Eastgate Hotel, BW Signature Collection

This hotel has gone downhill in the last several months, from policy changes to staffing. I've stayed a couple dozen times since the change from Silver Cloud to Eastgate Bellevue BW Signature Collection. At first, it was great....fantastic location, friendly staff, rooms in good shape, etc. I was a big fan, and stayed there exclusively when in the area for work, with the exception of a few times when a client put me up at a different hotel. They've previously had some amazing staff, and the rooms were always good. Here's how the last visit went (and I mean both the most recent visit and likely the very last time there): first, there's been a decreased care about the BW Rewards Program, even though BW themselves focus on it a lot. Initially always acknowledged--as it's supposed to be by policy, then sometimes acknowledged. But last few visits, nada. Then they changed check-in to 4pm from 3pm. Not huge, but I'm traveling from North Idaho and try to time my arrival for 2-3pm to beat traffic. Have never had issues checking in early, but this last time arrived right about 2pm and told by a newer front desk person that the room likely wasn't going to be ready. Not even sure he actually checked. Gathered my stuff and waited in the lobby about 4 feet away from the front desk. Two other guests came in while I was waiting, and oddly, both were checked in without issue. So after the second--and with them knowing I was waiting to check in and never acknowledging me at all--I went to the other person at the front desk (the front desk manager), and lo and behold, a room was in fact ready. During that waiting time, between those two other check-ins, I also got to be witness to the front desk manager, at the front desk, with me just feet away, be loudly on a personal call with all kinds of profanity. That was a great display of professionalism. The room itself? Fine. All info reported via the BW survey sent after the visit...but crickets from the hotel since. For efficiency once there is a reply to this review: no, a generic copy-and-pasted apology isn't going to cut it, and no, I'm not going to call you directly. You've had my contact info all along, and could have reached out.

About fell off my chair when I saw the review average, certainly not my experience. Yes, they did accommodate my request for early check in, and the breakfast is a solid "meh", that is all the kind things I have to say. First, would not stay if I had kids as the windows do not have a limiter and swing wide open (having raised two boys that makes the hair on my neck stand up). Second, the pleather on the office chair is pealing - looks terrible. Third, if the paper products were any rougher they would still be classified as timber. Fourth, the garbage outside of the entrance, horrendous. Fifth, the WiFi is not secure, so don't do any banking, or secure business as it is less than secure. Was surprised given the name "Signature Collection", whose signature? The only difference between this and a Motel 6 is there is an elevator, and this one is more expensive. HARD PASS going forward.

Booked jetted tub room and they gave us another king bed room. I confronted them and they said it was leaking and would have a part tomorrow (Saturday) and we could get the room then. The maintenance person (we found out after the room wasn't ready) doesn't work on Saturday, so they basically were not telling us the truth. We stayed in the same room on Saturday and this room had a window blind directly over the bed that was broke and didn't shut all the way. So sun was in our face at 5 AM. Went to get ice from the ice machine and both the 6th and 5th floor ice machines were broke. The floors every where we went were dirty. Neve will stay there again.

When I booked this room, there was no mention that daily housekeeping was not provided. That wouldn't have been terrible if adequate trash cans had been provided; instead, there were only tiny trash cans in the room. When I requested that someone empty the trash, I was ignored. The rooms are cleaned only every third day—I had never heard of that before in any other hotel. The breakfast was mediocre at best, with hardly any fruit. Every night there was a banging noise in the pipes on the fifth floor, and the tub was clogged. On top of all that, they charge for parking. Not totally terrible, but I would have picked something else.

I am confounded by past ratings. 4.5? Generous to put it mildly. Factors like a large hotel with spacious rooms in a very convenient location must have greatly influenced the overall scores. On the other hand, anti-social morning front desk staff, peeling patches in the room's wallpaper, and mold/peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling do not seem to count. When we asked for water at breakfast, we were told that "there is a drinking fountain down the hall in the lobby". Just rude. Prices were not unreasonable for the area, but charging each room $7.00 per night (whether or not they had a vehicle) seems a bit grabby.

