Aiden by Best Western Sedona

We made reservations that included breakfast. Got there, no breakfast. Coffee maker in room was broken. They didn't replace it. We went to front desk and girl said the hotel's coffee maker was also broken (Aug 28-sept3). They didn't offer any coffee they had in another container until I asked. The toilet seat wasn't even attached!! lol, you know the made had to know. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too many other options in Sedona. TV didn't work, but the older lady at the desk came and worked on it for 20 minutes and got it working. John Stringer. Room 111

Lovely clean room with a great view, Pool area was small but adequate, outside space was nice We had vouchers for breakfast which was very good I had booked via booking.com and I got charged twice still trying to sort it out. Not happy about that

This is a really nice hotel for the price. The rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable. It has everything you need, including a pool, massage chair, and a fire pit. So what pray tell makes me take off three stars? The rooms have one of those old school alarm clocks built in. It was set for 6 AM, on the one day of this entire trip that we were supposed to sleep in. The hotel staff did not bother checking that when turning over the rooms I guess. The most obnoxious high-pitched alarm, that sounds like a smoke detector, jolting me awake. I spent three minutes trying to figure out how to turn it off, and I couldn't unplug it because it was hardwired into the back of the bed or something, no visible access to the plug. So much for the one good night of sleep I was supposed to get on this trip. Note to hotel staff: if you're gonna put alarm clocks in the room, make sure they are not set when guests arrive. We can set our own alarms. Please and thanks.

Our room was amazing. Beautiful views from our balcony! The beds were comfortable as long as you didn't get too close to the broken down edges. Truly the only thing that keeps me from leaving 5 stars was zero breakfast. Expensive best western without breakfast just leaves me feeling like I didn't get my money's worth.

Far overpriced for what you get. Terrible bed. No breakfast offered except a 10% discount coupon at an overpriced restaurant. No community maps offered. Grungy elevator and hall.

This was a great stay in Sedona off the main drag and away from the traffic in town. Beds were comfortable and we loved having a patio with terrific views of the red rocks. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Also enjoyed the fire pit area fainting views of a sunset Sky. Plenty of restaurant choices near. Highly recommend the golden goose next door!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—right across the street from Safeway, Sedonuts, and even the McDonald's with the iconic blue arches. The only downside was that we expected breakfast to be included, which it wasn't (it definitely looks like it used to be based on the lobby setup). That said, it gave us exactly what we needed: a clean, convenient place to crash after long days of exploring.

Hotel was clean, rooms adequate and location brilliant. The massage chairs were a add on (free) to what we have seen other places. Fitness room fine.

The Sedona Mountain View was past the parking lot and road view. The room was small, cramped. Internet was difficult to access and receive…not as simple as “turn on tv, click” rather, download app after scanning QR code to synch-never got it.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were cordial. Breakfast was marginal. On the last day, there were no hot items offered, only croissants, bread, and hard boiled eggs. Seemed like a very pricey Motel 6. Not impressed.

We're wrapping a 6 night stay here in Sedona. The hotel is stylish, updated, and very clean. The location is convenient and there are 2 restaurants right next door so we didn't need the car a few nights. The breakfast was very good and plentiful . Fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, sausages, potatoes, etc .The Almond Croissants were delicious. I do want to especially thank Shari who managed the breakfast area. What a friendly ,competent, and super hospitality professional ! She is a great asset to the hotel and we were pleased to have had the opportunity to have met and spoken with her.

A+ cleanliness, very comfortable bed and linens. Expanded breakfast included in our reservation. Restaurant on site, patio dog friendly. Has safe enclosed dog “park” small but very clean, pebble-gravel and astroturf. Benches for humans and shade. Live music the night we stayed. Pool available. Will stay again.

