Best Western Conference Airporthotel Frankfurt-Moerfelden

I Booked the hotel on Hotels.com and when I got down to to Waldorf Mörfelden it was very hot outside, about 37-38C and the room was also very warm so why try to switch on the aircondition, but nothing happened, I waited for an hour but no cold air.. I went down to the reception or to the so called reception… I told them that the AC doesn't work, “we don't have aircondition” he said, ok, then I asked for a fan, “we don't have fans” he replied and I had to tell them about their poor service, “yes, I know he replied, I have told my manager but no reaction “ I told the guy in the reception that I will leave the hotel due to the poor service. I packed my bags and went for the exit, the last thing the receptionist said to me was “You still have to pay for one night, bye bye” I don't recommend anyone to book this hotel.

If I could have given zero I would have. Dreadful hotel and would recommend avoiding at all costs. Room was spacious yet smelled heavily of cannabis and all Corridors smelt of tobacco and cannabis. Bed was dirty with hair. Bathroom also not cleaned properly. No one at reception desk to ask - self check in. Emailed several times for support and used hotel chat - no reply. Breakfast very poor - stale pastries and very little else. AVOID STAYING HERE.

one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The bed was covered in hair, the room smelt of smoke and the glasses were dirty. The lack of staff around made it difficult to complain as the check in was self service…which didn't work. There was no information about breakfast given to us, we spend a lot of time trying to find an information sheet, which we found eventually but was all in German (understandable but no option to translate). We came down for breakfast to find barely any food left, apart from a few pastries and a boiled egg. There was no hot food available and the staff were not replacing it. They were not cleaning table either, and the cups were dirty like in the room.

Parking information at this hotel is very unclear. The advertisement suggested parking was available, but at reception I was told the garage is not free overnight. I then specifically asked if short-term parking during check-in was allowed and was told yes. I parked for only about 16 minutes while checking in and then moved the car. Later, I received a €60 parking demand from the external parking operator. This experience left a very negative impression and should be clearly communicated to guests beforehand.

Bare bones accommodation with heavy up-charges for parking and breakfast. No maid/towel service (provided every 4th day). Difficult check in process. Industrial area. Unfriendly staff. Noisy.

The air condition didn't work, the fridge didn't work. The hotel was uncomfortably warm! There is construction going on in the hotel. It is mainly a self serve hotel, with only one person on a tiny desk helping if there is a problem. It is not near the airport but a 35 Euro cab ride away.
