The room was nice and clean, plenty of towels, friendly staff, would stay here again. Nice breakfast. There is plenty of handicapped parking and accessibility to the hotel. Nicr roll in shower, and bath chair for the shower.

I would rate this hotel higher if not for the fact that at 1 AM the first night I was awaken by a pool party that was right outside my window. Quiet time was supposed to start at 10 PM. Clearly the staff didn't get the memo.

I grew up in this town but live in Myrtle Beach now after we both retired from the military. Use to staying at 5 star hotels all over the world. Just stayed at one in Atlanta-Buckhead for less than the $250 per night charged here and it had a restaurant, room service, spa, valet...pure luxury hotel that was amazing. Shallotte has only 3 hotels that all together I give 3 star. Never would I ever have expected any hotel in the county, let city charge not only the supposed good price of $250 and most definitely not as high as it got that weekend per night of $499. And for a hotel with a "beautiful" view of the Bojangles drive thru, rest area and local attractions of Planet Fun. Capitalism is out of control. Its definitely the clear better choice of the 3 options. I will stay with family locally before I pay 5 star hotel prices for motel quality again.

Nice large clean quite room. The pool looked like fun, we did not use it, but others were enjoying it. Breakfast was good with large selection of foods, good coffee too. The area was nice close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping.

I always stay here . The rooms are big & clean. I'm disappointed that 3 nights we had no hot water in the whole hotel. I was hoping the would offer me a discount or $ off next trip nothing.. I just got the shoulder shrug

It's a a better than average BW experience with a great location and price. The rooms have been updated recently and the town has a number of solid restaurants. This served as a stopping off point before we went to our rental house. It's ideal for that if you're trying to break up a trip and don't want to arrive at a rental house after dark. Be that as it may, It would also be a good base for staying a few days. You can easily visit Calabash, North Myrtle, or Wilmington and it's only a couple of miles from Ocean Isle.

Great experience and amazing customer service would definitely stay here again close to all shops and restaurants the lady at the counter also recommend a restaurant to eat at it was actually a really good place great atmosphere

The place was exceptionally clean and good smell, along with helpful staff and all amenities working properly and clean. The only problem I had was the bed frame was for a kind size bed, but the mattress was a queen at best, and the frame put bruises on my knee and ankle from getting in and out.

Room was old and renovated, dark, smelly, pillows and bedding hadn't been changed, pillows smelled horribly, floors were dirty. Printer in lobby did not work. Response time in helping clients was sooo slow.

Hotel is good value also very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again . Off season now breakfast is made to order. Rooms are very common but clean and furnished very well. Lots of parking and well lite Not sure about in peak season but this time of year this hotel is well worth the price. Will be back

Staff friendly, seemed clean and good location. Breakfast could have been better. Coffee was not the best. Would definitely consider staying again in the future. Beware if you get room with whirlpool, shower is very small. Next time I would skip the whirlpool for a more comfortable shower area.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. The beach is only about 15 minutes away and if you want excitement North Myrtle Beach is about 30 minutes away with all family things to do.

My family and I just spent a couple of nights there this past weekend. The hotel is nice, nicely located and clean. They offer a free hot breakfast to include eggs (not so great), waffles, bacon, link sausage and turkey sausage as well as biscuits and gra. There was an older woman who mans the cooking station and she has a little glass set up for tips. If you go there, tip her--we did. She was VERY busy on Sunday and running everything by herself. Plus, when we handed her a tip, she had a million dollar smile that was worth every penny of the tip just on the basis of that alone! My only issue, and it's not even an issue from the hotel, is that somehow, the "privacy please" sign ended up on our door. We had driven down to Myrtle Beach on Sunday and were hot and sweaty and covered in sane when we returned around 4:30. Since the placard was placed on our door, no one ever came in to clean the room. Wouldn't have been a big deal but the humidity control isn't the greatest and the towels that we had used the previous night were still quite damp. I went down to the front desk and asked if we could at least get the trash emptied and new towels. I arrived at the front desk at 5:05 PM and had to walk by housekeeping to get there. The woman at the desk told me that housekeeping was already closed so we could not have the trash emptied. I told her that I had just walked past housekeeping and there was a woman in the department but I was told she had already clocked out and couldn't help. The front desk did give me fresh towels, though. I wasn't annoyed, just a little sad because we wanted the trash out of the room (we had ordered pizza Saturday night because almost everything else was closed and we had an almost 8 hour drive to get there) There is a salt water pool and, while small, is very comfy--water temperature was perfect and they have nice chaise lounges. One word of caution, not about the hotel but about the area: several places we went, including Bojangles next door, are short staffed. As such, we noticed places closing a few hours before the posted closing time and when they close at 7 PM, it can make is challenging very quickly to find food. Call places before you go so you don't waste a trip driving there. All in all, my children (21 and 25) and younger son's girlfriend were pleased with the hotel, especially the cleanliness of it. If we were to go back to the area (we were there for a funeral), we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room is clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. We took the king with hot tub which we didn't use but it's nice to have. Breakfast is ok could use some changes. Was the same everyday. Add some chips and fruit to waffles and granola and chips for yogurt. Coffee not too good as were the juices. We loved the pool but this year it rained and it cooled things down. We spent a lot of time in the room. Overall we loved the location and room. The staff was friendly. We will probably return again.