The place ('not' in downtown Bellevue) is dated and needs work, but I got a decent rate for a King suite, so I can't complain too much. HOWEVER, housekeeping is NOT available. The lobby sign says housekeeping is available only if requested before 10 am each day. So, I requested same of the front desk clerk each of my first two days here, but NO housekeeping was provided either day. Like, what am I paying for here?! That's unacceptable. This evening, the front desk clerk advised that "everyone is new." So, is that their excuse? So disappointing, just like the complimentary breakfast, which is supposed to be available until 10 am on weekends, but there was NOTHING left at 9:00. Ugh!! In a nutshell, Steer clear of this property.

Apparently double booked our room with kitchen for the first night so we needed to move rooms after the first night. The front staff was very helpful in sorting it out and giving us a discount. First day at breakfast we were informed there was no butter available as apparently their supplier could only give them Smart Balance butter substitute which customers were unhappy with so now they didn't have any kind of butter. Strangely from the second day, the Smart Balance reappeared, and whipped cream was available for the waffles as well. So maybe someone was on vacation the first day and things got back to normal after that? But based on the surprising lack of butter and whip cream the first day, we brought our own from that point, although it turns out needlessly. It was very nice having the kitchen but more cutlery would have been appreciated (2 spoons for 4 people took some coordination). Housekeeping was on demand only, but we just exchanged our own towels at the cart in the hall and that worked for us. Was not to far to drive to the places we wanted to go, quiet enough at night despite being close to the freeway and has secured underground parking, although it did not seem that there would be any issues parking outside, which most people did. Overall a decent spacious option for our family of four.

Very pleased with our overall Eastgate Hotel experience. Despite being right off of I-90, ambient noise was minimal. Also less room-to-room noise than other places. Complimentary breakfast included decent hot options. Staff was hard at work keeping it stocked up. Location is the main reason we chose it (convenient to downtown SEA and Bellevue), but that independent, we'd definitely return again.

I had an amazing stay at the Eastgate Hotel - BW Signature Collection while celebrating my boyfriend's birthday! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and the full kitchen was a huge bonus. It made our stay feel more like a cozy getaway than just a hotel visit. Everything was well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our special week together. The hotel was quiet, conveniently located, and offered excellent value for the price. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and we created some wonderful memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and affordable hotel with great amenities. Thank you for helping make my boyfriend's birthday celebration so special!

I want to thank the lady who runs the breakfast crowd. I was here June 10-12, 2026. I cannot believe the outstanding job she does being sure everything is full and cleaning up. She is amazing.

This was the second time staying here, the last time being almost 2 years ago. Both times the check-in process was long and slow, with only one person at the front desk. We appreciated having the free breakfast every day, which was adequate. My only complaint was that housekeeping is only offered every third day, which is generally fine for us, except since their towels are thin and worn out, I would've liked to have towels changed at least once during our 4-day stay. On our second day we saw the housekeeper in the hall and I asked if I could have extra hand towels. She seemed quite frantic and sounded like she was on a strict time schedule so could barely have time to answer my question, but she said she could only give me two towels. On the third day when we saw her I asked if she would be cleaning our room. She was in the same hurried mood and quickly looked at her chart and said that she would not be cleaning our room that day so I just asked for extra towels again, and we missed out on the third day cleaning that we were supposed to have. Overall, for the price paid, we like this hotel's location, since the area around Bellevue is rather quiet and serene. Now that we know what to expect, I'm not sure if we would stay here again in the future but might consider it.

