La qualité de service est exceptionnelle, les chambres spacieuses et tout confort, le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel est connu sur toute l'ile et propose des menus divers et variés, un vrai régal !! La situation de l'hôtel et la vue sur Saint Pieter, le château Cornet est magnifique

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de trois nuits dans ce très bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de Saint Peters. De beaux jardins, des espaces communs agréables et élégants, un très bel espace piscine sauna hammam. Le restaurant associé à l'hôtel est un plus, service attentif et rapide. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse et agréable donnant sur le patio - pas très lumineuse, mais très calme et avec toutes les commodités (plateau de courtoisie... ). L'hôtel offre de nombreux services dont nous n'avons pas forcément pu profiter: une navette vers le port à différents horaires et un tour de l'île proposé le mardi et le jeudi. Mais nous avons pu réserver à distance des vélos électriques pour deux jours qui ont été mis à disposition dans l'hôtel même. Au final, nous n'avons qu'à féliciter le personnel de l'hôtel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Ce fut un séjour parfait!

Avons passé une semaine à Guernesey avec voiture personnelle et logement dans cet hôtel très bien situé; calme, très bien équipé avec assez grande piscine, jacuzzi ,sauna et hamam, très propre ( personnel d'entretien remarquable) avec un personnel charmant en Mars. ce furent d'excellentes vacances. Il y eu des aléas (grève puis tempête) mais tout a été fait pour que notre séjour un peu prolongé se passe au mieux.

On ne voit pas le port des chambres mais du parking. Notre chambre (3) donnait sur un couloir… aucune vue et pas de possibilité d'aérer ! Par contre spacieuse idem pour la salle de bains. Propreté impeccable ainsi que la literie. Personnel charmant mais aucune information : le dernier jour on a appris qu'une navette descendait régulièrement au centre ville ! Hôtel un peu excentré ! Et qu'il y avait une excursion organisée en minibus pour le tour de l'île ! Le restaurant est de bon niveau : un peu cher. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Très grand chambre impeccable avec bonne literie et salle de bain moderne. Des petites "choses"(gel shampooing, bonnet de bain etc....) très sympa. Sans oublier le Personnel agréable et gentil. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir si Condor ferries maintient ses bateaux (pas toujours le cas !).

Restaurant très classe. Par contre, il ne faut pas oublier qu'on est en GB, donc il ne faut pas s'attendre à de la grande gastronomie. Néanmoins, l'entrée était très bonne (maquereau fumé avec des petites pommes de terre). Du poulet et ses légumes, correct. Dessert "gâche mêlée et sauce vanille", en fait un pudding aux agrumes et cannelle. Nous étions tout un groupe en CE, donc comme dans tous les trucs organisés, c'est un peu cantine.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec nos 2 enfants. Les chambres sont propres, eau, thé, café... à disposition. Personnel charmant, très arrangeant. Vue magnifique sur le castle Cornet et le port. À 5 minutes de hauteville house à pied. Dîner au Copenhagen : très bon et personnel également très sympa. Petit déjeuner adaptable en fonction de votre appétit ! Et piscine très agréable À refaire

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de St Peter, avec un grand parking et une belle vue depuis les restaurants et leurs terrasses. Service au top : le personnel est d'une grande amabilité et efficacité. Nous avions une chambre très calme, donnant sur un jardin, dans la partie rénovée. Excellente literie. Bons et copieux plats dans 2 restaurants : Copenhagen (ambiance pub) et Wellington (plus chic mais prix guère plus élevé qu'au pub). Petit déjeuner très copieux dans le cadre très agréable du Wellington. Bref, que des éloges! Bravo!

Nous avons séjourné, en famille, trois nuits en avril 2019, dans cet hôtel à taille humaine tout à fait confortable et agréable. Nous étions au calme dans des chambres situées autour du patio. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux dans un cadre très agréable. Nous avons diné au restaurant Copenhagen et nous avons été tout à fait satisfaits. La piscine est un vrai plus. Pour finir nous avons apprécié le "tour de l'ile" en minibus offert par l'hôtel.

