We came with club soccer for a tournament. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to a hotel that was filled with soccer kids and parents. Room was also cozy! The overall cleanliness was very good and hotel is close to a lot of restaurants.

Wow one place with the best comfortable beds ever I should say that I have slept on. All night I didn't even know how comfortable we all slept. The price was very reasonable. Hot breakfast was definitely hot and loved the waffles and cheese omelets and biscuits and gravy and of course lots more… clean and comfortable hotel. Good job on management part.

come to indianapolis's for a concert wirh serveral friends and cousins to enjoy a weekend with a great hotel i should say. i was told if we can do a review so here we go. The Best Western Hotel in Fishers was great place for us to stay. Clean hot breakfast and best was no fee for any parking or breakfast.

Nice and comfortable stay. Quick checkin and checkout process. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Quite hallways and comfortable bed this hotel is pet friendly too. There were some kids staying may be sports team during weekend but overall I enjoyed my stay with BW in fisher area.

House Cleaning House Keeping Was Very friendly rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot the two days we were there. Rooms lobby was clean. I loved the front desk staff made us feel like at home. Made our stay very comfortable and safe. We will be back in a few months.

Needs more items on an advertised breakfast buffet. There was no meat and the cheese omelet was sitting in water. Stayed here because we like Best Westerns and they always have a good selection for food, not so this time.

I made a last minute reservation at the Best Western Fishers, Indiana in mid-August, 2023, for two nights. I made the reservation with my iPhone and could not print all the fine print regarding the reservation. We spent the night and decided to move on since we were in a 5 week trip. I informed the front desk, before check-out time, that we wished to cancel our reservation for 2nd night. We were told that Best Western's policy was that we could not cancel our reservation without more notice (72 hours). I called Best Western and was told that Best Western does not have a cancelation policy, but it was up to the local hotel to establish their own policy. Too bad, but I'm done with staying at Best Western Hotels. The chain will be punished by greedy owners of the Fishers hotel.

The 1st time we stayed here was 2 years ago while we were visiting a daughter who lives in the area. When we visited her again last week end we chose the same hotel because of its proximity to our daughter and the acceptability of the hotel. The beds are comfortable. I thought the noise from the air conditioner might interfere with sleeping but it was not a problem. I could not find how to locate the channel guide for the television the 1st night but after experimenting a lot found it was channel 7. Our remote did not turn the volume up and down very well. Even though we stayed 4 nights we did not use the coffee maker or microwave. We did store items in the refrigerator and it kept things cold. It is far enough off the freeway, (but not too far) that we weren't bothered by an free way noise at night (we were on the south side of the building). Breakfast is adequate but not overwhelming but good. The days we were there we had available scrambled eggs or small egg omelets (eggs folded over with cheese in the middle), sausage links, biscuits and gravy (on Sunday morning), 4 kinds of cold cereal, juices, toast, bagels, mini-waffles, boiled eggs, apples, oranges, and coffee. We did not use the rec room or swimming pool. We did notice some rusting of the steel frame door in the bathroom and some sheetrock peeling and bubbling at the window above the air conditioning unit, but it was nothing I considered a health hazard. The "black out" blinds kept the room dark during the night. The front desk people were very cordial. We will stay here again.

Friendly greeting as we entered the hotel, clean rooms, close proximity for eating (Bubba's is great!!, Cracker Barrel is very good!), nice breakfast, coffee available all day, staff very personable and checking to see if there is anything is needed.

Room clean. No odors. Bed comfortable. Shower nice and hot. When we saw loud people walking down the hall and enter the room 'connected' to ours we had concern about the fun they were having filtering through the wall. It did not. Disappointed in the TV channels available. Included breakfast as expected, cheese omelet, biscuits & gravy, variety of breads and make your own waffle. Variety of cereal including packets of oatmeal with choice of toppings to add in. Pleased to see there was peanut butter for toast as well cream cheese for bagel. We sat at the breakfast bar as the chairs around the tables were in very bad condition. Staff very pleasant.

Room was out dated, tv not working properly, and the bathroom was in disarray. The vanity light was loose and leaning. Bath fan was very dusty. Breakfast was very good. Eggs watery an orange juice was bland.

Do not expect the desk to help with any stay request or needs. This is a bottom line hotel looking for any excuse to overcharge customers, be careful if you plan to stay here. They call reservation modifications “cancellations” which they need to learn the terms.

Very clean hotel. The staff very professional and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of items. What I didn't like was this review had to be at least 200 characters. Would stay again.

