Best Western Webster Hotel, NASA

We stayed one night. The price paid was probably a bit more than it should have been for this facility. The staff was GREAT! Unfortunately, the property was not at the same standard. Finding our room was a bit of a problem since the numbers by the elevator were totally wrong. The floor squeaks when walked on. Bathroom is super small with only room for the toilet and tub.

Do not stay here. This place was nasty and dirty and smelly and it had roaches I have pictures things were broken that should not be broken. The parking lot looked like you might get stabbed. There were shady characters hanging out in the lobby who I think were the owners. This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at.

Wanted to mention - have only stayed at a handful of Best Western hotels through the years. The hotel is definitely older when looking at it from the outside. The front desk person we had was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast consisted of eggs/sausage, 2 types of cereals, waffles, toast, bagels, small donuts, orange juice/apple juice, and coffee machine and had 5 to 6 tables. Indoor workout room and outdoor pool. On 2nd day, breakfast food was empty but we asked and it was replaced. I would definitely not spend top dollar on the hotel as it is older but overall, room was pretty clean and pretty good value for money.

A member of the staff enter .y room while my girlfriend was getting out of bed naked and stood in the doorway until she began to curse at him. I reported it to the front desk there was no immediate action or concern of my ordeal. I became furious and called the police and file a report. I was asked by the staff not to try to extend my stay and to leave the area.

This room Was average for room quality. Parking was minimal and shared with a restarant. The hotel access to main road was difficult. Pool was shutdown early given the Houston heat. The room size was rather small for a buisness trip.

This hotel does not meet Best Western standards that I've grown accustomed to and everything about this facility is neglected and outdated. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the room walls were old and cracking, the fixtures are outdated. Disgusting stay for me and my last.

First night: sheets had dried gum on them and there was a bandaid in our shower. The room smelled musty and the hallways were HOT. Second night: We told the front desk we wanted our room cleaned twice. Came back to our sheets changed but we still had a bandaid in the shower, GROSS. It was still there when we checked out. Breakfast: The eggs were watery, the sausage tasted funny. My fiancé and I were sick the whole day after eating this food. The ice machines were broken, the atm was broken, the phone in our room was broken. The floor on upstairs feels like you're going to fall through it. Poor painting and cracked walls. Horrible experience. I've never experienced a hotel this bad before checking in here.

DO NOT stay here. The other reviews do not lie. Our room, hallways, and outside all smelled like pot not something I want my young kids around. Rooms are hot and nasty. Bathroom soooo small you can't even sit to pee.

Prior to arrival, and for three (3) consecutive days, the front desk personnel did not answer phones, or email (even the corporate office could not get them to answer). Upon arrival, was assigned to a room, which had some sort of septic/sewage backup (smell), and had to be reassigned. SIMPLY PUT, THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DUMP!

Excellent location and price! Nice to have restaurants close to the hotel. The only reason we didn't give them a five on rating is due to their only ice maker being out of order. Friendly staff were always smiling.

the front desk staff in the hotel were amazing and accommodating. multiple rooms have drawers that will not close and within the past year nothing has been done to fix them, so i had to tape the ones in our room closed so that we did not injure ourselves and bleed out since we are on blood thinners, the carpet in the hallways and some rooms need shampooed badly. breakfast was great because they have a huge selection, you will not go hungry when you leave

I will never stay at this hotel, the room smelled like mildew, was offered a suite which I had to pay extra when I requested to move, water was not draining in the shower in the suite, the only good thing was the breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our time in Webster Texas. We will stay there on the way to our next cruise out of Galveston. Convenient location for spending time at the Houston Space Center.

Hotel needs some improvements, however, location is fantastic and the price too. They need to replace the carpet in the lobby. Also, breakfast should have more items like bagels and muffins etc. Front office staff is cooperative.

Run down, heater didn't work, roaches. Looks like they clean the bare minimum to keep it running I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. You can hardly close the bathroom doors the restroom is smaller than a closet.

We stayed here, as we have done for the past 10+ years when we travel from Austin to see the Wings Over Houston Airshow. Location is great for that. Last year, 2021, we had issues with the room being smelly, dirty, and damaged. Some things in the room. TV, lights, wall plugs did not work properly. We thought about switching hotels for this year, but decided to give it one more chance. We are glad we did as things are as they should be once again. Clean room with things working. Kim, at the front desk was so nice, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good too. Our only complaint is that you have to ask for your room to be serviced. They don't do it automatically like they used to. Be sure to ASK early in the morning.

The first stay was fantastic. Super clean, friendly staff, and good food. The second time we stayed the staff was super friendly BUT the first room had a bad odor and was filthy, the second the AC and fridge didn't work, and on our second night we had giant roaches crawling on us in the bed.

I book this reservation back on 5/12/22 for 9/4/22- I am a Platinum member - I requested a downstairs near a door explaining I am handicap but do not need to take up a handicap room - I have breathing issues and that I travel alone with no help so walking long distance is the issue .... After I arrived I explained again. I was given a room at the FAR END of the hotel - almost the furthest away point from the breakfast area/lobby and all other amenities. There was no parking NEAR this room. There was a door at the end of the hallway but it was a hike to the parking area. No handicap parking near the doors...My room was clean - there is an odor in the building that smells musty but not real bad. The breakfast was a normal hot breakfast. Raining so did not use the pool. Near restaurants and shopping. A/C and hot water are GREAT. They sure need handicap parking near the entrances ... Not SURE I would stay here again - but I might. I was told that the price of these rooms had more than tripled since my booking ... hopefully those that paid the big price got what they wanted.

You get bo more than what you pay for here. At $50-something per night, it's never going to be great a experience.*Don't accept the rooms near the hotel restrooms… It's not a good smell! The lobby area is very small.

Tiny hard beds! Room looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom is tiny I am a cruvy girl not huge by any standard but it's tiny..you have to stand in the bathtub to shut the door. Our sink won't drain there are stains all over the place there was trash in the bathroom. Staff has been very friendly though. But they definitely have us the pricing special room!

Despite our early arrival, staff was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Great small lobby area for visiting with friends. Property was bright, clean and fresh. Close to restaurants, stores, attractions. Very pleased especially for an economically priced property. This will be a top choice for us in the Houston, Webster, Bay Area TX area.

We choose the hotel based on its spot which is closer to parks and amenities, it's an old but well-kept hotel which also well compensated with its friendly and very accommodating staff, good internet service and clean and easy come and go breakfast which is very good for travelers like us. We never miss any of our schedule due to access to many nice parks and recreation on the area.

The gentleman who checked me in, and was there part of the night went above and beyond for me during an incident that occurred with my daughter. He was so kind and understanding, and was quick to assist me. Rooms were clean & well stocked as well. :)

We experienced a clean and damaged room with roaches, a breakfast that was limited with high fat and roaches and no fiber, and a party in the hallway which lasted it to the early hours. I do not recommend this hotel even though the staff is kind.

this was easier to get in and out of than I imagined with the traffic on Bay Area Blvd. The room was updated and clean. All of the staff was friendly and willing to help out. We did have problems with the card key multiple times.

A clean and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to lots of dining and shopping options. This was our 4th stay at this particular Best Western.

We stayed here prior to boarding our cruise ship in Galveston. Location is good, right off I-45, easy to find. Reasonable price. Traffic in Houston is horrible, but there are several restaurant right nearby so you don't have to get out in the traffic. Easy-on and easy-off the expressway. Good breakfast. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Quick drive in the morning to get to the port.

Rooms are dated, but the microwave/fridge are good - close to NASA and Ellington Air Field for the Wings Over Houston airshow. There are several restaurants within walking distance and far enough from the roadway none of the street traffic is able to be heard. Staff was nice and pleasant, would have liked to know that unless you request maid service they won't be there. Could have used a hanger to let them know to come.

The staff is very friendly, we found some issues in our room that we did not expect to have in a hotel like Best Western. Our beds were a little too hard for us, but the main concern was the two pieces of metal sticking out of our bed frame, we had to put our shoes at the end of them to prevent our kids from getting injured. We had already been moved to this room since the previous one had issues with our door lock. We were already tired and decided to not change rooms again. The restroom lacks a bit of maintenance, it seems like the paint is pealing off due to high humidity. The hair dryer was broken and it seemed very unsafe to use, it was visibly cracked and melted at the end.

Second stay, first in August, highly rated for cleanliness, updated decor. Although from the outside this is obviously an older property, it's been renovated. The staff are super friendly and breakfast includes hot as well as cold selections. I thought the sausage was especially good.

This hotel has no accommodation to people of color let alone veterans of crises response. The front desk agent spoke very bad about the property and has a negative impact on checking guest in with a foreshadowing of a pet friendly environment which is posted on the hotels.com site. Which was not in any remorse that we have no where to go with our family pet. Instead she gave little time to find another pet friendly hotel stay. Very bad representation of the best western which I have been associated with the hotel industry for more than 15 years. As an operation manager I am beyond disappointed in the way of there team efforts to correct their mistakes.

We were over the moon with our stay here. The staff was kind. The breakfast was yummy. The extra services were available readily and the pool was great! The location was great for us to visit nearby NASA locations and also to go into Houston.