Tout près de Hauteville House (maison de Victor Hugo). Accueil et personnel d'une amabilité et efficacité assez rare de nos jours : nous avions une chambre avec baignoire et souhaitions une chambre avec douche ; moins de 5 minutes plus tard nos valises étaient transférées dans notre nouvelle chambre (fruits frais et bouteille d'eau offerts et renouvelés chaque jour). Situé sur les hauteurs, l'hôtel offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de St Peter et Cornet Castle. Un parking est à disposition de la clientèle ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas à St Peter, même si le parking est gratuit (de 3 à 10h) en ville. Petit déjeuner excellent avec là aussi la même vue sur le port et le château.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre, sur les hauteurs avec une belle vue sur la baie de Guernesey. Accueil très agréable avec du personnel qui faisait l'effort de parler un bon anglais ou même de parler français ! Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse et confortable, une bouteille d'eau etait a notre disposition tous les jours. Excellents conseils de la Reception pour visiter l'île. Et enfin un restaurant excellent et un service soigné. Un 3 étoiles au top !!!

Pas terrible : La piscine, pas de climatisation (juste un vieux ventilateur), vieux fauteuils, globalement un peu archaïque et loin du centre Bien : La terrasse, le personnel et le restaurant (coté fenêtres, très bruyant dans la salle principale)

Nous sommes venus passer deux jours à Guernesey et avons choisi le Best Western de Havelet. Cet hôtel n a aucun charme, la décoration date du début de siècle dernier. Vous vous sentez comme chez vos grands-parents ; des qu on touche quelque chose ça me marche pas. Tirer la chasse d eau est une épreuve. La belle vue de la salle du restaurant est sur un toit en tôle ondulée ! La mer et le port au loin. Le style de cet hôtel est dépassé et le rapport qualité-prix très défavorable au clients. La seule question que je me pose est comment peut il être le meilleur hôtel de Guernesey ? Un conseil : choisissez un autre lieu

Rejoindre cet hôtel, à pied fut un exploit ! L'empLacement est éloigné du centre ville ! ( 20 minutes de marche ) L'hotel Est vieillot... ce n'est pas agréable d'y Séjourner ! La piscine est petite, la chambre donne sur un Petit espace vert face à un grand mur... Elle est donc sombre. La deco est « has Been «,les meubles d'un autre Âge, la salle de bain petite avec une mauvaise Aération... la ventilation de la chambre est médiocre... Pas d'air conditionné ! Seul point positif : la vue réduite sur le port A partir du restaurant ! Une adresse sans intérêt !

Nous avions une suite au RDC pour deux adultes et un enfant, suite junior spacieuse avec plateau de courtoise, fruits, gâteaux secs, chocolats. Très bon matelas et au calme! Piscine de charme partiellement sous véranda très agréable (il faut se méfier du jacuzzi qui est peut être un peu trop chaud) Le restaurant attenant est très pratique et sympa car l hôtel est un peu excentré. Restaurant en bas plutôt cool avec des serveurs et un patron très gentils et restaurant du haut plus traditionnel. (Il y serve le petit déjeuner avec english breakfast!) Pour aller en ville il y a une navette mais on descendait à pied le matin (pas trop long et on passe à côté de la maison de Victor Hugo) Juste une seule navette de l hôtel en fin de journée. On a pris plusieurs fois un taxi car on était avec un enfant (pas toujours facile de trouver un taxi en ville; plus facile de le commander d un restaurant ou de l hôtel pour une heure fixe). L hôtel n est pas loin à pied de la citadelle, très bien à visiter (compter deux heures avec les musées et salon de thé pour faire une pause) On a pris également le bus pour aller au musée de l occupation (tb) et un taxi pour aller au musée du costume (très intéressant).Je recommande vivement Guernesey et cet hôtel!

Bel hotel très grand confort , tout près de la maison de Victor Hugo super accueil , literie top , propreté top , piscine très agréable , petit déjeuner somptueux , 2 restaurants excellents . ( attention si on marche , ça grimpe depuis le port et la plage ) nous avions une chambre supérieure ( 1 é étage ) , très agréable .

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont très cosy avec une bonne literie. La rue d'accès grimpe énormément. Vous serez à 15 min à pieds du centre ville de St peter. Nous adressons un bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être plus varié et qualitatif (jus d'orange frais, fromage, jambon et english breakfast moins gras...)

