Best Western Patagonia

While generally not a big fan of the BW brand, this location is just absolutely amazing! The rooms all have a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff if very friendly and the location is conveniently just outside the centre right on the road to Torres del Paine. I hope to be back one day.

Nice hotel in an incredible place. We were of course for some Torres del Paine trekking and it was great to come back to a nice clean room and a hot shower. Very friendly staff, almost decent breakfast, and unmatched view from the room window! Only word of warning, the hotel is about a mile and a half from the center of town, but you're here to walk, right? (And it's five minutes by cab, for like four dollars), on the other hand, is the closest hotel to the airport (ten minute cab ride, eight dollars). I can't recommend it enough.

Although the hotel is about 1.6 miles from the town center, the view more than makes up for it. Getting into town was easy with readily available Ubers and taxis, and tours and transfers conveniently included the hotel on their routes. Breakfast was included; however, unlike some hotels, they do not offer a packed breakfast for early departures, so a bit of planning is needed. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily return.

Location is out of town so 40 min walk into centre. Views are great and set back from the road so quiet. Staff good but occasionally overstretched when bar and restaurant get busy. Rooms ok but beware the room safes - we weren't the only ones that needed help from reception to unlock. There is a requirement not to flush toilet paper which is consistent with other establishments in the area. Food is average at best with the breakfast options disappointing compared with other hotels we stayed at.

We stayed at this hotel for a night upon our return from Torres del Paine . The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable .The breakfast was very good with a good variety of pastries. The food was fresh and the server was attentive . Definitely a good start to the day served in the best room with a view of the water and mountains. The view from our rom was just as spectacular. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations . The fixtures from old windows and doors and the decor were delightful. It is located a little away from the center which makes it a peaceful place. The hotel also gave us the best Pisco sours as welcome drinks from the bar. Disliked · This is an older hotel ( Borde Glacier) that has been renovated and I really hope they put in an elevator as the stairs are hard to carry up luggage. Also the road leading to the hotel is extremely steep and narrow and quite dangerous especially if the driver in front of you doesn't know how to drive and stalls on the slope

Simple hotel high up on the hill overlooking the Puerto Natales inlet. Spectacular views of the mountains and water from every room. Staff is lovely and will carry your luggage up and down the stairs as there is no elevator. Breakfast buffet is okay, not a large choice of fruit, nice breads and cereals and a choice of jams and cheese.

O hotel é ótimo! Muito confortável, limpo e organizado. Tudo que precisamos nos ajudaram e tiraram dúvidas. A localização também é boa, com uma vista linda do canal de Puerto Natales. The hotel is great! Very comfortable, clean and organized. They helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions. The location is also good, with a beautiful view of the Puerto Natales, lake and mountains.

I spent four nights here in June 2024. The hotel is modern, inviting, fashionable, very clean, and importantly in winter, very cozy and warm. The reception team were all very welcoming and helpful with advice and local recommendations and spoke excellent English. I had early morning starts and arranging a very early breakfast (before the breakfast service was due to start) was no problem. Likewise, a late check-out request was accommodated. My room (and I think all the rooms) had a wonderful view over the water with incredible mountains in the background. The bed was so comfy and the shower was excellent. The heating also worked very well (adjustable radiator) and I could also open the window if I wanted a blast of fresh air. All in all I was very comfortable and looked forward to returning to my room after a long day of hiking around. The hotel restaurant was closed when I stayed (I think because it was the off season) and so you'll need to take an Uber or taxi into the town for dinner (short, under 10 minutes, and inexpensive trip). Breakfast was a bit limited, again, given I was there in the off season, but totally adequate and filled me up for the morning. I would certainly stay here again. It was really inviting.