Very nice staff, horrible accommodations. Had to go through eight separate sets of keys. Door never would open on the first try. I had to have the door reset multiple times. In a five day trip elevator was never fixed and was never offered a room comparable to mine on the first floor. Offered a room on the first floor but not king size bed. I was offered no discount for my accommodation

The hotel room was a little messy when I got there. There was a few stains on the comforter and we wanted to order room service but our phone in the hotel didn't work. We also tried going to the pool but it was closed. But other than that I liked that hotel and I would go back.

I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. The lone elevator was broken when I arrived and not fixed during my stay. Even worse, the card key reader on the exterior door closest to my room was broken, so the door was left UNLOCKED around the clock. I reported it the first night on my stay and told there it would be fixed the next day. When I returned the next night, it was not fixed and remained UNLOCKED, so I reported it again. As I was traveling alone, I did not feel secure and slept poorly. I finally checked out.

Wow, I was surprised about this hotel. Way better than expected. Great customer service at front desk, good hot breakfast. Clean room. Staying again with no doubts. We're visit Nasa Space Center so location is great.

The property is at a prime location with many things within walking distance. However the cleanliness of the hotel was kind of terrible. We had a left over sock in our room, dirty walls, dirty hallways. The pool was also murky and definitely needed some cleaning.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff. They were quick to offer advice on the best local restaurants and bars. My son loved the pool and Dan's pizza. We are looking forward to next year!

My experience has been awesome, the location is awesome, so near from NASA, a mall and lots of delicious food around! The service was the best. Specially Amelia, she's the most amazing girl! but don't think she's the only one, all the staff are great!

Great location and very clean hotel. Manger took care of our issues and was very professional. All the staff was knowledgeable and gave us directions when needed. Hotel also has a laundry room. We will stay here again.

Staff is great here. So helpful and you can tell they mean well. They run around to take care of you. I am sure like everwhere they are short staff too. It was my first time here and will recommend this hotel .

What a great and clean hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast is grab and go but they do serve coffee and juice. Will be back for sure. Staff is friendly and will take care of any questions you might have.

I can recommend this to anyone who is anywhere in the area of Webster TX. I've been there multiple times and have never been disappointed. Always comfortable clean well-appointed rooms and great service.

The TV and phones did not work. People were being assigned to rooms which were already booked, so you could open a room with someone already in it. Until things improve at this location, I would recommend staying somewhere else. Staff was friendly though.

Amber at the front desk was very sweet helpful and professional, she helped me out with directions on how to navigate through Webster including the restaurants in the area and the shopping mall. That girl knows her way around. Also helped me with the TV in the room wasn't for sure what happened but she came to my room to fix it. She was everything including excellent. Got me to sign up to become a Best Western Rewards member gave me the information on how the rewards work. Now I have 2 Best Western gift cards I can use in the near future. Thanks to Amber she made my stay very welcomed and enjoyable, give that lady a raise. I will return to this location.

Threadbare towels, tub didn't drain. The vinyl covered headboards were torn on both beads. Cleaning of the room was requested due to food on the floors. TV did not work due to unplugged cable behind an unmovable cabinet. Phones were out, so each time we had to go to the front desk to complain. No breakfast offered.

Enjoying the stay here at Best Western. The employees are helpful and the house keeping is very nice and pleasent. Continue with the good experience. Would like to have more television channels. Thank you for being a good hotel. Thank you for working with us. Here during the Covid-19.

Older hotel with small rooms but clean and very reasonable in price. Very friendly staff. Easy access to the freeway. Nice Mexican restaurant practically in the parking lot. Very close to a major shopping area and entertainment venues.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I really appreciate the fridge, microvave and coffe machine in the rooms. Very good mexican restaurant right next door which I would recommend. I would recommend the beef fajitas and margaritas

We are in the time of Covid, and for you to take a dirty blanket that was placed in the hallway by myself because your horrible cleaning attendance didn't clean my room for 2 days back to back!! You had the nerve to justify why you put a dirty blanket back on my bed and then had the audacity to tell me you believed your housekeeper wouldn't do that!! Why would you say, that all the designer blankets stay in the room and they aren't replaced??? Why admit to me that, no one keeps the designer blankets on the bed and all customers know not to use them? If that's how you run business, cool; but don't put an unclean spread back on the bed after it's been in the hallway overnight on the floor!!!!Your business will fail, and I will make sure to report this to Harris county, and the news station. Get rid of the manager and the Hispanic lazy, rude front desk clerk.. It's more to the job than being on your cell phone and being outside when you need to be tending to your guest . Your check in's and checkout is garbage just as well as your filthy gym that had spiders on the machines!! Please close this place down IMMEDIATELY, and I'm sure some foreigner will be sending me an email with a lame ass apology since it's a franchise.

The front desk staff do not know what customer service is very belligerent and rude.The young boy at the front desk walked in the bathroom on me when the door was locked.I will never ever be coming back there.

We were recently at this BW for an extended stay. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the General Manager helped us navigate a stressful time by helping us with our reservation and being so flexible with our dates! We would stay with this BW again just because the staff is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a good one!

Rooms are very very small.. I felt like the price of the room was so overpriced.. Would not stay with my little one ever again.. Beds are very uncomfortable.. Front desk clerks were youngsters goofing off.. Upside, great location that's about it.. Sorry but would not stay here again..

Stayed here for one night prior to going on a cruise out of Galveston. Physical parts of hotel were ok - nothing special but nothing bad either. Front desk staff totally inexperienced or have had no training. Our car was parked in the second stall from the front entrance - totally visible from the front desk. A bike was stolen from the bike rack on our car - it was locked. The hotel security film was "inconclusive" per the police. When we reported this to the front desk the gentleman there was completely confused as to what to do or who to contact. I have been trying to talk to the General Manager about this. He does return phone calls. I have called him 5 times in 4 days and no response. I have now reached out to the Best Western corporate office. They will contact the hotel. I doubt that we will ever see the bike or get any type of reimbursement but I am now more angry about the hotels - ignore it and it will go away attitude to a now former customer. Do not stay here.

Enjoyed our stay the location is extremely great, I enjoyed that part. The bathroom is small and it was a smell going into the room. Like mildew smell or something. Wifi was great. I did not partake in the breakfast.

Read other reviews and for what I paid, our stay was not bad. The water pressure works best late in the day, or during the night when not to many people are bathing. It was enough food for you to get full off of for breakfast. You are around a lot of restaurants and stores to try out.

I book rooms for our girls 14u travel softball team and this particular trip was last minute. The overall rating for this hotel was a little lower than what we normally book but at 3.9 it did not sound horrible so I went with it. I personally went through three rooms trying to find a room that did not have hair in the beds and bathrooms. The carpet in all of them looked like it was not taken care of very well and first two rooms had clumps of dirt on carpet. The front desk clerk was apologetic about the rooms not being clean. I will say that once we found a room with clean beds that it was comfortable. One member of our teams experience with the hotel and rooms was bad enough that they left and another had to change rooms once because of the room smell. Our coach stayed but no one else on the team would book. This made me feel bad for having chose this hotel. The floors in rooms and hallway (there were indentions in the hallways and the floor bounced like it was going to fall through) needs major attention. This hotel has potential if they will give it some MUCH needed TLC. Staff was friendly and handled our issues as best they could.

Stayed two nights. The first room given to us had a moldy bathroom and didn't smell fresh. The second room was better but still had mold in bathroom in some spots. The rooms need a more thorough cleaning especially the carpets. The beds were comfortable. However the overall quality of the room is poor. When the fridge cycled on the tv would blip out for a bit. The front desk was ok except for when i was charged twice for my stay. The credit card terminal stated my card was approved after I okayed the charge. Representative insisted it didn't go through bc his computer said so. I had to insert card again. I did check my credit card later and as suspected two charges. So annoying. The only good thing about this stay was the price and location. Breakfast was ok but no skim milk provided. If you pay anything over $70 you will be disappointed.

The hotel is very conveniently located, near restaurants. We stayed 18 nights, for the holidays, it was quiet long stay, considering boring and monotonous breakfast, where there was one week where it was out of yogurts and cream cheese. The pillows are very small, we had to buy our own, but of of 5, two of us did it, the other three were ok with the pillows. The reason I recommend this hotel is because of the people, the staff, from Irma, the cleaning lady who is very honest, nothing went missing, even laptops, iPads, I watch, money and documents were left in the naked eye. She cleans deeply and very kind to us. The front desk people are also very kind and made our stay wonderful. Would be come back? For sure, it is great price, great location, clean and has the most wonderful people, why not? The rooms are of an regular size but what makes this place magical is that even the kitchen people come, greet you and provide you with fruits even when the kitchen is closed, when the manager greets you every morning and asks us about our stay, recommends us places and things to do, play with my children with their Christmas toys, this is a real, cozy hotel, we now call it our second home hotel. Planning to come back very soon.

Had a reservation for roll in shower room. Got to the hotel after traveling 10 hours and they apologized that my room had not been made up that day and it was not available. They offered and upgraded room to a handicap suite. Issued keys and we unloaded and went to the room only to have the keys not work. Had to settle for non handicap suite. The room was big and bed comfortable is about all I can say about that. We left for the day and came back late and our room had not been refreshed. Next morning had to ask for fresh towels. The breakfast was cheap and unappetizing. WiFi difficult to engage. Will not stay again and will notify AAA so they can remove their recommendation.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western NASA during 3 trips so far this year Nov 2019. Front desk personnel are very attentive to the traveler needs and expectations. They are always proactive making sure everything runs smoothly. Also, as a plus there is plenty of quality restaurants at a walking distance, including a Starbucks.

