"Excellent stay at the Regency suites"
We had a family suite which was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is centrally located 100 meters from the beach. As well it is very close to the Carmel market, Dizengoff center and many shops and restaurants. The hotel has indoor parking for 40 shekels per day. It also an elevator, a laundry room and gym. We were also given beach towels to use. There was coffee and tea available all day in the reception area. The staff were excellent and very helpful and we recommend this hotel for people with mobility issues. This has definitely become our go to hotel when in Tel Aviv.
"Good location"
Our room was very clean and spacious. It had a separate bedroom with door, a living space with a sofa bed, and a big balcony with a great view of the Tel Aviv promenade and beach. They also offer towels for the beach that is across the street.
"Best Value and Best Stay in Tel Aviv"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was the most spacious and luxurious place we stayed in Israel. The staff were extremely helpful in guiding us to restaurants and tourist destinations in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends visiting Tel Aviv.
"A great stay"
Three of us stayed here for 4 nights and were very happy with this hotel. The suite is large, with lots of storage space and a great shower. The staff are fantastic, very welcoming and truly want to make your stay a pleasant experience.
"The Best of the Best"
Perfect location just a few steps from the beach Very friendly staff willing to help in any possible way Rooms are very clean and pretty big Second time this year I visited this hotel and will come back again next time
"First day and already exceeding expectations."
First day here and already exceeds expectations. Location is excellent. We arrived before check-in time and Hillary at front desk was very welcoming. Hot and cold beverages are available in the lobby. Were able to leave our bags and walk (only 1 block) to the beaches for lunch. Came back and room was ready an hour before check in even though they had to turnover a full hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful with bringing bags to our room. The suite is spacious, well laid out, and clean - pictures on website are an accurate reflection. This is the second leg of our stay in Israel so the washers and dryers on the 4th floor are much appreciated.
"Close to the beach"
This is a very safe and comfortable hotel. It is close to the beach. Unfortunately the hotel does not serve food but there is plenty in the area. They do have a great coffee machine though. The staff is excellent.
"Great Stay"
Perfect location, super close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Free beach towels and coffee. Very nice and big room for our family of 4. Parking garage was very convenient and at a reasonable price. When we visited no breakfast option was available but lots of options close by. Also cleaning was done every 2 days but amenities and additional towels were available.
"Great budget hotel"
Friendly and helpful staff, great location (just a block from the beach), and great price (for Tel Aviv). There's no breakfast (although there are plenty of shops nearby to pick up food, and the rooms come with kitchenettes), and the rooms are a bit spartan, but it is a very good value.
"Amazing Hotel"
The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. Orianne and Leah 10/10. Well located - near busses, restaurants, groceries and beach. Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Coffee Bar is a real plus. Good value. Will not stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv
"Excellent Location and Great Rooms"
We spent our first four nights in Tel Aviv in the Best Western Regency Suites and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Two weeks later we came back and had three rooms for us, for our children and for our grandchildren. We had a living room, a bedroom and a kitchenette area which were comfortable. The towels were large, soft and had great fragrance. Breakfast is not available at this facility. It is located on HaYarkon street next to the branch office of the American Embassy, the beach and shopping. Parking is provided, but not guaranteed, for a nominal fee. The front desk staff is extremely nice, professional and courteous. We specially like to thank Orian, at the front desk, for helping us in many ways. On our next visit to Tel Aviv we hope to stay here again.
"Only hotel in Tlv"
The staff go out of their way for any request the rooms ar spacious clean and welcoming The lobby and guest area has complementary coffee and tea 24 7 and is also a great gathering place for friends and guests
"Superlatives aren't enough."
Never met such welcoming staff ... The nicest people !!! Thanks so much ... From check in to check out, they were attentive, courteous, helpful ... way beyond expectations. Hotel is very nice on an unbeatable location. Will for sure use again.
"Loved every moment"
This was our first visit to Israel since the Covid pandemic. We have been many times before, having stayed in both hotels and Air BnB's, all of which were enjoyed. However, our experience with Best Western was in fact the 'BEST' The suites are tastefully furnished and very comfortable, with lounge, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. The rooms are cleaned every second day, with fresh bed linen, towels etc, but you can ask for anything you need - it is always promptly supplied. As we were there for three weeks, I used the laundry room which has two washing machines and tumble driers. Great idea There is a quirky and colourful decorated lounge in the lobby and access to free coffee and tea, computer, books etc which is a nice touch. There is a business centre as well with several computers. The location is on a street right opposite the beach (few minutes' walk) and it is easy to walk the city if you want or the option to access the effective public transport system. Last, but certainly not least, we have to say a big thank you to an incredible staff. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, efficient, friendly and gave us marvellous service. Because it is small, there was a feeling of intimacy and warmth which really was the icing on an already delicious cake. We look forward to returning next year. Five stars BW!
"Great service!"
Taxi aggregator Gett had some kind of an issue in Tel Aviv during our stay. So we couldn't get a taxi in time. Daniel from the reception spent quite a lot of time getting us a taxi from the street and also have us cash to pay. Have never seen such service before. Exceptional.
"Lovel hotel suits in great position"
The building is small and nice with not too many rooms, our room was in the 6th floor facing the road and we also had sea view. we chose this room as we were looking for a suit with lounge and small kitchen facility. The hotel is in a very noisy crowded road just across from beautiful beaches and many restaurants.
"Mirage in tel Aviv"
Amazing Place to stay. So central with great rooms. The personal touch from all was amazing, a big thank you to Leah and Hillary for all your help and making the stay so comfortable. Also thank you to Yonatan, Daniel and Roy. Do not hesitate to book here. Best value in Tel Aviv
"Excellent accomodation"
Staff were very warm and welcoming, couldn't do enough and always available. Rooms neat, clean, extremely spacious with a bonus living room that we weren't expecting. Location amazing, across the road from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, highly recommend and will definitely be back
"very good and nice hospitality"
very kind, helpfull, attentive and nice staff. the room is very comfortable, large and nice. there is a parking... we sray at this hotel every time we come to tel aviv. we strongly recomand this hotel.
"Jewel of a hotel"
A simple but spotless executive suite welcomed us for our short stay in Tel Aviv. We were warmly welcomed by name upon arrival. A sweet treat was placed in our room and we felt lucky to have found this little gem located across the street from the incredible Tel Aviv promenade. Location was fantastic.
"Excellent two-week stay"
Somebody put a lot of care into this place...and still does. We were last-minute walk-in's one night after an airbnb experience. Thinking we'd just stay the night, we actually stayed our full two weeks. There re five-star resorts just across the street on the beach, and that's fine, but at nearly twice the price. This BW just does everything it does well...and for much less $$. Very good locale, we walked everywhere. Bright, clean lobby with beautiful photography and artworks throughout., excellent fitness ctr. Even the lobby cafe machine was fresh-ground beans. Leah and the 'trained-up' front desk staff arranged much for us, including a doctor visit to replace lost meds, and travel document printing. No fuss. Thank you. We'd stay again.
"Clean, comfortable, well located "
I stayed at the Regency Suites for 1 week while I was in Tel Aviv on business. I didn't need a plush business hotel as I wasn't going to spend much time in it. I needed a clean, comfortable room in a reasonably central location and the Regency Suite met my needs very well. As a bonus the reception area is actually quite nice and the service is very friendly. The apartment consists of a double bed room, bathroom with waterfall shower, living room with sofa and table & chairs, and a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and 2-ring electric hob. There are several small late-opening supermarkets within 1 block, and many cafés and restaurants close by. I also ordered food delivery with Wolt and that worked well. They no longer serve breakfast but they do offer vouchers for a nearby restaurant - unfortunately I was only told this when I was checking out. It is a busy area and as the windows aren't very well sealed then it can be a bit noisy at night, but that's only to be expected in a city centre.
"Wonderful hotel, home away from home"
I've been staying at the Best Western for a few years now when visiting Israel. This hotel is perfect in every possible way; proximity to the beach, walking on the wonderful promenade, the Carmel market, Tel Aviv port great restaurants and so much more. The rooms are comfortable and clean with everything one needs . Coffee in the well appointed lobby is available 24/7 for guests and attention to detail is superb. The staff, Leah , Hilary & Daniel always welcome you with a warm smile and do their utmost to make your stay comfortable. I only just left and can't wait to come back to my home away from home.
"An amazing hotel and a special treat"
This hotel is something special. You cannot get a better location. It is close to the beach - across the road. Just over 1km to Carmel market, about 1km to Hilton beach. There are so many eating places close by. Many of these places are kosher. The suites are large and can easily accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and two children. There is a separate living area and bedroom divided with a door. There is a tv in the living area and another in the bedroom. There is a small kitchenette which is so useful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service is quick and efficient. There is no coming back later on in the day to find that your room hasn't been serviced. There is a great area downstairs to drink the free coffee on tap. In summary, I would only want to stay in this hotel in Tel Aviv. Thank you for a wonderful stay
"American consistency, Israeli heart - at the best location possible"
a wonderful property that has become my go-to for stays in Israel in the past few years as a professional traveling often between New York, SF and Tel Aviv for business; The Best Western is located right by the beach yet removed a bit from the hassle and perfectly located to catch the foodie scene and the nightlife of Tel Aviv; The best cocktail bar in town (The Imperial) and the best wine/gastro bar in town (Bar51) are literally on the same block, while the location invites for an evening jog on the beachfront with great people-watching, too. Above all the service is unmatched: Daniel, Hillary, Leah and the team are 'always on' and treat everyone like family while still maintaining the consistency of the BW brand and their commitment to service. The rooms are large, modern, airy and feel like an apartment and not a hotel room. I highly recommend the stay here and can't wait to come back!
"home from home"
the best location in tel aviv. walk across to the beach front and two minutes from the best restaurants Tel Aviv has to offer. Friendly accommodating staff - the hotel is clean and most importanty- the suites are spacious taking into account your every need. 24 hour coffee and tea station for residents. fabulous lounge area. basement parking
"Best Western Tel Aviv"
A first class hotel. The staff are efficient , friendly and very accommodating Hotel is so central - you can walk everywhere The rooms are clean and very comfortable I wouldn't look anywhere else. I have stayed at the hotel for 3 consecutive years and love it each time. Definately my go-to hotel in Tel Aviv

Dear Sarah, Greetings from Tel Aviv. On behalf of all the team we would like to thank you for your lovely feedback, and for sharing this with our future visitors. We look forward to welcoming you back for many years to come. With wishes of peaceful times ahead! Shalom!
"Great value for money, top location and amazing staff - anytime again!"
We decided to stay at this hotel due to its good ratings, availability of family suites - and we were not disappointed! The location is amazing. You reach the beach promenade within only a few minutes and old Jaffa and the other central neighbourhoods super quickly on foot. Plus, the hotel provides relatively cheap parking in its own parking garage, and Europcar has an office in the same building, so it's just perfect if you intend to drive around and discover more places in Israel. The facilities are great. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet and well-equipped, including a kitchenette. The breakfast was good with quite a few healthy and vegetarian options (more fresh fruit every day would have been amazing :) ) and staff ladies who are quite a character but very caring and sweet. Free water, tea and coffee are available in the rooms and in the lobby 24/7, and the fitness room is really well equipped and open anytime. Yet, what makes this hotel so exceptional is its amazing service and personnel with quite a range of language skills, including Finnish and even perfect Swiss-German. Just upon arrival, my sister realised she had lost her wallet and the receptionists helped us get it back immediately. They provided us with extra towels for our trips to the Dead Sea and the Sea of Galilee, and took care of paying for a parking ticket for us. Also, they shared a whole lot of travel tips with us throughout our entire stay, most of which we managed to try with amazing results. Therefore, BIG THANKS to the team - we definitely recommend the hotel and would choose it again anytime!

"Wery good hotel for our specific requests"
1. Very nice rooms that fit our requests. 2. Very present crew that helps us whenever required. 3. As a very loyal customer, The team give me good fare. 4. As for breakfast - it was VERY good but in our last visit it changed and right now it poor.
"Good place to stay in Tel Aviv "
Good location right by the beach but not much street noise. Rooms are clean and seem newly renovated, not overly big but include fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good, more of continental in nature. Best part of hotel is friendly efficient from desk staff and free coffee machine in lobby
"Amazing stay!"
From check-in to check-out this hotel is fantastic! Leah, who is truly lovely, helped us with our reservation and was wonderful! Not only is she knowledgeable and thoughtful, she is always pleasant! The location is great and central to everything from the beach to shopping to the market. This is our new go-to place when visiting Tel Aviv.
"An excellent experience in Tel Aviv"
It is the second time my wife and me stay at Best Western Regency Suites. In both visits, we were very surprised by the quality of the staff, the comfortable rooms and common areas, the in site parking option (not easy to find parking places in Tel Aviv). Near to the beach, and not so far from downtown and commercial centers, it is a very good option to consider when visiting this amazing city.
"First-rate stay for value conscious travelers!"
This is my 15th or so stay at this hotel! The location is great, steps away from the sea, and close to many bus lines including bus to Ben Gurion Airport. Suites have a working kitchenette with fridge and microwave and stores include Super Yuda one block away and full service supermarket on Ben Yehuda about 10-12 minute walk. However one of the things that makes this hotel extraordinary is the outstanding staff. Thanks to night clerks Roni and Gil and a huge thanks to Leah!!! When I lost my wallet and thought it might have fallen out on the train Gil helped me fill out the online report. When I didn't hear back and one day before I was set to depart, Leah said I should physically go to the train Station. I went to Savidor station and they DID find my wallet (showed me a photo) however I had to go to Shalom Station to retrieve (and of course they charged me an extra ticket for that haha!) Anyway all's well that ends well. Thanks Leah! Till next time. P.S. Standard rooms a bit small while kitchenettes suits quite spacious and many have been updated in last 1-2 years.
"Business"
This is not the first time We are staying at this hotel The value is perfect, the staff very helpful and the rooms Are clean and big Same is for for the bathroom Location is 2 minutes from the tayelet and the beach

"Super Attentive Staff"
The front desk staff was so incredibly helpful. From general directions, to restaurant suggestions, to public transportation options, they were always very happy to help. The buffet breakfast was not too extensive, but was still very good—especially the delicious smoked salmon! I would definitely stay here again.

"Best Hotel in Tel Aviv !!"
This immaculately clean hotel is situated one block from the beach and meters from shops and cafes. The suites are well-appointed, exceptionally clean and modern. The magnificent lobby offers coffee, tea and cappuccinos 24 hours a day. The staff could not do enough for us. Hilary and her team went beyond and above to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. It ticks all the boxes. I will definetely be back.
"Good choice for both business and pleasure, in excellent location"
LOCATION: Practically next to the beach (1' walk), in front of the US Embassy, a short walk away from most major attractions in the city. It doesn't get better than this. PREMISES: Pretty newish building with a nice loungy/lobby area. The hotel entrance being a bit away from the street (but easy to find), and there is a car rental agency next door. SERVICE: staff is very friendly and helpful BREAKFAST: the choice of products is rather limited, but you can have eggs made as you like; but for 11 USD it's still good value for money. ROOM: the mini-suite with kichenette was extremey spacious, clean and efficient; the bathroom was very spacious and with everything in good working order. There was some street noise, but it was quiet at night. WiFi: reliable and fast in the room and all common places OVERALL: excellent choice in very good location, both for business and pleasure.
"Home away from home"
We had a great experience all-around! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, right near the beach. The hotel has beautiful decor and very clean. We are repeat customers and would definitely recommend the hotel to others!

Just retuned from 12 days in Tel Aviv, its my second time at this hotel and they excelled yet again. Simone and her staff were very welcoming . The rooms are clean modern and well appointed. Much better than the ones in the states! They honestly couldn't do enough for me and the prices compared to other locations in Tel Aviv were very fair. I will be back

"Stay at Best Western Tel Aviv"
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Perfectly located, clean ,friendly, welcoming. The front desk staff is remarkable for their professionalism, hospitality and efficiency. Would stay at this hotel anytime. Thanks to everyone esp Hilary at the front desk
"Great location, ok otherwise"
Based on the reviews we expected a bit more. Location is great, 5 min walk from the beaches and 5 mins from the 445 airport bus which is good value and efficient (45 mins to airport). Tel Aviv is an expensive city but worth a visit. Old Jaffa a must, 35 min walk along the promenade. Had a lovely meal at Jessica's just around the corner from the hotel. Had a suite which was two rooms plus a very small bathroom. Shower leaked, no matter how you had the doors or seals the water would pour out onto the floor. Free tea and coffee on ground floor a nice touch. Breakfast was good. Printing facilities for boarding passes but a problem with the printer/cartridge meant nothing printed properly. I guess our main disappointment was the unfriendliness of the staff. They were efficient and business like but based on the reviews we thought they'd be more helpful and pleasant. The lady at breakfast didn't smile throughout, reception point blankly refused to consider a 1 hr delay on our check out....they might well have been full that night but with a large group checking out at 10am and check in not being until 3pm would an extra hr for one room to allow a 2yr old to nap ahead of a long journey home been that much of a problem? Would recommend paying a bit more and staying in a hotel to be honest.
"Fantastic"
Love this hotel, 3rd time in a year that I stayed there. Great rooms, staff and location. Highly recommend!! Staff is so warm and helpful. Love the breakfast. Served in such a cozy room. Great rooms with nice modern bathrooms. You won't be disappointed!!
"Amazing location - great service "
Thank you to Hilary and the team for a wonderful stay while we were in Tel Aviv. The breakfasts were great and location 10/10, close to beach and so central. We so appreciated the amazing service to keep our luggage while we were travelling - it was so helpful. You couldn't do enough to help us out especially with a late check out ! Thank you.
"Checks all the boxes: Location, service and cleanliness"
This boutique hotel is a gem, a few meters from Tel Aviv's vibrant beach front, as well as an easy walk to dizengoff and other attractions. The staff were both friendly and helpful - special mention to Hilary who made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious, being a mini-suite - much larger than a typical hotel room for the same price. Serviced daily and spotlessly clean. Lovely lobby downstairs with complimentary coffees and water 24/7. Didn't partake in the breakfast as preferred to explore the city for different venues each morning. Overall, highly recommended and would certainly try and come back here for our next trip.
"Good hotel close to beach"
Sizeable rooms that are fairly modern fittings and very friendly and helpful reception staff affordable small breakfasts with coffee cappuccino and hot chocolate on demand I recommend this hotel. It's well positioned and you can get to all the beaches and even Jaffe with a short scooter ride all the beaches are easily walked to within a matter of 5 to 8 minutes
"Great staff and loved it "
Great location 50M from beach and quaint boutique style hotel. Staff was wonderful and rooms clean and nice lighting. We had a top balcony room and truly loved it. Thanks and would stay again! Wonderful
"Highly recommend "
I've stayed in the high-end Hilton/Sheraton/Radisson up the road, and at scary Airbnb's as well, and the Best Western Regency Suites is BY FAR the BEST value for dollar. Clean pretty rooms for a fantastic rate. Great location across the the best beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic for families. Free coffee/latte/cappuccino machine in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to many.

Clean, well organised, friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English! Rooms are equipped with self catering facilities and are well apportioned. the only issue is the traffic along the busy Hayarkon road so it is advisabe to book a cab half an hour before you need to depart!
"Simply the Best"
Simply the Best. Stayed in this hotel for a full week. Great location (near beach and good restaurants), Good self cater facilities (if needed) & Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are modern and clean. I will definitely stay thee again when visiting Tel Aviv.

