Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

Arrived at the hotel and was immediately told that I would get a room with no view, facing a wall because I booked with a 3rd party. I didn't complain but when I went to the room, the window was level with a roof top landing, enclosed by 3 walls (dark) with a ladder leading directly to the room from the outside. I didn't feel safe (single female). I went back to the lobby and politely explained. He said he can't change the room because I paid upfront (odd). I asked to cancel so I could go to hotel where I felt safer. Although I was polite, he became indignant, saying in a nasty way that next time I shouldn't use a third party. I thought to myself, "How would I know guests from 3rd parties are treated this way. Best Western should just not allow 3rd party bookings". When I asked to cancel my reservation, he gave me another room (they have plenty available) but not without adding more negative comments. Now I'm here at the hotel, wishing I were not, hoping I can look past this unpleasant experience and focus on the event for which I came. Very upsetting! I travel extensively for work (acquiring well over a million frequent flyer miles) and have never been treat by any other hotel chain in this manner.

Decent service. If you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed. Also, they serve a good Breakfast every morning. However, if you're Diabetic one should keep in mind to make wise choices at mealtime.

We have stayed at the BWHI, Rancho Cucamonga many times over the years. The rooms are clean, well-appointed and cost-effective. Make sure you sign up for BW points to get free nights. Close to everything - Ontario Airport, Ontario Mills, Victoria Gardens, restaurants, movies, bars, walking and hiking trails, the mountains, etcetera. The staff are friendly, helpful and hospitable. Most notably, we met the lovely Iris Polanco who cheerfully, thoroughly and diligently cleaned our room every day we asked her to. She's a very sweet lady who goes the extra mile. If you see her, give her a smile and a tip. Best Western ought to give her a pay raise and honor her for her exemplary work and customer friendly demeanour. 5 stars for Iris!!!!! We'll be back!!

This Best Western is located close to shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel vas very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast has hot as well as cold options. Was to cold out to use the pool and hit tub but they looked well kept and clean

Positive side : confort ok, nice view over mount Baldy from room, free to use coffee machine in lobby, free parking, Negative side : the place is very far from everything and there's about nothing around .So know where you're staying ! Standard breakfast

Clean. Quiet. Well appointed rooms. Mattress was firm, yet not overly so. Pillows fit the bill, squishable but supportive. Bathroom clean and no corner crud, can't do anything about hard water dusting on the shower head, so it's not a big deal. The water is a little hard. Breakfast is included. Like most hotels in the post-Korona world this is... WAIT! What is that I see? Eggs? Make your own waffles? Pineapple and fresh watermelon? Sausage links? Bacon? Oatmeal? A. Real. Breffas!!! A nice place. Should I find myself in Cucamonga again, this will be the destination.

The facility is dark, creepy and outdated. I went here with my boyfriend and we instantly regretted it. The front desk gentleman Nathan was kinda rude. I think the whole stay was a waste of money and we should have just slept in his truck in all honesty.

The place is clean no drama. They have excellant service from the front to back super friendly and helpful everything was working and labeled so very ez to find. There morning breakfast was hot stocked and a real breakfast to get your day going. Overall a great place to stay and I will be returning to this hotel from now on. Even shuttles you to airport.

very nice place to stay. i am going to be staying about every three days at this location. i am looking forward to going back and trying the breakfast amenities. the location is very nice with lots of places to walk to, or to just go for a walk.

My second time staying at this location and I'm very satisfied. I like the peace and quiet at all times. The few staff I met were wonderful, specially the ladies in n the cafeteria. I would to mention that the choice of pillows is not one of the greatest. I would've like more choices.

Lots of different food choices in the general area. Service team is awesome. I enjoy the Breakfast. It is not continental you will get a full meal. If you run into any issues the service team is always more than happy to help out.

I like the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I will stay here again, good service and quiet place to stay. Close to everything, variety of restaurants and shopping around and close to most freeways.

I gave best Western another and last chance. If you look at my posts you will see that I experienced a horrible Best western in Concord a few weeks ago. I was wary of trying another one but it was very close to places I was going, when I came inside it was clean. A couple weeks ago my room was booked and 6 days ago it was extended one extra day. I have confirmations and everything. I came back to the hotel after being gone all day and they literally emptied out my room. Packed up all of my things and put them on a cart by the front desk. I had a double queen room and the hotel is fully booked tonight and I guess my discounted rate was too much of a loss. I am pretty sure this is true because they are 100% fully booked but they just happened to have saved me a single king room. And gave me a key for said room without any signing, credit cards, ID anything!! If my room was only paid until today, that means they just gave someone a room with no Contract, identification, signatures or anything. I call BS on that. They wanted the double room and kicked me out. No way would I have just been given a room like this if it wasn't already under my name and paid for! I think this qualifies as best western's last chance. You suck as a company. I know these hotels are Individually owned, but it is your name on the building.

I loved the mattress, I stay at hotels 2-3 nights a week for work and I've favorited this hotel in my GPS. I also don't usually take the time to do TripAdvisor reviews. But usually always do best western reviews for the bonus points. The only down fall to this hotel I didn't like was the breakfast staff dish's up your plate and I try to eat keto so within an hour of eating and leaving the hotel to get back to work I was already hungry. Also their juice machine had only orange juice on both sides instead of apple.

We try to stay at Best Western Hotels and this time we found a gem in Rancho Cucamonga. This Best Western is called The Heritage and it was 5 stay quality with reasonable rates. Everything was good from the great guy who checked us in, to the check out. Breakfast was way above what most hotels are serving since Covid. I did not have to call the desk to complain about internet, or tv or no hot water like I have had to do so many times in the past even with expensive hotels. It has that big hotel feeling which puts safety first and the bathrooms have disabled and seniors in mind. We will be back.

The front desk set me up with an account and gave me rewards for that stay. Every staff member was kind and the breakfast was perfect to my liking. The room was exceptionally clean and they even extended my stay a half hour longer.

This hotel is surrounded by restaurant options but is set back off the main road, so it's quiet. The hotel appeared relatively new but the HVAC controls were very dated. The night we stayed there we found it to be a quiet location. Heads up, though, the exercise room closes at 10 pm which was a problem as we didn't arrive until 9:30 pm. We found our room to be spacious and clean. The breakfast had a large variety of options and was served by a hotel employee. The options that were available were of a good quality and the hot foods were kept very warm. Our only problem with breakfast was that there was no butter/margarine for the toast and waffles.

Everything was great. The hotel is centrally located in the city and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel grounds are well maintained, and the staff was very courteous. The only thing negative was the cost of the room was a little excessive in my opinion.

This hotel has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at so far. The breakfast is awesome and the fact that you can get seconds is great for those that are extra hungry. The rooms are very clean on top of that too.

Not a flashy place but the service is good, the place is clean enough, and it is close to a lot of restaurants and stores while traveling on business. They have a fitness center which is a huge plus and the beds are actually pretty comfortable.

I went to BW in Rancho Cucamonga for a short stay. When I arrived, I found lots of parking in front of the hospital. The front desk person was friendly and the chekin was quick and easy. After dropping my bags, I left for a dinner and came back around 9 or 10 pm. When my wife and I went to bed, we realized the room carpet was very unclean (like a cheap motel) and there were splashed stain on the ceiling just above our bed. It was very gross. Both of was were so tired that we didn't bother to report immediately; however, something I wouldn't ever expect from a 3 or 4 star hotel. Nevertheless, when I reported the next morning, they didn't bother to come by and check my room. I didn't receive any compensation either for a $140 night stay. If you ask me whether I would visit the same hotel, I would say "never".

We love this Best Western hotel, often calling it our home away from home. Enrique at the front desk, Frank, the manager and many others have been there for years so feel like extended family. For this trip, we needed extra space for a gathering. Frank figured it out in a perfect and generous solution!! We could not have been more grateful. After a long Covid break, we had the best time ever!!

Originally was going to stay at the one in Ontario off of vineyard down by Holt got in the room and realized there was a bugs on the bed and spiders in the bathroom and so I relocated to this place and was very much satisfied.