Eastgate Hotel, BW Signature Collection - Bellevue, WA, USA Eastgate Hotel, BW Signature Collection in Bellevue, WA is now big disappointment for us. 1061161761 Mama always said if you have to tell someone bad news, precede it by some good news to soften the blow. Good news for this hotel: great location for access to I90, I405, downtown Bellevue & Issaquah, and bridges to Seattle. Also, great for heading to central & eastern WA. Now Mama's bad news: juice machine was broke 3 breakfasts in a row (go buy juice bottles at grocery store), often no coffee cup lids (ok, shortage in plastic supply currently), yes there is a safe in room (Sorry, all of them are deactivated), yes, website says they have free parking in underground garage or around hotel perimeter (Sorry, now it costs $7/night), carpet in room needed a deep clean, including large chewing gum spot in front of closet, scrambled eggs look made from a powder (ask supplier how to get their eggs to look real), sausage links were floating in grease (use paper towel on a tray to de-grease them), potatoes tasteless & not warm, carpet in our room needed to be stretch to eliminate tripping spot, mini refrigerator is too small, microwave sits on top of mini fridge and I had to get on my knees each time to program it, no shower cap, only gave water bottle upon arrival even though I am Diamond Select (other same price hotels give each of us a bottle each day on request (recommendation:  the big box discount grocery store's headquarters in Issaquah is only 7 miles from this hotel - please go negotiate to buy millions of bottles of water for all of your global hotels from them for $0.06 rather than normal $0.07/bottle), front desk unmanned and no bell - had to locate kitchen staff to get other staff's help, a single safe at front desk is inadequate for the multiple laptops or other valuable electronics guests would want to store - that's why previous franchisee had active safes in each room (web-site says "in-room safe", forgot to say "deactivated"), desk chair so worn that it was a two tone with random wear areas, tiny/tiny freezer in mini-fridge was frozen, so of no use. I have never been this critical in any of my reviews in past 15 years on hotels, rental cars, restaurants, flights, etc., however we used to stay at this hotel about 4 times each year while visiting family in the area. And it was better in previous years. I regret I did not take pics to show the broken juice machine, the two-tone desk chair, the frozen freezer, the difficult microwave, etc. We will not return to this hotel anytime in the future until they send me a letter saying they fixed everything and invite me to inspect. There were other things broken in the hotel that a 10-minute maintenance would fix. Also, last year and this year they still expect one lady to serve all of the needs of the dining area during the very busy breakfast. That's unrealistic.  I think the franchisee has tried to cut costs in too many areas and really degraded this Best Western hotel. I would not rate it as a Signature Collection.  We like staying in many other Best Western locations in the West and in the South. One of our favorite hotels in medium price category in Pacific Northwest is the Hood River Best Western Plus for it's upkeep and cleanliness, pleasant and helpful staff, wonderful setting on the Columbia River with views from various parts of the city of Hood River, Oregon of Mt Hood to the south and Mt Adams to the north and occasionally Mt St Helens to the west slightly of Mt Adams. They have one of the best restaurants in Hood River, they have outside swim pool and hot tub, a walking and docking pier, and a great conference center. Very low covered entry/ front, about 9' maybe 9'6” ? Nice people and staff. Clean. Actually quiet and I got some sleep. Breakfast was fine and plenty of it. Challenging parking for full size trucks and no drive around or through traffic if over 9' it's full circle back through front drop off. Decent stay for the price.

Stayed at the Eastgate in Bellevue. Enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Very nice hotel. Edna was helpful and pleasant at the check-in desk. Our room was big and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and included some fresh berries with the oatmeal. Pet friendly. We will be staying here again in the future.

Clean, quiet, friendly front desk, lots of bfasr options. It was a bit tricky getting to the hotel with the construction, but that won't last forever.

The Eastgate Hotel is unquestionably the BEST Best Western hotel. This hotel was amazing when it was a Silver Cloud Hotel, and it is even more amazing now with Mary, along with her front desk crew Edna and Maria, at the helm. There are a lot of food choices at breakfast, the rooms are noise insulated, parking fee is minimal. Best of all, they pamper their elite status members with room upgrade and late check out. I have been staying at this hotel for 5+ years and I can attest that Mary is the most efficient, approachable, visible, friendly, and responsive GM this hotel has ever had.