"Two thumbs up"
Wanted a place in Tel Aviv for one night that was close to the beach, friends who live nearby, good restaurants and convenient from and to public transporation. The Best Western provided all of these, plus room was excellent. Great value. Will definitely stay there again.
"outstanding hotel in perfect location in Tel Aviv"
we stayed a at this amazing small hotel in Tel Aviv for 2nites in January 2019 and now for 12 nights in September 2019. staff are fantastic -including Leah, Hilary, Roni & Naomi and all the others and so very helpful in all ways, the presence of the owners as well adds a personal family touch. it is superbly run, rooms are immaculate , very comfortable, good breakfast available too, complimentary tea , coffee, espresso available in the lobby . The position is fantastic- we have stayed there now 3 times since 2017 and when we go again to Tel Aviv we would only stay at the same hotel.
"Great suite hotel within walking distance of beach"
The hotel was in a great position and my room had a great view of the shoreline of Tel Aviv . The self catering facility was convenient. The beach was close by and the location was easily walkable to Dizengoff . Good tip close by there is a service on the hour to Ben Gurion Airport. This made it easily accessible. The downstairs lobby was great , newspapers and good concierge service.
"Amazing service"
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was over and above The attitude of the desk staff was so friendly The position of the hotel is so central to wherever you may wish to go The room aminities are amazing you have a small self catering section and the TV's are in good conditon the air conditioning was just a saving grace
"COMFORTABLE LIVING IN TEL-AVIV"
Spacious rooms, high-speed Internet, there are conditions for work and rest.Convenient location, close to the sea and to the city center. Cozy atmosphere in the lobby. There you can have a free coffee to chat sitting on comfortable chairs and sofas among the interesting paintings and installations.
"Very confortable hotel"
In a good localization this hotel was a surprise for me. Confortable room, very clear, and the reception works very well. Polite and friends people.I recomend. We had a excelent breakfeast. The next time I will go to TelAviv I am sure that I will stay in that Hotel.
"Very good compromise between hotel and flat."
I stayed 1 week with 2 friends in August. The hotel is cosy, the team very nice and helpfull, the room was big enough for 3 persons to feel confortable, the location is ideal (close to the beach and transport). If I have to stay in Tel Aviv with more than 2 people, I will certainly go back there. The only "bemol" is the beakfast wich could be much better. I'm sure it will be improved soon :-)
"Good hotel in a perfect location"
Really great location as it's close to the beach. The suites were very spacious and the staff were very welcoming, the car parking was tight but as I had rented a small car it was manageable. The gym had everything I needed for my workouts. I will make this my go to hotel in Tel Aviv in future.
"The best hotel in the area"
I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone. I stayed in a lot of hotels in tel aviv and this one is by far the best one, fast check in , basement parking, excellent location, and big clean rooms
"Best value for money. Great hospetality!"

"Best Hotel"
Visited in August. A fabulous home from home hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed sitting in the cozy breakfast room eating a delicious breakfast. The staff members are welcoming, warm and very helpful. The hotel is well positioned and across the road from the beach. I look forward to my next visit.

"Room and Service Exceeded My Expectations"
We booked the hotel because of the location and price, and the building wasn't particularly beautiful on the outside, but I couldn't believe how clean, modern, beautiful and well appointed the room turned out to be! Great shower with overhead and hand held showerheads! Super comfortable bed! Strong air conditioning! Long counter with chairs, sink, electric kettle, fridge and more! The front desk staff was so kind and helpful, and they even offered a machine with free lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and hot chocolate plus an assortment of free teas. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Tel Aviv!

"Enjoyed our stay. "
Have stayed here many times. Booked direct with them this time and had a better quality room. Gym is good, location too. Close to beach. Be careful not to get ripped off at some of the local supermarkets.
"Well-kept, cool and quiet"
Was in Tel Aviv for Eurovision and couldn't have picked a better place for the money. Very friendly and thoughtful staff, always made me feel welcome. The free tea and coffee sometimes felt like a gift from the gods! The hotel is a stone throw from the beach and a number of shops selling the essentials. It also sits in a convenient location to pick up an e-scooter, as they're dotted all around the Best Western; get a fully charged one and you can zip up to Jaffa or the northern port in minutes. Don't expect 5 star luxury but the room was well kept, cool and quiet - exactly what was needed after many dizzy evenings at Hanger 11. Would happily stay again.
"Stay at The Regency Suites"
The management & staff treat you as if you are family. They go above & beyond, friendly & warm. The hotel has been completely renovated. Very modern & tastefully done. Rooms are exceptionally clean & bright. The service & selection for breakfast was great. Sam's gym very well equipped, worth going for a workout. Location is excellent, 2 mins to the beach. Short walk to the supermarkets & restaurants. The lobby lounge has free coffee tea water etc. Great for an informal meeting. Will definitely be staying there again. Great value.

What an absolutely lovely, comfortable, clean place to stay. Rooms were spacious and bright. Could see the Sea between buildings... one block from beach... centrally located... breakfast ro was cozy and buffet had may choices. The service from the front desk was professional and genuine.

"Home away from home"
I frequent Israel to visit family and friends and I feel no need to stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv other than the Regency Suites because it's so welcoming. Every time I walk in I am greeted by familiar faces and a bright arty lounge area which offers an unbelievable atmosphere to hang out for hours with old friends. Close yo the super funky Rechov Bogroshov where there's a selection of great coffee shops, boutiques, and a really good sushi restaurant... Ask at the reception what it's called...went on their recommendation. Great beach right there. Fabulous little convenience store to stock up for beachy snacks about two store fronts away from the hotel. I have nothing really to complain about. Clean modern rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Well priced. 10 out of 10

"A great option in Tel Aviv"
I would definitely stay here again. While there are more luxurious (and more expensive) alternatives, this scores highly because of the great location, the friendly staff and the fact that every room has a separate living area and a small well-equipped kitchen. it also has a nice gym, free to guests. Our room, on the 3rd floor, even had a view of the sea, although the property is one street back from the sea-front. Highly recommended.
"Excellence by the sea"
We had a wonderful vacation / business time in this hotel. Our suite did not have a sea view but it compensated with comfort, it was spotlessly clean and spacious. It felt homely in the midst of a buzzing city. A few meters away from Tel Aviv promenade, conveniently situated, very close to shops and eateries, we felt it couldn't have been better situated. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hrs coffee and tea facility downstairs in the hall which we have enjoyed so many times while reading newspapers or just looking outside through the huge glass doors. All in all it has been a marvellous experience!
"Awesome vacation"
Probebly the best hotel in tel aviv. The heation, the room, the the staff and the bed was great! Coming back this year. Me and my girlfriend celebreted our birthdays and it was a perfect one. Thanks for the wine :)
"Dr and Mrs"
Although we were far from our home base, we felt ever so comfy in this friendly hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained . No request for any item or information seemed too great. We look forward to returning again to this well situated best kept secret of Tel Aviv. We can't thank the staff enough for making this visit to Israel very special.
"Balcony room was a positive - service was marginal"
We really enjoyed our room at the Best Western, particularly the balcony. I felt that aspect enhanced our stay. We had also seen the suite without the balcony, and there is a substantial difference in my opinion. I don't believe I would reserve at this property without the balcony. The suite was spacious for our family of four, and the refrigerator was a nice amenity to have. Television channels included some English offerings. The location is walkable to many restaurants and even the mall. And, of course, the lovely beach is just across the road. Breakfast offerings appeared underwhelming. We chose not to partake, and enjoyed a magnificent breakfast at Masada across the road. My only hesitation would be the service aspect of the hotel. We arrived quite early, and any semblance of a warm welcome was absent. Just "Your room isn't available." Wow - welcome to Israel to weary travelers...! Also, we inquired about places for breakfast and there was no attempt whatsoever by the front desk clerk to help us find some place to eat - perhaps he could avail himself of something called "Google" on the computer behind the desk and try to appear helpful? Or familiarize himself with the surrounding restaurants in order to help guide guests? Or - wait - why not suggest that the hotel has a breakfast?? The next day, we communicated to the front desk that we wanted all of our bed linens changed by housekeeping, and either that wasn't shared with housekeeping or housekeeping didn't care. The same chocolate marks were on my son's bedding - so it's reasonable to believe that our request was not honored. Any hotel can shine when things go well. It's how a hotel handles the atypical items (early check-in, special requests) that make it stand out above others. Yes, Best Western tried to "make it right", but sadly you don't get a second chance to make a good first impression. How a hotel responds when things are a bit different speaks volumes regarding staff training and professionalism.
"A Real Gem in Tel Aviv"
Spent Passover holiday in Tel Aviv at the Best Western Regency Suites with our adult children and grandchildren. Check in with Hilary was excellent and welcoming. Our 3 rooms were adjacent and the rooms were more than adequate. Each family had the right number of beds in the suite to accommodate the children and adults. Housekeeping was terrific and rooms very clean. Coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch. Beach towels also a great service. Location excellent if you want easy access to the beach and most Tel Aviv sights are within walking distance. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Parking lot has quite narrow ramps to get to the parking levels so caution necessary if you have a large car - Tel Aviv residents however think the parking garage is enormous! Also exit from parking lot can be very congested as shared with a busy car rental office. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back. Thanks to staff for all their help.

"Off The Beach"
The hotel is one street over from the beach and is in quiet area. Not far from the US Embassy Branch in Tel Aviv and near the post office. The hotel is clean and the staff is coordual. We spent three days here.. The breakfast was decent and you could get an omelet if you wanted. It is walking distance from many restaurants and a little longer to the Open Market area

"Amazing place....a real home away from home"
From the moment you step into this wonderful hotel you feel comfortable and at home. Staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much for them. Rooms are immaculately clean and a great size with ample cupboard space. The hotel is very centrally located and staff will gladly assist with transport, bookings, restaurant recommendations etc. Its a very family friendly hotel with a good vibe. My kids loved the independence of going downstairs on their own and helping themselves to the complimentary hot chocolate and coffee! We highly recommend this hotel and will only stay here when in Tel Aviv !

We have stayed at this hotel at least 8 times and on each occasion our stay is better than the last. I would recommend it to all travellers.Adequate breakfast with coffee and tea available 24/7 in the foyer. There is nothing that is too much trouble for the staff .There advice on places to visit is excellent.

"FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY IN TEL AVIV"
We arrived in Tel Aviv after a 29 hour flight from Sydney and on a Friday afternoon before the Sabbath . After a hectic drive from Ben Gurion Airport where we hired a car and drove to the hotel which was an experience in itself. Not only were we given a parking in the garage which was so helpful but a fabulous greeting, and then deposited in our room to find and a bowl of fruit .The hotel is situated behind the US Embassy which is now the consulate and you cannot ask for a better position which is one block from the beach. The room was spotless and on the sixth floor and consists of a lounge with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave plus another room with a double bed and bathroom. Cupboard space is enormous and no issue with hanging and packing clothes away. Not only were the front desk staff fantastic but great conversationalists as well; so helpful in guiding us around with recommendations to restaurants and sites to visit across Israel which we went too. Ronnie,Moshe,Naomi,Hilary,Leah and James are just the best people I have ever had the pleasure in meeting at a hotel and friendly beyond the call of duty - Nothing is too much for them and just ask and it will be done. Breakfasts are typical Israeli style with cereal available, fresh salads, various cheeses plus eggs of your choosing, with super breads and always happy to help you. Coffee and Tea and even hot chocolate are provided in the comfortable hotel lounge located on the ground floor at no charge for your comfort. Drinks are available as well to have at a small charge, We had the great pleasure in even meeting the owner who is a special person and a huge shout out to him as well. The hotel is situated at 80 Hayarkon Street and you do need to get used to the honking of horns but that is Tel Aviv and Israel and once you get used to it ,it just becomes part of your daily life. Towels are even provided for the beach which we made use of yesterday as the weather was so hot and it was election day so a holiday day. Very sad to say goodbye after 13 glorious days and it made this amazing trip so wonderful. What a blessing to have discovered this amazing place.I would have no hesitation in recommending the Regency Suites which is part of Best western Group and hopefully will be back in Tel Aviv to this great country.

"Perfect"
Already the 5th time I stayed at the Regency Suites and it was as always everything perfect. It is always a bit like coming home! I can warmly recommend this hotel! The stuff is lovely and very helpful - it is situated near the beach and not far from restaurants, bars and museums. It is a pleasure to stay with you.
"Great location, but some street noise to deal with"
This hotel has a great location - half way between the old port and Jaffa, just behind the beachfront (rooms on the top floors would have a glimpse through to the sea) and near the US Embassy “branch office” - with a lovely front desk team who were consistently welcoming, friendly, helpful. The free coffee machine in the lobby is a nice plus and wi-fi is excellent. The rooms were well specced (fridge, kettle, plates/cutlery, microwave); well presented and all immaculately clean. There was also an excellent fitness room for a hotel of this size (even including a boxing pillar). But ..... the rooms were noisy. Particularly on the mezzanine level - noise echoed around the concrete building; road traffic and horns; large vehicle diesel refuelling; adjacent heat/ac pumps. The in room ventilator heating was insufficient to drown out the other noise. Breakfast was limited with few healthy options; high fat fish (eg tuna in lots of oil); cheeses; just two cereals. The one lift could take a while to arrive. There is a supermarket one block back with busses to the central bus station, Allenby, etc.
"Very pleased"
My wife and I stayed at the Regency Suites for 5 nights. The location is excellent , near the beach, with easy access to buses and many restaurants. The room was large and it was nice to have a living room area and small kitchen. The staff was very helpful and provided all information requested. The breakfast (extra charge) was very good and the "breakfast lady" was very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend the Regency Suites as superb value and would stay again on our next trip to Tel Aviv.
"Absolutely perfect"
This hotel has got it sorted. Yes it isn't a 5 star resort, but what it offers and for the price it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Unbelievable. My room had a separate lounge room, with kitchenette. Was very clean, and the staff were not only helpful, they were funny. Which brightened my day because it was 10 degrees outside and raining in spring! Also noting they do offer parking, a bit hard to find but again the staff help out. Will definitely stay again when back in Tel Aviv.

The Regency Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious, lovely, clean and well maintained. The location was just perfect, close to the sea and many wonderful and interesting restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attended to all of our needs. Leah, the front desk manager was so pleasant and helpful. She made our stay even more wonderful. "Delightful stay"
The friendliness and helpfulness of the front adds much to the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach and restaurants.
"Good place and good staff"
BW Regency Suites is located near the former American embassy. Cross the street and you are on the beach. At the other side you'll find some of the greater avenues of The Aviv and the famous Unesco-protected Bauhaus streets. The hotel itself has larges rooms and a very comfortable lounge on the ground floor. The simple breakfast is served in a unpretentious but functional room.
"Great value for money"
We stayed at this hotel 4 adults for my mom's birthday. We took a room with a balcony & there is a great view to the sea. Excelent service, everything was clean. The sofa was prepared with an extra matress so it was very comfortable to sleep on. Great location!

Arriving at the Hotel after a long exhausting trip, we were welcomed by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us plan our 10 day holiday. The Hotel is in a great position near the beach, restaurants and public transport. Our suite on the 5th floor was meticulously clean, modern and comfortable, the bedding and linen spotless. The buffet breakfast with delicious omelettes and eggs and assortment of salmon cheeses and fruits kept us going throughout the day. The hotel is value for money and not to expensive. We would most definitely come back here and overall would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again to Anthony and Leah and all the staff for making our holiday perfect.

"As in 3 prior visits BW is a consistently good property-was happy to start my trip there the first 3 nights."
Had a modern clean well- equipped room on the mezzanine level. Was has happy to sacrifice a view for having a quiet room in a good location in the midst of noisy tel aviv. Was convenient to the breakfast room which offers an assortment of goodies and the lady in charge cheerfully prepared an omelette. Having a computer in the lobby for guests also made life easier allowing email checks travel plans changes etc. Thank you Leah and all the good folks at front desk.

"Good hotel, good service."
Great hotel for a 4*. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, modern furniture. The service was excellent. Good location too. Expensive but that's Israel. I've stayed at other hotels in Tel Aviv priced around the same and even higher which were a complete dump. So overall I would highly recommend this place.
"A Place to Stay"
I recently had the opportunity of staying at the Best Western Regency Suites for the second time. It was the most comfortable suite hotel i have stayed in recent years. The suite was spacious and superbly well appointed and had more than one required. It had 2 TV's and very comfortable and clean furniture. The sleeping accomodation was the was the same comfortable and extremely clean and spacious. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The management went out of their way at every request. The morning breakfast was typical Israeli and with a wide variety of freshly prepared food. The lounge downstairs is great to sit and relax with free hot drinks at anytime of day. The room/suite rates far outweighs the quality and would recommend this location to everyone i know travelling to Tel Aviv. The position is 100 meters from the beach and close to lots of restaurants . Will always be my boutique hotel of choice
"Excellent Service"
My experience at this hotel is a memorable one. The staff are very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The suites and the staff exceeded my expectations. I will certainly go back.

"Best Western Regency Suites Tel Aviv"
I spent a week in Israel last week, most of it in Jerusalem, after tours of Buckingham Palace and Highclere/Downton, Krakow/Auschwitz-Birkenau etc, and capped my visit before heading to Egypt for a short visit by spending 2 nights at this hotel that I found on TripAdvisor a few weeks ago. Israel and Tel Aviv in particular have got to be THE most expensive country and city in the world, and I've been to 50-60 countries. I mean $17 for a meal at Mickey D's? Say what? Anyhow, I was drawn to this hotel because of its excellent reviews, relatively low price and good neighborhood a block from the beach and the best (painfully expensive) hotels. On check in, the lovely woman at reception upgraded me to a suite with separate living area/flat screen and kitchen. The bedroom was compact but had everything I needed, and the bathroom, also compact, was high style and spotless. Not high grade touches and furnishings but, for the price, a super-comfortable and lovely place to stay. The staff was top-notch, welcoming and extremely helpful and gracious. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel as great bang for the buck! Rob Miami Beach
"Never loses its charm or standard!"
We have stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel conveniently located on the beach front of Tel Aviv nearly a dozen times. We return each time as the rooms are exquisite. Each suite is individual. The aesthetics and the art are an absolute joy on the eye and on ones spirit. Everything about this hotel is generous. The rates are always competitive and fair - the service is warm and friendly. After these many visits we have grown to know the staff who are so welcoming. They stay as the whole vibe at the hotel is happy and calm and really the best place for a break. The hotel itself is spotless the gym beautifully equipped. Every thing a guest would need is on hand. A computer toys for the kids and books to read. If you have not stayed here in Tel Aviv you should.
"thank you to all the great staff at Best Western regency suits for a perfect weekend in Tel Aviv!"
We stayed in a beautiful big room including a kitchen. all the staff are extra friendly and helpful. had a nice breakfast. we relay enjoyed staying and hope to be back in Tel Aviv to come and visit again.10/10!! thank you! + one minute walk to the beach !!! + underground car park! + good coffee machine in the lobby
"Smart. Central. Spotlessly clean."
We found this boutique hotel by chance. Smart, spotless, perfectly located for beach and city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We found it excellent value for money. You won't need a car if you stay here even though they do have a car park. Highly recommend to fellow travellers looking for a cosy but chic, comfortable, clean and centrally-located place to stay and enjoy the 2 minute walk to beach front! Although we also used this as a base to launch out further afield and get to know Israel a little bit more.

this was our second visit to this hotel, the last which was for 10 nights 19 months ago and this time short only 2 nights and we were welcomed with such warm greetings as if we were returning family!all the staff are fantastic especially Leah and Hilary . nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff. it is like home from home- clean fresh spotless .rooms are well appointed and all your needs are catered for.Position of hotel is excellent.Internet perfect.if i could find anything to criticise slightly and i mean very slightly! it would be to have different coffee beans in the lobby ( i am a coffee addict!)and to improve the breakfast a littleoverall outstanding and i will not stay anywhere else on future visits to Tel Aviv!it is home from home

"Great hotel great location "
We spent four nights at the Best Western Regency Suites in Tel Aviv, we loved it and will definitely stay there again. The location is perfect we had a car (there is a paid parking lot under the hotel which is reasonablly priced but we hardly needed the car we could walk where ever we wanted to go. There were three of us staying at the hotel, two separate rooms, my daughter slept on a sleeper couch in the lounge it was comfortable, there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave cutlery etc. we had two tv's, a very nice bathroom which has doors from the lounge and bedroom, the bedroom is small but adequate, bed comfortable and more than enough cupboard space. The bathroom is great and shower excellent. There is a lounge in the lobby with a computer, tv, games, free tea coffee and hot chocolate. The furniture in the lobby and rooms is modern and new. The fitness centre is great with shower and toilet facilities. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

"Lovely Boutique Hotel with Outstanding Staff"
My family and I stayed at this wonderful little hotel in January 2019 for six nights. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. All of the staff that we encountered were wonderful, from the cleaning staff to the reception staff. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Tel Aviv generally as well as the area around the hotel. We had a rental car and parked in the hotels underground parking lot. The hotel is in a great location across the road from the beach and is a short walk to the Carmel Market / Nahalat Binyamin.

"A surprise jewel"
I was going on a group trip to Israel, but myself and another couple needed a hotel room for the night before the trip officially started and for the night after it officially ended. We used Delta Vacations to book and this hotel gave us the cheapest overall price for our plans. Boy was I surprised by so many things within this hotel. First - the location was perfect for us. It was a little south on the beach and am not sure what is more north and if that is a 'hotter spot', but this hotel is literally right across the street from the beach. Second - the room comfortable slept 4 adults. It had a king size bed and 2 twin beds. There was one bathroom, not always conveniently located for two couples, but the room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was great too. James on the night shift was a HUGE plus. He was very funny and nice. The rest of the staff was great too.

