We stayed here while visiting family and friends. Abbey checked us in she was nice. We enjoyed the coffee. the only breakfast downsize, no waffles. But the eggs and bacon was delicious and Hashbrowns was good. My kids love they had frootloops cereal. We will definitely be back. We did not get a chance to meet the famous Huey ,all these positive reviews drove us to this particular hotel, as Hilton Honor members my wife was impressed. We will be back. DaveC

My stay at sure stay was very nice the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean. I love their breakfast that was served every morning between 6 and 9 the food was always fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone I know

Definitely one of the best hotels to stay in. Quiet and very clean. GM Mr. Harris and staff are super awesome. It's been a blessing having a place to stay and do my work while dealing with natural disaster that happened to our house. Thank you for everything.

Sure Stay has been a wonderful, charming hotel for my weeks stay in Tuscaloosa. Huey Harris welcomes you with a very quiet, clean, beautifully refurbished hotel... breakfast is house made each morning, from omelets to southern grits. The staff is ultra friendly and Huey helped me with directions, and anything I needed for the week. Highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing!! It is honestly the BEST, Best Western I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot of them. To me, it looks a little sketchy on the outside, but I promise you, it's a great hotel. When I checked in, Mary greeted me with a smile. She was just amazing. She was so sweet, courteous, kind, and helpful. Honestly, everyone I encountered was so sweet, kind, friendly, and helpful. Everyone was in great spirits and so positive. The breakfast was delisshhhh!!!! Everything was fresh and so good. They definitely have enough to fill you up and get your day started. The bed, omg, the bed was soooo comfortable and so were the pillows! Some of the best sleep I've gotten in awhile. The room was very spacious and we had plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. The ONLY negative, and I mean the ONLY negative was the TV and the internet. The TV was hard to figure out and the internet was not the best. I had to use my hotspot for things to work. But, it honestly wasn't a big deal. It was Thanksgiving and I wasn't about to bother anyone about the TV or the internet, especially since I had found my own solution. Other than that, honestly this place is a 9.9/10, I definitely recommend staying here and I will be back to stay here in the summer!!!

Was down here for family weekend. Even tho it was a busy weekend, the staff were extraordinary! They served an amazing breakfast, the coffee was the best part I swear. Chelly, one of the gals at the desk, was ontop of things. Had everyone organized and checked in super fast. I was impressed. Keep up the great work. We will be back!

Stayed here many times with no problems but very disappointed on his one. Front desk not welcoming & need more attention to making sure room is cleaned properly. Barn door for b/r isn't hung properly.

I truly enjoyed the time spent at sure stay the staff at the motel are tremendously helpful, respectful, polite and friendly of all things,the rooms are very nice and comfortable, breakfast was always nice and hot and served daily between 6-9, all in all my family and I are very appreciative for a service we'll done and I had the best experience with the GM@ Huey Harris one great experience so keep up the good work and we will definitely be back

Our stays at SureStay Hotel by Best Western are always amazing. This hotel is the only hotel the McGee's stay at when we're in town. The entire staff, especially Mr. Huey Harris, is very courteous, helpful, and respectful. The breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel. It is always hot and with several options. I have and always will recommend this hotel. Come stay and see for yourself, I promise you will love it.

Upon entering the hotel I was kindly greeted as if they were waiting for my arrival personally! The rooms were very clean and everything look just like the photos online. Being a travel nurse can be a bit overwhelming at times. This is the first time I got everything I needed in the first booking. I wasn't aware of sport events taking place in the area so I was a bit concerned about availability for duration of my stay. After a long day of work I approach the desk and spoke with who I now know was the GM, Mr.Huey. He assured me that everything would be taken care of and that I wouldn't have to worry about having a safe, clean, consistent place to stay. His exact words were “Don't worry we take care of our guest here and we greatly appreciate traveling nurses”, I was blown away by his hospitality. He went above and beyond to keep his word. I walked to my room in tears. There are definitely still great people in this world and I found one while on a lonely 3 month assignment. If you are traveling in the area, this place is definitely a gem! I'll be here until January with my temporary surestay family. I've never felt so welcomed. Complimentary breakfast that starts ur day just right. This is an unbelievable experience thus far. Thanks so much.

Clean Rooms, Safe Location, Great Breakfast, The Best Staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Always stay here when in Tuscaloosa. Located right next to interstate. Not too far from downtown and University.

I love Huey and the Sure Stay Staff. I am a plant worker so I don't always feel like driving home. I call to let them know I'm coming, they have my room ready when I get off. The new upgrades and suites are to die for!!! It makes you feel right at home. You have to stay here yourself to experience the luxury. Always clean, friendly, and accommodating to all my needs!

I cannot thank this hotel enough for their kindness and generosity. My family was in Florida and I evacuated to be with my son in Tuscaloosa. Huey, the GM took incredible care of me and welcomed me the moment I arrived along with his entire staff. They welcomed both my son and his dog. They waived the pet fees for us because we were displaced from our home. I'm still not sure what I'm going back to you at my own house, but they have made this stay as easy as possible or as anyone could. I will never stay anywhere else in Tuscaloosa upon my return here, Nor will anyone I know. This particular hotel, everyone has the most genuine of heart and intentions. I hope that many blessings come their way as much as they bless all of their community and even the community of us Floridians through hurricanes!!! And aside from all of that this hotel is incredibly clean and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. We are currently staying here and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking. It's clean, they serve a nice hot breakfast, and we have a son in a wheelchair who has special needs and they have been so helpful and accommodating to us. I spoke with Huey before we got here just to make sure they could accommodate us and they have. Huey has been so kind and so have the other staff members. The beds are very comfortable which is a big plus in my book. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking!

I have to say the customer service at this hotel was top notch. I had booked the hotel under my account for my husband to stay the night. I didn't realize that my work credit card was saved into my account and it was charged. As this wasn't a work related stay, I needed to get that room charge off my work credit card. Mr. Huey Harris was there to help me get the problem fixed. It took him several days to get the charge refunded but he kept in touch with me and informed me on his progress. My husband enjoyed his stay too. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of space in the room, and good breakfast. Thanks again, Huey!

We went to parents' weekend, and this was basically the only option because all of the Marriott Properties were priced at $1400 a night. The room was nasty and looked like it had not been updated since 1970. I dont care if it was clean but there was hair in the tub and just didnt want to take my shoes off in the room. I understand this is a lower end hotel, but it should be clean that is all I expected.

