During my stay, I lost my phone, but the security manager found it and kindly returned it to me. They handled the situation calmly and with great attention to detail, which truly put me at ease. I am sincerely grateful. All the staff were very kind, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a review of my positive experience with In Room Dining service at the Bai. A well laid out and detailed menu is provided in the room with a direct line when calling to order. When I placed my order I spoke with Erika. She was friendly, easy to understand, took my order accurately and gave me the expected delivery time. She also answered a couple questions I had about the menu. Carl delivered the food to my room. He was friendly and set up my order on the bar top. The food met my expectations on quality and taste. After finishing I called back to request a “dish out” where they come to pick up your dirty dishes. I would not hesitate to use the IRD service again.

The foods are good. However, my drinks and food were taken without my permission. My morning snacks that I haven't touch were taken without my presence. I was about to save it for later but when I came back, the snacks were gone. Even my drink will be taken without asking first if it is okay to get it already. I suggest that the crew will ask permission first before cleaning the table during seminars like this. Thank you.

Location is convenient, just a very short car ride from Parkmall and Mandani Bay if you wanna do some walking or shopping. Monina Naves from Sales & Marketing and the rest of the staff are accommodating. Despite being near a busy road, there weren't any traffic noise coming from the street. Rooms and hallways were clean and despite that I usually have a hard time sleeping in a new environment, the bed was very comfortable and was able to have a good night's sleep. The breakfast line up was very vast and delicious, so many choices and cuisines to choose from. Would definitely come back for another stay, a must try for everyone.

Cafe Bai never disappoints with its wide variety of delicious food, it's always our go-to buffet. Today, we were assisted by Reyd, who was attentive, mindful, and consistently available whenever we needed anything. Thank you, Reyd, for making our dining experience even better!

Upon arriving at the lobby, one can immediately feel the warm atmosphere. The hotel staff are very accommodating and attentive. The room is sleek and immaculately clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cuisine- a massive spread that offers an interesting gastronomic experience. And...Cesar de la Cruz makes a very significant presence in the breakfast lounge..Cesar wears a captivating smile that leaves a charming mark to all the guests. The hotel Bai experience is indeed one of a kind . Mark Anthony & Apple Gay also deserve a notable commmendation .

As one of the staff organizers of a Seminar-Workshop held at Bai Hotel on August 19–21, 2026, with almost 600 participants, the banquet team faced a challenging start during the first-day lunch service. Given the unexpectedly large number of attendees, the team was understandably overwhelmed by the volume of participants, particularly in managing the food service, crowd movement, and overall flow of the banquet. Despite these initial challenges, the team remained composed, responsive, and receptive to feedback and recommendations. As the succeeding banquets took place, the team demonstrated significant improvement in coordination, preparation, communication, and crowd management. The concerns encountered during the first-day lunch were properly identified and addressed. Adjustments were made to the service arrangement, team coordination, and movement of participants, resulting in a more systematic and efficient flow of food service. The succeeding banquets became noticeably smoother, with better organization and quicker response to the needs and concerns of the participants. Special commendation is given to Team Leaders IKE, Feh, Nino, and Joshua for their hands-on leadership, teamwork, and effective management of the situation. They actively monitored the banquet operations, listened to concerns, coordinated closely with their staff, and immediately implemented necessary adjustments. Their presence and leadership helped the team remain focused and responsive, particularly during periods of high volume and pressure. The team also demonstrated a positive attitude toward feedback and showed a willingness to learn from the challenges encountered during the initial banquet. Rather than allowing the difficulties to affect the succeeding services, they used the experience to improve their approach and strengthen coordination among team members. Overall, the banquet team demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, teamwork, responsiveness, and commitment to service excellence. Although the large number of participants presented significant operational challenges, the team's ability to recognize concerns, make timely adjustments, and improve its performance contributed greatly to the smooth and organized flow of the succeeding banquets. The commendable efforts of the entire banquet team, particularly Team Leaders IKE, Feh, Nino, and Joshua, played an important role in ensuring that the participants were properly accommodated and that the succeeding banquet services were delivered more efficiently. Their continuous improvement and dedication contributed positively to the overall success of the Seminar-Workshop.

