Best Western Plus Park City Hammarby Sjostad

The room was very poorly furnished, with no dresser, no side table for the sitting chair, and no nightstands. The lack of a dresser is an absolute dealbreaker. Expecting guests to live out of their suitcases is absolutely ridiculous. An inexpensive Ikea dresser would have totally changed the experience, and there was plenty of room for it. Nightstands and a side table would have been a nice addition, but not a deal breaker. The room was very dimly lit, which might be romantic but very impractical. What made the whole room, and the stay in general, very uncomfortable was that the AC was constantly blowing. Setting the thermostat to 24°C (the highest it would go) had no apparent impact. Needing to wear more clothes indoors than out is not good. To make matters worse, the AC turned off at 9 pm, making the night hot. I would have preferred it the other way around if I had to choose. I was there for three nights and never could try their restaurant for anything but breakfast. They are closed for dinner on Sunday, which was my arrival day. On Monday, they were closed for a special event, and on Tuesday, my last night there, I had other plans. On the plus side, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, just around the corner from the Sickla Kaj tram stop.

Friendly welcoming, warm atmosphere, nice room space, easy street parking, nice neighbourhood. The hotel is just a short walk to the tram station, with supermarket, restaurants and everything you need in just few steps. The shower is very good. Complete breakfast. I have only positive things to say.

Tall building with spacious rooms. Nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants in the area. We only stayed for one night. Beds were comfy and a room had a nice view. Breakfast room was a little small compared the size of the hotel and was too crowded, but the breakfast was great. Lots of specialities like smoothies, "herb shots", oat milk, serrano ham and gravlax. Nice stay overall.

Great hotel. Yes it is out of the city but super easy to get to. The gym closed years ago but you can get a 24/7 gym card to use for free. That gym is 20 metres away and it is well equipped. Breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs were very soggy. Never like that. Staff friendly. Room is a decent size with a desk to work from. Shower and goods are good. TV was also good. Actually forgot to sign out of my Netflix on it!!!

The staff at the desk were absolutely wonderful and helpful, we checked in on Friday 15th august so please thank the staff for us. The breakfast spread was 10/10.

Nice little hotel around 3 miles from centre of Stockholm. Really friendly staff. Nicely sized rooms and an excellent breakfast. Nice quiet area while still having plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of travel connections to get you to the centre with the tram being 5 mins walk away and river taxi around 10 mins. Recommended.

We had a very nice view on the last floor, the breakfast was good, comfy bed, nice bathroom. U get a robe and flats witch is nice and there is soap and everything u need. ⬇️no mini fridge. A big no no is that they make it seem like u get free parking but u have to pay 250 kr extra( per night )to not have to find parking on the street and pay that anyway.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The room was simple, but clean and had everything we needed. There were big windows which let lots of light in and seats by the window as well. Bed were comfy, the shower was of good pressure, and it had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There was space to put your suitcase, hang your clothes, and also coffee and tea making facilities. The only thing was that there were no direct USB wall chargers. You need an actual plug. It was nice and quiet and we had good nights' sleep. The lifts were fast and the hallways were clean and pleasant. The biggest highlight was the breakfast. It was included in our stay and we really enjoyed it. Swedish pancakes, jams, cream, scrambled eggs, nice toasty bread out of the oven, smoothies, all kinds of cheese and ham, along with smoked salmon. Gluten free and lactose free options as well. Coffee was very tasty, and there were cookies and cakes. The location was a bit further from the city centre but getting the transport was easy. You tap in at Sickla Kaj station, change at Gullmarsplan and off you go to the take the metro into the city and towards anywhere. There were good stores around like Lidl and Coop, as well as some local restaurants and pharmacy. The price was also fair for the overall stay.

Had constant problems as soon as we checked in.. wrong room ,cleanliness cold room ,problems in the restaurant in the evening ,not enough staff during breakfast having to wait for coffee ,paying wrong bill ,having to wait 45 minutes to correct it and being late for a concert.

Best Western Plus Park City Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm is a perfect hotel to explore the city. The only reason why it does not receive a maximum review is because it was a bit too far from city centre to our liking. City centre can easily be reached using public transport but we prefer to be in city centres. The hotel room was nice, quiet, clean and the breakfast buffet was well organised and offered a great variety and choice. Summarising: it was a great stay in a very nice hotel with good service, excellent rooms and a good breakfast at very affordable prices. The price quality ratio is therefor excellent! Great hotel!

Good location very near tram stop, 2 supermarkets and an alcohol sales outlet. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Room was spacious with window seats and an easy chair. Bed was very comfortable . Hot drink making facility in room and iron. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of hot and cold options.
