Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green

I like this hotel very much.This is my second visit to this hotel.Very clean hotel and very beautiful place. Very good breakfast and nice people working in hotel.Next time I will stay only in this hotel.

While this is an older hotel, the rooms were clean, in good condition, with reasonably comfy beds. The location backing onto the golf course is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was decent, but not anything special. The common areas (lobby, breakfast area, weight room) are nice and look onto golf course.

I am always satisfied with my stay at Best Western Plaza by the Green. The staff are pleasant, and the rooms are comfortable. There are several good restaurants in the area, and two are right next to the hotel.

We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how clean everything was here. The golf course was beautiful. There are restaurants within walking distance. We went to the Irish pub on the recomendation of the staff and it was delicious.

Highly recommend staying Here. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Can't say enough great things about my stay. I would definitely stay again and again. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the weight room. Thank u so much Best Western Kent

Came into town for two night stay for a wedding and was greatly pleased with my stay. A smaller hotel but the service by the staff was top notch. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and so thankful that I was able to check in to my room at 1230. Felt great to drop off my luggage before doing wedding activities in downtown Seattle. Amenities to some may have been lacking but in my opinion not the case. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff was able to quickly replenish the food after a large group left early Saturday. The eating area was perfectly sized to meet and chat with other family members in town for the wedding. The gym size is comparable to other hotels I have stayed at. Was able to get in a good complete workout. Rooms to some may have been smaller than normal. However to me it was sufficient for our stay. Beds were comfortable for a good night sleep, and most importantly never heard any noise from my neighbors or individuals. Hotel location is ideal. 7 miles south of the airport, 5 mins to the interstate, and less than 5 mins to several fast food restaurants and a grocery store. There is an Irish pub and Dominos in the same parking of the hotel. The parking lot was well lit and always felt safe when coming late after wedding activities. Strongly recommend this hotel as alternate location if you need to stay close to the airport but not pay airport lodging prices. Won't be disappointed with your stay here.

The staff at this hotel are doing a great job with their service. It's clean, comfortable, and has a reasonable basic breakfast. The guest laundry area and equipment are also well maintained and very clean. Great location for Kent and the surrounding area.

My high school tennis team has been very successful when we come for the bi-district tournament and it honestly is because the way your staff treats us. They go way above and beyond for us….players are well fed at breakfast and at night with the hot fresh cookies.

Pros: the breakfast has options for gluten free and dairy free individuals. They have a good quality tea selection though only one black tea. If you are a wheelchair user, the tea rack is out of reach. They have a lovely window with a bird feeder and bird identification cards framed. This is such a lovely addition. The ADA room had a good bed height for a manual chair, the counter was close enough to the toilet that you have a surface for balance and for supplies you might need access too. The shower I had is roll in which is great. Cons: there is a tv in the breakfast area and no one but one lady was watching it. It was quite loud. I wish the tv was kept silent for a more peaceful breakfast. My complaint about the ADA shower is that the shower head can't be reached from the shower bench. The bed was a bit hard. Lastly, there are bright parking lights that allows a decent amount of room around the curtain. Luckily I brought a sleep mask. Overall it was a great value and would recommend to others.

This was way cheaper than downtown, easy to get to both Seattle and Tacoma. And the food nearby was good. They have a small little free library, microwave downstairs and free cookies at night. I would stay again.

this is the best hotel you will ever stay in.. if they can only receive 5 stars then i give this place 15 star . The staff is amazing and make you feel like family and that meant alot to me because i was there for 4 weeks and i never once missed my home.

Great place to stay me and my wife saw most decent people using this hotel. it's a good choice hotels chain for futures trips hoping every experience can be the same or a plus. Thanks to all staff makes this to be possible. we saw at the beginning in the Bathroom apparently a snot but right after we saw there was an older tiny cracked

All of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating. A very peaceful, clean and safe hotel. Less than one mile from grocery store Safeway. Fresh evening time cookies were a great way to unwind and end the day.

This is a very well located Best Western, with a beautiful lobby, and very nice and accommodating staff, who went out of their way to be kind and helpful. A special shout-out to the young lady who helped us get a taxi for our trip into Seattle. We had a double queen room, with a small balcony and a lovely view of the golf green. We enjoyed sitting and watching the golfers over the weekend! The one negative is that the room was fairly small, especially for a Best Western Plus, and did not have much storage space.

Location is convenient, staff are great and room was clean and quiet. There are multiple places to get food nearby. It's a nice place right next to the golf course. It was a comfortable stay for the four nights I stayed. I will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay for a quick getaway. Easy to get to and lots of local amenities. Great selection in the breakfast room, and great service all round. Staff are happy and friendly. It's my go-to whenever I'm in the area.

$100 More than I would spend on the hotel had I known the mattress wasn't very soft and there wasn't a smart tv. Breakfast was excellent though and left me with a positive taste for my stay. Staff was also very friendly and attentive! I've certainly experienced better for less though.

Customer service was on point. From the front desk to the staff at breakfast - they were attentive, friendly, and super helpful! Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean. This was our first stay at the Best Western Plus hotel chain and we would come back again!

Always friendly staff, always very clean. This Best Western is located back from the main road and back up to a golf course. So it is very quite compared to most hotels. It's a nice place to stay!!!!!

We stayed two nights and the room was just the right size for my two kids and I. Breakfast was free and hot and the staff was genuine in their desire to help me navigate our visit. On-site laundry was an amenity I didn't know I would need, but the hotel had it available with all the things required to do a load.

The property was clean, and the breakfast was great every Staff member had impeccable customer service. It was a good value and the location was close to all we needed. We were there for Christmas time visiting our son and had reserved three rooms for the entire family. Due to weather flights were canceled so we had to cancel rooms and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were very grateful to them

When visiting family in Seattle area, I always stay at this Best Western. Hotel clean, friendly welcoming staff, complimentary breakfast and location is perfect for travel. Throughout the stay I've been asked if I needed anything that would make my stay more enjoyable.

Very good hotel in a suburban location, right next to a golf course and, a little farther out, the Green River. Ask for the golf course side at check in, which is the quieter side. The parking lot side is several hundred feet away from a late night bar, which is somewhat noisy and can bother light sleepers.

Would definitely stay again, but would rent a car next time. Great coffee & breakfast, comfy bed & quiet room. Helpful staff, nice lobby. Lovely walking/jogging path nearby. As a side note, the Chinese restaurant next door was surprisingly good -- very fresh vegetables cooked to perfection.

Great stay. Courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Awesome hot breakfast spread everyday. Clean, safe hotel inside and out. I basically lived there for 2 months due to a house fire at my home. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel and it's staff.

I had spoken with Courtenay before our arrival with a couple of questions. She was pleasant and professional. Helped immediately with my questions. No problem checking in, room all the hotel were spotless. Quiet, safe neighborhood, comfortable bed, and so clean! Breakfast was far better than I expected. A very pleasant stay, and we were given a late checkout with no problem. And the rate is very reasonable for the class of hotel! We have stayed in some expensive ritzy hotels frequently, and this one ranks right up there with the best! Can't wait to return!

I stay at a lot of hotels throughout the year and normally don't review them unless it's to warn others, but this hotel was fabulous! The rooms were nice and clean although it's an older property so the bathrooms could use a refresh. But by far the best part of the stay was the check in and check out process. Two different people but seriously the friendliest and most welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered. I'm sure I could find nicer hotels for around the same price to stay at, but because of their staff, for this reason alone, I will be back and highly recommend!

The lobby area was very comfortable and clean with a back patio overlooking the golf course. Both of our rooms were very nice and had balconies. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The assortment of items at breakfast was very impressive. It was busy and the attendant was rushing to constantly keep things full. She was doing a great job and the hotel manager came and helped for a bit as well, which was nice to see. We especially loved the mini pancake maker!

I was unable to use the online reservations so I called the local number for help. Courtney was able to help me setup the reservation and answered all of my questions and concerns. When we arrived we asked about suggestions for dinner. She suggested the Irish Pub next door, the live music was way too loud for any conversation but the food was Awesome!! The hotel was super clean, plenty of Continental Breakfast choices. One of my main concerns was security in the parking area, we were very pleased with the amount of parking and the fact it was all visible from the lobby area. We have never stayed in the area so I did a lot of reading about nearby hotels, the guest comments were key in deciding where not to stay. It was apparent some guests were not happy about lack of concern by management when reporting issues with parking security and damage to their vehicle.

The hotel Manager as well as Andrew, Courtney and Penny were just amazing interacting with and were so helpful and kind. Everything in the room was in topnotch working condition and very clean. I actually appreciated that cleaning staff weren't going to go in our rooms unless we requested because I slept late.

Great location, easy to get to where we needed to be. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Loved that it had restaurants so close by, and the golf course was fun to watch people playing. I would stay here again.

This BW is in a great location. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We had dinner at the Irish Pub that is within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was well stocked. We will stay there again if we are in that area.

The front desk staff and general manager were the best. They were so kind, helpful and gracious to our family. It was the best service I have ever had at a hotel. You will love it. The location is so perfect for the golf course as well.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Linens were nice and white, plus good quality. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Hot and cold choices. Something for everyone, young and old. Very nice staff.

The lovely woman working the front desk at checkin was very helpful. The room type I had booked was not available so she was able to assist me in finding another option that worked for me. Breakfast was grab-and-go but had a variety of options to choose from. The Irish restaurant adjacent to the hotel was convenient and had great food and there were a handful of other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

This motel met all of our expectations and then some. During a four night stay, desk staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Our room was fine - nothing fancy, but clean with comfy beds. It's worth a few extra dollars to ask for an upper room facing the golf course, which is adjacent to the property. This property represents an excellent value in the Seattle area and it is just 15 minutes from the airport. There is a good Chinese restaurant next door and an Irish pub next to that.

While on a visit to see my wife's father in hospice, probably for the last time, we stayed at this lovely hotel, hoping for a stress-free rest. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled our reservations at another hotel later in the week so we could return to this hotel. I loved watching the golfers from our window, which was very relaxing, and the surprise of the golf simulator located inside the hotel was a treat. The washer/dryer downstairs was an added bonus that we hadn't expected and we were able to use it twice during our stay. The staff were very helpful when we needed information. Breakfast, due to the pandemic, was simple with mostly premade items like breakfast sandwiches/burritos, packaged hard boiled eggs, cereal, etc., but they did have a machine that made pancakes. There are several restaurants in the same complex including an Irish pub, an Asian restaurant, and Shari's, so there were no lack of choices. The only thing we found lacking were wall outlets. I'm not a fan of plugging things into the outlets in lamps, as I've been warned by electrician friends that they aren't the best to plug your devices into. We ended up plugging our devices into the outlet in the bathroom. That said, though, it was a minor inconvenience for what turned out to be an extremely relaxing stay. Kudos to the staff! We will definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

Super friendly and helpful staffs. The room was very clean and well maintained. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!!! The location is very quiet as it is right next to the golf course. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel!!

Convenient yet quiet by the Golf course. The room was clean, the eating area was squeaky clean. They made effort to serve warm breakfast, and the eating area was spotless, again, clean. Everyone was friendly and you feel you're welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel when you are in the area.

Very good service from checking in to checking out! Employees (Penny and day shift guy) care about their jobs. This BW location is very clean, not just inside our room. Breakfast was amazing, a well-stocked dining room, with lots of options to choose from. The price was unbeatable. I was really impressed! My family & I stayed our stay a lot.

I'd definitely stay here again.. there is a restaurant Shari's… in the parking lot. They have a quick ‘grab and go' type breakfast - I suspect that they will return to hot food style as they gain staff. A golf course just up the street, walking park, and Starbucks nearby.

I picked this hotel based on reviews and location. I am glad I did. The room was clean and nice. The front desk staff were some of the nicest hotel staff I have encountered. They always greeted you on your way in and out everyday and it never felt fake. I did request help twice. Both times Courtney went out of her way to help me.

Great customer service throughout the duration on the 5 night stay. The evening fron desk clerk was amazing , she went above in her kindness and helpfulness. Everything was clean and great communication about how thing were working at their hotel.

The staff and facility are great. I have stayed at the best western plus plaza by the green for close to two years now and every time I am greeted with such pleasant welcome, that I wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else.

Though parts of the hotel may appear outdated, the rooms are updated with plenty of charging ports, and modern fixtures. The two queen room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfast had extended hours on the weekend from 5 AM to 11 AM with a wide selection of grab and go and microwavable items. There is a snack bar by the front desk as well. The room was stocked with fresh bottled water and we had full access to filtered water in the breakfast area 24/7. A noon check out with standard during our stay. We would stay here again.

Great customer service, hotel is well maintained. The staff (penny) was awesome in customer in service, location very accessible and clean. Breakfast is well allocated. Definitely will come back and recommend it to friends and family.

My husband and I chose this hotel for our weekend getaway since it was so close to the Muckleshoot casino and it also offered Alaska airline miles for our stay. The facility was clean and the staff were all kind and respectful. We will probably stay here if we come back to Seattle in the future.

I was a bit sketchy when I booked my room but the staff are very friendly and helpful! Pillows were super comfortable!! It was very quiet as well, like where its located as well!! Would definitely come back!

We had a very comfortable stay here. the beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, good water pressure in the shower. Our toilet plugged up one morning and unfortunately there wasn't any maintenance staff on that day. My husband tried to clear the clog, but couldn't. Plus we had some noisy neighbors the night before, so we asked to be moved to another room. They acommodated us on the spot! The breakfast at the hotel was a little skimpy, but the Shari's restaurant near the hotel (walking distance) was very good. I'm sure once COVID is under control and the world gets back to normal, the breakfast will return to what it once was. Prices are higher than they were, but again, that is probably COVID related. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the staff and service.

I stayed here in October of 2021. The Best Western in Kent, Wa is located near a sharis and other restaurants. The place isn't so attractive on the outside but a whole new world inside. I recommend getting the golf course side of hotel. Rooms aee very clean and bathtubs are good size.

We have stayed in a suite, and a queen room. Both were very comfortable, clean, and inviting. We slept very well. There are several restaurants nearby, two right next door, that are very good. This is our go-to hotel when we need one in this area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good considering COVID restrictions. There is a Starbucks a few blocks away. The hotel has a nice seating area and patio where you can watch the golfers at the adjacent course. There is also a very nice walking trail nearby.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. This is my top Best Western hotel and I look forward to coming back because of the great service all the staff provided. Our only disappointment was there was not a continental breakfast. Best Western has the best waffles. I understand about COVID but restaurants are open. I hope for my next visit it will be available.

