Buona posizione in centro alla città. Servizio reception e pulizia adeguati. La camera nel complesso silenziosa ma andrebbe rinnovata. Moquette, cuscini decorativi e copriletto sono il regno degli acari: meglio toglierli. Colazione a buffet abbastanza varia ma la gestione dei tavoli e ospiti piuttosto caotica e confusionaria.

Ottimo hotel situato nella zona centrale della città. Nessun problema a comunicare in inglese. Ottimo il ristorante ed altrettanto valida la colazione. Wi-Fi free e sempre funzionante. Valido per business non lo consiglio ad una famiglia in vacanza

Storico Hotel in centro a Saigon. Personale disponibile ed educato, pulizia senza pecche. Le camere sono spaziose ed idonee a soggiorni brevi. Ottima la colazione, con varianti sia occidentali che asiatiche. Buona la scelta dei ristoranti ed in particolare il Reflections ( vedere apposita recensione). Consigliato.

Ottimo hotel, zona centralissima. Camere molto belle, reception e lobby ben curate. Diversi ristoranti nella zona ma anche dentro all'labergo. Colazione piu che buona anche se si potrebbe migliorare ulteriormente. Direi assolutamente da provare quando si va a ho chi minh

Premesso che per quanto riguarda la stanza possiamo dire nulla di straordinario , le dimensioni sono nei limiti per un 5 stelle , Il servizio alla reception assolutamente inqualificabile . Siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio subito abbiamo richiesto di prenotare per la cena al ristorante con menù a buffet e ci viene rassicurato che non era necessario. Alle 18 ci rechiamo al ristorante e ci viene detto che non sarebbe stato possibile cenare perché tutto esaurito! ( dalle 18 alle 22 !!!) . Ritornati alla reception la stessa persona che aveva escluso la necessità di una prenotazione ci invita a recarci in un altro ristorante al 3 piano. Recateci al piano ci siamo imbattuti in un party organizzato la dove secondo la receptionist avremo dovuto cenare. Non ci siamo!! Che servizio 5 stelle può essere ....... personale e servizi non all altezza .

Abbiamo scelto una camera signature con saletta annessa, quest ultima è una comodità pazzesca soprattutto per la colazione, poche persone e altissima qualità di tutto. Camera non troppo grande ma molto funzionale. Pulizia della camera impeccabile. Posizione dell'hotel molto centrale.. Carina anche la spa e ottimo servizio massaggi.
