We were told this hotel was renovated, and it may have been, but it didn't seem that way. The furniture was old, but the sheets were clean. I would not stay here again unless I had to. Our AC took awhile to get cool. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was pleasant.
Uncomfortable beds couldn't sleep , limited choice of breakfast extremely friendly staff clean hotel
Newly remodeled. Good breakfast options. Also a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel right up the street. Simple gym room. Not sure if there was a pool. Room clean. Good A/C (quiet). Good Wifi. Located right off I-75. All in all, a good experience.
A great stay!! This motel is close to the interstate. It is quiet, and exceptionally clean and nice. The breakfast was a surprise. Fresh fruit and freshly cooked breakfast items. We will definitely stay at this place again on our way from Tennessee to Florida.
My husband and I stayed here on a Friday night to visit Perry The bed was hard as a rock and we did not sleep well at all Pillows had a funky smell TV not working and when reported front desk clerk said she was sorry but maintenance man does not know how to fix tv. Wow! Breakfast was very good and the lady doing breakfast was very nice
The rooms are clean and spacious here. The A/C unit is probably considered outdated, but it worked amazingly and kept the room exactly how we needed it. The Wi-Fi and TV channels offered were good, and there are also a large amount of charging ports and plug-ins for all your electronics. Breakfast was nice and simple: bacon, eggs, sausage, bread/grain products, waffles, oatmeal, packaged pastries, and more. My fiancé and I felt very safe and comfortable in the area and inside the hotel. It is very family-friendly and a great inexpensive place to use for a stay in middle GA. Be warned that this is not a fancy place to stay so do not book here expecting luxury, be prepared to enjoy the simple yet well-kept amenities offered here. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone who just wants a reliable (not luxurious) place to stay.
We stayed in a suite, and the cost was reasonable. Every staff member was courteous and helpful, and the accommodations were excellent. We had stayed at that location one or two other times, and it never disappoints us.
I had made a reservation ahead of time, I arived after dark to a well lit parking lot. Check in was a breeze, I was in my room in no time. Check in staff person was friendly and professional. Room was clean and bed and bath were clean and well sanitized. Bed was comfy, HVAC was just a bit noisy but I put ear plugs in and it was OK.
Great water pressure. Bedding bath and breakfast area impeccably clean. All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Appearance of exterior was attractive and parking was ample and well lit and organized.
Very good hotel. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. If you are a light sleeper you need to request a room away from the highway. Internet was fast in the lobby but very poor in my room. Hopefully, thay can get that fixed.
From the time we walked in Taira was all smiles. She covered the check in as if we were the most important guests in the motel. Things could easily have gone downhill, but it didn't. A very nice stay. Another "best" for Best Western
This hotel has been upgraded. Not bad but some of the odors coming out of the A/C units. Changing out the filters in the A/C units would have been a plus and I would have rated this hotel above average.
We were visiting family in Perry so the location was really close to their home and many stores and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was delicious (with many items to choose)! They were doing some renovations to the lobby area and elevator floor, but this did not hinder us from doing anything! There was also a noisy group in our 2nd floor hallway with kids running up and down, but when calling the front desk, they responded promptly.
Going from one home to another, this was a great overnight. Convenient, clean and a great breakfast. Bed was firm but still comfortable. Didn't use any of the extras; such as the pool or the exercise room, so don't know about them.
At 8:45 breakfast was over. Juice, syrup and sausage were empty and nothing more was given because breakfast was "over". Staff stood saying "shut it down" in front of all the guests. The breakfast area was filthy and such uncomfortable beds. The hotel was clean and front desk staff was friendly.
Great place to stay when you are traveling in the Macon Ga area. Hotel is safe - parking lot large and well lighted, hotel is clean and modern. Excellent breakfast and breakfast area was very well maintained and stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy access to interstate, restaurants, grocery stores etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on future trips.
Roaches in room, cold water & room service didn't come by one time even with the door hanger asking to service. Was given a 60.00 credit for the inconvenience but to me that was less than what should've been credited as a guest.
For me, the beds were too firm. I was hoping for a nice comfortable bed. I did not sleep well. My body was sore. Otherwise, no complaints. The room was clean and price was reasonable and location was good.
Pros- super close to the Georgia National Fairgrounds, friendly staff, very clean, decent breakfast Cons- uncomfortable beds, freezing pool. They no longer heat the pool. It is not safe to swim at the cold temperatures. I bet the pool is 60 degrees or lower.
Well located property with huge rooms. Excellent breakfast with nearby Cracker Barrel if you want something more…just off the interstate. We had a suite which was very large and in good condition. Clean and comfortable!
This business trip I transferred to a different hotel because the pool and jacuzzi were inoperable. And the breakfast was horrible each morning. Seemed to be leftover food from the day before. Would not recommend this place if you want to swim or have breakfast.
This is a nice hotel. It is a clean, well maintained, secure, and comfortable place to stay while traveling. No problems were encountered. Front desk staff was fine. I'd stay there again while traveling.
I stayed here for a wedding. When I arrived the elevator was broken. We were on 2nd floor, I wasn't to mad about it. Then went to get in heated pool. It was ice cold. Staff didn't know what was wrong with it. Went back up to the room. Toilet handle would stick and constantly run so you would have to manually push it up after every flush.
Great room, very clean, very friendly staff, nice bed, and especially great breakfast. I was impressed by the discount given for my points, as it made a huge difference in my cost. I really enjoyed this stay!
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past several years. Most importantly, it is clean! I have found the beds to be comfortable. The breakfast area is clean and well stocked. It feels safe. Checking in and out is easy. The wifi worked well. It is well maintained and the employees are pleasant. It's easy to get to as it is right off of the interstate but we don't hear the traffic from the room. It is next to a Cracker Barrel and near a Waffle House and across from the fairgrounds. Will stay here again the next time we go to Perry.
We travel to Perry every year and this was our first stay at BW-BI&S. The entry and breakfast area appeared clean. The lady at the front desk was pleasant! However, the hotel room was extremely dirty. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Thankfully, I brought Lysol wipes and wiped everything down. The sanitizing clothes were yellow and black. The shower had black mold all around it. They only give you three towels a day and bottled shampoo that is not enough to wash long hair. The a/c did not keep the room cool enough either.
We checked in at 10pm after prepaying for our stay while driving. I made the reservation based on the cleanliness reviews. Big mistake. The best part was the lovely staff member at check-in. She had a great smile and got us into our room quickly. Upon opening our door the room smelled of a strong musty odor. I thought we would crank up the AC and it would be better but it persisted all night. (I didn't ask to move because there was only one staff in the building as she was juggling fusing the AC in another room.) After freezing through the night we got up and quickly showered to get out of there. One of the towels had brown stains or was soiled. Yuck. Finally we went to breakfast which was a nice mix of packaged and fresh food. However, we witnessed the attendant wipe off all the counters and then the outside and inside of the waffle maker with the same dirty rag. Disgusted, we grabbed some yogurt and oranges and hurried on our way.
I stay in a lot of Best Western Hotels. Some are better than others. This one was one of the better ones. While it is not new, this hotel seems to be recently remodeled. It looks upscale for a Best Western. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The wifi worked great. The staff seems friendly. Full disclosure: My husband and I were only there for one night, but we would return if we were in the area.
This is a very nice hotel. Starting at the front desk check in. Maria was extremely friendly and recognized that we are BW rewards members. She gave us a very nice quiet room. The hotel is nicely decorated and rooms have been updated with new A/C. I am so happy we chose this hotel as the others in this area cater to construction workers, which was very noisy as we passed by. The breakfast was better than most hotels we have stayed at. We would definitely stay here again when in this area.
Exactly what I would have hoped for in a hotel, clean, area seemed safe, well lit for late arrival, comfortable beds and pillows. We needed the sofa bed suite to accommodate five people, and this worked perfectly.
The bathroom floor needed some attention. The staff immediately took care of the problem & they were apologetic, kind, and courteous. Marie discounted our room another $15.00 which was not necessary, but she insisted. Thank you!
Had booked another hotel but seen on reviews where there were conditions I didn't want to encounter so I looked further. Best Western is supposed to be the best hotel in Perry. I was leery since I have never stayed at a Best Western, at least not in my adult life, but I booked it. Upon arrival, front desk clerk was rude when I asked if we could be in a certain area of the hotel by bluntly and rudely saying "we are booked tonight", and she would not speak up where I could hear her through the glass so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. After being rude about it she was able to accommodate us. All she had to do was say politely "we are booked but let me check" from the beginning. Got our keys and went to the elevator. There's only one elevator in the building! We get to our room and it was nice and cool and VERY clean. I was shocked at how nice the room is, but very relieved. We had separate beds because all the king rooms were booked but the beds were VERY comfortable. Didn't get to stay for breakfast but it looked like a regular hotel breakfast of a couple hot items, breads, cereals, etc , when I grabbed a banana. Overall, I would stay at THIS Best Western again over Hampton even if I never stay at any other Best Western again.
We arrived with no reservation, but from the friendly and helpful young woman Kailey at the front desk to the beautiful room (the motel appears new - everything is new and works!) to the great hot breakfast in the morning, our stay was an unexpected delight. Kailey found us a great room with a great value (we had some special requests) and she even called us in the room to see if everything was OK. I'm amazed that I'm writing a glowing review of a motel where we made a quick stop on our way back from Florida, but it was that special! We will stay again next year and are thrilled that we found this gem in Perry GA.
Conveniently located just off of the interstate, easily assesible, and in vicinity to reataurants, gas stations, shopping and attractions. Very clean and comfortable room and friendly efficient staff.
