Best Western Plus The Inn at Hells Canyon

Beautiful interior as you walk in. Nice front desk staff. We had two rooms, one king and the other two queens. Our sons got the queen and it was an impressive min suite for the same cost as our regular king room. The rooms were very well laid out. The shower was very good. The bed and pillows were good. We all enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection. Cold and hot cereal, breads, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. Hot items included an omelet station where Lois made an omelet with the choices of fillings you choose. She did an excellent job on mine.

AWESOME!! What a wonderful hotel to stay at with our pet. Great staff, updated and clean room with a pet yard for our dog, VERY nice breakfast (get an omelette!) and good location for accessing Clarkston and Lewiston activities. Highly recommend you stay at this Best Western if you are in the area.

We stayed for one night and everything was wonderful! The front desk attendant was kind, friendly, and easily accommodated our request for a ground floor room. We had a pet room which has a nice little fenced patio with grass to take your pet outside directly from the room. We especially loved the made to order omelets for breakfast! They were delicious! They also served potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, waffles, etc. Will stay again next time we are in the area.

The KIng Size bed/room was on the top floor in the back so it was very quiet. I never heard any noise while we were there. Parking out back was very easy. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Hotel. Lots of water pressure and hot water. Omelette Bar and waffles. I did not see bacon, but there was sausage and potatoes, cereal, etc. Very good. I'd stay there again. Daughter and son-in-law got a suite and it had 2 TV's (one for the kids). It was on the 2nd floor. Their onsite level 2 EV charger was not working, so I did not get to try it. I did not try the pool or hot tub, maybe next time.

This is a great property. Nice large lobby area. Room was clean and modern. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. I always judge on shower water pressure and it was solid. Location is good. Seems like most things are close by anyway. Breakfast was plenty with an omelette station. Definitely worth the stay

He deserves his own section of positive feedback regarding our stay here, so here goes: When I was deciding where to stay, I called the front desk number and was lucky enough to reach Phil. I asked him countless questions about his property, the BW Plus - The Inn at Hells Canyon property. In addition, I shared my safety concerns with him as I was planning to travel to Lewiston for the Larry McConnell Invitational Tennis Tournament with our teenage son. Unfortunately, my husband wasn't going to be able to join us so this was a real concern for me. Phil answered all of my questions and assured me that this was a safe place to stay and he was right! In addition to this, he inspired me to select your property by acknowledging our platinum status with BW and letting me know how much he appreciated us as loyal BW Rewards members. The way he conveyed this was sincere and welcoming vs. fake or over solicitous. I let Phil know there were some conditions relating to the outcome of the tournament, which may require us to stay Saturday night as well. However, I wasn't sure because I wouldn't know until the matches were played. He provided us with multiple options in order to accommodate our needs. Then, he wrote notes on our account so Dyan and Hollie at the front desk would be in the loop. This prevented us from having to restate everything we'd already discussed with Phil. When you've driven several hours that's the last thing you feel like doing! We finally met Phil during his shift on the 2nd day of our stay. He thanked us again for being platinum members and asked if there was anything he could do to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. We hope he is recognized for his professionalism and dedication to excellence. As BW Rewards Members who've taken 7 separate trips around the world within the last 12 months, Phil and his team stand out as being the absolute best! Thank you, Phil! Housekeeping - Rachel and Erin in housekeeping were incredibly personable and helpful. They made sure everything in our room was well stocked and immaculate. This is so rare these days we wanted to give them credit and make note of it. Thanks Rachel & Erin! Incredible Breakfasts - Lois makes the best omelets and Michelle cracked us up when she referred to the plain potatoes vs. the bedazzled potatoes. When we asked what was in the bedazzled potatoes, she explained, "That's what I call the potatoes with red and green peppers and onions." She and Lois made sure everything was well stocked, the food was hot and kept the dining area spotless! Front Desk - Hollie and Dyan were both welcoming when we called prior to our arrival and once we arrived. Dyan went the extra mile and figured out how to access and apply both BW $50 credits we'd earned this month. It may sound simple, however, this was no small feat as the email from BW was sent from [email protected] instead of the usual address BW utilizes. I called the 800 number and Dyan completed her own research and together, we were able to solve the mystery. The important thing to us? Dyan didn't give up until she resolved the issue 100%. Front Desk (cont.) - Hollie served our son fresh made chocolate chip cookies and referred us to some wonderful local restaurants the first night we arrived. Her recommendations made us feel more at home in a place we'd never visited prior to this trip. The only thing we wish all hotels would add to their checkout process: A way to compensate their staff! We don't carry cash so it would be wonderful if you'd add a tip line for each department upon checkout. We would have tipped the breakfast staff, housekeeping staff and the front desk if your checkout process had allowed it. It's 2025 and most credit card transactions provide a tip line. However, most hotels do not. BW could pioneer this concept for all hotels and set the trend... Would recommend this beautiful property to everyone we know!

