Great hotel with very nice rooms and generous breakfast. Perfect location for the old city. Friendly staff.

Excellent property, comfortable beds, nice size bathroom with walk in showers, very clean. Nice pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Excellent location about 5 minutes or less walk into Old Town. I arrived on an early ferry from Helsinki and through I would just drop off my bags for the day as check in and a at 3:00 pm and it was 11:00 am. To my surprise they had a room ready for me and checked me in at once with no extra fee. It was early October so off season and I certainly would t expect that during peak season but it was a lovely surprise. Front desk agent were very pleasant and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nordic Forum is a modern hotel in a central location, close to the Old Town. Check-in was smooth, and the room was comfortable, clean and well equipped (slippers, minibar) though the window was unusually small. The upstairs spa was the highlight, with a pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Dinner was fine, but the menu was limited. Overall, good value for money. I'd recommend it.

Location is ideal, just 5 minutes to the old town. Hotel is modern, with excellent lifts, though the bar is pricey. 6th floor room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and an outstanding bathroom with large magnifying mirror. Shower was fine, plenty of toiletries and hot water. There was excellent lighting in the room. Also tea / coffee making facilities, safe and plenty of storage. Iron, hairdryer and even a shoehorn. There were also plenty of power points. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and copious amounts. Even an omelette station. As for Tallinn, plenty of museums, churches and quaint cobbled streets. Dined out at Peppersack (as part of a group), traditional cuisine and a bit of theatre as well. Very enjoyable couple of days, would use hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nordic Hotel Forum. The location is unbeatable--situated right in the vibrant Rotermann Quarter, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and even a cinema. Best of all, it's just a few minutes' walk to the historic Old Town and all the main sights The hotel itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was spotless, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a bar, restaurant conference center, spa, pool, and gym. My only minor drawbacks were that body lotion wasn't provided in the room, and would have loved fresh complimentary drinking water brought in daily. Otherwise, a fantastic base for a stay in Tallinn.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Service was excellent. Location is great, right adjacent to Tallinn's beautiful old town, and less than 10 minutes from the airport. Also really enjoyed the pool & hot tub upstairs at the end of the day.

Pleasant and smooth service. The rooms were clean, and the Estonian design was pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was very varied, and the service there was also friendly and positive.

This was honestly one of the best values I have experienced in an international hotel. I have paid 3 or 4 times this much at other properties and not had as good an experience.

The hotel was clean, well managed, staff were friendly and competent. Its location on a busy road meant we were kept awake by trams, traffic noise and sirens. I would stay there again but ask for a room at the back or not facing the road. The room had quirks: the plug in the basin is permanently open (“for safety reasons”) , making it hard for a wet shave or some quick laundry. Also, the large bathroom light remained on low making it difficult to sleep as there was a glass panel in the wall. The hotel is large and used by tour groups. Certain items seemed to run out quickly at the breakfast buffet ( for example bananas) so go early. Otherwise the variety and quality of food was excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities. A regenerated area ( forget the name) is located directly behind the hotel with a variety of restaurants. A large supermarket is nearby.

Staff was nice, the breakfast totally amazing. Hotel's location is just perfect and the top floor's sauna and pool section has pleasant views over the city. Hotel has modern rooms, comfy beds and everything works perfectly. Road side room has some traffic noise, but that was to be expected.

We enjoyed the Nordic Hotel Forum very much. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I chose the Family Double room because it was larger than most European hotel rooms. It was very modern, comfortable and spacious with a couch to relax on, a refrigerator to keep our wine cold, a coffee maker and tea kettle which are important since I drink tea and my husband drinks coffee. Plenty of closet and drawer space and good blackout curtains. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We chose to have our room made up most days and they did a great job. The bathroom was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It had a good sized walk-in shower with a door, and a shower head high enough for my 6'2” husband. I've been in so many weird European bathrooms (no shower doors so the entire room gets wet, a hand held sprayer at the level of my navel…) that it has become very high on my criteria list while hotel shopping. There was one sink on a decent sized vanity. Plenty of shelf space for toiletries. No bathtub, but we aren't tub people. Lovely bathrobes and very nice towels. I remembered to take my own washcloths as those aren't common in Europe. The hotel breakfast was very good, mostly buffet with a few made to order items. They had a good selection of meatless choices for those of us who prefer not to eat meat. We did not have a chance to use the pool or sauna. They looked very nice. The hotel is a five minute walk from the gates of old town which was perfect. It's nice to get away from the crowds and noise after a long day of exploring. Don't overlook the Rotermanni Quarter right behind the hotel. Totally different vibe and fantastic restaurants. We loved our stay in Tallinn and the Nordic Hotel Forum!

A more than pleasant stay at Nordic Hotel Forum. The reception staff were consistently kind, professional and very helpful. The hotel is extremely clean, with spacious common areas and very well-maintained, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is rich and varied, with an excellent selection. Very tactical location. Overall, a high-quality hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent. Best place to have as a base for exploring Tallinn. Nice atmosphere. Excellent well maintained and super clean rooms. Freindly, caring and efficient staff. Nice SPA at rood level. Huge breakfast. I just hope that I can return soon to enjoy the beatiful Tallinn and this excellent hotel.

The Nordic Hotel Forum is a modern, business hotel, situated in a perfect location to explore Tallinn, just a few steps away from the famous Viru Gate. The rooms (we stayed in a family room) are big and modern, with spacious bathroom and a great mattress, which helps in the quality of sleep. The room had everything you need (complimentary coffee facilities, plus water too) and it had a nice design. Spotlessly clean (just like all areas of the hotel) and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - great variety and excellent quality, with plenty of options (including Nordic specialities like pickled herring and salmon), plus (a huge bonus) an egg station with a chef, who prepated freshly cooked eggs (fried or omelettes). Pool and spa facilities in the 8th floor (overlooking Tallinn skyline and the Old Town) very nice. Great value for money too, especially if you book well in advance or if you score an offer, hotels in Tallinn are not cheap. Definitely recommended!!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, everything was perfect. The room was spacious enough, very clean, nice interior, even with a small sofa-bed (as additional bed). Shower was spacious, comfortable and closed with a class door. It's important detail, because many hotels and apartments have these open showers that wet all the bathroom floor, which is very annoying. But in this case showering was nice experience:). Oh, and the breakfast was great, the quality of food as well the variety. Our new favourite hotel.

As a Finnish person, it was easy to communicate and the even had so much things in Finnish too. The room was very good, we loved the breakfast (I suggest you to go there before 8:00, then the mayhem starts because all the Finn's are in a rush to get everything because the think that they run out of food haha🤣) It's located perfectly next to the Old Town, and it's a walking distance from the harbour. Staff was nice and polite, I would definitely go there in the future. Didn't have the time to use the spa, but maybe next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect room - spacious, clean, and modern. The only thing I would have liked is the option to open the windows. However, the excellent soundproofing more than made up for it, as I could barely hear any noise from the street. The bed was also very large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I was actually disappointed that I didn't have enough space to try more of the delicious food on offer. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and just a short walk from the Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spa area wasn't the largest, but it had everything we needed, including a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and two different saunas. Also it is possible to charge a car for free ( you have to pay for parking).

Hotel room was clean and modern. Breakfast really good and selection wide, scandic flavors. Only negative was the mirror light in the room was broken and kept flickering on and off. Also the spa showers upstaris had lot of problems.

