The hotel spa was excellent. Hope to have a shelf at the shower room where to put my spectacles while showering. The serving staff at the lobby bar was unexperienced and clearly not educated. As regular customers at Nordic hotel Forum we - once again - loved our stay.

Excellent central location to walk from the ferry and to & from old town. Easy transit options and close by grocery stores and shopping. New, modern and quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to a few friends!

The service was excellent, but in the room there was a smell in the bathroom, like mold or moisture. That's why only 4 stars. And +++ for the extra services, like roses, Cava and fruits! We have a short trip and that's why we don't test a spa, but may be next time!

Our first time in Tallinn, we booked the deluxe double room. The room is spacious and clean. Great facility, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi is really a nice addition. Good breakfast, love the option of oatmilk to go with your coffee. The only downside is they have a central heating/airco so you can't really control the temperature in your room (you can only opt for +/- 3 of current temperature, and it's still a bit too warm for our liking) and you can't really open the window for fresh air.

If you go with family, make sure not to take sofa bed. Its very squeaky. Rest of everything was perfect. Location, gym, spa and breakfast was very good. We had good time but i had some back pain sleeping on the sofa bed as I wanted my kids to sleep comfortably on the proper bed.

All was great. We had a free room upgrade. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room is clean and suit. The location of the hotel is very beneficial. The view from eighth floor to the town is excellent! SPA on the top floor where you can watch the sunset.

The extra sofa bed was extremely squeaky. Could not get good sleep. If you are going with family, make sure they don't give you squeaky sofa bed. Hotel pool and rest area was good. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety. Staff was friendly.

I stayed in this hotel during my recent trip to Tallinn and it was really good. The hotel and the room was clean and it was very modern most things in the room was touch controlled. The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The gym, sauna and pool was clean and really good and useful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to travellers to Tallinn ! Highly recommended.

The room was good one, it was clean. I liked breakfast. The location was very good. The room was in sixth floor,. The wiev was next to main road. I didn`t like the traffic noise. The bed was good. Breakfast was versatile.

Very nice and friendly hotel, good location too. 15 min walk from harbour. They are not selling alcohol in spa area which I found nice. Tasty breakfast! Everything was clean and new. Will visit that hotel definately again!

A very good experience! Beautiful spacious room with a large window, very comfy bed and pillows (which were in two sizes - very good since I prefer smaller pillows), everything one might need (from shoeshine to ironing table) was there. Rich breakfast buffet. Absolutely nothing bad to say.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff, located within a 5 minute walk of the old town, which is a lovely historic place to visit. We also took the ferry to Helsinki, which was a 15 minute walk away. Room was comfortable and warm with good a shower and all the facilities you need. Each day.we helped ourselves to the great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we made ourselves so busy, we didn't have time to use the leisure facilities.

Me and my wife were amazed of the quality , facilities and services that were available. The room was one of the best we have ever been , breakfast too. Clean like we were the first visitors. Modern , simple, quiet but alive. It have this nice feeling that very few hotels have. I really can't describe how good this hotel is. The even have pillow options to choose…

We stayed in a stylish and clean doubleroom with very comfortable bed. Online check-in and check-out were easy to do. Very good breakfast. Great location near beautiful old town and excellent restaurants.

I recently stayed at the Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn, and it was a delightful experience. The room was spacious, the service impeccable, and the breakfast spread rich. But the real highlight? The rooftop spa with stunning views of Tallinn's Old Town. Don't miss it!

For a couple of days stay this hotel is a good choice. Very centrally located with walking distance to the old town. Good buffet breakfast. Rather expensive parking with in advance reservation 40€/night ( parking 25€, reservation 15 €). I asked in advance by e-mail for a place with the possibility to charge my electric car, as this was one my reasons to choose this hotel. There are only two places for charging and unfortunately they were occupied, so I had to charge my car elsewhere, which altered my plans a bit for the second day.

The room was big enough. I truly liked the comfortable and big bed and nice pillows. Leisure centers great pool with nice view to the city and good sauna and ofcourse and the best breakfast for hungry swimmers.

Great service during our stay. The bar area was welcoming, staff were very attentive. Rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable beds. Location was great for exploring all areas of Tallin. Would certainly book again if every in Tallin again.

I can't fault this hotel. Great service, clean rooms and a great breakfast while only a stones throw from the Old Town. Staff very friendly, wouldn't bother eating in the hotel as there is so much choice in the Old Town

So smooth from entering to leaving. Very friendly service, perfect location, superb breakfast and the spa section was a big bonus, although a bit small when more people..We anyway know where to return!

Excellent location just a few minutes walk into old town and with bus and tram stops directly outside. The ferry port was around a 15min walk. Check in and check out was simple and effortless. Room was excellent with everything we needed for a 3 day stay. There were multiple elevators so you never had to wait more than a few seconds to go up or down. Plug sockets side of the bed which is always good. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets which was the only negative. Breakfast was overpriced at €22 each per morning so we obviously gave that a miss as there are numerous other places near-by to grab a breakfast at a fraction of that price. Overall fantastic hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Short trip with family. Excellent location, rooms and breakfast. Nice little pool and sauna on the top floor, no alcohol allowed to the spa area. Also a small gym. Beds for aduls were good, but the extra bed (pull-out-couch) for Kids was awful, you could feel The springs through the matress.

walking distance to explore city center, lot´s of shop, restaurants close by. Room was very big and nicely renovated. I would come here another time too. Unfortunately my trip was too short to check hotel service, pool and sauna, so cannot say anything of them. Next time will surely check.

This was our second time at Nordic Hotel Forum. Our room was clean and tidy and well equipped, bed was comfy and loved the remote check-in/check-out/room key. Breakfast was good, variety of foods to choose from, I personally like hot breakfast and that was available. We also had dinner in Soho, and it was lovely as well. This time we didn't have the time to use the spa, but I remember it was nice, last time I think I thought the swimming pool water was a bit on the cold side. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the street, that caused some noise from the traffic and especially trams, it didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, it can bother. I think this hotel has a very good quality/price-ratio.

Excellent service in all area's of the hotel, the breakfast was very good with a good range of choices and well laid out. The car parking was very well connected to the hotel reception via a lift, pre-booking a car parking space might be advisable in peak season as number of spaces is limited. The only negative from our viewpoint were the pillows, two very big pillows which placed on top of each other were too high and one was too low, this is not the first time we have encountered this problem!

Comfortable bed! Silent and peaceful. Location was in the centre Tallinn. Close to restaurants and shops. Viru shopping centre was just few minutes walk. We also had a bathtub in our room. Breakfast had a varieties selection of choices.