I am well taken cared of with my needs in my room and a special thank you to a floor attendant MARC JOHN RABAGO who never failed me with my so many requests.. And that cheerful guy at the dining area on our first day of the PPHA ANNUAL CONVENTION. I only had his name.. JOHN MICHAEL... Give my special thanks. Stayed in an Executive Room. Utilized the Executive Business Lounge extensively which was staffed with professionals. Mardin was very accommodating and also a pleasure to chat. Special shoutout to Emmie the relationship manager who helped check me in to my room via the Executive Lounge saving me time. Overall a good experience.

I stayed at Bai Hotel Cebu from May 18–30, 2026, and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cebu for either business or leisure. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby malls and other attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional—they were always warm, friendly, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities. I also loved the hotel's facilities, especially the swimming pool, gym, and sauna, which were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was an amazing variety of dishes to choose from each morning, with something for every taste. The food was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Overall, Bai Hotel Cebu offers outstanding value for money. From the moment we arrived at Bai Hotel Cebu, we were blown away by the genuine warmth of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, but what really made an impression was the hospitality everyone, from the front desk to the door attendants, welcomed us with warm smiles and authentic Cebuano friendliness that made us feel right at home instantly.

I had a great experience with my friends, the place is easily accessible to all places in Cebu. The bed is really comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room is clean and has a nice atmosphere. All the staff are approachable.

I really loved how easy it is to check into the hotel. It really felt like a 5-star experience. The atmosphere was delightful, the buffet served incredibly well-prepared and cooked meals. The staff is very polite and I would like to commend Mr. Davi for helping me all throughout! My 4 day stay felt like I needed to add more nights just because of how accommodating the hotel is and exploring the wonders of cebu was easy because of the hotel's accessibility!

I travel for work and visit this hotel regularly. The first thing I'll say is the people working at this hotel are fantastic. They're incredibly kind, thoughtful, and efficient in every task they do. Fromnthe cleaning to housekeeping to the Cafe they are truly holding this hotel together Unfortunately the hotel itself could use some improvements. The air conditioning in the rooms can be difficult to control, and mold has been found on more then one occasion in the room. I understand this is a humid environment, and they have recently put a dehumidifier in rooms to offset this, but the fear of sleeping with mold is always there. Also when Inplug in my laptop I consistently get shocked by it, where I was told by a friend that is faulty wiring that is not properly grounded. The food is also hit or miss, sometimes being above average at best but consistently below, especially room service. Their are pros to this place, specifically the location. Most malls are easily accessible for a day out, with one right across the street for a lazy day. The gym here is also fantastic, although they can be quite strict with shoes remaining on to the point your damaging the equipment (for example step ups on a bench). Overall I would recommend this hotel with the following concerns. As long as they have a dehumidifier and your careful plugging in electronics its a good place. If it wasnt for the amazing employees I would not recommend.

Concierge team was always ready to assist our baggages while the Housekeeping team under HK manager, Neil for ensuring our rooms were spotless, functional and comfortable. A total of 13 rooms and plus other family relatives. We would also like to emphasize our appreciation to Sir Leil for being so attentive throughout our wedding reception at the Lapu-Lapu Grand Ballroom 2. Thank you as well for surprising us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and for giving us options to both family-style serving and buffet set-up served during our reception. Our family and guests were truly deligthed from every bite to every need. Compliment for John Fred, Concierge – Bai Hotel Cebu During our recent stay at Bai Hotel (15th to 19th Jun'26) my wife and I encountered a problem: we had rented a motorbike from an external provider and needed to return it earlier than planned as we had urgent errands to run. We could not reach the contact person at all despite multiple attempts. We approached John Fred at the concierge desk for help, and he went far beyond what we expected. He willingly used his own mobile phone to repeatedly contact the rental company, and eventually succeeded in getting through. Understanding that we were very busy and had many errands to attend to, he kindly took responsibility for the matter — accepted the keys from us, coordinated directly with the rental provider, and ensured the handover went smoothly and without any issues. He also updated us when the bike was handed over. Most importantly my wife felt that John Fred managed her overwhelming emotions as John Fred really helped and took over the situation. His initiative, trustworthiness, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation effortless for us. This is truly outstanding service and a great reflection of Bai Hotel's standards. Thank you, John Fred — you are a wonderful asset to the team!

