Mountain View Hotel Willingen, BW Signature Collection

Overall the hotel is good, with good facilitées. The issue is with the staff with an employee being rude, unpolite, showing agressivity and not respecting privacy. I felt in danger ! I had to raise the case to my lawyer.

We stayed for three nights! We had a great room, we enjoyed the breakfast and the location of the hotel was perfect. We also had dinner one night. The portions are big, but in my opinion the food here was not really special. Price/quality was fine. However the staff was really nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was really amazing. The food was great, staff was friendly, the accommodations were really nice. Our room was also spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel also provided us with information about what we should do in Willingen.

The hotel is well positioned in the city center and close to the ski resort. Wellness area is good. To be improved the quality of the breakfast I would anyhow suggest the hotel to other friends. Parking available at the place.

Really nice employees, good food, especially breakfast, good position, kids room with toys, entertainment for kids during the meals!!“ We really enjoyed, we did not ask for anything special but we got some gift cards for drinks, kids got for kids cocktails, they had a nice buffet for dinner and breakfast. Now, I know it is corina time and that some things they cannot do better, like waiting in the line when ever you want to get something to eat, Menu without kids meals, all full of Pfeffer and spicy... no entertainment, like coloring pages for kids during meals, we asked for some gift cards - they said we don't have that package, because they offer it only during summer holidays :( And lots of activities are not working because of the corona, I guess but then hotel has to go down with the price or to go up with the offer! But they went up only with prices and that is what I cannot understand regarding the business... No welcome surprise for kids, no Gutscheins for drink, no entertainment during the meals for kids (coloring pages) - only high prices... and long lines during the breakfast and dinner.