A great value for money, excellent free breakfast included, room clean, quiet. Staff efficient, presentable appearance, very helpful. Free Ontario Airport shuttle is a nice feature; be sure to reserve 24 hours in advance. servicing of room excellent.

The hotel location is very good for us. Our two family houses are all within 5-10 min driving. There are lots restaurants, coffee places close by. Love the hotel breakfast and the way they serving due to Covid-19. All hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Feel likes it's a home away from home:))

We have stayed here three times so far and have recommended it to others. Good value for what you get in comparison to other hotels that we have stayed at in the area. We also like that shopping and local p-laces to eat are across the street or near by.

Arriving from San Diego for a friends wedding, I stopped at Best Western Plus to get a room for the night. This hotel is very clean both inside and out. I got a single room for $99 under wedding party. It was worth the price. Vending machines worked well as did the fridge and microwave in the room. A free breakfast served at 6: am., fare, clean and convenient just as it should be!

This hotel is clean and convenient so you have many dining options to choose from. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Whenever I'm in town for business they are great choice good value for the price.

We were in the area for a wedding. It is a great location with several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel was clean, but the rooms were average and could use updating. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.

I can't say enough about the staff here. Nathan - you are the best. I lost all my ID and cards the day before my trip. Even though I was able to get through security at the airport and everything else, my originally booked hotel would not honor my reservation - even with an offer of cash and other items showing name and picture. I was out on the street. I am a rewards member at Best Western Plus so I contacted them and they said come right over. Nathan, and the Best Western Heritage saved me. 66 years old, crying, no hotel, no car! Not only did Nathan get me a nice room, he checked my points and I was able to get the room for free. Yay! Customer service alive and well at the Best Western Plus Heritage Inn. Thank you so much.

Added another night to our stay on the day of and it was no problem. Great sized room, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Location is just off Route 66 near many stores. Would definitely stay here again.

I was here for three nights for a convention and received a great rate on the room. Everything was clean and everyone of the staff was pleasant and helpful. I brought my picnic basket and asked could we set up light food at the table in lobby area and told we could. My friend and we really enjoyed that as it was hot and windy outside. I have no complaints, and I am very picky. I would definitely recommend this hotel if in the area. Only suggestion is that for me the coffee was too weak.

We stayed 3 days here. We were on the sixth floor. Staff was friendly. To my surprise I gave the normal 24 hr advance notice that we were leaving a day early, she said they didn't require it and let them know when we were checking out!?! Breakfast was great-large varsity, hot and very good!! I have NO complaints!! Would definitely stay again!! The area had restaurants, mini malls, great location!

Stayed here for a work training for 4 days. The hotel provides good breakfast and the rooms are clean. The price was good for the rooms being nice and including free breakfast. They have a pool and Jacuzzi, very clean and a small gym with a few machines.

Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in for over 20 years. Located minutes from the interstate and wish we could have stayed longer. Two room suite with full kitchen area for just over $100 per night. Can't beat that with a stick. Thanks

Always clean and customer service is great. Breakfast is great you get to select what you want and the staff makes sure every dish is full before other guest walk in. The front desk staff is always great.... they greet you as you walk in with a smile on there face that makes you feel very welcomed.

My room was hot the first night. After that it was great. Loved having a refrigerator in the room. Room was updated. Very nice.

Stayed here for 4 nights, I'm town from Cleveland for business. Very clean, comfortable, and great location. Breakfast was good, hot and cold items available. Staff helped me out when I forgot to pack a toothbrush and helped me sign up for rewards program (not a credit card) to earn points towards future stays. Highly recommend

Stayed here for a night and this hotel is farely new. The place is very clean, the room was big. I was able to use the gym, the staff was friendly and check in and out was a breeze. I even managed to get a workout in at the gym, it was super small and wont fit many people. The breakfast that was included the following morning was delicious! Definitely reccommend it and the price was reasonable.

This BW Plus just happened to be close to where I needed to be, so it turned out to be the perfect choice. I was initially assigned to a first-floor room right across from the breakfast area - a very undesirable spot. But a visit back to a different employee at the front desk got me switched to a room on a higher floor that was much better and quieter. Breakfast was very good and well staffed but room is small and actually had to spill over to a room across the hall. Good hotel, good location and reasonably priced.

Decided to fly into Ontario Airport to go to Universal Studios and stay in Rancho Cucamonga because we love the Best Western. The price is unbelievable for a one bedroom suite. The family can stay up and watch TV, while I go to bed without being disturbed by the light or noise. Just love it!

Stayed here with the family this time for some r and r. They gave me a room with a view of the mountains as requested at time of booking. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Happy to find out too that there are new restaurants a stones throw away from the hotel. We had our first dinner at Habit Burger, the wife's favorite. Front desk and the rest of the staff made me feel at home as always. Kudos to Enrique by the way who helped resolved my free night mix up. Don't mean to sound racist or anything but from what I heard the hotel's management has addressed my issue a couple of years ago about unruly and ill mannered Chinese guests. Still a little disappointed though that the hotel hasn't provided a heavy duty weighing scale for us to check on luggage weight prior to going to the airport. Made this request a couple of years back. With my family in tow this time and them giving a thumbs up to this hotel, I'll make sure I'll stay here again in my future trips to Rancho Cucamonga.

I am very happy to be a Best Western Diamond Member. The hotel comes through on its promises for upgraded rooms. I love the mountain view from my favorite rooms. This hotel has stable and excellent management. It feels great to treated as a returning friend at check in, to even be greeted by name. I am always happy to take the free shuttle from the hotel to airport and back when needed. Of all the BWs and other hotels that have breakfast included, this one is my favorite with cantaloupe and watermelon in separate bins. The coffee is also delicious with provided half and half. Other creamers are available. My only hesitation in writing this review is being able to get a room and upgrade at this hotel due to how busy they are always. Great location for restaurants and shopping.

Stayed at this hotel over 15 times in the last year. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. If there was ever a maintenance problem, staff are quick to correct. I can trust my stay will be always be peaceful quite.

Very Comfortable rooms. The bedding is very nice inckuding the pillows. Close to shopping and fast food, there are restaurants close also. This is a clean and comfortable hotel with a great staff. I recommend this property without reservation.

Right from the start, check in was difficult. The front desk was extremely hard to understand and we had to have her repeat everything she said at least twice. The 2nd elevator was out of service so we always waited a minimum of 3-5 minutes for elevator. Our room door did not shut correctly, we were forced to

The is a very good place to stay the staff are very friendly and the hotel has just about any thing you can need. The internet seem to be faster than other hotels we have stayed at. If you have a problem the staff will be all over it.

This BW is by far the best one that I have stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was top notch for a hotel. There were many choices and the staff was always refilling and keeping everything clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We had another family and friends reunion at Ranch BW. Great place to stay, clean rooms, helpful staff and free breakfast, what more could you ask for. I think this would be the 3rd or 4th time we have been here and we will be back given the opportunity .

We have stayed here here a few times and will definitely be staying here again. The rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is also very nice, as well as the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this motel over 200 nights in the last 3 years. The staff is pleasant and helpful. This motel was recently renovated so everything is up to date and there is plenty of parking. Its a good location with several restaurants within walking distance (which I like). Its one of the last remaining hotels that provides a free newspaper in the lobby! My only improvement would be an expanded TV channel selection as they offer very few choices currently. I will be staying here again!

We stayed for two nights while attending a NASCAR race in Fontana. The hotel couldn't have been better. Will definitely stay there again when/if we visit there again. The staff was professional and courteous. Room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was decent but ran out of tables due to a rush time. Many good restaurants very close to the hotel. Several were within walking distance.

We stayed here for one night, chose it to avoid driving through rush hour LA on our way out of town to Flagstaff. That part worked out great. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was fine.

We stayed in this hotel while attending the big car show end of January and were very happy. Rooms are nice, breakfast was plentiful ... Will stay here again in 2020. I don't know what else to say, most BW hotels are great and never have I had an issue... Trip advisor wants 200 words...