The service and selections were excellent. We went to our complimentary breakfast. Chary and Rose were great in ensuring we were being well taken care of. Overall great hospitality, very spacious, value is good, clean, the noise level wasn't loud, good location, and the food tasted great.

An amazing hotel. The rooftop lounge is spectacular. The staff are welcoming and lovely. Special mention to the chef in the executive lounge and the wonderful staff! It is an awesome upgrade and not to be missed. The gym is massive and has pretty uch everything. The staff there were so helpful and nice as well. The breakfast buffet is by far the largest I have ever seen. And delicious! I will definitely stay here in my return.

I recently stayed at Bai Hotel for 10 days and I would like to recognize one of the housekeeping staff, “Maribel” for her exceptional service. Maribel is incredibly kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. As someone who drinks a lot of water, I truly appreciated how she always made sure I had enough bottled water in my room without needing to ask. It's the small details like this that make a guest feel genuinely cared for. As a fellow Cebuana, I can say that our warmth and hospitality are often what make visitors feel welcome and Maribel embodies this perfectly. She greets guests with a smile whenever she sees them in the hallway, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Been coming to Bai hotel for years, and this time we got to celebrate my mom's birthday here. Since it was my mom's birthday, the staff also sang for her and even gave a little performance. Special thanks to Jedy Arriesgado for the warm accommodation during our dinner at Café Bai. The staff at the steak and pizza station also went out of her way to make sure I still got my mozarella cheese even though it wasn't on display. I wasn't able to get her name because she was also busy assisting other guests at the time. 🤍

It was a Great Experience and we are very comfortable, with excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were all professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. A special thanks to Maria Santoza Aro from the service crew for her exceptional hospitality and kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, always serving with a warm smile and positive attitude. Her excellent customer service truly made our experience more memorable.

Everything about this hotel was luxurious and at a fair price. I felt the environment was safe staying here in the city. The bai hotel was in the perfect location and traveling near and far was simple and easy. You can take a taxi to reach transportation hubs like the airport, seaport, and bus station terminals. I stayed at the Bai hotel on four different occasions as I travel Cebu and each room were held by the same standards as far as cleanliness and convertibility. One room with twin beds while the other the king size. I felt the ease of use with elevator staying on lower floors and I enjoyed the view on the higher floors and the congestion of the elevator wasn't too long seeing they had 6 operating simultaneously. My favorite thing about staying at the Bai hotel had to be the swimming pool on the 21st floor with the sky zone view along with the rooftop bar and restaurant. The pool was the perfect size for swimming laps in the morning, and still enjoyable when a little more congested with other happy guest. The first week I got breakfast included because the reviews were really good. My other stays here I've excluded the breakfast trying to seek other options that may have given more of what I call an authentic style of Philippines breakfast. I've come to the conclusion that breakfast at the Bai hotel was very authentic and exceeded anything that I could find as far as taste and to the variety of different breakfast available around the country all in one place. On days I felt like eating in, placing an order to my room using my phone by scanning the QRC to place an order was convenient and immediately followed up with questions to ensure an accurate order was to be delivered. The service was professional and doing business like extending my stay, price matching, currency exchange, and holding my luggage before and after check in/out was complementary. I will stay again when I visit. My only criticism was the TV. My first room only had screen mirror available and nothing else which was incompatible with my phone. The second room had the best tv!!! It came with their tv package program and also included apps like Spotify and YouTube. The third room the tv was malfunctioning along with no extra apps. The forth room the tv had working features that the hotel tv programs provide. No extra apps like YouTube and Spotify. The fourth room I discovered that the clock could pair to Bluetooth. All in all I rate it 5 stars out of 5 stars.

