"One Night In Boston "

After touring NYC me, my girlfriend and the kids decided to head to Boston so we could Visit the JFK library. We took the long drive and on the way after a few delays we arrived rather late so we decided to quickly book a hotel for the night and drive straight there. The gentleman at the front desk was awaiting our arrival as we called beforehand to say we would be later than the check in time. He was very nice and checked us in quickly meaning we could head straight to bed. The room was spacious and very accommodating. We managed some good sleep and we all got up to make it to breakfast which was every kids dream, (pancake maker, toppings of different candies) it also had plenty of things for the adults , lots of protein and healthy snacks. Check out was quick and easy and we were soon on our way to the Library. If we ever pass by Boston in the future I would not hesitate to stay here again.

"Great location for a show at Gillette Stadium"

This is a very fine hotel but it's greatest asset is being only three miles from Gillette stadium. It was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. There are restaurant options nearby plus a dunkin doughnuts. We did not try the breakfast as we left early morning. Room was clean and well kept. Check in and out was fast and efficient with a friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 1 night (literally just slept there) for an early morning game at Gillette. Check in person was friendly. The room was clean and modern looking. Had a fridge and small microwave. We had a two double room (forgot how small double beds are! compared to queens). Internet worked well and was fast. Breakfast didn't start until 7 and we had to leave at 7, so we stopped by at 6:55 and were able to grab a couple muffins/pastries and glasses of juice to eat in the car, so I can't really comment on the breakfast. They had the usual muffins, pastries, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc out when we left, and there was a warmer set up for hot food. This was a good option for us, only a couple miles from the stadium, and less expensive than both the 'fancy' hotels right at Gillette as well as the 'budget' hotels nearby that didn't have very good reviews. No pool and not much common space, so I don't think I'd want to spend a week there, but it was a good fit for our needs.

We went to Sharon, MA to visit family and this was close to where they live. It is a very clean and comfortable Best Western Plus. Good TV in the room. They have a modest but adequate breakfast included and the two women that were staffing the kitchen on 2 different days were very helpful and polite. I would give it a 3+ if that were available. It is not a grand hotel but totally adequate for our trip.

"Nice local hotel - power was out at home needed a place to stay"

The hotel was clean (although the hallway rug needs to be replaced, noted a little fraying where the two types of rug meet, not a game changer for me as it happens! :) ). Room was a nice size, bathroom was clean! Amenities in the room were nice, even gave ear plugs for light sleepers! Nice touch. The two ladies at the front desk were super friendly to everyone and one of them was trying to accommodate someone who was also seeking a warm place to stay due to massive power outages in the area that had some specific needs. Very friendly.

Situated close to our daughter's home in Sharon, this hotel is a perfect place for us to stay. Convenient, comfortable and most importantly, extremely clean, we are always happy with our stay. But be warned - the breakfasts are nothing to get excited about. But who cares, when you can get a great room at a good value, a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee will do just fine.

Front desk staff professional, friendly and helpful! Ronnie the shuttle driver was fantastic and helpful ( we didn't know they offered shuttle service and were pleasantly surprised when the front desk told us) rooms were clean, maybe a little out dated for some but we are not picky as long as a room is clean. Breakfast included was excellent and servers were efficient and pleasant! The staff is the reason I would stay here again! We also got a good price with our Military discount!

Stayed here during 2017 Christmas Holiday. This Hotel was very convenient, clean and a comfortable room with more space than I expected. I have never stayed on the first floor of a Hotel before and I was concerned about noise however I was surprised how quiet it was. If I need a room in the future I would use this Hotel again.

Price of the Room was very low considering that it was during a Patriots game. Only 3 miles from the stadium and under $100, I will call that a great deal. Rooms are a bit small but with everything we need. Breakfast was very good. Hotel situated between two high passing highways wich make it a bit noisy at night but it was not a real inconvenience. Next Patriots game, I will return there in a heartbeat.

I stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was clean, comfortable, with a friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Also, well situated if you need to uber around. I never waited more than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in best western hotels before with no problems but this hotel is aweful we stayed here for to attend patriots game had two rooms booked paid outrageous price due to first game of the season. Room was musty and moldy but the worst part was big black ants maybe even termites all over the room we had two rooms booked on second floor and both rooms were crawling with BIG black ants I counted over 30 ants in bathroom -alone. they came out at night when lights were off then go into bathroom and they were crawling everywhere! YUCK

Most if not all hotel rates go up in our area for any event at Gillette Stadium. I want to apologize about the ants. I looked back to september in our notes, and did not see anything of this issue. This is not a usual experience for our guests at our hotel. If this was brought to our attention 3 months ago at the time you stayed with us we would have investigated the issue for you expeditiously and compensated you accordingly. first time we ever had complimentary ear plugs provided in our room...nice gesture and thoughtful...however,didn't think we would need them to tune out leaking water from tub,noisy refrigerator and very loud heater all night

"A High Standard"

I have stayed at this location probably over 50 times in the last few years. It is always clean and has a pleasant aroma when walking the hallways.The linens are as clean and white as can be. great attitudes from the staff. I would recommend that management from other hotels visit this location so they can see how it is supposed to be done. I keep returning because it is such a pleasant experience. It is my home away from home.

Lobby upgraded, but rooms look old. Generally clean, and fine for the price. Some highway noise, and they are aware of this as they include ear plugs. AC/Heater old and noisy. Good staff and breakfast. If you are on a budget and are not a light sleeper this is a great choice for the area.

I'm sorry you found our Hvac noisy, we did recently replace most of them last spring. We are making some changes to our furnishings currently, being our lighting throughout the hallways and lobby/breakfast new decor throughout the entire hotel, some updates to the bedding in all of our rooms, this is just to name few, we are planning on doing more as we enter 2018. If you don't care about the look of the place your staying and only the cost then this is the place for you. If your attending the football game and just want a place to drink and party before or after then you will be OK If your on the road and need a place to be home for the night this place isn't it. Spend the extra money and stay in a modern place

We are ending our third year since our last remodel where we did remodel our whole hotel top to bottom. We are updating our hotel furnishing currently. We did just update all our lobby, breakfast room, and hall way lighting. We added new furnishings to our lobby, and hallway walls, and entrances. We plan on continuing this as we enter 2018. "Wedding trip"

This hotel was on the list for a block of a wedding.the price was 100 dollars less than where the wedding was taking place,thus more cost friendly for my daughter and her family.i also needed to put up my son and my nephew because I didn't want people driving back home an hour away.driving the boys back to hotel from wedding was easy,a loop.very convenient if you are going to patriots game.

Using TripAdvisor to get the reviews on hotel. Somehow made a mistake thought it was a holiday inn but arrived and it was Best Western. Very nice mistake the guys checking us in were very helpful with recommending a great place to eat across the street. Nice clean, comfortable would recommend this hotel

Best Western is truly a great place to stay with a friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a good and plentiful breakfast. We were there four nights and each afternoon upon our return, we found a cleaned room with little extras like ear plugs and candies waiting for us. Everything one looks for in a room away from home was found at this Best Western.

