"Quick one night stop"
The hotel was easy to get to, right off of the highway, but that was also a downfall because road noise was somewhat noticeable. The property was very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful with a nice continental breakfast.

It was a very lovely place to stay for the night to make it home to Boise the next day quiet and peaceful. Make sure you stay, nice folk, great military discount and service dog friendly. Easy access on and off freeway.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The room and accommodations were great. It was well priced for the area. The hotel was quiet. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
"Below Average"
Whining Dog next to our room at 7 am & the guy at the Front Desk didn't know what to do about it. The Breakfast sausages were disgusting, my puppy wouldn't even eat them. We stay at Best Westerns all the time. This Hotel rated low for our expectations.
"Great hotel with great view"
Easy check in and Staff was friendly at the desk. Breakfast was great and hot. Definitely recommend if in the area and need accommodations. It's close to the highway. Bed was comfortable too and room was clean.
"Everything was good."
The room was very big and clean. It had hardwood floors which was very nice since we were traveling with a dog. Had a room on the first floor that was close to the back door where the pet area was. Nice big grassy pet area, and very clean.
"Never again...Room 227 in Springville Ut"
The room stunk and was extremely hot when we first walked in. Only one of the three jets worked on the jetted tub. The shower tub felt and sounded like it was going to break. One of the towels had a nasty ball of hair inside. My final bill that they emailed me was different than the charge on my card. The charge was $213.15 and my final bill said $193.77. There is a Holiday across the street and that's where I'll be staying from now on.

Was a great stay. Reasonable room, comfy beds and really nice staff. Awesome pool area for the family! Totally understand the changes to breakfast due to covid - still great options and actually made things easier for us.

I stay here 5 days out of every week for months now and haven't had one bad thing to say about this place yet that they haven't been able to fix ( t.v. not working right ect) highly recommend. I'll continue to stay here until the job is done more than likely!

"Very disappointing for a Best Western"
I carefully reviewed my experience before writing this as my BW experiences for the past 20+ years have been more than favorable. This was a clear exception. Check in was slow and unfriendly. As a Diamond member I was not recognized. The room was not very clean. Internet was good. Sleep comfort not too good. TV had a good selection. Internet was good. The breakfast was not at all acceptable and was not close to what was advertised. No eggs, no bacon or sausage, no muffins or bagels, some juice substitute that had no flavor and the coffee was weak. A complete waste of money for what was offered. basic comforts of a hotel with breakfast just were not there.

Please note that your room was indeed upgraded from a standard queen room to a double queen room. Upgrades are set upon arrival on what is available at check in. We understand your concerns on our breakfast, but eggs and sausage are offered. They are just offered/presented in a different manner from the past. Several different Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches are offered, as well as an egg white pita option. I will be sure to share with the front desk staff the feedback on the slower check in process and remind them of the importance of acknowledging and thanking our loyal BW guests such as yourself.
"Great Hotel"
Pros: Nicely decorated for the holidays. Great breakfast considering covid! Cons: Staff didn't recognize membership and it's earned benefits. Had to call Best Western to recieve points after stay. Insisted on regular check out time of 11am rather than honoring the "late check out" benefit.

"Excellent Stay"
The hotel is clean, comfortable, staff is very helpful, and the rooms are lovely. I strongly recommend stopping in Springville, UT and staying at this hotel. Its location is perfectly placed along the highway and is easy to find and very reasonably priced!

"Wanted a nice big bath and found one!"
I needed a night out by myself and wanted to end it with a hot, long, relaxing bath. Bathtubs are hard to find in hotels, but I found the perfect one here! It was long enough for my 5'10" frame, it was deep, it had jets, and there was enough hot water to fill it. Customer service was fantastic as well. Breakfast was all right, but I'd definitely stay here again because I didn't go for breakfast.

"Dirty Weekend"
Went on a work trip and stopped half way between locations - dirty hotel needs a face lift paint job and overall update the bathroom was filthy - and half painted couches ripped and hotel smells look some where else for a room

"Great Spot"
We came all the way from Yellowstone so it felt good to stop and get to rest. The staff at the front desk was helpful with a lead to a restaurant. The room was large and the bed was really comfy. The bath was amazing as you can see in the pictures. Totally redone. Wish ours was like this. Great stay and if we are in the area we will be back.

"Choose the Holiday Inn across the street instead!"
I was over charged $385 and the management refuses to resolve the issue after assuring us they would do so upon checking out. I've followed up numerous times and even issued a chargeback through American Express. Clearly the manager there, Sam thinks the $385 he scammed from me is worth more than our continued business or a few 1-star reviews. I highly encourage you to stay at any of the other hotels in close proximity. The Holiday Inn across the street is much nicer and far cleaner. We found the hotel to be dirty and the service a little lack luster.

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY"
A great place to stay for the night or a few days. The exterior place looks great. The main reason why we picked this particular hotel was the fact that they had semi parking and was close to our delivery site. We got there late Friday night and booked for three nights. We are best western rewards member. i did not know how to use my points to book a free night so i called customer service. When we got to the hotel, it only listed us staying for one night. The night clerk tried to figure it out but could not. So the next morning we had to get up early to go talk to the front desk. They already had it taken care of by the time we got there. The place was really nice. The room was amazing. It was clean and very spacious. They had a beautiful showier with glass door. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower stall was AWESOME. It was so convenience. Definably beat the small little bottles. They gave you a lot of towels and the towels were thick! It was not the thin cheap ones you would find else where. The bed was very comfy. I slept like a baby. They had thick blankets. It Was nice and with a lot of pillows. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned the room and gave us fresh new towels and even come out to tell us it was ready. They had a business center in which I used to print out docs for my delivery. Everything was great about the hotel besides the truck parking. It did not really worked well with longer tractor-trailer combination. But the hotel was across the street from a flying J so we parked our truck there. overall, the hotel was great. I thought it was a bit pricey. But you get for what you pay for. The staff was friendly. We slept good. the noise of other neighbors was not a bothersome. They were also pet friendly with a pet fee of $20 a night. I would come back.

"work trip"
My stay at the Springville Best Western was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I miss the pre-COVID hot breakfast and think it would be nice if there were some hybrid-type breakfast so it wasn't just granola bars and packaged breakfast sandwiches. But I do appreciate that there was something.

"Nice but unfriendly"
New motel, nicely done, but very cold and unfriendly. Staff was just okay, not real friendly but professional. The hotel itself is dark and kind of cold, lots of signs with rules, regulations etc.. just not welcoming at all.

"Best Available Hotel for Dog Families"
This BW has a reasonable $20 pet rate charge, unlike some other brand name hotels in the area. Nice grassy area behind hotel for walkies. Only certain rooms are designate pet-friendly, recommend you DO NOT let them put you in a room next to the exit door, or you & your pets will hear the door slam every time someone goes in/out to smoke. Overall, rooms need updating (particularly the bath) but we accept some things in order to travel with our furry kids.

"Worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time"
Rooms look nothing like pictures at all, smell like pee and are dirty, and the breakfast is terrible like it's from the gas station not even really a breakfast at all more of a snack. The location was okay right off the highway but if I knew they were going to cat fish us with those pictures I would have stayed at the holiday inn which was the same price

We apologize for the poor experience. We have a variety of different room types at the hotel and at times they get mixed up during the booking process. Please always feel welcome to ask the front desk about the room types and any discrepancies you may feel concerned about. We assure you that all photos are indeed of the hotel and it's rooms.
"Pet friendly, staff not friendly"
The rooms were pet friendly. No carpeted floors. Ideal for pet owners, not ideal for people with small children or pet allergies. There was visible dog hair on the furniture and hard floors. The front desk person at check in as well as hotel security were rude and unaccomodating. The manager Sam was professional, however. Pool was outdoor and had toys to play with which was a nice feature. Breakfast options limited by COVID. Proximity to freeway was great though you could hear traffic and a local train often. 2 gas stations located nearby and only 1 restaurant (Denny's) otherwise you have to travel to find food options. I won't be staying here again for the reasons listed above.

"We loved the heated pool/hot tub"
We stayed here with a family of 6. The room had two Queen beds and a pull out couch-sleeper. The only downside to our room was our tv was broken. We loved the pool though. It is outdoor and heated to an enjoyable temperature. Plus there were plenty of beach balls and pool floats provided by the motel and we really appreciate that. Breakfast was good - lots of variety. The shower was nice and modern and they provided plenty of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in dispenser for a family of 6! We loved the location and would stay again.

All staff at this BW were great! You could not ask for a nicer bunch of people. All your staff was very accommodating. Dane, repair guy, cheerfully fixed the heating problem the night we arrived. "So nice, stayed twice"
We first stayed at this hotel on the way down from Montana in December 2020. We liked it and decided to stayed there again on the way back up. Clean rooms, clean hotel, and friendly staff. Would stay there again!

"Very clean and allows pets"
BW is where we always stay with our pet. This location is easy access and is very clean. We always pick our dog poop...please pick your dog poop too. Not may hotels allow pets and we really appreciate the service of the BW.

"comfortable Stay"
Probably one of the biggest rooms we stayed in. Right off the highway. Nice showers and great beds. The service was excellent. Great place to stay. They do not have an indoor pool. When its hot out no big deal.

"Nice hotel but needs some TLC"
The bedroom area was great and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom looked like a bad remodel that ended in the paint primer stage. Quite an eye sore. But the shower was awesome. This hotel is right across from a Flying J off of a major interstate, so don't expect much quietness. Friendly and accommodating staff. We felt having a jacuzzi suite for just over $100 was a great deal. Not the “best” Best Western we've stayed in, but we would stay there again.

"Jacuzzi room"
Room not worth extra money. Jacuzzi poorly maintained, partially remodeled. Exterior and lobby beautiful. Bathroom only had primer on walls no paint, exhaust fan didn't work, tub faucet leaked. In room coffee maker didn't work. Found charging cord from previous guest. If a room isn't fully remodeled why make it available for reservations?

"Mediocre stay"
Gentleman who services the desk in the morning is very unfriendly. Our toilet was clogged all night, the room light only flickered and there is no option for late check-out due to COVID. Despite staying at other hotels and not hearing the same.

"Beware Bogus Billing"
I stayed one night Friday Nov 13th. Got up early and checked out at 5:30 am. Paid with card the $85 rate plus tax. Got an additional surprise bill on my credit union account for $37.50 for towel replacements. Called to dispute this fraud twice. I took no towels, locked door when I checked out and can't imagine how they went missing. All I know is I didn't take anything.

"frustrating experience"
I was frustrated after staying with BW Mountain View Inn. First, I needed to cancel my reservation one night, after staying three. I called 30 minutes late and they would not budge on the 24-hour cancellation requirement. Second, even considering the COVID pandemic, breakfast was meek and options extremely limited. Finally, the bathroom shower leaked a lot onto the bathroom floor leaving a large, dangerous puddle when getting out. I am hesitant to stay at this hotel in the future for these reasons. I would recommend the Microtel nearby. Other than the above-mentioned complaints, the place was clean, functioned, and service was mostly polite except for allowing some cancellation flexibility.

"Nice room, but some problems"
The person who checked us in was poorly trained. There is no elevator in this Inn. We had a spacious room with modern decor, two comfortable chairs, a mini-fridge with freezer, and a microwave. The floor creaked when we walked on it. The bathroom was well lit, with plenty of counter space. The shower head was good. The bed was comfortable but sloped to one side. We had some freeway noise, but it didn't keep us awake. We were given a horrible breakfast of yogurt and packaged sweet rolls during the pandemic. At least they could offer hard-boiled eggs and some milk.

Check-in clerk was very helpful and speedy with the check-in process and was amiable and welcoming during the process. The room was fresh and very clean, air conditioner was very efficient, bathroom sparkling clean, nice towels. Bed was very comfortable, and that's saying something since my back doesn't like most motel beds. We loved our stay here!

Very clean and safe, recently updated, well maintained. Courteous and helpful staff. Near many amenities. They are very pet friendly and despite being near the interstate, it wasn't noticeable. We would stay at this property again.

"Better than other reviews"
I disagree that the place was old and outdated. In fact, when I got there, I made a point to ask the deck attendant (who may have part of the family) how old the place was. He said 1972. I was surprised how updated the lobby looked with some Indian (not native American) accents especially over the entry door. He commented that they are continually updating. The only down side was its' proximity to a truck stop so there was that extra noise, but we did have a room facing the stop. This is in a more industrial area south of Orem.

"Friendly employees, clean and comfortable room"
We were very pleased with this hotel and the grounds. The breakfast was a variety of wrapped items for our safety during the pandemic and the selection was good and tasty. The room seemed clean. My only complaint is that I wish the check-in could have required fewer papers and a person wearing a mask. I had to fill out and sign two papers, all the while standing next to someone without a mask. We stayed at 2 other hotels during this trip and their check in process was more contactless.

