Would definitely recommend. Room for improvement though. Ask to have your room serviced during your stay or it won't be.
the overall cleanliness was good; however carpet had a few sticky spots. breakfast was a healthy selection of protein, juice, fruits, grain, and vegetables. location was close to a festive place of stores, restaurants, and freeway access.
The room & beds are wide and spacious. The tub & toilet are ideally clean. Wide space to move around, not limiting. More freedom to walk around freely. Maria & Ben are a team. Less talk and arguments from them both; they are counterproductive. Just be nice and professional. Guard your tongue.
Very friendly and professional staff. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great housekeeping. Very good hotel and breakfast is amazing! Very organized hotel management . Definitely recommend this for family and business stays
The breakfast always the same. But it's okayAnd i love the coffee. The room is clean and very convenient to our stay.A little add more breakfast.Super love it! Definitely i will comeback.Hopefully we have enough points.
Guests should be warned about the noise when booking remotely. Room had a strange odour of aftershave on the bed sheets. Poor selection and availability of breakfast. There were many restaurants within easy walking distance, but a poor variety of food genres. Lots of available free car parking at the motel.
So first of all, the electric car charger is on the opposite side of the building from where they roomed me. Next, keep in mind these are outside access rooms so all night I heard major freeway right outside my door. And why do you ask? Well partially because it's right there, but also because of the warped door that barely manages to latch closed. Upon entry into the room I was greeted by a tacky “cover up” scent that smelled like Avon cologne from 1987.. and I'm guessing that would be to cover up the wet, stained carpet from the AC unit having a moment. The rest of the room was nice, gorgeous tile and new shower and tub. Great water pressure and nice scented products. So that being said, I didn't appreciate at 11:30pm when I'm fast asleep some dude POUNDING on the door yelling security check open up!! I scrambled out of bed scared not sure if it was some fake crap and so threw on pants and checked the door. Some dude in a golf cart tells me, oh the list I have said this room wasn't occupied. I was ANGRY. I went back to bed and tried to get back to sleep and that took a while between the incident, the smell and the freeway noise. But figured if I went to complain I would EXPLODE and I needed to get to sleep for a flight. So I ended up waking up late because of the crap, raced out the door and left.. BARELY made my flight. For $160 this was a HORRID experience and I would NOT recommend this place.
Our team experienced a great time there. Breakfast was good and accessible. We truly appreciate the staff. We will be staying there again. The location was key to our success now we will be recommending this place
Great stay . Recommend this place to everyone. Staff is great and amenities are perfect. Close to shopping and central to most attractions in California. I always stay here when I'm in California and they never disappoint me.
The rooms inside the hotel was perfect! Clean and bug free! Can't hear any freeway traffic. For the other room facing the freeway I'm not sure of the noise level. Breakfast was pretty good could use a little more selection in the meat selection for breakfast. The shower need more water pressure. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
This hotel really let's you relax on your of time. I recommend this location to anyone. I had a bad taste in my mouth from the diamond bar location but this location put my faith back into best western. You can really tell the difference and effort this location put s in from the diamond bar location. I recommend this location to anyone. Wonderful staff and rooms here at Rowland Heights
The unstop noise from closet almost all day long, I can't sleep and I was so tired I have no energy to pick up the phone talk to front desk the situation. the sound is weired like that of spooky movie.
It was a great stay! Bed was comfortable and very clean. It was quiet and next to some great smelling restaurants. We didn't get to try them. We did however use a 15% off coupon at another place that we happened to just be going to for my friends bday. That was a nice lil perk
Room was so noisy, literally 50 ft from a major freeway, hotel was under major construction most stairways and hallways boarded off had to go out in the rain to get to front desk, we asked to move to other side of hotel they said it would be another $65 to move. We had already prepaid for 4 nights, we had to leave after 2 nights and checked into a 5 star hotel an hour away the noise was unbearable to sleep at this location. I left brand new Christmas gift clothing I received, in the room drawers upon departure. I called the hotel the next day they said" no nothing was left behind" (false) this hotel was a disgrace and staff are obviously not trustworthy. Hopefully this saves others this experience.
My stay here was generally great but with one glaring issue that brings down my rating. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. When I got to my room, the smoke alarm was going off so I had the staff change it. A few nights later I could hear the room next to me had their smoke alarm going off, but the staff couldn't do anything because it was occupied. A few days later, my alarm started going off again, and I had staff change it. Breakfast was good, they change 2 of the main parts of the meal on a daily basis so you're not eating identical breakfasts everyday. There's eggs, cereal, fruit, bagels, bread, muffins, doughnuts, yoghurt, juice, etc. I used the laundry room, it cleaned my clothes well (I bought my own detergent), it is expensive though: $4 for 1 machine. The TV works well though I wish it had a TV guide channel of some kind as there's no way to determine what's on without watching and figuring it out yourself. Refrigerator and microwave also worked well. Bed is very comfortable, no issues sleeping. Shower was good as well. Due to COVID, they aren't cleaning the rooms everyday, and staff comes around every day asking if you need anything new, so you can replace your towels, get more soap or water bottles, etc. THE BIG ISSUE: I didn't have the room cleaned for several days and on the day I requested it to be cleaned, that night when I went to the bathroom, when I turned on the light after sitting on the toilet for 15 seconds, a LARGE cockroach suddenly fell from the ceiling. I called and asked to have it removed immediately and was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes. I tried to wait, but once it started coming closer I called back again. I have a phobia of cockroaches so this was terrifying for me, it was crawling all over the floors, walls, mirrors, etc. Eventually it fell on its back for a while so when staff came they could easily get it. What I don't understand is 1. The day I have the room cleaned, not any prior day, is when a cockroach is in the room? 2. I had to wait excruciatingly long for someone to come. Anything else I would wait for, like with the smoke alarms, but for a COCKROACH, it's an emergency for me 3. Nothing is offered to me after having this huge cockroach in my room Everything about my stay had been perfect until then, I even extended my stay at this hotel, and then that night I had to be frightened. Even days later I was still paranoid, checking the walls and floors, and especially about going into the bathroom.
Cleanliness was superb! Only complain is the variety of breakfast options they have compared to the last time I stayed here. (They took out my congee :< ) However, I will definitely be checking in again. For the price of the nightly stay, its definitely worth staying here. You also have a microwave and a refrigerator in your room!