Beds at this BW are heaven! Courtney at the front desk is wonderful and the location is in the middle of everything! Food, entertainment business everything is really close. Rooms are very quiet and the beds are really comfortable

Our room was clean. The modified breakfast was good. The staff was exceptional. I'm a man of few words so I will not be able to meet your 200 character minimum. People don't read these, anyway. They look at the rating and if it is five star, they go on to the next. Oh look, more than 200 characters.

The staff was so nice to work with and really did want to help. Nice change from some of the front desk folks we have all "enjoyed". I will stay there again any time I am visiting our corporate office in Kent.

I chose this hotel b/c I had to go to a work training session in Tukwila, WA early the next morning. The hotel is really nice and quiet and most importantly, easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful but I did experience a problem. I had called downstairs fora wake up call that never came, so I ended up oversleeping by an hour and had to rush through my breakfast and check out, barely making to the training facility on time. Despite that, this is a nice hotel and should I be in the area again, I would book another stay.

exactly what we wanted...a clean low key hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood. staff members were courteous and helpful. my wife left her therapeutic pillow when we checked-out. when we called the front desk attendant said that he would check our room and will call back. surprisingly, the return call came right away and my wife's therapeutic pillow was at the front desk when we returned to pick it up...just as promised by the front desk staff. thank you very much!

While this was a quiet location in regard to traffic, the air conditioner was rattling and loud. This is something that is common and they should be reviewing the rooms for these issues because if you get a room with a noisy air conditioner and they are filled up, you are toast. Very unhappy about that. Also, their pillows were awful. Felt like they were full of torn up foam chunks and were very uncomfortable. It was a terrible night and I would not stay there again unless I brought my own pillow and double checked the air conditioner first.

After looking near SeaTac for a decent place for the night, rolling my eyes at the prices, then reading so many lousy reviews, I widened my search out of SeaTac area and found this jewel. This Best Western had great reviews, the price was very reasonable and the we were extremely pleased with our stay. It was quiet, no air traffic or car noise. The bed was comfy, the room and the facility was clean, and the staff was friendly. The Best.

The beds here are wonderful and everything you need is very close even in walking distance. Stay here every time I'm in town and I have never had an issue with anything. Great Irish pub next door with great food

Like the place! Easy to find in maps and they have good room. The rooms are clean and it has a nice view since your next to the golf course. Front desk is helpful and they helped me on getting the room that i want even though i booked in a third party site.

I have stayed at this location before and it's in a quiet location on a golf course and away from traffic. There are two restaurants and a bar & grill within walking distance. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I have had a golf course view both times and this visit I had a balcony room that was enjoyable in the evening. Since it's a short drive off I-5, noise is not an issue.

We arrived to a cheerful receptionist who quickly got us to our rooms, ensuring they were as close together as possible. Our room was very clean, smelled pleasant and looked out to the beautiful golf course. It was a very pleasant hotel stay experience.

I travel all across the country both for buiseness and for liesure and I always stay with Best Western. No matter which site I use I get great and professional service. Ihave the pleasure of staying at the Plaza By The Green in Kent Washington almost eveery month for business and the staff there are exceptional!! I always look forward to staying there!

This hotel is located right on a golf course, and is away from the hustle and bustle of Seattle. Very quiet, peaceful, beautifully decorated and conveniently located near I 505. But the best part of this hotel are the friendly, competent staff one of whom is Tom Rowe who went out of his way, to locate a vest that I left in the room the week prior to this night's stay. Wonderful man! Give him a raise!

We were pleased with the cleanliness, the excellent customer service and the close by coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. We visit family in the area and are always pleased if we find a place that we know we will return to.

You could do (and I have) a lot worse. I felt it was a good value and the important things to me (cleanliness, quiet, and comfort) were more than acceptable. The only issue during my 4 day stay was one night a loud guest was in a room above me stomping around being loud after midnight. I would consider an upstairs room to avoid this if you need to go to bed early. Staff was great and it was nice having a view of the golf course out the window instead of a parking lot. I will be staying here again.

The hotel is beautiful with a great view of Mt Rainier and the golf course next door. That staff are outstanding. The rooms were spacious and clean. We will stay there again next time we are in the area.

A group of couples traveling from Sea/Tac international in the morning, we were drawn by the opportunity to play virtual golf. We arrived in the afternoon and although the weather outside wasn't the best, we were able to spend our evening enjoying the virtual golf and a few free drinks from the evening reception. We left too early for regular breakfast, but there were a few breakfast bars and some fruit for us. The shuttle to the airport was great, but our return flight was in the evening and the shuttle doesn't run in the evenings. That was an inconvenience that I would prefer could be rectified. Everything else was great.

On the golf course with a driving range across the street and a simulator in the hotel. Irish pub cafe next door with a great menu! Close proximity to SEATAC and shopping areas making it very convenient!

Quiet area next to a golf course and walking trail along the Green River. Shuttle to Seatac was fast and a real plus. Room quality was great, except the TV was not updated like other BWs that have many more channels.

Great Service, very helpful. We were tired and hungry. The staff recognized this and did everything to accommodate. We stay here whenever we are in Seattle especially going to the airport. The shuttle drivers are the best!

Feel at home, when you are away from home! Oh yeah the golf simulator is amazing! If you are here to play golf or practice this is the place! The "Harp" is 2 doors down with a great bar, excellent food atmosphere! grab a deck of Uno cards on your way in!

It's a bit out of the way but hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent. We stayed for two nights and the price was good. Had better than the average breakfast with eggs and either bacon or sausage available. We have had several good stays with this hotel chain and will continue to us them.

This is an average hotel. Nothing spectacular about it. It is time for an upgrade. Breakfast was fine, but nothing that looked so amazing that I wanted to dig in. A little disappointing there was no pool or hot tub available. Staff was friendly, and everything in working order. Not a bad location for the people and things I needed to see.

My experience this Christmas in Best western Green was great all the staff super kindly, the front desk lady always smiling and so polite, she explain us everything about the hotel and the neighborhood, the room 218 so clean and peaceful, the only think is the shampoo amenities is very small (for a woman) you need to take your own shampoo, the minibar works good the coffee in your room basically you don't need it because the 24/7 coffee and tea service is enough, you just go down and pick it from there (coffee,tea, hot chocolate, apple cider) well i stay there with my husband for Christmas and we enjoyed the stay, clean room, excellent breakfast and coffee break, quiet place at night. So I recommend 100% Thank you for make out stay so comfortable and safe!!

The staff here is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. They will do whatever they can to make you feel at home. I have stayed here 6 times. The hotel is well kept and parts have been remodeled nicely. I stayed here 2 nights for business and 2 nights to site see in Seattle. The manager Andrew made sure I had transportation and information about sites to see after the business part of my stay was over.

I purchased this in an auction and so my boyfriend did a little staycation. We had a nice dinner out, did some shopping at a local mall and then stayed at the hotel. The staff was very nice and we were happy with our accommodations. Would recommend to out of town guests for sure.

My trip was a quick one night stay but the hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel as it was continently located with several restraunts near by.

I have stayed at this hotel before and that is why I booked it again. It is a good location and getting a really good meal is just a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, with a nice view of the golf course, and clean. The hotel also has virtual golf for those that are interested and a decent fitness room. Plus the staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful property and very nice hotvel. Rooms clean, beds & pillows are comfortable. Front desk stay was very friendly and helpful...even had a hand held bag weight so we knew how much our bags weighed before we got to the airport. Not impressed with breakfast. Had waffles which toy can never go wrong with but fresh fruit didn't look super fresh and no bacon or sausage was offered on Sat or Sun. There was an offering of rice each morning which was strange. There is a restaurant within walking distance that had great breakfast for a good price (Sheri's). I'D stay here again with the hope that breakfast was better & the knowledge that I can get breakfast close by if needed. This hotel is only about 20-30 mins from downtown Seattle. It's close to a freeway. Kent is a very nice & beautiful suburb.

Had a very nice three night stay at this little gem in the Kent Valley. It is a very clean and modern hotel for the price point. The staff was great and it was very quiet. The provided breakfast had some nice slight variations during our visit (scrambled eggs, omelets, etc). Nothing fancy, but very nice for the money.

When I am in the area, I always try to stay at this hotel. Staff are always pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and amenities are all current and function well. Trouble is sometimes its hard to get a room here. This shows just how good a place to stay this is.

We spent 7 nights here. We had a second floor room with a ‘view' to the golf course. The balcony was behind large spruce trees which really resulted in no view and left the room very dark at all times. The room was small but clean and quiet. The staff was professional and kind. Daily breakfast was very good. The complementary bikes were a nice touch and the adjoining trail system is excellent. The reason for three stars...is proximity. Restaurants in the area are mediocre at best and within walking distance of not much for activities or amenities Secondly the shuttle service is a disappointment. Says it runs until noon - but really only until 11 am. We paid $33 for a 10 minute cab ride from SEA b/c the shuttle was unavailable. Returning to the airport for a 3 pm flight had us leaving the hotel at 11. For those two reasons we would not stay there again

We were in Kent overnight for a funeral, and looking for an expensive hotel with an excellent rating. The Best Western Plus in Kent fit the bill. Not fancy, but clean, convenient, and comfortable. The bed was excellent, the room immaculate, and there was a breakfast available. The breakfast was perfectly adequate...not fancy, again, but the food was good and abundant.

Our stay at BW Plus was very pleasant from check in to check out. The breakfast was good and each day there were a few different options.The staff was very helpful, professional, and polite. The room was nice and my wife really like the bed.

Best Western Plus Plaza on the Green is pretty convenient stay near SeaTac airport. Location is in a small mall that has additional meal options, Rooms are comfortable-not large but just about right. Beds are very comfy. Our first floor room faced the parking lot, but we weren't disturbed. Complimentary breakfast is satisfactory but ordinary.Staff is first-rate, attentive and pleasant. Only downside is the complimentary shuttle bus to SeaTac airport only runs from 4 am to noon.

This hotel is located in a strip mall across from a trailer park but don't let that deter you. The surrounding neighborhood is fine with lots of restaurants. The staff was excellent and accommodating, beds were comfy, WiFi strong and the fluffiest towels I have ever seen in a budget hotel :).

From the time my husband and I entered the property we felt safe. The check-in was easy and the personnel were very friendly. The room was nice and the maid service was exceptional! Everything was clean, neat, and well attended to. I would come back to this particular Best Western in a heartbeat!

This hotel is nice, quiet, clean. Right of the highway, easy to get to. We had a great room with a patio overlooking the golf course. Wonderful breakfast with hot food and lots of options, super nice staff!

The lobby is very welcoming as you first enter, very spacious and beautiful lighting. As I go to check in, [-] was not very friendly nor engaging. As being an employee in hospitality, I noticed she didn't make my keys but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, as the systems are probably different. When I made the dreadful walk back down the long, ancient, stuffy hallway back to the front desk, she is heard in the back office cursing up a storm. When I informed her she didn't make my keys she laughed and said “oh sh*t.” I understand she may have thought this was okay due to similar age group, but was not tolerated as this made me quickly check out and stay elsewhere. When looking at her demeanor and lack of eye contact, it appeared she was under the influence of a controlled substance. Presumably because there was no MOD that night. Not even going to go into detail about how poor the rooms were and the safety letter on the desk.

the staff are very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is awesome! even the cleaning staff are very pleasant to talk to. there is plenty of parking, there is no bad smell, we will come back for sure to stay here again. Free Fast WiFi service.

Situated in an industrial area. This is a nice, peaceful place to stay by a golf course. I stayed on the 2nd floor, in a room with a balcony facing the golf course. The window looked out onto the tree branches, so no view there. But, if you go downstairs there is an outside courtyard that looks over the golf course (see picture). This was a pleasant place to have coffee, watch the golfers, and the geese that roam around the course Room was comfortable, quiet, clean, with a comfy bed. Breakfast was ok, not brilliant, just basic, one reason for a low star score. Main reason for a 3 star score...my bill. They had charged me an extra day. Had my wife not checked the bill, when the copy came through via email, I wouldn't have noticed it. She rang them and they dealt with it immediately. But I would advise you to check your bill before leaving the hotel.

Good located close to the airport (25min by car), no plane noise, very calm, small breakfast with selfmade waffles, try the selfmade coockies at the late afternoon! No parking fees, locations for dinner around are limited, but the enclosed pub was fine.

The overall hotel was good in regards to the location as it's centrally located to the ShowWare Center, lots of dinning places and a business conference center. The Good: The staff was excellent. The rooms are spacious and have firm beds and excellent A/C. The Bad: No pool. Breakfast was lacking. Overall I would recommend but I would have chosen another hotel that had a pool and better breakfast as it was a family trip. The location though is what sold us, so again... Location, location, location!

The hotel room was very clean, but the air co ditioner us extremely noisy. The hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast had lots of options, although the quality of food could have been better. Some days the omelette had a dry crust on it and the tables weren't clean. I had to clean my table to sit down, while the kitchen staff was socializing. I enjoyed the Tuesday cheese and wine night. I disliked that I didn't have a pool and a sauna at the Kent location on Russell Rd.

I have been going to this hotel for over 8 years and this is my favorite place to stay while travelling for buisness. It has terrific staff with low turnover, a shuttle, free breakfast, gym and it is close to the airport. Also there are several restaurants within walking distance. It is always clean and the rooms are always in great shape. It is a well managed and maintained hotel.

We stay here alot when traveling to Seattle. Best breakfast at any BW. Great walking path around the adjacent golf course. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Very professional crew in a very clean establishment.

This was one of the best stays we've had in a long time. The overall experience was really nice. From the check in to check out! The room was very nice and a great view of the golf course. The shower was our favorite thing... great water pressure! Would definitely recommend!

My favorite part of this hotel was the great fitness center (with a view of the golf course) and the comfy beds! Oh, and the perfectly cooked bacon during the breakfast buffet. I imagine this hotel would be one of my absolute favorites if we'd been placed on the golf side of the building, but our room balcony was over the parking lot, so that wasn't as idea. The fitness center is bigger than most in hotels, and includes a treadmill, elliptical, arm/ab station, free weights, a bench, yoga balls, and more; plus more floor space than most and a wall of mirrors which is standard in most gyms but I've never seen in a hotel fitness center. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and every single person working there is very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Breakfast was excellent everyday. They even had a couple of bicycles that you could borrow if you wanted.