Our guest room was very spacious & beautiful. The complimentary breakfasts each morning were delicious & offered very wide variety. Lois even cooked made-to-order omelets! Both Holly & Peggy at the front desk were very helpful & friendly. We felt truly comfortable & will happily return!

This was an excellent 2-night stay for our jet boat trip on the Snake River. Not sure, but it felt like a new hotel and was clean and comfortable. Our checkin was smooth and the person there was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub that I did not use but the rest of my party did. Our king room was spacious with a comfortable club chair and ottoman. All the key amenities were supplied. Roomy fridge has a freezer compartment. The breakfast was very good with eggs cooked to order. It's not close to restaurants as I recall, so you do need a car. Recommend highly.

I have always used Best Westerns around the country and had no issues with them, if I did they resolved the problems that I had.

This is a nice spot and decent location. Fazzari's Finest pizza is within walking distance and the pizza is awesome.

Have stayed many times, always professional, very clean and quiet, great breakfast and very nice place to spend a night or so.

My high school planned a trip to Lewiston/ Charleston, for the Lionel Hampton jazz festival In Moscow. This was a fantastic location to be staying in. When we got there, we were greeted with kindness and respect. The rooms were extremely clean and very tidy, the beds were comfortable, but most importantly the water pressure was fantastic! The breakfast court was delicious, as there was variety and options for everyone. The service was awesome, and I would definitely come back again! Also… omelet bar. Enough said!

Everytime we come to town to watch family play LC baseball we stay at Hells Canyon BW. It is always friendly, clean, comfortable and competitively price for what you are getting. I will stay there again

Friendly staff, incredible breakfast, Omelette made to order was DELICIOUS! french vanilla late machine was wonderful!!! everything was clean, the room was comfortable, entire stay was relaxing. Premises was clean and secure.

Hotel Management does not care about their guests. We even watched the manager on a phone call rolling her eyes at a guest on the phone. There is no willingness to help in any situtation. If you want to be treated as a third class citizen then this is the hotel for you.

If ever coming to the Lewiston-Clarkston area, consider checking into the Best Western Plus in Clarkston. Everything from the cleanliness of the room to the varietal hot breakfasts to a perfectly working internet and business center to cheerful staff members and tasteful artwork make it one happy experience!

I reserved a room and recieved a confermation at $389.00 - When we checked out they charged 454.00 and refused to change it. I called back and spoke to Kim, the one that gave me the confermation. You could tell she was saying what someone beside her was telling her to say. Still would not refund my money. Called corperate they said they could not force them to refund. They are not a franchise.They just lost a customer who spends thousands of dollars on motels every year over $65..00.

Excellent hotel and experience. Everyone from check in to check out were extremely helpful, excellent recommendation for dinner (Rooster) breakfast was amazing, fresh cooked omelet! Everyone was extremely helpful. All staff had smiles and a willing to help attitude.

Disappointed. I was told there are two EV chargers. I saw one which was occupied. It is good that I decided not to drive my Tesla. I would have been stranded. You need a dozen. Times are changing. Better yet, petition Tesla to install a Supercharger station.

This is one of the nicer Best Western Plus's. The facility is modern, spacious, quiet, well appointed and very clean. There is ample parking around the facility. Usually one can have their vehicle close to their room. The on duty staff are just so friendly and professional. They go out of their way for you. I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend the Best Western Plus the Inn at Hells Canyon.