After our awful experience at one of the Best Western Hotels in the Bay Area, we were hesitant to book at another Best Western Hotel. I'm glad we decided to stay here. We had an amazing experience at this branch. Staff were very welcoming especially at the Front Desk.
The room is clean, the front desk is professional, and the lounge is comfortable. But the Best Western experience stopped from there. All the rest is a Motel 6. So noisy that everybody could not sleep and had a headache the next day. Room is small that it is difficult to get bathroom door closed when I sat at the toilet. It is right next to the highway 60 with non stopping traffic. The worst is the churning sound of fridge fan.
Staying a long time because of my job near this area. Very convenient and comfortable hotel. Whatever the hour you arrive, it's a pleasure to guess a smile under the mask and to have an answer at each request you can have.
Love the location. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. The price of the rooms were also reasonable; we booked the day of our trip. and the front desk receptionist was so friendly. Will definitely be returning.
Last minute reservation, as we cancelled our original stay at the Days Inn when they tried to charge us over $20 more than our confirmed price, and refused to reverse the over-charge. What a pleasant place this was, particularly when comparing it to that terrible Days Inn! The front desk person even gave us the option between two available rooms, and helped us to select the one that we would like best. Some very good restaurant selections close by, which was a plus. If we ever end up in this area again, we know to stay here!
Dirty, Noisy, poor service. This hotel is by the high way, and the elevator is not working, My brother got stock in the elevator, the bath tub back up and not body cleans it. did not make our bed either!
Tired old room. Bed was ok linens well worn carpet bathroom and room general appearance is just aged bill as executive plus but was closer to average two star property. Just in need of serious update. I count on the name BW to know where ever I go I'll have the same level of quality across the chain. Bad room= cheapen brand
My family was attending an event in the area and wanted a place to stay and have breakfast following the function. The reviews seemed good, but what we didn't understand was that the hotel is less than 50 yards from the freeway, the pool is pretty much in the parking lot, and parties in the parking lot are permitted (why anyone would want to be out there at 1am in that roaring freeway noise is beyond me). Staff was as helpful as could be all things considered, but the decor and vibe was much less than we expected for $200/night. We checked out at 1am following the event because we didn't want to stay there - we drove back to LA instead. We are disappointed and would like our money back.
During our stay we saw the cops were called. Some guests had their belongings stolen. I guess the front desk person let someone walk into the secure area where you can leave your personal belongings for safe keeping. They didn't make sure it was givin to the right person. Scary as something I've used in the past at hotels. Seems they don't take the security of their guests very important. Other than that the room was clean and good location
Always a welcoming visit, always satisfied with guest services and overall visit. Very clean with a home feeling. Great breakfast, very relaxing. Great lobby being able to use and print when ever I need
Loved our stay great customer service and very clean. For our next trips I would definitely stay in a Best Western. We got a great night sleep after a long stressful road trip. It was so quiet we got to sleep in late.
This location is a very clean location with nice room decor and right off the freeway. Although if freeway noise is an issue for u then don't stay here. Otherwise, this is a nice clean Best Western and I will def use this location when I am in the area. Also, the front desk are great and friendly if u are friendly with them. Benjamin was great and even helped me get a couple more pillows! I recommend this location.
Besides the shower lever to be broken upon arrival, which was quickly and efficiently repaired by hotel stuff. Overall experience was positive. Room was clean although had some old odor coming from carpet or courtains
We stayed here for one night for a medical procedure. We booked online with a preferred inner room that was facing neither the busy freeway nor Gale Street. Despite this, the freeway noise is still a loud during the late evening, but it has a prime location within a small plaza with mostly Asian restaurants. Across the street is 99 Ranch Market and other Asian restaurants as well. The hotel front entrance is facing towards freeway with a high wall and there is a swimming pool next to main entrance. The room itself was comfortable and had a small couch The Bathroom was very very small with a noisy fan when both lights are turned on. Also the door was very sticky and was so jammed shut at one point that it required my husband to pull it open. It does have bidet style toilet, which is nice. The bathroom counter is very small and the closet is average size with a safe included and ironing board too. Room includes a mid-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and 2 free bottled waters. We did a late checkout, but the maximum it can be extended to was 1 pm. Breakfast was disappointing, with a grab and go bag kids-style snack bag with contained one fruit cup, one granola bar, and two small Madeleine cookies. No coffee was available except for the cheap in room coffee. We understand that breakfast was limited due to Covid-19, but they could have at least provided some prepacked pastries or sandwiches and some fresh coffee instead of a cheap kids snack worth no more than $2.00. The service was a mix with some front desk persons friendly, such as check in, and others such during breakfast and check out more concerned with taking a personal call than helping with a question. The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby and an easy 3 minute drive to my surgical center, but we wouldn't have stayed here were it not for that.
We stayed for 1 night as a transit hotel booked by tour agent. A bit far from LAX. Hotel is modern, room well furnished with 2 big double beds. Microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron & ironing board, safe are all in room. There're no utensils for food use. We got a couple of disposable paper bowls from restaurant to use in room. Many Asian types restaurants & a supermarket within 5 mins walk. Hotel offers free shuttle to nearby mall. They packed us a breakfast bag of juice, apple & muffin as we had an early flight. If you want a free shuttle to the Citadel outlet mall, a 24hr advanced reservation is necessary.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, all on business. The cheapest rooms are "freeway side" and I avoid those, as they are noisier, and don't seem to be quite as nice. Also, try to stay on the ground floor. The third floor I found more noisy, due to the nearby freeway. The cheapest rooms are more akin to a motel, with outside doors. They also have interior rooms for more money, which I never opted for, but I'm sure they are quieter and nicer. The rooms have been quiet and functional, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is usually pretty decent, with hot ham and potatoes on certain days, which is really nice, plus other standards like cereals, hard boiled eggs, etc. This area is heavily Asian, so they also serve Asian breakfast items. Overall, I find this hotel to be a good value since they don't charge for parking, resort fees, and so on. The rates are usually very good for the area, and although it isn't the Hilton, it's definitely good enough for me to keep coming back.
This hotel is very clean and convenient for trip and business in local area. there are many restaurants and supermarket close to hotel, you can get everyting what you need. If you have travel, business or other matters, you can choose this hotel in the first time.