I am so happy I inadvertently found this hotel! As an out-of-state parent of a UA freshman, I have found my "go to " hotel in Tuscaloosa! Huey, the General Manager, provides excellent customer service. He is professional, accommodating, and makes me laugh! The rooms are clean and quiet, and the free hot breakfast is a nice added value. (Bacon with Real eggs - not powdered ones!!) I'm happy I don't have to decide what hotel to choose for the next four years. Decision is made! SureStay - All the Way!

Too much to say, Huey is the best manager he is always available for anything when i call and takes care of me. Rooms and Lobby clean and remodeled very beautiful by the way, clean all the time and service always friendly and nice. by far My first and only option.

Hotel is amazing. The king size bed are super comfortable. The hotel guest are great not to noisy everyone is friendly. Huey the general manager is great with it being a busy football weekend in Tuscaloosa he did not price gouging. He really has been a great help to me and my husband this week during this trying times. I told Huey what my situation was and without hesitation he insisted on helping us.I will highly recommend. This is my stay when I'm in town. I have found you cannot beat perfection. The GM Huey and all his staff make sure you are well taken care of. Everyone always with a friendly smile and they do what they can do to brighten your day. The rooms are large and beautiful and the hotel itself is very well maintained both inside and out. In all the times that I have stayed here I can honestly say I've never seen anything out of place, staff is always on top of things. I love this hotel and I can say that those who work here care about you as a person not a dollar sign like most. They treat you like friends and family and only want you to enjoy your time here. I'm a Truck Driver broke down in the Tuscaloosa area for almost a week. The General Manager Huey Harris understood that and ended up lowering my nightly rate and even waived the $25 pet fee for my dog per night. I really appreciate that! The room itself was very spacious, with a decent size fridge/tv/microwave. The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower/bath was just the right size. I will be returning to this hotel for any future business needed in the area, a big THANK YOU to Huey Harris for making sure my stay was accommodating.

Researched all hotels in the Tuscaloosa area and Sure Stay had the best reviews. I was not disappointed! Huey and the staff were wonderful. Only disappointment was eating at the Cracker Barrel next door. Service was bad and food was cold.

First off the hotel has a beautiful lobby, love the painting of different places in Alabama. The staff has always been very friendly and Huey, the general manager always makes it feel like coming home to see family. My wife and I stay here every time we want a little time to our self and it is always a great experience. The beds are comfy and the water pressure is great! I would give more stars if I could. The hotel is also very conveniently located by a waffle house and cracker barrel.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and I travel for a living. Incredibly rude manager. I was having trouble with my Best Western App and I called the hotel to make sure my reservation was still good. It was move in Weekend at University of Alabama as well as a big concert happening that weekend so everything was sold out. At first the manager, I think his name is Dave although he was not wearing a name tag, more on that later, said I did not have a reservation. I got off the phone to call the main support line and before they picked up he called back to say I did in fact have a reservation but he was going to cancel it because my credit card on file had expired. I told him I was in town and could give him the correct card when I got to the hotel. He wanted me to give it to him over the phone and I told him I couldn't because I was driving and after some argument he agreed to honor my reservation. The room smelled musty and the bed and pillows were awful but I didn't have any options so I stayed the night. the next morning my wife asked the front desk if we could have a late checkout. "Dave" said we could have 15 minutes. I have never heard of 15 minutes as a late checkout so I called back and said that Gold members usually got an hour and he told me I could have 30. This should have been the end of it but it wasn't. As I checked out and was walking out of the hotel he mocked me "Oooh there goes a Gold Member..." I was furious and walked back in the hotel and demanded his name so I could complain to Corporate. He told me to "get out of MY Hotel." At that point I lost my temper and used the F word and left. This still wasn't the end for this guy. He called my personal cell phone to continue to argue with me. I told him I was going to report him to corporate and he said he didn't care. He then texted my cell phone and signed it Management team Dave which is why I have a name at all. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Excellent every visit! Very professional & courteous customer service. The manager, Mr. Harris takes care of his customers as if they are his family. Definitely should pay this location a visit if you're ever in need of a place to lodge in Tuscaloosa, AL!

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great experience. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Huey was very welcoming and friendly. He would ask if there are any issues and address them immediately. Unless someone wants to stay in a 5 star hotel and pay a hefty price tag, this hotel should be in their list.

The hotel has great ambience, friendly staff and well maintained rooms. I had stayed in this hotel for more than 5 days and there was not any disturbance or noise which is quite unlikely on other hotels nearby. Had a great and wonderful stay.

My entire family stayed here during our son moving into the University of Alabama. The young lady at the desk was nice she check us into a clean room. I am happy we chose this place. The manager served my family breakfast. My husband said he never seen this before. Housekeeping was good at not coming into our room when we left a do not disturb sign on our door. Thanks for taking care my family and making us feel special. We will be back!!

My dad and I were going to be passing through Tuscaloosa and needed somewhere to stay for the night. Found this hotel and with the ratings and price being right in our budget, we decided to book it. The staff was very friendly but the room was terrible. It reeked of Lysol and it felt like everything was unclean. I didn't even want to use the bathroom it was that gross. On top of that, the door didn't close properly and the windows could have easily been broken. We didn't feel comfortable or safe staying the night and left right away. Trust me the 5 star reviews of this place are misleading. Spend the extra money and book a nicer hotel in the city.

We recently stayed at SureStay Hotel while in Tuscaloosa for our son's graduation from UA. We were pleased with the overall stay and have no reservations recommending it highly to those reading this review. I do want to note the high level of customer service shown to us by Huey Harris, GM & Sales Director....he waived an unexpected fee for us and made sure we were well pleased with the accommodations as we had reserved a couple rooms and had my wife's elderly parents staying in one of them. I watched him instructing what appeared to be a new employee one morning.....certainly impressed with his leadership skills and his kindness to us.

