Hotel staff was friendly, hotel was clean and close to EVERY restaurant or store you could think of. Great location, breakfast was provided which is a staple for my husband, parking was free and the room had a microwave and refrigerator which is a requirement for me.

The Rooms are great very clean the hotel is very clean there Staff is Very Professional and friendly, we have been very Comfortable at this Hotel. We would not stay any where else.our breakfast was very tasty.This hotel is next to a lot of stores and Restaurants.

Arriving May 12, 2024 (about 4ish pm) I noticed a young man sitting by the Front Entrance so I parked outside of the Veranda. I acknowledged the young adult and proceeded in to check costs and availability. The young Lady provided all and I started to check the room. I noticed another car entering the Entrance area and I decided to move my vehicle. As I headed past the desk the young asked where I was going and I provided “to move Trk)….Surprisingly she said not to do that and the Marine/Roughneck living inside of me started to answer and I stopped me/him to provide instead “there is a Lady in the other car and they may need to move their car” mine complicating the drive thru. I didn't think much about this until 9:00 pm when my truck parked across the Parking Lots farthest (fm my rooms visibility) location that a blk f150/2016 entered the spot next to my Trk which could handle a Honda Accord but not a Trk. I blinked my lights to let whoever know as I hadn't seen anyone leave the Trk. Around 9:45 pm a young lady who accessed the Office was returning to the Trk. By 10:30 I blinked my lights again and the Trk finally drove off. Next morning it became evident that someone had been in the truck and attempted to siphon gas, a complicated job to perform on a Silverado or any later model truck. Since my gauge showed no loss I was relieved until I realized the Gas Door had been leaned on and was now broken. Summary this Best Western Parking Lot is being preyed upon by some group. The communication between the individuals and the Desk Clerk/Employee (possibly) seem questionable. Considering the initial check in activity provided. The next day I moved to the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Rosenberg TX, right down the Street fm this Best Western and found the Answer to all my traveling Americans dreams. The Hotel has 5 Stories surrounded by a meticulously maintained Property. The Check In Floor is open and beautifully decorated. I met all the Staff while spending 3 Days there and each Lady was friendly, attentive and ready to provide all necessary requests of we Travelors! I will access the Springhill Suites Marriot website to complete this 5 Star Review of one of the finest Hotels I have visited! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a very long time. From the staff to the building everything was perfect. One of the BEST breakfast I have had in a hotel in years. This Best Western did not skimp on anything. TOP NOTCH.

Our initial room didn't have AC so we were moved down the hall. In our new room the sheets were stained and smelly so we requested new ones and put them on ourselves. We never received clean towels during our 4 night stay. Our key cards stopped working at least once a day and I constantly had to go get new ones at the front desk. The elevator needs some maintenance. It makes horrible noises and shakes during operation. Breakfast was unappetizing. For $150.00 a night I would look for somewhere else to stay…

We had a family get together. The staff could not have done more to accommodate us. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king room which was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options. The pool was clean and a good size. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was very clean and our Check In attendant was very kind and made the process easy. Everything was to be as suspected. Had a very restful night of sleep after fishing in the bay of Galveston all morning. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

We stayed her with a large party of people. As we arrived some of the booked rooms (accessible) were not available due to renovation. The renovation had been going on for some time yet the failed to notice us of the availability ahead of time. So we were forced to get our folks up to the 3rd floor and accept a major safety risk. Also the fitness was closed the entire period and there were no pool services. When I requested a fair compensation they told me they would file a claim towards insurance. I did not hear back from them, also not after reminder. Then filed an official complaint at BW. Again no response. Just horrible management

Good value for the quality of hotel. excellent breakfast selection and continually restocked/ refilled. staff was friendly and made sure had what we needed. Convenient location and easy to get to with ample free parking.

Weed smell in the hallways. Filthy hotel. Extremely run down bathrooms. Complete waste of money. Do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Too far from the airport. No proper room cleaning done despite we asked housekeeping staff several times.

It was clean and quiet smelt good in the wood was happy with the shower and the beds will come here again when I get a chance. They have a good size TV and clean floors nice fridge. Recommend people to come and stay.

Great care is being taken to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Although the 1st floor was being remodeled, it had no effect on our stay. Although its in a very accessible location, its far enough away from the main highway so traffic noise is never an issue. Located right behind the main shopping district, its accessiblew to just about anything you need.

It's been a few years since i stayed at this location, but this was definitely the worst experience. The AC was so loud it kept waking me up when it would come on at night. The towels were all stained, and had long hairs in all of them. Neither of the two side doors worked with my room card. For breakfast, there was no skim milk, the fruit selection was pretty much just apples (no bananas? wtf). It was just a lackluster selection, in general. Definitely will be considering another hotel for future visits to Sugar Land.