Upon arrival I was treated to a room upgrade without asking for it. The check in check out experience was very nice & friendly as well. The room was clean and updated. Very nice breakfast as well. A very refreshing stay at this Best Western. Can not say enough good things about this hotel. Best stay I had in a hotel in a while. I have paid more for less a number of times. Will definitely be back when in the Sharon area. Very impressed in how all the help treats you like they care. Great job as far as the management goes!

The hotel was clean and had a very good breakfast. I would not stay here again. It was a good drive to Boston and a bit noisy. We were given a handicap room. Why I have no idea. We didn't request it and definitely didn't need it.

Typically we find that some of those sites will fill our accessible rooms first for some reason. I also apologize that you found our hotel to be noisy. We are fortunate enough to be located very close to Gillette Stadium; however, that also means that we are at a junction of I-95 and Rt. 1 which does mean that traffic can be heavy past our hotel at times. High priced, over priced, out dated, smelly rooms. Close to stadium, but that is not why we stayed there. The air conditioner cover fell off numerous times, the remote would not work without extra effort every time of a change of station. Handicap accessibility in and out of the hotel was so far from the handicap rooms. Extra doors to manage, long hallways. Not easy for those with handicap accessible issues.

Great room, it was cleanand comfortable,excellent breakfast, nice choice of pastries, eggs, meat, bread and cereals and great experience checking in late night and checking out in the am,I had some gift cards from work that I needed to use up at some other locations they had problems with them not here she zipped right through as though she did them daily, the staff really made this place feel comfortable for us.Great job!

Passing through Boston area and wanted something outside the city, reasonably priced and on the way into NYC. This property had good reviews and was right off I-95 and US1, both convenient. Clean rooms, fresh décor, friendly staff. Pub right across the street for dinner.

"Great value for a stay"

Great location and great value for the dollars paid. Clean room, excellent hot breakfast selection and great front desk service. The only not as satisfy item, was the cable and wifi was unavailable during our stay. However, we were informed by the front desk during check in that the provider was working on the resolution. We stayed for one night and the service wasn't restored until 9am on the day we checked out. A bit disappointing.

I have stayed in several Best Westerns in the past and have never had any issues. I have found them to be reliable and reasonable. I booked this hotel for a weekend away to see the Patriots. Walking in to the room felt musty and I immediately could recognize mold in the air. I began sneezing and had a runny nose and cough. These symptoms were immediately better as soon as I stepped back outside each day. The room came with complimentary ear plugs... which was a bad sign, but as my boyfriend and I sleep with sound machines on and in general are not light sleepers I was not overly concerned. I was proven very wrong as I was woken up repeatedly throughout the night with the loud interstate noise. I have stayed in several hotels in the foxboro area and did not have any hesitation booking the best western, but I absolutely will not consider it for our next stay. The staff was very kind to me but that cannot make up for the overall accommodations.

We did reach out to you via email after we got your survey for our property when you stayed last month. Unfortunately we are located between 2 major roadways, that being said we want to offer ear plugs for our light sleepers, we hope that you stay with us in the future and try them as it can really help with the road noise, or it also might help to request a room on the opposite side of interstate 95. Typically there is less traffic on route 1 past 11pm.

an $89 room for $239. clean. nothing else worth noting. only stayed there because family member was there. should have stayed at Hilton 7 miles down the road... better quality for $50 less. Breakfast isn't included at the Hilton but I still would have saved $30.

The night you stayed our rates were competitive with the market in the area, with Boston hotels sold out, and well over 800 dollars a night i believe our hotel was reasonably priced considering our location being 30 mins from down town. The Econo-lodge across the street from us had prices of 200 dollars. We do keep track of near by hotel room rates being Hilton, Hampton, Holiday Inn ect. We were and still continue to be the lowest price in the area, on top of our complimentary hot breakfast we also offer WiFi, parking, business center, and fitness center.

We stayed here the night before a Patriots game. Easy to get to Gillette from the hotel. The front desk was very helpful in telling us about the Boston area and how to get around. Room was clean and breakfast had good options. Would definitely stay here for our next trip.

Bad smell, ac broken, tv not clear, bad smell like Cheech and Chong village Bad experience ridiculous price for a poor quality hotel. Will not stay again at this property. I am staying in a best western in Kentucky in November I truly hope it's a better experience

Hotel room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Easy off and on to I-95 for travel to Boston. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful with suggestions about travel.

Had the opportunity to stay at this BW while attending a wedding in the area. Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. The price was quite reasonable as other hotels in the area tended to be more expensive. Would suggest this is a good spot if attending an event at Gillette stadium.

Awesome Location, free parking, free hot breakfast that was actually tasty. Every single one of the staff members was friendly. Room had everything we needed including fridge/ microwave and the room was very clean. Sure the room could use some very very minor renovations but I can live without. Cant wait to get some tickets for the Patriots again and I will always choose this hotel.

Clean, well-appointed room. Appreciate the in-room refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Problems, although rare, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Complimentary breakfast bar is not great but does include eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes, juices, breads and pastries.

We choose this hotel being we were going to a concert at the Xfinity Center. Hotel is centrally located between Boston and Center. Train station a quick 10-15 minute ride, great Irish Pub across street, 30 minute ride to Boston. Minutes unto a major highway. Staff friendly and quite helpful with directions. Breakfast area good, food was average.

We spent the night on our way to Maine. This property was very clean, modern and conveniently located to I-95. The room was very modern, clean, nicely decorated, had strong wifi and had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very quick and attentive. Ample parking and other food options close by the hotel. Morning complimentary breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold food. We literally only spent 10 hours on this property, but it was money well spent.

We asked for a quiet room. Ended up in the back of the building where they allow semi-tractor trailers to park. Unfortunately, one of the trucks decided to park outside in the parking lot next to our room and run the diesel motor all night. It was loud and vibrated our room until about 5:00 AM when it decided to leave. The breakfast was not good, we travel a lot and we can say that was the worst even. Room was clean and modern.

Let me begin with my experience with making the hotel arrangements. While making these reservations, I expressed that I wanted a hotel that would shuttle to and from the Xfinity Center for the Brad Paisley Concert on 8/5/17 and he said yes this hotel does shuttle, so I booked my reservations. Prior to Saturday, I called the hotel and was told NO we do not shuttle to/from the Xfinity Center. So I kept my reservations because this was an anniversary gift (1st anniversry) along with the concert tickets. We arrived and the gentleman behind the desk was very nice and said that he had a shuttle for us. We went to our room and he called the desk and gave us a price of $70.00 for both ways so we said perfect. We got into the shuttle and the driver said these will be $70.00 for 1 way and I said to him that was NOT what we were told so he turned around and took us back to the hotel and before we got of out the vehicle, he said I will charge you $35.00 but you will have to find your own way back. So what were we suppose to do at this time (6:15 and concert startes at 7:00) so we had him drive us there. He did not even take us to the entrance and we had to walk to get into the concert. THE CONCERT WAS AMAZING. So while Brad Paisley was on I went on my phone to find a Uber driver and None was available at I panicked but did not let on to my husband because this was his night. About 10 minutes later I reached a driver and told my husband and he said we better take it. So we had to leave the concert before Brad Paisely finished. The uber driver was great. We then get back into our room and the rugs smelled of mildew and the pillows ARE TERRIBLE. They are 4 couch pillows NOT bed pillows. So I guess before you book any hotel and need their transportation, please be careful in how you do this. We will never go to another concert in Mansfield Mass again and rely on hotel reservations through a 3rd party. In the good old days, people were able to call the hotel directly to make their reservations. NOT ANYMORE Tammy