"Old and outdated."
Old. Out dated, smells. Owner seemed like he didn't care if you stayed there or not. Next to a truck stop, its very noisy, a lot of traffic around this location. Its expensive for what you really don't get.

"Privacy issues"
If you value your privacy then I wouldn't recommend this place. However the entire experience was good until the checkout date. When the staff enters your room with no announcement or knock and catches you in a compromising sexual situation it definitely says something about this location and the training of their staff. Had that incident not happened I would have recommended it highly. My privacy is important to me and it should be unacceptable from any organization to allow this type of behavior. When it was reported they quickly tossed it to the side as nothing. So on top of the privacy issue or lack there of, their problem resolution skills are severely lacking or not present at all.

"Great Stay/Very Friendly"
The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful after our long day on the rainy busy freeways. The hotel is close to the freeway for easy access but far enough away to not hear traffic. This was at the start of the coronavirus scare so the Best Westerns had advertised limited breakfasts to go only but we were very surprised that the variety was exceptional, filling and the staff was very friendly! We will definitely stay there again on our travels to and from NV for the winters.

"During the VIRUS !!!"
They took advantage of the virus scare,, Price jumped over what was on line Room was dark as a dungeon floor squeaked and flexed like falling through AC/heater rattled and roared , had to be turned off. No elevator,, had to carry up stairs...

Please know that rates online and at the hotel are always the same as brands require parity from the hotels. We have also drastically reduced our rates for the coming weeks due to the pandemic and lower travel volume. The front desk is always ready and willing to assist with both luggage and also room changes if need be. Please feel free to seek the front desk staff out for help in your future travels. Please stay safe and take care.
"Stay here whenever I can"
I have stayed here several times. I'm still surprised by how convenient to the Interstate it is. We had a very large room facing away from the highway. It had a great shower, a separate coffee preparation area with very good coffee from a coffee pod type of coffee maker. We old folks appreciated the good lighting, good pillows and bed, convenient end tables, easy chair with ottoman, control of room temperature. The breakfast room had ceramic dishes and metal flatware, with yogurt, jam, breads, hot food such as eggs with vegetables and French toast. I'm sorry there wasn't cooked oatmeal. Hand sanitizer was available. The attendant had a bad cough. The desk clerk seemed indifferent and did not offer a welcome pack. With all of that, we will stay here again when it is convenient.

"Great amenities"
Our room which faced away from the highway was very large; one of the best showers; a separate coffee preparation area; above average lighting; coffee pod coffee maker with good coffee; ceramic dishes with metal flatware; good selection of food except for no cooked oatmeal; easy chair with ottoman; nice end tables; indifferent evening desk clerk; coughing breakfast attendant who was pleasant.

all great, would recommend; enjoyed the room, pet friendly,. Also good breakfast and nice staff. Good location right off highway. Comfortable beds and guest room is roomy, good shower. Fitness center looks good but did not use.

"How Rude and uncomfortable"
I was staying at this hotel last evening and the check in by Caitlin went great. Very good at customer service. I went to my room and got a good nights sleep till 7:16am when housekeeping (Denise) came knocking to check the room for occupants. I answered the door and she just walked away saying 1rst check. I said , thank you for waking me up. She rudely replied your welcome and walked away laughing.. I tried to get the general managers on the phone or at least an email to no avail. I went back to my room and when we were confronted by the housekeeper (Denise) again and I explained how inconsiderate this type of behavior was when she went on to say it's as easy as putting a do not disturb sign on your door. I have stayed at many best westerns and have never been so, insulted by someone at a best western. Denise was rude made me and my lady feel real uncomfortable and we checked out early even though my stay was not to be done till noon. If you visit this Best Western watch out for the most rude person in Utah. I still want to talk to the general manager and explain what happened and at least tell them how things go at this hotel while he is a way. I got dirty looks from other housekeepers and the front desk dude seemed very fearful of this lady you have working for you. I won't let this go till someone contacts me and resolves this matter however they wish to do it. An apology is all I want. Because no one deserves to be treated like this ever anywhere.

"Excellent choice"
What sets this Inn above other hotel chains is that the rooms are much larger!! The bed was so comfortable, the hot breakfast was good, and the staff was great! We also appreciated that the AC/heat was not governed or on a motion dectector.

"Great Breakfast"
The best part of our stay here is the free breakfast! Rooms are nice and clean but bathroom small! Lobby area very cozy, nice fitness room and small laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers.

"Family friendly Stay"
Great place to stay that was able to accommodate family of 6 without needing multiple rooms. Room was clean although carpet had several stains that looked like paint and wax. Bed cover on one of the beds was torn. Other Areas of Hotel shown signs of age, some of the couches in hallways. Television would shut off at random like it was on some type of timer, but was unable to find out why. Hotel staff only had toothpaste toiletries for those like me that forget basic toiletries like deodorant or toothpaste or toothbrush but front desk only had toothpaste. Continental breakfast was good. Rates were comparable to other hotels in the area.

"Comfy stay"
Had a nice nights rest here on our way back from St George. Room was clean, especially for a pet room. Breakfast was average, for a Best Western motel. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of channels to pick from on tv. Would stay here again.

"Comfortable, real cups and flatware "
We stayed here on our road trip south for Thanksgiving. It was a comfortable hotel and the desk clerk was nice. The room was clean and roomy. Internet was good and we had no problems charging our devices. There was a slight “smoking” odor although the hotel is no smoking. The door knob lock could not be double secured from the inside although it was locked and there was the extra lock above the knob. We enjoyed our stay here. I especially liked the breakfast having real ceramic cups and real flatware. I'd stay again.

"One night stand!"
I enjoyed Mt view however I was disappointed because the in room jacuzzi did not work correctly. The motel was easy in and out from the freeway with plenty of well lighted parking. The freeway noise was not a problem.

"Quiet, well kept and Great Value Best Western."
Close in to the freeway -easy to find and access. Good hotel and met BW standard for service, room and amenities. Only 1 restaurant across the road to have a meal. Good service and food at this Denny's - not far, but only choice for food. Would stay again on a trip through the area.

"Very comfortable"
We stayed here for 1 night and have to say we were very impressed. No, it is not a brand new hotel, there are some places where you can see a little wear and tear but we found our room to be very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel breakfast was great, everything was hot and tasted very fresh. Even the scrambled eggs were very good and didn't taste like they were powdered eggs, which is typical of hotel breakfasts. We would go back if we are ever in the Provo area.

"Great place to be, even when sick"
I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at BYU. I got to the hotel after a plane ride and driving in from SLC and feeling very unwell. Even though I was at least an hour early for my check-in, the clerk at the desk got me into a room immediately. It was a terribly hot day and my air conditioning in the room was not functioning. I had a small room on the 2nd floor. I said something to the clerk and he had it checked out and the next day it worked much better. It was a great room, next to the stairs and very quiet. My air then started to make noise(banging while running) and I reported that malfunction. It was quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. My tv, on my last full day, froze onscreen and the clerk and the desk again came to my rescue. I don't think it is fair to judge a place on things that just happen, but better to observe how they react to what needs to be done. In that respect, they were excellent. The pool was outside and one evening, after class, I went to take a swim and was bombarded by a father and his kids-who he had given slingshots to-and driven from the pool. But this was not the hotel's fault-just the dad who sat on his cell phone while his kids shot water-filled hacky-sacks at me. However, the pool was very nice, until the incursion.

"Real plates and silverware"
The location was nice. Our room was very quiet in spite of major roadways nearby. The room and lobby were well decorated the breakfast room was well decorated. The breakfast had plenty of good supplies to choose from and had real plates and real silverware, quite impressive. The only drawback was that there was no elevator but it's only two floors. However if you're handicapped be sure and request first floor!

"Very Mixed Experience"
The Good: We were able to have a room ready before the standard check in time. The breakfast room had ceramic plates and cups instead of throw away paper. The attendant was able to provide black tea the day after we requested it. The Bad: We were staying for seven days and so brought lots of refrigerated food with us. The refrigerator, which did not have an adjustment, froze our food and we had to replace it. The desk clerk would not reimburse us for our cost. He gave us bonus points which he said would cover one nights stay at a BW. However, when we tried to use it, there was no record of it. Standing at a check in desk, it took 45 minutes talking to the central Rewards office to finally resolve the issue. Also we reported that the refrigerator was leaking water, dripping on the new food we bought. We were told they would replace the refrigerator, but they did not and it kept dripping. The linens and towels were frayed. The shower did not have a non-slip surface or a grab bar. I hope this is not a trend as we have been going to BW motels for 30 years and over the last year we have had three problems.

"squeaky room"
third floor- every step in the room had a loud squeak. The bed squeaked getting into it- very loud without "using" it. Shower tub squeaked, felt like I was going to break through it. Room is in need of major repair. Will not stay here again

"Showing it's age"
There is nothing particularly bad about this hotel but it has seen better days. The cheap fiberglass tub enclosure creeked horribly when standing under the shower and making any movement. I am glad I was not in the room below! The breakfast was very good and the window in the room actually opened, something pretty rare these days. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good sized. Not bad overall but it could use some paint and TLC.

"Mountain View"
The room was larger than expected, the bed was comfy, there was a wide variety of breakfast items. The bathroom needs updating-our shower caulking looked like it needed to be redone, the towels did not appear to be to the high standards of Best Western, and the color was horrid, the ceiling looked like there might be mold forming.

"Nice stop"
I have stayed at this BW before and I still wasn't disappointed. My room was spacious and clean. AC was old but working. The pool was refreshing and a great way to loosen the joints. Was thanked at arrival and departure for picking BW.

"Needs a remodel, and move the six trashed cars in the parking lot"
The only bright spot was the front desk girl who was outstanding and very helpful. Rooms need a major remodel. They need to move the trashed cars, one with two flats off the property. This is the kind of place that gives Best Western a poor reputation.

"Dropping kid at college"
Drove from Boulder, CO after dropping my daughter at CU to this hotel. Great one night stay on our way back to N. California. We wanted to drive Highway 70. Drove 80 on the way. In and out check in because I checked in in advance. . Right off of the freeway. The hotel was not crowded. Since I checked in in advance, after 9.5 hours of driving we received our keys quickly and settled in for the bottles of wine we picked up before Utah, Not to worry - a liquor store across the street but it was a Sunday so I imagine some strict Utah laws. :)

"Not Best Western quality"
The exterior of the building makes it look like it would be a nice, cozy place. However, it is very neglected. Squeaky floors, bathtub insert doesn't fit so it make a lot of noise, cement around the pool is falling apart, and bugs in the rooms. Was not impressed!

"Your average hotel"
This was your typical average hotel room for around $100/night. Good breakfast, clean room. Husband said it smelled old. We had a room next to the outside door which sucked but that was just bad luck.

"Great place to stay"
We always stay here when we go to Utah to visit family. This place is always clean and the staff is excellent. There breakfast is great with a large selection. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

"Great room, great staff"
We travel with good kids and a good dog. We don't need fancy but, clean and comfortable is needed as we put long days in on the road and need to chill. This hotel exceeded our expectations with friendly, professional service and a very comfortable room. The bonus of a nice pool and close proximity to good food we could bring back to enjoy pool-side really made our evening relaxing.

"Pet and human room deluxe."
This room was huge, nicely furnished, oversized bed. AND it was pet friendly. Both our lab and german shepherd were easily accommodated. The room is near the back exit. Outside is a “mini” meadow to explore both nature and its, shall we say, byproducts. Great service.

"Pleasant surprise!"
We were in town for a nieces high school graduation. This room was paid for us by a family member so I didn't have much choice. Having stayed in a best western plus that was pretty bad I didn't have high expectations. The beds were very comfortable and that bedding was good quality. The pillows were comfy and normally those are always bad wherever you go. Everything was clean and practical. We had a slight mishap with the bathroom door locking on us but that was easily taken care of. There is no elevator. I would not hesitate to stay again if I was in the area. This was an excellent best western. It wouldn't take much to make it a plus.

"Too expensive"
All in all the place is not that bad however I felt it was overpriced. The room had been updated but the workmanship was poorly done. The bathroom was too small and rather than update the room with a better mattress, they simply added a foam topper instead.

"NO HEAT!!!"
No heat in first room, clerks answer was a space heater and blankets. Tromping upstairs brought us to the front desk at midnight for earplugs that were not available. New clerk showed us to a vacant room with a noisy heater but at least it worked. Both rooms had problems with cleanliness. Passed on showering in handicapped shower with dirty and missing grout.

checkout, took too long, no receipt, no email of receipt, no apology! Breakfast room not open, Only saw two people working hotel, check in and checkout. Checkout reception girl, was over her head, I still don"t have a receipt !