Rooms was nice and clean. Was enough space for our group. Had free breakfast and as well as great WiFi. Was able to connect gamin tv system for the kids. Location was great in the area was close to many family entertainment centers. Will be using Best Western again.

When I get there no reservation. When I called a couple days before and they had it...i needed towels and they didnt have any they were washing and I never got any and I was told that I would get some house keeping walked in without knocking...the water pressure in the shower was terrible...bathroom was so small.

We are in room 207. This is a two-story hotel with interior corridors and an elevator The room is quite small and pretty compact with all of the furnishings in the room. The size of this room compares to the size of a Microtel room. The shower and toilet is in a separate area than the sink and mirror. The water pressure is atrocious! The only way to get the water pressure higher was to turn up the temperature. The room has a humidity issue. We have the air conditioner set on 67° and it still just does not handle drawing the humidity out of the room. I wish this was an air conditioner that one set on auto, would actually cycle off. The fan continues to blow even when the compressor is not engaged which, in turn dries you out. The breakfast was normal fair offerings. There was one review that said that the tables were 6 foot plastic tables and that is not the case. There are normal tables and chairs. The bed was somewhat comfortable. I woke up with a little soreness in my back this morning. We are in a king room and before taxes it was $52.79. The mattress has a full mattress protector and mattress pad. All in all we found this property to be OK. We just really have a hard time with the room being so small. If we were to take a cruise out of Galveston I'm not sure that we would stay here. The location of the hotel on Bay Area Boulevard is fantastic! Any place that you want to eat is within a 2 mile radius. There is a Lupe Tortillas in walking distance from the hotel. a good location, near to commercial centers, restaurants and the space center nasa. friendly staff, clean pool, good breakfast. the room was clean, not shining clean, though...and some of the furniture was broken. but these are only some details in an overall good stay

Hotel manager insisted on copying drivers license. We had great ID. Also BW reward card and copies of previous bills from this same facility. We felt like they treated us like a criminal. Never had this happen any place else. Poor way to treat returning guests. Don't stay there!

Really disappointed pretty much sums it up. It appears the focused only on redecorating which has been updated from the 70's exterior that wasn't touched at all. However the hallway floors are really concerning it literally feels like boards and partial of the floor is missing when you walk down the hall way. Further anyone has pool access including all the employees family members that make it extremely uncomfortable. Further they took all the pool area towels and had to use our room bath towels and when I called to the desk for shower towels I was told "well you can walk the used ones down here and I'll count them and trade them out for dry ones"... Really??? Then the "breakfast area" is 6 foot plastic folding tables that they put other people at your table and surround your family and have loud conversations around you. Totally unacceptable - I won't be back.

If you are looking for a clean comfortable room for a great rate, this is it. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The free full breakfast was nice. The location is close to many of the Bay Area's hot spots. We have stayed here twice (4 days total) and definitely will stay here on our next trip to Houston.

The bare minimum a hotel must provide is a place to sleep, and after arriving exhausted from a day on the beach I was still unable to sleep because of the incessant noise. The walls are paper thin and the doors have a 1” gap all the way around, so you hear EVERYTHING that happens throughout the whole hallway. They put a public restroom right next to other rooms and all you hear is that door slamming through the whole night. You hear the ice machine, you hear the crowd in the fitness center, you hear every footstep like they were inside your room. I paid a hundred dollars to get 4 separate hours of sleep when I was planning on being well rested for a day on the boardwalk. Best Western hotels are supposed to be much nicer than this; this isn't worth 1/3 of its price.

The hotel overview including the design of the lobby looks good! However, it is only a façade. The floor in our bedroom has not been vacuumed or mopped! The beds are not Queen beds but full. My back hurts as it was very tight for my husband and me to sleep on. The room is too small for all that furniture and the bathroom door is hitting the toilet when you try to close it! Resulting in a lot of elbow and knee bruising! The reason for us choosing this hotel was first the location to NASA. It is 8 miles (10 miles) which was acceptable and easy to find from the hotel. The second one is the amenities of the hotel Free Breakfast, pool and Fitness center. Breakfast is average, The pool water was so cloudy that we were not able to use it! (They also closed the pool for a few hours for maintenance! It was still cloudy!) The fitness room has not been vacuumed for a while and the Treadmill is not in working order. We Travel a lot and I thought we would be safe going to a Best Western! I was wrong! I would think twice about booking a Best Western again!

The property is well kept and the staff was knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with, My only complaint is that the bed was pretty hard. I prefer to stay on the mainland when I'm in that region and the Best Western is not too far from the island and Kemah is a very short drive. They have a free hot breakfast that was pretty tasty.

Room was dirty. Management is horrible. Food was undercooked for breakfast. No towels in pool area. Staff is horrible. They limit how many towels you can have. We had 4 people and were only allowed 3 towels per day for the room. Rooms were so small you couldn't move around without stepping to side to let someone pass. Sheets and pillows had make-up on them.

Stayed in a first floor king room (not a suite) which was fairly quiet even with the outdoor pool located just a short distance away outside from our room. Although the eating area is not very big, the breakfast is great with biscuits and sausage gravy in addition to the usual BW fare.

Property was nice, lobby was clean and up to date. Our room was outdated and kinda run down. 10 minutes from NASA and shopping/dining very close. Employees are friendly and the check-in/out process is super easy.

Great friendly staff very helpfull, great location around resturants. Great room service,here is service with a smile. My next visit to this area , Best Western is where we will stay. Our thrity-eighth was a enjoyable stay.

This was a terrible experience arriving at this hotel Man on reception duty was not interested he had another person trying to solve a problem with their booking talking on the phone loudly while talking to us and stating we had cancelled our booking which we had not we had a printed receipt but he was not interested in solving the problem. We had to pay again then try to sort out a refund. He should not have been on reception as he had no idea of good customer service. and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the Webster location as it was only a few miles from NASA and 30 minute drive to Galveston Island. The standard room has 2 double beds which are a little small. The bathroom was tiny. But the room was clean and location was fantastic.

This hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled several times. The 2nd floor hallway, is a trip hazard as the floorboards are weak in some spots. The hotel lobby fish tank was smelly and needed a good cleaning. The king size bed was very comfortable. The low water pressure in the shower was disappointing. Overall the stay was average, the location is a plus; close to shopping and popular eats.

We spent a weekend here and it was great! It was clean and certainly comfortable. It's at walking distance to a few restaurants. We stayed in the suite; good choice for family with kids. It had a nice living area, bedroom and nice bathroom. Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Nice selection and also had a waffle station!

We were very pleased with our room and with the staff at this hotel. You can't beat the price and great location. The full breakfast buffet was a nice perk. The room was a little small, but was still very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

For the price, this hotel's value was very good. The room is a little on the small side, but for $81, I can deal with it. The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast the next morning was nice. Plenty of coffee, danish, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, walnuts, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc...Front desk personnel was friendly and efficient. Also, it's only a couple of blocks off I-45.

Arrived late at night, lady at the front desk made it a speedy check-in which was very appreciated. Breakfast was very good, could have used more variety. Rooms were great no problems. It also helped that it was a non smoking hotel. My friend and i have asthma, so that really helped. In all we had no problems at the hotel.

Our room was so small! It was my fault for not checking on the sz of the beds. They were full, and I assumed like most hotels a room with two beds had king size beds. The room had these two beds, a desk, a tv, fridge, armoire, and it was all way too much to fit in that room. There was maybe a foot betwee the beds and about 2 feet betwee the walls on both sides and about a foot in front of the beds to walk through. The sink was not inside the bathroom which is fine but both the sink and bathroom were one person areas. There was 6 of us.. the room should not have been listed as able to sleep 6 people. Extremely too small.

It was our first time to stay in Best Western Hotel. My family liked it very much. The price is worthy. The quality of room and service is great. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and very warm and friendly reception in the front desk.

The Hotel is conveniently located by the freeway 45, half way between Houston downtown and the seaside town of Galveston. Only 10m drive to the SpaceCenter! Pretty good breakfast, fridge+microwave in the Room.

We chose this hotel as it was quite conveniently located for trips to NASA as well as Galveston and the museum district of Houston where we visited the Houston Zoo and the Museum of Natural History. There was easy access to I-45 going north or south plus a big mall close by for shopping but far enough from the interstate to be quiet.

Marika, the desk clerk was wonderful. She helped me sort out the laundry, the doors and where to have dinner. (Mexican place adjacent to property was delish) Comfortable room. Quiet room even it was a hike to the lobby. Would stay again. Easy access to Johnson Space Center.

I had a king bed in a regular room. The bed was huge and had about 6 pillows on it. It was comfy enough. The room also has a wardrobe in it. A microwave and small fridge is in the room too. A desk and a small sofa type chair and ottoman also. The sink area is small. When I used the hair dryer my elbow would brush against the light switch and turn the light off. The lighting above the skin is atrocious but I've come to find that it's like that in most hotels. The lighting is horrible for when you apply your makeup. The ac/heater unit did make a weird noise when it would shut off. There's a workout area and a computer you can use in the lobby. There's also a nice pool. The location is amazing though if you love to shop or eat. There's a mall across the highway and many other shops and restaurants.Space Center Houston isn't too far.

We stay at this hotel about twice a year. It's quiet and comfortable. The people who work here are really nice and try to please. It's older, but has been redone. Clean rooms, hot breakfast. We have stayed in other hotels along the way to Galveston and keep coming back to this one.