We have stayed here several times over the past 5 years and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is very good with many choices. Rooms are clean. You do not hear road noise and can easily walk to other eating establishments nearby for lunch or dinner . It's our first choice

My overall stay was very good. However the pillows were lumpy the bed to soft. and once again another vending machine out of order. The staff is mostly friendly, I do appreciate all of the upgrades. The last few times I have visited on the weekend nights around 10 pm or so lots of men hanging outside the lobby drinking and making noise.

Here is my experience. I needed a hotel that night. I had chosen BW as well as a could it had chosen another one. The front personnel didn't give me a better rate. Dropped my credit card in a hole had a hard time pull it out (Now there were two people trying) I even mention I have my BW rewarded card. I ended it paying $360 per two nights.

The quaint hotel has excellent presentation upon arrival. The lobby smelled amazing, which heightened the impact of the Christmas decor. Breakfast was a giant step above continental and was an awesome addition. Rooms are decorated nicely although the hallways could benefit from a bit of a makeover. Excellent value!

This is a fantastic property. All amenities you need for a great stay. Front staff awesome. Rooms clean n fresh due to great housekeeper. But. Yes there a but. If you have a cooperate rate. Then you don't get the free upgrades as a diamond select member. But you still get the points. Only the 2nd hotel in 15 years not to honor this. Still had a great stay. Just a honest opinion.

Checked into the Heritage Inn after an afternoon of Christmas shopping and dinner at Victoria Gardens to have a romantic evening with my wife. This weekend was unusual in that Southern Califrnia was experiencing high heat. At some point in the evening we determined that the HVAC was not working. As late as it was we decided to put up with the warm room. Never did cool down. Found out on checkout Sunday that the whole hotel had the same experience as they were having HVAC issues for the last couple of days. We were up from San Diego (90 minutes away), and checking in around 8 pm. We would have driven home if we had known this. HVAC, water, Hot Water, working Toilets, Electricity are really basic services in a hotel (we should really include Tv and internet, I suppose.) They should have notified guests in advance or at least at check-in. They did offered a 10% refund.

This hotel was very clean and well stocked in our room. We did not have to ask for any extra towels or other amenities. The location was great, near plenty of shopping centers and the Ontario Airport.

This is an excellent hotel, the place is clean, rooms are large, coffee in lobby 24-7, breakfast included and it is over the top for a "free breakfast". IF we return to that area this is the ONLY place we will consider. Staff were efficient and friendly, check in easy, computer to print boarding passes, everything was better than expected!

My wife and I love the Best Western brand. The price is always right and the rooms are luxurious , spacious and clean. The staff is always courteous and they go out of their way to Safety ,cleanliness , luxury , and courtesy is what we look for. Best Western ALWAYS hit the mark. Thanks guys.

Nothing "bad" about it. It's very average. Clean and comfortable. The staff is a bit disconnected. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but if you are hungry and on the run, you could do worse. If you just need a place to crash for a night or two, it's fine.

bilingual Spanish. I have noticed that the breakfast service was totally awesome. The family was so happy to be at this hotel. one of the main reasons that we like environment was because the stores where around the corner. I totally recommend the service and the area for stay.

When travelling, we try to stay at a Best Western whenever possible. Always a good experience and if it's a Best Western Plus, the breakfasts are always top notch. Cleanliness of these hotels is consistently good.

I have been staying at this facility for over 20 years and it has been well maintained and upgraded over the years. No Ontario airport noise and surrounded by eateries within walking distance. It's across the street from a large regional shopping area. Easy access to Freeways but not close enough to hear them. Thumbs up!

The Bestwestern Rancho Cucamonga is located just a few minutes drive from Ontario airport, easy access to the freeways. I stayed there for a week, nice, clean, well maintained property, and the staff, particularly working in the breakfast area work tirelessly to make your stay trouble free. I felt totally secure staying at this property and highly recommend it. Excellent wifi speed, and every request I had was handled perfectly. When staying in this part of the Los Angeles area, this is no other choice that can compare. Looking forward to my next trouble free stay.

This hotel provided a comfortable and peaceful way for us to celebrate our 44th anniversary.We wanted to find a great bargain and a place that provided a good breakfast so that we can have a BIG celebration next year for our 45th, and Best Western Heritage Inn met our requirements.

I stayed here while visiting my son who lives in Ontario. The location was perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The hotel was so clean; public areas were spotless as well as my room. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and replenished. The coffee was very high quality unlike lots of other hotels. Entire staff was excellent. I can't say enough nice things about my stay!

I was looking forward staying at this hotel after reading reviews. I was greatly disappointed. They first wanted to give me a room with no window. After i strongly protested they gave me a different room on the third floor. The whole hotel has a musty smell. I found ants in the bathroom. I had checked in late that evening and wanted to get something to drink from the soda machine on my floor. There were several guys hanging in the hallway staring at me and making me feel as a woman very uncomfortable. I asked the desk person if they controlled who could go to the upper levels since the elevator is somewhat hidden from the front desk. I was just shrugged off. As a single travelling female I never felt so uncomfortable with a hotel. I had booked 3 nights but left after the first night. There needs to be more oversight and control in this hotel. Try to do something about the pests and the weird smell in the hotel.

This lovely hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Claremont McKenna College. It is also convenient for touring the Los Angeles area including the Rancho Botanical Gardens, Mt. Baldy, the Nixon and Reagan Presidential Libraries, Griffith Observatory and the Tar Pits. A 10 minute drive to airport car rentals is a big plus. Several nice restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was large and quiet.

now, i selected this establishment BASED on my EXCELLENT experience at their lawndale location. now the grounds where very nice, well kept, many many sitting locations throughout. working vending machines, quiet location. the rooms "to me" wheren't very roomy. the tv's where small-that what i'm use too within a room. the staff wasn't very helpful and there was NO WIFI or @ least on the date of my stay there. when the issue was brought to staff attention-there was no resolution/resolve. i got no work done. the bed WAS NOT COMFORTABLE @ all. won't be returning!

This hotel was easy to find, check in was fast, staff was very friendly and accommodating and full breakfast every morning was great! The room and common areas were clean and comfortable and the shower had good pressure and steady temperature. (My biggest pet peeve is a crappy shower.) I will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

The rooms are good sized and clean. The beds are comfortable. They offer a typical hot breakfast, along with traditional continental breakast items. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and the Ontario airport.

Hotel smells of cigarette smoke. Pool is not heated and jaquizzi is not clean. Lacking essential bathroom amenities. On the plus side, the room was clean (except for the air) and the bed was comfortable

This hotel was very close to the business I needed to conduct, but also priced right, so I really liked the value that I received. There was nothing outstanding in the breakfast offerings, but that really was the only shortcoming I noticed. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff was very helpful. I would stay at this property again.

Speed was consistently below 1.5 Mbps when wifi was even connectable. Also, the cable tv channel selection is only 36 channels. I talked with the desk and the excuse was that many guests must be using the wifi. What a surprise! I thought the point of a hotel is to have many guests. Fix the wifi and cable and it will be a good hotel.

This property is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The public areas are nicely decorated and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We'll definately stay at this property again.

The hotel is conveniently located for my business. The check-in and check-out are fast, the hotel staff courteous and helpful and the bathroom is one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I've ever been in.

I stayed for 8 days before moving out of country. The room was a king bed sweet. It was like a one bedroom apartment. The room were clean and adequate. Breakfast was the same every morning but good and complimentary.

The first night we stayed in a comfortable, clean, single king room. The second we moved into a King Suite room. The spacious room had an additional bedroom. This Suite was also very comfortable and made the stay great. Very clean!

A really nice place for the price. Staff was polite and helpful and room was comfy. It had an odd smell but I suspect it was new paint. Don't put any adults on the pull out couch tho. Get another bed.

BW Plus with grreat amenties, professional staff, very clean and up dated property. Only unpleasant item was the hotels A/C was out. We opened the window and it took a couple of hours to cool the room. Otherwise very convenient and very nice property and staff.

We have stayed here a couple of times, we love it. The rooms are nice, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff go above and beyond. One thing that seems to be a trend, the bed pillows are small, not a huge deal though. A nice continental breakfast is offered also.