This Best Western has been recently updated, very nice fixtures, room floors are done in tasteful LPV (no carpet) , beds were new and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back on our next visit to Brunswick County.

Booked this hotel as we had to leave the rented apartment in OIB and had a night to kill. The place is a motel style hotel, very clean and functional. Rooms are large and comfortable but the services were fairly basic. The wee swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was basic but fine. Staff were very welcoming however the place was quite soulless and not worth the price (although we're from the UK so not used to the local prices).

We stayed at the Best Western in Shallotte on short notice while waiting for our beach house to be available. What a surprise! The hotel is very clean. We travel a lot and this was the cleanest hotel we have been in, in some time. The beds were comfortable and the front desk people were very cordial. We did have the breakfast, which was okay. We did not get down to eat until about 8:30am (They stop serving at 9:00.) and there was still hot scrambled eggs and sausage. The breakfast staff were ready to clean up, so that was a bit awkward. However, the food was good and we were pleased with our experience. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay. It was a great experience for us.

It was a good stay at this hotel. Everything was in working order. The room was clean. The shower was hot and strong. There were numerous breakfast options. The staff was cheerful and helpful. We would stay again.

Great place to stay if visiting Shallotte NC. Convenient location but quiet and relaxing. The staff at the front desk were exceptional friendly and customer service oriented. The rooms was nice and breakfast offered was a standard fare. We will stay here agin for sure.

Very good except for the cheap coffee maker and the bath tub was so slick when trying to take a shower that I felt like it would not take much to fall so I went and bought a bath tub pad to stand on and I travel with my own Mr. Coffee 4 cup coffee pot to make me some coffee.

Had previously at this hotel when it was the Comfort Inn . Enjoyed it then and enjoyed it again. All the staff went out of their way to meet our needs . Everything was very clean . Will be staying there again.

My husband and I recently visited Marias. I tried something new this time, Penne Contadina. OMgoodness it was amazing and so was the service! Our server, Danielle M. was perfect. The bar tender is always on point pouring delicious drinks. Can't wait to go back.

The beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean and well equipped The breakfast was tasty and clean. Everyone was super friendly The whirlpool tub room was the reason i chose this hotel and it was very relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located for the beach or shopping

Was not expecting this hotel to be as clean and nice as it was. The lobby was clean - the room was clean and very well done. We came for a funeral and it was nice to have a decent place to stay. The staff were very accommodating as well.

The floor was dirty. Had not been cleaned well…it looked like crumbs all around the trash can. The mattress has a box around it and it has stuff splattered all on it. And there was an earwig crawling on the floor when I woke up. No telling what else was crawling around!

Our stay was very comfortable- had a great spacious room, was quiet! The front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful! This is one of the only hotels in the area that had affordable rates. We loved the pool, it was surrounded by palm trees!

I was amazed at how clean my room was and liked that they had an outdoor pool and hot breakfast. The only thing I would have preferred is if all staff wore masks but overall, had a great experience staying here!