Stayed one night at Aiden. Got a 3rd floor bedroom looking out at mountains- very happy with that. Small balcony. Wouldn't have wanted one facing road. Parking good. Pool small but good. Used laundry self service ( you need $3 in quarters for both the WM and TD. Breakfast was excellent. Only thing that would put us off staying again is size of beds - small doubles- I am only 5 foot tall and 8.5 stone and it was tight fit with 6 foot average build husband! And 2 teenage siblings not too happy

The front desk attendant, Melodie, was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was fantastic, and included delicious French pastries... The room was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Staff was friendly and ready to help. There is a convenient, fenced dog relief area that our pups enjoyed. We will definitely return to this beautiful hotel!

The toilet is broken, there is vomit on/in the tub, dead bugs smashed all over the ceiling and the pool is out of commission. The pool guy told explicitly told me the pool is shocked and unsafe until 10:30 am and the front desk told me he is wrong and its safe to go in. Would you put your toddler in to test it? 0/10 stars DO NOT STAY HERE

The Aiden by Best Western was very nice, clean and friendly and a convenient location. The building is only 3 stories (max allowed in Sedona) so a high room isn't very high. The breakfast was excellent with indoor and outdoor seating. The property was nicely landscaped. The rooms looked freshly done, if a little small and no drawers or shelves for storing items. The bathroom was one space but new, clean and brightly lit. Parking was easy. Several places to eat in walking distance, but the night we decided to walk to the neighboring pizza place, we walked in at 7pm only to be told they were closed. Since the other restaurants nearby, had longer waiting lists, we walked to McDonalds. Our only issue was related to noise from barking dogs. Apparently the policy is the dogs are not to be left alone in the room, but at least 3 dogs in my hallway were left alone as their owners went out for a long dinner. They barked loudly and long every time someone walked past their doors and since they were in rooms near the elevators/stairs, lots of people were passing by. I did called and was told the owners had been called and fined. The dogs were gone the next day.

This Best Western if filled with little surprises that will be great for all ages. The staff including Amber, Melody, Holly, Cherry, Jackie and Micah were so helpful with dining and hiking suggestions. The breakfast had the delicious pastries that were in a warmer almond with standard breakfast fare in a wonderful indoor/outdoor setting with a fire pit that runs in the am and also pm. Coffee and tea are also available 24 hours. Did I mention the complimentary soda service with that great crunchy ice? Uh, yes please!!! The boutique hotel also has a heated pool which was great after hiking one day and all areas were clean. We are not big bicyclists but there is a great area for repairing, locking up and putting air in your tires if needed. I also used one of their two massage chairs (complimentary to hotel guest) and that was relaxing too! The rooms are standard but very clean and comfortable with balconies that overlook the amazing mountains and rock formations. This spot is a friendly and welcoming winner and a great location. Take it from a graduate of hotel administration and former meeting planner. If you are wanting value and do not want to pay for a high end resort, this place feels like a sweet neighborly home away from home!

We had a wonderful, too short stay at the Aiden in Sedona. Effusive welcome, generous treat bags for us and the hound, lovely room with a balcony view. First good night of sleep on this long road trip. The grounds are so inviting with a lovely patio and fire pit, meditation garden, nice little dog park, and pool. Super pet friendly and very welcoming to outdoorsy travelers.

We decided to stay here because we felt it was centrally located and above all, the most reasonably priced hotel in Sedona. Upon arriving, we were greeted by an employee who really didn't know the area all that well, but she tried! We found out later this hotel gives out a discount coupon for the restaurant next door, but only AFTER we ate there. Wished they had told us that when we arrived. The hotel itself is very clean. The grounds are beautiful! We stayed in a room with a balcony so we could see the beautiful view of the red rocks. It did NOT disappoint! It was a BEAUTIFUL site! The breakfast each day was satisfactory. Typical continental breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it was decent! The area to eat in was very small, but when it warmed up, you could sit outside by the firepit. That area is beautiful!!! Very nice place and centrally located. The price is great as well. I would stay here again!