Previously I had a notion that Best Western hotels were below average. I was extremely impressed with the hotel and the cleanliness. It was better than I imagined or expected. The housekeeper in that floor did a great job, I didn't feel the need to change the sheets to my own. I always bring my own set of sheets and pillow cases and change them before I lay on the bed but this time the moment I walked in the room I could feel how clean it was and immediately jumped on the bed and fell asleep. The housekeeper that cleans that floor she be commended for her hard work! Also the breakfast was delicious! The breakfast attendants were really attentive. Even though there were a lot of people there for breakfast,the food was always full and the coffee was always full. Overall, the great front desk staff, the hard working housekeeper and the great breakfast attendants made our experience great! We didn't encounter any other staff, I guess there was no need but I'm sure if we did, they would be great too. You have a great team that works very hard. Next time we need a hotel anywhere we go, we will definitely look at Best Western.

I have stayed in BW many times in the past and they were OK, not great but not bad either. I would say it was about average. However, this BW+ in Rancho Cucamonga surprised me. The room was clean and roomy and everything in the room worked. Air conditioning works great, Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the most important of all, the bath room was clean and NO plugged up or slow drains. The only complaint that my wife made was that the hotel did not provide shower cap to the guest.

This hotel was economical and very close to any stay I have had at a Hampton Inn. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn the night before and it was $70 more per night. The breakfast at the Hilton was made to order, but it cost $11 more per day. The Best Western exceeded my expectations for sure.

Stayed here for 2 days to attend a class. The location was excellent with lots of great food and shopping options near by. The gym is small but has good equipment. Staff was very helpful and best of all the room was very good sized with lots of room to spread out. The bed was comfortable and all was very clean. Nice in-room fridge and microwave. The breakfast had several nice choices, the eggs were just ok, but everything else was great. nice selection of fruit, oatmeal and breads, waffles etc. Great coffee. 5th floor room was very quiet.

Great location and hotel for value price. It was our central hub to go to several spots in LA on both sides. Plenty of options in the area to go car Ferrari racing, go karting or fly in a wind tunnel. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

My stay at Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario is exceptional. From check in to check out and everything in between dealing with every worker was positive. This created a total client focused atmosphere. The pillows and linens were extremely soft and luxurious to the touch and conducive to a sweet sleep. Although I live locally I make BW a consistent part of my life experience; I am always refreshed and ready to power through the daily rigors of the hustle and bustle of life. As a creative person, my productivity is increased following my stay. The staff is hospitable and this creates a warm, welcoming ambiance. Thank you Best Western, I'm extremely grateful for the efforts of every staff person in making my stay so refreshing.

This is by far one of the nicest Best Western hotels in the U.S., and we've stayed in close to 100 during our travels! Good value and good location if you need to be near Los Angeles but not in the heart of the city!!

Business park location safe area. Breakfast includes buffett style with both hot and cold (eggs, sausage, beacon, oatmeal, waffles and more). Linens clean, a/c cool, near restaurants and shopping strips.

Our stays are always great here. There are now even more great places to dine across the street from the hotel. The location couldn't be better. The airport is only 3 miles away, our doctors office is less than a mile. Courthouse if you are into that is just a few blocks away along with the Police department and there is a hospital across the street too.

The lobby is very plain, but overall the hotel is quite nice. The lady that services the breakfast room is very friendly and keeps all the food well stocked. The hotel seemed full, but I never heard a sound from any other room.

When ever I am in town I stay here. I am originally from Rancho Cucamonga, so I do know the area, and this hotel is quite and very clean, staff are wonderful. Restaurants are near by, some are walking distances. Victoria Gardens is about 10 miles down the road.

Clean comfortable room. The bed was just right. The shower was great. An actual shower instead of those water - saver nozzles. Breakfast was standard but tasty. Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, muffins, yogurt and cereal. I walked to dinner, so I'll add that the location was good too. Close to shopping and major highways.

We have stayed at this property several times and find it to be a great option. Located close to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and bright and the rooms are nice The staff is very friendly. Only downside is the complimentary breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and after the first breakfast at the hotel we opted to pay to eat elsewhere. The hot items are barely edible. Stay here, but skip breakfast.

Having a 6:20 am international flight from Ontario Airport can be a problem if you have to drive 1 hour plus to get there, fortunately this clean and modern Best Western Plus offers the perfect remedy. We booked this room thru ParkSleepFly.com so we could avoid getting up at 2am to make our flight for Cancun. And what a bargain this is. For less than $125 we got a clean, well appointed, comfortable and modern room for the night PLUS free transportation to and from the airport and FREE parking for the entire week we were away on vacation. All of the representatives there, behind the desk and van drivers were exceptionally polite and helpful. They got us to the airport on time with no stress and, with a simple phone call upon our return, picked us up and delivered us to our car that was parked securely at their facility. This experience was definitely an extreme bargain and something I would highly recommend when traveling from Ontario Airport.

This is a nice hotel in a good neighborhood. It is clean, well kept, has better-than-average amenities, and a very professional, nice, staff. The rooms are contemporary modern and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The Continental Breakfast is good, and a bit above average, although the room is cramped and too small. The pool area is nice, but the water was too cold. It needs to be heated. Overall, we rate this Best Western as a good one and wise choice.

I'm spending the night here. I had to leave my apartment for the night. I was only able to get one night. It's fine with me. I signed up for the rewards program. I was able to get a ADA shower. It's most important thing I need when traveling.

The hotel location was about 5-10 from the services of the funeral we were going to. The location was great and very close to a nice shopping mall.. Hotel location is in a very clean and safe location, I would stay there again.

the service I received from Alex upon check-in was pitiful to say the least. He really tried to make me pay for a room despite me presenting a confirmation number reflecting a guaranteed reservation using BWR points. Upon check out i had to once again confirm that I was not being charged for my room. Had I not done so, the morning clerk was totally unaware that I was using points to cover my stay and was ready to charge my credit card. Aside from this, the hotel proceeded to deduct 40,000 points from my BWR account as opposed to 20,000 despite me only staying 1 night. Awful experience all around.

Hotel staff very courteous, hotel clean and very spacious. Breakfast very good, location a plus easy access to freeways. The only problem I experienced was people partying on the pool area and voices travelled up the wall, at 2:00 A.M. Pool closes at 10:00 p.m. Manager didn't do anything to assist, i ended up going down so that I could sleep for my business travels.

We've been staying at this location whenever we are in CA. It is usually a pleasant stay. We have rarely had any issues and when they do come up the staff is quick to solve any problem. The rooms are always clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. Breakfast could be a better experience if they had more space. My only complaint is the internet. Slow. Really slow. In-house computers need more maintenance but at least they are available. Other than that it's a pleasant stay every time we go.

I have been staying here because of my fire classes at the red helmet training center. the staff is always helpful and cheerful even at 3:30 in the morning. the rooms are always clean and so comfortable. I truly enjoy my stays here there kind of like a mini vacation even though I'm there for classes.

I was extremely please with this hotel. The room was very comfortable and roomy. We loved having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the morning breakfast. Also loved the many choices of restaurants. We walked to Mimis where we had breakfast and dinner. Also Old Spaghetti House and Richies Dinner were a hits. Best of all the hotle was only 15 minutes for the Speedway. Stay here and enjoy.

Chose this property for its proximity to the Auto Club Speedway for Nascar race. Was only 10 minutes to the track in a safe area, close to the beautiful Victoria Gardens Mall, great restaurants. Quiet and comfortable rooms and great breakfast, helpful friendly staff.

You could almost "taste" the warm welcome by Joseph and Yvonne in Reception and that set the feeling for our entire stay. Our room was spacious, bed was most comfortable and bathroom facilities were very clean. Everything worked perfectly and yes ...a nice real bath to soak in after a long day's drive (not just a basic shower thing!). This conveniently sited hotel is just far enough off I-15 and main street for tranquility. Ample parking on site and a "Mimi's" restaurant next door (with other choices nearby) We would have had a magnificent view of the mountains from our room....except for that LA brown fog thing lurking over the area. Bottom line is a great hotel and easy on ya wallet. Nice One, Best Western!