The location was easy to find. I was greeted by friendly staff right away. I found the lobby very inviting with a little area I could get snacks and other items I may need. My room was a king and very spacious. It had a nice bathroom along with a small kitchen type area including fridge, sink, and coffee maker. The room also included a desk area for working and a comfortable sitting chair. The breakfast in the morning had hot choices like bacon, eggs, sausage,waffles even biscuits and gravy. Fresh fruit,yogurt,cereal,pastries and juices too. Great options. I willl definitely stay here again and recommend to friends, family and business associates.

Quiet and solid value but declining. So much deferred maintenance. I used to love this place when it was a silver cloud. Now I get to pay the same price but have a worse experience! The breakfast is pretty sad. Basically what you would expect at a comfort Inn. Torn upholstery and stained furniture in the breakfast area, formerly a full-service restaurant. My shower curtain was falling apart and the water pressure limiter on the faucet in the bathroom was so extreme that I couldn't use it to shave. Guest room doors all SLAM shut with so much force you are woken up. Common areas the stairwells were filthy.

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very nice stay. Only thing that would have been better is if there was a restaurant on site that you could get some dinner and not have to leave the building after a long day.

Hotel was nice, convenient and comfortable, except toilet ram most of the night and bathroom was a little small in proportion to the room. Breakfast was decent.

Easily accessible location (I drive in Seattle all the time so (at times) tight parking lot doesn't bother me at all, it's bigger than the majority of hotel lots in the city and I'll take it!) locking parking garage underneath only accessible by key card (guest only), friendly atmosphere, friendly employees, nice snack collection, clean and cool room, fresh towels and sheets, A/C air was fresh, comfy bed, hot water, great water pressure. Great value under the circumstances we stayed there for. And most importantly, no neighbors could hear each other, couldn't even hear someone cough if you tried. total privacy.

Excellent hotel. Very well kept and clean. Large two queen bedroom with two sinks. Convenient and quiet location. Great hotel for the money. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to the area.

We made a quick visit to family. We weren't there very much, because we spent time with family. Staff were super accommodating and nice, very clean and the price was great! Not only that, there were doors between the living room and bedroom which was great since I stay up later than my husband. The other place we normally stay is double the price, for the same accommodations! We will go back!!

Enjoyed our stay at Eastgate BW. Appreciated the selection of room types. We stayed in a 2 room, 2 bath suite. Prices were good for the area. Parking fee to park outside seems a bit much. Front desk staff were professional and pleasant. Seating in breakfast area is very worn. Booth seating is cracked, ripped and worn through. Breakfast was standard. We would stay here again if we needed to come to Bellevue, WA.

I've been having a wonderful stay at the Eastgate Hotel, made truly exceptional by Edna, the hotel's front desk manager. She is absolutely incredible. Whatever you need, whether it's help within the hotel or navigating the area, she goes above and beyond with warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that makes you feel genuinely valued. Hotels can have great rooms and amenities, but it's people like Edna who make a stay unforgettable. She's a gem, and the hotel will be lucky to have her for as long as she stays.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Seattle in many years. The front desk employee was helpful, kind and had a great personality. The rooms were clean, the beds were soft and the breakfast was done well. We had three rooms and were very pleased. The rooms were not like most in Seattle, they were affordable!

Great location for my purposes- I liked being so close to Factoría mall and other shopping. The room was clean, comfy, a good price and hotel staff were very friendly. It was also very quiet, especially for being so close to multiple shopping centers and highways. I will definitely stay again!

Nice stay. Good location near Bellevue College, although the immediate neighborhood is not very nice. The only negative that I can think of is that the front desk was rather brusque, not friendly. Breakfast was standard free hotel buffet, nice but nothing special.

