Sure Hotel by Best Western Stockholm Alvsjo

Sits atop a fitness-center -> a lot of noise from training equipment. Thin walls, dirty carpets. Personel chilling in guest area having loud personal discussions. No cleaning of rooms. Yet paid >1000€ for four nights yet got a different room than what was agreed upon.

I loved this place! Located in a quiet street just by the train station, it is a convenient short ride to the center of Stockholm. The staff was friendly and helpful. Josephine and Nora are awesome.

Simple rooms for simple price gave a great weekend in Stockholm. Payed for the economic room with literally only two beds, and shared toilets/shower in the hall. Effectively a luxury B&B and I got every cent worth of the cost. Not even a 5 minute walk over to the trains into town. No more noise than in any other hotel I've been to. (Slamming doors) Breakfast had everything you could expect, no complaints.

This hotel is always disappointing. They always make sure to make the customer NOT feel welcome or at home. Avoid! Avoid!

Overall, the hotel feels a bit worn-out and could use some updates. First, it's quite difficult to locate. The building displays a "Hotel Connect" logo, but the entrance isn't clearly marked and resembles a shared office or hostel-style building with several organizations spread across different floors. A small sign on the door indicates that the hotel is located on the 3rd floor. One major drawback is the noise from the gym located on the 2nd floor. Sounds from bouncing balls and gym equipment are clearly audible in the rooms, which can disturb both sleep and daytime rest. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, it does not reach the rooms or corridors, which was quite inconvenient. The air in the room was very dry, making it uncomfortable to breathe, especially at night. While the mattress was soft, the overall sleep quality was decent. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was generally acceptable throughout the space.

Located on the 3rd floor this did not look like a hotel from the outside. It was conveniently located near to the railway station for commuting to from Stockholm. The reception and dining areas were modern and of a contemporary style. The continental breakfast was good with lots of choice. Beware because ( our travel company ‘best on line holidays' failed to understand , so cost us more), The hotel have two types ; ‘ecomomy'rooms with no windows and a shared bathroom down the corridor with other guests or a higher cost double /twin bed room with en-suite facilities.

The hotel was really nice the girl who was at the reception was really nice and friendly the breakfast was really good with lot to chose!! The room was ready before 14:00 The price was okay The location was perfect near to the trains station 20m walk And close to bus station 2m walk The room was nice and comfy but really really cold for me the chairs were worn there is no good soundproofing and this made it difficult as the person's phone in the next room kept ringing all the time and it sounded like it were in my room ! So I couldn't sleep or relax So it was cold room and no soundproofing Iam not sure if I wil visit it again Thank you!

Very good location, services and friendly staff, close to bus stop, urban rail station and metro. It is a great place for those wanting visit the capital city of Sweden. Some dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages would be great 😃

Great Staff at the reception. Ok rooms and beds. Withdrawing stars because of the dirty bathroom. Not washed in a While, and we had a family room. Ok breakfast. Not much choices, but for the price it was good. The hotel is otherwise close to the public transport.

Overall I had good experience in this hotel, room price are affordable, very clean, good breakfast included, staff friendly and very helpful. Great position easy to get in the city center. Only thing is restaurant menu a bit poor but still they have some food if you are in the rush.