The lobby looked great when we came in. The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We had a jetted tub in the room so the shower was a stand up shower and was very narrow. This may or may not bother you. If you take the regular room I'm guessing you won't have this . This is minor. My complaint was that breakfast was nothing but carbs, no hot foods and you needed an attendant to make your waffles. Luckily she was always at the ready. It would be nice if they would add a hot entree as most places have already started doing this. My biggest complaint was that there were red ants outside by the pool. They were swarms of them and they got on my bag and all over me and in our room. These aren't ordinary ants they are the kind that bite. I reported it and I believe they took care of it. Otherwise the pool was clean and beautiful. We loved going in it everyday. Just if you go look to make sure the ants aren't back. The area was near many places to eat and you were about 45 mins from North Myrtle Beach. If it wasn't for these few issues we had I would have given a five rating. Overall I did like the hotel and the room. I would definately come back if I was in the area again.

I stayed for three days, my family was in town visiting Ocean Isle beach. The hotel is upgraded the decor and accommodations are neat and clean. My only issue was one I don't think which is the stake water smell you find at most beach town hotels. I would stay there again.

The building, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. My husband and I loved the decorations and the people visiting. The best part was, that it was relaxing and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would visit again.

I recently stayed here while on a trip to Shallotte and couldn't be happier with my stay. The rooms were clean and very modern, the bathroom was huge and well lit. I think the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, especially when you consider limitations during COVID. I only wish that I had a chance to use the pool, which looked fantastic. Looking forward to my next trip to the area, and I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

I came down to Shallotte to look at homes and lots with my real estate agent from Carolina Plantation Real Estate Office. Your Best Western location was only 5 minutes away and it was easy to enter and exit off of Hwy 17. Your facility was clean, bright and cheerful and looked like it had a recent renovation. Parking was super easy and I particularly enjoyed the extra benefit of a “Veteran's Only” parking spot in the front of your hotel. Easy to check in, room large and clean with good accommodations including microwave and refrigerator in the room; internet speed exceptionally fast; and movie/channel selection on TV was excellent. AC was easy to control from the thermostat on the wall and I heard little noise from other guests in connecting rooms. Overall, I would highly recommend this location which is central to many local restaurants, real estate offices, beaches, and traffic on Hoyt 17 is a breeze in comparison to mine in the Washington, DC area. I would happily come back for future business or leisure and will recommend to friends and family for a reasonably priced travel facility in NC.

Our room was great. Very clean and newly renovated. Several good restaurants Very close by and roughly 8 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. There was a limited hot breakfast due to COVID but they did have a staff member available to make waffles. All of the other continental breakfast items were well stocked and available. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Clean and friendly. Truly enjoyed staying there for a week, where other places I have been excited or ready to leave after like the 3rd day. Will definitely be staying here again my next trip to Brunswick County

Great hotel near major highway and access to beach. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near many restaurants such as Kentucky Fried Chicken and Waffle House. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room is a big plus.

Probably the best looking hotel I've ever stayed in. It smelled good and the administration was nice. The front desk staff was very helpful and they seemed like they love being there working. The jacuzzi room was nice. Room 101. The jacuzzi is big enough for big people to get in btw.

My family and I stayed at the Best Western in Shallotte for two nights. The rooms were clean, easy check-in & check-out and good breakfast options, under the circumstances. All employees were helpful and courteous. I will certainly stay at the Best Western when I return to Ocean Isle.

Good off-season rates; staff is courteous & helpful; clean; located close to US 17 and restaurants. Has a weight / exercise room. Location is safe and well-lit at night. I have stayed here for approximately 12 days in 2020 on 2 different occasions, and the experiece was consistent.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any friends who are traveling. Didn't get to use the pool this time but hopefully in the near future.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the EV charger. I was here 3 nights and asked how to get it working as soon as I arrived. The staff at the front desk immediately called the manager and asked why it wasn't working but they never got a response. I asked again the next morning and they still didn't know anything. I continued to check every day and they never had an answer so the main reason I booked here is now worthless. The room had a really bad smell when I walked in and it continued to linger for the entire trip. I know lots of hotels use the new cool white lighting but it drives me crazy. I always feel like everything is blue and really wish they would just use a warm white light instead. I will not return to this hotel since the only reason I booked it was for the EV charger which is apparently broken.