The location was great being right off the interstate and still close to Seattle. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The lobby was clean and a nice homey atmosphere. My only complaint was I had to wait 20 minutes for any employee to show up at the front desk to check in. We arrived on a holiday and the front desk gentleman claimed there was no staff working but him. He was nice and helpful but that was poor planning by the hotel management. The gentleman claimed he had to go room by room to see what was clean and what was dirty because there were no house maids and his computer system didn't show him which rooms were unoccupied the night before. He claimed that's where he was for the 20 minutes we waited in the lobby for someone to help us. We called and texted the hotel to no avail. The hotel was a ghost town until the gentleman finally showed up. Holiday or not, we booked a month in advance so they should have known of our arrival and had a room ready for us. The gentleman was helpful once he showed up but we were not pleased with the check in process. The rest of the experience was good and the rooms were nice for the price point.

Comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient. Hot breakfast is good but oatmeal was watery with limited pastries. Best to eat early. Nice to have the exercise room to myself. Laundry room on the 5th floor was not in service.

I had a great stay at Eastgate Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. For the price, it offers excellent value. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Close to Seattle, Belleview and Issaquah breakfast was amazing as usual , very clean and extremely nice staff. Beds are extremely comfortable, pillows might be too soft but we will live . Also very affordable.

It's my second time at this location, I love that they are dog friendly, and I love that I got to see Alice both times. Rooms were clean, and being able to do a load of laundry for free was a bonus.

My bride & I spent a wonderful weekend at the Eastgate Best Western! Check in & out were a breeze. The lobby staff & housekeepers were helpful & attentive. And the breakfast covered all our needs. Karen and her crew stayed busy keeping the eating area neat, clean & full. There was plenty of room for all the guests that chose to eat in there. The halls, lobby & elevator areas were always clean and our room was clean & ready to go. We chose to check out late and they had no trouble managing that request. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable. We'll be staying HERE more often now. Cheers!

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Shower head was great— although the toilet didn't flush well every time. We used the nice sink, fridge, and microwave area a lot. The carpet in our room needs replacing soon, but if that were done, everything else in room was stylish and nice condition. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts which menu changed each morning which we appreciated having stayed 5 nights. The underground parking we also appreciated keeping our rental car safe. Good location to easily get to freeway. Highly recommend a pizza restaurant nearby called Pagliacci Pizza. They will deliver to hotel, but we drove there as it's very close and near a Safeway grocery store and a CVS pharmacy. Enjoyed our stay 5 night stay.

This is one of my favorite spots to stay. I usually get a room with the giant spa tub. A real treat. All staff were welcoming and very helpful. I'll be back. Betsy

The Staff were ALL excellent & professional's . Upon entering our room, it was cool and noticed the handle on an outside window was broken, the window wouldn't seal with outside air making a draft. The carpet needed another pass with the vacuum. Upon notifying the front desk, we were quickly relocated with no problems. The sink, however needs some draino as it emptied slow. Overall, we would stay there again

It was a great quiet place with a good breakfast. I just wish they had a pool (or more specifically, a HOT TUB). Great stay and will certainly do it again.

We have stayed several times at this hotel and have never had a problem. It has always been clean and quiet. They offer breakfast with eggs, bacon and choice of breads, cereals and waffles. Since a couple weeks ago when we stayed they have now started to charge $5 for parking, which isn't much, but disappointing. We always chose this hotel because the cost was the cost without hitting a person with extra fees.

We enjoyed your hotel breakfast and the king suite, but the bedroom window curtains are too short and don't fully cover the lower part; I had to use sofa bed cushions to block the light. The bedroom curtain should be replaced with a properly sized one. We're planning to return soon to stay in the same suite.

Check in was quick and easy. The person at the front desk was nice, there was parking available, and the rooms were clean.

