint was that the pillows on the beds were small and awkward and the room was noisy. Try to get a room on the third floor. We were on the first floor near the breakfast room so we got a lot of noise from 6:30am onward.

    4
    « Good value »

Good value, great breakfast with better than average hotel food. Only complaint was the everyday noise from the parking lot was a bit excessive. Having my room by the stairs meant I had to put up with people stomping their feet and talking as the building and windows aren't super modern. 16 minute walk to the gate at Disneyland or California Adventures, and 5 minute walk to the Convention Center. Big room for the price I paid, pool nice, walk to Dennys or IHOP. bus stop out front where multiple LAX or tours buses pick up, so we did not have to rent a car. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    5
    « Perfect Stay »

I stayed here during a convention and the location is extremely convenient and about half the cost of the hotels across the street as well as being within walking distance of both Downtown Disney and the Gardenwalk

    5
    « Exceptional Stay »

Perfect in every way. Close enough to Disneyland to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet and enjoyable. I would say the only issue was slow internet - other than that the entire property was well maintained and a great place to stay. I recommend it highly for a family adventure.

  • 5
    « Loved it »

I was surprised that there are 2 separate rooms, which was nice for having privacy. The internet was fast and we had no trouble with it. The breakfast included many great options. Everything else was great.

    « Comfy Value »

Overall a nice hotel, comfy beds, decent breakfast w/good options, great staff. 2 room family suite is great! Enough room for 8 & 2 bathrooms; Not many family suites have this luxury! proximity to DL is good; walk or take Toy Story shuttle. I really like this BW & have stayed before so it's always an option for us.

    5
    « Clean, quiet, comfortable »

Room was ready on time, the lot was clean, people were friendly, and it was quiet. Close enough to walk to disney. Right next to toystory parking to catch a shuttle. The breakfast was good as well. Better than most hotels I've stayed in!

« Great price, good location! »

Enjoyed our stay. It is a great location to Disneyland. Recommend either taking the bus or driving to and from the park. We had a car and it worked great for us to and from the park. Rooms were very roomy, especially when traveling with family or a couple of families. Room could have been updated, such as lamp shades and electrical plugs. The staff was great. The security guys were awesome too. Would still recommend this hotel.

    4
« Skeptical at first, But WOW what a room! »

We had looked for a quick last night stay due to our other half of the party leaving and we only needed a small room to finish our trip. We stayed in room 329 and it was huge for a double queen bedroom! It's close to Disney and the ART shuttle comes through their as well. The water pressure in the jetted tub/shower was amazing! High pressure that is. Next time I go to Disney Land this hotel will be my go to for an amazing price. Comfy beds too! Only two negatives, one would be they tried to make me pay for parking but hey did an "exception" for me. If you ask I'm sure they would waive the $15.00 fee. Also, the rooms were slightly outdated. We didn't mind because we checked in late due to being at the park all day.

« Nice place to stay when visiting Disneyland »

The hotel is nice and tidy and is a close bus ride to Disneyland. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a good comfortable stay - the air con was a little loud but you get used to it quickly. The rooms are basic but i Anaheim is not really the place you go to spend a lot of time at your hotel - you are there to enjoy the theme parks. We did leave an item in our room and we called the hotel to get it back - they emailed us the lost and found form and told us to return it via email. We have done this and 2 days later we are still waiting for a reply so not very happy with that...

« Nice Family Stay while visiting Disneyland »

Recently we took a family trip down to Anaheim to visit Disneyland. We had a very nice two room suite with 2 bathrooms. 2 Queen beds in one room and second room had bunk beds for our grandsons and an additional queen sofa sleeper. Two TVs, a microwave and mini fridge. Free breakfast every morning. It was in walking distance to Disneyland. Our family enjoyed it very much. A very nice place to stay while visiting Disneyland.

    « Best western »

I really enjoyed my stay. From the front desk on check in till time to check out everyone was friendly. rooms were perfect for my family size and the cost was good. I will highly recommend this to anybody. Also breakfast was very high quality so much to choose from.

« Great place to stay with friendly staff »

Stayed here for 5 nights The rooms were average with the very basics. This place is more suited for those on a short trip in need of a place to stay.. Free breakfast was average, and the dining area is very small.. About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, a bit over priced but that was expected for where it's located.

    « A Decent Stay »

We arrived here quite late at night. I reserved a room a couple months in advance. I booked at booking.com and found a room with a bunk bed and a soft couch with a door and a queen sized bed on the other side. When we arrived at midnight, we found out that they no longer had this room available and had switch us to a different room. This room had a queen bed, door, and sofa couch with another queen bed. I was disappointed, as our kids were looking forward sleeping in the bunk beds. There was no manager on duty and none expected for the entirety of our stay. I was offered free parking (we did not have a car) and 10% discount (which it looks like if I signed up for their Best Western club I would have been able to get anyway). So, basically nothing. This was kind of disappointing. The room we were in was decent and clean. The fan in the bathroom was pretty noisy. In essence, it was a good place to rest after a long day at Disneyland. The breakfast in the morning was great. We enjoyed the all you can eat extended continental breakfast. There were sausage patties, muffins, doughnuts, toast, english muffins, egg patties, fried potatoes, yogurt, waffles, cereal, granola, oranges, apples, and a variety of beverages. I don't know what the other reviewers were thinking, there was a lot of variety and it was completely edible. If you are looking for an egg white omelet with spinach frittata, you will not find this here. Try the Disneyland hotel buffet breakfast for $30 a plate. We loaded up at the hotel breakfast, took an apple and doughnut for the road, and were able to skip lunch and just go for dinner. The park is a decent walk: 15 minutes - out the hotel and to the right. If you are tired, one block from the hotel is the Disneyland parkade. You can go in there and get a free shuttle. Similarly, upon exiting Disneyland you can catch the number 20 bus (to the right upon exiting) to return to the parking lot. This is free. Will we be back? Maybe. It was a bit far from the park, but the price was right and the breakfast was good.

« OK Experience not great »

The motel is quite large with limited parking available and a $15 a day parking fee. Rooms were clean enough but very noisy, ie shower and toilet noise from adjoining rooms was very annoying especially at midnight and 6 am in the morning. Breakfast room eating area is very small for the quantity of people in the room. Have stayed at much nicer motels in the same area for less money and closer to the Disneyland Resort.

    « Weekend in LA »

Came to LA for my birthday weekend. Easy to get to/from Disneyland. Clean and staff was very friendly. Only problem we had was we reserved a king room and they didn't have any when we got there. So for my fiancé and I we had a 2 queen bedroom.

    2
« Recommend you look elsewhere! »

Based on passed reviews and hotel rating I expected more than we received, Due to back and leg issues I wanted a first floor single king, instead ended up in a second floor, double queen, bed was uncomfortable bother my back and hips, upon check in we were advised that there would be no hot water on the second day due to them replacing the boiler. very noisy, they charge for parking normally (however they did wave my parking fee)

    4
    « Decent Hotel »

For the price of suite with included breakfast you can't beat it. Free Toy Story parking lot is just down the street and takes you to the front gates of Disney. DON'T TAKE THE PAID (ART) SHUTTLE THATS IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL ITS A SCAM! Pool is great and staff is friendly and helpful. Bedding on twin bunk mattress protector had urine stains which staff replaced the night we arrived and comp'd our parking fee ($13/night). Found a cockroach in one of the closets and staff wanted to move us to another room but could not due to lack of availability on another suite. Even with issues we would stay again.

    4
    « Disneyland Holiday »

A great hotel not far from Disneyland (about twenty minute walk or ART bus stops outside and you can buy tickets at reception). Being a bit further say it was quiet, only problem is the breakfast room is so small (only about ten tables) and the options available never change.

    4
« Best Option for Disneyland »

This hotel is perfect if you are going to Disneyland! Not too expensive and a few minutes from Disneyland parking or shuttle service to the park. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable.

    2
    « Ok hotel »

Not so cheap basic hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. It is quite a walk from Disneyland especially if you have children and the advice to use the Disney transport can mean long queues. Watch out for their no cancellation policy, if we had not already paid we would definitely have moved hotels.

    3
    « Just OK »

I was told a different price on the phone than when I arrived, and was even credited an amount but it was still higher than what I was quoated on the phone. Needs more plugs, there was no where to plug in our stuff to charge, we had to pull the dresser out and the bed in order to get a plug.

    3
« Good family base for Disneyland »

Our family of five stayed here for a five nights, the room was a good size and the bunks were a lovely addition. All of the beds in our room were comfortable, with a decent range of pillows. The included breakfast had an interesting variety of foods, which were frequently refreshed during the morning. The walk from this hotel to Disneyland was easy. On Sunday night we watched the fireworks from the Carpark.

    5
    « clean »

this is a clean hotel with very pleasant and attentive staff. the room was clean and perfect for our large family of 5 adults, a toddler and a 10 month old. we stayed in the suite with 2 bathrooms, 2 king-sized beds, a pullout sofa that accommodates 2, and a set of twin bunk beds (that the 3 year old loved). helpful hint-walk to the Disney offsite parking lot shuttle that is located 2 blocks from the hotel to get back and forth to Disney. it is free and saves a lot of walking and parking/transportation fees.

