Best Western Plus Hotel Victor Inn & Suites, Victor

Our daughter's wedding on September 4, 2022 in Naples, NY was a destination for most of our out of town guests and Best Western Victor did the utmost in ensuring a comfortable stay. Canandaigua hotels would not extend room blocks due to the fact that it was Labor Day weekend. Tricia assisted with the room blocks and maintained the reservations. I appreciate your extending the blocked rate for my sisters who came a day early. The welcome sign was a nice greeting for guests and distribution of the welcome bags. My guests told me that the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and well maintained which we saw firsthand in my daughter's suite which became the getting ready room for the ladies in the bridal party. Coordination with our shuttle to the wedding and being near Victor with all its great restaurants and shopping made this choice an easy one. We will continue to call on this Best Western for future rooming needs in our family and we recommend highly to anyone else visiting the greater Finger Lakes region.

We've stayed in the Rochester area many times over the past 10 years and I wish we had found this hotel sooner. It's clean and well-maintained. Best of all, the employees here really care. Joe handles breakfast, maintenance, the pool, landscaping, and more but he's always reaching out to see if guests need anything. The front desk agent was knowledgable and kept us updated when a storm temporarily took out the internet in the area. The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked and a hundred times better than what I've recently encounted on our cross-country road trip. The hotel is in a convenient location and we'll definitely stay here again.

All I can say is that our stay here was wonderful. The front desk made us feel Welcome, The staff did a beautiful job with the rooms. The Breakfast program with Joe was Great. Parking was good. The overall stay here was excellent !

Excellent location, close to highway, gas station and huge mall with clean rooms and friendly staff. Room size was big. Very good breakfast option included which my family really enjoyed. We will definitely stay again while visiting Victor.

Completely blown away how poorly they treat customers. complete dismissal of any ownership of an easy to solve problem and no concern for the customer. I have been to enough other locations that are more customer focused to know that it is not industry just this location

Let me begin by saying this is a nice hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms were very clean, in a good location, and all the staff were very friendly. Also, while the parking lot was full, it was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is at best average for this class of hotel. We stayed for several nights and the only 2 hot offerings were the same and only "so-so". However, there are the typical other items like cold cereal, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles and so on. so there is a variety to choose from. But No Peanut Butter! I would suggest they put in slip strips or bar inside the bathtub as it was a bit slippery taking a shower. But overall, good affordable place to stay.

The most enjoyable stay. Very friendly staff. Was there for a wedding. They went above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay! Coffee was on 24-7 and was hot and delicious!! The breakfasts bar was fresh and clean. Kudos to Joe for treating the guest like family.

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend, 2022. Check-in person friendly and helpful. Upon entering our room, though, it was like being in a dimly lit cave. I quickly called to the desk and explained our issue. Within 15 minutes, a friendly maintenance fellow by the name of Joe came along with different light bulbs which helped quite a bit. Because many hotels do not have lamps at a correct height for reading, I inquired about floor lamps. He did not think there were any, so I let it go. The next morning, he saw us at breakfast and said he found 2 floor lamps and would take them to our room. This guy would be the BEST at a 5* resort! Kudos to Best Western and Joe. We were in a suite which was rather long and narrow but for a couple nights was fine. The bathroom has just one sink. There's a good service station with coffee set-up, refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was the typical chain motel affair but quite good, nonetheless, as long as you are not expecting Eggs Benedict! There were sausages and (moist) scrambled eggs, a selection of breads and bagels plus you could make waffles, too. Bananas and apples to take were on offer. If you need ice for a cooler, there's a gas station right next to the Best Western which is handy. All in all, a good stay.

Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Loved the cookies thank you very much. Property is a bit away from the highway hence no traffic noise. Good selection of places to eat nearby as well. Comfortable bedding, clean room. Service at breakfast very good, the gentleman kept things filled and clean. Will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Mom stayed overnight x 2 in the month of June 2022. She found the ambiance to be perfect. The location easy to get to from I-90. The feeling of quaintness and safety were A+. While she stayed 1 night x 2 as a half-way point on her trip to and from Ohio, she'd love to drive out to stay there just for "fun" again. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus in Victor NY last weekend, room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was over the top helpful. Breakfast was 5 star.. thanks for a great stay

This was the best hotel stay we have had in a long time! The room was large and very clean. Housekeeping even came in to freshen up the room during our stay (which most hotels won't do anymore). Beds were very comfortable and we hardly heard anyone out in the hallways or from other rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful! The gentleman in charge of the breakfast area and the woman at the front desk were both amazing! We were there as part of a wedding and they did everything they could to make our stay exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We've stayed in the Best Western twice over the past month and each time the staff went out of there way to make sure our stay was a great one. Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenience to area attractions, and breakfast was a great way to get the day started!

The location was great. Many restaurants and shopping in the area. Close to wineries and finger lakes. Easy ride to Rochester. Inside pool great for children. Room was clean and all things in room functioned. Overall hotel was quite and peaceful.

We stay here all the time when visiting family in Rochester. It's always clean and the staff our helpful. We have never had a problem. It's a plus that it is dog friendly. I think our dog likes it too.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and have alot of the things you need to be away from home temporarily. We didn't have time to swim or exercise but the rooms looked fabulous. Breakfast the next morning was worthy of a small restaurant and included, what a wonderful variety. Will definitely stay again.

The staff, cleanliness and maintenance of the Hotel makes it a great place to stay. They make sure to accommodate you very well and they have a nice Gym room and a pool. We stay here frequently with our two dogs, and appreciate how clean and fresh the rooms are kept. During this last stay, there were many dogs staying there. We appreciate being able to travel with our dogs, and stay in a clean comfortable hotel. Every staff member we have had the pleasure of meeting has been friendly and helpful. Our daughter and her family live 25 minutes away, and we will continue to use this hotel frequently.

We were spending the weekend in NY to see my daughter's shows at RIT. I did not want to stay in Henrietta, but rather see somewhere nearby. Victor was a great choice and we could not have picked a better hotel! Close to the Interstate but never heard it, shopping mall less than 10 minutes away, and food & gas right next door! Full spread breakfast, indoor pool, and welcoming staff. Will stay again!

There were roaches in the room , the rest of the room was clean ....the staff was very friendly ...I didn't know this place accepted pets so if you like the dogs barking then it's ok ....it was noisy in the morning

I had to write a review due to one factor! Choo choo ( the jack of all trades at this hotel!). This employee , Choo choo is a treasure! His attitude was amazing. I witnessed him help ladies look for a luggage cart - when none were found , he offered to help them carry out their luggage . He knew all the dogs by name! Without asking, he offered me a tray to take my breakfast upstairs. He was always super friendly and smiling! I stay in Victor often and this hotel is ok ( rooms are a bit loud - you can hear everything in the hall ) but because of this employee , I will stay again and again!

On the plus side, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a desk/chair and another upholstered chair. The bathroom had plenty of counter space for toiletries, which isn't always the case. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not as good. There seemed to be little insulation between rooms; the next room was playing music at a volume making it impossible to sleep even while wearing earplugs -- we had to call the desk to ask for an intervention, which fortunately worked. The worst part was in the morning when we discovered a cockroach on the alarm clock, two more in the bathroom, and another by the coffee maker. We were quite concerned we might bring unwanted passengers home, but as far as we can tell we were able to leave the critters behind. With a bit of fumigation, this would be a good place to stay, but right now we can't recommend it. cockroach heaven; in the morning we saw four cockroaches; otherwise spacious and comfortable; seemed to be poorly insulated - next room was playing music until late, forcing me to call desk and complain, and loss of 2+ hrs sleep for me; playing again in the morning but more softly; plenty of bathroom counter space; desk and sitting chair; beds comfortable; other than cockroaches room was comfortable

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and overall interior were clean and welcoming. Breakfast had a nice selection of choices which were fresh and tasty. Location is near restaurants and perfectly located for our business appointments.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The checking in and out process was fast and easy. We will definitely stay at the Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites again.

The lobby is impressive when you walk in. There is a nice dining area, fitness room and a small pool. The hot tub is only for 2 people and was closed due to covid. The staff is wonderful. The property itself could use some updates. The room was big and comfortable. There is one washer and one dryer to do laundry if necessary. There is no area with snacks and drinks other than the vending machines. Items get stuck in the snack machine which makes it impossible for anyone else to use it until the obstruction is cleared. I would have rated this a 4 if it wasn't for the fact that the walls are so thin, you can hear everything through them. For our first 3 days, there were kids above us running around. Then there were kids playing around in the room next to us... then a dude with a filthy mouth... once he stopped flinging the f bomb around he quieted down. I really want to stay there again but the noise might prevent us from staying there and we may pay more for one of numerous other hotels in the area.

The room is clean and the staff is professional. We had our two large dogs with us and they loved being in the room while we were in our conference. Local walking parks made it even better. Closeness to shopping and food. Literally fast food two hundred feet away.

We stopped here at the end of a long road trip. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and helpful. We had a fan issue in our room and a staff member immediately addressed it. Our room was large and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, the water pressure was good, linens were above average. We were traveling with a dog, and the space for walking was good, as they sit on the edge of an industrial park area with lots of grass. A bonus is a wooded trail that runs right along the road the hotel is on. Be warned, though, if traveling with pets, that there is a $30 per night additional fee that you won't find anywhere unless you call or after you get there. Our room had an odd odor that you only noticed as entering, and I'm not sure the thermostat was working, but the temperature was fine while we were there (though the fan never kicked on). Staff were friendly, breakfast was grab and go, but lots of choices.

If traveling near Victor, NY. The Best Western Plus is your BEST choice to stay ! Friendly, clean,well appointed and comfortable lodging !! One of the TOP facilities we have stayed in and we have stayed in MANY !!

We typically stay at the Hampton Inn on this trip, but their rates were outrageous, and this was quite reasonable. As the first time at this hotel, we were pleased in every way. Some reviews say the check-in is impersonal, but it was fast, efficient, and competent. I don't need bedside manner for a check in. The room was spacious, with microwave and minifrig. In-room coffee was decent, and internet was easy to access and speedy. Definitely will return to this property next time on this trip.

Staff was nice , the room super clean. However, everything offered can be found at a standard BW. The pool was icy cold and the breakfast is still grab and go. Not a bad hotel just not what I would consider a plus.

Great staff, comfortable bed - loved the peace and quiet! Our view was of beautiful trees - (normally the view in hotels is of a parking lot.) We had our dog and there are fantastic hiking trails nearby. Also so many amenities close by, East View Mall, Canandaigua Lake, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

This is an older hotel that has been given a superficial facelift. Rooms are FAR from soundproof -- between floors and side to side. We heard our neighbor coughing for most of the night. Tech-wise this place is way behind the times. No plugs or USB outlets at either nightstand or even at the desk, not to mention very poor lighting in the guestrooms. The side chair in the room, while it was visually nice, was hard as a rock -- seriously. The 'breakfast' consisted of some select pre-packaged items listed on a dry erase board. You tell the person at the desk what you want, and they get it for you in a paper sack. So this place qualifies as a Best Western PLUS??? For $150, no way . . . not in my book. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel is great with the food, front desk service, room style and value. The hotel does keep your information on file for a return visit. However, when the general manager is under stress, he ruins experiences.

The jetted tub was molded on the caulk in room 139 then I called switched me to 141 that hotel needs more remodeling done. I don't think it's worth the amount they ask to pay. I been to better and just by seeing the mold around the jet tub was horrible

We stay here every time we visit family. Great location, very clean, nice rooms. We never have any issues staying here. The bathrooms are a little tight but most standard hotel rooms are. Keep up the good work

I stay at this hotel 4 days a week the staff is great the rooms are big and comfortable. I never have any issues. They have fresh hot coffee in the lobby 24/7 which it's a plus when I leave my hotel room at 4 am every day

Great place with great customer service pool and hot tub at the hotel. Breakfast is a carry breakfast like cereal, muffin, danish no hot breakfast due to Covid-19. Great location, shopping center within a mile from the hotel.

Not happy with our stay at all! The only reason it gets 2 stars was the room was big and the hot tub in the room. The hot tub was huge and very nice. That was about it. The bed was so very uncomfortable and the pillows were so tiny. The pillows were the size I give to my 1 year old. The bed was so uncomfortable that when my wife and I woke up we could hardly move because our backs hurt so bad. I can not explain how bad our backs hurt. Then breakfast, I understand that it is COVID time and things have changed a lot but to just offer a little carton of milk with a little box of cereal, come on. I understand you do not want to do buffet style because people would be touching stuff after other people but you could had an employee doing all dishing out for us. Over all not happy with the stay and would not go back.

The rooms get amazing reviews by the guests who line up to stay in the rooms night after night, and I am sorry that your preference did not match. In regards to your breakfast concern, we offer so much more than a "little carton of milk and a little box of cereal". Perhaps that is all you asked for? Aside from unlimited single portion cartons of milk and cereal varieties, we also offer: -5 Total Cereals -Yogurt -Pop Tarts -Danishes -Muffins -Mini Waffles -Honey Buns -Oatmeal -Fruit Cups/Fresh Fruit -Gluten Free and Non-Dairy options Outside of the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, we offer a buffet style breakfast, which is also complimentary. To ask a business in an industry hit so hard by this pandemic to serve a full breakfast with waitstaff is just absurd. If you are looking for that, there is a Denny's just across the street by the Microtel. Thank you for your feedback, we look forward to offering our full hot breakfast buffet in the future.

We were in town for a medical Procedure and this hotel was near by, there are also many food places that deliver. We had the Jacuzzi room and it was great, very clean due to COVID there wasn't much breakfast options but we had a great stay and will stay again

I hate to write a bad review but this hotel was just awful....the mattress was so hard my husband even complained and we both woke up in pain ....The pool was incredibly cold around 68 degrees we thought and no one was swimming...and the noise from the pool area was Loud it went through the vent system and halls to our room on the second floor it was so bad we had to run the tv to drown it out ...the bed was right next to the window the TV was on the other side of the room oddly and you could hear the loud road noise and garbage truck etc crystal clear ...plus the doors went ba boom all night ...and my husband got sick after eating breakfast we both thought it might have been the juice dispenser that was the only item he had that I did not .....so in our opinion this was a horrible stay and we won't go to Best Western again ....they used really cheap matresses and have no soundproofing and cold pool water ....

The Handicap rooms are not located close to the main lobby. There is no ramp to be able to use the side entrance door so you must use the main entrance if you need a ramp. The walk is quite long to your room if you have difficulty walking.

We appreciate your feedback and insight. However, we are fully ADA compliant as required by the law. There is indeed a small ramp going up to the sidewalk by the side door. I apologize if you were unable to locate it due to the weather conditions. Please consider deleting this review and giving us another chance. I can personally show you to a room closer to the lobby, or the ramp to enter on the side door!