We only had a weekend for our trip since I had to work on Monday, but we really made the time count. My husband wanted to go to NASA so we got there mid day for a short tour, then over to our hotel room. We tend to stay at Best Westerns because of all the amenities they offer and their convenience to our locations we are visiting. The desk ladies (both shifts) were very sweet and personable. I was surprised, though, at how small the lobby was and that the breakfast area kind of overflowed right into the lobby. When we went down for breakfast the next morning, there weren't enough tables for all the people so we went into the lounge area to eat. The food was good, though I do not recommend the pancakes. Our room was too small for a table so only had the desk and a lounge chair in it. The bathroom was nice but no kleenex! I do recommend the hotel but won't give it my highest rating.

Well priced, clean rooms nice linen. Only 10 mins drive to NASA. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Front counter very helpful and friendly and have great advice as to where to eat or get a cold beer. Highly recommend this property

The hotel is very well situated near many dining facilities, and the work environment.The rooms are very small, fora Best Western Hotel, which bring my value of the property down. Despite the Location and service, spacious rooms today are a must.The beds are comfortable, and plenty of pillows, the walls are a bit too thin and you can hear practically everything down the hallway.Breakfast was a plus, they had plenty of options.

Very friendly staff, fastest check in ever! Very comfortable bed. My only complaint is the breakfast area is so small and only one highchair that we saw the 3 nights we stayed. Had to wait around for people to finish up their talking and coffee drinking to sit our child in a highchair at a table. Couldn't sit her at the bar was too high for the highchair. All 3 days tried different times still had to wait. Other than that great hotel!!

I would recommend this little place because the service the staff offers is amazing. The rooms are okay, small, then again it's just to sleep and get ready. I'd like to see the hotel change the carpet in the rooms and hallways. They have recently added more options to their breakfast which was nice to see. Internet is fine.

The hotel is nice and up to date. The rooms and breakfast area are small. I wish the pool had been clean but it was gross and neither myself or my two year old wanted to get in. Also, the room I was in didn't have a closet but there was a wardrobe.

We stayed at this location and was very satisfied with our stay. The Manager at this location is wonderful and very kind. We had an issue with our AC unit and the manager was on the spot to fix it to make us comfortable. The breakfast is also great. The rooms are very clean and nice. We would stay here again!

This is an excellent facility. Clean, quiet & an excellent breakfast with fresh, hot items. Great value for the location. Only 30 minutes to the beach and close to many other sites such as NASA & Kemah Boardwalk. Right off the interstate, close to shopping & a variety of restaurants.

Hotel was great and a great value for the price I paid! Their breakfast is awesome! There are so many choices. They even had hot sauces and seasonings to pick from for the eggs and sausage. Also a yogurt machine with blueberries and granola to add. It was a little cramped during Saturday morning, but overall it was really nice. I will be staying again when i'm back in the area.

Our stay at the BW Webster was a mixed experience. Check in was quick and we were assigned room 122. Room itself was a bit tired but clean. One of the quirks was the sink in the main room and not inside the bathroom. Free WiFi which was intermitent on the 1st day but worked well thereafter. Beds comfy but A/c too close to one of the 2 we had in the room so was hard to sleep without the draught right on you. Walls paper thin so could hear all the other guests even late at night. Proximity to a door and the ice machine made it worse. Breakfast was a good spread with hot and cold options. Limited seating but guests were taking food to the room. All in all was an ok experience. With so many other options around might consider one if those when next in the area. Still not bad for a couple of nights if visiting NASA space centre.

Worst experience. I mistakenly booked the hotel, but as my friend's family had some problem, we could not make the trip and I cancelled the booking immediately. Hotel managers are so cheap that they didn't refunded the amount.

This hotel is definitely older dont expect your BW standards here. Staff is the best thing you'll during your stay. Rooms are small but clean and efficient. Rates were good Nd value was there. Hotel could use carpet and bed replacement, and a good new look. The staff treated us with great respect because we were VIP members, so that was a plus! I would recommend only if your expectations are re not high.

I'm more so disappointed with myself being I base alot off reviews, however my wife wanted to stay closer to family so I booked the suite, mgnmt was nice upon check in, he showed me rooms mind you only 2 suites on the premises. Excuse me for wanting what was pictured, that's what gave the push to reserve. Our first night we did alot of running around to prepare for the wedding we were attending, so with that being said we got to our room later that evening the room was literally 95 degrees. Ac unit went out. I didn't sleep at all, we're already in Houston its hot! Real meaning of"Houston we got a problem"! I called down to front desk explained problem to the young lady, she came right away. She reset the unit she also agreed it was Uncomfortably hot, and if that doesn't work get back with her. I actually walked down BC I was able to catch a breeze in the hallway, to not only tell her it's still not working but to see if we can be moved. Of course there was nothing she could do, all rooms were booked. I'm at the point I wanted my money back so we could go elsewhere for comfortability. I was informed to contact Vic, which I did via email being he was nice upon check in. Well that has been over a week with no response. We also left a pretty important throw blanket I was trying to get returned home. NO REPLIES! Then you really want people to be honest? Very disappointed. What I will say is the breakfast was nice, staff were great. Management can assist customers in a timely fashion so this place can live up to its name. Never well I book again. Room wasn't too bad, some patchwork but its an older building. I guess so was the ac.

Worst Best Western we've ever stayed at (and we're BW Rewards Members). Stay Away! Avoid! The start was bad and then it got worse. Indifferent staff, tiny tiny poorly-designed rooms, bad furniture, bad kitchen staff. Staff doesn't know how to explain Express Check-out. Guest printer always out of black ink. If you must stay avoid Room #122-(next to the noisy ice machine) which the dislike-customer staff will try to give you. The bath/oilet room so tiny you have to contort to get the door shut. The bed frames are for Calif kings so in Queen room the mattress keepers stick out like stilettos. Lazy kitchen staff cooks all bacon/omelets at 7am, never replaces, so top items get cold and bottom items get overcooked. This motel should be a Motel 6. My wife and I would not stay here again even if they paid us. Because smart people stay away plenty of parking, and because the rooms are so tiny the a/c works fine.

Good bed, hot water, good breakfast but the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. It was set on 60 and it stopped putting cold air into the room and it was just hot air coming out. I opted to stay in the room because waking hubby and moving at 2 a.m. would have ticked him off.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Space Center. It is indeed mightly close. The rooms are clean, the bed is good and the front desk staff was very friendly. The main lobby has been fixed up quite nicely, however, the rooms could use a little TLC. We found the counter in the bathroom very small. Other than that, it was a reasonable price. I would be remiss if I did not mention the fact we saw a cockroach in the back hallway of the hotel. This is not to say the place is infested, as I believe the perimeter has been sprayed and I think they die once they cross it. Just let me say I was glad we were checking out when we noticed it. There were no cockroaches in our room. Please check out the beautiful Mexican restaurant next door, the margaritas are amazing.

Excellent location, very near to NASA. I stayed here since it was mid of Galveston and Houston downtown. Clean rooms, and excellent bed. Breakfast is better than Hilton's so surely loved it. Internet was fast and I was able to use the business center effectively as well.

Away from the city nd with easy access to NASA and Kemah boardwalk. Galveston can be reached easily from this. Target and Walmart nearby. Friendly staff and reasonably okay breakfast. Free parking and WiFi

We arrived 3 hours late from the west coast at 11PM. Needing a late dinner the desk lady suggested Buffalo Wild Wings two blocks away serving till 1AM. A great meal and then we checked into our spotless room. Even the TV remote had been sanitized and placed in a glove. The well equipped room had, coffee maker, hair dryer, refrig, microwave, writing desk with lots of plugs, wi fi, and lounge chair. Bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Breakfast with every thing. Waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal. danish, toast, juices, coffee and even expresso. We could not ask for more.

Didn't make expectations for a Best Western internet was slow or none existing at times. Location was good but dining area is small and workers never replenish food items and can't be found to complain but be sure they will come out of know where to shut down. Very rude and had a bad attitude.

Got a room on 2nd floor, elevator out of order! Was told mechanical problem, not their problem. Soda machines out of order was told if I'd used exact change might have worked. Basically everything I had problems with too bad & the best they could do was 10% discount. Not happy.

First of all, the young man at the reception area was very nice but not prepared to answer simple questions from guests: closest supermarket, how far from Hobby airport, etc. Unbelievable in this day and age! As a service industry employee he should be somewhat prepared and do some simple research to go the extra mile to be prepared in your profession (temporary or not!) Next, the hotel has a card reader past the pool area (center door entry)to get to rooms which isn't functioning. Receptionist did mention that but company should address the malfunction. Next room 227 stunk of cigarette smoke. For God's sake, what are the housekeepers doing? Unless they have no sense of smell they're absolutely useless. When we got into the 2nd room (239) the carpet in the new room had specks of debris, the room didn't smell like smoke but mildew, the bathroom has an elongated toilet and the entry door doesn't open/close freely, the ceiling: one hole, 3 screw pop throughs and a poorly done rectangle patch, & the walls are scraped, dented, scuffed and patched. This is a disappointment. Don't stay here unless you have low expectations! A/C works good. Ok, 2 steps above dump status!

Stayed here a year or so ago. It was nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and had a good rest. We like this hotel cause it is close to everything. It is in front of a Mexican Restaurant where we enjoy eating.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. The hotel is always clean and well kept. There is a Mexican Restruant in walking distance and the food is fabulous. You can have some drinks and walk back to your room. We love this place.