« BED BUGS" DIRTY FILTHY CARPET" »

Our Family of which consisted of Two adult couples and i teenager booked the suite on the 3rd floor because I was told there were 2-separate bedrooms. There are, but one bedroom is equipped for children with bunk beds and the other with 2-queen beds". No Privacy for each couple" !st disappointment" We decided to make it work when they said we did not have an option we would be charged for the 6-days we booked 2-month's in advance.. The room was very dated in the late 80-s design and the carpet was in browns and oranges and was very, very dirty.. I had to wash my feet before I could put on my shoes and they were black on the bottom.. The bedding was Clean and beds were comfortable" HOWEVER" ON DAY 4 of our stay my husband was laying on the bed and a Cockroach Crawled out of the covers" At the same time my daughter discovered another Cockroach in the 2nd bathroom in the sink" :(.. We called the front desk and my husband was told they were very sorry and that the last 2-nights would be free if we stayed and they would have someone come up while we were out and spray for the bugs while we were out"!! We decided we would stay. My grandson and myself used the hot tub and the swimming pool 2-of the nights. after the hotub use the second night I noticed a large amount of Bubble type scum" in 1/2 of the hot tub area. I told my grandson to stay away from it but he was in it. The next day and night he & myself came down with a Bacterial Ear infection.. We did not swim again. 2-of the nights we decided to try and rent a movie to watch. We had problems and the front desk rather than handle the situation connected us directly to the Cable company. We had to explain our problem and go through steps to reprogram our remote to start the movie". The second time we tried same thing " Only the Cable company said they could not do anything because the hotels system needed to be updated , so no movie".. We were charged $15.00 a night additional to park our rental car that was not mentioned on booking.. The Breakfast's were done well" each morning. The topper was at check out" I told my husband to check us out and get a credit for the two nights they had told us they would take off due to the cockroaches" He went down and a new person was working and informed him that they said they would take off 2-nights of Parking charges!! Absolutely Ridiculous" we surely would have moved to a different hotel.. They said the manager would be calling me when he complained that it wasn't 2-nights room charges"... The manger called as I was arriving home in Salt Lake and proceeded to tell me that there was another employee present and that it was the parking they offered and we heard them wrong".. I became very upset and said we only stayed because of that and they said they would be spraying for the bugs after we left for disneyland that day. Then she tells me" They couldn't spray and didn't as we had all of our belongings in the room".. I am Preying we did not come home with Cockroach eggs in our clothes or suitcases".. She also offers to credit us $90.00 and points for a stay at bestwestern for 1-night in the future.. She would not make good on what was told to us and THEY DIDN'T EVEN SPRAY THE ROOM WHEN WE LEFT!! I would never recommend staying here, other than the location is close to Disneyland and the breakfast bar was good. Very Upset and unsatisfied from Salt Lake..

    « Excellent for Disney »

Very convenient for Disney. Excellent value. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. I spent a lot of time researching for a suitable place to stay not knowing the area and we found this to meet all our needs as a stop over between two days at Disneyland

    « Nice Place »

Very nice place. We had a two bedroom suite and it worked great. There is only one bathroom but in one of the bedrooms was an extra sink with a large counter that helped out perfect. We didn't spend a lot of time there but it is close to Disneyland which is very convenient.

    « Stay at Disneyland »

Hotel was dated and pillows were horrible. Who has square pillows? Many outlets had electricity problems and wouldn't charge phones. It was an okay hotel for how long we spent in the room. I was upset when one of our iphones went missing from the room and when we told the front desk they didn't seem to care.

    « Raffles is Great »

Raffles is the perfect place to stay while visiting Disneyland. The rooms are made for families and are very reasonable. The breakfast is included and a great start to a day at Disney where you will have ample opportunities to spend money on food. It is a short walking distance to a a Disney parking lot where you can catch a shuttle to the park entrance. There is a fee to park in the hotel parking lot but it is less than the fee of parking in an actual Disney lot.

« Basic and functional family suite. »

We wanted to have a day at Disney. This hotel was inexpensive and a five minute bus journey away. Our room was near the breakfast room and right outside our room was an eating area which could be a little noisy at times. Otherwise not a bad place to stay. Great pool and hot tub.

« Decent option to stay during Disney half marathons »

I booked this hotel for a stay during Labor Day Weekend and the Disneyland Half Marathon. The price per night with taxes, fees, and parking came out to about $113/nt for a 2-bedroom suite on the ground floor, not too bad for the location, the quality of the hotel/room, and the holiday weekend. Positives: The hotel had a pool that we didn't use, and the main lobby area had water, fruit, and cookies available throughout the day. They also had computers and printers for guest use. There is a complimentary hot/cold breakfast every morning which had a decent selection. There is a shuttle/bus stop right outside which we used to get to and from the marathon course. The suite contained a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and air conditioners and tvs in both rooms. There was also a small pull out sofa which we didn't use. The room was clean and comfortable for two people and there is free wifi which worked well throughout our stay. The hotel itself is nicely located, only about 15-25 minute walk to the entrances of Downtown Disney and Disneyland, 5 minutes to the convention center, 5-10 minutes to drugstores and restaurants. Negatives: One minor negative was the bathroom fixtures could have used some upgrading. We had two sinks and for one of them the stopper was stuck and the water didn't drain quickly. The other negative, which was more problematic is that the walls are very thin in certain areas of the room. We had the 2-bedroom suite and the second room which contained the second bed had very thin walls and at midnight when the family with kids next door returned, you could clearly hear their conversations. Luckily I just so happen to have some earplugs stashed in my bag, otherwise I would not have been able to fall asleep. If you are a light sleeper like me, there is no way you'd be able to fall asleep if there are people in the next room who are speaking in anything other than a whisper. Overall: Overall, our stay was good and the positives outweighed the negatives. If you have considerate neighbors or the room next door is empty, then noise shouldn't be too much of an issue. If you're staying in the area because of Disneyland, then the hotel is convenient and comfortable for the amount of time you'll actually be in the room. Hotels in the area are expensive and this place was on the ?cheaper? side. I would stay here again for about the same rate and also for the convenience to the park for the half marathons that take at Disney throughout the year.

    « GOOD STAY »

My family and I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed our stay. We had a two room suite previously and decided to get a two room suite again. The only problem with the suite we got this time is the second bedroom didn't have air conditioning or a ceiling fan. This was uncomfortable for our kids so on the second day I lowered the thermostat on the only air conditioner we had and that somewhat helped. The beds are comfy and they do serve a hot breakfast. The hotel is close to Disney and downtown Disney.

« Our first family trip »

Right in between Roscoe's chicken and waffles and Disney. =). The stay was actually a lot better than I thought. Don't expect The Ritz and don't expect Motel 6. It's right in the middle. The gals that work the front desk are great.

    « Disney Family Vacation »

My family & I always take our annual vacation to visit Disneyland and when we do we definitely stay at this hotel. The location is great, the breakfast is above & beyond delicious, & their rooms are awesome. Especially their suites! This year we took a step up & enjoyed their suite which was like staying at a fully furnished apartment lol. Very comfortable rooms, kitchen, & bathroom. The rooms were very clean & we had a good view. The staff here are cool & caring. Jerry, who is one of the managers, ensured we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jerry! We most definitely did & can't wait for our next return soon.

    « Not bad »

It was old but it was clean. It was a good price with an awesome near-Disney location. They had a nice free breakfast. You have to pay for parking, but that's just the area I guess. I loved that I was able to get a room with a queen bed, a sofa bed and a bunk bed for my family of 6 all in one room. It was not super nice, but perfectly great for the price.

« Good Option for Disney Holiday »

This hotel is a good budget friendly option for a Disney stay. The rooms were a good size and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a reasonable choice of foods and there was an outside eating area as well as inside. A 15 minute walk to Disney which was fine. The pool area was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

« Clean, tidy and easy to find »

After a long trip from upstate California me and my partner just wanted to get some rest. Straight forward to get to, the car park attendant once confirmed our name told us where to go and what to do. Checked in with no hassle, even though the guy on reception was hassled he maintined courtesy which was nice. Room was clean and tidy, even though we only stayed for one night, we could have definitly have stayed for 14. We were too late for breakfast so can't comment on quality of that but general feel of the hotel was good.

    « Awesome Disneyland Hotel »

This hotel is a great place to stay when going to Disneyland. They offer the separate kids room as well as a free full size breakfast with something for everyone. The pool is heated and very nice. The valet is there on site 24 hours to keep your vehicles safe. A transit bus is very close and drops you right at the entrance to Disneyland. Staff is friendly, kind and go above and beyond when a situation needs their upmost attention. I highly recommend Raffles Inn ,.,,.

« Great option for Disney! »

My husband and I stayed at this hotel back in June. Our purpose for visiting the area was to experience Disneyland. This hotel was a nice, affordable option. Service excellent, the shuttle passes you could purchase made travel to/from Disney a breeze, breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety, and our room was nice, large, and very clean. Families can appreciate the large bathroom with double sinks. The pool area was nice, though we didn't ever use it because there were always so many children in it (understandable since it's just down the road from Disney). If you're looking for an affordable, convenient place, we highly recommend Raffles!

« Nice place to stay for a business trip. »

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the convention center. I was attending a conference and needed an affordable place to stay. I would recommend the Raffles Inn & suites in Anaheim Ca. The desk and internet were beneficial for my laptop computer and I was able to complete my work with ease. I enjoyed to complimentary breakfast. I made a fresh waffle and had many options to chose from at the breakfast bar. This was much more than an the average continental breakfast you find at most hotels.

    « Best hotel I've stayed »

Great hotel ! Friendly staff not to noisy free breakfast loved the rooms ! Really nice and clean ! Walking distance from Disneyland ! Very convenient only thing I have to say is didn't know u you have to pay for parking but overall great hotel! Give it 5 stars

« Great staff at a mid range hotel »

Very good proximity to shopping center and restaurants. Average price for mid level hotel that has a great and attentive staff. We did not take advantage of breakfast feature but it is a nice feature. The room we had was clean and beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a little older and furnishings are not fancy or luxurious but how much time do you spend in a room when you visit Disneyland and other local venues? Only complaint was that there was a lot of noise from other rooms and outside hallways seemed to have lots of traffic with carts and luggage being rolled. Substantial amount of noise for anyone who spent significant amount of time in their room, which I did. Family was art park most of time and did not really notice except for a couple of times late at night with inconsiderate guests speaking loudly in hall of near ice machines. If this occasional thing bothers you then don't stay here. We were fine overall.

    4
« Clean and basic hotel »

Clean and basic room. I had a big room with two large beds on the first floor. One bed was in a separate room with a window. There was enough space. Breakfast is ok. However, I would recommend more fruit. Overall, price-quality was this a great option.

    4
« Close, Decent Rates, Pay for Parking »

I reserved my room in advance, so the rate was very good. Two queen beds, two bunk beds, but best of all 2 bathrooms. Pull out couch was fairly uncomfortable, but not unexpected. Walk to Disney parking, 10 minutes, for the shuttle and you're in the park in 10 minutes. Pay to park is outdated and they should do away with it. I had no problem parking, unlike other reviews. Carpet was worn and needs to be replaced. Overall the rate and closeness to the park made it an enjoyable visit. Front desk clerk was efficient and pleasant.