I recommend this hotel for a business trip. Good breakfast table and nice gym, sauna & bath premises If you prefer more quiet room I would recommend a room not with the street view. If you want more luxury it is worth to upgrade you room.

This is a well located hotel near to the old town, the decor is nice, the breakfast area is excellent and the spa/pool/sauna facility is also excellent. The bar was well stocked and had a nice ambience. It was well-priced for what they provided

I enjoyed my staying in this hotel. The room was comfortable and with a selection of different pillow. The breakfast and the position were also very good. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the choice was limited but it was ok.

Everything worked fine, as always. Breakfast, service and cleanliness. calm restrained atmosphere. The hotel is our standard hotel in Tallinn. The location is perfect, we can walk everywhere. The spa department is excellent.

Had a nice stay with my girlfriend while in Tallinn for the weekend. The breakfast was great. Everything seemed fresh and the coffee was good. The location is good :) would reccommend to anyone going to tallinn

The only minus was, that there was a mistake in the reception and they checked in some other guest to our room. Luckily we were there when she opened the door to our room and did not enter. Mistakes happen, but it would have been decent to inform us after the other guest went back to the reception to complain and they found out about the mistake. Later when we went to ask about it, the staff was honest, sorry, and friendly.

Very well situated, good service and different possibilities on site. To be pointed out is the breakfest service: big variety of possibilities. Service while booking foreseeing clients wishes with proactive feedback process. I can definitely recomend the hotel.

It was a pleasure for me to be at the Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallin. Highly recommendable. Very good breakfast, room and people attending people. But the best was the online check-in and check-out. It was very new for me.

Have stayed here several times and the hotel just keep's the standards stay after stay. Location could not be better for old town visit or shopping. Nice restaurants also nearby. The garage is a bit expensive, otherwise everything is just great.

Clean, well located and ultra modern hotel in the close vicinity of old city just opposites to the shopping mall. Basically everything you need is on the hand reach. My highest recommendations, I will be coming back for sure next time I visit Tallinn.

Great location, clean room, excellent breakfast. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip. Bonus was a great spa experience on the top floor, of this hotel, it was a relaxing and enjoyble stay.

We stayed just the night but were super impressed by the spacious room, location and the excellent swimming pool on the top floor. A very friendly stay and just where we need to be to get to everything we needed. A modern hotel too which is well equipped. The free soft drinks in the mini bar were a nice welcome.

We booked a room with breakfast, on arrival we asked if it's possible to order this in the room, answer was yes but it will cost you extra 7€, which was fine for us. Next day in check out the new worker told us that breakfast to the room is full price extra. So we had to pay twice for breakfast and not very cheap. Also parking was a problem, cause in booking it's written no need for pre-booking and day before arrival when I wrote how to get there, they said sorry but pre-booking is necessary l. So again we had to find a parking lot nearby which was very expensive. Room was nice and all but too much wrong and misleading information from different people.

Very clean, centrally located around lots of really great eating places, shopping, sightseeing, very techy, quiet, great, breakfast buffet, and restaurant, very attentive staff. I didn't have the best view, as I looked out onto H&M however, the more I moved around the city, I realized it was likely the quietest side of the hotel. I was very grateful for that.

The hotel is pretentious, it is located next to the historical center, this is where the advantages end. Very expensive, while the rooms are not very large, the view from the window can disappoint depending on the location of the room. The windows are tightly closed. It is impossible to take a shower in the bathroom due to the lack of a drain - the whole room is ankle-deep in water. And the water doesn't go away. That is, you will not be able to go to the toilet, you will not pass. The floor is lined with ice tiles. For us, this flood is nonsense, how it was possible to arrange this downpour is unclear. No one helps with luggage, the staff is arrogant and indifferent, there is noticeable discrimination in the views of accent and nationality in relation to customers - which does not do honor. The worst experience of staying for all our trips, and we have something to compare with, due to the specifics of the work, we traveled half the world. That's why I don't recommend it to anyone. In this area, as we realized later, you can find cheaper and more convenient options.

Had a very nice stay. Very pleasant hotel, well equipped, clean and with friendly staff, all english speakers. Breakfast was good also with a variety of choices. The breakfast aerea had an eggs station. There are several cozy areas in the lobby. Because of the busy agenda, couldn't try the pool and others facilities on the top flor but they looked really inviting.

All good room shown on web was same as the time of booking.Staff was excellent, good breakfast. Conveniently located in town actually it is more closer to old town, where all the great things are. Will surely visit again.

Very good and comfortable accomodation in a two-bed apartment, with a cozy bathroom. Everything was state-of-the-art and tidy. Good sound insulation and beds to my taste made sleeping enjoyable. Modern mobile technology nicely applied to make life easier. The free wifi could have been faster and the swimming pool (included in price) could have been a bit larger for easier swimming.

Very good hotel, effective polite service, very good huge selection breakfast, nice small pool, modern design, just on the entrance to the Old Town, opposite a shopping center. I recommend to try the self service restaurant nearby- Lido.

Very friendly atmosphere. Clean premises. The staff did know what to do. Breakfast was delicious and varied with numerous options, e.g. omelettes, breads, croissants,fruit and coffee. I had a double room although I paid for a single bed.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Although it was a bit pricey, the hotel was lovely and the room was nice and clean. There was a pool which was nice, although the hot tub was quite small in the swimming area. The breakfast was also great.

The place was cozy, modern, and clean. The rooftop pool and hot tub were warm and relaxing. The great views also added a touch of luxury to the accommodation. The customer service staff were really nice and helpful – we'll definitely be coming back!

As a traveller for business reasons as well as for private holidays I have seen a lot of hotels. For price/category and quality this is an exceptionally good hotel. I couldn't think of any complaints. Quiet and spacious rooms, enough amenities a very nice breakfast, everything clean, the welness areas has great opening hours. This is a definite topper. Don't think twice if you see a good deal for this hotel.

We enjoyed our staying. Deluxe room was big enough, morning buffet was great. The bath, fridge and microwawe oven were also really nice to have. Hotel was clean and stylish in middle of Tallinna. I would Come again!

We enjoyed our stay, mostly. Hotel is modern, clean, pleasant to stay in. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods for everyone and egg station was a nice touch. Downsize was squeaky bed (1/2) and some moldy spots in pools in spa area. Also noisy construction work was done on the street so there was some unexpected noise early morning.Online check-in didn't work for us for some reason but reception staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Nordic Forum Hotel is fashionable, comfortable and perfectly situated in the wonderful city of Tallinn. The rooms are stylish and the staff professional and warm. This is a terrific hotel in every way.

Very nice hotel, nice facilities. Didn't use any service apart from digital checking in and out and door opening. Room was very pleasant and clean. Was quiet to sleep and beds comfortable. Only minus is selection of tv channels, could have done with perhaps a movie rental on tv.