My overall experience at this best western and with best westerns customer service has been horrid. My family and I were staying for a softball tournament in the area and had to book through a specific website. As we walked in the floors were sticky and grimy with a cigarette stench lingering. We had to stay for a night as we had nowhere else to go. We were charged for all 4 nights when we only stayed for one and previously had to put down a deposit. Our room had hair all over, stains, and mold. It was disgusting. We then proceeded to check out and are still actively trying to receive a refund. Customer service will not respond. Workers at the front desk are clueless. The company is saying we have to go through the hotel while the hotel is saying go through the company. Mila was a nightmare to deal with. Absolutely had zero class. I will never be staying her again and I still am down 700 dollars for what should've been a charge for 150. Complete and udder scam.

Stayed for business, but was welcomed from the staff like family. Very clean and very comfortable beds! The breakfast was delicious and always ready on time. Staff was very accommodating to make the hotel lobby feel like you are relaxing at home. Will definitely stay here again!

I recommend that if you are in the Fishers area you stop in and see Neela . She is the owner and is very friendly and accommodating. There staff is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need during your stay.also this is the cleanest hotel by far that I have stayed in the area .. very close to food and shopping which makes your stay here very convenient.. I love it here !

Breakfast has full of options. It was busy day yet they managed to keep things clean in the breakfast area. Rooms were clean.Front desk were really helpful and kind, they always had a smile and a nice greeting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to all my friends and family.

Our group of eight people stayed at the Best Western in Fishers, Indiana, for four nights. The hotel manager, Neela P., was absolutely first class to work with and treated all of us wonderfully. She and her staff did everything possible to make our stay outstanding. I highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Fishers, Indiana (Indianapolis area). As a side note, the rooms and breakfast service were top notch. Our group will be returning to the Best Western in Fishers for another four night stay this spring.

I had to travel to Indiana for a doctor's appointment for my dog. The front desk was very accommodating to my specific needs since I wanted a room close to an exit to easily let my dog out. The breakfast choices were good. They had eggs, chicken sausage, yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and a choice of bread selections. They also had a selection of juices, milk, and coffee. Their only fruit available were apples.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. The staff was rude, and the hotel has not been maintained. The outside door were open, and a key was not needed to enter - which is a major safety concern especially for a trip when you are responsible for High School Students.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had the best guest service. Breakfast is decent and so are the rooms. Our first trip there was during the summer and our kids loved the pool. Nice gathering area also around the pool.

We are very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. It was quiet. We did not have time to enjoy the rest of the facilities but they looked great. We will be staying here again.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. We needed to leave approx 4:00AM for business detail and asked about coffee being available. They made sure the coffee was hot, fresh and ready by 3:45AM. That was much appreciated! Beds were very comfortable and they accommodated our late check out request. We would stay here again when in the area.

No cleaning of rooms for 2 nites no clean towels and all staff lied about payment. No coffee for 2 days and no food replenishment for 2 days had to eat what was there. Had to find our own towels for two days and ask for a blanket. Mother had another room and they didn't clean hers either. Looks like they only cleaned vacant rooms when people left to get more in!!

This hotel is sketchy! We arrived 45 minutes before check in and were told our room was ready but we would have to pay $40 to check in early. After waiting around to check in, I was in the bathroom and heard a knock at our door. When I didn't answer, a cleaning person let herself in to our room! We had just checked in to a room that was already cleaned, so there was no reason to enter our room. She had no cleaning cart so what was she doing coming in to our room? I was so worried to leave our room with any of our stuff in it after that. We went to a concert and when we got back later that night there was no available parking at the hotel. We had to park in the Kittles Furniture parking lot behind the hotel. The staff was rude and the breakfast was horrible. Stay anywhere else but this hotel.

We had to stay here as part of a baseball stay and play. The hotel is dirty and the staff are rude. They checked us in to a room with no AC and the beds with no sheets. The front desk manager offered an insincere apology. The room we eventually received was dark. The TV channels looked standard definition but the worse is the condition of the room. Peeling paint. Slow fill toilets. Overall dirty feel. Any hotel that has a 24 hour cancellation is a warning -- they will not let you get a refund if you don't feel the room is clean.

I booked through a “3rd” party for 2 nights. I notice an extra charge , I was told it a hold on the account in case of damages. I call and email the hotel and the “3rd party” for about a week and they finally send me a email of the bill that I was charged for 3 nights. I find out on arrival the clerk actually canceled my original reservation and charged me for 3 night. Since the original reservations was canceled they aren't able to refund me for the night I didn't stay because of the cancellation policy. If this just happened to me I could understand that mistakes happen. But there were a lot of guest complaints about additional chargers to their card as well. This establishment lacks integrity and honesty. Customer service wasn't any help. So I recommend not staying at this establishment at all, you may end up pay for more than you thought. There are plenty of places in this area that more than likely holds themselves to a higher standard.