    3
    « Vacation / Disney / Angels game »

I would say that you should expect to have a parking spot for your vehicle especially when they are charging you $12.00 per day to park and being a guest. But that is not the case they were to focused on making money for people going to Disneyland than to provide there paying hotel guests the service first the Checkin lady was rude and unaccommodating but was what it was as we only had to deal with her for a few minutes. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty central for all things Anaheim Ca. The maintenance guys are the go to guys for all your help if you need anything. Thumbs up to them. The front desk staff are not caring, accommodating or even care that your on vacation so you can only hope there vacation they are treated the same as they do to others. (Except the morning checkout lady) but here is my main beef. Came back from the baseball game to a room full of marijuana smoke you could barely stand it we called the front desk twice from our room the first time we watched as they laughed when we hung up the phone note we could see them from our room ! The second time we called we had to be forcefull to take us serious as there were two other sets of guests outside of there rooms. we all looked at them as they laughed again and looked at us from there window and saw all of us standing outside our rooms only then did they call a maintenance guy to come and fumigate the rooms. we all informed them to please ask, call, come over to do something to stop the people in the room next to ours to stop. not only is it illegal to smoke in the rooms but no effort was made by them at all. We had to ask the people in the room to see how many people they were inconveniencing they gladly apologized and took it out to the middle of the parking lot. So all in all nice place but do not expect customer service from the front staff as it is non existent ...

    « Big and spacious »

Great hostel for people staying on a budget. The separate room for the kids was great. Our girls are 2 and 6, but they loved having a bathroom and sink area of their own. Close enough to walk to Disneyland, or slip into the parking lot and catch a bus.

    « Good stay »

Was recently at this hotel. We were camping in southern Cali and decided to stay at a hotel for our last day and go to Disneyland. This hotel is good to stay at. Decent price for a family suite. Serves breakfast but I missed it so cannot comment. Long walk from Disneyland especially at the end of a full day. Would try to catch an uber or cab if the ART is not running. Did not see a courtesy shuttle from the hotel. the family suite had a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a bunk bed. I stayed at another hotel on my last visit and the bunks were short in length. These bunks are adult length and were comfortable for the night. Would stay here again if just passing through. Wouldn't stay longer than 1 night due to the cost. But overall was very good.

« Too expensive for this poor accommodation... »

Not suitable for single mother, solo traveller or low income earners. Too expensive that's why I could not afford to stay for a few more nights. Breakfast is TERRIBLE & UNHEALTHY... Great location close to everything...

    « Good value hotel »

To start with the folks at the front desk are all really wonderful. All very helpful! This is a older style motel in an area that sees people come and go every couple of days, so I doubt there are ever any down times to do much upkeep. In the hotel description, they say they are pretty pleased with how they have updated the rooms, but we found them pretty old school. Not sure what the cleaners use either as every wood surface and doors are sticky to the touch, but not dirty. There is a laundry room by the elevator with 2 washers and 2 dryers. We had a family suite so 2 rooms and a queen bed out front and bunk beds in the rear. Poor layout in the rear, you cant relax and watch tv while on the couch, only if you jump in a bunk bed. Not that we spent much time watching tv anyway. But great when you have kids with you that you can have a little adult privacy separated by a door. There is a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and hair dryer, plenty of towels and such. The pool is open with reasonable hours and we were able to spend an hour or so every afternoon out there it was great as was the hot tub. They include a decent breakfast which is so helpful to get that start before heading to Disneyland. We purchased ART tickets so we were able to travel by bus to Disneyland every day. It would have been a 20 minute walk, which we saved by riding instead and walking for hours at the park instead. The ART comes by every 20 minutes or so, you take either BUS 1 or 2. All in all, a good hotel for the cost and a great location being a bit off the Disneyland area. There are some food options near by, we had dinner and lunch at the Double Tree across the road, Roscos down the street, IHOP Chinese etc.

« It met our needs »

The hotel met our needs. While one my children called it a motel. Nevertheless, this property met our needs as a family. We had the family two room arrangement with the children in bunk beds and sofa bed in one room and the queen bed in a separate room. It was a little tight especially with only one bathroom. The breakfast was fine. It is always crowded and the space is small especially for property close to disneyland and the convention center.

« Excellent hotel for Disney trip »

Very nice hotel for our family trip to Disneyland. Staff was a pleasure to work with so our rooms could be close. The breakfast was good and well attended to by staff. Cleaned daily and very comfortable beds. Close enough to walk to Disney but also on the ART shuttle schedule was great. Would love to stay here again on our next trip.

simple but it had everything i needed, however i booked a room with 2 queen beds and this is not what i receieved one queen bed and bunks, others had the same issue (a little disappointed), breakfast was simple but had a variety of choices, was mislead about disney tickets that were available to purchase, discovered that this was not the case and trying to purchase tickets on line the night before and print them not the best thing

Went through Costco on this one.. Was nice and pleasant. Beds were good being I woke up feeling rested. Carpet seemed a little dirty as my feet were dirty; put shoes on.. lighting was weird the brightest ceiling lights I have ever seen in a hotel room. When checking in the associate that was helping guest in front of me did not ever acknowledged; I expect the worker to say Hi and let me know that I will be helped shortly..

« good breakfast, clean & close to Disney »

Check in were pleasant, met two training clerks, but they are very nice and gave very clear answer and instruction. Hot breakfast, Decor kind of old but clean, and price is good around Disney area. parking lot is an issue too little parking space. 20 min walk to Disney, so we chose to drive to Disney instead. Heard ppl complained about noise in review. but we came back from Disney about 11pm, too tired to hear any noise. good night sleep. shower water is good.

    « Summer Vacation »

This hotel definitely doesn't meet Best Western standards. The rooms, bathrooms, and pool area are in serious need of a remodel. The room air conditioner is excessively loud when your trying to watch TV or sleep. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling in several areas and has a fan that is louder than the room A/C. The pool area is very outdated. This is our second time here in 2 years, but definitely our last unless it's upgraded. The only positives were the excellent breakfast each day and the outstanding staff!

My family and I were just looking for a get away from our regular lifes and Best Western made our trip amazingly Peaceful. Only Downer was that your points dont pay for a suite. Stayed here on Memorial Weekend, Hotel was clean, décor was average. Hotel Staff were very helpful and eager to please. Downside, the breakfast room is small, selection was average. Its a little walk to the front entrance of DL. It serves its purpose, just there to sleep, Clean rooms, clean bathrooms and helpful staff. Safe place to stay.

    « Close to Disney!! »

A great place! We were happy to get this place so near to Disney and at a good rate. The room was nice and the breakfast was fantastic...you know how sometimes they run out of food ? but here, even though the place was sooooo busy, the workers kept everything filled up exceptionally. And there were so many choices! You can just walk a block away to get the Disney bus shuttle in the Toy Story parking lot; super easy and close. One great problem is parking. The first night we arrived back late , we saw cars double-parked and we wondered!!! There are not enough spaces for the number of rooms. (Of course, some people would come without cars, but many do, as did we.l) They have solved the problem beautifully: there is an attendant who will valet park for you at no extra cost (there is already a parking fee) and then move cars as needed to "let you out". The last day we were there, he had parked 35 cars! Obidah was the attendant we saw the most and he was so helpful. ( We did hear that they did not use to have the attendant prior to this year and it was more difficult. But we had no problems this year ) They also kept our "valuable" luggage in their storeroom (e.g. computers) while we left our car parked there during our last day at Disney as we were leaving that evening to start home. This was super convenient. All staff members were excellent, friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, we'll come again!!

    « Needs cleaning »

Walls and floors dirty and had a roach in my room. We got switched rooms and the floors in that room was dirty. The front desk staff was polite and accommodating. Breakfast was good; but didn't have a non-pork option.

« Quick visit to Disneyland »

We were there for only two nights. It was nice and clean and had a pretty good breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was also good, which is appreciated after a long day! It is close to the park but not as close as some of the others, and all steps matter when spending two days at Disneyland. (There is a $5 Shuttle outside.) My friends and I all agreed we would stay there again.

    4
    « Close and friendly »

I took the family to Disneyland. We stayed at the Raffles Inn because it was close to Disneyland. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk and checked in quickly. That night we went to the pool and hot tub. Both were fun and clean. The next day we went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the selection. Fresh fruit, waffles and muffins. I would stay again.

    4
    « Pleasant stay »

The hotel is conveniently located in Anaheim. Staff was pleasant. Love the breakfast bar and the "to go" breakfast. The only two negatives for me were that I was able to hear everything going on outside and that parking was $15 per vehicle per night.

    4
    « Disneyland vacation »

Rooms were nice we got upgraded to a family suite so plenty of space for a family of 5 and 2 bathrooms was a plus. Beds were okay. Shower water pressure was good but did not get hot enough so took a warm shower rather than a nice hot one. Had to pay for parking nightly even when there were no spaces available and had to cart belongings long way to room up flight of stairs because elevator was on other side of building. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was really nice.

    3
« Average in every way. »

So I stayed here several years ago and the stay was terrible. I read that it had been remodeled, so thought I'd give it another try at a recent trade show. The stay started out poorly, but most of that is due to the fact that the doors don't seal well so you hear EVERYTING happening outside, and you can also smell the cigarette smoke from the smoking area of if you are anywhere near the breakfast room where it is located. The staff did move me to the other side of the hotel and the room was much better, so despite one night's lost sleep, the rest of the stay was acceptable. If you are a family and can get a room here at a low price, then it is a good move. If you are paying a premium or expecting something upscale and nice, you will be sadly disappointed. They have improved the place and remodeled it nicely, but this is still an incredibly average hotel. Okay if you are needing a place to sleep, but if you are expecting to spend a lot of time in the rooms, you may well be disappointed.

« Affordable, Clean, but lacking insulation »

When looking for a room that will sleep a group of seven (7) - six (6) of which are 14-year-old Girl Scouts, this was the only hotel that met the budget and sleeping requirements. Unfortunately, sleep is what we didn't receive. Upon entering the room, I immediately did my regular routine - pulled up the sheets entirely from the bed, placing them all in the center, and then did the spot check for bed bugs. I check THOROUGHLY and did this on all five beds (two queens, two bunk beds, and one sleeper sofa). I wanted to make certain that no girl in my troop was going home with a pet ... or pest, depending on how you view it. I had previously checked on bedbugregistry.com as well as all the other bedbug sites, and this one checked out with no reports on any site, and none in any reviews. There was not a single sign of any bedbug, so now it's time to bring the bags in. We left to go to Downtown Disney District, and returned around 9:00 or so to go to bed and get some sleep before starting out on VERY LOOOONNNNGGGG day ahead. Yeah, right, THAT wasn't going to happen. No sooner had the girls and I all settled in, when the neighbors above decided to arrive. They must have been professional bowlers or golfers because for almost an hour it sounded like they were either practicing bowling or putting. I was going to call the office and complain, but we were so tired, we eventually fell asleep. All was quiet Saturday and Sunday night, so nothing to report there. We were too dog tired to even notice if there was anything going on. ;) Monday morning and the bowlers or golfers were back at it, so sleep was gone at around 4:00 a.m. Again, no point in mentioning it to the office as we were checking out. The good about this hotel: it's bedbug free (at least in room 201), the staff is extremely friendly and courteous, it's budget friendly if you go through Travelocity or Trip Advisor, the expanded continental breakfast is good, and the parking is in a courtyard, so you really don't have to worry about your car too much. The bad about this hotel: $15/day for parking, you will need to run around in circles in the shower, the hot water was hit and miss on Monday morning - mostly miss, the potatoes at the breakfast are eh-eh, no insulation between floors. If you're a family or a large group, and you're looking for a place to crash for a few nights at Disneyland, this is a good (not great) place. If you absolutely NEED your sleep - go somewhere else.