At five minutes walking distance from the Viru gate of the old town and only 12 minute's walk from the ferry terminal, this property is an excellent choice in Tallinn. There are quite a few restaurants/bars near the property and there is a shopping center with a big supermarket next to the hotel. We loved the view of the old town towers from our room and an even more spectacular view of the old town from the pool/sauna on the top floor of the hotel. There is also a 24-hour gym which is never too crowded. The breakfast spread is fabulous and we were spoilt for choice. We booked this hotel together with the Viking Line ferry from Helsinki and got a cheaper deal than other sites!

I loved the service, food, rooms and everything we could get from the hotel. Im super pleased that we got to stay a little later, and also check in earlier - will always book with this hotel when visiting Tallinn. also the location is excellent - it is close to everywhere!

Very good location, in the neighborhood - the old town, bars, terraces, restaurants, shopping centers, Kalev chocolate shop. Nice room, modern furniture, big size bed, big size flat TV (not too many programs). Reception staff was OK, just correct. Overall good experience, will repeat the hotel if I ever return to Tallinn.

The best hotel I have been and breakfast was Exceliint. Room was big and guet. The location was very good. I was there with two teenages. They liked A lot of gym. Spa was closed in that day, it was sad for girls. But all shops were near. Thank you

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the old town and right in the middle of everything. We had a standard double room, and it was very spacious, clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Checking in and out was a bliss too. It's the first time that we stayed in a hotel where we can just open our room door with our phone (internet connection required). We also tried the swimming pool and spa area on the 8th floor, which provide a great view of the city. We did not take any breakfast or dinner there so no comments on it. All of all, it was a good stay and we loved it for a short city getaway.

I was moving into my apartment the following day and I slept so well even though I was so jet lagged from my 15 hours of traveling. The location is also superb close to Old Town, transit, and loved the food court at Viru Keskus. Thank you so much!!

Excellent location between harbour and old town. Short walking distance to both. Very clean, very modern, good and friendly service and excellent breakfast. Oh and the beds in standard rooms are the most comfortable ones! Highly recommended by my family!

Great Hotel, Staff, Location. Easy access to stores and markets. Location near to old town. Busses and trams everywhere that can take you to your destination. Tickets can be bought from R kiosks that can be found everywhere in Tallinn.

We will always remember our trip to Tallinn. Why? Because the staff of the Nordic Forum Hotel was always very friendly, the hotel room was superb, the service excellent, the hotel restaurant noho convinced with its fine food and the location is top.

Nice room, service and location. The temperature during the night was too hot, but perhaps we didn't know how to turn on the air conditioner. A nice touch was having glass glasses (not disposable) and mugs in the room, as well as the kettle. The disappointment however was the "spa" area. The pool was too small for the amount of people using it. The same for the saunas.

Very smart establishment with welcoming staff who are happy to help with any requests I had. Rooms big and comfortable and well location. Good service and stay, it was an amazing esperience to be here and experience the wonderful service. Im happy to come back again

The hotel is very neat, comfortable and popular. Breakfast caters well also the vegan customer and is overall very good quality and has wide range of selection. Rooms are cozy and beds very comfortable. Easy location to explore the city.

Would not stay again. Maid service would only sometimes come and had bad service at the restaurant/ rudeness. I stayed for almost two weeks for work. Would def not recommend. Tallin is beautiful and has a lot of other options. Choose somewhere else.

Modern hotel with indoor pool, sauna and gym. Our room was big, with a large and very comfortable bed. Large shower. Great breakfast. There is a parking under the hotel, but with a limited number of parking spaces. We were lucky. And the location is perfect - the old town is very close, there is a 24/7 supermarket nearby, opposite the hotel there is large shopping mall with a large food court. And just behind the hotel there is a trendy area with many restaurants and even a cinema complex.

Additinally, a very good location. Room was cleaned daily and check in was smooth. Only criticism is that perhaps breakfast should be extended to 11 for those that do not want to wake up early on their holidays.

We had a room with a view at 8th floor. It was nice and quiet and not far away from sauna and swimming pool. Special thanks for coffee making machine and fridge. Breakfast was superb, so many different things to drink and eat! We'll be back!

Easy check in, clean/spacious/well laid-out rooms (super important, as I have hilariously sensitive skin), solid breakfast, and excellent amenities. They even have very secure luggage storage. Staff is a bit gruff, but that's to be expected in this region. Location is excellent--right between new and old. Bartender at the bar downstairs was on point. Honestly, this is one of the nicest hotels I've been to in ages, and I'd consider staying there just as a weekend getaway. (norms are Scandic, Hilton, Ibis, and Radisson, so I'm not exactly a budget gal)

We were having a short holiday in Tallinn together with our grandchildren. We were very satisfied and will come again. Especially we like large room, quietness, good beds and really nice location. We have visited a lot of hotels in Tallinn and this one is the best.

I have stayed in Nordic Hotel Forum several times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the location is unbeatable. Overall, the hotel is always excellent value for money.

We stayed at this hotel during the song and dance festival. It is in a good location with easy access to the old town and to the Viru shopping centre. It had an excellent buffet breakfast, and we received a quiet room, facing towards the back away from the busy street in front. We thought it was good value and would stay here again.

Hotel was really good after renovation. Pools and sauna were just a few steps from our room and it was a great relax at the first evening. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. Good breakfast, quiet and nice room, clean. Absolutely will book a room there for the next time when visiting Tallinn.

The rooms are just wonderful, the space, decoration and amenities. The food (breakfast) is very good and with variety. the personnel, from the reception to the waiters was very nice and always trying to improve my stay. Extra points for the pool and Gym.

The biggest value of this hotel is people who work here. Great service & attitude from the staff and it played inportant role of overall feeling about my stay in this hotel. Rooms are nice but not too soundproof. Breakfast is good. 10 points goes to the staff.

We would have liked to have the information about the saunas being closed from 12 till 18 before booking the room. It was quite a dissappointment that we couldn't use the spa area properly at all during our stay. I would recommend that the closing time for the saunas would be from 11 till 16, so that it would be time to bathe before dinner.

Hotel was fresh, clean and with excellent location in Rotermann block, in the heart of the city. It was a convenient walk from passenger harbor. Good breakfast and nice swimming pool / spa area need to be mentioned, too.

Good street view and not too noisy to sleep. The shower was nice and hot. Mirroring functionality was very good to use with Amazon Prime, don't need more. Only thing, and that is in most hotels: window to open... some fresh air would be better sometimes. But no showstopper at all.