I was charged for the room before I arrived which had me a bit worried but I was informed it was because the hotel was sold old for the night and they were securing my room. So I'm actually thankful for that. The staff was really friendly upon check in and the room was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints and I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the decor is nice. The best part of this hotel is definitely Huey, the general manager! He waived our pet fees and seriously saved our trip. Booking.com didn't tell me to call ahead for pet approval, and Huey had every right to cancel us and keep our non-refundable payment, but he didn't. I know that God put him in our path for this moment. I encourage anyone needing a room in this area to stay here! And if you have the pleasure of meeting Huey, you'll be blessed! Oh, and I hear the breakfast is amazing. I'll have to review that in the morning :)

Ok it's not the Ritz, but the staff here is exceptional! Huey Harris my man, he is one of the nicest most helpful ppl I've ever met and I would recommend this hotel just on him and the the other staff I've encountered here! Friendly kind and just over all super nice!

Me and my fellow partners had a business trip planned in Tuscaloosa, Al. We traveled from Austin, Texas to here. Check in was not until 4pm but Mr. Huey let us check in two hours early. Which was appreciated. The new renovations are awesome and they have pretty good breakfast. We stayed two days and the stay was delightful. Recommended stay.

Great Staff, enjoyed the stay. The only issue was the blackout during the thunderstorm. Other than that, it was a perfect stay! Will be back again. The hotel also appears to be making improvements to the structure as well. They just installed a new floor and chanderlier in the main lobby.

We enjoyed our stay. Huey is great! Very professional. We came in for a funeral & needed a place to stay. Check in was easy and he waived our deposit. They are working on upgrading the inside. It looks nice! Will stay here again.

Hughey, the manager, greeted us with the most kindness and charisma I've ever seen the minute we walked in. After a 5 hour drive, his enthusiasm was a blessing. We arrived 30 minutes early, but Hughey didn't even charge us he just let us in to our room with so much gratitude for our choice to stay here. 10 minutes later a handyman, who promptly replaced our lamp bulb, returns with chips, candy, and water bottles from the manager, expressing his greatest appreciation for our business. The room is clean and smells great, and I can't wait for the fully stocked breakfast tomorrow from 6-9.

I just wanted to write a review for this awesome hotel, and let everyone know if you were looking for a beautiful modernized hotel in Tuscaloosa, Alabama this is the right choice. At this hotel you are greeted by wonderful customer service named Huey who will put you in a clean beautiful room. They also have wonderful housekeeping and a great breakfast. This hotel also feels very safe due to management making sure there isn't just anyone hanging around inside the hotel or outside unless they are a customer of SureStay, so you have the reassurance of safety. This is a great hotel if you ever are in Tuscaloosa Alabama make sure to visit!!

Hotel was as clean as always. My room never ceases to astound me with how clean and prepared it is. The main concern with most hotels is sometimes the bed sheets aren't always the cleanest, but Surestay is definitely not one of those hotels. It's where you don't have to examine every single part of the sheet it's that clean. Staff is always amazing and heartwarming and definitely not afraid to start conversation. Was greeted with respect and taken cared of respectfully and responsibly. Definitely no problems.

My wife and I had not stayed in anything other than a Hilton, Marriott or IHG property for many years. I always look at TripAdvisor when I'm going somewhere, just in case there is something we don't expect. Review after review gave this property high reviews, particularly in terms of value. This time I listened, and the TripAdvisor reviews were correct. Huey and his crew were inviting and accommodating. If you like your basic eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, yogurt for breakfast, you'll be happy. I will happily stay there again if I stay in Tuscaloosa. One caveat: get your own toilet paper. Theirs is awful, but that is a relatively minor complaint.

Just checked in and upon entry the hotel is beautiful I must say..Huey checked me in and as always he's great. Huey is great to us. We come back whenever we need a room. He is always friendly and remembers who you are. He also has a great staff. Rooms are clean and plenty of things around the hotel to eat, gas etc.

This is a really good "budget" roadside hotel option inTuscaloosa. They search "real eggs" and Starbucks coffee for the included breakfast, and the general Manager Huey is the absolute BEST manager around.

Upon arrival this place is inviting as it appears to be Margaritaville by its decor. Management and front desk staff are very hospitable. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay feel special. The hotel is very well monitored and you feel secure staying here. They provide a hot breakfast, the potatoes are to die for. The rooms are very well updated and the mattresses are actually very comfortable. A great place to spend a night or week. The GM Huey has assembled a great team that will make sure your stay is the best it can be.

The manager Huey is the best manager we have ever had to deal with at any hotel. Me and my wife travel all the time. For the past 4 years every time we come to town we stay at sure stay in Tuscaloosa, Alabama only because of Huey. He goes out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We come through Tuscaloosa twice yearly from NC to Tx to visit family. This is our first stay at Sure Stay. It will definitely not be our last. Very clean, friendly staff, and good food. My only disappointment was no fresh fruit but I still gave it 5 stars!

I am in town for work and have stayed at this hotel for 5 or so weeks now and honestly this is the cleanest hotel in town and you won't find a better staff any where. The general manager Huey and his staff are amazing and will go out of their way to make your stay too notch. If you are looking for a hotel for work or vacation this is the one for you. Mr. Huey is the most humble and kind man I have ever met! Me and my boyfriend had a few delays while traveling and he worked with us on a quick date fix while also waving the damage deposit. Mr. Huey had by far the best hospitality/customer service I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were comfortable. He made sure that our rooms were to our liking and had no problems. The lobby and room were both nice and clean. The location of the hotel is ideal and fairly close to everything. I definitely enjoyed my stay here, it was a nice quiet atmosphere with nice people. Everything was also clean and there was also breakfast served in the mornings. Mr.Huey definitely made sure my stay was nice and comfortable I look forward to visiting here again.

Came here Sunday when I walked in the sweet lady at the front desk was nice I felt welcomed coming in. The room was amazing there was a few things with it but I went to the office and they were nice about everything they had someone come to my room first thing and they took care of the problem I had last night nothing happened after that it was amazing experience I came here before but this was months before and the experience was alright for the most part but this time it was a whole different vibe that I was totally into. Spoke to the manager Huey. He was AMAZING. His attitude is was something I was living for. You might think this is over exaggerating but it's not, it's one of the most pleasant. He took the time to ask me how I was doing and the visit was going and he made conversation and didn't try to get rid of me, lol. He was nice about everything and he made my visit even better because of his attitude. Definitely recommend if you ever come from Birmingham and are coming to Tuscaloosa definitely look into it. Personally this is my go to place to go. Thanks for the best service! Definitely love coming here.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend while visiting our daughter. The hotel was nice, my only complaint was the BLACKOUT. Spoke with Mr Harris the GM who offered to discount a future visit for us since we're unable to stay. Since we are in town a lot, I felt that was fare. Especially since it was beyond his control. 1st let me start with the room, It's absolutely beautiful. I traveled here from Indiana so the Southern interior gives way to total relaxation. And unlike most hotels that I'v stay in the shower pressure was perfect. I'm not the kind of guy who normally has time to cook breakfast in the morning. So for me while on the road and staying in Best Western hotels I have access to a very hearty breakfast every morning and even a freshly squeezed glass of Orange juice. Honestly I'm not sure if it's freshly squeezed but it does taste that way. I must admit I truly enjoyed my stay here. And to make things even better I found out that because my trip was business that my company qualified for a discount. I would not have found this information out if it wasn't for Huey. He was very knowledgeable extremely professional and it seemed like he knew everything about the business. Honestly these guys turned a small business trip into a little Mini vacation I'm so very happy I stayed here.