Everything was sparkling clean. This is a very nice hotel! The bed was just a bit too firm for our taste. The breakfast was good, and well stocked. Check in and check out was fast and easy. We definitely recommend.
Was a great place to stay. Perfectly located to suit our needs for location to event we were attending and conveniently close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant for our lunching necessities. Overall we throughly enjoyed everything about our trip and stay to Perry Ga.
I got my room double charged and had hard time to get response from hotel. Have to get it done thru booking and took me several days until succeed. Also was mot successful in getting my rewards added to my account. Just have up as I dont expect to use it again.
Traveling from a visit with family. Room was clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. Did dinner in the microwave after traveling 500 miles. Grab and go breakfast was a disappointment. Will probably stay again.
Was impressed with outside and inside of facility. It's not new, but we'll kept. No issues, polite and friendly staff. Will stay again. Stayed multiple nights with family. Didn't get to use indoor poor, but looked very nice and well kept.
Was checked in quickly property was well maintained and the room was clean particularly in the bathroom. It was spotless. Room was really quiet which surprised me since the hotel is right beside the interstate. Lobby was closed and breakfast was only cold food. I wasn't there for either of those things though. I just wanted a clean and quiet room to get some sleep on a road trip and this property was exceptional.
We have stayed at this hotel almost annually for the past several years and we have always been pleased. The lobby is clean, the hotel staff were pleasant, our room was clean and updated, and our room was comfortable. The only downside to this stay was the grab and go breakfast as opposed to the hot breakfast but we knew about that in advance. The most important thing to us is cleanliness and then comfort which were excellent.
Perfect for one night. Room was spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable. However, you might want to bring your own pillows because they are terrible. The bathroom towels are super tiny and scratchy. The room did have a slight odor, but it wasn't enough to bother us. They are taking a lot of covid precautions, so it felt very safe and clean. Breakfast is pitiful. We have been to other hotels during covid that have a better breakfast. Overall, it served its purpose and was a positive experience.
This hotel was a good place to stay, clean outside, clean room. Bed very comfortable, great hot water in shower with good pressure. Breakfast is a grab and go, a sign of the times we are living in, if in the area and need a clean place to stay this is it
3rd floor smelled like someone smoked weed 24/7 up there. Kids complained the whole time we were there, left earlier than I wanted because of the smell. The hotel was still using mask restrictions for everyone, even though the state had removed the restrictions.
there were about 80 of us in a group for a car show. The hotel was very patient and accommodating with all of us. They did their best to get rooms ready when we showed up two hours earlier than check in.
Hotel was ok. Nothing wrong with the room. Pool was good. The issues were: Had multiple problems with room key. When checking in, we had to make multiple trips to the front desk because the keys did not work. Receptionist was nice and finally had to make a trip to our room. The keys worked good most of the time but one day they stopped working and had to get new keys. We stayed for 9 nights. Even though we removed the "do not disturb" sign, our room was not cleaned, new towels were not provided, trash was not removed, etc... We were there for the NBHA Youth Worlds Barrel Racing event and parking was full. One vehicle had a uhaul trailer and took up 5 spots. Another vehicle was pulling a utility trailer and took up 5 spots. A horse trailer was parked taking up a spot. A utility trailer with an ATV was parked and taking up a spot. These vehicles should not have been allowed to park in the parking lot. It is one of the closest hotels to the GA National Fairgrounds & Ag Center.
Hotel is super clean. Despite a lift of mask mandates, they are still in full COVID mode—masks, using gloves to touch extra pillows/blankets, grab and go breakfast. The breakfast had good options (cereal, 2 types of yogurt, individually bagged pastries, RIPE bananas, oranges, bars), but no protein or hot food. I have to say I've stayed at a couple hotels pre-vaccine that figured out how to safely serve hot food, so I believe BW should have better options by now (e.g., eggs). Also they seem understaffed in the evening, as we had to go downstairs twice to get extra linens, as the first set ended up being pretty damp. This may not be their fault, as it seems so many people don't want to work anymore, but I didn't like it. I've been loyal to BW for several years, but my last few experiences are making me think twice about this.
This hotel is very convenient and comfortable. No problems with check in, rooms nice and clean and large. Grab n Go breakfast is not as good as the buffet they used to have but is easy to get on your way out. This is sort of our go to hotel traveling from KY to Florida.
Check in was exceptional. Traveling on business and was able to check in early. Room was clean. Pool area was clean, jacuzzi was relaxing after a long hard day at work. Staff was friendly. bed was very comfortable. Breakfast needs a little improvement. only offered coffee and milk to drink, no juice or hot water for tea. But with covid-19 it was understandable. Over all experience, I was very pleased and would recommend staying at BW.
The staff treat you like second class citizen if not wearing a mask, being exempt does not matter to them. They will not speak to you or serve you coffee if not wearing a mask. I interacted with the manager who was the worst, if that's possible. Georgia and Perry GA do NOT have mask mandates. Completely unprofessional, never again.
Over all great service and one of the cleanest hotel I've stayed in over this COVID-19 era. I smelled the bleach in the atmosphere the staff members wore mask. Not just in the coming areas with more guest traffic. It was noticeable that their guests safety as well as health was very important to them as well
Great stop overnight. Very clean appeared to be recently renovated. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure and hot water. Front desk receptionist was very nice and efficient. Grab and go breakfast was fine. Observed Covid cleanliness etc.
Hotel was very clean, easy access from the Interstate, & close to restaurants. Staff was amazingly friendly & very helpful. Lady at front desk helped us find a pizza place that delivered late so we didn't have to look up places or numbers. We try to only stay at Best Westerns when we travel.
I enjoyed the property. I did not in any way appreciate the behavior displayed by the front desk staff as I am a NON-MASK wearer. I realize that some are particularly fearful, sensitive, etc - however, there MUST be a way to accommodate those who find the years long 'mandates' that are not supported by science and are merely a ruse to 'control' people - I will not restrict my ability to breathe as I am not ill. Wearing of masks may be appropriate for susceptible populations; however, the vast majority of folks who do experience COVID fully recover (upper 90th percentile), so aside from the DRAMA I experienced by the individual who plastered their body against the wall and couldn't bring themselves to the computer until I had a mask placed 'IN FRONT OF MY FACE' was over the top and not at all accommodating to a traveler who'd jus been on the road for x number of hours. SO Georgia and Best Western all over Georgia, I'm just sayin.....
If you are a rewards member and took advantage of BW's friends and family cyber monday offer - be prepared to be treated quite rudely when you check in. My daughter is a rewards member and received an email on Cyber Monday with special rates offered. We were considering staying a night in Perry after the Christmas Market and decided to take advantage of the Friends and Family rate she was offered. My daughter reserved a room - and we double checked online - no other documentation was required per the offer she was sent. (We checked since we usually use AAA and need to bring our card.) We didn't question further as several businesses we frequent do offer "family and friends" sales to their rewards customers once a year. It made sense that BW was doing the same. Upon check in the lady at the front desk was very insistent and rude that we had to have other documentation showing we were invited by or employed by Best Western, we needed a number. I explained it was a special rate offered to rewards members on Cyber Monday, my daughter was in the car if she needed her ID etc. since she had reserved (I had run in to check just to see if room ready yet and if not we'd return later). This employee was downright hateful and rude, called someone - who apparently told her to give us the rate/room - which she didn't like and made that clear - snapped at me saying "guessed you managed to get a good rate" like I was a thief. Totally ruined the entire stay there. Very upsetting to me. My daughter even logged in and double checked - the offer she had used did NOT require to be employed/guest of BW and did not indicate other documentation needed. So apparently BW made this Cyber Monday friends and family offer to rewards members without telling their hotels? And if they accidentally offered to rewards members, or if their internet staff forgot to add the other requirement on it - still would not excuse the attitude I received. My daughter could have easily come in and shown her the offer and the hotel could have seen for themselves - but no, better to treat me disagreeably. On top of this, the HVAC unit did not work correctly in room to keep temperature. Obviously we didn't complain since we were already treated like stealing a room. There was mold in the bathroom. And the bed was like a literal hard plywood board. Hardest bed ever. I think the floor would have been softer (but wasn't going to trust cleanliness of floor). We also had requested a room away from the elevators in a quieter area.....and was placed directly by the stairwell.....which of course people were coming and going there also. We were also placed on second floor where everyone was coming/going AND lots of stomping in floor above us. We knew it'd be a covid breakfast BUT fail to see why tea bags weren't provided - not everyone drinks coffee. Overall, I would never stay here again.
This was our second day of traveling 650 miles, and we needed to rest. The hotel is conveniently located and affordable. We slept very good; the room was clean and comfortable., and everything was in working order
The exterior, lobby, etc of this hotel is nice. The room looked fine, but it was unclean. There was hair on the sheet/pillow of one bed, a toenail/fingernail clipping on the floor between the beds, and the luggage stand/stool had dirty foot prints on it. NOT ok, especially during the times of Corona :(
Our family stayed here while attending a horse show in Unadilla and we enjoyed our stay. Our room on the second floor was clean and the staff was very Covid sensitive and were carefully following guidelines. The hotel was full, but the floors were quiet and we had no complaints. We would certainly return when visiting here again.
For three visits, the folks here at the Best Western in Perry Georgia, have been VERY nice... not just accommodating, but genuinely nice... very friendly and helpful... they even gave us a room upgrade, to a suite, this time. Now don't ask for an upgrade and be disappointed if you don't get it... I did NOT ask for the upgrade, they woman at the desk GAVE it to us... she said "Let's make your stay more special"... maybe she had a way of seeing that we'd been there before??? So thoughtful... and same thing at checkout... VERY friendly. We will always stop here if our timing works when passing thru.