The hotel has a great central location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was super good with a sufficient selection. The standard rooms were a bit dark, but nice. The spa area was decent overall, although the sauna door didn't stay closed properly when pouring water on the stones, which affected the sauna experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful hotel right on edge of Old Town. Walking distance to everything you would want to see in Old Town and many bars and restaurants. Loved it!

We have stayed in the hotel several times and been happy with almost everything, this time was different. I had asked for a quiet room with SHOWER and guess what, we had only bath. Being 80 years and over it is not convenient to use the bath to get a shower. We had already unpacked everything when we noticed this but we were in a hurry to meet our friends and could not ask for another room. Furthermore the personnel at reception is not very friendly, to be honest, they are rude; nobody greets when you come to the hotel or ask if everything was fine when you leave. We have travelled a lot and are platinum members in an international hotel organiztion and never experienced this kind of behaviour. The breakfast is Ok but the noice level is quite awfull. It is a pity and we probably won´t be coming back.

What a lovely stay again at Nordic Hotel Forum. Location is great. Staff is helpful and friendly. Sauna, pool & gym are good. Rooms are perfect for vacation. Restaurant Noho was excellent and Andris gave us excellent customer experience .

Hotel was nice! But the room was too bright. It would be nice if the curtains had been all the way to the other wall. In the mornings the sun was blasting straight to our eyes. Breakfest was amazing.

A perfect ten rating. Just a standard room, but very clean and with everything we could possibly need. The location is the best. Fresh surfaces and furniture with great attention to detail—such as plenty of storage space, a shoehorn, and a shoe tray. A good bed and pillows. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, though a small downside is the slow-draining shower. The late breakfast hours are a plus, and a wide variety of choices. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are very nice decorated and practically designed, soundproof and beds are very comfortable. Spacious shower. Sauna, swimming pool, steam bath, fitness gym on the 8th floor is a welcoming extra. Hotel is located perfectly in walking distance to old centre and the comercial area behind hotel is great for shopping, drinks and food. Hotel offers a variation rich breakfast buffet and dinner buffet with a high quality of products. One of the first hotels I experienced with creative recipes for vegetarians. I would defenitely visit this hotel again. Congratulations to the hotel and staff for offering a high service standard.

We had a really great family stay at Nordic Hotel Forum. The spa, steam room, gym, and well-kept swimming pool were all fantastic. Our kids especially loved the pool. The staff were friendly, and the location is perfect just a short walk from the Old Town and easy for visiting Kadriorg Park. The view from top floor is picture perfect. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, though it did get a bit busy around 9 a.m. Overall, this is a great hotel and we'd happily stay here again✨.

I was there on business and I had a lovely time. Service was exceptional, the room was completely comfortable and the food incredible.

Excellent service in a well equipped hotel. We stayed there to explore the city, great rooms, nice pool. My friend had an accident during our cycling tour and they where really helpful to find solutions for her to sleep well and be comfortable.

Three nights spent here. Excellent location right at the entrance to the Old Town. It's a 7-minute walk to the central square in Old Town. Many business guests; the hotel has a dedicated conference area. Very modern facilities, rooms are a good size and very clean. We had a side view of St. Olaf's Church, nice. The breakfast area is large and well organized. Even when it's busy, you can usually still find a table. Good, extensive buffet. Excellent hot drinks. Air conditioning is available in the room, but in our case (7th floor) it was somewhat unintuitive to use. You could only adjust the temperature up or down, but up or down from what, exactly? In any case, setting it 3°C lower gave us a comfortable sleeping temperature of around 19°C. The information shown on the TV was also not accurate (anymore?), as it displayed a device with temperature settings. Speaking of the TV, amusingly, the weather shown was from 2022 as the current forecast. Whether it was really that cold in 2022, lol? The beds, however, were among the best on the entire trip: comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. The spa area on the top floor is great, especially the view. However, the opening hours are not ideal. We had really bad weather one day, but on weekdays the area is closed from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. It's only open continuously on weekends. Parking in Tallinn and at the hotel is expensive by Baltic standards: €25 per 24 hours in the secure underground garage. Even the surrounding parking lots and garages are not cheaper. Given the relatively higher room rates, I would have appreciated some concession here. Overall, compared to other equivalent hotels in the Baltics, the rating is good, but not outstanding.

We had not been at Nordic Forum during some years. We we surprised when coming in at the Hotel. The female Officer wished us wellcom at the door. She was also intetested, If we had been earlier at Nordic Forum. The Rooms are fine decorated and very silent. Se eere very satisfoed.

Five-star service in every sense! The staff deserves special recognition for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every interaction was pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

A perfectly located hotel for exploring old and modern Tallin. Trams and buses outside the hotel too. My room was very comfortable with plenty of room to move around. The bed was excellent with a mattress topper adding to the comfort. A lovely bathroom with room to put things down. The breakfast buffet was of a high standard, with so much choice including an omelette station. Another plus point were the lifts which were fast and plentiful.

We would have appreciated honesty instead of lying about room upgrades. It was a hotel, spa was little but okay. Food was very mid.

We spent three nights at the Nordic Forum Hotel. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, not all of them have a good view; our room on the seventh floor had a partial view of part of the city and part of the harbour in the distance. Room service is sometimes a bit slow, so the room still hadn't been cleaned by the time we were ready for a midday rest. But that's not a big deal. The spa area, with a sauna (separate), steam room (shared) and pool area, isn't particularly large, but it was never overcrowded or noisy, so I can definitely recommend it. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, and omelettes are freshly prepared on request. On-site parking is rather expensive (24 EUR per night). Thanks to its central location right next to the old town, you don't need public transport; however, if you want to go further afield, you'll find various options just a few hundred metres from the hotel entrance, including a direct bus to the airport or to the ferry terminal. I can recommend this hotel without any doubt.

The hotel itself looks modern and stylish, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After arriving late at night, I found no towels in the room, which was very inconvenient after traveling. The room electricity system was also confusing, as there were no clear instructions about the special card required to activate it. Additionally, the phone emitted a constant light during the night, making it difficult to sleep until I unplugged it myself. Although the staff responded after I called, these issues should not happen in a hotel of this standard.

From the minute we arrived, we had a wonderful stay at Nordic Hotel Forum. The rooms are VERY comfortable; my bed had a topper mattress as well as the actual mattress, there is everything you might need, including an ironing board and the bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfasts were amazing with a huge choice to cater for everyone's needs and tastes. The location is excellent. Can't recommend it more highly.

When we checked into the hotel and arrived at our room, we noticed that we had been given a cheaper room than the one we had paid for, and the situation was not even apologized for. Also, the breakfast was disappointing. Food kept running out, and the coffee machine also ran out of milk. The staff were so busy that there was no opportunity to ask them for help. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and previously I have been very satisfied with the hotel and its services.

Close to the concert hall, friendly stuff. Through a Lufthansa strike my flight went much later. They have been kind and I keept the room til 3 pm. They have a good restaurant with a selected menue card

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent. Just a 15-minute walk from the harbor, 5 minutes from the old town, and only 3 minutes from nearby supermarkets such as Prisma. The hotel is very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including vegan and gluten-free choices. We would definitely come back again!