Everyone was nice. Everything was clean. The hotel is in a good location. Slept like a rock. Even with covid restrictions they made the best out of my stay. I was very pleased with everything. I'm totally staying there again.

We have stayed at this Best Western before and have been pleased with the cleanliness and comfort o the rooms. This time, our room had a musty smell coming from the HVAC system. We did change rooms and the second room was better, but we did heavily spray the HVAC system with disinfectant before turning the system on to make sure we were protected from mold in the air.

We stayed here last week (Oct 8-11). I usually like Marriott and Hilton properties but the closet are in Southport and we need to be near Ocean Isle Beach. I was very impressed with this property! Our room was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but there is a coffee/tea station open throughout the day. I do think the walls may be a little thin as we could hear kids running around the hall or the next room, but that really didn't ruin our sleep. I recommend this hotel and will be staying again soon!

I am a Best Western Gold member, so I know how good Best Western are, that is why I stay there. But this group of employees was extraordinary. The woman at the check-in was humorous and friendly, and gave me a good chuckle. Then the overnight employee was very friendly, She stopped what she was doing so that she could pay attention to me and ask how the stay was going, even though it was 5 AM, she was very pleasant. I will definitely be staying here again.

We have been here before and came back without a doubt. This hotel was very clean!! The beds and pillows were so comfy I wanted to take it all with me! The décor gave you a feeling of home! Clean rooms and a happy guest service greatest us as we walked in the door. The hallways rang with quietness for out two day stay. The breakfast was minimal but fresh and included with the room. If your looking for a quiet clean room, in the middle of nowhere, then stop for the night at this Best Western. Will definitely stay here again when traveling!

After reserving a room online for my parents they received an email and the link for directions stated the hotel was closed. When I called to inquire the front desk staff laughed and stated they could not understand me and asked me to repeat what I was inquiring about multiple times. I finally asked for another staff member and she refused to let me speak to another employee. I then had to call back after she ended the call while I was in mid sentence. I called back and she stated that I could find customer complaints number the hard way. I filed a complaint and then had to call back to inquire over a week later. Once calling back I was told that the “manager” was present during my phone call to the front desk and that I was not allowed to stay there unless I called to apologize to the front desk because I got agitated at the way I was being treated by a hotel staff member. My question is..... if a manager was indeed present then why did they not intervene and take the call as I requested. Poor Customer service! The Corporate department however was very apologetic and fantastic but there hands are tied with the “managers statement”

I had a wonderful stay in Shallotte thanks to Best Western! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and I was ESPECIALLY thankful for Joanne at the front desk. She gave me a dinner recommendation that ended up being SO good! Highly recommend staying here, and if you do, talk to Joanne for good company and nice recommendations.Very clean. Very nice. They are doing what they can reasonably due to maintain cleanliness in CV19 times.

Everything was very clean. Loved the fact that hotel had no carpeting to hold germs! The rooms was large and bright and cheerful. Staff was extremely nice and were willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. Pool area was very clean and the fact that there was no furniture out at the pool due to Corona virus was not a problem!

So the building, staff , and pool were great.. my only problem was we found multiple blood stains on our sheets and bed spread.. they replaced them next day but still had to sleep with no sheets that night because there was no house keeping at night.

please do not extend your stay, because staff will not tell you that the rate increase. It should be a common practice to inform the guest if something changes during there stay. When inquire about the rate change, you will not get a straight answer and the manager old lady with glasses have to call somebody. But never get in touch with you.

Comfortable, clean room and great breakfast. What really made our stay was the service. Crystal, the front desk and breakfast attendant, is incredible! She checked us in at 11pm and was there at 6 am when we went down for breakfast. She worked diligently with a smile and kept breakfast stocked and cleaned. Such a remarkable hardworking young woman. When we arrived, our room was cool which was such a relief in 85 something degree weather. Great attention to detail!

Mr. Vee was the best General Manager of a hotel that I've ever met. Kind, patient and warm! Joanne were very courteous too. Had to book for my grandma's funeral during COVID-19 on 5-16-2020. This hotel is clean and organized. Very comfortable stay for my family.Skip the overpriced hotels in Myrtle Beach and Little river on your way up or down Hwy 17. In Shallotte, NC, the prices are cheaper, and you will find this jewel of a motel.

