Eines der besten Hotels in dem ich jemals in Asien war. Angefangen bereits beim Check-in im Hotel, wo man beim Buchen von Signature gewisse Vorteile geniessen kann und das Check-in im 9. Stockwert stattfindet und nicht in der Lobby. Wir haben dann kurzer Hand ein Upgrade auf ein Signature Studio gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr Gross mit einen coolen Ausblick auf das Geschehen vor dem Hotel beim Opernhaus. Die Lage des Hotels ist dementsprechend sehr gut. Das Frühstück konnten wir ebenfalls aufgrund der Signature Vorteile im 9. Stock geniessen, dieses war nicht ganz so grosszügig wie wir es aus anderen Hotels kannten, jedoch können wir das Frühstück im "normalen" Bereich nicht beurteilen. Trotzdem wurde einem mehr oder weniger alles geboten was man braucht. Wir hatten am Hotel nichts zu bemängel und würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Wir haben eine Woche in Saigon im Caravelle Hotel verbracht. Vom Treffpunkt am Flughafen und Transfer mit einer blitzsauberen MB Limousine, bis zur Abfahrt eine Woche später war alles perfekt. Lage im Stadtzentrum als bester Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Alle Bereiche des Hotels sind im vorzüglichen Zustand, gepflegt und sauber. Alle Einrichtungen in bestem Zustand. Das Personal, ob an der Rezeption, in der Business Lounge, Room Service, in den Restaurants etc. ist sehr professionell, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer mit Zugang in die Business Lounge ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Beide Restaurants, Nineteen und Reflections, bieten hervorragende Menüs. Nineteen ist ein Seafood AYCE Restaurant mit fantastischen Austern. Reflections ist ein Highlight an Speisen und Getränkeauswahl, verbunden mit einem hochprofessionellen und persönlichen Service. Ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Das nächste Mal in Saigon wird es wieder in Caravelle geben.

Klasse Aufenthalt, super zuvorkommend! Die Zimmer sind schön, ruhig und sauber. In der Lobby wird man freundlich empfangen und man kümmert sich um alle Belange. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und, wie ich finde, qualitativ sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung. Gerne wieder!

Das Personal ist zunächst einfach großartig. Die Concierege-Dame hat uns so gut geholfen mit unseren Fahrrädern und den Taxi's. Lounge-Zugang war fantastisch! Super Personal, tolles Essen, wunderbare Atmosphäre. Tolles Frühstück, Pool mit Pool-Bar und Fitness-Raum, alles so wie man es sich wünscht. Lage natürlich großartig. Das Beste ist aber einfach das Gefühl, hier wirklich willkommen zu sein. Egal in welchem Teil des Hotels.

Das Hotel ist einfach großartig! Es liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt, ist sehr gut schallisoliert. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, alles ist gepflegt, großzügig, sauber. Der Service ist spitze. Wir hatten Signature gebucht, sehr zu empfehlen. In der Lobby ist viel los, etwas trubelig. Wir würden nur noch dieses Hotel buchen!
Vom Einchecken, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zum Check-Out war die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeitenden sehr professionell, freundlich und wertschätzend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu besuchen und trotzdem ruhig genug um zu entspannen. Das von uns bewohnte Zimmer war ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestattet was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, sodass die kleinen Gebrauchsspuren nicht stören. Was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat, war die aus unserer Sicht sehr enge Bestuhlung im Frühstücksbereich. Auch bei der Auswahl der Speisen hätten wir uns etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Aber hier geht es um Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für das Caravelle Saigon entscheiden. Essen ist Geschmacksache aber das Zimmer, die Lage und vor allem die Mitarbeitenden sind die Trümpfe die für uns zählen.