Exceptional staff. We requested a pet free room and got our request. We were visiting for a hospital stay and the convention location was excellent for the things we needed to do. Room was nicely designed and quiet. But the friendly and professional staff is what made the real difference

We booked a night at the Eastgate Hotel, BW Signature Collection in Bellevue mainly for the jetted-tub suite, and that it's budget-friendly stay in the Seattle area. The hotel sits right beside the I-90/150th Ave SE interchange, so it can be easy to miss. Our room was a King Whirlpool Suite. It was clean, had a jetted tub large enough for two, and everything was well cared for and in working order. It's fair to say that the décor and fixtures are showing some age. Breakfast was straightforward (eggs, pastries, coffee, etc.), and staff kept things tidy. Parking is $5 overnight (not sure why they don't just include it, as you pretty much need a car in this part of the city). It was pouring rain when I was there so thank goodness they have a covered area for unloading near the lobby. Overall a decent value and a good pick if you're looking for an affordable hotel with a private in-room Whirlpool tub close to Seattle.

Very clean and quiet. Easy to get to and local restaurants are very good. Plenty of parking as well. The pantry and sundries area could use a bit more selection.

Friendly welcoming staff. Great location for freeway access, park and ride bus to downtown and nearby parks. We booked the large room with kitchen. Minor disappointment with paltry kitchenware. Was only 1 fork! Front desk gave us some plastic ware. Strong internet but no streaming service. Room could use a bit of refurbishing, but ok. Lots of outlets. Helpful staff and good value for Bellevue.

We had a wonderful stay at Eastgate BW! Very clean rooms and very spacious. Easy on and off I 90 even with the minor Road construction they have going on. Morning breakfast was just right to get me going. Also checking in the young man was very professional and quickly got us into our rooms. Will definitely stay here again for my next Seahawks game!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Charging ports for multiple devices would be nice on both bed stands as well as the desk area.

The property was nice. However I did pay extra for the jetted tub room, specifically because I was at a 2-day conference and knew I would be exhausted and I've had five spine surgeries so I was looking forward to the long soak. The tub looked amazing but the stopper/plug did not work so it did not hold water, I called the front desk and let them know, they said okay so I assumed they were going to send up maintenance but no one came and I feel asleep. I kept waking up thinking I missed the maintenance person. The next morning while checking out I told the front desk person what happened and he said okay and did not note it or say he would have someone repair it. He could've cared less that I brought it up. The property is pretty but the aesthetic changes when you go to check in, all the wrist rests for the computers at the front desk are worn so bad that the material is flaking off and I was worried the room would be not clean but it was cleaned well so I was thankful for that. It wouldn't cost much to replace 4 wrist rests and it would made a huge impact on making customers feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the same issue with all the seat seats in the morning breakfast area, they are extremely worn and splits in the material of the seats. It just looks so bad. Other than that, the bed was comfortable the property and room was clean. Just the tattered appearance was off and no customer service when there's an issue with the room. I wasn't looking for a discount. I just wanted the tub to work.

Great room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and coffee with fresh berries. The bonus is easy to locate and parking! We've stayed 3 times for medical visits and we will be back again!

The place is really clean. Beds are comfortable. The only thing that's needs changed is the living room furniture. I would recommend the hotel for any type of stay.

Great communication, super accommodating, easy in and out. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where their texts were 1) actually helpful, 2) not over-texting, and 3) made sense. 10/10 for that alone.

Everything was perfect! Soundproof rooms, luxurious beds, friendly staff who allowed us to play Canasta with family in the breakfast area normally roped off after breakfast time. The breakfast itself was fabulous with many options. And after 2 weeks on the road it was a nice surprise to have a free washer and dryer to use for some clothes washing.

When I first walked in, I noticed the size of the room and the cleanliness, the bed was super comfortable and I like that the tv moved so we could watch from the jacuzzi tub

Loved the hotel. Clean and quiet. I would go back. The drive from the hotel to downtown wasn't bad either. Breakfast was good too.

Very personable front desk staff at check in. No staff at checkout, only “express checkout” box. Accommodations are the usual above average quality with comfortable bed and bedding, also cleanliness. At our last visit, the breakfast was satisfactory, not as good quality as previous experiences, eg crumbled rather than quality scrambled eggs, exceptionally thinly sliced, crumbly bacon.