When I have an option to choose between diffwrent hotels if there is a Best Western I always choose to stay there because there rooms are nice and there prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful and i never hace a bad experience when I choose one of the "BEST... Westerns"!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for business relocation purpose. To be fair, the stay was a mixture of pleasure and disbelieve. The good parts. We were picked up at airport by Karl (or Carl) sent by hotel. He was so nice and we felt picked up by a friend. The check in process was more than we expected. For a 3 PM check in, they accommodated us at 9:30 AM, it was more than we expected and we appreciate it. During our stay, we used internet, printer, and breakfast. We were very happy with all services. Hotel was well decorated and well maintained. Our problem started our last day there. We had "No Disturbance" sign on our door. Staff entered, no service were performed, but a sign of we entered was left on dresser. We thought it was done by cleaning crew due to lack of training, so we informed front desk during our check out process. God knows how wrong we were. We were informed BestWestern throughout US practice it due to someone died in a room, we were informed BestWestern check in process informed us and we signed off the right of privacy. Here is my answer. 1) I believe every hotel in the world should have that right reserved, but it should be reserved for special circumstance only. Hotel needs to have reasonable doubt to execute it, and it should not be executed lightly. For our case, there was no reasonable circumstance to warrant that execution. For our case, no life was in danger, no property was damaged, no sign of criminal activity, no one was contacted, no police was informed, curiosity was it. 2) When we had "No Disturbance" sign on our door, a knock on the door is not enough! The scenarios of people might not hear the knock can go very long. This hotel thinks a line on check in and a knock on the door gave them the right to enter without reasoning tell us this hotel does not understand and respect privacy. Curiosity is not a reason to execute that line. Reasonable cause and enough effort of inform customers need to happen before this trust can be break. They had our phone number, but the effort was never made, but they took our privacy away. 3) Front desk reaction gave me the impression that we were not the first one confronted them. There was not an ounce of sorry or surprise. They were too quick to hold up someone else's check in paper in front of me and told me I signed for that agreement. Again, did the other customer agreed all their information, including their address and credit card number were showed to me? I also want to point out that, the front desk did not only speak for this BestWestern, she made extra effort to specify all BestWestern in US practice this behavior. 4) I booked the hotel online, the confirmation I received did not contain the line of me giving up privacy right. At hotel front desk, check in process was friendly and quick. I did not get any piece paper, and did not have time to read any. For our family, unless BestWestern tell us they change this practice, we will not stay with BestWestern again. We do not recommend anyone who cares about privacy to stay with BestWestern.

Stayed here 2 nights. We were very pleased. The room was clean, staff was friendly, fitness area is in great shape, and the breakfast was pretty good. Right next to a golf course so if you're into that it's a benefit.

We had stayed at this hotel a year ago and chose it initially for its proximity to the SEATAC airport. Our good experience was duplicated again this year. The front desk staff was helpful with speedy checking/out. The breakfast was ample and good. The wine/beer and cheese reception from 5-7 pm on Tuesday was enjoyable and gave us a chance to chat with the affable manager. Highly recommend this hotel.

when in the area on business I always stay at this hotel. Ease of reserving a room over the phone while travelling is a plus when you don't know exactly when you will arrive. Staff are always welcoming and well presented at the front desk. The rooms are clean and the amenities are all current and functional in my experiences at this hotel. Breakfast is always substantial and available during their hours. Location is close to Seattle and jus far enough away from the hub bub. The golf course offers nice views from the rooms and ensures a quiet stay

I booked my reservation over the phone and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. She matched the online prices. The breakfast was amazing as well as the coffee. I had a stay and park package and left my vehicle for 6 days. We utilized the shuttle to and back from the airport. The driver was very friendly. Upon our return we called the hotel and shuttle came to pick up my family in about 15 min after the call. The entire staff was always willing to answer any questions I had regarding leaving my vehicle for 6 days since it had been the first time doing that. My family was very satisfied.

We spent one night in this hotel while passing through town. The room was on the small side, and I'm not sure why our room was called a suite. It was just one room with a chair in the corner, a small desk, a dresser and a bed..... nothing more. The room had a small fridge and a coffee maker. There was good bathroom counter space and the shower had very good water pressure. The shower fixture was set a little low on the wall, tall people might struggle a bit in the shower. Like many motel rooms, I would have preferred more lighting overall, but generally speaking it was OK. Breakfast came with the room, but it was served only until 9:30.....9:30 was a bit too early for it to end in my opinion. On the plus side, we had a room overlooking the golf course and it had a small balcony. It was nice to see greenery outside the window, and it was also a quiet room. The other rooms face the parking lot. Probably the best thing about our experience was the front desk staff. We were helped by Penny, who went above and beyond to welcome us and to be helpful. She provided us with great service and was exceptionally proficient at making us feel welcome. Trina was also friendly and welcoming.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times over the years (usually 2 nites) for our annual shopping trips to Kent, as the location is pretty close to our favorite stores. For the price, it's okay as the room furnishings for a BW Plus (midrange) rating, it's starting to show it's age. I'm disappointed that as a platinum member, I have never ever received a comp room upgrade on request. On our 1st night out for dinner at 5pm, I asked the front desk person when the (6:30pm daily) cookies were available, and when we returned she had put some away especially for us! Quite a nice touch! The daily breakfast is generally good, but on our first morning, the girls were ecstatic and commented that it was the best breakfast they've had in a long time! My daughter usually never eats bacon, but on this occasion had over 10 pieces! The staff were courteous and the service was good. The only exception was that my credit card was declined a couple of times, once during checkin and once during checkout. I was lucky that I had an extra one for emergencies. I have been using my favorite card for the last 7 years without incident, including all our charges during this trip, except of course at this BW.

Arrived late in the evening and was greeted by a very friendly, efficient desk attendant. She quickly went through the procedure with a smile. Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows a little firm. Nice size bathroom. Plenty of plug-ins for charges, etc.

Very nice view of the golf course. Great breakfast with lots of options. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are nice and the price was fair. On Tuesdays they serve cheese and wine that the manager bus from the Pike Place Market.

I was a little caught off guard that there is no swimming pool +no microwave in my room since I'm a platinum member, didn't get room upgrade. There was also a hair in the waffle that I made so I wasn't impressed.

The Best Western by Riverbend golf course is an exceptional deal... I've stayed there 5 times and always felt well taken care of by the staff. The Suite which is my preferred room yo book is roomy and has plenty of space for multiple guests or a family with children if you take advantage of a pull out or booking thr adjoining room for additional beds. I have nothing but good things to say regarding this hotel chain and in particular the staff at this location. Thank you!

We had an early flight from SeaTac, 6 miles from the Hotel. With 1-2 feet of snow still on the ground, we opted to stay close rather than drive 60 miles from home. We signed up for a two separate stays = free room deal with Best Western, so the choice of hotel chain was a no brainer and I am a Diamond level card holder. The hotel was spotless. Calming areas to sit and enjoy cookies etc. and wonderful Asian art all through the facility. Out front, there were reserved parking stalls for Platinum and Diamond card holders too. There was a great coffee maker with individual disposable "Seattle Best" coffee. We loved our stay and the breakfast was spot on.

This was the perfect location for our daughter/mom getaway and concert at the Showare Center. It was safe, clean, well appointed and staffed with well trained, sincere and professional people. We had a wine and cheese managers reception waiting for us when we arrived and a wonderful breakfast to send us off.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. All of the staff were friendly, room was a nice size and very clean, and the price was right. They offer a complimentary breakfast, too, which we did not have time for but we did have their nice hot coffee!

I unfortunately only stayed 1 night. It was more than wonderful! We arrived late this last Monday night and we're greeted by 2 very wonderful front desk ladies that we're so warm and personable. The room was great, amazing water pressure, Seattle's best coffee and very comfy beds. Breakfast had it all and more! I loved the fresh made breakfast sandwiches. Once again, coffee at breakfast was great! The front desk gentleman at c/o was very attentive and made sure we were completely happy, which we were! Thanks everyone, we'll be back!

We're moving away from the area and stayed here while the movers finished loading. Quiet. Peaceful. Set up reservations for our next night. Very helpful and friendly. Easy access but close to downtown Kent.

I always enjoy coming here to spend the night or 2 when I'm traveling to the west side of Washington state, it's always clean, comfortable & nice staff. And fresh! They just recently finished a remodel and it was really nice to be in there and see it all completed.

I had a nice stay at this Best Western last week. Good Breakfast and clean and nicely updated rooms with nice new Tv's and friendly staff. Coffee 24 hours a day near the lobby. Had a nightly reception with beer/wine and cheese and crackers.

As I already mentioned in the past you can't go wrong if you book Best Western. This was not an exclusion. It is modern, clean nice and comfortable place to stay. Stayed on the second floor facing Golf course. thank you.

We always have a nice stay at this hotel every time we're in Washington. I like how the breakfast area has be rearranged! My family considers this place our 'home away from home'! I just wish the pillows weren't so hard but other than that I enjoyed my stay!

This is one of the top Best Western hotels that we have stayed in world wide. Upon entering the lobby you realize that this hotel is something special. Smiling friendly faces at the front desk to great you in a professional manor for a fast easy check in. We had a twin queen room over looking the golf course and it was so serene. The room immaculate, not just upon arrive but also for the next two days of our stay. Amazing housekeeping. The beds were nice and firm, the heating/cooling unit so quiet and with no noise from outside it made for a wonderful nights sleep. The whole hotel is spotless and has beautiful furniture and accents throughout it. The breakfast was very good with plenty of selection both hot and cold with constant attention from the breakfast staff. We were fortunate to be there on Tuesday evening for the managers reception of complimentary cheeses, beers and wine in a friendly atmosphere in the lounge area. After a day of shopping it was pleasant and enjoyable event. A big thank you to the staff and housekeeping for displaying amazing friendliness and very high standards during our stay. On our next visit to the Seattle area we will certainly stay with you again! ( PS: my wife spent 25 years in management in 4 and 5 star hotels and your housekeeping is on a par!)

This is a good choice for the Seattle area. The amenities, cleanliness, breakfast and staff here can't be beat. Shout out to Trina for being amazing at the front desk! The bed was just ok and the room was sorta bright at night for me. I think the golf course side would be perfect. Would stay again.

Flying in and out of SeaTac for a Cascades Loop road trip, we arrived late evening and departed two weeks later in the morning, so we stayed first and last nights at Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green. It's a little farther than many of the airport hotels, but they offer a free shuttle (not 24 hours) and by getting a car from the Enterprise in Kent the next morning and returning it the afternoon before leaving, we saved about half the cost of renting from the airport. As platinum reward members, we like the Best Western brand, and as expected, the room was clean and comfortable, the free wifi worked well, breakfast was good, plenty, and available early. What made this one especially great was the friendly and professional service of all the staff. Every single employee seemed genuinely happy and proud to be doing a great job, and sincerely interested in making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I usually don't have special requests, but on this trip I needed to have a package delivered (from a company that doesn't ship to Hawaii), so I asked in advance if it could be sent there and held for us to pick up. They said “sure!” and on arrival, I didn't even have to ask for it — as soon as we got off the shuttle, the front desk was ready for us to check in, and the package was on the counter waiting for us! It was lucky we were planning to return in two weeks, because the package was missing an item. The company shipped a second package and we had a repeat of the same great service from BW when we returned! I'm sure we'll stay here again on our next trip into Seattle.

Everything about staying here was great! The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast had choices for every diet preferences and was always plentiful. Great restaurant right next door so all needs were met at once!

The customer service here is outstanding. The van transports to many nearby locations. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I travel a lot and this hotel is top of the line for half the price. I definitely recommend!

We like this hotel. Roomy comfortable lots of power outlets. Real glass and mugs. A good breakfast but standard American. There is a work desk if you need it. It backs on the a ⛳ but it is still possible to enjoy a walk. A few restaurants within walking distance. The surrounding roads are very slow at rush hours. We will be back next time we are here.

This is a great little property just far enough away from Seattle. Property has had several updates and has a virtual golf simulator on site. Management and his team truly care about their guests. Will stay on our next trip.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while visiting friends in Kent. We had a very quiet room with a balcony overlooking the golf course. The room was attractive as were the public areas of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. There is plenty of parking. The staff was very pleasant. We had a very good stay here.

The staff was great, the place is nice, balcony was a bonus. A little tight between bed and wall though...the pavement at the front was being done I parked where toldand the car was full of dust in the morning, not good...

The hotel is a little off of the main road, which makes it nice for lower street noise. Parking can be a little tight given the location of other businesses that share the lot. The overall hotel is clean and staff are friendly both upon arrival and during the stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I enjoy the BW brand as I have had good luck with them in general and this one is no different.

Very nice hotel. Very quiet. Located on a golf course. Junior suite was very nice and clean. The only two things I found interesting was there was no microwave in the room, no tech support items, i.e. USB ports. Now they were under going some remodeling so perhaps those items may be added. There did seem to be a lack of communication between the front desk and support staff. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends!

Awesome experience. The staff were awesome. Lori and Darrel were who I dealt with and they were SUPER amazing from start to finish. I've been to MANY places where staff were friendly, but not really genuine. Here, they were both. The room was good, bed was super comfy, grounds and appearance were great. Super clean everywhere. Breakfast was more than enough and though not super fancy, it was more than I wanted or expected. Shuttle service was super convenient. Absolutely great value for for the money and I cannot say enough about the staff.

Tom went out of his way to call me when a room became available for early check in - I was exhausted from a red eye flight and he even got me into a room on the quiet golf side. People remember how you make them feel and I truly felt cared for as a valued customer. I've stayed here a couple of years ago and the hotel is being beautifully updated. The rooms are comfy and clean and you can't find better staff. (oh and there is ice cream in the lobby with other snacks).

We stayed here one night before flying out for a 12 day trip. Yes the car is just left out in the lot and it's not gated - but we parked right near the building and felt completely safe leaving our car. The hotel is a bit dated but it was clean and quiet the night we were there. The location was fine and the golf course in the back is lovely to look at. Lot's of places close by to go and eat that you can walk to. We even walked across the road and watched a ball game which was quite fun. Shuttle service was on time and the driver was very friendly - super quick drive to Seatac at 5 in the morning. Car was safe the whole time we were gone and they even called us to make sure we had picked up our car and that we didn't run into any troubles. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions.All in all a nice place and we will definitely come back next time we fly out of Seatac!

Our room, which was very clean, was on the first floor. We had a nice view of the golf course. The staff was great, and the breakfast was very good. It's also walking distance to few eateries, which was very convenient after a day of sightseeing.