Clean, Convenient, Pillows we're great, it seemed like anything you wanted or needed was within 5 mins.…There were 6 sports teams staying at the same time all playing at Grand Park. No issues at all!!

The price was decent, but the facility is deteriorating, room is super small for a family of 4, needs some minor repairs, water pressure in the sink was super light/slow, and the toilet barely flushed and took forever to fill back up, which led to clogging. You have to get a plunger yourself from the front desk and take it up to your room and yep unclog. Breakfast was just ok, better than nothing. Most of the staff were very nice. I was scolded when I called down on my cell phone (room phone didn't work) and asked the front desk what the Wi-Fi password was, "it's right there in your key card holder." Ok jeez my bad. My biggest beef is that we arrived at 12:30pm and if we wanted an early check in it would be an additional $30. I have never experienced this before in all my years of staying in a hotel. Ok I get it, it must be tiresome getting all of these early check ins, and rooms aren't ready, and staffing is low. But, the lobby was completely empty and since it was a Wednesday, I'm guessing the rooms were all ready. I kindly let the girl know that we had a baseball game to go to so we wouldn't be able to check in until that evening, so she called her manager and let me know that we could check in at 2pm instead of 3pm for no fee. Ok that was nice, so we only had to sit and wait in the empty lobby for a little over an hour instead. I'm pretty laid back and not hard to please, but if I return to Indianapolis, I won't stay here. For a few extra bucks, or not, I'd rather go somewhere else.

Nice and clean rooms pool was clean and nice employees were nice will stay here again, breakfast was a good value and hot and cool choices beds were comfortable and the air conditioning work very well, room was clean

WARNING: if you are attending any show and stay here, you will be gouged $250 for smoking in your room even if you did not. They do it to everyone. Phish fans beware of this hotel. This place will scam you based on their preconceived notions of who you are.

It is infuriating that we were charged a $250 smoking fee that we did not cause. Both my husband and I are non smokers. We were charged the fee one day after staying in the hotel and I assumed it was an incidentals charge. We received the bill today and it had a smoking charge on it. We called the hotel and the gentleman who answered the phone said there wasn't anything he could do and that there wouldn't be any kind of manager in until later in the week. He then hung up on me mid sentence. I called back asking if we got connect to which he replied we sure did and he hung up on me again. I called back to get his name and he hung up on me when I asked who I was speaking with. I spoke with corporate who was going to start a ticket for me and then they told me they spoke to the manager, Nela, who was at the hotel. We were lied to about no manager being on duty. We were told that our room smelled like marijuana - which the entire floor did from other rooms of concert goers that were occupying the hotel. I called back to the hotel after speaking with corporate since I was informed the manager was there and I was told by the same gentleman that Nela had left about 10 minutes before, which was another lie. Our room was right next to the stairwell and the hallways smelled so bad of smoke and pot the entire stay. Including everyone smoking and partying in the lot. The staff had to clean up beer cans and trash every night from the parking lot. To accuse someone of smoking in a room because someone else made poor decisions and not even allow us to speak to a manager is a disgrace. Watch your bills so you aren't charged for things you did not do! This hotel is dishonest and rude to their rewards members.

Messages left to cancel a night twice only to find out it wasn't cancelled due to a two ight minimum stay policy, no vending machines, no charging station for electric cars as website advertises. Doubtful to stay here again when so many other options in the area (with more comfortable beds).

This was a great location for a group of friends coming in for the Indy 500. The property was modern and up to date. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Neela and her staff (Sarah and Hailey) went out of their way to make us comfortable and we're extremely pleasant and accommodating. I'd stay here again.