"Nice hotel room"
The room is a bit small but well organized and modern. Small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Room also has a safe, an iron and free wifi. I had a room on the mezzanine which was a bit noisy in the morning because of proximity to the breakfast room. Great gym in the basement. Good breakfast buffet (not included). Hotel is in a great location, close to many bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the beach.
"Excellent stay, and for the second time!"
I stayed here last year with 3 friends (girls weekend) and this time with my daughter and friend, and it was brilliant again! hospitality was gracious, kind and attentive. Room was super clean and had all facilities we needed (but no vod...), good breakfast and best location on Yarkon between Frishman & Bugrashov. Great value! will definitely come back. special thanks to Hilary :)

"Excellent for the family "
Superb family rooms and the most obliging front office staff. Very good positioning a few minutes from the beach. Superb reception with free cappuccinos and hot chocolate. Good value in the most sought after area. No complaints whatsoever.

"I'm glad we booked this hotel"
We booked the Best Western because we wanted to spend time with family before the start of our tour of Israel. This is more of a boutique hotel with very modern rooms. What I liked about the hotel: THE STAFF - they are wonderful. Very nice and accommodating. This is the most important quality to me in any hotel where I stay. The location - Great location very close to the beach Coffee Machine - Nice complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. What I didn't like about the hotel: Bedroom was stuffy and hot when we slept. There was no air conditioning Bed itself was very stiff and too low to the ground for my liking All in all a very pleasant experience and would stay here again when we come back to Israel.
"Very Good, will recommend"
We absolutely love our stay here. Place is clean and as represented in pictures. The receptionists were very helpful especially Ronnie who helped us find places to eat and just general advice. The only problem (which is not really the hotel's fault) is the lack of a food option to purchase which would be really handy having travelled with a child. There are several food places nearby however though expensive.
"Wonderful establishment and exceptional staff."
We had a great time at the Best Western Regency in Tel Aviv. The staff was truly wonderful. James was very accommodating when we made our reservation (from the States!) Max was personable and extremely helpful; we had a great visit with him. All the the staff members were so helpful and really nice. We will always remember our stay and appreciate you guys! The room was beautiful and hotel is perfect proximity to enjoy Tel-Aviv. Excellent trip!

"Great location, very clean at the centre of Tel-Aviv"
Comfortable suite in terms of room size, public transportation, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. One minute from the beach. Feels like a family hotel, very nice staff and welcoming front desk team.

"Great place to stay in Tel Aviv!"
I stayed three nights at this hotel on October 2018. Everything was as advertised, no surprise there. I had one of the cheaper mezzanine room on the 1st floor (no view). I was afraid it would be noisy because of the breakfast room nearby, but it was actually very quiet, I had a very good sleep there (and I'm a light sleeper). The room was bigger than expected, it had a kitchenette (mirowave, fridge, sink), two stools and a small desk, working A.C., very good Wi-Fi, a safe, closet with hangers. Very comfortable room, very functionnal, with everything I needed. The location was great, the beach just across the street, many supermarkets nearby and close to most attractions. I was able to walk everywhere from this hotel. Reception staff was nice and helpful, easy check in, easy check out, no hidden fee. The nightly rate is a bit high, but that was to be expected, as Tel Aviv is a very expansive city. In the end, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel and I would stay there again if I ever go back to Tel Aviv. Definitely recommended!

"Very comfortable suite"
This is a small hotel with 6 rooms per floor. Originally it was an apartment building. Each suite has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette. Bed was excellent, no outside noise when the windows were closed. Our room had a sea view. You are one block from the beach, lots of good restaurants around; perfect location. Front desk staff are really superb. They know their job and they are very helpful. Breakfast is adequate. Highly recommend

"Brilliant location, great rooms and friendly staff"
Stayed 5 nights and used the hotel as a base to explore Israel. Couldn't ask for a better hotel, location and very friendly and helpful staff. Booked one bedroom Seaview suite - requested top floor and received it - wonderful view to wake up to each morning. Large balcony to enjoy a coffee. One street from the beach. Recommended to couples, family or solo traveller. Great value. Thank you to all the staff.

"Our Home Away From Home"
Returning home from a long summer overseas only to discover that our house had been flooded, we needed a short term solution for the month of September. Now, in case u are not familiar with the Israeli holiday timetable, the month of September is specifically problematic as it home for the majority of the Jewish holidays. And so, trying to find an apt in central TLV, or anywhere in TLV at the eve of the Jewish new year, is pretty much what I would wish on my enemies. One phone call with Hilary, one of this property's execs, and I was invited to come in, check out the rooms and the facility as a whole. And I fell in love. All rooms at this property are small apartments, with one or two bathrooms, very clean, modernly designed, equipped with a small but sufficient kitchenette. The hotel is located literary one street away from the beach, and some of its rooms overlook it. The breakfast is lovely, fresh and offers a variety of veggies, fruit, cheeses, pastries and omelettes prepared per one's request. For any family the Best Western Regency Hotel and Suites offers the perfect getaway spot. Not only because of the facility, but mainly cause of the staff. Ms. Lea Shaer, in particular, as well as other members of staff, went out of her way to afford us a reasonable price for our lengthy stay (almost a full month). That being said, the rest of the staff as well was very hospitable, caring, warm and generous. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy TLV in any season! Not only because of its superb location, right off the beach, the shuck, the best night life scene in the city; but because it is really hard to find people who will take care of you so well, and do it from the bottom of their hearts, day in and day out!
"You get what you asked for"
Simple rooms which follow through on what is promised, clean, efficient, kind staff. All the amenities albeit not fancy , are well executed and simply offered. I didn't have the breakfast as i had meetings out but always an available personnel if needed and kind well trained staff

"Beautiful boutique hotel!"
Stayed for 4 nights, across the street from a great beach, restaurants, shops. Our room had a large bedroom, sitting room, small kitchen (adequate, we did not want to cook!). The bathroom was small but effective, the bed very comfortable. The furnishings were well done for the space available. Well finished. The people - from Hilary and the front desk staff, to housekeeping, everyone was "service oriented" in the nicest way. We will be back for sure!

"Convenient"
Small modern hotel. The room was large and consists of a living room with kitchenette and a bedroom and a very small bathroom. It was nice, convenient and clean. The bathroom, while nice & modern was very small and crowded, and the shower leaks water at the side of its walls. It felt like the shower was built into this small room and the glass walls of the shower were just not sealed well. The sleep quality was good even though we had a window open and could hear the rain outside or some traffic. The hotel is about a block or so from the beach. It's a convenient location to walk from with many bus options around. The hotel is a convenient and comfortable option.
"Excellent super clean boutique hotel"
Stayed with family for 5 nights, what a great stay. The hotel is well kept, super clean and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and open. The suites are good for families, and the location is excellent. Would return next time I am in Tel Aviv.

"great location!"
We stayed here at the end of our stay in Israel. We found the location to be ideal, right across the street from the beach, close to restaurants and touring. We had a small kitchen which was ideal for breakfast and snacks as well as a sittlng room. Thinking that a smaller room would not work as well. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom a little small but okay. Would stay here again.

"Best kept secret"
Great hospitality and very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice gym and great free coffee 24/7. Couldn't be more happy especially given the price. Across the Tel Aviv beach, walking distance to many attractions. Mike's American style sports bar across the street!

"Super!!"
What a gem of a small hotel!! You can't beat the location, service, friendiness, cleanliness, and quiet modern atmosphere. The front desk staff bends over backwards to help you any way they can. We started our stay in Israel here for a couple of days before joining a group tour. The much much higher priced "5 star" hotel down the street from this BW, where we are staying after joining the tour, is nothing compared to this gem. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

"Still an absolute treasure"
We have stayed at this beautifully located boutique hotel many times. Each time we return new features are added and it never fails to delight. Each room is different and spotless and decorated with great aesthetic chic. The hotel staff are all welcoming and accommodating and in fact knock themselves out to be helpful. The hotel offers hot drinks gratis in the comfortable and delightful lobby. The breakfast is generous and fresh and tasty. You are located across from the Tel Aviv beachfront and a few minutes from the heart of Tel Aviv. I would not stay anywhere else. Since my last visit there is a fully fitted gym open 24 hours a day - what a delight. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

"Must stay"
This is our second time staying with them. Although we have a lot of family and friends that would love to host us, we love staying here. The rooms are fantastic as is the Location which is across from the beach at the center of tel Aviv. But the best part is the staff that has repeatedly gone out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and fun as possible. They have accommodate all our requests now matter what we needed. So in short stay here because you will love it. Also the breakfast is fantastic.

We have recently been on holiday in Tel Aviv with my family. We had previously stayed at the Best Western Regency Suites, and once again we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The location is great, just a few meters from the beach. The rooms are comfortable, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby of the hotel is very pleasant. There is a well equipped fitness center and plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. We will definitively be back in any future trip to Tel Aviv.

We have been to Israel many times, but this hotel is the BEST by far!!! The position is amazing-in the heart of the best beaches, trendy Restuarant's and fabulous shopping. The staff did what ever they could to make this stay memorable. And the South African management family have created a fantastic, luxurious home away from home. All of this, and amazing value too.

A great Tel Aviv place to stay, whether for a night or a week. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment, and of course, just steps from the famous Tel Aviv beach and renewed boardwalk. Nice to have not just a bedroom but a little sitting room and kitchenette. Room was spotless; quiet, comfortable bed; bathroom well equipped, if a bit on the small side. We'll be back!

"Another best best Western"
This modern, pop-art decore and moderately priced hotel is ideally located just across the street from Tel Aviv's beach and half way up the 5 miles so it is near the city amenities and stores: Ben Yehuda St.with its supermarkets, drug stores, banks and service shops is just 5 minutes walk, and surrounding cafes stretch along nearby Bograshov and Frishman streets all the way to Dizengoff's popular and even 24/7 cafes. The suite as always is a treat; kitchenette with plates and cutlery for 4, microwave, 1/2 fridge and kettle, living room with couch that becomes a double bed, and bedroom with plenty of closet space and bathroom with a huge counter and over-sized sink for hand washing. The tub has an ingenious full length hidden close line and the metal rack also helps let socks and other items dry. (Secret: close line has knob that must be loosened before its metal lip and string line release.) AC was excellent in all rooms and ran quietly all the time. Only negative: tub is short and narrow. Only some 14 inches wide at the tapered bottom and only someone under 5' 6" can sit with legs outstretched. Tips: For Shabbat observers: rooms have a key option and the stairwell for all 6 floors is wide, well light and artistically carved out. Friday Shabbat dinner is available across the street at the lovely Orchid hotel even to non-hotel guests if you book early in the week. Orchid also has a kosher dairy/fish/pizza daytime restaurant with full view of the beach and Mediterranean.
"Great Staff! Especially Hilary!!!"
Our stay was perfect! We did not have one issue. Rooms were clean and everyone was so helpful. Tel Aviv is a wonderful place to visit and the Best Western was in a great location for sight seeing and walking on the beach. All of the staff were wonderful.

Thank you Julianne! It was a great pleasure to meet you at the hotel, and we are delighted that your stay with us was so enjoyable. Hopefully you will be visiting us again in the future. With best wishes all the way to Northern California :) Shalom from Tel Aviv!
"Comfortable clean spacious & classy accommodation"
This is the second time I have stayed here and I have not been disappointed. The hotel is brilliantly located 2 mins from sea front on foot. But places that offer such comfortable clean and spacious accommodation round here that is also affordable can be hard to find. This is a bijou, artsy gem and just has a great feel good factor the minute you walk into the foyer.

"fantastic stay great staff and location"
These folk could not have done more for our party, the hotel had well appointed suites and was very reasonabley priced. The staff bent over backwards to welcome us and do whatever they could to accomodate any of our needs! They even bought my son a bar mitzvah gift. What a class act! thank you will definately be back

"Great staff, big rooms"
On arrival the check in was swift and friendly. The ladies at the front desk offered great service and we're very friendly. The suite consists of two rooms with comfy beds. Beach tools for kids, little fitness room, beach towels. Free and good coffee.
"Great experience"
The rooms are so spacious, we had been given a mini suites with one bedroom, living room, kitchenette and a big terrace with a terrific sea view! All the staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to help! A very big thank you to Mrs Cohen for having let us felt like home !
"Awesome stay - no question, would reccomend."
I recently stayed at the Regency Suites again after being here 5 years ago. Lots of recent renovations that have massively improved the overall ambience and general comfort of the suites as well as communal areas. Once again, suites are spacious and contain on suite kitchonettes, inclusive of a fridge, which are awesome both for leftovers as well as budget (we visited the Shuk market and bought tons of delicious dips and snacks). As well, the addition of a gym in the basement looks both awesome and is great for those like me who want to hit the gym in the mornings before heading out. Location is great and staff are wonderful. Would recommend. Brandon
"Great small hotel with large rooms"
Great place for the price. Very clean-helpful staff-and really nice location. Our room was a suite which by Israeli standards was large with a kitchen area, living room/2nd bedroom area and nice sized master bedroom-abundant closets and drawers as well. Clean and well kept. Would recommend!
"A real gem"
Stayed this past weekend at the hotel. It is a real gem. My room, though small was spotlessly clean and had all necessary amenities. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not large but had plenty of choice including made to order eggs.
"Location"
1 block away from gorgeous bograshov beach, so it was perfect. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a street view. Parking available laundry by weight available, air conditioning, 1 very slow elevator. Helpful staff, a nice small breakfast room with pastries, veggies, cheese, drinks, it was just right to get the morning started. Is the hotel new? No... you can see minor details here and there, like leaks on the roof, or the shower that the water comes out a bit, but it was super clean, and just right for what we needed... oh yes, plentyyyy of closet space!
"Your home in Tel Aviv"
Right in the heart of Tel Aviv and exactly where you want to be when you come here. Easy access to all of the Citi's highlights from the beaches, restaurants, shops and beyond. The hotel is stylish, modern and beautifully decorated all the way into the comfortable rooms where you can put your feet up and relax away from the hustle and bustle outside. A delicious breakfast is served to get you going in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff are always at hand. Impossible to fault and would recommend to everyone wether its a business trip or family holiday. Loved staying here and will definitely return !
"GREAT Hotel"
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and beautifully furnished suite with large balcony. 2 Min walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Always enjoyed sitting in the lounge and watching the people walk past and chatting to some of the other guests. 4th time - will definately return
"Third Time We stayed Here - Only Gets Better!!"
Part of my families experience of Tel Aviv has now become the Regency Suites. We have now stayed there a few times on bi-annual visits to Israel and each time we arrive at the hotel we are welcomed by the staff as familiar family. They remember our names and kids with warmth. The rooms and hotel decor is clean and always updating itself and interesting, beautiful art is hung up and displayed throughout the hotel. The lobby area is our best - always someone to talk to - good music playing in the background, games to keep the kids busy, books to browse through, art to look at, and the best coffee machine. My kids and myself can spend ages here, and i see most families do... feels as cozy and comfy as my lounge at home. I crave the breakfasts there - simple, mediterranean and clean. Also just a good vibe created - to get you going for the day. Location is perfect - across from a great beach, and round the corner form Bogroshov Street, which is buzzing with great coffee shops and restaurants and funky boutiquey shops. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience. We love it there. and can't wait to spend another summer holiday back at the Regency suites.
"What an amazing service"
I was at a business trip in Tel Aviv, trying to run off to the beach whenever i can. I booked online at a very late hour at Best Western and when i arrived around midnight, the hotel was overbooked. One would think i would be mad, right? No way! The gentleman at the reception kindly took me to the hotel next door, arranged even the smallest details about my stay and the next day i went back to Best Western. They upgraded me to a suit, did not charged for my parking and breakfast. All the staff i met was awesome and it was a first class service. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beach, it has a private garage. I will definitely stay here again. The receptionists were all very nice and helpful; i felt at home. Many thanks for making my stay so easy and many thanks for all the kindness.

Dear Ozlem, Greetings from Tel Aviv! Thank you very much for the kind words. We take great care to ensure our guests are taken good care of, and enjoy a memorable experience with us. On behalf of the Management & Staff, thank you and todah raba! See you soon back in our beautiful hotel.
"Perfect Family Hotel"
Having stayed for many years at different hotels on the Tel Aviv beachfront this one offers best value for money and a perfect location. The premium payable in staying in the beach and having a pool are very high and these can easily be overlooked. Truth is one spends very little time in ones Tel Aviv hotel room. To this end the rooms at the Best Western are of a good standard as to is the cleaning service. Special mention should also be made of the front desk which is always staffed by the friendliest and most effficient personell. Breakfast in a small dining room are available for reasonable just over 10US amount.

"Lovely hotel, no complaints!"
This hotel was very lovely to stay in! My boyfriend and I had a lovely room here, bedroom, living room, closet, small bathroom and a small kitchen. The shower was a bit strange and every morning covered the floor in water which was a little bit annoying to deal with. We also had an issue on two days where the air conditioning would make the room smell of sewage, however, the hotel staff listened to our complaints and promptly fixed this issue. Small safe to keep possessions in was very useful. Kitchen was great for storing some food in. Bed is comfy and very big. The service was amazing, all staff were very friendly, the room was cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies were polite and hardworking. There were free beach towels too which you had to request from the front desk, very perfect as the beach is just up the road! Just beware, the traffic in Tel Aviv is crazy! I was woken a few times by mad drivers honking at eachother which isn't too pleasant. Overall our experience here was wonderful!

"The best hotel in Tel Aviv!!!"
Had an amazing stay at Best Western Regency Suites. The entire team from the owner to the staff, the rooms everything about best western is great. Oh not forgetting the good breakfast!!!!!!! Will definitely be back
"Welcoming hotel with a great reception"
We arrived in late June an enjoeyed a great stay at this hotel. At the reception, we were warlmy welcomed and the receptionsts continued to provide helpful advice on how to get around town, where to eat and go out. We recommend taking the breakfast option, which was very cosy in the morning.
"Thank you Hillary for your great help!"
This hotel is such a great place, the staff warmly welcomes you and is so spontaneous. I would definitely come back and I recommend it to everyone. Well located (close to the beach), comfy, classy. Kind regards

"Wonderful Stay!!!"
BW Regency Suites has fantastic location along with warm and helpful staff. The suites were very comfortable and well-furnished. They saved our family visit after a disaster no-show by Airbnb host ??. The Regency Suites staff were very accommodating so our group could fit into multiple suites over several days. They left us very happy indeed. Not to mention a fantastic breakfast that was a great value.

"Excellent Value! Excellent service, rooms, and location"
This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and I will continue to come back. The rooms are beautiful, quiet, and clean! They have a great "homey" feel to them. Also, I can't say enough about the elite service that is provided by the entire staff and the breakfast is great as well. Moreover, the hotel is in a great location right next to the beach and a stone's throw away from the major streets of Tel Aviv
"Wonderful experience!"
We spent 4 nights at this gem of a hotel. Everything was wonderful! The hotel is immaculate, great location, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide the absolute best in customer service. Leah, Max, Hilary and the rest of the staff just added the personal touch that made one feel like family. The entire experience was superb and we felt as if we were at a cozy little boutique hotel instead of a chain. Just can't say enough about the hotel and the first class staff! They all deserve accolades and they certainly helped to make our lovely visit to Tel Aviv.

"Excellent staff and location. Very good value."
Excellent staff makes this hotel feel more like a boutique hotel vs. a chain. They went out of their way to take care of anything we needed like taxi service, suggestions, etc. The location REALLY can't be beat. You just turn right out of the hotel then an almost immediate left and you will find yourself at the TEL AVIV BEACHFRONT where you can walk all the way to Jaffa or all the way the opposite direction. There is a gastro bar right there on the beachfront (next to McDonald's) called Jessica's recommended by the hotel with a dead on ocean view. Heading up the other direction away from the sea is a street filled with restaurants and the street behind the hotel has AM PM, etc. So you really are well situated for just about anything. Our room had 2 separate sleeping spaces for the 3 of us (2 adults and a 15 year old) with a little kitchen area (don't expect cooking facilities...this is microwave and sink and fridge) which was great to keep bottles of water cold and to make tea in the morning. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom (not a big bathroom fyi but functional). Plenty of closet space. Clean. The lobby has free tea/coffee 24/7 which is great since flights to Tel Aviv often depart and arrive in the wee hours. My only suggestion is if you want a balcony room you need to book it. I didn't know they were available when I booked and only booked a regular ‘suite' and then was hoping for an upgrade with my Diamond Select status. We ended up with a room with a view of a parking structure. Oh well. The only glitch (which was NOT AT ALL the fault of the hotel) was that our taxi upon arrival at 4 AM never showed up. But it saved us money in the long run as we were able to get a taxi that took credit cards out front. The meet and greet service will run you $110 which they will put onto your bill. The regular taxi is more like $70 (with luggage which is charged separately). BUT make sure to ask the taxi ‘organizer' at the airport for one that takes credit cards and be VERY CLEAR about it before you get in the taxi. Overall because of staff and location and reasonably priced (albeit simple) rooms this hotel is an excellent bargain in my opinion and I highly recommend it. Why pay a lot more for the Sheraton one block down? Especially if you are there for sightseeing like us. We were barely in our room. If you are looking for an oceanfront, sit in your room gazing at the sea this is not your hotel. If you want a great location with great staff without breaking the bank...you've found it! Special shout out to Hilary and Moishe at the front desk.
"Great hotel great value great location "
This was not my first visit to Israel but my first to Best Western Regency Suites. I can highly recommend them. The hotel is very well located for access to the beach and to Tel Aviv. It has a private car park and allows easy access to the motorway to visit other parts of the country. The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay again.