« Nice, but takes advantage »

very nice, great hotel for large families, but it does take advantage. It is clean, and well kept. BUT it grossly inflates its rates and charges for parking when it has grossly insufficient parking. Employees should NOT take guest parking and during my stay non-handicap employees parked in handicap parking spaces. Employees at front desk are nice but houskeeping do not speak english

    4
« Great budget spot for Disneyland Trip »

We chose this location due to them accommodating a room for five people. We were traveling with my parents and a small child so this room gave us plenty of space to spread out. Our room décor was dated but was clean and comfortable. It was nice having a door that separated the other side of the room that my parents stayed with the bunk beds and a pull out couch. The couch was very large and could accommodate two adults. The bathroom was located behind the door so it was little strange having to go back and forth between the two areas. The only cons of this room were the location on the second floor above the dining room which was very noisy throughout the morning breakfast hours. The walls in the room were also very thin and we could hear conversations from the room next door and kids jumping off the beds all night. The hotel had a great selection for their breakfast. They had healthy options as well as your normal sausage and eggs. They kept it constantly stocked through the breakfast hours which was nice coming towards the end of breakfast and not having to worry that everything was gone. The dining room is somewhat small but they offer a large patio seating outside. The breakfast would definitely be one of the reasons why I would stay again. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking is expensive almost the same as Disneyland so I would suggest walking to Disneyland to save some money. It took us a little over twenty minutes but that was mainly due to the long traffic lights so it wasn't a terrible walk. There are shops along the way like a CVS and some souvenir shops. They also have some great restaurant choices close by.

    « Disappointed »

Walked into the room to find that it hadnt actually been cleaned properly. It still had that white soap stains next to the sink from the ppl before us. There was hair and a layer of dirt In the bath tub. And the worst part was it appeared that one of our beds was just remade and sheets not changed because there was a blood stain. on it when u pulled the comforter down. As someone who used to work in a hotel cleaning rooms I was very disappointed in how our room was half fast cleaned. We just cleaned it ourself and through all the bedding on the floor. The location of the hotel was great, and front desk was very helpful. They offered to let us trade rooms but by then my son was asleep and we had already cleaned the room.

« Clean and large room to accommodate 4 »

Please to have been placed in the corner suite away from the traffic. Internet service was very good and easy to access. Room clean and housekeeping very helpful when notifying that we left an item in our room after checkout. Breakfast was all right. Like the location to the convention center, Disneyland, restaurants and stores to purchase simple items.

    « Disneyland Vacation »

Family vacation for Disneyland. This place was a perfect staging area for our Disneyland trip. It was about a half mile from Disneyland and we were able to walk there no problem. You have to pay to park there about 20 bucks a day but......the breakfast that they serve offsets that cost. The breakfast is huge and perfect for picky kids. This is what ultimately sold us about this hotel. The staff was wonderful and the room was nice. We will be going back here again. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovation and we had to listen to our kids complain about not being able to swim but such is life.

Great customer service and so knowledgeble about the surround attactions! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast for always fresh and hot. I got my food at 630 in the morning and went back with the kids around 8 and it was still fresh and delicous.

« No Frills, just sleep »

Suite was a decent value for our family. The in room fridge was large (helpful). Bedding was missing for hideaway and took long time to get it. The staff was friendly, but getting the bedding when we had 4 tired kids wasn't a challenge we were looking forward to. Room should have been ready. It was a Suite.

    « Good Experience! »

The hotel offered room choices that fit our family needs perfectly. We booked a two room and a family suite with bunk beds. Both were great options for our large group. The rooms were clean and the hotel offered free breakfast, Overall, a very good value for the price as compared to other hotels in the area, and located a reasonable proximity to Disneyland. Only downside is parking gets very full at night, so its hard to find a space if you are out late.

    « Disneyland »

Not a bad place to stay. I think it is what you would expect from a place a couple blocks away from Disneyland. The hotel is nice but it is mildly run down from all of the traffic that it receives from Disney patrons. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Aside from the wear and tear the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Its definitely nice to have somewhere to eat before the disney price gouging begins. Haha. Parking is $15 a day which i think is a bit crazy. I don't feel you should be charged to park your vehicle. The disney lot is a block to the north so you can walk there and hop onto a bus which will take you to the park. We walked to the park one day and rode the bus another. Either option isn't a bad one. Overall I am not opposed to another stay at the Best Western Raffles. I stayed there because it was the best deal I found not because of some sort of brand loyalty. If I fine somewhere thats a better deal or comparable with free parking I would choose the other as long as the reviews stated it was clean and the staff is friendly. Hope this helps

This hotel is located close to all attractions, quiet, safe, good continental breakfast. The staff are always friendly, The rooms are clean and well organized. A good family oriented, cozy room. Shuttle service to attractions.

    « Great place! »

We loved this hotel! Continental breakfast was awesome, rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the complimentary water and fruit in the lobby after a long day of walking. Swimming pool was not heated and it was too cold for March but there was a hot tub.

« Good size family suites close to Disneyland »

We stayed in a family suite which offered a great amount of space and had 2 bathrooms. We had a 2 bed suites which also had a couch bed and a bunk bed in the adjoining space. The online pics show hardwood, but we had carpet which I do not prefer. Breakfast was not very fresh and hot items were cold one morning, but we notified the management and they took care of it. Prepare for parking to be overcrowded. Overall it was a good value for the money for a larger family looking for a getaway.

« Anaheim stay for Cheer event »

Very good value for $$. Good breakfast, walking distance to convention ctr. Also close to Disney venues and restaurants. Room had all the basics and comfortable beds. Only negative was parking capacity vs room capacity, but I personally had no issues. One of the better Best Westerns I have stayed in.

    « Good value hotel »

Very good value, clean and lovely, helpful staff. Huge choice at breakfast, constantly restocked and kept hygienic. despite the number of customers! Great deal on accommodation but not the best on Disneyland tickets so go to the discount store down the road!!

    « Very surprised »

We stayed here for 3weeks and they were great.breakfast was a very good. And staff were great helpful top floor is the best as there is no noise it is a little far to Disneyland on hot days but for price was well worth it. But on the up side it's close to joes ice cream lol. I would stay here again for sure.pool and spa good.

« great value and awesome staff »

two room suite with fridge and microwave. extremely clean room and very supportive staff...from desk help to housekeeping. Its a family hotel...a bit noisy until bedtime and you can see the Disney fireworks from the parking lot!!! We were very very happy with our stay. We asked a lot of questions to a lot of different staff...and each one of them were very happy to help. Each interaction with staff left us feeling helped and happy.

« Great place to stay for a great price »

The hotel is about a mile from the gates of Disneyland. The room, pool & breakfast were great. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The suite for a family was so nice to have. The grounds and parking area were very clean and appealing.

« Near Disneyland with kids »

This is an excellent location to stay while visiting Disneyland with kids. The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds. And, it is a short walk to a Disney Parking Lot where FREE shuttle service to the parks is available. The Hotel is quiet, clean, easily accessible. The Breakfast provided is average for a Best Western. The price is considerably less than at a Disney property. They sell tickets to Disneyland, but I got tickets for less at the Disney Box Office, So check prices first.

    « overall feeling »

the wifi speed is slow, but the hotel location is good. the overall is great.there are many guests use the breakfast, so there is not enough seats for gusts, some of them pick some foods back to their rooms.the parking lot space is not enough, I need to drive to near the lobby, fortunately there is a nice guy to guide me to park my car.maybe this hotel has a good business,so it is almost full while my stay.cheers!!

    « family trip »

The rooms where fine except we were next to the utility room which was a bad experience, because of the amount of noise coming from the utility room and the traffic from the staff coming in and out and the door being slammed. Beds where to hard. Therefore I did not get much sleep and to top it all off my head and neck where sore.

    « Uneventful »

Staff was helpful and professional. The hotel is a little old and could use some refreshing but is at least clean, with the exception of the carpets (yikes). It was a good place to sleep between long days at Disneyland.

« Great place for families! »

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great! Our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers!) fit comfortably in one of the suite rooms. The back room had a bunk bed and a sofa sleeper for the kids. The front room had a queen bed for the parents. Very close to Disneyland, you could walk, but there is also a ART bus stop right in front of the hotel. Hotel sells Disneyland and bus tickets. So easy!

« Great value. Great service. Free Breakfast. »

We got a very good deal on a 2 bedroom suite through Hotels.Com. Could not have been more pleased. The entire staff were very courteous and helpful. Did not like having to pay $15 per night for parking but I guess that's pretty common in this area. Nice breakfast for the four of us more than offset the parking cost.

    3
    « Disneyland Trip!! »

Booked this hotel primarily because of the option of having a suite. Hotel itself was average, rooms were average. We had a room that had Kind bed and then a room divider which had bunks, sofa and a 2nd television. So good size to give parents and kids some space. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub. There was a problem with our room reservation when we arrived so they took care of the parking charge for us which I think is about $14 or $15/day. The service from the front desk was EXCELLENT. I wish I could remember his name because he was so helpful and considerate. The beds were comfortable enough but after walking for 12 hours per day, I think we could have slept anywhere. We drove the first day to Disneyland the first day. With all the traffic and people it probably took us close to 1/2 hr to finally get to the gates of Disneyland. Plus you have to pay $18/day at the park for parking. The next 2 days we walked. Its only about a 10-15 minute walk. I think there is a shuttle available from the hotel but it is not free... maybe $4-$5/person. Free Breakfast buffet open until 930 am. Waffles, pancakes, egg and sausage patties, breads and pasteries, fruit and yogurt. Average food but enough. Cons-I didn't feel the rooms were that clean and it was noisy.

    4
    « Conveniently located »

This hotel is conveniently located near Disney. Breakfast is included but parking is not(located in the fine print somewhere, $15/night) Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Not far from many restaurants as well.