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in for the money. The hotel has new flooring in most all areas. Room was clean and fresh. Nice sitting area in the lobby. Staff were very pleasant. The breakfast attendant Denise was amazing. Very personable and helpful. And they have gluten free items available, including bread! Lots of options for breakfast and selection of yogurt/oatmeal toppings and toppings for scrambled eggs that included peppers, cheese, mushrooms Amazing salt water pool and hot tub that are open early and late. No smelly chlorine that burns your eyes and dries your skin. My one complaint, which isn't the fault of the hotel: I got zero sleep. A room near me was so loud, sounding like a party with people coming in and out. The doors are loud when they open and close and I could hear them yelling and laughing. Finally called the front desk about 1:30am, noise did stop for a bit but then continued until about 3am. Despite this, I will be staying at this hotel from now on when I visit the area.

Attended a Softball tournament for the weekend...Best Western is the place to stay in Victor....Very clean, staff is great and rooms are huge with high ceilings on main floor...breakfast was included with eggs, sausage, coffee, juices, toast , English muffins...etc.. Clean pool with hot tub and fitness room is clean with new equipment. Easy check in and out....don't stay anywhere else as we had all other team member parents complaining about the neighboring hotels they stayed in ie: Holiday inn, Microtel.

I stayed here with my husband and two kids (ages 5 and 3) for one night. We had a wonderful experience. Check in was quick and we were able to get right to the pool (which is open between the hours of 6am - 11pm). You have to walk through the lobby to get to the pool, so don't forget your coverups and sandals (like we did). There weren't any towels in the pool area, but a quick visit to the front desk, and someone came with a good supply of towels. I can see how they can go through the towels quickly because there was another group of three teenagers in the pool area with us and they used about 12 towels between the three of them. The location of the hotel was great - 20 minutes to downtown Rochester and 20 minutes to downtown Canandaigua. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker). The kids could even play hide and seek in the room. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and had a great variety. The coffee was good, too. We will definitely be back to stay if we are in the area again. The staff was pleasant, the food was good, the location was great, and the value impeccable.

We brought our kids to see the Lion King and chose this hotel because of the pool and breakfast and we are so glad we did! The lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas and had cookies for a check- in treat. The pool was fun and the hot tub was great for the grownups. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the whole staff was very friendly. The breakfast attendant even came and checked on the kids as we ate and the hotel manager was very kind and helpful. I plan to stay here again, everyone loved it! Thanks for the great night.

The hotel was very Clean, staff is very friendly, very good price for the room, the hot tub and pool were clean and had sufficient towels. The breakfast was good and the server is very friendly, front desk staff are very helpful and polite, they will go above their duties to make your stay great.

The staff was very helpful. They provided jumper cables for me to use. A man, who helped out around the motel, was available to push the van into position where he could attach the cables from his truck to my van. I carry a jumper pack and we tried that first, but it wasn't able to do the job, so we went to the jumper cables

Yhisnis the best hotel, great friendly people clean, and it is inexpensive, less than $100, they offer a continental breakfast included, that is typical to all, well done. Wifi included also. If your in this area tnis is the place to stay. There are many fast food and restaurants around some you can walk to. And some will give you a 10% discount if you let them know you staying at the hotel. I went to city tavern, had to drive, but it was great also.

Dear Mandy Kritz: If you take a look at our TripAdvisor page, you will see 500+ reviews that contradict your claims. We value and appreciate your feedback on our breakfast and guest rooms. We do not appreciate the inaccuracies that you included in your many posts, which can severely effect our property's status with corporate (Check In Speed and Cleanliness). Your check in did not take any more than 5 minutes, and it would have been much quicker if the card was inserted properly by your husband. We authorize additional funds for all guests, pre-paid or not. Smoking in our rooms is a $275 fee, and your party smelled STRONGLY of cigarettes when I personally checked you in. You reported that it first took 20 minutes, and then 15 on another review platform, and now on this platform you are being dishonest once again. You pleasantly informed me of the vomit that appeared after your check in and before your departure for dinner and we greatly appreciate that. By lone* vehicle, I meant that I am aware of who the vehicle beside you was, and they had not been in house during the time you checked in and left, therefore it could not have been them. I asked you, "Is there any vomit ON your vehicle". You replied "No, just right by OUR door" in a very cheerful and comical tone. You literally said it was not a big deal. The average person is not excited to have vomit near or on their belongings, I assume you wouldn't either, especially if it was not your vomit. But now on social media, there was vomit ON your vehicle. I apologize for any misunderstandings and completely understand why you will not be returning. Please consider staying with the company in the future, as we are all individually owned and operated. Your experience at this location does not reflect our hotel group as a whole. My first stay at this property and I was impressed. While it is near to just about every convenience, restaurant, etc that you might want, it is not in a noisy area. It is easy to get a room away from outside noise. Do note that there is a moderate amount of noise from adjoining rooms. Staff were great and very helpful. Room size was large. Price was great. Breakfast was good. We also had a small pet with us and their pet fee is quite reasonable. I would stay here again. Ask for a room on the top floor for reduced noise from other rooms.

This is our second stay as a family at the Best Western Plus Victor and still don't regret our decision. The hotel is well equipped with everything you need, the rooms were large and kept clean, and the staff were once again very friendly. The indoor pool was an added bonus too especially when travelling with my 8 year old daughter who loves to swim any chance she gets. The pool area is small but also kept very clean. The location was perfect as it was just down the street away from the busy shops and malls and the rates were lower than the other hotels In the busy shopping area. I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus when visiting the beautiful town of Victor, NY.

We stayed 2 night with great service, but second morning I tried the lemonade at the breakfast bar in which it tasted like watered down lemonade. After I believe that it ended up being bad because I became very sick to my stomach. Now I can't be for sure this was what made me sick because I also had the scrambled eggs with a piece of toast. But I had cramps in my stomach so bad that after I left I had to pull over and try to rest for 2 hours. Then after I continued to drive to my destination in Massachusetts, I was up every 2 hours with severe pain in my stomach. I would still recommend this Hotel because the service itself was above our expectations. Just beware of the lemonade at breakfast. Maybe they need to clean or Maintenance the dispenser more often?

I apologize that you had a bad reaction to our lemonade. All of our juices from the machine are from concentrate, and a watered down juice simply means it is nearing the end of the juice pack. I don't think the juice or breakfast food was the source of your discomfort, our attendant is very careful and has many food safety certifications. I am glad to hear that we were able to provide great service, and that you made it home safely.

Over the years my wife and I have had the opportunity to stay in numerous Best Westerns across the country. We have found that the quality of Best Western properties is very inconsistent at best. This property, however, is one of the best in all aspects appearance, cleanliness, breakfast and most importantly, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Do not hesitate to stay in this Best Western. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

Great value in the finger lakes. Not located on a lake or next to a vinyard but a 30-45 minute drive to the heart of wine country. Stayed here several times for both business and pleasure. Always satisfied.

We are just 20 minutes from Canandaigua Lake (Fingerlakes), and about the same distance from Lake Ontario (Great Lake). Please feel free to visit Casa Larga Vineyard and Estates, just about a mile and a half away. We are sorry you missed out on these great stops!

The people who work here are all wonderful and friendly. Everything is clean and in order. The room is nice and comfy cozy. We were in the area to visit my sister and her family and it was a great base. Really like this Best Western!

We had a great time at this hotel. What a great location, it has everything you need close by, Food, Shopping, Bristol Mountain is 25 min. away...etc, The staff were very nice and the service was perfect. Our room was very big and SPOTLESS. There is free breakfast in the morning witch is very good and fresh. The hotel is very clean and up to date. The pool area was nice too but the pool was a little too cold for me and the hot tub could really only hold 3-4 people so quite small. Overall I was very happy and would stay again. If you are considering this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Best Western.

The grounds of this hotel are nicely groomed. There are a few places within walking distance but overall, this is not within walking distance of major shopping or restaurants. Rooms are clean. I found the beds too hard and the pillows too small. The fan for the air/heat was not working; the peephole in the door was broken and a tissue had been stuffed in it - the rooms were not well insulated, so that the noise from people walking above and around the hallways could be heard till the wee hours. I found the room overpriced for this particular date. Would I stay here again? I would look at other hotels in the area first.

I apologize that you were unable to locate the shopping mall just 1 mile away, and our in room furniture was not your favorite. Any noise complaints reported to the front desk are immediately handled and I am truly sorry your neighboring guests were not respectful of our quiet hours policy. Should you decide to give us another shot, we can place you at the end of the hall in our best room with an deeply discounted rate.

Conveniently located off the highway. Free parking. Check in/out very easy. Only dealt with front desk and all employees were friendly and helpful. Room is nothing spectacular, but it was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this BW if you're in the area.

Great value. Only an hour away from the State Park which was amazing and beautiful. The king size room was very clean and quiet. This hotel had a wonderful hot tub. The breakfast was basic in a good atmosphere with fireplace.

We went out to victor for a wedding and stayed here. The room was large, great amenities, nicely appointed and very clean. The staff was exceptionally nice. Even their breakfast lady was super accommodating. She'd clear you table and do anything to accommodate you. If I go back to the area undoubtedly I will stay here. It was one of the nicest places I've stayed.

It was so clean that even around the bed feet the black area of the carpet was still black. The beds are firm pillowtop but they were comfortable. The sheets are slightly scratchy, not premium linen. Our room looked newly renovated by a professional. We didn't hear highway noise but we could hear bangs and thumps from the kids next door and in the hallway. No voices or sounds though. Seemed like a safe area off by itself. Convenient getting off the highway and very close to a bunch of shopping. The breakfast was full with sausage, eggs, waffles along with the classic cereals, toast, etc. There was fresh chopped veggies for salsa on your eggs. 4 flavors of juices too. Pool is small but great for kids. The worst part was the carpet cleaner or an air freshener that initially smelled like cigarette smoke but we realized it is some sort of floral yuck. We turned on the fan and it was gone. They should really consider getting a new cleaning product. I would return.

We found that driving straight through to Syracuse was difficult, and that options to stay in Syracuse were very costly. We found that staying at the Victor Best Western offered several key benefits for our trip East: 1. Great place to stay over night and get refreshed for the one hour drive into Syracuse 2. The staff at Victor Best Western has always been friendly and accommodating 3. The facilities at the Victor Best Western are always clean and guest ready. I have stayed at many Best Westerns around the US. This is one of the best. 4. We often have to carry a great deal of things in the car that we cannot take out for the night. I have never had an issue with theft in a very well lit and watched over parking lot. This says a great deal about Victor as well. Meaning, the community is very good.

Room was clean and had all you could want. Good location on 96 for me. Close to Victor and Rochester, I-90 and 490, Eastview Mall. Lots of good dinning close. WiFi did not work very well but to be fair, it could be my laptop. Desk staff seemed to have no problem connecting with their phones. I would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large and well kept. The breakfast is among the best. Our only complaint: We both have mobility issues, (I use a cane). They assigned us to second floor room that was about as far away from the elevator as you could get. We made the mistake of taking all of our luggage on our first trip to the room and decided it would be too much trouble to make a change. More consideration when checking in would have been appreciated. The temperature in the room had two options ....cold or off.

Cute quiet hotel set slightly back from the main road. The rooms were dated but very clean and everything worked as it should. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The front desk had a 2 page list of the restaurants located close by. We were there on a weekday and I found lots of restaurants closed early. Staff were very friendly. The toaster in the breakfast room was missing a dial and wouldn't lightly toast bread. Everyone toast turned out black on the bottom. I would suggest a few more options for breakfast. The lady who ran the breakfast area was very nice and made a point to ask if everything was okay at each table.

Stayed overnight here and was very nice! Check in was smooth (cookies available while waiting!) and I was accommodated for a late check out the next day. Room was much larger than we expected, clean and well appointed! Breakfast buffet had to be one of the best ones I've ever had at a hotel with much to pick from (eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurts, fruit, cereal). A great location off the thruway for a night or longer! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Location is good, just off the interstate highway. Check-in and check-out are smooth. Room is comfortable. Internet is fast enough. Breakfast is ok, traditional Best western style. Hotel environment is quiet.

We stayed at this Best Western because we have stayed there before.They have a great staff and an excellent manager. Thomas the manager try's to make your stay the best. The breakfast is excellent and the breakfast staff keeps the food hot and the kitchen area clean.

This looks like a great place but when I got to my room and tried to settle in I noticed ants crawling on the night stand. I was immediately disgusted and turned on a flash light to investigate where they were coming from and how many. There were at least 5 ants on the surface of the night stand and lamp, that was located next to the bed, as well as ants on the floor. I took a video and show the receptionist so I could switch rooms but she then informed me there were no other rooms available. So I packed my belongings and left the room then asked for my money back. The receptionist said only the manager can issue a refund and he would call me to sort out the matter the next day because he was not in the office. Days pass with no call from the manager Thomas Lynch so I called him and left him numerous messages. A week passed with no call from the manger and I am disgusted by the quality of service as well as the customer service. I willl never visit a Best Western again.

I reached out to you via email, twice, and actually did speak with you on the phone for a very brief moment. I am sorry that is not your preferred method of contact. You arrived at the property shortly after check in time, and did not report any sighting until almost 11PM. In fact, you used every feature in the room before reporting the issue so you were undoubtedly settled. There should never be pest in a room, but the chances of that occurring are far more likely if there are bottles of champagne and food left open in the first floor Whirlpool suite we decided to upgrade you to, for free. I am glad that we were able to issue a full credit to your card despite never seeing the "5 ants" you mentioned upon inspecting the room. I am disappointed that was left out of this dramatization. It is unfortunate that you decided to leave the property early but I am glad the commute to your home just around the corner was not too far or inconvenient. If you scroll down you will notice many 4 to 5 star reviews that contradict your claims of cleanliness and customer service, and I am truly sorry you feel that way due to this incident. We have not stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels. This is a very nice one. The room was large and very clean. Good bed, good breakfast. Definitely enjoyed our stay there if for only one night. Close to a large shopping area and restaurants.

Loud, Loud, Loud!! This is absolutely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. We didn't get any sleep for 4 nights. The walls seem paper thin. Will probably never stay at a Best Western again. We could hear the conversation of the people in the rooms on both side of ours.

Had this issue been brought to the desks attention while you were in house, we would absolutely address the guests who were causing the disturbances. We can always accommodate a room location request prior to check in, or even move a guest should they wish to be in a quieter location, or if they are the disruptive guest themselves. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The room was really big. The beds weren't so big. They are advertised as Queens but feel smaller to us. The pillows also cracked us up! They were small squares! Other than that, the stay was great. The breakfast attendant was fantastic! She went out of her way to welcome everyone and ensure they had what they needed.