The room I stayed in was horrible! As soon as I walked into my room my daughter and I both said "ewww it stinks in here". It smelled like mildew and musty and like they tried to cover the smell with bleach. Then we went to the ac unit and turned it down as far as it would go because it was humid. We went ahead and unpacked some things and then we left to do a few things. My mom and my other daughter were right next door and their room did not smell like ours. So on our way out, I told the front desk about the smell and he said he could move me but it would be down the hall and I wanted to be next to my mom and other daughter since my daughters were going back and forth, so I didn't and I said I would just go purchase a plug in for the room and hope that it would help. When we returned to the hotel a couple hours later the room had not cooled at all. I went to the unit and it was cool if you stood right in front of it but it wasn't circulating to the rest of the room which was causing the room to be humid and muggy. Meanwhile I checked my mom's room and her room so cold and fresh. I plugged in the plug in that I borrowed from my brother who lives in Sugarland and that helped a little for the smell. I finally had to go down to the front desk and ask if they had a fan I could borrow because it was just too muggy in the room. Thankfully, he gave me a small fan that helped a little. Later that evening after I put water in the fridge I found out that the fridge wasn't cooling, so the water wasn't cold. When we finally came home I ended up having to wash all the clothes even the ones we didn't wear because they smelled like the hotel room...musty and mildewy! Then breakfast is only until 9:00am....they can at least have it until 10:30-11:00am. Most hotels I've stayed at have it later than 9:00am. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time!

This hotel was clean, plenty of parking, safety was not an issue, and staff was very courteous. I will be returning to this hotel when I travel to Sugarland. Although this is not a complaint; the beds could use a thicker bedspread instead of a light weighed one. We can all control the temperature in our own rooms but sometimes you just want a heavier blanket. Or bring an extra one from home. Highly recommended hotel.

Had a nice experience, only downfall is the towels were stained and there was no hot tub which the website said there was one we would not if stayed knowing it was no longer there. Breakfast was good nice choices.

The mattress top was lumpy as were the pillows. The provided blanket was really rough, not soft. No comforter was provided. The room decor was nice and the room appeared clean. The refrigerator was oversized and that was great! There was also a microwave. There was not sufficient staff. Checking out took 15 minutes as there was no one at the desk.

This location was so clean, stylish, relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay and will book again. Breakfast was delicious. Check in was fast and the employees in guest services were friendly. I am truly impressed.

Due to deep freeze in Texas in early February 2021we had to move out our home. First thought was to stay at this local Best Western. Our stay totaled 46 days (through 2 separate stays). It really became our second home over this period. Location was ideal for many trips to the house. Service was just fantastic, which is typical at these hotels. Finally, the location is very close to all types of restaurants. Recommend this hotel to all traveling in the Sugar Land area.

The hotel staff was friendly. Full hot breakfast available, which was really good. My room was extremely clean, and had no strange smells or odors. Bed was perfect. Swimming pool looked inviting. Only complaint was that the elevator should have been cleaner, because I was there for 2 days, and the inside door was never cleaned in that time, and the floor was dirty.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! This is the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was larger than most hotel rooms I've stayed in. The free breakfast was good too. Great place to stay while visiting Sugarland.

It was clean and had friendly staff. Location was around shopping center with lots of food option. From fast food to Resturant food. Also banks and hospitals were within 5 min. range. Hwy access was easy on and off just nearby.

We were there for a doctor's appointment and have been there previously. Ms Toya was extremely friendly and remembered us. The hotel is off the interstate and basically in a subdivision. Quiet with no traffic sounds

Best Western is my “go to” when in Sugarland Houston Tx. Complimentary Breakfast each morning at 7:00 - 9:00 AM. Front desk and supporting staff are helpful, respectful, and gracious. What I like most about BW Sugarland... it's easy check-in, and easy check-out.

Rooms were very large. Bathroom was nice and big. Heres where it gets bad....hair, not ours, all over the Bathroom floor, bed was not great, we kinda fell to the middle, and man the pillows are aweful. Breakfast was OK and the staff pleasant. Sorry I couldn't be nicer.

This hotel was really nice, clean and in a great location (close to stores and restaurants.) The room was spacious. The bathroom was nice. This is maybe a half an hour from inside the city of Houston (not too far).

Very nice Best Western hotel in Sugar Land. Close to everything. Very good breakfast especially during Covid when many hotels want to hand you a packaged muffin. Tub in bathroom could have been cleaner but overall room was acceptable. Bring your own pillow!! The pillows, in my opinion, were uncomfortable and lumpy.

We had a wonderful stay at BW Sugarland. It's newly renovated and super clean. I picked this particular one for my cousin's wedding for a night stay, this was close by Safari Texas Ranch where the wedding was held. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Easy and fast checkout too!

Front desk staff was very friendly, housekeeping ladies were extremely nice, breakfast was delicious and they offered a large variety of food. It was extremely helpful to have a set of laundry machines within the same floor for our extended stay.

I stayed here for four nights while my son was in the First Colony Surgical Hospital. The staff was very friendly and I felt very safe coming and going from the hotel. My card key would not work and the young lady working the front desk saw it on the camera and brought me a new one before I could reach the elevator.

I traveled from Phoenix to Houston and stayed in this Best Western in Sugarland. Of the 3 hotels I stayed at, this was by far the best one. I had my best night's sleep during the trip here. Free internet and comfy beds :)

I was greeted by the front desk lady as if she knew me , she then made me aware of my gold member status and even offered 2 optional rewards. Most places will only reward you if you ask for a reward, to me , the personal customer service it's always the best or worst part of a stay regardless of the hotel and BW has always been great to me , the guestrooms always clean and in optimal conditions, overall a great experience every time, any location.