We stayed in five different hotels during our trip, and this was by far the best. The room was very well-appointed, the signature BW Plus breakfast exceeded all expectations, and the staff (front desk and breakfast area) was courteous and helpful. One interesting tip: in the tub/shower, the supportive handle on the wall as you step in is at the opposite end from the faucet. Brilliant! It always seems crazy to me to have that handle right by the faucet. Who steps in directly under the shower?! Someone got it right!

We weren't planning on needing a hotel for the night but we were glad we had a Best Western Plus to stay at. It was quiet, clean, and had what we needed. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing we would have liked was a better gluten free breakfast selection for someone with Celiac. This isn't a hotel specific problem so it wasn't something that would make us not want to stay again. We have had good stays at every Best Western Plus we've been to.

The furnishings and decor of this Best Western Plus were very nice and matched its surroundings- the Snake River and mountains. The staff was personable and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and well appointed. And the free breakfast had a nice variety and a chef ready to prepare an omelette exactly to your liking!

Used hotel hairdryer and it tripped breaker (GFI did not trip). Was told that the hotel had to agree to energy conservation measures to build hotel. Turned off everything in the room, except lights in bathroom and the breaker tripped again. Came back for an another stay and same thing happened in a different room. Good thing I did not have an important interview or business meeting - would have been doing my hair in the lobby.

I was up half the night listening to elephants in the room above me. Despite using a white noise machine, the sound of neighbors above is VERY loud. If you are sensitive to sound, I would not stay at this hotel or I would plead for a top floor room. Despite being new, the rooms are strangely dark, brown and there is no lighting above the bathroom mirror. The hotel was fairly clean except I could see a blood smear on my comforter. Staff at the front desk were nonexistent for ten minutes at check in and no one was there at check out. Staff at breakfast were not welcoming or helpful. It took me a couple minutes to figure out how I was supposed to order an omelette and the staff cooking or cleaning there did not even acknowledge me. I watched others walk in similarly confused with no help offered. The cook obviously hated her job by her body language, lack of eye contact and lack of kindness. I know it's hard to find help across industries, but this staff needs better training.

This was the best we've slept in months. The room and bed both were extremely comfortable. I loved the prayer on the desk which made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. The staff was all so kind and accommodating. We loved it and will not stay anywhere else on our next trip to the LC Valley!

Best Western Hells Canyon has beautiful rooms, very professional staff, and it's very quiet and peaceful. Loved they accommodated pet owners with pet rooms with little backyards. I believe I will be back and I will have my family stay here for visits.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. Our group was able to eat dinner and spread out. Rooms were clean and large. Will stay again and have already recommended to others.

I thought the place would be better w/ the fact that they were unwilling to give much of a deal for a travel nurse. There was left over dog poop in the back porch area, dog urine smell in the room in one corner. For what I paid and what I got, I'll just stay at a motel 6 next time.

very good staff,clean and great location i wish breakfast was a little earlier but you cant expect breakfast at 5:30 am very quiet even if your room is on the street side. breakfast was excellent the couple os days i left for work later than usual

Everything was perfect - from rooms to common areas. Hotel was nice and very clean. Great fitness center! Front desk were super friendly and helpful. Small mix up on our reservation, but it was promptly resolved with management. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Rode to Clarkston with 9 other couples on our motorcycle. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed and furnishings. Room was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast is fantastic. Besides all the usual cold and hot breakfast items they have fresh made to order omelets with generous fillings. You fill out what you want in your omelet and then it is made. We have stayed there once before so we did know what to expect which they did accomplish. As I said, it is a great place to stay with friendly service, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.

I had to have my house cleared for new carpet. I always choose best western as I'm a rewards member and this hotel was awesome. We have four little ones and the pool and hot tub were excellent the breakfast was delicious kids ate so many waffles with strawberries. And being pet friendly for our family dog is a must the aren't just pet friendly they enjoy having them stay there as well. Always a great place to stay .

The breakfast was good. It would be great if there was bacon. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The television channel selection could use improvement but was better than most hotels in this price range we sometimes have to stay at. I'd redolent this place to anyone.

We had a room with a king bed and a queen pull out bed. A piece of the edging randomly fell off from the wall. Lamp shade fell off little prongs holding it up. Clean room however for being a newer hotel there shouldn't be things falling apart. We stay here often as we have family in the area and this is centrally located for us.