The Bai has a very pleasant atmosphere. Very kind and courteous staff. Bellman-DJ was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The bar 🍸 has a pleasant vibe, which includes a grand piano 🎹. It took me some time to finally write my review for Bai Hotel. I would like to say that this is a really nice hotel and definitely worth the money. It was my first time in Cebu. I came from Manila because I had a special meeting there. Since I am still young and traveling alone, I wanted to make sure I was safe, and Bai Hotel made me feel secure during my stay. I was also very tired when I arrived because I had just come from Taiwan, attended a 2-day concert in Manila, and then traveled to Cebu. I think I might have looked a bit exhausted upon arrival. 😂 I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM and asked the front desk if there was an available room. Since I booked a Deluxe King room, there was no available room yet. I was offered an upgraded room with an additional fee, but I hesitated because I was only staying for one night. While I was filling out the guest information sheet, I was surprised that I was given a Deluxe Twin room instead. Thank you so much to Ms. JERIAH 🩷🩷 for assisting me. I was also training as a hotel front desk receptionist in Manila, and I can say that your service was truly amazing, you inspire me. 💘 Bai Hotel's service is five-star for me. While I was on my way to my room, even though it was a bit far from the elevator, the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly. The security is also very good. Every time I entered, my bag was scanned. There were also staff members assisting guests with the elevator. My only concern was that when I needed to go down quickly, it sometimes took time to get an elevator. However, this is understandable since the hotel has many floors. I was staying alone in the room and requested coffee amenities. I was surprised that they delivered a lot to my room. (I'm sorry I forgot the name of the tall male staff member, but he was very kind.) It also felt very welcoming, especially because they quickly set the TV monitor with my name, and even the Wi-Fi password was my surname, hahaha. Ume Restaurant inside the hotel is also very nice. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. 🩷 I have already recommended this hotel to my international friends. I'll come back again soon!

Great stay at the Bai Hotel. The staff are very curtious and friendly I arrived and was greeted by Angela and Mae Angeline who help through the checking process and were very lovely to talk to. Food for breakfast is amazing for selection and dinner has a fine select all very tasty. Pool area is a great place to relax.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly and eager to help, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel has lots of amenities such as a clean and well equipped gym, a great coffee shop, a nice rooftop pool and bar and delicious restaurants on site. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a lot of variety and again, great service. Our hostess Justle was happy to explain some of the food choices in the buffet and offer recommendations. I highly recommend recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I was hesitant to stay here on my first trip over a year ago. As a frequent in-city vacationer here in Cebu, I have, of course, my favorites, still do. And now Bai is one of them. The entire staff from check-in to check-out was just a step above extraordinary. SUPER ROOMS AND HOUSEKEEPING. I wish I could recall everyone's name, Roy and the other managers, Babes,(her name), at check-in, and Irene, who helped me in several areas, including retrieving a lost ring I inadvertently left in my room on check-out. Food is great, although in the lobby lounge, the wait time for a meal is a bit longer than I like. 30-45 minutes on average, yet it is served with a smile and genuine appreciation for your patronage. The breakfast buffet didn't disappoint this time. Last time they were so booked that the food was running out on the serving line faster than I could get some. I guess that happens when I saw a woman take the ENTIRE tray of bacon and place it on her plate.. *poof* bacon for 25 people gone in 10 seconds.. LOL.... Pool bar staff is amazing, funny, and engaging, and the pool is VERY clean as well. That Japanese restaurant is delish. I love the tuna sashimi there As you can see, I cannot say enough positive things, try it, I think your stay will be memorable