Our entire experience while staying at this location was wonderful. We definitely would recommend for any occasion. This location has everything from shopping to dining out within 10 minutes by car. You can even walk to some locations.

I have stayed here for business several times and found it to be perfect for my one night business trips. The room is especially nice, very comfortable bed, updated, very nice bathroom, looks like new. the only negative is that the breakfast, which is included, is not great, but it works for me. The staff is very helpful.

Had a great stay, enjoyed the room and breakfasts. I always feel at home staying at any Best western. I sleep well and so many pillows. The internet is always fast and easy to connect. I enjoyed the TV always a big TV love it.

Had to spend the night in the area because of back-to-back medical appointments. Chose this location because of its proximity to appointments and its reputation for quality (visiting teams playing the local minor league baseball club frequent here). The front desk was quick and efficient; the lobby immaculate; the elevators slow but very clean; and the room was both comfortable and roomy. The bed was great; the television fine; and the appearance very strong.The only thing that prevents an excellent rating - the bathroom was extremely small and not designed for someone over 6-feet tall. It was clean and had plenty of towels. Didn't have time to check out the free breakfast, but it smelled enticing as I headed off to my early A.M. appointment. I recommend this location for both business and pleasure travel.

This Best Western is a great value and located close to shopping, restaurants and freeways. The free breakfast is good, the common areas are clean and the mattresse was very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

After a difficult day driving from Phoenix to Huntington Beach and not being able to transfer our BW reservations to the place in Huntington Beach, we drove to Ontario and there stood this beautiful Best Western Plus. We were so relieved to have made it there and were promptly checked in, beautiful updated rooms and bathrooms, pleasant staff, good breakfast. I spoke with the manager in the morning and he found my BW awards account and gave me points. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for us 3 ladies- with 2 queen size beds. The beds were quite comfortable. The hotel had very nice amenities, including a complimentary breakfast with a lot of tasty choices, which the staff kept replenished. The hotel had a nice outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as fitness room, and use of 2 computers. The hotel also has a complimentary airport shuttle to and from Ontario International Airport. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as nice shopping areas (e.g., Victoria Gardens ) just a few miles away by car. Overall, we were well pleased with Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Rancho Cucamonga and would gladly stay there again.

I stayed at this Best Western while doing work in the area. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the plastic cups and barebones toiletries since most hotels have upgraded these but thats a minor detail. The breakfast was good and never had problems getting a table in the small room. My one major disappointment was the gym. There is only one treadmill and the elliptical was not connected to power so couldn't turn it on. They have an all-in-one weight machine but no free weights or mats to do stretches. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was fine the pullout was really horrible. Springs coming through really so unconformable. The front staff was great. The bathroom was old but clean. It was quiet even with a bus of tourists. Overall good except the pullout

Happened upon this jewel at 1:00 a.m. about three months back. Checked in much earlier this time and stay every bit as good! Nice pool, staff, rooms and breakfast. Location is super for access to all of L.A. without being right in the mess.

We found this hotel several years ago and make it our "go-to" hotel at least 3 times a year. It is consistently clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome. We were fortunate to be checked in by a lovely woman named Adrianna. She made our stay extra special with her welcoming hospitality and genuine care. It's so rare to have such great customer service.

We originally booked two nights but on the second morning I began to have complication from a surgery. The hotel staff seemed more concerned about my well-being than loosing one nights stay. It was a very nice feeling. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to all.

This was our most favorite place to stay - it was previously a Holiday Inn Express - too our surprise this visit, we weren't aware that it was now a Best Western. It is still the first choice for our hotel when staying in this area. This hotel is so conveniently located to restaurants and shopping, and also to a movie theater. It is clean, staff is professional and courteous, rooms are spacious and very nice.

My sister's son lies in a coma at an adjacent hospital so we've stayed at the Best Western numerous times as it is conveniently located. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. One of the managers lent us her telephone charger, Hernando at the desk made sure we got our much needed Best Western points and a lovely young lady from the breakfast room offered to take me to the airport an hour before the shuttle actually started in the morning - above and beyond and much appreciated. Thanks everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. Last minute but great accommodations. I will stay there again. The breakfast was a nice variety and they were very helpful. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and I signed up to have a preferred card with Best Western so I can receive an even greater value in the future.

Clean, convenient. Staff helpful. Chose the hotel because it was in the LA area, had free parking and was not over priced. It was close to shopping that some of my family members took advantage of. Also many restaurant choices.

Stayed here for 4 nights with the family 8/7 - 8/11. When we first checked in I was a little disappointed with the front desk personal. The girl at the desk had a bit of an attitude. After giving us our room keys she went outside to have a cigarette. Very unprofessional. As for the hotel itself, our room was clean and well kept, the housekeeping staff was great. The breakfast was average, nothing special. The ladies who worked the breakfast room kept the trays full and the area very clean. The price per night couldn't be beat.

Poorly maintained rooms, terrible shower, and a unwanted 2:30am wake up call to boot. Frank Fales (operations & sales mgr) chose to do nothing except charge me $175 for an awful room and experience. Stay away!!!!

I visit on business 2-3 times per year and the Heritage Inn (Best Western Plus) is the best hotel in the area. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and had everything you'd need... good A/C for those hot days, mini-fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board, coffee/tea maker, etc. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is great! Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and my favorite was the freshly cut fruit (cantaloupe and watermelon). Highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed at this motel over 100 nights in the last year. The staff is friendly and the location is great for me. This motel recently went through a renovation that has improved it's appearance. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed here coming from LV and heading the next day to Universal Studios Hollywood. It was a very easy drive from LV and an easy drive to UHS the next day. The room was great. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was really nice. The food was fresh, hot and good. The attendant kept the room clean and replenished. Even the other guests were nice. I dropped my waffle and another guest got another started for me before I could turn around :). It was really great!

love the staff have been coming here for years and its getting better each years. its like a second home to us we take our youth group her and all our conference trips when in this area we go here katherine Barner is the best. The food is good and the help are very helpful and nice. My husband and I dropped off our son and decided to take a nice break for our anniversary so we went here and it did not fail us it was a great stay and we are going back next week for a conference I always suggest this hotel for other groups its a great place

Despite a mixture of small issues that BW had in delivering a quality experience, they more than met my expectations. Their suite was very large, both the bedroom and living/kitchen rooms. I'd welcome the chance to return to this property.

This is the third time that I've stayed at this hotel. Clean, quiet and nice staff. Spoilt for choice when it comes to food & shopping options. You get breakfast but not any other meals so the room does have a decent size fridge and microwave OR use the surrounding food outlets

In a safe quiet location. Family friendly. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only drawbacks... average wifi reception in the guest rooms and cable tv channel selection not very good.

First, the hotel lobby is nicer than the rooms, which is a problem when it comes to guests paying for excellent accommodations but receiving poor service. The a/c wall units are outdated - no 'auto' button, just low and high. The furniture and decor are bulky and old-fashioned. The comforter is paper thin and provides no type of warmth (just cheap). The hotel smells of smoke, and it was very uncomfortable from the outside heat on the 6th floor. The staff and management are rude and uncaring. You cannot get clean towels unless you exchange the dirty ones. If you ask for anything extra, you will not get it because it seems the hotel is cheap with amenities, including towels and bedding. The curtains are too short and cannot hide the early daylight. The elevators are slow and the ice machine does not work on each floor. Housekeeping is afraid to help or provide necessary items unless the requests come via the front desk personnel, who does not communicate effectively with them. Overall, my stay was unpleasant and uncomfortable. This hotel does not make guests feel welcome and do not provide service for BW Elite members.

Very clean hotel with great service. Great location. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Ontario area. A lot of restaurant choices near by. The area is very new. I will be staying at this hotel again in the future!

Was accommodated with my request to be on the top floor. Very nice property. Clean well appointed room. Breakfast was better than average and helped start the day off right. Lots of free parking and good location to the Ontario, CA area.

