Super accueil par Kimmie. Nous avons eu droit à un bel upgrade. Les chambres sont bien équipées et la literie très confortable. La salle de bain spacieuse, toilettes et douche bien séparées. Les produits en dotation d'excellente qualité. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux il y a un très vaste choix. La femme qui cuisine en direct pour vous préparer des oeufs au choix et les plats vietnamiens typiques est très habile. Nous avions pris le modèle signature qui donne droit au buffet à 17h30. Tous les plats sont exécutés avec maîtrise on sent qu'il y a de vrais cuisiniers derrière tout cela. Il y a un choix énorme pour tous les goûts et les petits canapés sont plus délicieux les uns que les autres. Tout le personnel est motivé et sympathique. Il y a un excellent management derrière tout cela. Le bar sur le Rooftop offre une vue unique sur tout HCMC et les cocktails sont délicieux. Je recommande le Miss Saïgon. Très belle piscine où il fait bon se prélasser. Cet hôtel fait partie de nos coups de coeur et nous y retournerons très certainement. Emplacement numéro 1, tout se fait à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables 'j étais au 23 étage vue sur l opéra. Le personnel est attentif et serviable et il y a un roof top au 9epe étage. Une piscine ensoleillée le matin et une salle de sport. Merci au personnel pour bien s occuper de nous. Un grand merci à monsieur Hao pour sa patience et sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre de HCMC. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Belle vue sur l'opéra. Piscine et centre de sport agréable, beaucoup de machines et vue sur l'extérieure. Happy hour à la piscine. Petit bémol sur le skybar qui est un peu vieillissant par rapport à d'autres visités

Hotel impersonnel et froid. Le personnel est uniquement focalisé sur votre carte visa. A refaire un séjour à ho chi min je ne choisirai certainement pas l hôtel Caravelle. Mon avis peu paraître dur mais il est le reflet de notre ressenti en quittant votre hôtel.

Désolée de ne pas partager les avis dithyrambiques mais je trouve que 1 les chambres sont petites 2 pourquoi le mini bar est vide quand on arrive tard une bière ou un soda frais seraient les bienvenus d'ailleurs le mini bar ne fait même pas de froid Point positif le petit déjeuner mais dans la plupart des grands hôtels de Saigon c'est généralement le cas