On our way to Canada and been here before hand enjoyed the location therefore cane back. Friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are good and fairly quiet. The cookies atvtea time are delicious. Kent Station not far away which is a fun place.

The hotel was amazing and so was the staff. Very close to Hogan Park. Also the breakfast is wonderful. We had issues with the sink in our room, and the staff moved us to another room quickly without any hassle.

Excellent hotel for work - everything is easy, clean and has a great staff. Close to the airport, restaurants - has a nice fitness center and free breakfast. Great value for the money, clean rooms and staff are eager to provide anything that you may be missing.

Good hotel and the price was good for airport parking combination with the hotel stay. Problems started with check in when they were going to charge more than the rate I had print out for. So be careful and check, they did correct but I had to stand firm. The parking is not gated so a little questionable on security. Also did not know that they run only on the hour, so had to catch at an extra early hour. Almost had to take cab back as they tried to close the shuttle just before 11 pm, as my call came in just before 11 and they were trying to say too late.

Gracious front desk, comfortable rooms, refreshing vista of the golf course, adequate gym and business center and a breakfast better than home- fresh cooked oatmeal with pecans and fresh blueberries.... Remodeling lobby so no place to sit and visit at present but anticipate that it will be in place shortly. Thoughtful contacts prior to arrival confirming reservation details.

Shuttle to & from SeaTac Airport takes about 20 minutes. Used extended parking, very reasonable rates. Room was quiet, decor is a bit dated but clean. Internet was good. Restaurants located adjacent to motel. Nice walking trail around a golf course.

We booked this hotel as a package, which included parking our car for 11 days while we were on a cruise to Alaska and using the hotel shuttle to get us to and from the airport. We arrived mid-afternoon, and enjoyed the nearby walking trail along the river and around the golf course. There are also a couple of bikes available for the use of guests. It was a very relaxing start to our vacation. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located adjacent to several restaurants, so we had good choices for dinner, and the following morning the hotel's buffet breakfast was excellent. We took the hotel's shuttle to the airport, which departs hourly, and arrived in good time for our morning connection to our cruise ship in Vancouver. On our return, the shuttle was right there in the arrivals area picking up another guest, so we didn't have to wait any time at all. We were completely satisfied with our stay and will certainly stay here again when vacationing through SeaTac.

Booked three nights in a row and did not show up the first night due to my work schedule so when I showed up the second day they didn't have any rooms available and they charged me for the first night. Had to go find a room at another hotel chain.

There is no plus as advertised at this hotel. The rooms are very small and cramped for the price they charge. There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator did not keep our food cold, when maintenance came they expected us to know the controls were on the back where you cannot access. They turned it all the way up and ruined our fruit.

Stayed here overnight due to an early flight from Sea-Tac airport. Complimentary cookies at reception are excellent! Hotel staff were kind and friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. Everything you need in the room. Wheelchair access is great, all on one floor and lifts if you need them. Shuttle service to the airport only starts at 4am so you may need a taxi if you have a 5am flight. Didn't try the breakfast as we left too early but they did offer a grab and go bag which had water, fruit and a breakfast bar in it.

We spent the night before flying out of the area, The room was clean and comfortable, beautiful view of the golf course. We will be making this our hotel of choice when flying out of SeaTac. We did not get up in time to partake of the breakfast, but it looked great.

Traveled on a two week trip and needed a hotel before an early morning flight, 16 days of parking, and a hotel on return from my trip. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. The room was spotless and quiet. Parking was safe. Shuttle was right on time. Breakfast was above average. Service was friendly and efficient. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our third stay at this hotel. It seems that this time we were put in a wing of the building that was once a smoking section. The room really stank of stale tobacco. Staff were great though the driver could have gone easier on the religious music on our drive from the airport.

Kind of hard to find, tucked in the corner of a smal strip mall. But when you walk inside beautiful, clean lobby. All rooms face out to beautiful green golf course. Rooms are very clean. The bed was a little too firm for my taste but I slept hard as a rock. All staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast offers hot meal as well as cereal, toast, waffle, etc. Great little Irish restaurant walking distance next door.

Very clean rooms and lobby - nice ambience. Excellent staff who assisted us in every way possible when I got sick, including recommending a walk-in medical clinic and having the shuttle driver stop at a pharmacy for us to pick up medicine. We will definitely stay here whenever we fly from Seattle.

By using the light rail system we found it easy to access the amenities of downtown Seattle while avoiding the traffic of downtown and/or the cost of a downtown hotel. There is even better access to the South Center retail and entertainment complex

Traveling for business in Tukwila I always try to book here. It is a good quality hotel with good breakfast and great staff. Close to work, close to a lot of restaurants, etc. Parking lot was somewhat full most nights by 6:00 making parking close to the entry difficult.

We stayed here for a park and fly. For the price they charge, I was expecting a lot more. The rooms are small and definitely need an update. The lobby area was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff were average friendly. The shuttle bus was great and on time. Just not what I expected for the price.

Efficient, friendly staff, clean, spacious room with a free water bottle waiting for you. Balcony that faced Mt. Rainer and a nice work out facility with a golf simulator for those rainy days that WA never gets. The Lobby and Breakfast area have incredible views of the golf course, literally on the golf course! Restaurants within a stone throw away. I would stay again.

I stayed here for work and the lobby and the complimentary breakfast are nice but the rooms leave a little to be desired. They are clean but you can definitely hear your neighbors and the cable sucks. It kept losing signal so it was unwatchable. Front desk ladies were nice when I checked in but seemed less personable in the morning. Overall it met my needs and I felt safe but I would not stay on the bottom floor if possible next time.

Just a very nice stay with quiet updated rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. The breakfast room even had a bird feeder outside with a bird chart inside to ID those rascally lbb's. These stays are exactly why I look to Best Western for my hotel needs while traveling.

We stayed for a nearby sports tournament and the hotel was in the corner of a shopping center which proved to be a good thing. It was raining. Not surprised, so we were able to have dinner at an Irish pub just next door. The room was very nice, and the breakfast had a nice variety of morning eats along with good coffee.

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. One member of our family was unwell and staff went out of their way to direct her to a medical clinic. We also enjoyed a good breakfast and the treat of ‘real' cutlery and dishes rather than the usual throw away plastic. It's been a while now, as I write this so cannot recall any more detail. ?? but would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We returned from Mexico on a late flight to a very cold, windy wintry scene at SeaTac. We had stayed at BW Plaza BT Green on our departure and took advantage of the Park Fly program for the two weeks we were traveling. Our driver, Penny was so thoughtful, called ahead to book a room as we had decided not to negotiate slippery roads. Upon our arrival she offered us a gift bag from the Fuel (food) Shop for a wedding anniversary gift from BW loyalty program. Cup of noodles and warm cookies was just what we needed. Thank you BW, we love this place!!

My family stayed here this past week because we had a hockey game in Kent. The place was very easy to find and we always found parking in the lot even though it shares the area with a sort of strip mall. When we came back to the hotel before dinner, we found that the lobby smelled like fresh cookies and staff was providing cookies to all the guests. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, several kinds of pastries, waffles, and some fruits. Coffee and several types of juice are also served. Overall this was an excellent place for our hockey team to stay.

Excellent visit and the view of golf course was splendid. Great location and easy access to airportt and Kent station, movie theatre and shopping. Looking forward to the warmer months to take advantage take of the golf amenities.

We stayed here before and after a trip to Maui. The staff were very helpful, including the bus driver what took us to the airport and picked us up 3 weeks later. We left our car there and returned to it being as we left it. All in all this is a place we will return to any time we are in the Seattle area.

Friendly staff. Good economical choice for several family rooms, instead of downtown Seattle prices. Enjoyed our stay. We had some family members flying out of Seatac, Appreciated the shuttle. We would stay here again.

Service, as always was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Staff member drove us to a restaurant for dinner and then came and picked us up. Very pleased will return to this hotel. Very clean, great breakfast, quiet surroundings.

We wanted a smooth departure on the day of our long international flight and did not want to drive an hour and a half from our home to SeaTac airport. The "park and fly" option gave us a casual overnight stay and a place to leave our car for the 10 days we would be gone. Although the parking lot is open and shared with several adjacent business, we were able to park close to the motel entrance. Not perfect, security wise, but a decent option for the money.

Very impressed with this hotel. We were there for 1 night to see a concert at ShoWare - couple miles away. Checked in with no problem -- we didn't want to drive to the concert so they were super cool and drove us to Kent Station to have our dinner before the Show and also picked us up from the concert at ShoWare even though it was after 11pm (when their shuttle service is over). I asked them and the lady at the desk said just call us anyways and most likely we will come get you and sure enough within minutes after the show they came and got us and picked up 2 other people from the hotel. Super clean, nice hotel. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, bottom floor - golf course view....couldn't of been happier. Did not get up early enough to eat breakfast - but with all the reviews I hear it is good - and hopefully 1 time will go back and try that. Super nice staff and super nice hotel. 1 of the best down in that area.

I was on a business trip and needed to have service to and from the airport. This was a good choice. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was outstanding. The noise level was low and the location provided easy access to the highway.

My friend and I stay here every year. The Kent Christmas Rush 5K is very close to here. It is so nice to participate in the walk and then go back to the room for a nice shower before starting the day.

I stay here for work a few times per year. The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating. I love the remodel of the free breakfast area. The rooms are clean and comfortable I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

While visiting friends all around Seattle I stayed at this very clean, very friendly Best Western. It was easy to get everywhere I needed to go around Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma. I will be staying here again on my next trip!

This hotel is why I am a Platinum Rewards member. They offer so many things, park & fly, shuttle, a good breakfast, other food and drink near by, even golf. The location is central to many things and easy to get to all freeways.

The staff is always willing to help and the rooms are confortable and clean. We brought a bottle of wine but did not have a cork screw. We asked if the lady could open it for us and she said she would or she would give us a cork screw. The breakfast area had just been remodeled and we found the food great and the facility very clean. I always stay there when I go to the Seattle Area.

Plaza by the Green in Kent is our go to place to stay when we come to the Seattle area. Location works out for us and is out of the hustle and bustle of Seattle proper. Always clean, and good service.

Stayed at this hotel for Christmas concert night up in Seattle. The room was very nice; clean, a very comfortable with many modern amenities. The staff was very helpful and attentive, especially at check in. We would definitely use this hotel again when in the area.

I enjoyed this hotel because it was clean, beds were comfortable, they offered free breakfast and free parking. The staff were incredibly nice. Great place for family with kids. It helps when hotels offer free breakfast because it saves us money. They have a great selection of food. Free parking helps also and saves us money.

Was friendly, clean and easy to find Also near other store and restaurants in walking distance, Staff was friendly and our room was very clean, Bathroom was very large, Our room was very nice, But no mirco wave in room but everything wale was great, there fitness room was very nice and open late to use when you want too. We really like their breakfast, breakfast food was hot and the dining area was very clean.

We came to Kent to spend time with our family during Thanksgiving weekend and had the good fortune to stay at this hotel. We found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful as they were setting up their Christmas tree. It was evident that they really cared about their guests and made sure our room was to our liking as my husband is partially disabled. It was also plain to see that they enjoyed working here. Not only the desk staff, but the maids and breakfast staff were friendly and outgoing. That was all reflected in the room which was spotless and well appointed. We really slept well. The lobby is also a wonderful place in this facility. I felt comfortable taking my book and curling up for a good read for a couple of hours. I recommend this hotel.

Counting back, I probably stayed at this property 500 nights or more. The GM, Andrew is probably one of the best hoteliers I have ever met. The property is well maintained, aesthetically pleasing and recently updated. Having virtual golf is nice touch, but if you want to play golf, hit range ball, or simply chip and putt, this the place for you. Staff is well trained, pleasant and very helpful. Frank Owens

Hotel is clean and comfortable. A little out dated but ok. Staff is very nice and friendly. Parking lot is a little small. Breakfast bar is too small. Needs more item. Did not have potatoes until the friday. No pastried.

We were having some extensive work done in our home and had to vacate for several days. The BW Plaza ByThe Green provided a nice clean and comfortable option. The room was a bit small (but adequate) and the breakfast was acceptable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is a bit unusual (part of a strip-mall) but our room backed up to a golf course (The “Green”) and was peaceful and quiet. Good value.

This is a nice hotel but the bed was the hardest bed I've ever slept on, it was like a brick, the pillows were also very hard. Worst nights sleep I've had in a long time. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was excellent and it's right on a golf course and is in a great easy commuting location.

Located about 1/2 mile from Valley Hwy, quite corner away from freeway and airport noise. Great staff and room, busy breakfast rush on Sunday morning was handled well by friendly staff. Shared parking with Harp Bar next door caused a delay with us finding an open stall near the hotel.

I am very hard to please. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, easy in and out service. Would definitely choose this hotel for all our travel out of Seatac. Oh ya, good cookies too.

This is a nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Front Desk agent Trina was exceptional. Nicely off the beaten path of busy roads and highways. Good restaurants and pub within walking distance. On site golf simulator is high tech with top end clubs. What a great perk! Strongly recommend this hotel.

I hadn't been to this property before so I gave it a try and I'm sure glad I did. The staff is soooo friendly, all of them. I had a nice room, the housekeeping is excellent. I liked the fact that they have reserved parking for Elite members, that sure was a nice touch. And the breakfast was great also. And they have a full time attendant, that was nice. I will certainly be staying here again the next time I come to this area.

We arrived on Tuesday the night before our flight out. The staff at the front desk around 9pm (sorry I don't remember their names) were very sweet. They even had warm cookies in the lobby. If I had to rate the hotel based solely on the pleasant attitudes of these ladies I would rate it as excellent. However the rooms here are pretty sub par. You can hear the toilets flush in the next room as well as people walking and showering in the floor above. We were in and out of the buffet. Seemed like a basic hotel breakfast buffet. Our shuttle van to the airport went well and the gentleman was very pleasant. Overall....great staff here at the BW. Accommodations not as much!

When I arrived, the computer system was down and check-in was delayed. The employees worked diligently to get the system back up and running, and they were very apologetic during the process. It took about 5 - 7 minutes for them to get the system going again, and then I was able to check in. Wait time wasn't bad at all.

Great accommodations and excellent customer service experience. From arrival to departure, the staff took care of my every whim. The Tuesday night social was a big hit and unexpected highlight of my stay. The atmosphere was very warm and conducive to the entire ambiance of the Best Western Plus. I look forward to my next stat and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all my business associates and friends. Great job by all.