Person at front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable in what she was doing. Slept in a king size bed, very comfortable, room was very clean, plenty of pillows, towels, coffee etc. This is our second year in going there, and will return again.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The food however was presented nicely but bacon was a little greasy. The selection was limited to: eggs, bacon, cereal, pastries, yogurt and waffles.

While this BW is definitely "no frills," it is very modest in price and is clean, with comfortable beds. There is nothing IN the Webster area EXCEPT NASA, so any hotel, in essence, is a place to rest your head before and after visiting that excellent space center. VERY reasonable price for what we got. I would stay there again if going back to the NASA Space Center.

It appears the property was recently renovated. Only "quirk"....looks like bathroom previously had round toilet and now has elongated. There is a strange cut-out in the door to allow it to close. Staff very nice....breakfast good. We stayed night prior to leaving on a cruise from Galveston. Convenient to highway, many restaurants, mall and other shopping.

I've been a club member and faithful to BW for years. I had the worst experience I've ever had at this BW. The place is nasty. The AIR either FROZE US or ROASTED US! There was no way to regulate it. So, i got SICK right before a cruise due to the AIR UNIT! The front desk acted like they could care LESS! Offered not even an APOLOGY. Promised the manager would call. NEVER DID! I left the manager a MESSAGE. Never returned. KEEP DRIVING & FIND something ELSE!! Plus over priced!!

The pictures in the web site doesn't make justice when you arrive . We saw big Cockroaches in the room , the entire building smell like humidity and old, second floor hallway feels uneven and loose. Sheets on the bed was really old

I had a comfortable stay and the location is close to everything. I will stay here again in the future. I stay in Houston before, but this was a good place because of the ease of walking to just about everything.

Close to NASA. We wanted to get up early. Slept well. Pillows a bit small. No bedbugs. Breakfast was adequate. Fellow traveler said great coffee. The freezer compartment of the in room refrigerator did not freeze.

Was ok I was there for a work assignment for 2 days and I decided to stay overnight. The room was excellent, they checkin staff could have been a lot more professional and not so rude about the process.

Front counter check in clerk (Monica) was very helpful in accommodating me with an AARP room discount. I told her that I travel there about once a month to visit my mother in a nursing home. She encouraged me to always check BW for discounts.

This is a decent hotel for the price but a small hotel. The rooms are not average size. Which is not a problem as long as you know in advance. It is a clean hotel with a very friendly staff. It's located between Houston and Galveston so you are only a 30 minute drive from the city or the beach and far enough away that you don't pay tourist prices.

Excellent staff, very clean place to stay. Was there on a business, and really enjoyed my stay. The staff seemed to go out there way for you. good location also, plenty of stores and restaurants around.

Everything was clean; staff was friendly; price was good. What else can you ask for? It is a nice stopping point to spend the night before catching a cruise in Galveston. Mexican restaurant next door is excellent.

Upon entering the hotel, the appearance was very nice and the greeting was warm and friendly. The room the well decorated; however the odor was not very nice. I went by Kirklands to pick up some air freshener. All went well that night in spite of having to kill one small roach. No I didn't report it, I know wherever people sleep and eat there will be roaches especially in South Texas. Could not get the bath tub faucet to work one morning, reported it to the front desk and a repair person came within 20 minutes and completed repairs, it lasted a day and by the next morning it was broken again. The iron was an issue as well, reported it, but never received a replacement. I used my sister's from another room.

This hotel is located about a 7 minute drive from the parking at the Space Centre Houston. We booked a suite which consisted of a king bed, sofa, chair, table and desk. The room was clean and large. Breakfast was included and consisted of sausage patties, egg, cereal, yoghurt, a waffle maker and some bananas. There is not much space to sit so timing is a consideration. The receptionist was okay, did feel a little bit like we were inconveniencing her when I asked a question, and did not feel very welcomed. There is parking available, free outside. There is a smaller than average pool, which was warm. If I came to this area again I would probably look at an alternative.

On a road trip to Houston this hotel came up as being near the Space Center. Indeed it is only a few mins drive 15 max. I would say a very average hotel nothing too special. The receptionist was quite cold and didn't really offer up much information when asked. Our room was average, clean and indeed comfortable. There is a small swimming pool which is warm. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Breakfast was very strange a limited choice and there are very few tables for the number of rooms/ guests and if you are not careful will find yourself standing for breakfast. Certainly a lot of families at the hotel being near to NASA Space Center. If ever travel to this area again would probably seek alternatives.

Nice place, clean. Rooms are pretty small but sufficient for an overnight. Nicely decorated. Wifi worked well. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. A good place to stay, just not spacious, which for us was fine.

Really the only complaint I have about the hotel is the size of the rooms. They are a little small and cramped for two beds. Everything else is fantastic for all the places that we were interested in were nearby, hence the reason for choosing this location!

From the back to front very clean, the host was very nice and helpful, and very well groomed, the bed was comfortable, I just love to stay her when I'm in this area, they have the best restaurant right behind the hotel, I just loved the this place

Great stay. Nice, friendly staff and good room. Lupe Tortilla walking distance from the parking lot. I will be staying again! The front desk staff helped us check traffic toward pier to avoid delays. Room was clean and comfortable.

What I like about it is that it's not one of the larger Best Westerns I've stayed at. In a way, from the lobby it's looks like an upgraded Rodeway Inn. That part is not appealing. The drink refrigerator is rather empty. I'm usually never there for breakfast but it may be nice. What I like is that it's just a nice hidden place where I can disappear from the world and relax.

Not sure why but our room was never cleaned and management did not seem to concerned. First day do not disturb sign on but remived before 11am. Hotel policy states 1pm to allow house keeping to service. 2nd day stopped at desk to retrieve some stuff and inquired about room cleaned and desk person checked and noted yes it was. To our dismay upon entering our room it was still not cleaned. 2nd evening we are exchanging wet towels for dry ones. House keeping did come by on our checkout day around 930am???? To clean!!! We told her we were checking out. The desk personnel were very kind but the manager seemed rather indifferent and compensation was measly. The hotel itself was fine easy to get to. Breakfast ok, gentleman at breakfast very helpful. Room size ok bathroom very small. Our door rubbed against the toilet closing the door.

The inside of the room lacked professional maintenance. The bed and linens were handled well. the a/c unit did not seem to be able to keep up with the humidity. However, the breakfast was a very good experience due primarily to the breakfast attendant, Carlos. He was exceptional. Food was very good!

You like three different options to make waffles! Mini-waffles, Texas shaped waffles or one big waffle. Yum!!! You like a good location on a main road in Webster, TX, and the hotel is situated next to Lupe Tortilla that wafts cooked fajitas in the air. You have children and don't mind the crowded breakfast area, noise from the pool at night and minimalist dated rooms. You like a clean hotel that accepts pets and doesn't smell like a pet groomers office. You have stayed at a Best Western before and know what to expect. After all....this one is not located in the West....hmmmm.

This is definitely value for money. Staff were very friendly and very helpful, in particular, Carlos at the breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable and rooms were well equipped! Definitely recommend staying here.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I also really liked the deco. It had a very Nasa feel to it. Silver accents. It was also very clean and comfortable. The bed was great. I had been driving around 7 hours and I really needed a good rest like that!

The helpful, professional staff prepared for our stay and confirmed through their actions our selection at each opportunity. The room was amply furnished, the location was easy to find, and the breakfast was wonderful. It met our every need.

Hard old towel in shower apparently housekeeper overlooked on curtain rod. It was like a towel that was wet and left to hang on Curtian rod but was not removed .i was not happy called downstairs to report it

The hotel is lovely starting right from the lobby, which is large and nicely decorated. The rooms are much bigger than I thought they would be, really small suites with sofa beds, refrigerators, and microwaves. The bed was pretty comfortable. The TV worked well with Direct TV and wifi was free. Breakfast was great - eggs and sausage, a variety of breads and pastries, make-your-own waffles, a selection of juices, and coffee. The kids loved the pool. Now, this isn't the Ritz. The A/C was a little loud and the palm trees outside the window need to be trimmed. It was windy and it scraped often and loudly against the wall. The water pressure is not great in the shower. The toiletries provided are nice, but not replaced daily (I like to collect them for our church homeless program!). Still, none of these elements detracted from our stay. I highly recommend if you are in the Space Center/Houston/Galveston area.

I was warmly greeted. Bed was amazing and service was top notch. Manager was extremely professional and polite. The staff was so accommodating, I had a headache and did not have cash on hand they even brought me Tylenol and toothpaste to my room.

Walked into our room after we checked in and there were dirty used underwear with a maxi padin them hanging from the back of the bathroom door. I went to the front desk to see if I could speak to a manager and they said she was not in but they took a message and said she would contact me no later than 10am today. I called back at noon after I hadn't received an call and the young lady at the front desk said there was no manager on site today and she could have her call me tomorrow. I told her that I was told that yesterday and I really needed to speak with a manager about the situation. She was very rude and told me I just needed to tell her why I needed to speak to a manger, when I told her she very sarcastically said sorry but there was no manager to help me. I told her I would be sure to write a review about the experience and to have the manager call tomorrow. She then said that's fine and hung up on me without getting my name or room number. I'm not sure how a manager is supposed to call me when the girl that answered the phone didn't take my info. I will not be back to this property and I will be contacting their corporate office.

