"Deberían de instalar herrería y ventanas anti ruido"
El personal de recepción (Montserrat y Carlos), muy amables, la habitación limpia y cómoda, pero muy ruidosa, sobre todo de jueves a sábado, hay muchos bares a la redonda. Solo un elevador porque estaban remodelando el otro

"Pesimo servicio"
Arreglan el elevador a la 1 am , el ruido no deja dormir sin sentido común , hotel descuidado. Pésimo servicio… primera vez stsncia miy buena experiencia en 2019… en 2022 muy mala experiencia … limpieza mala, no cambian jabones ni klennex cuando se acaban … en general descuidado …pero el peor servicio en a media noche cuando tienen gente haciendo reparaciones ruidosas y el manager no está y no hay forma de descansar

Estuvimos con mi familia 7 dias y tuvimos una buena experiencia, la habitación muy cómoda, con 2 áreas: el dormitorio y uno pequeño con refrigeradora, cafetera, microondas. El personal muy atento. La ubicación es buena.

"Una gran opción"
El hotel está muy bien situado, a unos 400 metros de una estación de la Canada Line y cerca de muchos sitios de interés. El hotel da una impresión de ser algo anticuado, pero en realidad es muy cómodo y silencioso. Siempre que tuvimos dudas con respecto a sitios a dónde visitar o cómo llegar de un lado a otros, nos la respondieron con esmero y precisión, quiero destacar la atención especial del Sr. Ralph, que se tomó todo el tiempo necesario para explicarnos con detalle nuestras dudas. Opción muy recomendable en Vancouver.

"Sin ninguna flexibilidad con los clientes"
Es un hotel que no se adapta en absoluto a las circunstancias del huésped. Nuestro vuelo fue retrasado y realizaron la cancelación de la reserva al completo. Sin opción alguna a alojarnos en el hotel y mucho menos a recuperar el dinero invertido.

"Excelente para conocerla la ciudad."
Me encanto este hotel que esta en downtown se puede llegar fácil a todos lugares caminando aparte de qué hay estaciones de metro muy cerca, se llega fácil del aeropuerto en el skytrain estación Yaletown, la habitación que nos toco tenia muy buen espacio con dos secciones la principal con sofá para ver televisión y un escritorio, cafetera, horno microondas y un pequeño refrigerador, aparte estaba la recamara con puerta también con televisor y un par de muy confortables camas y almohadas para descansar, el baño cuenta con bañera y los enseres de baño como shampoo, jabón etc huelen muy bien y ayudan a la relajación, la limpieza en general es muy buena, y cabe mencionar que la comida del restaurante es excelente, muy buena atención por todo el personal que manejan este hotel, sin duda regresaría la próxima vez que esté en Vancouver.

Altamente recomendado este hotel. Yo estuve de placer con familia pero estoy seguro que también de negocios sería muy agradable y cómodo. Por ello recio que pagamos, la verdad me esperaba algo de menor calidad pero no recuerdo la última vez que salimos tan contentos de un hotel.

"Excelente ubicación y valor por el precio"
Aunque no es un hotel de gran lujo, es una gran opción por varias razones. La tarifa no es tan cara, los servicios muy buenos, excelente restaurant y lo mejor de todo; una envidiable ubicación en el mero centro de la ciudad. Todo tipo de transportes y servicios al rededor.

"Vacaciones con adolescentes"
Buena ubicacion puedes puedes llegar andando media hora a los principales puntos de interes. Pero la calle donde esta ubicado es un poco turbia, te aconsejo que te muevas por cualquiera adyacente, cambia totalmente el entorno.

"excelente ubicacion, calidad y calidez"
un hotel excelentemente bien ubicado, puedes llegar a pie a Canada Place sin problema alguno y a las avenidas mas importantes. De hecho se ubica en luna de las avenidas mas importantes del centro de Vancouver. Algunos de los servicios de transporte gratuito a los atractivos del lugar tienen parada en la esquina del hotel. Te recomiendo desayunar en el hotel del Restaurante, muy bien servido y a un excelente precio.

"Buena relación de precio - calidad (servicio)."
Best Western Plus fue la mejor opción que encontré en Trivago, para nuestra estancia de 9 días. El precio de la suite (4 personas) se encontraba en nuestro rango de precio y el servicio que se nos brindó en el hotel fue excelente. El personal es muy atento. La ubicación era perfecta para conocer el centro de la ciudad y como punto de partida para visitar puntos turísticos cercanos. Una gran experiencia.

"No cumplió con mis expectativas"
Ubicación y comodidades buenas. Atención indiferente. No hablan español ni se preocupan por entendernos. No hay desayuno buffet, no hay jamón ni queso y hay que optar entre jugo o café. Dispusieron del cupón de mi tarjeta (parcialmente) antes del check out sin mi consentimiento.

"Un buen hotel"
El hotel en si está perfectamente equipado, las habitaciones son muy grandes y bonitas. Esta bien localizado pues queda caminando al centro y a YaleTown, se pueden tomar autobuses de transpporte publico y el Hop on Hop Off justo en frente del Hotel. Tiene muy cerca una estacion de Metro y tambien se puede tomar el acuabus a pocas calles del hotel. Es maravilloso el trato que le dan a los huespedes tanto en el hotel como el en restaurante, el desayuno es buenisimo !! Lo unico que tengo que advertir es que la calle de afuera es muy ruidosa y se alcanza a oir en la habitación, el hotel está ubicado en el distrito de entretenimiento, si se viaja con niños no recomiendo tomar esa ruta caminando sino las calles paralelas a Grandville porque hay muchos negocios y bares para adultos y tambien muchos habitantes de la calle.

"Buena localización pero....."
Nuestra habitación olía mucho a cigarrillo lo que tratábamos de suplirlo dejando la ventana de la salita durante el día. Servicio de computadores -lento- en el lobby. A algunos clientes no les guardaron la reserva. Tiene excelente localización en el dowtown de Vancouver. Fácil de llegar a todos lados. Caro para la calidad de hotel que es.