Room and service were both excellent. The dark clerk Bambi is definitely an asset for your business. Warm, friendly and very well versed on the area. She was very informative and helpful and explained your promotions.
I had a king bed room and the rooms were very clean and kept up. Unfortunately, the bed was really hard - hard enough that my back bothered me the whole time. I looked at another room but that bed was the same. My mom had a queen room and the beds were much better. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was grab and go because of the virus. It was good. The staff were nice. The hotel is right next to I-75 so you can hear the highway. Try the following restaurants in Perry GA; you will thank me. The Oil Lamp The Swansons
The Perry BW hallways were hot, refrigerators were not in working conditions and we had to switch rooms to get a room with cool AC system. The complimentary breakfast was less than adequate. The room price was over $100 so for the condition of the hotel, we were very disappointed. The hotel decor was pleasant but the musky smell was bad since they did not have adequate AC flowing through the common areas. The cleaning crew walked in my daughter's room (an older gentleman) without even knocking I guess because he saw me leaving the room beside hers which is no excuse.
Spent the night in a king room at this remodeled older motel. The newer landscaping provided a pleasant approach to the motel. We were pleased the entire motel is smoke free and has a no pet policy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were very nice. Although we did not swim, there was a very nice indoor pool. Due to the COVID virus situation, the lobby was empty and no breakfast was served except for a cup of coffee served by the desk clerk. A “grab and go” breakfast with a prepackaged muffin or pastry, or yogurt, or fresh fruit to get us on the road would have been appreciated.
I have reviewed this property before, but I must review again because of the outstanding job they did. Unfortunately, we had to travel during the pandemic. The local businesses were just reopening as well as the hotel. The staff went above and beyond in wipping everything down, not once a day as a previous place we stayed, but every time tings were touched or used the were wiped. Great attention to sanitized room. Great attention to providing breakfast. Again, we stayed at another location on the first leg of our travel, and it was scary. You made us feel comfortable. Thanks.
During this COVID-19 period , staying here was more than adequate. The only downfall was no hot breakfast and the food selection was limited. The staff was excellent and made sure we were pleased with the room.
A nice clean hotel, comfortable beds & hot showers although bathroom fan is quite noisy. Breakfast was the best of the 4 BW's we stayed in. The breakfast room employee was welcoming, courteous & made sure the food, beverages & utensils were restocked & the whole area was kept clean. The evening & morning desk clerk made us welcome & treated us like valued BW guests. Both check in & check out was quick & efficient. Thank you.
Comfortable beds. Clean room. Wifi. Breakfast. Overall a very nice property. Our stay was nice. Motel is located just off the highway. Convenient highway access is a plus how ever you can hear the road noise.
Clean, Comfortable and a Great Staff! Checked in way early, was not a problem..Hotel representative was more than happy to oblige..The experience here is the way it should be..No complaints! Worth every penny spent! I'd absolutely return!
I love the peaceful stay as always, they made sure we felt welcome during each stay. They were always pleasant when we first arrive all the way to our departure. I can't think of another time that we got such wonderful service!!
The hotel was very clean. Amenities were excellent. Breakfast was real food. Eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. A good quality experience. Clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. Staff was helpful and courteous.
We took this trip to Perry to go to the Fair, we are from Villa Rica Ga, so I decided to get a room instead of driving back home, I choose the best Western Bradbury, it was a very clean hotel and it smelled amazing. The wait staff was very helpful, and our breakfast the next morning was hot and had several items to choose from. We are going to plan to come back next year with the family and will stay here. Kathy Blumenfeld
This is the most unsafe I have ever felt in a Perry hotel. Rough men loitering outside and in the hallways drinking. Told the front desk I felt unsafe coming in (as a single woman) and they shrugged it off and said they live here. Receptionist was then rude and said I should be glad they do not drink in the lobby. I will NEVER stay here again!!! If the room had not already been paid for I would not have stayed the night!
The service here was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, the deck clerk recommeded a wonderful place for dinner and gave gooddirections for getting there. Will certainly go back the next time we are in Ga.
The ease of access & room was neat and clean. The only complaint is the heavy smell of stale smoke in the room. It is like it was a old building that has been remodeled and they didn't realize that odors can absorb into the popcorn ceilings. The front desk readily offered to move but we had already brought our things up and were beat after a day of working/driving. I didn't want to be charged that is why I notified them since there were signs everywhere no smoking.
While traveling to Nashville, we stayed in 2 BWs. One in Perry GA which was very good, One in Nashville near the Opry which was not good due to the ridiculously low toilets. We would be sitting in water when we used it. We had to continually go down to the lobby to use the public toilet down there. The manager said it was to conserve water. We had to flush the toilet 3-4 times. So much for the conservation. Also no newspapers ? Manager said "I haven't seen a paper here in 8 years " Food was good especially the eggs ( very light and tasty.)
This was a very nice motel- the breakfast was very good- the motel was very clean which is the most important thing to us. The parking was safe- close to restaurants- Comfortable beds. We were on a motorcycle trip.
Older Indian GENTLEMEN stared at me while asking questions with no response.. tried to look into my room when he knocked on my door at 1102 for check-out ..terrified my 9 year old daughter. I will be sure to tell my colleagues to bypass this establishment
Overnight stay couldn't have asked for anything more. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good advice from front desk as to good place to eat (which was wonderful). Highly recommend for short or long stays.
This was the second time we have stayed in this hotel and both stays we had the same issues. The cleaning staff are very loud and yell at each other constantly while cleaning and you can hear all this in your room. There seems to be some sort of towel shortage around there. Anytime you leave your room they come in and take your towels even if they are hanging up so you have to make sure you have the "do not disturb" sign out. They only give you a few towels, no matter how many guests your room will sleep and if you ask for more they act like you are asking for gold or something! The hot tub works but you have to ask them to turn it on at the front desk and when you ask them to turn it on it never gets hot. When you ask about the hot tub issues they just give you excuses and argue but never solve the problem. This is the way they handle all the complaints for this hotel!!! Definitely will not be back!!!
The staff are wonderful!! Best customer service I have ever had!!! They all went above and beyond to make sure we had a great evening. Their rooms were very clean, pool was great, and breakfast was delicious!!
Clean, convenient & safe feeling hotel. The staff takes the time to ensure there isn't anything they can help with and all seem to enjoy what they are doing. Breakfast was hot, constantly refilled and a staff member is readily available if you have questions.
As the title says, this is a decent place to stay if you are nose blind. Location is great; close to the fairgrounds. We ended up trying multiple rooms before giving up and just going to sleep as it was apparent they would not be able to provide a room that didn't have a funk smell. Rooms have obviously been smoked in, rooms smelling musty. All around and underwhelming experience. Would not recommend staying here unless they find new leadership that cares about the property.
Best Western in Perry $110 for a king Checkin was fine, clerk fast and friendly. Pros: Service was friendly. Beds were great, and linens were nice and clean. WIFI was quick. Breakfast was gravy, sausage, eggs, and breads. Was all pretty good. Cons: nothing. Everything worked. couple days later, received a coupon for $20 next stay at any Best Western. For a low-budget stay this was an outstanding property. We will be back on later trips.
We arrived late at night because of our long travel. When arriving it was awkward to find the buzzer to get someone to give you a card to take across the room to get into the front desk. I had booked my reservation by phone, and even though I had told the person that I was booking all three rooms, the reservation was put into my daughter's name. She was suppose to be the first one to the motel, but I was paying for all three rooms. I had to cancel her room, and when I did I called directly to the hotel in Perry where they couldn't find my reservation. I then thought that since I had told the other person doing the reservation that it might be under her name. Sure enough it was. I was told it would be changed but when we got there at approximately 12:00 a.m., it was still under her name.
We were visiting family during a very busy time - high school graduation. Despite the fact that most of the hotels in the area were busy, Best Western still managed to be top of their game. The room was very neat. The floors and bathroom were extremely clean - even the floor and tub grouts were clean. Breakfast was the usual, but reasonably good. Attendants were helpful and friendly. We were very happy that it was located so close to the graduation venue. We were surprised the price was so reasonable, being that it was graduation. We'd be happy to stay their again and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, yet reasonably priced hotel.
Rating relevant to type of hotel. Great for overnight stop along the interstate. Very clean and a pleasant, accommodating staff. Access was easy in and out. Only drawback, limited dinning options in immediate vicinity, one exit up better choices.
Hotel was nice. However "noise" from nearby interstate was a problem for my spouse, but didn't bother me. We had a "handicapped" room, but found the lack of a "soapdish" within shower was "ODD". We had to reach outside curtain to access soap bar left in sink area. Not a big deal, but wondered why they didn't have a "soapdish" in shower.
the staff was wonderful, breakfast was hot and very good, everyone was friendly, room was very comfortable and nice, awesome hot tub, the front desk called me by name each day...We felt like we were at home.
Excellent customer service, hotel is new and very clean all amenities were great. Great choices at breakfast and internet was great. Buffy at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel !!
This hotel was pretty clean. The front desk woman when we checked in on 2/9/19 in the evening wasn't very friendly. However Sherri running the breakfast was fabulous. Very positive and upbeat. Going out of her way to be helpful. I would stay at the hotel again.
We stayed 2 nights. The best bits were cleanliness, friendliness of staff, convenience to freeway (I-75), and color scheme in room. Not so good was on freeway side of motel (avoid!! as interstate is noisy most of the night), good but limited breakfast, and 1 elevator for 3 floors (avoid if busy). Windows don't open and only 2 thin blankets supplied. Safe is in downstairs office. We got suite and it made room seem quite large. Would stay again if in area, but not unless we get side away from freeway.