"Nickel and Dime you"
They tried to fine any way to squeeze more money out of you. When asked for extra towels or silverware it seemed to be a burden. The hallway and common areas smelled like cigarette smoke and/or body odor. My kids liked to sleep in so housekeeping would pass the room in the morning. When we left in the afternoon we came back to the same room. We had to empty our own garbage and get new linens

"Amazing stay! Definitely recommend"
We stayed at the Best Western Mountain View Inn for 3 nights. The hotel and rooms are very nice and modern, not like other hotels for the same price range. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room even had a huge flat screen TV with tons of channels which was nice to unwind at the end of the night. But best of all the room had an amazing view of the mountains! The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options like sausage and eggs, cereals and pastries, and even a waffle maker! They had rotating breakfast options each day during our stay which kept things interesting. The food was always fresh and hot, and they used REAL eggs, not powdered like a lot of the complimentary breakfasts at other hotels. You can really tell that they care and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable here. Definitely recommend!

"Great location"
Located next to main route of travel, wonderful staff and large, modern rooms. The room was exceptionally clean, and had every amenity. The hotel staff were very helpful, and professional. The convenience of a truck stop across the road was very helpful to us as we needed additional items for our travel not normally found at a convenience store.

"Horrible. Steer clear"
This place looks good from the outside. The furniture is decent. The rest of this is a polished turd. Half baked home maker grade remodeling. Staff that likes to cuss you out for taking “their” parking spots. Not to mention the dozen non plated vehicles that look like they are straight from a chop shop.

"Anniverary"
We only mentioned we were going to be there over our anniversary and when we arrived they had done up the whole room. These people are wonderful. I would stay here every time just because of this. The placed is clean and inviting. the rooms are well taken care of and the staff is over the top when it come to customer support.

"Will Stay Here Again On My Next Trip"
The rooms are modern and clean and the hotel feels welcoming. The surrounding area is quiet and serene with great views of the mountains. I really enjoyed the breakfast which has fresh fruit and eggs with spring veggies and sausages and they use real ceramic plates. I enjoyed with stay here and I will always return when I'm visiting

"They went the extra mile for us"
I had briefly mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. Upon arrival to our room, with found the room decorated really cute. They had made flamingos out of towels that were sitting on the Jacuzzi with a rose. They spelled out I love you with towels on our bed. There were champagne glasses, Hershey kisses and roses all over the room. They also gave us a really cute anniversary card. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Dumping sausage out of a bag from the microwave wasn't appealing, nor was the eggs being dumped from a dirty looking pink plastic bowl. But overall, the place was great! I'll be back !

First off, Happy Anniversary! We are glad we were able to help celebrate such a great and special occasion. Bobbie is our head housekeeper, and she enjoys doing cute subtle things when she can. "VERY NICE, QUIET PLACE TO STAY CLOSE TO I-15"
This BW is a bit outside the center of town, but is a wonderful place to relax at the end of a day. There are family style restaurants right there. The breakfast was just fine. Very nice staff. It's just a 10-minute ride from Brigham Young University in Provo.

"Harassed by Housekeeping"
Housekeeping was eager to get us out of our room so they could clean, so they harassed us 3 times before check out. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, but that was obviously invisible to them. Go Clean Another Room!!! We are trying to sleep and relax.I would have given 0 or 1 star, but the lady who checked us in at 1am, after we drove for 10 hours that day, was very friendly and accommodating. She deserved 4 stars, but the rudeness of others killed that positive experience.We were on the ground floor, next to the exit door, so we started hearing the door open and slam around 6am (4-5 hours after we got to sleep). That was much easier to ignore than the housekeeping at the door, then on the room phone, then on the room phone again "Will you be checking out today?" "Yes!! But it's not time yet!!"Unbelievable

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay with us. We apologize for the poor experience and understand your frustrations very much. Please note the that Do Not Disturb signs serve a dual purpose. One side does indeed say Do Not Disturb, while the reverse side states Please Make Up Room. Our housekeeping reports show that this side is what ways on display. I will bring this up in our next housekeeping meeting to ensure the staff has a better procedure for returning to rooms that are still occupied. Unfortunately, all pet friendly rooms are located by immediate secondary exits, which is why you were assigned to that specific room.
"Long trip"
After a long trip, I was treated very well at this BW. When I arrived very late, the staff was prompt in getting my room for me. The rest I got was awesome! The breakfast hit the spot for me and I hit the road to my next BW down the road!

"Tired"
Great staff but that is it. The property is tired and needs a major face lift in the rooms and hallways (room doors too) The exercise room has four machines of which two do not work and one is in a sad state of repair. The internet was good but the breakfast only OK and the coffee....ugh! There were four couples in there at the same time and we all agreed.......bad gas station coffee!

Easy access from I-15, very clean rooms, fast internet & friendly and helpful staff.It's not overpriced for the amenities.The heat didn't work in our original room, but were efficiently moved to another room.

"Awesome Front Desk Help"
In August we needed to travel to Springville, Utah, for a family event. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair, and Tasha at the front desk went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. She placed us in a room on the main floor, close to the front door. Though there were no suites on the first floor, Tasha placed my daughter and her family, who were traveling with me to help out with my husband, directly above us on the 2nd floor so she was close to lend a hand. Tasha couldn't have been more helpful and made an otherwise complicated trip much easier. Thanks so much! We will definitely be staying again in the future! You should double Tasha's salary! She's a keeper!

"Stop over to AZ"
We have stayed at this property several times in past 5 years. We travel from WA state to AZ to visit kids/grand kids. Never have had any problems, front desk very helpful with directions, and very friendly.Highly recommend this property is traveling in UT!

"A great place to stay"
We stay here several times a year as we have family in the area and choose to have our own room with some privacy rather than be part of the giant slumber party who has to make an appt. to take a shower, if there is any hot water in the morning. It's always clean, quiet and the staff are wonderful. Once, when we were staying for a week, I asked why we couldn't use our points for the stay and the young man at the desk told me it wasn't possible to use them when reserving our room online but I most certainly could use them. Because we stay at a Best Western whenever we go anywhere, we had lots of points. Our week didn't cost us a dime. Had I not asked, I would never have gotten an answer that was most definitely to our advantage.

"Nice hotel, Road noise"
Stayed one night passing through the area. My wife is a rewards platinum member. We got an upgrade and the room was nice, clean and roomy. The only thing that was a little problematic was the road noise. Luckily I had a white noise App on my cell phone. To be fair most hotels that are along interstates have road noise. If your not affected good place to stay.

"Great location, breakfast and comfort"
Moab's downtown is so interesting, you lose out if your lodgings are located further out, on the edges. We loved being able to walk to good restaurants and to browse in shops. This hotel started serving breakfast at 7 AM, which was great for getting out early into the parks, and had simple good things like oatmeal in a crockpot, plain yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon, which kept us full till our late lunchtime. We were upgraded to a two-queen-bed suite which had a living room area good for putting up your feet after a long day of walking. Didn't use the fitness room but appreciate the availability. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about local outfitters and restaurants. I'd stay here again.

"Mt Views"
Very good staff and a decent place to spend the night. Older property but well kept and clean. Make sure you ask for a room on the back side of hotel as there is a truck stop next door and there is some noise all night. Room was clean and had a very comfy bed with a large screen TV. Good value for the rate.

"No housekeeping"
I stayed here 5 days for business. The hotel was nice and the room was clean. Unfortunately my first night the toilet kept running. Front desk had it fixed the next day. Nice, right? Well I guess that prompt little fix cost me 4 days of housekeeping because they only came once. The hotel was convenient but after a long day of work, the last thing I wanted to do was run back downstairs to ask for towels. I do t recommend this hotel.

"Peace after a long day"
We have stayed here on two occasions. On arrival the front staff is so helpful , making sure our accomadations are easily accessible for me. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel is quiet even though it is very near the interstate. The only downside for us is the lack of dining choices in the area

"Competent "
This was just a one night stay as we headed on our journey. The room was fine, there was a Denny's across the street, a fuel station right there, and close access to the highway. I would use it again, but only for an overnight stay. One thing..best Bedt Western breakfast I've had. Very nice room. Well organized and clean, and great eggs.

Kudos for great customer service. First there was Kasey at the front desk ~ helpful on the phone and even nicer in person. Check in was quick & efficient which is always greatly appreciated after a long day on the road. Next morning, Sam was just as friendly & proficient and checkout was a breeze. Room was spacious & spotless w/fridge/micro & wall mounted flat screen TV w/lots of channels to choose from. Desk area made for comfortable space to study routing & weather for the remainder of our trip. Great water pressure. Triple sheeting on super comfortable bed with lots of fat, fluffy pillows. It's been years since we've been in the area but the property was every bit as lovely as remembered.

We arrived late tonight after having an exceptionally challenging day. (Salt Lake area has grown exponentially since we were here last!). We had an unusual request that required the front office fellow to call his Manager about. We were delighted that they were able to accommodate us. "Best Hotel"
We arrived at this hotel way before check in time but the receptionist did not bat an eyelid. She looked at the room we had been allocated and said it would be ready at 1300hrs. Check in is at 1600hrs. We went back at 1300hrs and the room was ready. She had given us a room on the ground floor. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Once we settled in and unpacked our cases we noticed that there were proper cup for hot drinks. Towels were coloured and the bathroom and shower had soap dispensers. The bed was ultra comfy

"Appreciative day-sleeper working nearby wildfire "
Much appreciation to this Best Western location for taking care of my reservation needs. I needed a room for multiple days. Done. No fuss-no muss. Check in was simple, parking convenient, my room, beautiful. Front desk staff very polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable and I slept soundly. The only downfall was the shower. I imagined it was a tub liner poorly installed over the last one. The crinkle sound while standing in the shower was irritating and was extremely loud. Due to my extreme schedule I did not use any of the hotel services. Thanks so much for being so nice about assisting me with this spur of the moment reservation.
"BW room smell"
We always try to stay at BW hotels; however, we have found the older the hotel is the better chance the room will smell. Furthermore, lately we have found that at older BW hotels, the floor ice machine does not work. Other than that, we really have not serious issues.

"Super comfy beds!"
We stayed at this pet friendly, newish hotel on a road trip thru the southwest. We were happy we did. We got a great night sleep. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are new and nicely layed out. The hotel is close to the freeway but we didn't have a problem with noise. Our camping gear was in the back of the truck but the parking lot felt very secure. Our only disappointment was breakfast. It was terrible. Hot food was cold and nothing appetizing to choose from.

"DO NOT stay here"
I stayed at this hotel in Sept 2018. After I left my AMX was billed an additional $200 . When I called to ask why I was told 2 people smelled cigarette smoke in the room.I informed them that their cleaning lady was smoking by the side entrance.The Mgr. did not return my calls. I contacted BW corporate. The hotel told them that 4 people checked the room and there was "A cloud of marijuana smoke." We do NOT smoke and did NOT smoke anything in this room. Management refused to remove charge. Unless you want to take a chance of paying an additional.$200 do NOT stay here.

"Driving through to Colorado"
The room was dirty, carpet so dirty you would not want to take your shoes off. Abandoned cars through out the parking lot. My husband had our dog out for a walk and found a gallon jug of urine in the parking lot. We did not feel safe. The place was creepy. Breakfast food was not fresh.

This is an older motel but, we found it to be in excellent condition. Our room was spotless, clean, and very comfy. What made our stay was the lovely lady behind the counter as we came in. We were greeted with a smile and her attention to detail was outstanding. We asked for a location for good food and we went with her suggestion and was not dissapointed. "Worst hotel room ever"
I travel a lot, both for business and personal and my room was the worst ever. Had I not been driving for 12 hours and been tired I would have demanded my money back and left. The room smelled, the refrigerator smelled rotten, the TV didn't work, the trash cans had not been emptied and the previous occupants k-cup was still in the coffee pot. Not only did I comment on it the next morning, but I called to speak to a manager during the business week. He even admitted they had fired a maid for not doing their job and that he would investigate further with the housekeeping head. He even indicated an adjustment which I took to mean some money back. That was over a week ago and I have never heard back. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

"Bring Wasp Spray, Towels and Earplugs"
When I arrived, my room was not what I had reserved. I was never informed that the rate would change when they corrected the error and I was charged almost $100 more than I had been quoted. I parked near the rear door to be close to my room and immediately noticed many Yellow Jackets flying around and crawling on and into the grill of the car next to mine. The towels were like sandpaper and discolored. The staff repeatedly tried to access my room at 9 p.m. When I attempted to discuss all of these things with management, I was told that it was the "Beehive State" and all other concerns were ignored.