Everything worked out perfectly. The parking space was convenient, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The spa area was also lovely - small, calm and very relaxing.

The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to the old town. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary water and juice were offered in the minifridge, which was a very nice touch. The room was cold and drafty despite turning the heat all the way up. The bathroom could stand to be renovated into a more modern design. You have to climb into the bathtub in order to take a shower, and it was quite difficult. I am 157 centimeters tall and the edge of the bathtub came up to my thigh. A walk-in shower would be much easier. It was nice that shampoo was provided in a large squeeze bottle mounted in the shower. However, the hotel still uses individual mini bottles of conditioner. Providing the conditioner in the same kind of bottle used for the shampoo would be better for the hotel guest and the environment. Also, it would be nice if the hotel provided liquid hand soap as opposed to a small bar soap. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, however.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Located at the entrance to the old town , it is ideal for exploring all of Tallin. On arrival we were upgraded which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was good choice to suit all. Can be busy but just be patient as it clears quickly. There is gym and spa on the top floor which gives good view of the city. Very quiet each time we went. Alll of the staff in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Reception, housekeeping and catering staff are a credit to the hotel.

Stayed in the Nordic Hotel Forum for 3 nights in mid December. I booked their Standard Double Room and the rate included buffet breakfast. Both the room and the bathroom were on the smaller side, and quite chilly when we first arrived, but turned out to be very comfortable and clean. Breakfast served was excellent with many options available, including local specialties, and small gluten-free and vegan sections; It is a big hotel with what looks like a lot of business/conference guests, so breakfast was quite busy and crowded at times. The location is really good, within a short walking distance to Old Town. We also used their underground parking for the car rental. It's limited spaces, so a spot had to be reserved in advance via Front Desk; it cost us 25 Euro per 24 hours of parking, plus a one-time fee of 15 Euro to reserve the spot. The staff were very helpful in explaining all the parking options, i.e. cheaper ones. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here, and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nordic Forum Hotel & Spa as a family. Our room was spacious, modern and spotless, with a handy kitchenette stocked with water and juice, plus tea and coffee-making facilities. There was also a dressing area, and the bathroom featured both a rainfall shower and a full-sized bath. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Our daughter was thrilled with the generous birthday gift of chocolate waiting for her in the room on arrival, a lovely touch! On our first night there was a function taking place with some loud music; however, it finished around 10pm and didn't disturb our sleep at all. The hotel itself is stylish and contemporary with a lovely Scandinavian feel. Reception were warm, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. We made great use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, all of which were excellent. There's also a gym available, although we didn't get around to using it. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with made-to-order omelettes alongside a fantastic Scandinavian spread including smoked salmon, rye bread, pickles, cured meats and cheeses, plus fresh fruit, pastries and cakes. The location is ideal—very central and just a few minutes' walk to the walled entrance of the Old Town, where you're greeted by a lovely flower market. There are plenty of transport links nearby, including trams and buses, and it's only a short taxi ride from the airport (you could easily take the bus too). We caught a bus to the Seaplane Harbour with no trouble and then enjoyed a leisurely walk back through the Old Town to the hotel. The lounge area was cosy and had lots of interesting books about Tallinn's history, which was a nice touch. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would love to return. It's a perfect base for exploring Tallinn on foot with children, and we would happily recommend it :-)

The room was 27 celsius when we got it. It came clear the air con is not used when the room is empty. You can only lower the demperature by 3 degrees so in the morning it was still 23 degrees. I'm in a hotel to sleep and it was way too hot for that. Other than that, the room was spacious and had a large bath tub.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations and fell well below the standard advertised. We paid for a standard double room, however on arrival the bed was simply two single beds pushed together, with two single duvets instead of one double, which was uncomfortable and not what we booked. Housekeeping was particularly disappointing. We were handed the duvet and bedsheets and expected to make the bed ourselves, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. After leaving the room for cleaning, we returned to find rubbish on the floor that was not there before, the duvet folded very poorly, and the room looking as though it had been rushed through or not properly cleaned at all. Water bottles was also not restocked, despite being stated as included in the room rate. The TV streaming services were misleading. We were told these were included, but upon arrival were informed that streaming is limited to Android devices only, not iPhones. Had this been made clear beforehand, we would have brought our iPad. This information should be communicated clearly before check-in. Staff interactions were also disappointing. The attitude felt unwelcoming, and we were often made to feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. At check-in, we were simply handed a key card and told the room was on level 5, with no information provided about breakfast times, breakfast location, or where guests should go for the leisure centre, especially considering the hotel's own facilities are currently under maintenance. Overall, the stay felt disorganised and poorly managed, and we did not receive the level of service expected for the price paid. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Location is perfect! Room was clean, airy and beautiful. The staff remembered me on my birthday by having chocolate and the card waiting for me. The breakfast is brilliant and tasty Well worth! I loved it

Stylish hotel and good location to old Tallinn, shopping and trams. Small spa area on top floor for swimming and hot tub. No alcohol served, so peacwfull also with family. Opening daily 7-22. Breakfast was very good, but too much people on Sun at 10:30. Dirty tables, please book more waitresses. They were very young. A lot of choises to eat and orange juice and coffee tasted so good! We got room early. It's nice and clean. Bed was good for sleep. A few water bottles for free. Tv channels ok. Our best hotel experience in Tallinn!

Sleep quality 4/5 - some noise from other rooms, but slept quite well. Breakfast: 4/5 - Lots of variety and good quality. Has omelet cooking station. Had a bit difficulties to find a free table. Location: 5/5 - Close to old town and shopping center. Staff: 5/5 Cleanliness and other: 5/5 - Nothing to complain. Nice spa is included in the room price.

This hotel is in a great location to walk to the centre of Tallin old town and about 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Well worth a trip over to Helsinki for the day. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space and well thought out with regards to storage and lighting and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast can be very busy, however the choice of food is excellent. There is something to suit everyone! No need for lunch at all! The hotel bar and restaurant are very ambient. Added bonus of a pool, spa and sauna too. Cannot fault anything and would highly recommend this hotel 😊

This hotel has been our favourite for many years, but not any more. Room was nice, breakfast is good, but spa needs renovation! Showers didn't work properly and the pool seemed to be dirty. There was brown line of dirt near water level. Also some of the kind of special massage things inside the pool didn't work.

Located just outside old town walls adjacent to ultra modern area -perfect blend of two areas. Shopping centre opposite and tram / bus options within yards. The hotel is modern and has everything ( we tried to fault the room but couldn't!) Tea/coffee in room, wine glasses, water in fridge, Big shower and floor heated bathroom. Plenty of hanging and storage space and all spotless. Nordic/Baltic efficiency at its best with super housekeeping. The gym was well equipped and really well laid out. Breakfast was really excellent (too good as it left no room for a lunch later!) We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat -well done Nordic Forum - we loved our stay, thank you so much!

Good business hotel with all the amenities you need. Room was big and clean and staff was helpful. Just a short walk from Old Town with lots to see and to do.