It was an average hotel. The indoor pool, which was a main selling point with it being January, wasn't great. The was no ventilation, so the chlorine was overwhelming It would burn your eyes so badly you'd have to leave. Our room wasn't always fully cleaned everyday and some of the staff wasn't very friendly.
Best Western was able to comfort us by laying our heads to rest on on a pillowy cloud When the clouds were low. A child would say, ‘how did they get the cloud on the bed'? And as a grandma I'd explain what I meant (comparing to as many hotels I've stayed at). For a wonderful nights rest, which is very important for a well being, Thank you Best Western.
Travelling between Indiana/Florida we look for something close to I75, clean, modern and quiet. This property fits the bill very nicely. Just off I75, it is modern and well kept. The check in was easy/pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. We thought the breakfast was above average. All in all a place we will certainly use again.
The room was fairly clean, although needed some maintenance. The sink had a very large crack in it. The breakfast was good, but the hours short for the weekend. Close to the highway which made this a desirable location.
Always easy to check in friendly staff rooms are well maintained clean bacon for breakfast is a plus biscuits for sausage gravy are to hard experienced this at all best westerns. I booked the room from 800 number your app wasn't working for me I arrived and checked in I am handicapped with severe breathing issues they set me up with a 1st floor close room to the entrance. Tv worked along with the internetroom had heat another great stay
We stayed here while attending the High School Rodeo Event. Nice place, but a bit overpriced. Staff very friendly and breakfast bar good. There was some road noise from Interstate, but didn't bother us. I would stay here again
The check-in was flawless, the front desk attendant was pleasant was was able to answer my questions. The hot tub and breakfast were right on time. The location RIGHT OF I-75 was great. If you are looking for a Good experience definitely stop by and get a room and a good breakfast.
We were driving from south Florida to Nashville, TN and needed to stop for the evening. We chose the Best Western because it looked like a nice, clean hotel. The price was reasonable and the staff professional and pleasant. The lobby was nicely decorated and our room was beautiful.
We stayed for a short overnight when we were passing through. The check in process was quick and Buffy was pleasant. The hotel was clean and has a newer makeover. The major downside is that it was noisy. The walls were thin and we had a baby next door. At night there were some women yelling in the parking lot. The breakfast was ok.
If I could rate it a 0 I would. I used this hotel for my wedding guest and wedding party and it ended up biting me in the but!! The hotel manager Clemmie at this hotel is HORRIBLE!!!!! On my wedding night, she charged me for two rooms and refused to refund my money. I got the room for 2 nights, the first night for my son and the second night for my traveling bartenders. I called earlier in the day to get the sheets changed, after housekeeping had cleaned the room, since my bartenders would be staying in the room and no one changed the linens. So when the bartenders got to the room after the wedding they went to front desk. Instead of switching their room, they charged them for another room which I had to reimburse them. I went up to the hotel room on my wedding night, after getting a call from the bartender, to try and clear it up but the manager was very inconsiderate and did nothing!!!! She said she would investigate and call me the following day. She called me the next morning and told me they didn't have a record of my calling and her staff doesn't lie to her. I guess she thought I was lying and she told me to send a screen shot of when I called. I sent it to her and she still stuck with her story about me not calling and charged me for two rooms on the second night!!! Then on top of that she told me I know no one stayed in one of the rooms so I'm just going to charge you a discounted rate of 59.99 for one of the rooms!!! IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
We stayed here for the 3rd time and had another great experience! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (even the sofa bed was comfortable) and the breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from. The pool was a bonus! We had 5 in our mini suite and (3 adults/2 kids) and still had room to move around. Definitely recommend this place to stay while in Perry!
I have to say the staff was very nice. The interior is not like the picture here on trip advisor. It has been updated to a more modern look of which I liked. The breakfast was Ok, there were a lot of different choices but I don't eat meat and do not like to fill up on sugar breakfast foods or eat tons of bread--thats what was mainly available. The eggs were not good at all so I had a yogurt and a coffee. The room was a nice size for 3 adults and 2 children to stay in, our view was not that great for we were put in the room with a window that had the arch of the exterior in front of it. The room was "clean" but it is always a turn off when you find someones else hair in the tub. The beds were not bad, the fridge, microwave, and air conditioner worked great for us. With having younger kids they ran around the room and jumped off the bed a couple of times instead of it being quit the floor surprisingly was not "cushioned" to muffle sound which was odd compared to other hotels. We were on the 3rd floor. The kids enjoyed the pool, it is a nice indoor pool. We brought our own towels but once in the pool area I noticed the Inn and Suites supplied some. The hotel is convenient to the instigate, fair ground, DQ, and downtown Perry of which everyone should visit small town southern charm, and not far from Kroger and Walmart.
There are many other hotels in Perry and I will chose one on our next visit. The air conditioner was noisy. Pillows are important to me for a good night's sleep. There were four but all are the same size and texture. They need to buy some from the Hampton Inn.
A very attractive exterior. Was upgraded to a fabulous spacious suite by a very friendly receptionist. Despite assurances of multiple employees that the pool and hot tub would be warm (I am an aquatic and love to swim in pools and relax in hot tubs) the temperatures were horribly cold all day and night. Thermometer measured a frigid 58 degrees in pool (rather than nicer 78) and hot tub was disappointing 78 degrees rather than warmer 102). You can't swim in a hot tub. I asked them to check what the problem was and they just kept saying "We turned it up" for a day with zero change. Yuck!
While I didn't expect anything spectacular, it wasn't the cleanest. Seems like they had just run a quick clean on it right before we checked in. Room was hot and muggy when we entered with a bit of a smell and took a bit to cool down. Shower head was low (I'm about six feet and had to bend to wash my hair).
The employees were very helpful and friendly, the entire hotel was very clean and our room was spacious, quiet and well organized. At a certain time the doors were locked and you can only get back in if you had a pass key (security). The breakfast served in the morning was good and plenty. I would highly recommend staying here.
I'm glad we chose this hotel. It was very clean, newly renovated, and bug free, which is important to me! When you walk in, the place just smells clean. We stayed in a 2 queen bed and 1 sofa bed room. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. The pool is nice, although a bit chilly, and the hot tub is very hot, but the jets weren't working while we were there. The breakfast is decent, although the bacon was very thin. All in all, it was a wonderful experience for our family. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I have mostly fair comments. Checked in a little early. The room was clean. At night, the window let in entirely too much light, even with both shades pulled. The room amenities were barely adequate. It did have free wifi and I guess part of the price included the breakfast, which was not bad/ Actually, the bacon and eggs were very good. The pool was another matter - even though we saw bubbles at the side, meaning the pump was running, we also saw a lot of very nauseating looking trash in the corners of the pool, which did not look like the filters were working. We declined to used the pool, even though that was one of the reasons for staying there. Also, they should have had an outside deck with chairs so we could catch a few rays. The pool was inside, with no deck whatsoever. I believe their advertising "American Owned" was a joke. We will not be staying there again.
Attended Bredbury Hall for a hen party at the weekend and had a fab time! The only issue was the late check-in (rooms weren't ready until 3:40pm.) We did the buff butler cocktail package, followed by a two course meal then spent the night in the club. The cocktail class was fab with some hilarious games and both the evening meal and breakfast was delicious! Would definitely go back! Also has a nightclub which is excellent it's well away from the rooms so you can't hear any noise what so ever, you actually walk threw this tunnel from inside the hotel and at the end of the tunnel you walk in to the night club; it's amazing. X we stayed their 21st september 17 also stayed few times before it's excellent place to stay.
My husband and I stayed 1 night on our return trip from Florida. My husband has some mobility issues when walking and we booked a King room, I requested something close to the elevator if possible. When we arrived, the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite by the elevator, that was such a great surprise and so helpful. The staff was gracious and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, it was a full hot smorgasbord. Best Western you have a superb team in Perry, Ga. We will certainly stay here on our next trip.
Smoke filtered room all night, light outside window kept room in virtual daylight even with blackout shade pulled down, breakfast smells filtered into room starting at 3am, told staff about these items at checkout and were met with indifference...never again!
We had a very good experience at the Best Western Bradbury. Simple Hotel, simple and clean, easy access, staff was extra nice and helpful. We were not there long enough to check out the hotel other than our room. The breakfast area was a little bit small or maybe it was extra busy, kids were every where!
Very good hotel, excellent location for horse folks. Need a hotel that was in Perry, Ga. near RV Park for horse stables. This hotel is very nice, parking is limited for bigger vehicles with horse trailers.
Great hotel, quiet area. Room was good and clean. Solid internet connection. Good selection of breakfast items, and the breakfast staff kept it well stocked. Nice to have an elevator since we were on the 4th floor.
Great place to stay. Staff is great and helpful. Will stay again. I was there for work at the fair grounds the hotel is almost right across the street, what great location. Everything was fresh and well kept.
Hotel is very clean, room was clean. All the staff members were wonderful and always very professional. The Manager was very helpful making sure I had a room when my work schedule changed several times.
Our room and the entire hotel was neat and clean. The staff worked long hours but always had a smile on their faces. Our bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. The breakfast was as good as any we have had that come with your hotel room.
We stay at this hotel at least once a year. The past year it was redecorated. It looks wonderful! The Breakfast area was clean. The choices for food were many and constantly refilled. The hotel was sold out but there was no noise at night..The beds were very comfortable.
I have stayed there several times over the years and been happy. However, this year's visit with ever better. The rooms have all been updated and the decor and furnishings are outstanding. The bed and pillows were perfect. I recommend staying here when you go to Perry, GA. It is near the GA State Fairgrounds and convenient to I-75.