Great location for my trip, easy on and off interstate, but away from road noise. Has nearby gas stations and Cracker barrel next door. Warm friendly welcome when I checked in, genuine. Hotel is very clean, tidy and attractive. Rooms spacious and have everything you need. Starbucks coffee for breakfast! Manager even waved pet fee for my old kitty.

I love staying at sure stay, Mr. Huey is the best, not only is he a good Manager but he's also an amazing person to talk to. The rooms are amazing and clean, lots of space and they have a very friendly staff!

This hotel is fairly nice, the beds and pillows are so comfortable. But the owner of the hotel is very friendly and cut us a great deal! All of the receptionist have been kind to us, we've been there twice now. The first stay, there was a nice hot breakfast.

Huey was excellent. Was very kind and helpful, 5 stars for these kinds of people. I look forward to staying again soon. I have family here and need to visit often and would prefer staying somewhere like here.

I'm a commercial vehicle operator. I had to find a place to stay as to avoid a violation of hours of service rules. After looking at several options, I chose this location because of price, accessibility to the interstate hwy, and room to park the trailer I was pulling. I was pleasantly surprised with the facade of the building, bright and cheery New Orleans style. We had a good stay, were not disturbed, and had a decent breakfast. I would stay here again.

All high ratings are lies or someone with really low expectations!! Customer service: Before arriving the manager/owner was very pleasant. But after arriving and the fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night he appeared rattled and hostile. He even asked a guest concerned husband to come down and talk to him face to face. Excuse me?? When we returned to retrieve our belongings I entered the lobby before my husband but as soon as my hubby came in he started apologizing and explaining the issue looking past me directly talking to my husband as though I was not impacted. Even my husband was like why was he so focused on him and not our entire party who did not sleep because of the alarm. When I explained we had traveled from Georgia for hours and all we wanted was some rest which did not happen. He apologized and asked shockingly if i didn't sleep! Not sure what he expected given we had to stand outside in cold with a kid until fire department cleared reentry. Then the alarm continued to go for at least an hour. The owner says I'm if dust or a spider gets into it that's is what happens. Wouldn't it make sense to dust it daily to prevent waking guests in the middle of the night???. I asked him if he was planning to compensate us in any way he appeared shocked and proceeded to tell me that All the other guests just said ok it happens. No big deal. Your point? The room: The room smelled musty and they didn't have any air/heat flowing before he arrived so that made it worst. The tub mat was filled with black spots. We were all afraid to use it. The bed and shower had someone's hair. I hope she still had some left as many sheddings we saw. One bed was significantly taller than the other. The tv was so small my son called it a tablet. The room phone did not work due to rewiring. Is it legal for the guest to not be able to make calls in an emergency? (may reach out to the city to confirm if their are any building codes violations around this) So we had to go downstairs if we needed anything. The breakfast was basic. I would not recommend this hotel to someone who is used to having basic things like shampoo and conditioner.

This hotel was outstanding. From the minute I called to ask about a room rate to when we checked out, we got friendly and helpful folks. Everyone here cares about the guests and their jobs. The room was clean and the bed was extra comfortable. The shower had very good water pressure and stayed hot the whole time. I also have to rank this hotel high because there's a Cracker Barrel right next door. The hotel is easily accessible from I-20/I-59 at Exit 76. We would definitely stay here again

Booked a reservation here in September due to my job and having to travel for work. With little to no expectations of anything being outside of the "norm" hotel stay. Right off the bat upon entrance I was greeted by Huey Harris (Manager) and another receptionist at the front desk. He took care of me and made sure that I had all of the amenities at my fingertips for a nice and pleasurable stay, It is hard nowadays to find a crew who genuinely cares for your needs during you're stay and check off all the blocks but Sure Stay has done it all. Long story short I now frequent this hotel when I'm in T Town whether it is for business or just to have a night out with friends. If you are ever in Tuscaloosa searching a place to lay you're and have an enjoyable experience ten look no further than Sure Stay in Tuscaloosa. Tell Huey that Ervin sent you!!

The hotel and our room was very clean, and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The staff there are very nice and helpful! Restaurants and shops are close by and the location is convenient to the University of Alabama as well. Will stay here again in the future!

Huey was amazing! I had spent hours online searching for a decent rate for a hotel for my husband and boys going to their first UA football game. Everything was SO expensive. Huey was able to give me a great deal and also accommodate our large family with 2 adjoining rooms. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know who's traveling to Tuscaloosa. Huey was a pleasure to work with. I had booked a two night stay at this hotel ahead because there was a big sporting event in town. Unfortunately I did not book the stay long enough and needed to add an extra day. Huey was able to extend the extra night AND also saved me $100 for the night. YAY HUEY.

All members of staff I encountered were very friendly. Huey ,Andrea, and Leslie who manned the check-in counter were friendly and hospitable, and in fact knew and spoke to me by name each time I entered and exited the building. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Its location is convenient to and from all points of travel in the Tuscaloosa area.

I figured stayed in at least 2 other hotels with a king suite. This one was the largest of them all. Internet was reliable. Breakfast was good- biscuits and gravy, yogurt, some fruit. The bed was nice and the room was very clean. I will stay here again.

