Loved the made to order omelet with the complementary breakfast - the young lady making the omelets was great! Very nice cleaning lady on our floor (2nd) too, who thanked us for coming and said to visit again. And, the young man who checked us in was great!
The employees were wonderful. The 2 men working at the desk were very kind and helpful, the bartender in the grill was awesome and the women in the breakfast buffet were so friendly and on it and the breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom amenities were lovely! Honestly this was the best hotel experience I have had in a very long time. There were also things that on a longer stay that I would've loved to use like a really nice pool and a very dialed exercise room. I wil definitely recommend this hotel to others!
Went here for a wedding so it's here for six nights and everything about this hotel is great. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is excellent including the restaurant, facilities had everything we needed with the pool an incredibly wonderful breakfast.
Excellent staff. Quiet room. I would recommend this hotel if going to Pasco. Food good. Surprising that there is an inhouse bar and grill. Bartender was friendly as was all the front of the house staff. I had occasion to leave an article in my room. The staff made an effort to contact me and arrange for it to be mailed to me. I liked this hotel.
My wife and I first stayed here when the hotel was new and have made a point of staying here again when we've driven from British Columbia to Idaho. There is a sense of team spirit among the staff which adds to the experience. There was a warm welcome from Claudia and Philip at the front desk and wonderful service from Misty in the "bistro" bar. The hot breakfast with eggs cooked to order certainly started the day off just right. I regret not getting the name of the lady who was at the station. She and the other members did a wonderful job. Our room was fresh and clean with everything we needed. High five for housekeeping. I think the one thing that really stood out was the fact that money had been spent on improving the hotel facilities over the years. The bar was an addition from when it was built so being able to get dinner and a drink at the hotel was most welcome.
Everything was perfect. beds were comfy. staff were all gracious. rooms were clean n tidy. breakfast was plenty and delicious. but the best thing was they when we reserved and asked for a ground floor with view of our work truck, we actually got THAT room. everywhere else we request the same n when we check in they mumble sorry nope. Nina at front desk was awesome. will stay again.
The staff members are always very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I especially enjoy the breakfasts - this is the only hotel with made-to-order omelets. The rest of the breakfast items are all tasty and fresh, and the bacon is especially good.
It starts with the excellent staff, the amenities, the attitude, and the attention to details. Great steak dinner available in the Bistro and other tasty things. All done with an attitude of care and pride in doing a great job from check in to check out.
A great place to stay when flying out of Pasco. Jennifer at the front desk was fantastic. She makes everyone feel special. We will definitely stay there many more times. We appreciated the airport transport and the breakfast to go. This is a first rate hotel!
If you're flying into Pasco (PSC) late, this hotel is an excellent choice. I booked my room while taking off from Seattle, and by the time I landed, I received a text with all the details. It wasn't just an automated message—there was a real person on the other end who was incredibly helpful! The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service, and the room deposit is just $50, which is promptly returned if you don't indulge in any late-night snacks. Speaking of snacks, I was starving and ended up having a surprisingly tasty microwaveable chicken sandwich at 1:00 AM, along with an old-school sweet and sour chicken frozen dinner that took me back to my childhood. The room was spotless, and I have no complaints. The next morning the breakfast staff truly went above and beyond, constantly replenishing the fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, biscuits, and more. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time and they serve until 9:30am. Plus, the hotel is dog-friendly, which is always a bonus. I only checked out because I wanted to explore other places, and they were fully booked for the next night anyway. If you've never been to the Tri-Cities, this hotel is a great place to feel comfortable and regroup, especially if you're arriving late at night. Highly recommended!
The front desk staff was very welcoming! The ladies serving breakfast were helpful and kept tables cleared quickly and ready for the next guest. The breakfast area was spacious and clean. My guest room was comfortable and quiet. I appreciated that there were large automatic main entry doors from both the south and north guest parking areas. No long hallways to get to the elevators. My stay was very comfortable.