"Squeaky Shower Floor!!"
The room Has an awkward layout And Very Noisy Shower Floor!! The doors in the building at very out dated! doers not make you feel safe! The rotting shower floor making Very loud noise is very unsettling!! the people below us must have been upset!!

Was the perfect family get away we needed. Pool was great, clean and they had toys for the kids to play with. Staff was fabulous. Would definitely do this hotel again for the price. Breakfast was good too.

Rooms where nicely furnished bathroom was nice with jacuzzi TVs where large bed was comfortable, the cleaning staff left walls with food/drink on them and the smoke alarm was covered with a towel and tape

"Terrible service"
Room cleaning was the worst experience I have ever had. I'm a diamond select rewards me ever for best western, we stay at least 150 times a year. The room was never vacuum dishes left dirty and toiletries never replaced. The same breakfast is served every day.

I enjoyed the professional staff and the Clean comfortable room. The room had a great view of the mountains though that was not advertised. The continental breakfast was pretty good and they had an acceptable gluten free option for my wife

"Errors and Omissions"
Asked for a quieter side of this property. We were placed on the front corner of a busy UT highway, facing a Jet truckstop. Yes, it didn't face the interstate. I'm almost laughing at how my request was accommodated. Then entering the room and hearing the road noise, I asked for a different room assignment. Check in staff informed me that pet policy requires room nearest to entrance/exit door. The hotel parking lot at 10 pm still shows many empty parking spots indicating vacant rooms we could have been assigned to. Resigned to our noisy corner room, and upon looking at the bathroom, we noticed 2 empty toilet paper holders and no facial tissue box in the holder. After calling front desk, those supplies were promptly delivered. The parking lot has a number of what appear to be abandoned or salvaged semi-exotic cars--- BMW, Porsche, Mercedes in various states of repair. Most with no license plate. While walking our dog, I noticed two individuals that had jacked up one Porsche in order to place tow roller dollies under front tires. And then proceeded to pull it out of the parking spot around the back of the hotel. They were obviously connected to the property or familiar with the manager/owner as this activity did not appear criminal. Nonetheless, operating what appears to be a salvaged used car business on the premise is a confirmation of the sad and sorry state of this BW property. I'm giving up on BW properties. We've had 2 of 3 nights while traveling with BW on our current road trip in substandard and poorly managed hotels. A refund of our night's fee would not be sufficient but appreciated. I'm NOT holding my breath on that possibility.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are strict on our pet friendly rooms as other have severe allergies to pets and we have to take that into consideration. Safety of our guests is very important. We were completely booked the night you stayed as well. Keep in mind that guests could be arriving late or be out to dinner or events etc, which could explain the empty parking spots. We also have only 55 rooms at our hotel but 92 parking spaces. With regards to the cars, we let a housekeeping staff member's son keep some of his cars parked here. He does these repair jobs as a secondary job and way to provide for his family. We apologize if this was an inconvenience or impacted your stay. Our housekeeping staff will be made aware of the unfilled toilet paper rolls however and we will keep an eye on the maid responsible for your room prior to your arrival.
"Not a happy stay"
We recently stayed at this hotel. It had high ratings and we arrived here around 7 pm. We checked in and everything seemed pleasant. We went to our room which was at the top of the stairs. The room door did not fit and you could see through the door to the ice machine. Room seemed pleasant, but rather small even for a one bed room. We noticed that oddly, in the candy that had been left for us was an empty wrapper. Someone had opened it and eaten it. In front of the tv, the floor had a big soiled mark and I found a large screw just past that area. I took it and the empty candy wrapper down to the clerk. She just kind of laughed about it and asked if I wanted more candy. Anyhow, we went to the pool about 9 pm and swam until the bugs started to attack us. As I was standing opening the door, I must have stepped in a pile of ants. I didn't realize it until I was taking off my swimsuit in the bathroom of our room. I screamed and jumped into the bathtub and washed them off. The tub then made a noise like it wasn't quite settled so I jumped out of it. We went to bed, the refrigerator made very loud noises all night and my husband tried to shut it off but couldn't. The air conditioner made loud noises and we did shut it off. The toilet was so close to the floor. After a very bad night, we left fairly early but my husband stopped to talk to the desk clerk about how unhappy we were. He said we would have to go online and make those complaints. So here we are, complaining. We are usually pretty easy going people, but for the cost this was not worth it.

Thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry about this experience and the front desk agent did report this to our housekeeping manager. Our maintenance team has address the loud appliances in the room and we are in the midst of a renovation project where we are changing out all of our bath tubs and installing tiled showers. This is removing the loud squeaking sounds in the current tubs. Again, we are very sorry about this experience.
"Great outdoor pool even in monstrous wind gusts"
On this trip we really depended on swimming in the late afternoon after a long day of driving. We always prefer outdoor pools because they have less smell of chlorine and don't suffer from the stuffiness of indoor pools. We had had a very windy drive on our way to Springville. But despite the wind the pool was fantastic. The room was fine: clean and comfortable.

"Love the pool area exclamation"
This is a very nice Best Western. The staff was extremely friendly and our room was better than average. It appeared to be slightly larger than the majority of hotel rooms. Breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable and hotel was relatively quiet. The pool area was awesome. It has an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi and the pool is heated. They had rafts and numerous balls floating in the pool for guests to use. What a great place for kids.

"What they don't say or show which makes it average to below average."
While the property is nice enough and the room was clean they don't mention the constant traffic noise, the truck stop across the street with bums living in the parking lot and the BIGGIE, NO elevator! So, if you'd like an upstairs room so you don't hear clomping all evening long prepare to shlep your luggage up the stairs (if you can). Great if you can but if handicapped you're stuck with "clomp,clomp,stomp". I also noticed no handicap parking by the front doors which would be a drag for someone in a wheel chair or crutches. Also, no Virginia, they do NOT serve cookies and milk or give anything else except the required "breakfast". No bueno considering your competition right across the street which does AND has elevators. Sorry, not impressed. One of the lesser Best Westerns we've been in.

Thanks for your feedback and review. We apologize for the poor experience. We are unable to have an elevator at our 2 story hotel due to it being in a flood zone. Also, with our building being 50+ years old the design of it does not have any space for one either.
"Very Welcoming Atmosphere"
This is an older property that makes up for it by being very customer friendly. There are updates in the rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. We had a nice king bed L shaped room (room 200). The desk area was more private this way. The room overlooks the pool area. The breakfast was typical and just so so. However, It is nice to have real plates and flatware rather than paper products. You can even choose to have your coffee in real cups as well.

"Perfectly satisfied "
We stayed here one night after camping in Montana. This place was a clean, well appointed hotel and much appreciated after our camping trip. It was dog friendly and the nice desk clerk Tanya put us in a room at the end of a hallway so we could exit easily on the first floor when our fur child needed attention. Night stand on both sides of the table is something not always included in other hotels to cut costs but we both needed a surface to put our personal items and we appreciated that. Hot tub and pool, while not fancy, were clean with pool towels available. It was quiet. The tv listings were actually extensive for an average hotel. Interior design was soothing. It was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. I'd make two suggestions in the breakfast room, which was a fairly good free breakfast with the choice to make your own breakfast burrito, yogurts, pastries eggs etc. The china coffee cups should be next to the coffee pots, not on the tables , so people don't use the to go cups for everything which were right next to the dispensers. BW would save $ and we'd save our landfills. Second, the water dispenser spout is a bit awkward and it's pretty tightly placed in between coffee and appliances. Hard to reach. Otherwise great stay at this property and thanks for asking if my husband was a military veteran. We got a discount but rarely remember to ask about such things.

"Nice and new plus super close to everything."
Enjoyed our time at this hotel, walk-able access to pretty much all of Springville and only .7 miles to entrance of Zion. Rooms were spaces, views are awesome and small balcony was great for evenings. One bed was a wee bit close to the A/C unit but we covered half of it with a towel so it was not blowing on us. Only other issue was water pressure for shower was not good (rain like shower-head), took those with long hair a lot of time to get washed. Breakfast was great, not a huge seating area but adequate. Pool was nice and staff friendly.

"Vacation"
Just a one night stay. The facility was in a great location for our overnight. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay more nights for that area. Did not stay longer, as the North Rim of the Grand Canyon was not open yet, so had to change plans.

"Dated, musty and poorly maintained"
Needs a full and quality renovation. Hallways had a distinct odour. Fridge in 1st room didn't work and the bathroom had an attempted conversion from tub to shower only. The shower was terrible - poor shower base and the room generally was very low quality.

"Great mid trip location for central Utah"
We met our daughter there to exchange her snow tires for all weather during our separate road trips. The staff was kind enough to switch our reservation from one king to 2 queens, and she shared our room. The location is next to Provo (which, however, is dry) so lots of restaurants.

"A poorly and cheaply built Best Western, but with a higher than average room charge."
Corners were cut when they built this Best Western. Floors creak and bounce and can hear people walking in the next room and down the hall. It was my great fortune that we chose the second floor, otherwise, it would have been a noisy and sleepless night. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast decent.

"Nice motel located in the middle of nowhere"
Great motel, but unless you eat to eat at Denny's or the truckstop across the road there is nowhere to eat without having to drive. Restaurants are only a short distance but after a long day on the road, the last thing we felt like was driving somewhere. There is uber here though and it was only a $6 fare to the strap tank brewery which had great beer and awesome food. Beds were comfy, room was huge and the hotel was brand new. Great place for a pit stop. Breakfast is included and was nice.

"Overnight stop while traveling"
The hotel was easy to find as we traveled north on I15. Check in was quick and very cordial - had a request for a specific room and it was quickly accommodated. Room was clean, well equipped with plug ins for electronics and served our needs very adequately. Breakfast was nicely served and a good variety - nothing superb but met the needs of early risers looking to get in the road. You won't be disappointed by booking this hotel

"Wedding night with the cops"
We stayed here a night last week, just happened to be me and my wife's wedding night. Since we couldn't afford to leave town with four children we decided we would go somewhere that had fairly good reviews. Things started off okay until we got in the Jacuzzi tub and it was in pretty rough shape. Some of the jets worked and some of them didn't and it drained little by little without pulling the plug....no big deal compared to the rest of our night into the morning. About 3:00 a.m. we were awoken by men who were drunk and fighting across the hallway. Also smelled like weed and we later learned it's because they were smoking weed as well. It didn't end here. The cops were called and the men refused a room search without a search warrant. This meant the cops had to detain the men until the search warrant could be signed by a judge. One of the drunk, disorderly men resisted arrest. The cops had to forcefully get him into handcuffs. During that process he was basically slammed into our door and then onto the floor outside of our room. The yelling and shouting continued well into the early morning. After the disorderly man was taken downstairs the other men were sat onto a couch in the hallway literally a foot from our door. We listened to this man go on and on about the whole process and how they would find weed in the room when they searched it. About how he liked to play Frisbee golf, and how every time he got together with this group of friends, they always got in trouble. None of these circumstances is the fault of Best Western, however the way they handled it for the guests staying there on the night of March 24th is a complete joke, especially for those of us who got no sleep between the hours of 2:00 a.m. (The men were rowdy before they started fighting) and 7:30 a.m. when it all finished up. We were given a 25% discount for our trouble and basically no sleep throughout the night. We could have stayed home and had a better time, but we figured being our wedding night we would go out and stay in a hotel, we will think better about where we stay next time. Being compensated with a free night stay or something seeing as how all of this went on basically in our room would have been satisfactory. Dropping my bill $40 is absolutely not. I would not recommend this hotel for the sheer fact that when something out of their control does happen, they aren't willing to really make it worth it to their paying customers. I will not be staying at a Best Western again, especially the Mountain View Inn, in Springville, UT.

We are terribly sorry about this experience and understand your frustrations. We did ask the officers to remove the guests from the hotel but they insisted on waiting for the search warrant so they could proceed with charges against the foolish people. We have since had an officer come by to educate the staff on how to properly handle such situations (rarely ever happen) and to show them alternate areas where they can wait and avoid disrupting guests. We do want to make this right by you and ask that you contact us to discuss the issue further. These things rarely occur at our hotel and so dealing with them is something we were not accustom to or prepared for. We are indeed very sorry about it ruining your stay with us and will be sure to make things more satisfactory for you.
"Dirty rooms"
I checked in late one night on the way to a business meeting. After I unpacked and pulled back the cover, there was blood on the comforter. I called the hotel staff and they kindly brought up new linens but did not offer a room change or any refund on the room. I was tired and didn't fight it but was very disappointed.