"Great Stay"
Very nice front desk staff, and great location. Right next to the beach, and short walk to many of the best dinner and bar spots. The rooms are nice and the staff is always very accommodating, providing helpful advice on different things you are looking to do in the city.
"Highly recommended, excellent location"
Great service, clean rooms, nice facilities, excellent location. Nothing bad to say, highly recommended. Leah and all of the staff were very helpful. Parking is available for $12USD per day which was helpful to have.
"Great choice"
Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staf. Beach is just a few steps away from your doorstep. A lot of bars and restaurant are in the area of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfort is good!
"Family wedding"
We were given a two room suite on the top floor with a huge balcony with views of the sea. The room also had a small kitchenette with refrigerator, water heater and microwave. The sleeper in the living area was like a regular bed. No uncomfortable bar in the middle. They provided beach towels at no charge so we didn't have to use room towels. Staff was welcoming and very helpful.
"Exactly what we wanted!"
Position is brilliant, service is excellent, and the facilities were exactly what we needed. Most hotel rooms are a tight squeeze - we had bedroom, bathroom, and lounge/mini kitchen. It made all the difference. Many thanks, we'll be back.
"Home away from home in Tel Aviv"
My husband and I have stayed at the Best Western perhaps 5-6 times over the past years with different family groups on Israel tours. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and the location is hard to beat- across the street from the Tel Aviv seaside boardwalk, the beach and many good restaurants. We keep coming back also because the hotel staff go out of their way to please, with help for taxis, dining and shopping recommendations, etc. This does not feel like a chain hotel.

"A perfect home from home!"
I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel before and after an organised tour of Israel. Every aspect of our stay was perfect - from the friendly staff, to spacious well-appointed rooms, and personal touches such an assortment of treats in our room on arrival and the delicious complimentary coffee downstairs. I will definitiely be back!
"Best Western Regency Suites Tel Aviv"
What a great hotel! The most helpful and accommodating front desk staff. Excellent position. Across the road from the beach. Right by Ben Yehuda Street. Lovely sized room. Modern. Immaculate. Useful kitchenette. Easy parking. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
"as always...AMAZING"
this is the second time we have stayed at the Best Western (this time in warmer weather where we could enjoy the beach which is a stones throw from the entrance)...and once again it has proven to be the best hotel in Tel Aviv. Beautiful big rooms, clean, parking available and with the best location in Tel Aviv what more can you ask for. We'll definitely be back again...our home from home

"Best Western Regency Suites Tel Aviv"
An excellent stay in a small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, a reasonable-sized, well-equipped, two room apartment. All staff seemed to take responsibility for the quality of our stay - a really refreshing difference from the homogeneous corporate hotels which surrounded it.

"Great hotel stay"
I stayed at the regency in April of 2018. It's located on a busy road in Tel Aviv, close to markets and good restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Of note: Breakfast was not included in my stay and parking is $12/night. I'd recommend the hotel give additional clear direction on parking as that will help. Overall I recommend and will repeat.
"Sweet suites!"
This hotel, tucked into the middle of a block, is an all-suites hotel. The lobby is cute and has good seating. There is no restaurant and no snack bar or gift shop, but they do have a refrigerator in the lobby with cold drinks, including beer I believe. They also serve a continental breakfast. The suite I was in had a living room with a couch and a couple of chairs, and desk that could also function as a small dining table, and a kitchenette. In a separate room is the bedroom with small closet and bathroom with shower. The rooms are not fancy but I did like the wooden floors rather than carpets. All of the staff were nice, friendly and helpful.
"Great place to stay in Tel Aviv!"
First of all IGNORE the pictures on their website! (unless they have updated them). This place is very modern, clean, comfortable and in a great location for visiting the water. I would return to this place!

"Friendly staff, clean, but not quit as expected"
Good location, one bock back from the beach, Staff friendly and welcoming, rooms a little noisy from busy road but this is the norm for Tel Aviv Room very clean, However, my room was certainly not a suite ( Mezanine level) - usual size room but with kitchen Staff could not have been nicer. Aside from smaller room than expected - could not fault
"Fantastic place to unwind"
We stayed one night in this hotel after reading Tel Aviv. The hotel is a little hard to see at first, but it is very close to the beach and fantastic restaurants. The hotel staff were super friendly and Hilary gave us a great recommendation for breakfast. The room was spotless and very inviting. The bed was super comfortable too! This is definitely a place we will return too the next time we come to Israel!! :)

"Family vacation"
The hotel is perfectly located with great staff especially Hiliary. The rooms are well equipped, spotlessly clean and a nice size. They have a great lobby with refreshments on the house and it was a comfortable place to meet friends. What would have made it perfect, would have been a kosher breakfast.

"Best Western Regency Suites Tel Aviv"
We stayed one night at BW hotel in TLV. Hotel is located in the center of the city right next to beachfront and restaurants. Hotel is boutique place but suite is not big but has enough space for 4 people. Our suite had 2 rooms with two beds. Bathroom had a shower and all amenities. A/C working perfectly fine. Hotel had a parking and Auto Europe car rental right next door. Front desk was very helpful and extremely polite. Hotel is about 30 minutes away which cost about $60USD one way. Just make sure taxi is taking the credit card which is not happening all the time. We enjoyed stay there and appreciated stuff for their help and assistance! Thank you.

"Pesach in Israel"
We just spent 10 days at this friendly little home from home and enjoyed our experience very much. The hotel is small, very clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Two days before we were due to arrive my husband injured his ankle and our vacation was spent with him in a wheelchair. I had phoned lovely Hilary on the front desk to cancel but she persuaded us to come to Israel anyway - and we never regretted it. We stayed in a one bedroom executive suite which was cosy but felt like a little apartment with a kitchenette and living room as well as a good sized balcony. I really recommend this place and we will certainly stay there again next time we're in Tel Aviv.

"AMAZING"
We stayed here March 19 to 24. We forgot to add our third party to the reservation after he joined our trip last minute. This was of no issue to the delightful staff who quickly made up the sofa bed for him. Location was the best. 2 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk anywhere else in Tel Aviv you may wish to go. Complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. Only issue was the construction noise at 6:30am at the surrounding buildings, but hey, it's a big city, so to be expected. I'd stay here again.
"Amazing reception staff, Great location "
Stayed for 5 nights in room m03. Arrived about 10 am, room wasn't ready but the guy of the reception was so friendly and suggested a couple of things to do. Room was good, the only reason not great was the size and view (even though I asked for a room not looking at another wall). Even as a solo traveller the room was a bit small, but every thing in the room was great. And a really comfortable bed. The location and staff are amazing. For that I would stay again.
"Prim and neat"
Room was excellent, breakfast service was great, roomy gym with good equipment and ventilation, the drinks in the lobby were a plus. Free computer was nice but just let em now if the internet on the PC goes down.

Very good location, in the centre and near the beach, in an area full of restaurants and cafes. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and offered to me a room at 10 am although it was in the middle of Purim celebrations. Also, he helped me with the arrangements for the airport trip on Shabbat and about the city public transport during Shabbat (not operational in Tel Aviv). The room was small but nice and functional, with good Dead Sea toiletries. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

"Great stay at a relaxing homey hotel"
My kids and I stayed in a one bedroom suite this week. I was quite impressed with this little hotel. At first, we had a rough start with our lock not working properly, but how they handled it was amazing. That shows everything about how they care. We couldn't switch rooms, because they were full, but, Within an hour, the lock was fixed....and we were given a bottle of wine and a big bag of snacks for the kids to help cheer us up. We were not brushed off. They wanted us to be happy and stay there. I found the staff at this hotel very friendly and kind. The ladies that work in the small breakfast room were so nice, and the cleaning staff always made sure to say hello all the time. The front desk staff were kind, and helpful. This hotel is very small. It's not fancy, but it was functional, practical, and clean. the shower worked well, too. There is a cute little lobby living room type area when you walk in, and hot drinks like coffee and hot chocolate are available for fee, 24/7. There are about 30 rooms at the hotel, not a huge fancy action packed place, and it is quiet and relaxing inside. The guests seemed to be older tourists, at least this time of year, and I saw a few families, too. The location is perfect...not directly on the beach, but across the street, like a one minute walk away. There are a couple of convenience stores just steps away, and I felt the hotel was in a good spot. There was some construction in the next building, and we did hear it, but luckily it didn't start too early, maybe around 7:30 or 8 am...but we were up anyway, and ready to go out. I think there is not a block in Tel Aviv that doesn't have construction. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, a quiet homey spot in this busy city.

"Amazing long term stay!!"
I stayed at the Best Western Regency Suites for nearly two years for a work project and had an amazing time in Israel. The staff is wonderful and I consider them friends. The hotel property is immaculate, great management and staff, and a wonderful location. The best Western Regency made my stay in Israel and wonderful, memorable experience.

"Clean hotel with friendly staff"
Close to the beach this is a very nice hotel for a short stay. Staff was very friendly recognizing the specific questions we had (they even remembered that we celebrated a birthday). The room was cleaned every thorougly. The bathroom spacious. I can only recall one "problem". As all hotels are keen on good reviews they sent push messages to your smartphone. We received a lot.....I hope they can solve this problem as this is becoming annoying.

"Great location and excellent staff!"
I stayed at this Best Western numerous times over the last year and a half. The hotel is located a block from the beach and walking distance to many nice restaurants. The staff is top shelf! They helped with any issues that came up, including work related custom problems. They set up several tours including a last minute trip to Jordan (Petra). The owner and staff treat everyone like family, made my Israel experience very enjoyable.

"Great Place for Extended Visit"
I stayed at this BW for close to 3 weeks for a business stay. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, easy 1-block walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, markets, public transport, everything a traveler would need. The suites are generous sized, like a small apartment, with a separate kitchenette and eating table off the sitting room. Housekeeping keeps the rooms and lobby areas sparkling clean. The breakfast offers a delicious array of fresh fruit, vegetables and cheeses plus eggs cooked to order. Alla bakes bread and pastries daily, nothing nicer to have then some freshly baked hot bread right out of the oven. Alla's friendly welcome every morning made it feel like I was being welcomed into her home. The 24/7 front desk staff were all great. I appreciated especially the evening crew of Anistasia and Roni Shefner, who kindly gave me local advice and directions. Thanks also to Manager Daniel K. behind the scenes, who took care of billing matters with my company. I look forward to staying here again when I return to Tel Aviv.
"Tel Aviv"
We were welcomed by Maxim and Anastasia upon check in ... Very friendly & helpful with directions & recommendations. Booked 2 tours with Ben Harim for us. Hotel is centrally located ; our suite was immaculate, spacious & comfortable - with kitchenette - refrigerator & microwave .. 2 minute walk to grocery store ( 24 hrs ). All staff members were kind & professional, but our 6 nights stay were definitely enhanced by the dynamic duo , Max & Ana !

"Great hotel great location"
Relatively small hotel but very helpful and courteous staff. The rooms are very spacious and as suites come with small kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave). Good TV selection and free WiFi. There is a good breakfast provided but no other meals but with the range of restaurants on the door stop this is not an issue

"Good size suite"
The hotel is 1 block away from the beach, although right now there are some construction going on (Jan 2018). Hotel parking is U$15 per day, fyi - right next to the hotel entrance, there's a parking lot, overnight parking is 15 NIS (for those like me that need to depart at 4am in the morning, this price is very good). The room is in good size and a good size balcony, coffee, tea, hot chocolate are available at the lobby 24/7. Shower is very good! One of the best shower during our trip of 7 different hotels. Rooms are clean and very good front desk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. P.S. hotel taxi to airport is 150 NIS.
"Tel Aviv"
My wife and I stayed at the hotel three times during November and December. The hotel was as advertised by previous reviews on trip advisor. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Our special thanks do go to Leah who helped in many ways during our three visits. During our three stays we were in three different suites and all were exceptional. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and the downtown area. As noted by other parties grocery stores are within less than 200 metres and three good restaurants are within a one minutes walk.
"Great Deal"
This is a little gem hotel set one block from the beach in a central location. Hotel staff was very helpful with booking tours and providing local information, making it easy to get around. This trip was a combination business and pleasure. We booked the suite with a balcony looking at the beach. It came with a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is provided every morning. Only up grade I would suggest is bath towels are a bit thin. Otherwise I would suggest this hotel if you want to be close to the beach but off the main boulevard and don't want to spend a lot on hotel accommodations.
"Great place to stay!"
Hillary and all the staff will do anything to make your stay easier. It felt like we were at home each time we came back to the hotel. Location is perfect. Rooms are really nice. I would definitely stay here when I go back!

"Perfect Place To Stay Across From Beach In Tel Aviv!"
I visited my son for two weeks and loved staying at these suites. Very comfortable and clean suite in a perfect location. The front desk staff were helpful each and everyday as I toured beautiful Israel. Highly recommended for anyone with an extended stay. Walk to everything, especially the beautiful beach, restaurants and cultural events. My son stayed here for eight weeks and said it certainly felt like home. Best Western Regency Suites is highly recommended!
"Wow! So Much Better Than We Expected!"
LOCATION: Perfect! 1 block from the beach and the Tel Aviv Promenade. We arrived after dark around 7 p.m. and were able to walk the area with no worries about our safety or security! We walked all the way north to the Yarkon River & Port area at night - many restaurants and stores along the way. The next day we walked to Jaffa, the old port area. If we had more time, we could have walked to the markets as well. Beach lovers...perfect beach location too! ROOM: Perfect! Our suite had a queen bed in one room and a queen pullout in the livingroom area. 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette. The room was bright with modern decorations. STAFF: Front desk staff was great! Offered suggestions on where to walk to, marking points of interest on a map for us. LOBBY: Great sitting area if you like to chill in the lobby. Complimentary coffee, tea & water available. BREAKFAST: We didn't take advantage of their continental breakfast so I can't really comment on that. There are many restaurants in the area that you could also get breakfast at. We saved our appetite for lunch! The only problem was that was only had one night at the Best Western! Had we been spending more time in Tel Aviv, it would have been the perfect place to call home for a few days (or even a week!)!
"Awesome suites hotel near the beach "
Awesome suites hotel near the beach. Nice modern and clean rooms. One bedroom, a living room and a small kitchen good for couples plus a child. Very kind stuff service. It serves continental breakfast but it is absolutely not recommended. There are many restaurants in the area that serves better breakfast with a large selection in same price. So a big YES for that hotel but No for breakfast. GL

"Super helpful, funny, and made sure I had an awesome time"
Both Leah, Max and Hilary (the front-desk staff) were awesome! They all made sure that my stay was comfortable, and even went the extra mile by ordering a pizza for me! It's great that the hotel is situated in the heart of Tel Aviv too. The hotel is clean, and pleasantly designed. The rooms are definitely spacious too. I was in room M01, and it featured everything you would expect from a great hotel, plus it had a small kitchette, which came in really handy. I will definitely be staying at the Best Western Regency Suites Hotel again!

"Excellent service, nice place."
The hotel is comfortable, in a good location. One block away from the beach, near restaurants and groceries, and bus lines. Parking is on the left side of the hotel (not the right side) the drive down into it is a bit narrow. I had an living area, kitchenette and eating area, in addition to the expected bedroom and bathroom.

"As advertised"
This hotel is comfortable, functional, and in a very good location. We're basically one block away from the beach, near restaurants and groceries, and bus lines. We have an eating area with refrigerator, living area, in addition to the expected bedroom and bathroom. A bonus is the free use of an espresso machine which includes lattes and hot chocolate.

Amazing hotel. It has Great location, right next to the beach, and There's a lot of restaurants and activities nearby. The staff was very nice and kind, and the prices are absolutely decent. The rooms were big and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot.

"Excellent location & Staff"
Wonderful location, one block from the beach. Centraly located for a variety of sites to visit & dining options. Comfortable & safe. The staff goes above & beyond to assist you. It's the ONLY place I would stay when visiting Tel Aviv.
"Great value"
Comfortable and modern, tastefully decorated rooms. The hotel really offers all you need. Excellent Wi-Fi, great complementary coffee and tea, and staff always willing to help. The location us unbeatable in every respect, close to almost everything you need. There are more luxurious hotels for much more money, but this is, for us at least, the best value in Tel Aviv.
"Excellent Location & Value"
We had a comfortable stay here while in Tel Aviv & the staff very professional. Our room was spacious & kitchenette was convenient. Many restaurants & mini-markets are nearby. The Tayelet is a short walk from the hotel & beautiful promenade for an afternoon walk to Jaffa. Convenient access to Ben Gurion Int'l Airport & day tip to Northern Israel.
"Nice Find in Tel Aviv"
We chose this hotel based on internet searches looking particularly for free parking and couldn't be happier about it. The room we received was small but we anticipated that. We were on the mezzanine level so we had a quick walk up the stairs from the lobby to our room. An elevator was available but we chose the stairs. The room is modern with a flat screen TV featuring a number of international stations in a large variety of language, a refrigerator, and a safe. The shower was small almost like the kind you would find on a cruise ship. The hotel had free parking but caution for those using the garage, it is a little tight. We had a small car and had no problems but anything larger might have provided trouble navigating the tight turns and columns in the parking areas. We had breakfast at the hotel once. It was 11 USD per person and included typical continental foods plus a hot omelet option. Not sure if the hot option is the same every day. The hotel is less than a block from the beach and all the restaurants and bars that line the beach. It is a short walk through a nice park to the beach. It is also within walking distance of Jaffa, Dizengoff Street (shopping, bars, restaurants, cafes), and the Carmel Market. The staff was incredibly nice to us. Leah, in particular, was extremely helpful in recommending and arranging tours, giving guidance on where we could walk to from the hotel, and also recommendations for things to see outside of Tel Aviv that didn't require tours. The staff provided towels for trips to the beach but also for our Dead Sea and Jordan River excursions. They even provided extra soap and shampoo. Thank you! There is a small lobby where free coffee and pastries are available and a pay self service bar. It was a comfortable place to unwind and use the free computer for searching our next adventures. There is a fitness room that we did not use (we walked our share on this trip). One small shortcoming of the hotel. There were only two electrical outlets that were not already in use. Travelling with photo gear, smartphones, and other devices made juggling charging time a small inconvenience. This hotel is a great value for the money and we would definitely stay again if Tel Aviv is in our future.
"Excellent, Amazing, Best Hotel Stay"
"Good" is not always positive. Remember, a "good" review is the type of review that's useful to the people who come along behind you. So this is an “Excellent” review for this location. I have stayed at many hotels, this is far from extraordinary service and everyone was extremely nice and friendly. The manager was very helpful with advice from things to do, to where's the best place to shop and eat. I was here last year and both visits were amazing. Thanks
"Excellent value for money"
Great hotel, spotless, very nicely decorated. Very good breakfast with personal aproach. The room is really big, very clean and maintained very well. The front desk stuff, and especially Leah are very friendly, helpful and kind. The location is perfect, nearby the sea and just a minutes of walking from restaurants, bars etc. One of the best options for unforgettable stay in Tel Aviv
"Good location for a Tel Aviv experience"
Position is pretty good and accomodation is actually pretty good although small. We ere quite disappointed because the booking site indicated a 2 bedroom apartment. Apparently they don't have any. We were lucky enough to book through a concierge credit card service so they managed to find a resolution for us. Otherwise there would not have been one I might add. Unfortunate really because on the whole if you know what you are getting it is a pretty nice spot.