The breakfast was terrific, including some of the best pastries I have ever had. The outdoor seating for breakfast was very nice. The front desk staff gave us hiking recommendations for the airport sunset hike that was spectacular. I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. A great hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! All the staff we encountered were all super friendly and helpful. I thought the soda drinks were a nice touch and the massage chair came in handy after a long Sedona hike. The rooms were cute and clean. Breakfast was good and right outside were beautiful views of the large red rocks. A quick drive to uptown and centrally located to lots of activities nearby.

Overall, stay at the Aiden best western is average. The hotel seems to be renovated and was clean. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were very squishy. The heater made a very loud noise and it was hard to sleep because it turns on with a vengeance. The good thing is it did work cause it was cold during our stay. The morning breakfast is very nice. It's more than a continental breakfast and they have eggs and sausage and lots of pastries and fruit and yogurt. That is definitely one of the high points of the hotel. Also, the hotel is actually in front of the beautiful canyons and we had a nice view, even though we were on the first floor. The bad thing came when our TV volume on the second day went out we tried various things to try to make the TV volume work, but it was completely out. We reported it on the third day, but they did not fix it. The room itself is pretty tiny. It's probably more for a couple than it is for a family. It just felt really tiny in there and there were no drawers to store our clothes. also there is no housekeeping you have to request it which I think is crazy because the trash cans just get full and they don't dump them out we would come back to beds that were unmade and we had to actually request toilet paper and extra tissues over all the hotel is average. I probably won't stay again because of the size of the hotel and the fact that they didn't fix the TV and we were watching TV without volume for a few days. Good points : Nice breakfast, great views, overall clean hotel Bad points: loud heater TV volume went out and no housekeeping. I understand that you can request housekeeping, but it's pretty ridiculous that the trash cans get full and nobody dumps them out.

The hotel is not located in the busy town of Sedona, but rather about 2 1/2 of miles away from town in West Sedona. I wasn't sure how much we'd like staying outside of town, but after two days of being there we were quite fine with it because it's still close to many beautiful hiking opportunities, which was the reason why we were there. A guest can still drive to Sedona for dinner or choose to eat at the restaurants in West Sedona. We drove to Sedona for dinner so we could walk around the streets and browse through the shops. It took us only about 9 minutes to get to Sedona from the hotel. We got a room on the third floor, overlooking the beautiful rocky formations of the Sedona area. We had a balcony, which was a nice feature We had two queen beds and each of the beds had four comfortable pillows. This modern room had a safe, a small closet, and plenty of places to plug in electronic devices. There was a well stocked Keurig machine in the room. We had some difficulty getting the heating system working and both front desk people came quickly to try to resolve it. One of them mentioned the fact that he would like to see new remote controls for use with the heating system. We liked the fact that instead of the wasteful small throwaway bottles of soap that so many hotels use, this one used large pump bottles in the bathroom that could be refilled. I did have one complaint, which I referred to the front desk, and that was a very bad smell in the hallway of our floor When we entered our room, we had to air it out, because it also had that smell. Upon investigating, I found that it was a microwave oven, which smelled heavily of garlic, and this smell was all over the hallway. There are no microwave ovens in the guest rooms, and maybe it would be a great idea to put signs up at the microwave ovens about not cooking things that others might find offensive or are allergic to (onions, garlic, fish, etc.) I mentioned this to the maid on our floor who seemed to be trying to get rid of the odor with an air freshener. There was a pool on the premises, but we did not use it. Another amenity was a laundry room near the entrance door of the guest room building, along with an ice machine. The breakfast room only has three tables, but there are many more outside, where people also ate breakfast. The outdoor area had a fire pit. A guest can go to a room for a massage in a massage chair. Overall, the hotel was fine for two nights, but I have to downgrade it from a five to a four because of the persistent odor in the hallway, which was nauseating to me.

My husband and I really liked this hotel. We had great views, and it was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Although the microwave was not in the room, it was close by at the end of the hallway. It works great for adventurers and the nearby restaurant has great food. You can also walk to a great Thai place at the end of the block. We were able to use their gym. It had a nice variety of choices... something for everyone. Their outdoor heated pool was really nice, even though we weren't able to use it.