Wonderful staff, good breakfast great location. Was there for business and able to get into Seattle, down to Tacoma and all around in between with no issues. The staff is wonderful and helpful from the time I checked in until I checked out. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Since we are Best Western Rewards members and due to its location, we picked Eastgate Hotel, BW Collection Bellevue. My husband and I needed to take my brother to some early morning exams at Fred Hutch. Bellevue was a cheaper option, by about $100 to $150, then staying in Seattle (City Center/South Lake Union area). We stayed in a suite with a king bed and a separate sitting area with a sofa bed and a wet bar. Again, because it was cheaper than two separate rooms. We found the suite to be clean, emphasizing on satisfaction and not lacking any essentials. Spare bedding for the sofa bed was in some drawers in the suite, we didn't need to ask for anything. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the room for very long, since we checked in about 2 hours after checkin and needed to leave by 7 am to ensure we had enough time to get to Fred Hutch in Seattle on time. My brother found the included full breakfast satisfactory. It was the perfect location very close to I-90, making it easy get off and back onto the interstate, but wasn't noisy like you'd think it would by being that close to the interstate. Thanks Best Western, you never fail us.

Latoya helped us at the front desk and was absolutely amazing! I was pleasantly surprised as I got an upgraded room! I never asked for the upgrade she just did it to be nice! What a wonderful person!

Very nice place with good parking and near the freeway. Extremely reasonable in price. BUT you have to request maid service at the front desk or they do not refresh your room.

Overall best hotel experience ever. We were greeted by friendly and polite staff. They answered all questions and gave us some helpful advice concerning our trip. The hotel and room are exceptionally clean. Our room had so much space left even with 2 queen beds. Our breakfast 2 out of the 3 days was good as well. For being a continental breakfast, we had a lot of options every morning. Will definitely stay again

Upon arrival, I did not even receive water as complementary for members. I asked the receptionist and he told me to use the vendor machine or the water fountain. I got to the room, no clean towels, floor was dirty with pieces of vegetable trash and dustbin was almost full. Service here was very poor.

We had a great time. Right from the start, the front desk was quick to check us in. Room was very large with a comfy king bed and a separate TV room. Will be back

It was such a great experience staying at this hotel. My wife and I were very comfortable in the room right away. The A/C worked perfectly, the jacuzzi tub was awesome, and the bed was super comfy too. We plan to stay here any time we are able to get away.

Ideal location for our weekend. Nice room and breakfast. Disappointed we didn't have the Jacuzzi suite as reserved, but staff apologized and gave us a nice discount. Would absolutely recommend for folks with commitments in Issaquah.

We were greeted and quickly checked in at the front desk. The hotel is very clean and the outside grounds are well manicured. Our room was clean and very comfortable. This is my go to Hotel for the east side.

Always clean and quiet. We have made this our go-to hotel over the past two years. The service staff is friendly and the breakfast is always quality.

Understaffed. Could not contact front desk on a couple of occasions. Rooms could use updating, as in carpeting and furniture. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping is done daily only if requested the night before 10pm.Location is good, right near the 90 freeway. If you're staying in Seattle, and want a 1 bedroom suite, this might be your best bet, as for a comparable suite in downtown Seattle might be double the price.

The living room has a sofa could be easily converted to a queen size bed. The staff from housekeeping and front desk were friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The rooms are comfortable but the desk chair was worn out completely. The stay was pleasant and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too.

The room was very clean, and although the furnishings were dated, they were functional. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety: waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, hot oatmeal with a variety of toppings, scrambled eggs, fruits, pastries, etc. There is a locked garage below the building. I did feel that it was a little over- priced without having a pool, but the other amenities nearly compensated.

