Even if short, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Apart from our rooms, clean and comfortable, we liked the common areas and the table tennis equipment. All over the ground floor there are free refreshment points with coffee, tea and water to refill travel bottles. Breakfast was highly appreciated for variety and quality. Staff smiling and kind. Hotel absolutely recommended! Not to undervalue in Denmark: huge free parking lot.

Very good hotel ,but room very hot !! It's was so hot , I think they should install air conditioners, with climate change every summer will be hotter and hotter! The best part was the children's play area!! Really beautiful and varied!

Lovely stay. The score at cleaning, is because og hairrolls in the shower. The stay was very pleasant. The receptionist was very kind and helpfull. Overall it was a great stay.

Fairly decent hotel that serves breakfast, has a restaurant and a bar on premises. It isn't near the center of town but a good spot if you don't mind driving into the town center.

Stayed here for a night on the way to Sweden. Loved it! Nice modern room in the new annex. Good beds, excellent noise insulation, also towards the corridors which is nice. Roomy bathroom, excellent water pressure. Decent restaurant (Steak is excellent!!) Only disappointment was the coffee which is using a JDE syrup system and that's vile! We liked it so much we decided to stay again on the way back. Got another room in the annex which somehow seemed to miss something on the door, massive amount of light leaked into the room from the corridor and sound as well of course. breakfast was really, REALLY POOR! We got there at a little before 9am and they were out of almost anything. No boiled eggs, pancakes, hardly any yoghurt, no croissants or chocolate croissants, etc, etc... There was one portly gentleman of middle age who spend most of his time sucking up to a few tradefair clients. One girl refilled drinks and cleared some tables (but not others). And that's a 23 euro breakfast! I like the concept, I like the building but this breakfast service has moved this place from "yes, let's do that again" to "nah, might just as well go to a scandic or IBIS, this isn't worth it!!"

Really old, stains on carpet and couch. Terrible noise from the road and the windows did a terrible job muting it. Unbelievably hot without AC and the very hot quilts did nothing to help. Could seriously use a complete makeover especially at the not at all low price. Breakfast was decent, but expensive.

Overall good but need a few improvements to be very good. Bread and scrambled egg should be better and also the toppings to yogurt as well. Friendly staf and nice new rooms.

The hotel stands out for its modern design and high room standards. Even though we stayed for only one night, we wanted to feel comfortable without worrying about the essentials. Also, my initial booking request was confirmed on the same day. Many Scandinavian hotels tend to differ from typical European ones, and Odense Hotel appears to have the highest standards in the area based on our observations. The staff member who welcomed us was a very nice man—he was exceptionally friendly, positive, and helpful. After a long journey, his warm demeanor was very much appreciated.

Very basic for a 4 xxxx star hotel: no water boiler, no refridgerator in the room. Restaurant without a vegetarian alternative for dinner. Little and poor quality of fruit and cereals at breakfast.

Pros: Clean and quiet room, lots of free parking space, able to check-in very late in the evening Cons: Expensive breakfast. Not worth the price - very plain hotel breakfast. Warm options: bacon/scrambled eggs (not very good)/sausages(boiled eggs (advertised as soft-boiled, but quite firm yolk). The only vegetables on offer: Cherry tomatoes and sliced red onions. Although they do have glutenfree bread (not very good but it is there) and 1 non-dairy yogurt/2 milk options. Good to know: Quite firm mattresses and pillows. Bring your own pillow if prefer softer pillow (or maybe possibility to ask, we only stayed 1 night so do not know if available

The restaurant was closed which wasn't noted on the website. The receptionist could only sell sandwiches from the bar but the payment was needed to be made at the reception. Only one receptionist and no staff in the bar which was open with no real attention to the guests.

They charged my card twice and refuse to pay back. You have to get in through a wade of smokers standing in front of the door. Night shift woke me up in the middle of the night to ask my name. Only good thing was the food and the coffee machines everywhere.