"They sent my wedding rings back!"
We recently spent a night here on our way back home with our new puppy. I was so flustered and sleep deprived taking care of puppy that it wasn't until we were over 2 hours away the next morning that I realized I had left my wedding rings in the room. Tasha, the front desk person, put me on hold, dashed to the room, and retrieved my rings, putting them in a safe place until the next day when the manager, Jaimie, took them to UPS and sent them back to me. They were honest, compassionate, and went above and beyond! There are good people in the world, and these are two of them!

"Lovely Room"
My husband and I were passing through on a long road trip. We just needed a few hours of sleep. The desk manager gave us a great rate. The rooms look recently remodeled. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We slept soundly for three hours then we were on the road again. Friendly, helpful staff, welcoming lobby. We will definitely stay there again.

"No hot tub when offered."
All of these booking sites say that a pool and hot tub are offered, it's the only reason we chose this hotel. Then when we get here they inform us they are both seasonal.. tried to go to the front desk attendant with my concerns hoping maybe for a room at least with a jacuzzi and she just directed me to make a complaint on the website.. needless to say I'm pretty disappointed.

"Cleanliness an issue"
The room and the bathroom was not cleaned well. There was a dead bug on the sheets, and the bed was not made well. The bathroom had a seal on the toilet, yet paper in the toilet bowl. The shower did not work.

"Easy to get to"
It is a very easy on and off the freeway and a great place for us to stay after Christmas parties in Salt Lake area. We have stayed at this hotel three times and it is nice to have some place that is comfortable both in staying and in the people that have gotten to know us.

"Great place to stop on a road trip"
We were traveling through the area with our two daughters and dog. This hotel was very accommodating to us and the pooch. Easy access. Right off of I-15. The breakfast was great. A large selection. I gave a more reserved rating to this hostel for 2 reasons. #1 the location of the room. While I appreciate being next to the outside door with a dog, the outside door was quite loud. And with a dog, that means he's up all night wondering who's out there. #2 is the cost. I do feel it was a bit pricey for the room.

"Best Experience at a Best Western"
Great first impression, easy to find, wonderful staff, comfortable and clean room. We had our two little dogs with a us and this was the best pet room we've ever checked into. We were two doors from the outside, so easy access to the large outdoor pet area. We'll definitely stay here again.

"Comfortable stay"
Comfortable stay except for the constant beep from an alarm in the maintenance room next to us. Since we were already settled we opted to not move, as they offered, but instead we left the fan on air conditioning unit going to cover the noise.

"Hotel needs new pillows."
All of the pillows in our room smelled like dirty hat head. Friendly staff at desk and breakfast area. Breakfast was ok.. $20.00/night for pets. Great views. Conveniently located right off interstate; easy on and easy off. Located right next to a large truck stop

"Bad breakfast"
The property wasn't too bad except for the breakfast service. The eggs were extremely overlooked and the pastries were stale. They also served bananas that were almost completely bruised and brown. The juice was very watered down as well.

"Average but quiet."
Decent hotel to spend the night. I was actually impressed with the quality of the mini-fridge, of all things, it was old-style but worked great and had an actual freezer on top. The hotel is in a quiet area so it's good for families and quiet time.

We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here at this property. Rooms are a little out dated, however clean and comfortable. Front desk staff has been top notch and professional. Another reason we will stay here on every trip to Arizona to see the grand kids!!

"Hotel is in desperate need of upgrades and cleaning!"
For the rate of this hotel, I expected an average to above average stay, but this was more like a dirty motel. Within 5 mins of being inside the room, I noticed a blood stain on the bed and a weird smell ---No big deal, because I got to change rooms right when I went to the front desk. Changed to a way better room, but there was no soaps or anything in the dispensers and PLEASE STOP putting tape on the toilet as a sign of sanitation. This does not make it appear sanitized, but actually dirty. The rate should really be lower for this hotel (like $40-$50) because its more like a motel than a BW.

We had an excellent stay at the Mountain View Inn. It would be nice if you would have had one in Provo/Orem as that is where we wanted to be. but that is our only complaint. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

"Loved our stay!!"
The bed was soooo comfortable. There was no odors when we walked into our room. I would definitely stay again if I were through the area again. The motel was situated in a good area easy to find easy to get on and off the freeway.

"Dirty Room and old bedsheets and pillows"
In the bathroom the "sanitized" paper strip was put on the toilet but when I opened the toilet lid there was a black ring around the top of the water, no product in the shower containers, top of tissue box had what looks like particles from the ceiling on it. One of the two facecloths had a back mark in the middle. The bathroom paint and silicone repairs looked terrible like they were not done by a professional. The sheets looked like they had come from a dryer that had not been emptied for a while so they were wrinkled a lot and they were also much to thin and old. One sheet had pilling in an area about 5 inches oval shape like a stain had been rubbed for a long time. The sheet should have been thrown out. The clock had a thick layer of dust on top. At breakfast there was no apple juice and the orange juice taste like it had been watered down. The front staff for check in and check out were great but as a whole I was left with a very poor experience for a Best Western

"Very comfortable!"
This was a very nice hotel. Luxurious linens, lots of towels and very comfortable room with couch and lounge chair. Very friendly and competent staff. The room was clean and all amenities worked well. I loved the bed but my husband thought it was too soft for him. Breakfast was very nice-used real silverware and plates and cups with a wide variety of foods. Highly recommend this hotel!

"No elevator"
The hotel is nice, but there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or smaller children, I would recommend asking for a first floor room. There is easy access to fuel and to get back on the Interstate though, which helps cut down travel times.

We found this a great place to stay. The spa was not heated and after a long day of driving that would have been nice. Other than that, clean, helpful staff and the price is competitive with others in the area.

"Super comfortable bed!"
My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this location. It is so convenient to the interstate, right off the exit, and next to a large fueling station as well (lowest fuel prices around). The Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room we stayed in was very nice, roomy. The shower did not have a curtain, so that was a bit awkward. I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk as I was checking out. That was the only thing that disappointed. The breakfast included warm sausage with English muffins, eggs, etc. There was also cereal, yogurt. I think a bit more fruit would have been nice. I would stay here again for comfort and convenience, but would also speak up about anything out of order. Even though it is close to so much traffic, the room was quiet and comfortable, which mattered most as we were passing through.

"On route to Mesa, Arizona"
We had planned to stay at a place in southern Salt Lake City but missed the exit, so we called Best Western and they directed us to the Springville location, it served us very well, it's just off the I-15, very quiet setting which worked out excellent for us, we normally book in advance, but this was a last minute arrangement as we were tired and it was time to get off the road, now that we found this place we will use this location in future. The room was very large, had all the amenities we require and we had a good nights sleep and great breakfast prior to leaving the next morning, the staff were extra helpful

"comfortable bed but dirty dishes"
Love the room, beds, pillows, temp control etc. This was my first stay with a dirty coffee cup in the room and a dirty bowl down at breakfast. I also didn't have a shower curtain but they quickly fixed that.

"Nice place"
The hotel is right by the freeway, but the noise in our room was not bothersome. The pool area was clean, had some colorful balls floating on the water to attract fun. The front desk was a delight! There were some problems in the shower (mold/crack in the bottom). The service staff of this hotel is a delight.

"BYU/Badger Football Game"
The hotel was exactly what we expected, well kept and very friendly staff. This property was also very close to the BYU campus, which was very important to us. Pool was heated and in good shape. Breakfast was okay, with many of the basic items that you would expect. Great overall experience.

Traveled from Ariz. to Ore., to Mont. to Ariz. to visit with sons, daughter in law, grand children and great granddaughters. The weather was great, didn't start turning cold until the day we left to come home, then we did hit some rain. The sights were great.

Great hotel, 2 chairs in the room, good quality for the price. I've stayed at many Best Westerns and this one is consistent with all the others. Only complaint is the only restaurant within walking distance is a Denny's.

Worth the stop for a good nights sleep. Gentlemen at front desk informed us of a nice brewery with very good food a short drive from hotel. Breakfast area is small with your typical start up foods. Just enough to get you going. Could have been better.

"Big KING Room - Comfortable"
My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. It is an older hotel that could use a few updates but it was clean and had plenty of pillows and linens. The room had a Kurig like coffee maker and mini fridge. #223 The tub made a weird noise when you stood in it. Hair dryer could use updating and the shampoo, lotions etc are in pumps on the wall. You can hear road noise most of night. Good darkening curtains. We slept good with a noise machine going all night. They do except pets because I heard a dog in someone's room...not thrilled about this. Breakfast was good...the usual. I would stay here again. Good price.

"Another Night Another Best Western"
Hard to say anything other than an average lodging. Check-in is at 4 pm. Room not ready. Assigned room was 75 feet away from three large semis with their refrigerator units running. When the room air conditioner ran it sounded like a helicopter was in the room and running. Next room was up one flight of stairs (no elevators) and still caught the truck noise, but not as bad. Breakfast was nothing unusual. I've decided that all lodgings providing breakfast use the same menu AND buy from the same supplier. Nothing spectacular, but functional.

"Nice Springville stay"
The BW Mountain View Inn offered a pet friendly, exceptionally clean room, and a super comfortable bed. Room was huge, even for a King bed room, with side chairs, desk, sofa and accessible bath and tub facilities. Pet areas outside were nice green, mowed areas with refuse bags provided and apparently often used as the place was very tidy.

"Aussies doing Route66 & Sturgis Rally"
Stayed at mostly B-W motels all through our motor cycle trip. After a days ride we found the pool was the most welcoming thing at B-W Motels. We're happy with all the B-W motels we stayed in, staff friendly, rooms clean, biker friendly, gave us room were we could see our bikes!! Will defiantly stay in Best Western on our next trip

"Not in the Top 10 Places to stay....."
I stayed for one night at the Best Western Mountain View Inn in Utah. The facility is fine to look at from the outside. Inside there is no elevator to the second floor. Hard carrying up your luggage two stories with no assistance. The room was average. The window did not operate and the room needs ventilation. I do not like sleeping with the air conditioner on all night. While the bed did the job for sleeping there are problems that I will not get into at this time. This place is not on my list of Best Western Hotels to stay in on future trips to Utah.

While we understand your concerns about the hotel not having an elevator, please understand that the building is over 50 years old and is not able to have an elevator due to flood zone laws and lack of required space for one. Our staff is always ready and willing to assist with bags if asked or can try to relocate guests to 1st floor rooms if available.
"nice place to stay"
It's a nicely place hotel between 3 routes one on the freeway directly north or south and two to the central sections of Utah via route 6 or 85. Its very well maintained a cred for property with some well trained and caring staff. The gym, pool , and business area are well kept , staffed , and stocked. The on site employees are helpful and willing to help when asked. I never got a chance to indulge in the breakfast bar because no one opened as advertised and instead we were told it would not be opened for at least another hour after it was advertised to open.

"Over the top stay"
Our stay at this BW was just what we needed after a very long, tring day. Everything was ready for us and staff made checking in a breeze. They really think of everything including a lap table for using your computer, or working on that book you are writing. The breakfast was much more than expected.

"Great Hotel for the Night"
We were passing through and needed a place to stay the night after a long days drive. We stopped here and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazingly good for hotel breakfast. I would recommend this for a few nights stay for sure.

This Best Western Hotel was great. Good service and clean rooms with real breakfast selections. we stayed at Best westerns whenever possible on our trip from Texas to Washington State and back home again. I would recommend this hotel or any of their hotels for a good nights sleep and a hot breakfast away from home.

"Comfortable Beds!"
Very comfortable beds, missed breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathtub was cracked and very noisy, but they were working on some renovations. No problems, just an observation.

"Over priced!"
Over priced! This was a $100 hotel for $200. Breakfast was very limited. The television barely worked Direct TV was continually re- booting. The staff was however very nice, just way overpriced for what you get.

"Fitness Room Sucks and Doesn't Work"
Equipment is old, out of order, or doesn't start. After "exercising" on trying to get the TV and equipment and air conditioning to work for 20 minutes, finally gave up and left very stressed and upset. Hotel owners go out of their way to make sure equipment is off to save money. Have to play with plugs and buttons to trick things to work, but not always successful. We apologize for the inoperable gym equipment, but please understand that the equipment that had their main power sources turned down, were due to them being out of service. We had a service technician in on 7/28 to make the repairs. Our fitness room is rarely used and so we are unaware of items being inoperable as much as in other high use areas of the hotel. Again we apologize for the inconvience, but want you to know we do not power down things on purpose and have since had the items repaired.

"Good Value and Room"
We stayed one night while traveling from AZ to Jackson WY. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Location right off the freeway which was very convenient, and Denny's across the street was convenient for a late dinner since we got in later in the evening.