Nous avons été ravis du début à la fin de notre séjour. L'hôtel est très confortable, le rez-de-chaussée avec ses deux salles de détente est appréciable. La piscine couvert + hammam + sauna + jaccuzzi permet à chacun de choisir ce qui lui plaît. Le service est excellent tant au niveau de l'hôtel que du restaurant. Enfin, les petits chocolats, les journaux représentent des petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Sans oublier la vue sur Saint peter's port!

L'hôtel est situé un peu sur la hauteur, très calme. Environnement verdoyant. Très agréable. Accueil chaleureux. Hall d'entrée très "british". Belle décoration des parties communes. Chambre très confortable, très propre, même si les dimensions en sont réduites (compte tenu du prix pratiqué), petite salle de bains où rien ne manque. Literie impeccable. Armoire type IKEA (dommage). Restaurant avec vue splendide sur la baie. Carte offrant un bon choix. Service se voulant de haut niveau, mais le personnel (très aimable) en nombre suffisant se gêne un peu. Ce qui fait que finalement, on attend et tous les plats sont arrivés tièdes. Dommage car les mets sont de qualité.

Voilà je voulais parler de cet hotel havelet à guernesey qui fait parti de la chaîne des hôtels best western tout d abord dire qu ils ont une superbe île avec un temps magnifique que nous avons eu et dire que cet hôtel est vraiment top un directeur charmant une équipe très agréable des repas plus super tous les jours du changement (le soir puisque nous avions prit en demi pension )nous avons eu des petits déjeuners plus que copieux on connaît les anglais la dessus en tout cas vous n en avez plus qu il ne faut l hotel par lui même est très joli bien entretenu propre une superbe piscine chauffée ainsi qu a l intérieur de la serre hammam jaccuzi et sauna plein de choses qui vous font décompresser Un très joli jardin et une petite intention pour Pâques des petits oeufs avec un petit mot sont venus jusqu à notre chambre le lapin était passé pour notre fille super La chambre qu'en à elle etait très confortable pour nous très propre ménage fait tous les jours ainsi que les lits avec une vue sur le jardin et un calme olympien car c est une île. Aime des gens calmes et cela fait vraiment du bien Il y a plein de choses à faire sur l île les boutiques déjà pour les shoppeuses des restaurants des terrasses de café en plein soleil et la maison de Victor Hugo qui avait exilé 1 an sur l île et ne pas oublier de faire l île de serk à prendre avec le bateau au port de St. Peter port Je voudrais au nom de nous trois remercier tout particulièrement le directeur de l hotel havelet qui nous a laissé la chambre le jour du départ car nous avons eu un retard de plusieurs heures Avec le bateau il ne nous a pas fait de check out et nous a laissé profiter de la piscine ainsi que de la chambre pour notre départ et après ils nous ont gardé nos bagages un grand merci pour votre hospitalité En tout cas nous reviendrons et tout particulièrement dans cet hôtel ne pas oublier avec les bagages de prendre le taxi car celui ci se trouve un peu en hauteur Avec grand plaisir et merci de votre gentillesse et see you soon

Je réitère mon commentaire du mois d'octobre. Ma chambre n'est pas aussi bien placée que la précédente mais elle est belle, propre, cosy. Je m'y sens bien! Le spa permet de réels moments de détente. Mais surtout, ce que j'aime par-dessus tout, c'est l'accueil. Le personnel est absolument charmant. Toujours un sourire, toujours prêt à aider, vraiment, c'est de l'accueil ! Installations, bar, restaurant, chambres, personnel : tout est idéal pour s'y sentir bien. Vivement ma prochaine visite. Merci à vous.

Dans une petite ruelle, discrète, sur les hauteurs de Hauteville, un parking (chose indispensable à Guernsey), deux battements donc un qui ne paye pas de mine .. c'est réservé alors je me lance, j'ouvre la porte et entre. Je suis très bien reçue, on me donne les clés et on m'accompagne jusque ma chambre. Très appreciable. Très apprécié. Autant le couloir me faisait peur, sous une véranda, le sol tapissé de vert style faux gazon, autant lorsque l'on m'a ouvert la porte de ma chambre j'ai émit un son genre "wahouuu"! La chambre est parfaite et je m'y sens vraiment bien !! Je suis allée faire un tour au sauna/ jaccuzzi et ai passé un réel moment de détente. Pour finir la journée par un merveilleux dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Perfect ! Je reviens ici la prochaine fois !!