Awesome experience especially at the Twilight Roofdeck, live concert and great DJ. We got served by Rodgue and he was the best truly !!! Kent made me an incredible Ti Punch after looking for 5 sec at the bad puc I showed him can't recommend enough 🩵 Let's not forget the foood 😋

Efficient and warm but lengthy check in. The rooms are large and well appointed giving most things needed. The wifi is good and strong. Beds are comfy with good pillows. Rooms have a safe and fridge. Like nearly every hotel in the Philippines the rooms are too cold. Didn't matter what setting the aircon was it was too cold, and housekeeping often would reset it back to arctic blast when they service the room. Not sure what the room control panel was for, it didnt seem to do much. Housekeeping was good, fast, but every day we had to ask for 3rd towel... if you remove 3 then perhaps the people in the room need 3...like for 3 people in the room. Plenty of options for eating offered, reviewed separately. Buffet breakfast is extensive, well organized, but on 3 occasions we were shown to an unprepared table and then had to chase staff for cutlery. It was busy both days sure, but the basics should still be done. Roof top pool area includes childrens pool and a bar. Small area but pleasant enough. Park Mall is opposite which offers a supermarket, options for eating, banking, and some shopping. This is a first class hotel, just lacking a little bit of finesse at points. Certainly much much better then the soft opening we attended years back. I think in some ways its above Radisson but in others it's behind. Has it knocked Radisson off my 1st preference for hotels in Cebu... not yet.

During my visit to Bai Hotel, I encountered an OJT attendant her name is CLEMENT assigned to the comfort room in lobby who left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I saw her, she was already smiling warmly at every guest who entered. Her cheerful presence immediately made the environment feel more welcoming and comfortable. Even though her role was in a place that many people often overlook, she carried out her duties with grace and positivity. What stood out the most was her genuine kindness. She greeted each person politely and maintained a friendly attitude throughout. It was clear that she took pride in her work, no matter how simple or unnoticed it might seem. Her dedication showed that professionalism is not defined by the place you are assigned, but by how you perform your responsibilities. At the same time, I couldn't help but feel a bit of sadness. Someone with such natural charm, confidence, and beauty seemed like she belonged in a more visible position where more people could appreciate her presence. Her bright smile and pleasing personality had the ability to uplift others, and it felt like those qualities deserved a wider audience. However, her situation also served as a reminder that every role is important. Even in the comfort room, she was able to create a positive experience for guests. In the end, it wasn't just her beauty that stood out, but her attitude, work ethic, and the genuine warmth she shared with others.

The hotel was really nice. They earned every star. Very clean. All employees aimed to assist in anyway. Pool and gym (has everything) with great views. A mall across the street.

Wallstreet is modern and chill perfect for work or casual meetings. In terms of location, it is strategically located in Mandaue. Service is excellent- OJT Bong, Jonel, Yana, Zherd, are my favorites, they're warm, attentive and proactive.

From check in to check out staying at the Bai Hotel was amazing. The staff are eager to please, they are genuinely happy and they provide excellent customer service. The Hotel facilities are very good including a rooftop pool and bar, as well as a gym and a number of restaurants. The buffet is one of the best you will find on the planet. We had breakfast there a number of times as well as dinner once - it is a must!! as the quality, the value and the variety is mind blowing!!! A big thank you Emmie Go, John Fred, Bibiano, Ara on the rooftop, Antone, Ume Chef and the rest of the staff - including the housekeeping team who do an amazing job of keeping the rooms nice and tidy. You will also you will find the location is great as well if you want to do exploring of the city and surrounding areas. The Bai Hotel is the perfect, thank you!