We have stayed at this Best Western several visits....we have never been disappointed. This stay, the hotel looked especially nice. The renovations look complete. The paint is fresh, the carpets new and clean ..everything looked very nice....really a super pretty look. The bed was comfortable enough, coffee pot and fridge in room. We didn't eat breakfast....so not sure about the food We did not use the pool (outside) but it looked pretty and clean. We paid 76.00 per night plus taxes and I thought it was an absolute bargain at that price! It does seem like the price varies according to season and demand. Convenient location to highway, HEB grocery and a few restaurants and fast food.

We have stayed here several times and always come back when we need a place in the area to spend the night. It is a great location when attending events at the Smart Financial Center. Cheerful staff members are always helpful. Freshly prepared breakfast is always convenient and tasty.

This was the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the facility is clean and neat. I have an upcoming stay at this hotel later this month due to business. Had breakfast once. The desk assistants are always very helpful and pleasant

We stayed at this property in January 2019 and there were painter's cloths, ladders, plastic protection sheets and the strong smell of paint all over. The breakfast area was under construction with a small area available to eat. All in all, it was kind of in bits and pieces but the staff was very apologetic and very gracious to us. We were fine with the visit. When we returned last week, WOW!! I know my mouth was hanging open when we came through the front door. The remodel was beautiful. The staff was still great and one of the ladies at the desk did remember us and we enjoyed the success of the remodel together. This property is our definite stay whenever we go to Houston to visit friends. Great job!

If you frequently stay with Best Western you'll understand the differences between a Best Western property and their next grade, Best Western Plus. Although this hotel is just a regular BW, it is quite frankly a definite step up to a Best Western Plus. Well appointed, professionally staffed, clean, well maintained, excellent. I stay exclusively at BW properties, so I know them well. This is a well considered keeper at a very competitive price.

Recently remodeled with attractive decor. Spacious lobby and breakfast area. Comfortable room. OK breakfast. Tip: If you need internet service, stay somewhere else. It never allowed access to pictures whether ours or on a web site. Tip: If you stay more than one night you have to ask the front desk for housekeeping to change your bed linens. Otherwise they make the bed but don't change the linens.

the location of this hotel is close to my daughter where I wanted to visit and also it is very close to where I want to go south. I was going to corpus Christi the following day. That made the location is hotel very good and accessible

This hotel is worth a quick trip in and out and the service was good. My only issue was my room had a damp odor. Other than that it was a good room. Recommend for quick trips. Convenient location and express service works. Loved the email touch bases.

This is a nicely renovated hotel which is tucked away from the highway, which made for easy in and out access to the roadway. It's also right behind a huge shopping center so you don't have to get on the highway to get to restaurants or a grocery store. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk, Toya, was very welcoming and helpful. There were a lot of options offered at breakfast, which is always a plus. I would stay here again.

Stayed one night and it was sufficient for short stay. Terrible cheap facial tissue and toilet tissue. Comfortable bed. Clean room with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Terrible breakfast buffet with weird pancake machine that rolls out flat flapjacks. No hot oatmeal only packets of instant. No bacon or sausage and only preformed scrambled egg patties. Yogurt out of a machine like soft serve ice cream. TV in room didn't get any local channels or any other recognized networks just a few junk channels. No toiletries/gift shop. Located close to mall with restaurants. Quiet location and quiet room. Water in shower didn't get hot just warm. Okay for short stay.

This is indeed a fantastic place to stay! The check-in was a breeze and the King bed room we got was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled great. This property does a really good job of punching above its weight. The bathroom was nice with a full sized shower tub, the usual TV, Microwave and Keurig coffee brew machines in the room was appreciated! The hotel location is excellent, it is right behind a shopping center. An H-E-B, Walgreens, Starbucks and some restaurants are at a walking distance, which proved to be extremely convenient. The lobby and breakfast area is super clean, and I found that they kept a jar of lemon infused water near the front desk almost through the day and night. I felt a pleasant aroma every time I walked through the lobby area. The breakfast area is spacious and the spread was elaborate. Apart from the usual continental breakfast stuff like muffins, bread and rolls, they had a pancake machine, biscuits, omelettes as well. Not to mention a good selection of juices, yogurt and coffee. The staff were very polite and I was able to extend my checkout time by 90 minutes. In a lot of hotels, they raise a lot of fuss if you inquire about checking out late, none of that was on display here. I felt the housekeeping did not match up. While they did a good job of cleaning the room, they didn't leave extra soaps and shampoos when it was clear that we had almost used up the existing ones. That is minor, but it is worth pointing out.

Great hotel for an overnight stay. This is a typical Best Western I'd say. It's clean, relatively quiet, has a decent breakfast, and location is great. The check-in was a little strange. There was one person at the front desk and he was on a very long call (work related), which made us just stand there and wait to check in. Then he got another call as soon as he started helping us. Had to wait quite a bit longer, so that was frustrating. Other than that, it was pretty good!

Stayed here for business. Very clean with excellent service. Plenty of choices for food in the area around the hotel without having to venture to far. Will definitely stay here again when in Sugar Land.

This was a one night stay where we arrived late and left early the next morning. This was an area of Texas that we were not familiar with. We were so pleased with the comfort and quiet of our room and the friendliness of the staff that we encountered.