"Riding Two Up"
From the first step into the hotel we were welcomed with a friendly face and directed right to our room. The room was spacious and quite comfortable. We loved the pillows!! We enjoyed the pool and spa after a 500 mile motorcycle ride traveling to visit family. And a few more days to go. But breakfast was great and wished we could have stayed longer.

"Expensive for what you get"
The breakfast is decent, they offer fruit, yogurt, coffee. They also have eggs, sassauge but that is not very good. The rooms are bad. Hair and dead bugs on the floor. Black hairs on the white sheets. Tiny shower and a huge spider crawled out from under the tub when my wife was in the bathroom. Btw, it crawled out of a crack in the fiberglass tub. Convient location and they allow pets. Very expensive for what it is.

Was lied to upon booking. Charged more then I was told. Staff was barely around. Room was dirty, Emmenities were limited and breakfast was terrible as if they were serving yesterdays breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Your rates were clearly mentioned during the reservation process and match what was noted on your email confirmation and again on the registration upon your arrival to the hotel. It seemed no room service the four nights we were there!? Not sure if it was becasue of the holiday or what...when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper it was brought to us very promptly but no other services were offered...beds never made, etc

"Wonderful"
Stayed in a King Jacuzzi suite. Fabulous. Great Jacuzzi tub. Definite wow factor when you walk in. Bed very comfortable. A bit difficult to find but once we go orientated realized I15 was right there. Wash station for bikes. Highly recommend. Restaurant right across the street. Maverick gas station right there.

"Stop over at the Best Western"
We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room BUT the air conditioner was so LOUD we could barely hear the TV and it was blowing all night but never seemed to cool the room down. The service of the front desk and breakfast in the morning was excellent. The only problem was the noise and result of the air conditioner. We did not report it but would certainly do so again if we stayed here.

Late check in went very smoothly. Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and neat. Really no complaints as it is full service with all the extras a family can enjoy. Very close to interstate 15, so it was easy on and easy off the freeway. Parking large rental trucks or towing did not seem to be an issue.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms were clean. The hotel is located close to the interstate and several local restaurants are located nearby. I especially liked the fact that the hotel does not use disposable plates in the breakfast service.

We booked this room as our half way stop from Yellowstone to Arches. The hotel was fresh and clean and our room was large room with an excellent bathroom. For the price, we would go out of our way to stay there in the future. Great breakfast and pleasant room to eat in.

"Highly overpriced for what you get."
I just found the pricing for this room to be extremely high for 1 night. $191 USD final bill w/no extras. After travelling all day, I just wanted a place to rest. The bathtub appears to be a knockoff of Bathfitters, and creaked loudly whenever I moved my feet... The following night I stayed at a BW in Great Falls,MT which had much better amenites and breakfast and just superior overall for $109, which I thought was reasonable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was on the freeway side, maybe because they were booked up? Breakfast room was bright and cheerie. Very few choices for a nice dinner nearby and the one they recommended didn't even know what "wine" was. Hmmmm.

"Our review"
The toilet handle was partially broken. The pillows were terrible the shower had not been cleaned or not cleaned very well. They were changing door locks on the rooms on a busy Saturday. We will not be staying there again.

Very poor for the cost per night, hot tub didn't work, lobby restroom door ripped off, rooms smell very bad and the best they could do was offer spray. Very poor breakfast area and breakfast serving area and couldn't keep enough food in service containers, always empty.

Pros: clean, comfortable bed/pillows. Slightly better than average breakfast with real "china" and mugs. Cons: Too many repairs needed in this room for this price point. $20 charge for the privilege of having a pet is not "pet friendly".

The King suite we had was one of the best we have ever had. The service was awesome. When we arrived there was even Chili served for any guests. We would definitely like to repeat this stop next year in our travels.

"Great Location, close to freeway"
For a small town hotel, this fit the bill. It had a Denny's across the street and Freeway close by. Easy on and Off as you come and go to the hotel. Great hub location for activites in Utah county. They provide a breakfast from 6am to 9am. So if you sleep in - you'll miss it. Great Location and easy access. Free WiFi too!
"Clean, quiet, convenient"
I was a little bit worried when I saw that this hotel is located directly across from a truck stop...but by the time I went to bed (9 p.m.) the truck traffic was virtually non-existent and the room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - offered many choices and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous!

The room was nice - we had the suite. The jetted tub plug kept getting stuck and I had to use a pen to drain the water. Also it was way over priced for the location. I would expect to pay what I did for an ocean view... not a view of the highway.

Good place to stop. Room was a bit warm and we could not get air to work. The breakfast was an issue, but we spoke to management. They took care of our problem right away. The beds were fairly comfortable.

"Stopover"
Easy access off the I 15 at the south end of Salt Lake City. Desk clerk was very friendly and professional. Our kingsize room was easy to access on second floor. It was very large and had several updates but still requires some work. Crown moldings, wall imperfections, old fridge and microwave were not what I would expect for the price. Bed and linens were lovely. Mattress had bedbug protectors which I feel should be manditory. This hotel does pride itself on pest control. Beautiful gym and pool area with hot tub. Breakfast was good and breakfast room attended. I would stay again but not for the $188Can that we paid.

Room needed some TLC tap dripped toilet took forever to fill, couldn't get shower gel and lotion dispensers to work. Location was good ,easy to find. In a pinch it was okay, but it was pricier then some of the Best Westerns for wahat you got.

"Best Best Western"
My overall stay was very good, only complaint is that I could not close the outer curtains all the way at night. All the other services and accommodations were very good. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and the waffles were huge, lol.

"Mediocre "
The room we had was pretty tired and weary looking AND not very clean. The lobby has been upgraded and so when checking in one has hopes that the rooms will be similar. However this was not the case. Disappointing to be sure as we often stay at Best Western Hotels and are usually very satisfied.

Great place to stay. Restaurant, fuel within walking distance. Easy on and off freeway in either direction north or south. Lots of parking area and an inviting entrance to a well maintained building. A convenience store is also across the street to pick up snacks or munchies.

"Bad Customer Experience"
The room was OK, in poor very condition in the bathroom: walls not painted in need of repair, dirty and had a musty smell. Reservation experience has been terrible. Double charged as well as Overcharged. Manager Mr Patel states unable to cancel, even though I stayed at the hotel anyways. Manager has yet to contact me and is never available when I call. After this experience I will take my business elsewhere and never recommend the best western brand to anyone traveling. I better off at the Holiday Inn next door.

"OK for the price"
Overall, this is a pretty good place to stay. The person who helped me on the phone when I made the reservation was extremely unenthusiastic, and booked our name incorrectly. The gentlemen at the desk corrected everything is seconds and was very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was average, but filled us up. No on-site restaurant, so we ate at the Denny's across the street, which was average and well priced. It was a comfortable night, and we will probably stay there again.

"Lame"
We were in a room that was very stuffy and the toilet did not work well. Management did not seem to care. The young lady that checked us in was very nice as was the lady in the breakfast room. the AC didn't work and you could not open the window. When I complained on check out, I was told since I booked through Expedia I could not get any type of credit or compensation. I visit Provo often and I will never stay there again. Like wise I will never use Expedia again either. Actually I did not know that my search engine had taken me to their site. LIVE AND LEARN. My wife went to Denny's across the street and they could not cook a hamburger. Nothing else in the area.

"comfortable but a bit pokey"
we were booked and stayed for 3 nights. the hotel is easy to find just off the I15 and as our room was close to an outside door we could park within a few yards. the double room was small and we were constantly stepping over luggage. the bed was comfortable and we slept OK and the breakfast was adequate. I had to remind the housekeeper to make up the room at 3.00pm on our second afternoon there.

"Nice location, close to BYU, no traffic hassles"
We had the room right off the lobby and surprisingly it's wasn't loud and noisey. 2 Queens were very comfortable. Nice spacious room but it could use an update. TV was great and we had no issue with remote or A/C. Lovely pool and hot tub at this location. Breakfast was good. Fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was clean and average. Washer and dryer. Power went out during the time I was doing the laundry and the desk clerk refunded my money and paid for my second load! Beyond what was required. Free Daily Paper. Nice lobby with TV and sitting area. Plenty of parking. Close to BYU, beats going out to the highway and dealing with traffic.

"Good place to stay near Provo, UT"
This hotel was convenient, clean, well priced, quiet and comfortable. Access from the highway was easy. The room was spacious, well lit, quiet. Breakfast offerings were tasty and more than just the basics.

"Better Value elsewhere"
Overall stay not bad but room is showing it's age. Compared to other hotels, this one needs updating & newer furnishings. Some maintenance is also required to bring up to better standards. Price for value too high based on this stay & locations.

"Fantastic hotel for the money"
Long story short, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I travel a lot for work so I've been to a lot of places. To start, this hotel was recently renovated so the rooms looked as good as they do in the pictures. I've seen a lot of hotels that look mundane and rundown that charge the same price, so staying at this hotel was refreshing. I will be traveling to Springville very often for work so I will make sure to stay at this hotel again! Really happy with this Best Western, 5/5.

"Unacceptable Rooms"
Arrived after 10 hours on the road. We received a double queen room. After unloading our things, we noticed that the a/c was not working. Called the front desk, and she came to see if she could fix the problem. She could not fix it, so she offered a fan. Not acceptable. Then she offered another room. We loaded everything back up and moved to a second room. This time the tv remote power button did not work And the a/c did not work. The desk clerk said most of the remotes don't work. But only the power button, every thing else should work. So I said, then I have to get up to turn the set off? She said, well yes. She then gave us another room. We loaded up for the second time, and moved to the third room. This time we didn't unload, and waited to see if the a/c worked, etc. A/C didn't work either. Desk clerk said that after the summer season, a lot of the a/c units don't work well and need to be reset. REALLY??? While the desk clerk tried to be accommodating, I expect much better from a Best Western. We ended up leaving. Drove down the street to the Holiday Inn Express.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences experienced. Our maintenance team has service the AC units and swapped the remote control from the rooms reported and we will be working with the front desk clerk on her customer service. "Perfect for summer getaway"
I was here for a short time-only for the weekend-but it was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend staying here if you're planning on making a stop in Springville or the surrounding areas. I got a room with a beautiful view of the mountains and it was very roomy and clean. Also the BREAKFAST IS AMAZING! They change up the menu everyday and make it fresh; we came on the days where they made French toast on Friday and biscuits and gravy with sausage on Saturday. And the customer service was excellent, everyone is super friendly and it's just a very inviting environment. Added this hotel to my list of favs for the future.

"Surprised it's only a Best Western!"
My family and I are regulars who come stay at this hotel because it never fails to exceed our expectations. The rooms are big and spacious and it's consistently the perfect stay. The pool area has been recently upgraded as well so it's nice to spend time outside.

"Amazing hotel"
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel was very cheap and very comfortable! The employee were very kind and super helpful. If I ever stay in a hotel in Utah again I'll be staying in a Best Western inn!!

"Unhelpful Staff - Sub Par Accomodations in Springville, UT"
This hotel is sub par at best. Highly uncomfortable bed/pillows and questionable blanket/bedding. No amenities. Unhelpful and unaccommodating staff. I would definitely try somewhere else. Staff is unprofessional and unhelpful.

We understand your frustrations with the second leg of your trip not being ale to be cancelled but the cancellation policies are clearly displayed prior to confirming your reservation, and again on your confirmation email. Leaving a negative survey a several weeks after your initial stay solely based on the reservation not being cancelled is unfair to the hotel and the staff. We urge guests to make sure they read and understand their reservations and all policies attached to avoid similar situations.
"Very clean and spacious"
Had a great stay here while driving through Utah. Clean, large room, very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is that Trip Advisor said it had a restaurant on site and it does not. However, we got a good recommendation for dinner from the front desk and we're very satisfied. Lots of restaurants a couple of miles away.

"TIRED TRAVELER STOP OVER"
I had driven 9hrs to get to this hotel. Very pleased to be greeted with a smile, clean room and restaurant right across the street. Disappointed that the pool was outdoors. The bed was comfortable, but the big pillows gave me a stiff neck. Have stayed in many BW hotels, usually there is a book with info on TV channels, but it was missing from this room. Convenient to the highway, busy truck stop across the way, but it was quiet. Good for a one night stop.

"Very Good"
This place was very good. The decor was excellent as was the service. I felt like I was in in a Western Lodge with updated internet, TV and facilities. Loved the hot tub and indoor pool. Breakfast was well presented. Cookies and milk in the evening.

"Very clean and friendly hotel"
This hotel is close to the freeway for convenience, yet it's quiet and has a very friendly and professional staff. It has comfortable beds, and the room is large enough to feel like you're not in a small box. In addition to the two queen beds, there were also two chairs and ottomans, which made it nice to sit and read without having to be in bed or on the bed when in the room. The breakfast was nice, with plenty of variety - with helpful staff on-site. The hotel was very pleasant in every way.