First time at Bai Hotel in Cebu and we immediately loved it. From checking in late at night, we were welcomed with a great, friendly and professional staff, Reshell. It was a fun and smooth check in. Bell attendant was helpful as he gave us suggestions how to navigate the tours available. Our room was perfect, all needs met. I'd have to fully acknowledge all the front desk staff and the interns like Yuki and others who were so helpful. The dining experience is another level. Truly blown away by the service of the staff who were so friendly and helpful. And the Food! The diversity and quality! So many choices, not enough room to taste them all :) No wonder it is a famous culinary destination in the city. The Spa is a must try, we enjoyed it too. The rooftop Twilight bar, the pool deck, the view were all amazing. 10/10, we are coming back for sure! Thanks for taking care of us, the 1145 ladies. ❤️

Our first trip to Cebu, Philippines. Bai hotel is close to the sea front with tree lined mountains behind. Views from the hotel are spectacular, particularly at night. The staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are modern with good air conditioning. There are several restaurants here including steak House, Japanese and general bar foods. They have a pool on 21st floor and bar with food and cocktails. There is also a bar on the roof deck with music and amazing views. Breakfast buffet gives a choice of western, middle eastern and far Eastern food. The staff are wonderful and helpful. In particular we would like to thank Lueza Jennica Lee, Jessi for her outstanding assistance at breakfast and for making us feel so special.

We chose this hotel because we knew about the roof top new year celebration, and it did not dissapoint 🎊🥳 The celebration was great with drinks inkluded and amazing fireworks and views of the city. The hotel itself has great service and the rooms are clean. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet is super with alot to choose from. Will highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is a nice play to stay. It is close to Park Mall, so you can walk over and shop or buy things from 7-11. Ume Japanese restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the only available seats were in Annex C, which was quite far from the buffet station, and we had seniors with us. I spoke with the duty manager, Ms. Ellen, who kindly recommended the Executive Club Lounge, offering evening cocktails and light snacks. We are truly grateful for her recommendation—the venue was absolutely perfect. The space felt very exclusive, the food was sumptuous, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Butler Mardin, Chef Hannah, and Steward Jesthony for their outstanding hospitality. The evening was made even more meaningful as we shared this experience with two of our loyal staff members who have been with us for many years. Bai Hotel has always been our favorite place for dining and relaxation. Thank you, as always, for your excellent service.

As one of the students from Foundation University taking the Tourism Management course and visiting Cebu for our educational tour, I can say that it was truly a five star experience. When I say “five-star” I mean the quality of service, the professionalism of the employees, and their ability to handle us even though we were quite energetic and difficult to manage at times. Still, they were able to adapt and provide excellent service, giving us a credible and memorable experience that exceeded our expectations.

First ever visit to a gym as the group said the gym was fab and great facilities. Lovely guy called Shean took me thru a gentle introduction. Im 70 and it's really encouraged me. He was so professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed it, which was a huge surprise.

Rooms are great and very comfortable to live in even for a long duration. One of the best feature they have is BAI Bot, the room service robot, convenient and less intrusive to privacy.

The best hotel experience we've had in Cebu. Our room was super clean and comfortable and the staff made you feel like royalty, but at the same time like family. Everyone greets you with a genuine smile. We ate numerous times at the Cafe restaurant and enjoyed our meals every time. The breakfast and dinner buffets are reasonably priced for the quality, and the staff definitely top off the dining experience. Great stay .. we all enjoyed our two night stay .. specially the customer service We really like visiting the roof top bar .. mostly during happy hour Hot showers .. however the double beds were a bit hard , with to thick of Duvet

We've stayed at this hotel several times now, and it never disappoints. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted great warmth and hospitality .The Front Desk team were friendly and efficient, they even remembered us from our previous visits, which made us feel especially welcome. A special mention to Venus, who has assisted us on several occasions and recognized us from our previous stay, welcoming to us, she was as joy and very accommodating to our needs. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and even a sofa bed that was surprisingly cozy. Everything felt clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Overall, it is another smooth and enjoyable experience. The staff's attentiveness and consistency in service really stand out.