We stayed here for one night after having day surgery in Houston. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed, large rooms. Great towels! Refrigerator, coffee maker, desk, extra chairs. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. They also serve a nice breakfast.

I absolutely love lodging in this hotel, rooms are always clean and everything is put together. The staff is very friendly and courteous with customers. They always greet you with a smile. Quite surroundings and very safe neighborhood.

Beautiful, very clean, & friendly staff. Hotel located in a good side of town, felt very safe in the area. Everything was perfect, dining area was spacious & very clean. Plenty of options for breakfast, DirecTV in the rooms was also a plus!

Staff is so nice! Hotel is very clean and they have coffee creamer out even if you come in late! Breakfast was amazing and did I mention the staff is so friendly- they are! I've stayed in many places lately and by far this was such an accommodating place-WOW! They are also thankful for the service of men and women who are public servants- top notch place!

We were disappointed with this stay. The towel hanging on a wall in the bathroom was clearly dirty when we got there, a few others were questionable. There was one wash cloth for three guests. Kind of made you wonder about the bedding. Food was also left in the freezer from a previous guest. After honestly but kindly responding to a satisfaction survey from Best Western notifying them of this and another lesser issue, I was sent an email from the GM of this location with a somewhat rude response that also seemed to disagree with my review. Hopefully they were just having a bad day as we all do but all in all I don't think I would stay here a 3rd time.

This was an exceptional Best Western. The property is tucked away and very quiet; no freeway noise.The staff is exceptional and the property is very clean. My room was very clean and the breakfast was better and more plentiful than most Best Westerns. I felt that the owner of this property has a lot of pride in their hotel and I enjoyed my stay very much.

This is a nice Best Western. It's located in a nice area and was withing a 20 minute drive to the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and even brought me a toothbrush at 11 o'clock at night because I forgot mine. I will stay here again.

We love this BW. My second Time there. Staff is lovely, rooms are well managed. Housekeeping staff are very efficient & helpful. Accomadating in the extreme when we asked to make a change. Toya, the night auditor, understands customer relations well. She was an asset.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The check-in process was very efficient and the lady who served us was very polite and helpful. We reserved a king room, which was very spacious. It had 2 bedside tables, arm chair with ottoman, desk with a business chair, chest of drawers with a flat screen TV on the top and a sanitized remote control. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee pot. The bathroom had a toilet, vanity with sink and a full size tub with a shower. The room was immaculate. The bed was warm and comfortable with nice pillows. The room was very quiet too. We didn't use any of the amenities. We did however enjoy 2 breakfasts. The breakfast area was very comfortable with plenty of tables. The food counters we exceptionally clean and there were plenty of food choices. The area was well stocked and the food was nicely presented. Some of the offerings included: fresh fruit, mixed fruit cups, hard boiled eggs, a yoghurt machine with fixings, cereal, oatmeal packets, waffles, English Muffins, bagels, toast, & sweet muffins and pastries. There was hot food too which included, crescent sausage rolls, omelette, egg patties, sausages, burritos, muffins & gravy. Of course there was a selection of juices, tea, milk, coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate packets. We enjoyed the nice breakfast to start our day. The lobby and public areas were exceptionally clean and the hotel had a nice aroma. All of the employees we encountered were friendly & polite. There was plenty of free parking, and the hotel was close to the hospital, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when in the area! Thank you so much.

I was sooo happy with my 4 day stay here. The facility is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and inviting. It has all the amenities you could ask for. The breakfast was by far one of the best I've ever had at a hotel, so large and well maintained. The breakfast staff was extremely impressive. Speaking of staff, they went above and beyond for me! Always so professional and polite, they were the epitome of what guest services in hospitality are all about. One young lady particularly, went so far above and beyond to track down a pencil AND sharpener, I couldn't believe it!! I didn't catch her name but she deserves some recognition, for in all my business traveling, she is the reason I'll seek our Best Westerns in the future, hoping they all have the same standards. I will definitely return.

Stayed here for quite sometime. Great staff. Facility is kept up well. They have a cappuccino machine available all the time. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a short or long term stay. Walking distance to H-E-B , Chipotle and Chick-Fila.

This is an excellent hotel with a convenient location for the southwest Houston area. Look forward to clean, well furnished rooms, a generally quiet location with needed amenities nearby and a friendly, professional staff.

I booked a king suite for two people. The room was ready at 3 p.m. check-in time and we had our key in our hands in 5 minutes! We booked it for a concert, it is close to the Smart Financial Center. We got their in 10 minutes! We left early to concert after reading traffic gets congested quick. The bed is amazing, high quality for sure. The room was very clean, smelled new, had a Keurig machine and 4 pods. You have control of the AC and it was nice and cold. Water was hot, the desk/recliner area is a good size at end of room. We drove to New Orleans and stayed at this hotel AGAIN on the drive back. We used the pool as well, nice patio area. We will stay here again for leisure!

Great hotel, from the moment of arrival to departure. The staff is very friendly. Hotel was very clean and kept up. My room was nice and clean. Breakfast was one of the best I had for a 3star hotel! I will be back!