    « Disneyland trip »

hotel was average hotel for the cost and amenities. Location to Disney was great esp with the local bus. I thought the cost of parking at $15 a day was expensive. The breakfast included was nothing special but the food was hot and plentiful. I would recommend it for others but would also be interested in what other hotels offer in the area.

    « Great stay »

I loved being able to check out through the tv. The room was nice, close to the Disney parks, had $5 all day shuttles to the park. The staff was friendly and the price was very good for what you got. The people above us were a little noisy but that was not the fault of the hotel.

« Chose for convenience; happy I did. »

My wife & I decided to attend a conference so large that the first room I found within our budget was 9 miles away. Over the next week, I kept finding rooms until I saw this one just 2 blocks from the Anaheim Convention Center. I had never stayed at a Best Western but decided to try it because of the convenience and I'm very happy I did. Everything was about as perfect as could be. There was even lots of hot water and a strong shower spray. The room was large, clean, and there were even two bathroom sinks. The beds and pillows were excellent, and the breakfast included a large variety of foods, most of which were very good (except the cookie cutter scrambled eggs and the "original" oatmeal which was NOT original because it had some hideous sweetener added.) The coffee was decent and the milk was ice cold. :) All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful and overall, it was a very good experience. We would definitely stay there again.

« Make sure you are in a room away from laundry »

This hotel would have been fine but they put us in room 121 which was across from the commercial laundry. It ran from 8 am to 10 pm and the icemaker also made noise. I recommend the hotel for inexpensive lodging walking distance from the Anaheim Convention Center or Disneyland but stay away from rooms near the laundry.

    « If you don't mind "dirty" »

I'm currently staying here with my family for spring break. The hotel is VERY run down, the carpets in the room are just gross. Parking is tight. They offer vending machines but no ATM. It just "feels dirty" Basic needs of a bed and a shower are met, but that covers it. The free breakfast does not offset the gross. I am not a hotel snob, I've stayed at them all, but I was just in Anaheim 4 weeks ago and I paid $20/night for the Hilton litterally across the street after doing some price shopping. It was a Night and day experience. I had the chance to book Hilton again but thought I'd save $60 bucks. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I'm here with 5 kids, we're keeping our shoes on.

« Just what we needed »

We stayed in a kids suite with bunkbeds perfect for a family of 6...perfect for our family and very close to Disneyland. The breakfast was good, room was small, but clean and perfect since we basically were just sleeping there. We had hot water and clean towels and bedding. The fridge and microwave were just right.

    3
« Nice, comfortable, good walk to Disneyland »

This hotel was very reasonable in price. We had a family suite with bunk beds, king bed and pull out sofa. The room was quite small. Once we unpacked the room was quite crowded for 3 adults and 2 children. We spent very little time in the room because we were at Disneyland. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast had decent variety and the staff was very friendly... The pool was FREEZING in February, although outside temps were 80+. All in all it was comfortable and affordable.

    5
    « Great stay, »

Great location, very close to Disney. Breakfast was more than expected. Rooms had nice flooring and were spacious. Stinks you have to pay for parking but I hear that's normal in the area. Several fast food options in the area.

    3
    « Average place »

Decent room and moderate price but it smelled like cleaning fluids which is hard on those with a delicate respiratory track. Nice to have both a fridge and microwave. Average breakfast provided. There's a fitness room and it is walking distance to Disney parks.

    « Exceeded our expectations! »

We stayed for a few nights on a family vacation. We were very pleased with the family suite. Plenty of room for everyone. It was nice and clean. There was a light broken and a blow dryer not working, but we mentioned it to the staff when we left for the day and when we returned, it was all fixed and new. The staff were all very courteous and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We got rained out of Disneyland and came back soaked. The front desk staff offered us hot chocolate for our room so we could warm up. They were constantly cleaning outside. Very clean. We really liked the hot breakfast too. Nice variety and quality. Great to start the day full! We were impressed. Definitely would stay here again!

    5
« Kid Suite was Great. »

To start off all staff we met were great from front desk to valet and breakfast staff. Our family of 6 slept so comfortable in the Kid suite the beds were as if sleeping on clouds. The breakfast was wonderful, they have a big variety of items for everyone. Will for sure stay at this location again when we are in the area.

    5
    « Convention Center Hotel »

Excellent service. Staff was very accomodating in splitting bills, giving directions, and checking out in a timely manner. Short walk to convention center at reasonable prices. Breakfast options were diverse and a great way to start a long day at the conference.

I will never stay here again. it smells and room service didn't come in the entire time I stayed but once during a 5 day stay. they overcharge you so look at your bill closely they had me on the 3rd floor and my husband uses a wheelchair so I requested a handicap friendly room to find out there isn't any.. beds are hard also. there are homeless people who like to hang out near the front of the building or near the ART shuttle. only good thing I seen was Disneyland's fireworks from my room

« Perfect for Disneyland trip »

From the moment we walked in to the lobby on our first day to the moment we pulled out of the parking lot on our last, everything was wonderful. The woman working the front desk was kind and took time to talk to us and get to know us. I mentioned that I used to work for Best Western and she gave me one of the pens their employees get, which made my day. The room was beautiful, well-appointed and clean. The housekeeping staff each day was kind and thorough, and left plenty of extra amenities when they saw how many of us were in the room. The valet in the parking lot was kind and funny. The pool was clean and sparkling, the breakfast area was spotless. The breakfast staff was very helpful, asking us if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything they could get for us. The breakfast was delicious. When we bought tickets for the shuttle, the front desk attendant gave us a wonderful deal knowing the situation that brought us to California. The shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, which was convenient and saved us a ton of money and time. Overall it was a brilliant stay. As a hotel employee myself I couldn't have been more pleased with the stay in its entirety! Will definitely stay again on future trips!

« Perfect location for visiting Disneyland. Walk to Disney shuttle. »

Great overall value for the family visit to Disneyland. Be aware that 2BR rooms do have separate room with queen bed, chest, TV and a door to isolate from main room. HOWEVER, although door does provide some degree of privacy it is not a solid door ... more of a single French Door with a mesh curtain over the glass, kids can look through ... so not completely private, but still nice to have for the rate. Also, to be clear, only one bathroom ... it's not like two adjoining rooms and there is only one entry door from the outside which is into main hotel room, i.e. no exit from second BR to outside. The breakfast was more than satisfactory for us. Hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes along with waffles, cereal, doughnuts, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee and milk. Yes had to pay for parking but you don't have to pay the $18 per day then at Disney parking. Parking did seem to be a challenge but let the Valet figure it out. The night we arrived, there were spots blocked off for anticipated bus arrival but in the morning we found our car parked almost right outside of our room and was easily available. No problems making use of parking. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay and would definitely return and stay again if we are going to Disneyland. Can buy Disneyland tickets at the desk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND walking to Disney "Toy Story" Parking Lot and taking the shuttle to the parks. In less than 20 minutes (half of it riding on the shuttle bus) we had walked from our room, ridden the shuttle and dropped off at the Park Entrance ... depends obviously on wait for shuttle but would have had to wait if paid to park at lot also. Simply turn right on Harbor Blvd as you leave the hotel. At the first light, which is really the entrance into the Toy Story parking lot, cross over and turn right and walk maybe 50 feet and take walkway (through long row of shrubs) into Toy Story Parking Lot. Follow the marked walkway to where the shuttles are waiting. When returning at night, like us, it might be confusing as to which way to head after getting off of the shuttles. Although this Best Western sign isn't visible, there are numerous other hotel signs that are lit up and visible (if we recall correctly, to the left as you exit shuttle bus or ask attendant which way to Harbor Blvd) ... walk in that direction as they are on Harbor Blvd .. so basically reverse your walk to the opening that leads from parking area to Harbor Blvd. Turn left at Harbor Blvd ... cross the entrance to parking lot and you'll be quickly back to hotel.

« Friendly and Professional Staff »

Enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located near a Disneyland parking lot, park (for $18) then the shuttle (bus) takes you to Disneyland about a mile away. Room was clean and staff was helpful, friendly, and professional.

« Best deal in area »

The area this hotel is in is extremely competitive between Disney and the convention center. Between pretty standard fare hotel breakfast and reasonable parking price it was definitely one of the best deals in the area. I experienced a couple of very minor flaws in my stay but overall as long as you can handle a couple imperfections (like having a power outlet fit a plug just a little loose) it is a very good place for the area and cost.

    5
    « What a deal! »

Daughter got a great deal on a third party site, and we enjoyed 7 nights of comfort and closeness to Disneyland. Microwave and fridge for snacks; hot breakfast every morning with waffles and pancakes, sausage patty and egg round, beverages, toast, English muffins, other breakfast breads, cereals, and really good hot coffee. Spacious room, ample closet space, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, all made for a great vacation. The a/c was a little weird smelling until it got going but with temps in the 40s-60s, it was just to unstuff the room.

    5
    « 2 Room Suite »

I booked on Priceline...name your own price. My price was approved. I saved almost 50%! I loved the room, one queen bed isolated in it's own room with a dresser and tv. Then the standard style hotel room with another queen bed and a fold out couch, microwave and refrigerator. Love the room great deal on price line!

« Nice budget hotel with friendly staff »

This is a nice clean budget hotel but the rooms are a bit on the small size for a family of 5 with teenage children. Would suit a younger family of 4 quite nicely. We got a 2 bedroom unit which was pretty much the same as 2 rooms but with only one bathroom. There was a bit a co-operation required with 2 older teenage daughters and a younger teenage son but it worked alright for the 3 night that we were there. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a reasonable walk to Disneyland (1 mile) but there is an ART bus which stops out the front for those that don't want to walk. There are plenty of reasonable restaurants reasonably close as well. Overall we enjoyed the stay as we were out all day and only returned to clean-up after a day at the parks and then fall into the comfortable beds.

    « Fulfilled its purpose »

Our purpose in staying here was to visit Disneyland. We wanted to be close, at a reasonable tariff, and get the maximum time to do spend there. This hotel is just a very short bus ride from Disneyland. The bus stop is right outside, buses run regularly, at a reasonable cost. The hotel itself has seen better days. It's looking very tired in decor, and in some areas needs a good makeover. The carpet in our room was quite grubby however the beds were comfortable and very clean. The room was serviced to a good standard. We were on the middle floor and there was some noise from above, below, and from people trundling past with their suitcases. We did NOT appreciate being woken from a deep sleep by a phone call at 1 am from office staff telling us to stop our noise! They had had a noise complaint from someone below us and office staff did not properly investigate where the noise was actually coming from. The unit next door to us was the noisy one. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. Too many people trying to use the self serve area at once and a very small space for the numbers. However the food available catered for all tastes. However - the hardworking breakfast staff and office staff were so friendly, smiling and helpful! We appreciated their help.