"a diamond amongst the sharks"
this hotel is amazing. We had a junior suite and it was like living in our own flat We also had a TV and satillite so whatever Country you came from breakfast and TV for breakfast.. We had a sink and microwave, together with cutlery and plates etc. The breakfast consisted of eggs cooked any way you wanted with a vast array of accomplishments. incredible bread with a toaster. Our room had the benefit bedroom with a wardrobe etc, and a bathroom. through a we then had a sizeable lounge with another TN two wardrobes and a chair and a double bed sofa/bed. We were 2 blocks from the best beach. The staff went out of their to be friendly and super effecient.
"Thank you"
Using the limousine service was valuable for a first timer. Staff were very sensitive to a guest's needs. Room was well presented. Followup to forgotten clothing being left behind was most appreciated. All in all a pleasant stay.
"Great location "
The hotel is a street farther from Tel Aviv Beach, modern and clean. Staff is very helpful. Room is comfortable good for business and family stay too. It has a mini kitchen with fridge which is quite good if you are traveling with kids. Overall it is recommended from all aspects.
"Small Hotel and Rooms"
While the hotel is near the beach, it is not in the best part of Tel Aviv. Plus, with the small rooms in this small Best Western, we would not recommend staying here, when so many places are nicer and bigger.
BW-RegencySuites, Front Office Manager at Best Western Regency Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for staying with us in Tel Aviv and taking the time to submit your feedback. We believe each person has his own preferred area in Tel Aviv but most hotels in Tel Aviv are located in the same area with our hotel and this area is generally accepted as the most central area near the beach. Where on one side you have the beach and on the other side there is public transportation, supermarkets, cafes & restaurants etc. Our hotel is recognized by offering spacious accommodation, our suites are 37 square meters with Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchenette and this accommodation is much larger than most rooms available in Tel Aviv. For this reason, we were surprised and sorry to hear that the size of the room you reserved was not to your satisfaction. We assume you stayed in one of our single rooms with kitchenette which are smaller than our suites. We only have a few of them but sell very quickly as we offer them at very attractive rates. If you have the opportunity to stay with us again in the future, kindly consider reserving one of our spacious suites, where we have no doubts you will be most comfortable. Wishing you all the best and hope to have another opportunity to accommodate you and improve your experience at our hotel. Ms. Leah Shaer | Best Western Regency Suites Hotel.
"Excellent service, very close to the beach!"
This is a great hotel really close to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a fitness center and restaurant on site. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous, especially Hilary. She went out of her way to make sure that my stay was better than expected and that I had any information needed to enjoy Tel Aviv and Israel. Would definitely recommend this place. It is not right on the beach, but only a short 3 minute walk away.
"Great experience! Good value for the money."
I stayed at the hotel with my family for a weekend, which was very satisfying. The service was remarkable, as well as the breakfast. I would like to note the receptionist, named Roni who helped us a lot.

"Amazing location! Amazing staff!"
Our family of 20+ stayed at this boutique hotel in the heart of everything. Across the street is the promenade with wheelchair access. The hotel staff- Hilary, Mikal, Anastasia, Eli, and the owners Anthony and Simone are fabulous. Thanks for the great accommodations and service. Highly recommend this location for your TLV stay!
"Fantastic boutique hotel in centre of town right opposite the beach"
We have stayed here before and will always come back and recommend it. The BW is spotlessly clean, stylish; rooms spacious and generously proportioned apartment-size and fresh feeling. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Free parking. A real find.

"Very good"
We really enjoyed our stay! The crew was very welcoming and warm. They also allowed us to use their parking for our guest's car. The hotel as a great location & very nice breakfast! We highly recommend and we will come again.
"Nice location; helpful staff"
We stayed here twice: once on the first day of our trip to Israel and once on the last day the night before our flight home. The location is good: opposite the line of high rise beachfront hotels so that it is only a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach. (Otherwise there is not much aside from the US Embassy nearby.) The staff was friendly and (when we had a medical issue) very engaged and helpful. There is a small lobby. The room/suite the first time we stayed was very small and not very accommodating to two people with two suitcases. The second time (on the first floor instead of the top floor) was MUCH larger and nicer, for I think the same price. There is free parking (down a ramp to the left, facing the building, not the garage to the right) but beware of the extremely tight turns to get in.
"Great experience"
Great suite hotel right across from the beach- really lovely and good value Had balcony and faced the water Free parking and if you have a car you know how valuable that is Front desk very very helpful Outstanding service and simply gorgeous balcony and two room suite with everything we needed and more
"Wonderful stay- go if you can , disabled friendly "
I stayed at the hotel from 21-26 September . The hotel is gorgeous , the lobby is tasteful and chic and colourful as you would expect in a good boutique hotel. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated. My ( spacious) balcony on the 5th floor gave me a lovely view of the beach which lights up with fairy lights at night. The kitchenette is well equipped and there is always a good free coffee from the coffee machine downstairs . The receptionists could not have tried harder to make us feel at home. The hotel is very disabled friendly and were very thoughtful toward my father who has mobility problems and they placed a shower seat in the shower for him. Breakfast has an array of cheeses, eggs and Israeli veggies . Delicious , don't miss it !
"Great location!"
It was a very nice staying. Very welcoming people working at the hotel, always willing to help you with a smile on their faces. Fantastic location, very good places around to have a drink or eat something. My only complain is related with the low outdoor light in my room and the tiny windows. I also missed a better work spaces.
"Great location, definitely stay there again"
Stayed in the Best Western Regency for a short three day break last week. The hotel is located about five minutes from the beach and handy for buses to other parts of town. Check-in was very easy, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean have a small fully equipped kitchenette, which includes as microwave and toaster which was fantastic for us as we only need a small breakfast in the morning. Supplies can be bought from a local convenience market just round the corner from the hotel (ask at reception) Beds are comfortable even the pull out one my daughter used. Each room has a TV. The shower in the bathroom is powerful. The "Don't disturb sign" also doubles as "please clean my room" Remember to put the sign on the door handle to say you want the room cleaned each morning when you leave. Loved this hotel and would definately stay here again
"Imaculate hotel perfect location"
The hotel was immaculate throughout and perfectly located for the town and especially the beach. Exceptional accommodating staff where nothing is a problem. This really is a stunning hotel and is my go to on further visits to Tel Aviv
"Nice place, nice location "
The hotel seems old (small elevator) but the suites are updated and comfortable enough. The service was fine. There is self serve tea and coffee in the small lobby and coffee and tea in the room as well. Our room was clean and we even had a bit of a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The Mediterranean Sea is across the street, it's easy to walk there and there are shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall a good value.
"Great hotel, great location, lovely suites"
we had a great stay at the Best Western Regency Suites - the location is perfect, right across from the beach and down the street from some great local restaurants. the staff was incredibly helpful (they even gave us beach toys for our kids to use). Rooms were maybe on the small side but since they were suites it was perfect for us (two adults and two kids - 9 and 11). it was such a pleasure for each of our kids to have their own beds. breakfast was not included but that was fine - we grabbed stuff at the super market 2 minutes away and ate in our kitchenette in the room. did not feel like we missed having the traditional large israeli breakfast (we had that at other hotels on our trip). I have to say the rooms were quiet too (we stayed two different times over our trip so we stayed in two different rooms). overall it's really a perfect place if you are looking for a clean, well staffed, well located, new hotel.
"Great one day stay"
We stayed at BW for only one night, it has a perfect location, across the street from the beach. Great and clean rooms, with very modern design. Great and helpful staff. They couldn't extend our check out time because hotel was fully booked, but they kept our lugged and let us use the shower in the gym after our trip to the beach. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.
"A Gem!!"
We booked this hotel based on reviews from Trip Advisor. Everything we read was correct. this small boutique all suite hotel was just wonderful. The staff was amazing anything asked was done immediately, and everyone was helpful and friendly. the suites were spacious and clean. The location was fabulous= right at the beach and near the major shopping areas. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Israel
"Good place for a budget"
This place has an amazing location for beach goers! The beach is right across the street. It is the best hotel around at a good price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very recommended if on a budget and want something decent!
"beach holiday in tel aviv"
A wonderful experience all round: 1. Great location, 3 mins to the beach, many restaurants, public transport, US Embassy. Cross street is Bograshov which you can walk all the way (east) to Sarona if you wish. Walking distance the Shuk. 2. Suite was large and clean with separate bedroom and lounge area. Small kitchen with fridge and microwave, adequately equipped. 3. Friendly and helpful front desk (Leah!). Comfortable lobby area, with great coffee. 4 Breakfast was available, but we preferred to shop at Super Yehuda (fabulous pastries/bread, veggies and hard boiled eggs) and eat in the room. 5. Excellent and cheap (folded) laundry service.
"I feel good in BW TLV"
This hostel is very clean and nice looking, The suite with balcony is amazing, with sea view. Great location near the beach, shopping and all commodities. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. I will come back.
"Excellent return visit"
We stayed again at the Best Western Regency Suites twice this summer, returning after a great stay in 2013. The suites are clean and comfortable, the hotel is well run and very well located. The staff is great. Leah, the front desk manager, went beyond the call of duty when she found our 10-year-old's backpack left behind at the hotel and ran outside to give it to her. Thank you! We hope to return.
"Week end in Best western , TelAviv"
Clean rooms , very nice shower . Staff very helpful and friendly. Free (even if though it is a bit tricky to maneuver) indoor parking which is very rare in the heart of Tel-Aviv ! Close to the beach. The breakfast is a good value for money, it is defined "continental breakfast" but it is much more than that.
"Great value for the money"
Great location just across from the beach . very clean and nice looking. Perfect room for a family of 4 we had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, very confortable. Loved the little natural dead sea soaps in the bathrooms.
"Excellent visit!"
Our Queen junior suite was very comfortable but definitely "junior". We did have two separate rooms and a separate kitchen but it was not large. However, since we were on two persons we were comfortable. The air conditioning worked VERY WELL which was a definite plus in Tel Aviv in August. The location was wonderful.Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance. But what went above and beyond in this hotel was the staff. All front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Leah, the front desk manager was especially helpful and really personalized our visit. She was always interested in our plans and interests and guided us to appropriate venues. We unexpectedly ended up at the hotel on a Jewish holiday involving fasting and she was VERY helpful in finding us a restaurant! We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Regency Suites and recommend it for any traveler.
"Friendliest hotel in Israel "
After a two week tour of Israel we spent our last 2 nights at the BWRS- and what a great end. A minor negative - nowhere to hang bathing suites after swimming. The positives - great location with an easy three minute walk to the beach. Free coffee from the coffee machine in the lounge. But best of all, lovely friendly staff who genuinely want to make your stay a pleasure (especially Hillary!)
"Great Position....Great Value...Will always return"
Best Western Regency Suites came so highly recommended that we decided to try it this time whilst visiting Tel Aviv . From the moment I communicated with the most helpful and friendly Hillary I knew we'd made the right choice. The location is just perfect , across the road from the Tayelet and beach so made our early am walks and swims so easy. There are great Cafes &restaurants just 5 mins away and Ben Yehuda ,Allenby St,Jaffa, Neve Tzedek in close proximity The hotel is small just what we wanted but with every amenity one needs. Our suite was comfortable & spotless, serviced daily by friendly staff, breakfast simple but adequate. The reception staff always readily available and so friendly....think this is what contributes to a great stay. Thank you to everyone at Best Western Regency Suites....we will always recommend this hotel and always stay here on our future trips ...hope to be back soon!
"Great location and clean, quiet room"
You're a block from the beach and can see the sea from your room (at least I could on the 5th floor). Room is clean, with nice tile bathroom, comfortable beds--even the sofa-bed if you want to turn into a bed, they'll bring a nice foam mattress to go on top. Great light from outside and equally good black out curtains. I slept in till 11. About 20 mns from airport (I went at 930 at night, earlier watch for traffic). Front desk staff great.

Dear Michael, Thank you for staying with us recently. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay here while managing to get a comfortable and peaceful rest. We do our best to ensure our guests' of a memorable and pleasant experience with us. Hopefully we will welcome you back again in the future. With kind regards from all the team, Hilary Cohen / Guest Relations
"Great rooms and staff"
The rooms are so nice and perfect for families. If it's a 1 bedroom, the couch pulls out into a second bed, and has lots of privacy. Rooms are also very well kept. The only downside is the rooms connect to neighbouring rooms and the walls are a little thin. The breakfast is delicious and served at reasonable times. Nice coffee and other snacks offered in the lobby. There's always someone at the front desk to greet you with a smile!
"Our go to place"
This was our fourth or fifth time staying here, and plan to come back. It is great for those who are looking for a smaller hotel and don't care about a pool as you are right by the beach. Hotel is clean and we'll kept. Plan to come back again. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.
"Great rooms, good location"
Spacious, clean rooms look like they are newly renovated. Great location for walking around. Breakfast is spartan, but there is free coffee and you can stock your kitchenette with whatever you like from the many local markets or, better yet, Carmel Market, which is only a 20 minute walk. Our rooms were surprisingly quiet at night, given the near-beach-front location. Be aware, however, that the hotel is located in a particularly bustling part of a particularly bustling city, and construction starts at about 0700 Sun-Fri.
"Very comfortable suite hotel"
Perfect for a few days of beach, promnade, and just plane recharging. Love it. Reasonble at Tel Aviv's inflated pricing. You could comfortably fit 2 parents + 2 young children on the sofabed in the livingroom. A great place for couples or young families. I would have added a 2 burner plug in stove in the kitchen. That would help alot with kids.
"Wonderful location, beautiful rooms!"
Hotel management and staff were wonderful to deal with in making the reservation...very helpful and flexible. We had a beautiful room with an amazing balcony. Comfortably sleeps four. Highly recommrend this property!!!
"Great location and service!"
The location of this hotel was very good, especially if you want to go to the beach! Free parking was also a huge plus. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice, especially the eggs cooking station.
"I have stayed in big 5 star hotels but Best Western Regency is more than 5 star when it comes to the "homely" feel about"
The rooms are excellent always clean, new linen and towels every day. Very spacious much more than you get from other hotels and front desk are amazing nothing is to much. The lounge are is a gathering place for all and always good coffee.
"Great value and excellent location"
The convenience of having a kitchenette was great. Nearby supermarket or convenience stores easy to get to for in-room bfast. Wifi unbelievably fast and reliable throughout the hotel. Beach is one block away !
"Very pleased with our stay"
Perfect location even though it was not right by the ocean but you could see the ocean from balcony. Service was great. Leah the front office manager was awsome. very helpful in suggesting stuff! The room inside looked brand new. Very clean and high tech. The outside bulding doesn't look impressive but I guess most hotels in tel aviv are like that.
"Best Kept Secret in Tel Aviv"
We needed a room(s) for five people and were not looking to spend $500 plus a night. The hotel was spotless. Suite was comfortable. Hotel is across the street from the beach. Free parking. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
"Repeat visitor "
Great location - close to beach, bus and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful Rooms clean and spacious Free parking and good wifi Some street noise but that's Tel Aviv!! Have stayed here before and will come back again-
"Perfect!"
This was the perfect hotel choice! It was spacious and clean. The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not included, but well worth the cost. The woman working in the breakfast room kept everything filled and even remembered our preferences when we came in the second morning!

Shalom from Tel Aviv, Wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the unique and friendly atmosphere of our hotel services and facilities. Thank you as well for the lovely feedback of our Breakfast Bar. We do our utmost to offer a tasty and generous selection of food. Best wishes from all the team.
"A fantastic stay in Tel Aviv - Best Western"
Excellent, modern, great service, lovely breakfast, well-equiped and very nice gym, fantastic rooms. As big cities like Tel Aviv offere myriads of hotels, apartments etc., this gem is definitely praiseworthy for its European-like standards, image, service, amenities and style.
"across from Embassy , across from Beach"
wonderful lloaction , 2 blocks from tel avi beach. Walking distance to Dan Panaroma convention center where i had a conference. The staff even took time to look up which busses could get me there fastest. The suite has a full size fridge and plates and utensils which is so convenient . Great to have gym, too, plus free espresso and latte machine Would go again , for sure,
"Wonderful stay !"
We stayed for one night. The service, location, and room, were perfect. The on-site parking is a great plus. The check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. When they found out that we are celebrating our 20th anniversary, they gave us a free bottle of red wine. The beach is very close, and there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes in the area. Breakfast was good. Would definitly return. Great place to stay !

"The Best Hotel Suites in tel Aviv"
Year after year we keep coming back to this fantastic hotel n Tel Aviv. This hotel only has suites of all sizes, not pokey little rooms as most do in Tel Aviv. All the staff make the guests feel so much at home that after staying there for a whole month, we really are sad to leave. The service is great, the breakfast is very good, the location is perfect close to the beach, restaurants, food stores, buses and taxis. The lobby is a living room of friendship between staff, guests and visitors, not to mention the free fast wifi internet and PC available in the lobby for guests . We look forward to returning next year and for many years to come.

Shalom David & Carola, It is always a great pleasure to welcome you back 'home' in Tel Aviv! Your visit here always passes too quickly. From all the Regency team, we send you both our very best wishes, and as always, looking forward to your next visit! Same time, same place 2018. Le'hitraot, The Management & Staff
"Weekend break in Tel Aviv"
This is a very well positioned property for the beach, city, local places of interest and eateries. We stayed as a couple for 3 nights in a lovely modern apartment-like suite, which would have been more than comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The Staff were very friendly, even concerned I might need something warmer to wear on a breezy evening. There were complimentary hot drinks in the comfortable downstairs lounge area with papers to read and contemporary art to view. The suite was modern, well-equipped with 2 TVs and a comfortable double bed in the bedroom. I believe there was a convertible sofa bed in the lounge area with excellent facilities if you wanted to self-cater. There was a modern toilet/shower room with a selection of complimentary toiletries. We ate all our meals out in the good selection of varied local cafes and restaurants. but I believe there is a good breakfast available downstairs in the breakfast room. We had a lovely weekend in this comfortable hotel and would recommend it.
"Home Away From Home in Tel Aviv"
Leah runs front desk with a fantastic team of charming young professionals. Two handsome young men and a beautiful Russian speaking young woman each of whom is charming, attentive and informative. The breakfast room is also like old home week. A great spread of Israeli specialties especially the stuffed vegetables. A great choice for those wanting a modern up to date hotel that makes you feel like family.
"Home away from home with a great location"
This boutique hotel with a perfect beach location cannot be beat. The staff are warm, friendly and accommodating, with nothing being too much trouble. The rooms are spacious (for Israel standards), clean and comfortable, with fabulous added touches such as free tea, coffee and the most delicious hot chocolate in the lobby. It felt like home from start to finish, even with an emotional goodbye to the staff. Stay here! You'll be happy you did!
"Great hotel"
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, location is excellent (close to the beach, city and public transport). The hotel is modern and very clean and has all the amenities we needed (they even supplied beach towels). Room was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped.
"Bert"
Location is great,a block away from one of the most beautiful beach in the world. The staff is extremely helpful. The room we had was a Junior one bedroom with a kitchenette, it was roomier than expected and the amenities were great. There is always a but, we drove past the hotel twice, the signage could be better. It was a little frustrating to have to go up, down and around. It also made us late in returning our car rental. Had to pay for an extra day.
Hilary C, Guest Relations at Best Western Regency Suites, responded to this review
Dear Bert, On behalf of all the team we would like to thank you for the kind feedback of the hotel, upon your recent stay with us, and that the location and facilities exceeded your needs and contributed towards a most memorable visit. We also appreciate your constructive comment relating to the parking entrance, which we have noted for future attention. We look forward to seeing you back at the BW Regency Suites again. Kind regards, Hilary Cohen
"a home away from home"
This is my third trip to this Tel Aviv hotel, and they even remember my name! I would recommend this hotel with six stars the artwork in the lobby is always changing. Also being a suite, i could eat in my room with the kids Bruce
Hilary C, Guest Relations at Best Western Regency Suites, responded to this review
Dear Bruce, Thank you for the great response. See you back again soon, for another memorable stay with us! Best wishes from all the team, Hilary Cohen
"A great stay"
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The room was bigger and roomier than expected. Parking was an important amenity. Libby had a nice sitting are. The location was PERFECT. Right in the middle of the Tel Aviv beaches. A short walk and there you are. Going the other direction (away from the beach) you're immediately in a lively neighborhood that is extremely pedestrian and bicycle friendly. It is a nice hotel in a perfect location.
"Enjoyable stay"
We will definitly book again with Great Western Suites. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and with all amenities needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing which it lets it down is the breakfast which could be so much better. Israeli breakfasts are one of our pleasures when we visit the country so we know what we can usually expect in variety and quality. When we book again we will book without breakfast and either have it in the room or at various seasides locations.
Hilary C, Guest Relations at Best Western Regency Suites, responded to this review

We do our utmost to ensure that our services and facilities meet with the requirements of our guests, and we take great care to offer a memorable experience in all aspects. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future, and will be happy to invite you to an enjoyable and tasty Continental Breakfast. With kind regards, Hilary Cohen Guest Relations
"Fantastic Place"
Large, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. It is a modern, stylish place mere steps from the beach and from many great restaurants. The staff was exceptional. Every time we turned to them with a question or request, they went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. Breakfast service was superb. We will definitely use this place again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

"Fantastic boutique hotel"
Great location, lovey room and super nice and helpful staff:) Right on the sea front and very central. You can walk to almost any direction with attractions(such as the Carmel market, Dizingoff etc) within 1km walking distance. Buses available from Bograshov street round the corner.Hotel is very clean and set out beautiful!! Highly recommended
"Great Place, wonderful service."
Room was big clean and very nice. Service very friendly and helpful. Free parking, free coffee. Fantastic location. I recommend this place to anyone who likes a suite in the center of Tel Aviv. It is just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Close to restaurants and anything you can think of.
"Great Place at a reasonable price"
The Best Western Regency Suites is a wonderful place to stay in Tel Aviv at a reasonable price. It is only one block to the beach, a 15 minute walk to the bazaar and a 30 minute walk to old Jaffa. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute walk. The rooms were decent size and clean. The hotel has a lounge area with additional TV and a computer. The rooms also have TV with many stations in English. It has free parking which is a real plus. Daniel was particularly helpful. I would recommend.
"Good location at an attractive price"
This family run hotel is priced at about 40% of the rates of hotels across the street which overlook the beach. But many rooms in those hotels do not have a beach view and everyone has to cross a road to get to the actual beach anyway. If you don't mind being 20 metres further from the beach and having to cross one more street, this could be the place for you! It is an all suite hotel, very clean, bathroom with a tub, comfortable queen size bed and a separate living room with a mini kitchen (Microwave and small refrigerator) complete with dishes and cutlery. Two sizeable food markets a block away. Hotel is quite small and family run ... and friendlier for all that. After a couple of days, all of the front desk staff knew me and were most friendly and helpful. I was travelling on business, but this would be an equally comfortable and pleasant hotel for vacation. Highly recommended. If you do stay here, print out a map or have the telephone number handy when you arrive in Tel Aviv. The hotel is small enough that the name may not be recognised by taxi drivers at the airport.