Terrific place to stay in Sedona! Very clean and comfortable! There was a great, hardy breakfast and the location was very convenient to so much to see and do in Sedona! Get a room with a red rock view! Every room had a balcony. We were Very pleased!

This was a awesome stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the location has plenty of restaurants nearby. Try the fig jam and prosciutto pizza at gerardos a short walk away. The staff is friendly and greet you whenever they see you. The breakfast was amazing. There are so many choices. There were eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and lots of pastries and breads. The yogurt machine with all the toppings was tasty. There are choices for everyone. The view from our room was real nice. If you are looking for a good day of hiking and finding beautiful rocks look up AZ Rockhound Expeditions on Facebook for a great adventure.

What a pleasant surprise! The Aiden BW in Sedona perfectly balances value and comfort in an expensive area. The standout here is the incredibly attentive staff - they made us feel like we were at a family-run B&B rather than a chain hotel. The location is perfect - minutes from major trails and excellent restaurants. After long hikes, the massage chairs were an unexpected luxury (seriously, don't skip them!) While breakfast is basic and rooms are standard Best Western quality, the value for money in pricey Sedona is outstanding. The overall experience exceeded expectations. For travelers prioritizing location and service over resort amenities and pricing, this place is a gem.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Aiden and loved the hotel. Is this a 5 star resort? No. Is it clean, has friendly and helpful staff, well up kept, and has nice amenities? Yes. Would we stay there again? Definitely. The hotel was purchased by Best Western in the past few years and from my understanding it had some renovations. The staff is original (from before the purchase) and it is clear they are a family and take great pride in their jobs, the hotel, and the guest experience. Warm breakfast was a nice touch. I thought the spread was great, however my wife would have loved a non-sweetened yogurt option (they have vanilla yogurt, which is sweetened). We also loved it's location, it was centrally located so most of the trailheads that we went to for hiking were under a 10 minute drive away! Massage chairs in the meditation room are a nice touch too! The only thing I would have improved would have been the shower head, which was lacking. Would 100% stay here again!

Really great stay. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Loved the little balcony. Great for sunset photos. After checking out and checking into the Aiden Best Western in Scottsdale I realized I left my battery and battery charger for my Sony camera plugged in, in our room. They cost $120.00 new. My wife called the hotel (the room was in her name) and spoke with Amber. Amber put us on hold for a minute, came back on and said she had it in her hand. The cleaning staff had promptly brought it to the lost & found box. Amber said she'd get it en route to us right away. What a pleasant surprise to find it on our front porch this morning. During out stay in Arizona we stayed at 3 different Aiden Best Westerns and each one was great. Again, a big thanks to Amber in Sedona and the staffs at all three BW's. We will be staying at Best Westerns in our future trips out west.

My sister and I spent 2 days/1 night in Sedona following a Grand Canyon hike. There are tons of nice hotels, but as a BW Rewards member, I look for BW hotels first. My budget and amenities wish list put me at the Aiden. I booked a 2 qn bd w/ red rocks view, and it did not disappoint. Hotel is a short drive from main Sedona shops and is stylishly updated and clean. After a long day of shopping, my sister and I checked in and went to dinner at Vino de Sedona, adjacent to the hotel parking lot (even has a 1-way gate from hotel's outdoor seating area to Vino's) and had a fabulous meal, wine and live music. It was open mic night, which was good and ... interesting. There are a few other eateries nearby, as well as a Circle K across the street. When we returned from dinner, unfortunately, the firepit is turned off at 10pm, which was a real disappointment. We did sit on our 2nd flr balcony instead to compensate. An included breakfast was a must, and theirs was delicious with super variety. I would expect the offerings may rotate, but on our stay, there were scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage links and patties, bagels, breads, muffins, croissants, fruits, cereals, yogurt, and even packaged cereal bars. Drinks included the usual coffee, hot water/tea, juices and milk. It's not a huge space, but the hotel made good use of the counters to provide lots of choices for their guests. Seating is inside, or there's a door to outside with umbrella covered tables. Overall, this was a great stay!