In the past, I've stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn with my dog. But this time there was an extra fee of $75 which was too steep for me. We ended up at the Best Western, and were very happy there. Dogs must be 30 pounds or less. The rooms that allow dogs are on the second floor, which is a negative. Makes more sense to have them near an exit door. But ... the rooms are above the pool, so you won't be disturbing anyone below you, which is a positive. There is an industrial park behind the hotel, with lots of grass to exercise your pup. The people at the hotel were quite welcoming, and friendly with my dog. Parking was easy, check-in was quick, the room was huge, and breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent experience!

Hotel very clean and modern, from the time we walked in we noticed how clean the place was. Checking in was a breeze all our unusual request were all met extra pillows, box fan for noise, safety pin for a dress, super glue for a earring, that's right super glue. Each time every crazy request was handled with a smile. My family will never stay anywhere else, If I'm in the area this is the only place for my family.

this hotel looks brand new. The rooms are quite clean - the indoor pool is the only reason we chose this hotel - traveling with an 8 yr old boy dictates that!! the pool was nice, it was pretty clean, although a little small. the hot tub was also pretty decent.

Find another place to stay in Victor! The sofa & easy chair in our mini suite were so broken that they couldn't be used. The floor in the bathroom was filthy! We have not stayed at this hotel in the last18 months but previously we stayed at least twice each year, The difference between then & now is like night & day! Apparently a new owner has taken over & obviously he doesn't care!! On the plus side the bed linen is of good quality & very clean.

I invite you to try our property when the new furniture returns, and we have a chance to do our Spring landscaping. There is no new owner, she has owned the property since opening over 10 years ago. I can assure you our management has only improved since your last stay almost two years ago, and we apologize if you feel differently.

Other people were able to get in the room. Guests very loud, front desk did not do anything. No customer service skills. Pillows small. Bed uncomfortable. Rooms not very clean. Fridge didnt work. Would never stay there again.

Deb and I took a three day weekend and our home base was this hotel. Everything was wonderful with absolutely no complaints about the accommodations or service. Very clean and up to date. We had a king with the jacuzzi in the room which was very nice. It is located only 20 minutes from down town Rochester and is close to more shopping than at least I can handle in one weekend. Free breakfast and microwave and fridge in the room. I recommend it. We plan on coming back.

This was one of two locations that we had to stay at in accordance with our baseball tournament rules. We had 12 players/families staying at the location however we were constantly being told to keep quiet even prior to the pool closure hours of 11 pm and on our second night we were told the pool was closed due to someone vomiting, so the kids had nothing to do or nowhere to congregate accept for the lobby and breakfast area. You can't expect a team of 11 year old kids to be silent. Also, had no hot water in the mornings when we took a shower! We are informing the tournament director of or our issues and recommend the removal of this location from the list. We will not stay at this location again for any upcoming tournaments.

Our stay was nice. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and the staff was helpful. The only issue we ran into there were no towels available at the pool, which required us to use are room towels, so the towels were damp in the morning.

We stayed here with our team for the sports complex that is right up the street. Great price, clean rooms, and very nice staff. They let us use the conference room to hang out in. They have a nice clean pool the kids could swim in.

My daughter and I checked in on a Wednesday night for a 2 night getaway. Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were small and bed was firm, but it was not an issue. We did get to use the hot tub which was great! Says it's only for 2 people but seems big enough for 4. It was perfect temp and very bubbly :)Breakfast was great! We only got up once for it but attendant was super helpful and food was fantastic. Definitely Reccomend

We were warmly greeted by Dawn upon checkin. Dawn helped us gate the best rate and helped us join the rewards program. We arrived late morning and since a room was ready we were allowed to check in early. The room was clean and the beds were wonderful. The shampoo and soaps were of good quality. The next morning we had a great breakfast of eggs,sausages and waffles. Besides having coffee and juices they had sweet rolls and bagels. Denise who is in charge of the breakfast room had everything ready and the room very clean. Denise worked very hard at keeping the guest happy and we'll fed.

Stayed at Best Western because it had the best price in the area while we were visiting my sister. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are great and clean. The pillows could be better. It was easy to maintain a good temperature in the room. The handicap parking was in a weird place, not really close to an entrance door, so we found that strange and a rather long walk to our room from the space. We ended up parking in a non-handicapped spot which was closer to an entrance. The breakfast was very good, the woman running the breakfast post was very friendly and efficient and kept everything going. I would recommend staying here.

Although the accessible parking spaces are located towards the side of the building, there is a level door way that guests can use once checking in. The accessible rooms are located in the bend, or middle of the building due to the slightly additional space these rooms offer. The building was build before ADA laws were enforced in hotels or new builds.We hope you will come back and see us again soon!

This was our fifth year staying here on New Year's Eve. We have a group of friends who all get rooms so that we can be together and not have any concerns. The hotel is always gracious and accommodating.

This hotel was in such a great part of town and so clean. Tricia at the front desk was awesone. She was so helpful.. Friendly and kind.. The room was immaculate.. Great sleep and great breakfast. Arrived after driving through several snow squall. Fireplace was the first thing I noticed. Nice and toasty. The next was the welcoming smile at reception. Room was ready, and we dropped our bags and went to lunch with our children and grandchildren. Very quiet. Good breakfast. One elevator made for slow going and coming.

This hotel was nice and clean. Offers breakfast. It was a little bit loud from hall noise. The toilet needed bolted down better. My biggest complaint were the terribly worn out pillows. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Bring your own pillow. Good hotel for the price.

While visiting friends in the area we stayed for several nights here. The room was clean, comfortable and since it was in the back, very quiet. Breakfast was included , which can be a money saver for a family. This hotel is conveniently close to a mall, restaurants and a winery. A nice place to stay.

This is a very nice hotel right off of Interstate 90 but quiet. The front desk staff were courteous and the rooms were comfortable and updated. The hotel has free Wi-Fi and the breakfast menu is varied and very good.

The lack of soundproofing on the ground floor was appalling. Constant footsteps from the room above late at night and then again at 5:30 AM made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the sound of the second floor shower and toilet appeared as is coming from my own bathroom. There was no rubber strip at the bottom of the door, which created yet another avenue for noise and light to enter the room. The service was mediocre at best and the price was way out of range for the deficiencies.

This hotel is located very close to the thruway which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub both looked inviting however did not have time to enjoy any amenities. Free breakfast was good.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff. Super clean and well appointed room. Superior breakfast , everything was well made and fresh. Breakfast included side table with extra items not seen at other "included breakfast" hotels. Fresh coffee all day. Highly recommended.

We have been using this hotel since it was built several years ago when we visit our local friends. The whole place is very well kept up. Beds were very comfy. I'm not sure what hotel Brushandpen stayed in (below) but there was no ripped carpet or cigarette smell in our hallway.

Pleasant appearance outside and inside. Great friendly staff. An overall excellent place to stay. Breakfast was crowded but flowed well with adequate seating. Beds were incredible for sleeping. the room set up was typical but very neat and clean. Ample towels and very clean bathroom area (important when traveling) House keeping staff was awesome and friendly.

The outside is fine and looked like a lot of BW that I checked into. Note there's not too much to choose from it this part of Western New York. But I am a BW member and generally like the BW chain. Plus its close to I 90. The staff here are great and give excellent service. Overall it's pretty clean. But the decor is locked in 1980 decor and shows age. Our mini suite had a ripped sofa, dented furniture and a comforter that had seen better days. Took that right off the bed. The pillows seemed very used, It was clean but it reeked of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking. The curtains didn't close all the way, a bummer because we looked out on the lit parking lot. The hallway and stairway carpets were wrinkled and worn and smelled of cigarette smoke too. Because of these, the place felt dirty and wondered if I would get bug bites or what bacterial things lurked in the textiles. I might add the hotel was pretty full so I wonder if others felt the same. Compared to other BW Plus I thought this was overpriced for its quality. I've stayed in several across the country this year and the Victor hotel was my least positive experience .

Nice, clean and accommodating hotel with professional staff and a solid breakfast offered. The location was very close to the highway and local shopping. The sign was too small by the road and we drove right past it, needs improved there.

Friendly Staff, Extremely Clean, & is an updated hotel. This is one of the best experiences we have had as far as hotels go. Breakfast was good. I had noticed signage about gluten free & dairy free substitutes. Some of the fancier hotels don't accommodate special dietary needs! Very impressive.

The kids loved the pool and make your own waffles. Good dining options in the area! Staff was helpful and polite. Easy on/off from highway. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Would stay again!

My wife, children and I spend at least two nights each year at the Victor Best Western. It is the perfect stop about 70 jiles away from Syracuse. We stop here as the car is usually loaded to the roof and then some with student belongings for the year stay at Syracuse.Anyhow, this location is incredibly well managed! The staff is always helpful and attentive! And, it is safe and without crime that I am aware of. This is very important as we leave everything in and on the car overnight. IO sleep without worry!!!

My hubby and I stayed here on a last minute get away. The property was clean and quiet. The parking lot was well lit and maintained. We had a king room with a couch and chair. Our room was clean and well maintained. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and a counter area. The TV was large and could be turned to watch from the couch or bed. In addition to the counter space there was a desk and a coffee table. The property is less than 2 miles from Eastview Mall and there are many restaurant choices both chain and local. We would stay here again.

My husband and I got this hotel through a hot rate deal on Hotwire. We're so glad this hotel was chosen. It seemed relatively new and everything was in good condition. The room was very clean and large. We enjoyed the spa at the pool after a day of hiking. It had a very nice fridge and microwave and the beds were decent. We wished they had HBO or some on demand movie channels, but other than that, it was a nice stay. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. They ran out of cream cheese and some items were not replenished very fast, but it was okay.

This Best Western is not far off Interstate 90 in Victor NY. The staff is friendly and courteous. Our suite with king size bed was spacious and clean. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast provides you with your choice of either hot or cold items. Very satisfied with our stay. The swimming pool and hot tub are a plus.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Palmyra and the Hill Cumorah Pageant. The drive back from the Hill Cumorah Pageant and other historic sites in Palmyra was not bad at all maybe 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very spacious. My teen daughter especially loved the nook where the desk was off to the side of our room. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We were able to get a good quiet nights sleep. It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator in the room as we went to the Walmart that was close by (I think less than a mile or two) and got some water bottles, fruit and snacks. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub. A nice place to come back and relax after a day of walking and touring. My girls also loved that there was a Wendy's right next door, and I loved that there was a gas station right there so I did not have to look for one each day. The breakfast was also a great way to start off each day with a good variety of offerings that were kept stocked and fresh. Bananas, apples, and I believe oranges, yogurt, make your own waffle station, cereal, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, bread, oatmeal packets and fixings. We were very satisfied each day. They also have a juice machine. When we came back from the pageant one night, my daughter went and made hot chocolate as they had the fixings for it out. Staff was friendly too! We would definitely stay here again!

A nice, new clean hotel located off Route 96 just off the Thruway. It's not located on Route 96 as their address would have you believe, though. After driving past it we finally found it off a another road which name escapes me. Stayed there the whole weekend and everything was great. Friendly, helpful staff, free breakfast, pool and hot tub all good. Our room was just off the lobby which was convenient to all these aforementioned aspects. Queen beds were comfy. A cot was provided for an extra child one night. Used the laundry which was also good. In town for Harby Tournament which was a let down but this hotel was great.

The staff was top notch. They were always polite and willing to take the time needed to answer any questions. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It had an ironing board and iron, a blow dryer, fridge, and microwave. Good TV stations. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The eating area gets really crowded after 8:30 am.

We enjoyed our nights stay at the BW in June, 2018. Our room was comfortable and clean. It is about an hour and a half from Niagara Falls which we had visited earlier in the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed while visiting family.. was easily located just off highway. Was near by to a shopping mall and many restaurants. Decor was fine. Staff very friendly. Was crowded for both week nights we stayed that meant that parking was further away then we would have preferred (as we were arriving nightly to hotel very late) and breakfast in morning was crowded as well. Breakfast was average. Wish they served coffee all the time in lobby but they do have the single cup coffee makers in room. They do allow pets with a fee and although we did not use it they had a pool/jacuzzi as well as fitness center. The price was perfect for what we needed and the bed was comfy.

Great place to Stay while on Vacation! We stayed at this best Western for two weeks and had no problems. Everyone was nice and the people serving Breakfast did an outstanding job. The Breakfast food was excellent and the dining room was kept very clean. The people serving the food were very friendly and helpful

The people were supper friendly, and when we called due to later than expected they assured us that our room was waiting for us. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The free breakfast was great, had a nice selection of items. If I'm in the area again, won't hesitate to stay there!

This lovely hotel was just what needed on our way from NE Indiana to Vermont. Right off I-90, we were fortunate to get a room at the back. Quiet and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Would recommend!

I was only here for one night so only really used my room and sampled a little of the breakfast. The room was a bigger king room with a separate living space. It was clean, with a single (hotel style, one at a time) coffee maker (which, in my humble opinion need to be retired), a fridge and microwave. The hotel is on the cusp of looking dated and needs new towels. However, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was quiet. I think my biggest irk was that there was not an outlet by the bed for me to plug in my phone. I ended up pulling out the bedside table and unplugging the alarm clock to plug it in. One of the lamps with the socket in it by the bed would help enormously.

My family lives on Long Island, NY and wanted to find a decent hotel between Watkins Glen State Park and Niagra Falls during Memorial weekend (May 26th-May 28th). This hotel is the PERFECT location between the two being about 1hr and change from Watkins Glen State Park and less than 2hrs away from Niagra Falls (straight shot from this hotel to Niagra - very easy drive). Booked 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds, for a 2 night stay for 7 people (4 adults and 2 children) one week ahead of time (crazy late for Memorial weekend I know) for under $500 total AND hot breakfast was included each morning for all guests!!! Breakfast consists of your usual continental items like bagels, muffins, whole fruits, cereal, tea, coffee, and juices and the hot breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, whichever one they put out that day, and two waffle makers with a waffle mixture dispenser in between them. They let you bring the breakfast up to your room too, which is handy if you have guests that aren't morning people. Checkin staff was kind, helpful and after signing me up for Best Western Rewards for free, where points never expire, gave me a welcome goodie bag (bottled waters, snacks and flyers). Room was clean and neat upon arrival, plenty of space for 7 people with fridge and microwave included. Bathroom sink is inside the bathroom, which is good because it's a little weird when it's not. Temperature was a little hard to control through the thermostat as you have to turn it either way up or way down to trigger the radiator/ac beneath the window. But overall the room was very comfortable and convenient. Fast food places (Taco Bell, Wendy's, Chilli's, etc) are literally right next door and Walmart is 5min down the road in a very big and nice shopping Center; good for filling up the mini fridge with drinks and snacks for the trip. Hotel has an okay pool and tiny hot tub across from the gym; not the biggest but also not the smallest I've seen. Custodial staff was very nice and did a good job during our stay. Checkout was pretty quick and simple, no issues. Hotel entrance is behind the gas station not facing the street, so you have to turn onto Omnitech Rd or something immediately after the gas station and turn right into the hotel from

Needed a room so I could attend my daughters college graduation from Geneseo. This was close to the college as well as the Mall, more or less centrally located. The Manager ,Thomas was wonderful, he even stored my flowers that I had sent to the hotel in advance of my arrival safe and secure.