This hotel provided superior service throughout the stay. The cleaning staff was so friendly and accommodated my early check-in, the breakfast and gentleman working the breakfast area were phenomenal, the front desk staff smiled and thanked me, and the hotel looked great. I've never had a hotel truly take the extra steps of smiling and thanking me, or accommodating my needs and seem happy to do so. I will be staying in Sugar land, TX at least a dozen or so times over the next few months, and wasn't sure which hotel to choose, but I am so glad I chose this location and will be staying here every time.

Really nice hotel and the staff was nice and friendly. We stayed in a King Suite which was spacious and nice. My complaint is what's the purpose of offering a suite with the kitchenette if you don't provide the necessary items like a pot, pan, cups, plate, silverware, dish soap. Most people traveling will not travel with these items.

This hotel is always clean. The rooms are clean. Their is dining nearby plus it's near medical facilities and Toll 99. I've stayed here numerous times and will be back too.I have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is located in a good neighborhood just behind the Sugar Land HEB (Tx grocery chain). It was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. Oh- and free coffee 24/7!

I have stayed here several times over the period of time and they keep renovating all the time. The place is well maintained and breakfast is good too. Pool has color lights which keeps changing. Will definitely stay here in future.

The beds were clean and comfortable. We had a short stay but I got very good rest. I like how the lobby was decorated all for Christmas, it was a nice touch. The tap water tasted good which is a bonus to me. Didn't taste funny like other hotels I've been to.

Quality needs to be improved, the front desk should allow you one blanket if you asked for it, the hot water to the second and third floors is very poor, especially the 3rd floor. It's happened each time I've been there that the hot water on the third second floors is poor.

I like spam staying at the Best Western because it's just clean easy to get to Friendly people plenty of parking especially when you drive a big tractor trailer the rooms are comfortable and the sleep was just perfect

Very friendly staff. Very clean in all respects. Breakfast is extensive with a large selection. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Sugarland area. Very close to restaurants, grocery and shopping.

Enjoy your stay at this brand new Best Where everything is always too notch. Service, accommodations, breakfast. It's always spot on and this location is no exception. Crazy cut through the parking lot of the nearby shopping center but maybe that will be revised soon... Thanks!

Stayed here for two nights while attending my aunts funeral in Houston. Pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and especially my room. Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. In or around The Sugarland area I would recommend this Best Western.

We stay here every time we come to Houston. It is super clean and the staff are amazing. We've never had any issues and the free breakfast has such a variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel to those on a budget that don't want to sacrifice cleanliness and hospitality.

We stayed 4 nights . First the good. Everyone was friendly and helpful . Beds were great . Now the not so good. Wifi in rooms is awful . It comes and goes! Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits and French toast were always cold. Bacon always needed to be refilled . Coffee was weak.

very nice beds are extremely comfortable ! & breakfast was good they have more to CHOICES to chose from the small buffet area .they even have a waffle maker. *Clean quiet, coffee maker & mini refrigerator.

I truly enjoyed my stay! Despite all the chaos (in the area) caused by the heavy rains and floods, San Juanita (front desk) went above & beyond in making us feel welcomed and assuring regarding our accommodations. It was late at night when we got hungry. Not wanting to challenge the dangerous road conditions, I contacted the front desk for suggestions. San Juanita provided me with a list of places which would deliver, and even gave us discount coupons! She is amazing! Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the restful-sleep was priceless! I highly recommend this location, for so many reasons. Thanks, San Juanita!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast choices were delicious. The view out our window at the front of the building was of a beautiful park. Only problem with the stay was the access roads. Highway and frontage roads are one way, multiple lanes and in rush hour traffic it comes to an almost complete standstill. We tried to go out a back way and ended up back at congested frontage road or a toll road. Traffic not so bad during the day and later in the evening. Motel is within 5 minute walk to grocery store for refreshing drinks and some fresh air. Nice.

We stayed here due to an extended power outage at our home in nearby Richmond. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room & the beds were extremely comfortable! With a fridge & microwave in suite it was all we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place, clean and friendly. No issues, or any problems. Breakfast was ok. Could have more selection of protein. Good places close by to get anything you need also. The new concert, smart financial center is close by to.

The staff was very quick to supply anything we needed without hesitation. I was very impressed. It had no parking fee in a well lit parking lot in a relatively safe area. The neighborhood was mostly professional people with lots of restaurants and shopping areas a few minutes away.

The hotel seemed fairly new, but surprised at some of the items and how they are not holding up. The hot tub attached to the pool must have had some serious issues, as it is now filled in with sand and bull rock. The fountain component of the pool no longer works and several tiles are falling off underneath where the water would dispense out. Must not have been high quality work when it was done. There was mold in the shower area in the grout line at eye level. The towels are extremely small, especially the pool towels - not much larger than a hand towel. Carpet is coming up in places. This does not seem like a very frequented hotel for the wear and tear it has on it. Upon leaving there was a very rambunctious church group meeting in the "meeting room" near our room.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Sugarland Inn and I was presently surprised. My room was spacious and clean. When I first got into my room it was very hot and I had to call the front desk. The man working quickly came up and adjusted the temperature. Bed was very comfy!

Hotel was extremely clean, Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable! We felt at home in our room and I could have stayed more nights if the opportunity arose. This hotel is close to a shopping center with places to eat. Very convenient!

great place to stay. room smelled a little funny but I think it is due to the location of southern Texas. would stay again at this hotel. breakfast could have offered more. bed was comfortable and it was a place to stay in the area.

