The hotel staff was great. I had actually left my jacket behind for my friend that was with me I called them up, went back to Get it with no problem they were extremely helpful. Treated me like family was very impressed.

Was a nice comfort stay staff was nice and helpful . Maintenance was also very helpful fixing our door. Breakfast was good . Pool was decent . Overall had a nice stay . Would definitely return when warmer as I enjoy our balcony rooms sad it was closed for season still

Super clean, location excellent and away from congestion. Motel was spotless, well laid out, excellent hot breakfast, located close to other necessary businesses when you travel. Not many motels fit into this category.

Reasonably priced, downtown area of Wisconsin Dells so close to all attractions, Clean hotel all around from the rooms, the lobby, the hallways, the pool area. Staff was exceptionally friendly along with a quick and easy check in.

The room had a pill on the floor when we first walked in (clearly wants thoroughly cleaned), the bed was lopsided, the workout room was small (no wipes to clean machines), the pool was amazing; my kids were like fish, it was a great temp. the lights outside were awesome, the passes to Noah's Ark were great, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay. We didn't like that in our room there was skylights so you couldn't make the room dark and it was very bright early in the morning, so we didn't get to sleep in.

Night Shift Front desk was horrible. Poorly trained. Only stayed for one night and still had a bad experience. I Checkout and I was having issues with my tickets for Noah's ark. I did the reservation thru phone and never did they mention anything about the policies. Everyone in my party had to be present to receive the wrist bands. I never even received the confirmation email so I didn't get no policies. Front desk literally said they didn't care. So we left. Didn't want to deal with them. Waste of my money! Had to purchase my own tickets since my party was already waiting inside the parking lot of Noah's ark.

My family and I had a blast this time we went back to Wisconsin Dells. We loved the hotel. everything so clean, staff was to polite and friendly, A variety of thinks to eat for breakfast, it was great!. We had great room service when needed. and also we had free passes to one of the biggest water park it was amazing.

A little expensive but wisconsin dells is a tourist trap. The pool and hot tub should be bigger. Was clean and close to everything to need to be. Was impressed with the size of the rooms. Beds were decent too. Lighting in the room was great.

Upon checking in we were greeted by very friendly staff that she explained to me all the details of our stay, breakfast times and pool times etc. She also let me know the door entry closest to our room which made parking super close to my room ( much appreciated). Our room exceeded our expectations as I felt it was pretty large, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious biscuits, gravy, waffles(make your own), eggs, yogurt, toast,bagels,oatmeal and cereal I'm probably missing something. The kiddos really enjoyed the pools both indoor and out .

Nice Stay but rooms need a remodeling. Pool area ok. Nice pool and hottub outside. Would stay here again. Staff friendly!!! Beds are comfy but squeaky. Good value as we got Noah's Ark Waterpark wristbands included in our stay.

Being part of the Best Western Rewards program saved us money. The continental breakfast was a very nice selection that rotated every other day. The location of this hotel was conveniently located close to everything in the Dells. The coupon book you gave us saved us lots of money at restaurants and activities we did in the Wisconsin Dells. The carpet could be replaced, and the flooring in front of the swimming pool entrance should definitely need replaced -- it feels a little squishy.

Overall just an okay stay. Hotel was clean but not great. Rooms were small and smelled musty, floors were really sticky. Beds were not super comfortable but I've slept on worse. Location was good, close to everything and price included Noah's Ark passes which was a bonus. Hotel staff were wonderful and very pleasant. Breakfast area was super crowded with huge lineups but we didn't go hungry. Indoor pool was really dark and super noisy, we didn't use it but the outdoor pool area was great. Not sure I would stay again but had a decent visit. If I were to go again I would book a balcony room for a little more space.

I would recommend this hotel, its hard to find an affordable decent hotel in the area. I have stayed here on 2 occasions and both were good, no problems, fairly clean, and not too far from the attractions

It was clean but it wasn't. Location was good .pool was cool could have been a little warmer.beds were nice. Housekeeping didn't show up on day 2 until 4:30. Breakfast was good except for a very sticky floor.

Chose this location because it boasted free Noah's ark passes. It was cold and rained all weekend so we weren't able to utilize that. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but I found it too cold. Pool area had the same garbage piled up all 3 days near the hot tub. Room was clean enough, but the bathroom was poorly taken care of- sloppy paint, rust stains, water damage on ceiling, damaged tile trim, etc. Our room smelled like a sandwich shop all 3 days. Beds were very soft. A/c worked fine but the room was extremely humid. Breakfast was a nightmare. The area was packed even on a weekday, long lines to get food and nowhere to sit so we had to try to take 4 people's food (2 of those being young kids who couldnt carry their own) back to our room on the 2nd floor. I wouldnt recommend the eggs and sausage to anyone. Waffles and donuts were fine. Many of the other guests acted like theyd never been in public before- spilling food on the counters and floor, leaving used cups near the waffle irons, pushing past people in line. Trying to get breakfast was so overwhelming and stressful, it made a really bad start to our days. Employees were very nice, but I noticed a lot of the housekeepers talking on their phones.

This is a very nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to all WI Dells points of interest. Our room was very clean too. We have stayed at this motel many times over the years and have always been very pleased with our stay. The breakfast offers many choices from cold cereals to eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. They have 5 waffle machines so the wait time isn't so long. Nice selection of hot food that were filled often and served hot. You won't be disappointed

The location was close enough to walk to the Pizza Lab Restaurant. We used the indoor pool and liked it! The outdoor pool looked nice but did not use it. The breakfast was plentiful and had enough options for us. The yogurt machine was new to us. Also we were not used to seeing the powdered and chocolate coated donuts …& liked them! The wi-fi was not very strong and we frequently lost internet connection. We were thrilled to have a Noah's Arc bracelet park pass for each of the four of us during our 5-night stay. The bracelet was put on our son's arm loosely and it began fraying and delaminating almost immediately. We bought a glue stick to try to put it back together. By the time we got to the park, after we had spent two nights at BW, the bracelet broke off in the Paradise Lagoon after our son was swimming only a couple hours. We could not find it. The park put a purple bracelet on him so he could go with us to the parking area to have lunch in the shelter. When we asked about getting a replacement bracelet for the next two days we were told we would need to pay an additional $33 to $34 to get a replacement bracelet for our elementary school age son, which we did as we needed him to go with us back to the park for the next two days. It was not clear what we should do if the bracelet broke or was prematurely wearing off, we would have taken it up with the front desk after the first night of our stay when it was delaminating. None of the other three bracelets did this and held up well throughout our 5-night stay. We would have done things differently had we known what we know now.

Very clean.. Friendly staff..Comfortable .. Good hotel for family. Crowded breakfast, just go earlier. Great value especially with included Waterpark passes. Internet servers often overcrowded, but turned that into more family time. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good accommodations. Our room was clean and well looked after. The decor is somewhat dated looking like it was from the 1980's. While the darker colours pair nicely and can be appreciated in bright sunlight from open windows, in low light of the rooms and hallways become dingy. The only item of concern was the loud air conditioning unit; which made sleeping somewhat difficult for a few of us. Also of lesser concern was the TV did not have controls to select inputs either on the TV or remote. So families traveling with dvd players, Roku sticks and etc will be unable to watch shows of their choice. The breakfast area is large with four stations to make waffles; typically serving scrambled eggs and sausages.

We love the pools, the facility is clean and the location is good. OK rooms, they serve their purpose. The breakfast is hot and have something for everybody. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful.

Had to fight for towels because getting maid service was almost impossible. And make sure u find a good place for breakfast because theirs is well below par on flavor. It also seems to take forever to get checked in. The room was very nice sized the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful and the bathroom was very spacious. We also loved the location. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough we could get anywhere we wanted within about 5 min.

Reading the some of the reviews I was skeptical choosing this hotel. But it had everything we were looking for outdoor swimming pool, free breakfast and tickets to Noah's Ark so we booked it. Glad we did friendly staff, clean room, out door pool was great, breakfast the eggs were good and even the fitness room was ok. My partner and will definitely come back.

We chose this Best Western for the price, waterpark, pool and breakfast. The staff (Maggie) was very helpful when finding a room to accommodate my elderly mother. The showers were never cold after our family of four used them. :)

Overall the hotel was nice. Staying here you get free breakfast and free tickets to the Noah's ark water park. Not a bad deal. The staff were friendly but there are some minor issues. It's free breakfast and a family friendly hotel - pro trip: go early! The two staff they have working are amazing. They are overwhelmed with the volume of people, space restrictions, and limited variety of food offerings. Between 8am and 9am it's like a bad disaster movie and everyone is running for a life boat. Free waterpark tickets. They ask you to get them the morning you plan to go to the park. It's a wristband and at the time of this post the band is good as long as you have it on during your stay. Pro tip: try to get your tickets the night before. Avoid the long lines in the morning. The internet was awful. If you plan on streaming videos or anything like that. Make another plan.

Decent hotel, room was average. Outdoor pool seemed to close frequently. Many kids in the pool, unsupervised. Hotel was fully booked to breakfast was unbelievably busy and lacking many items, the worker could not keep up. Overall a decent stay plus free Noah's Arc passes, which was great!

Room was not vacuumed or swept, tub was dirty with hair in it. Found a dirty sock and snorkel on the floor. Patio door had no screen so we couldn't leave it open, which was the reason we chose a balcony room. Breakfast was adequate and free Noah's Ark passes were nice. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness of the breakfast area could be improved.

Took my parents to the Dells for a few days. When we checked in after 4 pm, we were told our room was not ready. The check in very slow. Waited 30 minutes and a. very long line. Everything else was great! Couldn't use Noah's Ark tickets since my parents were in a wheelchair and in there 80's. Should have something to give out for seniors like a show ticket? All and all I would recommend the Best Western hotel!

I was super happy with the cleanliness of the room and overall hotel! The breakfast was good. They were great about making sure trash was taken and beds made daily unless we had the do not disturb sign out. Bonus was the Noah's ark tickets. I can't comment enough on the cleanliness! That is so important in a hotel! It's also within 10 minutes to pretty much anything you might want to do in the Dells!!

Great stay, started with very easy check in. Very friendly staff at the check in desk. They have 2 pools that my kids had a great time in. The breakfast was good. The room was great. plenty of parking provided.

We were stopping over to go to a great steakhouse and was looking for a room that was clean, the service was courteous and the place was quiet. We didn't need a pool nor exercise equipment even though it was there. BW provided us with the best value for our money. And the stay was great! The check out lady, Laura, has to be one of the most pleasant people on earth!

The staff went above and beyond to make our group as comfortable as possible. Every requested was promptly attended to. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Wisconsin Dells for our next event!

Always a great value and great stay. Breakfast is plenty and restocked right away. Roo. Are comfortable. Older hotel but kept up. The daytime front desk person is so friendly and helpful! Every time we stay she makes it a great experience.

I travel a lot and am impressed with how much is offered for a great price. The pool and hot tub is important to me and Best Western's are always well maintained. Bedding and bathroom is always clean. Staff are friendly and treat you like you are their most important guest.

We were here on a Saturday in November. There weren't a bunch of kids running around and it was really peaceful. Breakfast choices were good and the room was clean and comfortable. We will gladly stay here again.

I stayed at the Best Western for 3 nights and it was a great experience! I really loved the comfy beds! The breakfast was also really great and I think the price of the rooms was also good! I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It was filthy. There were dead moths in the refrigerator. Everything was broken (like lampshades), wrinkled and dirty (food on the carpet. Even the phone didn't work so I called to check out and told her how bad it was. The staff was nice but check in took 30 minutes with a line out the door the whole time. People are insane if they recommend it. I know the Dells are pricey but I wouldn't pay $20 to stay at this place much less over $100 like I did. I'm going to write Best Western Corporate to get my money back because they should be ashamed that anyone had this experience under their banner.

I am an independent travel business owner. I was coming back from a meeting in Milwaukee headed towards Minneapolis. Myself and 3 other business partners stayed here. Rooms were nice, beds super comfy, check-in was easy and the lady was very nice. The only issue was the breakfast in the morning. They do not keep up with the demand for the amount of guests they have. Nothing was left, we waited in line for awhile and no one came out with more. We had to get back on the road and went to Denny's across the street. That was TERRIBLE. I'd recommend McDonald's drive-through over the overpriced Denny's and craziness at the hotel. They need to work on that. Everything else was great.

It was an nice enough for one night stay. It was quiet, but we stayed during off season. The staff was really nice and helpful, I had an issue with the hair dryer and they brought one up to me immediately It turned out to be an issue with the plug. The area was nice it was close to alot of the attractions. Made it easy to get around during our stay..

A day before the trip I got an email from the hotel saying how excited they are for our stay, attached was also our payment. However the payment went up in charge $20 from when I first booked. I've worked at a Best Western for 4 years as well as my mom had for 15+ and is now part of corporate. When I told her this she was very upset as was I. I called the hotel and they told me I needed to call Google to talk about my payment. You can't contact Google for a hotel room but I was told that to get off the phone. I called customer service and they told me that what they told me was wrong and that they changed the price seconds after I booked the room and they aren't sure why. My mom later called the hotel back, asked for the manager and explained what happened. The manger was very nice and helped fix the issue. Hotels can't change the price of the amount after you have already booked it and they did. We had to stop to fix the issue a day before. That was the worst part about the stay we had. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful, tucked away and super roomy. the staff we spoke to was very nice and helpful. Besides the charge issue, I totally recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and very efficient. Room was clean and the beds were great to sleep on. The rooms were very soundproof. The breakfast was okay, they had my kind of yogurt, and the coffee was so good.

I've stayed here in the past and it was great. This time it was HORRIBLE! I let them know the problem with a broken door and cleanliness of the room. The front desk clerk didn't care. Super disappointed

People friendly especially Laura at front desk enjoyed our breakfast the way it is set up the traffic flowed plenty of spaces to sit down didn't have time to use the pool but it was clean even the hotel is older it is kept clean and everything was working beds really comfortable

This Best Western was very clean and had a friendly staff. We stayed in handicap accesicle room which was great but could be improved by having a roll in shower. Close restaurants for dining and close to attractions.

When the landlines in Wisconsin Dells were wonky, the woman at the desk let me use her cell phone! These days, would you do that? Well, she did. And that's typical -- these folks are both friendly and professional.

After a long day at Mayo, we found this Best Western a great place to spend the night. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub in the morning and enjoyed the hot breakfast. Each and every staff person was pleasant. They appear to enjoy their jobs. We will keep you in mind for the future.

Wonderful place to stay. Great continental breakfast. Had booked 1 night and decided to stay extra night and they were very accommodating Bed was little hard but still slept very well Staff was very helpful. breakfast was delicious.

Overall our experience was good. They called me the day before my check in to let me know the pool would be closed, and provided a discount for the inconvenience. And the stay overall was average. However, the walls in the breakfast area, right behind/above the food, was absolutely covered in dust with large cobwebs in the corners.

Whenever we go to the dells we usually stay at the best western and have never had any problems but this time. We found a very different hotel. The first thing I saw upon arrival were garbage bags outside the rooms all over the corridor on the first floor, the floor was all wet as if someone came out of the pool draining water, I thought it was due to careless guests, but the next morning we left to walk around the downtown and when we returned at 6:00 pm we noticed that the room had not been cleaned or the beds made my husband and my son went downstairs to ask what was happening and a man who introduced himself as the housekeeping manager rudely told them that neither the beds nor the room were cleaned due to being in times of pandemic that if we wanted to change the sheets we would have to change them ourselves, the same as if we wanted towels we would have to ask for them at the front desk and bring the used ones, the garbage that we had we would have to leave it outside the room, right at the door, and someone from the staff would take it out. It was one of the strangest situations we have experienced in any hotel because no staff member wore a mask or at any time asked for guests to wear one, even at breakfast time when the main room was full, but we were very conveniently told that they would not make the room due to the pandemic.

The staff was accommodating. Peak season and the place was packed but the staff was friendly and breakfast was fully stocked and the area was clean. Baby pool was out of order but we did not need it. rooms were clean. Overall would definitely stay again

Enjoyed staying at this hotel while in the Dells. I chose this hotel because they offered free passes to the Noah's Ark Water Park. This is a great perk. The breakfast was great too! Enjoyed the waffles, eggs, coffee, juice, and other items offered. Go down to breakfast before 8am to beat the rush. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in the Dells.

This was very stay with BW. It was an amazing experience. Great service all around. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family. We are staying again labor day weekend. Family friendly hotel.

We booked a room very last minute. The pools are alright, not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest. If you want breakfast you need to get up at the crack of Dawn. Smells of cigarettes everywhere you go.

I question why a reputable hotel brand such as Best Western has their name on this disaster. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! The worst part is the cleanliness of our room. There was still someone else's hair on the shower wall and large food crumbs on the carpet. I could've overlooked the dated hotel rooms/elevator/beds/etc and the noticeable amount of items throughout the hotel that were in desperate need of repair, IF MY ROOM WAS CLEANED BEFORE MY CHECK IN!