Odors from AC unit made eyes itchy and sore. Our breakfast server was very nice. Pool was only open til 9, would have been nicer if it stayed open longer. Location was good, close to everything. Stayed while going to Galveston. Good value.

Great location for visiting NASA. Local restaurants close by. Good breakfast with attentive staff but be careful. Because of free breakfast sometimes itinerants wander in. More security on front door would help stop this. Unfortunately I had money stolen from my purse and had to call the police. The hotel manager and other staff were amazing. They spent ages watching the cctv and eventually the suspect was seen taking my money. The police knew him. I did not get my money back but cannot fault hotel for that. I also had a problem with an on going booking and staff on reception sorted it all out for me. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped.

The man Employee who was working in the breakfast area , was great ! Friendly and very helpful too ! The food was great too . Very Clean remodeled room and the bed was very comfortable. Good location off I-45 . But they do need a new BW sign outside

We stayed here the night before our cruise from Galveston, and had booked a night for after our cruise. This is an old hotel that has new furniture and fixtures, so the room and bathroom are small. The first night we were not thrilled with our room for a couple of reasons: AC unit is too close to bed so cold air blows over you, we had an accessible room which we had not requested, the internet was terrible. Our second stay was better (I requested a different room). We arrived early and the front desk staff got us into a room as quickly as she could (much appreciated!) even though we were happy to wait in the front lobby. Breakfast is good, lots of choices, and breakfast staff is very friendly. We had an issue with our bill but it was corrected as soon as I advised them of the error. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Do Not Stay Here...they will Scam You!!!!! I am very unhappy with a recent stay I had Monday Night at  your Best Western Nasa Hotel. First of all, the staff very very rude and accused one the the persons I was with of smoking in the room.  THERE WAS NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  She was a very rude woman and if she is your manager, you might want to find a better qualified person that can deal with people on a better level. Upon checking out...the employee at the desk could not give me a recepit of my bill...I asked why and he said...the computer was down.  I said I would wait and he assured me that he would email my receipt. My stay was Monday 11/15 to Tuesday 11/15.   I never got my receipt for the two rooms I rented. Upon checking my banking statement, I came across a free from this hotel not only for the rooms rented, but another $150.00 they charged me for some bogus claim of smoking in one of their rooms!!!!  As I mentioned.  THERE WAS NO SMOKING...and I had to call back to request a receipt and ask why  I was charged this bogus charge. I am very displeased and I can assure you I will NEVER stay at another Best Westen again.

I love the decor. The room was a tad bit small, but doable for one night we had planned. The beds were a little hard, but not to bad because I did sleep. The room was very well decorated. I loved the breakfast choices for diabetics - fresh fruit, sunny side up eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, I was in HEAVEN! I will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Low rates for our pre cruise stop. Rooms ok for the night, could use some updates. Hotel is busy and breakfast was so crowded we couldn't find a spot to sit. Favorite part of the hotel is the Tex Mex restaurant behind it. Go its amazing.

The woman who checked us in was very helpful. She told us how to get where we wanted to go. Her suggestion of a place to eat dinner was excellent. We wish we could have arrived earlier in the day to take advantage of things around us.

Great stay at this hotel after a trip to NASA. Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Had a wide variety of options for breakfast. Waffles were a favorite with the kids. Overall a great visit and will return if we're ever back in Webster

I didn't realize that best westerns are not corporate owned but are franchises because I have stayed at other best westerners and this is the worst. I didn't want to lose my money,so I was stuck for the few days I had booked but lesson learned. For one the look of it from outside tells you that the name should be changed to super 8 motel, that way people will not even bother. Secondly the manager and her stuff needs an upgrade, that is not what you want to look at or talk to when you are in a hotel. Thirdly the hallway and room stunk. I saw a big roach the first night and the last night. It attracts the junkies of society,so the environment was not friendly. Free breakfast not all that and sitting area leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is not as good either. All in all, the name needs to be changed, this does not reflect best western

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, what I like the most of my stay here was the restaurants very close, the service I received was excellent. The front desk people were very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast. And the location is great!!!

Very pleasant stay and enjoyed the weekend. It was my husband's birthday and we decided to head toward Galveston, but stayed in Webster instead. Had a great time and will return soon. Will let other people know of this hotel and it would be a nice place to stay.

DO NOT Book a room at any Best Western. They are a bunch of Crooks. I called the day before to cancel my reservation and they still charged me credit card. I called to tell them I had canceled, but the man said I did not need a Cancel Confirmation #. I told them it was a gentleman, they said not man was working the evening I know it was a man. I will tell all my family and friends to Never stay at the Best Western in Webster. I guess giving me my $94.00 in credit would throw them into bankrupt.

Fantastic location, fantastic customer service , neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The manager Monica has an excellent staff very close to Kemah and Galveston . Kendra and Candice the front desk were absolutely wonderful making time to help us out

Everything was good for the most part. Room was clean. There were some marks on the wall that could have been cleaned up. Breakfast was good but nowhere to sit with all the people staying. I would stay there again.

Me, wife and my 2 boys stayed here the night before getting on cruise ship in Galveston. Checked in , brought luggage up and went out to eat. Upon returning to room,we were greeting by a giant cockroach, then 3 minutes later another on the headboard. Went to front desk and the nice girl gave us another room (literally the farthest room in the hotel from the lobby. So my family proceeds to move all our belongings to the new room which doesn't have a working TV. By this time it was after 11pm and we needed to get to bed. Checked out and the clerk said he couldn't do anything but to have the manager call me. 9 days later and 2 more calls to hotel and still no call.

Have stayed at this particular motel on several occasions on our way to Galveston to catch a cruise. Easy location for night's rest prior to boarding and convenient location for early arrival. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Computer for e-mails and good, hot breakfast to start the day.

Well where to start, first impression was good at the check in Room was clean & tidy, but wait the noise from the other guests Was horrendous and we are talking about 9.45pm ,it took the night manger over 30 mins to get some order. We had just arrived after a 12 hr flight so we're a bit frayed around the edges. The next problem was the Internet very very slow and hard to login to, asked one of the staff if they could look into the issues, but it didn't get any better. Other wise it was pleasant say. Check out was smooth. Breakfast was OK

Stain on sheet, holes in wall, bad patchwork on the bottom of the walls. I also found hair in the bed. These rooms need a total makeover. Pics on website deceiving. A one or 2 star hotel at most. Not worth the $. I left after an hour to a different hotel. Girl working front desk not very friendly either.

Hotel was very clean & newly renovated. Room smelled like mildew & pool was not clean, was very foggy, but we went swim at a friend's hotel anyways. Had to ask 3 times for bigger pillows, as our room only came with small throw pillows. My biggest issue was the bed & pillows were covered in hair when we got there... Disgusting. Overall, hotel was very clean & we would stay again (but bring your own sheets/pillows)!!! The drive to Kemah was only 20 minutes & the drive to Galveston was about 40 minutes! It was perfect for the price!

Rooms are small and really small bathroom. Only stayed one night, but slept well. Seemed well kept. It was an older hotel that had been remodeled. Price was good next to Lupe's Mexican Restaurant. Offered hot breakfast which was good.

As other reviewers said: room is small, rest room extra small. But clean bed so if you only come to stay 1 night like us; then it's ok. But make sure you pay more hopefully get bigger room. I stayed here because I am visiting friends across the street (Senior Apartments).

Had to stay the night while waiting for a surgery patient. The price is right at under 70 a night and its walking distance to the medical facility. The room was fine but the mattress needs to be replaced. There is breakfast included and Wi-Fi. The ruin also has a nice size fridge and microwave that was clean. The front desk gentleman was courteous. There's an indoor pool but i didn't have time to use any amenities. I would stay here again if i needed to basically sleep in a bed. Not fancy but it gets the job done and you don't feel like you're at a roach motel.

The room and bathroom were very tiny and had a terrible atmosphere. The overall feel was compared to a dorm room or possibly even somewhere that you would be court ordered to stay. I immediately regretted my decision to stay here with my wife when we walked in. They had made attempts to update but the lighting was poor throughout and the bathroom was the small and cramped! Luckily, we only stayed one night. The staff was okay, but I could tell that even they didn't seem too excited about working there. I have stayed at many Best Westerns that were very nice, but I have never been so let down as this time. Not to sound mean, but I will never stay at this hotel again. Thanks!

We were in Webster for a wedding so we just stayed one night. The hotel was clean, with comfortable beds. The pillow was not the most comfortable but tolerable. The Sunday morning breakfast was better than average for this type of hotel. It was a hot breakfast and plentiful. The only problem was that the fire alarm went off at 6:15 a.m. Sunday morning and the Webster fire department showed up quickly. It was a false alarm, but it was a pain.

Excellent from before arrival to checkout. With all the flooding, road construction, etc in Houston, I got lost. Staff gave me excellent directions to the hotel and could not have asked for or found a more helpful, courteous staff in any hotel. Will be my go to hotel from now on in Houston area. Road construction minor annoyance but staff, hotel, room, service are all A+++. Give them a try. Quiet, clean, nice room, great bed, pleasant helpful staff.

Just stayed one night...and not bad. My room had an old musky smell, but sprayed lots of air freshner...lol. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Other than that I think I would return again.