Comfortable, clean, great breakfasts (Especially when they have an omelet person.) Nice to have a local paper to read while eating your breakfast. We visit the Hell's Canyon Best Western quite a few times a year just to get away, see family, or do some shopping. (we don't have much shopping where we live.) They have a pool and other amenities. If you are in the neighborhood and are looking for a place to stay. Stay here!

The property was great, super breakfast buffet, very nice comfortable rooms, beautiful pools & hot tub and nice back patio. The locations is a few block from the river, abut a mile to the bridge to Lewiston, Idaho and close to bars, restaurants and things to do.

We were lucky to find the Best Western at Hells Canyon. This is a new and fresh feeling hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast includes a real person preparing made-to-order omelette. The service and facility were a cut above.

We had a great time at the Best Western+. Breakfast was amazing, no simple cereal and bagels. Make your own waffles with fresh fruit and whipped cream, Omelets made to order, fresh fruit, oatmeal, anything you really would expect in a breakfast. Internet was very smooth. Check in was a snap. Pool was a bonus. Fitness center was nice in the mornings when I needed a bit of exercise but didn't want to wake the family. All around good experience.

On the second day of a three day stay at this facility, we returned to the room to find that the bed linen had not been changed, nor the bed made the floor in both the bathroom and main sweeping area have not been cleaned whatsoever surfaces that were used, and dirty had not been touched in addition used coffee cups have not been removed nor the area around the coffee bar was not cleaned. Generally a poor show from the housekeeping, staff and supervisors. Our room was an adjoining type and you could very clearly hear the occupants in that room… Pretty disturbing when they were a work crew getting up at 5 AM and loudly cursing and discussing their day to come insulation between rooms was not good.

I have stayed here twice now and really enjoyed both times. The bed is really comfortable and the hotel itself is clean and well kept. I didn't use all the amenities like the pool but they looked really inviting. I will stay here again next time I am in Clarkston.

Pet room had LVP flooring instead of carpet, which we loved. Also had private dog 'run' attached ro the room.. EXCELLENT! Clean & comfy. GREAT breakfast, too. Super friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent, quiet, clean, modern, and friendly staff. Stayed on weekend, so price was a bit higher than expected, but the room/grounds/staff was excellent. Location was easy, right off main highway, but noise was not an issue.

We loved everything about our overnite stay here: staff (Thanks, Sam!), room size, bed, wi-fi, bathroom, cleanliness, breakfast room, and everything else that has been mentioned here. What blew us away was the private "pet relief area" which didn't require us to get dressed and walk down the hall with our elderly, slow-moving dog. That, along with a set of dog dishes and the lowest pet fee we've ever encountered, will lead us to recommend this hotel to all our dog-loving friends who travel.

I had a group of 14 friends going on the Hells Canyon Jet Boat tour and the hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were really nice and spacious. We also enjoyed the breakfast bar with made to order omelets.

My group had three rooms and we stayed two nights. This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The linens were soft and high quality. My group is still raving about the fresh made-to-order omelets at the breakfast. I appreciated the ample parking for vehicles with trailers. The town had restaurants and groceries nearby. The pool was indoors and even though the outside temp was in the 90s it was cooler outside than in the pool area where it was horribly humid. We skipped the pool. I'd stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on a roadtrip. Were blown away with the experience at this hotel easily the best night we have had at a non resort hotel. Facility was impecably clean( seemed brand new) the weight room was well apportioned and pool seemed nice enough. The breakfast was amazing they thought of everything, the waffle station had blueberries and strawberries and whipped cream! They offered made to order omlettes, and i found tubes of sour cream in the fridge along with all the normal fare. For me the icing on the cake was that they didnt use paper plates and plastic silverware. What a refreshing change it was to see sustainable practices implemented at this hotel, not to mention how much better it feels to sip coffee out of a mug instead of a platic cup.

I came over because the super 8 in Lewiston was completely disgusting and the best western was impeccably clean and the customer service was unprecedented. I will be definitely staying there next time I am in town to visit my son who I dropped off to college!

When I first made the reservation somebody named Joseph assisted me. He basically presented himself with a bad attitude to which I told him his day can only get better. Upon arriving I was greeted by a Diane (sp) who was extremely cordial and professional. Our room was very clean (i.e. sinks, shower, countertops, etc) and we had a nice comfortable stay. The hit of the day was fresh baked cookies!! We have traveled around the country, stayed at many hotels, and never had warm fresh baked cookies offered like this. Thank you BWPIHC!!!