Comfortable rooms, professional staff. The hotel is next to a busy road, but the rooms are very well soundproofed. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. My only problem is that I could not get the room warmer than 21 degrees,even though I set the thermostat higher.

Really nice, helpful and kind staff. Who took good care from our 6 months baby. Perfect location. Really good swimming area with warm water which was good to our baby. Delicious breakfast! The room was nice and tidy, with soft and cozy bed.

It was a lovely hotel. We slept well at night, had superb breakfast in the morning and amazing dinner ar night. During the day we enjoyed pool area, that was very relaxing. We were surprised that they asked us to pay 20€ for parking when we were leaving. That was a shock because no one told that before. Whatsoever, we would suggest to stay at this hotel.

Great location . Close to oldtown, bars restaurants and shopping centre. Taxi from Airport was 12euro. Hotel facilities were very impressive sauna pool jacuzzi, bar restaurant complementary drinks in mini bar on arrival. I would recommend this hotel.

The service of NHF was friendly and professional, room comfortable and spa great with beautiful view (though the sauna was a bit too hot (sauna for men)). Anyway we enjoyed. The parking space was practical and served well. Very likely you will see us again in future.

We spent new years eve in hotel and everything work excellent. Due to online check in we got our room at 12 o'clock. Breakfast was excellent and the service in bar, check in and restaurant was very good.

Stayed 3 nights in 3rd floor suite. Room was recently renovated with modern fresh look. There was good space for remote work. Location of hotel can't be more in city center. Downside is some traffic & city noice to room, didn't disturb sleep though. First night was cold as someone forgot to turn heat on. 8th floor sauna & pool was great and free for guests. Breakfast had good selection of everything. Overall very good value and pleasant stay.

Stayed here for five nights just prior to Christmas, and we enjoyed our first stay in Tallinn, the Nordic was very comfortable and we would stay there again. The hotel was very central close to the old town and the Christmas market, yet just a short taxi ride to the mall.

Great restaurant downstairs, functional gym with newer equipment and some free weights, very nice and helpful staff and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool ans saunas. Rooms are nice and well appointed, the the bed was a little too firm for my tastes and the pillows should be replaced with some quality down feather pillows or ergo pillows. Room was quiet with great water pressure and lots of hot water at all times.

Fantastic stay. The hotel is modern and technological. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great spa zone with saunas and pool at the 8th floor of the hotel. The hotel is located just close to the Viru Gates and Rottermann district

Nice family friendly, centrally located hotel. The good- the restaurant, the pool and the staff. The bad- the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable, and the beds are just okay…. a little on the firm side. Good for families or business travelers.

What a fantastic location. This design led hotel was so central. The staff were friendly and the spa and rooms were clean and beautiful. The breakfast was the best. So many local options to try, honey from the hives on the roof, pancakes, Estonian pastries and fruit. Hot options, freshly cooked eggs and omelettes, I could go on forever. Did have sleep disturbed one night by the snowplough outside for ages. Windows could be secondary glazed but that was our only criticism of an otherwise fantastic stay.

Stayed in Tallinn for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Also in the perfect location - about 100 metres from Viru Gate. Tram number 4 stops outside the hotel - and transports you directly to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious, fabulous shower and provides the necessary amenities.

Very neat and modern hotel, friendly staff, excellent service, very rich breakfast buffet. I used this hotel and it's facilities for business meetings before, this time - the first family overnight stay, when needed to be in Tallinn. The only thing to keep in mind - there is a very active traffic in front of the building, so it is not ideal place to sleep for those, otherwise living in tranquil countryside, like us. But for sure this is not a problem for travellers from big cities.

I've been a frequent customer at the hotel and Sinine Salon spa for over 10 years. The recent uplift takes the hotel and restaurant, including breakfast, to a new level in a prime location of Tallinn. The things I would further improve on as a frequent customer are elevator security ( needs to require room key ), wifi connection ( in adequate in some rooms for business video conferencing ) and some website hick-ups,

Hotel has a great location. Premises are clean and well kept. Room (812) is nice, bathroom excellent, loved the BIG bathtub❤️ Bed was a double, which in our Case is negative. Twinbeds are better with restless sleepers. Pillows were enormous, prefer thinner ones myself. Breakfast was GOOD.

Little bit luxus and relaxing day. Spa and sauna was almost private on Sunday evening. Very good bed, nice bathroom and clean room (superior) with mini bar, also coffee and tee! We were delighted to find bottle of water as well! Excelent breakfast! Because of window to Main Street (beautiful season lights!), room wasn't totally silent, but that what it is, city living.

Nice 4 stars hotel in the heart of Tallinn. Breakfast was wonderful. If you have sleeping problems, do not choose a room beside the main road. Everything worked well. Due mobile application, there were no queues in reception.

Nordic Hotel Forum was familiar for us. We have been there earlier on this year June and before corona time. Hotel is in good place for us when we come the ship from Helsinki, Finland. The breakfast was very good. The Old Town is near. There are good shopping possibilities near hotel.

The room was clean och pretty big even though it was a standard familyroom . We could check in early because the room was ready. Nice view from 5th flor. Excellent breakfast. Very nice pool and saunas on the top-flor. The staff at the reception was very helpful with taxi-booking and we could leave our bags after check-out a coupe of hours. Overall a very nice stay and we warmly recommend this hotell.

Went here for 1 night on a romantic holiday with my partner and we had a fabulous stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, super clean rooms. East check in and beautiful breakfast buffet. Also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and steam room. Highly recommend, excellent quality for price.

Great hotel, very close to the beautiful old town. Hotel very welcoming with free soft drinks in the room. Lovely pool with saunas and jacuzzi which we timed well every time and so were the only ones using them at the time. Breakfast wasn't included in our price (which was a very good price by the way) so we didn't mind paying for breakfast which was excellent and well worth the money. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a short walk to old town and many shops and restaurants. Great sauna and pool, very relaxing. Great breakfast buffet, a bit crowded but with an impressive variety of foods. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet, with a fridge, TV, clean bathroom, and a nice strong shower. Really couldn't ask for more.

Really relaxing experience. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a fridge, tube and "a living room". No loud noises and really peaceful to sleep. Hotel's location is excellent and small spa is a nice extra. We have stayed here many times before but not in this kind of new and fancy room. Breakfast was really good but some really young servants were maybe a little too eager to pick up the dishes and it was too funny to follow the customers holding up their plates while eating to not to loose them. Must be some compatition or bonuses coming :)

I had a night stay in mid-September, enjoyed my visit a lot , great value for money! Newly refurbished rooms , skandi style , fantastic Spa facilities and lovely staff. Breakfast is highly recommended, the Hotel owns beehive farm on the roof top and serving fresh homemade honey. This was a lovely modern hotel with lovely spa amenities too. They are not good when it comes to the restaurant and food for vegetarians, it is very poor. But their breakfast is excellent and apart from the dinner for vegetarians which there are plenty restaurants all around the hotel, give this hotel a chance it really is lovely! Close to all the lovely amenities it's in the heart of the city overall lovely!