So close to Disney walking distance . Big rooms , clean and perfect for the putting your head on a pillow and leaving all day for Disney we just stayed one night here until the house we were renting was ready but i have no complaints it was nice it's nothing to fancy or special but it's convenient and nicely staffed and it is clean and family friendly .

Hotel was clean and in a good location to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Shuttle service was reliable and just an additional $5 per day. We stayed in the off season and the staff was very accommodating with parking, letting us leave our car for essentially two whole days and only charging us for one night. Can buy park tickets at the front desk too, which is very convenient. Would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were clean, and nicely arranged for a larger group or family. « Nothing flash, but all you need »

I would have given this hotel 4 out of 5, just because of the lovely, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and hardworking staff, but there are just too many things that let it down. The main thing that bugged me was the filthy carpet (our socks were black), and one patch of carpet in our room was actually threadbare. There are rooms in the ground floor where the carpet has been replaced with a wooden floor, I wish I had asked for one of those. (Although there may possibly be more noise with cars and car doors etc on the ground floor). And about the noise.....Constant suitcases, laundry trolleys and cleaning trolleys bumping along the tiled balcony walkway outside, and people moving around on the floor above. If you're not there during the day this wouldn't be a problem, but we came back for an afternoon rest and it was impossible to sleep. Bring some earplugs for daytime sleeps. On the good side: very comfortable beds, and good space in the family suites. [Although I wouldn't like to try and find room to open any more suitcases. We were a party of 5, and there was only just space for our suitcases to remain open - because of the layout, the small wardrobes and too much furniture. If they took the doors off the wardrobes this would have been a useable space, but as there are 2 narrow sliding doors, it is hard to access (and unless you're one of those people who unpack everything, make the wardrobes redundant!). The separate kids room was great to have, (and the family suites have 2 bathrooms) but this room was an internal room and there were no lights that you could easily leave on overnight. The basin lights are bright as day, and the bathroom lights are on the same switch as a fan which sounds like a jet plane. (Don't turn in the toilet/shower light in the middle of the night or you'll wake everyone up! If your kids don't like the dark, bring a small night light. Rooms were clean (apart from the carpet) and serviced daily. There was funny chemical smell upon entering the room, and we had to leave the door open to air it out. Also one of the good points, it is super easy to get to Disneyland Resort from this hotel. The ART bus stops almost right outside, and then it's only about 6-7 mins to Disneyland. Tickets are reasonably priced, especially if you get a concession, or 3 day pass, and the buses seem to come every 10 or 15 mins. You could walk the relatively short distance to Disneyland in about 15-20 mins, (but don't forget you'll be walking a looong way once you're inside!). Daily breakfast is okay, but the breakfast room is TINY for the size of the hotel. Expect a noisy bun fight. I would say overall, for the price, this hotel is very good value, but be aware that this is an older style hotel and if you can afford it, you may enjoy somewhere else.

We had 2 kids and 3 adults and had a 2 room suite that was excellent value. Great service, bus and shuttle stop right beside the property, very kid friendly, very courteous and helpful staff. « Okay but disappointed »

the parking fee of $15 not sure what this charge is for. You park your own car; limited parking. Afraid to leave the parking lot and come back to no parking. Not sure why; just an extra charge for nothing.

« Great place for families! »

My husband and I and our 4 kids ages 13, 12, 8 and 5 stayed here for our trip to Disneyland. We had the family suite with the bunk beds. Everything was super nice and functional. If you have light sleepers it's possible you will be disturbed during the night by the occasional noise of passersby or a car leaving since the front walls facing the parking lot seem very thin, but we had no problem with that. Also, this hotel is right around the corner from the Toy Story Parking Lot so that was very convenient. If we come back to Disneyland we will stay here again.

    « Very Nice »

Overall pleasant experience. Didn't know that parking was an extra $15 dollars a night, but the room rate we had was around 70 dollars so it wasn't that big of a deal. In walking distance of Disneyland so convenience was a big plus. Breakfast was AMAZING and worth it! All you can eat, made my own waffles and also egg and sausage mc muffin sandwich. So yummy! Room was a little compact but was cozy. The only thing that I had a problem with was the remote control for the TV; it only worked it you stood very close to it, like right in front of it.

« A nice Disney Vacation option, that is getting nicer »

The Best Western Plus Raffles Inn is a run-of-the-mill chain hotel located just south of the Toy Story parking lot (making it an great Disney Vacation hotel). The hotel has undergone / is in the process of undergoing renovations. The top floor, especially has seen renovations in the form of re-purposed rooms. Reducing the hotel's capacity, they've opted to convert every other room into a pair of kid suites for the adjoining room. Most area hotels have the capacity to house 4 people per room, but Raffles and their "family" suite can provide accommodations for 8, as the half-suite adds another bath and bedroom (containing 2 bunk beds and a hide-a-bed -pullout couch). Unfortunately, the rooms are definitely "mid-renovation" as interior doors were not plum and other fit / finish items needed attention. Further, the carpet was mildly damp (though it was unclear whether or not this was attributed to humidity / moisture in the air. This problem may soon be gone, as it appears that the carpets will be getting replaced with wood/wood-look floors. Many first-floor rooms had already been upgraded. Raffles Inn does offer hot breakfast, though the options do not appear to change (egg / sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, french toast sticks and pancakes, as well as continental options (cereal and pastries). As is a common problem in the area, the hotel was built on the perimeter of the lot, with the parking lot in the center. Unfortunately, the lot is small and parking is limited. Raffles offers an on-site Valet, who double-parks cars during periods of high demand (ie park-closings). This wasn't terribly inconvenient, as (if blocked in by a double parked car), it was only necessary to alert valet and they would temporarily move said car.

« Staff less than helpful »

Staff less than helpful. Are guarantee early check in time was not available as promised. Front staff we unable to help because staff was at lunch! Laundry was taken from facility washer.... front staff didn't want to help locate it because they have never experienced this issue before. Lock on laundry room door was not working.

« Good location for Disney »

This hotel was not bad. There was nothing special about the room. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was banged up and the microwave fridge stand was rickety. The fridge fan cycled very loudly and had to be unplugged to sleep. The bathroom was adequate and provided a decent shower. The towels were ALL left at the vanity so you had to remember to take a towel into the bathroom with you which was odd. Also, the vanity area was very tight with very little room between it and the closet. The biggest issue were the tenants above us who sounded like a herd of elephants. The front desk was very unresponsive and didn't seem to care when we asked repeatedly for a resolution. The parking lot is hard to find spots in and they do valet parking. The morning breakfast is not bad but poorly laid out for the traffic through there. The pool was fine but the hot tub chemicals must have been off because it left our skin itchy. You can walk a block and a half to catch the Disney parking lot shuttle to the parks thus avoiding the cost of the local shuttle or Disney parking costs. Overall, the hotel was fine and provided a decent rate, comfortable beds and breakfast. If you are looking for more you may want to look somewhere else.

« Not bad, I have seen better BW hotels. »

The reception was ok, the room is outdated, breakfast ok. I have been at BW hotels and they have been much nicer. They are not that cheap so this hotel should either lower prices or up the accommodations because being close to Disneyland is the onky thing that gets them business. I have stayed at 4 star hotels for less than the rate i paid here. Not for a single traveler or couples. It best for families with lots of kids to see the value. My review is on quality of the establishment and not the value

« Inexpensive with excellent service in a convenient location »

We were able to walk to Disneyland Resort from this hotel very easily - about 1 mile walk. Rooms are comfortable, clean, organized, and simple. Front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed in order to maximize our time at the Disneyland Resort. Beware of the $15 parking fee, which can be irritating when you also have to pay for parking at the parks. Also, if you are in the hotel before Disney fireworks go off, be prepared to assume you are being attacked! Ha!! Very loud fireworks at night!

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to be around. The overall hotel was clean. The rooms were somewhat dated but tidy. A bit far from the main entrance of Disneyland. Enjoyed our trip and stay.

« Convenient Hotel for a Family visiting Disneyland »

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel for the family, and will be at Disneyland most of the day, Raffles is quite suitable. It is a 20 min walk to Disney, but there is an excellent shuttle service for which tickets can be purchased at Reception. THe rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite consisting of a normal sized motel room containing queen bed and queen sofa bed + bathroom and separate twin vanity and then a separate bedroom off to the side with a queen bed and 2nd TV . The continental part of the included breakfast was good (cereal, yoghurt, waffles, toast, Danish, fruit, etc) but the three hot dishes (egg patties, beef patties, diced baked potatoes) are not very appealing. Space in the breakfast room can be limiting at times, but you can take your food to an outside area or to your room. The only nrgative we had was that the room cleaning staff did not get to our room until about 5.00pm, just as we would arrive exhausted after 8 hectic hours at Disney.

« Perfect family place to take our grandkids »

We stayed with our grandkids in the family suite . It was nice having the two rooms. Clean and comfortable. Maids took extra care to make beds and place teddy bears in a welcoming way when we got back. The breakfast room was EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED and the staff was the most friendly caring staff especially good with the kids. Thank you ! We felt safe and secure . The only negative was the lot was being paved and made parking difficult so they used a valet service to pack cars into the small area available.. Valet service was difficult as we did not want to leave keys for insurance reasons, but in the end they accommodated a spot for us which did not require them to keep the keys.About 15 minutes from Disney by foot. Driving to Disney rerouted us to a parking garage about a block from the hotel and we were shuttled. Since shuttles are available I would recommend just getting a shuttle from the hotel.

« Close to disney parking! »

While you do have to pay 15/night, which I think should just be part of your hotel fees, the fact that you can walk to the Disney parking lot and save money is wonderful. I also enjoy that Target is not too far away for those last minute purchases you missed. The employees are super helpful and the facilities are well maintained.

