Best Western Hotel Tulln

We stopped for an overnight stay on our road trip to Hungary. First time in Tulln. Hotel in great location, short distance to Donau shore. Hotel spotless, rooms smaller and compact, but it is exactly what you need. Paid underground parking. Very decent breakfast buffet. Helpfull staff.

We stayed here for one night as part of a trip biking along the Danube. This is a basic but modern hotel. It doesn't have a lot of "old world charm" but was comfortable. The room AC did not work particularly well, but the room was quiet and the breakfast was very good. We all laughed because of the way the sink and shower are part of the room, but they work! If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy walk to the center of the town.

Our family stayed at Diamond City while cycling the Danube. It is a clean, modern hotel conveniently located right in town and just a couple of blocks from the bike path. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We found it a little odd that the shower was literally *in* the bedroom-- so much for privacy! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel very close to the Danube cycle route. Very friendly, clean rooms and good breakfast. Also close to the town centre and local attractions. Perfect choice for people wanting an easy and comfortable place to stay whilst cycling the Danube. Recommended!

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the last few years big and small. This is a good hotel but the air conditioning doesn't work. The positives: clean property and room, decent WiFi, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast, secure bicycle storage, great water pressure in sink and shower, fast elevators, clean linens, quiet room, walking distance to restaurants and historic square. The negatives: room could use better room lighting around the sink, the air conditioning does not work all. It pushes out little air from one vent and it's probably better to turn it off and open the window. Bottom line- we would stay here again when it is not so hot and ask for a room fan.

Why don't Austrians serve marmalade (marmite I can understand) at their fantastic breakfast buffets? Marred an otherwise perfect stay. Convenient for the riverside park (a birdy Carr woodland) as well as the town centre. Tulln is a pleasant satellite to Vienna which you probably would not visit unless you had to.