Arriving - we took a taxi from the airport using Bolt. They even have a signed pick up point just outside the terminal. Cost €15 Location - hotel is in a great location being a 5 to 10 minute walk from the old town. Numerous bars, restaurants, shops within walking distance. Tram and bus stops close by. Couple of supermarkets within short walking distance too. Check In - all very efficient and welcoming. Room - clean, modern room and very spacious. Lots of power/USB sockets and WiFi good in room and across the hotel. Nice bathroom, with large bath and great shower. Cleanliness - very good. Maid service very good and hotel public areas were spotless Food - we opted for bed and breakfast which was buffet style. The normal choice of fruits, cereals, breads, pastries etc. Nice cold meat, fish selection and good warm choice too. Restaurant could get very busy depending on what time you went. Pools - Small pool open all day but sauna and steam only open 7am till 12pm and then 5pm onwards. Not an issue but worth noting. All very clean and a great view over the old town from the 8th floor. Staff - friendly and helpful. In summary … couldn't fault the hotel and would definitely recommend.

Standard room was spacious, beds were good and also toilet and shower were great. Very good cleaning. Service was good, polite staff in the reception. Breakfast was also very good, a lot of variety what to eat! We enjoyded also the spa area with steam and normal sauna, the pool and jacuzzi. It was very nice and relaxing, just a few notes: please make a stairwell or easier access to the jacuzzi. Also the showers on the women's side were a bit blocked and need to be cleaned. There was a sewer smell in the shower. Unisex steam sauna is excellent but when you open the door to the women's shower facilities, you can see straight into the shower which is not a good thing because men can see into the women's shower. Also we noticed that some guests don't shower and wash themselves before entering the pool so please put signs that people now that one needs to shower before entering pool or jacuzzi.

We were on a tour and this was probably the best hotel we experienced. The room was excellent, modern furnishings and a good bathroom. We were luckily enough to have a room overlooking the hotel's bee hives and could witness the bees going out to work in the morning and coming home in the evening, as well as some very clever birds who came to grab any dead bees that fell in the day. That was special. The breakfast was excellent and the hotels own honeycomb was there for anyone who wanted to have some. No need to ask if it was fresh! We did have a breakfast gripe realted to dietary requirements. Gluten free was available but the required EU dietary notifications were in very small type as if they were trying to hide that information. They should not be ashamed of listing the allergens at breakfast.

The hotel was absolutely excellent. Very modern and clean. The swimming pool and sauna were truly impressive, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. A perfect ten out of ten hotel experience.

The location of the hotel is great. Experience in SPA - man Finnish sauna was bad. People use it despite the sign on the doors with bath suits and without a bathrobe or paper beneath of the body. I reported the problem to the guest and his 10-year-old child in the sauna and to the employee in the SPA. No reaction. Avoid. This is not sauna culture, either healthy and sanitary approved.

A large, modern hotel, undoubtedly chosen by Voyages Jules Verne for its excellent location and proximity to all the main sights and restaurants, etc. Very elegant and bright reception, with an attractive bar area, it was clearly much used as a conference hotel. My room was large, bright, well-decorated and joy of joy, had a simple A5 sheet with everything you needed to know on it (other hotels, take note!) It was the only hotel on our travels to provide complementary bottles of water, plus two of juice. It also had a spare card in the bedroom just to operate the lights – another plus point in my book! Whether it was due to the the size of the public areas, it seemed to absorb people well and it did not appear overly busy, although breakfast (excellent spread, well laid out and labelled, with cook-to-order stations a bonus) showed there were a lot of people staying. The bar provided very good light snacks and was a pleasant area to sit and have drinks in groups. Overall, a smart, efficient, well-run hotel in a first rate location and a good place to stay to explore Tallinn.

Great hotel in the CBD of Tallinn. Spacious room, great bed and pillows, all necessary amenities, spectacular buffet line for breakfast. Gym is opened 24/7. Only one minus; no towel available in the gym. You can get towel from the sauna nearby after 7AM.

Generally, a very good hotel close to things and good service. The only problem is there are a little mobile phones in the room, and I have never been able to reach the front desk when I needed them.. they tell you to dial 3900. But they never pick up.. if you want attention from the desk, you have to walk downstairs or take the elevator. This is terrible.

The hotel wasn't located inside old town but it was just like a 5 min walk. The room was of adequate size. Pros: free bottle of waters, free access to minibar (apple juice and orange juice), AC was decent temperature, size of room was great for 2 people, free slippers, had two locations to put luggages, bed was comfortable, bathroom had plenty of counter space Cons: only one chair provided therefore one of us had to sit on the window sill Friendly staff and the mall was located right next door and it's near Rotermann Quarter. There's a cute cafe called Rost near by, definitely check them out. Go early as there tends to be a long line.

A very nice hotel within a short walking distance to Old Town Tallinn. Great top floor swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful and we enjoyed all the offerings. The street noise outside was a little loud but our beds were comfortable and the room was well appointed.

I do believe this was our best hotel experience... ever! We booked a corner suite and LOVED it. Quiet, perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable bed. The folks at the front desk were professional and cheerful. I wish we had stayed longer.

The place is as good as described, but many of the staff doesn't speak English which is a bit of a problem as there was misunderstanding. Cars and trams sound can be heard from the room.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located close to the Old Town. A great detail I really appreciated is that the bathroom had a bidet spray, which is not always available in Europe. The breakfast was good, although it could be richer in cheese options. The only downside is the price: $1760 for 3 nights for two rooms is definitely too expensive.

LOVED this hotel. The hotel is modern, clean and very thoughtfully designed. The beds are very comfy and I had my first 9 hour sleep in about 10 years! Breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect - easy 10 minute walk from the old town and across the road from a great shopping centre and the KGB museum. The staff were brilliant… thank you! We arrived early and they managed to check us in, there was always someone who was friendly and helpful at the desk (even though the hotel was busy). We will definitely stay here again.

The team was friendly during check-in, but there was limited engagement or interest from staff after that. I scored it down mainly for the pool: while it's advertised as a feature, it was overcrowded and noisy with kids, making it far from relaxing or enjoyable

We stayed 4 days in the Family Room, and enjoyed our stay very much! Pros: - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Hotel was very clean. The room and bathroom was spacious, and beds were comfortable. - Location is excellent and has very convenient access to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, the Old Town and the city. - We dined at the NoHo restaurant in the lobby, and the service and food were excellent. (Their French fries were made from real potatoes and one of the most delicious I've had). - Breakfast spread was excellent and had good variety. Con: - The Family Room had long window panels on the other side of the room which face East - the morning sun shines in very early during the summer and there was no blind/curtain to block the sun out. The brightness woke us woke very early and kept us awake. We hope the management can address this matter for our future stay and for future patrons. Overall, vey satisfied with our stay. We look forward to staying at Nordic Hotel Forum again when we return!

Really great hotel. Housekeeping standards were exceptional and they actually employ plenty of staff. You press a button to indicate do not disturb or make up my room now and everything I would come back and it was done. Room quality was excellent and that was just their base level. Breakfast is also superb with lots of options that are constantly replenished, although it is a little pricey. Location is fantastic.

The hotel is minutes from old town. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff very accommodating. They supply all the amenities to include slippers, and gave us two waters that were in the room when we got there. There is a good restaurant and a bar just off the lobby. It is walkable from the ferry terminal. If I come back to Tallin I will definitely stay here.

It is located on a main road , only 10 minutes from the old town square. Staff is helpful and service is good. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is reasonably good. It will improve if some vegetarian items are added. On the whole , a good place to stay in Tallinn.