My wife an I were attending a concert at the Smart Financial Center about 5 minutes or so from the hotel. We live across town and didn't want to drive 40 minutes after the show to go home so we got a room at the Best Western and made a night of it. Plenty of places to eat nearby, super courteous and knowledgeable staff, clean rooms and a quiet night. We would definitely book again if attending an event at Smart Financial Center.

Found this place by accident. Turns out it's a hidden gem! Property is 9 years old, but clean and the management is hands on. This will be a go to place for staying overnight when attending concerts at Smart Financial Center. Short uber ride to venue and back.

Very good staff. Clean well kept grounds. Convienent if you know the area. Pillows were somewhat uncomfortable but there were 4 to choose from. The rooms and halls were very clean and the breakfast area was well maintained.

Overall, this was a nice quiet stay. Staff was helpful but not overbearing. Breakfast very acceptable. No problem except a noisy AC unit. Probably has come to end of it's useful life. This location is close to the Houston area but not right in town. The freeway has been under construction forever, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Nice people who keep their property in good condition.

Staff went above and beyond for stay to be great. Rooms and hotel amazingly clean and comfortable...everything about stay was great. Hotel was overbooked so I ended up getting upgraded which was nice.

We enjoyed this trip and staying at this facility was convenient to all the stops required. We were able to remain refreshed and rested, as well as near shopping for those last items needed to make such a reunion a success.

Nice place, very conveniently located, shopping, restaurants and grocery store very close! Also Chinese foo delivers there!!! staff is friendly, clean rooms, beds are comfortable, pool is nice and clean! Open common area and a breakfast buffet! Will always stay here when I'm sugarland!

Check in ,hotel room cleanliness, personnel were very helpful would stay here again. Located behind a shopping center plenty of fast food restaurants. Swimming pool was good had handicap access which was great.

I usually stay at this hotel when I'm at Houston something about it is comforting. Everyone around there is very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond when asking for items.

We had an exceptional stay here for a very reasonable price. The TV remote didnt work very well maybe low batteries but I did not bring it up so its my bad also. The only other thing was the pancakes seemed to be a littl tough but the flavor was good! Otherwise it waz nothing less then perfect!

Every time I come here it's always a great experience, I come like once a month and I've never had any complaints. The rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is good with a yummy selection. Guest services is always top notch!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Upon check-in, we were met by John. John was courteous and professional. The check in and out process was easy. the breakfast was delicious. the kids enjoyed the pool.

Definitely a great place to stay with a great staff and excellent accommodations with a very family type atmosphere. We felt very welcomed and cared for. The whole place inside and out was very well maintained and clean. It was certainly one of the best stays, we have ever experienced any where. I don't know of anything the staff could have done any better. We had stayed the night before in a Best Western in Denison, Texas and I would rate it far below average. I say this because I am being fair and honest with my opinion that not all Best Westerns are the same.

Great option! Clean and modern! Rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. My plans changed and staff worked with me so I wasn't charged extra night. Very guest oriented! Will be coming back during our next visit.

I have found that Best Western, for our trips are extremely clean, and rooms are odor free, bedding definitely fresh and clean, as is all other amenities available to us in our room. Great place to stay and very courteous staff.

Great place for families, business, easy access, friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, excellent breakfast bar, great swimming pool/hot tub, close to restaurants, shopping. Love this area! This is our midway point for meeting up with family.

Can't say enough about the friendly staff at this location. They are professional in appearance and service. SanJuana is super nice, as were the guys. Property is attractive and has a nice pool. Breakfast area is big and is attended to well.

Good price / performance level; off SW FWY I69 - low noise; mind the traffic around Grand Parkway! Shopping nearby. Excellent stay for businesses around Southwest / Sugar Land, Tx. Reasonable breakfast offer; Kind of happy hour around 5-7pm with some beverages, beer, wine, some snacks.

It's been a long time since I have stayed at a Best Western, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Staff was friendly, hotel and our room were very clean, quiet. Breakfast was nice.(Did not get a chance to use the pool this time around.) Would stay here again :)

This hotel exhibits many of the characteristics that I look for in a hotel. It was quiet, clean, smelled good, and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and well dressed. We had ample parking, plenty of towels, and adequate bedding. The room, although not spacious, was well appointed and everything worked. The only disappointment was that the grandkids expected a hot tub, but it had been filled in with rocks. This tells me that the owners are overly cost conscious and that the property will probably begin to decline at some point in the future. But, for now I would recommend this hotel.