Was clean and quiet and comfortable here. My husband and I will not stay anywhere else after this experience. My husband is a disabled Veteran, and needs it to be quiet. Was very relaxing here. The staff was great, and the breakfast had a very nice selection of food. Thank you

Need a place to rest and spend some quiet time in a environment of excellant staff friendly and welcoming, as you enter the front lobby, staff greet you with a warm welcoming smile with patients and understanding. The parking area is well lit and as you arrive you feel quiet surroundings.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff was great and it is inside and out. Breakfast is standard BW offering. Pool was clean. Parking decent, but safe. Hotel is tucked in nice neighborhood next to shopping and food. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel since the training site I was attending offered this hotel as an added bonus with a discount. Overall the room was clean, in good upkeep, and more than met my needs. I would stay here again.

Conveniently located just off of Foothills Blvd, aka Route 66, is this great place. I was greeted with a smile and only had a short wait to get checked in as it was a busy time. Less than 5 minutes later I was in the elevator headed up with bags in tow. I opened the door to my room and was pleasantly surprised. They had some regular sized pillows. My peeve as of late is the hotel trend that provides a lot of small pillow. While this hotel had a few small pillows they also had very comfortable regular sized ones. It was enough to make me teary eyed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless each day. The housekeeping crew is great. I didn't get to try breakfast as I had to be at work by 6 each day. BTW, unfortunately I left my Reese's cup in the freezer of my in room refrigerator. If you find it go ahead and eat it. Or mail it back to me. I inquired at the front desk about seeing the Rancho Cucamonga Quake and was helped out with tickets. Thanks to the manager for going above and beyond. I was so happy with the staff and hotel that I stayed here again the next week when I went out for weekend number 2 of work. This has definitely become my regular hotel when work or pleasure take me back to the Inland Empire area.

We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns for their great served breakfasts. Because their prices have climbed considerably, this time we looked for a more cost effective alternative. We chose Best Western plus heritage mainly because of the good reviews on TA and the price which included free breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located about a mile east of Victoria Gardens which has great shopping and restaurants and is convenient to the I15. The hotel seemed to be recently remodeled with spacious rooms modern amenities like granite counter tops in the bathroom and excellent shower tubs. It was spotless. The free breakfast was good but a step down from the served breakfast at HGI. The breakfast room was the size of a single hotel room (with some outdoor seating also). It was self service with paper plates and plastic flatware, but the food was good. They had 2 self service waffle makers that made excellent belgian waffles. Also available were hot table scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee was OK out of a hot pot. The only real problem was that it became crowded at breakfast time and tables were at a premium. As is usually the case, the free wifi is very slow and I ended up using cellular data. I would certainly recommend this hotel especially if price if you want breakfast and price is an object. I

Nice place to stay, close to the Ontario airport, & restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, nice towels, and lots of hot water with great water pressure. While close to the airport, it's in a quiet location. Overall friendly staff. Clean and well kept lobby. Nice breakfast every morning with choices of eggs, protein, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurts.

This is where I stay when I am down South in LA. Awesome team working to make sure my stay is the best it could be. The spa area is always clean and the work out room is fully stocked with weights and the equipment is great working order. Breakfast is wonderful and I will be coming back here

I really enjoyed my room, it was clean and confortable, the breakfast was really good. I just had to reactivated my door key card few times! for few nights on a business trip it was completely enjoyable.

Excellent, as usual! We have been staying here for as long as our son has lived in Rancho Cucamonga, and our stay is always wonderful! We don't get down here as often as we used to, but it is our accommodation of choice. We never stay anywhere else when we are here.

For the money, hard to do better. Internet, breakfast, and parking are included, people are nice, cannot ask for more. I would definitely stay there again. I would also choose this hotel over some of the nicer ones, and consider it when budgeting out travel in the future.

We stayed at the BW Plus Heritage Inn in Ontario for 3 nights for our son's graduation from Pitzer College in Claremont last weekend, 20 minutes away. The location is quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms and public spaces ample, nicely decorated, and a hot breakfast is included. They even have a guest laundry, free Wifi, and the price is very reasonable. There is an excellent restaurant called Mimi's Cafe a 2 minute walk away, withe an authentic French flair. The hotel has a hot tub, too bad the weather did not cooperate. There's also a complimentary ONT airport shuttle.

the night shift front desk staff is very friendly, All so the morning staff was very friendly when i check out , the breakfast area is clean, the room are very clean loby nice and clean, didnt ge to go to the fitness room but or pool do that we check in late and check out early, but will be staying there in june for a few day more so will be using the fitness room and pool

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Rancho Cucamonga last year for a one night stay and I really enjoyed the hotel so when I needed a hotel in that location this year I decided to stay there again. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. I had trouble getting the internet on my I-pad so I took the I-pad down to the front desk and staff were more then happy to help me to get the internet on it. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the two women who were working in there the two mornings were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in the Rancho Cucamonga area.

I stayed there for out of town surgery and used the shuttle to go to nearby surgery center and follow-up at Drs office the next day. They were so very kind, especially Frank and Enrique. They made sure I was at my appts on time and taken back to hotel as soon as I was done. I high recommend this hotel.

This hotel is well located near I-15/I-210/I-10 and the Ontario airport, but sufficiently away from the airport to avoid the noise and traffic. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Adequate parking. The room was nice sized, and cleanliness was excellent. TV and wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was typical for this class of hotel, meaning OK but noting special. It was good that they offered coffee during the day in the lobby. Newspaper was available during the week. I'd stay here again.

The property was modern and up to date. Very safe area. The room was GREAT! Very clean room. Mini fridge was clean and did not have a foul odor like other places I stayed. Bed was super comfy and the sheets and comforter felt sooo good. Bathroom and bathtub very clean, The decor was very nice. The staff were super pleasant. Didn't want to leave my room as it felt so relaxing to be there.

The bed was awesome. The bathroom was spacious and pretty. The fridge and microwave was very clean. The property itself was inviting. Felt extremely safe and comfortable.Has a small business center which was most helpful. The area is very nice. Many places to eat and shop near by as well.

we have stayed at this best western hotel in rancho Cucamonga about ten times in the last year. our experience has always been excellent because of the staff, breakfast, and the hotel itself. it is located close to the 15 freeway and also the 10 freeway and the 210 freeway. there is Victoria gardens shopping center closeby and also many, many restaurants in the area. we have eaten at the mimis café which is only walking distance from our hotel. they have excellent food and serve breakfast all day. very satisfied with everything. would highly recommend this hotel.

I found this Best Western Plus in Rancho Cucamonga, California to be a pleasant and relatively comfortable stay. Clean rooms that are decent size, small refrig. flat screen T.V. and windows that can be opened for fresh air should that be one's desire. I did have an issue with the lock on the door and the toilet flush handle which the management willing would repair. Staff was friendly and accommodating!

We found this hotel last November and try to stay here when we're in the area. Why? It's location, the parking, the clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic housekeeping, the complimentary coffee in the lobby, and breakfast in the morning. It's quiet and you meet the nicest people in this family friendly location. This was our third stay and there will be a 4th.

This Best Western is clean people are nice WIFI works great and breakfast was really good. This place is perfect for business and would be a nice place to stay for fun. The pool is nice and it would also be great for families.

Lobby was elegantly appointed making it seem like a 5-star hotel. Beds were VERY comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was awesome. Breakfast average and room too small and crowded - didn't notice until we finished that they had an over-flow area across the hall. Also, we went at night and our GPS told us it was on the right side of the road instead of the left side so took us a while to figure that out since we couldn't see it on a hill and behind some trees behind us.

Best Western hits it out of the park with this one. Newer building, clean big rooms, comfortable beds, new TV, Wfi, microwave, fridge. And a free Breakfast! They have fantastic customer service at the front desk! Very Nice!

Stayed here 2 separate nights on a trip back to SoCal. I lived in Rancho for more than 5 years and never noticed this hotel because of its location. Even though it's on the main drag (Foothill), it's somehow secluded. It's conveniently close to restaurants and shops. I stayed on the sixth floor both nights and the room was big and clean. I had no issues with noise. Pillows are strangely shaped and sized but I eventually found two that worked. There is breakfast until 10AM with both hot and Continental style items. The shuttle to Ontario airport was very helpful but remember to make arrangements at least 24 hours before. I did not know this and thankfully they were able to accommodate.