Rooms are quite large even in standard class. Huge bath tub! Everything was spot on clean all the way. Breakfast was one of the best I have had ever. Location could not be any better - an hub close to everything.

Great city center location contemporary design and well equipped spacious rooms. I booked a room overlooking the street as opposed to looking inwards - the view and the light is always better. The room had everything needed by a road warrior, and it was only a short stay, but I will book again when I will be back in Tallinn in the autumn.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The leisure area was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot and the mother's day sparkling wine was a nice surprise. No complaints.

Nothing to complain about! Very nice rooms, free spa, including steam bath and sauna. Restaurant serves fresh and delicious dishes. Breakfast is excellent as well. -Very nice omelettes, made as you wish. Placement is right on the spot, where you want to be in Tallinn for going anywhere. The hotel is an amazing choice with an outstanding location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is quite spacious which is perfect for families. The concierges were super helpful and nice. I especially want to point that the breakfast is spectacular! It has a ton of variety and it's truly delicious. If I go back to Tallinn I will definitely go back to Nordic Forum and I recommend anyone to stay here. It's completely worth the price and it truly holds the 4-star hotel title.

This hotel is a true gem. The room was amazing and I loved everything about it. Great location. Walking distance to everything. The restaurant was wonderful. The food and drinks were great. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. I can't think of anything negative about this place. Maybe if you don't want to hear traffic sounds, then you might choose a room without a view. My stay at Nordic Hotel Forum was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, a great size and decorated very well. The food (Especially the breakfast) was incredible, personally I felt it was one of the best hotel breakfasts ive been to in a while since it catered so well to vegans with Vegan croissants, cheese, pepperoni and more. The gym was well equipped and the spa had amazing views. The sauna and steam were so great and I just had the best time staying here.

Lovely facilities and location and you will love the breakfast spread. Rooms have a nice and clean design. Spa area is great (although jacuzzi is tiny) and particularly the steam room. Plenty of things to do around the hotel including shopping centres and the old town. Only real down sides are the curtains only partly block the light (not wall to wall) and mattress quality giving a bit of a bad back, which is not frequent for me.

Loved that hotels own honeym collected in rooftop beehives is offered for breakfast. The only negative point was the loud ventillation of the mall my window overlooked, turned down only around midnight and waking me up at half past 5.

We had a superior room on the seventh floor and it was spacious and very nice beds. We visited the spa twice in the mornings and it was plenty of room and nice steam sauna. I can recommend the breakfast with a omelett station

Very good communication with the event coordinator, responsive staff before the event and during the event! Friendly, pro-active and overall a great experience! The conference room we rented was welcoming and comfortable. The venue is accessible to people with a wheelchair and the food has great options. The stay at the hotel was also great: modern building, lots of food options at the breakfast and a very pretty room.

Breakfast was excellent. Quite large verity of food was offered like cornflakes, various meals from eggs, fish, meat and last but not least deserts. Unfortunately there is high chance that warm water will not be available in order to take shower.

The room was nice and quiet, the beed was good, but from the window we saw just the opposite wall. It would have been nicer to stay on the street side, I suppose. The people at the reception were very nice. The breakfast was not good, it was EXCELLENT !

The Hotel location was excellent, service was good and breakfast had variety. I spend a good time with my friends. The rooms were tidy and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our Superior class room since it was large, it had a WC separate from the bathroom, and a bath tub. While the view was to the main street, the room was still very quiet to sleep.And the location cannot be more central than this.

nice,clean and kind Reception was quick and easy. I was able to get my room quite early. I appreciated the possibility to make coffee in my room, and there were two complimentary water bottles available. The spa section is awesome!

Good but too small pool and there should be also time for only adults. Not very relaxing when children are screaming until last hours. No noise from cars but we heard people noise from the street.

Everything was very good and satisfactory. Nice, cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows, room was warm and spacious. Complimentary water in the room, excellent breakfast and nice spa. The only drawbacks to mention was that the drainage in the sower was a little blocked and the water went down very slowly creating a slight flood in the shower area. Also the spa upstairs could be open a little longer e.g until 23:00 as it was very crowded there around 22:00 and as there is only one jacuzzi, people had to wait in line to be able to get in. May be adding one or two additional jacuzzis in the spa area could be considered.

This lately renovated hotel was definitely worth every cent. The location is perfect near the old town. The staff was very helpful, not to mention their hospiltality. The breakfast offered something for everyone, one of the best ones we've ever had in a hotel. Warm recommendations for this hotel!

Our stay at the Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn was truly delightful. The hotel is ideally located, allowing us to easily explore the center of Tallinn on foot. The location is perfect for discovering the main attractions of the city without needing to use any transportation. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to historical sites and restaurants. In summary, a very pleasant stay in an ideal setting.

Still in the city centre and close to everything. 10 min to the harbour by foot. Old city just 2 minutes away. Good shopping possibilities cross the street.

It was our first stay at Nordic Hotel Forum since 2019. I have always enjoyed staying this hotel for its high quality of service as well as the perfect location right next to Tallinn Old Town. The hotel have been totally renewed since our last visit, and it is really nice in all aspects. Special thanks to the front desk crew and the NOHO crew for giving us a high quality experience. We will be back for sure ;-)

When visting Tallinn either for work or leisure I've stayed here a number of times and for a good reason. No complaints whatsoever, a super nice hotel!

Hotel interior looked quite new, breakfast was very good, gym and spa were also good. There was a parking garage on the ground floor. The only thing I found disturbing is the tram noise from the street. My room was with the street view and I couldn't do anything about that noise. Even my earplugs didn't help, so that I was woken up every day around 6 am with first tram traffic.

I stayed very well in this hotel. Spacious rooms, excellent cleaning, huge breakfast and very located to the city centre and the airport.

Excellent breakfast for this level of hotel, with optional chef. Quiet & comfortable rooms, a couple of complementary soft drinks & bottles of water is a nice touch and unusual these days, and good room amenities. The only disappointment was having a room facing the main road which is noisy, despite requesting in advance a room facing away from traffic, so not ideal for light sleepers.

As always, the bedroom is very clean, comfortable and quite hot. The bed is really nice, the bathroom is well cleaned, and big enough. In general the hotel is cozy, the restaurant is good, the food is tasty and the whole staff is nice and competent. The breakfast is good, full, tasty and satisfying. Only one complaint about the breakfast: I can't eat the scrambled eggs I'd want in the morning because the cooker is never in time. Just to say: if the breakfast starts at 7 am, I'd like her/him to be present as soon as the breakfast starts, and not at 7:15 or more... Generally: 4/5 stars.

You're in the centre of Tallinn. All the interesting attractions are near you. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything Worcestershire-kastike well and the staff was helpful.

Good location near centre, staff are really nice, room was ready early, very clean, Eco friendly amenities in my room. Other rooms with my travel companions had more disposable ones.

I have visited Tallinn maybe a hundred times and one of my favourite hotels is Nordic Forum. They have recently renovated some of the premises and it is in many ways a very comfortable choice: great location next to Viru Mall and Old town, cosy spa department, a good gym with views, spacious and beautiful rooms, a great breakfast, stylish bar & restaurant. I like everything. This time I also got a massage at a beauty salon next to the hotel, Sinine salong, which is a lovely place (hotel guests get a discount).