I had a less than stellar experience at a neighboring establishment and called Sunday afternoon because there was no way in Hades I was staying at the other place. I knew almost nothing about this hotel, and mainly called because it was right next door to me and they had great reviews on Google. Leslie was so kind and had a room available on the first floor for me immediately at a great rate! So firstly, I was very impressed with that. Secondly, the outside of the building is really pretty, but the inside is just as beautiful. I can tell they've had recent renovations and everything looks fantastic. Even the hallways are gorgeous. My room is so cozy and I sleep better in the bed here than I do at home. Plus, they have a pool and a Cracker Barrel right next door if you're so inclined. It's right off the interstate, close to various gas stations, and only minutes to the heart of Tuscaloosa. Thirdly, I was just so impressed with the quality of care and customer service. I've worked customer service myself for almost a decade and have several years of managerial experience, and I was so impressed with Huey and his team. He's warm and personable and runs his hotel very well. I can't remember the last time someone on the other side of a desk asked me about my day/life/whatever and genuinely cared. That is so rare to find these days, and I really appreciate that. I'm here for work, and the fiancé is an Auburn fan so I don't know the next time I would be in the area (sorry y'all!), but I would definitely and happily stay here again. Also, let me reiterate that the nightly rate here is a great price for everything you get. Kudos to Huey and his staff for making my stay so pleasant.

SureStay by Best Western, Tuscaloosa, Al is, by far, the best hotel experience I've ever had. In particular, Huey, the GM, is top notch. He was extremely personable, yet professional. He was definitely a “working” manager. I witnessed him performing in all areas. From the front desk to food services, housekeeping, security, etc. He made the stay a very pleasant experience ! Every hotel needs a Huey !

We were in town for a college visit to Alabama and the game vs Ole Miss. Huey was at the front desk and was so welcoming- he provided the best hotel greeting we have had! He even surprised us with a fun gameday gift for me and my daughter. Breakfasts were a combo of hot and cold options- the gentleman working that area, a Navy veteran, we enjoyed chatting with each morning as he kept the breakfast bar well-stocked for the game day crowd. Great value hotel for the price- we will be back!

Set me and my son up with the best deal around to stay for a night. Coming from Knoxville first time in 50 years for me and first for my son. Security 24 hours one of the safest hotels in the city. Cracker Barrel close. No vaccination required Stadium 10 minutes away. Roll Tide Roll God Bless him.

This was my first time staying in Tuscaloosa. This hotel was the absolute best! After a long day of classes and business, I wanted to wind down and relax. The hotel was quiet. The living room and bedroom were separated with a door. Totally convenient. Mrs. Leslie at the front desk was the sweetest. I need an extra blanket and she was on it. She checked on me during my stay. Manager Huey was the best as well. He was visible throughout the property. I had a chance to meet him during breakfast. He helped with cleaning and stocking items and greeting guests. I will definitely be staying here for business and personal. Please visit. Convenient to highway, UA, shopping, food. The hotel, was not, in any way worth the $350 per night price tag we paid.The room smelled musty and needed a complete overhaul. The carpets were filthy. The shower faucet would not completely shut off causing a constant drip. We conbatted that issue by turning the air conditioning fan on the continuous setting. We were up most of the night by what I would describe as "Al" (the Alabama University mascot) running back and forth from one end of his room to the next, above us. I would definitely not stay here again. The only saving grace was the exceptional staff, they were amazing!

This hotel was very reasonably priced and we learned why. There was no pool or gym and the breakfast was pretty limited because of COVID. When I arrived I was told it was too early to check in. I didn't realize I had crossed over from Eastern Time to Central! They let me check in anyway. The room was clean and comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel previously. In October, we were scheduled to stay again but due to a scheduling conflict we had to cancel. We made the reservation via expedia.com. The General Manager, Mr. Huey, went above and beyond for us and did not charge us Expedia.com's one day room change since we cancelled within 31 days of original hotel stay. Mr. Huey is a man of integrity who listened to my situation, understood the reason for our cancellation and made it right. People like Mr. Huey are hard to find these days. If you are looking for a well run, easy to get to, clean hotel with people who truly care, this is the hotel for you!!

I booked for this hotel when I was moving my daughter in for college in early august and we loved it just was amazing and accommodating. So when we planned to go Back we new we would be staying there again. I booked 3 weeks in advance and I got a call as I always do the day of the visit to put a card on file and there was a small situation about me having a dog. And I told Huey the problem and explained my situation and he was great he took care of the problem and I just love this hotel I will always book here. The hotel is clean, nice, friendly, great customer service, great location and a delicious breakfast. I recommend this place to anyone 5 stars ask for Huey.

I rely on Trip Advisor reviews pretty heavily when choosing where to stay when I'm traveling from Mississippi to/from Nova Scotia. I was wondering if this would be the first time that Trip Advisor let me down when the Sure Stay in Tuscaloosa was so highly rated and was less than $75 a night. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was in fact clean and safe. Andrew at the front desk checked us in and he was very friendly and efficient. I met the famous Huey from theseTrip Advisor reviews when I checked out and he too was a pleasure to work with. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel (the Cracker Barrel next door drew us in) This hotel is older, but it's been updated. The bed was comfortable. The king room we had was really large. There was one minor concern I had with my room and I told Huey about it and he was genuinely happy to know about the issue (and I feel confident that it would be addressed quickly) I would definitely stay at this hotel if in Tuscaloosa again.

We stayed here during UofA freshman orientation in July because it was inexpensive. I came back during move-in in August because Huey made this place feel like home. Don't let the great rates fool you! It's super convenient and close to everything, including the interstate, with very little traffic otherwise. This will be my family's go-to “home away from home” when visiting our student!

I had a truly outstanding experience at the SureStay Hotel in Tuscaloosa AL. The hotel's GM Huey Harris was a breath of fresh air. Throughout the stay he showed sincere concern for my wife's and my comfort and enjoyment. He was very genuine. He is the best and most approachable hotel GM I have ever dealt with. Mr Harris took the time to show us great individual care even though the hotel was fully booked. As for the hotel, it was clean, smelled good, had a great HVAC that worked quietly and as programmed, excellent plumbing that provided hot water with strong pressure, and the price was unbelievable. There are times in Tuscaloosa where hotels inflate their prices to an almost ridiculous level and then require a two night minimum. When I found this hotel on line, there was no price inflation. I then determined the hotel was just off the interstate and only 4 miles from the Alabama campus. Based on that I assumed the hotel would be substandard. Having little choice I booked the room. Instead of the one star experience I expected I got a five star experience. From a money standpoint I believe the value I received was unbeatable.