Best Western Sugarland We arrived to spend one night here. The hotel has a nice big lobby and large breakfast area . Wine and beer was being offered on our arrival. Newspapers are free in the Lobby. The room was fresh smelling,clean and cool. There were the standard fridge & microwave and a good working ice maker in the hallway.. The Internet was working well. There are lots of plugs and outlets in the room. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. There was a Kuerig k cup machine in the room. The pool looked clean and refreshing but unfortunately we didn't have time to swim. There is a smal fitness room with the standard equipment. Breakfast had more variety than usual BW fare. Southwest omelet, cheese omelet , sausage egg cheese biscuits, fresh fruit,biscuits and gravy, pancakes, juice etc. The staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Overall this is a clean, well staffed hotel and a great place to stay! LSJ

We've had some spotty experiences with the other hotels in the area so we decided to give Best Western a try and it was a great decision! Joaquin was very friendly at check in and offered us a cold bottle of water because of all the heat that day . But everyone we met during out 2 day stay were very friendly and smiling when they saw us, from the front desk staff to housekeepers to breakfast attendants to the maintenance guy. The hotel itself was really clean, so I was surprised when I asked how old the hotel was and they told me it was 9 yrs old . It is very well kept, could easily have been mistaken for a 2 yr old hotel. The room itself was really clean, and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. The rooms come with a mini-fridge and a microwave, and a nice keurig coffee machine. they have an outdoor pool that looks pretty with blue led lights at night. I didn't get to use the gym or business center and it looked nice as well. One thing I did really enjoy was the free happy hour they set up in the evenings, they put out some wine and beer and snacks, which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, they had a bunch of stuff like egg omelette, kolaches, bacon, biscuits gravy, breakfast sandwich, fruit and pastries, and they had this cool pancake machine that I've never seen before that makes you a nice warm pancake in less than a minute. At check out it was nice and smooth, and overall it was a wonderful stay! This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we're back in Sugarland

I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. The rooms are very clean and updated, open breakfast area and the service was excellent. This place has a great location to easily get anywhere in the Houston Metro area with plenty of stores close by and easy highway access without dealing with the noise of the highway. What a beautiful hotel! Friendly and courteous staff, quick check in. Quite rooms! convenient to the local entertainment. Clean pool and pretty landscaping. Great breakfast selections. Everything fresh!

We were dreading Houston in July, but this Best Western Hotel really took the edge off. We had a late check in (11:00pm) and the night clerk was just as friendly as she could be. The hotel itself is immaculate. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the free breakfast was very good. All in all an excellent experience. There are hotels closer to where our event was, but this one offered the best value and was well worth the additional drive time.

Very clean and well maintained. Nice & big rooms. great location close to highway. Krug coffee maker with variety of coffee selection ( four variety) was great. I have never seen it at any of the hotels I have stayed in last two years. Very helpful staff.

Comfortable bed, Polite guest services, Average breakfast, quiet, no road noise where this hotel is located. All HD television on all cable channels. Broad selection of channels. I will stay here again.

I'm not sure what kind of hotels these other reviewers have stayed in before to produce such high opinions of this place. I have had a very different experience. I'll admit that the staff, minus the girl I talked to my last night, was friendly and tried to make things better for me. When I first arrived, I was given a room that had several dead cockroaches on the carpet. I asked to switch. Next room reeked like mold and mildew so bad. I tried to tough it out, but I just couldn't. And why should I have to when I am paying so much for this quality stay that they are claiming they provide? They tried to put me in another room, but as soon as I walked in I saw the bed was all pulled apart like someone was just in there. UGH. The room I ended up in had a stench, but not bad enough that I asked to move again, and the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. THEN I get back from dinner at 9 pm and go to take a shower......there is no water at all. I call the desk, and a sassy girl rudely tells me she has tried to call me two times to tell me there is a leak and water is shut down for the whole hotel, and it will take 4 hours to fix. Umm....I had just stopped at the desk on my way in from dinner to ask a question and she didn't mention it to me....No message on my room phone...but excuse me for being out and you missed me. I should have let you know I was out. My bad. So when the water did come back on, it was yellow. I let it run and run, and it still had a dirty tinge to it. The gist: This place is really lame. And I really hate that I had to stay here.

Stayed on the first floor, nice room with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave oven and refrigerator. Bathroom was large with great lighting and a blow dryer plus plenty of plugs for your other devices. Free wifi which was a plus!!! Nice staff always answered my questions with a smile!! Free breakfast which was OK!! Pool was clean with lots of chairs!! Will stay here again!! Close to the hospital and shopping..

This hotel was clean and comfortable. I was surprised to see a washer and dryer in the vending machine area rather than a laundry room, but thought it was very convenient there. I just wish hotels would assign children and heavy people on the bottom floor so I don't have to listen to their footsteps overhead all night.

Upon my arrival we were greeted by well spirited Front Desk Agent, Hema. She was very very helpful and explained the amenities also she printed out the directions to the First Colony mall very kind of her. All the stuff was amazing had a great time definitely we will come again. HEB just 5 mins away from Best Western which was very convenient and also lots of very good restaurants in the complex.

The hotel advertises a full kitchen. There is a refrigerator, microwave and cooktop. There were no utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, pots or pans. Most people that are travelling do not bring their own kitchen and dining supplies with them. The front desk clerks response was to point out plastic forks, knives and spoons in the breakfast area. He was also kind enough to point out paper plates. What a disappointmemt in an otherwise nice setting.

My husband had surgery at Memorial Hermann Hospital. We booked a room here and alternated as caregivers between the hospital and the hotel. It was a perfect system! The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed! The black out curtains were great to sleep during the day as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed!!

Great hotel, great value. Highly recommended. Quiet, very clean. Even has a KEURIG coffee maker in the room. In a great location for local eateries, Starbucks. All within walking distance. I will be back.