The facility was immaculate, the staff was friendly and professional. Lonnie Lillie was very welcoming and shared the amenities, restaurants, and local tourist sites to visit. The grounds were very well kept and loved the patio area to eat or to relax around the fire pit.

This is a perfect small hotel. The rooms are fresh and modern. Breakfast includes the best croissants I've ever had. That includes in France. There's a nice pool, weight room, free massage chairs and laundry. If you don't want to fight the traffic in the shopping district hop on the shuttle out front. $2 or seniors $1. You be enjoying the scene instead of fighting for a parking space. This is a “locals” area with good restaurants ( one just in front is excellent), better prices, and better vibe. Finally the staff is lovely. Go!

I was very disappointed in the room as there was nowhere to unpack our suitcases. We were there for six nights and there is no dresser or suitcase stand available in the hotel. We had to live out of suitcases on the floor. Also, the bathroom had a tiny sink with no place to put any toiletries. Our TV stopped working on the second night. The front desk did not fill out a maintenance request for us. They seemed annoyed that I brought this to their attention. The rooms were recently renovated, but for some reason it had no carpeting (the other rooms I saw did).

A must stay in Sedona, the balcony view, breakfast and the meditation room was the reason for our return stay.. excellent staff and service for the price point. It is in the center of the city..the room clean and the cable selection fantastic

Excellent place and a wonderful and helpful staff. Very well managed environment. Shari, Holly and Melody and all the staff were exemplary in their willingness to assist. We felt quite welcomed and will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Good job.

Great little spot with a great view. Is quite a ways from all the fun shops but has lots of great food options close by. Rooms are a bit on the small side however they are very clean with comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice place with a great location. Nothing major to complain about. Real friendly staff, nice room with a balcony though the view of the mountains was partially blocked by a tree. Pool is tiny, but the chairs in the meditation room were great. Breakfast was decent, but would of liked more hot food options and some fruit. Originally planned a 1-night stay on our way to the Grand Canyon, but chose a 2nd night to enjoy the beauty of Sedona.

Great value. Room appears new, very clean. Nice and quiet. Street side rooms on the upper floors, I was on the 3rd, have an unbelievable view. I intend to stay here again. Very close to trailheads, further from downtown. Each of the rooms have an outdoor terrace with a small table and chairs. Perfect for morning coffee.

Checked in the last week of June, so the temps were mid-90s. After a couple of days, when the AC could not keep up, we talked to maintenance, and he made an effort to fix it. When unable, he moved us to a different room where the AC worked great! The pool was very nice, and the massage chairs in the meditation room were so nice to use after a day of hiking. The breakfasts were also great, particularly the super fresh pastries. They could have used a little variety, as they had pre-made cheese omelets every day with sausage, but they were good. Dog friendly, and everyone was so nice. Would definitely recommend it!

Comfortable bedding, clean rooms, great view, beautiful patio area for breakfast and good location. Few complaints: Loud music coming from somewhere…hard to relax and enjoy beautiful peaceful view from balcony. No microwave in room. And biggest complaint is that air conditioner in room is horrible. Would never come here in hot weather, you would suffocate in room. Sorry about complaints because it really could be an amazing MOTEL.

Had a relaxing 4 night stay in this hotel in West Sedona. Nice king size room and with Balcony and Red Rock view. Close to restaurants and many trails. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

This hotel had everything we wanted to enjoy our stay in beautiful Sedona. From the outside garden with the Buddha Labyrinth to the meditation massage chair room, heated pool, fire pit, workout room. Breakfast was amazing and restaurants are within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Clean room , loved the spa products - was able to purchase the body lotion at front desk. Restaurant within walking distance was very good.