Hotel is awesome, totaly awesome. Only one little minus come fromt the Noho (Hotels restaurant). The quality of this was really poor, but this is different place than breakfast restaurant. Breakfast is more than normal goof breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 4-day trip to Tallinn and it far exceeded my expectations! It is centrally located, within a few minute walk to the old town, yet easily accessible to Bolt/taxi so you can get to and from the airport without the hassle of getting out of old town. The breakfast was fantastic, and it is conveniently located next to a grocery store (Rimi), pharmacy, spa with hair/nail/massage, and across the street from the KGB museum in the Hotel Viru. It also has a spectacular pool/hot tub/sauna/gym with windows showing a panoramic view of the old town/Tallinn center. I wish I could give the hotel more than 5 stars!! If you do stay here, make sure to also get out of the city center and explore the Swedish area on the West coast (about 90 minutes away - spa town of Haapsalu is very charming). There is also a bike tour of North Tallinn that I booked through tripadvisor that was really great and highly recommend that as well. Also check out Kalev Chocolates, right behind the hotel - chocolates made in Estonia! Also check out the many fine restaurants in the area too, including NOA, Rado, Retaskaevu 16, and Pegasus.

Really enjoyed our stay at this chic hotel. The bed was comfortable and had very lovely furniture. The underground parking was a little tight but very safe for the car. The leisure centre seemed nice but we didn't find time visit it. Overall, great hotel and would consider staying here again!

Excellent stay at Nordic Hotel Forum in the middle of Tallinn. Nice silent and spacious hotel rooms. Good breakfast buffet and breakfast buffet was open until 11:00. Pool area and gym at top floor was included in the price. Really nice view from Pool area to old town.

Excellent facilities and service, the location just 2 blocks from the historic center, close to several shopping centers and stores, all the staff very friendly and attentive to any questions, always willing to help especially in the cafeteria.

Centrally located, great public transport connections, plenty of nice restaurants nearby, child-friendly, clean as a whistle & the staff had the just right attitude everywhere. Loved the penthouse pool&saunas. If anything, maybe would tweak the breakfast a bit. The coffee could be better. But that's peanuts. I'm definitely coming back!

It was a joy to stay in Nordic Hotel! The reception was great, good food, great rooms, great service, and easy to reach from the airport. The location was in the hart of Tallin, so the sea was close, the old town center was easy to reach.

Hotel was really good! We arrive around midday, and room check-in was 3pm. A very nice receptionist gave us a room already at the time when we could rest in the room after traveling. Room was very tidy, and big. We had room in 8th floor, which was calm and there was wonderful views. Breakfast was good, versatile and tasty. Check-out was handled conveniently on the internet using my own phone. On our next trip to Tallinn, we will definitely come again!

Wonderful location, spacious room, big and very comfortable bed. The bath could be bigger and more new but it was good. Service could be more friendly and attentious. Directions towards garage/parking could be more clear as in the night it is difficult to find.

I visited Tallinn for a week earlier this month and had a great stay at the Nordic. It's a very convenient location, everything is walkable, there's a charging dock for scooters right out front and a tram stop about a block away. The room was spacious and had very thick blackout shades to compete with the neverending sunlight during the summer. Really loved the complimentary breakfast -- great assortment of options!

The main bed is super comfy but the sofa bed so so. The restaurant was great but not so child friendly menu, and not so accomodating for changes for children. The staff is very friendly but they dont know anything if you ask about activities such as Invention factory (which was great!). They should have a general idea in my opinion. Breakfast is good but the staff there dont speak English. The pool and sauna are good, he gym is excellent, and great views! The location is superb.

The newly upgraded double rooms are of a very high standard and very comfortable. Staff are helpful. The online check in and out hotel buddy system works. Remember though, you need a key card from reception to work the electrics in the room, and to have your phone with you to get back in!

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Located at the center of the city right next to Old Town and great access by public transportation. But what puts that hotel above the rest is the excellent staff and amenities. Rooms are very clean and with modern amenities. Hotel offers free breakfast buffet with amazing food options. Good quality, value for money. We loved the small spa with a view and surprised when get a glass of bubbles in breakfast. Free minibar is exellent! Rooms are spacy and nightlight at bathroom is nice. That was my third visit this year.

Really comfy hotel 10 minutes' walk from the port, right at the edge of Old Town and Rotermanni quarter. Complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. A nice if small-ish spa area at the top. Very good breakfast with loads of options. The staff is professional but some of them in my experience (of more than one stay) could be a bit friendlier, or maybe it's just my habitus that is not business-smart. Still definitely a very good hotel with good quality/price ratio.

Perfect city hotel in a good location, clean and nice rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and as a good bonus a pool area! We liked our stay very much! I would have given 5 stars, but it was not possible to get the room dark because of the curtan rail that did not extend all the way to the other wall, but left the curtain just enough open for the sun to shine right to the spot where the pillow is. Some kind of failure in the design perhaps xD

My wife and I spent 3 day at Nordic Hotel Forum from 01 t0 04 July 2022 and We are extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is new, of modern design, net and clean. Above all, the staff at the front office are extremely helpful. The bathroom is very well designed and has ample space. The bed was very comfortable. Regarding it location, Nordic Hotel Forum is probably the best located hotel in Tallinn, at the crossroads of all major arteries, and bus and bus routes. The airport is just 15 minutes away by tram (with a stop just 4 minutes walk from the hotel). The Ferry Terminal is just 10 mins by taxi - we arrived early morning around 8.00 am by overnight ferry from Helsinki and were allowed to check in without any issue. The Old town is just 15 minutes walking distance and the central railway iis 5 mins away by tram from the hotel. Highly recommended and the only place to stay in we visit Tallinn again.

I was staying in the handicap room with family. It was really made for my needs as a handicap wheelchair user, would totally recommend. Breakfast was good and larrge, i could find food to eat even with my allergys.

Location is superb. Wifi works perfectly well. Gym is not very big but well organised and cozy. Restaurant is absolutelly stanning. Breakfasts are generous. Staff very helpfull. Parking is also a big plus. I little bit noisy if facing the street but still ok.

The hotel room was amazing. Exceeded all my expectations. The room was big and tidy, the bed was amazing to sleep. Very nice and polite service at reception when we arrived the hotel. The customer service rep. did her best to arrange us a nice room with a view. I was travelling with a kid. Sauna and pool were great surprise after all-day-walking. Breakfast was also very good.

