El hotel está ubicado cerca de Vancouver, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y modernas. Muy confortable. En cuanto al personal es muy amable. Sólo nos alojamos una noche antes de llegar a Vancouver, luego de recorrer varios hoteles por la zona nos pareció el mejor en cuanto relación calidad precio. Es realmente recomendable. Nos costó 139 dólares la habitación, sin desayuno incluido, ofrece opción de desayuno con menú.

Por medio de este medio me gustaría agradecer la atención de los gerentes en turno. Llegamos en la noche y al día siguiente muy temprano teníamos un tour por Victoria, el gerente en turno me ayudó a darnos los desayunos en la mañana a las 7:00 am; ya los tenían listos, a pesar de que el servicio de desayuno era a las 8:30 am. Un distintivo que hace la diferencia entre los hoteles es el servicio y la flexibilidad del personal. Estuvimos muy contentos las habitaciones son espaciadas y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, el internet siempre disponible y de alta velocidad. Entiendo que no se puede todo en la vida, el hotel está alejado del centro de Vancouver, sin embargo su ubicación en la avenida Kingsway hace realmente muy fácil acceder a todas las opciones posibles de transporte, metro, autobús, taxi. Me gusta hacer ejercicio y me gustó que a unas cuadras está Deer Lake Park, con un lago hermoso. Salí a correr muy temprano, me regresé a bañar con agua caliente siempre disponible, listo para la siguiente aventura! Extrañaré en verdad este hotel y la calidez de su gente.

fuimos de vacaciones a vancouver, y nos quedamos en el best western plus burnaby, la plaza metropoli queda a 5 min caminando y ofrece todos los servicios, frente a la plaza esta la estacion de metro (metrotown) y de ahi puedes ir a todos los lugares de la ciudad, en lo personal muy buen trato, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Many of our guests appreciate our hotel's location, as we are conveniently located close to Metrotown shopping mall, many restaurants, as well as bus and SkyTrain. With direct SkyTrain access at Royal Oak Station only a short 10-minute walk away from our hotel, guests can travel around Metro Vancouver very easily. Thank you for highly recommending us to others. Un hotel muy cómodo con habitaciones con camas confortables y muy limpia la habitación. Barato. El desayuno es muy abundante. Una buena opción si vienes a Vancouver o alrededores y no quieres gastar mucho. Tiene piscina y parking gratuito y esto se agradece.

Many of our guests appreciate our hotel's location as it provides our guests with a more reasonable rate, but is still very close to Vancouver. You can get to Vancouver either by car, taxi, or public transit (we have both bus and SkyTrain options very close to us). Thank you again for your review. Excelente hotel en todo aspecto, comenzando por su ubicación en la Avenida Kingsway, una de las más importantes de la ciudad, cercano a centros comerciales (Metrotown, Macy´s), restaurantes, tiendas y vía rápida hacia las atracciones de Vancouver. El motel es nuevo, con todas las comodidades, bien decorado, con muy buen servicio y excelente desayuno. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Este hotel lo encontramos en una remodelacion de su entrada. Esta cerca del centro comercial Metrotown y cerca se encuentran muchos restaurantes. El parqueadero es grande y no tuvimos problemas con el auto. Tiene una buena piscina. El hotel ofrece desayuno, es gratis pero un poco desordenado el lugar. No da buena impresion. Se acaba rapidamente el cafe y tienes que esperar un buen rato para que pongan nuevo. Creo que el personal que atiende el lugar de desayuno no son suficientes.
Solo como observación que los empleados tengan un mejor español y que el aseo se realice diariamente, ya que de los cuatros días alojados en uno de ellos no hicieron el aseo y eso obviamente afecta el servicio y la imagen de la empresa
Es un motel tranquilo, muy cercano a Metrotown, con buenas conexiones hacia Vancouver Downtown. Las habitaciones limpias, el desayuno digno, quizá exceso de aire acondicionado en el restaurante. El precio razonable. Volveremos a Vancouver, y seguramente repetiremos en el Best Western de Burnaby