We stayed one night at the BW Victor Inn & Suites. The room was just right for our purposes. The fitness center was small, but the equipment looked new, and the treadmill worked well. The breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon in addition to the usual other items in motel breakfasts.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past so I knew I would like it, but it has been a few years, so I wasn't sure if the quality had changed. I chose this hotel because it was halfway between my family I was visiting and where I needed to be for work the next day. It is also very close to the highway, so it is easy to get around. Everything was great including their pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The only suggestion I have is to update the decor in their rooms. I would continue to stay there in the future.

Check in staff extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Typical breakfast, adequate, not fancy, good selection. Location was convenient, short distance off the highway.

We were in NY to visit the Sacred Grove in Palmyra. Our vacation took us to several hotels and this was not only the best deal but it was also the best hotel. It was close to everything we wanted to see.

We enjoyed a relaxing and quiet 2 nights in a super clean second floor king room (which also had a sitting area: couch and chair) while visiting family in the area. We so appreciated the pup accommodations! Breakfast had more than enough choices, thank you for a great stay, AND value!

Driving to the location is fairly straightforward and easy. The location itself is pleasant and welcoming, as are the staff who are exceedingly helpful with whatever issues you may have. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast is wonderful! Eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, waffles, muffins, etc. We'll be returning here again and again for many years.

Convenient to Thruway. Overall a good hotel with a so so breakfast. Quick check in and check out. Overall a good place to stay. Somewhat marred by a buch of kids staying for a baseball tournament, Not the hotel's fault

The staff at Best Western was great. We will come back again soon. The breakfast was excellent and our room was very big and had a pull out sofa which was perfect for the kids. We played in the pool for hours and have to come back in fall.

Regular stop on our frequent drives to Ohio. Convenient, clean and inexpensive. Best Western, especially Best Western Plus, has really stepped up their game in the last five to six years. Their rewards program is very good and points never expire. If you have not looked into Best Western in a while, I strongly recommend it.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. 75 degree (according to thermostat) room when we walked in. I keep my apartment at 72-73 and was MELTING in this room. After 1.5 HOURS with AC on full blast the room was STILL 75 degrees. Ridiculous. Came back after 8 HOURS and complaints of the room temperatures and it was down to 70 even though was set to below 60. Honestly don't believe it was below 72 because it was still uncomfortably warm. Came back with my parents (I'm over 25 and neither of them are hard of hearing) and we were all sitting on the bed having conversation and got a RUDE phone call that we had a noise complaint and that we needed to keep it down. Clearly the walls are PAPER THIN. Will be trying the pool and 2-3 person hot tub out tomorrow if they don't kick us out for my parents snoring before then.... Also, flushed toilet and worried it will be too loud as well as mom coughing....hoping not to be kicked out for the noise complaints....if we were a loud party room I would get it but literally my parents and myself (all adults) exhausted and returning from the party we had thrown at the golf club

The stay was average - beds were too soft, had problems with the wifi cutting in/out, pool was cold and the hot tub could only fit two people. Breakfast was the same for three days - but it was complementary.

Was here just one night for a work trip. Friendly service at check-in-in, was offered a bag with water, chips, granola bar and local travel information Room was spacious, comfortable bed, clean, had fridge and microwave and good WiFi. I enjoyed the breakfast offerings in the morning The pool was under repair so I wasn't able to use it, My only complaint is that they could upgrade their toiletries in the bathroom, and they should offer tea in the room along with the coffee packets. There is a gas station next to hotel, it's close to Thruway entrance, and only 2 miles from town for restaurants, etc.

I was most impressed and overwhelmed by the level of customer service we received during our stay. Larry the assistant manager deserves an award for being so accommodating to our group in dealing with a tournament schedule that had changed more then a few times. He did not hold us accountable for keeping our reservation for the second night which we did not require. To say this was over and above is not enough. I know of no other hotel or hotel chain that has done this nor likely to do this. I will definitely be looking to arrange our tournament hotels with Best Western assuming they offer this level of service as part of their brand. If needing a hotel in the Rochester area, I will definitely be contacting Larry to take care of us. I encourage everyone to stay here and can't say enough good things about all the staff at this hotel.

Room was very spacious with quite comfortably dressed beds. Microwave and refrigerator in my room and hundreds (literally!) of TV channels. Wi-fi in room was a bit intermittent but fast when it was working. Included breakfast had a wide variety of tasty offerings and I got a very reasonable rate through the BW website. Location is really close to the Pinnacle athletic campus which is great for sports families.

We just stayed here with a group of 8 and 9 year old soccer players. The hotel itself was very clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were great for young kids. The staff was very nice and accomodating to us, since young kids can sometimes be loud. Overall, we had a great time and everything about the hotel was very nice.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff. extended breakfast hours wee nice to have. Location was very convenient for us. Made reservation through direct call to front desk. Reservation was fast and easy. I'll stay there again!

I am usually very skeptical during hotel stays. Not trusting if things are clean and not sure what type of service i will be getting. but they really were truly amazing !! From when I walked in with Larry being so nice and caring, and going the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly. Breakfast really surprised me. With all the choices and the cleanliness !!!! Thank you Ana for taking great care of it all!!! Really all in all super happy and will be sure to stay next time i am in town!

I Had fall in parking lot. Not maintained well. Poor snow and ice removal. Luckily my son came out and helped me up. Overall the stay was good despite this incident. I travel a fair amount and liked your facility.

He always does an effective job overall. Unfortunately, minor layers of precipitation and slippery spots are inevitable. After discussing the situation with our owner I am able to offer you up to 25% off of a night with us here. Unfortunately, I cannot simply give away a free night to any Best Western as we are all independently owned and operated. We have taken action to make sure that the lots are salted further and attended to even more during times of high precipitation. I am normally a Hampton in person. this hotel is number one on trip advisor for a reason. I am skeptical of best westerns but will stay her again. the room was immaculate and the service was awesome. all public areas were clean. the only think I did not appreciate was it was 10 less online than what I paid.

Hotel very nice, clean and rooms spacious. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and informative about the area. Sorry I didn't know ahead of time that the hotel had a salt water swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast selection good. Check out also fast and easy.

We stayed here as it was close to I-90. The hotel was clean, quiet and very user friendly. This hotel is very typical of a well run Best Western. I remember staying, and nothing out of the ordinary stands out in my mind. That is a very good thing.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years at least 2-3 weeks a year. On our last visit over Thanksgiving week we checked in and Tina was at the front desk. She was checking us in and noticed the amount of points we had on Best Western's reward program. She told us that there was a promotion that we could stay free nights for only 10,000 points (when I booked it was 20,000 points). She helped us figure out what to do for our 8 night stay using points and paying other nights and when we needed some things for our room she came up to help us and was very helpful throughout our stay and went the extra mile for us. Tricia was friendly and helpful during our stay continually asking us what we needed during breakfasts and she even gave us an item after the breakfast period was over. Larry the Assistant GM is there frequently and is a hands on type of guy ready to help as well with a smile. We have worked with Patrick the GM over the years and he is a great helpful guy and ready to help with any problem we have had. The bottom line is this is a well run hotel with friendly competent people. The rooms are clean, well kept up, and housekeeping does a fine job. The location is great near the biggest mall Eastview.

We were really impressed with this. Much nicer than we expected. Great lobby, nice rooms with high ceilings and good amenities. They do have pet friendly rooms so if you have allergies make sure to ask to avoid them.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had stayed here before and chose it again due to its location. Very busy place each time we stayed here. Noisy guests in hallways my only complaint. Breakfast is good but breakfast room isn't big enough when the hotel is fully booked.

great stay, quiet and comfortable, even thou there was some large groups staying at the hotel, the staff had the place clean and running nice, breakfast was great and quick, friendly staff and helpfull,

Super pleasant and welcoming front desk staff. Breakfast person was just as friendly. They even have gluten free bread - just ask her for it. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Didn't have time to use the fitness center or pool but they looked nice.

Stayed here for one night while in town visiting family and didn't feel like driving back to Syracuse. It's a 2-story hotel. Our room backed up to woods and was relaxing. The beds and room were very comfortable. It's tucked away from the main road behind a gas station. Very nice setting surrounded by trees.

There are several places in this area to stay and this one is the best all around value hands down. Everything you need when stuck away from home, good size rooms, Pool & Hot Tub. Great Breakfast, Friendly helpful staff.

This is a very reasonable place to stay. It is enhanced with an indoor swimming pool. This tends to attract youthful groups as a place of temporary residence. Sometimes, those groups tend to make unnecessary noise in the hallways, especially when the building is sparsely staffed. Consider such in your choice!

Good place to stay for shopping. Close to Waterloo Outlets and East View Mall. Stayed two nights and was very satisfied with the hotel and the breakfast. Hard to find because of shrub growth blocking the low signs. It's located off a side road not on the main route. This is the second time that I have stayed here.

Stayed here while on a college visit with my daughter. It was clean, quiet and welcoming. Breakfast was above average. Their employees were friendly. We would stay here again if traveling 90 through New York.

This is your typical good BW, it was clean, average breakfast food, no issues. I would stay here again, I just thought it was a little pricey for the area. We stayed in a room around the corner from the lobby, and it sort of felt like an old larger-sized broom closet, oddly spaced, but it was fine and the room seemed clean, which to me is the most important thing. Breakfast wasn't overly great, but it was average and we enjoyed it as being included in the price.

Quiet setting with easy access to the Interstate and a quick to downtown Rochester and the Convention Center. A nice pub, the Thirsty Turtle, down the street in one direction, a gas station nearby and several large malls a mile away. The room is well maintained and the staff friendly. Rural yet near Rochester.

The pool closes at 11. Business center seems to be open all night and day. The whole place is super clean. Rooms & TV, microwave and fridge set up neatly. Rooms so nice and the breakfast!!! Waffles and all that. Could not expect more.

This place is spotless clean!!! Perfect HOT breakfast, very helpful staff at all times. Overall 9+++ Not sure if what the noise issues is with a handful of construction crew who have trucks there day in and out but all in all good place ! Remember Great Staff is AAAA++++

I am very impressed with the Victor Best Western and find it very convenient to stay there when visiting my ailing sister in Victor and when attending my high school class reunions in Canandaigua. I have stayed at Victor Best Western 6 or 7 times recently and my stays are always enjoyable. The staff are outstanding and I enjoy using the pool and workout room. I usually stay a week or so each time and get to know everyone. I especially enjoy the morning breakfasts and meeting the breakfast room attendents. I also appreciate a freshly baked cookie in the evening, although I do need to watch my weight. I am also recognized by the room maintenance staff and receive a smile and a greeting when I see them. They keep everything so neat and clean, and I applaud your environmental concern as to not changing sheets and towels every day for multi day customers. I agree, that it is not necessary. Everyone is so pleasant when I enter and depart the motel. It really is a "home away from home."

I was impressed overall with the professional staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms. This hotel was within minutes of Palmyra, NY, which was our destination. Hot breakfast was provided each morning and was nicely presented.

We've been using this hotel since it opened years ago when visiting our friends in Victor. Always well maintained and the breakfast is pretty good. Great location --- see the map view. It's right on Rt 96 but NOT built up against the NY Thruway like the other hotels.

The hotel is clean, bright with a friendly, professional staff. Breakfast is included and was good. Great location if your in the Finger Lakes area. Close to Fairport and Rochester too! It is a family and pet friendly hotel as well. The downtown area of Victor is charming as well.

This is a very nice hotel and easy access to shopping, restaurants,movie theater. The room was clean, very nice. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, toast, sausage, waffles, cereal. We used the hot tub, it has a small capacity of 2, but we were the only 2 in the whole pool area, so we enjoyed it very much. Also liked the welcome bag for BW reward member and cookies in the evening. Nice and quiet hotel. Would stay again and would recommend.

This was the very first time I had the privilege of staying at one of the "BEST" Best Western Plus facilities. I must say that the service, staff, stay, was SUPERB!!! The General Manager and Staff was Very Welcoming and Hospitable. Would Highly Recommend this as one of the TOP places to visit. I am Very particular when it comes to choosing accommodations. I've stayed at this hotel several times. We always look forward to the grab bags and fresh baked cookies at check in. Larry at the front desk is always very accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate and there is lots of nearby shopping and restaurants.

This hotel continues to be a winner. My wife thought it was one of the cleanest hotels she has visited and she is a fussy lady!!! Everything worked well and the choice of TV channels continues to be impressive. Breakfast offerings were quite good but a little less so than out time before. Overall, a very nice stay.

The hotel is nice, clean, good bed and shower. Breakfast was good, hot chocolate was bad. The hotel is just a few driving minutes from restaurants away. Good stay after doing watkins glenn and seneca wine trail.

We've stayed at this hotel frequently. Larry Favors was excellent. Also, Patrick who is usually there is very good too but he wasn't there during this stay.The guy who was working the desk in the morning however was not friendly. I didn't get his name but my bill when checking out says RyanF. He seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. Not friendly no smile, no Hello. When I asked him a question he didn't seem to know what I was talking about and would not make any eye contact. Don't want to get him into trouble, but after the excellent service by Larry and Patrick, this other guy was the polar opposite. We do still love this hotel though in Victor.

This hotel is quite reasonable and the location is good in that there are numerous restaurants in the area, as well as, a Mall just up the road. Also it's handy to the Finger Lakes region. Complimentary breakfast is provided which has suitable variety of hot/cold choices.

We can fully recommend this hotel for a holiday stay. Good quality and nice stuff. We was traveling across USA and visit few places but Best Western hotels always make his job. Staying at the hotel allows you to regenerate and relax. Nice surroundings and proximity to restaurants additional convenience. Conveniently off the highway makes the hotel very handy on the go.

Over sized room. Rooms and common areas clean. Staff very responsive. Bathroom fan pulls every bit of steam out - excellent. Breakfast is typical for this price range. Scrambled eggs seem too fluffy, diluted. Stairwells are smelly / dirty. Towels are coarse - needs some fabric softener. Water is very soft - hard to wash the soap off. One pillow smelled like a chemical - I regret not dropping off at the front desk. Thermostat location, far from unit results in wide temperature gradient in room. Windows do not open.

Many return visits to this hotel. Always great reception at the front desk. This trip was shopping and a visit to the Lake Seneca. Patrick at the front desk was most helpful and most welcoming. Hotel has had upgrades since last visit. Complimentary breakfast well appointed as usual. Rooms were super clean ...love the Tv remote was cleaned and placed in its own little clean holder! Will definitely return as we always have!. Sorry to say we missed Larry at the front desk who was on vacation and his charm was definitely missed! Love the welcome bag and cookies as well..nice touch!