"Vacation stop over "
Great place. Clean...we got the last room and it was a king suite! Hot tub with gorgeous view. Room was big and clean. Bed was ok could use some pillow topper but slept ok. Nice people. Huge tv on wall and tv by jacuzzi. Perfect time for traveling 700 miles that day.

The staff were very friendly and the lobby was very pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed felt great after a long day of travel. Breakfast was a little different both morning and tasted good. The pool area was very nice and the relaxing.

"As always, a good place to stay."
Quiet, clean and well kept. Our family always stays here when we visit in Springville. We always stay with Best Western and accumulate lots of points. I just wish that we could use them here when we travel but using points isn't always an option.

"Disappointing room"
The price was too high for the value received. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways looked nice and clean, and the breakfast was fine, but my husband and I were disappointed in our room. When I opened the rickety air conditioning panel door for A/C controls, the entire outer casing of the air conditioner fell off onto the floor. My husband was able to re-attach it. The sheets on our king size bed were more balled up and threadbare than the sheets my son brought home from his dorm after 4 years. The pillows were lumpy and unpleasant. There were stains on the carpet. This is what I might expect in a $75 room but not one for which I paid $107.

"Comfortable Stay"
The hotel lobby and rooms are well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room a nice size. The shower was a cheap insert, that did not match the quality level of the rest of the bathroom and bedroom.

"Very comfortable beds "
Although the hotel is a bit aged, the beds were super comfy, room was nice and clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. I was greeted with a newspaper at my door on my way to breakfast. I would recommend this place. Price was a bit higher than I would have liked to pay but that's Utah for ya.

"Not up to Best Western standards"
The first room had an a/c unit that made noises and the toilet did not flush. The second room had a broken alarm clock that went off at midnight and buzzed periodically until I unplugged it. The coffee maker was cheap and didn't work at all.

"All was nice (except for the interior painting job and artwork)"
We have no significant complaints, but the interior painting job was obviously slap-dash. We appreciated the soap gel, conditioning shampoo and lotion in dispensers to save wasted containers and unused products. Staff was very efficient. Laundry room was clean and had a nice folding counter. Nice view of the mountains, true to the name (I'm not sure, but am guessing that all rooms have the view, given the layout).

"Get an upstairs room close to the stairs"
We were initially given a downstairs room. I think this was to make it easier for us to handle our luggage because the hotel does not have elevators. However, when the curtains are open anyone walking by can see in the room, and when they're closed no sunlight can get in. We asked to be moved upstairs were we could keep the curtains open but still have privacy. The hotel was very accomodating and gave us a room close to the stairs and facing away from the afternoon sun/heat. This hotel is very close to the freeway, not far from Provo and Spanish Fork/Price Canyon, and across the street from a service station and Dennys. It's clean and modern (some of the workmanship in the bathroom should be re-done). I recommend this hotel based on quality, price, service and location.

"Quiet Room"
While this Hotel looked great on the outside and has a wonderful lobby. This hotel room experience was ok for us and you could tell it was older an older hotel that had been repainted to try to update it. The items in the room looked outdated and crammed in the room with very little space for walking around. We had previously stated at 2 other Best Western hotels in California and Utah and there rooms were much nicer for a lesser price per night. However, the room was very quiet.

"Perfect Rest Stop"
The BW Springville is easy access off I-15 as you approach Provo, Utah. The outdoor pool and spa is amazing. The hotel is pet friendly. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The evening desk clerk directed us to an excellent restaurant about two miles from the hotel. The check-out desk clerk ran to the parking lot to locate me as I was leaving the hotel. He returned a credit card I had left at the desk.

"Showing its age"
Stayed here for a few days in June. Location is good right off the interstate with a flying J across the street and a Denny's. The building is starting to show its age on the inside. Bathrooms could use a good cleaning including all the little corners. Tub has an insert and every time you took a step you thought you were going to go right thru the floor and it was very noisy. Queen suite was quite large. Breakfast was fairly good with the usual continental fare. Staff were very good. Parking for oversize vehicles with trailers was no problem. A little pricey for quality I thought.

"bad"
We made reservations 1 week ahead. We had our daughter with us who was in a wheelchair. When we arrived the room was not acceptable. We left and called back for a refund on her room. We were told we could not get one we had to do it 24 hrs in advance We asked for the manager, they were gone for the weekend.I said I would cancel my payment on my card.She could not do anything about it. I asked again to talk to someone. Finally she found someone. We wanted a swim It did not open till 9am, by then we were gone. The air conditioner was so loud we did not sleep well the next night we turned it off and was hot. We have been disaponted with best western most of the year. We were treated so kindly at Holiday inn we will probably start going there now. Sorry but this was a very uncofortable stay. Larry and Linda

"Nice location off the I15"
We picked this motel because we wanted to be out of Salt Lake City airport area. The staff were very helpful after we lost a camera bag at the airport The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable

"Fantastic Front Desk"
Hotel is clean and well kept. The front desk staff at check in were fantastic. Helped with some printing I had to do for work and couldn't have been happier to do it for me. I will be staying here again when I'm in the area again. 5 stars!!!!!

"Very nice new place off the road"
We stumbled onto this place and it looks brand new. Very clean, the rooms were big with a nice comfy bed. We even did some laundry at it was very convenient. The breakfast was awesome. If you couldn't find something you like, you have a problem as they have everything.

"This BW needs some major TLC!"
I often choose BWs to stay at when on road trips as I find them usually very clean and comfortable to stay in after a long day of driving. This one needs major updating of furnishings, furniture, plumbing fixtures, etc. Also perhaps with these improvements. it will be easier to keep clean and housekeeping will be able to do a better job. I wouldn't recommend this BW in Provo UT to any of my friends are family.

"GREAT HOTEL"
The staff was great,room was beautiful,and the only thing we missed out on was the breakfast is only 6:30 to 9:30,and by the time we got all packed up it was 10 am.They had a very fast wi-fi.I really would recommend this hotel.

"1 Night Stay"
The room was nicely appointed with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable with 4 nice pillows. The bathroom did not have a fan. Overall I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was standard fair.

"Cleanliness"
Room had dirty towels left in bathroom and Kleenex dispenser was empty on our first night. Upon a return trip, the next week, (we had already booked the room) there were urine markings on the outside of the toilet in the room. Not good.

Very spacious rooms size compare to many of the hotels we have stayed in past. Excellent staff, eager and willing to go out their way to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Rooms were very clean and did not have any smoke odor or pet odor. We specially enjoyed the pool area which had new furniture and great place to sunbathe if you are into such a thing. Also the breakfast was very good which was prepared fresh daily and the variety were also good. We have stayed at higher brands of hotels in the past and their breakfast was not comparable to this one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

"Enjoyed my stay"
I keep coming back when I come to town... Have been there a number of times and it is a comfortable routine to visit there. The hotel has direct TV and a nice spacious room. I would enjoy if it were a little quieter but I have seen worse. Its close to the freeway and easy on and off is a plus.

"Nice Place, but Needs Repairs"
Plastic tub was screeching noisy, the AC was broken, but they replaced it the next day, the sink spicket is disconnected and loose, there was no bathroom fan, one exit door to the side of the hotel was broken and ajar, the toilets are old and have to be flushed multiple times to work, half the exercise room equipment is broken. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags, ask for a bottom floor room. Maids only came through half the time.

"Best in the Area!"
If you are looking for a great hotel near a good area, check this one out. I've stayed here for 3 years, and they just keep improving things. The outdoor area around the pool and spa are clean and attractive. They had towels laid out on every chair, and have improved the appearance overall. Pool and spa were crystal clear and clean. When the rooms are available, I always get an upgrade here as a Diamond member.

"Not as nice as it looks on the internet."
Older hotel that is dated. They are slowly updating. Some rooms are very small. In the exercise room half the equipment was broken and couldn't get tv to work. I set the termostat at 58 degrees and the room was still very warm and made it hard to sleep. The best part of the stay is the morning breakfast, real scrambled eggs with a very friedly hostess.

"Met my requirements well"
Just an overnight stay while traveling. Didn't try the pool, but it looked nice. Hotel is a bit older, but in good condition. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was up to BW standards. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit dark. Had trouble finding a mirror with adequate light to put on my makeup. I had not previously experienced the soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers they had on the bathroom walls, rather than the little bottles. I liked the convenience and ecological aspects of these.

"Stopped on way to Salt Lake"
We stopped here on our way to Salt Lake City during our driving holiday in the US. We really enjoyed staying there, the staff were great and the room clean. There were lovely views of the mountain and we crossed the road to Denny's for dinner and that was also very nice with great food and a very friendly waitress. We slept well and then were on our way again. Altogether a good experience and a fine place to stop on a trip.

"Swimming Pool"
This hotel was such a great surprise. The reviews weren't great but a friend said they recently renovated the hotel. I was blown away by how nice and comfortable the hotel is inside. Everything seemed to brand spanking new. The service from the front desk as great and they offered me a rewards membership that helped get me a $25 gift card. Best part of the stay was the outdoor swimming pool. We had it all to ourselves because they just opened it for the season. The furniture out there also seemed to be brand new. All of the day beds had pillows that matched the umbrellas so it looked very nice and modern. I can't wait to go back to this hotel and will make sure I refer friends and family there.

"so disappointed"
we always use Best Western because we know that when we do, we will get a good nights sleep. The room, although it was deemed for pets, and we had 2 small dogs, had stains that smelled, all over the floor. i had to use an air freshener on the carpet to get rid of it. the condition of the air was so uneven and the heater was horribly loud. the door has light leaks around the whole thing. there is so much activity across the street. if we had known there was a truck stop there we wouldn't have booked somewhere else. the beds were uncomfortable and left us itchy. the grass around the whole front of the hotel was covered in dog poop. you can tell that no one had cleaned it up in awhile. it was the worst Best Western we have ever been in. we left very tired.

We are very sorry for the bad experience you had during your visit with us. We will have our head housekeeper and maintenance person do a full inspection of this room and make the necessary repairs/replacements. The lawns have recently been aerated in preparation of the warmer seasons which makes it look as if pet waste is lingering, but I can assure you it is not. We hope we can host you once more so we can earn your trust as a clean and comfortable hotel.
"A transit hotel, not a destination location"
The hotel was sited just off the main highway and is also a truck stop location as well so there will be quite a few trucks moving in and out, this was not noticeable in our room but choose your room carefully if given the choice. Again choose an upstairs room as we had a herd Buffalo in the room above us. As for eating unless your willing to drive to a different location then the choice is only Denny's which a a typical food chain restaurant. They had an outside pool but this was closed as its still winter here at this time.

"A gem of a hotel!"
This hotel is well managed and maintained - there was really nothing wrong with it that we could see. Bed was comfy, room was quiet. WiFi good. Everything very clean. Breakfast included eggs and sausage with salsa, fruit, cereal, etc. Location great, near the Interstate. Restaurants nearby limited, tho.

"Room was dirty"
I'm not really into giving bad reviews but unfortunately the Mountain View Inn has earned one. For the record, over the last 8 years I've stayed at this hotel frequently while taking the annual commute to Arizona or Las Vegas and never had a problem. Things I generally love about this hotel: - the locations proximity to the I-15 - you can stay safely on the south side of SLC, continue south without fighting morning traffic - It's pet friendly - Great wifi - Across the street from a Flying J Truck Stop to fuel up for your trip - It's safe for a solo traveler Why the bad review? I travel with my dogs. I consider myself a very responsible pet owner, I clean up after them, they are crated in the room and I don't allow them all over the furniture. The room I was given during this stay was a pet room and it was FILTHY. The sheeted bedding was clean but the runner and blanket had pet hair from another visiter. The carpet and the walls were also really unclean and I've stayed at some questionable hauts. Definitely not the level of comfort I'm used to receiving from a Best Western property.

Personnel great and the room comfortable with a good bed, furniture outdated/worn out. The breakfast was marginal with most hot items cold or missing. Microwave warmed everything great. Our dog loved the big room.

"Right off the freeway"
Its a spot I have visited multiple times for work travels. Its conveniently right off the freeway and easily on and off the route. It has direct tv in each room and is a nice place to visit when I am passing through.

"Super Comfy Bed"
Super comfy bed, clean room, hot breakfast and super nice staff. Nothing to complain about. The shower insert in the newly remodeled bathroom squeaks when you are in the shower. It was was no big deal for me or my husband.

