Very bad experience, the room and facilities are very old. The soundproofing is poor. You can hear the conversation of your neighbours clearly. When we checked out, the hotel refused to keep our luggages for 2 days because we don't have another new booking with them, although we already booked there for 3 days... I guess the high review in Google is just because they offered free gift for those who left a five star review. This hotel definitely not worth a five-star review….

We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, and the breakfast was enjoyable. While the breakfast selection was the same each day, everything was tasty and well-prepared. It would be even better with a bit more variety for guests staying multiple nights. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd gladly stay here again!

Stayed for two nights here, love it! Although location is slightly remote, it is near the Saphan Khwai BTS station, leading into the city for about 47THB. Located in a housing neighborhood, this hotel gives off quiet homey vibes. Lobby is nice, great to chill at, with great nice staff. Complimentary drinks available at the lobby. Fitness center and swimming pool available, not the best but available. Rooms are great, spacious, with great bed and mattresses. Showers are rather small though. Tuktuk service to the BTS station is available every hour for an otherwise 20 minute walk. Great value hotel, priced cheaper compared to other franchised hotel of the scale, and with Best Western name on it comes an immediate Best Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Rooms are spotless and comfortable immediately within entering. Great experience, would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel location , the atmosphere, the room , the value , the cleanliness, the noise level, the service and the amenities are all 10/10. I had a really nice stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and it was great having access to a pool as well. A couple of small suggestions: the shower tends to splash water outside quite easily, so it doesn't keep the water contained very well. Also, a few more hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels would be really useful. Other than that, everything was lovely and I'd definitely recommend staying here. Just keep in mind this location is a bit tucked away from a lot of popular spots downtown area so having to use grab a bit getting to those areas if doing activities there.

We had been in this hotel for a month, impressed by the cleanest, great customer services. Near BTS, Big C, Central department store-Lad Prao location. The room is ample, quiet, and very very clean. There's a small fitness room and a swimming pool with large outdoor space for family/ friend meetings.

Booked this hotel for access to the main railway station. However it's a long walk from the nearest BTS Saphan Khwai and then down an alley way to the hotel. There is a 7-11 at the main road around 300 metres away. Not very convenient location. Hotel itself is ok for a bland franchise budget option. Clean and comfortable room but totally lacking in any Thai atmosphere. Access to the bathroom would be difficult for those with mobility issues. Breakfast buffet style 200 Bt. Lots of Asian food in the Bain Marie. Small pool and a gym.

Excellent value and warm hospitality. The location is super convenient, close to Ari and Chatuchak, with a complimentary tuk-tuk to BTS Saphan Khwai, which made getting around easy. My Deluxe room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable; Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast had a good spread and attentive service. Overall, a stress-free city base with genuinely friendly staff. Truely the best stays we've had in Bangkok and my mother was like, “lets say here forever”. We absolutely adored our stay here. The complimentary breakfast here is an A grade and so filling that you won't even need lunch after it. We looked forward to it every morning! The hotel has such a nice ambiance with its modern funky decor and access to gym and pool. Every corner is super hygienic and clean with a sweet aroma always in the air. Plus, 24hr access to refreshments in the reception. A big shout out to Yo at reception for helping us get our room before 2pm (a lifesaver after traveling), she even guided us with better transportation and tour plans. Also grateful to Benz, Bow, Ayy and a special mention to the housekeeper, who was so respectful and sweet. Room service takes no time to arrive. And the best part? All of this came at a really reasonable rate, which made the stay feel even more worth it. They even arrange taxi or tuktuk while you chill in the reception area. Their constay respect and smile is always a cherry on top. Without doubt, each time I visit Bangkok I am coming back here.

We stayed at the hotel for the last 3 nights of our 3 week Thailand exploration. The location is out of the centre but ideally located for a wind-down and close to the Chatuchak weekend market (plenty of stalls inside the mall all week round too!). The hotel provides free Tuk tuk ride to the nearest station. Breakfasts were good and different hit options every morning. Beds comfortable and staff helpful and kid. We had a lovely stay at the Sure Stay Best Western. It was a lovely place to explore the nearby Chatuchak market and shopping area before leaving Thailand to head home. The rooms were very comfortable, breakfasts very tasty and the staff were really friendly and helpful - especially Yo at reception and New at the door. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

Great customer service! Was very helpful and patient with me, will definitely be booking again! Sweet, helped me with my bags, and even allowed me to check in earlier than expected. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10! Might even say 1000 out of 1000!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely clean and quiet room so we had a peaceful nights sleep. Gym was fantastic and the pool was lovely. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was close by so it was very convenient for us. Would recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great experience and ambience staying in this hotel, good hospitality. The receptionist so humble and welcoming as so well. Have a nice view and near from facility and we also got transport like “tuk tuk” here to explore the city. Very recommended if you want to go to bangkok

We absolutely loved this hotel ! My boyfriend and I booked for one night … which led to two & then made a 3rd booking on our trip back to Bangkok. staff are lovely and very helpful. We left a few items in the room to ditch and they were quick to ensure we weren't forgetting them. The location is close to the DMK airport ( about 20min ) and about a 20min walk from transit. It's out of the way from the hectic city but also only a 20-40 minute drive or transit from big malls and attractions like Khaosan or Chinatown. The beds are the COMFIEST I've had in my trip and it's honestly just a nice place to treat yourself to a good sleep without totally breaking the bank.

Very quiet location, with close and nice restaurants Room is spacious, clean, and totally functional . Wifi secure and beyond what I experienced in other hotels : easy log in, unlimited devices, no need to login every time , stable, high throughput . We were allowed access 11:00am, so 3 hours ahead of 'official ' time . Staff was extremely kind and helpful . Breakfast ok, not more Design of building makes it special
