In all the years we've operated the property, we haven't previously received feedback of this nature, however we certainly take your comments on board and will make further enquiries. Unfortunately, on the evening of your stay there was also a major festival taking place in the area, which resulted in significantly more activity and noise than would normally be experienced. While events such as these are outside our control, we completely understand how this affected your stay.