We really had a good time in this place, nice toiletries and very comfortable bedding, the breakfast was very good, they had continental breakfast choices and asian choices too, which is very convenient for me since I'm Asian. The only complain I have is the elevator, which is very slow.
This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was very upscale and it was in a perfect location. It was great for the price and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this hotel in the future.
Usual amenities for a Best Western. It's a bit noisy with a freeway right next door but the room soundproofing is good. Main complaint is that the bathroom and basin lights and fans go on as soon as anyone approaches the area. Very disturbing to other occupants in the room if someone has to go to the bathroom in the night.
Can be a bit noisy if you get the freeway side , but if you're a early sleeper on the opposite side then the train might wake you. Staff was nice and welcoming . Room was really nice and spacious . There was plenty of parking . The area also has a great variety of food choices with in less than 2 miles.
Many dining choices (Chinese, Korean) within easy walking distance. Complimentary breakfast includes Asian items. Unfortunate location next to freeway is very noisy -- earplugs provided but noise a problem. Recommend asking for room on side away from freeway.
The team at the hotel is very helpful with any needs or concerns you may have. the cleanness of the Hotel and rooms is excellent. there are many restaurants right next to the hotel if you arrive late at night you can find a restaurant open, there is a supermarket as well in a plaza in front of the hotel as well and different stores.
Check in and check out was easy and smooth, pleasant staff. The rooms were comfy and spacious. The renovated lobby and sleeping rooms were stunning. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
My spouse had a business trip and we stayed at the hotel for 8 days together with our 11 month old daughter. On the 2nd day, we arrived at the hotel in the evening and to our surprise, the housekeeping had a disgusting work they did to our room. A DIRTY RAG WAS LEFT ON TOP OF MY CPAP MACHINE! The toilet paper inside the restroom was not replaced/refilled. The bed skirts was not folded and returned to the bed. It was at the side table were we left it in the morning. We immediately called the front desk to report the incident. A lady from housekeeping came and provided us the toilet paper and folded the bed skirt. She likewise took a photo of my CPAP Machine which she said she will report it to her supervisor. Front desk advised us that they will report it to the manager and will conduct and investigation. We never heard what was their findings and conclusion in their investigation. On our last night, we were surprised to see a bundle of fruits inside our room as "complimentary" for our sad experience. We left the hotel and up until this review, we have not received proper communication nor just compensation for the disgusting incident. For the remaining days after the rag was left on my CPAP machine, we were never offered to have my CPAP machine be sanitized for me to use it again. coz of that, I wasn't able to use my CPAP. Beware!
We were pleasantly surprised as we were getting in late, grabbing a few hours of sleep and breakfast before heading out. Looks like they are in the process of finishing a remodel and it's looking good. The room was modern, well appointed and very comfortable. Free WiFi worked great. The breakfast was well above expectations for the "free breakfast." The scrambled eggs were well cooked, not watery or runny. The ham was very tasty and fresh. And all of the items were well stocked and set up. We really liked this place. It's in the middle of a big Asian-American community, which made it memorable. Looked like there were plenty of dining options within walking distance.
The room is very clean and spacious, with refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave. There is breakfast, though almost the same food everyday. Hotel staff are courteous and accommodating, specially Mr. Daniel who gets out of his way, to help me get to a store to buy the things I need.
My room and the common areas were kept very clean. The attention to detail was evident, from the sanitized remote controls to pristine bedding. The best part of my stay was the breakfast. Very fresh and the kitchen manager was very professional.
My Diet Coke was too close to the freezer and it froze. When i opened it, the plastic bottle exploded all over the bathroom sink area. It was everywhere: ceiling, walls, entire mirror. Enter Ana, who was cleaning the room next door. She cleaned the whole area, including standing on a foot stool to get the ceiling clean. My room was back to spic and span in no time, and she had a kind attitude. I am so impressed with the service at Best Western. Even without a mini-disaster, the stay was great. Hot tub and hot breakfast hit the spot. I highly recommend this Best Western.. It's also close to those yummy churros at Pollo Loco!!
The room was big and comfortable. Staffs are also very helpful to answer the questions. Location is good as well, which nearby the highway entrance and also a shopping center nearby. Overall the C/P is very good.
The overall service is nothing but bad.I am a 74 year old and when I checked in and checked out with my wife, there was no assistance whatsoever from the front desk. The worst part of it was there were 2 front desk clerks and just watched. It was raining, they could have st least offered an umbrella and assistance with out luggages. But no, they were too proud. When I said I will see the front office manager, shouldn't he come out from the counter, instead of saying out loud, “yes you want to see me?”.
Great location, easy access to freeway, many restaurants within walking distance, smooth internet and nice breakfast.Front desk staff are kind and helpful, room is clean and comfortable, love the choice of food next plaza, safe area to stay.
Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Bathroom well kept, nice and clean. Too close to freeway, so you can hear traffic all night. breakfast not the greatest but ok. I had problems with the wall socket by the bedside wall, that was a minor problem for me. I also didn't like the knocking on the door by 11 am from the housekeepers, they came twice. Not sure if I will stay here again.
Pros and cons:1. Hotel rates way too high for that condition and quality. We paying close to USD200 (with tax) per night.2. Pool is small if you plan to dip in the pool and spend your afternoon 3: room is old and with odours 4. Staff are friendly 5. Many eateries near the hotel
Hotel staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed & Sheets was wonderful and gave us a good night's rest. There were lots of eateries around the hotel and even a very big Asian super-market called the Ranch market here. We booked a guided tour from Golden Bus Tour and the pick-up was at this hotel and time of pick-up was 9am which gave us time for a good breakfast at the hotel before we start our tour.
My family and I spent around 9 days here and we have nothing but good things to say. Staff is friendly and helpful, all facilities are clean and organized, breakfast is served with a wide variety of food. It is located within a short distance of many places to shop and dine. I will definitely consider staying there when I come back.
The hotel is Awesome for a getaway & for things to do with the kids or young adults. Nice quiet and clean. I have not been at a hotel that has 2 breakfast room for a different culture, I think that is Awesome!
