It is actually a business hotel and located close to the airport. The rooms are clean, and sufficient for a short stay. The room service is very good and prompt. The breakfast buffet is very nice and sumptuous. The staff looks after you well.

) Worst Management Highly disappointed with the management of Best Western AH One, Amritsar. They do not respect corporate ethics or basic labour guidelines. Employees are treated poorly, and even after legally resigning and serving the notice period, the hotel management refuses to clear the pending salary and Full & Final (F&F) settlements. If a hotel cannot respect and pay its own hardworking staff, they can never provide genuine hospitality to their guests. The local HR and management are completely unresponsive. Absolute lack of professionalism. Would not recommend anyone to support or stay at a property with such unethical business practices! Zero stars I share my resignation form and f&f clearance documents

Dear Best Western Team, We stayed at your hotel recently, and overall everything was very good. In fact, we have stayed at your property multiple times before, and this was around our 4th or 5th stay. However, during this visit, I had a disappointing experience. Around 8:00 AM, we placed a breakfast order for fruits and other available in-room dining items. When I called for the second and third time regarding the order, the staff member answered the phone and said to someone else, “The call has come again.” I found this quite unprofessional. If a guest is staying at your hotel, it is natural for them to call regarding their requests, and such comments should not be made while attending guest calls. Secondly, we understand hospitality rules and SOPs, but sometimes human errors can happen. For example, if something accidentally falls on a bedsheet or if a guest gets injured, charging blanket or laundry fees in such situations feels unreasonable. As frequent travelers, we may not always be aware of every single policy in detail. This time, I am quite disappointed with certain aspects of the service. However, I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Alok, who was very helpful, professional, and polite throughout our stay. The bellboy was also very sweet and courteous. I request the management to kindly ensure that during our future stays, we do not face such disappointing experiences again. Thank you.

The best hotel in the city on airport road with excellent service, the room was very neet and clean & specious I really enjoyed my stay, the team housekeeping was excellent, Room boy Rahul and his supervisor Jagdeep was very good person, as they are provid best services to us with full of amenities, i would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members. I met with the manager also during checkout at reception Mr. Neeraj kumar he is also very good. The food was also aosum i really enjoyed alot.

We were stuck at the Amritsar airport on 3rd January 2026 due to the heavy fog. The flights were simply canceled without any accomodation help. After calling 50 odd hotels, the Best Western accepted to give us a room at 7am so we could rest. We were welcomed warmly in the early hours in this beautiful hotel. Even with the sleep we wanted badly, we took the time to appreciate the quality of the room decoration and cleanliness. All of the services are top quality starting with the breakfast service. Rakhwinder Singh welcomes you and looks after your needs. Thank you very much for sharing a lovely discussion. Chef Shinda (Surinder Singh) serves you with constant smile and professional knowledge. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the homely feeling. I will remember my emergency stay in Amritsar very positively, despite the horrible experience at the airport.

we stayed in this Hotel twice on 4 Nov and 10 Nov rooms are good, loaction is also perfect but there is some administrative lacking. Staff is not polite . They just behave like in Govt Deptt. While arrival and departure also no perfection to handle the luggage. Even in breakfast they could not provide masala tea on demand also did not refuse and waited for 30 mts. Only name of Best Western they require a lot improvement. Even in bathroom basin water was blocked

Hotel has given us the excellent service during our stay . We were supposed to stay for 1 night but stayed for 3 nights since my kids got sick and we had to take to them to hospital nearby . Staff welcomed our each and every request and made us feel so homely . The front desk manager Mr Alok is very nice and friendly person and ch aged our rooms for hygiene purposes and accommodated our request of breakfast as well and kept checking on our request and kids health . I would highly recommend this hotel