Perfect location 2 minutes walk to the oldtown, next to shops andrestaurants and next to the Roterman Area

Everything was just great. Breakfast in particular was very wide with plenty of options. If I need to find something I would say that staff was too eager to take almost empty plates.

During check in, receptionist did not tell us absolutely any details of the hotel, just handed the keys. In Noho restaurant worse experience in looong time. Waiters don't speak English, don't know how to make mocktails from the menu etc. Overall, do not just fo there! Hotel location is good though.

Nice room, an average reception service, breakfast ok. Hotel website told "you can find both extra pillows and blankets in the closet of the room" but there was none. The hotel is using very handy HotelBuddy application. After the reservation, you should get a link by e-mail or SMS to use it. I got nothing. Anyway, the hotel is clean and well located.

Modern Hotel located just a few stele from historical city center, walking distance to the harbour, wonderful breakfast, clean, with a nice sauna, steam bath, pool, fitness center and an elegant restaurant. Highly recommended!

Room and the small wellness area were lovely. Only minus for the room was that street noise was quite loud even though we were on the highest floor. Very basic foh service, but seemed to be quite common in Tallinn. Breakfast had a lot of variety and fresh items, remember to book that! Breakfast and the hot tub were highlights of our stay!

Our stay was very good. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great even for a coeliac and the ”househoney” was delicious. As well the small ”spa” was very nice. And on the top the service was also very good all over the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location to visit the old town of Tallin, being less than 5mins to walk there. The hotel is modern and clean, with a large bathroom. We enjoyed using the sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a good buffet selection.

The hotel was in the perfect position to visit the old town. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa and pool were a god send after sightseeing. The things that stopped me giving 5 stars were we had an outside air-conditioning unit going all the time from outside buildings and after reporting our safety deposit box, would not lock it never got fixed!? But would I stay there again? Yes definitely

We had a nice one day trip in the hotel with 2 kids and 2 moms. The central location of the hotel was excellent. The staff is really friendly. The pool area on the upper floor with saunas is simply wonderful and the breakfast. Wow. We WILL come again. Thanks.

We all have our expectations. Personally I enjoy at Nordic Hotel Forum comfy bed, quiet floors, smiling staff, variety of food at breakfast. And, there are some food items I haven´t seen at any hotel in Estonia - I leave it to you to discover!

This was fifth time in ten years when me and wife stayed at Nordic Hotel Forum. The room and common premises have been well maintained, the spa provides nice relaxation and the breakfast has improved significantly. We would have loved it if the gas gas fireplace in the lobby had been on, it creates such a warm welcoming atmosphere.

Stayed three nights in this hotel.The room was nicely decorated, location was excellent and brakfast was suberb with multiple choices! We enjoyed sauna&pool every evening and it didn't even cost extra. The only problem with our room was, that it was below gym in the 7th floor, so everytime somebody used heavy weights or took a run with treadmill, it felt like the roof was coming down. It would also be nice if staff would smile and say hi to the guests. Two bottles of water and some complimentary juice in the minibar was nice extra. We have stayed in multiple hotels in Tallinn, and this goes to top10-list….

Only minus points comes from mornig Coffee. You can get Coffee from machine and it was cold. And lactose free option were limited.

Room (standard double) very functional, spacious and comfortable. Located in the very centre, close to shops, restaurants, old town, transport hub, but no disturbing street noise (at least not on the 6th floor). Always enough space in the breakfast area, very good choice. A pool, a jacuzzi, a steam sauna and a Finnish sauna on the 8th floor were impeccable and mostly empty in the mornings when I visited them (there's a beautiful view to the old town from the poolside). There was also a seemingy well-equipped fitness room (didn't use this).

Hotel was well worth its 4*. Hotel areas were plush, desk staff, breakfast staff and pool area person were polite and helpful. Room (814) was large, and felt new and fresh, bed large and comfy, fridge, coffee machine, very smart bath and coffee machine. Slept well.

Always clean and a good night's sleep with plenty of space in the room. Breakfast! The best lots of choices are always fresh! I recommend you try the mini strawberry bottles. Location is excellent only a short walk from the medieval old town and close to shops, restaurants and transport links.

Really nice. We stayed in the Superior Family room which was really spacious. Plus for the roomy fridge and big bathroom. Nice breakfast, good coffee and a special plus for the cured salmon that was just the right taste and not too salty which is the case in many places. Maybe the parking garage daily fee is slightly expensive (25eur/night).

The overall stay was pleasant, but black coffee was only available in one of the two coffee machines in the breakfast area, so there was a queue for it. The bed felt a little worn and had a sag.

If possible, I stay in Nordic Hotel Tallinn.I like the team, I like the comfort of the hotel and the bubbling afternoons in restaurant Noho. This is the only hotel in the World, where I sleep better as at home.

I have stayed at the Nordic Hotel Forum many times now and it's my favorite hotel in Tallinn, having stayed in several. Friendly staff, really clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, complimentary water and juice in the minibar, slippers, free access to the spa which is at the top floor. The views are beautiful. Breakfast is amazing with so much variety, very clean breakfast area too. You can leave your luggage at the hotel if needed before or after your stay. Excellent location with the old town in your doorstep but also the trendy Rotermann quarter right next to the hotel, trams and buses leave really close by as well. Several grocery stores and other shops right next to the hotel. Can't praise this hotel enough.

The only downside was that the floor drain in the shower did not drain properly and water flooded the entire toilet. But the breakfast was great, the rooms clean and a great experience! We will be back to visit! Thank you!

The hotel was very modern and clean, the service at the reception was a bit of mixed experience depending on who was on duty at the moment but all things were handled as requested. The accessible room was very small, just enough space for a wheelchair only on one side of the bed. Sliding door to the bathroom is wide enough but offers no sound proofing or privacy what so ever. The wall mounted shower chair is hard to use if you have issues with balance and body control. The hotel in itself was very accessible.

We stayed in a standard family room and there was ample space for 2 adults and 2 young teens. Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable stay in excellent location. Clean hotel and good breakfast. Very friendly staff in the front desk and in the bar. We did not have time to visit the spa this time, so that will have to wait for the next visit. An extra pleasant surprise was that we got our room already at 11 am when we only expected to leave the luggage in the luggage room and come back in the afternoon to check in.

The hotel is renovated not so long ago, clean, and has an excellent location with a 5 min walk from the old town. The service is basic: employees at the reception do their job, but we didn't really get a smile from them. We stayed in the comfort room and it was clean and spacious. Complementary water bottles included. The aircon was turned off for the night, which was uncomfortable. It took several hours for the room to cool back down to a comfortable temperature. The breakfast is good, lots of options to choose from. However, no fresh juices, only sugary concentrate (in a 4 star hotel?) Just before our check out there was a fire alarm. We rushed out of the building, and quickly learned from the fire marshall it was a false alarm. The staff did absolutely nothing to control the stressful situation: no communication, no leading the situation. Nobody came forward to explain what we should do, though people were standing in the lobby without their shoes on. Absolutely disgraceful and scary that this would have been the level of professionalism, if it would have been a real fire!

Beautiful, modern hotel! Great lighting in the rooms and aesthetically interesting fixtures in the lobby. Great service. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal— delicious and extravagant! There were options for everyone- those with allergies, vegans,vegetarians,pescatarians, lactose deficient…. Estonian pancakes and the lox are both musts!