Stayed here 3+ nights - it is near the interstate exit and right next door to a Cracker Barrel. Housekeeping staff are friendly, very hard working and thorough with the rooms. Huey at the front desk got me a better rate than the online prices.

The energy and comfortability of this hotel cannot be understated. I have been staying here on business and I cannot be more thrilled with the kind service I have received. I stayed here while I was doing my travel nurse assignment. Most bang for your buck! Quiet (important because I work 3rd shift). Huey took great care of me during my stay as well! Nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

My husband went to the hotel next door to wood springs suites and was greeted with a big attitude and rude people. He then came over to Sure Stay and was immediately greeted like he was apart of the family. He checked in almost a week prior to my arrival and explained that I would be coming. Mr. Huey was very very kind and explained that it was fine for my husbands kids and I to come stay. This hotel is beyond family oriented. I can't even explain. I get to the hotel and was greeted by Mr Huey and omg he was so kind and I feel as though I've known him forever. He has made sure the whole stay has been perfect. So some about the actual hotel although I can not say enough about Mr Huey, the hotel at first look is very cute and quiet. It's very clean as you enter and has a patio type area with a gas and electric grill that you're more than welcome to cook on with some beautiful furniture. The room is beautiful and the staff who clean those rooms are amazing. I have not found one thing to complain about. We had a small issue with our air conditioner (my fault for turning it too low) and was immediately remedied. It was fixed within a few minutes of me letting staff know. There are vending machines and the location of this hotel is actually great. I'm within minutes of everything including shopping. The thing is I was always greeted with a smile by the entire staff so had there have even been an issue, I couldn't even complain in the slightest. This place is beyond kid friendly and mr Huey went out of his way to speak to my 12 year old and 13 year old like young men. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Came for work and this place is certainly a home away from home. Huey was very inviting and such a nice gentleman. The room was clean and smelled good. Was always taken care of from the moment of arrival!

Checked in today with Huey. He has great customer service. After being on a drive for over 7 hours with just me and a 5 year old, Huey made us feel right at home. Even from behind his mask I could tell there was a warm smile.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Huey did an excellent job of making sure my family was comfortable. They offered convenient breakfast bags every morning and my children were excited each day to run down and grab some breakfast! Huey and the young man (evening employee) never failed to meet my expectations. The rooms were very clean and I loved the farm house theme in my room. Xfinity services were top notch and my children had all the cartoon channels they wanted. Internet was also fast and convenient to have in the room. Very quiet and professional hotel. We also enjoyed going outside to the patio. Grills are available as well as lounge areas and we really loved spending time there while my husband worked. Five star review and will be staying again next time we are in Tuscaloosa!

Checked into this hotel on 7/7/21. This is my first time staying here. The gentleman by the name of Huey, at the front desk was so genuine and professional. This is the quickest checkin that I've ever had at a hotel. My room is very modern, neat and clean. I had one special request before I came to the hotel. When I got here they honored my requested and had already implemented it for my stay. I surely will come back here when I travel through in this area! :)

I've stayed at this hotel twice in 2021 for a total of four nights. It is inexpensive for a quite big, very clean room. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is a distinct musty, mildewy odor in this hotel that the housekeeping department tries its best to cover with heavily scented products like burning candles and spray deodorizers. The result of this is that there is always a strong perfume smell in the hotel's public areas and guest rooms which bothers my nose/sinuses, and there is a still an unmistakeable smell of mildew throughout. The hotel's decorative theme is colorful, cutesy, and overly religious. It's not a bad choice for a budget hotel.

The quality of this hotel is outstanding! Extremely modern eating area. Beautiful Chandeliers and counter tops! Also an outdoor recreational seating area, with outdoor sink and grill! A beautiful area to spend the night with friends and or family. By far the best hotel experience I've ever had ! Can't forget about CRACKER BARREL!! With Steps leading from hotel leading right into the parking lot of Cracker Barrel, so no need to fire up the grill if your looking for a prepared home cooked meal! A+ I will definitely be back!

My friend and I were on a looong journey from CT to TX and were in need of a place to stop for the evening that allowed pets. We found SureStay. The greeter that evening couldn't have been sweeter. She directed me not only to our room, but where I could take the dog outside and was very courteous of our several requests for extra towels, where we could find water, etc. The next morning, we were exhausted and wanted to eat breakfast at Cracker Barrel before taking off. However, we were not going to be able to do so before checkout time and did not want to leave to dog in a hot car while we ate. So, my friend asked Huey who happened to be working the front desk... and he very graciously extended our checkout from 11am until 12:30pm at no extra charge!!!!!! After a nice relaxing brunch, I walked up to the front desk to check out and Huey addressed me by my name without him ever meeting me (he knew who I was because he knew I was the one who had checked in and he had already met my friend and knew I wasn't her), but I was SO SURPRISED he knew my name! :) I couldn't thank him enough for making our morning go smoothly! Now we were well rested, well fed and the beloved little dog we brought was sitting in the room waiting to continue the rest of the trip as well. Huey, if you read this....we sure do appreciate you and all you do for your clientele! Love your patient smile! You and your hotel truly are "The Best"!!!!!!!!

I stayed at the Sure Stay for one night. The room was pretty nice for the price. I loved the turquoise decor. I could hear a little traffic from the interstate, but nothing from the hotel itself. Huey saw me the next morning with some to go style breakfast, and he was very friendly.

GREAT HOTEL & WONDERFUL STAFF. Arrived earlier than expected and Mr. Huey let us check in early. Not only that but upgraded my husband, baby and I to a King suite with no up charge besides giving us a great rate! Overall hotel is clean, quiet and in great location. We will definitely recommend hotel and stay here every time we visit! Special thanks to Mr. Huey for the great service he provides and to all staff that make the stay perfect!

Mr. Huey and his staff are great, very helpful. They didn't have hot breakfast but they breakfast bags. The coffee was the best. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is close to the interstate but very quiet.

I came from out of town, and was very excited! Mr. Huey helped me out quite a bit! He's a very nice and down-to-earth person! He really does help out the younger people when they need a place to stay! My room was very clean and the king bed was the cherry on top! Definitely one of the safest hotels in town. This is going to be my go-to spot, as well as recommendation for my family and friends!