Everything in it was good except the bathroom. When you shower water goes to the toilet side and causes a flood. Otherwise, the personnel is friendly, very good breakfast. Snd the best is the gym which is open 24h. I strongly recommend.

The hotel itsel is great, as well as the staff. Only thing I can point out was the plates at breakfast were clean but in between some of them there were some leftovers that did not come out with the washing. Please check the plates before putting them back in the dining area

Hotel is located very close to everything. Staff was very polite and hotel decor looks very appealing. Room was good size and had everything you need (even free of charge juice, coca cola and water!). Only thing I didn't enjoy were the hotel provided soaps - hand soap is very drying and shampoo could not clean hair properly but still made tha hair very dry so bring your own! Breakfast was nicely presented and you have multiple foods to choose from. Also spa area was very nice with one smaller pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs (amazing place to watch the sunset!), sauna and steam sauna. Gym is small but has all things you need. Overall great hotel and will visit again!

Renovated hotel in a great location close to the old town and shopping. Service excellent, clean, great room, good air conditioning. Breakfast good and comprehensive. We will definitely be with my wife again in August.

Everything was incredibly good if you are in the quiet rooms. Some rooms face the main street and could do with more isolation but the rest of them are amazing. Food at the restaurant is really nice (specially the deer tartar for me) and people are pretty polite and useful. Buffet is pretty decent and they have honey from their own bee hives. Very nice views from the spa-pool only bad thing is some blackout curtains do not go up until the end of the room, which you will appreciate if you travel to it in june

We stayed in a corner suite at the time of our wedding- on our wedding night and one night before that. The room and the view were really beautiful. We were also really happy with the service- we were given the possibility for a late check-out on the last day, so we could sleep in and enjoy the relaxation centre a bit longer. All our needs were met during the stay.

Nice clean hotel in good location but; At the restaurant the staff stands to the side at will not ask anything? It feels like it is a pity that customers came to bother a nice evening.. at breakfast it was found that breakfast is not included in the room and please go to front desk and ask them instead of asking that do you want to add breakfast to your room bill?? Aldo it would have been nice that instead of telling What time and where is breakfast when checking in to ask that your room booking does not include breakfast and would you like to buy it?…

Excellent location for a weekend trip – tram and bus stops right outside, Old Town right by, short walking distance to ferries and even Telliskivi/Kalamaja. The hotel has been recently renovated, beds were comfy and breakfast was good. Rooms without city view are wonderfully quiet.

I visited this wonderfully amazing hotel and loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful. In the spa there was a wonderful view outside of the town and sky and there was a sunset at night or sunrise in the morning. Morning breakfast was amazing, there was a lot to choose from. There was even a gym, where i did a little bit of workout too. The room was amazing, the bed was lovely and comfortable, the view was amazing and i loved that the mini bar was in the room cost included. Got some great drinks from the mini bar. I really wanna visit this place couple times more and more. Recommend the hotel definitely. It was a wonderful stay in the hotel.

Central location, nice staff that accommodated our wishes well, and stylish clean rooms. I very much enjoyed the pool and sauna with view over Tallinn. The hotel is clearly aiming at leaving guests with a good impression. Next time in Tallinn, I will certainly come back here.

We had been in this hotel earlier few years ago. Now everything did look different, better. Swimming pool and sauna on top floor was excellent. Like our room. We absolutely will visit this hotel again.

Recently renovated hotel, so everything was nice and clean. Quiet. Breakfast was great! Personnel was very helpful. We did manage to go to spa one morning to enjoy steam sauna. The location is excellent, near to old town and pram stop!

Wonderful staff and great room. However, you have to pay extra for a bath tub - which seems odd - and housekeeping first didn't come (I was told to call the desk after it happened) and then came but didn't take away wet dirty towels.

Very nice hotel on a perfect location. Also the swimming pool and gym are very nice. Good breakfast and the bed was nice. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone who is going to Tallinn.

Clean, well appointed hotel The breakfast is very good as is the restaurant in the hotel. Front desk were helpful. Conference facilities were excellent. The location is ideal for the old city, for shops and for bars and restaurants. I am docking a point because of the Hotel Buddy app, which promises a lot and delivers next to nothing here. Also for the in room hot drinks and minibar. Minibar consisted of four sugary drinks. Tea making facilities didn't include milk and only one tea bag.

The service in hotel was very friendly. The room was comfortable and size was good enough for two persons. Modern look. Ability to make coffee and tee. The beds were not too soft -good! Breakfas was also very good and tasty - one of the best we have met.

Location is excellent in the city center, not far from the historic old town. Nearby are bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was one of the best one I have slept. The breakfast was good and there where lot of choices.

We had an amazing stay at Nordic Hotel Forum. The location of the hotel is perfectly in the city centre, the room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in this hotel was worth 5 stars.

Wonderful stay at the heart of Tallinn. Everything was enjoyable! The room looked great after the hotel renovation. Spa area was lovely and breakfest had all we wanted. And the bed was so comfortable.

A really beautiful and elegant hotel with the good location in the middle of the centre. The service was good. The hotel room was clean and looking very nice! I wish i would have taken my swimsuit with me because there is a spa! If you are looking for a good hotel this is definitely your choice!

Everything was beyond praise until the moment of departure from the hotel. I was taking things from the luggage room and the guy from the reception desk didn't even offer to help me, although he saw that I was dragging 2 suitcases and 2 bags (mine and my husband's). For this, I reduce the rating for the service by one star.

Great location at the very entrance of the Old Town but close to the Shopping/Bar area, plus close to the port and the airport. Very cool interior, both in the common areas as well as in the room. Everything is designed to be functional and beautiful. Fancy bathroom in my standard room, which was also spacious. Special mention for the spa in the rooftop with a view on three sides.

This hotel is very well located for the visiting tourist, five minutes walk to the Old Town. The staff are very attentive and the place has a lovely relaxed feel about it. It is fabulously appointed and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced, as is the bar. The rooms have everything you need, tea & coffee facilities, a fridge with complimentary soft drinks, iron and ironing board. The gym and pool are fabulous and a great area to unwind. Good size heated pool, a jacuzzi, sauna and stream room. The tram stop outside the hotel runs directly to the airport (Route4). For the price, we couldn't see past this place if you are planning a city break.

Very comfortable room but with tram noises although friendly upgraded. Sometimes not enough hot water in the shower or not nice flow rate. Nice breakfast but with dealing about cappuccino or late macchiato (at home available and often in other non Estonian hotels, but friendly solved). Generally less discriminating for non veg drinkers would be great.