We had endured heavy traffic on the outskirts of Seattle and were happy to find this quiet place close to green space and within easy walking distance of several contrasting places to eat. Bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet! Good choice of items at breakfast - we particularly enjoyed the lemon cake!

Staying here is easy. This experience found me travelling for business and reserving over the phone on route was made very easy by the desk staff. ( who were amazing) Upon arrival check-in was very smooth and congenial. Staff were well dressed and were very welcoming. The room, a standard King was clean and well maintained. Bed and linens were comfortable. Always stay here when I'm in the area and there is room availability . Will be back again.

A lovely setting, very clean room with quite a nice breakfast with a nice view of the golf greens. Amenities are very adequate but the exceptional staff is what made the experience excellent. Rarely stay at a motel but this one is superior.

This is my 4th stay at this Best Western and I will continue to return here when I need an overnight stay in Seattle. They are always so accommodating, clean rooms and friendly. I like their airport shuttle service, enjoy their breakfasts and their cookies in the evening. It's right on the Green so nice and quiet.

Really enjoyed my stay! VERY Clean rooms, great customer service and perfect location. Also, hot/cold breakfast is included. Loved that many restaurants are in walking distance. There is a free shuttle that guests can use to go downtown or the airport.

The hotel was excellent value for the cost. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The room was is nice condition. the breakfast had good variety, above average. Check in was fast. The staff arranged a ride to the cruise port for the next day at a good price. Their were several restaurants close to the hotel. Our room looked out over a golf course. A running/walking trail was only 1/2 mile from the hotel. We will stay there again if in Seattle area.

This hotel is so nice with patios or lanais with views of a golf course. The staff goes out of their way to help with requests and are very friendly and courteous. Good breakfast plus a Happy Hour on Tuesday made the hotel feel more like a resort. I was very impressed.

This property is first class. It offers airport shuttle, free breakfast, manager's reception on Tuesdays, great views of the adjacent golf course, coin laundry, fitness room, computers for guests and a great location. There are restaurants, walking trails, and every service a traveler could want nearby. The staff is friendly and efficient. We spent five night without a single problem. In the "olden days" one could expect basic accommodations from Best Western. Best Western Plus has moved uptown.

Great choice for the night before a morning flight out of SEATAC. Staff is friendly and thoughtful, they still bake cookies every night. We have stayed here before and prefer it over other accommodations near SEATAC.

Penny! Penny was absolutely friendly and professional every time i passed by with or without questions. I travel a lot for work and I have to say this is the first hotel employee that was a complete natural at excelling in customer service. Exceptional person! I have never seen her stand still and she's always ready to assist. Tom. I believe he is the Assistant Manager. Tom is always welcoming with a big smile and ready to help. If it wasn't for Penny and Tom, this would be just another hotel in my many stops. They make this Best Western memorable since this is the first review I've ever left for any hotel. Wonderful staff! (With the exception of the early morning heavyset lady who told me to go buy water when i asked for one which should have been part of the Grab & Go package.)

I was very impressed by this hotel. We used it as our airport hotel as we were flying out the next morning. The room was very clean and nicely kept up. It's also not too far to drive into Seattle. Reasonably priced. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because we had to leave too early for that. I sort of wish we had more time to spend here, rather than just the one night! Oh, rooms in the back have nice view of golf course next door.

Nice place to stay, on golf course, clean rooms, great breakfast, even have bicycles to use on nearby trails. Would stay here again. Great customer service. No off smell, as I am very sensitive to chemicals or if someone smoked in the room. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful experience... staff and hotel couldn't have been nicer. Rooms very clean. Location great between Tacoma and Seattle, and easy access to I-5. Very good breakfast with great selection! Cookies every evening. Internet worked ok but had to reconnect about ten times a day.

We stayed for an event at the race event. Not too far from the track. The staff was great and the room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Fair prices for the quality and location. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay and will be staying there for future events.

We recently spent a week at this hotel...the place is very clean, well kept up and very friendly staff. The wifi didn't would not stay connected, but we were busy and not using that much. One note and it's not the hotel issue but the Sharis Restaurant in their lot has lousy service

This hotel is conveniently located close to SeaTac Airport, and has a wonderful "Park and Fly" package which includes a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It backs onto a gorgeous golf course with tree-lined walking pathways around the fairways, greens, and along a river. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, has a friendly and helpful staff, and is very quiet. My wife and I live about 100 miles north of Seattle, and have flown into and out of SeaTac many times in the last 25 years. This hotel is by far our favorite place to stay before a flight. The workout room, computer center, and complimentary breakfast are very adequate. The freshly baked cookies available in the evening are a nice treat.

We stayed here for a family event, and also rented the conference room. Admittedly, the hotel does not have many frills, but has everything you need, and is attractive for those wanting to play the golf course. The conference room inside the hotel was under construction, but we were able to utilize one of the suites in the attached strip mall. Kaisa, the assistant general manager, provided exceptional customer service. She accepted food delivery and helped set up the room. When we had more guests than expected, she was able to help wrangle additional paper plates and silverware.

Hotel had everything I needed with no issues. It was comfortable, had free wi-fi, a business center, breakfast daily, Friday afternoon snack, appropriately cold in-room fridge, and a workout room. The only thing missing at this location was a pool. The staff were all super friendly and professional. The shuttle service was awesome.

I am a Best Western Rewards Member stay over 6 times a year at BW. This Hotel charged my a " Incidentals" Charge of over $100.00, without telling me. And when called to ask about the charge. The employee could not explain what it was. But did tell me it would be reimbursed on my account. Really? Never at any other BW have I had a problem. Service at check in, Tom is great. Check out, could be improved. Hopefully Ill get my money back. Not a great typical BW experience

The shuttle service was very good to the airport and we were able to park our car there while we where away.The hotel was being renovated while we were there but was not an issue,the breakfast service was okay

Great hotel about 20-25 mins from Seattle without the high hotel prices. Room was very clean, and beds very comfortable. Although there was a "free" breakfast, options were slight. Wifi worked great, and staff was wonderful. Penny was the perfect agent upon check in after a long day of travel. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this location several times and are happy with our experiences. It's convenient to the locations that we frequent. Price is a bit high, but it seems the Seattle area hotels tend to be overpriced.

The hotel staff at the front desk were a great help in getting a ride for us to and from the car rental the night before our flight. The day of our flight they then gave us a shuttle ride to the Seattle/Tacoma Airport at 4:00 am in the morning! There is an elevator to the second story for those who can't use stairs. Also, they have a "FREE" Breakfast in the morning.

This is a difficult review to write. First I should say, the hotel is nice, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is decent, the location is semi convenient to things around the Sound. BUT... We stayed there two nights, During the day between the two nights, there were several items that were stolen out of my hotel room. No sign of forced entry and all fo the doors were locked when we left in the morning. Several bags and my laptop were taken, many other bags were not touched. Very apparent that it was an inside job. I've traveled a lot and this was the first time that this has happened to me. I know that it could happen anywhere, but it happened here. I would not feel safe if I stayed here again and I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.

We stayed at the Best Western in Kent for a very special event, we had booked our room a couple of months in advance & from the very minute we arrived, it was a disaster. We had reserved a block of rooms yet they were all spread out between the floors. At the time, the bar & restaurant were closed but being that it was only 3:30 pm, we didn't think much of it. After our event, up on returning to the hotel we had planned to change our clothes & sit at the bar, have a bite to eat & a drink. Yet again, both the bar & the restaurant were closed, the desk help informed us that for the inconvenience of all the amenities being closed that the shuttle would be happy to take us to a place to eat etc. Of course, there was a major catch, we had to wait 45 mins for the driver to arrive at work. Now iterated & starving, we decided to just walk to a place nearby. After we returned from dinner, we called the front desk & asked for an extra blanket, the room itself was not stocked with any spare linens & the bed spread is paper thin. The next morning, getting up with an achy back from the hard bed, we go down to breakfast & ask what time we can get into the conference room we reserved for our group to gather & were informed that it wouldn't be available. Eventually they offered us a room that had a bunch of tables & chairs stacked in a corner & smelled of mildew quite bad. Having no other choice, we decided to hold our gathering out in the lobby, which was very awkward being that people were milling around having breakfast & checking out. A situation we had tried to avoid. We went back to our room to gather our things shower, etc & the maid walked into our suit ignoring the “Do not disturb” sign while my husband was stark naked in the living room. He yelled at her to leave & she acted all offended by being scolded. My husband went down to take a few things to our car & when he got back, told me that he felt he was being harassed & stalked by housekeeping. Now mind you, it's only about 9:30 now! This room was no cheap, the lack of service, amenities and the restaurant being closed on a Saturday is unacceptable. We normally stay at a Holiday Inn where we have never had such issues! I do not recommend this stay to anyone if you have a choice. What a miserable nightmare.

The experience was hands down one the best I have had at any best western; and I stay at these a lot. The view of the golf course was nice and the rooms were very quiet. There is also a Chinese restaurant next door that was very good and also had great service as well.

Great hotel, very friendly and the facilities are top-notch. Used their computer to print boarding passes. Breakfast was good, but need another waffle iron because the line was long! They are located in a plaza with plenty of parking and shuttles to the airport. If i ever come this way again, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located outside Seattle WA. It is close to the highway so you can get to where you want to go but not too close to the highway. It is a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast was abundant and good quality.

Pleasant and helpful staff, four eateries within easy walking. Would suggest to avoid the Chinese ... but the Irish Pub was quite good. Easy access to freeways to get to local attractions. The breakfast buffet was fresh, good and a pretty good selection of different items.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptional. We liked the breakfast and watching the golfers on the green. While in our room we heard a thump on the wall. The pin was only 75" from our window. We really appreciated the shuttle service from the airport and the most friendly driver. The only negative was that the lighting in the room was quite dim as the room pictures show. Will stay here again.

The excessive rate increase for summer coupled with remodel of breakfast area does not blend well! I stay here for \\business not a summer vacation! This last trip will make me evaluate my choice of motel in the Kent area!

Would have received excellent if it weren't for the fire alarms. Rooms, staff and amenities were excellent. We would choose this location again next year if we could be guaranteed a good night sleep without fire alarms. We have stayed at this location for years and have always returned because it's the perfect location for us. We are hesitant to stay again.

The hotel was nice and staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Area was nice and had restaurants and bars within walking distance. Breakfast was good, but needed a bigger area to accommodate the amount of guests eating. Transportation was available to airport and rental car pick-up without much of a wait. I would stay here again.

A quiet hotel, off the beaten track in Kent, WA. We had a nice view of the golf course off our little balcony. The very friendly and helpful staff helped make our visit enjoyable. And a full breakfast, too!

Family stayed here 2 days on our last leg to the PNW to visit Seattle and Mt. Rainier. Good location, room has patio over golf course, nice breakfast, but wifi was spotty in room. Carpet in elevator and hallway are worn & need replacing. Check in/out was speedy and staff was very nice. Welcoming and nice to have coffee/tea and cookies, fruits avail for guests. Would stay again bc we're BW members :).

We enjoyed a very pleasant two day stay and will definitely come back that hotel again. The reception area was very inviting and comfortable. There is also at seating area outside, with comfortable chairs and sofa and looking over the adjacent golf course. The rooms were comfortable and a good sized bathroom. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

I have a view of the golf course, so it's nice to see green outside the window. This hotel has free bananas and apples in the evening, unfortunately we brought excess fruit, so we didn't take any. Someone said there was free fresh baked cookies later in the day, but they ran out by the time we checked in. We stayed at six different Best Western hotels during this trip, and so far, this Best Western is the only one WITHOUT a swimming pool. If you have a family who does not golf, try to pick a different Best Western hotel; I feel I paid a premium to stay near the golf course, but I don't golf. I would have preferred a different Best Western with a swimming pool instead for my kids.

I have a satellite office in the area; thus, I have stayed at this property for YEARS! Even though I'm an old face, the staff from the top down has always gone out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Having spent countless evenings there throughout the years, it truly feels like my home away from home. I'd also like to note that a new hotel had sprung up exactly across the street from my office, but my loyalty to the wonderful people of BW Plaza by the Green has never wavered.

This hotel is located off the beaten path in a quieter neighborhood. The property is new and well maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are good sized and well appointed. Being quiet people we found its location next to a golf course appealing. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with woodpeckers and birds feeding outside the window as we ate. If you are the quiet type, this hotel is for you.

This motel is very very overpriced for the very very bad area it is in. It has no in room microwave. If you want coffe or tea at any time as they say at this,best western you have to ask and that is very annoying to me.

This was our 3rd visit to the BW Plaza By the Green and it will be our last. While it's a beautiful BW, all of our stays have been less than stellar. What made the issues stand out even more was the fact that we enjoyed a wonderful stay at another BW in Grant's Pass the night before. For $100 more a night than the other BW, we were placed in a room that made our family of 3 adults feel like sardines in a can. The vanity is located in the bathroom, so while one person was showering, the others couldn't get ready. Upon check-in, I explained to the sweet, friendly young lady that we wanted a quiet room since our previous stays had been marred by the roar of golf-course riding lawn mowers and the loud voices of people at the bar located within the same parking lot. She assured us we would get a quiet room. The room we were given was next to a street where we could hear the flow of cars all night long in spite of the noisy air conditioner. We could hear our neighbor's conversation and television. As we were leaving the next day, I popped into the breakfast room to get a banana. The bananas were so green, they were inedible. I grabbed a yogurt and asked the breakfast attendant if there were any plastic spoons to go. She acted as if I were bothering her and mumbled that they were next to the microwave located in their "store." For the price, we just don't feel this BW delivers. It's noisy, the rooms are small and the bathroom situation doesn't lend itself to being efficient when there is more than one person getting ready. It's not a terrible hotel, but compared to other hotels, our family hasn't enjoyed our stays.

My family and I arrived to explore area colleges for our graduating senior. From the moment of our arrival, the staff went out of their way to provide helpful information and premium service. In particular, front desk staff Penny and Tom were cheerful, kind, informative, and ready to assist. The fresh baked evening cookies were a delight to both my kids and the front desk staff enthusiastically enrolled the kids in the expectation of the hot baked treats. There was always a generous greeting whenever we came and went for the 6 days we stayed. We always came back to a freshened room (which, after 3 days of 4 to a room it can get pretty stale). The rooms were clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. The shower has great pressure and there was always hot water available. In addition, the housekeeping/breakfast staff were amazing. Magda and her co-worker (I'm sorry I did not catch her name) went out of their way to keep us supplied with morning necessities like coffee and butter, even when we overstayed our breakfast time-limit. The breakfast itself was hot and plentiful and the kids loved to work the waffle machine. Our only disappointment was that there was not a hot tub or pool. Otherwise, quite a lovely stay and we would be thrilled to stay again.