There was a line to breakfast with about 25-30 people deep, they were out of some breakfast foods, unable to stand in line to wait 30 minutes for waffles, so just got eggs and went back to our room (no where to sit). The eggs were gross. We were not able to go in the hot tub due to over capacity (waited for several minutes). The hotel was messy/dirty (trash in the hallways and pool area). We have stayed here before and it has gotten worse. The beds were too soft and our backs hurt the next morning. We stayed in the 1 king bed/2 queen suite with 2 TV's. The room was big and had 2 sinks and accommodated 5 of us perfectly. This hotel needs to expand its breakfast area and hire more staff to manage the operations of the hotel.

5th and last stay in 10 years. If you are concerned about cleanliness and safety, stay away from this hotel. Maintenance helped alot but their hands are tied. For starters we walked into the room,sliding doors were covered in greasy fingerprints, asked the maid to clean it and she did. The worst part was the pool area. We understand things happen but we should have gotten a phone call to alert us that things were broken down. Caution tape around the broken kiddie pool area and the hot tub, if I had small children with me I would have been very disappointed. Old dirty carpeting everywhere smells awful. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling unworkable, sink plugged and not draining. Garbage can full with flies in the pool area and never emptied after 2 days. Flower pots around the pool growing large weeds and nothing else. Steps to the pool broken off tiles with very sharp edges. If you didn't have water shoes on you would clearly cut your feet. Tiles falling off the pool area. Just a odd dirty musty smell throughout the building. Positive- beds were solid and nice. But you kind of got the creeps after seeing how dirty everything else was. Talk to the manager twice, upon check out she took 20% off our bill. I will include pictures and I will also write best western. It's a shame that a hotel chain let's one of their hotels get in this shape. We heard its independently owned and the owner wont fix things. . Maintenance did come up and unplug our sink promptly, and replaced old unsafe light bulbs that were burned out or the wrong kind placed in sockets. The smoke detector hung until we left. Pool towels were unavailable most hours. Maintenance was wonderful but their hands are tied. Hot tub eventually was fixed which stated eight people only, on our last night there had to be 16 people jammed into it and the outdoor bathrooms were locked and closed the whole time. They said they closed the bathroom since covid, what does covid have to do with people using a bathroom outside by the pool? Where do you think everybody was peeing? Gross

Trying to save a few bucks in the Dells I opted to try out this hotel. BW is usually a reliable chain but pulling into this hotel made me rethink that. It is definitely older and run down but it will do for one night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were so many people and young kids in the lobby, pool and breakfast areas that it was almost annoying. Breakfast looked pretty good but there were so many people in line we could barely get to the food so we grabbed what we could and ate outside. If you're looking for a quiet and newer place to stay this is not the place for you. It wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed at but I would not stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at this location! We had an outdoor pool and hot tub for evening swimming after hanging out at the Dells. The staff was kind and courteous. This is an older hotel with remodeled rooms and budget friendly hotel when your not staying at a resort. They even had an amazing morning breakfast! Noah's Ark passes were included with our stay which was a bonus and a lot of fun!

This hotel is run down and dirty. The check-in lobby and my room have flies flying around. Nobody is cleaning the pool area. When I called the front desk asking for the cleaning of the room, the woman (I think she's the manager) was rude almost shouting: "We don't clean the room." Don't be fooled by their free pass. The check-in time is extremely slow. Stay away from this place!

If you are looking for comfort and amazing customer service in the heart of The Dells. This is your place. Angel and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated even during a family emergency. If Lauren is not a manager she should get the position. We arrived early before checkin. We were about to receive our wrist bracelet to enter the water park early. We enjoyed some fun in the sun before checking. Room was clean and spacious for 3 adults and a one year old. Make sure you have your walking shoes. Our room was a long way from the front desk. We did not get a chance to eat breakfast so I can not rate.

We have stayed at this hotel, in the past, and have never been disappointed including this stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They were attentive and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was good and had more items than I expected. Also, included free Noah's Arc tickets. Would recommend this hotel. Great location!

We checked in at 3 didn't get room till 7 and we didn't get the water park bands till we checked in so first day was ruined. The room smelled the floor was sticky and very noisy shower pressure is bad and over all not a pleaent experience. For the price go somewhere else in the dells

We have stayed at this hotel for years with our grandkids in the summer...it is our go-to hotel! The room includes passes to Noahs Ark. We explore more of the waterparks without being locked into a high price of their resort fee. Trust me, we have stayed at all 4 of the big resorts and they may carry more of a theme to the rooms but cleanliness and service is better at this hotel. I worked in the hotel industry for many years and am very picky!!

The hotel has gone extremely down since we were there 3yrs ago. The breakfast is a joke due to nothing working no coffee milk or juice options. Customer service was just as bad and the cleanliness of the hotel is disgusting only stayed 2 nights and would never stay there agsin. Beware

Close to amenities, helpful staff, and free breakfast included a waffle bar. Also there's a hot tub, which is a must after a day at the waterpark if you're over 30 and need to recharge your aching muscles. AND you get free Noah's Ark tickets!

First room they put me in shower didn't work so that means shower was not clean from previous occupant second room they put me in shower was not clean and bed had grit in it so sheets probably was not changed

I would recommend this hotel . Free Noah's ark tickets and the breakfast was so good . The only bad thing was the people across me were super loud at 1 am running the hallway but overall I love this hotel ..

Our air conditioner in all 3 rooms our family members had were so loud and made screeching noises. We had to turn them off at night. Around 1:30 in the morning the rooms above us were basically having a party and the front desk staff did not remedy our complaints

Beds are broken and everything is shabby and they should not be considered a Best Western. To me Best Western is a nice name it's a name that I trust but this hotel nose that people will pay to stay because of location

We were in town for a dance competition. The room itself was fine besides the elevator being broken and the uncovered door stop. While trying to change my 1 year old daughters diaper, I sliced my hand on the uncovered door stop on the ground. I ended up needing 11 stitches from urgent care and not being able to experience any of the water parks that we had planned for the trip. The only response to date from the hotel was to see if we wanted to change rooms. The price is fair but I wouldn't recommend until they can fix their issues.

Free Noah's Ark waterpark tickets with stay. Our bed was broke but maintenance fixed right away and brought us a roll away. Carpets were filthy, didn't want to walk with no shoes. Pool was full both days/nights with a Mexican family fiesta so grills were in use at all times. Should limit pool area use to guests only. Breakfast very crowded!

We went on a last minute trip to Wisconsin dells. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a nice bonus having a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast had good options the best part making your own waffles.

Moderate hotel. Good breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pools. We stayed in a family suite. 1 king and 2 queen room. Plenty of room for us. Fridge and microwave included. Only problem was people slamming doors early mornings.

When we checked in only one person was manning the entire hotel (poor guy). We were told there would be no room service or cleaning or anything during our stay. Any towels needed to be retrieved from the front desk. A couple of times we were declined because they were out of linens. When we went up to our room the shower curtain rod was hanging off of a water damaged wall. The guy at the front met us up on the floor above for our new room which was HOT and took some time to cool off. The hallways are hot and have a musty odor. The saving grace is the indoor and outdoor pool which we really did enjoy. Breakfast was good, but beware breakfast ends promptly at 0930 regardless of how many people are waiting.

Able to reserve the room at the last minute and arrange to stay an additional night at the last minute. Room was clean, large. The only complaint was it was a long way to the lobby. So really no problem. The second night several young baseball players checked in so it was a bit noisy. Otherwise the stay was great. Your Review Tips & guidelinese enjoy

I would highly recommend this hotel for business and most of all is for the family who likes to travel and looking for affordable and nice hotel, Best Western is the one to pick. They have good breakfast and good customer service.

Our room was clean for the most part and ready for check-in about an hour before our expectation. There was some gummy candy in the floor under the a/c unit and around the fridge cabinet (maybe where the vacuum couldn't reach), but the sheets looked and smelled clean and so did the pillows and bathroom. There was only 1 tiny garbage can in the bathroom - that was it for the whole room.But there were plugs near the bed for electronics, safety lock on the door and hot breakfast in the morning. Others in our group had complaints about the cleanliness of their room or trouble at check-in, but we didn't experience any of that. Even got a free wristband to Noah's Ark! For the price, it was better than I was expecting (we are used to Kalahari when we go to the Dells but their prices are currently well above my pay grade!)

The room was not vacuumed, there were empty bottles in the room on the table and the ac didnt work it was over 85 degrees and my one and two year old cried the entire night because they were so hot. All rooms booked so no others available no discount given.

My reservation was canceled without ANYONE notifying me. Front desk stated I should have received email and call about canceling and I had neither. The reservation on the app was still good to go too and I showed the employees that.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and were so disappointed. We tried using our room keys and they didn't work, then had to wait 25 minutes in the hallway for someone to come fix the problem and sh was very rude about it. We noticed dirty bedding and crusty towels still in the room from previous guests. And finally when I went to use the shower the handle fell off in my hand and I could barely turn it on and wasn't able to change the temperature.

Single or with a family this place will fit your needs for a place to stay. It was very clean in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was neat and tidy. The room bad it's own coffee maker and for a coffee lover it served me well

For the amount of time I was in the hotel, the experience was fine. Staff interrupted and interjected into conversations they should not have. That was very confusing.among the guests that were conversing.

We stayed here to break up a trip to and from Milwaukee. The beds were comfy the room was clean. The front desk gal, on May 7th, at about 9:00, was easy-going and really a doll. She set the tone of the visit with her pleasant greeting and warm personality. (She should get a raise!)

Staff was great for arrival, but then it went downhill. Walked into the room and it smelled musty. I wanted to shower, but there was hair (long and short) from a previous guest. I was going to use the free weights from the weight room, but most of the light ones (10,15) weren't there. Wifi worked great. Breakfast was tough especially for my colleague who is a vegetarian.

Had lots of hotels to choose from- choose this one and was a great choice.Hotel, amenities and for sure the entire staff were awesome. Breakfast was great(thanks to the 2 attendents for Thursday and Friday) Only small problem-tv remote would not work a couple times and bathroom fan was a little noisy- butno biggie problem. I've had a positive experience at the hotel for many years however it seems they really let this hotel go downhill. Cleanliness was lacking, hotel staff was not friendly, and there were many safety hazards throughout the hotel.

I booked this because it was a cheaper option (approx $70). Pros - Easy check in, good included breakfast, fast WIFI & good fitness center, plenty of parking. No issues with staff. Cons- Very hard and uncomfortable bed, hallway smelled like marijuana was engraved in the carpeting, the room had a open hole in the ceiling with a light bulb plug. The room did not stay a solid temperature, it was either too cold or too hot, no in between. Overall with the price I paid for, it was ok for one night. Would not suggest staying here for more than 2 nights

Oh where to start for our brief 30 minute adventure inside. Management is clearly in a power trip here as there as tacky signs everywhere from a reminder about milk to where you can and can't go with your drink. The hotel is disgusting. The front desk “supervisor” is a horrible example of a best western brand. Not friendly, unprofessional appearance, and not very helpful. The electrical charger was our breaking point. They advertise as having an electrical charger but it's turned off. When they turned it on, it didn't work. Maybe they improve in the summer, maybe they don't. Even under the Best Western sign something is broken. If you do need to stay at a place with a charger, there is a hotel down the road which is a lot cleaner, friendly staff and across the street from a water park.

We took our kids to the Dells for a weekend get away. The room was clean and the pool and hot tub were great. The beds were pretty hard, and the sheets were pretty worn. But overall we had a good stay.

Your time is worth something, and so is your money. This hotel is an easy location, great rate and has good people working with it, cheery and all. However, If you are alone, on business, or looking for a sanctuary, this hotel is not for you. HVACs are old, the floor is hollow, and water takes a while to get hot. Not saying this should rather be a motel, but if it were, it would be one of the better motels around. I feel bad but had to be honest.

Very nice. and very clean hotel. Friendly staff.we didn't have breakfast. We decided to go to Dennys which is right next door. But there coffee was good and hot. We were able to buy cold food and use the fridge in our room.

Nice clean hotel with decent amenities. Breakfast was good with large breakfast area. Rooms appear to be recently redone. Bed was comfy. Two pillows per bed instead of the ridiculous number some places crowd the bed with. Towels were ok not great.

This was certainly not worth the $140 price point. Pool and sauna were in poor repair with bathrooms closed. The room was small and dirty. Linens were clean but dust and dirt all over. Shower did not work either. Needs renovations and upkeep. Also smoking allowed at every entrance meant walking trough a cloud of smoke. Garbage cans were over flowing in general areas. Pool towels were size of washcloths.

Hotel rooms are dingy and outdated. Lighting in the room is dark and depressing. The walls are thin, you can hear everything going on in the next room. The pillows had yellow stains. We noticed the scrambled eggs were still sitting in the warmer from the morning breakfast at 9pm! YUCK! When you're walking through the halls, it feels like the floor is soggy and not stable.

Stayed here for a 3 day volleyball tournament-had self service breakfast-with great options for a quick something to tide kids and family over until lunch! The staff I couldn't say more in how kind and helpful in many aspects, breakfast staff was attentive and filling and picking up after people, maintenance gentleman stopped and chatted to see where we were visiting from and hope four stay was a good one, the front desk from check in to exiting was kind and attentive, brought a cart out to my in-laws car and helped with their bags, to also when they booked weeks later was accommodating to put them next door to us, & also allowing a late checkout for us.

If I could give this place a rating it would be negative 100. Place was disgusting room/bathroom filthy, carpet looked like it was never vacuumed, toilet had pee/poop on it, bathroom floor sticky, room smelled terrible. Front desk staff rude! We canceled Saturday night and ate the cost for Friday and stayed at different hotel.

Had a nice stay. Very clean rooms, price was excellent for the area. Location is near everything you want to be near. It will even be better when the new Kwik Trip opens later this year nearby with all their products they offer in their stores . P.s. Excellent breakfeast the waffles are really special !!!!

This location has extremely friendly staff. Very good value for the money. The rooms are a little dated but the cleanliness of the overall building more than makes up for this. I will definitely be staying here again.

We have stay at this location before and hope to again in the future. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and convenient to many things. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We were very pleased with all this hotel had to offer! A nice pool, continental breakfast, and friendly staff were a few of the wonderful positives that this facility had to offer. We will be staying here again.

We needed a place to stay halfway to our destination and chose this hotel. We joined the rewards program to get the best rate. We were surprised at the size of the room and we had a good size table and 2 chairs. Loved the value.

The hotel is easily accessible from the interstate. When we arrived the hotel was inviting. Clean and festive with decorations for the guests. The rooms were nicely appointed and quiet during the night. Large rooms to move around in. No skimping there. They had a nice hot breakfast in the morning with lots of variety. The downtown area offers a lot of stores for travelers. You can go further if you want to get to department stores. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in the near future. Nicely located. Easily walkable to any Dell's restaurants, locales. Breakfast was very good, and ample seating. Wonderfully priced for all the positives. We didn't make use of pools, but they looked nice.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was FANTASTIC!! Choice of waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, fruits, and yogurt. It was a nice change from the breakfast bag to go that we have been getting at other places. Will look at staying again. Front deskl was helpful and friendly and we checked in late. It was a nice quiet place to stay.

I had requested a handicap accessible room because my wife needs a walker. When we checked in I had to give them my plate number and I mentioned the handicap plate. ONLY when we got to the room did we discover it was NOT accessible as far as grab bars, tub chair / bench etc. It's too bad they didn't listen to my telling them she uses a walker and checked the room assignment. The bed was fine but the bathroom was an adventure for my wife. NOT to mention the dirty towel that was hanging on the bathroom door hook from a previous guest.

Got there too early to check-in. Came back later and was an easy process. Got to the room and noticed the bedskirt wasn't on the bed properly, sort of tucked in. No biggy, just looked messy. THEN we saw they forgot to empty the trash in the bathroom. GROSS, but didn't do anything to correct it. Stayed overnight, the room was very quiet, never heard anyone or even a toilet flushing. Breakfast A+, all the hot food was hot and the cold were cold. Would stay there again.

When I first pulled up I was like oh man what did I get myself into! Never judge a book by its cover. From the lobby to the room has been maintained and kept up very clean to the great hotel staff. Not a disappointment at all.

Had a reservation for Sat Sept 25 2021. When we got there we were told we couldn't stay because we lived to close. We live 40-45mins away. We were going to a comedy club and didn't want to drunk and drive. My husband 65 I'm 60 and they wouldn't let us stay. We had a confirmation and they still turned us away. I wouldn't stay at best Western 610 s frontage in Wisconsin dells ever. I probably won't stay at anymore Best Westerns

My trip was very good and helpful when I had to leave early do to family emergency the front desk person was very nice and I like to thank her with her help I think her name was debbie or diane she is the manager

We got in early in the afternoon around 2:00. Our room was actually ready, so they checked us in. We went to our room and changed into our swimming suits and went to the outdoor pool. Just a few people in it at that time and we thought the pool was great. Water was clean, as was the area around the pool. Water temp was great too. Our room was clean and everything was great. The only negative thing I can say is the pillows are super soft and I didn't like them. Everything else in the room was great. Breakfast was good on the morning, and the coffee was great. We didn't use the indoor pool, so I have no opinion on it. Overall our stay was great. Another plus of this hotel is, you can stay one night on the weekends when most other properties make you stay two nights. I recommend this property if you want a nice stay.