Tammy, I sincerely apologize that you were misinformed when you made your reservation. I have done some research and it looks like you made your reservation though getaroom.com. Unfortunately, when using a third party booking agent they will at times tell guests anything they want to hear in order to make the sale as they get commission off of the reservations that they book. I most certainly understand that this is frustrating as myself along with our front desk agents get frustrated as well when our guests are misinformed by 3rd parties as it make us look bad when you were promised something that we cannot deliver. You had also mentioned that in the past you were able to book reservations directly, that is still the case! Our front desk agents are more than happy to take reservations at any time day or night. We went to see Coldplay at the Gillette Stadium and wanted a place nearby. The hotel is great, check-in was efficient and they have a parking for oversized vehicle as we had a trailer with the motorcycle with us. They have a shuttle service which is really convenient! Drops you off about a 10 minutes walk from the stadium and picks you up after the show. We were back at the hotel in no time ... my friends were still stuck in the parking lot!

Typical stay, people were very pleasant and nice. Room was quiet and A/C worked super, bed was comfy.. Only down spot was breakfast, I wasn't expecting much and it was worse than that. Employee working was grumpy and not friendly, pancake machine was broken and no one was trying to fix it. No fruit to speak of. Although it came with the room, think I might do better elsewhere.

Stayed here last weekend while seeing a concert at the Xfinity Center. Was able to catch an Uber to and from the show and was in close enough proximity that it wasn't extremely expensive. This was a pretty average hotel. Rooms were a little on the small side. Our AC could have been a little stronger. And the noise from people passing in the hall woke me up once. I wish it were a little more sound proof as I am a very lite sleeper. On the upside, the staff were very friendly, the room was also very clean and I liked that they had a convenient little shop to get some TV dinners, drinks and toiletries you may have forgot. Breakfast was decent, I really loved that they had personal size Silk Almond milk for drinks. The hotel is also close to the T and there are convenient stores, Walmart, drug stores and restaurants in the area as well. Checking out was a breeze! I wasn't there for check in, but I'm sure that was too. :) Thanks for having us!

Standard hotel room. Clean and in good working order. Breakfast was pretty basic, but serviceable. The hotel did put a hold on my credit card in the event of damage and I am still waiting for it to come off. I did check out on the weekend, so I hope it comes off on Monday. The location was great for the Chowder Cup hockey tournament in MA.

We chose this hotel because of it's location outside of the Boston traffic area, but close to Boston area towns. Check-in was easy and welcoming, with complementary bottles of water and chips. Freshly baked cookies ,lemonade, and coffee were set out nearby! Accommodations were comfortable and roomy. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

The hotel is fairly old, the carpet and decor are fairly old. The internet was not reliable. The location is excellent if going to a Patriots game. The location is also great if needing to go to any of the cities below Boston.

Met friends of ours in Boston, saved a ton of money staying in the outskirts of town, plus located near Patriot Place. Shopping, Restaurants, and location of Gillette Stadium. Cost of parking your car at downtown hotels is around $50. Suggest parking at Boston Commons Parking garage if going into downtown Boston ($32 for 10 to 24 hours), then using the subway from there.

We rented two rooms. One we changed due to flies that staff called "flies on steroids" and bugs. All rooms had bed bugs and other bugs. Horrific experience! They even tried to blame my service dog for the bugs (WHAT! - NEVER!)

Unfortunately we did have an exterminator come and double check the first room you were in, as well as the last and they determined that the rooms were free of bed bugs. I do however want to apologize for the flies, and tick being in your first room. Sometimes when our front door opens, or our loading dock door is kept open flies do tend to enter the building and i want to apologize that they got into your room. Since your experience we have been more careful about leaving doors without screens open to avoid this issue in the future. As for the tick, we did not blame your service dog, but we simply suggested it might have came from the animal. Being a pet owner for many years I've come to realize this time of year it happens, even to people. That being said i still want you to know, that I am not in anyway saying this is you or your dogs fault. Which is why we did issue you a whole refund for your first night as well as a room move. Since you didn't want to check out but, stay an addition night with us we made sure to check with you on how your new room was treating you. At that time you and your party said everything was fine. I do apologize for not being aware that you left our hotel with a bad impression. I want to again apologize for your experience here, and i hope all is going well with your move.

Overall the hotel and staff was affordable and provided nice accommodations; the only down fall was no pool and cramped space in rooms. The hotel was located south of Boston and there was some difficulty accessing the transit system if no vehicle was rented; at times it took almost 1 1/2 hours to reach Boston due to traffic

My tip for our guests who are staying with us to visit Boston is to take the commuter rail into south station, we have local cabs or Uber that will pick you up from our hotel and drop you off at the train station. Its a much quicker ride, and you can catch the subways to where-ever it is in Boston that you would like to go! My Mother and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The staff is super friendly and helpful. On our first night we showed up really late and checked in very quickly thanks to the nice front desk girl. When we had an issue with our TV she came right up to our room and tried to fix it. After messing around with it for a while she offered us a new room we decline the offer wasn't that big of an issue for us but it was very kind of her to offer and show true hospitality. The next morning the maintenance guy came up and fixed it for us. The hotel is VERY clean Great location if you plan to travel to Boston only like 30 minute drive. They have a bunch of stuff to choose from for breakfast hot and cold. The also offer other types of food which you can purchase like hot pockets and hungry man TV dinners. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one.

I stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews. Needed a place for one night only near Norwood MA and this fit the bill. Most places in Norwood were double the price and appeared pretty 4 star so I tried it. Caters to a blue collar working crowd for sure. I'm rating it average because it's an average place. PROS Easy to find Nice reception/ check in Price Comfortable bed Breakfast included They left candies in the room with welcome card- NICE TOUCH Huge TV, fridge, coffee maker in room Cleanliness A+ Concession room by check in for snacks CONS No hairdryer in the room UGH EVEN CHEAP HOTELS HAVE ONE ON THE WALL- HAD TO GO WITH WET HAIR. HONESTLY. Dark outdated decor in room IMHO. Bath towels are small, toiletries cheap. This place is a maze! I'm not directionaly challenged but I couldn't find the elevator again from 2nd floor to first after squeezing past enormous housekeeper. I walked down the stairs then had trouble finding the door to the lobby- yikes! Breakfast was crowded & a bit of a motley crowd at that. Blah room with TV news blaring. Not much variety. I took my Raisin Bran to my room to eat- that's a first! Upon coming back to my room around 8:30 am someone from management was banging loudly on the door across the hall with sleepy people inside saying "come in" He kept banging. Very very odd. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR USUALLY and this is no exception. If you just need a cheap place to rest your head it fits the bill.