This motel was in a convenient location for my purpose, although it is in a very busy area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast they offered was good, but they ran out of sausage and served cold ham in it's place. The elevator closet to my room was out of order, and since I'm recovering a fractured kneecap, that was very inconvenient.
We stayed on points for a week and were assigned room 121. On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the very loud private garbage service came in to collect garbage at 6:00 am. Not sure if the assignment was because we were using reward miles but avoid the end units. Hotel is a little tired, front desk and morning breakfast staff were all lovely. The hotel caters to an Asian travel clientele and there are multiple Asian restaurants just a minute or two walk from the hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, two bottles of water every day but there was an odor of a room that needed refurbishing even if was cleaned well every day - and the bathroom needed an update. Location for what we needed was great - two minutes to the highway and at a junction between LA, Anaheim and Ontario airport
Place is old smell badly like mold, bathroom and shower dirty,, front desk was rude I asked a manager to call they never did - will not use them any more and not recommended at all - breakfast was a joke
A great place to stay. The amenities were impressive. We spent a whole day at Uiversal Studios and to come back to one of their beds was super comfortable. The breakfast was also great. Definitely will be back.
This is a very clean and well-maintained Best Western. Beds are comfy, the Shower drains nicely, the lights are adequate (some rooms are so dark) and very clean! Breakfast was just fine and the eating choices are many as there is a huge mall next door. Especially for Asian Cuisine........delicious!!! Lots of parking and staff were great. If is by the highway, so that side can be noisy, but the walls are insulated pretty well. Pricing is higher than most of the Best Westerns I stay at (Platinum Member)......but so is the whole area. This Best Western is very nice and I'd stay here again when in the area. Very nice!
Nice Asian breakfast and good location where surrounding by lots of Asian restaurants and also close to highway. The room was clean and comfortable, standard supplies ,and it was very convenient that there was a iron in the room. Really friendly and there are some staffs can speak Chinese.
this hotel is pretty close to the rail and also highway. it's really noisy at night and plus the floor would just resonance with people's steps. there's a small mall nearby where you can buy groceries and other stuff, quite convenient. there's fridge / microwave / coffee pot / hot water bottle in the room. but fridge is with high temperature while water leaks from water bottle. the lamp is even not working. reminded housekeeping for the lamp and also water bottle leak, but only the lamp issue is fixed. i got all my wallet wet because of the water bottle leak. staff is friendly, breakfast is . ok, would choose other restaurants if there's other choices provided
Checked in no problem. Got into my room was very pleased with the bed & tv. Outside food was limited to Asian only. There was no American that was disappointing. I had a late checkout. Stayed even later and was not harassed by the front desk. They were understanding.
I received a friendly reception at front desk. I was assigned a room about 10 feet from my parking space. The room was clean & very comfortable. It included a microwave, mini-refrigerator and complete coffee service. It include his/hers bathrobes/slippers and soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner wall dispensers. Some of these items are usually only available in more expensive hotels. Overall I believe that it was a great value for the price.
Overall stay was good. The room cleanliness a bit lacking especially the carpet seems to be dirty and hasn't been vacuumed for a while. Overall breakfast was good and tasty. The selection of the food was adequate.
We enjoyed the stay at this BW very much. The check in process is quite easy with the friendly staff. The hotel is near the Freeway, but the room has pretty good insulation and you hardly can hear the road noise. We like this BW very much and highly recommend this BW to any travelers.
This is an older structure, and is not well insulated. Being next to freeway, you constantly hear traffic. Also you hear neighboring rooms' plumbing activity. The shower drain was clogged, could not take shower. On the positive side, breakfast was better than average with congee and other Asian items. They also offer double queen bed rooms for families. But overall, nothing “executive” about this place. Not returning back.
Staff are very friendly and will do everything in their power to assist. Free breakfast is a plus and it has a wide selection of western and Chinese food. The breakfast area is always 80-90% full but staff refill promptly. Even near closing time (9am), they are still refilling food. Great location in terms of easy access to highway and many good restaurants near by in walking distance. Having that said, it's also a downside to be situated next to the highway and railway. Very noisy. It's definitely an old property with poor water pressure. Walls are paper thin and door has huge gap against the floor. Also, they have spider problem in the washroom (not sure if there's somewhere else in the room, but I find 3 spiders during my stay...) If you need a good night sleep, please find yourself another location.
the rate of the hotel is reasonable and the hotel is very clean. It comes with free breakfast with both Asian and western style. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The location of the hotel is very convenient- within walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. Overall experience of my stay is very good.
Ben, Stan, Jim & Ki; Excellent customer care and from booking to check in/ check out services provided. The Hotel and the rooms are top notch in comfort and cleanliness. I personally highly recommend - 5 stars out of 5 stars. Rico Richardson
Our room was large, comprising 2 double beds, a desk, fridge, iron & board, microwave oven, television, coffee maker was comfortable - all standard quality. There was no safe in the room. Our rooms 316 & 317 faced the highway & was noisy from the traffic. Breakfast was average with cereals, bread, condiments, Asian congee & steamed bread rolls. This is a comfortable & standard facility & we were disappointed with the deceptive "executive style" expectation after paying $220 for the night. Within walking distance is a supermarket, small mall & many restaurants. The hotel is located in an Asian area & seem to cater to Asian clients. Jim at reception was very courteous & helpful, & front-line staff communicated in Mandarin.
After 3 days of driving down from the fire and smoke of northern California, I was exhausted and still had 60 miles to go at 8pm in crowded traffic conditions. I saw the Best Western Plus Executive Inn and drove in. I was so relieved and so lucky to find a great place just next to the freeway. It was convenient located, very nicely decorated, the room was cool (it had been a hot day), the bed was perfect and, most importantly, the Cable TV and WiFi internet access was fantastic. When I return to this area I'm going to chose Best Western Plus Executive Inn and stay a few days longer!
it's a very clean hotel it's close to the freeway thank you excellent attention plus they have very good breakfast we enjoy our state , they work hard so you can enyoy your stay even is look dark from outside is really nice inside
Excellent hospitality breakfast with great variety our king room had everything we required bed was super comfy. Alternative food just outside door of hotel is all asian was a nice change from burgers and buffet.