This is our go to hotel when visiting the area for a few days. It is clean, convenient, and affordable. There is easy access from Rt 17. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts provide a great selection of cold and hot food.

I have stayed here 10 times and am very pleased with this place. It's clean, breakfast is very good, the exercise room has new and clean equipment and the daily pricing is very good. The staff was absolutely caring and always pleasant.

Well worth the money. Very clean and the staff is great. Appears the hotel is recently re-modeled and it is kept up well. We did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast but it seemed like it was good when open.

The most friendliest staff ! They went out of their way to accommodate us with an early check in and greeted us with a smile on arrival. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay because of the incredibly friendly staff that always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. For a value priced hotel, the staff, breakfast, and cleanliness of the rooms and facility were first class.

Courteous and Friendly staff - Rooms were fine for an overnight stay Hot Water was only warm which made for an uncomfortable shower in morning. Breakfast was just OK - Eggs were not very tasteful - bisquits were a little hard but ok.

Our Real Estate agent recomended the Best Western in Shallotte, North Carolna because we were house hunting in the area. The facility looked like it was brand new, quiet, well managed. Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast has TLC. We plan on staying there the next time we come down to Shallotte that is a certain.

Wonderful place to stay. Housekeeping goes above and beyond! While staying there we've seen your housekeepers run errands for front desk like fixing heat and TVs, to getting towels we asked the front desk for, to helping your breakfast staff. Your housekeepers are true gems! They made our stay a delight.

Just down the road a bit from too much going on, we found this hotel. Clean, comfortable ,quite and the staff was amazing. No worn out beds or ugly beach decor here. Would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was adequate.

This particular Best Western always stands out for being excellent. I have stayed there a total of about 7-8 nights now and it is always consistent in every manner from check in until departure..The staff, the food at breakfast....the rooms, the atmosphere....It cannot be surpassed. I have traveled 25 years and seen everything. This one tops the chain!!!

We always stay at the Best Western's chains when possible when we are travelling. They are always reliable, clean, well maintained and the staff has always been good to us, this hotel definitely didn't disappoint. The hotel serves a standard warm breakfast and the Wi-Fi is strong and stable. Rooms are standard, but all of them were in good condition. The staff was kind, helpful, accommodating and professional towards our group. Once we arrived, the two ladies working the front desk welcomed us, very nice to work with the both of them. The staff member that checked us out in the morning was an absolute pleasure to speak with, very friendly and kind person. Nice place.

New remodel with luxury. Room was the same quality as rooms double the price that I have stayed in in other motels. I found the pricing very close to what "economy" motel rates would be. I will try to use best western as much as possible in the future.

This was an overnight stay because we were in the area for a conference. Front dest clerk was very knowledgable and friendly. Place was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, especially the cold yogurt machine and fresh fruit. Not a bad drive into North Myrtle Beach.

This hotel has obviously recently been renovated and looks great. It seemed like the check-in process was a little slow with one woman helping the other two ladies navigate through the process of checking others in before they got to me. The room was clean but we were in Room #102 which adjoins the laundry room and when they ran one of the dryers or other machines there was a very loud humming in our room and some vibration. The bathroom shower was a little small and there needed to be more shelves in the bathroom. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. One of the cleaning ladies was extra helpful and nice. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Shallotte.

We were in town for a few days to attend a funeral. Your already feeling tired from the long trip as well as well as feeling sad in dealing with the loss of a love one, but this hotel has not only great rooms but one of the most professional and caring staff I have seen in a long time at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent too.

What a great hotel! It is brand-new, very clean and the staff were very friendly. I travel a lot and this hotel is by far the best I had in years! I had to go to Southport and North Myrtel Beach and it is close to both of them. I would definitely book this hotel again!

We stayed in this hotel for a local tournament that my daughter and I were attending. The hotel was clean and very well maintained and very convenient to the tournament location. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The yogurt bar at breakfast was a great addition to the traditional hotel breakfast. Overall a great experience!

What a great place. Newly remodeled in August. Love that the rooms do not have carpet. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Less than 15 minutes from Ocean Isle Beach and shopping.