I'm snobby and really like this hotel. Very clean and mgr Tom Rowe was great and welcoming. My husband forgot his bathroom bag and they supplied deodorant and a tooth brush. Tom made a great restaurant recommendation at the Harp bar next door. Can't wait to have breakfast in the morning. Oh and the view of Mt Rainer from our room was great!

Let's start with what was positive about this location and there is quite a bit. The staff was really good and the front desk staff included some of the most professional people I've seen at a Best Western Hotel. I slept well here, the shower was great, and the noise levels we're reasonably low from outside even if you didn't have the View over the golf course. The lobby is unusually nice for this type of hotel as well. In the mixed bag category was the breakfast which is pretty decent but sometimes overly crowded. There was always a meat option which change from day-to-day and eggs which were always the little Egg McMuffin kind of patties. This was okay but not as good as having regular eggs in my opinion. The fitness center was also kind of mixed with a limited selection of aerobic gear including one bike but not a recumbent bike. The gear that was there did mostly work well though the treadmill seem to have a loose belt on it such that it didn't start up well if you were standing on it. The internet was a very weak point and unfortunately this is of course an extremely important thing these days. While there was internet, it was painfully slow much of the time - so much so that I ended up using a portable hotspot much of the time. They were also ants in my room and even though I reported it it the first day they showed back up again by the 4th day. Not a huge deal but I'm sure some people would be upset to find an ant crawling on them twice. This was an older property clearly but with a lot of Renovations that have happened over time and there really was a lot to like about it. But a few things like the internet really need to be improved for this to be a good choice for me for future stays.

This beautiful hotel is hidden in a convenient area near downtown Kent. It borders on a golf course which makes it feel in the country and not in town. The staff is friendly and caring and makes your stay feel more at home. Our room was comfy with a small patio facing the golf course. We would stay there again!

Even changed our room to better view! Enjoyed the continental breakfast, liked watching golf tournament from our room. Liked the homemade cookies each night. TV had good selection of programs, try the Chinese Restersnt next door, Orange Peel Chicken very good.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in. Staff treated you like family - always willing to please. Breakfast good - beds exceptional. Hotel was clean and has great amenities - close to a fabulous restaurant - Sherri's

all staff were excellent Andrew, the manager was very nice and checked to make sure everything was going well. Kaisa was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Irvin, Johanna, Edit, Jena, Shawn, windy were all excellent. your staff is great.

Excellent choice for a stay in the Seattle / Tacoma area. Kent is right in between Tacoma and Seattle, allowing you access to both cities for a fun visit. Lot's to do and things to see. The staff and room were very professional and courteous. We definitely recommend this hotel. Our stay was for seven nights.

We spent the day in Monroe, WA visiting family. Lunch at Toscano's and a drive to Kent for the nite. Monday night was our grandson's graduation from Enumclaw High School held at the White River Ampitheater. It was chilly and windy as evening cool winds moved into the area. We celebrated with family for awhile then headed to Olympia, WA.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now for a total of 16 nights. The hotel staff is wonderful and it backs right up to a golf course. The breakfast is good and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Adjacent to the Riverbend Golf Course this hotel rates excellent due to its friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle service is available to the airport and Link rail system to go downtown. Andrew, Tom, Penny and the rest of the front desk personnel were wonderful. Added bonus was the free breakfast every morning. Thanks for a nice stay.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. Although hotel said they would gladly shuttle us to near-by locations. Customer service was great, very friendly employees. Will stay here again.

My family recently visited the Seattle area for a wedding but stayed for the sights. This hotel was clean, had friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast daily, and was the perfect spot to stay to travel to Seattle and Tacoma, being right between them. They had free bikes to borrow and there were many walking paths as well as a shopping center close by with free shuttle service in the area. The shuttle was available to and from the airport as well as to the light train station for an easy trip to Seattle. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed another nice stay at Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green. Its by a golf course that is fun to play. We liked our king size 1st floor room. The King size bed is very comfortable. There is a comfortable chair, desk, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, dresser area. The included breakfast buffet was good. There is also a a comfortable lounge area with hot tea and coffee service. In the early evening, they also have cookies. We did our laundry which worked out nicely. Staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is free. In addition, WIFI speed is very good.

I chose to stay at this Best Western property due to its location in Kent, very near where I needed to be for work this week. The hotel is an older property with some wear and tear here and there, but it has been decorated nicely and the room was comfortable. All the staff I met and interacted with were very friendly. Good water pressure in the bathroom, good internet speed, good choice of channels on TV, and my room had a peaceful balcony overlooking the greenery and trees of the gold course. There is a Chinese restaurant next door, a brand-new pub/eatery after that, and a Shari's all in the same complex.

I enjoyed my two nights at this Best Western. The room was almost identical in furnishings to the Hilton I stayed at in downtown Seattle for the two previous nights, and it was half the price. Granted, we were in Kent, rather than downtown Seattle 23 minutes away. But the quality of the hotel was just as good, the service staff was excellent, and only the complimentary breakfast was somewhat lower in quality than the Hilton. Microwave egg patties and bacon, versus the real thing. The rooms face a golf course, adding to the comfortable ambiance. I will stay here whenever I return to Kent.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room and services. We had stayed at a more expensive hotel just one week prior and the service could not compare. The location was perfect going to and from the airport.

The hotel is extremely clean, great location right on the golf course, the staff is always friendly and truly caring. The breakfast was fresh and the staff is right there if you need anything. It was like staying with family.

Spent a peaceful 2 nights here. Had a nice view of the golf course.Great amenities and the best shower experience ever! The breakfast choices were very good. Would have liked a bit more machines in the laundry area but the price was very reasonable. Several dining choices within easy walking distance. And it was an easy drive to the airport.

Good for an overnight stay prior to a flight out of SeaTac. Free shuttle runs hourly 4 am to 11 pm - about a 20 minute ride. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was better than most. Included eggs, bacon, oatmeal and more.

Wasn't hoody like the area and definitely better and cleaner than the neighboring hotels within this specific area. I had great overall experience which is more than I can say about the other hotels in the area.

Great place to stay, the staff is excellent they will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and part of their family. They offer a shuttle to several places in town, really nice after driving a long distance.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Best Western and I am still very impressed! very quiet rooms, looking over the golf course is great and awesome hot breakfast. We will be staying here everytime we come into to town to see family!

So not your typical hotel location, yes the hotel is situated in a plaza or strip mall whichever you want to call it, but it is surrounded by a golf course and very large park area, also not that far to the airport. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, always said hello or goodbye and they had a Tuesday Manager's reception that was nice. Lobby area is very nice and open and seemed clean. Rooms were not bad, bathrooms had a lot of room to move, room was clean, bed was comfortable, rooms did have a refrigerator but no microwave, Wi-Fi worked well. My only issues were they tried to put too much furniture in the room, the chair and stool sat in front of the heater unit and you had to climb over it to turn on or off, also watch if you get a balcony room not all face the park, some face out to the plaza parking lot.

The staff were very nice and the room clean and well presented. I like rooms to have windows that open, which this hotel has. The bed was comfy, and water pressure good. The drains worked well in both the sink and the bathtub. I booked to stay there for my next two 'park and fly's'. Note: I thought I booked through the hotel website, but it turned out it was through one of the hotel booking sites. This has happened before. From now on, I will phone the hotel directly to make the reservation. Those booking sites are very tricky in the way they present on the web page.

Usually stay at another brand that offers hot breakfast. This occasion wanted a hotel closer to the house we are leaving. What a Wonderful surprise this BW has been. Rooms are a bit small but well appointed and very clean. Front desk staff is great. Good bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast at this hotel is way better than the brand that ends with express. The Lady maintaining the breakfast area is Wonderful, working to keep the room clean and tidy. Five Star Hot Breakfast. We will be staying at BW in the future after this experience. The rate was nice as well, we had no discounts and the rate here was lower than our corporate rate elsewhere. Nice property and staff.

We used the motel to leave our car at when we flew out of SeaTac. It is a 20 minute ride to the airport but didn't mind the extra few minutes at all...it meant we had a quiet night sleep. Well worth it.

This was our 3rd time staying here, and has been consistently enjoyably. Easy access to freeways to be able to sight-see and quiet and clean for relaxation. Price is reasonable, breakfast has basic offerings in a nice room overlooking the golf course.

This is a great find! Not far from the airport. Golf course. Freshly baked cookies! Friendly staff. Clean and bright. Paolo's Italian Restaurant is a short drive from the hotel. Express checkout and a variety of breakfast items. Best Western what I expect!

The hotel locates in a small plaza with some restaurants. The room is quiet if you have a room facing the green (golf course). Hot breakfast is good and many choices. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Wifi is stable and fast. Free shuttle from and to SEA airport is surely a plus to stay here.

The front desk here far exceeds what you will expect from a Best Western. In April 2017 my son discovered he left his bag in their airporter shuttle once we were an hour away from the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk promptly offered to drive his backpack to a FedEx location where I had the bag overnight shipped. My sons homework assignments were in his bag so their extra effort here diverted a huge problem for him and alleviated a lot of stress. Great People Here!!! I met the General Manager at the wine/cheese social on Tuesday night (free for guests) and he is a very kind/professional man that cares about his customers. I saw him personally thank each guest for staying with them. This caring resonates among his entire staff. This was a Ritz Carlton experience at a much lower price!!!

The staff was able to get us picked up early at the airport and was able to get us in our room early, they were a lifesaver. The front desk personnel went far above the call of duty and even offered us breakfast!!

I've used this hotel twice now for a sleep, park, and fly package. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. While there are many hotels closer to the airport, I like this more quiet location. The shuttle to the airport was reliable, and staff were very concerned with making sure we could catch the shuttle on our return, even though our flight was very late. It all worked out, and I credit the staff's level of care to get this done. The breakfast has a good variety, but I've had better at other similar hotels. Still, you can't get a much better view with breakfast, looking out over a golf course.

Very neat and tidy hotel. Odd location at the end of a strip mall don't let that fool you. We had a great view of golf course. Wonderful people work here. There is a Chinese restaurant, Shari's, and Dominos in the same parking lot easy walk. Stay here ! Not right next to I-5 but easy to access back and forth to freeway. I will be staying here often.

We arrived after 10pm and the staff was so polite and had upgraded our room to the Rainier Suite which was wonderful since we were staying 4 days. We didn't quite know what to expect because the price was so reasonable. The king bed with king pillows were perfect, we prefer a firm bed. The bathroom was roomy and well lighted with plenty of extra towels. Large closet and and nice flat screen tv with good channels when we had the time to watch. Outlets everywhere and easy to plug in phones and chargers unlike many place we've stayed lately that cost three times as much. The hidden frig was perfect for our water & drinks and the table for 4 in the nook was used to wrap some gifts and play cards. The chair and ottoman with reading lamp was nice. We had six in the room with no problem for cards & watching football. Balcony and second window brought in plenty of light and blackout curtains keep it dark when needed. The heat/air unit was under the window in the nook area so we weren't disturbed at night hearing go on and off. Just a very nice room. We did go down for breakfast once and the buffet was much larger then other chains. Even had soy milk! The fresh cookies at night were an added plus and coffee and tea plus fruit available in large lobby sitting area facing golf course greens. Staff was friendly and even let us use tape needed for the wrapping. After the 5 hour drive returning home I realized I had left athletic wear on the hook in bathroom and called the following day to see if it was found. Denise took my info and got a hold of housekeeping manager who called me right back saying they had it and would send it out to our home! Above and beyond many of the five star resorts/hotel we have rewards with when it comes to customer service. A hidden gem. Enjoyed Kent Station just a short drive away. Thank you BW Plus staff & management, we'll be back!

Loved this hotel because of the friendly staff, Penny and Katalina, were friendly and professional. I checked in on my birthday and I wanted to indulge myself to an ice cream cone. They were so wonderful and treated me to the ice cream and wished me Happy Birthday. Its a small gesture of welcome and I appreciated it. The breakfast was excellent and most importantly the bed was so comfortable. I recommend this place to every one!

Stayed here for the first time while on business in the area. Adjacent to a golf course is definitely a bonus, however will have to wait for better weather to take advantage of that. Staff was congenial and more than acomadating. Rooms were in nice shape , clean with current functional amenities. Bed was comfortable and the linens were good as well. Price of the hotel was also a plus. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and good quality. Will stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff, 1 1/2 miles to the Showare Center and great breakfast. The breakfast had several nice options. Enjoyed the blueberries compote on the oatmeal. We would stay here again if we are in the area. We went to Dickie's for a barbeque dinner which is very close to the hotel.

When you think 'Best Western', you don't usually think 'wow' but this BW is really nice. I recently stayed at a Marriott which was horrible, especially compared with this BW. Here are the little things that really add up to a 5 star rating: Free WIFI Brightly lit bathroom - ok - not for the guys but try putting on makeup in the dim lights of most hotels... HOT water in the bath. Most hotels keep it just below hot to minimize burns -I assume. However, that means using MORE water because we think the water will get hotter. I love hot baths/showers - this was great! Easy check-in and electronic checkout -yes! Larger than most TV screen with viewing guide (TV guide). Hardly ever find this at Marriott. View of golf course from room - very nice. Huge breakfast options (more than at Courtyard or SpringHill) My room was large - some reviews said the rooms were small. Try room 423... it was next to a 'suite'-maybe that makes a difference? Bedding -very crisp/clean feel. Large lobby area - open feel Extremely reasonable (look for deals) price! and last, but not least, towels - THICK!!! Better than Marriott! And the bathroom was very, very clean. No chipping paint, rust or dirt behind the toilet (often missed by housekeeping) For this level (not a Four Seasons) of accommodations, it is at the top!

I always stay at Plaza by the green because of the excellent staff, amenities and nearby attractions. It is a quiet hotel, unlike the ones in Seattle. It allows for a peaceful nights sleep and a decent breakfast in the a.m. that is complimentary. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the staff is there to make sure your stay is a pleasant and relaxing one.

I have come to Kent twice on business and both times have stayed her at Best Western. Great hotel with allot of conveniences at a great price. Stuff that saves me time: complimentary breakfast, weight room and central location. I recommend a stay.