We like the Best Western in Victor primarily because of the staff and the value of the accommodations as comparison to other chains. We also like the area for shopping, sight seeing and resturants. Victor is reasonably close to the Waterloo Premium Outlets and also the Finger Lakes.

My 8 year old daughter and I were looking for someplace not too far from home for a weekend trip. We decided to go to the Finger Lakes Area. I chose to stay at the Best Western because I'm a rewards member but also because the hotels are usually nice. This hotel had good reviews on TripAdvisors, which I always read before I go anywhere. It proved to be correct...nice rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. The location is in kind of an odd location but was able to find it with GPS.

We arrived around 10 pm and the desk was super helpful to get us into our room asap. Offered cookies to my weary boys. Salt water pool!! Good breakfast bar, healthy options. Room a bit plain w very high ceilings. Seemed high price for a place off the highway in the middle of nowhere.

For this trip, I was transporting my daughter to SUNY Geneseo University.I traveled from Queens, New York with my daughter, and younger son. I selected this hotel, since it had a indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and breakfast included with your stay. The room was comfortable. It included 2 Queen size beds, coffee maker, mini fridge, flat screen television with cable TV, desk, and a bathroom. I requested before our stay, a roller way bed for my son. The bed was waiting for us in the room. Both the room and bathroom were well cleaned. The bathroom contained: shampoo, towels, and hot air hand held hair dryer. When entered the swimming pool room, I noticed that the swimming pool was not so warm. Also the hot tub was not so hot. I told the Hotel staff member at the front desk. He told me that he would tell maintenance and should be better tomorrow. Breakfast was enjoyed by me and my children. The following was served for Breakfast: make your own waffles syrup,, bagels, sausages, scrambled eggs with cheese and cubes of ham, hard boiled eggs, mini various danish, apples and bananas, 2 types of dry cereal, mini fridge with yogurts, coffee with flavored creamers and half and half, and a juice machine that dispenses: orange and apple juice.

you need not to expense a lot to get a clean and decent room. I always stay at Best western as long as there's one in the area i'm travelling. unlike other budget hotel which are so intolerable, at Best Western you pay almost the same amount but with a much better quality.

The Victor Inn & Suites was a really pleasant surprise, both in terms of the quality of the facilities and staff and the value for the price. I would highly recommend it. It is convenient to the NY Thruway, but is in a quiet area.

The hotel is very nice, check in staff were very friendly, good size room, have microwave and small refg. Have pool and small Gym. Breakfast is very good, have hot eggs and sausages ( I only had coffee and fruit , yogurt).

Very nice Hotel at Victor NY. Near the NY thruway. Large clean room nice indoor pool and spa. Good free breakfast. Stayed here on a road trip with family (my wife and I and our two adult kids. Nice hotel. Had a late dinner at the Thirsty Turtle sports bar across the street and the food was good.

We stayed @ Best Western on August 6, 2017. First night of a long trip back to Denver from Bangor Maine. At first we thought this was a brand new hotel. Everything appeared new - furniture, drapes, carpeting, interior finish in the hallways. Room was comfortable. No noise. We were impressed with the staff and the overall cleanliness of the complex.

We stayed here August 15, 2017. Hotel was clean and well-maintained with well appointed rooms and a fresh breakfast buffet with good variety. We greatly appreciated the non-smoking environment. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. We will, definitely, stay here again and recommend this hotel. Note: The hotel and entrance are easy to miss. The roadside "BW" sign is small compared to a hotel next door with a huge sign.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, in the past few years. there are all new carpets in the rooms.It's just off the highway. Convenient to a fairly large shopping mall. The town of Victor have a few nice bars and restaurants after a long drive.

Located in the heart of wine country. This hotel has it all. Excellent restaurants, great shopping and wine tasting and tours are all within a very short drive. We plan a stay over here every year. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice motel, mostly older people staying there, there must be a golf resort somewhere nearby. The hotel was quiet and clean and comfortable. The area was very pretty and felt safe. I would stay there again.

We were closing on our house the next day and needed a bed to sleep in since our belongings already left for our move cross country. The staff was very helpful and as usual the breakfast was great! Nice way to end our stay in Upstate NY!

We blindly picked this location for an overnight stay on our way back from Boston. This is a very nice location. Upscale suburb, nice restaurants and malls (LL Bean!) within a few minutes drive. The hotel itself was nice, and check-in was a breeze. Our room was clean and spacious. The big issue we had were strangely paper thin walls. We could hear every conversation on both sides of us. This must be a known problem, because I had to sign a strange "quiet agreement after 10pm" when checking in. Overall, a nice stay, as long as you don't mind some noise from nearby rooms. We didn't stay for breakfast, as it was overcrowded and all the seating was filled.

This facility has gone thru some updates and looks brand new. Patrick, the manager, makes it his business to take care of any problems. Larry gives professional service with a great attitude. Perfect location for shopping or visiting the wineries.

Near everything, highways, restaurants, attractions, just a hard time crossing highway when you exit hotel needs traffic light. Breakfast is awesome, doing remodeling but the staff is so helpful .Beds comfortable, never enough bathroom tissue paper had to ask twice, have stayed here before and we love it.l

This BW is close to everything in Victor. Will meet all your needs and is priced very well. Clean comfy rooms, hot breakfast and a pool/itness area if you want. Great choice! I always stay here on every shopping trip to Victor

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff did a nice job with keeping things up. My air conditioner worked very well, which is sometimes sketchy in hotels. It was easy on and off the highway. Location was good.

Great location - only a couple of minutes off of the highway but far enough away that you don't hear any traffic noise. Room and bathroom were a good size. Lobby and room were clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet for sleeping. A good breakfast with a lot of options was provided.

Clean room, good breakfast, close to Eastview Mall. Staff not too friendly, loud tv while trying to eat breakfast. Air conditioner right next to bed, and loud. Way too expensive for what you get. I probably would not stay again.

I thought the Best Western in Victor, NY was a great hotel. I stayed 2 nights and found the rooms to be clean, the staff to be accommodating, and the location convenient to major highways. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again without hesitation!

Can't say enough about this hotel. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is great. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and always very clean. Lots of places to eat in the area. There is Olive Garden, Chilis, longhorn steakhouse and a nice little pub just across/down the road called Turtle (something). Lol

Updated rooms, comfortable beds, good staff, breakfast has many good hot and cold choices. Perfect location for the thruway or to Rochester. We had to stay one night in the Hampton Inn down the road because BW was filled, we didn't like the Hampton Inn and came right back to BW for the next 2 nights. This is the only hotel we will use in Victor, NY. There is a salt water pool & gym; they take small pets too!

I met the best staff here. I don't know his name, but a extremely nice black guy on Jul 8 night shift, showed me service clearly and gave me a lot of useful infomation. Very happy and will recommend to my friends definitely.

This is our go to place when we are traveling to New York state. It is welcoming , clean , The rooms are very comfortable and have refrigerators and microwaves,and it is well located within a mile of a mall that has good restaurants.

Passing through town, we hoped for a clean hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, a pool for the kids, and a breakfast. The Best Western did not disappoint. There was some noise we could hear from stairs/hallway, but we travel with a sound machine so it didn't keep us awake. I would stay here again.

Noisy. They are in the process of remodeling and began work early in the day. The AC from the roof (we were on second floor) dripped all night long loud enough to keep us awake. Breakfast was disappointing - yogurt frozen solid. When the OJ was only water (needed concentrate added) it took two customers (several minutes apart) to say something before it was fixed. Our room was extremely cold.

Very nicely appointed hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, including hot foods. But, the bed was incredibly hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Woke up sore. Worth a stay, but ask for a soft mattress.

Great staff who were more the willing to go the extra mile to help. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and the cleaning folks had no problem if you wanted to sleep in a bit. Great breakfast and I especially liked that they not only served to 10AM but had someone constantly monitoring to make sure nothing ran out. A family group stayed for a cousins reunion. The location was convenient, the hotel was very well maintained and clean, and the amenities made our stay even better. Throughout our stay, during and after breakfast our group convened frequently in the comfortable breakfast area to make plans, chat and relax.

Our second stay here, always quiet, even when full...very helpful staff, clean facilities. Location is great, quick access to shopping and interstate. I would recommend that they install non-stick material in tub.

The dinning area was always well organized and clean, as noted above, and with fresh produce and the usual breakfast items always available there was no wait time - important for those on the run. . .

The hotel is in a nice area of town. It is convenient for travelers who are en route either to or from the east coast. The staff was friendly and helpful with both check-in and check out and made certain that we had everything that we needed.

We wen to Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and was looking for a hotel and found Comfort Inn & Suites Farmington - Victor but they wanted a two night minimum stay and found Best Western not to far away. Located right on Route 96 that was very close to lots of nice restaurants and fast found just what we were looking for. Eating out at KFC, Wendy's right around the corner made it nice for a short stay. We spent 3 hours at Finger Lakes Casino and got free pays which made it nice with little out of pocket for us. Walk away with a little money and was a nice Casino for this area. Give this hotel a try, looks like they are doing dome upgrade but didn't mind the mess, 5 stars.

I thought the hotel staff was great. The general manager was very inviting to all the hotel guest which set a standard for the rest of the staff. I was in town for visits to both Univ. of Rochester and RIT. It was outside of the City limits, hence the tax rate was lower - which made it a good choice for me.

Very nice place and convenient to area sites like Sonnenberg Gardens and the Seneca Art & Cultural Center. Staff is quite nice, rooms are good, clean, and comfortable. Not sure why but the work desk in the rooms are about 4 inches too high. Easy to go to the convenient lobby or use the breakfast room tables for your laptop. The pool/hot tub looks good although we didn't use it. Same for exercise room. Would stay again anytime. The Manager and staff were very helpful and had information at their fingertips. (To the Mother of Patrick, the Manager: I caught him smoking a quick cigarette outside).

I stayed @ Best Western on 4/24. It was my first visit to Rochester and felt welcomed by the amazing staff there. Audrey, Tina and Lynn were so accommodating and wonderful. I also enjoyed the 'to-go' snack bags and bottled water that was offered at the front desk. I truly had a great experience and hope you will too :)

We were here for 3 nights with family for a college graduation. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Parking was ample. Breakfast was average. It was in a very safe area and close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very plain. Carpet is old and worn and was sticky. Lighting is inadequate in rooms. The sink did not drain properly but they fixed it quickly. It met our needs but nothing special.

Overall great experience. Only complaint; one of three breakfasts was scant due to the fact that apparently, the staff person in charge of breakfast did not show up that day. As a result, the woman at the front desk was forced to divide her time between attending to breakfast and the front desk..

Just for one night! This hotel has a gas station with a convenience store few steps away. On 96 there are many restaurants just a few blocks from the hotel. The Suite I stayed was clean and comfy, but was price. For Best Western level this hotel is really good. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast all the same, nothing different than scrambled eggs, cereals and coffee machine... I think pet fee was high- 35 dollars for a my small Frenchie.

I likectge area, although inhaler I drive to find a good restaurant, the hotel is inns good location. Just few mints of 96! Convenience store is just few steps from the hotel. It is a perfriendky hotel what Mattes. The pet fee is really high 35 a night especially if you have a25 pound dog!

This hotel is centrally located and a convenient place to stay. Rooms we used was clean and quiet. Pool had strong chlorine smell. Exercise room came in handy though. Breakfast was the usual sausage, scrambled eggs , cereal. Wish they would go back to two cup coffee makers in rooms. Please tell stay overall.

visiting friends in Honeyoye Falls. We have stayed at this hotel before. The location is convenient and the appearance is new and modern. Everything was clean. Breakfast looked like it had been done with care and had not been sitting out a long time.

They have a heated pool and a spa. The staff is super friendly. Best hotel I've stayed in, in a while. They have fresh baked cookies that are pretty fantastic. They have a 24 hour fitness room. There is always someone at the desk if you need anything.

There is nothing lacking at the BW Hotel. The pool, rooms, and the breakfast were all wonderful. They have a quiet policy after 10 PM which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Entrance is difficult to see, so keep your eyes open just past the gas station for the small sign for BW entrance.

I stay at the Victor,N.Y. Best Western several times a year and I always have a wonderful,relaxing and enjoyable experience there. I plan on staying there many more times and would recommend this site as a nice place to stay.

Had one night stay. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and I usually don't do well away from my Select Comfort bed. Breakfast was much better than a Continental at similar priced hotels

Staff was great and very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from other rooms - the partition walls must be very thin as I could hear my neighbour on the phone at night.

I love this staff of people. The hotel is clean, and close to everything. The manager checked me in and was professional and genuinely friendly. The day staff called me and let me know that they had baked cookies and wanted me to make sure I came and got some. Every time I walked past the front desk, they spoke with me and made sure I was comfortable.

We went for a family gathering and had six rooms. We all hung out in one room ! This hotel compares with Homewood suites--& has spacious rooms, a pool, and a hot breakfast that's included in your room price.

Stayed here for a night and was SO IMPRESSED!! Arrived late in the evening but were welcomed like it was the middle of the day. Staff so warm and friendly. Had an issue with remote for tv and they came from the desk immediately and fixed it!! Breakfast was great!! Will definitely stay there when visiting again!!!

Once we found the motel (its signage is barely visible and the building is off the highway) it was attractive and properly priced. The room, although dark, was comfortable, the bed especially so. The one drawback was its construction, which must be flimsy, since every sound from the hallway, next door and upstairs was audible, especially a problem since a girls' hockey team was staying there at the time.

Stayed in this hotel for a week in November. It was in a good location for the business I was doing in the area. Only met the front desk staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a descent selection of things to get you started. Pool looked aged but it was warm and nice. Hot tub was deep but small (capacity 2) and could have been a little hotter. My room was clean, well maintained and quiet, I did find the bed a little stiff but still comfortable. .

Overall good value for money. Hotel is in good condition but some of the carpeted floors did appear worn.We were upgraded to a mini suite which was quite comfortable. Everything worked except the shower/bath drained a little slowly. Room wifi was reasonable, TV somewhat small but channel offerings were good. Fitness room had three machines including one treadmill and free weights. Good breakfast with a wide variety of offerings. Some improvement here would be to have some less sugary stuff! Excellent service by friendly staff. A tip to getting to the hotel. Route 96 south, the hotel is behind the gas station. Turn right immediately past the gas station then a quick right into the driveway leading to the hotel.

My wife and I had a two night stay here recently. Check in was a breeze and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, well equipped, and everything was in good condition. Juice and coffee was available at all times also which was convenient. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, juices, coffee, etc...). Our second morning was bacon, so I'm sure it gets changed up frequently. Overall the hotel was in excellent condition, staff was great, good location, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Great location for Factory Outlet Mall and Eastview Shopping Center. Lot of restaurants near here. Staff go out of their way to please you. Patrick Hansen, the manager makes it his business to make your stay worry free. Larry's cookies are excellent. Show your membership card for a goodie bag!!