We booked this hotel 10 months before our trip as we knew it was the University of Alabama's graduation. A week before the trip I called to let them know we would be checking in late and they did not have our reservation. Previously this hotel was under a different chain and it switched to SureStay. Their computer system did not transfer third party reservations. The manager, Huey, took care of us with a similar room for a lesser price. Lesson learned -- call to be sure they have your reservation! The room was a King Suite with a closing bedroom door and a large living room area. It was big enough for 4 adults using a pull out couch. The room was neat although a little dated. It was clean and for the few hours we were there at night, it was perfect. It had a large kitchen counter, microwave and refrigerator; 2 tvs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). This hotel is not on the main street in Tuscaloosa so you are outside of the town's hustle and bustle. It is located right off the highway though which makes it extremely easy to get to all the University locations! Right next to gas stations, fast food, and Cracker Barrel. Would recommend this hotel for famiiles and those looking for a reasonably priced room.

Nice and clean, they are updating at present and I love the barn doors and decor. The Crackerbarrel is right next door which is convenient. They have starbucks coffee and offer breakfast. The manager was great , he personally made sure we were happy with our stay! Thanks Huey, it was a pleasure. I would stay again (and probably will since I travel alot). I took one star off due to a strong old spice smell in the room that I couldn't get rid of, Huey said he would be sure to address and remedy that.

When we pulled up to the hotel, we thought the place looked very cute. It did not look like a typical Best Western. Although we are diamond members, we had not really known what a Sure Stay hotel was. My husband even asked me if it was a Best Western hotel when we arrived. Upon check-in, the nice manager, Mr. Huey, told us that Sure Stay was a budget Best Western hotel. If you've never stayed at one before, Best Western describes it on their website as “value focused with free wifi, continental breakfast, and Best Western rewards.” In other words, budget friendly with no special perks, such as a hot breakfast or gym. The price clearly reflects that. The room was generously sized, with a full-sized couch. The room was basic with its office-style furnishings. Instead of a comforter there was a blanket. If the management is reading, please note that the blanket was too small for the bed. There was no carpeting on the floor, which guests with allergies might appreciate. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't bad, either. The lobby was really pretty, and they served Starbucks coffee. There is no breakfast, which might help keep the price of the hotel down. There is a Cracker Barrel next door. It is only a two-story hotel, but it does have an elevator. Most two-story Best Western hotels do not have one. Be sure to ask for a room that does not face the Interstate. We forgot to ask for one and it was noisy. If you aren't looking for luxury and just a bed to sleep in, this place is probably going to be fine for you.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous!! I had stayed here in the past but a friend suggested I give it another chance and recommended I call Mr. Huey, the Manager. The new renovations have made this a true hidden gem in Tuscaloosa. When I called early in the morning inquiring if early check in was possible, Mr. Huey told me to come right over!! I was not charged a fee and Mr. Huey is so kind and friendly! The rooms are ahhh mazing!! No need to bring your pillows or blankets in because they have you covered. The bed is very comfortable and my room also had a couch with coffee table. There are USB ports basically on every wall. Plenty of free electrical outlets available, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee. All appliances are very clean, well maintained and operable. The TV has USB and HDMI ports to connect all your gadgets. Also a desk with all the ports you need to connect hard wired internet if necessary. Plenty of space and it's so clean and fresh. No lingering odors from previous guests at all. The AC is low noise and very cold. No musty smells or dust blowing from the unit and it's pollen season in Alabama too! Outside they have a patio with nice furniture and grills available. Plenty of parking for cars, RV's and Big Trucks as well. I just can't say enough how surprised I am and ecstatic with my choice to stay at SureStay Tuscaloosa. Thank you so much Mr. Huey and ALL the staff I had the opportunity to interact with. THIS is the definition of southern charm and hospitality. You will not regret staying here at all!!

We stayed two nights and were very impressed. Huey and his staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They helped me print some documents that I had forgotten and then wouldn't let me pay for them. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the recliner chair that was in our room. I want one at home just like it. The rate was decent, the location is good and being right next door to Cracker Barrel was also a plus. A couple of small negatives - the water temperature was hard to regulate and there is no breakfast due to covid. Next trip to Tuscaloosa, we will stay here again!

I cannot say enough about how helpful the general manager was at this hotel. After being stranded due to automobile troubles and having two unpleasant hotel experiences I was desperate for a safe, clean, reasonable and convenient place to stay in Tuscaloosa. When I phoned SureStay, manager Huey Harris ensured me I would be pleased with his hotel, that it was clean and safe and he was willing to waive the pet fee. Because of my situation having to leave another hotel he also allowed me to check in early. I was more than pleased when I arrived to a bright impeccably clean room that was very roomy and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Mr Harris was friendly, greeting me each time I passed the desk and checking if everything was okay. I extended my stay for four days! There was no need to go anywhere else as long as I am in Tuscaloosa. Thanks to management for treating me like I mattered. If I am ever back in this area I will be back.

I had to book a room last minute for a friend traveling through Tuscaloosa. I called and spoke with Huey. He was very helpful and friendly with superior customer service. He did all he could to help me out. He even was able to let me check in early. The room itself was perfect very clean. Although the hotel was under renovation it did not interfere with my stay. If you are looking for a hotel on a budget, I would definitely recommend these guys. There's no other hotel that can offer the safety and comfort as SureStay. Clean rooms, Extremely nice staff, and they are also pet friendly. Huey made my fiancé and I's night. He was really helpful and easy to work with. I was able to bring in my little Yorkie without some ridiculously expensive pet fee. Unlike the other hotels in the area, they are not outdated and what you see in the pictures is literally what you get. They really are a hidden gem.

Needed a new Go-To hotel halfway between Texas and North Carolina, since I've made several trips already and my previous hotel in the Tuscaloosa area was expensive and inconvenient. This place worked perfectly for me. Convenient location-- easy to get off/on highway. Clean room and bathroom, easy free parking and a great price. People in the office were friendly and helpful. I'll be staying here again.

A clean and Comfy stop on a family road trip. The room was nice and clean, and the shower was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The only issue we had was the only coffee in the room was decaf, and the nice lady at the from test took care of that in a jiffy.