This time has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues started at check in and progressively got worse throughout our stay. At check-in we were told that the indoor pool was closed for cleaning for our entire stay. They then informed us that the outdoor pool was also temporarily closed but would be opening up soon. We rented two rooms. First room, great. Aside from the fact that we had to request new keys twice because they didn't work. But of course, that's minor. The other room we rented smelt like rotten food and mold. We didn't make it past the entrance before we requested a new room. The gentleman working at the front desk offered to spray room refresher but then he decided that it probably wouldn't help. The next room they gave us still had the last guests key cards, garbage, and slept-in beds. We again requested a new room and the third room was nice. Later that night, we decided to bring our kids to the outdoor pool. When we arrived at the pool, we found a rather large crowd of people. Some were locked inside the pool area and others were locked outside of the pool area. The lock on the gate would not open. After about 15 minutes, a hotel employee came to assist. She informed us that she was unsure of how to open the gate and would be back. Roughly 10 minutes later, she still had not returned and people were becoming agitated. (Some had children that were locked inside the pool area and they were unable to get them out.) Due to desperation, people decided to start jumping the fence. Eventually, a different hotel employee showed up and he was also unsure of how to open it. A hotel guest had to take his keys and do it for him. As he was leaving, we requested that he turned on the water feature in the children's pool and he said he didn't know how and he walked away. We also had issues with what appeared to be black mold in our bathroom. I am not one to complain or ever post a bad review. I also am aware and empathetic to the fact that it's hard to find reliable employees currently. But I am mortified by the lack of knowledge and lack of care of the hotel staff. I am disgusted by the rooms and overall condition of the hotel. I am annoyed by all the inconveniences on what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. Mostly, I am saddened that the hotel that we made so many memories at and loved, has turned into this.

Standard room (1 King and 2 Queen beds) It was a nice room, but I wish it had a little more space to move around in front of the beds. The table was kinda big for the space my grandson kept running into it. The room had 2 TVs and the bathroom area was very large. You get 4 free Noah's Ark tickets with the room. We did not eat breakfast there, but Denny's is right outside the front door. The inside pool was down for maintenance so I can't rate that. I would recommend it.

I have been a Best Western member many years thru my wife's membership who passed away last year. I specifically asked for a balcony room. Had a long time prepaid reservation for a balcony room. Was told there is no balcony room available. I paid for a balcony room. Did not want a first floor and was given a 3rd floor room that had a carpet that was so dirty it made me sick to my stomach. I feel I should be refunded because I prepaid for a balcony room and got a regular room and feel just for my ability to remain within that filthy room for the night l feel sick.. The place need to be inspected by someone in power ASAP.

This is probably the most disgustingly dirty and disorganized hotel I have ever stayed at. Would not have stayed had I been able to find a room somewhere else, but it was a busy weekend in Wisconsin Dells. While waiting in line to check in I was behind a tour guide who was being told that in spite of having x number of rooms booked (and prepaid) the hotel was short 5 rooms for the group and they would try to find somewhere else for them. Don't know the outcome of that problem. I was relieved that I DID had a room, until, after what seemed like 1/2 hour walk down dingy hallways, I found my room, It was a poolside room with a patio that appeared never to have been swept or wiped down. The room itself reeked of old cigarette smoke and there were hairs in the bathtub. Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable and even called housekeeping to ask for clean sheets (which never came). i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We got family wristband passes for water park the day we checked in that were actually good for 4 days. Hotel was fine since we weren't there too much. Our room was noisy and smelled like marijuana from people smoking in the parking lot and being sucked in through our AC unit. No vacancy that day so couldn't switch rooms but a life experience for our kids.

I have stayed at this Best Western in the past and it has gone downhill. We checked in and when we arrived in the room the bathroom was dirty, there was no toilet paper, hair on the floor, shavings in the sink and the bathtub was disgusting. I called to ask for another room and was moved. This room was better but still not what it use to be. Beware!

I genuinely feel that this place deserves a higher star rating. For the cost, you really cant do any better. Free hot breakfast with waffle stations, free waterpark passes, 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzis. We loved it. Would definitely stay here again!

OK, i was going to give this hotel a 1 rate but there are some aspects of our stay that I was okay with. I like their outdoor pool, my son and his buddies spent time there the last day of our vacation. I used their gym which i was happy about after eating those fried foods at the water park!:-) Now for the indoor pool, I wouldn't say I was impressed, in fact, far from it. My son and his friends decided to stop by the indoor pool after spending a day at the water park. The minute we walked in I immediately noticed how poorly lit the area was and even though that was the case, I noticed right away that it was dirty and muggy. My husband also saw a piece of band aid floating on the water. It was disgusting! He immediately look for the fish net (?) so that he can scoop it out of the water. This hotel is badly managed and dirty and it was not worth the price tag. Now to our room, we booked a standard King and double queen beds because there's 5 people in the party. You would think that they will put that into consideration when they put towels in the bathroom. Noo..They only provided us with 3 towels! My husband has to call the front desk many times to ask for more towels. It was a hassle that he has to do it. And my husband also noticed a puddle of yellowish liquid in the bathroom near the toilet. Mind you, we just got to the room and none of us used that bathroom yet. Now to the free breakfast, there's not a lot of good selections there. One time, we came down around 30 minutes before closing time and there was already an empty shelf for yogurt! They didn't refill it! Mind you, people were still coming. And I didn't like the fact that the breakfast ends at 9:30! Very early for those who likes to sleep in. Overall, I wasn't impressed and will look for some other hotels in the area next time we visit the Dells.

The overall experience was terrible. From the start of the experience when we went to check in I was told to "stop being so f***ing seriously" and to "f***ing smile already" on top of that there was trash throughout all of our hallway and our room was dirty when we got to it

This hotel really needs cleaning. The place has a very bad smell with mold on the bathroom walls. Do not recommend it at all. Also it is far from civilization and good places to eat. Save your money and time.

We arrived early and tried to check in. Told our room wasn't ready and to try again after 2pm. Came back at 2:45 and the room was still not ready.Knowing check in was at 4 we left and returned at 4:05 to still be told our room wasn't ready. The housekeeping manager personally went to check on our room, came back to the desk and said the room was ready. Once in our room we found one of our 3 beds not made. Called the desk and staff came quickly and made the third bed. The room had 2 tv's but only one remote. Informed staff and they said they would find us a second remote. Eventually had to go to the desk to get one myself. Outdoor whirlpool was out of order. We did not use the free morning breakfast. Hotel was obviously under staffed. Room did not have any cups to use for brushing teeth etc. Staff did make efforts to make us happy and Managment did call later to follow up and ask if we were satisfied with our room which we were. Okay place but do not expect 5 star service.

Pools and hot tub were nice but very crowded. Descent Complimentary breakfast. Sink clogged and screen door needed some fixing. 1 tiny pillow per person. Complimentary Noah's Ark waterpark tickets! Overall good stay.

The good: breakfast is complete and perfect for starting the day. There are two pools and both were fun for the kids. The rooms and the beds especially were comfortable and well kept. The staff was very courteous. Best of all, the room came with a full week pass to Noah's Ark. that made the selection easy for us. The not good: the public restrooms were still closed, and required trips to room from the pool area. All the exterior doors were in bad shape, like a baker was in charge of maintenance. The grounds keeping needs some major attention. If you're in WD for things not at the hotel, this place is fine. But the hotel needs to improve its public areas to be a destination.

very dirty carpets...smelled horrible....pool was extremely dirty....mattresses all stained...cob webs thru out the entire room....staff could be nicer... Hotel was located in a central area of many activities...

The Hotel was very nice. Clean the staff was great very accommodating. The breakfast was good. Well prepared good service as well. My actual only complaint was the internet and cell phone reception was bad!

The charges for my room were put on my credit card the night that I made the reservation myself with the hotel. I was not told this and discovered it when I got my credit card bill. I will be watching the next statement to make sure it was not duplicated. Recommend making the reservation through the main Best Western number. The facilities were fine, otherwise.

Our family arrived at the hotel a little before 3 in hopes of being able to check in early so that we could get changed and go to Noah's Ark using the free tickets provided by the hotel (this was a nice perk, but I feel like we were laying for them in the room rate, as high as it was). Our room was not yet ready-ok, didn't have high hopes of being able to check in early, fine. But the bathrooms in the lobby were under construction so we couldn't even change into our swimsuits there. At least they were willing to let us pre-register and get our wristbands early. We came back a few hours later to check-in, and there was a line, with one employee working at the front desk. There were only two parties ahead of us, but I don't think I've ever had to wait so long to check in at any hotel - it was probably 15-20 minutes, even though we had already ordered-registered. I have no idea why it was taking so long. Another employee came out at one point, but he just stood there looking at the computer and didn't say or do anything! Finally we get checked in. Then we had to wait for the elevator-one small, slow elevator for the whole building! The rest of the stay we used the stairs. Got into our room and it was consistent with the rest of the hotel-furniture and carpet badly in need of replacement. Sofa bed sheets/blanket were all crumpled up and looked like they hadn't been changed, and there was a small hole in one of the sheets. One light in the bathroom was burnt out. We got out of there as fast as we could to go get some dinner, as we had no desire to spend more time in the room than we had to. After we ate we came back and went to bed-we had a two bedroom room with our kids on the front room closest to the door, and us in the back. Our kids took probably close to an hour to fall asleep because they kept hearing people walking through the hall-yes, it was probably a little earlier than most people go to bed, but I would not expect to be able to hear people through the walls when they're talking at normal levels. In the back room, we could hear a lot of traffic noise from the nearby street, but I slept fairly well after I put earplugs in. Hotel was in a convenient location for many Wisconsin Dells attractions, but that was really the only thing it had going for it. I would not go back.

The bed was comfortable. Our bathroom wasn't the most clean, nor was the indoor pool area; place obviously needs some updates. Continental breakfast was ‘meh.' I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to my friends and family. When hotel reservations were made, a second floor room was requested, which they didn't accommodate, and when asked the girl at the front didn't know what to say. It is important to make guests feel comfortable during their stay. As Gold members, upon check in we were supposed to receive complimentary items, which we did not receive and had to go back and ask for, thought that was odd. Overall it wasn't the worst but wasn't the best.

Had to wait an hour and a half past check in time to actually get key card d/t rooms were not cleaned yet until 5:30 in the afternoon. Not even an apology offered for the inconvenience!! Was not very happy with the delay and front desk staff not professional

Hotel was okay, beds were comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was traditional eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal and beverages. Price was reasonable. The staff was very unfriendly, not helpful at all. They would be the reason I would not stay at this hotel again. Also, we left our phone chargers in our room and called 4 hours after leaving, somehow they disappeared (I had at this point stayed on vacation in 3 other hotels) and never turned up so would not trust cleaning staff.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I had the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It all started with my reservation call. I asked to reserve two adjoining rooms so myself, my husband, and my young children would have enough space to be comfortable. The reservation person stated that even though they had adjoining rooms, they cannot be reserved. Why bother having adjoining rooms if you can't book them? When we arrived to check in, there was food and spilled soda all over the lobby. The front desk staff was rude and could've cared less that we arrived. We told the front desk that I know it's early to check in at 9:30am, but could we please have the first available room so our young children could lay down to nap in the afternoon? The staff did not care and simply stated check in is at 4pm. So we went about our day at returned at 12:30pm. Of course our room was still not ready and the staff continued to say check in is at 4pm. We understand that, but you're telling me there are absolutely no rooms clean yet? So we make our way to the pool to swim for the afternoon while we wait. The public restrooms are closed so our children had to go to the bathroom in their pull-ups. The pool area smelled like marijuana. At 3pm my children were very tired and anxious to lay down. I again went up to the front desk and asked if our room was ready almost 6 hours after we talked in the morning. Yet again our room was still not ready. Several groups of people ahead of me in line received keys to their rooms. I asked why they got room keys and our room is not ready? The front desk and manager were rude to me and stated that our room was preassigned and was not clean. I asked for a different room and they stated that all rooms were preassigned and could not be modified. I asked why they couldn't mark our preassigned room to be cleaned first since we checked in so early? The front desk said we don't do that. I said my children really need to lay down and they said that's your problem check in is at 4pm. Finally at 4pm our room was ready. The room was dirty and the smoke detector was pulled out of the ceiling with a washcloth stuffed inside. There were people coming and going loudly all night long and the police were called outside. This was so horrible we decided not to stay another night. When I told the front desk we were leaving early due to our experience, they just said they'd let housekeeping know. They could've cared less that I was upset. Please do not stay here.

The staff was rude and not helpful. The carpets in my room were sticky and needed to be cleaned. All the carpets in the hotel needed cleaned. Door strike plate was missing off the door frame. Room 319 . The breakfast area had signs posted requiring shoes to be worn and the staff did not enforce thsis. I told 2 employees and they just turned away.

There were a whole host of things that caused anxiety with our visit on July 4th weekend. This was a family gathering involving 16 people, there were extreme delays during the check in process, the line was extremely long and it took over 25 minutes to get to the check in desk, the desk staff were new and unfamilar with the process which I assume was part of the delay. Once we got to the room, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling covered by a towel!!! We were told that the housekeeping staff is taking longer to clean the rooms so they can sanitize, in one of the dresser drawers found coins and receipts from the previous guest. There was NO apology from the Housekeeping staff when they can to reconnect the smoke detector and any discussions with the Mgr. regarding delays, etc. were like hitting a brick wall.

The hallways where never vacuumed the whole four nights there. There was food smashed in the entrance ways when we got there and it was still there when we left. Rooms were not every clean either. I had to clean the toilet before we could even use it!!

Right when we got into our room there was mold on the ceiling, witch was offered to be painted over without the explanation that that has mold killing paint. Staf ended up just rubbing it off with cleaner (already started to come back at the end of our stay). The room also had lots of paint touch ups (that were completely the wrong color, like white on orange) on different walls, there was also a random screw in the ceiling. The microwave was missing a glass plate rendering it useless, and the tv hdmi ports did not work on the tv. In the end was refunded $50 so that's why it's a 3 star instead of a 2 star.

We stayed here for a vacation with the extended family, we had 4 rooms booked. Nobody had any complaints, the rooms were very nice. Hotel was mostly quiet. We enjoyed both pools. I see some people posting about cleanliness issues at this place. The only thing we noticed were some spots in the corridors and at a rear entrance seemed uncleaned. From talking to employees around the area in the Dells, there is a major employee shortage due to Covid and unemployment benefits. So we're giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt that maybe they don't have enough help to keep everything clean constantly. I'm guessing they are just overworked. We come from a tourist destination ourselves and the same thing is happening.

Great location, needs a deep cleaning especially in the common areas and corners of rooms. Great outdoor pool space. The pillows were small and flat and our ac unit had a bit of a mind of its own. The staff we spoke with were helpful, but they need corporate support to get the property cleaned and stairs and hallways tidied.

We booked a double queen room for 6 nights, mostly because we liked the idea of having an indoor and outdoor pool. Upon arriving, we were very disappointed to find a poorly lit lobby area. We went to our room & found beverages in the fridge from the previous occupant. The room wasn't very clean & the air conditioner filter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. The hallways were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in at least a week - garbage & crumbs everywhere. Pool areas were dirty & one of the hot tubs was out of order. After being there for a short time, I went to the front desk and asked for a full refund if we would leave immediately. We found another hotel for similar cost and we were very happy to have switched. I rarely post a review on TripAdvisor, but feel obligated to let others know that the nice photos of this hotel don't truly represent the property. I will give the lady at the front desk credit for promptly & kindly refunding our money.

It's basically a room. You can get the same amenities elsewhere with better rooms/services. Their breakfast was good. Our room: some of the light fixtures didn't work, missing a coffee pot. We had someone smoking Marijuana on our floor - we told the front desk person & they didn't seem to care & I didn't see any action being done. I HAVE MY FAMILY HERE!!! IT'S STILL ILLEGAL. Room service never came by to change out towels, etc. We were here for 4 days, they should have. Beds could use another pillow & heavier blankets. Beds are a bit stiff too. I don't have back problems & mine was always sore in the morning. This place did come with Noah's Ark tickets, which was nice.

Stayed here for five days, just two of us w/ no children. Hotel is adequate and likely a reasonable bargain at about $100 per night considering summer vacation time in Wisconsin Dells. We don't seem to get daily maid service which seems unusual, but it hasn't been a issue as long as towels hold up. Free breakfast provided until 9:30 AM. Scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal, donuts and waffles along with various beverages included free. They have interesting bonus - ask desk staff for free entry band that gets you into Noah's Ark. Waterpark at no cost. If you have children, this is quite a bargain.

No daily room service, had to go to front desk for towels, trash bag, etc. Was told Hot breakfast was back for our stay and the last day it was grab and go. Beds are rock hard and only 2 pillows per bed and not able to get additional as they didn't have any. Also, in common areas floors were dirty and sticky. Over all this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! Not to mention the customer service wasn't great either!

Beds were stiff and no housekeeping. Hot breakfast was only on the weekends due to covid is silly.... I won't be staying at a best western in the future. The staff was friendly but does not help overall experience of my stay.