My friend and I checked in late around 11:30pm, the stuff was not as friendly as the other Best Western hotel that I visited before, maybe she was tired? Or maybe she was not feeling well? I didn't know..... But can be more friendly
I felt as I was in an other country and I was acting strang service was what ever for me but I noticed that the asians were treated and attended to with respect and I was told were that towl your gonna have to pay for it this was humiliating that was wrong of best western silly
Parking was a big issue. Elevator and grounds were definitely out dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but smelled musty. Breakfast setup was awkward. The waffle machine and microwave was across the room so we weren't aware they had a waffle option until we were done eating. Not many choices in breakfast items.
Check in was ok, but there was an odor around, or in the room, like a urine smell.. check out would have nice if Cashier said "THANK YOU, HAVE A NICE DAY! but other than that the breakfast was ok, and we didn't use the pool area
Price was affordable. The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great location, close to freeway. 20 minutes to LA and beach and eateries. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was welcoming and friendly.
I will strongly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel when they visiting U.S.A. The staffs was very friendly, helpful and capable. The environment is quiet, peaceful and relaxation. I will stay in this hotel again when I visiting this place.
the sorrounding is satisfactory. it has plenty of restaurants. value is good.it has a mall nearby. we have a good night sleep.it has swimming pool in front of us.overall we had a good stay experience. travel time from airport is 45 minutes.
All staffs have the patience and smiling face. Also, their explanation were very clearly. Very convenient location. There are many restaurants close to there. The breakfast is good. Very suitable hotel for any type of trip.
I did so much research to find a nice place to stay, and I found Best Western Executive Inn! I called directly and booked a room, asked for discounts, and they gave me 10% off:) We checked in, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, even though it was 10PM! The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had granite counter tops, and the shower was great with good water pressure. Don't miss the breakfast, because it's fresh and very filling: scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, muffins, bagels, and toast, plus waffles!!! The location is great because it's right off the freeway, and with California traffic, it's important for me to be close to freeways.
Great Location for Best Western. The staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and speedy internet. Very convenient to the nearby shopping, restaurants, courier services, etc. Western and Asian Breakfast - great !
Great hotel for Chinese travelers, friendly staff speaks mother tongues which make you feel like home. Local travel tour come to hotel to pick you up and bring you back after tour, you do not need to worry about transportation. Also provide shuttle bus to shopping area, lend you Costco member ship card, very thoughtful.
a big room for family, good positionfor joining a tour but high price for its quality you can put your luggage here for 2 dollars each night for each item so it is convenient for the one who books a tour package the beds are large enough for family but sometimes they are running out of body wash in the bathroom
This hotel is our go-to hotel every time we travel to LA. The location is great because there are lots of good Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is a typical Best Western Plus hotel and you got everything you expected. The rooms facing highway 60 can be a bit noisy but we have no problem getting into sleep. The pool opens until 10pm and it you plan to stay in your room in the evening or go to sleep early at night, make sure you avoid those rooms facing directly to the pool. There are often kids running and screening around and you can hear them clearly inside those rooms. The rooms at 3rd floor facing away from highway 60 seem often assigned to groups traveling from China or Taiwan and when they all prepare to check out or leave in the morning, the hallway can be very noisy. (Just so you know, we stayed here almost every summer and have tried all room types, all three floors, facing to or away from highway.) We stayed here twice this summer and both times it was Jim at the check-in counter who helped us. He is very nice and professional. The Chinese style breakfast is nice (if you are a Chinese) but can get very crowded if there is a large tour group leaving in the morning, which is often the case. (Don't forget to bring your breakfast ticket with you or you may be turned away.) There is a small fitness center near the lobby but there is only one treadmill. The laundry room opens from 8am to 9pm and it is usually busy in the morning and in the evening.
Is always a pleasure to come and stay in this hotel, all personal are so helpful from the check in to the check out,we liked all services provided.the hotel location is just perfect this was our third time staying here,we love this hotel !!! See you in our next trip.
This hotel is my to go place when I visited LA. Great location, spacious room. However this time I encountered some issues with my bathroom, the shower water doesn't work properly and the water doesn't go down or reserve hot water for hot bath. The room is facing the highway 60, so the traffic can be loud at nights. Breakfast is great option for Chinese visitors because the hotel offers good selection of food. The staff Edison is very helpful, he is very courteous, respectful and attentive to the guests and pleasant to talk to. He also offered few helpful tips for visiting LA. I really appreciate Edison's help!
We have stayed here many times as we have family in the area and have always enjoyed our stay I wish we could be at the hotel longer to enjoy some of the other amenities however we spend most of our time with our family. But we always enjoy our stay and the staff is wonderful and rooms are terrific. Thanks
The hotel is in Rowland Height, CA. They offer free Chinese home style breakfast. That is a wonderful experience. If you live in US, you will definitely miss this kind of breakfast. Check in and Check out only takes about 5 minutes. The rooms are clean. All the staff makes you just feel stay at home. The only thing is this hotel is about 40 minutes to LAX airport. And there is no public transportation to take you here. The benefit is lots of tours start from this hotel. So, if you do not want to wake up early, I would recommend you stay in this hotel.
The room is clean with good speed of WiFi, breakfast also have Chinese congee and dumpling, it's a big surprise! Location is good, only 5 minutes walk to the place I need to wok with(it's the main reason I choose here), and a big mall nearby for which is easy to get your eat and other things.
This hotel was a great value for a family of 4 given the price inclusion of breakfast and free parking!! The breakfast entrée changed every morning and were delicious and the items were promptly restocked with no wait!! The staff were extremely friendly professional and courteous!! Would definitely stay here again!!
My son and I slept so well during our stay. Our room has a beautiful view of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is very quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is great with lots of very good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Anything you would want is nearby. We toured Hollywood studios and Walk of Fame and Beverly Hills and La Brea Tar Pits from our hotel. Our room has fancy desk and chair, lots of tables, new appliances and bathroom tile and additional sink and counter outside the bathroom. Very nice stay and great prices!
Needed a hotel close to our family graduation party and this was very close. Like the lobby setup, fast check-in, room was very nice. We liked the soap, conditioner, hand lotion dispensers. Don't want anymore of those tiny soaps that for some reason you always want to take with you. If need be would stay here again. Thank you
Staff was great busy but quiet hotel. I had a pleasant stay. Room was clean and the staff was very professional. I used the hot tub which was also nice. The pool area was clean and quiet. It was nice as I have noticed a lot of other hotels close down the out door hot tubs during the summer months
Easy to access and fast reach Hollywood, Disneyland and downtown, most of all, you can enjoy the most authentic Asian food, like Chinese, Vietnam, Thai and Karen Janpanese. Good clean room with nice staff.