« Great price, just OK property »

Pros: Price, price, price. Family suite (1 queen, twin over twin bunk bed and a queen sofa bed) offered adequate sleeping arrangements for our large family. Within walking distance of the Woody Toy Story parking lot and Disneyland shuttle or ART shuttle available (main gate would be too far of a walk, at least for younger kids, especially after a long day at Disneyland.) The hotel staff was consistently friendly, courteous and helpful. Cons: This is definitely a lower end older property that has undergone a modest remodel. The breakfast was adequate but a little lower quality than other BW plus properties we've stayed at in the past. While our room was otherwise clean and housekeeping did a great job each day, we discovered a large patch of black mold on the light fixture grid above the sink. We reported it to the front desk staff and they offered to have it fixed immediately, but the kids were asleep and we asked them to fix it the next day. When we returned from a long day at Disneyland, the mold was still there and we asked again for the grid to be removed. A maintenance staff member immediately removed the grid and the following day a clean grid was installed in its place. No in-room safe. Overall: I'm not sure that we would stay here again. It was just OK. Although it was nice to find a budget friendly family suite option near Disneyland, I think we'll likely explore other family suite properties in the area next time.

« Excellent hotel for the price »

If you are looking for 5-star deluxe, continue on...this is not it. But then again, you are also not paying $500+ a night. BUT, this is a very nice place to stay on a budget and it's not only clean, but safe.

    « Very disappointed »

Housekeeping was not very good, had to call the front desk for supplies constantly. The rooms are very dated. We got stuck in a corner room with no windows to the outside and right beside the laundry room. Felt like a dungeon. The front desk staff during the day was helpful, however mostly had to deal with less helpful night staff for all the issues.

« Nice hotel but over priced »

Stayed two nights in Dec. 15. Room was ok but needed some new fixtures. Beds were nice and slept well until all the cars started honking horns early in the morning for some reason. Walls are thin so you will hear everything and the rate was rather high. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and waffles plus other stuff. Not too disappointed at stay but will look elsewhere for next Disneyland overnighter.

« Great hotel that offers kid suites! »

We have been coming to this hotel for many years, bringing K9 Jet along with us. Cruz is our go to person: we call and book with her directly. They have been remodeling the rooms over the last couple of years as well, and they are super nice. The best part is, they have kid suites, some even have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is must for families that have larger families!

    « Good Stay! »

We grabbed a last minute deal here in July and were unsure of what it would be like due to some reviews. We were greeted by Marcy and she warmly welcomed us. The room was quite spacious for a family of 5, offering an extra room which was a bonus! The hotel is very close to Disneyland. Great breakfast. I would certainly recommend this place. I'd again like to thank Marcy for her kindness and helpfulness. Her welcome made our stay even more inviting.

    « Affordable for Locals »

Very good hotel for your 1-2 night stay if you are a SoCal local not wanting to drive home after your all-day Disneyland visit. The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance from the park. Comfy beds, decent breakfast, and great staff. No complaints!

    « Family Disney trip »

Great hotel for families visiting Disney. Full breakfast, GREAT two room suites for kids and parents, view of Disney fireworks! The walls are a bit thin, but I will definitely stay again and just bring earplugs next time.

« Ok but would not come back »

If you're main issue is staying close to Disneyland for a low price, this hotel will provide you with close proximity to the resort and the price is very competitive. However, their free breakfast left much to the imagination. Plus, our room remote control didn't work. The ice machine next to our room on the 1st floor barely worked. Lastly, maid service was not good. I got the impression all they do is make the beds and replace the towels. Everything else, you're on your own to clean up. I will stay in the same location next time we visit Disneyland but we will not stay at this hotel again.

The motel was farther from Disneyland than expected, the bathroom wasn't that clean and the a/c did not work. Other than those three things it was great. Friendly, accomodatiing staff, good sleep. Could have used a shuttle but good value for what we needed. Family suite was perfect.

« Rare Find for a Large Family »

We are a family of 6, two parents and 4 kids. Finding accomodations that will accept all of us (without us having to lie about how many kids we have) is often a challenge. We simply can not afford to rent two seperate rooms, plus that deems weird since family vacations are meant to be for the whole family to enjoy together. So we were delighted to find this one. It is a 3 story Motel style not technically a walk up (there is one elevator but we didn't use it because it didn't make sense from where we were). Our suite was large, The main room included a living room area with a pull out double couch, a king size bed and a kitchenette (Mini fridge, microwave and sink). The additional bedroom included a queen sized bed and a sink. There was only one bathroom though and the toilet did get plugged but the maintenance guy came and fixed it quickly. It was clean and updated to the Disney Affiliate standards. The breakfast was amazing! You might expect a continental breakfast with fruitloops, raisin bran, milk, orange juice and bad coffee, well this place had all of that plus eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, donuts, muffins and more! The front desk customer service was great too. Plus they had complimentary fruit and ice water all the time. There were two copmputers in the lobby to use along with complimentary printer. The free wifi in the rooms actually worked well. It wasn't really a good walking distance to the Disney park entrance and there isn't an in house shuttle so you have to call Uber or ART, however we did find a good work around. It is very close to the parking lot so we walked into the parking lot and hopped on a free disney shuttle that took us right up to the entrance. We did the same coming back as well. The downside was the pool. It was small and cold. I think what made the pool even more disappointing was the fact that from our suite's window we had a clear view of the people at the Hilton next door enjoying the large warm pool that I'm sure they paid a pretty penny to have the use of. We were there in November but it was not heated. Apparently there is a fitness room, but who uses those? I walked a hundred miles in Disney everyday! I still give this a full five dot thingy rating because it exceeded my expectations with the breakfast for sure and the ability to accomodate a large family.

    « Nice Area »

We stayed here during a trip to Disneyland. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are away from the busy road, so we never heard the traffic. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. The hotel is a short walk to the Toy Story Car Park. It is too far to walk to Disneyland from the hotel, but there is also a bus service that you can use.

« Great value, clean and comfortable »

Great place to stay-- we wanted clean, comfortable, close to Disney (not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel). Heated pool and hot tub, decent breakfast. A bit far to walk (at the end of the day) but doable. They charge $15 for parking/day and shuttle costs extra.

« Above average, would stay again »

We go to Disneyland yearly and this is the first time we selected this property. Our decision was based on price, proximity, and last-minute availability, as we only booked 1.5 weeks in advance. Before I say anymore, I will say that we would stay here again. My pros and cons for this hotel would be as follows: Pros: ------- 1) The front-desk staff was very good. Very friendly, offering help, and providing some good tips for us in terms of getting to-from Disneyland. This was a big plus, as we've noticed some hotels in the Anaheim area seemed to get bugged by visitors and treat you almost like cattle (we've found Homewood Suites to be like this often). 2) We wanted a room that had two bathrooms but they were all rented out, so we got a room that held six people with one bathroom. It was supposed to be two queens, but we ended up getting one king and one queen. It had a separate room with the queen bed and additional vanity, which we were unaware of previously, which was very convenient. 3) For the age of the hotel, it was a relatively well maintained property. 4) The room had wood floors throughout, which we felt was a real plus as it can be cleaned so much easier, and the cleanliness doesn't concern me like carpet sometimes does at hotels. Cons: ------- 1) Although the room was clean, it probably could have been cleaner. We found a lollipop stick (with a little bit left on it) near one of the beds, and a few hairs here and there. The room service attendants also didn't do the best job every day to clean up the room, such as leaving covers off of beds and otherwise. In saying this, I've seen far worse. 2) There is construction going on next door at the new Homewood Suites, and the construction can go late into the night and start early the next morning, and it can be a little noisy. The hotel looks like it is close to completion, so maybe this won't be a problem much longer. Neutral: ---------- 1) It is close to Disneyland at .8 miles away, but it's sort of in "no man's land" in my opinion, as it is almost too far to walk and not quite close enough to be a comfortable walk. We walked everyday, and each morning it was easy, but it seemed a lot further each night when we were tired. 2) The breakfast is good, better than some other places we have stayed, such as the Cortona, but not quite as good as others such as Homewood Suites. The eating area is also a little small, and I imagine it could be cramped during the busy season. They also seemed to run out of a few things quickly, such as bananas.

    « Great Disneyland hotel! »

Stayed 7 nights here, in the bunk bed room. Rooms are ok. Could use updating. They are clean though! Breakfast & the breakfast staff are both great! There isn't the bed sound barriers...we could hear the neighbours closing their doors (people seemed to come & go all hours of the night). We could hear people walking outside past our door. There is an outdoor pool but it's not heated and is pretty cold. Hotel itself is close enough to Disneyland to walk. There was plenty of parking while we were there...they also offer valet parking too. We felt safe in the hotel, and in the neighbourhood.

« Good except for things breaking »

Overall the room was fine. However, the morning of the checkout they had to shut down the water to the entire hotel to try to fix a boiler that was stopping people from getting hot water. I know things break but I have to question things when water to the entire hotel had to be turned off. Makes me wonder if the maintenance/repair processes need some work. Also, I tested express checkout the morning I was leaving and it worked fine but when I actually went to check out it was broken so I had to go to the office to check out. On a bright side everything else was fine and the breakfast was above par for being at a hotel.

    « Disneyland »

Just completed a stay at Best Western Raffles Inn. Stayed 5 days 4 nights during October. I have a family of 5 with 3 kids. I picked this hotel due to the bunk beds, which means every kid had a bed, and having a hot breakfast every morning so we get a good start for Disneyland. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were super. In room internet was never slow and TV channels were plenty. The pool was clean and the hot tub worked perfectly. Towels were provided at pool which is a nice touch. The only problem , which is a big problem is the hot breakfast. Too say it was putrid is an insult to the word. On the in room literature it show bacon and eggs. I was there 4 mornings and there was nary a piece of bacon to be found. There was stale doughnuts that seemed to come out of a box. Danishes also tasted the same. The milk for the cereal came out of a pitcher not the milk machine which obviously was not working. It tasted like creamer or it was halfway curdled. The pancakes were rubbery and were a shade of yellow that pancakes shouldn't be. They had sausage patties and egg patties that combined with English muffins they had so you could make your own sausage egg mcmuffin. Potatoes were cold and unevenly cooked. It was a poor attempt to add breakfast to the hotel experience. The only reason I'm going on about breakfast is with 5 people hitting Disneyland all day, breakfast is important to get my kids off to good start. I feel that the hotel thought they needed to add breakfast to their marquee to get families to stay but they failed miserably in execution. Too bad since the hotel is nice in other areas. If breakfast is not important to your stay than by all means its more than adequate. If u have a family and u want a good hearty breakfast before going to Disneyland please find a better place too stay.