Great location with a very friendly staff. The made order omelets for breakfast was a great way to start my day. This was probably the best Best Western Hotel I have stayed at in the last 10 years of travel.

The Best Western Plus at Hells Canyon was super clean, had a great pool and hot tub, good breakfast with made to order omelets. It was super close to the river where we left for our raft trip. There is ice cream within walking distance and a Starbucks just down the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also had cute little patios for dogs which I had never seen before in a hotel.

The standards that you expect from a hotel are all here. The room was clean the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature to swim in. Internet was Fast. I even spoke the Hotels GM's and they were so friendly.

This hotel is gorgeous. Desk staff told us it opened 1 1/2 years ago but it looks like it opened last week. We happily stopped here after a long car ride at the end of the day. After checking in we decided to walk to a nearby restaurant to eat. That's when we took careful notice of the surroundings. The hotel was built in a unattractive part of town. On our walk over broken sidewalks to dinner we passed a tow yard, empty fields of rubble, and a rundown motel. When we left the next day, we noticed that the street greatly improved about two miles down the highway. But aside from the neighborhood, we had a good stay at this hotel. Excellent breakfast the next morning as well.

This hotel was fantastic. It is a short drive from the Lewiston airport, with several places to eat nearby. The room was spacious, well appointed with a microwave and fridge, and was very clean. Service was exceptional.

This is a lovely hotel. They had a wonderful omelet station and waffles. The room was very nice. The the water pressure in the shower was bad. Don't make the mistake I did and cut though land scapping when all of a sudden my key card stopped working. Those big landscaping rocks are dangerous.I fell and broke my ankle.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a basketball tournament and it was an extremely nice and clean hotel. They were in a great location close to restaurants, grocery store and within minutes of Lewiston. The breakfast was good especially with the option of the omelet station they made to order.

This is a relatively new hotel, which opened a couple of years ago. Best Western used to have the RiverTree Inn nearby before it went to another owner. Friendly staff checked me in late on a Thursday night. The third-floor suite was large and spacious, especially traveling solo! There was a couch to sit at, a desk with a comfy chair, and a cushy king bed that kept me asleep through the night. Maybe more than enough towels in the bathroom! A hairdryer and iron were available in the room. The pool and spa were nice, but as I mentioned in a survey, the spa temperature seemed slightly low. A spa is supposed to be around 100F and it felt like 85. Another couple who came by the spa also said the same thing..." it doesn't feel warm enough". I also noticed that when I took a shower the next morning, the curtains weren't keeping all of the water in the tub. A puddle of water greeted me on the floor as I came out. Breakfast was good, but I didn't eat much as I was going to fill my appetite at Waffles & More in Lewiston. For other guests, there are Golden Malted waffles, sausage, hash browns, Costco muffins cut in half, biscuits, Yami yogurts, and milk. I thought about staying in Lewiston, but the Quality Inn reviews put me off and the Holiday Inn Express was too expensive. This was modestly priced and provided comfort, good sleep quality, and friendly service. I'd stay again if I was in the L-C Valley.

The staff were all professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The breakfast choices were amazing. It was a great experience and we will return if the need arises. I highly recommend this to anyone in need of a great place to stay.

I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting friends. Room had everything I needed and was clean. Bed was so comfy. Breakfast was included and was great. Pool and exercise room provided good equipment. Staff were friendly. Price was right. I highly recommend.

The staff is friendly, the building is clean and inviting. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast is well above what you would find at similar offerings in the area. Highly recommend.

We've stayed here twice. Once last year and once this year. This year I requested a room with a river view instead of the back parking lot. Much better. Very quiet night. Great sleep for all. The service was friendly. My only complaint was I provided a different credit card at check-in and asked they they use it instead of the one one file. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Lots of options for breakfast. I'm gluten-free but I found lots of fresh fruit options and coffee/drink choices. My picky eater kid loved the dried cranberries. The pool is HUGE. As is the water tub. We lucked out and had it to ourselves for a bit and then shared it with another nice family. We plan to stay here again when we are back in town. Great location. Only complaint is the bathroom is tight if you have a child that needs to take a bath, but I've heard they have bigger rooms you can request.