I stayed at this hotel several nights for my business trip. The overall value is good. The hotel has a great location and is nearby many restaurants and stores. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly, especially Benjamin at the front desk is very helpful and professional.
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The hotel was a little bit dated, but very clean. The interior of the room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was heavenly which is the most important things for me. It is located in the Mandarin Mission outdoor mall complex and surrounded by amazing Korean BBQ restaurants which are a 90 second walk across the parking lot. The front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast served was robust and fresh. I've definitely stayed in overall nicer places, but for $109, this was a steal and I'd recommend it for sure.
Hotel is ok, rooms are big and clean, big parking, nice swimming-pool, and quite decent breakfast. But... Not for everyone. You need to know its totally oriented for chinese clients, chinese signs, chinese neighbourghood, noisy, no shades in the rooms...
My expectation with booking a Best Western Plus Executive Inn was that I would get a great room. My expectation was not met. While my room was clean, the noise from the freeway was more than I cared to deal with. Because I was on business and staying on a negotiated rate, I was not allowed to get a room away from the freeway without paying extra; never mind that I'm a member of Best Western's rewards program.
I would recommend this hotel in general. The outside is not the best looking but you go into the spacious rooms with upgraded features. Very impressed. Happier with this hotel than I have been at any.
Had a meeting in LA and stayed here as it was near to the location. Easy enough to find, the entry/check in was not - it is around the back. Once found, the check-in was a breeze. The gentleman was friendly and gave recommendations on what to do in the heavily Asian influenced area. It is a good location, close to freeways and lots of food options nearby. The room itself was ok enough, roomy, great shower water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but I had a ground floor room - and with parking in front, headlights are a nuisance. Also tried the coffee of a morning, I've had much, much better. Other than that I had a sound nights sleep and was not awoken. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door around 9am - this is my biggest pet hate. Overall would recommend this place for a basic stay.
This hotel is popular among Chinese. There is a separate section for Chinese breakfast. Breakfast coupons are issued and need to be presented. Rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk can even loan a Costco card. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Good roast meat restaurant, Korean BBQ and pho noodle just next to hotel. TS emporium is nearby, a popular joint for buying american ginseng. Price and quality are ok.
I have stayed in executive inn on several occasions and every time has been Superior. The service is exceptional and the quality of my stay is always tremendous. The customer service is second to none and the top person to my mind is Stanley who is exceptional.
BWP was able to accommodate my stay within my price range, the room was very suitable, and I felt safe and comfortable. There is many shops and restaurants around. the wi-fi worked with good strength.
The room was very luxury especially when the 2 Kaitlyn's brought the light show.I had the best Bachelor party with the most beautiful dancers in this area.Thank you Best Western for letting me get the autograph before they became famous.Thank you ladies!-Anthony
From the moment we walked in the lobby , Stanley represented what excellent customer service is and suppose to be. The room was the best room I have ever seen. They put to shame hotels I have stayed at or worked for. Look to this hotel before you think Hampton or Embassy Suites etc.. For your stay. There were two robes waiting for us with slippers, eye covers with ear plugs, Milano cookies, gummy fruits, and two water bottles. WoW!! A flashlight attached to the table leg for in case of an emergency. Now, sure I was a bit puzzle by the toilet ehem.. bide. Yes, I did call Stanley to figure to work the Bide..lol I never used one before, so I totally was trying focused on the electronic pad I did not see the handle..lol oh well. Housekeeping super sweet lady. There is a fridge in the room, bed is comfortable. The only thing that was a bit unpleasant was the odor when you first walk in, but simply sprayed a body mist throughout the room and it was gone.
It was great, very clean and it is near a lot of Asian restaurants, other types of places to eat, and lot of night life things to do. The breakfast was okay I wish they offered more Variety of American breakfast...I did try the Chinese breakfast it was different and good. Everything was accessible and the room were comfortable. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Overall, I would come back here again.
Great Hotel... Very convenient to all kind of good restaurant, also near by highway.... Only 30 min away from Disney. Room was clean and service was the best. We sure will be back for ours next trip to LA.
So much more than I expected when driving down from Santa Barbara. The saff was wonderful and extremely friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were more amenities than I expected. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked great. Nice to be able to sit out in the Jacuzzi.
The room is fairly spacious and well appointed. It is clean with a small fridge. The motion-detection controlled lights in bathroom and wash basin are a nice touch. The breakfast is better than most of the standard Best Western variety. With many Asian restaurants and s supermarket within walking distance, it makes thing easy for the visitors. I will come back again while visit LA next time.
This hotel doesn't offer enough breakfast for the guests. Most of the food was gone by 8 am and the staffs don't care about refilling the breakfast trays to service the incoming guests. The room is cleaned and the housing keeping are excellent.
A very friendly and thoughtful hotel that try their best to make guest stay as enjoyable as possible. They even have Costco member card to loan for your shopping!! They have both Western and Asian breakfast to cater to different guest group which I have not seen it anywhere else. Well done. Keep up.
Nice hotel, clean and friendly employees. The breakfast are really good, lot of choices. American and Chinese foods. To mention the employee of the breakfast room, Marlyn was accommodating and friendly. I recommend this hotel to travelers, business or pleasure. Keep up the good work.
Just got back from our Labor Day Trip. The hotel located right off freeway exit, and next to a plaza that has a lot different type of restaurants. Their staffs are friendly, the price is reasonable for such a holiday rate. It didn't get to 5 stars coz out of the 3 rooms we stayed, one of them had a lot of ants. It might because we stayed on the first floor. We were thinking about calling the front desk to change the room, but then since it was almost 10pm and everyone got really tired after that long day trip, we decided we all just kinda kills whatever we could see and then just rest. It could be improved, and we will visit again on our next LA trip.
Everything was excellent, just the internet it's not very efficient. When you log in it takes awhile and after 10 minutes on so it logs you off, But as far as all the amenities is was great and I will recommend to my other families , friends and co-workers even.