We came for a bowling tournement and all I can say is wow. This has to be the best Best Western that I have ever stayed at. Staff is extremely helpful..room is emaculate..beds are awesome..food is hot and tasty.

This was one of the better Best Westerns that I have stayed in, staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean and roomy. Nice centralized location to a lot of beaches in the area. Breakfast was one of the better, fresh and tasty.Check in and out is very easier and everyone was very nice and helpful.I would stay here again when in the area and would recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Shallotte, NC. The hotel was recently remodeled and only opened for about a month. The room was very clean!!! The employees were very friendly and helpful during this trip.

This Best Western is a amazing and friendly place to stay. The staff is great and they took care of me and my family as if they were their own. They made fresh popcorn for my kids and the breakfast was amazing. Michele checked on my family and I every day not only because I am a Best Western member but also she just cares. I would visit again next time I am in town.

Definitely a hidden gem. Of all the lodging options in Shallotte at this price point, this one is the best. Check-in was fast and incredible. Parking was adequate. Hotel was very clean as well as the suites. The breakfast was fantastic especially the eggs,bacon and potatoes. Obviously has been completely remodeled recently. Though we spent only one night but it left a great impression on myself and my son.We will definitely stay here again

Of all of the hotels I stay in, this is my favorite hotel. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, beautifully decorated, and include fridges and microwaves. The pool area is very nice, with umbrellas and tables, and we love to spend time there. The kids enjoy the pool for hours and never want to get out. The breakfast is the best of any hotel I have stayed at, anywhere, with eggs, bacon, and other hot (and cold) breakfast items. I appreciate that they serve breakfast different each day.Nothing but praise for this hotel. I have been staying here for years and they are the best.

Great location with lots of amenities. Gym is new and has good equipment. Breakfast was great and room was modern and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and linens and towels were fresh and crisp. Overall this is my new go to hotel in Shallotte. Thanks so much you made our family visit wonderful!

We enjoyed a perfect stay at a perfect location! This Best Western is a brand new hotel in Shallotte appointed with modern furniture, great check-in staff, housekeepers who leave enough towels for everyone, and a wonderful shower! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. There are also tons of options In Breakfast. We will be back again.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of our room was exceptional. The complimentary popcorn and the hot breakfast were very good. We would highly recommend this Best Western.

Absolutely no complaints. We booked several rooms for a surprise birthday party. Guests were coming from all around the country. Manager and the entire staff were more than willing and happy to accommodate all of our questions and a few odd requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well tended. The canteen area was well stocked and priced very reasonably. The free popcorn is an added bonus too! All in our group complimented ME for the hotel choice... so awesome job!! This will definitely be our preferred accommodations when we are in town.

Beautiful hotel! Vanessa and Tracy were so helpful in breakfast. Tracy helped with my child while I got our food and just great ladies.I enjoyed chatting with them both on their days.Everything was so clean and refreshing.

My son and I travel to Shallotte twice a week, due to work.How I wish I had stayed with this Best Western first. I would not have to be searching the Internet for another place to stay. Love the express check in and check out. The hotel is spotless after renovation. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are huge! we have enjoyed hot breakfast. Love the Complimentary fresh popcorn and Lemon water. We will choose this Best Western from now on.

We're loved this place. It was very clean and the front desk staff were incredible kind and helpful. Michele and Crystal at the desk was so nice and polite. My room was nice and clean. The renovated BW was just nice overall. I will stay again if in the area! I highly recommend One of the best complimentary hot hotel breakfasts I've had.

Wonderful staff and location. Room Was exactly the way it looked online. It is nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Recommended to everyone who wants to be near beach without all the beach traffic about 5 -7 miles from ocean isle and Sunset beach.

We stayed for one night at this hotel on our way to the beach. The hotel was right off the Hwy 17. The suite was very well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was easy to control to our preferences. Breakfast was very good with many quality choices. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

Came back and visited this area after 1 year, and i was surprised they way this hotel got renovated. really like it fresh filling of all stuff, had great sleep very comfortable beds and staff is very friendly.

Wow. Spent last night at the newly renovated best western and it was wonderful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in! Very clean and Many modern updates. Quite staff very helpful and friendly. Desk welcomed us in a personable and professional manner. Good exterior lighting, clean lobby. Best hot coffee ever!