The Aiden was not a happy stop. The room was poorly lighted. There was one elevator for 44 rooms! The bed -top was very high off the floor, making it awkward if you had to get up during the night. There were only three tables in the enclosed space for breakfast, and otherwise you sat outside; it was quite chilly the morning we had a few bites from the breakfast bar. Staff was pleasant but the facility was just not up to Best Western expectations.

This small and unassuming property is absolutely perfect. It is CLEAN. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The breakfast is fabulous, There's a pool and a really nice firepit. It has laundry facilitities. Housekeeping is by request, so if you just want to be left alone, no one will bother you. We could have stayed a any number of places where we are "loyalty members," but we took a chance on this one because of its proximity to a number of local business services that we required. We will be returning and staying here.

Hotel is very nice and clean and quiet; beautiful view from the room; room was very clean and comfortable; bed was very, very comfortable; breakfast was basic, but good, and it's free so can't complain; shower was good; overall experience was wonderful and staff was awesome!

Sedona is just magical and this hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy the sight of this beautiful place. The front desk was super friendly, happy to provide suggestions on near by hikes. We did enjoy breakfast, it was a simple meal but kept us full before starting our day while saving us some money. We sat by the fireplace every night, while listening to the live band at the restaurant next door. We used their massage chairs which was a nice plus. Overall, loved everything about this hotel. Our only complain was that the rooms was a bit small for a family of four, we were really on top of each other but all the positive things out weigh this tiny negative.

After 2 long days of traveling during our West Coast road trip, we finally made it to Sedona. Robyn, the hotel receptionist, went out of her way to make we got room we wanted with a view and the next day gave us tips on the hikes in the area. The hotel was clean and quiet. There was a large variety of items on the breakfast buffet (mostly pastries, granola bars, and fruit). We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Really excellent breakfast (especially the almond croissans!), spotless and comfortable rooms, fantastic massage chairs in the Meditation Room, extremely courteous staff. Location was perfect - close to my conference, the Verde Shuttle, restaurants, and Sugar Loaf trailhead. I highly highly recommend Sedona's Aiden by Best Western.

Excellent experience, everyone was most helpful, made me want to stay an extra night. Hotel in the center of everything. Receptionist was most helpful ,offered local insights . Room was large and inviting.

Hotel is brand new with friendly staff - their hot breakfast is delicious and ideal location with yummy restaurants within walking distance - we are sad we didn't have more time!! We look forward coming back!!

The Aiden is a newer brand in Sedona, and it took over from the Andante Inn. I have stayed at the Aiden in Scottsdale and this one is a bit different (they all are according to Best Western's branding). The staff at check-in was very personable and welcoming. As a Diamond Select member they upgraded me to a 3rd floor room with a red rock view. It was raining and cloudy the entire time but I could tell through the clouds that the rooms have an excellent view if it is sunny. My room was immaculately clean and the bright white bathroom was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The rooms are well soundproofed as I did not hear any noise from the street through the balcony door. The rooms are very small - not as small as a Tru by Hilton, but there was just enough room for a King bed and small chair. There are no dressers, just shelves to place things on. The bathroom is very small also with almost no counter space. I liked the decor in the room which was very Sedona. There was a lack of lighting in the room as it had only 4 lamps for the entire room, with a switch at the entry that did nothing. The bathroom had plenty of light. They have cable on the TV but I was sad at the lack of a sleep timer. When I travel I like to fall asleep to the noise of the TV, but I had to wake up and turn it off. Most hotels offer this function. The heater/ac unit was quieter than other hotels, but took some time getting used to the remote and how to make it work. I had to keep it on 82 to get it warm in the room. Perhaps it wasn't calibrated properly. A sheet explaining how to use the unit would be nice for those who are not as technologically capable. The breakfast in the morning was good with cereal, bagels, bread, omelettes, sausage, oatmeal and a yogurt bar. The yogurt was really good as were the hot options. Overall, this is a good hotel if you are traveling solo or with one other person. I think a family would feel cramped in the small rooms, even if you're only planning on being in there at night. The service from the staff was attentive and friendly. Thanks for a nice stay!