Very noisy location. Room was small and dark. Internet access was terrible. Tour bus stops here, so breakfast area was packed. Quality Inn in Walnut is a better choice. Better yet is the Comfort Suites in La Puente.
This is my fist time stayed at this hotel. We had a great experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. They had both Asian and American style that we can choose. Also the front desk staff, Kelly, is really friendly and helpful during our stay. She suggested a lot of places for us to go. Will definitely go back again if we have a chance.
Recommended by my friend, I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights for travelling with my 7-year-old son in Aug. It was really a very nice stay, the staffs' professional skills and friendly attitude impressed me.
One of the best BW Plus we have stayed at... Upgraded to a quiet king suite on 3rf floor away from freeway. Cookies and complimentary water was provided in our room. Excellent hot breakfast included with option of American or Asian menue. Great staff and comfortable rooms.
I living Aug.1 / Aug.17 Room Number 107 & 131 in Rowland Heights,California! Because we extend business trip. But during the summer vacation no rooms can be replaced. in the time Flowery Pau Counter staff use professional and friendly service help us to solve this problem.Let this feeling stay prepared satisfied.
I was very impressed on how clean my room was. It even made me think it was brand new room. I am very sceptic about staying in hotels. But this time I felt very comfortable. I really enjoyed my staying at this location.
We had a block of rooms for our off site family reunion. In fact, this was our 2nd time here for the same reason. We walked into our room with a cousin who is a local exterminator. He was excited to instantaneously check for bed bugs. He lifted the matresses, he checked the walls--for a moment, I think he thought he was getting paid, because he was doing such a thorough job. Nonetheless. he found none! Hallelujah!! The room was extremely clean- they even give you free house shoes, that you don't have to steal. The breakfast wad good and the staff was great! Good job BW.
Our room is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and eager to help. But the noise from CA 60 is never ending ... the hotel offered ear plugs but not really working. By the way, the ear plugs were on the table before we checked in ... so they knew the problem.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. There was free water, coffee and tea in the lobby and you could choose between continental and Asian breakfast. The only disadvantage is that the location isn't that great. When you want to visit LA you have to drive 2 hours, due to the traffic.
I recently stayed at the BW Plus Executive Inn, Rowland Heights. We were in town to attend a graduation party in Walnut, CA. The hotel is conveniently located next to many stores, restaurants, and freeway entrances. The hotel staff was very friendly from beginning until end. I definitely recommend this hotel for the value received.
Requested front desk for morning call at 5AM, The front desk show careless emotions and as I expected, never did a morning call for me and my family. Book 2 nights and they gave us the room next to the free way. Had the worse night of sleep due to noises. Don't waste your money.
Pros: Friendly staff, not extremely busy so service was quick. Cleanliness and comfort of the beds was your average hotel. The location is fine for what you're there for - note its basically in the middle of a Chinese community with mostly Chinese stores/restaurants (but not 100%). Cons: If you have trouble sleeping at night due to noise, then stay away from this hotel. Our room, which cost roughly $140/night, was approximately 100 feet from a busy, 4-lane highway. After surveying the hotel the next day, I noticed that all of the non-executive rooms are non-enclosed and the majority are facing the traffic on this highway. The noise was very distracting for me and my wife. Also, if you don't enjoy processed food and cheap, syrupy juice, stay away from this hotel again. I am not expecting a luxury breakfast when it's free, but I've also stayed in nearby hotels (Sheraton, Comfort Suites) for the same price and received real food for breakfast. Just my opinion - not worth the price, unless you get a great deal/discount. The reason my expectations were high is because this is a Best Western PLUS, but there's really nothing PLUS about it.
Rooms extra clean and service excellent, however, this room was in need of several repairs. I was tired when I arrived because of traveling all day and found these situations stressful. They were taken care of eventually. The people staying in this room previously have never reported any problems, which I don't understand.
spent the night with my gf... the place is clean , good service, and slot of restaurants around. there's a lot of asian restaurants ... I recommend this place... the value and cleanliness is totally worth coming.
I rarely have back pain, but one night at the Executive Inn changed that. My back was in agony by 3 a.m. Staff told me to try an extra pillow. The next day my back was completely thrown out. It's now been six days and I am still in considerable pain. The bed is far too soft. You stay at this hotel at your own risk.
I once stayed here due to my house being fumigated for termites. The stay was for 2 nights. Lobby, and Rooms were great. Free breakfast also had great food. Plus, its next to a supermarket, and many restaurants for convenience.
First time at this Hotel. Staff professional and friendly. Rooms are neat clean and quiet - even those close to the freeway like mine. Breakfast good value as it is included. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Excellent WiFi
I like the location where it is easy to access to restaurant and supermarket. The service is excellent very polite and helpful employees. The room is very comfortable and very quiet for a good night sleep.
clean is the most important and the hotel did it very well, the location is ok, just near the freeway, you can sign up for shuttle bus to get you to the citadel outlets in the city for free, facilities are fine and nearby you can find a lot of chinese style restaurant
The hotel looks like it has been recently remodeled. It was very nice inside and out. The staff was courteous and professional. Be sure to bring ear plugs as the hotel is in close proximity to the 60 freeway.
I always stay in this hotel when I have conference in Rowland heights. Location is convenient, close to ranch 99 market, all the Chinese Restaurants. But be sure that you get an interior room. Standard rooms and business rooms are NOISY!
When we go to Los Angeles, we always stay here. The location in convenience, near the freeway and restaurants. The bed is comfortable like always. The breakfast has options of American and Chinese. We love to have Chinese breakfast.
I'd like to begin by saying the bedroom amenities were reasonably comfortable and clean. However; that pleasure was completely overshadowed by the loud freeway I could hear from inside the room. Upon request the staff was willing to change the room to another part of the inn; but they requested an added charge. The new room was only slightly further away from the freeway and the train passed behind it. I declined the new room because I thought that it was unfair for the hotel to charge for something it should already provide: lodging fit for sleep. The cost for a change of room should be for better amenities or a view, not a quiet room.
