Booked a night here to take refuge from the extreme heat. We were on a camper van trip and they found us a space to park our large van. Rooms were very comfortable with good showers. Everything spotlessly cleaned. Food in hotel restaurant was expensive but well worth it. Lovely pool

Stayed here one night for a business trip booked through a third party. Hotel has many different room types. So we ended up in probably the worst category, best described as seriously outdated and boring. Avoid.

Disappointing conference hotel. Room was worse than any photo online. Never had housekeeping with a 4 night stay despite requesting before my last night. Food was mediocre at best. Meeting rooms were good but that is it. The worst issue is was the hotel felt dirty. Spider webs and cobwebs visible throughout including front lobby. I showed the front desk and so far they have not addressed a light fixture covered in cobwebs. Shabby. My room has a bed that seems like a twin but shorter and red shag carpet.

This is a rather unusual place! More like a conference centre with rooms than a hotel. It is very spread out, it even has two reception areas at opposite ends of the building. Great location close to the Autobahn. Loads of parking space. Fantastic rooms at very reasonable prices but….. On the Sunday night we stayed the web site gave us the impression that the restaurant was closed but in fact meals were appearing from somewhere (actually a bonus because we discovered an excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance), the bar only had a young lady on duty who was on just her third day and who had never made a gin and tonic (not her fault, bad training) and at 22.00 it appeared to be closed and the in-room TV had dozens of channels but the hotel had chosen not to include a BBC channel amongst them! Not very hospitable to British guests. Really a very nice place that with a bit of thought could be a lot nicer.
I stayed here for 3 nights before attending a family wedding at the hotel. Everything was great. My room was spacious with a fabulous walk in shower. The public areas are tastefully decorated with lots of interesting art works and plenty of nice seating. Breakfast was very good with many choices and eggs cooked to order. All the staff were friendly. The wedding was amazing. Beautiful room and outside space, attentive wait staff and outstanding food. I can't fault this place and all at a very reasonable price.

Please take care when booking. The apartment building is quite a stretch away and you can't tellen if you are booked there. Apartment room was ok, but needs some freshening up. Behind the curtains, doorpost, soap bucket in the bath, and some more places. Nothing unclean, wear and tear. The breakfast was good and corona proof. It does take another trip if in the apartment housing. So all in all it's ok, and after a fresh up of the room worthy of the price. Currently it's about 30% overpriced to the quality you get

As the leading hotel in Mainz in terms of guest satisfaction, we are particularly interested in the testimonials of our guests. Therefore, we have examined your stay. In fact, our apartment building is about 300 meters away from our main house. We do not share your opinion that this was not detectable* when you made your booking. Of course we pass on the distance and the fact that this is a separate building on all common booking portals transparently. Furthermore, we think that our pricing is fair and reasonable. All our apartments meet the 4 star superior standard, are certified as “Serviced Apartments“ and have many advantages (among others, our apartments are located in an absolutely green, quiet location – directly in front of the Mainz nature reserve, are exceptionally spacious and have free parking directly on site). We are happy to pass on your comment regarding “wear and tear” directly, thank you very much for that. I have been staying in this hotel in and off for a number of years now. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always attentive. The restaurant also serves great food and the beers are always cold. They have implemented really good Covid 19 policies to ensure the safety of the staff as well as the guests. Thank you all!! A truly absolutely wonderful place to stay. The rooms are amazingly furnished, very clean and THE place to relax. I can only recommend this hotel. If you plan to stay in Mainz stay there. Also the food is an attraction and definitely worth trying.