We had an incident where our luggage got stuck inside the elevator and the doors would not open. We understand it is a technical problem, but the way the person in the front desk dealt with the situation was horrible. She never approach us to explain how the hotel would fix the issue, she ignored us all the time, we had to follow her around the lobby and demand a solution and explanation. She told us she did everything that she could....just called "someone" and wait to show up..... annnnnd I haven't mentioned it happened at 1 am in the morning of a Sunday!!!! we were tired, we just wanted to go to sleep....we would be leaving the hotel at 8 am to continue our travel, but how can we get some rest if the person in charge of the hotel were so careless/indifferent about our situation. Finally another woman arrived at the hotel even with a worst attitude than the first one, she found out the switches to reset the elevator and then the doors opened (around 4 am). Once we got our luggage we approached the front desk and we told her that at least we deserve an apology for all the inconvenience caused by the elevator and she told us " in the contrary, you have to thank me for getting your stuff". We were really angry and disappointed for the way the hotel staff treated us. Is it to difficult to have a person with common sense working the front desk??? someone with customer services skills??? Who could simply say: "Don't worry everything is going to be fine, we will find a way to get your luggage before your leaving" and of course do it. Instead, what I see, is a staff that is not prepared for unexpected situation and where the customer is the last priority.

This hotel is ideally located if you are going visit the Space Centre. The hotel room was very cramped and exceptionally dirty. The light switches were filthy, the bathroom dirty and very cramped, the floor had food and dust on it and the walls had stains. It made us feel quite sick. The only saving grace about this hotel was the breakfast which was good.

The main issue here is the cleanliness. We found hairs everywhere and it was very obvious the bathroom floor had not been washed as there was rubbish that was not ours. The air conditioner blew so hard into the beds, it kept is awake. Also, there was an ice dispenser going off all morning from the early hours - suspect it was a bus load of people filling their chiller bins. The bathroom was far too small with the door almost touching the toilet, and the plug hole was full of prior guests hair. The breakfast was edible, however we have felt quite sick since eating the waffles. Breakfast staff lingered behind us when we were making our breakfast wanting to re stock knives, forks etc; rushing us along when there were plenty of stock and over flowing bins which were better off been attended to. The lady we had for check in was more interested in her lip gloss than providing customer service, however the morning guy Bobby and another lady who helped us out with the laundry were lovely. Just want future guests to be aware that the lobby and photos are deceiving and although convenient for NASA, this was a terrible experience for us.

First of all, they make an un authorized copy of your ID! They can not answer why or won't destroy the copy, now the clerks and hotel have your home address! I'm a Best Western club member, all of my information is stored there, why does the hotel need a copy of your drivers license? I've never had this before! Why so much distrust? Second, the "front desk" called my room at near midnight because there was a problem with "paperwork"! With automated reservation systems in place for well over 20 years, why do they have to call and wake you up close to midnight? My guess is they are fishing to see if you are in your room, then conveniently enter to rummage through your things and take what they like. I'm not sure of the theft at this hotel, but it's obvious that the management is part of it! I WILL NEVER stay here again, such and un professional and ghetto place! They have no idea how to treat the paying public that has plenty of hotel options. Holiday Inn gets my business!

We spent two nights here so we could visit Houston Space attractions, which are very close by. Our room was clean and comfortable and the office staff treated us as friends. Great value for your money here. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were going to stay there last week, but we had to check out immediately upon arrival. We walked in the room and noticed roaches crawling in and out of the dresser drawers. My husband immediately took our belongings back to the car while I checked out. The front desk lady explained to us that they just sprayed and that's why the little critters were probably coming out. The front desk lady (sorry I forgot her name) was extremely nice and we received great customer service, however I couldn't stay with roaches. I usually don't write reviews, but I just wanted other travelers to be aware!

Hotel is not new anymore, but rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. Showers worked and plenty of warm water + pressure. Clean and nice towels, and comfortable beds. WiFi worked without problems. One of the nights with hotel at Full occupancy, there was a bit of a lag, but it came back. We had 5 units running in our room, some streaming netflix without any problems. Pool looked clean, although the 50 deg weather kept us from it :-) Service from the staff was really good and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is nice; bread, jams, cheese, cereal, waffles (bake yourself), coffee tea juice. Everything was there (and kept coming). The space for Breakfast is simply too small to accommodate everybody. a bit of a shame. The aircon in the room (4 person room) was wallmounted, at floor level, and right next to one of the beds. We had to create a makeshift "cold wind curtain" using the ironing board and the bedcover to not have the left side of the face freeze of. Location if perfect for south Houston visit, as well as obviously NASA visit. Not that many restaurants right there, but within 10 min driving there is plenty. We used it before going on a cruise out of Galveston.

Very comfortable hotel in which we spent a couple of nights. Excellent location from which to visit NASA centre. Several eating places in easy walking distance and their Breakfast was a good standard.

Thin towels, poor lighting in room, rooms and hall smelled like someone has or was smoking, men outside doors to building drinking beer at night, and roaches in room. I would not stay here again. Lots of other hotels near by if location is an issue.

Convenient older, small hotel that was made into a Best Western. Not up to the Best Western layout standards and is very small, narrow hallways and can get crowded. At breakfast on Sunday, Valentines Day it was very crowded, almost a zoo. The bathrooms are very narrow, barely able to close the door. The room itself was very small. Am a Diamond member and was using a free room and was hoping to get upgraded to a King Suite, but none available. In reality IMO, Diamond means nothing. Now that I am about to be Diamond Select, BW's highest level, it still won't mean much. There should be a system in place that if you use a reward for a free night that with a certain amount of lead time, I should be able to reserve whatever room I want. If not, Diamond Select just means I get more points to get more rooms but I am not guaranteed what I want. For the amount of times I stay at BW, I really should look at other hotel chains and see what they can offer. Overall can't complain about a free night, just making observations.

Stayed one night. Overall nice. Lobby & Breakfast area big. The only problem I had was the I thought the bathroom was really tiny. The toilet & shower are in one room and there is not enough room to turn around. Could have been just our room. We were on the end of the hall and it looked like our room might have been smaller.

Staff friendly and eager to please. Rooms small, but very clean and comfortable. Many places to eat within walking distance. Nice lobby. Stayed here prior to our cruise out of Baypoint Cruise Terminal in Houston.

We stayed in a 2 beds room and it was not spacious. It has refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast is free. And the rate is very affordable. I am so glad we stayed here otherwise, we wouldn't have enjoyed it's neighbor Lupe Tortillas, a Mexican restaurant. I find the lobby nice and clean, also the breakfast area. Foods are okay.

It's a very nice and clean hotel. It's located in a very nice area. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely stay there again. I had a really good experience since it was my first time staying at Best Western

We needed a place to stay pre-cruise, and we got this place as a "mystery hotel" from one of the discount lodging sites. We were actually quite happy about the place. The location, about midway between Hobby and the cruise port, is convenient with many eating options within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. The room appeared to have been remodeled with modern bedding, etc. The bathroom was on the small side, but adequate. The breakfast was also good enough with two waffle machines, yogurt, and other selections. Overall, a nice experience.

The host hotel was totally booked. We had family that had not booked their room so I called and made reservations with Best Western. From booking the room to the awesome rates, Best Western totally was THE BEST choice. Thank you for making a special occasion more enjoyable!!

We chose this hotel for a pre cruz, night only.It is a little dated, rooms are small a small wardrobe. Breakfast was basic. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It is close the space center Nice Mexican style restaurant next door Lupe Tortilla and lots of others in the area

I really was not at all happy with this hotel. First, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The room was small and the bathroom was so tight you could barely move. The blanket smelled of body odor which was really disgusting. The heating unit was so loud it kept me up. We went down for the continental breakfast and it was inedible. I have stayed at other Best Western hotels and have never had a bad experience. There is always a first time.

Arrived late. Place was hard to find with directions. Our room was far from elevator. Room was small. Bathroom was tub and toilet. Tub was old and train kept closing so I was standing in water. The vanity was outside of bathroom and it was very tiny. We only stayed one night and I don't think I would return.

We stayed here as it was close to The Space Center and easy access to Galveston we arrived very tired after along travel day. The beds were great very comfortable. We were awakened at 4:00 a.m. by people in the hallway but the next night put our fan on and slept very well. The free breakfast is very generous and we'll looked after by the staff. Thank you for a great job done. The only complaint would be the hotel near new towels, they were pretty hard. We stayed 8Jan. To 11 Ja. 2016. In room 228.

I chose this BW because its location was convenient for a specific trip and was lower cost than some other hotels in the vicinity. I will not stay there again and cannot recommend it. Main issues: roaches in the bathroom, towels that felt like sandpaper, and a tiny bathroom area (although the bedroom size was OK). No problem with the staff, who were friendly and professional.

The room we were given had the strong oder of air freshener and Pot. It was so strong we could not stay in the room. The front desk changed our room without hesitation. The next room had many item broken or in disrepair but at least it did not smell like pot which I did not wish to be blamed for and assessed the $250.00 smoking fee. The rooms are not quiet and we were by a side exit where the smoker went in and out to smoke. The carpet is dirty, the border carpet at the base board was torn loose, the knob on the closet was missing and the screw threads were the handle. The girl at the desk did all she could and was apologetic and no blame goes to her. I will not recommend or stay here again. When I check my credit card, a charge for each night (2) appear although we prepaid 2 months in advance.

been happy every time I have styed here. the staff was friendly and helpful . the was places to eat close and shopping also , and its close to my family . the breakfast is good and fresh. I would tell all my friends and family about this hotel . next time I am in this town i will stay here. with out a 2 thought

The hotel rooms, housekeeping, ambience, parking, wifi, breakfast and the staff is excellent and cooperative. The hotel is closer to NASA about 4 miles from this hotel. I enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights.