Was a nice place, could hear people walking up stairs so many seccond floor rooms may be a better idea. But we got a room with the pull out sofa and the room was huge. Went to a wedding not to far and uber over there for like 6 bucks each way. Was nice place but breakfast was very ehhh the pancake maker was broken. All the was eggs and ham and some bakery stuff nothing spectacular at all. All in all was happy.

Have passed this location en route to Foxboro/Gillette Stadium for more than 20 years. Knew it catered to Patriots fans. Figured they wore the place out. No. Our one-night stay in late June was a revelation. Spotless room, more than adequate breakfast that was consistently refreshed/restocked long before the eggs or bagels or yogurt ran out. Most of all didn't expect the eye-to-eye contact and genuine smiles from staff. If they were acting, get them to Hollywood. Sleep quality was average simply because of location right next to I-95 and Route 1. Eighteen-wheelers do make noise. Room and bathroom were small by today's standards but exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Everything worked.

We've never stayed in a BW hotel until very recently. The location served us well and the value was very reasonable. Desk clerk, Stephanie, was an awesome help! There is plenty to see in the area and was a great place to stay 2 nights while touring the Boston/Salem area.

My family & I stayed here for 1 night as we planned to visit the Hall at Patriot Place the following day. Check in was fast, all agreed beds were comfortable and decent breakfast provided. Location was perfect as it was just a few minutes to get to our destination the following day.

Great location for an event at Gillette Stadium - impeccably clean - free breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, muffins and assorted breads, juices - 24 hour coffee - the staff is very friendly - they offer a third party shuttle that will take you to a spot that is a ten minute walk to the stadium - $10 each way and first come first serve - don't worry, they keep shuttling until all are accommodated - I would definitely stay here again

"Conference In Bean Town"

My friend and I attended a confernce with the Massachusetts Association for Pupil Transportation. Due to graduations and a hockey tournament, rooms at the conference site were nearly $100 per night more. We were there for three nights that culminated with a trip to Fenway. I thougth we were further away from Dedham, but as it turns out we were 15 minutes away. It was perfect for all our actiities which included visiting Gillette Field that was maybe a mile away on the same road. The staff was great and suggested dinning places and shopping areas. I would go back and stay there in a heartbeat. We were on the I-95 side of the motel and slept through the night soundly.

Ok stay, but for $120/night I would expect more. Cons: The interior is a bit dated, it smells like an old and cheap place. Non-smoking, but I could feel smoke in the lobby when we came (smoking area too close to entrance, or personnel smoking). The cleaning staff woke us early on our check-out date. My skin is itchy after staying in that bed for 2 nights. Pros: Personnel in the breakfast area is nice and helpful.

We recently redid all our stair-well carpeting in November of 2016, and we will be updating some decor this year also furnishings come 2018. That being said we hope you'll be back to see the changes we've made. We also understand people smoke outside the front door which is why we recently put two benches with an ashtray on the side of our hotel, for smokers or people who would just like a place to sit outside. I apologize about our housekeepers waking you up early. Unfortunately our housekeeping department starts work around 9 am. What i can suggest you do in the future is put your Do Not Disturb Sign on your door, then remove it once you wake up that way housekeeping knows not to knock on you're door and they can service your room once you awake. I'm sorry to hear about your skin. My guess as to why would be maybe the standard laundry detergent we use for all our linens was a little to strong for your skin, and if that's the case i want to sincerely apologize as i know that can be extremely uncomfortable. Ill talk to my executive housekeeper to see if we have any sensitive skin detergent options to keep on hand for our guests if you choose to return, which we hope that you do. We appreciate your business.

The hotel is "okay." I have stayed here in the past and had better experiences. A grocery delivery truck was parked in back of the hotel with the refrigeration unit running all night. Be sure to ask for a room toward the front of the hotel. A discount coupon I presented when I checked in had not bee applied when I checked out. The desk clerk confirmed the discount should have been applied.

Next time please notify the front desk, as we can ask whoever is driving the truck to relocate to our way back parking lot designed for truck drivers far away from our hotel rooms. This is definitely one of the most pleasurable and well kept Best Western's. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spotless and smell very clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The room décor is modern and pretty. The breakfast area is very clean and filled with delicious items to eat. If you like oatmeal, they have a lot of toppings on the side to add to it. I would definitely recommend and stay here again, when in the area.

Made a difficult trip much easier! Other than the wet cold weather, our trip was very comfortable. Saying goodbye to a family member is always a time, but a hastle free stay at this hotel was a tremndous diversion.

Stayed at this hotel because ti was close to Patriots Place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but good for a short stay. Bed was not the most comfortable. Breakfast was good and it was nice that it was complementary. Would stay here again!

So I didn't expect to be leaving a review raving about a Best Western Hotel, but this place was really good for the money! First, in case you don't know, hotels in the greater Boston area are ridiculously expensive. This hotel was about 20 to 30% cheaper than everything around. I'm normally a Marriott\\Hilton kind of guy. So, I was a bit intimidated to be staying at a roadside Best Western motel. I'm not knocking Best Western, I've just never stayed at one before. So I didn't know what to expect. First off, the exterior of the Hotel was very clean and well landscaped. It was off a main road, but appeared to be in a safe area. The staff was extremely attentive and caring, and check in was a breeze. They will put a slight hold on your credit card for incidentals, but I don't remember the exact amount. It wasn't much. The lobby was nice, and did not seem to be too dated. The room had everything you could need. I had a king size bed with a ton of extra fluffy pillows, and lots of clean sheets and comforters. As silly as it may sound, it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It has a large flatscreen TV with all the cable channels. There was a coffee maker with regular, decaf, and several teas available. There was a microwave and a mini fridge/freezer. There's also a telephone, with plenty of lighting and outlets available. There was an ironing board, and an iron, and dry cleaning services available. There was also a guestbook in the room with delivery options for eating, and information on the local area. The bathroom included soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and plenty of towels. The bathroom had granite countertops, a nice walk in standup shower with glass sliding doors, and plenty of hot water. The hotel is near a main road, but I never heard a thing inside my room. The hotel includes a free breakfast which is actually one of the better free breakfasts that I have ever had at a hotel. There was plenty to choose from, and the food seemed to be good quality. If you're looking for a good, clean, safe, hotel with all the amenities at a good price, this is the place! I'm still amazed at the value that you get here. I am giving this place five stars based on what I expected from a best Western, versus what they actually had to offer. Obviously, this is not a Ritz Carlton, and you should not expect this to be. But if you want to stay at a good safe place with great value for the money this is it. I can't recommend this place enough. If I had to list some cons there were only two. First, the coffee pot was a little bit dirty, so I didn't use it. But there was free coffee in the lobby with breakfast. Also, the free Wi-Fi was slower than my cell phone service, so I didn't use it either. But those are really my only two complaints. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Poor service from Hotel.com after pricing discrepancy. Could not understand agent or his supervisor due to heavy foreign accent. Best Western gave me a price break after they also became frustrated with Hotel.com (they tried to help me with an obvious pricing error). Disappointed that the handicap room still had a bathtub and was very far away from the elevator on the second floor.