Very nice hotel. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, too many kids running around. Although we came during several tournaments so that was not in our favor. Housekeeping staff very helpful, as were the clerks checking in and when we left. Very nice breakfast set up.

The hotel looks new and all the common areas and rooms are very clean. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub. If you're traveling with very young children, bring your own pack and play and high chair. Overall we liked our stay and will definitely be back.

My mother and I stayed for one night and requested a handicapped room. The room happened to also be a pet friendly room. There is a little room with grass and a trash can that is your own private pet area! It was so cool and unexpected. The shower, with all the handicap bars, low shower hand wand and the amazing shower head was spectacular. I didn't want to get out. Only complaint is the ice machine is on the second floor. Not very handicap accessible. But there are elevators if necessary. The beds were heaven, pillows nice and fluffy and plenty of them!

Nice clean and modern. The stay here was very good. They have nice modern rooms. They are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, even with omelets made to order. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The Staff and facility are warm, inviting, friendly and caring. A beautiful sense of teamwork, more like family that made us feel at home and welcomed. The room was beautiful, warm, inviting and wonderfully clean.

From the moment my granddaughter spilled the chocolate shake in the lobby during check in until I came back to pick up the tablet she left under the bed, the staff was exceptional. They all went way out of the way to make us happy and comfortable. We came down later for breakfast. The eggs had been sitting awhile. I definitely would have still eaten them but the lady working the breakfast area insisted on making me new eggs with cheese. They were fantastic! I observed the staff interacting with each other. They seemed to work well together with a family tone. Not sure if that comes from the owner, the management or something inside but it definitely contributes to the overall customer experience. The staff should be very proud of themselves.

We were greeted by a wonderful young man who helped us get settled quickly. This was a beautiful hotel and well kept. We appreciated the cleanliness and the extra effort cleaning for Covid. The breakfast was super. I liked having someone cook it for me. The waffles and eggs were cooked to order. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Overall a great stay at a nice clean location! Our check-in process was super easy, the room was great, and staff was kind and acted like they wanted to make our stay a good one. But the breakfast and omelet bar takes the cake! It was amazing!

We had such a wonderful time at the Clarkston Best Western Plus. Our room was lovely and the bed was perfect. I can't remember the last time I slept so well while traveling. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices to satisfy all the food groups, including the option of a custom made omelet. The decor was River/fish themed using one of my favorite colors in such a tasteful way. The staff was so personable and fun to talk with. This was our best motel stay all year!

Great place...and it is very clean. They really pay attention to the details. Excellent breakfast, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. They have a nice year-around pool, and a well-equipped workout room. Best place to stay in the Lewiston-Clarkston valley.

In Washington State, masks are required in indoor public places. We felt very unsafe in our room when housekeeping showed up with no mask in the middle of a pandemic, in an area of the state that has lower than average vaccination rates. Also, absolutely no enforcement of mask wearing for other guests in public areas around the hotel.

We stayed here for the first time and really enjoyed our stay, the staff was great, rooms were great, breakfast was exceptional, great value for the price. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Yes, it is new and a bit too modern for my taste but it has a great outdoor seating area with a fire pit and has a large lobby area with a variety of seating choices. Both are nice when you are there with friends and don't want to hang out in your room.

My family and I stayed overnight on a trip into the Clearwater Forest Area of Idaho. We had previously stayed at an older Best Western which is not listed under the BW name any longer. The BW Plus Inn at Hells Canyon was a great experience. All phases from Check In to Check Out were a perfect experience including the staff(thank you again Dyan). The free breakfast was the best!

I had stayed at the Best Western here a few years ago and was a little surprised to see it has moved. They built a nice new one. It is much better than before. The service was excellent, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast is very good. The do offer omelets made to order which is a nice touch. Over all it was a good stay.

I was already impressed when I walked into the bright and open lobby but my enthusiasm for this property grew throughout my stay. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The rooms are spacious with a large seating area. The front desk staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast selections were plentiful and included custom made omelets...which were fantastic! The pool area is not large but it is nice and was great for an evening of swimming and games. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this property again.