The pillows are half the size of regular pillows. Shampoo and conditioner are small one-time use bottles. The breakfast was better than most hotels. Friendly staff. We would stay there again.

Eastgate was really the perfect Seattle stay for my son and I on our summer vacation. We loved Bellevue and the peace and quiet at the hotel. It was right by the freeway, so we could hop on for adventures in and around Seattle. We highly recommend the ferry to Whidbey. Visit Coupeville and Langley while there, and Deception Pass. Eastgate hotel was quiet with comfy beds and the shower felt like a massage after a long day of walking about Seattle. We slept great! The free breakfast buffet was amazingly good and free parking and wifi can't be beat. What a deal! What a perfect stay!

I stayed 2 days for a business trip in room 505. This was the closest hotel to Bellevue College and that is why I chose it. I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Shiny spotless!!! Some of the furnishings are a bit worn but it did not take away from the functionality and cleanliness. It is near the I90 freeway but was actually quiet. Front desk was quick and friendly. Plenty of parking and as a female, I felt safe. Overall, great mid-priced option and perfect for us clean freaks!

The hotel overall is pretty nice. Small things hurt the rating. One elevator didn't work while we were there, so waiting time prob doubled waiting for it. We asked to have our room cleaned on our second day, but it wasn't d done. The sink in the bathroom was kinda clogged. And at the end of the weekend, the staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast crowd. They ran out is just about everything. It was a holiday weekend, but that's usually something you anticipate, especially if you know the hotel capacity. But the hotel itself was pretty clean. The staff was very nice and very friendly. The fitness center is decent, nothing special. And check in/ out was quick n easy. I'd prob stay here again if needed.

The check-in was easy and polite. No bellhops so you move your own luggage. There's no cafe or bar. The room was large, very comfortable, and a very nice feature was a large mirror over a bar area in the room which made a perfect place for putting on makeup as the bathroom and mirror is small and really room for only one person at a time. Overall we would stay here again

Soft, comfy bed & pillows. Service was great when we called for tub drain issue though it wasn't dealt with right away in the evening. It was still okay coz the maintenance guys came early in the morning.

Amazing Stay! Stayed this weekend for a baseball tournament about 5 minutes away from the hotel. Great clean hotel, friendly staff, especially David in the evenings! Comfortable spacious rooms. My only comment I will make was it seemed like the breakfast staff couldn't keep up with the crowd. Maybe they were short staffed or maybe it was just an off weekend.

Our overall stay was pleasant. Lots of options for breakfast and good service from front desk. Room was clean and kitchen was fully stocked.

Easy and informational check-in. Lots of complementary parking spaces (outside and gated underground). Spacious and clean rooms w/ microwave, fridge, tv, desk, lounge chair, and lots of lighting & mirrors! Quiet part of Bellevue, so a good night's rest was possible. Great water pressure. Included complementary breakfast with lots of basic, but good food and drink options. Loved staying here. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Everybody was so kind. Parking under the building was wonderful. Everything went seamless, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, the front desk staff was amazing. Chester made sure every question I had was answered. Would recommend this hotel 10 times out of 10.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful — he quickly took care of an issue with our door lock and arranged for us to switch rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great location as well, right next to the highway which made getting around super easy. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back！

Great room with a king bed and an awesome firm queen bed with a room seperation. Nice breakfast and in a great location to highways and close proximity to since very good restaurants. Would gladly stay here again. My kids loved it too. Thai ginger nearby had good food.

Always a good place to stay. Started staying there years ago when we started going to Seattle for Dr. visits when it was the Silver Cloud, and now BW. Staff is always friendly, rooms are always clean, and a perfect central location. It's unfortunate that they never brought back the dining area after covid, for dinner, as it takes away eating convenience, but, still descent place to stay.

Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and coffee was available thru the day. Hotel was easy to get in and out of. The rate was good compared to other hotels around. The staff were welcoming and check in went very well for me. The lighting in the parking area on the one side of the building could have been a bit better but overall not bad.