Everything still feels very modern, clean and up to date. The staff is super attentive and professional. Extra points for the very large parking places in the garage, the great on-demand omelettes at breakfast and terrific sound-proofing in the rooms.

The room was big and clean. Bed was super comfy. I also liked room's floral wall - it was so beautiful! There were also many mirrors in the room. Room also wasn't too dark or bright which was good bonus. Staff were good, they were helpful when you needed help with something. Breakfast is super, because there is a many options to choose from. Public areas were super clean and there was good atmosphere.

I have visit Tallin few times before but now I brought my kids first time in Tallin. And I 'm happy that I choose Nordic hotel Forum for our stay. Kids loved it. Service was friendly and wellness center was nice plus for relaxing after long day. I think the hotel was almost fully booked but we didn't notice that almost at all. And our reservation started at 3 pm but we got our room right away when we got there at noon. Breakfast was very good and extra plus for having oat milk in coffee. Location is great and I love this Rotterman area and Old Tallin so definitely we come again. Thank you!

Perfect location. Every detail has been designed with care, such as the automatic night light in the bathroom. Small things, like how to cast your device, have been made easy. The staff is friendly and ready to help with anything you need and breakfast was excellent. Overall I would not stay anywhere else in Tallinn anymore.

We were upgraded and it was a pleasant surprise, it really made our special day really special, thank you. Everything was fine from the moment we arrived at the hotel till we left and checked out. The bed was amazing! The breakfast also very good. The little incident with the fire alarm was a bit frightening and the whole hotel was empty quite quickly, but luckily it was false alarm. Everything in our stay was excellent :) The self service check in and the Hotelbuddy app was very good and convenient, the room was very nice and the breakfast was good with alot to choose from :) The only thing to give feedback about is the water pressure in the shower, it was a bit low.

Our first time to Estonia. Happy with our choice Nordic Hotel Forum. Staff were all friendly and absolutely accommodating. Food and bar - good. The front desk answered all questions with ease. Kevin immediately came to the rescue when the safe would not open (required a new battery) Excellent service throughout the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean, quiet, conveniently located to major shopping & Old Town. As added plus it has a nice spa/sauna on the 8th floor. Hotel is located very close to Viru gates for old Town exploring. It is an easy walkable distance from the ferry port too. Facilities are very good, gym and pool on the roof offer views of old Town. Food is excellent too.

The location of the hotel was perfekti because it was so near the old town and shopping centres. A modern hotel in a very good place. The public spaces were not clean enough. I also hD an issue of finishing the toilet paper with no replacement. Also the soap liquid finished and I have no choice foe washing myself by the conditioner.......

We had 2 day meeting in Tallinn and chose Nordic Hotel Forum for that because of the central location, meeting facilities and good standard rooms. Everything was arranged very well, starting from the booking till the end of the stay. Nordic Hotel Forum is highly recommended for this kind of venue.

This hotel is great. Every aspect of our stay was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, the vibe of the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and again and again. So close to everything. Shopping, old town(3 minute walk), the Hop on Hop off bus is a two minute walk. There is grocery store 1 minute away.

The price on the site was 139euro for the first night and 174euros for the second night without any explanation. The same price was charged to my colleagues who booked an executive room 2-3 days previously while I booked a standard room with less ameneties (coffee capsules and bathtub only for executive rooms). When I asked at the reception about all of these the staff was quite arrogant and unfriendly not willing to explain or be helpful. There is no choise of pillows, they are quite flat and the only choise I had to rest my neck was to stack them which was quite uncomfortable.

Nice and Fresh Hotel close to Old Town, Rotermani Area and the Telliskivi Art Center. Clean Sauna/Pool area and good breakfast. Unfortunately according to the reception our Superior Dubble room with City view did not qualify for late check out, so we had to leave early to the airport

We were on a short holiday with family. Our daughter with her family and us the grandparents. Everything went perfect and the staff was really kind and helpful.

Hotel was very fine and the whole athmosphere was valuable. Rooma were clean and beds are luxury. Hotel is right In the Center and all Shopping centres near.

The best location, you'll walk to old town in 2 minutes. Hotel itself has everything needed for the stay. Beds are comfy with several pillows, big room with complimentary water bottles and juices. Breakfast is very good too. If you are a very light sleeper, ask the room from the courtyard side of the hotel.

Excellent location with many good coffee spots and restaurants nearby in the very cool Rotermann area. Then across road is Old City Staff delightful and room has everything I needed

A very conveniently located hotel between the old town and new parts of Tallinn. Comfortable and well appointed rooms - tea/coffee making facilities and face cloths with towels. Good restaurants in nearby redeveloped area and an enjoyable breakfast buffet.

Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Our room was a good size, enough room for our family. Bath area was lovely and water was warm. Location is very good.

Stylish, sleek and clean room with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. A big plus for us was the Chrome Cast in the room, so we could watch a movie of our own choosing after a long day. Overall, loved it!

The hotel was great. Modern spacious rooms, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast and great location. Old Town is only a few minutes walk away. The spa is an absolute bonus Can't fault this hotel and loved our stay. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was really a nice surprise with cosy feeling and stylish decor. Room was good size and quite tastefully decorated. In room beds were good offering two different kind of pillows. Magnifying mirror in bathroom (always big +) and full-length mirror on entry, slippers etc. Vey clean. Breakfast was versatile enough and roomy. Also electronic key (in phone) was functional! Location was excellent in the middle of everything. If you are a very light sleeper, ask room on the inner court side of the building.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is very clean. Our room was on the 7th floor. It was very spacious and clean. The shower was great too. The location is fantastic. It is literally a minute walk to the start of the Old Town.

The room and hotel decor was excellent. Though situated right in the centre of Tallinn, traffic noise was imperceptible. The room was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was first class - a huge variety to choose from. The parking garage beneath the hotel was a little tricky to find but very convenient. At a price of 25 euros for 24h it wasn't cheap but all parking in Tallinn is expensive.

The breakfast was excellent, also the standard room for two was spacious and well equipped.We got the room already ahead of time, we had to change clothes, departure for the wedding party from the hotel by bus was at. 1.30 p.m. That was very fine!

Very modern hotel, with very well appointed rooms. The hotel is situated very near the city centre and old town. My room was excellent. Very clean and modern, with complimentary fruit juice and bottled water in the fridge, there was even an iron and ironing board as well as tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast is a buffet style affair with a great range including fruit, cereals, meats, cheese, bacon, even a chef cooking eggs/omelettes to your preference. A nice bar & restaurant area with great staff. Very nice stay in a very nice hotel

My experience at the Nordic Hotel in Tallinn was fantastic. The hotel's central location is exceptional, with many sights, restaurants, and a shopping center just a short walk away. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable, with particularly cozy beds and pillows. The top-floor pool is amazing. While the reception and restaurant staff could be friendlier, I want to commend Mohammed for his exceptional kindness, helpfulness, and support. I would love to come back if I travel to Tallinn again.

Perfect. The rooms were fine. We lived on 8th floor. Nice that we could park our car in your garage below. The breakfast was splendid and the service smooth.

This hotel is in an ideal location- next to the old town, new town and harbour, the room was lovely, clean, comfortable with huge windows which provided a great view. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. We loved using the pool and sauna at night to chill following a busy day of walking. Would highly recommend staying here. Can't fault it.