Love the location for spending the day in the Wisconsin Dells. Nice clean and quiet hotel with comfortable beds. We had four adults in one room. Did not realize this room was an option. Loved the set up. Two double beds and a king bed. Was perfect for our group.

Pool was awesome! My Wife, Daughter & I enjoyed our stay for the week. Had no problems whatsoever. The staff was polite & making sure we had enough towels. The other guests we interacted were friendly & nice. Definitely felt welcomed from the check in start. Thank You! :D

Check in was terrible everyone we talked to said it was slow. We missed our first shuttle bus and other family were there the day before so we could get ready for wedding. They were busy but even so I have never had to wait this long.

The beds were very comfortable and therefore I had a 2 great nights of sleep. I did miss their usual hot breakfast, but considering the COVID precautions, they at least gave you 3 choices for breakfast.

We arrived at 3:45 pm for the 4 pm check in time. We got our keys and went to the room and it was dirty, unclean, and disgusting. We had to sit on the floor outside the room while they cleaned the room for another 35 minutes. No apologies. We could not getting our room until 4:35 pm. No one even said sorry. The sinks did not drain. Sheets had holes in them. The doors were so dirty. We could hear every step from the upstairs neighbor. Both nights we were awoken from people outside our room messing around with cars in the parking lot. Car alarms went off. The microwave and fridge worked. The carpet was very dirty. The shower drained nicely. We used the pool, hot tub, and sauna. These 3 things were very nice. They had small pool towels at the front desk. On the second day the office called me to tell me there was a computer glitch and it was going to charge me twice. This is a horrible place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE! COVID-19 breakfast was fine. All pre packaged. Overall run far far away from here.

First off we choose this hotel because our visit to our local one was fantastic and we wanted to take advantage of a continental breakfast. My email let me know continental breakfast was operating and it wasn't it was the worst set up I've ever seen. They only had oatmeal and granola bars and water and it was all behind the front desk and you were only allowed 1 per guest. Also behind front desk none of the workers were wearing masks and they gave us our “food” disgusting and unprofessional. We stayed at a different best western a few months ago and continental breakfast was amazing lots of options and clean and staff was so hopeful and wore masks. Also at about 10:30 I called to noise complain and I winded up calling 3 times in 2 hours because it wasn't taken care of. I'm 8 months pregnant and the chances we get the room next to loud bass, music and drinking chaos was disappointing. First time I called they got quiet for 10 mins next 2 times I called front desk never answered and I had to leave a voicemail. They were playing bass and music til 1 am. Very disappointed and the bed was so uncomfortable. We've been to this best western once before and it was good but gave it another try and it disappointed us and my husband and I will not be back!

lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday and staff was friendly and polite.. the hotel did the best they could about breakfast with covid but still offered hot items along with nutritious choices

We started a quick COVID clean of our room when we first arrived. In doing so, we found dirt around the sink and mildew in the shower. The room did not look like it received a thorough vacuuming. Throughout our stay we observed employees interacting with guests and cleaning without masks. The front desk closed breakfast half an hour early and told families they couldn't have breakfast because it had already been put away. Our teenager came back from the pool coughing and sputtering from too much chlorine in the pool and had to shower/rinse for 20 minutes to kick the cough.

As usual, the Best Western Ambassador didn't let us down!! Has everything you need for a great stay in the Dells and you cannot beat the price! Always clean! Always comfortable! Always affordable! We stay whenever we visit and will continue to do so. We encourage others to explore this hidden gem!

Stayed at this hotel when Mt. Olympus Resort wouldn't honor the reservation. I paid a third of what the other hotel was. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Check in was easy and quick. Check out was a total of 5 seconds.

Stayed for one night with my wife to just get away from it all. We have stayed here pretty much once a year for 10 years. This time it was VERY different. Checked in the hotel to find nobody on the staff wearing a face mask. They are behind a temporary plexiglass cage but still nobody had a mask on. While checking in a family of 4 all walked in nobody wearing a mask, even though there is signage all over the place. Got keys, went up elevator and doors open up and there is another employee mask less right in the hallway. Room was okay, spacious and out of date but overall okay. Bathroom tile has seen better days and all the lights were very dim. Stay was comfortable we ordered and brought food in. Every time we were in the hallway there were mask less people and we decided we would not use the fitness center because we saw two people working out mask less. That morning we went down to grab breakfast. Honestly it was pretty sad. Brown bag with two mini muffins, a granola bar, 4 ounces of apple juice and a water bottle. Other hotels have provided much better during this. Checked out and the lady in front of me was holding her shirt over her nose and mouth. The front desk women signaled to her that it was fine if she uncovered her face. Glad to see the signs for face coverings was a very loose request. If you have any COVID-19 safety concerns, this is not the place you want to stay for now.

Walked into my room that smelled like mouth wash was poured everywhere. Empty beer boxes, dirty towels on the sink. No shampoo or soap to be seen. With Covid rooms should be extra clean, I felt like this room was barely touched.

The rooms are fairly basic with a small refrigerator and microwave. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a nice pool area and hot tub which we did not use during our stay. If you are looking to save money on a hotel to be able to spend it on other attractions, I would definitely recommend the BW.

Had no issues with our stay here. Building and rooms were clean. Enjoyed the pool area. Appreciated the grab and go breakfast. Staff was friendly. No complaints here and will stay again in the future.

My wife and I have stayed at this place for a number of years during our annual Christmas shopping adventure. The pool water is always warm, and the hot tub has the right temp always. Prior to this pandemic the free breakfast was one of the best around. We have told many others and will stay here whenever we can when in the Dells area.

Overall it was a great stay I enjoyed the perks and staff that checked me in was courteous and very explanatory. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends that would like to stay in this area

The stuff was very unprofessional and customer service was poor. My room was not clean by any means. There were garbage on the floor, prints and stains in the headboards and dresser. Food was very basic and not so tasty. I just expected more for my money.

Due to Covid, their "breakfast" consists of a brown bag with muffins, apple, bottle of water, & a breakfast-type bar. Very disappointing. The beds only have 2 pillows (due to Covid?) The room was clean. The first time we stayed there, there wasn't any coffee in the room, so went & got some from the front desk.

This review is for customer service (or lack of it). I booked a room here on September 17th, 2020 through hotels.com for October 9th – 10th for Wisconsin Dells. I only live 27 miles from the hotel but my wife and I like to go there and stay to relax and unwind. This stay was an anniversary present for my wife as a surprise getaway for the night. Imagine my shock when we arrive on Friday night and are told by the desk clerk, “we cannot give you a room because you live less than 50 miles away from the hotel.” What? I've never heard of such a thing in all the years I've been staying at hotels. Apparently, it has something to do with party people, homeless people and prostitution. What again? We are none of that. We just wanted to have a nice night in a room and relax. We were so upset because basically Best Western hotels ruined our anniversary. How ridiculous to have a policy that says, “we trust out of towners more than we do local people.” Imagine what would happen if you tried to do this with any other type of business! Fortunately, the nice people at the Quality Inn across the street were nice enough to take my money when Best Western refused it. I called Best Western Corporate and they were no help either, telling me that many hotels have the same policy. Also, I am still trying to get the charge taken off my credit card which hotels.com placed on it the day I made the booking. If refusing local business is their policy, then fine, but why wasn't I told this at the time of booking, and in the month prior, why couldn't somebody from the hotel call and tell me instead of waiting until we arrived at the counter only to be embarrassed by being turned away? I would give this place less than zero stars if I could. I've been staying at Best Western Hotels for nearly 50 years but never again. I will never stay at a Best Western property anywhere ever again. I also advise anyone else who needs to stay local to check first with the hotel before you book.

My experience at the hotel was basic. The front desk was nice and the workers were polite. The building can use an update. My room it was spacious but lack in cleanliness. There were garbage on the floor, prints and stains in the headboards and dresser, the closet door had coffee stains, and my nightstand had a lump of what it look like a wax substance that I removed with the end of my charger. I am not picky but with the COVID 19 situation I though they will be more strict with the clean of the rooms. I wiped things down my self because I was worried and slept over the sheets because I didn't trust the cleaning process. At check-out I let the lady know the room was dirty when I check in and she told me she will let the cleaning manager know.

We had four rooms rented. Rooms were dirty. Looked as if housekeeping threw the beds together. There was no toilet paper in one room, there was trash on the floor in another room. Jessica at front desk was extremely rude in front of other customers.

The Continental breakfast was non existent. I understand that there may be changes due to COVID but not offering anything was not listed on their website or there check in literature. At time of check in this should have been communicated to us. I place a value on this Amenity. With out this Amenity I would say this hotel is not a good value. Cheaper hotels were offering resort passes or had a resort attached. The hotel was not bad it was just average and when you strip away amenities it becomes not a good value

I called several times with questions due to Covid 19. Was told outdoor pool was closed, but indoor pool was open. Asked for a certain room. Was put in the notes. Get there to check in before we did our thing. Tried putting us on the 3rd floor even though there was a promise of the 1st floor. Thought all was good. Later that afternoon, we go to our room to find out the indoor pool was closed. During the several conversations, they were told the pool was very much being looked forward too. The General Manger several times said it was open. The front end clerk never said anything during check it.

Arrived and could not check in since the person working said they were locked out of the office. So, I and several others checking in had to wait until a manager could come over to unlock the front desk! Not a good system. When we did get a room, we found it already occupied when we entered. Yikes! Got another room and while it seemed okay, we discovered that there was a bag of rotted food in the refrigerator. So, how well was that room cleaned? Another yikes! We were ready to give up and leave, but being tired, we just stayed and things otherwise were okay. Huge hotel! Only part of it is open right now during Covid. I understand that things are a bit wonky right now, but they need a better system there. Good luck! That is a very competitive area with families and if they don't get their act together, people will just go elsewhere.

I got a great deal off of booking.com so I am glad I didn't pay more than $69 for this room. We checked in and were given a room. We got up there and the room was not cleaned. So we went back down to the lobby to a line. There are two people working but only one was doing anything. They gave us a new room. The room was fine as hotel rooms go. In the morning I go to make coffee and the water container part is moldy and gross. So I have to leave and run to Starbucks. Due to the covid they only had grab and go breakfast. It was a warm water and granola bar. Really? I would have been irate if I'd paid more than what I did. Meh place, probably won't stay again.

I recently had an extended stay here and was very pleased with the facilities and the staff. Very professional, very accommodating, very clean. Will be back! I was especially impressed with the manager Jessica S. She has excellent customer service skills and was really helpful!

Here's what happened, I checked in late, booked through best western, arrived at 6. My friend left, I went to go into pool, no go, door pass wouldn't work. Went to the front desk, and the lady with tattoos was busy on the phone, she gave me the wait finger....Mind you I am a Native American. So, I waited. The front desk clerk was talking about some white lady throwing an unannounced pizza party in the hotel and I could clearly hear the India Indian lady hollering at her on the phone about the price...The clerk kept reiterating clearly made the price specific to the guest....By this time time I was upset, waiting to go into the pool. I had made a statement that bosses are hard to work for sometimes, and that was that. I had a 6 pack of bud light that night, crushed the cans and cleaned up the room nicely. Clerk asked how my stay was, I said Awesome! Didn't eat breakfast..just left. Now, property said I am not allowed to stay there anymore and clerk stated..."because of something you said to front desk personnel" People of trip advisor, I Love best western, but NOT THIS ONE ! DO NOT STAY HERE! OWNER IS A SELFISH PERSON WHOM KICKS YOU OUT, HER NAME IS JESSICA. I CONTACTED BW INTERNATIONAL AND COULD NOT RESOLVE BECAUSE OF OWNER. "JESSICA" Yeah right.....should not own this propery, or her husband.

My partner and I were in our room and the cleaning staff walked in our room BEFORE checkout WITHOUT knocking. We were fully undressed. I have never felt more violated in a hotel, she didn't even apologize

We stayed 3 nights at Best Western Dells last weekend for a volleyball tournament. Jessica and the other staff were incredibly cheerful, helpful, and friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast is hot and good with lots of choices; fitness center is nice and clean; the rooms are very standard but well-sized and everything worked, but again the customer service truly set this apart as a special experience. I had several requests and questions, and Jessica and the other workers were kind, funny, personable, efficient, and overall just great. I'd stay here again any time. PS the rollaway bed was janky to the point of hilarity, but my sister could sleep in a banana peel and be happy, and so she was.

Krista C in the sales department has always gone above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our large traveling sports club. She should be commended for her attention to detail and knowledge of that the needs are of large groups such as ours. We will continue to stay at the Best Western Ambassador Inn as long as we participate in the annual tournament in Wisconsin Dells. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic. We are in and out of rooms at various times due to tournament schedules. We have always been impressed with their ability to work with us and take care of our needs!

We love coming here. Always treated like family and never have to work about anything. Beds are so comfy I want one for home. I love the location and being so close to down town we dont have to worry about parkway traffic.

The Best Western Ambassador Inn exceeded my expectations. I traveled to Wisconsin Dells for a youth volleyball tournament and our hotel was awesome. All our team had rooms close together which made for a more fun experience for them.

Located just off the interstate, just off the heart of the dells. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast is just as advertised. For my money, on of the best values in the dells. Room was clean except behind the bed and other places you couldn't see. Finally, our room was one of the cheapest but still had a frig and microwave.

Enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the features of a table, microwave and refrigerator in the room are a nice addition. This is definitely a family friendly hotel. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Just understand the powered eggs taste like powdered eggs. The Belgian waffles were great. Above all the staff here was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We had a grandson with us that needed some extra special care because of a recent tonsillectomy and the staff made sure he had some extra smooth treats long after the breakfast area was closed.

Nice place to stay..rooms are nice beds are comfy. Breakfast is good lots to chose from.They have two pools that are very nice they both have not tubs. the staff are very nice and helpfull.With our stay we got free water park passes for each person

Reasonable rates, very clean and a plethora of amenities make this a great place to stay. The morning breakfast is excellent. I really like the variety - eggs, bacon/sausage, bagels, muffins, cereal, fresh made waffles (u make on the available waffle irons), danish, fruits, yogurt, toast, donuts, etc. Their coffee is excellent.

Great staff - quiet rooms - excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Gave it a 4-star rating. The public bathrooms need to be maintained a little better. All-in-all very pleased with the entire stay.

Fiancé and I booked a night out of town just to get away. This hotel was at a great price. It did not disappoint. Upon check in the lady was so nice and helpful. Lobby is large and clean. We checked into our room and it was one of the cleanest rooms we ever had in the dells. Breakfast was beyond expected. Thanks for a great stay and we will be returning for our next Dells stay.

It was an average hotel. Not filthy but not especially spit polished either. Our room had dust on the wall between the bed and there was a urine smell in the bathroom. It is a well used older property. Good overnight stay with a good breakfast.

Did a single night stop in Wisconsin Dells on my way to Canada. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check out was seamless. Did not try the breakfast since it started at 6 and we left a 5am.

the front desk staff was incredible as NICKIE went out of her way to assist us both at checkin and at checkout.....she was SO POSITIVE to us and all others that needed her assistance. we will most-assuredly return to best western merely because of her

Team Members were wonderful! Smiling and patient both good qualities to have in team members. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was kept clean and organized. Well stocked with selections and the tables we kept clean once someone left the table was cleaned quickly. It is a nice hotel and the team members really make the place a more pleasant place to visit.

Simple statement, I'm not using Best Western anymore. They make to much interest on my bank funds they hold in pending. Be sure to check all the fine print before you make a reservation!!! I'd recommend going somewhere else!!!

Perfect location for walking up to Dells on Tap (about a mile walk to down town). Plenty of parking and easy to get to the room. Room was clean and comfortable. You could occasionally hear the TV in the next room and sometimes people talking (in rooms and hall) but I slept like a rock both nights. The breakfast area is spacious and well stocked. The place was packed but there is plenty of seating. The pool looked like fun - didn't get to use it myself. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance if you don't feel like driving. Check-out was easy and pleasant. I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a perfect Dells location. Easy to get to. Easily accessible to Boat tours, downtown & Wisconsin parkway. Breakfast was well stocked. Pool was good for a quick dip. Staff was pleasant. Check in & out quick & easy.

We were driving to Bloomer, WI & were going to stay in Madison, however, did want to pay $122 at a Microtel. We stopped to eat, so I went on my AAA ap & found us a great rate here! It was almost 9pm & front desk was awesome! close off the interstate!

This hotel had the BEST free continental breakfast (which was really a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, and waffles) of anywhere we've stayed in recent memory. Room was clean, linens were a little old but clean, and the walls were thin so could hear others next door. Outdoor pool was closed but indoor pool was nice. Served our purpose well as an inexpensive stopover for a night!

Excellent lobby staff with easy check in and out. Great breakfast and a comfortable dinning area. The problem begins when you open the door to your room with the odor of older poorly maintained carpet. Spiderwebs, mold, bugs and broken window latches all impacted our stay. We had to beg for room cleaning service after returning from the days activities at 6pm. Surprise and a deer in the headlights look should not be necessary. It is obvious the lack of maintenance has been an issue for some time. The potential is there but that is up to Best Western. Live and learn.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable though a bit dated. Same with the bathroom. The breakfast was good and had some nice choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to the interstate, stores, restaurants and a water park and an amusement park. We would recommend this hotel. With the AAA discount our 2 queen room was under $60.