This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. My only complaint is the road noise but that's not anything the hotel can control. The included breakfast is good and there is some variety from day to day. I will stay here again when we visit family.

Stayed overnight to shop at outlets with teenage daughter for birthday. Location was fine and had good access to shops and restaurants. Checked all the boxes with cleanliness, good shower, comfortable beds, good included breakfast. Only criticism was the proximity to highway noise. But even with that would definitely stay here again.

Checked in late on a Thursday stormy night in early April. The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. The room was rather small but clean and functional. Great location for close proximity to Gillette Stadium and surrounding entertainment complex. I would have enjoyed my free Diamond Elite upgrade but none was available upon check in. Still, I will return.

"Nice Stay"

This hotel was nice, it had a free breakfast which, was a nice spread. I really liked where, the room was located, and how it was quiet, and private. It only has a fitness center, so if your looking for more amenities they don't have much. There are ice machines, but no vending, but they have a small store at the front desk with a little of this and a little of that. The location is a good location, I found the staff at check in to be friendly and fast, which is always great. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would stay again if I had business in the area and needed a hotel.

Stayed for two nights on my way through Vermont to Canada. Typical Best Western, out of town hotel. The room was big and the king size bed massive. TV and wifi in the room were superb and the complimentary breakfast was just right. Overall a ver pleasant two-night stay.

"Good two night stay"

Stayed here in September for 2 nights, came up for a concert. The room and bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable. Everything was in a working order. The wifi was good, free and reliable. The breakfast was basic but good and included in our stay. We were able to use points for both nights so that was nice. Considering that this town is in the middle of nowhere, their regular rates aren't that cheap, but I guess that's due to their proximity to the Patriots stadium. Overall a fine stay and if we'd ever have the need to come up here again, we would stay here again.

"Excellent staff, older property needs improvement"

I had business in the Walpole area and stayed 2 nights. I brought my 85 year old grandmother for a last road trip:) The staff is AMAZING, kind, welcoming, just great!!! It's very clean and the housekeeping does a fabulous job! My complaint is that it is older and in MUCH need of updating. It looked like they are working to replace some carpets and it all needs replacing. The entry area is nice but the hall on the first floor is so gross, I started to turn around and stay somewhere else. Once in the room, we could tell the housekeeping works hard and the room was clean, just VERY outdated. Additionally, they accommodated us and put us near the entrance per our request because of my grandmother. However, on the first floor, you can hear EVERY footstep above. So if you are a light sleeper, request the 2nd floor and if you have energetic kiddos - request the 1st ;) Again, staff was outstanding(and breakfast was amazing - the breakfast hosts were wonderful like the rest of the staff) :) but the facility needs LOTS (and lots and lots) of updating!

In town for the Revolution's last regular season game, stayed over celebrating my birthday. Hotel was close to the stadium, room was clean, hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms could use some decor updating. Walls are very thin. The door framing lets in so much light.

We needed someplace close to spend the night after a long day at a patriots game, the motel overall is clean, it's close to route 1, so you can hear road noise all night....not a plus if you like it quiet...our biggest complaint is with the bed, neither my wife or I slept well and woke up in the morning sore and stiff...Poor quality mattress for sure. I don't believe we would book here again.

We had stayed at the Sharon BW Plus for one night and were rushing to get on the road the next morning when I met a BW employee in the hallway. He wished me a cheerful good morning, and somehow it felt like it would be. We just exchanged pleasantries really, but he made eye contact, stopped, gave me his full attention, a smile, and well wishes for a good day and safe journey. He sounded sincere, not hurried, not a mumbled exchange in passing that we come to expect in our everyday encounters in shops, restaurants, and hotels. I didn't notice the name on his badge, but asked at the desk and they thought that would be Rafe. The night before when we checked in late, the night clerk chatted a bit too. Turned out he had worked in our home town and we talked a bit before heading off to find our room. One exchange can be a fluke, but two can be an indication of a culture of caring and service provision. Sounds like a best practice to me. Oh, and as to the hotel stay itself, all was fine there also – clean, comfortable room, busy breakfast.

We needed a 1 night motel room near Norfolk, MA. A available units were very expensive. Best Western was the least price. It was everything we needed and they ;provided good service. We would use it again if needed. My guess is that when there is a New England Patriot home game, the prices will go up.

We stayed here in order attend a Patriots football game. The room is adequate but small. We had a king size bed and there wasn't much room for anything else. The noise from the trucks on the highway was louder than expected. The shuttle to/from the stadium is $10 per person each way, which was great but they didn't tell us they drop you off and pick you up at least one mile from the stadium. Also, the cleaning lady left the door lock open, leaving our door open about an inch while we were gone. When we returned we were nervous but nothing seemed to be missing. I think we were lucky. The location is across from a good Irish bar/restaurant that serves food late with very friendly folks.

Debbie, I apologize that you were dissatisfied with your stay at our hotel. We make it a habit of ensuring to tell each of our guests that our shuttle is only able to get as close as 1/2 mile from the stadium. Unfortunately, this is the case for all shuttles and taxis per the State Police as it would congest traffic even more than it already is if a lot of shuttles were trying to get to and from the stadium. I will definitely follow up with our newer staff members to ensure that they are relaying this information as well. I also apologize that your door was left ajar during your stay, I have already addressed this with our housekeeping team as soon as you brought it to the attention of the front desk to ensure that this does not happen in the future. My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus during our recent visit to Boston. We chose this hotel because it was only about 20 mins from Boston and much cheaper than actually staying in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room was a little small but fit our needs just fine. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Would definitely recommend when in the Boston area.

I have stayed here before when I have had to work at Gillette Stadium for a conference. Close by, within 5 minutes. Clean and comfortable. Staff is always very accommodating. I did have some trouble with the microwave, but the young man at the desk was very helpful and offered me the option of moving to another room. I opted to use the microwave downstairs in the lobby kitchen.

Hotel was much closer to the stadium than I expected. It is right off the highway and easy to get to. They also offer a shuttle for game day. The free breakfast was great, they had eggs, sausage, bagels, pancakes and more! Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again when visiting Patriot Place. Only thing I would do different is get a room on second floor, cars could park right outside the window.

While in general I like to stay in higher-end properties, I selected this one based solely on location. I did not have much of a choice regarding accommodations near to where I was slated to do a presentation the next day. Overall, it is somewhat dated (decor -wise) but well-kept and my room was very clean. Also, I was on the first floor and quite aware of the movements of the guests in the room overhead, but it was nothing I could not tolerate. However, the most peasant surprise was the young man handling the front desk when I checked in. James was very attentive to guest needs and most accommodating. I had originally booked two double beds and when I mentioned that my colleague was unable to make the trip and not going to be checking in, he switched me to room to with a queen bed and saved me (or rather my company) a little money. Also now realizing that I was a woman traveling alone, he went out of his way to give me a room near the front of the Inn, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, James was very courteous and professional. I wish I encountered more hospitality personnel like him in my travels - in general they usually appear to be just going through the motions. He seemed to genuinely like his work and care about the customer.