J'ai réservé une chambre single à l'office de tourisme de St Peter Port dans cet hôtel pour 95 livres en bed and breakfast Je suis arrivé à 7h du matin et ai pu avoir un véritable breakfast riche en choix et de bonne qualité. La réception m'a proposé de me faire bénéficier d'un check in dès 9h15 en me surclassant dans une chambre double avec King size . Que du bonheur. La piscine et le jaccouzi sont super. Il y a une navette gratuite pour le centre ville L'isolation acoustique est remarquable Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel

Hotel sans ascenceur dommage!! pour les handicapés et le restaurant ferme trop tot le soir , nous n'avons pas pu prendre le café. A revoir la fraicheur de l'assiette de fruits de me nous avons été maladesr. L'hotel est trop éloigné du centre, mais la vue est agréable.
I am very sad to see your poor rating review on our trip advisor and find it unfair. Our Hotel is a Georgian house and consequentially listed building so impossible to have a lift installed. Maybe if a lift was of importance you should have asked your travel agency if the hotel had a lift or visit our hotel website for further information or request a ground floor room. Reference closing of restaurant we have two restaurants and a bar, our opening times are from 06:45am till 12:45am of the next day, and open for food from 12:00noon till 09:30 pm last order. Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé. Décoration standard un peu impersonnelle, mais confort irréprochable de la chaîne Best Western. Accueil impeccable et souriant, par une équipe jeune et attentive aux demandes. Déception, cependant, lors des deux repas au restaurant de l'hôtel : cuisine convenable, certes, mais sans grande recherche, indigne d'un établissement de cette qualité. Un petit effort pour parler français serait aussi le bienvenu, ou du moins pour traduire en français documents d'accueil, indications pour la navette desservant les hôtels... et lettre personnelle sollicitant notre avis sur les sites de voyage !

Nous avons séjourné quatre jours avec deux couples d'amis dans cet hôtel particulièrement bien situé dans les hauteurs de la ville avec vue sur la mer depuis les terrasses. Tout était parfait aussi bien en ce qui concerne la disposition des chambres, la propreté, le confort de la literie, la salle d'eau, la grande piscine intérieure et le service. Le petit déjeuner très copieux était servi par un personnel jeune, étranger, parlant anglais, très attentionné, sans être pour autant condescendant, ce qui était très agréable; il en fut de même au déjeuner pris sur la terrasse, le personnel se prêtant avec beaucoup de gentillesse à nos demandes. Enfin l'équipe dirigeante s'est constamment préoccupée de notre bien-être.

Hôtel de qualité aux services et prestations fort honorables,près de la maison de Victor Hugo. Chambre single assez petite et trop proche de la chaufferie (mais on m'a surclassée). Personnel européen aux compétences et comportement inégal (les cadres et responsables sont eux parfaits). Accueil très professionnel cela dit et employés dévoués (réceptionniste tricoteuse hors-pair). Nombreux services annexes comme la navette, la piscine ou le PC libre service. Décoration standard sans grand charme mais établissement très propre ; seul le salon est meublé avec goût. Bar Grill Copenhagen très agréable, bien animé mais cuisine décevante, comme celle du restaurant principal. Chef sympathique et formé aux meilleures écoles mais bridé par le conformisme anglais. Les produits de la mer ne sont pas assez mis en avant ni bien travaillés. L'hôtel est en haut d'une belle côte, difficile à grimper après 4 heures de randonnée sur le sentier côtier ! Prenez la navette de l'hôtel, le chauffeur est adorable. Bon rapport qualité-prix donc. Je recommande mais n'y séjournerai peut-être pas de nouveau.