Even though the hotel was being renovated, it didn't interfere with our stay. In fact, the new decor and upgrades look like they will be very nice. Our room was very clean and I liked having a separate sitting area. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and had the usual variety of choices. I didn't care for the soap. It seemed cheap and there was a shampoo without conditioner but who cares- most people bring their own. I would probably stay here again.
Doing renovations staff made no apologies. Tiles missing on floor, lots of dust. Room was clean and well decorated. Wifi was spotty called down twice never got fixed. Close to highway and rooms on that side hear truck traffic all night.
Motel is conveniently located near the highway. Lots of great restaurants near by. We usually stop hereon our yearly winter trip to Florida. The motel has large spacious rooms and offers hot breakfast with lots to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we always enjoy our stay. We highly recommend stopping here, you will not be disjointed
Stayed on third floor away from construction. Hotel is south of Atlanta, so rooms are not as expensive as Atlanta hotels. The mess from reconstruction was in the back of the hotel. Not much parking near the front of the hotel and near the lobby. The room was quiet, so I was able to sleep. My room had a microwave and frig. The pool was not working. But everything else did. Breakfast was okay with fresh fruit, usually apples and bananas this time of year. Coffee always on.
The hotel elevator smell like vomit for the two point five days we were there and we encountered sawdust on the third floor elevator landing which was not cleaned during our entire stay. Breakfast seating in the lobby extremely limited due to construction.
Quick weekend trip. Great service, clean room, hot fresh coffee in the lobby all day which was a great plus during a cold rainy January. Will be back in two weeks. Definitely staying at this location again.
This hotel was recently renovated and is so nicely decorated. The rooms and hallways are extremely clean and the staff is great. The breakfast has hot items and waffles plus other items to meet most people's needs.
Very clean and nice hotel, friendly front desk, We left at 4 am so did not stay for breakfast. although the room was quit from outside noise, the noise from the bath room in the next room was loud and we had some other odd noise in the room. Convenient to free way . very short walk to restaurants.
We had one night stop here on our way to FL. Our room was in upper froor, it was clean and spacious. Basic breakfast in lobby. Staff were very helpful and did they work well. I would stay here again if i'm town.
We stayed her to break up a 18 hour drive. Great location by I75. Clean, large room. Kids enjoyed the pool. Husband used fitness room. Wonderful breakfast with the works - eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. Would return
We booked this hotel because it was midpoint from Florida to our cabin in the mountains and we were not disappointed! It was clean, the beds were good, and the people at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. The breakfast was good and we will be back.
Very clean, up to date, comfortable room. Good full breakfast. Front desk attendant was very helpful and upgraded our room just to be kind. My son left his toothbrush & she was quick to offer one and made sure we had sufficient bedding. Definitely will stop here again.
This is an older hotel that has been recently updated but some rooms are still being renovated as of December 2017. We stayed at this hotel 1 night based on the good reviews, and we were not disappointed. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet, but I asked for a room facing the parking lot as the back side is closer to I-75. The wifi was good and the free morning breakfast was better than most. We would stay here again.
Good spot for our trips to Florida. However, handicap accessible room beds are very high from the floor making it impossible for person in wheelchair to get into bed. Also the mattress was very hard. I am not handicapped, I am 5'9" and I still had to jump to get into bed since is is so high.
This was your typical hotel room in your typical hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, it was clean and the pool was fine. The hot tub was very hot. Average breakfast options and staff on hand to refill. Nothing fancy but you wouldn't be staying at a Best Western if you wanted fancy, would you? :)
Ok…let's cut to the chase. This would have been a 4or 5 star rating except for this room. Whomever their lighting engineer is, he should have slept in room 102 once. The hotel installed high intensity LED exterior illumination lights pointed skyward, 6 feet away from and directly aimed into room 102's window. They installed a room-darking shade that sealed the edges and bottom, but not the top valence. The result was trying to sleep in a room with the TV turned on to the poltergeist channel with glowing white light all night flooding the room. Don't like to sleep in the dark? Ask for this room! Found out too late to change rooms after returning from diner late and already settled in for the night. I carry travel blinders for this problem, but I use them on aircraft day flights, not nights in hotel rooms. Here are the rest of the pros and cons. First, the location. It's a pro. Far enough away from the highway so you won't hear any semis jake braking. Now a con. This is a hotel style layout. Featuring 5 stories of rooms means lots of rooms, but the parking lot is removed and you can't load/unload from your car door to your room door like a conventional motel with 2 stories. As a result we had to lug our stuff 100 ft. or more to the lobby and then another 100 ft. to the room at the end of the hall. (yes it's the last one on the left.). Luckily they had a first floor room as we requested. A Pro for them. Now a Pro, this room was in top condition. All I could pick on was too low enough water pressure to drive the massaging water-pick style shower head. (I see this all the time. Hotels add the latest “Me too” gadget and invariably fail at the function end). Not a deal breaker. Just a disappointment. Got the water faucets to turn correctly. Yeah! Very nice clean, fresh smelling room. Double yeahs. Now the breakfast. Double yeahs. Once again, Best Western didn't disappoint. Three kinds of milk! Whole, 2% and fat free. Same with coffee flavors, reg, decaf, and hazelnut. Donuts, pastries, hot food scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy and biscuits. Fresh fruit including whole bananas, yogurt, five star all around. Would give it all 5 stars except the obnoxious light trespass issue. Why ruin the beautiful stars over Georgia by erasing the night sky? Would I go back again…probably…but not if given only room 102 as a choice. Now you know! See pics.
Going back to South Georgia for business and decided to leave early and stop here for the night, made reservations before we left and what a great hotel! Check in staff was very professional easy check in, we stayed on the 3rd floor, room was super clean and very nice! Bed was great, had a great night's sleep, hit the breakfast the next am, and was great, decor was very nice, and all we came in contact with was very professional and super nice! Would stay there again!!!
Made through Atlanta and decide to go a little more. We decided on Perry, Georgia. Went to trip advisor for help. This was a good choice. Clean and the front desk was helpful. And gave us a great recommendation for supper
Clean and comfortable facility. The staff is always friendly. I visit Perry pretty often to spend time with family. I always try to stay at this hotel. You can always count on quality service. Buffy and Clemmie are awesome! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
Our family stays at Best Western overnight during a 2-day Georgia National Fair trip. It's always clean, always friendly staff and a good breakfast to get our second day started. It's close to the Fair, so it makes it nice when you're tired after a long day. We've stayed there for several years and plan to continue doing so.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We will be staying here again next year for the fair which is right across the street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the fair.
Best hotel Stay ever, Very accommodating staff. Will go out of there way for you. Cleanest hotel rooms I ever run across. If you need anything at all, they will take care of you.I will drive out of my way to stay here.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful - always asking if we needed anything. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning by 6am - which was important for us for our 6:30am departures each morning to arrive at the barns on time. We will be staying at this location for years to come on our trips to Perry for the fair.
Hotel staff was great and accommodations were as well we would stay here again food was excellent and night time happy hour was as well I would recommend this hotel to others and feel good about doing so
This was a great stop over for my travels back home. It is near the fairgrounds and could also be a destination but it worked very well for my needs. I would stay again if available on my next trip to TN.
I booked a room 1-day in advance of stopping overnight in Perry area on way north. I got the last room available (King Suite-separate living room w/tv, nice desk). FYI: BW website showed 1 king suite available but I called the hotel direct to book it and was told they were completely full - I then called the 1-800# & was able to get a room - confusing! I've been happy at other BW's but never stayed at this one before. It appeared to be renovated. Pros: parking lot WELL LIT at night, walking distance to Waffle House & Cracker Barrel, easy access to I-75, lobby/dining area/room clean, room furniture contemporary - I liked the fact that the furniture in living room area was not cloth (feels cleaner), ports/plugs everywhere so no issue charging devices, small kitchen area between living & bedroom-fridge w small freezer section to freeze my ice packs, microwave and coffee pot w/coffee. Breakfast served 6-9 AM & also offered grab & go breakfast - Plentiful breakfast items (all the typical continental breakfast items plus hot scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage/waffles)-the lady tending room was always present & kept it well stocked/cleaned. CON: I was happy to see our room had central air instead of a wall unit since wall units can be noisy. However, when a/c was running, it was VERY loud-made it hard to hear tv but didn't disturb us while sleeping. On the plus side, it would drown out any noise in the hallway!
Considering all the confusion the staff did a wonderful job of taking care of everyone in good spirits. The room & breakfast were very nice. It provided a wonderful spot to get our bearings, with regard to " irma".
We stayed for one night driving home. Great rooms, friendly staff. Small indoor pool. The rooms are updated and very nice with a mini fridge and microwave. Vending machines in hallways and free breakfast in the morning. Perfect for a quick stop!
Again all staff people were helpful including the Kimball TN woman who got us booked to the Perry GA Hotel, we traveled because of IRMA going through our area. We made sure that we are part of the BW rewards plan using this e-mail address. since we have another e-mail also we weren't sure which one you had on file.
Front desk and Breakfast team Amazing Customer Service experience. Great location just off of 75, clean and professional look. great amenities! staff available 24/7. First time that I spent at best Western and overall it was a great experience thank you
We stayed in a 6 person suite and when asked for extra towels were questioned as to number of people in our room (6) and he (Mr. Mark) had already given us 3 extras. I did not know there was a limit for towels-- especially if your party was working with horses all day. Other hotels in this area are always eager to give out towels.
I have never considered a hotel other than my favourite chain; however, i used Expedia and ended at BW for the first time! I must say that I have a new favorite. I loved it and enjoyed the stay. The ONLY negative is that i asked an employee how often they changed the blankets on the pull-out sofa and they said , "Only when it appeared to need changing"! I must say it was appalling to me but the employee immediately made sure the pull-out was cleaned and had clean linen.