Room was comfortable. Had everything we needed. Front desk staff were plesant and helpful. Hot breakfast with many choices was free. Overall good value.... Would stay here again. Very close to the NASA space center, many Restaurants and shopping Mall.

Two day business trip. Most relaxing! When it comes too friendly and people that can't stop this trait, there absolutely is no place on earth that competes with Texas. If you've been there I need not say anymore! This particular property is where I stayed when it was another privately owned hotel 23 years ago. Friendly, feeling at home, clean, comfortable beds with lots of short pillows made my nights most excellent! Although only continental breakfast tons of any restaurant you could wish for within a short walk. Nasa space centre 5 minutes awayand shopping is unlimited very close by! 20 minutes to Galveston. Don't miss Moody Gardens! Topgolf is an amazing state of the art driving range, Academy Sports, SAS mega store run by two elderly ladies that will boggle your mind and anything else you can imagine. I lived close by for 3 years some 22 years ago and actually was blown away by the rebuilding/renewing of the highways. Some finishing touches still to go. For the money this Best Western was just the ticket. Outdoor pool that you can get sun at from 10:00 AM on most every day. Don't speed in Webster unless you like talking to the police force! They are right on top of their game. Excellent area for business or pleasure! Most importantly to me is security, feeling safe and having fun. Mamacitas Mexican restaurant is truly the Mexican experience plus. Same owner from 22 years ago and he remembered me which was incredible. If there is a recession going on the Texans don't know about it!

Like most Best Westerns, the room is clean, the TV works, the plumbing works and the bed is comfortable. The young man working the desk was polite and efficient. The manager oafish, officious, rude and not a person who should be working with the public.

There's nothing particular about this place, just your standard hotel. We wanted a place near NASA and not too far from Galveston, so we decided this was a good place. The area was decent and the hotel was like an average one you would find. The room was clean, staff was nice, and breakfast was okay.

This Best Western is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Houston NASA Space center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The staff were all very friendly and offered us assistance with finding the Space Center.

I looked at what felt like hundreds of motels close to NASA. I was looking for low budget but not so low that all I got was a cot and a roof. This place fit the bill perfectly. I had a single room with a king bed for two nights. It was generally quiet. The parking was a breeze. I particularly liked that I was on the ground floor and so close to an exit door that I could look out the window and see my car. It made the loading and unloading a snap. PROS: the hot breakfast is the best in this price range. Hot waffles, fresh pastries, sausage and eggs....it was a far cry from many of the reviews I read in my search which used words like cold and stale to describe their free breakfast. The other excellent selling point: the TV. I was surprised to note in other places that I considered the lack of a flat screen, a suspended in the corner television, and the lack of channel options. This room had a decently large tv, placed in the center so no neck strain needed. And the best was the full menu of direct tv options. Nothing is more annoying that satellite tv that has most of the choices unavailable. This place had everything accessible. So after an exhausting day out I could sit back and actually struggle to decide which movie to watch. Perfect. CONS: yes there were some. The reliance on LED left the rooms bathed in a blue tinge which may have matched the "modern" decor but frankly was a bit harsh on the eyes. The bathrooms were snug. The towels won't be taken because they were bleached to a crisp. Some had a slightly sour smell. My closet was missing a pull. There are no vending machines machines. I didn't care but some might. Instead there was a small corner in the lobby with the usual array of chips, candy and beverages. All in all I felt this was an excellent choice for me. The areas that excelled were high on my needs list (entertainment and a hearty breakfast). I did not mind the areas they skimped on because it made this an affordable option for my two day visit. i would return to this motel again for certain if I go back to that area again.

Really, I was expecting something better, but the place was still good. This hotel isn't just a little bit on the small side, it's a lot on the small side, including my room's bathroom. On the plus side, the breakfast is tasty and the staff is nice. Wish I could give a better review.

I had worked in San Antonio then drove the 4 hours to this hotel in the Houston area. I got there about 1am so after checking into my room and discovering an overwhelming smell of carpet shampoo had no choice but to stay and try to get as much sleep as possible. I went to sleep with the bed covers over my face to avoid the choking smell. I awoke the next morning with a sore throat and developed a cough that lasted well over a week. I don't understand how they can rent out rooms that smell that bad.

Hotel was nice, centrally located to plenty sites,activities, and food, but still outside the rush and noise of Houston. The area is clean, quiet, and safe as far as we could tell. Breakfast is enough to hold you over to lunch, nothing special, same contential breakfast you get at most.

Stayed two nights here. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and the breakfast - especially the waffles - were reasonable. Also spent time by the pool which was a bonus. Handy for the Space Centre and Kemah Boulevard as well as Downtown Houston ( but you do need a car)

It was a clean budget hotel but spoilt a bit by the housekeeper twice knocking to get in to clean the room and reception calling to ask if we were checking out ( this was at 10.30 am and checkout is 11am). We missed the breakfast so can't comment but if you are looking to eat I would definitely recommend Luca Torilla next door

Rooms were comfortable but cramped. This is a nicely remodeled but small hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast included numerous items including eggs, sausage and potatoes. Nicely presented. Staff is wonderfully helpful

Quiet and restful, drove quite a few hours before I arrived and found the room and property very well kept, many restaurants in the area, did not lack for variety. Close to major thoroughfares and shopping areas

The room was clean and nice, but the air conditioner didn't work. I had to turn it off and on all night for it to work. I did talk to the desk and they told me to do this for the air conditioner to work. Then the electric went out in our room, when we had to get up. We were not offered anything for any of the problems we had. I was not very happy about the service

Everything was updated (Best Western needs to update their photos here on TripAdvisor. I saw some outdated room pictures on here that almost made me change my mind). The room smelled like it needed to be aired out but everything was very clean. We LOVED the huge space pictures hanging above our beds. That was cool. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great (wish they offered more meet than just a frozen breakfast sausage though). We stayed here to go to NASA and it was great for the location and price. I felt safe but my husband was with me. We arrived late after dinner and everything was lit and we felt fine.

I have nothing to complain about this place, clean rooms, high quality sheets and all that, new TV's, tons of channels, fridge, desk with high quality deckchair, a very pleasant place to stay. Also the hot breakfast has a large variety of foods and beverages. Friendly personnel. The only inconvenience is for smokers, no smoking inside, while outside there's no covered area or something like that for smokers.

Good facility in the area of South Houston/Johnson Space Center. Besides regular B-fast items, eggs and meat every AM. Clean and comfortable, secure. Manager is very helpful and expedient in resolving issues. Security is on site evening to early AM. Walking to numerous restaurants.

The good: Just off to the east side of I-45 south on main artery Bay Area Blvd. Fair location for access to Webster and the NASA/Clear Lake area. Older hotel that has converted to Best Western brand and recently fully renovated the hotel interior and furnishings... lobby, breakfast area, halls, and rooms. Clean, nicely furnished rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Average breakfast offerings, well plenished, but no proteins. The not-so-good: If you're claustrophobic you may not be comfortable here. Rooms are tiny, very tiny. I measured our king room at 238 sq ft, very small. That's due to it having been previously some other budget hotel brand before becoming Best Western. That smallness was made even smaller by an over-size free-standing portable closet (no built-in), a large entertainment center, and the king-size bed. The ceiling made the closed-in feeling worse, it was much lower than normal. The bathroom was 6' x 6', with an even lower ceiling, only 7'. The door cleared the toilet by a fraction of an inch. See picture. The two-floor hotel is actually two long connected buildings end-to-end, with the elevator at the lobby at the front end of the front building, so if you're assigned a room on the second floor near the back end of the second building be prepared for a very long hike from the elevator if you have heavy luggage; or drive to the far end and lug your luggage up the stairs there. Value? It is clean and refurbished, but given the room sizes and building layout, for the price you probably can do better at any one of the nearby hotels.

Although the hotel is an older Best Western, the location was great and easy to find off the Gulf Freeway. Several restaurants within walking nice. The nightly rate was 30% less than the other motel chains within the general area. Internet service was good and the room was quiet and clean.

Good value for you money. Nice rooms. Bed was comfortable and room looked trendy. Breakfast was also ok and got our day started. Restaurant next to hotel was excellent, so just for that reason you should stay in this hotel. We had also few hiccups. One of our larger towels was way past it usage days. On morning we found small lizard from bathroom. I informed these to hotel staff when we were checking out, and they promised to care of this kind of things in future.

Hotel was in a decent location. Had a nice, clean looking outdoor pool. Room was very clean and fairly modern. Beds and pillows were not terribly comfortable so it was hard to get a good night sleep. Air con worked well, but was very noisy and it was directly next to the bed so one side got incredibly cold as the air was blowing directly on the person sleeping. Not the nicest Best Western I have stayed in, but not terrible for an overnight stay.

The location is amazing! This hotel is within close proximity of NASA and other facilities that most people come to the area for trainings. It's also close to several restaurants, shops, local attractions, and a mall is within a stone's throw. The hotel itself was much nicer than I had anticipated. The rooms have been updated and nicely decorated. However, I must agree with several other people and say that the bathrooms are super tiny and the doors can barely be closed without scraping the toilet. But if this isn't a huge deal breaker, I strongly suggest this hotel. The price is right and you certainly get the most bang for your buck