"Thank you Daniel"
The staff and the manager were exceptional. I made an error with booking the room and only listed one person staying there instead of two, they were very helpful and upgraded our room. Our cell phone was not working and Daniel offered us a working one. Great experience.
"Surprising Hospitality for Israel!"
My daughter and I recently stayed at the Best Western Regency Suites for 4 nights. It was well located across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, the Carmel Market and more. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a fridge was a nice touch and the espresso machine in the lobby was addictive! Most of all, the staff were unbelievably warm and helpful, especially Leah. Israelis are not know for their warmth or service (sorry, no excuse) but the staff here could give a few lessons in how it is done. The hotel was probably a little over-priced for what it was, but this is Tel Aviv and all hotels are over-priced.
"Very helpful staff"
The hotel was very well located, easy walking distance to many areas. The staff were extremely helpful. There's a comfortable lobby area where we were able to sit and visit with friends who came from outside Tel Aviv to see us.
Hilary C, Guest Relations Manager at BEST WESTERN Regency Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for the kind words and positive feedback. We do our utmost to make our guests feel most comfortable and at home with us in Tel Aviv. Best wishes from all the team at Best Western Regency Suites, Tel Aviv.
"Wonderful Stay"
We chose the Regency Suites for its location and price. What a pleasure it was to discover the excellent service also offered in this small boutique suite hotel in Tel Aviv. The lobby is gracious, welcoming and appointed with interesting art work along with free hot drinks and newspapers. But what makes this such a great spot are the employees. A particular shout out to Leah and Michael who made our stay extra special. This will become our new home in Tel Aviv.
"Amazing Hospitality"
This hotel is a little gem, set back one street from the beach it only takes a couple of minutes to reach the Promenade. The clean, modern vibe has a beachy feel and the suites are spacious. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us even after check-out time as our flight was not leaving until midnight. I have stayed at many hotels and the hospitality provided by this hotel was a very rare thing to find. I cannot imagine staying at any other hotel in Tel Aviv the next time I go and as a travel agent I will recommend it to my clients. Hilary went above and beyond, but everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
"Our 6 night stay at Best Western Regency in Tel Aviv"
Spotlessly clean room and bathroom with pleasing decor. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The hotel is well situated close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. HaroldT.
"Fantastic long weekend "
Our stay at Best Western Regency Suites was absolutely fantastic! Positive: -location, location, location!!!! Just 2 minutes from the beach and the amazing promenade along the sea; close to many coffee shops and restaurants; location couldn't be any better! -one bedroom suite was cozy and clean. - free coffee and water all day long in the lobby - 24 hour reception and Mrs Cohen at the reception desk who is a super lovely woman - many info leaflets about the city in the lobby Other remarks: -breakfast was okay, there could have been some more variety - walls are too thin and cleaning ladies are making too much noise in the morning All in all we would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a family friendly, nice apartment in an outstanding location in Tel Aviv! This is not a luxurious hotel with extravagant rooms and overwhelming breakfast buffet but a certainly enjoyable, small, pleasant hotel with many many positive assets as mentioned above. Highly recommended!
"Perfect Position, Great Place To Stay"
We loved this place! Smart, clean, easy to park, easy to go anywhere in Tel Aviv and 2 mins walk from the beach front. The rooms are really well equipped too. Beds were extremely comfortable - hard to get up in the morning! A really great home-from-home with a quirky, artsy feel and lovely touches in the downstairs lounge giving the place a really nice character which we were not expecting. Lovely staff too.
"Nice view and access to the best beach on the Mediteranean"
This is a nicely appointed hotel with secure free parking, located right across the street from the best beach we founf anywhere in the Mediteranean. All kinds of amenities and services right at hand. For us the best part was location localtion location. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff were very accomodating
"Amazing - Great Place - Great Price - Great Location - Great People"
I would stay here every time. Just amazing people work here. I lost my luggage and they were on top of it all day - every day. Great recommendations and just kind people. 1 block from the beach. The room is large and very clean.
"Still Not That Good"
Introduction After my previous “broom cupboard” experience I decided to give the hotel one more chance to see if it lived up to the “rave reviews” of others; sadly, it does not. Yes, on first sight the bedroom and living room seem fine; not all that spacious but adequate and nicely appointed. However, after staying for a while, problems show themselves. Problems - Design Faults Unless you are under five feet tall you will bang your head on the cupboard above the sink when trying to do washing up. Also, unless you are lucky, you will stub your toe on the raised shower base when leaving the bathroom. The lack of an “air-lock” (an extra door between the corridor and the room; for which there is plenty of room) means that you hear the slamming of the doors of fellow guests who, like many people who use hotels, do not seem to realise that it is perfectly possible to close a door quietly by using the handle. - Other Noise In addition to the noise from the corridor, my room had a communicating door to the next suite. These are never properly sound-proofed. My suite was at the front – so I could see the sea which was nice – but also hear the traffic (traffic itself is OK but car alarms, sirens, hooting, VERY loud speaker vans and revving motor-cycles less so). So, maybe a room at the back would be better? - Kitchenette However, the thing which has caused me to mark the hotel down is the so-called kitchenette. Every hotel I use has a ‘fridge and a kettle; so, the only things making this a “kitchenette” is a micro-wave and plates. I have been staying in a suite with a kitchenette (again half the price of this one!) for the last five weeks. This had hot-plates for cooking plus saucepans and a frying pan to enable you so to do. - Lack of “Luxuries” I would expect things like a dressing gown and slippers (I get these in many hotels) for a 4*/5* rating; plus there is no mini-bar supplies in the ‘fridge. Merits The staff, especially Leah, were, again, the best feature of the hotel. The free hot chocolate was good as well! Plus being able to print out my boarding pass using the hotels desktop and printer.
"Easily 5 Stars"
Central location, bright and modern facility, spacious suite (604), amazing workout area and equipment, and great breakfast. Infinite supply of free specialty coffee. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very keen to help in any way possible. Short walk to beach, shopping, groceries, restaurants. Very close to key tourist sites such as Jaffa, the old train station, and the old port of Tel Aviv. And FREE parking with loads of car rental offices next door and up and down Hayarkon Street. Some suites' main entrance is straight into the main bedroom which is less than ideal. We switched suites. The second one, 604, had its entrance into the common area. Much better. Staff were very helpful with this and we're very keen to assist. Beds aren't terrific, typical Israeli beds. Low to the ground, small, on the hard side. Really could be better.
"WONDERFUL STAY- EXCELLENT SERVICE!"
We concluded a wonderful two-week vacation at the Best Western Hotel in Tel Aviv. The warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel, the superb upgraded room I received together with the excellent service just added the finishing touches to the relaxing final few days by the stunning Mediterranean beaches of Tel Aviv. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone in the future.
"Good location...."
Positive Very good location, private free parking, nice reception staff. And the coffee machine in the lobby. Beach towel. Double bed size. Negative Very noisy first of all from the street but every morning 6-7 o'clock cleaning woman was also noisy in the corridor. But abnormal... Often drain smell coming out from the central heating-cooling system in the room. It is disgusting. I told theme than they said next week engineer will come to fix it. Elevator arriving signal voice is also noisy. Petit bathroom.
"Great hotel for visiting Tel Aviv and Jerusalem"
We chose Best Western Regency Suites because it in downtown Tel Aviv and a lot less expensive than similar hotels in Jerusalem. The staff was fantastic in helping us set up tours to Jerusalem and up the coast. Special thanks to Leah, a wealth of knowledge, but all the front desk staff were always eager to help.
"Perfect location and very kind people :)"
I stayed two times at this place. Both were excellent. The room and the apartment I used were clean, with view towards the sea. The staff was very kind and ready to help. The location is perfect - close to the beach and close to the city centre.
"A Great Hotel with an AWESOME Staff!"
I stayed in the Best Western Regency Suites for 6 1/2 months while working on a project (my team had 10-12 rooms). The entire staff of this hotel was just awesome! They were friendly, outgoing, and made sure that the entire team felt like family. They helped us with local procurement, last minute reservations, unusual hours (we worked nights), tours, directions.....honestly, I cannot even remember everything that these folks did to help us out. I completely recommend this hotel. If I ever return to Tel Aviv, I will definitely stay here again!
"Very Good Stay"
Very nice staff overthere, always smiling and willing to help. Location is perfect with the beach just across the street and downtown at 5/10 minutes by taxi. The room was exactly what we needed with two kids. There was enough space for 4 people. The room was cleaned every day. I strongly recommend.
"They really go the extra mile...a great boutique hotel in a great location"
We rented 2 rooms here in October. The staff were helpful and we were impressed by just how clean and well maintained they kept everything. The gym was surprisingly well equipped! Great location, right near the US Embassy and a 3 minute walk to the beach. In short- a great value!
"Everything I could have asked for and more"
The desk staff were great (thanks to Moshe, Leah, and more). Friendly and knowledgeable and honest. Recommended great restaurants. Two minutes from the beach and the terrific boardwalk. Balcony room on upper floor (this free upgrade made my day!) was beautiful. I would love to have this room back again when we go back later this week for the end of our Israel experience. Free coffee/ cappuccino/ macchiato /espresso etc. and tea in the lobby and free wifi in your room. Great little breakfast with a delightful woman who mans the breakfast room and makes really good omelettes (Thank you Alla!). I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back.
"Great location and beautiful room"
I booked a suite at this hotel and upon arrival was told I was given an upgraded room with a balcony. The room was huge and the balcony had a great view of the sea. I would stay here again if in Tel Aviv.
"Home away from home"
We stayed in a family suite, which easily accommodated our large family. It was very spacious. Everything worked very well, from the aircon to the TVs to the fridge. The staff was amazing - they bent over backwards to make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very central - close to the beach and the main streets with plenty of restaurants and shopping all around us. We were able to walk to the shuk, to Jaffa, the Namal port and to Dizengoff. We never needed to take a cab. The free cappucino on tap was a win as well. Very clean, well maintained rooms. Great place to stay!
"Best quality budget hotel in telaviv"
Service was excellent from beginning to end. Good location and rooms to an international standard. Arrived from Australia with children and wife. Would stay here again. Hotel's price is good to be in such a good area.
"Very good hotel with a central location"
This hotel gives value for money. A big and clean room and a central location next to the beach and the best streets for shopping and eating in Tel Aviv. We will stay in this hotel the next time we go to Tel Aviv.
"Udi David"
Great hotel very nice suits in a reasonable price. The gym is very nice too. Dining area sometimes too busy in high season. Very close to the promenade and to interest spots. Surely be back again there.
"I Felt as if I was at home"
This was my 2nd trip to Tel Aviv and both times I stayed at the Best Western. I stayed there for 8 mths my 2nd trip. From the moment you arrive at the hotel the staff and especially Hillary make you feel at home and let you know that they appreciate you being there. They went out of there way to ensure that I was comfortable and that all my needs were met. Any time I asked for assistance whether day or night they were always willing to help with a smile on their faces. The room was newly renovated and in great condition. The cleaning staff did a great job with making the room always be spotless and were always willing to clean the room at my convenience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Tel Aviv. It has a great location being right next to the beach, restaurants everywhere, and a staff that is second to none.
"Nice place to vacay"
The location of this hotel was perfect, right across from the American Embassy on Ha Yarkon St. and parallel to Ben Yehuda Blvd. We stayed for 8 days. Taxis and buses to different parts of the city are abundant right outside the main entrance of the Best Western. Our suite was clean and ample with two rooms, bathroom and a very nice terrace with partially blocked views of the Mediterranean. The reason I am rating it a 4 is because breakfast is not included in the price of the hotel. The cost of breakfast was 12 U$S, I believe. I tried it once; the 'so called buffet' was quite meager with no variety of healthy alternatives and the breakfast attendant's face was not very welcoming! My husband had breakfast almost every day There is a coffee machine in the lobby which makes different types of coffees as well as hot chocolate and hot water. Another reason for my 4 star rating is that matresses are on the hard side but, housekeeping placed a topper over ours to make it a bit softer. That certainly helped. Thanks. I'd like to add that Ron and Shlomo at the reception desk were warm, helpful and welcoming. Thank you. Another touch that I loved about the hotel was the number of Mezuzas that flanked every door.
"Great location"
This is a very nice, yet informal hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms with good WiFi. Right across from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Carmel market and 29 to the Port. A block away from Ben Yehuda where there are some excellent restaaurants and bus stops to connect you to everywhere. Beds were good and hotel was clean. It is right across from the US embassy. I stayed in a. Nice single room. I would certainly stay here again.
"Loved it!"
We were travelling on pleasure and stayed for 2 nights here. The hotel is so clean! It is a boutique hotel with beautiful art work. The staff are extremely personable and willing to help with any questions we had. Hilary was very helpful when we first arrived and did all she could to help with our touring for 2 days in Tel Aviv, providing maps, etc. We had 2 fabulous bedrooms and a large terrace with a small view of the Mediterranean. I highly recommend it!
"Not your average Best Western"
A girlfriend and I stayed at the Best Western for 2 nights in Tel Aviv. We ended up in a fabulous room - it was a 1 bedroom suite but the bed in the living area was not a sofa bed - it was quite comfortable. The room also had a large balcony. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating. We had just arrived in Tel Aviv and since it was a Friday and things would be shutting down soon, we were guided as to what we should go see that day. Breakfast was not included in the price and so we did not eat at the hotel and I cannot comment on the food. Most hotels do seem to have food included so I would say that would be my one suggestion. The hotel decor is superb. The artwork all over the hotel is just beautiful including all the mezuzahs on the doors. As I said - this is not a typical Best Western. it is a quaint hotel that i would recommend.
"Fantastic Customer Service!!"
The facilities were very comfortable and nice, with the location, free parking and wifi, and complimentary drinks a major plus. But what made it even better was the level of customer service I received. Even after I checked out, Hilary welcomed me to use the parking and the lobby lounge the following day because I was on the road driving to and fro for various meetings. She and the rest of the staff were also very helpful with restaurant recommendations and advice for beating the traffic. You don't get this level of customer service many places. When you do, it's important to recognize how special it is. This is one of those special places. Amazing value for how you're treated.
"Great family option with more space"
We stayed at this clean and well located property upon our arrival. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and enjoyed having the suite, as typical rooms in Tel Aviv allow a max of 3 ppl per room. Location is a block from US embassy and a block from a great beach. Hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. Parking in garage is free. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.
"A gem in tel aviv"
This is the second successive summer we have visited this hotel and it is truly outstanding-a Gem in Tel Aviv. Fabulous location-minutes from the beach. Spotless, we had a large apartment with a balcony and the staff were truly fantastic-Especially the fabulous Hilary Cohen. Also had the pleasure to meet the owner.
"Great Location and professional staff."
I stayed during 3 nights in a balcony Suite, with a superb terrace, so I enjoyed the beach views. Leah and her front desk Team are friendly and professional. The location is perfect to discover this vibrant City and stroll along the Promenade. The hotel offers free espresso/cappucino-coffee, etc, for 24/7; this is a Super+ towards the guests. The hotel is fresh and very clean; I recommend the hotel to anyone preferring some freedom and space.
"very nice hotel"
very friendly and helpful staff, big and clean suite Free coffee and tea in the lobby good location near the promenade We were very satisfied ,considering that we arrived here sent by another hotel ( where we had a reserved room, but where was impossible to stay because of air conditioning not working)
"Will book again!"
As a family of three travelling with a teenager we were not keen on having to book separate hotel rooms (too pricey with the usual single room surcharge). Additionally we wanted to do at least some self catering. This hotel gave us everything. Great location close to the beach, shopping centre and Carmel market only a few minutes walk away. A decently sized suite to house a family for two weeks. A kitchenette equipped well enough to allow for some self catering. Plenty of storage room. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Always clean. Some reviews complain about the noise, but hey, Tel Aviv is a noisy city. If the noise bothers you, don't go to Tel Aviv at all. We however enjoyed our stay very much and intend to return soon again.
"Great hotel "
Great hotel close to beach, super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The noise that people complain about is nothing really, Tel Aviv is a living working modern city and you will hear the same car horns at 0700 any location! The lobby has free coffee, hotel close to all the nice boulevards, 2 minutes to the water and perfect location to access the routes out of Tel Aviv.
"Great choice!"
We booked a 5-nights stay in a balcony Suite, with a superb terrace, so we enjoyed seaviews and Hayarkon St. views, with all what was going on in that busy street. The location is perfect to discover this vibrant City and stroll along the Promenade. The hotel is in all ways 5-star, the staff is very caring and helpfull; they offer free espresso/cappucino-coffee - best quality!- and tea, etc, for 24/7; this is a Super+ towards the guests. The whole hotel is fresh and very clean; the airco is simple and good and the breakfast is correct for USD11; choice enough to start your day, with fresh products. We found no negative points at all and warmly recommend these Suites to anyone preferring some freedom and space. And we keep good memories of our stay.
"Best Western in Tel Aviv"
Very comfortable, very clean, not intimidating and very eager to help. Great location just across the street from the beach and cafes, walking distance to almost everything. Not fancy at all but the rooms are modern and clean.
"Fabulous Stay!! Thank You Daniel"
By far one of the best hotels stays i have ever had! There was an issue with my booking and when I walked in to check in Daniel (General Manager) was there to greet me and deal with the situation. He tried his hardest to find a room that could accommodate me and a friend. At first we were to stay there for 3 nights and find a new hotel later due to being on a budget. With Daniels help we stayed a full week and the room was amazing. The hotels location is the best location in Tel Aviv there are restaurants and supermarkets all around you and the beach is 100 feet away. The staff was friendly. Thank you Daniel for a great experience in an amazing country.
"Great Stay"
A nice modern place to stay. We had a separate bedroom from the kitchenette/living room. The rooms were large by Israeli standards and we'll kept. Lots of restaurants in the area to find a place to eat and the beach is one block away. Great choice.
"Gem right by the beach"
So happy I found this hotel after long searches looking for the perfect place to stay. Fresh, clean, central, friendly staff and comfortable beds made my 4 day stay a treat. Because it is so central I walked everywhere which was an added bonus! Definitely repeat and recommend for a savvy traveller. Justin
"Another great 4 weeks at this hotel"
We spent another great 4 weeks at this hotel, perfectly located, excellent staff service and always smiling and asking what more can they do for the guests. Breakfast is enjoyable in a cosy dining room, personal service, everything fresh, suits people from all cultures. We had a suite with 2 bathrooms, 2 TV's, lounge and kitchenette, all good. We'll be back next year again.
"Boutique hotel in Tel-Aviv, great for a family"
The suites are clean , modern and spacious. The hotel is very quiet and close to the beach. Large suites, we had a kitchenette and two bathrooms. Beach towel are provided. There are 2 small supermarkets nearby and it is walking distance to dizengoff.
"Really Enjoyed Our Experience"
Great staff, prime location and wonderful value. The staff really went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. Terrific for families or couples needing space. The location is really ideal as well-- the beach is one block away, and it was easy walking distance to the markets, shops, and restaurants.
"Home from Home"
A well run friendly establishment. Very comfortable & well maintained. Suites are roomy & well air-coditioned.Daily cleaning standards are high. Breakfast is freshly prepared & served with a smilre. Staff are very helpful. Highly recommended
"Outstanding in all respects "
From the minute you walk in you feel at home . You are welcomed by friendly owner / manager. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Brilliant location with beach , shops and restaurants a stone throw away Highly recommend it for exploring tel Aviv or having a beach holiday.Free tea and coffee 24 hours a day free wifi and access to printer and pc in lounge area. On site parking is available
"Great Boutique Hotel in a wonderful part of Tel Aviv!"
Great Hotel with very helpful staff. Very clean and great decor and atmosphere. Stayed with 3 children and the room was a great size for a family. Loved having a fridge and two separate rooms wit two showers. Made getting ready in the morning super easy.
"a pleasant experience"
An excellent home away from home. A great location and value. A very professional staff. The best explanation is that this property is a hidden gem that is under the radar. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a nice place to hang your hat
"Best Western Regency Suites Tel Aviv Israel"
Excellent place to stay Very clean and very spacious Great area of town near the beach Extremely helpful staff who mailed an item I left there back to the US There was a microwave, kitchen area The beds were very comfortable as was the pull out couch Would definitely stay there again !!!!
"Best Western. Best in Tel Aviv!! "
Thank you for a most enjoyable holiday on the beachfront. I felt like I had come home! The staff treated us like family. The sea front suite was perfect. Loved sitting on the patio in the evening. From Front desk to suite cleaning everyone just so happy to have us there- feels like I am at home!! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!!!
"Great hotel by the beach"
I had a wonderful experience here at the Best Western. I was traveling alone and after searching several hotels in the area I decided to stick with what I am familiar with and I was not let down. Free breakfast in the morning, the beach about a 5 minute walk, restaurants along the coast. It's all here. Most of all the staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you get around town. Thanks Hilary and every one else.
"Best Western Tel Aviv"
I thouight this hotel was outstanding for the money and we felt very safe. The rooms were very good and with the small kitchen we were able to safe money on food, which allowed us to explore the wonderful country of Israel. This hotel was a reasonable distance from the airport but with the tours picking us up at the hotel, we were able to explore the entire country from the dead sea, sea of Galilee, Masada, Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
"Felt like home"
Together with two friends, I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights in May 2016. Daniel, Leah, Roni and Anthony were so welcoming to us and to the friends and family who called and stopped by. Assistance with wifi connections, kosher and non-kosher restaurant suggestions, taxi and train service support, and directions to points of interest were all exceptional. The hotel is relatively small which adds to its home-like feel. The hotel is centrally located, close to the beach/boardwalk, restaurants, shops, residential, groceries, everything we needed. Our accommodations were clean and included a separate bedroom, balcony, and kitchenette, and perfectly met our needs. I will remember the staff at the hotel fondly and will absolutely stay there again on any future trips to Tel Aviv!
"Nice hotel"
I stayed at this property for 1 night in a standard room. Room was a single bed and small. If you have a lot of luggage you won't fit. Max 2 pieces. Room otherwise was clean. The hotel has a breakfast room which is very reasonable and is a typical Israeli breakfast. Property is across the street from the US embassy and just a few steps from the beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. If you do rent or have a car there is parking at the hotel, though I do not know the cost. The hotel does have free wifi access
"airbnb ?"
i dont think so. pricewise and service you cannot beat Best Western Regency Suites in Tel Aviv. The service and the willingness to "go that extra mile" is something that the people at Best Wester is always willing to provide. All rooms are superclean and its a pleasure to stay in any room type from the smallest to the biggest suite, yes, i have tried them all :) I have lived in many hotels across the world but this hotel is definately my mainstay when in Tel Aviv. i will be back!
"Great vacation experience"
Roomy suites equipped and clean as promised. Great service by hotel staff had a usefull answer for any question or request at all times. 4 guests had plenty of space and comfy. Great location, just across the street from the beach.
"Visiting Tel Aviv Israel"
I had an absolutely wonderful time here at best Western in Tel Aviv. Less than five minute walk to the beach. Multiple great restaurants within walking distance. Excellent staff. Excellent accommodations. I will be back.
"Awesome Hotel in Tel Aviv"
We had an awesome stay at the Best Western in Tel Aviv. Awesome location and extremely helpful stuff. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Manager Daniel went above and beyond to help us out. And Leah was extremely helpful with arranging transportation back to the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. In fact, we're going back for a few more days next week.
"Like Home"
Stayed at this apartment hotel for a week. I highly recommend it. Was very comfortable, clean and the rooms are big with all amnesties. Staff at reception friendly, helpful and very nice! A special thanks to Hilary and Yael! See you soon. Claudia
"A Fantastic Hotel"
This is a wonderful hotel. The staff were fantastic making us feel very welcome and at home. They advised us of sights that we would never have seen by ourselves. The room was very comfortable and clean, the location is excellent within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. We would not stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv.
"BEST HOTEL in Tel AVIV"
Room was amazing very comfy and clean.Great location. Wonderful staff.... all staff are extremely hospitallity and very helpful. The best hotel in Tel Aviv that I have selected and recommended to friends when they travelling to Tel Aviv.
"A small hotel in a big city"
This was a wonderful small hotel, walking distance from the beach, great restaurants, historical buildings. The rooms were spotless modern and attractively decorated and the staff that was incredible. Looking forward to staying there again.
"A great hotel"
The Best Western regency suites is a true gem. The staff and the hotel way exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Hilary who went way our of her way to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is exceptionally clean with modern furniture and fittings. I loved all the beautiful art work on display. We had a wonderful suite on the fifth floor with a balcony. The room is spacious with a bedroom, lounge area and a small kitchenette. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sea. There is free parking at the hotel which is really an advantage in a Tel Aviv. The breakfast at the hotel may have a small selection but you couldn't wish for anything else. The food is freshly made and is delicious. There is hot food like eggs and pancakes as well as delicious pastries and diary products. The position of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of everything. You can walk to lots of restaurants nearby , the market is about a fifteen minute stroll. The beach is a block away. We could see the sea from our balcony. The Best Western is very well priced and provides a family away from home level of service. We will definitely stay here again and we will be recommending the hotel to whoever is planning a trip to Tel Aviv.
"Great For An Extended Stay (Or a Short Stay too!)"
I stayed here for an extended business stay. A very customer oriented small hotel; the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful with information for any interest around Tel Aviv. The location is about a block from the beach and promenade, and right across the street from the American Embassy. Tons of restaurants, cafes, shops, and etc a short walk surrounding. Totally safe to walk around the area, day or night. Very handy location to about everything a person might want. The rooms are a 2-room suite with a kitchenette/micro/fridge. Lots of space, it was appreciated for a longer visit. I understand the living room sofa is actually a pull out bed, so great for a family with children. The wifi was strong. The place is sparkling clean, and wonderful housekeeping staff. Likewise, a delicious and huge breakfast available everyday. Lots of buffet foods, lovely fruits and vegs, then eggs and French toast cooked to order if that was not enough. Again, the staff's hospitality just shone throughout my stay. I look forward to returning.
"Nice room and very helpful and friendly staff"
We stayed here one night upon our arrival in Israel and then again one night prior to our return home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation, providing directions, and recommendations for places to eat. Thanks to Hilary, Roni, and Moshe for their help! It was very much appreciated.
"Great hotel "
The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very hospitable. I felt like I was staying in a little guest house where you are treated like part of the family instead of just another hotel guest. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a good choice of restaurants and it's about a 10-15 walk to the Carmel Market which I highly recommend for gift buying and for fresh fruit/vegetables. Overall my stay was fabulous and I would definitely come back without a doubt.
"Great Hotel and service!"
Very friendly and customer service oriented staff. Recommended very good restaurants nearby, set reservation and gave us coupons. Nice clean reasonably priced hotel! One block from the beach. Free parking!
"Great Location!!"
The hotel is in a great location!! The sea & great restaurants are just foot steps away. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. We hope to return to Tel Aiv soon and would stay there again!!
"great service at a great place"
the hotel is nicely located just a block from a beach and if you are lucky, as i was, you can watch the sea from your suite. breakfasts are typical israeli ones. with fish and a lot of local food, and more than enough for the standard european taste as well. free wifi is fast, and the staff always friendly and helpful. lot of shops around, as well as restaurants of tens of ethnic cousins. priced reasonably, the hotel is my best choice in tel aviv so far!
"Great hotel "
I have stayed at the best western both times I have been to Israel and the hotel is great. The staff treats you like family and is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and recently renovated and it is right next to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
"Good value but not great "
The rooms are big and comfortable, although the lights are atrocious. The AC works fantastic, the rooms are pretty quite, hot water works great. I find that the room is food value for what you pay, considering all other options on Yarkon street. No robes, slippers, or shampoo in room either. However, I had an incident that occurred that due to it I can't leave 5 stars. I left my room to make coffee down stairs in the lobby, leaving the "Do not disturb" sign on my door. After 3 minutes and coming back up with my coffee I see my door wide open and 2 people in my room cleaning the ducts I suppose. I had a laptop a cell phone, passports, wallet and more in my room so needless to say I got really upset. Everyone blamed the other, nobody knew what the heck. I think they assumed I'll be gone for longer, but either way not cool. Otherwise, Best Western is really not a bad choice :-)
"Amazing service"