After a long days drive we decided to stay at this hotel for the evening. Check-in was fast & the employee was very friendly. Room was mostly clean. Area is quiet & beds were comfortable. Only downside is there are only 2 restaurants nearby. Most are the next exit. We thought the price was a little high even at a discounted rate. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful place to sleep for the night.
The A.C in our house went out at the height of the summer heat wave. I called on short notice, got a nice room at a good price. The staff here is wonderful & very accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety, more than you would eat at home. My room faced I-75 but you wouldn't know it.
I found the staff to be courteous but not friendly. Willing when asked but not extending services or information without being asked. I saw no smiles or happiness in their attitudes. Doing their work without enjoyment. I was also disappointed with the bathroom cleanliness.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There were also nearby places eat after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet! The Breakfast in the morning provided a great variety of foods that most anyone would enjoy.Fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, breads and waffles were on the breakfast buffet.
good my family enjoyed this hotel with the pool and breakfast we hope in the future when we travelwe can again book this hotel for the night or two. the staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed
My son and I stayed here on our way up to OHIO. The staff were awesome and he enjoyed the pool which was very clean. There is a cracker barrel next door that you could walk to. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was very nice and clean. I would stay here again if I decide to stop here.
Staff (front desk, food service) have a long way to go as to welcoming guests and helping them to feel comfortable at this BW. Actions speak louder than words. Caring and a smile goes along way. Smile, be kind and thoughtful of others.
Have stayed a couple times in the past 2 years, did not compare to previous stays. Housekeeping was poor quality; towels changed, floor not swept, nothing wiped down and soap placed in a plastic cup..
The hotel grounds are very well kept. When we arrived the staff was very nice and well presented. Our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was very small and crowded plus it felt like 110 degrees in there. The breakfast has a wonderful selection and kept very well stocked no matter what time you go. Overall would stay here again when traveling through.
Drove up from Florida and needed to stay overnight. Was near Perry GA so went over to the Best Western to see if they had a room and got the last one. I had stayed here about 3 or 4 years ago and happy to say that the accommodations were again excellent, front desk staff friendly and king suite room was very clean and spacious. A good hotel to stay if you are in the area for sightseeing or just passing through.
Just staying over night on road trip. Great place to stop and get some rest. Clean place and friendly staff made for a great stay. Hot breakfast was ok. Staff at breakfast was very helpful only the quality of food was not that great. It was edible just not delicious.
My husband and I really enjoyed our 4th stay at the Perry, Ga Best Western. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very nice breakfast with a large selection if items. This will be our go to hotel and time we are in Perry or passing through.
This hotel is we're you want to be if piece of mind, clenenes really matters. The Jacuzzi is to die for, I strongly recommend this hotel. The breakfast choices were great, the overall surrounding is very quiet and peaceful
From the front desk to breakfast the nest morning you re always greeted with a smile. Hotel is clean and staff is polite and extremely helpful on all your needs. Great place to stop for the night. This staff worked hard to accommodate everyone's needs
The Perry facility was very nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The cost is a great value and the continental breakfast exceeded expectations. Check in and out were both flawless and we were made to feel valued. Would recommend this Best Western to friends and family.
The major problem was the room was filthy. The bathtub had mold as did the curtain. The floors were so dirty that when we took a shower we left black puddles at the bottom of the tub from our feet. The service, breakfast and other amenities were basic and okay but I would never return unless they totally changed the maid service.
Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable room, with pool/hot tub and small fitness center. Great appearance inside and out. Nice palm trees outside. Just off the interstate in rural Perry, GA. Great choice if you are looking for a place to stay in the Warner Robins area. Very friendly staff, especially Buffy was awesome! Only negative was the quality/variety of the breakfast. It was the standard hotel breakfast, but I've had better at other Best Westerns. Highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff. Huffy and Climmie are examples of customer service and their company should use them to teach the industry. The rooms are updated and a 5 star quality. I stay here for horse events. Across the street from the fairgrounds make it easier to care for your stock.
We visit Perry several times a year in association with 4H horse shows. This location is about a 5 minute drive from the show arena at the State Fair Grounds. I expect to be back late summer for the regional event that will also be in Perry.
This is a beautiful hotel that is worth the money. I look forward to staying here when I am in the area. Keep up the good work and I will continue to stay there. The outstanding staff that they have working there makes my visit more enjoyable from the check in persons to the housekeeping all are very friendly and are always willing to help you as much as they can.
The only problem I had was that my room was across from the exit door to the stairway and people were using that door constantly, letting it slam shut, and talking loudly in the hallway by that door. It was very noisy.
The staff is friendly and respectful, the rooms are clean and newly remolded. Beds are comfy only offset is the internet is a bit slow. They got decent brea, fast too, gluten free options which is always a plus.I highly recomend you stay here.
Stopped here on way home from a cruise. Right off of interstate, but super quiet. Front desk staff very nice and helpful with all my requests. Found rooms and hotel to look newly remodeled and has such a clean feeling to it. We have never stayed at a best western before and very pleased with this. Great rate and no complaints. Very nice, clean indoor pool and jacuzzi. Beds comfortable and can't stress the clean feeling of the whole place. Family friendly and great overnight stay! Would definitely stay here again if back this way on the future.
Perry, GA is about halfway on our trip to SW FL from Nashville and we've stayed in a few of the national hotel chains at exit 135 and 136. Thia trip, we check Trip Advisor to see about some other places to visit. The Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites sounded pretty good; lots of 5 star reviews and comments. Now we know why! Convenient location just off the Interstate, great price, efficient check-in service, spacious room, comfy bed and nice breakfast. If you're ready for a change from the chains, give the Bradbury a chance to wow you. Enjoy. BRB
This hotel is comparable to other 5 star brands and would definitely give them a run for their money! The accommodations are up to date spacious and clean... The staff are very professional... The hotel is quiet and peaceful given the location of the hotel You can't beat this bargain for what you get.... Well worth the stay short or long term
If your going North, or South Pass Macon or stop short at Perry if your North bound. This is the Best of all Best Western Inns I've visited. Just off the exit, but quite. Close to Perry and the home of the World famous Fried Chicken. Only place I eat fried food! This hotel is modern, new, clean and with truely friendly assistance. We will be back!
Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning included. Reasonable priced. Room was updated nicely, blanket a little worn, I usually only use the sheet anyway so it didn't bother me. Check out was simple and quick. Both hotel clerks were very nice.
Breakfast area was neat and clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and my room was lovely, quiet, and cool. Bathroom was spacious, with convenient shower handle in case it was needed. TV was really big, with decent sound quality - mostly, I just watched the radar in preparation for a long assignment the next day. A relaxing stay after a long drive.
The room was very Clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The other areas and hallway very nice. The hotel is a great location from the freeway. And walking distance to a Cracker Barrel. It felt very safe.
- Friendly and helpful staff - Clean inside and outside - Easy on and off the highway - Quiet rooms - Restaurants within easy distance, walking and driving - Reasonable variety for breakfast - Pool was clean
I had a king suite room. Check in was easy - friendly, helpful staff. My room was very spacious and clean. It was really quiet and I had an awesome nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. There was a work space. Bathroom was spotless with a hot and powerful shower. Lots of parking, including for big rigs on the street out front. Breakfast was good with many varied items to choose from. Wi-Fi worked well. Right off the interstate behind a gas station and Cracker Barrel. I would stay again for sure.
We were on our way home from a month long vacation. Both the staff and hotel made the journey home very easy. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet enabling a good nights rest for the next day's travelling
This isn't really a 4 star hotel, but it is fine for its category ... a "nothing fancy" generic, chain hotel in a small Georgia town. The pluses: Clean, spacious rooms, refrigerator/microwave, comfortable beds, two TV's, adequate breakfast, nice staff. Only Minus: road traffic sounds really bothered our sleeping. Recommendation: try to get a room opposite the highway side or bring a "white sound" machine.
The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are exceptional, but the WiFi only work on my iPad the first night. I thought they changed the password so I checked with the front desk to find out it hadn't been changed. I just opted to access the internet on my cell phone.
I know they have a 24 hour cancellation period, but you think they would consider the circumstance! My wife became ill, and we had to go home to see the doctor, but they charged my card, any way!!! I will not make a reservation here, again!
We have stayed at this hotel three times in the last two years on our trips from SC to FL, and it is consistently a great stopover. The room and bath are always clean and well equipped, staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is pretty good. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice plusses too.
After a long day on the road it was a relief to pull in here. The beds felt almost new, no lumps or bumps. Nine large TV, very good picture. They had the usual iron, ironing board, hair dryer, travel sized toiletries, big mirror and sink counter, shower/tub combo with grab bars. I couldn't ask for more in an overnight stop while traveling.
As a Diamond Club member I receive a small bag with a water and a snack upon arrival at every Best Western I have stayed at this year. Maybe not a big deal to some but to me, a welcomed treat. The hotel staff advised that they didn't do that. When I asked the staff the next morning when checking out, they said that they do a suite upgrade instead. I asked them to check my bill because my room ($96.00) was not a suite. They told me that the night staff person didn't give me the suite upgrade and that they were sorry.
On our way to the mountains, we stopped in on Saturday evening, around 830PM. The lady at the counter was very helpful and extremely nice. She explained everything in great detail and gave us a really good rate on a king bed room, with my senior discount. The room was clean and nice, except for the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower head, which was damaged because the shower head was way too high. I am 6'4" and I could barely reach it to adjust the direction of spray. My wife could not reach it at all. Because of it being so high, the steam and/or spray from it has damaged the ceiling directly above the shower head. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay, including the breakfast the following morning.