Bien situé, proche du centre, avec une belle vue sur le port. Service de navette entre 3 hotels associés. Service de visite guidée sur l'ile, à la demi-journée, gratuit, deux jours dans la semaine. Piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi. Très bon restaurant avec un lounge bar de grande qualité. Personnel très attentionné.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour notre 2ème nuit sur l'île après avoir consulté le site de l'hôtel et tripadvisor. Nous avons eu une chambre supérieure. Elle n'avait de supérieur que l'étage où elle se trouvait!!! La chambre (28) mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement! Il est impossible de poser une trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain. Donc compte tenu du prix, soit on s'est moqué de nous, soit il y a eu une erreur dans l'attribution de la chambre ( en tout cas aucun rapport même avec beaucoup d'imagination avec la photo figurant sur le site de l'hôtel). Nous pensions être au coeur de la ville..... Et bien non! Points positifs : literie correcte, restaurant correct, hotel calme, très belle vue de la salle du petit déjeuner mais pour seulement 9£ d'écart avec notre première nuit passée sur l'île , il est clair que je ferais plus ce choix. Dernier point, alors que les locaux passaient boire un verre au pub avant de passer à table dans la salle du restaurant, nous sommes restés au pub. On ne nous a pas proposé cette alternative. Bref je ne comprends pas le plébiscite des utilisateurs de tripadvisor pour cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé trois nuits en demi-pension dans cet hôtel. Nous avons apprécié sa situation, proche du centre ville et accessible facilement à pied. L'hôtel possède un vaste parking ce qui est bien pratique, que l'on soit venu sur l'île avec sa propre voiture, ou que l'on loue un véhicule sur place. Les chambres sont très calmes et parfaitement bien équipées. Il y a un spa très agréable dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, appréciable avec une journée de ballades. La salle de bain est correcte, toutefois une chose nous a frappée : la hauteur de la baignoire au point que nous nous sommes posés la question de savoir s'il est possible à la clientèle âgée de l'hôtel d'enjamber celle-ci sans danger. Je pense que cela doit être un vrai problème pour les personnes d'un certain âge. Concernant le restaurant de l'hôtel, situé au premier étage, les tables sont agréablement disposées et la vue est magnifique. Cependant, il faut rester objectifs : c'est de la cuisine anglaise qui est servie, et pour nos palais européens, cela passe assez mal. La viande est trop cuite, les sauces sont sans goût, le poisson annoncé grillé est en fait cuit à l'étuvée, les légumes sont cuits à l'eau... Seuls les desserts passent honorablement l'examen. Le petit déjeuner est correct, bien que les oeufs "coque" soient plutôt des "oeufs durs". Les vins sont excellents et le service est parfait. Les produits sont frais et de bonne qualité, mais c'est la manière dont ils sont travaillés et servis qui nous laisse dubitatifs. Malgré tout cela, je pense que l'hôtel est excellent et j'y reviendrais volontiers en cas de nouveau séjour à Guernesey.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hotel et nous y retournerons pour de nombreuses raisons : - emplacement unique : vue magnifique sur la ville et sur la baie (la même que celle de Victor Hugo dont la maison est à 5 mn), à 5 mn à pied de la ville (tres jolie route bordée de jardins) et surtout du départ de tous les bus qui rayonnent dans l'île et qui sont la meilleure façon de la découvrir), à 15 mn à pied du ferry (mais nous avons pris un taxi pour 6 euros). - trés belle chambre décorée à l'anglaise, sans vue mais trés calme, extremement confortable. - accès à de grands salons avec vue sur mer, nous y étions l'hive? il y avait un feu de bois. L'été magnifiques terrasses avec vue. - repas pris sur place le matin : excellent petit dejeune, généreux et multitude d'offres variées de plats cuits ; diner le soir dans le bar ou dans le restaurant. Toujours avec vue splendide. - directeur et personnel aussi professionnels qu'adorables : nous n'avons pas vu venir aux dates prévues à cause de la tempête et malgré notre réservation bloquée faite sur un site de reservation à un prix promotionnel, le directeur a accepté immédiatement le changement sans surcoût. C'est un hôtel possédé et géré par un particulier. un excellent choix pour visiter cette île ravissante. Un seul conseil : y aller en avril (fleurs) mais pas avant car tous les musées ferment jusq'au 1er avril.