From the moment that I walked into the door somebody had a mop in their hand and somebody was cleaning the walls and everything it's just so clean you can't ask for a better hotel and I go to many different chains but this one ranks above the rest they really do care about their people

We were forced to stay here because of a volleyball tournament in downtown Indy - not super convenient to begin with. The wallpaper was peeling/flaking away under the windows by the elevators (2nd floor, where we stayed). The highway noise at night coming through the windows when trying to sleep was deafening. Also enjoyed the car with trunk-rattling, booming bass that cruised around the parking lot every night, serenading us. One girl and her parent from our team had to move rooms because of ants (she literally woke up with ants crawling on her pillow by her ear!) - we also heard another group of people talking (not from our team) that they had ants in their room also. Carpet in hallways had stains from who knows what. The toilet in our bathroom ran constantly. There was an old Baymont Inn and Suites sign on the ground leaning up against the back of the hotel (which is always a classy look) - I'm assuming this used to be a Baymont Inn that they slapped a new coat of paint on and relabeled as a Best Western. It is close to restaurants, if you don't mind ants and lack of sleep from constant noise. The shower was decent. Aim higher, "Best" Western Fishers. Perhaps my favorite part of this whole experience was that I was charged $500.64 to experience this pile of doo doo for three nights. Never again.

Great staff, rooms were extremely clean and modern. Well lighted parking area and ample number of spaces to park. Hotel was conveniently located near different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was always and tasty.

Hotel is more of a $99 a night hotel, not the $140 we were charged. Lobby appears updated and clean but rooms were just blah. Top bedsheet looked stained, paint chipping all over, especially in bathroom.

We were in Indy for the State High School Hockey tournament. The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and the staff was so helpful. There are numerous restaurants close by, some within walking distance. Close to shopping and convenience stores. Great access to the interstate that allows for good access to the city and venues around town.

I was here with my family with a sports team, the manger Neela was very helpful and the one thing we all noticed as a team was the hotel was spotless, we stay at hotels a lot, but this hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly, give us early breakfast, and a meeting room for free. I will 100 percent stay here again for sure. If your looking for super clean this is your HOTEL!

I stayed at this hotel with my family this past weekend. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The breakfast was very good. It was very clean and organized. The young lady who checked me in was she was very helpful.

We were placed here for a lacrosse tournament. Room was dirty, some light bulbs were out and the breakfast was sub par (fruit, yogurt, old granola bars and juice. Not good. Police were called because of an upset customer. Exterior looks ok and elevators were new. Rest of the hotel was not good.

Of the 5 BW locations I've been to in the past year, a few of those several times, this was by far the best visit yet! The hotel is very clean, smells fresh (even the rooms!) and is conveniently located near an I-69 exit. The feel of the building and the rooms is nice and inviting. Nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. The staff was lovely and friendly. I had really nice encounters with them.

I stayed at this location on Saturday night after a concert. I didn't have children to wake me however the housekeeping made sure to interrupt my relaxing Sunday. I was sleeping naked and heard a knock on the door which startled me. I then heard the key card and someone open the door and then the door shut. I reported this to the front desk. She said sorry. So I emailed the manager and she sent me an email apologizing but would not honor my request for a partial credit to my account. I am a business owner and if I were to wake someone on a Sunday morning well before check out time I would make it right. Theres a reason hotels ask for check outs. So that the housekeeper knows when to clean a room. We had not checked out. We were clearly still in our room. The manager basically didn't care that her housekeeper came in while we were sleeping. Now I know why we stay at holiday inn normally

Over priced hotel,not even breakfast,you are asking someone can do coffee,because all 3pots was empty,they are just about to get your money,nothing else. I paid for one night $189 this almost nyc price.just stay somewhere else.

We love this BW for our staycations, extended family visits, and traveling tournaments. We enjoy breakfast when it is open (covid precautions-closed). The rooms, pool, and gym are always clean! The lobby is a great space! Overall, the experience will have you searching availability with Best Western first for all of your hotel needs!!!

The check in process was a nightmare. Arrived after 12am, called ahead in the afternoon to make sure everything was set knowing we would arrive late. But still had issues. The lobby was extremely loud with inconsiderate guests and we were given keys to a room that already had someone else sleeping in it. They offer continental breakfast online, however that was not the case, we received a bag of breakfast that consisted of a water bottle, granola bars and some type of chocolate chip bread. The room was disgusting, shower and bathroom not clean, the pull out mattress was stained, ripped and extremely worn. The electrical outlet near the sink was out of the wall and a hazard. Overall a crappy experience.

Fuad at the front desk went above and beyond to locate my son's phone (left put back on a curb as his team was playing whiffle ball). He found it the next day & offered to overnight it to us as we live out of state!

I spent 4 nights here visiting family in the area, the rooms were extremely clean and service was top-notch. The complimentary breakfast was also a delight along with the spacious gym. Not to mention how friendly the staff is! I travel nearly all year, so finding a hotel that I have no complaints about is truly rare. I'll absolutely be coming back when I come visit my family again.