The hotel is average. It is certainly not the worst place I have stayed but far from being the best. The rooms are not particularly clean-very dusty around the floor and baseboard. The bathroom was ok. The bed had pieces of paper on top of the comforter when we arrived. Again, just ok.
Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Rooms have some wear and tear, but not bad and made me feel right at home. LOL. Breakfast not up to my expectations but was fair. The whirlpool tub was awesome. Nice clean and quiet.
We spent one night here on our way through the South. Staff is friendly and helpful but the rest is absolutely average. It could do with some TLC here and there and the room we had had a funny (oldish) smell to it. It works for an overnighter - but thats it!
If you want clean rooms, great breakfast and a friendly staff... then you must stay here. I was here on a business trip that lasted near two weeks and it was certainly nice to come back to the hotel in the evening to a nice clean room. I felt safe and I was comfortable.... I will come again, for sure.
We show livestock at the Georgia National Fair. We are up early & to bed late . After long days we are looking for comfortable beds & quite place to rest . The room vas very comfortable. Breakfast was a plus on our way back to the barn. Close to the fair grounds also.
Newer hotel with indoor hallway entrances. Average size room. Spacious bath with minimal shampoo and bath soap only. Our AC, internet, TV, and fridge all worked well. Friendly staff allowed us to check in an hour early on weekend of fair and hurricane. They also pointed out all hotel features. Hot breakfast smelled great though we overslept. Indoor pool appeared very well kept. We'll choose to stay here again when we visit family.
Noticed a faint hint of smoke around registration desk, elevator smelled dusty even without carpet, halls smelled clean but turning AC down in room resulted in an unpleasant smell. AC wasn't loud but didn't really cool down room to the set temperature. Room was quite roomy & bathroom appeared to have been updated with nice counter and a toilet that is so forceful that it vibrates the floor. If you flush during the night, you'll wake everyone like we were awakened early Friday morning by multiple flushes; we were on the top floor. Bathroom lights almost blinding instead of the usual not bright enough. Did not like that you had to prop the bathroom door open or it shut by itself. King bed was comfortable without sagging. Room was otherwise quiet despite being full of fair goers & hurricane evacuees. Didn't see any boiled eggs or real oatmeal at breakfast. Small uninviting area. Staff was nice.
We stopped here around 2am as the midway point of our drive to Florida. The room was clean and was able to accommodate 5 adults, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. The price was a little high for being in the middle of nowhere, but it was worth it.
Our third stay at this Best Western. We are never disappointed. Clean quiet. Good breakfast. Easy on off Interstate. Good value. Comfy beds. Didn't realize that Perry has a historic district. Will visits that the next time we drive thru and stay.
Stayed here for one night on the way to Florida. Room was very nice and bathroom was extremely modern and clean. Ease of location just off route 95 but situated so that you heard no traffic noise in your room.
Spent one night. In town for a Horse Show at the Fair grounds. Hotel is very convenient to the fair grounds. Smooth check in, clean room, everything worked. Hit the indoor pool and hot tub during free time, very nice. Staff was pleasant. My wife had a problem with interstate noise. The "full breakfast was motel standard. Pans of eggs and bacon etc but well done. Over delivered everything to a pretty good standard.
this was probably the best hotel we stayed in on this trip. friendly staff inside access to rooms which always makes you feel safer, large clean room big comfy bed and good breakfast in the morning. with all that in mind its a very good hotel but then we went down to the indoor pool and it has a Jacuzzi and after two weeks on the road we were as happy as pigs in muck. very quiet safe area there is a waffle house and a cracker barrel just up the road. Perry is about 5mins drive but not sure if its a southern thing but Perry was closed when we arrived nice looking town good place for a wander.
We always make a point of stopping at this Best Western location in Perry, GA every year after our visit with the family up north. Great location conveniently located off of the interstate. We feel safe in the area. Cracker Barrel within walking distance doesn't hurt either! Hotel facilities and rooms are clean and a nice layout of hot breakfast available before we check out. Thanks!
I have stayed at this hotel twice, about 6 months apart. Both times I have found the staff to be very helpful and they always have greeted me with a smile. The campus is very clean and appears to have been updated frequently. They upgraded the fitness room since the last time I stayed here. I have found the rooms to be very clean, the AC cools the room very well, and I haven't had a problem with noise from other guests (I assume the hotel is built very well to minimize the noise). I will stay here every time I pass through Perry.
There were about 20 rooms booked for this convention in July of 2015 and we were pleased. I personally believe the management and front desk went far out of their way to make us feel at home. My parents and several of group actually needed handicap accessory rooms. With so many different needs the front desk personnel were so friendly and helped everyone understand their billing, accommodating any special needs, and the breakfast area was really clean also. The food was fresh and kept clean during the busiest of time. The rooms were vacuumed with clean linen. Also, there was plenty of room for us to congregate and catch up on which was great for all of us, especially the older folks that were with us. Even the chairs and seating area in the lobby was exceptional and roomy. I would definitely stay there again. In fact I am a little late writing this review and have planned a trip in Sept. 2016 I have already made my reservations at this very same hotel. They have the same management and actually remembered us coming.
Perry, Georgia is our half-way point between destinations in Kentucky and Florida. I chose this particular hotel at the last minute because our first choice was booked (we were not sure if we were stopping for the night). I also wanted to allow my sons (ages 9 and 7) to expel energy at the swimming pool. Although the pool served its intended purpose, the whirlpool was cold and as disappointing as our entire stay. The hotel appears decent upon entering, but everything is downhill from there. The front desk staff is not friendly, and the rest of the hotel has a feeling of being over-used. I wouldn't go as far as calling it "dirty" because our room was mostly clean. Everything just has an outdated, beat-up look. The room was large and included two queens beds, a sofa couch, and a breakfast table with stained upholstered chairs. The bathroom was clean without complaint. One of our lamps had a broken lightbulb assembly with exposed wires, which was especially scary because the light would still come on. I had not completely decided to never stay at this hotel again until breakfast, however. Breakfast is served from 6 AM - 9 AM and includes hot and cold foods. My family ventured down at 8:40 with seemingly half of the guests in the hotel. At 8:50, the breakfast area is absolutely FULL of guests obtaining food, and the worker begins to break the area down! I had been assisting my sons with their breakfast, and had to ask her to stop so that I could get food. Mind you, the bins that she was removing were not empty, it was not 9 AM, and there were numerous other people attempting to also get breakfast. My sons had to sit on the floor with their cereal on a coffee table because the eating area had no available seats. As I fixed my plate, I turned around to see that the worker had flipped the chairs on top of the tables as they became empty. This was appalling, because many people were still eating at adjoining tables and MANY people were still trying to get breakfast and a seat! The actions of this employee were nothing short of aggressive, and I can guarantee that I will never set foot in this hotel again.
Great place to stay. Close to lots of attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the room was large and cozy. The cleaning staff does an excellent job. Would definitely stay there again.
Since my family is from the area, we rarely need to get a hotel there. Also many of them are very old and out of date. Best Western seems to have been one of the few who have done updates and offer rates that are better than the nearby Holiday Inn Express. Even better, they are one of the few hotels that has an indoor pool & hot tub. That matters because middle Georgia tends to get hotter than the sun's front porch during the summers. The rooms were quiet due to good walls and pretty spacious. Also the microwaves and frig are wonderful additions. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Far from some simple continental offering, there were many options. Grits, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, cold serial with 3 kinds of milk, breakfast muffins and danishes, fruit, and juice. The staff kept the breakfast area stocked all through breakfast. Though seating was tight, the free breakfast made it worth it. The pool can stand to be cleaned or filtered a little more but it was great that it was an indoor pool. The AC units in the rooms are always great because they can be adjusted to suit your needs.
We ride very frequently between Missouri and Florida and usually in each way, we spend one nite in a hotel. The last time we stopped in Perry, GA, and, as always, we were tired and want to sleep comfortable. This time we chose Best Western and, thanks God, was a very good choice. We've decided to make this our stop from now on.
I'm not staying here again. The pool doesn't seem to work. The heat is on in the 100 degree summer and there is no heat in the winter. Twice we've tried to give them a chance and it bit us in the butt. I'm not falling for it again.
Very nice and clean hotel room. Hotel appears to have been remodeled or is fairly new. The breakfast buffet was a nice plus, included bacon, powdered eggs and biscuits. I really enjoyed the in room coffee.
The staff at this hotel are always accommodating and will go beyond the call of duty to make your day a good one. The rooms are always clean that's why I keep coming back my only problem is the different taxes we are having to pay state, city, and a additional $ 5.00 for Georgia Transportation per day is too much per day something needs to be done about this.
After searching for lodging for 2.5 hours on 75N, we came across this Best Western. It was a quick check on process thankfully, because we were exhausted at 3am! It was very clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was huge. We had a 2 queen room with a fold out couch. Rate wasn't too bad either.
I stayed single night for business at this hotel. Checkin and staff were courteous and professional. The room was very clean but had minor issues, including electrical issue with bathroom light that caused it to flicker like a strobe and noticeable wear and tear. The breakfast was ok, but I was leery of the eggs and sausage based on the looks of both. Overall good value for this level of hotel.