All the staff were very hospitable and personable. The property is well maintained and conveniently located to expressway, restaurants, and service stations. We would readily recommend it to family and friends.

This BW is one of the better places to stay in the Dell's area. The staff is as good as you would want. Rooms are well taken care of and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and you get good choices. I would recommend this motel

Our bathroom had wash clothes and towels draped over the shower curtain from the occupants prior to us. We booked the room for two days and housekeeping did not come in and refresh the room in between nights. The beds were old and creaked when you sat and moved when you slept.

This is a clean hotel with nice amenities. The staff is very friendly and professional. They were very willing to help us get checked in early. The breakfast had a large variety of items and were presented very nicely.

The building is old and the floors in the room were creaking. The beds were not very comfortable and the shower had mold around the soap dish. The shower control was loose and had to be pushed in to control temp (kept slipping). I left early and didn't eat breakfast. Checkout was fast.

Easy in and out check in/out. Good warm environment in a good location. Breakfast bar was very good. When compared to other Best Western Hotels this on stands out as one of the better ones. Keep up the good work.

This specific Best Western is fantastic! !! The breakfast is fresh, delicious and filling. The hotel is very clean. The indoor pool and whirlpool are very relaxing and clean. Great experience. Has ruined me for any other hotel, even other Best Westerns! I judge them all by this specific Best Western.

Room we had was nice and clean. Pool was nice could have been just a little warmer. But overall it was good. Breakfast was not diabetic friendly. So we did not eat here . Not a lot is offered for breakfast. But it does state that it only a Continental breakfast. However there is Perkins right across the road so we went there and had a very good breakfast.

Service was great, Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and well kept. Great pool and spa area. Extremely quiet which was unexpected when staying in the Dells. Great value for the price paid. Would definitely stay here on our next viist to the Dells.

Stayed here for one night driving trough the Dells. Hotel is an average BW-hotel, nothing more and nothing less. Room was spacious, bot the cost was also thereafter. I must say I hate those "plastic couches" that a lot of BW-hotels have, as well as their remote controls. Other than that the room did its job. Location is ok enough as long as you have a car, because it's not much in walking distance. Breakfast is your typical american one.

During a recent one night stay we were well pleased with the accommodations at this Best Western. The pool was a good temperature and the hot tub was spacious and the jets worked well. The complimentary breakfast was hot, well presented and had a large variety to choose from.

Clean everything. Beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave an do anything. Pools were open till 10pm outside an the indoor till 11pm. The rooms were big an so was the tv. Fridge an microwave made it good to have some food stored. In the fridge you can put six packs of cola or something. The continental breakfast had a great selection for both us an the kids. We didn't have to go out an spend $40+ on breakfast at a restaurant. Was very clean inside an out. The staff were excellent an friendly. With your stay you got free passes to Noah's Ark water park an the kids loved that place.

I have always stayed at this hotel,the rooms are always very clean beds are comfy. I like the breakfast they have alittle of everything. Make your own waffles and always nice.Nice size pool inside and outside.Lots for chairs at both pools.

If your here as a tourist and as long you have a car to get around this is a fantastic place to stay. Spacious rooms with real hi speed internet, hot breakfast, heated indoor and outdoor pools and passes to Noah's Ark. A way better value than what we experienced at Mt Olympus without resort fees that offered nothing of value for $31 per day other than having a 3 hour of park time after 6. Whoopee

We enjoyed the stay. The pools were decent. Close to attractions plus glad it included breakfast. This hotel included Noah's arc tickets which is a bonus. The kids had lots of fun & will go back again!

Chose this hotel solely because it gives out free Noah's ark tickets but it's also a good value! Hot free breakfast included and rooms were standard but clean. Seemed very crowded in the morning so i was happy to find the stairs because the elevator took forever.

Convenient location, a decent breakfast breakfast and amenities if the whirlpool was repaired, sauna temperature increased, indoor Whirlpool warmer, drains unclogged and phone operational. Rooms could be cleaner and dry sheets would improve the experience.

Great location, if being close to downtown Wisconsin Dells is your preference. Checked in on a Tuesday afternoon...it was quick, easy and our room was already waiting for us, even at 2pm. Perhaps this was due to being early in the week close to the end of the high season. We had a very spacious double queen bed room, with balcony, overlooking the pool. Very comfortable, very clean. Some of the negatives: common areas are warn and need updating; hallways possess a musty odor - probably from wet foot traffic from the pool; breakfast was adequate with some waffle stations, eggs, sausage, cereals, breads/bagels, coffee, juice. Nothing special...just enough to fuel you for the morning. Decent fitness room. Also, if you're looking to have your room cleaned in the morning, don't count on it. They first clean rooms that are checking out. Later, after 2:30pm, other rooms are addressed. Overall, our experience was comfortable, especially for the price and the balcony overlooking the outdoor pool area. Indoor pool area had a musty smell...not so inviting. A decent value overall.

Pros: Hotel is in a good location. Our room was clean. We were given pools passes to go swimming while waiting for our room to become available. A/C worked well in our room. Cons: It took a long time waiting in line just to check in. Then we had to wait hours before a room became available. Cars waiting outside were backed up and stuck trying to get in or out due to people inside waiting in lines. No towels stocked at the pools. Indoor pool was foggy and dreary. Continental breakfast area was not kept very clean nor stocked with the food when needed. We did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:30 in the morning when check out time is at 11 am. Housekeeping crew was hanging around conversing while standing outside our door for hours waiting for customers to check out. Only one elevator which was slow, squeaky and not very clean. The first day our key card would not open the outside nor inside doors-had to get assistance from either staff or other customers. Stairway only had a hand rail on 1 side of the stairs. Perhaps it was just a bad weekend for this hotel with possibly employees calling out leaving them short staffed, Regardless, we don't plan on going back to this hotel nor will refer anyone else to either.

Because we were able to use our points at a Best Western and were planning a trip to the Dells, we chose this hotel. The hotel offers up to 4 free tickets to the Noah's Ark Water Park when you stay. As you might imagine, there were lots of kids running up and down the halls--early in the morning and late at night. At breakfast, the staff was overwhelmed by the number of individuals trying to serve themselves. Unless you are taking advantage of the water park tickets, I would find another place to stay! My sister and her husband surprised me for my birthday and the cost of the room is the same whether you take advantage of the water park or not. Free for us but pricey for them!

We stayed at the Best Western in the Wisconsin Dells and it was absolutely amazing. Rooms are clean and fresh. Pools (indoor/outdoor) were very enjoyable. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, stay was pretty good. Room was pricey, but included waterpark passes. Staff was helpful. Hotel needs more frequent maintenance (like light bulb replacement, carpets vacuumed, some newer items like room phones and lobby ice machine) Great breakfast choices, but no bacon! Nice location!

Beds were comfortable, Food was decent, workout room was small but kept clean and the overall value was decent. Negatives: After a long day at the water parks, we returned at 5:30pm to find our room was never cleaned, completely unexceptable. I called the front desk and was told they'd be up soon that they were understaffed. I requested clean towels and wash cloths so we could shower and go out for dinner. I was told they'd be right up, 40 minutes later we received them. We returned from dinner around 8:30pm to find the room still wasn't cleaned. When I called the front desk this time, I was told housekeeping was gone for the night. Told the Manager to refund our $$$ for the unused nights and we check into another hotel. She instead sent up a receptionist to clean our room at 9pm. I have never experienced this in my 30 + years of traveling not to mention the Manager Sue was very smug with me on the phone. Also, the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for service 3 of the 4 nights we were there and two of those nights it rained. Finally, the room cleaning was subpar at best. The bathroom floor wasn't very sanitary, especially around the toilet. Unfortunately, we are DONE with Best Western.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with a group of families. This is the Dells, so prices can be high, but this was definitely the most expensive hotel I've stayed at with a group for a summer tournament. The room and bed were comfortable and it had a fridge and microwave. The hotel has an outdoor and an indoor pool which was nice, but the outdoor area didn't offer a lot of seating and was pretty crowded. The breakfast was okay offering the make your own waffles, instant eggs and sausage among other things. Overall, the hotel was just average but having the indoor and outdoor pools made it a little better. I would stay at this hotel again, but only if it was cheaper than other places, it's not worth paying more for.

Nice hotel. Very clean rooms and nicely decorated. Liked the hot breakfast offered for free and the fact that it is open so long so if you are an early bird or a late owl you can still eat a hearty breakfast with a lot of options.

We have been coming to this hotel since 2009 with our family. We have stayed a few other places in the past, but keep coming back to the Best Western! We love the location. We love the free waterpark passes, and the indoor and outdoor pool. The breakfast area was a bit crazy this year. Last year the toaster was separate from the waffle maker, I suggest you do that again, it was hard to get to the toaster with everyone waiting there for waffles. The room was very clean. Whenever I check into a hotel I wipe it down with clorox wipes, there was no dirt whatsoever in the room. Very clean. Also a few days we put up a do not disturb sign so we didn't get maid service, and later when the sign was down they stopped to ask if we needed anything. We asked for towels, and they brought them right down! If you are looking for a fun, affordable trip for your family you will love it here!

Great, affordable option for families with children! We looked for packages that included hotel and tickets to Noah's Ark for a family of 4 and everything we found was double the price we paid at Best Western. The hot breakfast was a great amenity that we all appreciated. The outside pool and jacuzzi was very welcomed, too. Frendly staff, ready to help! Our family recommends this hotel and will use it again in the future!

I've never stated at a Best western before. My reservations were switched here without my knowledge and I was pissed. Then to arrive and the place was filthy! There were fries all in the hallway. the housekeepers were more worried about what they were doing than to step out of the way and let the guest threw the hallways. The room smelled of smoke and the refrigerator was making a humming noise. My son was sleep when we arrived. I put him in the bed and unpacked few things. Made a few plans and once he woke up he had gotten bit by a bug! I don't know what bit him but it did and i was furious. They moved us to a new room with a better old smell than the last room and it was a little better. he didn't get any more bits from that point on, and after all that he actually had a great time. I was highly disappointed, but as long as my son was happy so was I.

had a great stay here. They had rooms available so they let us check in by 1230pm. The room was nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast was decent(please add bacon). could hear when people jumped around on the floor above me, which is no good.

Our family stayed here with our entire baseball team while we were in the area for a tournament. The hotel was clean but I agree with other reviews that it needs some updating, mainly carpet. We enjoyed the free Noah's Ark passes and they were great to accommodate the larger families in our group to make sure they all got passes. The passes are good for your entire stay, just leave them on your wrist and reuse. Breakfast was just OK. There were scrambled eggs every morning and they swapped biscuits and gravy for sausage every other day. Other than that it was pretty basic. The breakfast area was PACKED every morning. They seemed to do a pretty good job keeping it stocked. I avoided the long waffle and toaster lines. All of the kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the adults enjoyed the patio. It was located right outside of the indoor pool so we didn't have to sit inside the steamy room to keep an eye on the kids. They really do need to fill the patio with chairs and tables. It looked like there was only one table, with a couple chairs, that stays out there. We had to bring out chairs from the pool. Our room was clean and stocked with enough towels for our family of four. However, we stayed 5 nights and room service never replenished our toilet paper. Overall it was a decent stay.

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is old and in need of new lightening and the carpets need to be cleaned. The pictures posted on their website do not accurately reflect their property. The outside pool is small. There really is not a lobby or a place to sit outside of your room. We really wanted a room with a balcony but this is not what we received. We were placed on the first floor and the window was locked. We wanted to wash our clothes and this was not available either. For the price we had to pay for the room? I do not believe we received any value. Its in a ok location ....drive....to Dell activities but expensive We would not stay here again.

The hotel is pretty clean and greatly priced. Up to 4 people per room can get passes to Noah's Ark. We had to purchase one, and it was not quite $22. It is valid the entire length of your stay, just keep the wrist bands on. Housekeeping only came once during our 3 night stay, took our dirty towels but didn't give new ones. Fresh towels are definitely needed after water park all day. Also, breakfast is very crowded and generic in offerings. There isn't enough seats, making a waffle is a huge pain, and trash over flowed. Overall, a good place to stay, and we would stay again. The price point makes it worthwhile. Hopefully they can get housekeeping and breakfast better.

Booked at this property because of pool and Noah Ark passes. It is a older hotel that needs a good cleaning. The basics are there but not being properly maintained. Basic breakfast the down side is large hotel lots of people eating there only one attendant food ran out. Pools are good outdoor and indoor options.

This one was bustling with active kids - which I suppose will be the norm for Wisconsin Dells. So I can say by observation that it's family friendly. As a couple however it was a little overwhelming. The room was as expected as far as decor and comfort. But unfortunately the floor boards were terribly creaky that every time I walked on them I felt bad for the people in the room below us. That really needs to be fixed, especially with so many families and kids in the hotel.

The value is here in the pricing, and diamond quality staff. The hotel is clean, cared for, and QUIET. This is always my first choice in the Dells. No, it's not "fancy", nor does it have a waterpark on the property, but that's the draw for me. It's a clean place to take a break.

The outdoor hot tub was broken our entire trip (4 days). Several people reported and instead of trying to fix they just put up 2 cones with a sign. When we asked 2 days later the night guy said the day guy didn't even know about it. They have poor lack of customer service and communication. It's a good thing we bring our own towels because there were NEVER any by the indoor our outdoor pools. One day our room was never cleaned even though the other half of a party, right next door, had theirs cleaned. We've been coming here for several years because we're rewards members and sadly we have an issue everytime. We will probably look elsewhere next time.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast is not stocked, Not much to choose from. Had to go out for breakfast 3 mornings. They offer 4 passes to Noah's Ark, which is awesome. You can purchase more passes at hotel front desk for much cheaper than Waterpark or at ticket booths.

There was fast check-in. the location was near everything, The room was clean for a Best Western Ambassador. The water park was included in the stay which was a plus. that is what I liked best about the stay, ithetickets being included with stay.

My kids (11 and 9) and I booked a room here for 5 nights this past week (last week in June). Check-in was quick, the room was on the 1st floor and clean upon arrival. Once we settled in the kids wanted to swim, so we headed to the outside pool but it was closed. There was a sign saying closed due to weather. Apparently, there had been thunderstorms earlier in the day, though at the time it was sunny with some clouds. I asked a staff member and was told someone would go and open the pool shortly. We went to the indoor pool briefly but it was VERY crowded (probably 25-30 people in the pool, another 7-8 in the hot tub). We went back to our room for an hour and then went to check the outdoor pool, still closed. When we asked the front desk about it they said they were not going to open it that day. Every time we went to the outside pool there were never any towels, and the one time we took some from our room some other people took them off of the table (literally moved our stuff out of the way to get them). The indoor pool was also usually out of towels, even in the early afternoon, so we just got used to walking back to our room still wet. The indoor pool wasn't too bad when it wasn't full, though it almost seemed to have a lack of the amount of chlorine we are used to in other hotel pools (the water smelled and tasted weird if you got some on your lips). The hot tub always seemed dirty and even had lots of grit on the bottom of it. The sauna, which was one of the main reasons I booked this particular hotel over some others, never worked. Don't get me wrong, it was warmer in there than not in there, but not even close to what a dry sauna should be. I adjusted the controls as much as could be adjusted, never made any difference, and the one staff member I asked about it said it was functioning fine. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard fare but always incredibly busy, didn't seem to matter what time we went, and the tables were always dirty and wobbly. The eggs and sausages always tasted fresh out of the microwave, the coffee cups never had any lids (except the first morning), and the yogurt from the yogurt "machine" was suspect so I wouldn't let the kids eat it (looked and smelled off). The mattresses were comfortable enough, same for the pillows (usually bring our own but forgot this time), but the sheets were horrible. The bottom sheet on either bed never actually fit and so the second you sat or laid down on the bed the corners just came up and then you were laying on the bare mattress; they just plain did not fit the beds at all and were very loose. I work in a large hospital ER, so I'm very familiar with bed bugs, and I can honestly say there were none sighted in our room (I always scour everything first thing). One of the biggest problems that we had with the room was that the air conditioning sucked. I'm not sure if it's just that it was too small for the room or maybe that it was in the other room, far away from the beds, but we were constantly waking up sweating. I'm not even talking with blankets on, just a single sheet and nothing else, but even with it turned all the way down to 60 it was always warm in the room (never colder than like 74 where the beds were). The thing barely ever turned on. We tested it one day by turning it totally off during the day, and when we got back we turned it on and down to 60 with the fan set to high. It turned on and ran for approximately 3 minutes before turning off for another 7 minutes, during which time it was still very warm in the room. In addition to being woke up multiple times from sweating, we also got woke up several times from other guests. Not even the people in our adjacent rooms, since I met both of the families staying on either side of us and they were not loud at all. No, loudness from people running down the halls, yelling from several rooms down the hall, could even hear the door opening and closing at the end of the hall which was 5 rooms away. This was probably the worst sleep I've had at a hotel in as long as I can remember, between the paper-thin walls and door, the sweating, and the sheets riding up. Housekeeping did a good enough job when they actually came, but out of the 5 nights that we stayed, 2 days our room never got touched at all. We always keep our hotel rooms pretty tidy, since we don't like messiness, but we can only do so much ourselves. Meaning our tiny trashcans were overflowing, we ran out of toilet paper and facial tissues and ran way out of towels. The one time we called the front desk for towels and was told someone would bring a few down nobody ever came, so we had to go up and get towels almost daily since the pools never had any either. Also, we usually go 3-4 nights without having our bedding changed, so on day 4 we put the little card on the bed so they would change the bedding, but they definitely did not (my son had scraped his knee and gotten a small dot of blood on two of the sheets, was still there). Overall, I can't really recommend this hotel. I have stayed at SO many decent hotels in the past several years with my kids, and this was almost at the bottom of our list.