Overall an amazing stay! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms and lobby are extremely clean. Excellent choice of hotel, would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the area, and I will most certainly be going back the next time I'm in Indianapolis.

Had a wonderful stay at the best western. The lobby is very clean and luxurious. The rooms are roomy and very clean. All around a good experience. The customer service is also very good. I really enjoyed my stay and was really impressed.

When we arrived, the lobby was very clean and attractively appointed. A new member staff member was being trained and just one experienced clerk behind the counter. Check in took 21 minutes and we were second in line to be served. The rooms we were in were clean and comfy. We asked for and received adjoining rooms, but the adjoining room doors were stuck shut and we could not open them. So for all the computer searching by the desk clerk to find us the rooms we wanted, we could not use the adjoining doors. We were too tired to ask for new rooms by that time and just stayed in our rooms and did not encounter any other problems during our stay.

The room did not heat properly, so after 4 hours we changed rooms and still had an issue with heat. Had family emergency 2nd day and prop wouldn't refund the remaining days I paid for that we didn't stay

We were cut loose early so we didn't need the 3rd night stay. Excited to get home a day early, however found out the hotel slapped a $20 cancellation fee on us at check out. Just wrong after we stayed 2 nights already. The hotel had plenty of available rooms so it wasn't like we kept them from booking it to someone else. We decided to scratch Best Western from our places to stay for future trips.

First night we arrived there were multiple flying insects - fly and lady bugs. Called the front desk from room phone and cell phone but no answer for more than 20 minutes. Took care of the insects myself and they moved us to new room next morning at our request. No apologies offered. New room had non flushing toilet. They offered to move us to another room. Seriously! I asked for a discount on first night of stay and was flat out told no. Would not go back. Charges include breakfast but instead given a bag with water bottle, granola bar and small danish. Not worth the money.

Stayed with my fiance for a night to get out of the house. The receptionist, Sarah, was friendly and quick to get me and my fiance a room. The room was spacious, and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had a great night. I'd definitely return again.

We stayed one night and chose this hotel because it was right off of I69 and a good price. You can walk to a few restaurants with no problem. The room was very clean and you could tell they were taking all of the necessary Covid precautions. Compared to two other hotels we stayed at during our trip, this one appeared to be doing more things right. Although we missed having a hot breakfast buffet option, the to-go breakfast bag was great (also better than the other two hotels). It had a bottle of water and at least 6 different granola bar type items.

Window kept popping open. Especially, when it was windy. There was no latch or lock. I mentioned to the female at the front desk how unsafe the room was for my child and I to be in because anyone could just enter at any given time through the window. She did not move us to a different room even though the hotel was empty. Her solution was to give me a briefcase to hold the window up and close. The room itself wasn't clean. If you happen to stay at this hotel check the pillowcase and sheets. Be sure to check the window.

We were one of their first baseball teams to stay in the hotel once re-opened from quarantine... .they did a fantastic job! to go breakfast bags were perfect. The owners were at the front desk and were very pleasant and even funny. The entire place was very clean. Air Conditioners worked great. Will definitely stay here again.

My fiancé and I stayed here over night and the hotel was very clean ,the front desk was very nice and helpful, good air conditioning inside the rooms and also clean hallways and clean tubs! I will be coming back in the future and staying longer. I recommend this hotel to anyone, because it's so clean for a good price :)

I've stayed at this hotel no less than 10 times and it's always been great stays! I don't understand why it's such a great deal but it's always so affordable! The rooms have always been clean, it's a quiet area jusy off the interstate. The breakfast area is always clean and free breakfast has always been warm and plentiful! The employees have always been nice, check in easy and a lot of times there is popcorn in the lobby! It's updated and just always has been a good place for us to stay!

We stayed here for our weekend getaway for Valentine's Day. Even while under construction this place is very nice!! Our room with the Jacuzzi was OUTSTANDING!! The breakfast food could be improved but besides that we had a great time!! Vending machines would also be nice as well. We will return again.

The hotel was overall very nice breakfast left a little bit to be desired but that was to be expected the pillows were very small for a king size bed the rooms were very clean the bathroom was awesome no complaints

Stayed here one night. The building is okay. The front desk staff were helpful. Maintenance was awful. The room had a bit of an odor. The cleaning staff must not have anything to dust with. The corners were grubby and the clock, television, and other less than obvious spots were covered with dust. The place was okay for one night but without a good cleaning, I would not recommend it.

very clean hotel with very clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious hot breakfast! the staff makes you feel right at home, extremely good value for your money. also extremely comfy bed! 10/10 i do recommend!