To start with, the room was great and the service top notch. Then, as we were checking out, we had trouble renting a car seat for our 8-month old grandson and our ground transportation to Jerusalem fell through. Hilary and Moshe to the rescue!!!! They found a car seat in their basement that we could use for free and called a cab company who had a car the right size for all of us and our luggage, at a reduced rate!! Hilary went more than the extra mile by emailing us the very next day, in Jerusalem, to ensure that we had arrived safely at our B&B and to say she had made arrangements for the return of the loaner car seat, all at NO extra cost or effort to us. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Regency Suites Hotel in Tel Aviv!!!! I would rate our experience there much higher than 5-stars if I could...
"Lovely hotel near to beach"
A big room with separate living area and kitchenette, all immaculately clean, and friendly helpful staff. A little bit noisy, since you are on a main road, but only 2 minutes to the beach. We paid for the breakfasts (not included in rate), and I didn't think they were that wonderful, but that is a minor point.
"Comfortable Place"
From the moment we arrived, Dec. 9, and until we departed, Dec. 12, 2015, we were greeted with a friendly reception. All staff was kind. Need suggestions and how to get there? They can give it to you. We had a most comfortable 1 bedroom with separate living area with tiny kitchen that included small refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, glasses, utensils, kettle. The balcony beckoned us to sit outside to see the ocean view and watch the activity around us. Hotel is across from the Mediterranean Sea. Jog, walk, play volleyball. Walk along shore to Old Jaffa. Need taxi? Always there. Reserve a taxi for departure to airport. Convenient to shops, restaurants, sites.
"E"
Excellent hotel with a good location close to the beach. Front desk staff very helpful- thank you Hilary- for booking trips and general info. Love the coffee bar in the foyer. Rooms are modern and have a little kitchen area with kettle, fridge, microwave. Plates and cups and cutlery all available. Across the street are two little grocery stores that sell excellent food- much cheaper than restaurants which are expensive. Close to the big souk
"Best place to stay in Telaviv"
Thanks so much for your great service and excellent staff. Great place to stay and feel like home. I really enjoyed staying here. I will recommend it 100%. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms cleans and the hotel is clean and organized. The staff help you with anything you need. Excellent service.
"Family Trip"
The Best Western Regency Suites in Tel Aviv is an amazing apart-hotel. The Staff is very nice, they help you for all your request. The location is the best, at 5 min from the beach, and from the shops. Perfect for a family trip: very clean each day, room is big, beds are confortable. Wifi and parking are free ! You've had at the front desk a little area to take a coffee, it's very pleased. I'll hope to come again very soon.
"hidden gem in tel aviv"
stayed here for the first time this week at check in there was a lady called hillary who couldn't do enough to make me comfortable upgraded me to a better suited which was just great 2 clean functional rooms plus a kitchenette with everything in it well placed just one minute from beach and ben yehuda Street it's other main selling point is free WiFi and more important free parking which is usually very expensive on the beach price price also great and again I would like to thank hillary
"Comfortable multi-day stay"
I stayed in one of the few small rooms in this hotel. It is well laid out and attractive but small for two people, unless they're well-organized. There's no table, but a long counter with two stools. There is lots of storage, an in-room safe, refrigerator and microwave and good lighting. It was a nice calm place to get back to after a day or evening out, with staff that takes the time to talk and share. The continental breakfast was wonderful and a good value for the variety and quality. Bread, rolls and pastries, several styles of cheese, fish, fruit, olives, juice and good coffee. The complimentary espresso in the lobby is excellent. I only give four points for two reasons - the room was really quite small (although I hear that most are generous) and the neighbourhood is noisy. If the heat or a/c is on and the window closed I'm sure it would be better. The cleaning is very good and the bedding first-rate. There is very limited parking. Altogether a superior stay and a good value.
"Feeling of a family-run hotel"
Very friendly stuff, clean and large rooms, excellent Wifi connection, nice gym. Very close to the beach. Good neighbourhood. Really surprised by the quality of the hotel. I can fully recommend this hotel.
"Wonderful stay in Tel Aviv"
From check in, through 7 days in Tel Aviv. The staff at Best Western Regency Suites took care of all our needs. Travel arrangements to Jerusalem, Masada and the Dead Sea to a day trip to City of Petra. Room was very large and clean everyday. The whole staff was a wealth of information. We were 1 block from the beach with many restaurants with 5 minutes of walking. The Staff worked together very closely with each other. Would come back here again.
"Nine night stay in downtown Tel Aviv"
We recently spent our week+ at the Regency Suites in downtown Tel Aviv. Everything worked for us. The room, which is actually a two-room suite, was clean and quiet. It's a living room area, small kitchen, and comfortable bedroom with en suite bathroom. We especially appreciated the focused reading lamps which allowed one of us to read in bed and not disturb the other with the light. Sounds like a small detail, but it's not. The staff was consistently pleasant and accommodating. WiFi and parking is included - and parking is a real issue in Tel Aviv, so that is huge. The beach and tayelet (beach walking promenade) are just across the street. Buses on Ben Yehuda, one street over, take you every where. Local restaurants abound. Altogether this was a great stay and when we return to Israel, this would absolutely be out first choice.
"The perfect location !"
We have been @ BEST WESTERN Regency Suites only for 2 nights on a business trip. However, all of us were really impressed : great service, very friendly staff and perfectly clean. They location is very central and close to the beach. A supermarket (open 24 hours) is right around the corner. I am happy to see the place again soon !
"Perfect stay"
Room was clean. Updated decor. Wonderful terrace with nice view of the Mediterranean. Staff was very polite and accomodating. Very close to the beach - 5 minute walk. We needed extra towels- no problem. Free parking (bit tight for larger cars). Free coffee was nice too.
"Best deal for a Tel Aviv Hotel"
Upon arrival I was immediately impressed with the front desk staff. They were kind, welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and spacious with a view of the ocean and a luxurious (by Israeli standards) shower . My two room suite cost less than most single rooms advertised in the same area. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.
"A great place to stay"
This is a great place to stay in Tel Aviv. We had a warm welcome, an upgrade to a larger suite, free coffee in the lounge, free wi- fi, helpful staff, a clean room... what more could we want? I highly recommend this hotel.
"Highly recommended suites in Tel Aviv"
Firstly the hotel is perfectly situated across the road from the beach, near restaurants and the great Tel Aviv promenade. Besides that the staff are so friendly that they make you feel so welcome. The suites are tastefully decorated, very comfortable and spacious. I have stayed there more than once and continue to return because of the great value for money, warmth and family feeling. Comes highly recommended
"great location and hotel"
well located. nice hotel and attentive staff. clean and well equipped room. short walk to beach. very good value for money- I recommend this hotel. Free wifi in rooms. Nice TV. Small kitchenettes in the room were very useful
"You won't be disappointed!"
Spent 5 nights at the Regency Suites and from the moment we arrived every member of staff were so welcoming & helpful. Reception area has plenty of relaxing seating plus handy free hot drinks. Our bedroom was large with an even larger kitchen/lounge. Breakfast room is small but serves enough to start you day well. It's a really good location just 2 minutes from the beach and with plenty of shops and restaurants just a few hundred yards away. Can't wait to go back there!
"Highly recommended"
Friendliest staff, well maintained rooms and common areas. Suites are nice sized and very comfortable. Kitchen was spotless and had everything you could need. Breakfast room was small but had good variety of options for a very reasonable price. Pretty lobby with 24 hour cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate machine was a nice free perk. Excellent location and can't wait to come back.
"accomodating staff and good location"
I forgot my adapter and charger in the room. The staff was so helpful and mailed them to my home address in NJ, USA. Cant thank them enough. Great service. Rooms with sea view are worth extra money. I also liked the decor and complimentary drinks in the lobby.
"Very comfortable stay"
We just spent 3 nights in the Regency Suites, Tel Aviv and enjoyed it very much. The suite was very comfortable and clean and all the staff were very kind and helpful. The free coffee, hot chocolate machine was an excellent facility, especially as we had two stormy days and spent more time indoors than we might normally have done!
"Absolutely great!!!"
The hotel is homey, and renovated with a wonderful taste, and you have everything you need. Its like staying at a wonderful appartment with a breathtaking view to the beach. Great location. The crew made us feel at home from the first moment - they were really amazing. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it. We will certainly return!!! Thank you for a great stay!!
"Comfortable and Homey"
The room is like a small apartment with everything you need and it's located across the street from the beach. TV and Wifi are somewhat limited and breakfast is not typically free, which wasn't clearly stated, so they comped it for me. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!
"Wonderful second stay"
I stayed at this fantastic hotel for 4 nights in December 2014. This was my second time at the hotel and I was as happy as my first stay. The hotel has added a gym which is a great addition. Our room was spacious and very clean. My daughter and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The location is fantastic as its so close to the beach and a short walk to the Carmel Market. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I have booked to stay again in April and look forward to my home away from home!
"The hotel is nice. But parking - disaster!"
The hotel itself is renovated, clean, comfortable. Good beds, everything is super. Minus - you can hear the sewer. We did not like the Parking and the attitude of staff to the Parking lot. The problem is that Parking spaces are few. Machines that do not have enough space, block the passage of other vehicles. We had a situation where we had to go to the airport. We could not leave because our car was across the other car and blocked the passage. We were lucky that the neighboring car was gone and we barely pulled. But I have a question: where is the staff that must monitor the Parking lot? It affected my assessment of the hotel. We could just be late to the airport through the fault of the hotel.
"Best"
This is possibly one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in.. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The position is perfect across the street from the beach, 2 blocks from Ben Yehuda street. The breakfasts are delicious and the staff are friendly and caring. Look no further you don't get better...
"Great service, great suite and great location"
Service is delightful. The staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling. Can't wait to come back! The front desk was kind and ready to help with anything. As with the breakfast. It is small but again, great personal service.
"spacious, clean efficiency!"
The Best Western Regency Suites is a great value... the suites are comfortable and efficient, giving the feeling of being home, with the multiple rooms. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, lots of restaurants, shops, and museums. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
"good hotel"
great location.Staff very good I arrived just after 0100 in the morning but it was no problem at all.Very comfortable rooms and very clean maids very good.Do not know about breakfast as it was a continental one and I prefer a full breakfast.Staff very good when I was leaving even though it was very early in the morning.
"Great location and staff"
Stayed just two nights. Great location so close to the beach promenade. Room was large, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful front desk staff, especially evening/night staff. Complimentary coffee in lobby. Had breakfast there one morning; it was okay. No hot foods; not sure it was worth the price but everything in the area is pricey.
"Best accommodation, service and value"
We were pleasantly surprised by the disign and comfort of the place, location is in walking distance to the beach and major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 weeks and very sad to leave. Daniel the manger got out of his way to acomodate us and make our stay a delight. Thank you all for doing such a great job.
"Perfect location"
Ideally located for Tel Aviv. Close to great beaches, shopping, markets, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. So much in a 15 minutes walking radius. The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and set up was great. Bedding was very comfortable comparable to a 5 star hotel. We had a 1 bedroom suite with furnished balcony facing the sea. The staff at the front desk was also tremendous . They were helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Hillary, Elie, Leah, Daniel for their exceptional service!
"Family base"
We used the Best Western Tel Aviv as a place to sleep for 2 nights as our family took day trips in and around Tel Aviv. Overall, it worked out just fine for that purpose. Rooms are reasonably priced, parking is free (parking spots underground) and yummy Adraba cafe is around the corner at Bograshov/Ben Yehuda for all day breakfast. The location is great, and the suites are clean and newly renovated. Room for us without taking on the cost of 2 hotel rooms at one of the bigger hotels nearby. Lots of Russian and French travelers while we stayed here. This hotel did not get a higher rating from me for one reason. When I booked the room online, I understood that children 12 and under were free and the suite had a queen bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room with bedding. We checked in at the front desk with our two under 12 kids present without any issues. When we got to the suite we found the extra bedding but had a difficult time opening the sofa, so we called the front desk to ask for help. The clerk at the desk said he would send someone up to help, but our reservation did not say we had anyone else in the room. We told him we had our under 12 children with us, and we thought they stayed for free. He said we should have told them in advance and he would have to charge us extra for the kids, and only one would be free. Indeed, we were billed for an extra child at check out. I take full responsibility for misreading the policy that only one child stays for free. What bugs me is the "you should have told us in advance" comment after check in and finding the additional charge on my bill at check out. There were definitely more customer oriented ways to handle this. I'm on vacation - I don't need to start it with confrontation. So beware if you are traveling with children, make sure to let them know in advance even if they are under 12.
"Amazing and a hidden gem !!!"
We spent 7 days at the Best Western Tel Aviv. Absolutely fantastic in every aspect Check in- Quick check in, information provided about the area and what to do in the hotel The free hot drinks are an added bonus Rooms -The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean The maids clean on a daily basis but if you don't want disturbing, make sure you put the sign on the outside of your door The double bed was really comfortable, you have a safe in your room and towels replaced daily You have all the facilities you need to make hot drinks and even cook if you so desired- there is a microwave and fridge in the room The living room and kitchen are as one with a sofa and chair and dining table and four chairs- very bright and spacious-ample room for two adults! There are built in wardrobes in the living area as well as the bedroom The bathroom is spacious- let the shower run for about 5 minutes to warm up. The maid replaces the used soap on a daily basis. STAFF - What can we say- the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly, we had some great tips from where to get the best falafel (thanks Hilary) and what bus to catch to the train station on our way home (thanks Leah) and to having use of the hotels bikes for the day (sorry I can't remember your name) Nothing was too much trouble- in fact there is nothing I can say to thank the staff enough. Breakfast -Brian was a great host and made the best coffee. Breakfast was simply lovely, cheeses, bread, salad, fish from pastries to fruit and yoghurt, the breakfasts certainly helped us through the day. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the hotel. The dining area was spotlessly clean and tidy and spotless Gym - We didn't go to the gym although we packed clothing just in case- our days were far too busy but it looked great!!! Tips: -If you want to buy wine and beer for your room avoid any shop on the front. Walk to the back of the hotel to Ben Yehuda and you will find a 9-9 shop, a bottle of wine will cost you NIS 39 (£6.50 ish) as opposed to NIS 69 to NIS 90 along the sea front and near the hotel. It's also cheaper to buy beer away from these shops - As with anywhere, you pay more nearer the sea so just spend a few minutes walking and it's half the price - From the airport DON'T take a taxi... Far to expensive and takes away the fun of being on holiday. - As you come out of the airport, to your immediate left is the train station- cost to Tel Aviv is NIS16 (£2.40) per person, take it to the central station then get a taxi to your hotel (unless you know the way by bus) - On the return to the airport, you can get the 204 bus from behind the hotel on Ben Yuhuda (to the left when you come out of Bograshov) takes about 20 minutes... Cost is about NIS 7 (£1.20) then a train to the airport- NIS 11 (about £2). - Much cheaper than £50 plus quoted when you research online before you come here. - All in all an amazing hotel in the perfect location. Would I come back- absolutely- Thank you all for the most amazing experience ever. I can't wait to be back. Shalom ??
""FANTASTIC""
Our 2nd stay there was just as good as our first stay a year ago. Staff was friendly and always went out of there way for us. Breakfast was awesome Rooms were beautiful and clean. Great location Very affordable. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Cant wait to go back Gary D
"Gary "
This was our 2nd visit at the Best Western Regency Hotel. This visit was as good as our first visit. Staff treated us like gold Every one of them!! Didn't want to leave. Rooms were beautiful. Gym was awesome. Punching bag, state of the art facility. Cant wait to go back.
"Great Value"
Room was fab, everything worked great, suoerfast WiFi. Location is excellent, in a very bustling area, with good public transport access, and all amenities, including the beach within a couple of minutes walk. What made the place special was the staff. Fantastically friendly staff, but also very professional and helpful. Special mention for breakfast - great quality, good selection, and a lovely, friendly man in charge. Thanks to all, hope to see you again.
"Excellent service"
Booked what I thought was a room, got a suite. Excellent service, in allowing us to check in early and access our suite so we had the majority of the day to walk down into old Jaffa port. Got some great advice and directions from the staff too.
"Highly Recommend"
Recently got a chance to stay at the Regency Suites Tel Aviv and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Incredible location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Couldn't have asked for more. I'll be returning in 2016 with friends to Tel Aviv and have every intention of staying at the Regency Suites again!
"grate suite, clean and quiet"
there was excellent serivce. the room was comfortable and clean. we had a salon, balcon and bedroom the hotel location is by the sea so the view is very nice.also we could walk to the center we head a lovely romantic weekend
"Good choice"
The hotel is located right off the beach and three blocks from lot's of excellent restaurants. The biggest plus from our perspective was the free parking. Also, there was a separate room for the kids and a door between us... The hotel is clean, the rooms have what is necessary and the reception area has coffee and water and is comfortable. The staff were nice and efficient.
"Very Modern"
We spent our first night in Israel on this hotel and we certainly weren't disappointed. The lobby is very well decorated and modern. It also has complementary hot drinks. Our room was in the 6th floor and it was amazing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They are also very well decorated. Our balcony offered a beautiful view of the city and a small but pretty view of the sea. While I stayed in the room the rest of my family went out for a walk and the hotel location is perfect. There are restaurants and shops nearby and the whole street is very nice for a stroll no matter what time. The staff was very helpful and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
"Great little hotel. Very comfortable for the week."
I stayed in a suite on the 6th floor. The room had no mini-bar (a plus in my mind), but had a fridge and toaster oven. There was a large balcony. The staff kept everything very clean. I enjoyed my stay. Free coffee in the lobby 24/7. A nice little gym with free weights.
"Watch for your room"
Becarefull with the hotel reservation. The hotel is very noisy and they will put you in a noisy room. The staff was not very helpful in putting me into a quiet room. They always claim that they are soldout and can't move you.
BW-RegencySuites, General Manager at BEST WESTERN Regency Suites, responded to this review
Dear Steven, We are sorry to hear that you found one of our rooms on the lower floor to be noisy. As per our records, you decided not to stay in that room. We believe that if you would stay in this room, you would find it comfortable. All windows at our property are double-glazed and as you can see from other reviews left by our guests, we do not normally receive comments on noise. Your review and its score is untypical to our property and stands out in a complete contrast with other positive reviews submitted by our guests. We are also sorry that you have not mentioned that out of 3 nights booked at our hotel, your room category was upgraded twice free of charge. The day after this incident you returned to our hotel and was offered complementary upgrade to a suite on one of the highest floors. In summary, only for one night when the hotel was completely full, our team was unable to assist with allocating another room for your stay. Our hotel cares greatly and deeply for our wonderful guests, I apologize for this inconvenience and can confirm that our team would be pleased to offer you another room if it was available. We have to say that regretfully, the way this review was worded is deceptive, unhelpful and misleading to other travelers. This is due to generalization of a specific situation. Such wording distorts the reality and is harmful to the community of travelers seeking to obtain accurate information through reading reviews. We shall report this incident and trust this situation will be corrected. We truly hope this was not done in purpose and thanking you for staying at our hotel, hopefully such incidents will not take place in the future. With warm regards, Daniel Kuzmenko | General Manager
"Excellent hotel with a home feeling"
This is a small hotel at the heart of Tel-Aviv's Tayelet (board walk). As soon you walk in you have a feeling of being home. The lobby is nice and inviting, adorned with unique local art. The furniture of the lobby is plentiful and comfortable, equipped with an excellent coffee machine, making it easy to work, watch TV, or do plain-old people-watching onto the busy Ha-Yarkon street. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are courteous, very sensitive to any special needs, and they go above their call of duty to make your stay at the hotel and outside of it (even long after you have checked out) as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The suits are big and comfortable, and there is complete privacy between the two rooms. I highly recommend the waterview balcony suits, facing the gorgeous Mediterranean sea, which is just across the road. The hotel has a nice and modern look to it. Everything is very clean and neatly taken care of. Breakfast is simple, tasty, and has a lot of variety, taken from Israeli staples. Everyone will have something to eat. The complimentary parking is available underground. It is a bit tricky to navigate if you have a large car. But it is very safe, easily accessible, and a true blessing, considering the location. Overall, fantastic place, with a really remarkable staff.
"Great Small Hotel adjacent to the Beach"
The hotel has been fully renovated. The rooms are spotless and the staff is extremely helpful. The go out of their way to help you. One minute from the beach and free parking. Great breakfast. Will return next time I'm in Tel Aviv.
"Great Hotel"
Well located near beach & close to main streets. Clean hotel with comfortable suite, helpful & friendly staff ,delicious Israeli breakfast. Definitely recommend this place.fir both short & long duration.
"Good staff, great bed, solid wifi!"
I got a good rate for a suite through a colleague in the area. Unusually there is parking under the hotel. Even if you don't have a car, but have family or colleagues in the area, you'll use it. Parking in Tel Aviv is terrible! Staff are great, and all speak good English. The lobby is comfortable enough to work in , with free coffee and water with a choice of low-cost soft drinks. Wifi works very well throughout the hotel. The suite I had was comfortable, with views of the beach through the gaps in the buildings in front (and the next door hotel car park). Plenty of storage, a big sofa and 2 chairs and a nice kitchenette. There's a balcony too, but I didn't have time to sit out. Bathroom was OK, a bit tired perhaps but clean enough and with a good shower. Let the water run a little, the brown colouring clears up quickly ... The bed was great! Better than some high end hotels, it was just firm enough, with no dips and good quality bedding. Not one of those big fluffy mattresses, but really very good. For the first time since I can remember, I woke with no back ache. Air con is noisy, but the windows open (hooray!) for proper fresh air. Overall one of the better Best Westerns I've used, and although a little basic there was lots of room and the essentials all worked well. I will stay again if I need to go back to the area.
"Successful Hotel"
We visited at the weekend It was very fun and very pleasant very modern hotel The service at the hotel was beyond expectations courteous reception Close to Tel Aviv's Hbiloim And of course very close to the sea Distance few minutes' walk
"Great hotel"
Outstanding service. The hotel is extremely clean and great care is taken to ensure that the rooms have all amenities and are well kept. Everything is taken care of the hotel is beautiful with a terrific fitness center and great breakfast I thinks it's terrific value for money and I think it's an absolute gem in the city would warmly recommend it as a wonderful boutique hotel with personalized great service and great value for money
"Sweet suites"
I was travelling with two friends and we wanted a suite - and this was the place. Double, single and sofa-bed in a large, bright immaculately clean third floor suite. Lovely helpful staff, complimentary coffee and papers in the lounge. All at a great price and in a brilliant location close to the beach.
"Excellent Hotel Choice"
The Best Western Regency is an excellent choice for a visit to Tel Aviv. The service was exceptional. They went above and beyond by allowing us to stay in our room until late in the day to accommodate our late flight. Leah and Daniel were helpful in offering advice. They were very friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel has lovely, large, clean suite rooms with kitchenettes which helps to cut traveling costs. The cleaning staff did our dishes. Free coffee and hot chocolate was always available in the lobby as was newspapers. The fitness room is new and it was well equipped, clean, spacious and very inviting to work out in. It was very close to groceries, the beach and restaurants. Beach towels were available also. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again if we ever return. All the staff was excellent.
"Wonderful Clean Hotel and Very Friendly and Helpful Staff"
Excellent experience and would recommend to family and friends to stay there. Loved, loved, loved it!!! The breakfast served was very nice, excellent coffee bistro, free internet and parking. Staff was great, friendly and always ready to help.
"Very nice renovated and well located hotel"
The hotel is clean and recently renovated. We were in a suite with a bedroom, living room and kitchen. There were 2 TV (one in each room). Each room had also it's own AC, clean towels everyday, shampoo and soaps renewed also. The staff is nice and helful. Hotel is well located, beach is just accross the street and stairs. 11$ for the breakfast... Very expensive for what it is, but the hotel is really well situated with many cafés around with cheaper breakfast. But overall really nice hotel!
"Very comfortable room, great location, nice people, fair breakfast"
I have used The Best Western Regency Suites in Tel Aviv twice and I have always had a great experience there. I will use it again if I need, for sure. The location is great, very close to the beach and it has fair prices.
"Very good hotel"
Best Western Regency Suites is high level hotel and good quality servicel. Good localization near clean beach is one of the advantage. Rooms are designed modern and cosy. Front office personel is very helpful and nice. Got the room on 6th floor with the balcony. It was amazing view! Advice this hotel!
"Excellent stay in Tel Aviv"
Only five minutes walk to the beach. Sleep at the clean and tidy hotel after you play there.I was totally satisfied with the service from the hotel. The Best Western Regency Suites is the only hotel for me in Tel Aviv.
"Vacation in Tel Aviv"
OMG!!! The service from everybody at the hotel was excellent. Very, very, friendly, very helpful with helping you with directions, places to go and visit, they will help you set up tours. The room was a little small but it was very contemporary, very clean, & very nice. And you're not going to be in your room that much. Great location. Five minute walk & your on the beach. Nice restaurants close by. I really think the best thing about staying at this hotel with the friendly staff and the location close to the beach. If there's anything that I liked least about the hotel might be the Mediterranean breakfast they serve. Don't get me wrong the food was fresh and delicious but I'm just not used to having fish in the morning. But that's just me. If you're looking for a nice, clean, modern, exceptional hotel service, this is your hotel in Tel Aviv.
"Great Hotel - Amazing Staff & Service!"
It was already the 3rd time I stayed at Best Western Regency Suites and everything was just perfect : spacious and clean hotel room - amazing, funny & helpfull staff (special thanks to great Hilary!) centrally located - I can highly recommend the Hotel! I am looking forward to visiting soon again.
"Good value hotel"
For the price the hotel was great value offering virtually everything one needs on a vacation. The accommodation comprised a bedroom and separate lounge with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower and bath and 2 TV sets. Only drawback was having 1 toilet which was in the bathroom. Staff were helpful particularly Hilary Cohen and service was excellent. The position was excellent being 1 block from the beach and walking distance to the city centre.
"great location, refurbished rooms"
Located on Hayarkon just across from the beach. If you want to enjoy the sea and all the restaurants/bars this is a great location. Its about half way between the two ports, so an easy and pleasant walk to each. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, large and modern. Seems they have been redone since my last stay a few years ago. Price is better than many of the large chains in the area.
"Great Place, Amazing Service"
On an overnight in Tel Aviv before a flight in the morning, we stayed at the Best Western Regency Suites, the staff were so helpful and so nice I almost wanted to stay more nights, only if we didn't have a plane to catch the following morning. Highly recommend this place, it is in the heart of everything. Thank you so much!
"Gem of an hotel"
We recently spent a weekend at the Regency Suites - it is a real gem. It has a very high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The suites are lovely, spacious and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated wonderfully right across the road from the beach and close to many restaurants, free parking. Excellent!
"AMAZING "
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in... First off the location is perfect right across the road from the beach, 1 block away from Ben Yehuda and short walk to the Carmel Shuk. The rooms are awesome perfect for my family of 4. The breakfast is simple but just perfect and Brian who works in the breakfast room is kind and caring. The hotel staff are friendly and they make you feel like you are at home. When I return to Tel Aviv there is nowhere else I would ever stay. Thank you Best Westetn for making our stay so memorable.
"Nice, Clean Place"
Breakfast is not Free, I always stay with Best Western because of the value of free breakfast with the cost of the breakfast I could of stayed at Crown Plaza Tel Aviv, it would of cost the same and they do offer free breakfast.
BW-RegencySuites, General Manager at BEST WESTERN Regency Suites, responded to this review
Dear Simon, We appreciate you have completed the survey and rated our hotel highly on location, sleep quality, cleanliness and service. Similar to most hotels, we have rates which include breakfast and other rates which do not include breakfast. Our hotel serves breakfast at only $11 per person while at Crown Plaza the Breakfast is served at $25 per person. From our experience, we offer outstanding value in Tel Aviv since our One-bedroom Suites measure 35-37 sq. meters comparing to standard rooms of around 20 sq. meters offered at Crown Plaza for the same or even higher rates. Since breakfast seems to be important to you, in future, please consider reserving your suite with breakfast and we trust your experience will be excellent ! We look forward to welcoming you once again when you next time visit Tel Aviv. Sincerely, Daniel Kuzmenko | General Manager
"Good Location But Not Much Else"
We stayed here for eight days while in Israel visiting friends. It us in a very good location, two minutes from the beach. We arrived and checked in, the reception staff are very friendly. We got to our room to find that the mattress in the cot for our baby was much too big and posed a suffocation threat. Reception were able to find one that did fit however.. The hotel provides free wifi but the signal from our room was very weak. The rooms are made for show but have very little substance. Mother bedroom was tiny, as was the bathroom. The shower leaked, no matter what we did to try to stop it. The lights in the bathroom worked sometimes but not always. The hotel has no facilities like a bar or pool, both of which are essential in such a warm climate. This place is ok but we won't be returning. The rooms