The hotel is centrally located close to several malls and restaurants and within walking distance to the old town. The room was large and spacious, very clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but it was very busy (Saturday/Sunday) The staff did everything they could, but a few extra hands to clear tables would help.

Very nice hotel. Great location, super breakfast. The bed was a bit hard and the room a bit noisy (the climate machine). No bodylotion etc. The gym and sauna was great.

Clean hotel ja breakfast was very good. Online check in/out is very clever and easy to use. Room was very hot even we put air condition cold as possible. Hotel parking is small minus becouse we was with van and it dosent fit in that parking.

In breakfast room - eyes rolled by Egg Station when I approached- I only said good morning! I would have been happy if she had explained she needed a break and for me to wait. I don't expect this from forward facing staff, no matter what mood they were in. Other front desk staff were great - but this trip was marred by this one experience.

Great - atmosphere and facilities. Staff helpful and place was very clean. We ate in the restaurant which was of good standard. Location is central for getting around and close to other bars / restaurants for choice. I would look to come again if we returned.

This modern hotel has stylish big rooms, and is walkable from the port area for ships to Helsinki or Stockholm. it is also just at the main gate to the Old Town, and beside the Rotermann district which is a redevelopment of old warehouses with some very good restaurants and cafes. It is an excellent choice for visiting and exploring Tallinn.

Excellent breakfast and amazing view from the hotel's pool upstairs. Contactless check in and check out worked very well. Good location near harbour, Viru shopping centre and a walking distance from Tallinna old city. Stuff could be more active and friendly even though there is option to self-service.

The room was very pretty and spacious, i liked it so much. The furniture was very elegant. The pool was so nicely decorated, and the staff were nice! The mocktails were refreshing, nice taste! I would love to go back there anytime soon. Thanks.

The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The gym and pool area were really nice and no extra charge to use the pool and sauna was great. The location is excellent - close to Old Town and the Rotermann Quarter. Very close to several good shopping centres. Trams and buses right at the door.

The hotel spa was excellent. Hope to have a shelf at the shower room where to put my spectacles while showering. The serving staff at the lobby bar was unexperienced and clearly not educated. As regular customers at Nordic hotel Forum we - once again - loved our stay.

Excellent central location to walk from the ferry and to & from old town. Easy transit options and close by grocery stores and shopping. New, modern and quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to a few friends!

The service was excellent, but in the room there was a smell in the bathroom, like mold or moisture. That's why only 4 stars. And +++ for the extra services, like roses, Cava and fruits! We have a short trip and that's why we don't test a spa, but may be next time!

Our first time in Tallinn, we booked the deluxe double room. The room is spacious and clean. Great facility, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi is really a nice addition. Good breakfast, love the option of oatmilk to go with your coffee. The only downside is they have a central heating/airco so you can't really control the temperature in your room (you can only opt for +/- 3 of current temperature, and it's still a bit too warm for our liking) and you can't really open the window for fresh air.

If you go with family, make sure not to take sofa bed. Its very squeaky. Rest of everything was perfect. Location, gym, spa and breakfast was very good. We had good time but i had some back pain sleeping on the sofa bed as I wanted my kids to sleep comfortably on the proper bed.

All was great. We had a free room upgrade. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room is clean and suit. The location of the hotel is very beneficial. The view from eighth floor to the town is excellent! SPA on the top floor where you can watch the sunset.

The extra sofa bed was extremely squeaky. Could not get good sleep. If you are going with family, make sure they don't give you squeaky sofa bed. Hotel pool and rest area was good. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety. Staff was friendly.

I stayed in this hotel during my recent trip to Tallinn and it was really good. The hotel and the room was clean and it was very modern most things in the room was touch controlled. The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The gym, sauna and pool was clean and really good and useful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to travellers to Tallinn ! The room was good one, it was clean. I liked breakfast. The location was very good. The room was in sixth floor,. The wiev was next to main road. I didn`t like the traffic noise. The bed was good. Breakfast was versatile.

A very good experience! Beautiful spacious room with a large window, very comfy bed and pillows (which were in two sizes - very good since I prefer smaller pillows), everything one might need (from shoeshine to ironing table) was there. Rich breakfast buffet. Absolutely nothing bad to say.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff, located within a 5 minute walk of the old town, which is a lovely historic place to visit. We also took the ferry to Helsinki, which was a 15 minute walk away. Room was comfortable and warm with good a shower and all the facilities you need. Each day.we helped ourselves to the great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we made ourselves so busy, we didn't have time to use the leisure facilities.

Me and my wife were amazed of the quality , facilities and services that were available. The room was one of the best we have ever been , breakfast too. Clean like we were the first visitors. I recently stayed at the Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn, and it was a delightful experience. The room was spacious, the service impeccable, and the breakfast spread rich. But the real highlight? The rooftop spa with stunning views of Tallinn's Old Town. Don't miss it!

For a couple of days stay this hotel is a good choice. Very centrally located with walking distance to the old town. Good buffet breakfast. Rather expensive parking with in advance reservation 40€/night ( parking 25€, reservation 15 €). I asked in advance by e-mail for a place with the possibility to charge my electric car, as this was one my reasons to choose this hotel. There are only two places for charging and unfortunately they were occupied, so I had to charge my car elsewhere, which altered my plans a bit for the second day.

The room was big enough. I truly liked the comfortable and big bed and nice pillows. Leisure centers great pool with nice view to the city and good sauna and ofcourse and the best breakfast for hungry swimmers.

Great service during our stay. The bar area was welcoming, staff were very attentive. Rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable beds. Location was great for exploring all areas of Tallin. Would certainly book again if every in Tallin again.

So smooth from entering to leaving. Very friendly service, perfect location, superb breakfast and the spa section was a big bonus, although a bit small when more people..We anyway know where to return!

Excellent location just a few minutes walk into old town and with bus and tram stops directly outside. The ferry port was around a 15min walk. Check in and check out was simple and effortless. Room was excellent with everything we needed for a 3 day stay. There were multiple elevators so you never had to wait more than a few seconds to go up or down. Plug sockets side of the bed which is always good. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets which was the only negative. Breakfast was overpriced at €22 each per morning so we obviously gave that a miss as there are numerous other places near-by to grab a breakfast at a fraction of that price. Overall fantastic hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Short trip with family. Excellent location, rooms and breakfast. Nice little pool and sauna on the top floor, no alcohol allowed to the spa area. Also a small gym. Beds for aduls were good, but the extra bed (pull-out-couch) for Kids was awful, you could feel The springs through the matress.

walking distance to explore city center, lot´s of shop, restaurants close by. Room was very big and nicely renovated. I would come here another time too. Unfortunately my trip was too short to check hotel service, pool and sauna, so cannot say anything of them. Next time will surely check.

This was our second time at Nordic Hotel Forum. Our room was clean and tidy and well equipped, bed was comfy and loved the remote check-in/check-out/room key. Breakfast was good, variety of foods to choose from, I personally like hot breakfast and that was available. We also had dinner in Soho, and it was lovely as well. This time we didn't have the time to use the spa, but I remember it was nice, last time I think I thought the swimming pool water was a bit on the cold side. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the street, that caused some noise from the traffic and especially trams, it didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, it can bother. I think this hotel has a very good quality/price-ratio.