The doggy area was sprayed with poison and we were not informed. Had I not seen the employee do this our dog would have been exposed to poison. Also not one employee wore a face mask. This was during a face mask mandate.

We were greeted as we walked into the door. They were quick efficient, and answered any and all questions. We were there to go to the Car Show and a quick visit to family! The rooms were spotless, the mattress was just what our bodies needed. The Breakfast was great! :-)

Love the new building and location. We will stay here every time we are in the area. The breakfast is great with made to order omelets. The pool and fitness areas are clean. Areas to gather both outside and inside.

This is a newer building, the staff was with fearful, the rooms were very clean and amenities were great! Our breakfast was the best ever, they have an Omelet to order here!! What?!?!? Yes!!! I will stay here again for sure when traveling this direction!!!

Had taken short trips and AirBB. First hotel in 18 months. Staff was great! Friendly and efficient. Check in and out quick.. Breakfast was back up, excellent omelets and server. Lots of choices. Location very convenient but don't look for views. Not crowded. On par with prior visits to BW, but first visit in Clarkston.

I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat! The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean and their pet friendly rooms were nothing I've ever seen before! There was a door that opened to a private enclosed patio that had astroturf for my baby to do her business! The beds were extremely comfortable! All in all a great stay!

AC went out in home during 110's degree weather. Stayed one night at the hotel until repairs were made. The hotel was very nice.The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast served and breakfast staff were great.

This was a very nice hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This hotel is fairly new. I think about a year old. Location was great The workers were very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and not grab n go. It was real food prepared by order in the morning. Swimming pool and hot tub are open. The fast jets were not workin in the hot tub but really enjoyed a soaking none the less.

A beautiful new hotel. We have stayed here many times since they opened and they just keep getting better. The breakfast is great----made to order omelets and waffles. Great staff. The only thing I would change is I would like room darkening shades--but again that is just me

Although a bit pricey for Clarkston, this is a nice hotel. There is food within walking distance and I found my room nice and quiet, with minimal road noise even though I was on the traffic side of the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay great. The staff works as a team to make the stay wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a great time and will return. Thank you

Super clean hotel, quiet and friendly staff. Overall very decent stay. Only complaint was the pillows were to hard. Had trouble getting comfortable. But the property was nice, rooms were clean and they act had a real breakfast.

Room and hotel very clean and very friendly to fur babies .Enough we didn't stay in one, thought it was a great setup for some rooms to have pet kennels off the rooms. Staff very friendly & helpful with any requests/needs. Loved the breakfast cooked for you by others rather than having to make your own waffle. Very nice addition to the Lewis Clark Valley.

No reservation, walked in and inquired about room availability. I explained to Jared I was traveling with my 93 year old mother, he took care of us. We were provided with a room directly across from the outside entrance with all the disability needs required. My mother was able to bath without concern of falling. It was such a blessing, allowing me time to relax. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked properly. Rooms are furnished nicely. WiFi worked perfectly. It was nice to have cooked-to-order breakfast. The women who were cooking were personable and friendly. I would highly recommend the Best Western at Hell's Canyon and say hi to Jared.

We have stayed here twice since they opened in the fall. We stayed in a King suite the first time which was perfect with our daughter along. The beds are very comfortable and the service and friendliness outstanding! Breakfast was very good with made to order omelettes or waffles. The design of the hotel is beautiful and the pool/spa very nice! The only negative was that there were a lot of tweens staying at the hotel who were there for a sports tournament. They needed a bit more supervision with noise and running in the halls late at night and very loud and somewhat obnoxious during breakfast. That was not the hotel's fault but the parent/chaperones. I say this as a parent of a young teen myself...

We purchased a home in the area and needed a place to stay for a few nights until we could move in. We stayed in the suite with two queens and one murphy bed. They provide a large nightstand that have the USB plug-in, on their lamps. ( I hate looking for a wall outlet to plug my phone into) We booked two nights but had to extend several times without any issues. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was amazing and I was shocked that they were even offering a hot meal. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Can you say, maid service, real breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, and no mask shaming at a reasonable price? I travel often and this is the first and only hotel I've stayed in that was operating somewhat normally. Full staff with smiles, all of the expected amenities with very few restrictions, and all this in a clean, new hotel. Thank you for running an actual hotel without making excuses or apologies for crummy service to bolster your profits!!