We stayed here Oct 2016, and were very impressed. Very helpful staff, and lovely lobby. Nice room, very quiet, comfy beds, Seattle's Best coffee, view of the adjacent golf course, updated bathroom. Breakfast was the usual, served in a fairly small room but it was adequate. The price was excellent for the area, making it an outstanding area. Kent is a bit of a depressed area, but there are lots of good restaurants and a nice downtown. There's a Shari's within walking distance to the motel. (We went to the Olive Tree, about five miles away. I highly recommend it!) My only negative comment is that although this is a non-smoking hotel, smokers congregate around the entrance. It sort of distracts from a good first impression. Inside is spotless, though.

The drive from the airport was only 10-15 minutes. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Since we didn't really want to drive in to the city, the location was perfect for us. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the Tukwila Light Rail Station which offered free parking. Travel to the city was then just 20–30 minutes, depending on destination. We recommend it highly, and would definitely stay there again.

We travel extensively for sports and this property was one of the better we have stayed at for location, amenities, willingness to allow for teams, and overall value. The only downside was the lack of roll away beds for families with more than 4 people traveling, it forced them to get multiple rooms.

Positives first, the staff is friendly and the rooms clean BUT this hotel is nowhere near SeaTac. (We had to wait over thirty five minutes for the hotel shuttle.) The rooms are very very poorly sound proofed. You will hear everything from the adjacent rooms, the constant road noise from the Hwy, and the frequent trains that roll through and blow their horns (like the ones at 2am, 2:34am and 2:54am when I counted their average of ten to twelve pulls on the horn as they passed through town) Throw in a noisy frig compressor and you have a most unpleasant stay, we may have gotten a total of three hours sleep. We would have been better off sleeping in a chair at the airport.

Well-maintained hotel. Clean, well-kept room. Nice golf course view. Attentive breakfast staff. Friendly staff overall. A good stay. Easy access from/to I5. When Seattle hotels were running 2-3X the price, this was an affordable alternative.

The Seattle suburb of Kent is conveniently close to the airport when travelling. Apart from a little aircraft noise (which stopped at night anyway) it's location overlooking a golf course is very pleasant. Our room was typical of what I would expect of the BW brand. Would have preferred a firmer bed for my bad back. It had a nice little balcony to sit on overlooking one of the golf greens. Complementary breakfast was good with plenty of choice; though limited seating if everyone arrives at once. Free parking & all the amenities of Kent for dining & shopping a short ride away. Staff were all very pleasant & helpful. Maybe time to replace some of the carpets in the public areas as I thought they were looking a little shabby. Overall good value, quiet & convenient.

Hotel value is excellent. Staff are very nice. For a economy hotel the bed was great. Everything was clean and well kept. The outside was very bland and I wasn't sure I wanted to even stay at the hotel. The outside blinds over the windows were down and it made the hotel look very sparse and something you would find in the "wrong neighborhood". The breakfast foods that were hot leave something to be desired. I could only eat it the first day.

I don't care for noisy hotels near airports. This hotel is a QUIET place to stay (Adjacent to a golf course) and offers free shuttle service to and from Sea-Tac Airport. A parking package is also available for air travelers departing/returning to Sea-Tac

Summary: This is quite a decent hotel in the Seattle suburb of Kent. The location on a golf course creates an interesting environment. The facility is basic but well kept. The rooms are more than workable, the staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast option is adequate if not elegant. The room rates are rather reasonable making this place a good deal. Details: I was in Seattle on business wanted less expensive lodging relative to the pricey downtown hotels. I found this option not far from the airport. The room rates were quite attractive and, as a Best Western Diamond member, I am always willing to give places in this family of hotels a try. The location was a little off the beaten path in the interesting suburb of Kent. It was not too difficult to find with the help of a GPS. It was situated beside a golf course, sharing a parking lot with a strip plaza. There were a couple of restaurants in the same plaza, which was a fact that proved convenient. Downtown Kent was also reachable on foot in about 30 minutes for those interested in a little exercise (or it is a five-minute drive if that is preferred). The facility was a bit basic in appearance but was well kept. The lobby area created a nice impression with the rear door opening out from the pleasant lounge area onto the golf course. The front desk attendant greeted me right away when I walked in. In general, I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. I was assigned a room on the ground level which was OK for me. Upon arriving at my room, I found it to be clean and decently spacious. The decor was quite appropriate and the work area was adequately arranged and functional. The WiFi worked well during my stay. The bathroom was roomy allowing maneuverability. The view from my room was nothing special as it looked out over the parking lot. My bed was comfortable and the environs were quiet enough allowing me to get good sleep. The breakfast was included with the room rate. The buffet was rather basic but adequate. There were a couple of hot items along with the standard cold fare such as fruit, cereals, breads and yogurt. The dining area was a bit small but worked out well enough. The room rates were very reasonable compared to the hotel prices in Seattle. At $129 per night, I was not unhappy with the value presented. My total cost after tax was $145 per night which was a very good deal in my estimation. Overall, this hotel represents a good alternative to the more expensive Seattle hotels. The location is convenient to the airport and to I-5. It is close to downtown Kent which offers several nice dining options. There are also a couple of food choices in the same strip plaza in which this establishment is located. The facility is well kept, the rooms are more than adequate and the staff are personable and helpful. The breakfast buffet serves its purpose while the room rates are affordable making this place a good deal. I would recommend this spot if you need a place in the southern suburbs near the SEA or if you are willing to commute to the city in exchange for less expensive accommodations.

Pros:Very clean! Spacious! Bed! Very convenient to places to eat and stores. Felt safe Breakfast! Pac was so nice and on top of keeping things filled and clean!! Husband had blueberry waffles w/ blueberry compote! Was so delicious!! Had fresh cut fruit!! Husband hopes the hotel is on his companies hotel list b/c he travels a lot to Seattle for work and would stay here again if they were! So-so: our welcome, Emo acted as if he could've cared less that we were there but he was nice. Hotel is in the parking lot of a strip mall and across the street from a not so kept up trailer park, which was weird b/c the hotel is so nice. However, we always felt safe.

This lovely place is set in a beautiful area, but is close to a lot. The staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet employees were especially nice - always smiling and keeping everything neat and the food filled. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The surprising thing was the low toilet. We weren't able to get a handicap accessible room, so I knew the toilet would be lower than I was used to using. But I was not prepared for the height of this one! I had a very hard time getting up. If not for the corner of the counter, I would have had to have help getting up. After we checked out I asked my husband what he thought of the bathroom. (He doesn't have mobility issues.) The first thing he commented about was how low the toilet was. So be forewarned, if this might be an issue and you can't get an accessible room, stay somewhere else. Please note, however, that if we could get an accessible room, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The staff here is an excellent group of people! They have positive and caring attitudes and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In my opinion, the breakfast was great! They have a gluten-free cereal too.

Stayed here for business. The staff were pleasant and the room was clean. There are many restaraunts and bars in the area. The interstate is close as are grocery stores and malls. The hotel is close to golfing and the bike.walk.jog trail. The hotels has a fitness center but the equipment needs maintenance. The bike was not smooth to pedal and was noisy. The breakfast is similar to other hotels, mostly terrible processed foods. They did have apples and bananas available as well as hard cooked eggs in addition to the other food stuffs.

Ok room, clean, nothing special. Breakfast was the normal free breakfast, again nothing special. Room rate wasn't bad, would stay again. Not a lot of parking spaces. Sharies and a Chinese restaurant within walking distance.

I have stayed a few times and always impressed. This time my mother decided she wanted to see her granddaughter so she came with me. we had to bring some medical equipment while having some delivered direct to the hotel. it was a pleasant surprise at check in to be told that the boxes had already been placed in the room. Everyone is always friendly, smiling and helpful.

First , they offer FREE airport pickup which is a big plus. The location is not to far from the airport about 10-15 minutes away. The staff was great and the rooms where clean and the beds very comfortable. My wife is a clean freak, so I always worry when I enter the room will she likes it. This was a winner! And the price was very reasonable. Although near the airport, it is quiet. It is set in a small community that it shares with a golf course. We checked into our room and then toured the nearby bike pathways on the hotel's complimentary bikes. It was beautiful and we enjoyed the view of the adjacent golf course and river. In the early afternoon, the staff bakes cookies and offer free coffee to their guest. That night they drove us to a nearby mall, I believe it was called Kent Station for dinner and a movie. We had dinner at Agave (Mexican Restaurant) The carne was very tasty and their green chili salsa was the best I have ever tasted. Later they picked us up and return us to the hotel. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast, before Shuttle Express picked us up to take us to Pier 91 to catch our cruise to Alaska. It took about 20 minutes to get to the docks from the hotel. I will definitely come here again for my next cruise from Seattle.

Thank you Andrew (GM) for the wonderful experience we had at the Manager wine and cheese reception. Also the shuttle driver made our trip to and from the Toronto Blue Jays game at Safeco Field a fun experience. Located in a great area where one can walk along the river, shopping close by and a great pub with tasty nachos! There were 6 of us and we love the BW Plaza on the Green and will be back. Thank you Andrew for creating such a great team...it truly makes a stay worthwhile!!

This Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend this Hotel if you are looking for someplace to stay in Kent, WA.

Nice, clean room. Not as many amenities as other BW PLUS hotels we've stayed in. Free Breakfast was decent - the usual hot fare w/ daily changes. Cookies at night a nice touch. Front desk staff courteous & friendly. Housekeeping did a fabulous job. All in all a good place to stay. South of Seattle, which made our departure to Portland easier!

Stay at this hotel you will feel so special. Denise is just great her personal care of each person is so good. Amy was very pleasant and an excellent driver with the trips we took with her. Oliphaie at the front desk and the very nice gentleman whose name slips my mine today were great. They sure made our visit special. If you don't stay at this Best Western Plus you are missing the boat.

Very small room, musky smelling. Stained sheets. Mattress needs replaced. As Diamond members we were not treated that way. For this being a Best Western Plus it did not meet those expectations. Very disappointed. Will not stay again there.

We were so pleased that our previous reservations was changed to a first floor room after we called to tell them of my husband's broken ankle. They were so helpful with getting us ice for his swollen ankle, and helping with the luggage. We arrived late at night and yet everyone was very pleasant. Though we had to find alternate transportation from the SEA TAC airport, it was close to a $20 taxi ride, we know the room was comparable to many of those in Seattle that were more than twice the price. Well worth a midnight trip by taxi.

Easy check in, handicap parking easy access. Luggage transfer easy, Great little breakfast ready when we were. Easy airport access. Convent groceries and restaurants. Bed was pretty comfortable, air conditioning great. Heard no outside noise.

We like to stay at the Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green. We stayed before and afer our cruise to Alaska. The rooms are nice. This time we had a nice balcony room overlooking the golf course area. The room had a comfortable chair, king size bed, TV, desk area. Internet speed is very good. The Green River Trails are close by as well as Kent Station - which is a shopping area with good restaurants and movies. The breakfast in the morning is good. I like making a breakfast sandwich with their eggs, sausage or bacon, and english muffin. Staff is wonderful. They have a washer/dryer on site. There is also restaurants and a full service laundry within a minute's walk. Its a peaceful place to stay while still being close to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. I like the peaceful decor as well. Parking is free.

This is a great hotel to stay at near Seattle without the high prices of staying downtown. It is very close to Safeco Field and Pike Place. We stayed here prior to shipping our car. It was an easy drive into Matson to ship the car. Have also stayed here when I had a layover for a flight. Nice location to SeaTac Airport and great shuttle service.

I stayed here last summer, and while the room was beautiful I had a terrible experience. I used a pre paid card to pay for my room, and was told I needed a $100 cash deposit. I understand this, and happily complied. However I did not get a copy of my receipt. Huge mistake. Upon check out I was told by the front desk guy that I had left no deposit. He brought another woman staff member to the desk in what I guess was a show of force. I was told that my deposit didn't exist, and furthermore they don't accept prepaid debit cards. Well that may be So, but what did I pay for my room with for three days? If they don't take them, then why was I allowed to stay and use that card? Total crap. They both straight lied. Since I had no receipt, I was screwed. I assume he pocketed the cash. Terrible customer service. On top of that, the desk staff insinuated that I had too many guests in my room, apparently saying they thought I was engaged in prostitution. They used this as a threat to get me to go away quietly. I will never stay at a Best Western again, nor will I ever recommend one. The staff are thieves!

A great hotel for business travellers - has everything; is close to the airport with a quick shuttle service and friendly helpful staff. I would recommend it highly if you are in the Kent- Auburn area.

upon our arrival from SeaTac the van driver called ahead and warm cookies were waiting for us the room was very clean our breakfast was hot with a great variety we made reservations for our return trip

The room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the golf course. The hotel is updated and located right on the golf course. The included breakfast was outstanding.direct vicinity. This hotel was one of my favorites from our trip through Oregon and Washington. I would definitely stay here again!

I have not stayed in a Best Western for a long time and I was pleasantly surprised! I was excited to find they had a free shuttle to and from the airport. They even dropped me off at Kent Station for a meeting. They had free bikes to borrow, which I did thanks to a very friendly staff members suggestion. The breakfast was hot and fresh, with friendly staff! The room was large with a comfy bed.

Gal at check in was wonderful. Unfortunately, I always forget to catch their name. Size of the bathroom was nice. The room itself was a little small (not much room between the bed and dresser) Breakfast room is a small also.. Though there are other places within the hotel to eat, the tables should be moved away from the buffet itself.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay close to the Tacoma Airport. Good internet, with a great Mexican Restaurant around the corner. Some rooms even have terraces outside their rooms facing the golf course. They serve a free, simple but tasty breakfast and have friendly staff.

I would recommend this hotel if your are staying in kent Washington. The staff are wonderful, clean rooms and the breakfast is great.My overall stay was very god. It's close to stores, restaurants, If I was visiting in Seattle I'd drive to Kent to stay here at Best Western.

We were greeted and graciously accommodated by a young lady named Amy. She answered every question, helped us choose a great room, and booked a similar room for our return visit. If everyone at this property is as thorough and conscientious as she, this is a great staff.

The staff was cordial and went out of their way to be helpful, the rooms was immaculate and the property is well kept. Their prices were fair, especially compared to Seattle! Really enjoyed the cookies!

Always clean, courteous and helpful. One of my favorite places to stay when traveling for business. Not only do they offer airport shuttle but will drop off and pick up anywhere in a 3 mile radius of the hotel. This includes Kent Station which has shopping and some fabulous restaurants.

Located right on a golf course and so peaceful if you had a room facing that way - just watch out for golf balls landing on your balcony!! Staff were extremely helpful and professional. They make wonderful cookies every afternoon. Offer a shuttle service to catch the train and to Kent Station. A couple of cafes around the area.