From an enthusiastic desk clerk at check in to a spacious, comfortable room, this is the nicest Best Western I've stayed in. Loved the Douwe Egberts coffee in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and easy to get to. Only problem was the wifi cut out from time to time. Highly recommend this hotel.

I believe this may be a new facility - the rooms were clean, smoke/smell free and as expected. The breakfast was plentiful and good choices for paleo as well as carb eaters. The main lobby and hotel reception make this a very inviting place to stay.

We were joined by our relatives from Ottawa Ontario and we enjoyed the Hotel so much that we stayed at this Best Western Hotel in Victor N.Y. for three nights. Guys played golf and wives went shopping at Waterloo Outlets ( about 30 miles from Victor). This area has great shopping centres and restaurants. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating and based on value for the price we paid is probably one of the best values we have had in years . We have always stayed at the large chain Hotels ( Hilton,Sheraton,Holiday Inn Express) but based on this stay I would rate this Hotel in the top quartile of places we have stayed. The hot breakfast was good along with all the extras . Home Made Cookies at the front desk from 5:00 to 8:00 were a good touch. We will definitely stay here again .

Great hotel in a great location with excellent facilities and a warm friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean, well kept and very accessible. Extremely friendly staff. Fresh chocolate chip cookies at the front desk in the afternoon. Excellent breakfast choices. Clean rooms. We accidently left some items in the room refrigerator after we checked out. I called and they quickly called the service department who promptly went to the room to recover it for me and held onto them in the large refrigerated storage until we got there to pick them up. There is another hotel we have stayed at in the area which is also very nice, but I'd prefer this one. Hands down.

An amazing stay again. We arrived in Victor, New York at 8:00 am in the morning. We called our favorite hotel in Victor and asked if they had a room available for a early check in. The desk clerk Donna said she would check and advised she had a room available. Not only did she allow us in the room early but advised help ourselves to the great breakfast they always provide. We got a great rate and the AARP room discount as well. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and coffee set ups. The breakfast buffet had eggs, meat and assorted pastry. The coffee is provided 24 hrs a day and as a bonus fresh cookies at night. Everyone of the staff is friendly and always willing to help. We met Patrick, the general manager and told him about our wonderful stay and how well we were treated. On all of our stays we see Patrick and he takes time to make sure everything is ok. Patrick does a wonderful job running this property and is a reason why we return to this hotel every time we come to Victor. Our thanks to Patrick and Donna (front desk clerk) for making this a wonderful stay.

Great hotel, very new and confortable. Amazing staff, speccially Patrick the general manager who helped us since before our arrival and during all the period we were there. I would recomend to anyone who needs to be around.

Room was great. Clean and in good shape. Would stay here again. They have the basic breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Debbie, at the front desk was great Friendly and let me charge my car up but they only have 110 v. outside. Surprised , as many of the BW I have stayed at now have EV chargers for electric cars. I know I am not the first to ask. Times are a changin'.

The staff was wonderful at meeting our (American War Dads)on very short notice. Rooms were clean. large & near each other. Again the staff was great. Pool was nice. Hot tub could have been a little hotter but still nice. Good breakfast.

Stopped here on my way to New England states. Liked it so much I stayed here on my way back. Wonderful personable staff from check in to check out including very nice hostess in breakfast room as well. Room had fridge and microwave and was very quiet. Many toiletries. Nice shower. Comfy bed and pillows. Powerful AC. Breakfast quite nice. Everything clean. Convenient location and reasonable rates. It will be my go to place from now on!

The rooms are clean and the bed are comfy. Convenient location need the highway. The hot breakfast is great. The mini fridges in the room are a nice feature. The staff was excellent. A group of 12 women stayed and we all enjoyed to hotel. The chocolate chips cookies at the front desk are delicious. If I'm ever back in the Finger Lakes area again I will stay here.

Our room was spacious and very clean, king bed comfortable with nice pillows too. Loved the sitting area in the lobby and the homey look of the breakfast room. Seasonal pumpkins on each table. Breakfast had several options. Pool was nice the only think negative to say was the hot tub wasn't hot..more of a warm tub. Staff was friendly and nice.

This is a really great place to stay for the price if you plan to see the Niagara Falls area and/or the LDS church history sites that are so near. Wal-mart is down the street of needed and some some great places to eat in town nearby also.

Had the opportunity to visit this BW-Victor again. Good room location and excellent upgrade; thanks to the Assistant Mgr. upon booking. We make several trips a year to the Victor/Canandaigua area. From a comfort, convenience and value standpoint this inn cannot be beat. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout this meticulously maintained property and a great location to boot. A very well managed breakfast bar with a nice selection to choose from.

I have stayed here several times now and found the hotel to be quite good with accommodating staff. It's close to restaurants and the mall, the interstate and they have a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning.

The pool and workout room have very generous hours, which made them much more usable than most similar lodgings. Staff efficient and respectful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was better than expected and the image of the stuffy, unfriendly New Yorker is blown completely out of the water. Only thing that would have added,would be soft towels. The pool and workout areas were kind of like a coarse sandpaper, folded and dried in place. The room towels were softer, but not what would be expected at a mid range property.

Best Western Plus in Victor NY was a wonderful stay, great value and convenient location.Would stay again -I love Best Western Plus- have stayed at several of them and will continue to do so. We stayed with extended family and had several rooms- we all commented on what great rooms and value. Only downside-the Best Western sign and entrance is difficult to find/see from the road.

I visited Victor for a recent business trip and was booked at the Best Western. The rooms were huge, the beds comfy with plenty of pillows, the hotel was quiet yet busy and the breakfast was delicious. I did not get a chance to use the pool or exercise room, but others in our group were pleased. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a golf package with Finger Lakes Trail - a golf package with two rounds and we chose this hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast each morning before heading out for golf and they had a nice selection. It's a convenient walk to Chili's for a quick bite to eat. The salt water pool looked nice although we didn't try it. This hotel is very convenient to,the highway and great golf. Don't hesitate to stay!

Hotel is just off the interstate close to everything you need at a great rate. Used the pool it is indoors with a spa and fitness room all very nice. Room was large clean and modern and everything was in good working order. Breakfast was nice and a little better than most. If I found my self in the area I would stay again.

My family and I stop at this Best Western on I-90 every time we travel to New England to see family. It's perfect! Nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Free breakfast and wifi. The staff is always friendly and nice. Only "gripe" is by the time we arrive at night the parking lot is usually full. Overall, great place!

My husband and I stayed here on 2 different occasions over the last week and we had a wonderful experience both times. The front desk staff is very professional and does their job well. There were fresh baked cookies for the taking as well as gift bags for being Best Western reward members upon check in. We stayed in a mini suite on the second floor. The room was very nice and well taken care of. We love the continental breakfast included in the mornings- great selection of food. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future. Great rates & you really get your money's worth here.

I had a great week at your hotel. I stay at your hotel whenever I visit family in the area. I especially like the courtesy breakfast. I arrange my day to have breakfast at the hotel and then spend the rest of the day and evening with family and traveling in the area. I enjoy meeting and knowing your staff. They are courteous and know their duties well. Kudos to the evening managers who bake cookies for those of us checking in and passing by the reception desk going to and from the pool and work out room. I commented to one of them that their cookies are fresher and tastier than those I have had at a Double Tree Hotel.

Excellent price looks to be brand new after being open eight years. Decor is spectacular. Good full breakfast selections. Pool and hot tub very inviting. Definitely recommend don't pass this up when traveling in the area.

Delightful staff. Clean and comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. We used the hot tub and enjoyed it. Minimal outdoor seating (two benches at the front of the hotel). Breakfast was good...bacon and eggs along with bread, pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit.

Overall a fairly nice hotel, the pool was sufficient, and there was a decent breakfast selection and the food was good. The Hotel location was central to our needs and the value paid was adequate to the value received but the room carpet needs a change - it was moist and sticky, ugh !!!

Overall, the Best Western System is first class. This Victor Best Western Plus that we stayed in for 2 nites is exceptional, very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Their check in front desk person Eric Schojan was exceptionally helpful. Guest room was very clean and comfortable with excellent services and the morning breakfast was better than 95% of other hotel systems.Keep up the great work.

This hotel is clean and well-cared for. The lobby is nice, the rooms are fresh, clean, and cozy. The beds are comfortable and there is a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. The laundry room is functional. I would stay here again if in the area. This was a 4 night stay, but proximity to the New York State Thruway (90) makes it ideal for a one night stay if just passing through the area. Highway noise is minimal.

The Best Western Plus in Victor, NY is clean, comfortable and pleasant. We stayed 4 nights and it was fine. There was a refrigerator in the room and a microwave. The guest laundry was sufficient. I would stay at this hotel in the future, should I be in the area.

We stopped here on our way across upper New York. The hotel's closer to the Finger Lakes were all booked, so we continued westward toward Rochester. This is a new hotel, so still very pretty. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The Staff was friendly. Breakfast was served in the AM. It is near a mall and many great dining choices. A nice place to stay.

Great place to stay, close to major highways yet not near enough to get the traffic noise. The pool is great for all and includes a handicap lift chair. Breakfast was a uninspired and had very little fresh fruit available. The coffee dispenser in the breakfast area made some of the worst coffee I ever had. Too many hotels are using these now and I found the room coffee to be much better.

One of the finest Best Western Hotels we have stayed in. The greeting from the staff was genuine and friendly. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend! Also, make sure you take advantage of the pool and spa.

We stayed at Best Western Plus on Saturday 8/6/16. Staff was nice, but when we were given our room it smelled terribly of mold. We spoke with the front desk and they said they had no other rooms and said they would give us a deodorizer. It was an off brand of febreze and it did nothing with the smell. It made it extremely difficult to sleep because the smell was so bad and by the next morning all of our clothes and our bags smelled of mold too. We wrote the manager an email and they did nothing with the problem. We will not stay there again and we are frequent visitors to Victor.

I have stayed at Best Westerns from Maine to Florida and as far west as Indiana to Texas, and this BW is tied with only one other for my most positive experience. The location is very conveniently located, staff was friendly & accommodating, the room clean & comfortable, the breakfast above average for Best Westerns, and the fresh baked cookies, which came out at the same time I arrived, were a nice and much appreciated bonus. This hotel is a great product at a fair price. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this BW to friends and family with confidence.

This hotel is very well maintained inside and out. The suites are a good size and "pet friendly". It is located near the 490 expressway and the NYS Thruway which is a great location. Plenty of restaurants available nearby and also a large shopping mall. Breakfast is included as well as wi fi. Love the addition of homebaked cookies at the desk in the afternoon.

We stayed here while traveling for our anniversary vacation. Room was clean enough. Breakfast included hot and cold items it was average. My favorite part was that the bed was so comfortable! I am bummed that I forgot to check the brand of pillow that was on the bed because we loved them!

We stay here always on our way to Gansvoort area from Northerm Mich. rooms are spacious and so clean. Hospitality is outstanding. Perfect location for many good restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast is fresh and plentiful. You wont be disappointed in this hotel.

If you are staying in the Victor/rochester area, the Best Western Plus offers exceptional value and delivers better than average quality. Beds are firm and comfortable, breakfast is as good as any in a breakfast included stay. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, golf and horse racing. A good place to stay with great staff.

The queen pullout bed was very uncomfortable. They need to put a mattress on top of the spring one. I can say the breakfast was very good, and location to restaurants and stores was also great. The pool area was pleasantly nice with a salt water pool and hot tub.

This was an amazing stay. Stopped here on the way to Rochester. Very comfortable, good breakfast, free Wi-Fi, pool and workout room. Enjoyed the microwave and fridge in room. A few chain restaurants close by was a plus. Free Parking

Stayed 8 nights while visiting family and friends in Rochester area. Wanted a suite close to everything on the East side and this fit the b ill. Clean, great staff, nice roomy rooms, fairly new. Wonderful breakfast and warm chocolate cookies at the desk in the afternoon. Coming back again next year!

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed our visit. The room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed and was well lit. We ate the continental breakfast that was provided with the room one morning and that was just OK; pretty much standard type of food. The front desk service was helpful and the housekeeping staff was very good as well. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We needed an overnight stop on a long trip back from northern Vermont to Wiscsonsin while towing an impossibly large trailer. And with dogs. And it was hot and humid. We decided to ditch our original stopping point because we were fatigued and needed to make sure the dog had a decent place to stay for comfort. Found this property on TripAdvisor. Very nice facility. But what was special was the checkin greeting we got from the young man on duty that evening - I so wish I had written down his name. (It was 6/26 if management is watching. He was incredible, made sure we got the kind of room and proximity we were looking for, told us where to take the dog, gave a full rundown of amenities and local places to get a bite to eat, and was overall very energetic (in a good way), very nice and obviously customer-oriented. We both walked away from the front desk towards our room and said "wow, what a great guy he is and what a nice greeting". I hope management figures out who this was - he's the kind of employee you want to hang on to.

We always enjoy Best Western at Victor to the point that it feels as though we are at home. Everything is comfortable and clean. The staff has always been friendly and professional, breakfast is scrumptious, tables are clean, and I have nothing but good things to say!

Stayed for 3 nights over the July 4th weekend. Things we liked: -Rooms are large with desk, a comfy upholstered chair and a counter with coffee maker and refrigerator -beds were a little firm for me but comfortable -good A/C. Quiet and efficient -the fan in the bathroom actually worked. No steam and a clear mirror -the breakfast was good but the hot items were the same each day (scrambled eggs, one day with ham in them, and sausage). More variety would have been nice. But they did have cheese and salsa and two waffle makers plus fresh fruit. The attendants were attentive -can get a cup of coffee or tea 24/7 -staff was nice and helpful, especially the young African American man who worked the evening shift -there's a hot tub (it's tiny though) -Lots of parking in the front of the building -no issues with wifi -it was quiet. We didn't hear noise from other rooms Things we didn't like: -The breakfast area is on the small side -our room was skipped by housekeeping on our last day. We were gone from the room from 12-8pm so there seemed to be no reason for it. It was July 4th so maybe they hurried home? I had to go down to the desk twice for towels, toilet paper, etc. Not the end of the world but it's one of my pet peeves. The desk person didn't seem concerned though he happily gave me supplies. -the maids always left a roll of toilet paper that was almost gone instead of changing it to a new roll. I'm sure they are instructed to do that but it annoys me. Especially with four people in the room. Maybe leave an extra one if you don't want to waste the roll that's almost gone. I would have given a 5 rating if not for the housekeeping issue. We have family in the area so I'd probably stay here again.