This hotel is perfectly placed to all amenities with old town so close along with shops, cinemas and many theist attractions. Staff were excellent and every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean. Pool and jacuzzi were fantastic to spend a little time in too. Rooms have everything you need along with a few extras. Breakfast was excellent too, so much choice. Definitely highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.

I just returned from spending a week at the Nordic Hotel Forum. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially considering its close proximity to the city centre.

Short stay but good, was a fast drive from airport to hotel, nice room with table to work and good sized bathroom. Coffea in room to nake. Good and tasty breakfast with a wide choice and decent coffea. so overall good. Centraly located with tram just outside.

We visited the hotel for a special event and were very pleased. The hotel team was very competent and prompt in the various activities. The rooms were very clean and fresh and modern. The SPA was pleasant and clean.

Excellent location, handy for tram from the airport, handy for old town and plenty of bars and restaurants round the area. We had a speedy and friendly check in and our room was available early which got us off to a good start. The style of the hotel is very chic and the lobby and bar area were lovely and comfortable. There was even a DJ set on the Friday evening, unfortunately just as we were leaving! Sounded great too. Our room was large with huge windows, a very comfortable bed, lovely pillows, beautiful bathroom, thick towels, good hairdryer, great coathangers, ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the automated “do not disturb” panels. The swimming pool area was perfect too. The pool is on the top floor with good views and the whole area was spotlessly clean. Whilst the selection at breakfast was large and varied we found the breakfast experience overall to be a little chaotic. That said, the hotel did seem rather busy with a conference and lots of attendees which made it rather crowded. The tables were arranged rather like a cafeteria and the food didn't seem to be laid out logically. However, overall we had a great stay at the Nordic Forum and would definitely return and indeed recommend this hotel.

Location is absolutely perfect. Loved our Suite! Spacious, elegant design, all amenities were great and it looks like indeed attention is payed to details. The service in general could be better on site, but reservations team were doing great with offers, pricing and communication. Would definitely recommend for stay in Tallinn.

Everything was perfect. We was there first time and we like it. Swiming in eihth floor was relaxing ja boys went to gym too. In room we have everything exept childen bathsuit, because they dont have it yet.

Great location close to the old town. Clean comfortable room with friendly helpful staff who helped us sort out short notice covid tests, gave us recommendations etc. Nice pool and hot tub. Great breakfast buffet. We had a problem with our shower flooding but this was dealt with very efficiently and courteously.

Good size, clean rooms with amenities, big shower cabin, comfy bed (I prefer a hard mattress), two different size and hardness pillows, and a yummy breakfast buffet, where one can find everything they could wish for.

Clean, neat, friendly, and with a seamless connection to a restaurant that serves very good food indeed (Noho - check it out!). Breakfast: the coffee was hot, good and plentyful, and the buffet excellent. A beautiful pool / spa area at the top, with great views. Plan for walking; it's a perfect starting point for anywhere.

Everything is perfect - whole interior is fresh and cozy, rooms are clean spacious, team/staff is extremely friendly and helpful, kitchen is very professional and foods served nicely and they are very tasteful. Breakfast was very plentiful and rich. It`s not easy to keep this level, but you have all prerequisites for that!!!

Nordic Hotel Forum turned out to be the perfect place for my 3 night long hotel stay in Tallinn in Nov -21. When checking in, I was given a spacious and quiet room at the highest floor with wonderful views with no extra cost, as the hotel was not full. I found all facilities fresh and brand new after the recent renovation. Every spot at the hotel was super clean: the room, the spa department, the gym and the restaurants. The room was really nice: the beds were comfortable, the linen and towels of high quality. Small fridge had complimentary water bottles, juice and 2 bottles of soft drinks. Nice first impression! I also loved the espresso machine in the room. The gym was open 24/7 and it was fresh, well air conditioned and equipped with new excercise gear. The spa was free of charge and open all day long until 10 pm and included a high class hot Finnish sauna as well as the most beautiful steam sauna I`ve ever seen. In addition, the swimming pool was big enough for a nice swim and the water in it was comfortably warm, some 28 degrees. The only thing I would change in the whole hotel was the temperature of the jaguzzi: it should be hotter. (Now it is the same as the swimming pool). The breakfast was served from 7 to 10 am and it was tasteful and plentiful and included both hot and cold items. The Japanese restaurant was nice, too. All in all, the whole experience was wonderful and I definately will come back on my next trip to Tallinn!!!

Ir was my first return after 18 months. No doubt chose Nordic Forum Hotel as its been newly renovated. Location, spa center, bed and breakfast - very much enjoyed those all! For sure will return in the future!

Nordic Hotel Forum has gone through a fine renovation making it the freshest and most up to date place to stay. The renovated hotel rooms have a fine soothing nordic design atmosphere, new beds, tv-s and bathrooms making it a good place to relax after a long day of meetings. Another good feature is a fast and responsive wifi connection which enables to have video meetings and catch up with work. On top floor there was a 24h open GYM and mini spa with private saunas and views on all sides of Tallinn. Breakfast buffee had everything for a nice healthy meal + there is a new restaurant which gives a good competition for other fine dining restaurants in area!

The stay was great in every respect! The service of the hotel was comprehensive, courteous in every way and exquisite! One of the most impressive things was the reduced but comprehensive breakfast on the day of departure at 04.00 am! Thank you very much for unforgettable days in Estonia!

I'm impressed! The hotel is very nice and clean, the food is very delicious! Location is exellent, just behind is Rotermann city, sea is not far, just 20 min by walk. Staff is very polite. Highly recommend!

The hotel is freshly renovated and interior design is nice. Bed is very comfortable and room is spacious. Breakfast was very good- wide selection of everything. As we were staying in standard room, it felt a bit like Ryanair flight that you had to pay extra for every facility. Spa usage is included to the price but you have to pay extra for slippers and bathrobe, open wifi is free but you have to pay for secured wifi. These things are small and not too expensive for the hotel to include but somehow it's only included for the superior rooms. This leaves a bitter taste and make me prefer other hotels where every extra facility doesn't cost me.