Stayed here one night. Easy access to highway and town of Sharon but nice and quiet. Two-level hotel with internal stairway (so you don't have to wait for the elevator and get a little exercise). Free breakfast (decent, not amazing) and Internet.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. I was very impressed with this hotel's cleanliness. Stayed here for a concert recently. Very clean hotel and very close to stadium. Not walking distance, but close by über or taxi. Left my boots and they shipped them back to me and were very nice to work with. Really went out of there way to help us!

Just got back yesterday from Kenny Chesney concert @ Gillette Stadium. This hotel was really close and offer shuttle to and from the concert. Fee for shuttle was very reasonable. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were updated and very clean. In fact, we are definitely planning coming back again next year.

"Clean, convenient, but......."

I found this hotel very clean and that's a very big bonus, and because we were there for a Patriots game it was very convenient as it's only a few miles away, however I did find it a bit noisy. If you had a room on the back of the hotel it may not be as bad but I woke to the sound of the garbage truck at 7 am when I was hoping to sleep in. Also the air conditioner is not the constant run type, meaning it's off and on all night and being a light sleeper, I didn't have a great sleep. So if your a good sound sleeper, great, if not, use ear plugs. The breakfast was good and adequate although I'm not a big fan of ham but there were lots of options. Over all not a bad spot and I would stay again.

Stayed here for a night after shopping at Wrentham for the day. Location ok, but nothing within walking distance and upon arriving back from dinner there were several people hanging around in the parking lot, the vibe was weird... not exactly comfortable leaving our car there. We were in a room on the back of the hotel, and didn't notice any great amount of noise with the window closed. Room was a good size, but odd to have 1 queen bed and not a king. Plenty of space for a king....? Room also had fridge with freezer, and a microwave. Breakfast was average; I found it odd that they were offering "Great Value" yogurt (Walmart store brand)... and the breakfast lady was fairly sour; there was a pancake sitting under the pancake machine and she picked it up, waved it around and announced to the room "who had pancakes?? You forgot one". Fairly uncomfortable and unnecessary behaviour in my opinion. Would probably stay somewhere a little closer to Gillette Stadium next time, more items within walking distance!

I am pleased to hear that you found your room to be reasonably quiet. We do actually have rooms with king size beds in our hotel, I apologize that we did not ask if you would like to be upgraded to one upon arrival. Typically we offer yoplait yogurt, but if we run out before our next shipment does come in at times we do use other options until we get our new supply. "Everthing was good, except the "bed" for the third person"

The Best Western may be "Plus" but that was 20 years ago. You can see that the hotel has seen some time, but everything was okay and functioned well. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday, the bathroom was okay too. The breakfast was better than the look of the hotel and offered different yoghurt, cereals, muffins, toast and more. Special was a pan cake machine which delivered two good tasting pancakes after pressing a button. The woman working at the breakfast room was very busy and willing to fill everything before it was even empty. An extraordinary service we barely experienced so far, A big minus was sadly the "bed" for the third person of our family. It was a hideaway bed that had steelbar going through at the first and last quarter of the bed. Putting blankes under the matress and over the bars didn't really help and everything led to an uncomfortable sleeping position that resulted in backache the next day.

We came to this hotel to attend the Coldplay concert at the Gillette Stadium. The hotel is a little over three miles to the stadium and there is a shuttle service that you can take that will drop you very close to where you need to be. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very courteous. There is a restaurant directly across the street and you are within easy driving distance of other places to eat and drink. I had the free breakfast on both mornings and it was better than most hotel breakfasts. I will definitely come back here again if I attend another event at the stadium.

"Excellent location for exploring the Boston Area"

My family and I met up with some friends and we all spent three nights here. The location is excellent for excursions in and around the Greater Boston Area. We had a very nice assortment of restaurants and shops close by. The hotel is located just off of the I-95/ Rt.1 exits, and I was surprised that being so close to both highways, that the place was really quiet inside. There are excellent dining and entertainment opportunities near the Gillette Stadium complex. The railroad station in Sharon offers trains directly into Boston's South Station. Rooms were comfortable, if just a tad tight for our party of four. Service was excellent from the Hotel's staff. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

This hotel has a very nice decor and good amenities. It is very convenient to Routes 1 and 95. However the proximity to both roads does cause a high level of traffic noice. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights for the GNR concert. They offered shuttle service to & from stadium for only $10 per person each way!! Amazing ? Rooms was clean, breakfast & wifi were free, what more could I ask for. The staff were super friendly as well. Would recommend staying here. Oh and head over to the public across the street. Great food & beer!

Don't let the entry corridor dissuade you. Though dated and somewhat worn, the rooms are beautiful, updated and the AC was on for comfort. Most staff were exceptional. Breakfast is incredible for free. Staff worked tirelessly (and I don't believe were tipped which is a travesty).

Stayed here on my trip from Australia several years ago, the experience was wonderful and the staff made my wheelchair bound father and my self feel right at home, which involved 2 room changes before finding one suitable for my fathers wheelchair, this was at 1am in the morning and the lady helping was so wonderful the entire time. Will stay here again on my next visit, the breakfast, oh my god the food was amazing!

We had an amazing two days by the hotel, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, After a full day I used the beautifully air conditioned and equipped exercise room to regain my vigor. The staff was absolutely amazing, my thanks go to Kristen who greeted us so warmly when we arrived, to Belinda who really treated us in a professional way. What an amazing staff. Pat prepares the breakfast as a pro. The building and grounds were kept up well. You felt very much at home. Thank you very much.

Good place to stay basic but the staff made it great! The location was good for us to see Dixie Chicks at the outdoor theater a couple exits down.. The food at the Irish place across the street is overrated go into town for a great seafood restaurant

I was really pleased with our one night stay here. I would stay here again too. The room was clean comfortable, breakfast was good. The pancake machine is no ones friend. Get a waffle maker. Close to patriots place, transit and major highways.

We actually had a waffle maker previously, but we are so busy that we decided that a pancake maker was more efficient as it took 2.5 minutes to make a waffle and the pancake maker can make a few pancakes in about a minute! We will definitely consider waffles for the future though!

Clean,comfy,quiet.Decent breakfast.Nice staff.Not much in area and not many hotel choices so was glad to have this reasonably priced one.Boston is 35 minutes away and there is a commuter train.Sharon despite being a bedroom suburb of Boston is Country.If you are looking for night life this is not the place.

Did you try Patriot Place? They have Toby Keith's Bar & Grille, Bar Louie, CBS Scene and a few other locations that typically have live bands on the weekends and sometimes on Thursdays as well! Clean comfortable room. quiet, good cookies in evening (if available). breakfast good. overall a good place to stay. well located with access to Gillette Stadium and interstate access. only minus, and it was corrected, room refrigerator and microwave were unplugged. was impossible to replace plug with major move. hopefully this will meet the 200 character minimum

Not good for business use. Tiny room. Booked through a third party. Was placed in a handicapped room without room to hang clothing. Horrible iron. No desk. I can't imagine using this room with a wheelchair--it was so small and not well thought out.