We chose this location because we were arriving in Rochester by air in the evening, to head to Cayuga Lake the next day. The location in Victor was a bit of a start in that direction, about a half hour from the airport, very convenient to highways, and with lots of chain restaurants within walking distance (we ate at Chili's, about 5 minutes walk). The room was great, good a/c control, nice bed, a sitting area. The only thing I'd dink is that the breakfast was just so-so - the eggs were too salty for my taste, and had ham in them (ruins it for vegetarians). But the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Great room with 2 queen beds to choose from. Excellent breakfast, loved the waffles. Coffee in a paper cup needs improved upon. Staff was very helpful in telling us about the town and a place to eat in Canadaquia, New York.

Met my daughter in-law there for our get away shopping trip. Close enough to hop on thruway and head out to Eastview Mall in Victor The pool and hot tub was fantastic after we got back. The room was spotless clean. Breakfast bar had a fabulous and tasty selection. We definitely will be going back there for our future trips.

I was at this hotel one night on my way to Cape Cod. The staff was great and very friendly. The hotel was very clean and very nice. The breakfast had a good variety. I did not go to the pool, exercise room, or any of the other facilities. I highly recommend this hotel and I will return if I ever come back this way.

Excellent service and staff. Have been staying there since it first opened during my trips to Rochester, NY. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Value received for dollars spent is excellent! Highly recommend!

My husband and I went on a mini vacation and booked online at this hotel. From the moment we arrived (June 18th) until we left June 20th, we were treated very well,. The staff were very professional and very helpful when we had questions. The hotel and our room was absolutely spotless as was the dining room where they serve continental breakfast. The best thing too? Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, all day long! That was a real selling point for me. I also liked the fact you have access to the breakfast room if you want to have tea or coffee all day and evening. We will absolutely book at this hotel again.

I was really looking forward to staying at this specific hotel after reading the previous reviews. I was not disappointed. It is pretty easy to get to from the Thruway - this location was very convenient to all interstates that I needed to use. Staff was very pleasant. The hotel has two floors - pool and sauna - laundry facility (washer and dryer) helped me out in a pinch as I had to clean a soccer uniform from the day before to use again the next day. Breakfast both days was great - scrambled eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, juice, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, yogurt and cereal. Area was stocked and clean each day that I was there. I would definitely come back if I am in the area.

The Best Western Plus in Victor New York was the perfect choice for our travel group. We felt like we mattered. Excellent service, quality rooms, and a very good value. The property is perfectly run. We have tried a few other properties in the area and this was an unanimous choice for our next holiday.

This hotel is beautiful, super clean (seemed brand new) and the staff was excellent! If ever in the area, we will definitely return to Best Western Plus in Victor! They even honored our AMAC membership, which is similar to AARP, only conservative.

We always try to stay in Best Westerns when we travel. They are not all created equal, but we like the points, and free rooms over the years. We booked the king suite room for a long weekend to visit family. It is lovely and clean. The staff seems very friendly. The bed is comfy. We haven't tried the breakfast that is included yet, but the breakfast area looked clean with the waffle station my husband always loves. We would book here again.

We stayed overnight on our way to Canada. Several restaurants nearby including a Denny's open 24 hours so dining is not an issue. Only regret is we were unable to book room for our return trip. No vacancies.

We had our wedding room block at the Best Western Plus Victor Inn and Suites. From my very first conversation with their GM Patrick to the moment we left the hotel, everything was PERFECT. I work at a hotel myself, so I can be quite picky, but this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. We had a very large wedding so needed A LOT of rooms. I called multiple locations in the area and no one would not help me with the amount of rooms we needed, but Patrick was so accommodating and helpful! The staff was kind, friendly, and made everything easy for us. The breakfast in the morning was great as well. It was really nice for us to gather in the dining area and see everyone the morning after the wedding, since we did not have any day-after events planned. Thank you Patrick and staff! We can't wait to come back!

My fiancee and I went to Macedon for a wedding. We found the hotel and was very happy with the experience! We got the King Spa room which had a whirlpool bath right in our room! A wonderful end to a great night to relax in the jacuzzi. The waffles in the morning were so fluffy and tasteful! We did take advantage of the fitness room which had great machines in there as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had such an enjoyable stay at this Best Western. We traveled all through the Northeast with our young children, and this was our favorite hotel by far! The rooms were very clean, roomy, and comfortable. They offered free wi-fi, and free parking. The price was great! The breakfast was especially good, there was a great variety with small details added that made the options endless. Even our pickiest child was pleased. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and even gave our free chocolate chip cookies that they serve right at the front desk. Yum! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well. We stayed six nights in this hotel and were very pleased with our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and well presented. No restaurant on- site but a reasonable breakfast Buffett was provided every morning. The hotel was quiet and well located for our travel around Rochester. Checkin was a breeze late at night after long flights.. Recommend this hotel.

I stay at a lot of hotels, and a lot of Best Westerns. This is one of the nicest I have stayed at and the rate was great. Beautiful rooms, Super clean, comfortable beds. If you are looking around, just stay here. You will be glad you did.

We stayed here while our water line was replaced at our home about 5 miles away. We could have had our small dog with us too. I like the set up of this hotel. I made reservation with the hotel directly and was given a very convenient first floor room. Will recommend it to friends and family for sure.

Needed a hotel on our way down to richmond va. This was perfect right off the i90. Checkin was fast and pleasant. Room was clean spacious. Breakfast offered a great choice and lots of it. Breakfast room was kept clean. Check out was fast and when I noticed a problem it was corrected quickly without hesitation. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Pretty much what I've come to expect from Best Western - a clean, solid, relatively new room with the expected amenities. A good, full breakfast was very nice as were the pool, spa and exercise room. The only thing missing is a restaurant, especially if it had room service. The fresh baked cookies at the front desk were a nice touch.

If your visiting the Canandaigua wine trail or the Rochester region, this Best Western is great! Fantastic room with sitting area, flat screen TV, great WIFI, nice workout room, and a phenomenal hot breakfast right off exit 45 of the thruway. Convenient to lots of things.

this was definitely the best "best western" we have stayed in, all-around...no complaints the bed was too soft for me....but that's a personal comment, not a reflection on the hotel's quality, or our satisfaction....home is always the most comfortable (of course i have an adjustable bed there!!)

Great hotel that is a hidden gem. No signage on 90 but less than a mile off the highway. Gas, good and shopping very close. Great value too! Would definitely stay here again. Reasonable pet fee. Staff was very friendly and efficient. When traveling the 90 corridor this place is a great option for the night.

I read the scathing review that a recent guest left that was obviously not telling the complete story. My main reason to choose this hotel over others in the area was because I was so impressed by the way that Patrick stood behind his employee Dennis. I felt that he deserved my business and I was rewarded by a very pleasant stay and a very comfortable room. The pool was warm and clean , evening fresh baked cookies delicious, and the breakfast very good. The hotel is very well located just off the I-90 and great shopping nearby. i would definitely return and recommend it to my friends and family.

Was in the area for business and used TripAdvisor to find out good place to stay. I liked what I read about the Best Western Plus and took the plunge into the hot tub. The hotel is clean, well-lit, and just has a good feeling. Even though there was a mistake at the check in, I am happy with the room. The pool area and work out rooms were clean and well-stocked. The breakfast in the morning is quite adequate. I would definitely stay there again. Nice Job!!!!!!!!!!

Very beautiful faculty. Clean and well kept. Pool and spa area was very clean with plenty of towels available. Adam at the front desk went above and beyond to give us great service and made our stay extra special. He even came to say goodnight to us when he left. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay.

We rented two rooms with this hotel for a total of 7 nights on a business trip. We got in late Saturday night so we didn't wind up doing much more than just going to eat and then bed. The second day we drove up to Niagra Falls and back. When we returned to the hotel I walked up to the front desk to ask what there was to do around the area. The person at the front desk. named Larry, said "I don't know, I am not from around here", We asked where he was from. He Said "Atlanta". we asked what part of Altlanta? His response was "I don't have to tell you that". I said that we were just looking for a fun place to go and that he didn't need to act like a b!#ch. Before we walked away, one of my workmates asked if he could have a cookie. With an attitude he said "take them all if you want, I don't care, I will just make more". So we did and the next thing I know Larry called the police and told them he wanted us kicked out. He told the police that I called him a b!#ch and he didn't appreciate it. We didn't appreciate the attitude that Larry was giving us. I told him I was happy to leave and would never stay at Best Western Hotels again. DO NOT STAY HERE. For the same price you can go a 1/2 mile up the road and stay at the Hampton Inn where the staff is friendlier and more helpful.

Dear Guest, What a creative paraphrasing of the events of Sunday night. In actuality, I personally ordered your removal from the hotel. Now, I personally feel that the review speaks for itself with regard to the way you treated the Assistant General Manager of the hotel and any credibility one thinks they might have regarding this situation. What absolutely stuns me, personally, is that anyone felt it was appropriate or justifiable behavior for anyone to speak to another person that way with seemingly zero remorse especially and as evidenced by this review. Larry felt the way the questions were posed was condescending and it is also the impression of management that it prompted him to become justifiably defensive as we also feel it was meant to intimidate him seemingly for amusement. Referring to any of my staff members with any insulting term to include misogynistic epithets will immediately result in a expulsion from my property without hesitation. His name is Larry, referring to him by any other "term" is inappropriate. Larry is a highly acclaimed credit to the industry at this multiple award winning hotel. I was also apprised and am curious as to where the alleged mention of a state of residence and the riots in Ferguson, Missouri fell into relevance during any discussion. I can only deduce that the alleged comments and events were racially motivated as Larry also happens to be an African American. So long as I am the General Manager of this hotel, I will never, ever, allow a guest to denigrate any member of the staff or another guest into a second class citizen. The alleged comment prompted my immediate presence at the hotel as I felt it then became a security issue. Now, please be advised that the treatment and well being of my team and other guests is far more important than anyone's opinion of our hotel after perpetrating this egregious behavior toward a member of my staff. In congruence with the previous sentence, the well being of the staff and our other guests means more than any negative consequence or review posted to social media. The events of last Sunday are in stark and complete contrast to the standards of this hotel, my moral constitution and that of most of society in general. You, your company and your colleagues are hereby put on notice to never return to or to contact this hotel or Larry. This will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law. The care and attention that the General Manager, Patrick, and his front end staff Larry and Eric are worth picking this Best Western over any other Hotel or Stay in our area. I couldn't imagine picking a different hotel. Even if there are better deals in the area, which frankly, there aren't many, I would still recommend staying here. The quality of the hotel front end staff and the comfortably of the rooms themselves make it worth any kind of trip you're considering.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times whenever we are visiting Victor, NY, to shop at the nearby East View Mall. I highly recommend this hotel. It is extremely clean, very quiet, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the staff is pleasant.

We stay here every Easter now for 6 years. NEVER disappointed. I was glad to hear the original owner was back in control of the house. The front end staff are now and have always been very welcoming and worthy of the awards they have received. I'd love to keep this a hidden secret bit the owners deserve the extra business this review might give.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was immaculate. My husband loved the fresh baked cookies at check in! Coffee, tea or hot chocolate is available round the clock which was nice when arrived back each evening. The salt water pool looked inviting but we did not use it. Felt sorry for the people at the front counter. The computers were so low and they had to bend. This needs to be upgraded.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites for my daughters birthday. The pool was awesome but the service we recieved was the BEST. The General Manager Patrick made sure we had everything we needed for the night and his assistant GM Larry was on top of the fine details. (Example: I forgot a knife to cut the birthday cake but Larry didn't. He had one for us.) the other highlight was the breakfast in the morning. It was a great spread and tasted great. So happy with our stay.

This is a decent property in its category. The staff is welcoming, friendly and competent. The rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and modern. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. The site is all parking area and building with no green areas. Two negatives generated my lower rating. The heating controls were not responsive to desired adjustments. Second, our room was on the second floor over the swimming pool. The noise levels from the pool on the weekend made us feel that we were in the pool room--kids yelling and playing around don't lead to a good rest. Pool hours are 600 AM til 1100PM. Ask for a room away from the pool.

We arrived around 1pm and Eric greeted us warmly and checked us in within minutes. I told Eric we stayed here in the past and the room and breakfast the next day were always top notch. He advised that if we had any problems please let him know. As always we didn't. The breakfast room the next morning was wonderful. We had eggs,bacon,muffins and fruit. Eric also advised that coffee,and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day. The young lady who was in charge of breakfast made sure everything was always available. We will be back. Stayed here for a night. Clean rooms, nice pool, great quick check in, what else can you ask for? my only gripe is 2, 1 - warm breakfast dishes are both meat heavy, what happened to plain eggs? without the HAM? 2- misleading website stating Tuesday and Thursday there are snacks in the evenings??? if you call that cookies at the counter, then that state should be removed... Great location, friendly people, i enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at the Best Western for our annual trip to the Winter Cam Classic archery tournament. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The provided continental breakfast was very good with adequate variety in a comfortable environment. We will definitely be back for next years tournament!

Super clean and friendly staff. Beds were really comfortable. Decent breakfast, above what you would expect for a continental breakfast. Close to everything you would need. Tim Hortons was 5 minutes down the road.

Requested connecting rooms due to young children told they can not guarantee at time of booking. Called day of check in and informed yes my request for connecting rooms was granted and we are all set. Check in told your rooms are connecting. Went to the rooms and guess what not connecting. Told by front desk yes they are.. no they were not. A mistake was made and our rooms were given to two other parties. In addition A/C not working the room was 82 degrees the whole night.

This hotel was the perfect getaway at a reasonable price. I loved everything. I saw a large family check into a room next to mine on my first night staying. Apprehensive of small children and their noise level, surprisingly you couldn't hear a thing through the walls. It was a perfectly comfortable stay and so much so that the night before check-out, I went to the front desk to request an additional night. The process was fast and easy and made my stay all the more relaxing. The perfect hotel for any need!

Always a great place to go to. Service, rooms everything always great. Great location close to malls, shopping, resting. Sometimes the staff remembers us from previous stays. Parking and access excellent.

We recently had a birthday party at this Best Western for my twin daughters, booking two adjoining rooms for the girls and their friends to spend the night. I can't speak highly enough of the Assistant General Manager, Larry. He was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. He made us all feel welcome, and made the stay fun and memorable for all the girls. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well stocked, and the breakfast buffet had many great choices. My daughter attends Saint John Fisher college and we have gone out overnight to see her a few times now. We originally were staying in another hotel in the area but the rates were very high. We decided to give this hotel a chance last time we visited her and we will be staying here from now on! Staff is super friendly and helpful, area is very nice with many things to do, rooms were clean, rates very reasonable, hotel was quiet. Can't ask for anything more. I'm very glad we decided to give you a shot! We were more then happy!