Recently our group of athletes, coaches and families, stayed the weekend at Best Western, Sugarland Inn. Our group reservation was handled with ease by Joaquin. He was courteous and efficient, and went out of his way to accommodate us through some last minute changes. The hotel itself was spacious, clean and updated with everything we needed. The breakfast was well-stocked, hot and delicious. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others.

Stayed Friday and Saturday evening, April 22 & 23rd. Needed something close to my daughter's house in Richmond and am SO PLEASED this hotel was it! Joaquin at the front desk was truly welcoming. The couple that prepare the complimentary breakfast were attentive, friendly, and kept the area stocked and SO CLEAN! Only reason I didn't give it Five Circles was it's a little dated, but definitely recommend!

I was pleased with the hotel. I was in town for an event with 4 10 year olds. We had two rooms. Every single one of the staff members was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay. I was surprised at how close it sits to a Residential area which was very quiet. It is also convenient to a grocery store and other shopping. Easy access to the freeway too.

Just passing through for the night & I wish I could have stayed longer! That's very surprising for me to say for a hotel especially one that I chose just because I was passing through the town & happened to come across it. Very spacious room for one. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. While it is away from the things I know, it was a great find and I am happy I stayed here. Hotel staff was great and answered my questions. Right behind the HEB shopping center and next to a big open field. Quiet as can be! The only thing I needed to remember to do was make sure the room door closed all the way. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

I have been staying at this hotel for 6 month do to work. This is like home away from home. Everyone is wonderful. Joaquin has gone out of his way to help me on numerous occasions! It's very clean and quiet. Most of the time I even have the pool to myself.

Our stay at this hotel is always good. The whole property is very clean and the staff are very caring and friendly. The atmosphere is low pressure so that you can relax at the end of the day. The happy hour is especially appreciated. We have met some nice people that were also staying at the hotel.

The facility is extremely top notch, with caring staff on every shift. The room was very clean and the internet was extremely fast. The only drawback is that the rooms are so comfortable, you do not want to leave. Highly recommended for you next stay. you won't regret it.

This hotel is the only pace that we will stay at while in town. The staff is excellent, the rooms and property are clean and well kept. Can't say enough about this hotel. The beds are so comfortable we bought one like them for home!

Room was very clean with comfortable bed and pillows, good HD Samsung TV. Very nice bathroom with lots of counter space, good water pressure, good quality towels, blow dryer. My basic King room was nice and large with sitting area, desk, kitchenette, Keurig coffee maker. Very nice overall. Good quality for the money. Nice, helpful staff. The breakfast is free and includes the typical pre-frozen and re-heated type eggs, sausage, biscuits, bread items, cereal, milk, juice etc. The coffee maker in the breakfast area was an individual one-cup type maker, and you can customize the strength. Very nice!

I would recommend this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. I only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable and the view was nice. I didn't know what to expect but I was impressed by the overall appearance and upkeep.

Very convenient, Very Clean, Very Comfortable, accomadations. I feel that this hotel is a good value and works out well for my business trips. I am able to take care of my business meetings and rest comfortably. It is close to my TX office and there are many resturant options close by and other conveniences to meet my needs.

Good hotel for area, business I was visiting was close proximity. Many dining options in area & shopping/dining across the street. Room was good size, bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical BW breakfast. Very good value for price paid, would definitely return.

We arrived fairly late and hoped they had a vacancy. Have not been overly excited about Best Western lately we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the room spotless it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Great breakfast was included as well as wi-fi in the room.

Great staff - seriously nice and helpful folks. My only regret is that there was lots of noise at night - solid doors seem to be too heavy and they SLAM all night long. I failed to mention this to the hotel until check-out, not sure how much they could have done but I should have given them the chance to clear up the situation. I could also hear the running up/down the hallway. I was on the first floor so I think other floor wouldn't be so noisy.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, and a clean room (I am very over the top about a clean room, as I used to clean motels.) I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it. Staff was friendly and the hotel was full yet quiet during our visit.

The hotel was clean. It did have a slight musty smell to it, possibly from the carpets being cleaned and still wet. Our bed was very comfortable. The pillows were soft and plush as well. Bathroom clean. There was a fridge and small keurig. My husband especially liked the free happy hour! They had a small selection of red or white wine and a couple different brand canned beers. The tv channel selection was good too. They had direct tv. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again if I came into town. There was a free breakfast, I didn't eat any of it. My husband did and said it was nothing to speak of.

Location of hotel is convenient to major highways and businesses and restaurants, but hotel itself is quiet with no disturbing noises. Lobby area and room was clean and inviting. Decor is pleasant to the eyes. I couldn't believe that it has been open for 9 years. Excellent condition.

This is a very well run inn. It is clean and well taken care of. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we returned from an outing, probably due to the air intake being near the front entrance where people smoke. The clerk quickly set us up in a new room across the hall with no problem. He was apologetic and handled the situation well. Overall an A+ for service. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

If you are in Sugar Land TX and looking for a great hotel where you get what you pay for plus more, the Best Western is a no brainer. Located within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants. Excellent friendly, and attentive staff. Beautiful spacious very clean rooms. A definite home away from home extravaganza for the travel savvy!

We were greeted cordially upon arrival, rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast is delicious, kids had a good time in the pool , the pool is small but clean. We needed an extra room and received a reasonable rate. We will return to this hotel on our next visit to Sugar Land, Texas