The staff at this hotel made my trip exceptionally above my expectations. This is a must stay destination. The full made to order hot breakfast was enjoyed by my whole family. The indoor pool and hot tub were sensational!!!

The staff was so accommodating. Very wonderful experience, especially during COVID restrictions. Location convenient to food, coffee shop and grocery store. Nice pool and hot tub, everything was very clean.

We tried to check in at 2:45. Room wasn't ready as rooms were supposed to be ready by 3. Ok no big deal. Called back at 4:30. Not ready. Came back at 6:40 given a room key. Walked into a dirty room. Came back down to talk to the staff. They asked if I walked into the correct room. I said the room number they confirmed and acted like I was crazy. They checked the room. Yup, it's dirty. Asked for a different room. Told I would have to wait. Finally got into a clean room after 7pm. Next day, Key wont work & was expired after one night. Key programming machine down. Had to find a housekeeper to get into our room. Overall terrible customer service- no one willing to resolve any issues within any timely manner. I will not be back.

I came to this hotel for a place to stay with me and my boyfriend while I had a test I had to take for WSU. The hotel is super clean and the staff are amazing. We originally got a King mini suite, but since they were short staff and our room wasn't ready, they kindly upgraded us with out any additional charge to a full king suite. Our room was amazing, and I bet all the others are as well! Highly recommend.

Solomon at the front desk was extremely welcoming and hilarious. I'd even go as far as to say he was the friendliest hotel staff member I've ever met in my life. If hotel managers are looking for a way to make an impression or make guests feel comfortable when they check in this is the type of guy to hire. In fact, all the staff were all very polite and professional. Our room was huge, clean, and just overall excellent. The pool and hot tub were great. We slept in so weren't able to eat breakfast. Highly recommended!

Finally found a place to return to! We travel to Lewiston to visit family regularly and have stayed at quite a few hotels in the area, I can say we have finally found a place worth returning to. We are a family of 5 and have been struggling on finding a place to stay that meets our needs, but this checks all the boxes: 3 beds, kitchen, complementary breakfast, and an indoor pool, not to mention a wonderful staff. Soloman at the front desk was so welcoming and personable he should get a raise!

Did not care for this place. Some staff were not very nice. Asked for pool towels and they said they couldn't get us any because they were too busy and there was non available. Not allowed to take room towels to pool so had to walk wet through hotel. People without masks even though the sign said to wear masks. They did not ask people to put them on. VERY small bathrooms and uncomfortable beds and pillows. Hole in the wall and could see light through to other room. Thank goodness my family was in the other room. Told staff so hopefully will be fixed.

Pretty standard Best Western. Brand new facility. Don't expect mask wearing. They have signs posted on the entry and exit doors stating that "Those in government have ordered all persons entering indoor facilities to wear a mask" Then is goes on to state if you don't have a mask we'll assume you have a medical condition and please come on in. We welcome your non mask wearing business. Also expect a laminated religious statement in your room. Owners can expect to NOT get my business in the future.

A gorgeous hotel that still has some bugs to work out but they are doing an amazing job. A hot made to order omelet in the morning---which was truly a surprise. The people are friendly and doing a great job. Will be staying here again

We had a great stay at this hotel for our basketball tournament weekend!! Very accommodating and everyone was laid back, it was a nice change of pace. Will definitely stay there again in the future!!!

Our stay was good besides having an extremely late check in as the rooms in our group were not ready. Some rooms weren't even ready until 7pm. The made to order breakfast due to covid was really impressive. Also, note that they do not have pull out beds in the suites. We had to purchase a blowup bed for our child. The staff said the Murphy beds were on back order due to covid.

I stayed at this hotel mostly because it is new and I was curious about it. The staff were all very polite and professional. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nicely appointed. The pool is open and hot breakfast is served daily, complete with made-to-order omelets and Belgian waffles. The only drawback is that the heating/air conditioning unit is loud and kicked on every few minutes during the night -- making it hard to sleep.

The décor of this hotel was spot on for the region. The native American pictures and the fish designs on the floor were outstanding. Staff was great help. Breakfast omelet bar was a good start to the morning. The place is brand new and beautiful!! :) I'm glad we found it, was one of the reasons we had such a good time on our stay. The other is the fishing!!