Courteous staff. Quiet and clean. Room spacious with all the amenities. Shower was clean, plenty of places for you soap and shampoo. Spacious bathroom. Hot tub was cold, but they have been advised. Breakfast was superb. Four types of juices available. Seating for 35. Ample parking. Nice place to stay.

We recently stayed at this Best Western for 2 nights for a volleyball tournament. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Especially Larry the night front desk employee. The breakfast was hot and wonderful. The rooms were OK. A little worn down in spots but the overall experience made up for it. They also allowed to use the front lobby and business room for our group to hang out at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a family "Christmas" party and all stayed at the hotel. The staff: Eric, Jeremy and Larry all were so welcoming, courteous and helpful. They let us use the breakfast area for our party and even had warm cookies at the front desk! The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The pool was perfect for the kids and the breakfast was delicious--several choices!! We would definitely stay there again!

I don't know where to begin. As soon as I walked through the front doors, I was impressed on how tastefully designed and very well maintained everything was. The atmosphere was so cozy. The front desk staff were nothing but willing to help. Even the maintenance man helped me move tables into the meeting room for my daughter's birthday without hesitation! The General Manager came in on his day OFF to make sure we were well taken care of! Who does that?! I wish I could rate higher, else I would. This is a really nice hotel in an unassuming town --- what a pleasant surprise! Our room was handicapped accessible and included a frig and microwave. There was a pool on the grounds and breakfast was included. The room was modern and clean with all the conveniences such as ample outlets for computers and phones. The price was right too! You can't go wrong with this place.

Got price and great location. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfy and in great shape. Hot breakfast comes with the room, not that we were able to enjoy it because a huge sports team staying the same night. But I would stay again !

A very clean accommodating hotel in a great location. Close to Eastview Mall and easy access to I90 and I490. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices and desk service was great. My only negative comments... which did not really affect my stay... are: Lighting in room is dim due to use of fluorescent bulbs, and doors close to quickly causing slamming. Overall, highly recommended.

Our second stay at this hotel, and we continue to be impressed with the entire staff, from the front desk to the breakfast area, to the maid service. Kudos to everyone, especially at this time of year when everyone is under holiday stress. Since our son and his family recently relocated to Victor, we will consider using this hotel often since the pricing is better than the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express, with fairly similar accommodations and services.

Wonderful! Staff is amazing, very helpful in suggesting places to see and eat. General manager was always available, asking guests if they were enjoying their stay or if they needed anything. Hotel was very clean-warm cookies at the front desk. Amazing hot breakfast, from sausage, bacon, eggs bagels and toast to Belgian waffles, fruit, yogurt cereal. Rooms were very clean, nice extra to have fridge and microwave-also housekeeping left a mint with turn down service-very thoughtful. Great location close to mall, movies and restaurants.

Thank you to the employees at best western making me feel at home and comfortable. I was talking to Jeremy out front and asked him for a smoke he gave me on and I told him I was alone for Christmas. About ten minutes later Jeremy came up to my room and wanted to make sure I had somewhere to go for dinner. I explained to him I was gunna go to my aunts for dinner. Everyone was wonderful, comfortable bed, lovely room, and very helpful with my late arrival. The location is about halfway to my destination in Vermont, so it is perfect to be able to stop here for the night, and have a great breakfast before finishing the rest of my trip.

I just feel that the rooms need additional or brighter lighting. The room lighting is not sufficient and they just seem dark. I would suggest adding more lighting or use brighter bulbs. Everything else is pretty good for what you are paying for,and I also suggest possibly adding more food variety/selection to the breakfast menu.

The hotel was clean, neat, and excellent maintained. Staff is friendly and highly concerned for the guest comfort. I have stayed at other hotels in this area and this was the best experience I have had. Every year my company has a Christmas party. I live a over 60 miles and after a party I do not want to drive so I stay at a hotel in the area. I have stayed at Microtel, Holiday inn express and the Woodcliff. This was the best experience I have had at any of these hotels. Thanks to the staff of this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western property very much - gracious, friendly and accommodating staff; great room (very clean) and easy access from the NY Turnpike (as well as highways running to/from Rochester city center), including to the airport. Definitely a find!

We thought we would try a new hotel after several stays at the Holiday Inn Express. We were more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of this 7 year young hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub. Hot daily breakfast and free USA Today newspaper made for a great 3 day getaway. Found the Best Western Plus through Priceline for $65.00 US. Even with an outrageous dollar exchange this price couldn't be beat. The rooms were spacious with fridge, coffee maker and free WI-fi. Staff were pleasant and provided a small gift pack (snacks) upon registration. A good location for a short drive to the finger lakes region. Will definitely return again.

Found this hotel based on the reviews. I was pleased to find that all of the great things people have said were all true. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Given how close the airport and a major road is nearby, I was pleased that the noise level was low. Nothing that would disturb your sleep at all. Didn't get a chance to try the saltwater indoor pool, but it looked inviting! The breakfast offered in the mornings is quite generous and the staff are on top of keeping food items stocked as they disappear. The eggs and bacon are quite tasty and there was a variety of juices and other morning beverages to please just about everyone. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family!

Utilized this hotel for a wedding so did not spend much time in the room. But that does not take away anything as it was a very homey, comfortable and clean stay. The bed was comfy; I found it hard to exit my bed after the peaceful sleep.

This was a very nice, clean hotel close to everything necessary. Employees were all very helpful and kind. We booked the motel through AAA. Chose it for its convenient location off of I-90, the second night between Kansas City and Boston. Clean and dog friendly. The two queen-sized beds were quite comfortable, a notch above other motel beds we have encountered. Typical breakfast; serviceable coffee.

I have been staying at this very well managed Best Western for many years on trips to the Victor area. The staff are courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious (we like the 2nd floor, back side facing the woods), the furnishings are in great condition and the breakfast provides something for everyone. We are always obliged with hard boiled rather than scrambled eggs when we ask for them. This year we noticed two great improvements. The hotel now uses recyclable breakfast plates, bowls and cups instead of styrofoam AND the addition of the best hotel pillows I have ever experienced. This last point is important given that I suffer the discomfort associated with old neck and back injuries. I've lost count of the number of times I have had to use rolled up bathroom towels instead of pillows in order to get decent neck support in hotels. Thank you Best Western Victor, for the best hotel sleep I've had in a long time! See you next year! Also - my husband called the hotel in an attempt to determine the brand of pillow so that he could purchase one for me. The front desk sent the manager downstairs to the storage room to get the information for us. Thanks again!

The employees, at this hotel, make the experience one to remember. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are, always, spotless. Breakfast was awesome with three types of eggs. It's all-you-can-eat and included in the price of the room. Would, definitely, stay here again.

This Best Western has excellent rooms with quickly responding heat/air conditioning controls. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is well done. Many selections, and all of the correct hot or cold temperatures. They handled a hungry holiday group very well.

This hotel was clean and welcoming. The rooms had great beds and pillows with an up to date bathroom. There were many choices at breakfast and a friendly staff. It was an easy on and off of I90 even tho you would never see it from that route.

Friendly, helpful, desk staff. A nice pool. Great breakfast choices. The hallway walls need to be more thicker, you can hear people talk as they walk down the hallway. The rooms are nice and roomy. There were 3 of us and we never tripped over each other. Great location near the highway and shopping mall.

We use this hotel when on our yearly shopping trip. Close to all the malls in the area. Breakfast included and quite ample. Rooms clean and quiet. Pool is great and there is a fitness room Great location on and off thruway and close to restaurants and bars in town.

Have reviewed this hotel before and every stay has been good. We stop here on our trips through New York for overnights stays. We usually make reservations but this time stopped in without one. No problem. Always meet friendly, helpfull employees at front desk, clean comfortable rooms, good nights sleep good room rate and good breakfast. Dont hesitate to stop here.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. On the whole, it is a pleasant, clean hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, the bathrooms are somewhat worn and outdated and could use renovation. Also, the indoor pool was freezing cold.

I've reviewed this hotel a few times, but feel compelled to follow up again, as we continue to be wowed by this consistently outstanding hotel. We stay 10 to 15 nights a year when visiting the area, and this is the only hotel we consider. Service, cleanliness and consistency at a great value keep us returning. Location is great. The desk, operations and breakfast staff are outstanding, and obviously take great pride in all aspects of running the hotel. Another outstanding experience at the Victor BW. We were invited to a 50th wedding anniversary and a block of rooms was reserved for us at the Best Western Plus, where we also extended our stay. I felt the staff were very efficient and pleasant and we enjoyed our room and breakfast each morning. I would return to this hotel.

The decor was fresh and pleasant. There was a small, indoor pool off the lobby. We had a "mini" suite, which seemed somewhat larger than a regular room. It had a mini fridge and microwave. The king size bed was firm but comfortable. The room was clean and seemed more noise resistant than most hotel rooms. There were a lot of restaurants within a few minutes drive. A Taco Bell and a gas station were adjacent and a Wendys was just down the street. The morning breakfast buffet was crowded but above average - they had bacon the day we were there.

I stayed in a single suite. the company that I work for forgot to reserve my room. The hotel staff told me that it was not a problem. They gave me a room and took care of all paper work when my work cleared it up the next day. Very professional and helpful..

Nice place! Clean with polite and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and the staff made sure to ask to ensure that everything was fine. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. He even offered directions to our entertainment destination. I'd stay there again in a minute!

So very happy to have found this hotel. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable room, and quality of the breakfast. Was expecting a continental breakfast but they had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, danish, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, a variety of juices, coffee/tea/hot cocoa. To me that is much more than a continental breakfast! They also had warm, just out of the oven, chocolate chip cookies at the front desk! Excellent all the way around!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Best Wester PLUS Victor Inn & Suites. It is clean & comfortable & the staff are very helpful. Overall, the stay was pleasant but the rooms have dark decor & do not feel light & airy like other hotels around this price range. The breakfast was better than most places and the location is pretty good.

A very clean hotel, with professional staff. Definitely not worth considering anything else in the area except this hotel. STAY HERE! Nice breakfast. Clean rooms that don't have that typical "hotel" smell to mask the dirt. Convenient to highways, convenient to restaurants, convenient to fuel.

I enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The Garmin and I had a little trouble finding it, though, because the address says it is on NY-96 but you actually turn on to Omnitech Place or Plaza off of 96 and then into the hotel's driveway/parking lot. But you can see the building from 96.

We needed a place between a relative's home and the location of a wedding. Victor was right in the middle and the Best Western Plus accommodated all our needs superbly. The staff was welcoming and friendly, everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was substantial, and the rooms were very spacious. We had a great time and would definitely choose this hotel again.

This Best Western has always been very clean and neat with employees that are kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We were welcomed upon our arrival like old friends. All in all, it was a great stay and we will return when in the area.

We booked this room through Trip Advisor and paid upfront for it, as is the norm. Upon arriving home we noticed the room charge had been taken out again, albeit showing as "processing" it had still been deducted from our balance. Upon telephoning the hotel direct we were told this is "normal practice " and the amount would go back into our account within 5-7 days! Never before have we been charged like this for a prepaid room which the clerk on the phone found "hard to believe". The room was adequate for what we needed before an onward trip to Niagra.

This summer my son played on the Victor Railrider Baseball team as part of his Summer College baseball program. On the last day of the season I flew up from Jacksonville Florida to Rochester to stay overnight to pick my son up, and drive home with him the next day. His team won a Wildcard Game that night, and the team went to the regional playoffs. I had planned one night in my son's dorm room, but plans had changed. I called my friends at the Best Western in Victor for some help and they did not disappoint me. My family stayed at this property over the summer when on vacation and I felt comfortable asking them for a favor. To make a long story short, my son's team won the playoffs and went to the final series a week later, and I was still at the Best Western. I was able to go day to day with some help on the room rate due to my circumstances. This was such a help and it took the stress off me as compared to most hotels that require reservations ahead of time. Patrick Hansen and his staff are the best. Hot breakfast and a great atmosphere. Perfect location near the main roads and NY Thruway, close to the wineries and Craft Breweries. (I took a few trips and found some great wines and beers nearby) I recommend this property to anyone in the area looking for a great experience!

We have stayed here several times and enjoy the clean, quiet room. Breakfasts are nice with a good selection of fruit, yogurt, juices and a hot selection. The facility is quiet with the only noise coming from other guests use of the shower in their bathrooms. One item needing improvement is the unstable toilet which wobbles when in use.

Room/bathroom was clean, not modern looking, but definitely not old. Breakfast provided was nice. Staff friendly. Coin laundry was convenient and worked well. Close to many restaurants. Located in a good area.

When I did, the room had smell of stale cigarette smoke. I was woken both mornings by a wake up call at 6:15 a.m. and I never asked for it. When reported the front office desk clerk just smiled away and agreed they had problems with both but he did not know why we were given wake up calls.

For newcomers, the sign is a tad obscured from the road, so look closely--it's just off the highway. Attractive inside and out; nice landscaping, good breakfast, and very pleasant staff--young and older staff who seem to like people. That is a plus when I'm tired and ready to unwind. Pool is small--more hot tubs would be a good idea.

From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, this is a hotel that is A+ Plus to stay while in the Rochester area. This is our third trip to the area this year and we will certainly stay here again! THANKS to everyone at Victor for a great experience!

Due to weather (getting stormy) we left on our road trip from stamford, CT to toronto two hours earlier than usual (we go regularly to visit family) and therefore made more progress before stopping for the day. We chose this hotel because price was very reasonable and they allow pets. (those two elements often lead to mediocre accommodations.) this is a fine hotel by any measure. Good beds, good a/c, good towels, immaculately clean, excellent breakfast. What's not to like? We will certainly make it our destination on future trips to toronto, if we can manage to leave early enough.

One business center desktop (out of 2) was out of commission for our entire 5-day stay. There was a note attached to it but there was no date or signature. Commands to print were ignored because they went to the printer attached to the broken desktop. Very helpful staffer solved this issue (and the constant jamming as well). "Kleenex" was a cheap imitation of the real thing. No HBO programming brochure. Wake-up call never came through. Bathtub slippery to the point of being unsafe.

Dear Guest, We are so apologetic for the issues that you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately, due to the power outage that Tuesday evening, we lost that computer as well as the phones erasing your wakeup call. Also due to the power outage, the levels of our water softener increased resulting in the slippery tub. We were able to rectify the water softener and telephone issues effectively and quickly. As for the computers, you'll be glad to know that we discussed the issues and we have ordered new computers for the business center. As for the facial tissue, we're always looking into ways to improve our guest experience. The facial tissues are part of our "Green Initiative" like our LED lights in the public spaces and in our guest rooms not to mention our extensive recycling program. We will look into this matter further. As you can see from our previous reviews, we do our best each and every day for every guest to make sure that your stay is everything you'd expect and more. Can't find anything to complain about. Our stay was wonderful and the staff - excellent! Location was great for our golfing, shopping, dining and touring needs. Will use this hotel again when in the area.