Stayed here while in town for an event at the Georgia Fairgrounds, and the location was ideal for that purpose. You do have to go through a kind of weird intersection to find the inn, so be prepared for that--it's visible from the major road though. Close to I-75, and there's a Cracker Barrel nearby, so it would be convenient for travelers. We stayed in a king suite very typical of any other brand. The bed was comfortable enough; the room and the hotel itself were very clean. Apparently they serve a fairly substantial breakfast, but since I'm not an early riser I missed it. Limited toiletries in the room (no conditioner!), and if you need sheets for the hide-a-bed made sure you get them from the front desk before it closes! I would stay here again...it was a good value.
So I stayed here while working in town. I went off the ratings its gotten thus far. Not really impressive, but when compared to the other mid-cost hotels I guess that's how it got its ranking. Pool is nice. Indoor. Lobby is nice and breakfast was pretty good. The hall way are bit low ceiling and carpet a bit worn. Many coats of paint show age. Room is nothing special but its a nice sized room. My old worn recliner didn't work properly. Bed and linens were nice. The room is clean and not terribly dated but a bit older. The water pressure is kinda low. Overall its nice. Not great and not near bad. Its a quiet dead end street but boarders the highway on one side. That might be loud but I was on the other side. This room falls into the second tier of prices for the area in my opinion. you have really low 4th tier, I wouldn't stay at unless I had to. Then the 3rd tier which are budget minded but decent for a night. Then the next tier which are nice but not the most expensive and then you have the 1st tier which is most expensive/nicest. This is a 2nd tier. and around 25-30% less than 1st tier. so if a 1st tier is $120 you do the math. I gave it 3 outta 5 because its average for the price. there are a few hotels in this range I also reviewed.
This Hotel is top notch! The clerk at check in was very professional, the hotel cleanliness and exterior appearance was fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Perry/Warner Robbins area for business or pleasure.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was right around from our conference and had restaraunts within close proximity. Our room had to be switched because the bed was dirty. The breakfast was horrible. The food quality was poor. Was not a good value for what you pay.
Happens to be halfway between home and a visiting destination. Handicap suite is roomy, however has a fixed shower head. Breakfast is OK, but limited selections. The sneeze bar is so low it is difficult to obtain selections.
My family and I stayed here for one night on our way to Florida, the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We stay at the Best Western in Perry several times a year when passing through the area. It is consistantly clean, and the employees are usually very helpful. Breakfast is average for a Best Western, but satisfying. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities in the area. It is also convenint to the State Fairgrounds.
I can honestly say that each time that I stay at this hotel they are always doing things to make my stay more comfortable and more enjoyable. The staff are friendly and pleasant to talk to. Keep up the good work and I will always stay here and recommend your location to my friends, family and co-workers when they are in this area.
When we travel we cannot prebook a room. We don't know how far we will get. It is nice to see that we generally can get a nice room at Best Western on a walk in basis and at a reasonable price. Why 200 characters. I said what needed to be said
Just an overnight stay on our way home from Florida. After a long day of driving we saw the Best Western and knew we didn't have to look farther. The rooms were nice and clean and they serve a warm breakfast. Everything we needed for another long day on the road.
Room was very clean when we arrived. Breakfast looked good the next morning but we couldn't stay as we're had to leave quickly due to a minor crisis. We would definitely stay at this property again. Cracker Barrel was conveniently located in the back yard if you opted NOT to take advantage of the FREE breakfast provided by Best Western.
The hotel staff was very friendly and even helped me pick the right two bedroom suite with a great price! The room was clean and the pool was great (having two energetic kids with us)! As for the breakfast, pretty typical food including a couple of hot things (eggs, bacon, and sausage gravy). Well, I am too picky so I brought my own food. My husband said the sausage gravy was bland and eggs tasted fake but the kids always like junk food. Nice place to stay however be warned ... the halls are HOT! It was set at 82 degrees so it felt stuffy and uncomfortable in the halls. And very thin walls. We could hear people talking on both sides of us and hear their TV's and I am sure they heard us! But for the price and pool, we enjoyed it!
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (as comfortable as you can get in a hotel) They had a nice display of breakfast and several food choices. We had the king suite and the room was a lot bigger than I expected. We would definitely visit this location again.
This Best Western was one of the best places I have stayed in this price range. It was ultra clean and very welcoming. The staff was excellent and helpful. I would go out of my way to stay at this particular hotel again!
We stay here every year because the breakfast is good and we have a tradition of walking (feels good after a long car ride) to the Cracker Barrel for a late supper. The hot tub felt good to soak feet in (we forgot bathing suits) and the shower head in the morning was a NICE height - plenty of room for tall heads! I appreciated the fridge in the room and the ice machine.
Motel is last on the road....past other businesses. Crackle Barrel is walking distance. Staff friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms could use an "update"...and a bit pricey. Breakfast was the usual served at best westerns!
We stopped here after a long day of driving. Very pleasant girl at desk when we checked in. Reception area was very nice and clean. Room was adequate, bathroom needed some updating but the bed was very comfortable. Had a GREAT Breakfast which was a hot breakfast with adequate variety. The room was a little pricey based on others in the area. Location was good. The only drawback was our room was along the interstate and was somewhat noisy with truck traffic. We were very tired and slept through most of it but sitting in our room road noise was very evident.
This is our third time over the years of travelling to Florida, that we have stayed in this hotel. We are always satisfied with the service, the cleanliness, the value for our money. Depending on the time we leave home, depends on whether we can make it this far, though. This is where we like to stay, if we can.
Very friendly staff, beautiful lobby and rooms. So many things going on in Perry Georgia. It was a short stay but full of fun. Thanks Best Western Staff for making my stay wonderful. Look forward to seeing you in the future.
Always a pleasure to stay at the Best Western in Perry Ga. They treat my wife and I as family. Not often you can walk into a motel and the desk clerk remembers your name from a visit about a year earlier.
Very clean, great staff, would not hesitate for a second to stay again. Nicely furnished, updated. The night gal was so awesome she was very helpful and friendly made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!
Everything was fine, except for the very strong, overpowering oder of air freshener in the room. After one hour, I developed a splitting headache and sever allergies. Had to go outside to get fresh air. After about four or five hours, the oder subsided some and by morning just a hint of it.
I was traveling with family, including twins under one year. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Access from I75 was very easy. The indoor pool made the children happy! We will definitely use this hotel again
This is one of the cleanest hotels with the most helpful staff that we have stayed at. Will definitely be staying there next year for the state fair and the rodeos. Even though it's only a few hours from home, it was nice to not have to hurry to get home. There is decent shopping in the neighboring town as well. Parking for the hotel can get a tad hectic during big events. Hotel has easy access to freeway and Georgia National Fairgrounds.
This is a good option for snowbirds that drive going south from the far north more than 21 hours. This was our second stop for sleep and it was perfect. Comfortable, clean with the basics . It offers wifi, complementary breakfast in a cozy kitchen style dining area that make you feel,at home with scramble eggs, bacon, waffles and fruit, pastries and breads. The pool and sauna are clean and enjoyable . We recommend this place. Very convenient location with easy access to,interstate 75 . A lot of restaurants near to the hotel
It was on a late night drive headed home from Orlando, that we stopped in for a room. Greeted by a nice lady at the front desk we got the room we needed and headed up to crash. Nice clean, quiet, comfy room with microwave and refridge. A hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, fruit ect was just what us hungry weary travelers needed. Good price, easy to get to location and nice staff rounded out the stay. Also, there was a nice pool that we didn't have time to use. Everything we needed! Would stay here again.
My family and I went to Perry to visit family and to go to the Georgia National Fair. The hotel was booked because of the fair, but they were very friendly and helpful. The pool was warm as well as the sauna. We were close to the fair and places to eat. The room was comfortable and clean. the hotel kept our room clean and stocked on toiletries. We will go back the next time we are in the area.
My family and I stopped here on our way to Walt Disney world. The hotel was clean and except for the fact that we couldn't refold the sofa bed, the hotel accommodations were adequate. The heated pool was not heated as advertised and the hot tub ((which could only be turned on by hotel staff at the desk) never came near to reaching "hot". So while the room itself was fine, I found the staff lacking in customer skills. No one greeted us during check in or check out. No one seemed particularly interested in assisting us for anything. Staff seemed bored and disinterested.
the staff is always on point. the hotel is clean and inviting and I like that they have a whirl pool tub in my room. I love to relax and sleep. I look forward to my visit and wish i could come more often.
Very clean hotel. Staff treat you better than family. They were helpful with questions about the area. The breakfast buffet is very good and well stocked for breakfast in the mornings. Will be coming back again.
We stay at the Best Western in Perry several times a year when passing through the area. We always feel welcome and safe here. Breakfast is average, but plentiful. We noticed that the room was not quite as clean this visit as in the past. There seemed to be an odor. Wifi worked well.
Stayed here last minute reservation. approx 9pm arrival. Front Desk was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Good nights sleep. Breakfast was the usual, eggs, bacon, waffles etc. and was good. Overall a good stay and would stay again if in the area.
I come in every year and last year was not able to get a room at the best western Bradbury needless to say I made sure this year for state I had my room. Place was clean bed was perfect for sleeping after a long day of showing horses. I plan on making reservation for next years state again in January that way in know I will be at the nicest place to stay in Perry.
We stayed the week of the NBHA Youth World Championships at the Fairgrounds. The staff was nice, the property was kept clean inside and out. Don't sleep in - or you won't get service! They will give you towels at the desk though. Pool was very nice and they let you stay in late if you were quiet! :) Guest Laundry was a nice touch and not stuck in the back of the property ... just off the lobby. Breakfast was what you expect .... nothing special .. but a quick bite ... they close right on time - so don't be late! The rooms are nice, recently updated. They are missing a few items (Tissue, DND door sign, guest directory etc)... but the room had the basics, bedding and mattress were new and comfortable .. plenty of hot water in the shower. We will be back!