We were here as part of a group and it was a great place to stay. Both indoor and outside (heated) pools. Employees were friendly, our room was clean and it's close to all kinds of things to do. The lobby is very family/group friendly with lots of chairs.

There was bed bugs on the first and second floors and they were trying to hide it by acting like we were crazy I was at the front desk when two men approached the front desk and were upset they kept asking for a manager and the lady told them sorry I don't know when she will be in and I then heard him say I really think you need to find me a manger because we have found bed bugs in our room

Room reserved not available, gave $10 off one night, food was not ready on time or spoiled by not being on from the day before, excessive noise of kids running around upstairs room stunk of beer, elevator smelled of vomit and urine, took hours to have toilet fixed but only after talking to someone in the hallway, blood on underside of the gold colored comforter - seen when folded to remove it.

Have now developed firm decision to avoid Best Westerns. Never seem to be impressed with accommodations regardless of location. Extremely thin walls and woke to the conversation in the adjacent room the two mornings we were there. And the folks in the adjacent room were not being loud. Breakfast was sort of gross and no one cleaned off the tables so there was never a clean table top to eat at. I'm all about Hampton Inns. Just sayin.

Stayed here during a baseball tournament. Convenient location. Room was not cleaned during our stay, no fresh towels. Could've used extra linens/ blankets since we had five people in the room. Indoor pool was small, kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The first part of the stay definitely was a 2-star stay but I bumped it up to 3-star because things slowly got better. The first day, the inside pool was closed, NO ONE could say if it would be open the next day. The pool did open halfway through our second day. The room was dirty around the walls and the stairs. The carpet is old and needs a good vacuum or replacement. Breakfast was good and a decent selection. The staff seemed to not be very knowledgeable about the hotel, just wanting to be there to do their job with no customer service. If I came back to the dells, I would probably look elsewhere before staying here again.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly. We stayed in a double queen with a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper has a wall and a door for privacy. The sofa sleeper was clean and comfortable for what it is. We did take our own sheets for it, plus pillows and blankets. The room was clean. They offered a microwave and a mini fridge. A TV in the main room plus one where the sofa sleeper is. Bathroom was clean. The kids outdoor enjoyed the pool. There is a separate pool for the little kids. Hot tub as well. They also have a great indoor pool. The hotel offers a free breakfast. It was sufficient. They also offer FREE Noah's Ark tickets, four per room. They sell additional tickets for $21, which is cheaper than buying them online or at Noah's Ark. Overall a great stay. We would stay here again and again. I forgot to take pictures this time.

We've stayed here several times before. This wasn't our best visit. The outlets in the table lamps in our room were so worn out that the plugs didn't make any connection and therefore didn't charge our devices. One bathroom light was burnt out. My daughter saw one large bug near the wall/floor one night and that was unsettling. We killed it and proceeded to check the room pretty thoroughly. We did not find anything of concern. The hotel was mostly empty during our stay but we still had a couple of noise issues - all guest room doors slam shut/close loudly. Breakfast options were delicious - scrambled eggs, sausage links, fruit, bagels, donuts, yogurt + fixings, make your own waffles + fixings, juice, milk. Breakfast was understaffed (even though the hotel wasn't busy) and we found ourselves waiting for items to be refilled because many things were out (waffle batter, yogurt machine, scrambled eggs, etc). On the plus side, the beds and bedding are comfortable. Our kids absolutely love the outdoor pool and hot tub. We didn't visit the indoor pool on this visit but it is a good size as well - great if the weather isn't warm enough outside. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. We've had great stays here in the past. This time wasn't great. but we will likely stay here again in the future. If we see the same types of issues on our next visit we will find a different hotel for future visits.

Stayed here for two nights and totally enjoyed it. The room was large and clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We were off season so the place was only partially full so it was very quiet. Most of their rooms would be away from traffic. The price was reasonable. They are located right off the freeway and centered among most of the things you would want to do. The free breakfast was typical Best Western hot and cold breakfast buffet. The food was ok, nothing great, but that is expected. Their was a decent variety of choices and you don't have to go find somewhere to eat breakfast which is a plus. I would definitely stay here again. Good solid place to stay.

Great location,just off the interstate,near all attractions. Not much here to do for kids. Just a normal, small pool. Looks like mostly adults stay here. Hotel looked full, but where our room was seemed very guiet. No kids running around, no traffic noise. Breakfast was disappointing. No meat, just grits, scrambled eggs, toast and bagels. And a few other thins. Nothing to get excited about.

At check in took a while and was told a large group of young athletes were staying that night. The kids and their parents took over the pool until 11pm. Kids yelling screaming jumping in the pool, adult with glass bottle of beer in the pool, kids running in the hallways barefoot traking water in the hallways ! Staff was notified by myself and many other guests and nothing was done to create a safe or quiet stay.

This is a very nice two star hotel. As a BW member, I was given an exceptional rate. The staff accommodated my request and isolated me in a quiet part of the hotel. A comfortable bed and pillows allowed for a good night's rest. I have stayed here twice in early May before the busy season starts. This is a nice hotel with a good price during the off season.

We came here for a soccer tournament. This is a pretty basic motel. Free breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly enough. The only major complaint is that is was just dirty. The floor in the elevator had food and garbage in the corners. Vacuuming is definitely not a priority. The carpet in the rooms were gross. I found ibuprofen laying on the floor and hair built up in the corners of the bathroom floor. Outside grounds were filthy too. Lots of cigarette butts everywhere. No need to go back.

This is my go to place when I come to the Dells. Location is easy on and off the freeway. My only issue is the hot tub floor needs some work, it can't be good to have it literally crumbling away under our feet.

I stayed here instead of the motel where the conference was being held. It was well worth the money. Staff were very accommodating. I had two concerns; one was the noise of children running in the hallway upstairs but the woman who checked me in did note this and offered to put me on the second floor. The other was the smell of smoke near the side entrance of my hallway. I did not address this and the smell was not constant. The rooms and hallways were a little dated but clean. I am strongly considering staying here again in the fall for another conference.

this Was my second time staying at this location last year was a much better experience this year I had issues with the lack of variety as it relates to breakfast items, standards I also had an issue with front office staff lack of professionalism

We were driving and it was getting close to midnight so we stopped at a Best Western as we trust the brand. I found a price on Priceline that was almost $20 less than the rate quoted by the front desk clerk. I showed him and asked if they could match that price as I'd been told by previous hotels to do so. He flipped around on his computer for a long time and then said he could not. By this time it was 2 minutes after midnight so I could no longer book it on Priceline so I paid what he quoted us. Not super pleased but otherwise our stay was good..... except for the lack of parking. 2 members of our party have severe mobility issues and there was only 1 handicap parking spot near our door. A little frustrated with the lack of accessibility.

Hotel is conveniently located in the Wisconsin Dells area. Very easily accessible from highway. Staff was friendly; check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Breakfast was fine - nothing outstanding but serviceable. General appearance of hotel is a bit dated but very well maintained and very clean. No USB port in room.

I stayed this hotel because it had a for 4. 3 out of 5 rating. Singh's seemed modern enough but it was dirty from the lobby to the hallways to my Room itself. I don't think this is a chain issue I believe it's a management of this facility issue

Mom and I have been coming to this hotel for many years. Sadly, the last two times we have been disappointed. Staff is not as friendly, front desk people did not make us feel welcome which is unusual. Breakfast items run out and staff is not on the floor to refill. Seems they hide in the little room off of breakfast are. Hope things will improve, or we will be finding a new hotel to enjoy.

Went for a weekend getaway when we arrived Sue at the front desk was very rude. We got to our room and the keys from the previous night were there and there was garbage on the floor. The mattresses obviously have not been changed in years. The floors were dirty and the carpeting is very old.

everything was decent and clean and comfortable except for the late night noise from the neighbors who for some reason kept trying to open the attached door to me and my fiance's room from 11:30pm til about 2am. They were yelling and laughing and their kids were up also that late I am not sure why. It sounded as if they were intoxicated. I did call down between 1-2am to the front desk and the noise didn't stop completely until after 3am. To say the least we did not get a good night's sleep and had a very uncomfortable drive home.

Team Members were all very friendly and I found the hotel breakfast filling and delightful. If we needed anything our requests were addressed promptly. Was a nice relaxing stay and will be returning soon.

Great place to stay and very reasonable off season rates. Lovely pool, whirlpool, and additional dry sauna. Don't see them at other places. Outstanding breakfast and convenient location in dells. Burger King, McDonalds,, Culvers, Starbucks and Paul Bunyon restaurants very close by (within one minute drive),

I was appalled and disgusted when I found a condom wrapper on the side of the bed! Thankfully, I discovered this at the end of our stay. I cringe to think what would have happened if my 9-year old daughter or her friend would have found this first. The kitchen area at breakfast time also needed cleaning up and refilling of numerous items such as silverware and some menu items. I've stayed at Best Western hotels before and have always had an enjoyable experience. This was definitely a disappointment. The only response I got when I informed the front desk was an apology. Nothing more.

booked a room for Saturday 3/16/19 at 7:00 pm on Friday. got to hotel, only to find out they didn't have our room. and claimed it was for the night prior. Then told me there was nothing they could do. it was book. and there was no room available. Person acted like he didn't care. and dismissed me. Told me if I had a problem with it, to call customer service. So we spent part of our visit trying to fins a place to stay. Came across a very quant place called CLIFFSIDE RESORT. would highly reamend it. very accommodating. And was cheaper. Why would I book a room at 7:00 the night before, with a 2 hour drive for that night? would make no sense. Will never stay at a Worst western again.

Worth the price. Centrally located, clean, breakfast was good and saved us time each morning - kids love the make your own waffles! Rooms were nice an updated (carpet older). Don't be fooled by the outdated exterior - diamond in the ruff for a great, affordable get away! Friends stayed other places & were jealous of us!

My husband and I stayed here for a mini getaway. The hot tub and indoor pool was awesome. I loved the mini waffle station and my husband loved the eggs for breakfast. The price is reasonable. We will be visiting again soon.

Hotel was good for the price - as expected. It was incredibly busy due to sporting events in the area. Many groups congregated in the lobby as there were many tables and the only area to do so. Staff constantly hushed people. No one was obnoxious or rude, it was simply loud due to the amount of people. Also, no alcohol allowed in the lobby - where all the tables are - another downfall for group get togethers. Would recommend as a single person or family stay, but not for large groups that want to meet together during the day/evening.

This is our "go to" hotel when we stay in the Dells!! Always clean, breakfast is hot and the kids love the pool area!!! Staff is always helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this property at least a dozen or so nights over the last few years and will continue to do so!!

Fantastic pool and hot tub. Warmest pool in the Dells. We have come here for many many years and continue to return just for the pool. The beds are very comfortable, unlike other hotels that are worn down.

Staff were kind, breakfast buffet was like all hotels but it was free. Rooms were good size, clean but in need of carpet, curtains & bedding updates. At the time our room deal was $72 a night for a team.

I came around 2:30 pm and check in was 4:00 pm. They were very nice at giving me a room early. Room was clean and no noisey people in hallways at night or maids in the morning. Nice relaxing stay. Will stay again.

Overall, our weekend was a pleasant experience at the Best Western. Check in was fast and efficient. The desk clerk even offered to put all of us who were staying in a group in rooms next to each other even though we all checked in at different times. This was an unexpected gesture and much appreciated. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual, but was very good. Coffee was amazing! Also loved the yogurt machine and waffle makers. The pool was warm and the hot tub was just the right temperature. I was very pleased with the price of the room as well. Very affordable. We would definitely stay again when coming to the area.

Upon getting ready for bed we pulled the blankets back to find a used syringe and visably dirty sheets. The floors and obviously not been vacuumed for some time. We notified staff at checkout for them to respond with a shrug and said they could mention it to housekeeping. No concern for the fact that there was a used needle in a bed that a toddler had been playing on and was supposed to sleep in.

Best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean rooms and building. Pool was warm and a huge hit with the kids. Ample room in the room for a family of 6. Highly recommend!

Rooms were not vacuumed when we checked in. they came to vacuum but it was still dirty. The breakfast facility had a lot of fruit flies flying around. The breakfast attendant did not care their was anyhitng missing. He had a big plate of eggs and was eating talking with the lady at the front desk. They ran out of milk and the breakfast attendant told us that he forgot to order it and that they would not have any for the rest of that day. It was the worse hotel experience I ever had

A large group of us traveled 30 minutes from our hometown for a Christmas party. Because there would be alcohol involved and we didn't want to drive home, we made reservations for the best Western. When we tried to check in, we were turned away because we are "local" and they have too many problems with locals. The room was already paid for and they refused to refund the money because it was booked online. Other people in our group attempted to make reservations via phone and were not allowed to do so because they were "local." Bad business move for a chain hotel as I will not do business with best Western anywhere anymore.

Cleanest hotel for a great value. For $53 dollars we were expecting what we paid for, however not the case at all. Best Western Wisconsin Dells was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, Great amenities and the staff was top notch.

Rooms were very clean and updated...we had standard king room. Spacious bathroom with heat lamp. Breakfast was good, typical selections. Wish hotels would add hashbrowns buffet style to the mix. Hot tub was very relaxing, all jets working & good temperature... hot how it should be, not warm. Overall, a very nice experience. Would return to this location and other BW's.

We stayed at this hotel two nights over Thanksgiving. The room was clean, comfortable and seasonal price was attractive. Breakfast, which is included, was basic but had enough variety. The exercise room was not open at the displayed time. We had to go to the front desk so the lady can come and open it with her key. Service at front desk can use some improvement.

Excellent continental breakfast, quiet area, except for some planes during day time for the airport is behind the hotel. Is not a new hotel but is well maintained the linens are super clean, which i love.

Definitely a good value for the price paid. The only thing that seems odd is that a 1 king bed room costs more than a 2 queen bed room. Otherwise our stay was great. The continental breakfast was yummy as they usually are.

We had a great stay. Our room was fresh smelling and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool facilities were wonderful. Loved the hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good.I will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location, very helpful staff, & a very nice room for a very good price. Not our first stay & won't be our last! Only disappointment was the breakfast. It wasn't as good as it had been during previous stays.

this hotel offers clean and friendly accommodations - to humans. our dog stayed in the car. Breakfast is a bit sketchy - coffee comes out of one spout to mix with water coming out of another. Make your coffee in room and avoid the lobby.

We arrived in The Dells early so stopped by hotel to see when we could check in. They told us right away which was a plus! Room was big, comfortable and clean! Enjoyed a nice breakfast before check out and loved the yogurt machine! Great coffee! Will stay here again the next time we will in time we are in the Dells!

Decided to stay half way from Minneapolis to Chicago. Break up the drive since we left after work. It was off season and the hotel was not full. Price was $30 cheaper from Best Westerns in cities before and after this location. Rooms were clean, quiet and had a good complimentary breakfast. Will stay again.

This hotel was great. The service and cleanliness were all top notch. The pool was a nice warm temperature and very clean. The rooms wer comfortable and clean. The staff was super helpful. They had a great continental breakfast that offered more than I would have expected.

Low price but I saw the low scale trashy people in high scale BW. I am not sure who is running this hotel but the hotel is renting low scale trash. I rented high scale hotel for a reason. I didn't mind to pay high price. Hotel was very clean and nice but other low scale guests around was too scary and bothersome.

The Best Western is conveniently located just off the interstate. You can tell the hotel is a little older but still has some nice attributes. I know it is off season, but I was surprised to see how dusty the hardwood floors and carpet looked. The lamps were also dusty and the caulk in the tub needed a good cleaning. I also felt the breakfast was not as good as most hotels. I am accustomed to staying in mid range hotels and this stay was just not quite up to par, or maybe I hit a week when housekeeping was short handed.

We chose the Dells based on the proximity to Madison, availability of rooms for a reasonable price. Rooms in Madison were at a premium due to a home football game at the University of Wisconsin. Knowing the Dells is a summer tourist destination, we were fully aware of the hotel situation during the off season. We opted for the BW due to a Priceline deal. For the money spent this was fine. The room was clean however there were some odd things, no soap (which was resolved) and the bed skirts were tucked in which made the room look sloppy. Also the window was open. It was the 2nd floor so no safety issues but was odd. The layout of the room is different too. The vanity is by the door. Good that the shower/toilet are separated from the vanity just odd that it is right by the door. The closet had a door and walls which also blocked off the room. And the lighting was poor. The free bfast is less then as well. Cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles as normal all set up to get a volume of traffic thru during peak tourist season. Parking was limited and not well lite.