Got here Friday night after fighting my way from LAX. Will be SO glad when we can fly to Ontario directly. Check-in was a breeze. Room was nice and big, refridg, microwave, in-room coffee maker, shower was huge with shower-massage. Breakfast 6:00 am to 10:00, lots of food; eggs, tater-tots, bacon/sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit (cantaloupe and pineapple) , and more. Great place, close to my mother-in-laws. Will be back.

We were happy with our stay here in an area which seems safe and really conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. Besides this BW Plus is accessible from several Interstates. Reasonably priced, good accommodations are hard to find in the LA area..

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a good value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept better than I usually sleep at home. There was plenty of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet including eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, danish, cereal, juices, coffee, hot oatmeal with freshly cut apples, etc. It's at a nice location. There's a Mimi's Cafe in the adjoining parking lot. There's a Target, CVS, and ROSS within walking distance. The Victoria Gardens Mall and Bass Shop are about 10 minutes away. There's even a Farrell's Ice Cream Restaurant about 5 minutes away.

When I booked this hotel on-line I never expected to get so much value for my money.. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room decor is lovely and the morning complimentary breakfast alone is worth the stay. Great staff, great stay, and we'll be back.

Centrally located near the Airport, shopping and dining. I use this hotel when I come down for my Doctor visits which are also located nearby. The staff is friendly, it is in a quiet area and within walking distance to just about anything you may need.

Wonderful hotel. Breakfast was great. It wasn't just donuts and juice. They had hot food and all of it was delicious. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are big and always so clean. It was nice having the internet in the room so we could use our tablets. We loved this hotel and will stay here again. you cant go wrong with this best western hotel. it is always clean & has very polite employees. the hot breakfast is excellent. we have tried other hotels in the past & always return to this hotel. it is very centrally located in the middle of southern calif. in rancho Cucamonga area. also has mimis café across the parking lot and a lot of other restaurants nearby. also , shopping is great with many malls closeby.

Had it not been for a family with kids that woke up at 6:30am and put TV on hi and hear entire family talking would have made the stay perfect..Noice came thru the vent in the bathroom...Place was close to where we were visiting. Easy access. All looked clean & tidy. Staff ready to help with any questions..

Favorite hotel by far - great staff and rooms, located in perfect place for movie, restaurants, shopping - everything you need within a couple miles. We actually plan trips to this area just for a quick getaway - always feel at home at this hotel.

Arrived later in the evening on a Saturday. Pleased to see hotel is tucked back off the boulevard. Lobby was well kept even though still under a renovation. Front desk clerk was very pleasant. Checked in and settled in our room in about 15 minutes. The only time I heard the baby next door was while I was in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was the norm - eggs, bacon/sausage, parties, cereal and waffles. Small breakfast room. My son and I ate in the lobby as there were no available tables. Planning another trip in a few months and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a week a couple of years ago and am glad I decided to choose this hotel again this trip. The whole facility's as clean and comfy as ever. My room with a king size bed had that perfect view of the mountains. As always, distance to the restaurants and malls always a plus. I would suggest that the hotel improve their breakfast menu. Either add a third dish or switch every other day. Noticed there were a lot of Chinese guests during my stay. Suggest the hotel come up with signs in Chinese characters to inform them about proper dining etiquette and proper behavior (like not spitting in the lobby!) when travelling outside their country. Other than that, I had a great stay!

This is a very clean and comfortable Best Western. The Very Good is because I dislike most chain hotel's breakfast. It is bummer to eat off a paper plate, the coffee isn't super hot, and styrofoam makes me cringe....I am picky. But I did find things I could eat.

We had a funeral service to attend the day of our arrival. We were able to check in three hours early...even though it was a busy three day weekend...I was so thankful to the staff for meeting our needs and making a difficult time pleasant...the room was clean and very spacious..the location of the hotel is great with lots of restaurants near by and easy access to major freeways...plus the view of mount Baldy was spectacular...the breakfast in the morning was nice and tables were always kept clean...thank you to all of the staff!

I stayed here for three days. First impressions of lobby upon arriving were underwhelming. Not cozy at all. Vast tiled floors that give off a rather institutional vibe. No rugs, no nice music. The front desk was mixed. One gentleman I dealt with in the afternoon never smiled and seemed uninterested in his job. The girl who checked me out was helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and get the job done. I had a pleasant view out my window. There is a large gap under the doors that let a fair amount of light and sound into the room. I used a long narrow pillow that is left on the bed as a buffer and it worked fairly well. Breakfast was pretty basic. Your typical waffles, eggs, yogurt toast etc. Overall the property is fine for business, out of town family etc. They could definitely up their game though with the overall hospitality, decor touches and a better sense of "warmth".

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I liked that the hotel was not in a busy area (i.e., not right next to a freeway). The breakfast was great with many choices of hot and cold foods.

over all stay is excellent comfortable safe clean new like home. the view of the mountains is fantastic quit there restaurants are near by ,stores everything not too far from route sixty six nascar race track winco foods .

Everything was very nice. A good value for the money. But the internet did not work or was very slow at all times. The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed that very much. Nice that they served for several hours so we could get it when we wanted it.

I loved the service from the front desk and the breakfast. the hotel is a great area. you have two malls within a 2 mile radius and the theater within i mile. great place to take a walk with the family and /or bar hopping.

This is the second time I have stayed here in a handicapped room so I was prepared to be more comfortable. ADA Regulations do not affect the bed heights which is always a challenge for me. I use a portable step stool plus my caregiver to get into bed and this time it went more easily. Everything else was fine and I enjoyed my time here.

Hotel is nice and centrally located but don't get a room by the elevators. They kept us up most of the night. Kitchen staff were nice and food was hot. If you're pulling a larger vehicle, parking is limited but overall for the price you can't hardly beat a Best Western.

Had A nice stay.The hotel was quite. The bed was just right, the breakfast was good and plenty of it. The only problem we had was popping corn in the microwave blew out the wall socket and lost half the rooms power, the half with the TV. It took 45 minutes from the time calling the front desk to having the power restored to that half of the room.

Excellent room but noisy in morning because of location near breakfast nook. Room was spacious and had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The guest traffic to the breakfast nook located across the hall from our room started very early in the morning and was very noisy.

Very accomodating hotel with numerous food and shopping venues in the area. The staff was very caring and helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and there were renovations ongoing which will make this place even better. The work did not affect my stay and I'll be staying here in the future..

Very good hotel, we have stayed here for years and will continue to do so.When staying in Ranch Cucamonga California we never consider any other hotel the Best Western Heritage is the only place to stay. Very close to the malls, restaurants, easy access to freeways it is a very well located Hotel.

The hotel I stayed is so-called a 3-star hotel, here was no hot water in my room and I couldn't take shower. Also the A/C in my room didn't work well either, and it cannot give me a comfortable temperature. Then I asked for additional blankets, but they said all were gone. Given such a bad situation, they said they cannot do anything last night. After several requests, they said they can switch me to another room, but that room is just similar. So I didn't switch finally. Finally, I had to put all my clothing over my quilt to keep warm. But my wife still felt chilly that night. Hotel stuff said they cannot do anything for my issues because I booked my room from a third-party. This is the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard.

BW Plus Heritage in Rancho Cucamonga has nothing less than other more expensive hotels like Marriott Courtyard. The only weak point is breakfast, but considering that in other hôtels is not included, in the end my evaluation is very positive.

If you're in the area, it's a decent place to stay. If you're Best Western Rewards status don't expect much. I'm giving up on BW Rewards after serious issues with this stay. The local manager what he could the next day, it still left a bad taste in my mouth. Pros: architecture, location, pool/spa Cons: Dubious looking stains and smear on wall next to bed. Property under construction. Staff were aloof to BW Rewards procedure or special interest benefits (HOG member-motorcycle parking). If you're a rewards member wondering if it's worth the loyalty, read on to Worst Western part 2 of 3 from The Best Western Marina Gateway San Diego. And yes. Best Western was given ample opportunity to resolve the situation(s).

This is a neat and clean hotel in a good location (shopping, restaurants, safety) with an efficient and professional staff. We have stayed there many times over several years. It is consistently of higher quality.