Excellent but if there is a pot for hot water and tea in the room, there should be also nescoffee available. This in 3 stars hotel standard in this small issue. If one has limits for writing review the standard is Russian, not European as to the interaction with clients.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Appreciated both the early check in and the later check out. The kettle and fridge were great to have. The bathtub was incredible. The only thing that left me wanting was the hot tub. It was only slightly warmer than the pool. Thankfully I could nearly swim in the bath.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay. The whole hotel is now newly renovated and looks really good, the rooms are cosy and comfortable with everything you need in it, including slippers, iron and ironing board. There are free drinks on arrival but the bottled water does not get replenished anymore which is a shame, I would prefer new water bottles every day instead of welcome drinks (juices and coke). The staff was very welcoming. There was one incident with one of the gentleman at the reception desk when I mentioned the minibar not working and he replied that it's fine, as it's not supposed to be very cold. When I said that the drinks in it are completely warm, he still tried to convince me that there's nothing wrong with the minibar! He wasn't rude about it or anything but it was still awkward. Other than that the service was excellent from all the staff members, one of the gentleman from reception even bothered to find us at the breakfast on the first morning to return the phone my daughter had left in the lounge the previous day! The pool area is really nice and usually not busy at all. There's also a gym there but we didn't use it. Breakfast is really good with lots of different choices and at least the orange juice is a proper juice, not the diluted drink like some of the other hotels have. Coffee is decent and strong, there's no choice of different coffee drinks from machine or hot chocolate but that's not a big deal. The location of this hotel is probably the best in the city, old town just a short walk away, beautiful Rotermanni quarter behind the hotel and bus and tram stops across the road. Stunning port area within walking distance. I will definitely be staying there again!

Great location, close to absolutely everything you'll need. The hotel looks nice and new. My room was large and quiet although had no view whatsoever and was somewhat dark. Huge bed, large bathroom and a good amount of closet space. The pool area is pretty good, maybe the sauna/shower area is a bit small but very nice all in all. Lots of families with kids, though so not the best if looking for some quiet relaxation.

My second stay here, first was some time ago. Hotel is renovated and the restaurant which used to be a café / bar now has nice food. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Modern and had a basic but nice decor. It had a bathtub but I prefer shower without it. Nice and friendly staff.

We had a great time in Nordic Hotel Forum Tallinn. Hotel updated room for our celebrity. The view was beautiful. Hotel place is very good, near the Old City. Very nice service, good pool and saunas on 8th floor. I recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel with perfect service. Staff is very proactive. Location is excellent - next to old town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Best wishes to bartender at the lobby bar - blond girl. Downside was confusion related to precautions to coronavirus. A few days before we've received an email to make online check-in beforehand in order to ensure as little contact with the staff as possible. We did that. After arriving we just got our keycard right away and went to our room. But breakfast buffet was a different story. Everyone is using the same spoons to put food into their plates, no organized lines at the food, no safe distance between tables, it's just as usual as it was before pandemic. So it was very confusing - they take measures to prevent as little contact as possible but then again no safety precautions for guests safety. Overall we enjoyed our stay, despite some minor flaws. (+) Location Service Cleanliness (-) Improvement for guest safety is needed

I had a two night stay at this hotel. I had a Double Deluxe room. Check in: This was fast and easy and the customer service was nice. Thank you. Room: View was not on a front side of a hotel, but back side. Nothing to see when you watch outside. There was a parking lot. I think that at this price it would be nice to see the other side. Some cheaper rooms has better view. Room was nicely spacious: hangoround are, sleeping area, toilet and separate shower and bathing tub. Room was quite clean. I did wipe some dust from coffee machine etc. Minuses: There was no minibar - that would have been nice. Few of the drinking and wine glasses were dirty, not washed, just wiped (see picture), also one dirty coffee mug (see picture) stayed at room even I tried to move it in front when cleaner came. Same dirty mug stayed at the room. Breakfast: Quite normal, but good breakfast. Enough things to have. Only coffee was kinda "hard to get". Everyone wanted fresh grounded coffee and there was only one slow machine for that. So queues to have a small cup of coffee were sometimes long. All and all. This was my second time here. First time business, now pleasure. I think this is good hotel, few minor corrections. Like these dirty drinking glasses, how almost every hotel just wipe them but does not replace them with clean ones??

It was our first visit to this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly, room nice and clean. Our room was facing the main road, but there was no noise whatsoever. Breakfast was very good and satisfied every diet you can imagine.

Good hotel, clean and spacey rooms. Breakfast situation was a bit difficult; not enough seating for everyone, which was a little strange. Location is excellent and the views from the window aren't bad either.

Was upgraded to the suite which was amazing. Staff was awesome and breakfast was probably the best at any hotel that I've had. Right outside of Old Town. I mean a very short walk. I plan to return with my family.

I have never regretted that I chose Nordic Forum hotel to open a mini-vacation in Tallinn. As it was said before, great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, warm cozy pool and cleanliness make Nordic the best alternative among other hotels. I liked staying there and would definitely come back again!

This is the second time we visited this hotel and again a nice visit! Centrally located, nice breakfast, quiet little pool area, good rooms. Small things to improve: air con, windows (noise from street), more lockers in pool area, bath robes to rooms... but these are still minor issues, all in all a pleasant stay, likely to come again!

Nice hotel with good pool and sauna area, great breakfast. Location is excellent, in walking distance to Old Town and all the restaurants. Parking is expensive, though, and not included in the hotel room price, which was quite expensive as well. I asked for double bed but got 2 singles.

We often stay here when in Tallinn. The location is excellent close to old town and harbour. Rooms are nice and clean, personnel professional and friendly, lounge bar is nice and pricing is reasonable. Breakfast was more basic than before though it might be because of corona virus low season.

Minor hick-up with the breakfast on the first day was perfectly and swiftly solved by friendly personnel. The kids appreciated the pool. Good location near the old town. Easy to reach by car also and garage in the basement.

I travel quite a lot but this was the first time in my life when management and staff of the hotel went above and beyond at each step of the stay to keep their guests happy. When I thought I could not be surprised any more, they still did surprise me! The location is also perfect. There are many places to eat nearby, and old city just few steps away.

Personally I prefer harder mattress (it was very soft indeed) and a possibility to open the window. Smell of smoke in the lobby area is quite terrible. Time going on- it would be good to have some rooms WITHOUT WIFI as there are more and more people who are sensitive to EMF-s.

Excellent location just outside the old city of Tallinn and close to the ferry terminal. The hotel is also in front of a main tram station (all lines) that makes it very easy to go to the airport. Big room with an entire glass wall, so very bright; it was on the street so a bit noisy but not much and quiet at night. Comfortable bed. There is a fitness center with a swimming pool, a steam bath and a sauna. I only tried the sauna (which is separated for men and women), not the steam bath (which is not); it lacks some quiet room to cool down after the sauna. Buffet breakfast is very good, various food. We asked for a late check out and got it.

Spent a week in Tallinn for a business trip and stayed at this hotel ... it's had good facilities, convenient and well connected in the heart of the city. Good breakfast spread. Shopping and supermarket were within walking distance. Old Harbour Town was also easily accessible.

Booked a suite at a very reasonable price. Separate living room and bedroom, good size bathroom. Lovely pool area. Good choice at breakfast with both warm and cold food. Five minute walk from the city centre. Can definitely recommend