Although located next to the freeway never had an issue with noise during my stay. Staff was very friendly and our room was just excellent, housekeeping did a good job cleaning our room while we were away. Will be staying here more often
The hotel has all the facilities and amenities required for a good stay. There's a gym, a pool, comfortable bed, good selection of TV channels, free wifi with reasonable speed. Road noise is not an issue to me during the stay. Maybe is because my room is facing the small road instead of the highway. Buffet breakfast is not bad. They have a choice of chinese or western breakfast. Location-wise, the hotel is close to restaurants and a supermarket. All within walking distance. The hotel has a free transportation service to nearby locations. Nice touch.
We come from china. almost back to home when we stay in this hotel. You can speaking chinese if you want and enjoy chinese breakfast everyday. We felt facility hardwear update a lot after sometime. cleaning room. comfrotable beds. In Sat and Sunday. We met mam called Hellen in cafeteria, she guides us how to enjoy usa food in china way. That is so amazing. We will definitely come back again.
Hotel is very good with many Asian restaurants close by. There is also a big Chinese supermarket. Hotel has two restaurants for breakfast: one for Chinese style and one for western. This hotel is not for light sleeper because it is very close to free way and you will hear the noise all day round. Hotel is very far away from LAX but there are other small airports around it.
Very clean, comfortable bed, remote control was sanitized, complimentary cookies. Only downside is highway noise -- if you have trouble sleeping with car and truck noise (muted, but still audible) then find another spot
This hotel has all the amenities (and more)! I can't say enough about the wonderful staff, the excellent room, and the great breakfast offered. Even though this hotel is off the freeway and on a busy street, it was quieter than my 9th story room on the Las Vegas strip. This hotel had more amenities in the room than the Radisson I stayed in last month. I will DEFINITELY stay there again!
Me and my wife enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly and helpful staff with a smile. Spacious and clean room. Good location with a big mall near by which has shopping and a food court and also courtesy transport. Good breakfast.
Comfortable room with enough space for 4 person. No problem with bathroom. Basic amenities and Chinese and Western style breakfast included. There is free water and tea at the lounge too. The location of hotel is strategic because there are restaurants around the hotel.
The property is very clean. The facility is near the 60 freeway and the railroad but it did not impair our sleep or enjoyment of the room. The TV has many channels available which kept our grandson busy while we adults were chatting and taking showers etc. We will stay here again when visiting family in southern California.
If you want to pay a little more 114+tax, go here. great location, great rooms, great service. the people at the front are very friendly and will assist you with all your needs. I've stayed there over five times now and never had a problem. FREE WIFI! I love it here! wish I can live here hahaha...
We can not find one negative to say about our stay at this Best Western. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in that area! The staff is professional and helpful. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.
The hotel is right off route 60 and there are lots restaurants near by. The management obviously did a great job, see a lot of improvement comparing to last stay couple years ago. The price is a bit higher for a three stars hotel though. Maybe it's because of the holidays
We had a team function in California in which 30+ team members stayed in this hotel. I am sure I speak for most of the adults. This hotel is located close to the freeway and close to a train track. It wasn't apparent to us that the train track was so close. I wondered why their were ear plugs on the bed night stands. It was because the nose at this hotel prevents a good night sleep. I travel a lot. Clocking 50,000 air miles a year and have stayed in Hampton Inn's, Hyatts, Marriotts, and many other hotels. Staying at this Hotel was the pits! Horrible. If I owned this hotel, I would sell it quick! One of the highest customer service amenity a hotel should off its customers is a good night sleep. There is no way anyone could sleep at this hotel. The train ran all night and day! Horrible. It took away the thought of the nice amenities on the hotel!! Free breakfast, free wifi, etc.... lotion dispensers, 10x mounted mirror, fridge and microwave in room, etc.....I deserve my money back or at least a free weekend stay in any best western hotel of my choice! It would never be at the one on Gale avenue in California!! Never!! Never!!
My bathroom flooded and I had to move out of my house into a hotel for a few days. This hotel was recommended to me and I was reluctant to go there because the area is so congested. I was very surprised at how nice the facility was. The lobby is not that large but nicely decorated. My room was nicely furnished and very clean. The staff in the breakfast room was very nice but front desk personnel needs to brush up on being friendly. When I was checking in the clerk asked how she could help and right in the middle of me talking to her she walked off to answer a question from another guest. How rude!!! If I were not so tired I would have left. Other than that that it was a nice stay.
close to office and convenient, railroad besides but not big issue to me. many chinese tourists in, and counter is able to speak Chinese. restaurant and super market just besides, as well the gas station, but road is under construction which may cause dangerous
This time, I bring my guess from Italy back to stay. As always, service is superb excellent. Mama Jane she is Awesome and the Best???????????????????? Will be back again soon for sure. Room is welcoming. With high recommendation to every one to stay.
My friend booked the room prepaid on expedia under his name so when I came to check in, I was denied. Front desk asked me to tell my friend to email to the address on a card on the desk to add my name. I took a picture of the card, texted my friend then he emailed. Front desk didn't get the email after 10 mins. I got copied so I showed to them but they somehow still wants the email in their inbox, which they never got. Then they said to email to reservations@bw... not the email address on the card! it's almost 15 minutes now since I got there after a long hot day so I was angry. No apologies and the same snobby guy said he told me to email to reservations@bw... from the beginning! LIAR! that address wasn't even on the name card. What on that card says, sales@bw... His name is Benjamin, and I took a picture of him wearing a yellow badge that says "did we earn your satisfaction give us a 10 on a review". 10? negative maybe.
This is the last night of a 3 night stay. very clean, up to date rooms. Centrally located. Can tell they pay attention to the details. Very friendly staff. It is close to the freeway, but I could not hear it. Wasn't an issue for me. Maybe because the air was on in the room. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.
EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME! We had 6 rooms for a couple of nights. The hotel and staff were amazing with our group, we will be back :)From the bed, pool, breakfast to the helpful front desk- We enjoyed our stay.
Regardless of the road noisy, this is a nice hotel with a friendly, and professional staff. If your not a sound sleeper you'll want to stay on the opposite side of the freeway. The hotel has been well maintained and recently remodeled.
Whenever I am in LA, I do not consider other hotel because this hotel to me is the best! The room is clean, nice size tv, fridge, everything else I needed in a hotel. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel ! I recommend this hotel when you are in town. Either business or leisure, solo or family or couples, you should consider this hotel.