"420 ROAD TRIP, DEUCES".................The Hotel was under construction, there was remodeling going on so I did not get a clear, view of what to expect, but I did have a Lovely stay and the staff I feel, did a very good job of being cordial, kind, Professional and the Maids ESPECIALLY, Made EVERY Effort to be AWESOME!! DANK YOU BUDDIES! I know its sometimes a very hard job to do, DANK YOU for doing it!!

Our room was clean and bed comfortable. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We were here 4 days over thanksgiving and couldn't of been in a better place for shopping and relaxing. Nothing fancy here, but I'll take a comfortable sleep, friendly people , clean and safe, any day, over fancy rude and over priced... Insert several chains... The lobby is under construction And first look wasn't impressed but that will get better! The breakfast selection is good with enough choices. Coffee was good and appreciated in lobby, as well as room. Having refrigerator and microwave was also very convenient. What stood out was the friendliness of everyone we encountered. We were allowed an early check in which was very appreciated, after a long drive on thanksgiving eve day. We let the attendants know when we were going out and our room was always tidy with fresh towels and coffee when we returned. We've stayed in other hotels close to Ontario mills and will never again. My DH plays ball so we come to Cucamonga several times a year for tournaments and will make this our new home away from home. Value plus comfort and courtesy will always be the choice. Thank you!

After numerous days of visiting Family for the Thanksgiving Holiday, we can totally relax here - great room, great breakfast, great staff - great unwind time. The location is close to everything - lots of great shopping, great restaurants, local activities and businesses.

I stayed at the BW Cucamonga for one one night and had a difficult time accessing bed and toilet due to heights which while ADA confirmed are difficult for a person with mobility issues. Needed assistance to get in bed. Also someone in the building violated rules and was smoking a substance which took time to locate.. Hopefully next stay will be better although I don't know about the bed height.

For the price this is a well located hotel with spacious rooms with free coffee and breakfast. You'll need a car in California so with that in mind this location is close to Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga's premier shopping and dining destination and is about 15 minutes from Ontario Mills retail mall. The room was clean and quiet with no view, the staff was friendly and helpful in spite of the concrete cutting steps away from the check in desk. (The hotel remodeled its entrance).

My husband and I stayed here overnight, earlier this month. This hotel is being renovated, however it still is a quiet and great stay. The room was clean, we enjoyed having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The location is perfect because it's located across the street from several eateries, stores, and places tip shop. The staff was very welcoming and inviting. The hot breakfast was pretty good. We will definitely stay here longer the next time we visit.

we arrived to find the lobby was being remodeled. no problem to the guests. the made an additional entrance & it was very nice. our room was ready for us & very clean. bed was comfortable. breakfast was very good. would recommend this hotel. very happy.

Room had a beautiful view and its in a beautiful clean area. Lobby reception area is under renovation but they were still able to service us efficiently. Only one thing was that our non-smoking room did smell like a smoker was there.

I've spent three nights here on two separate occasions in the past two months. Fantastic staff, great location, and comfortable beds, all at a great value. I already have reservations set for another overnight stay. This will be my family's go-to hotel anytime we are in the area!

Had a great stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone look for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The hotel is close to all major restaurant chains and well as several shopping centers. There is also easy access to two major freeways and the airport is a short trip away. The Fitness Center is fully equipped and the launder service is convenient to use during extended stays.

This hotel has problems with sketchy guests frequenting it according to the manager Frank Fales. He told me they are having problems with fraud and would not let my guest check-in even though I had gtd and paid for the room, but my guest still had to give a second credit card to have on account. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.

Rancho Cucamunga Best Western Hotel was a picture of elegance and regalness. We enjoyed our stay, and were impressed by the cleanliness of the Hotel and professionalism of the Hotel Staff. Most of all it was entirely smoking free. This was very important to us. Wonderful place to stay.

This was my first stay at this property and I was delighted with the staff and my room. It was clean with nice furniture, well lit bathroom, and plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly. The only item that fell short of my expectations was the TV channel selection. Having Direct TV there is no weather channel, FoxS1, or NBCS. I have made a second reservation in two weeks and will stay here again!

i love staying at this hotel weather its for a business trip or its a family trip. staff is always friendly, beds are very comfortable and the hotel is always clean and fancy looking. and the the breakfast is bomb.com!!

The rooms are well maintained and were quiet and had all the neccessities. The price point is great. The staff was responsive to our needs very helpful. I don't really have much more to say but in order to post this review I have to have more characters someone really ought to fix that.

The electricity went off at the hotel around 5 am and didn't come back on till 1pm. They had no generators or emergency anything. We asked for a refund for our stay there but only received a refund for one day. I went to Cali to go to a reunion and was unable to attend because of this situation with the electricity. The hotel is located in a nice area and good food all around. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was suitable. I would have given a 4 star rating had they electricity situation not occurred.

My room was cleaned and emptied when I left to go to a meeting and I hadn't check out yet. When I returned my valuables were gone and room was cleaned for the next guest. they tried to return my itmes but I wasn't taking mouthwash and toothbrushes that were in the garbace bck. My wiork papers had stains from the garbage on them.

We stayed at their presidential suite and it was amazing. The service was wonderful. At about 3am our last night the whole neighborhood had power outage and we stayed without electricity which was very unfortunately. Specially because we were on the 6th floor, had heavy luggage and had to carry everything down the stair. Keep in mind this was not the hotel's fault at all what's so ever. It was out of their hands. Again their quality was the best and I would definitely stay again.

i have stayed at this hotel several times while travelling to Phoenix. Although a little difficult to find the first time, still only a few min from the freeway. beautiful lobby, large rooms, the hotel staff very friendly and efficient. excellent value for the money. recommend for all travellers.

Hotel property exceeded our expectations... good location, excellent appearance and well worth the price. Only complaint with this and all the BW properties, their breakfast serves plastic scrambled eggs? I think their eggs.... at all costs avoid this concoction....you will thank your decision 30 minutes later.

very comfortable, great value, extremely comfortable bed, we stay in this hotel every time we come to rancho Cucamonga.the hotel is very clean and the staff is very good. any problems have always been taken care of very fast. we enjoy its location to shopping and food. the central location is very nice, as you are close to the beach, the mountains the dessert, and los angeles.

When we travel to Ontario (twice a year), we normally stayed closed by the Ontario Mall hotels. But, this time we want to stay close by our friends. We were surprised by how nice this particular hotel was. Excellent room and great breakfast. Very friendly staffs.

The staff is excellent and friendly. The room was nicely decorated but the A/C unit was extremely loud. Which kept me up on and off most of the night. The breakfast was nicely presented but the choices were limited. A shining star to the staff. I left a bag in the parking lot. The staff contacted me through email and calls but I did not access the messages in time. But they secured my bag until my family was able to pick it up.

Came to town to attend my nephews wedding in Upland CA. Book 2 rooms 1 for my wife & me a king bed room and a 2 queens bed room for my daughter's family at a very resonable rate. I need to have an early check-in of 2:00 pm and they were able to oblige. They also provided a shuttle ride fo the 6 of us to the wedding. The rooms were clean and roomy. The breakfast was the only sad things scambled eggs were cold, bacon very thin and cold and the ham was cold as well.

The hotel was of excellent quality with beds being very comfortable and rooms extremely clean. The hotel was centrally located to all of my needs and a joy to stay in. staff were extremely helpful and courteous as well.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in - staff is great, location is perfect, and accommodation's/amenities A++ We plan on visiting this hotel again, even if just a weekend getaway. There are restaurants within walking distance, all the stores you would ever need for necessities, but hotel/room is quiet and comfortable.

This was a very high quality Best Western Plus facility. It was convenient for us since we were spending time in the High Desert Area, Big Bear Lake area, and Rancho Cucamonga. The hotel was only about 1 mile west of I-15. Front desk staff were extremely cooperative and patient with our needs. Breakfast was kind of standard but it was fresh and was available in a rather large room with plenty of seating. Parking was free and very convenient. Mimi's Café was next door and provided an excellent breakfast when we did not make the 10 AM cut off.