The rooms were on the small side, but we didn't mind. We paid extra for the red rock view and it was spectacular. Such a joy to sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing view. The breakfast was very good with hot items like egg, sausage and cheese omelets. There was also pastry, fruit, hot and cold cereal and a yogurt machine with toppings. We didn't get to try the massage chairs as one was broken. The remote for heat/air was different. At first it wouldn't work, It has a timer function that I believe is what some have complained about. I couldn't get it to work so Micah came up and in short order got it working. We will definitely stay here again

I would pass on this one...Hotel is noisy (LOUD heater, bathroom fans from neighboring rooms, etc) we wound up wearing earplugs to sleep, there was no microwave in the room (there is one down the hall for the floor to use but it was broken...I was told to go upstairs and use the one on floor 3). Breakfast room has 3 tables and is small (food was good). I'm not one to give bad reviews but I won't stay here again. Recommendation...keep looking for a better place.

I have stayed at multiple hotels in Sedona, including the Arroyo Inn in Downtown that is also a Best Western. If you look at the price for the rooms, the location, and the local food, you will see that this is hard to beat. The hotel itself is lovely. The staff are kind and helpful and the grounds are simple but welcoming. They have breakfast in the morning and there is an outside patio that includes a gas fire pit. This is amazing for those extra cold mornings. There are areas for pets to roam about and even a stone meditation garden with a Buddha statue. Inside the hotel are gorgeous pictures of local hiking trails, if you take a look at the corner of each picture you will see a QR code that provides you information of that specific hike and some details regarding it. Very helpful and such a small, easily missed perk of the hotel. It was Freezing when we were there so I didn't get to explore the pool, but all the fitness and laundry facilities are well maintained. They even have an additional meditation room with massage chairs. The food choices nearby are fantastic. The Golden Goose and Vino De Sedona are literally in the same parking lot, plus Moondog Pizza and Nicks on either side of you and The Coffee Pot Restaurant is 2 minutes down the road. Finally, the best part is the quick and easy access to the highways and downtown Sedona. If you want to go walk downtown its 10 minutes with traffic. If you want to go hike or have a picnic on the creek, 15 minutes the other direction. This will be my main place to stay in Sedona going forward.

I traveled with my daughter, granddaughter and sister. We took two rooms. The rooms were very comfortable, with reliable Internet service and very clean. Breakfast was nice. Lots of protein options, fresh fruits, a variety of pastries and breads, coffee, tea, hot cocoa and juices. We loved the meditation room! The staff was very friendly and professional.

This is a nice hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The pool was clean and inviting, would have liked a hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, telling us nice hikes to explore. The back patio was a pretty place to relax with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Great location! Newly renovated rooms, clean and fresh with clean smelling towels. Wonderful mediatation room with massage chairs that are amazing. Tasty and plentiful breakfast which included healthy options. The breakfast was fresh and kept fresh and the dining tables and area were kept clean. The staff was personable, helpful and offered local knowledge which made us feel like family.

Easy check in process. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. And they let us have a late check out. Was in a good location with restaurants and plenty of hiking trails near by. Would definitely stay again.

I found this little motel to be so much nicer than what I expected. I was not familiar with the Aiden brand of Best Western but it is clear to see it is a very nice upgrade to some of the more average motels. I can say the staff was 100% friendly. We stayed 2 nights and I encountered at least 8 different employees and all had a smile and a "good morning". Continental breakfast (which I didn't even know they had when I booked this) was plentiful. You can eat indoor or out as there is a large patio. There is a Meditation Room with 2 amazing massage chairs. Instead of a car I think I'll be buying one of those chairs as they were heavenly. We had a room on 3rd floor (top) with a balcony that you can watch the sunrise or the red rock mountains. Yes, there are businesses between you and them but it was still very relaxing. My only negative item would be the room is on the small side but it is an older building so they made up for it in their furnishings when they did their rehab. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!
