Best Western Hotel Fiera Verona

Dirty room, dirty air conditioner, after staying i got pneumonial bacteria caused by dirty air conditioner, rude personnel.

Booked here for one night after our flight Before driving to lake Garda, we knew it was distance outside Verona but didn't mind the 30 minute walk both ways!!! Didn't expect a lot for what we paid and the bed was hard and a little bit uncomfortable but wound have been bearable for one night but the problem was it seems we got put into the boiler room which kicked in very nosily anytime anyone in the hotel turned on a hot tap making relaxing/sleeping impossible and add to that the constant bright flashing light from the air conditioning control panel all night it's not a hotel I would recommend!!!

This hotel is a fair distance from the city centre, as the price reflects. Walk from the train station 25 mins and into the centre about 40 mins. On arrival we were told there were road works in the centre and buses were not running, therefore we had to fork out for a taxi both ways. Our balcony door wouldn't lock and when we informed reception they asked us why we couldn't sleep with it open (!) but did eventually send someone up to have a look. Good shower. Bed was uncomfortable and air con control was flashing all night.

We stayed for 4 nights on a city break to Verona & after doing some research decided that this hotel fit the bill for our needs. Firstly we found that you'll pay a premium to be close to Verona City centre, the Hotel Fiera been abit further out was nearly £800 cheaper than the in the city centre. It's in a quiet area but bear in mind there is not alot in the close vicinity. Walking distance to station - about 20-25mins, walking distance to arena - about 35-40mins. However, right across the road is a bus stop with regular buses into both the centre & station - 1.1 euros each way. The location suited what we were looking for as we'd done our research, now onto the hotel. We found the hotel & rooms clean and well furnished, all the staff we very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was impressive with lots of choice & friendly staff. Only reason for dropping the review to 4 stars was the restaurant on an evening. After a long day at lake Garda (as as there wasn't alot of local restaurants open within walking distance) we decided to eat in the Hotel restaurant - we discovered that the menu was very limited with only about 8 main meal choices of which the one most of us wanted ( Lasagne ) they didn't have so we ended up getting a pizza delivered to the hotel. Despite that, we had a great time & a really enjoyable stay - we'd stay again & would recommend it if you don't want to pay the premium prices to stay right in the city centre

accommodation was good, reception staff was great, location quiet, 5 minutes drive to the centre in the morning rush hour. Breakfast wasn't bad, but I wouldn't have eggs here again. It was a problem to connect to wi-fi. Overall I rate the accommodation as good. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom large.

Amazing pleasant hotel with great location. Great personal, room and food. Nice room, quite air conditioner and save place to park car. :) definitely will come next time. BUs stop is next to hotel. :)

I spent 4 night in this hotel. The room was not very spacious but it was clean and equipped with all necessities. The cleaning service was very good. The location was average - it took some time to reach the city center. The only disadvantage were breakfasts - for those who likes "sweet breakfasts" everything was probably fine .... but if you like typical breakfasts you could be disappionted (no tomatoes, the scrambled eggs below expectationes). Good coffee :)