"Don't stay here"
Poor rooms, noisy. I had a room with the gym right next to it on one side and the laundry right across the hall. Between the treadmills and dryers, it was noisy. Also, they couldn't even print me out a receipt because "they didn't have any ink in their printer" and didn't know when they would get some.

This location is very convenient and right off the interstate. If you are needing to be south of SLC this is a perfect location to get anywhere quickly. Very clean and great breakfast. It is also one of the least expensive options in SLC. GREAT VALUE!

I have had better.You really do not want me to use all 200 characters. Best Western is a good brand. I have. Tub would not keep water in it so soaking was impossible. I've had much better rooms with this brand in other countries than in this facility.

"Better try a different place"
Having stayed at this property several times over the years, and twice between last November and now, I can say definitely this is not worth the money they charge. Their maintenance program is completely ignored. Tub/shower faucet dripped, adjustable shower head didn't adjust, mattresses need to be replaced (they dip on the edge and almost throw you on the floor when you try to sit on them). Sheer curtains didn't close all the way, so for privacy we had to use the opaque curtains, which meant the low room lighting was all we had to work with. The breakfast offering was done very much "on the cheap", and quality of breakfast foods was quite low. There was snow and ice on the ground in high traffic areas from a recent storm that hadn't been cleared away. We had to be very careful not to slip and fall going into and out of all the entrances. It was as if no-one cared about the guests. Don't choose this location. You'll have a much better stay just a couple miles north in Provo, and will appreciate the value your money will buy.

"Night stay"
This hotel is right off the freeway so that is nice. It is an older building which they've remodeled and you can tell they are trying to make it look nice. The walls are very thin and we could hear the people upstairs and next to us and people in the hall very well. It made it hard to sleep. We had some problems with them charging my card when they said it wouldn't be charged until check in but we got that settled. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on it. I don't think we will stay here again. We love the Best Western in Lehi just about 20 or so miles north on I 15

"Escaping Winter"
This hotel is an excellent location just off the interstate and about an hour south of Salt Lake City. There are restaurants nearby. The staff are very efficient and helpful. This hotel allowed my dog to stay and this is always a plus.

"Pleasant stay"
We stayed at the Best Western for 5 nights December 16-21. The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and all aroud great. The beds and linens were comforable. The staff was very helpful in allowing family memebers to change rooms at no cost, due to a broken leg that occured while there. I am sorry I do not recall names, the staff member working the breakfast buffet was awesome. She was friendly, appeared to love her job, and greeted us every morning with a smile and how are visit was going. The food on the breakfast buffet was pleniful and changed daily. "A warm place in the winter"
We were on our way home from staying with family for the Christmas holiday. Since we have stayed here before we knew the area. The outside of each room was decorated like a package and made for a very festive feel. The room was nice as were the people that greeted us when we came in late.

We stayed at the Mt View Best Western during a family Christmas get together. Very impressed, The rooms were nice with Christmas decorations on each door, Breakfast was AWSOME.. they had a huge selection that was FRESH, FLOVORFULL and well attended! Even had REAL scrabbled eggs ( most hotels have some Microwave pail yellow substitute) I travel extensively and stay in hotels almost half each year. This hotel is doing it right!!

"Good place if passing through"
We needed a place to stay for a night and this was a decent price. Check-in was easy with no hang ups. The front desk staff was friendly. When we drove around to our room entrance, there was a lot of trash and cigarette butts all over. Wasn't the best things to see to start your visit. When we walked in the halls were nice and each door was decorated for Christmas! ??! The rooms were a little ran down and out dated. The walls in the bathroom were painted without being taped off so it looks very sloppy. The TV wasn't working right and when we called the front desk and there was a knock at our door, no lie, within 20 seconds. They fixed it right away. In the morning breakfast was good. Plenty of selection and the gal tending the breakfast station was great. I'd give the staff a 5 but the facilities a 2. If you're looking for a short stay this place will do.

"A perfect location"
I was pleasantly surprised on how nice this location was. The hotel was very nicely decorated for Christmas including each and every room door. There was Christmas music in the lobby. I was glad to find on site parking for the truck i was driving and the trailer i was pulling. I wasn't worried about the parking because of the Pilot truck stop directly across the street would have worked also but there was plenty of room to park. I will make this a regular stop when I'm in the Salt Lake Area of Utah

"Great stop in Utah Valley"
I have been there a couple times. The bathroom as a little small, and shower a little squeaky on the floor, but the room was comfortable and was glad to get some rest on a road trip for work. The room was clean and smelled fresh.

"Very pleased with the accessibility"
This handicap room was located on the main level & it was the 1st room right inside the door. So it was easy to get things taken into the room for my elderly mom. It was a big room with a nice king sized bed in it. It had several sitting options in it. There were 2 chairs and 2 soft benches.

"Ok place to spend a night while on the road..."
We stayed here recently for a night while traveling to Montana. I would describe the hotel as average, room size was average, and our particular room could use some attention. Upon entering the room, the fragrant deodorizer was overwhelming to the senses to the point of being obnoxious. It appears an attempt was made to remodel the room at some point but the attention to detail and quality of work was lacking. The drywall work, patching, paint job, etc. seemed to be hastily completed with a sloppy appearance. The walls were thin so you can hear other guests closing their doors and walking down the hallway. There are exterior doors that require your plastic room key card to gain access into the hotel but the one closest to our room was broken which was inconvenient. Also, for some reason, there were no comforters on the beds? We were so tired we did not bother calling the desk and request them; we just wanted to go to bed. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and courteous. This location is also pet friendly for an additional $20.00 and has a nice, grassy area to walk the dogs. The room was equipped with a microwave, free WIFI, and a mini-fridge which comes in handy. They had outlets available on the bedside table to charge your phone or laptops. There was plenty of parking and we did not have any issues with leaving our belongings unattended in the back of our truck. They also have a pool and a free continental breakfast that hits the spot before you get back on the road. On a side note, there are two gas stations located across the street so it's convenient for fueling up in the morning before heading out on the road. One is a Flying J truck-stop and the other a Maverick. This property is also conveniently located right off of the I-15 exit which makes it easy to find. All in all, if you need a place to spend the night and get some rest, this place will work but I don't think I would stay for much longer than that.

"My stay at Best Western on my way to Oregon"
This hotel needs a facelift. It appears very old. The outside appearance is not attractive. The carpeting shows signs of wear and tear. The entire inside needs to be remodeled and the furniture needs to be replaced. The beds were just ok. The breakfast was very poor. There were no eggs and the only hot cereal was the instant kind of oatmeal. Hot cooked oatmeal would have been so much better. The location is great but I believe I stayed in the same hotel many years ago when my sons were attending BYU. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

"Creaks and Slopes"
I was surprised to find the exterior of the hotel did not really match the quality of the construction. As a newer building I expected it to be built more solidly. I had the upgraded suite upstairs but found more entertainment than comfort as I measured sloping floors and crooked walls, poorly designed bathrooms and floors that squeaked throughout the building. Not a bad hotel but I don't expect it will be around long simply because gravity is working against it.

"Very modern for a med size hotel."

"Just OK"
Housekeeping is lacking. Smears on all the tabletops. Long hairs on bed linens on both queen beds. Location is just off the interstate. The only close restaurant is a Denny's. But the people behind the desk at check-in and check-out were nice.

"Very Nice Stay"
Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. HVAC had setting that allowed for constant fan. Love this!! The only negative was the odd placement of a large chair as you walk into the bedroom area. Not real sure what the point was. Breakfast was average roadside fare but not bad. property was attractive. All in a all a really nice stay. Very quiet even though right next to interstate and populated area.

"Great Place for Snowbirds"
We stay at this Best Western hotel on our spring and fall migration to California. The hotel is very clean with a good breakfast. It is an older hotel but priced accordingly. The staff is very helpful. There is easy access from IInterstate 15 and it is just South of the busy Salt Lake City traffic. i would recommend this hotel to my best friends.

"Bed Bugs!!!"
Bed bugs!!! Stayed night of 10/24/15 in Rm 128. Woke to itchiness and found live bed bug and other bug remains/evidence in the bed. I put these in a container and gave to the front desk. Several red marks showed on my body immediately that morning, and several more bites have appeared since then, about 150 at last count. Due to the time I was in the bed (6 hrs max) and the large number of bites, I suspect a severe infestation. The hotel reversed charges and said they are following up on cleanup of the room. I am waiting for a copy of the initial bed bug report and resolution reports that the hotel promised to send me.
"Disappointing Stay at BW Mt. View Inn, Springville, UT"
Nice view, convenient off the Interstate, room unfortunately disappointed: noisy air unit had to be turned off, noisy fridge unplugged; microwave, coffee maker and fridge all connected to the same extension cord, desk chair was in disrepair and bed sheets hadn't been changed :(
"Bad news, good news"
Stopped for one night on our way to Moab. The hotel was clearly in the process of remodeling. The path we were directed to our room had lots of glass tabletops leaning against the wall. Filthy luggage carts were strewn about midst the mess, looking like they were possibly used for construction. We didn't use them. Having pretty low expectations by the time we got to our room, we opened the door to a lovely expansive redecorated space with a sitting area. The bathroom had the best herbal products I've ever found in a Best Western. The king bed itself was very comfortable, but we were surprised to find the sheets pilly and uncomfortable – clearly we have a mix of old and new here. And there was a lot of highway noise. Next morning we found the breakfast buffet eggs to be really dry. The waffle machine left dirt spots on the waffles and there was no sugar-free syrup or even unsweetened cereal options. Seems the hotel is a work in progress and has the potential to be really great with some attention to details.

Clean---close by I-15---restaurant across street is open on Sunday---Flying J fuel depo next door---quiet in room 135--- no elevators---Breakfast is very good for this caliber BW- staff very friendly and helpfull---I am returning in tree days---

"Poor Experience ..."
Our expectations were not very high, since we had read other reviews online. However, thought we would see for ourselves. Since we were traveling with our two small dogs, we needed a room on the ground floor, which they happily provided. It was at the rear of the hotel, near the back door for convenience of their walks, etc. That's the end of the good ... our room keys did not work, either for the outer door to the building nor to our room. When we gained access to the building and our room, it smelled very bad and stale. The room was quite large, but that's about all. The TV remote did not work~needed batteries; the a/c made so much noise it was hard to hear said TV; the bathroom was really in need of rehab, in spite of the fact that an attempt seemed to have done recently. The caulking around the tub and elsewhere, looked to have been done by a young child. Or, someone who needed glasses. Quite a mess! Inside the tub, the drain needed repair (no plug for a bath), plus, the handle was about to come apart and had serious rust around it. Lastly, the bed...an attempt had been made for a new bedspread, but the rest of the bedding was shabby. There were many pillows, but they were all the same. No choice of different hardness or softness, etc. The mattress was not very comfortable at all. Thankfully, we had to stay over just one night. (We were traveling from one location to our home.) The location of the hotel is good, very near the freeway. Plus, they also accepted pets, which was a plus for us. However, unless I am assured that an extensive remodeling has been done, I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again.

"Great overnight stay"
Stayed here one night on our way to Bryce. Hotel was easy accessible next to the interstate. Looked like a fairly new hotel, lobby was modern and inviting. Receptionist very friendly. Room was big, nice beds, clean bathroom. Breakfast room was way too small for number of rooms in hotel. We had to eat in the lobby. Across the hotel is a gasstation and a Denny's.

"Traveling with dogs"
What a refreshing change from other similar priced motels. Recently refurbished, clean, inviting & very friendly staff. Good variety hot breakfast. We even bought pillows. Bed was fantastic! Highly recommend.

"Great Location-Not the cleanist"
This was a great area for a half way point from Tucson, AZ to Spokane, Wa. It was a good location with a Denny's and gas station right across the street. Unfortunately our room was one of the worst ones we have stayed at with Best Western. The room didn't even look like it had been cleaned after the last guest. There were stains in the bathtub that were easily wiped up, which means it wasn't even cleaned. There was a sticky substance on the bottom of the lamps and the desk lamp and whiskers were someone had shaved. The floor was sticky and needed to be shampooed. I decided to get new sheets from the desk, because I was worried that maybe even the bed wasn't touched. The front desk was helpful with this. I have never had a problem with BW before and am planning on trying it one more time on my way back home, hoping this was a one time occurrence.

clean comfortable motel for road trip to telluride from seattle with dogs. Nice people, good breakfast, quiet, and a good place to let our dogs out. Rooms large and comfortable. Good internet service.

"on the road"
We often stay at Best Western, this was a long day on the road and this motel was conveniently located, easy on/off interstate. Checked in at a930pm, quick and easy, room was comfortable for a "quick night" of rest. Heard a train early but it didn't awaken us. Alway glad for a hot breakfast.