This hotel is located in Kent which is an hours bus ride from Seattle but right on a beautiful golf course. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff were very good and accommodating in every aspect. There were plenty of eateries in the nearby vicinity which was good. You had a choice of bus or train to go into Seattle proper if you didn't want to drive and the hotel shuttle would take you to the train stop.

Staff were decent. Not exceptional, not rude or otherwise unacceptable either. Hotel room is very standard, but again nothing bad or negative. Internet isn't the easiest to connect to depending on your device. Shower amenities (shampoo, etc.) are on the small side but shouldn't be hard to get extras. No frills, no negatives. Quite possibly the definition of average.

Bed and Bedding was nice. Way to expensive for what you got. My "view" was the parking lot. My "neighbors" smoked on their "patio". No, help with luggage. Elevators were from the 20's and in need of cleaning. Laundry right by guest rooms. No discount for senior or military. No disabled amenities that I found, nor were any offered. Breakfast was horrid. Dirty tables, waffle area was a big mess, toaster was burning everything or not tasting at all. Watch the hash browns, I bit down on one and it was frozen. If you are looking for muffins, Danish, Donuts etc...no luck. No microwave in room. The good part..you got a free bottle of water in your room. I for one, will not be back. 211$ Should have gone to Motel 6

Last time I visited this particular BW was in 2009. It had the smell and look of a place badly needing to be refurbished. So this visit was a pleasant surprise, with total updated furniture, lobby, and breezeway. The Rainier Suite we had was very spacious with a balcony. Down side was it was difficult to get to because too much furniture in the room, but still a nice way to watch the traffic go by in the parking lot. Recommend getting room on the Golf course side, better view. The one thing I missed was the hot tub and sauna, just off the corner of the property, which overlooked the course. It was replaced with a golf simulator, which appeals to the golfer in me. So, it was kinda of a six in one hand and half-dozen in the other experience. Finally, make sure your door locks, as an anti-break in feature on the door causes the door to not lock, and shut securely. Double check your door before leaving.

Everything about this hotel is great. Clean, friendly, comfortable - just nice! Beautiful view of the golf course if you are on that side of the hotel. The staff (Amy) is very helpful. The staff person that drove the shuttle to the airport on 7/29/16 @ 10:00am was great & wonderful to talk to. Stayed here 3 nights this trip & have stayed previously. Will come back again no doubt!

Our flight at SeaTac was cancelled at the last minute and we needed a place to stay until the following evening. We went onto trip advisor and saw this hotel so we decided to take a chance. What a great surprise! This hotel was cleaner, larger and much more hospitable than the four star hotel that we stayed at Victoria Island. One call to them and they sent their courtesy van with a very friendly and informative driver. At the check-in desk we found that the manager was just as accommodating and understood what had happened to us. He made us feel welcome and even helped us with our travel plans. Why can't all hotels be like them?

We were pleased with the price, the service, and the room. Visiting my son who lives in Renton, this was a great location to see both him and the sights of Seattle. Close by Kent Station offered good restaurants and happy hours. Overall great experience!

Worthy place to stay in Kent if you're in town to race. Room was nice, clean, and breakfast was competent. No surprises here other than perhaps a bit noisy and while some staff were very nice others seemed to wish they were elsewhere. Bottom line, I'd certainly stay here again.

After a long journey came across this hotel looking for a one night stay outside of Seattle. Hubby and me both agreed this was a good decision the facilities were great. Settings superb , but the staff made it. When my hubby came across the evening manager challenging 4 youths in the lounge area about inappropriate language he thought this is how all hotels in any country should be run, superb.

The whole experience was very good. The only "ding's" we give it are for the breakfast. We've had better and we have had worse. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept very well in the bed. Our room faced the parking lot but was still very quiet.

I have stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed. They have friendly staff, clean rooms, good internet and breakfast. They cost is fair considering the area. Kent is a good location with plenty of good restaurants around.

My mother and I spent 3 days at the BWP and we had an awesome time. The staff were very welcoming and the services were great. The room was just right 2 Queen size beds and we had a view of the golf course first floor. I spent 2 days working out in the fitness room, small but just what I needed for a 30 minute workout. They had a refrigerator in the room but if you needed to heat up anything you did have a microwave in the little "to go shop", it was better than not having one at all, I only had to use it once during my stay. In the evening they had warm cookies in the lobby, which was a plus. The free breakfast was great, my mom and I loved the waffles. We wanted to stay another day we were so relaxed and it was just cozy. I will definitely return to BWP. Great job BWP staff in Kent, WA!

We came over to spend the 4th with our family and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was quiet, clean and easy access to the freeway. Right on the golf course which my husband loved. We would stay here again and again.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. I have not had a better experience with staff. The young woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The two shuttle drivers we had were excellent, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. We were treated like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. The hotel is older but has been updated and looks great.

Hotel is clean, quite, my room has a nice golf course view. It is easy drive to and from the airport. The location worked well for us since we had late flight arrival and main interest for the trip were Mount Rainier and Olympic National Parks, rather than city of Seattle. Breakfast was normal of Best Western type, with limited selection of hot meal. I would stay at this hotel if travel to the area again.

The stay at your hotel was very pleasant your staff is always very helpful and I definitely will recommend it to any one traveling in any part of the US. We've stayed in several places for the last 12 months and it has been a pleasure to be there.

This hotel was the choice of our travel agent, and we wondered about the location, since we will be taking a cruise out of Seattle. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and we found this to be a relaxing layover. The friendly staff; clean, comfortable room next to a quiet golf course was just what we needed after completing a business trip. Breakfast was good, and constantly refreshed by vigilant staff. Fruit, yogurt, and coffee remained available afterwards. There are microwaves in common areas, but not in rooms. Refrigerators are in room. There is a washer ($1.50/quarters) and dryer ($1.00/quarters) on the ground floor. The room and the bathroom are well appointed. Without a car, we found there are very few restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff offered to shuttle us to a nearby shopping/dining area, but we declined. A Shari's Cafe and Domino's pizza are a few yards across the parking lot. The hotel provides hourly shuttles back to the airport where we'll pick up a transfer to the cruise ship. Our travel agent did his homework!

We stayed here through park and fly- you stay a night at hotel and pay to leave your car there and they will shuttle you to airport. We called before we booked to make sure they had a 24 hour shuttle service like they advertised and they said yes. We pulled up and checked in, friendly service but they did not have a 24 hour shuttle service and the area was a little shifty. We felt car would be unsafe. Upon arriving we were told we were number 13 on shuttle but it only runs every hour. We got up early got downstairs and were informed we were number 16-19 now on shuttle and would have to take a taxi. The taxi ended up being a Prius and they expected us to share it w another family. How can you fit 5 people and luggage safely in a Prius?! We needed up paying for a taxi ride ourselves. Luckily we caught the last shuttle as our plane landed early. Rooms were clean but I wasn't impressed at all w their airport and shuttle service.

The front desk staff was wonderful and the room clean and well stocked. I had an issue with the toilet and they only fixed part of the problem. It kept filling off and on all night , very noisy.. other than that my stay was good.

Super friendly staff from the manager to each housekeeper. Nice place with good view. Enjoyed our stay. Will be back next week. Like staying here, amazing pillows and friendly people. We watched baby ducks and a variety of birds at breakfast, fun place.

The room was comfortable and clean, with one exception. The A/C unit was noisy. Staff was very helpful and prompt in switching to another room, but the different room had the same problem. Other than that, the hotel and staff were very nice. I would stay here again.

Had to come to Kent for job training. Stayed here for a week and it was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was delicious. I would stay here again if im in the area.

Wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at finding this hotel. I bit hard to see from the road, but the rooms, lobby, and other amenities were really well done. A very classy, upgraded room and lobby facility. Golf course views are fantastic. Worth looking for.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room, clean and comfortable I slept like a baby. We were able to get breakfast in before the Shuttle took us to the airport ,it was just what we needed. Shuttle service was prompt so we didnt have to worry about timings to the airport. Upon our return the pick up service was again very quick and painless, and our vehicle safe and sound. Thx to all that made this first leg of our journey, great

One had to wonder if golf balls were going to hit the windows at times. The doors to the suite did not close, the room doors did close and so you had enough privacy provided the guest next door was not noisy. The dining area, the egg patties were rubbery, guests were coughing in the small dining room. Beware of the neighborhood in case you decide to go for a walk, walk during the daytime with someone and dress down. This hotel is about 7 minutes from I-5, if that's any consolation.

This was an awesome hotel. The breakfast every morning was amazing. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room faced the golf course. I would go here again. Close to Seattle and the beach. Minutes from the Seattle airport. Restaurants in the area were great. The weather was cool and relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel, beside being clean and well appointed, is friendly, efficient and goes out of it's way to make you fell at home. We have styed there 1 or 2 times per year and love it and the friendly, helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed just one night at the Plaza by the Green but it was terrific! Gina, who checked us in was always smiling and genuine. The two shuttle drivers that we met were really top notch too! Our room had a nice view of the golf course and the breakfast met our needs and exactly what we've come to expect from Best Western Plus.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff at the Best Western location. They were the best right down to driving us to dinner and to stopping at the local store for beverages for our room. We were an out of country group here for a wedding, the grounds were beautiful, our rooms were very nice and the breakfast that was included was great. Thanks again to everyone for making us feel at home.

Excellent clean and cozy hotel close to the airport. Hands on staff make this hotel a "must stay" in this area. Free breakfast, a gym and free parking. Close to a few restaurants and it back onto a golf course.

This is a slightly dated Best Western. The rooms on the golf course have a view. Out in room telephone did not work and they did not fix it. The 1phone clock was worse than useless.There is only one elevator. The ice machine makes a lot of noise. The breakfast is ordinary at best, and it is served in a very noisy, cramped room.

My family had a block of about 12 rooms for a wedding this past weekend. This location is great- surrounded by the golf course and with ample parking, as well. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great weekend. Very clean and quiet and a delicious breakfast spread.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is always a great place to stay with a close proximity to downtown Kent and Kent Commons. There are good restaurants in the vicinity. It is also reasonably close to SeaTac Airport.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Plaza by the Green. We have never had a bad stay here. This time we stayed in the Rainier Suite, it is a very nice room. The breakfast was first class. The staff was right there to replenish the food before the containers were empty. Next time we come through town there is only one place to stay. Also want to thank the staff on the front desk. They are very friendly and courteous.

This best western is very nice and also convinent to seatac airport. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet is great and the business center is easy to access. The hotel is also located right on the golf course for easy access.

My wife and I stayed here because of the ease of getting to the airport. The Sleep and Fly option was great. We had fantastic service from the shuttle driver getting us to the airport at 6:00 AM. We will definetely stay here again.

We use Plaza by the Green regularly for our business guests. The rooms are clean and fresh, the staff is incredibly kind and responsive, and you can't beat the value. There's no hotel within miles that is as nice for the money! Get a room on the golf course side, and it's like being out in the country away from the noise and hustle of the city. They have great meeting accommodations for a small group of 8-10, or an entire class of 40. When your meeting is over, they even have a golf simulator that is a BLAST for 3-5 folks to enjoy a virtual game of golf - especially if it's raining (it's Seattle, it's often raining!) Thanks Kaisa and Andrew, for helping us always please our out-of-town guests!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We stayed on the 'green' golf course side and it was quiet and made us feel as if we were away from the busy area that we were staying in. The lobby had a very nice sitting area where you could relax and watch the golfers. The staff members were friendly and checked on us upon arrival to make sure we were satisfied with our room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to this area.

This is a good value for the money. It is a what you would expect at a Best Western and it is a step above anything you will get for the price right next to the airport. Van service to the airport was above average Very good free breakfast, as far as free breakfasts in the US go.

We were very pleased with the accomodations and staff. We used the sleep/fly option and were pleased at the safe and quiet location and the very nice hotel. The trip to the airport takes about 20 minutes, but it is worth the time.

Best Western: Plaza by the Green, is a pleasant and clean place to stay. We've been going there for years and the staff are friendly yet professional and the rooms and amenities are always clean. Although... my husband is sad that they replaced the hot tub with a golf machine.

This hotel was conveniently located, clean, and reasonably priced. The front desk clerk was super friendly and made you feel welcome. The breakfast was great. It had verything you could possibly want. Room was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay here often for business, never have a problem with any of the service, amenities, or sundries. Staff was always helpful with any questions or extras I needed, even if it was simple stuff like just pausing to chat for a little while on where to go in the area.

There is no designated long term parking area, which means anyone and everyone has access to your vehicle while you are gone. We would not have stayed at this Best Western had we known the parking circumstances. Upon our return I immediately noticed a fresh ding on the right rear passenger door. Evidently many cars had parked next to ours during the week we were gone. Other comments speak of the fantastic shower water pressure….yes if you want to remove paint or your skin. The water pressure cannot be adjusted and it's either full on or off; wasting incredible amounts of water in the process of taking a simple 5 minute shower. Yet this chain prides itself on it's Eco Friendly policy. On the more positive side staff were friendly and helpful; the room clean and neat; the breakfast above average and the golf course setting was beautiful.

Did the park.stay. fly at Best Western based on the reviews. My comment are I would have like to known there is no secure area for my vehicle while I was away.We basically parked in the parking lot of the hotel where anyone has access to my vehicle. The morning shuttle driver "Brian" told my husband to "air out" before he boarded the shuttle. I really feel this was not necessary or very customer orientated. We will not be staying there again

This was the second time that I have stayed here! The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly! Would not hesitate to recommend this property if you are staying in the Kent/SeaTac area

If you want a good nights sleep in a clean room and not break your budget, this is your stop. Friendly staff and great shuttle service to airport if needed. Great golf course view if you stay on that side of the hotel as well.

I travel to/from Kent, WA for about 1 week out of each month for work. I have stayed at various locations in the area hoping to find a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay within a convenient distance to bike to work while there. FINALLY, I have found a place where I have been pleased. I will be booking my future stays here. Room was very clean, breakfast was great, WiFi worked well. Slept well for once while out of town. Everybody I encountered was very friendly, I was very impressed with the cleaning staff, the person handling the breakfast area each morning, and the staff at the front desk. My only complaint would be with the general Kent area and the fact that the hotel is not exactly super-close to a variety of dining options. I would prefer to set off on foot for the evening to find something to eat, but choices in the area are limited.

The hotel is located off busy roads so it is quiet. It is clean, modern, friendly. I would advise getting a room on the second floor the sound proofing between floors is minimal and you can hear heavy foot steps above you if you are on the ground floor.