We just checked in. This is our first time staying at Bai Hotel. The check in service is hassle free and very convenient. Thanks to the Front Office Venus Ferrolino she's so kind and considerate to me knowing I am with my child. She took initiative to make us feel welcomed and special which Front Officers should possess. The employees we encountered a long the way are also friendly. We will be back for sure.

Dining at Ume Japanese restaurant was a great experience. I just checked in tonight at Bai Hotel and went to this restaurant inside the hotel. The food was superb, the staff like Josh and Jonemel are very attentive, nice and friendly. Not to forget, the food which was prepared by chef Bibi was authentic Japanese cuisine. I've lived in Japan for 11 years so I can say with certainty that it was the real deal.

I visited Bai Hotel today and dropped by the travel shop to buy some souvenirs. Unfortunately, the staff on duty, Bea, she just walked pass through me completely ignored me and didn't offer any assistance. It was disappointing, especially from a hotel known for good service. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future visitors.

Hotel amenities are classy, above “above average.” Very good service, frontliners know how to read and respond to customer situations either to prevent or manage. Cafe Bai's buffet has a wide selection of food whether breakfast (free for hotel guests), lunch or dinner. I enjoyed the Indian section, quite rare to find. What's more, senior discount is at 50% off regular price.

We've been to Bai Hotel numerous times, but we always dine at Café Bai, their buffet restaurant. This was our first time trying the Lobby Lounge with the family. Ever since I saw their giant croissant on Facebook, I've been excited to try it — and finally, we did earlier! We loved the croissant! The serving sizes for the meals were bigger than I expected. Order time was around 30–45 minutes, which was fine since we had plenty of time to talk and catch up with my family. Kudos to the staff for being very accommodating. They were attentive and friendly, which made our dining experience even better.

Bai Hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, with staff who were friendly and always ready to help. We stayed here for a wedding on September 22, and the front desk staff made everything easier by arranging our family's rooms on almost the same floor so coordinating was hassle free. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very well kept, far better than other hotels we've visited. With excellent food, impressive service, and beautifully maintained rooms, Bai Hotel is an easy choice for a comfortable and memorable stay. The customer service at this hotel is the best I have ever received. Special mention to Angela and Monique for being so friendly and making me feel welcome in Cebu, especially after my flight got cancelled. I'll be booking again in October and making it my go to stay in Cebu. Really great gym, great pool, great location and the chocolate frappe in the coffee shop is to die for, I recommend. One of the best stays I've had in a hotel anywhere in the world (and I've had a lot!) and if you want to take great photos there's some great areas.

Staying at bai for 2 days was one of my memorable experienced. I had met those genuine people to this hotel and they all deserve to be acknowledged. Rooms was clean and smells good. Food was literally mouthwatering. I had a pleasure to met Joshua from poolbar, People from buffet, they were really accommodating and grants our request (cant mention them one by one), and Ume restaurant at ground floor where Vince is our server. At first we were guided by charming receptionist belle and allow us to choose our table, very kind. Food has plenty of choices however vince suggested those best seller, and literally all of those are 10/10. Truly a heart for the hotel!! keep these people and continue doing great! Will come back sooner!!

I went to Cebu by myself and stayed at the Bai Hotel. The rooms and cuisine were first-rate. The rooms were quite good. I met this guy who was a pleasure to talk to and really helpful. He was Lianne, and he provided me with a wide range of assistance.

Had my solo trip at Cebu and checked in at Bai Hotel. The accommodation and foods were really good. Rooms were top class. Met this one fellow who was very helpful and fun to talk with. The room is good and spacious. They change our beddings and towels everyday.Oh the electrical outlet is located within our reach. I love the breakfast buffet, the selection of food suits to my tast buds and delicious.

We like the staff, good breakfast buffet but the building air circulation is not that great. The room is humid and the common area on the 15th floor it doesn't smell fresh. But over all, is a pleasant place to stay due to its location and the staff hospitality.