As you had mentioned you were put in an accessible room which means that the hangers are lower than it would have been in one of our standard rooms. Unfortunately, when booking through 3rd party websites a lot of times guests end up in accessible rooms when that is not necessarily what they were looking for and we try not to change reservations like that if at all possible as we do not know whether or not accessibility is required. Room smelled very musty but was relatively clean overall. Some body hairs in the bathroom floor. Toiletries were great and definitely above the typical hotel soaps/shampoos. Front desk staff was courteous. Breakfast was good too. Fenway Park is about 30-40 minutes away but DONT DRIVE. Use public transportation if going into town, as traffic can be awful. A Walmart and several places to eat within driving distance

Nothing fancy here, but if you need to stay in the area, I believe it is a good choice (about 3 miles to Giillette Stadium. Decent breakfast, clean and plenty of parking. Very easy on the wallet, easy access to all local attractions and a staff that seems to care.

We wanted a location somewhat near Boston (for JFK Library and Museum) with easy interstate access without having to travel into central Boston. The Best Western Plus was quiet(odd numbered rooms) and clean and well decorated.

For $210 this hotel gets a rating of 1 on a scale of 1-10. The rooms are tiny! Completely outdated like something from the 70s. Bed was uncomfortable. I am a diamond member with Best Western and have stayed at some really great BW properties. This was probably the worst considering the price. The dried up substance they called eggs, I wouldn't feed to my dog. This is a $59 a night hotel at best!

Hotel itself is easy to find, right off Route 1. Check in was seamless, parking was readily available as well. I was relegated to the sleeper sofa bed and let me tell you, that thing was horrifying. Cleanliness wasn't the issue, but that bed was *so* uncomfortable. The standard queen size bed was perfectly fine, pillows were adequate. I suppose that sofa bed would've been alright for a smaller person (children perhaps) but for an adult, it was bad. Breakfast in the morning was a bit meager, but it was free, so I can't complain much. There is a convenience store across the street, but crossing Route 1 w/o a standard crosswalk was next to impossible with the amount of traffic. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel to others, and I'd stay again. Just not on that sofa bed.

We are loving the Best Western Plus rebranding! Picked this hotel for the Boston Marathon because it was value priced and good reviews. We were not disappointed. Clean, comfortable, super friendly and so convenient to many things. Breakfast wasn't perfect, but it was a good selection of hot and cold, including eggs, meat, pancakes, etc.. Sometimes things ran out, but the staff was quick to try and keep things filled. The hotel was at capacity because of the marathon, but it was still clean and quiet and no problems. Patriots Stadium is 3 miles down the highway in one direction and all the grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. are 1.5 miles down the same road the other way. The only walking distance amenities was a deli on the corner - with some groceries and beer and an Irish bar and grill across the street. Both were on the other side of a very busy intersection. But we found many great places to eat just a short drive away and even a laundromat in town. We drove into Boston several times - 30 minutes on the interstate - with the entrance and exit ramps within a mile. I can't say enough about the excellent staff. They were helpful, anxious to please and on top of every aspect needed for a good stay. I would stay again without any qualification

Excellent customer service. My friend accidentally got her bread trapped in one of the toasters. The smoke made the alarm went off and it needed to be turned off by the local firemen. We felt really bad specially that there were other guests who were still sleeping at that time. The staffs were really super nice that they never let us feel that it was our fault when in fact, we could have alerted them early on right?!. Thank you so much we had great time in MA and it was truly UNFORGETTABLE experience!

My family stayed here after a quick sightseeing trip to Boston and were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, linens and pillows were fresh, and bathroom was spotless. Also, breakfast was great and the evening and morning staff were very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a great deal just outside Boston.

Booked into this place at a group rate for a weekend meeting nearby , I was extremely surprised to find a very updated room: new walls, furniture, carpeting, bathroom. It was cozy but not cramped for one. There was an abundance of lamps around the room; the ones on the night tables and desk had sockets in them so one could plug in devices for recharging. Room included refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. Breakfast, though modest, was included; the fresh scrambled eggs were done to perfection, and a decent choice of yogurts and pastries were available. The coffee wasn't bad - certainly better than the brown water from the in-room machine - but I also knew there was a Starbucks up the road. The bed could have been a tad firmer, and I thought the pillows were lumpy. The heat, though, was fairly quiet and had a digital temperature readout. Front desk was extremely efficient and friendly in and out. If I had to be back in this area I'd stay here again.

This hotel is a great hotel if you need to be in the Foxboro, MA area. Belinda and her staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is a great amenity. I especially appreciate the breakfast so that I don't have to pay Stadium pricing. I always choose this hotel when traveling to be in Foxboro.

The hotel was very clean..the room I stayed in was nice. The bed was horrible. The continental breakfast was OK but they should have waffles instead of pancakes because they were awful. It was like eating warm cardboard.

The staff from front desk to the cleaning crew are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the linens appeared to be completely new and were extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. All of the electronics worked like a charm. The Wi-Fi also worked just fine. Parking was no problem. No outdoor noise was heard within the room. I would highly recommend this hotel!

"Clean and pleasant hotel"

I am always wary of hotels near casinos and stadiums because you never know who's stayed there. I'm always worried about bed bugs, rowdy parties, etc. That was thankfully not the case here!! It was beautiful and clean. We arrived late for an event and the staff at the front desk was super fast and friendly and offered us a military discount upon check-in. We were in our room in less than 3 minutes from our time of arrival, and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the updated fixtures. The room (king room) was a bit tiny and cramped and like other reviews said, a little dark. But it was just my husband and I and it suited us just fine for our one-night stay. If we had planned to stay for several days, I think the small size of the room might have been a little hard to take, but since it was just the one night, it was ok. The bed was comfortable and warm, linens were clean, bathroom was immaculate and modern. The hotel is right off a highway so there was a little highway noise, which might bother some light sleepers. The hotel was completely booked this night and we never heard any other patrons, it was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, hot pancakes made to order, sausages and omelettes. Other options were plentiful as well, including yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, coffee... it was great! Checkout took less than 30 seconds, we were on our way home in no time!

Room décor was great. Comfortable king bed, with micro and fridge, and TV, we didn't have to leave room at all during Blizzard Jonas! Close to Patriots Place, which during another time, would be very convenient! Breakfast was SO SO. Coffee GREAT!

Quality hotel at a great price. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. This hotel was extremely close to Gillette Stadium where I saw the Patriots play the Titans. This place is great, extremely clean and friendly. Came into town for playoff game and they even offer hand warmers at no cost (for the game). Incredible location if you plan on going to see the Pats. Breakfast was great, absolutely recommend. I have stayed at many hotels and no this place is not flashy but it absolutely exceeds in getting the job done. That says a lot bc my fiancé can be a bit pretentious when it comes to hotels and even she loved this place. Great experience. Would def stay again, no question.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed out, for sure. The young lady at the front desk, Krysta, was very pleasant. She was very friendly and accommodating. She made checking in quick and simple which as perfect after a long drive up. She even sparked a conversation with us. Stayed here for the Winter Classic. 3 miles from Gillette it was extremely convenient. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were neat and clean. Sure its a little expensive for events but its a supply and demand thing. If you are planning on staying for a game you could do a lot worse.