We stayed at this hotel last December (2019) when it was still Centerstone, and Huey was incredibly gracious and took great care of us, as we had to plan a semi-impromptu trip from NC to TX. The staff are welcoming and kind, and take care of guests well. Rooms just renovated- no drawers, which is a little weird, but plenty of space. Beds and couch are comfortable and the room was very clean. Shower pressure was good, and housekeeping wore masks; I only had them come every few days in my long stay, just for extra precaution, but they were quick every time. Staff at the front 24/7 and always greeted me with a smile. There was some construction renovating the other wing of the hotel, but it didn't bother me on my end of the hall. No breakfast available during covid precautions, but Huey offered me OJ a few times; masks required in common spaces and people were mostly good about it. Hand sanitizer at the front desk. The windows have blackout curtains that were pretty good, but there are no sheers, so if you open the blinds for sunlight, people can see right in your room, and there are no drawers to hide things like a laptop or jewelry, so plan to put that stuff in your suitcase or in the bathroom, or keep the blinds closed. This is not a fancy hotel, but it is comfortable, reliable internet, clean, with good staff. I felt safe staying here and knew I could ask the staff if I needed anything. Great value. Close to the highway exit and major shopping areas and the university and VA are accessible without getting on the highway. I'll definitely stay here again if I am in town for business again.

May stay was amazing from management to employees everyone was so nice.. Its always a great experience when i stay.. Always my family first request. We arrived early to our room and Huey checked us in without an early arrival fee, he was very friendly and welcoming, good spirits soon as you walk through the door. Our room was very clean upon arrival, tv/WiFi, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. The rooms have also been updated recently so no dirty carpets. Drinks/snacks/ice machine available near the lobby, located right next door to Cracker Barrel and other fast food restaurants. Only recommendation would be for them to get new sheets/towels. Other than that, no complaints. Great for the price and we will be staying there again!

Every time me and my family have stayed we had nothing but the best service and the manager is very nice and always smiling this is the only hotel I come to when I visit Tuscalossa they have always made it convenient

Awesome find!!! I'm a travel nurse and live about 200 miles from this assignment. Wanting to be home on my days off, I'm not interested in short term rentals and paying for a month when I'll be there 12 days. I spent my first week next door at woodspring suites....avoid this!!!!! I arrived to a dirty room and a roach outside the door. Not to mention the marijuana smell that knocks you down. So I called Huey and not only did he offer a great rate, he's so incredibly nice. Customer service is top notch!!! There is construction going on, but it's quiet and has not interfered with napping!!! The new rooms are clean and very comfortable. I'm so happy to have found my home away from home for the next 12 weeks!!!! I'd definitely recommend this place for a comfortable place to sleep!!! Huey is awesome!!!! Thanks for making my time in Alabama pleasant!

Our day started out full of excitement as we were in route for a college visit to AL. Since we were traveling from out of state, we took a rapid Covid test in our state prior to crossing state lines. Much to our disappointment, one of us tested positive. I immediately called to cancel our reservations. Huey became our HERO!! As manager, he was able to cancel our reservation at no cost to us the day of so we did not bring this across state lines. Thank You Huey for providing me peace of mind and doing your part to protect your community!! We will be booking again!

A FOREVER LASTING IMPRESSION @ SURE STAY HOTEL!!! ... A young man named Mr. Marcus greeted me upon my arrival with the most "BEAUTIFUL SMILE" -- in the wee hours of the morning too -- a smile I encountered EVERYDAY that I was there (8-days)... He was soooo - oh RESPECTFUL... Ms. Mina & her husband serviced our rooms with the utmost care & attention to detail... They checked w/me every single day of my stay, and cleaned me and my brother's rooms thoroughly... They were a SHEER DELIGHT and most HUMBLE in their approach and encounters with me... They both have "SERVANT HEARTS"... I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Mr. Huey, by phone first... I took him at his word in relation to the room accommodations and what I could expect during my stay there... He honored EVERY WORD he spoke to me which is extremely rare when it comes to sales, because most people will say anything just to get your money... His presence was there EVERY DAY & ALL DAY which exemplifies the epitome of PERSONABLE... He went above and beyond his call of duty as it relates to customer care & service, and most certainly he is an EXAMPLE that all of his employees may MODEL themselves after both in deed and demeanor... My experience with Mr. Huey and my observation of him brings me to the conclusion that Mr. Huey is a BONIFIDE TRUE SERVANT in heart that aims to do nothing but provide QUALITY SERVICE at a REASONABLE & FAIR PRICE to his customers -- that they may feel comfortably at home while being away from home. I recently moved here and I am styaing in hotels until I find a home. I have been in 3 different hotels in the past 2 months of being in Alabama. Each one kept getting worse than the one before. I had really lost hope on finding a good hotel while also trying to find a home. Well that was until i found this place. The outside is very unique. The inside is so clean. The staff has been like family especially the owner MR. Huey. He is so understanding and very down to earth not like I have ever experienced with a business owner before. He actually works here and does the job just like his other employees. Thank yall so much for being like family!!!

My husband and I recently moved our family here from VA because he got a job here in Alabama. For one moving down here away from my family living in a small town all my life was the scariest thing i have ever done. So until we found a house we had to live in hotels with our 2 kids. That in its self is a nightmare lol being in a small room with 2 small children. We had stayed at a hotel previous to this one and is was awful it really made me regret moving here and about had me moving back home. But my husband asked me to give it one more shot. So we checked in here, at first for only one week but that turned too 2 weeks. This whole experience here at SureStay has been amazing. They are just like family here. The hotel is so clean the staff are so friendly and so understanding to our circumstances. The owner is the most down to earth person I have ever met. The last hotel we had been at complained about how the kids was loud and they needed to be quiet or else I needed to take them outside. No one has complained at all about our kids and I know they can be loud sometimes. I can keep bragging on and on about how great this hotel is. You would just have to experience it for yourself I can guarantee you will not regret staying here!

If find a double bed for two people quite small. first hotel I have ever stayed in with double beds . quite difficult with a family with kids . I have nothing else to say about this room very low budget. Tv to small room to small. stay some place else.

I just booked with sure stay based upon the reviews of the motel and I must say that the manager huey was so nice, professional & more than accommodating to our needs. I titled this review a true blessing because that's just what it was I previously had a horrible experience at another hotel in the city so I left the poor excuse of a hotel in search of decent logging which is how I met a great guy by the name of Huey Harris and it's because of this blessed man all was not lost he waved fees allowed me to check in early and did everything he could to help and it was right on time the room was clean and comfortable and his customer service skills are excellent in all a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