    « 20 mins walk from Disneyland »

Having to find a good/inexpensive hotel for 11 people is quite hard. My hubby found this inn, two rooms, fits about 6 people each. Not bad...about 300 a room? a night? Let's start with the cons while they are fresh in my mind... Beds- strange set up...one room had the bed right at the front by the door...the other room had the sofa bed air conditioning- one room had two, one in front and in the back bed room. one room only had one in front! So the back room got stuffy Noise- thin walls, you can hear people stomping down the stairs and what not. bathroom- one to share among 6...you'd hope for one more but I guess that's not cost effecient. Toiletries- Oh the shampoo and conditioner sucks butt, yes its not "brand named" but the conditioner did CRAP for me, I had to go out and buy one asap Pros-....well I guess it's close enough to disneyland to walk, a bit of a walk, luckily it wasn't TOO hot when we went so it was ok. We walked at least 3 times, so an hour of exercise a day! WHOO! I guess that's it? The beds are okay comfy, staff was fairly nice...oh the free breakfast is okay, nothing amazing... I'd prefer to stay somewhere a little more private...even though it was a room for 6...there is barely any privacy...to change...etc. But yea

« Great place to stay near Disneyland for families »

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Raffles. The id suite room was not fancy but it fit all of our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing we figured out on our own is the bus shuttle run for Disney was literally right down the road, it is called the Jesse Lot", and we were able to walk into the parking lot and get on the bus to go to Disneyland. It made it so much easier getting back and forth. But we really did enjoy our stay at the motel

    « Disneyland holiday »

I stayed here in September 2015 with my mom and 2.5 year old daughter. The front desk staff upon arival where very nice, they upgraded us from a two queen bed room to a kids suite which was great. The room was clean and quite it fit our needs q lot better then the room we had booked. The only two things that would have made it better would be a wall separating the bathroom from the kids room, with a sleeping toddler you didn't want to turn on any lights so you had to do everything in the dark to get ready for bed and having the ladder to the top bunk every time I turned around my daughter was trying to climb it and she fell off once (didn't hurt herself just dangled from the top until I could get there). The breakfast was good had the waffle every morning rest was your average quick hotel breakfast food. The pool eas nice to have but could have use a good cleaning. It was within walking distance to Disneyland in the morning but after walking around the park all day you wouldn't want to walk back. Overall the stay was great and I would go back.

« OCD Mom approves of this hotel »

If you are looking for a clean, budget hotel that has rooms that will fit a family of 5+ in one room and is fairly close to Disneyland - this is your place! I'm an OCD nut and was excited to see this hotel had hardwood floors. I typically go into hotel rooms and re-clean them. You can't clean nasty, old carpet, but you can clean hardwoods! My daughter is a severe asthmatic and old carpet where pets have stayed or someone has smoked at one time or another makes for a nightmare in a small, hotel room. We were initially put into a room on the 2nd floor with very old carpet that looked horribly stained. The furniture was beat to hell and the room was not inviting. You could tell it was one of their rooms that they had not updated. I was under the impression all the rooms had been updated when we booked. So - I went and talked to Sandy at the front desk and asked if we could be switched to a room with hardwoods. She was so helpful and make it work. I was relieved on many levels! We were put in room 137 right next to the lobby/office on the first floor. We never heard anyone upstairs and the room was great! We had a Family Suite, which contained a room with a king bed, a bathroom in the middle and then a kids room with bunkbeds and a full size pullout couch. As a family of 5, this configuration worked out wonderfully - everyone had their own bed. The king bed room was separated with a door. I only wish the bathroom was technically attached to our room and separated from the kids room. There was plenty of room to put clothes away in drawers, there is a small closet in the kids room, both rooms had their own air conditioner and there was a fan (white noise!) that went between both bedrooms. The bathroom had a smallish vanity on one side of the room and the other side of the room had a tiny bathroom with a tub and toilet. The door to this bathroom drove me bonkers, as it was huge compared to the small bathroom. It opened into the bathroom and was hard to maneuver around. A pocket door would be way more ideal for that small space. The hotel was super generous with extra pillows, towels, blankets, which was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable! My Husband loves a super hard bed and I like a medium/soft bed. This is the first hotel bed that we slept in that we both liked and didn't wake up with aching backs. The kids slept great too! The breakfast was great and we ate there everyday to save money overall. We'd load the kids up and head over to Disney and take extra snacks with us. Breakfast started at 6:30 and ended at 9:30. We happened to go during a heatwave (100+ degrees in October!), so would leave Disney around 2:00 and head back to the hotel to swim and nap and then head back after the sun went down. The pool is small, but fun for our kiddos ages 7-9. There were quite a few people in it during the times we went, but only because it was so hot! The family style restaurants close by are Denny's (about a block away), IHOP (about 2 blocks away) and Carl's Jr (was just over 2 blocks away). My husband grabbed a 24 pack of water from AM/PM (next to Carl's Jr) for $3.99 and we threw them in the freezer and refrigerator and took them to Disney. We also bought a few snacks liked boiled eggs, etc. We brought one of our kids lunch boxes and freezer pack and brought cold snacks like cheese sticks, eggs, etc., in a backpack. The walk to Disney is about 15 minutes straight down Harbor. Their blocks are huge compared to most cities. You can take the shuttle that comes straight in front of the hotel for $5 per person all day or walk a block away and take the Toy Story shuttle for free. On average, it would take us 5 minutes to get onto the Toy Story bus. The Toy Story Bus parks right up front to the Disney entrance, which is great after a long day at Disney. The ride to our parking lot was just a few minutes. We would walk anywhere from 10-11 miles per day at Disney, so catching a ride on the bus was welcomed. Earl of Sandwich is a cheap and amazing restaurant located in downtown Disney. We ate there for lunch each day. They have healthy and delicious sandwiches, salads, soups and baked goods. The food tastes like heaven after eating at places like IHOP. You can also sign up for coupons there. It's a bit of a walk, but worth the money you save. We would try and get there around 11:15/11:30 to beat the lunch crowd. That is true for an restaurant around Disney. I hear parking at the hotel is $15 a day. We chose not to rent a car for this trip...just seemed like an expensive hassle. We didn't end up needing it. There's a Target down the street that I took a taxi to one day. It was $5 there and back. We used Limos.com to book a car that could fit us all from LAX. It was worth it to not have to share a shuttle. We got right to our hotel. Overall - that option was cheaper than renting a car and paying for parking at hotel and Disney. When we checked out, our bill was accurate and all the staff had been nothing short of amazing! I can't recommend this hotel enough! Great/Fantastic for families with 3+ kiddos!

« Best Western Raffles Inn and Suites »

We really enjoyed it here. The place was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great to have to start the day. We had a room with beds in the back, and it was difficult to keep that area cool enough, while the front of the room stayed a bit cold. Over-all, this place was great and I would highly recommend it. Also if you go out of the hotel, walk down the street half a block, you can walk up to the Disney parking lot and catch a bus for free. This saved a ton on parking and shuttle.

    « Moderate Hotel. »

The hotel itself is presentable and you get what you pay for. The staff were amazing could not fault them at all. Maybe the place itself needs to be revamped or freshened up. The office at everything u need in planning a excursion or transfers and the staff were helpful with suggesting tours and organising transfers.

« Lower quality, but they make up for it with hospitality »

This hotel is right on Harbor Blvd, with a 5 minutes shuttle to Disneyland. The extra room with bunk beds and a pull-out was nice for the kids. The bathrooms seem old and run-down, but the customer service was the best of the 3 hotels we stayed at durring our California trip. I would definately stay here again!

    « Close to Disneyland »

We stayed in their family suite, which is really 1 1/2 hotel rooms. One room had two queen beds and the half room had bunk beds and a sofa bed. The room was clean. There was plenty of hot water. We walked half a block to the Disneyland parking lot and caught the bus into Disney for free. The free breakfast got us going in the morning. Ordered great Chinese food that was delivered to the room.

« Great Family Suite! Good price! Walking Distance to Disneyland! »

Stayed in their 2 bedroom family suite for a weekend in Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious. There was 9 of us and still had an extra bed. With 2 babies, we had enough space in the room for 2 strollers. Both bathrooms had dual sinks and were very clean, lots of space to put clothes away. The room comes with a microwave and mini fridge and a small table with chairs and 2 coffee makers, very convenient to keep snacks in your room for the kids. Disneyland is about 2 1/2 blocks (long blocks) but still within walking distance. Not that big of a selection in the breakfast but it is included. Parking fee is $15 per car and they do allow you to park early in the morning before your check-in time so that you don't have to pay double at the park and the hotel. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because Check-out time is early at 10 a.m. and they are strict about that. Everything else is great.

This place is old and needs updating! Only chose to stay at this location because my two favorites were sold out. Musty smelly a/c units. Breakfast not worth walking to. At least the old carpet had been replaced with fake wood flooring and you could tell housekeeping put in alot of effort to make it clean.

I loved the breakfast, the pool and the room. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The waffles were fantastic. I enjoyed the pool, which was warm. The hot tub was relaxing after walking all day in Disneyland, which was within walking distance, if you're in shape! The room was comfortable. I was dismayed at the additional and unexpected fees at check-out, parking was an additional $15 Per Day.

The hotel was only a mile and a half from Disney land. The price was =very reasonable compared to the one across the street from the park. There is a shuttle in front of the hotel that one can ride for $5 a day but I found out that if I walked one block up the street towards Disney land I could go into the Toy Story parking lot and ride the Disney Land bus for free. Save me about $30 a day with the family. The staff and the rooms are very comfortable but the parking is stress full. They have a valet 24 hrs to help move cars. This was a very nice hotel and I would recommend it to my friends. Best price I found compared to one for $250 across from the park but they will only let you park one car at those hotels.

why charge for parking, when you charge for a room. friendly staff, I had no problem with that. the beds were ok. not comfortable, the windows were a weirdly configured to pen, and they have an outdated AC system.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. And they helped us when our reservation was incorrect. The staff was also helpful when our key would not work when we came back late from disneyland park.

« Good stop over for Disneyland »

Stayed here for a single night as part of a road trip - the room was clean, spacious and quiet, and only a few minutes away from access to Disneyland. Breakfast was a simple buffet style, but enjoyable nonetheless. Had to pay for parking, but otherwise a good hotel.

The breakfast was horrible! Rooms need to be upgraded and painted. If you book a room through a non hotel site, they won't let you use your points. TRUST ME go to another hotel. The rate for parking is 15 dollars per day, good luck finding a space in the small parking lot. The air in our main room was cold, and in the other room in was hot. The only positive aspect of my stay at this hotel was the location, it was close to the tournament we attended. I've stayed at other locations, the breakfast quality was terrible and the dining area was compact. The rate was expensive for the quslity of room and service