Close to everything and a decent hotel. Basic room, was perfectly fine. Depending on when you stay you may get free tickets to a waterpark. Just call and ask. When you visit the Dells be sure to take the little walk along the river. It's a lovely walk. The whole town gets very quiet after Labor Day so if you want it to be a little more lively visit this area in the summer.

My wife and I spent a pleasurable three nights at the Ambassador Best Western in Wisconsin Dells in October. It was obviously the off season and we still had a positive experience with the staff and amenities. We used our location as a home port to a couple of Wisconsin day trips to Green Bay and Milwaukee. The hotel was well kept and clean. I would recommend it for extended stays or just one night while passing through. It felt like home!

Upon check in, the front desk girl greeted with a smile and was very friendly. I always enjoys this Best Western. I almost always use them while on business . Thank you for the great new decor. I always enjoy my stay.

Very nice, easy on and off the freeway. Quit area and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay again. Access to restaurants and fuel very easy. Food delivery was very quick. Nice amenities.

I knew I would be passing through the Dells area and found this gem with great reviews online before my trip began. It was perfect! A little older but super clean, VERY affordable and a comfy bed!! The staff was EXCELLENT! Couldn't ask for more out of a 12 hour stay. Thanks Best Western!

Our family stayed here over the weekend for our grandson's baseball tournament. The hotel was very clean and included breakfast. They also had in-room mini-fridges, which is quite convenient. The hotel staff was very attentive.

Stayed here for two weeks in August. Was very happy with this hotel. Check-in quick and easy. Room 374 with balcony and pool view was spacious and clean. Hotel is in a good location with plenty of parking and short walk to Denny's. Breakfast served daily was ok, alternate days sausage and eggs or biscuits and gravy with eggs, every day pancakes, fruit, bagels, bread, cereal and yoghurt. Room was spacious and cleaned most days (think we missed a couple of housekeeping visits by putting DND on the door whilst we went for breakfast). Beds were comfy. Only thing the room didn't have was a safe, not that we had any issues but its always piece of mind to have one. Couple of tornados in the area when we were there, staff were good at getting people to safety with torches etc. All in all a good hotel, would stay again if in the area.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights over the weekend after Labor Day. The room was spacious, clean and the beds/pillows were beyond comfortable. The wifi was reliable. The rooms with patios or balconies are very nice - and face the outdoor pool - but are very far from the lobby and breakfast area. The location is excellent. We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed after Labor Day - as it was one of the primary reasons we chose this motel - although they do have an indoor pool which we did not use. I'm not a big fan of rooms where the sink and vanity are outside of the bathroom - as it is here. But that's a personal preference. The front desk staff was mediocre and not particularly helpful or accommodating. Our room key was "miscoded" and deactivated half way through our stay - which required our having to go to the front desk late at night after a very long day out. There were no apologies - just a generic "oops". Overall - if you stay during the summer - I would get a room overlooking the outdoor pool and enjoy a spacious, clean and comfortable room - or if you don't care about the pool - it fits the bill overall.

Overall a good hotel experience. I must admit as other reviewers stated hallways did have a musty odor & our tub had black mold in the caulking. Other than that the rooms were welcoming a good value with free hot breakfast. We enjoyed the convenient Chinese buffet adjacent to the hotel as there is no restaurant on site. So much for free passes to Noah's Ark! We were on our way to Yellowstone and thought a quick dip in the nation's largest water park with a stop in Wisconsin Dells would be fun but derailed by the weather.

It was a great place to stay. would do it again when in the dells. The room was clean, comfortable, I couldn't find anything that I wanted that it didn't have. If you liked walking you can walk to the river walk and downtown.

Comfortable accomodations and a professional staff combined with the amenities offered provide for a pleasant stay without breaking the budget. This property has all your needs under one roof and located near all the Wisconsin Dells attractions you want to visit. Did I mention ample free lighted parking? They have it!

I would stay here again. Great value for in season visit to the Dells. Only downfall was the lights to the outside pool were broken so it closed at sunset. They also had issues opening the outdoor pool on time.

My overall stay was wonderful. The Staff is like family - courteous & helpful. Continental Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety to choose from. My room had all the amenities that I needed - Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Free WIFI Internet, Cable TV. It was like a home away from home. And the rooms are reasonable priced. One does not have to stay at the "Big Exotic expensive water park/hotels" to experience a pleasurable time in the Wisconsin Dells.

Great value and amenities. Water park passes, breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools, good internet, and great location. No matter the weather there is always something for us to do while there. Staff are always helpful and rooms are clean.

The property is big I was excited when I arrived to entrance 6 the one I was told to use by front desk. I had a 2 year old a 3 year old a 6 year old and a 14 year old we arrived late and our excitment quickly turned into fruastration. The door was just black nothing no keys worked we went to the desk 3 times for new keys before deciding to try a differnt enterance we went to enterance 7 again nothing! We got in at enterance 2 however our room was a mile away from there and the handwritting was poor on the envelope saddess looking 8 I have ever seen so ddint know my room number once again had to go back to the front desk where I got no apology I was treated like I was rude for being upset trying to explain how hard it is to lug 3 small children and 4 plus bags around that hotel. Staff said Im just night audit so I don't know anything. Property is outdated and needs a face lift!

We came for a family vacation, next to a Denny's so that was a plus. But that was the end of the list. Teeny pool, breakfast was a ZOO with long lines, running out of everything, and malfunctioning waffle makers. Our key cards stopped working multiple times, leaving us locked out in the rain, and the employees had zero sense of urgency in helping us. Most hotel employees did not even make eye contact or respond with an audible word. Never ever staying here again.

This was just a weekend stay, but it was overall a very positive experience for us and we enjoyed our stay. We had some room problems initially, but the desk staff and maintenance team were great in getting it sorted out and us into a new room. They were even able to comp us without us asking, which to me shows that they clearly care about customer satisfaction. The staff was all very friendly, breakfast was great, albeit busy, and the rooms were clean and comfy. The included Noah's Ark passes were a primary reason we stayed here as it definitively makes it a great value.

This was a relatively short, family vacation, but we did spend 3 nights here. We actually arrived a day early so we stayed in a standard room. The next two nights we stayed in a family suite. The standard room was fine but the family suite with pull out couch and two queen beds, two tvs, worked really well for our family. The couch area actually had two deep skylights which on the one hand were very cool, but on the other hand if you actually use that area for sleeping like we did - there is a lot of light that comes through in the morning which didn't bother me but we had a bit of a late riser in there so something to note. We had a little trouble regulating the temperature in the room is was quite cool if not cold. I suspect that they are trying to keep the A/C cool to deal with humidity issues that I've seen in other posts. We did ask for additional blankets on night which weren't available and asked the second night and they were available. The bathroom fan was little noisy and the filter outside the bathroom not sure whether that is air return should be changed by the looks of it. However, the staff was good and overall the family suite was quite large and good for us. We also liked the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs, we had options no matter what the weather was and they were generally warm which was good. The breakfast area could be bit of a zoo mostly in that 8 to 8:30 a.m. time frame, but I went earlier one day and it was quiet. However, it was nice to be able to get something without leaving the hotel. I also liked the location. You do get Noahs Ark passes which we didn't use so in a way I felt like we were paying for something we didn't use so wish there had been another option, but overall this is nice and reasonable relative to other places. If we are in the area, we may stay here again.

The room was damp, dirty and with an odor. Two light fixtures were broken. Two towels for a reservation of six people. Horrible guests services. Paid $300/night. Dirty indoor pool. Horrible experience.

This hotel is nice and clean. The rooms were very clean and had an modern decor. The check-in had a long line of people, so two more employees came out to help, expediting the process. That was a relief because we had a long day and wanted to get into our room. The breakfast area had a great variety of items and plenty of places to sit in the spacious lobby!

We had a nice overnight stay. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The outdoor pool was nice and enjoyable. Complimentary breakfast was basic, but was expected. Only issue was even tho Noahs Ark tickets included with stay, parking was not and was an additional $15.00 per day.

For the price of about $100 and the location this was a great value. Hotel was clean, ample room, and actually didn't skimp on the towels. Shower was very warm and didn't run out. There always seemed there were enough staff to accommodate. Two pools; one indoor and outdoor. The outdoor pool was refreshing and had a nice picnic area with picnic tables and grills under a nice shaded shelter area. Also a plus that there were outdoor dedicated restrooms. Also a kiddie pool area all in the same confines. Very pleasant.

I stayed one night with my two children. It took almost three hours to get a roll away bed delivered to our room. I spoke to the front desk several times (4) and each time they said they would call the "runner" for the night but would not do anything else. When I asked if I could just get an extra blanket and have someone sleep on the floor the front desk person said she could not because that is a housekeeping role and the "runner" would have to do that. Also heard two other major complaints as I was at the front desk that the staff did not deal with at the time.

My husband & I stayed one night. When we got there to check in the lady behind the desk was on the phone & it seemed to be a personal call, it wasn't until another employee walked up & asked if we were checking in that we got greeted. Once that employee greeted us the girl that was on the phone e hung up immediately & asked for my information. From there it was okay we got one our room it was clean but the bathroom had a musty smell so we shut the door & kept the fan running hoping to clear it out. I liked that our room was on the first floor directly leading out to the pool, but our sliding door had a very hard time locking. We went to the complimentary breakfast & was not impressed we went to eat elsewhere but I wasn't too surprised because it was a hotel breakfast.

You want a water park at your hotel, go pay for it. If you want an affordable, clean facility with friendly, and helpful staff Best Western Ambassador Inn and Suites is a good choice!! With the location away from the hustle and bustle, it is quieter and more relaxing. Front desk staff is helpful, efficient, friendly and respectful, actually this goes for all staff we encountered. Yes. It can be busy at check-in time of 4:00, so check out the Dells until 5:00 and have personal service with most-likely no wait. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot-tubs where clean and well-maintained and great after hours in the vehicle. The included breakfast was great; however as expected, it can be busy from 8 to 9. The facility and grounds were clean and maintained. A real bonus was the four passes to Noah's Arc which, was a great time. Another bonus were the pool-side barbeque grills with picnic-tables located under shelter.

Things started out bad when I discovered on Friday the 27th that they had already charged my rooms for the first nights stay at 10am. I had informed them I was going to use another card when we arrived. The general manager took care of that thank goodness. Upon arrival late that night the front desk girl was very confused about my rooms(we had two), after much confusion we got our keys. For the price we paid I was looking for a much nicer room, the furniture was outdated and the bedspreads were from the 70's. Thank god the beds were at least comfortable. Breakfast on Saturday was ok, I felt sorry for the one woman that we saw doing all the work. The eggs were runny and not good at all. To get our free Noah's ark passes we all had to show up at the front desk and let them put the wristbands on us. Sunday morning breakfast was super crazy , people everywhere. Between people eating and getting wristbands you couldn't walk. Dirty tables and counters,we ate what they hadn't run out of and stopped at McDonald's on the way out of town. If I'm paying these prices we'll stay at Mount Olympus next time. Seems like no one cares staff wise because it's a summer job and they won't be back. A lot of the staff was from overseas which I understand because there's that that many people in the area.

Our check-in was not good. We came into town around 2 and the woman said, "we aren't doing early check-ins" with barely a greeting. So when we came back for our 4 PM check-in, there was a long line of guests waiting to get in. Luckily, I stood there with my credit card, driver's license, and Best Western Member card, and just handed it over. I checked in really quickly, at that point. Our room was a good, very standard BW room. Comfy beds, quiet, and decent amenities. The indoor pool had so much chlorine that it completely bleached out my daughter's suit and hair after one hour. There was a heated outdoor pool, too.

I didn't care much for the young woman at check in. She wasn't very friendly she acted like we were a bother. She was talking to another employee and just ignored us. The hotel in all was pretty nice.The breakfast could have been a little better.

We've stayed at this hotel before and this time around, the hotel must have been at full capacity because the breakfast area was full of guests Saturday morning, so tightly, that you could not even move to get a waffle and the sausage and eggs were gone after waiting in a line for 15-20 minutes. They could not keep up with the amount of people. There were no tables to sit at. Also, our keys to our room did not work on 4 separate occassions, which was a big inconvenience. When we checked out, they did not ask how our stay was and when mentioning our experience about the keys not working, they were not interested in making us happy-no discount was offered. Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning our room (forgot to empty trash, replace new towels). Outdoor pool is awesome and room was spacious (1 king, 2 queen room)

The breakfast service struggled to keep up with the large crowd, but otherwise, it had everything we wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the location was very close to a selection of restaurants and a convenience store. The large pools and hot tub were very nice if you didn't mind a small crowd.

It was an awesome experience and we will return next month for a longer stay. It was really nice to have the balcony over looking the outdoor pool, and the grills were an added bonus!! We usually spend times in the Dells by camping, but this experience was so pleasant that I will do it again.

Rooms were clean & updated. Breakfast food was poor/ eggs were watery, everything else is sugar based. Had to ask for a hairdryer 3times before received. Had to ask for a bill at checkout. Internet service was slow. Ice machine didn't give out much ice.

We stayed here for the third time last week. The staff was polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The pools were busy with kids but clean and warm and again while the breakfast area was busy the overall menu was worth the wait. Best of all the stay cones with passes to Noah's ark which basically pays for the room! We even got an upgraded room thanks to our elite status with best western. Thanks for a great stay!

Let's start off with positives, clean enough room, large selection at breakfast, heated outdoor pool was awesome!!! Quiet, good sleep, nice sized spaces, pretty fitness center. The not so greats, splash grounds were filthy, guessing from rain water, bathroom smelled like mildew and had visible mold in shower seals. Breakfast was extremely packed and over crowded. Indoor pool way too much chlorine. Bedding was too small for the beds. And the free water park passes get put on you as a bracelet and only work if you're still staying with them or on day of checkout, so if it's rainy or storming or cold, you're outta luck. Overall it was an ok stay, just not really a $130 place...more like an $80 place. Old and musty.

Rooms were clean and most of the common area was clean. I did notice that the elevators seemed like it had not been swept out for the 3 days I was there. Breakfast, I know its complimentary but the eggs were not good at all. Very watery and just not good. The sausage was not what you would call browned, it was more grey. Couldn't eat that either. The waffle mix was good, and I also commend them for having 3 waffle makers. Most of the time there are one or two. With three of them it was much easier to get what you needed. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool. The wifi worked real good. They also offer free tickets to one of Noah's Ark Water Park with your stay.

We spent 2 days at this hotel. Just far enough from all the hustle and bustle. The pools were great. Our room was clean and large. We had a king bed with 2 queens. Perfect for our family of 4. The breakfast had lots of options. The bonus was the passes to Noah's ark water park. We loved it there and it was free.

We stayed in a 2 queen bed room.#227 Big had plenty of room.Bathroom had a musty smell.shower curtain had a faint yellowish stain on bottom. Water from shower didn't drain well. If you took a shower water would rise half way up your leg! 2nd day told housekeeping , they said they would have maintenance check it out. Never fixed it. Bed was hard. Went to walmart to buy a comfortable pillow. indoor pool was nice. Breakfast was ok. As a Bw. member I wouldn't stay there again.

Checked in at 4:26 Saturday July 7th the first thing I noticed was the front desk area smelled like a swamp. A blond female makes the comment she hopes none of the customers ruin her day, Isn't it there job to make the customers day better? Her and the other male front desk person made more comments they have the attitude its them against the customer, not the people you want at the front desk! the hallway carpet was filthy and so was the elevator. Fortunately the room was clean. Heard people above us running around and people running down the halls late at night. The hotel needs to upgrade the front desk help get people who want to help there customers!

The front desk workers seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. The check in time is late. The main floor hallways and restrooms were not clean. Our room was only okay. The layout and pool entrance are not convenient. The breakfast area was a crowded mess for a mediocre breakfast. Would not stay there again.

When we first checked in to the hotel room, there was a weird funky smell, however it may have been the AC because after a while the smell went away. The TV was a great size, the sheets were clean and very comfortable, the bathroom was small but clean, coffee in the room was nice touch. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, it was almost like being home with how safe we felt in the hotel. Added bonus of free breakfast, which was delicious and filling. Didn't get to try the pool or the gym, will most likely try them next time we visit. The staff was SUPER friendly too! Kudos!

I booked a 2 queen with sofa and got no sofa the manager claims my room was only 2 queen it did say that but in the details below that said there was a sofa. So i paid 296 for a typical queen room. I know what i booked they said they had no more rooms all sleeper sofas gone. Other than that beds were comfy, chairs needed padding, pools were clean and heated few towels on rack exposed wires in sauna light. Outdoor pool and spa very nice kids splashpad nice, 2 grills which were filled with one family all day and night so no one else could use. Fitness room clean, breakfast was excellent! plenty of space to eat. I rate 4 stars

Check out is 11 am / check in 4 pm. Arrived at noon. Room type booked was not available. All open rooms known by at minimum noon. Mgmt would not assign room until cleaned and inspected. Managment personal and process not proactive / not service oriented. POINT: Mgmt Not willing to contact housekeeping to figure out empty room nor estimated time of availability. Finally got room at 1:30 pm. Not in area originally indicated that we were told we had by the front desk personnel. Overall poor communication and service.