Dear Guest, We appreciate you have completed the survey and mentioned the good location of our hotel and our friendly staff. A lot of efforts are put into customer service and our team always receives very positive feedbacks. We regret to hear that your experience was not all positive and that there were facilities you were missing. Similarly to as the baby cot issue was resolved quickly by our team, we would resolve any other issues and we are sorry you did not inform us about that during your stay. Regarding the bar & pool facilities you were missing, please note that no small hotels in Tel Aviv have pools but only the big hotels. We believe, it is not fair to mention this facility when rating our hotel, since the choice you made for your accommodation did not match your desired facilities. As you can see, almost all reviews on our hotel are very high and guests choose us not because there is no bar & pool but because we offer: Great Central Location, Spacious One-bedroom Suites with Kitchenettes, Fair & Affordable Rates, Friendly & Professional Staff and so on. Needless to mention that guests looking for a pool would prefer to stay at the bigger hotels which normally charge much more for their services. Most of our guests decide that since there are Cafes & Bars & Restaurants almost on every corner in Tel Aviv and the beach is just the across the road from our hotel, paying high rates for big hotels makes no sense for them. Our team constantly works on improving our hotel's services & facilities, one of the new facilities which became recently available is the New Fitness Centre. Access to hotel's Fitness Centre is completely Free for all guests ! Sincerely, Daniel Kuzmenko | General Manager
"A western stay"
A well anticipated vacation, in Israel was coming up. We wanted to stay in Tel Aviv, close to the beach, so we could end our day wading and resting, in and, by the Mediterranean Sea. Israel is not a big state, so renting a car and driving, to the sights, and attractions , and staying in one spot is do able. After going through all the hotel web sites we chose , "The Best Western Regency suites " because of the location ( one block from the beach) and the price .We were close enough to to beach , without paying on the beach prices. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and accommodating. The hotel was 5min. from any restaurants ,stores ,and beach. Would we stay there again YUP.

"Superb quality/price ratio for Tel Aviv"
Great renovated/new hotel for your money in the central Tel Aviv. Unlike many hotels even very expensive that will be quite oldish. Plus own free parking that is very important for that area. Top choice for business travelers.