"Prime Location for Gillette Stadium Events"

This hotel was a prime location for Gillette Stadium. Staff knows the ins and outs of getting you to events, and have a taxi list handy - which also provided kind and excellent service. Front desk staff was amazing, and the lady that runs the breakfast was wonderful. (Nice / friendly / helpful) Cleaning staff should reconsider wanting to clean your room every day at 9am. That was a little brutal. I found the bed very hard, and the room dry... but it is that time of year. Was a little frustrating that rates were DOUBLED for the day of and day after our event. We stayed 4 nights total. Prime location for Gillette Stadium, but would recommend getting your dinner early - everything closes a LOT earlier than we were used to.

Staying over the Thanksgiving holiday always means there will be many guests in the hotel. The breakfast room handles the family groups well and there is plenty of attention to provide food choices for everyone. King beds are firm, room temperature easy to control, plenty of pillows and floor space for two. Parking is tricky close to your room with so many guests, but space next to the building at other entrances can be found. The location is great for us, so we keep coming back.

For convenience to family, we stayed at this hotel, The room is dark, the curtains, very dingy and the bathroom was tiny. The facility is kept clean, however, and the breakfast is rather generous. It is near Gillette Stadium and Wrentham outlets, which is a plus.

For some reason this place was listed as a 2.5 star property, it is certainly a STRONG 3.5! Great customer service, spacious rooms (relatively speaking). Nice micro / fridge combo in the room and plentiful free breakfast. Free Wi-fi too! Highly recommended.

We only stay at the Best Westerns if possible and all of them have been great. My wife loves the chocolate chip cookies. We all love the outdoor pools. When there is an outdoor pool. Great overall place to stay and very clean.

Great location for our trip to Gillette Stadium. There was a great store across the road and an awesome Irish Pub. The Hotel staff were awesome. We will be staying there again next football season. In addition to the Hotel we always use All-Savants Transportation to get us to and from the game safe.

Comfortable, clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Breakfast choices were very good, both hot and cold. The exercise room was quite nice with treadmills, bike, eliptical, and weight machine. If you have work scheduled in the Walpole/Sharon/Medfield area, this is a very convenient location.

stayed here because it was close to the plainridge park casino. everything was good except the a/c heater was very loud so we had to turn it off so we could sleep. no auto cycle. breakfast area was large and had a good variety of food.

I usually choose 3-4 stars hotels but considering I couldn't find anything else I enjoyed my stay. The room was always cleaned and sheets were made. It was a little bit noisy but I would definitely recommend this hotel even it was rated 2-3 stars.

We stayed on a sold out Saturday night. There was no event at the stadium so I don't know why it was so popular. The front desk staff was not friendly or pleasant. The room was clean at first glance. As I was packing to leave, I noticed a large cobweb over bed. The room is dark. The bathroom is tiny and the floor tiles were loose. The bed was comfortable. We could hear noise from the road & also follow guests in the room next to us when their bed was banging against the wall. I visited a friend's room on the second floor and it reeked of smoke. This placed served its purpose for a one night stay.

This was an excellent hotel...extremely efficient staff that responded almost at the speed of light with a new tv remote when ours did not work. The front desk staff was very accommodating when we had to suddenly change our plans and leave early.

My husband and I booked this hotel as we were going to see a New England Patriots game. It's a five min car drive to the stadium. There is also a shuttle that will drive you to the game for $10 per person each way. There was breakfast in the morning that was included. Very good. Rooms are very clean. Clerks are very helpful. Would definitely go back. drive

Stayed for 2 nights due to tickets for both Fenway Park & Gillette Stadium, easy to find off the I95 with an Irish Bar across the busy road that serves decent beer with nice food as a bonus. Rooms basic but OK for a short stay, reception very helpful however son cut his foot whilst there and the First Aid kit they had was a joke and I had to drive to the Walmarts down to road to find proper/larger band aids. Literally 2 miles from the Patriots stadium & there is a private shuttle operated at $10 each way, best to use as the parking at the stadium is very pricey and the road to the hotel is choked for hours after the game. Breakfast nice with both hot/cold food. Good for this trip and may use again if back in Massachusetts.

Stop for 1 night to be closer to a conference locally. Room smelled a little musty but 10 minutes of AC and fine. Otherwise hotel was clean. Breakfast definitely not great but sufficient. Agreed with other reviews about road noise. Wifi ok. Overall passable for no more than 1-2 nights for a specific purpose. Not a destination. Given proximity to boston/stadium not unreasonable price. We did NOT stay on game day so can't speak to value in that regard. Nearby to all kinds of other shopping if needed.

Needed a hotel at the last minute and was able to get a room here at this Best Western. Staff was very pleasant, room was clean and very comfortable. The microwave came in handy as well. I would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I drove from Toronto to Boston we pulled an all nighter to get to this hotel we were in town for the Thursday night patriots home opener after a lot of searching this was the only hotel available the prices per night were ridiculous but we expected something like that. The least we could have gotten was friendly staff and good accomodations. We arrived earlier than check in time and I asked and even offered to pay for early check in. The lady at the front desk was rude with me and not even friendly when I walked in. She stated no rooms were available and I asked her if she had an idea when they may be available and she stated "well you can see over there all our staff is in a meeting". So, I suppose im to gather that all the staff is in a meeting meaning nooone is cleaning hotel rooms. Was the hotel empty ? Was there not one person working ? She was just very short and rude with me and I explained to her that perhaps she could call me when a room came available we had been driving 24 hours straight it was hot we needed some sleep. She informed me that it would be first come first serve. So my boyfriend and I drove to patriot place and slept in the car. I think that someone should be working at one point or the other in a hotel that is over 300 a night. I felt very mistreated almost like she knew i was from out of town and it was just normal to treat people like that. Finally, my boyfriend and I woke up from our horrific car nap and checked in at check in time. The lady at the desk at that time was very sweet I forgot her name and she provided me with the room i originally requested. Once We get upstairs the room was dark there is not enough lighting in the room, the bathrooms are awkward and tiny. The room itself was decent size but dirty. The mirror in the room is covered by the bed so for me and most women it was difficult to do makeup. Its fine we didnt expect the penthouse at the 4 seasons i mean we just wanted a place to be before the game and after. We went to bed that night, mite i mention there is almost nowhere to get food after hours after 12 except for what they call a "snackbar" which is chips and mac and cheese. The rooms are sooo loud. There is literally a huge gap in the door so anytime someone closes a door yours sounds like its about to open. The morning we were so tired and right out front of our door the maids were all laughing and talking so loud in the hallway. We couldnt wait to leave. We got up the next morning and checked out there was no ty for staying with us nothing. I mean look we are very easy going travellers we travel everywhere we know we get what we pay for etc but in this instance we did not. I expected something more decent out of a best western even a little bit.