Outdoor pool was warm but splash pad was freezing! Breakfast was fairly decent! Elevator didn't work so we had to carry cooler up 3 flights of stairs and got no help then when leaving saw a lady getting her cooler carried up a little annoying but otherwise overall was a fine stay.

I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed my stay. The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool which worked out well with the uncertain weather. We took advantage of the free waterpark tickets and enjoyed a day at a waterpark. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and the large TV was a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious with enough variety to keep us happy for three mornings. We enjoyed the yoghurt machine with toppings and the smaller waffles were less of a commitment than the larger ones at most hotels. The hotel is located on the edge of the attractions so it is less congested and quieter which I appreciated. No complaints!

I was really excited about staying at this hotel. We came for a one day basketball tournament and to explore the Dells and have fun at Noah's Arch the two following days. Did a lot of research on hotels in the Dells before I booked this one and had all other 10 parents book this room as well Since I'm in charge of hotel bookings. This was the first time for my family being there. The reviews looked pretty good, so one reason behind my excitement. Some of our group had arrived Friday night and stayed at this hotel and got the updated rooms so they were the lucky ones, another reason I was excited, they were telling me how nice the rooms were. I thought my room was going to be updated, boy was I wrong. The first night we stayed at another hotel because we arrived late and found a better deal. Couldn't see myself paying 199.99 for a night when we were arriving at 11pm. So I found a deal on priceline for Springhill Suites for 53.00/night. Score, and LOVED the room. Only mistake I made is not staying there the other two nights. Second and third night we stayed at Best Western. We arrived at hotel after the games Saturday and checked in, dropped bags off and hurried out. Bad mistake. Arrived back late that night and went right to bed. Next morning we all get up and go out to water park. So one night done. I come back to shower after water park and apparently they forgot to clean it. There is hair left over from the person that stayed before is. GROSS! Why complain, I have already stayed in a dirty room one night. Just have to get through another night. The room we had did not smell very good. If we turned our air on 67 it would continue to run and the air would circulate so the room didn't smell as bad, but who wants to freeze. Once we turned it to 70 and the air shut off for a while, well not very good circulation causing a musty old room smell. The floors are very squeaky. The beds are comfortable. I have had way better breakfast, but your are staying at a hotel. Both mornings they offered the same thing. No switching it up. I had no problems with the staff, but again I didn't complain about the hair or the room to them. Not sure if I would have had a problem if I had more interaction. I did take a picture of the hair. But I always say, you never know until you try it for yourself. Oh, and Priceline had rooms at better rates. I almost asked them to match it but I was trying to have a peaceful stay. I will probably stay else where when we go again. I actually did stay elsewhere and room was ALOT nicer and ALOT cheaper.

This is the only place I will ever stay while visiting Wisconsin Dells. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Our room was spacious, very clean, wonderful staff a great variety for continental breakfast.

It was extreamly cheap, noahs ark was awesome, staff was super friendly, only negative I can say is the room doors don't like to unlock with the swipe card. But otherwise it was an amazing vacation!!!

Only stayed for one night so I don't have too much to say about the place, however the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. I did enjoy the toppings for the waffles, this was the only place I have stayed that provided a toppings bar for your waffles. The girl checking us in was new and forgot to have me sign the paperwork, which I came back down to do. But overall the staff was friendly.

Very clean and staff was helpful. Large breakfast area. Easy to get to highway.would stay here again.It is a non smoking hotel which is a plus. A lot of restaurants close by . Would recommend for anyone.

Overall good for the price. Room had squeak floor and breakfast tables not cleaned after each guest. Food quality was very good and sufficient with many choices. Would stay there again. Internet was quite good.

Needed a clean and comfortable room and the Best Western in Wisconsin Dells was just what I needed. Staff was extremely friendly and even helped me with an iPhone charger. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a stressful checkin with the front desk manager, at least that what was on her tag. The room was nice and seemed updated since I was last there but I wouldn't pay that price for the room again. I didn't eat the breakfast so I don't know what it was like. Checking out, the morning staff made up for the check in. 7/10 would not stay again only cause check in service though. It really put a damper on the whole night

Stayed here for a quick overnight mid-week in the off season. I like the location where you are close to major roads, but still well away from the bulk of the Wisconsin Dells traffic. The desk attendant that checked me in was friendly and helpful. The room was massive, spacious, clean and quiet. We had a king bed, and two queen beds. Plenty of room for the family and a bit of privacy. The pool, sauna and spa were all clean and in good working order. Breakfast had quite the variety as well. Multiple waffle irons for the crowds, and a yogurt parfait/dispenser bar - first time I have ever seen this, and I hope to see it more often. Next time I am in the area, I will look into staying here again.

My family stayed here for our boys soccer tourney. Great location for the Woodside sports complex and plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel was clean, rooms had a frig and microwave (yea!) and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was decent and the staff did a great job replenishing the food (it was busy!). I would stay here again.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast standard morning hotel fare. We weren't here for rhe Wisconsin- Dells experience but this hotel would be really kid friendly. It had a nice pool.

The staff, the breakfast, the room...all great. Absolutely no complaints! Clean everywhere. I did think the hot tub was a bit dirty but not horrible. It was busy and it was a snowstorm. So hats off to the staff

Leisure trip for basketball tournament. A snowstorm struck & we and a couple of other families made a last minute decision to stay over. Ease of getting rooms, check in were excellent. Comfortable stay and it worked perfectly for us.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our trip back home from Florida. The staff were friendly, courteous & helpful. The room was clean, comfortable & well decorated. The breakfast was also very good-especially the waffles! We didn't use the pool, but other guests we spoke to told us the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Service was fine but slightly slow since they were training a new employee, lobby and outer appearance was fine. Room had some cleanliness issues: Floor did not appear clean. Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom area was clean.

This hotel has never let me down. I've stayed here a few times over the years. Clean, nice size rooms, breakfast included, reasonably priced, and nice pools. A previous post complained about the front desk. I've never had any issues with the front desk staff and they were always responsive and accommodating to me. I always recommend this hotel to friends and will stay here again.

Not enough staff for the size of the hotel. Front desk was always busy i called to get a few things i had to leave a mesage. They called back at 11 p.m. we were already asleep. Woke the baby up. And the most disappointing part. The pool was closed all weekend. That was the main reason we booked here. The hallways smell like bug spray.

It was clean the staff was great great value thanks for caring and being so polite will be staying there again and our future trips to Wisconsin Dells located to easy access to the Wisconsin Dells attractions and waterparks

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and furnished modestly. The sink in the room was right next to the door, which was awkward. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The hotel has a self serve breakfast bar which had a nice assortment but, the eggs were powdered and mushy. The staff is nice and very helpful. The pool is nice size with a hot tub. I noticed some mold on the tile of the hot tub. Over all an OK place to stay.

We had stayed here for a wked volleyball tournament. The hotel did a good job of grouping the players rooms together however the room key cards never worked right. Fri. & Sat. between my husband & I we had 6 key cards, some would work on our room door but then wouldn't work to get into the hotel from the parking lot or into the pool then some would work on everything but our hotel room. Basically every guest had that issue. When our room was cleaned only the garbage was empty and used towels were taken. Beds were not made nor was a set of clean towels left. So we had to track someone down to get towels.

Our family stays in the Dells area over six times a year for sports tournaments in volleyball and basketball. This Best Western is a great value with: caring staff, spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast choices and nice amenities to boot.

Room was clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable beds. Was a little noisy at times. Convenient access from 90/94 and good location to Dells activities. Plenty of parking for large vehicles.

My ranking is due entirely to the attitude of the young man working at the front desk. We booked three poolside rooms so we could reminisce with college friends around the pool. See photo of our poolside rooms... When we asked how poolside could be on the other end of the hotel from the pool and in 3rd floor the check in kid said... Der uh it's outside. Me:Pardon me? Him :Pool's outside Me : It's March 1. In Wisconsin. Him with attitude : yeah. So? Me: we booked a pool side room so we could sit around the pool outside our room. Him : this all I got Me: this isn't poolside Him :well technically it is Me: it's third floor overlooking the outdoor pool! Him : yeah! Me: is March 1 in Wisconsin! Ok... could you adjust the rate for a regular room. Him : well no. You got poolside.. Me: could I speak to the manager please? Him : it's just me here. Me : could you leave a message for the manager to contact us in the morning? Him : no you'll have to come down and talk to her tomorrow. Me: could you please leave a message... Him interrupting : yeah yeah yeah kk OK. I'd never stay here again. Besides the service... Rooms are fine. Pool seems nice. It's a convenient location. First couple haone

I stay here every year in March for 3 nights during a volleyball tournament. The hotel looks small from the front entrance, but it spans back far and actually has many rooms. I always stay in a King-bed room, and am on the 1st floor. I like being able to park my car right outside my window. Despite the number of people (sports teams) staying here, it was very quiet. The room is VERY spacious, as is the bathroom. In addition to the nice-sized fridge, microwave, and work desk, there is also a chair with footstool, which is a nice option instead of always sitting on the bed or office chair. The bathroom was VERY clean, water is hot, water pressure is adequate. The breakfast is your usual, but did include eggs, sausage, and some whole fresh fruits. I've used the workout room several times. There are 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, some free weights and a weight machine. It gets a little crowded at times, but works. The treadmills are a little old and clunky, but they work just fine. The toiletries are a little sparce-- If you use shower gel or lotion, bring your own. The bed is super comfortable. The heat/AC regulates the temperature well and there is an option for continuous fan, which I like for white noise. I like my room to be very cool at night, and not all hotels allow this in the wintertime, but this one did. This hotel is just off the freeway, a bit on the edge of town, but near a gas station and several restaurants. The Dells is not very big, so everything is less then 10 minutes away. This hotel offers a great value for a decent price. (Hotels are very over-priced in this area in general).

Really good hotel. There were lots of people due to the holiday weekend. Big parking lot. Front desk person was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Got a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable. No morning back ache. Room had double queens. Roomy bathroom with plenty of towels. No smells. Clean, Well-maintained room and everything worked. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities unfortunately.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The best ever at a hotel. Would stay again and again. 5 stars. Reasonable rates. Love it. No on the strip but restaurants close by and less traffic.

We were in town for one night for a show at Ho Chunk. That hotel was already booked up for the night and if you know The Dells at all, you know getting a nice room at a nice price on a weekend night in prime tourist time is pretty much impossible. I decided to check Trivago with a bit of hope, and to my great surprise, was directed to a FABULOUS rate at the Best Western through Priceline. The only downfall was that the room came with 2 queens instead of a king and I was traveling with my husband... but I was happy to sleep alone for a change! Or, of course, we could have just slept together and left the other bed untouched. The lobby was very clean and put together. Our room was nicely remodeled.. though the closet door was broke and couldn't be used. The beds were comfortable enough. We dud not get a chance to utilize the pool area but it smelled very clean and others were surely enjoying it. We also did not get to partake in the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. All in all I would say our stay was very good and we would definitely stay again.

Stayed here two nights with wife and two young sons (1 & 3). We enjoyed the facilities, our room set-up, and display of breakfast, but what definitely got the fifth star was Jeanne at the front desk. She was so pleasant and attentive of my little family being there for our couple nights that it gave us a nice home feeling like we were there visiting friends. Thanks for a great stay.

The off-season rates are very low and the room was a steal. It was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast, but Denny's is right next door and the food is pretty good there. Staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that I have an electric car and the check-in person did not know where the charging parking spot was located. I looked briefly and didn't see it, so no charge, though 120V charging is hardly worth the effort.

our stay at your hotel was high lighted by the young woman who checked us in. The room was very nice & the bed was comfortable. BREAKFAST WAS ALMOST READY WHEN WE LEFT. There was coffee & ready made items. Eggs were still cooking. young man was ok at check out.

We stayed here on New Years Eve and staff were very helpful and rooms were clean! The complimentary breakfast was amazing! Although we didn't use it the pool looked nice. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel in the Dells before Christmas, 2017. We intentionally book at Best Westerns while traveling because of the very comfortable beds, cleanliness, and over all friendly helpful staff. We also enjoy their variety of on site breakfasts, which are quite the convenience for us. For the service, value, and clean rooms, we have always received our money's worth.

Once again I found myself needing a room in Wisc. Dells WI, as is my normal I look for Best Western lodging. There is young lady that works the check-in named Jody that will make you feel welcomed and solve any question you may have. The BW breakfast will make your stay a positive memory.

The check in receptionist was courteous & professional (12/24)She went over & beyond.She found us a local church & didn't mind us having a late cup of hot cocoa or coffee.My only concern was on the 26th.Before we left we had breakfast: whatever was left.I served myself coffee & witnessed the girl wipe down the cereal counter with her hand.Only to realize I never saw a towel/rag being used as I walked back & forth tending to my family.Otherwise all was great!

We arrived at about 2am, with no reservation, but the front desk employee was very polite and checked us right in. We came to the Dells for a water park so we decided to stay one night and move to a water park hotel. The room is small, but has all the basic amenities, and was clean with a good size TV, beds were very comfortable. Since we had arrived so late we woke up pretty late and still made it to breakfast 10 min before it was over. Surprisingly, the staff was still replenishing the items and there was still plenty to choose from. The price was also one of the cheapest, so overall it was a great value.

This is an annual girl's shopping trip and we always stay here. The staff is always polite and accomadating. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are nice and the atmosphere here is relaxed. Great breakfast too! The price can't be beat!

This Best Western offered a decent variety of food in the morning. It was a good experience that I would stay at this location again if I were in town. The hotel was clean and in a decent area that did not draw red flags.

Every staff member we encountered was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. No problem with access to internet. Login information and password were provided at check-in. The map provided to our room was clear and accurate. No problems finding parking close to our room. The bed was big and comfortable. Wonderful continental breakfast. One of the best, if not the best, I've seen offered. There were so many choices and everything was fresh, tasty, and well supplied. There was a good number of guests in the dining area, but the hotel had plenty of seats and tables for everyone. Nothing but great praise for our stay at this hotel.

Had a great experience on a sister's overnight get away. Hotel was very clean including our room. Beds were comfortable. We did use the pool (quite large). Also used the fitness center. Two treadmills available as well as 2 ellipticals, an exercise bike as well as weight machines and numerous free weights. Larger fitness room than what I am used to. Breakfast offered MANY hot choices including hot oatmeal, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Also the usual breakfast items like cereal and fresh fruit. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Spent two nights here early on in Thanksgiving week at a down time. They are very reasonably priced and the room and hotel are very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the bed was great. The breakfast was also very good. Only downside would be you can hear every door open and close and voices in the hallways. If it was at a crowded time we may not have slept well with all the noise. Still a very good value and it is right off the highway at a good location.

Stayed here for a quick night with my wife in November ‘17, its a good hotel with very good rates. Starting to age a little but overall everything was just fine. Pool and hot tub were large and very warm.

hotel was clean and desk clerk allowed us to check in early Would stay again if we are in the area. Staff was very friendly. We did not use the pool area but it was a good size pool and that area was inviting.

This was a surprise for a Best Western. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Breakfast was awesome. Close to the Convention I was attending. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. ****+

I was in town for only one night for a concert I attended. Upon check in was upgraded to a suite as I am a rewards club member. It was completely unnecessary as I was alone and did not need 3 beds. But was thankful none the less. I slept in the king bed, was too hard for my liking, but that's my opinion. Since I was only there for one night, did not get a chance to use any amenities. I wish they had extended pool hours as other hotels I have stayed at do. The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of hot and cold options. The room had individual climate control and seemed to work great. I could hear a fan running (not loud at all) that took care of any of the hallway noise. I will definitely stay here again. I had stayed here over 10 years ago and this hotel has obviously been renovated since then.

A great place to stay, and being a rewards member definitely pays off. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Has a free hot breakfast, which is something that I always look for where available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet worked very well and was easy to connect into. Highly recommend!

Very nice large suite. The two King bedrooms prevented trying to decide who got the larger bed. Large common area with plenty of seating. Large dining table and ample kitchen. Nothing was lacking. We had a nice time here.

My Wife and I stayed at the Best Western for our honeymoon. We used our rewards points for the full 4 night stay and did not pay a penny. We were greeted by Jody when we checked in and she was extremely helpful. She said our room had been preassigned that morning but when we got to it, it had not been cleaned. Not a big deal, we went back to the desk and she was excellent. She quickly changed the room and upgraded us to the executive suite. She not only went above and beyond what we expected, but she also spent a few minutes telling us where the best wineries were in the Dells. They were great suggestions! Breakfast every morning was delicious. When we first got to the hotel we saw a Denny's in the parking lot and figured we would go there, but we never did. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next time we are in the Dells.

The place is clean, beds are comfortable, several pillows on each bed, with a variety of firmness to choose from. The Pool area is nice, and the hot tub works fine. They offer a free hot breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, fruit, etc. Very nice. I would stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Great breakfast, clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Great pool and fitness centre. Would like to stay longer to see more of Wisconsin Dells. Will have to come back another time when it's not off season.

Overnight offseason stay at the Dells. Good off highway location. Rooms good although beds a bit small. Nice breakfast. Good pool with a hot tub. The price was reasonable for an early November stay. Not a resort for people looking for a Dells trip but a good place to stay