I'm travel for work a lot. It was so nice to end the week and spend the weekend at an amazingly comfortable and wonderful staff!! Akia made sure I was enjoying myself which is going above and beyond! I'll make it a point to route my schedule to stay here again!!
The rooms are very spacious, very comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Location is great only 3 minutes to the airport. I also enjoyed the made to order omelet, variety of breakfast items. All staff from check in to housekeeping to dining were very courteus. Did I mention that the parking is free? Will definitely again.
Reception Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Quiet space.Temperature of the room was perfect for sleeping on those very hot August nights. We have stayed here before and service is always good. I will return.
Staff is an amazing crew, friendly greeting and great attitudes, the rooms were large and spacious, very clean and tidy. And the breakfast is wonderful, large selection of foods I highly recommend this hotel, been going for almost 3 years now and never will stay anywhere esle
We stayed the night for an early flight in the morning. Left our car while we were gone and stayed the night when we returned. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were comfortable and super clean. The breakfast was wonderful!!
Best service and breakfast!! Beds were comfy and hotel very clean! This will absolutely be where we will stay when passing through again! Front staff was warm and welcoming! Breakfast crew was great! I highly recommended to anyone passing through!
Alex at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when we arrived, including giving us some recommendations for dinner. The breakfast attendant was absolutely phenomenal—making omelets to order and being very attentive. We've always had good service when staying here and this time was no exception.
The customer service is exceptional, everyone is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large, well equipped and modern and always very clean. They have a shuttle to the airport any time. The breakfast has great variety and delicious. It's right next to the airport.
Having several bad experiences with Best Westerns on the East coast, we were so very happy with our stay at this property. The staff was so friendly and the omelette bar was such a nice treat! bedding was very comfortable and coffee 24/7 is always appreciated!
From check-in to check-out and everything in-between was wonderful. The room was very spacious, clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The price paid thru a 3rd party was very reasonable and included breakfast was included, which included eggs to order, potatoes, bacon, sausage, waffle makers, bread, and many other items along with O J. and cranberry juice, and fruit. This hotel was the best Best Western we've ever stayed in.
Clean hotel in good area near airport. Checkin was quick and smooth. We made use of indoor pool many times during our 2 night stay
The staff was very accommodating. I requested an early check in, they said they couldn't guarantee it with being full the previous night, but they said they would try to have it ready early for me. While I was traveling to Pasco they texted me to let me know our room was ready even earlier than I needed it. The room was nice and comfortable, the AC worked great, the bathroom was well lit. Breakfast was good and the presentation was nice. When we go back to Pasco we will be staying here again and look forward to it.
Absolutely the BEST Best Western EVER! Beautiful accommodations, great food and the best customer service you will ever find! Stay at this hotel 😊. I stay at a lot of hotels and will always choose this hotel when I am in the area! You will not be disappointed!
My colleague and I were traveling for work. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was so clean and nice. Rooms were big and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day. Staff was accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The restaurant was delicious and convienient. Overall an amazing stay and would return if ever in the area again.
I wanted so badly to love this place, but it truly was a $79 experience for $200 a night. The bed was very good and the hotel was very quiet. That's the good. Now the bad: Lo flow toilet was a no-flo my whole stay. My dainty droppings were too much for the water-saver or maladjusted thrown. Could be the latter as the toilet didn't look new. Even the pee-pee was a chore for the toilet to flush away. The maintenance man tried to tell me I wasn't holding the handle down long enough, however when he saw the high water he changed his tune. The toilet did not function well during my 48 hour stay and every time it was used, all I could do was cross my fingers. I really would not dwell on this topic except at one time in frustration I went to the lobby restroom, and the toilet there was out of commission and couldn't even be used. Water high, expectations low. The TV was all static fuzz. I felt right at home hitting the input button on the side of the TV 6 presses each time I wanted to watch TV. The on-site restaurant was so understaffed, they could not do their normal room service. There are really no restaurants remotely close to this hotel, not even fast food. I skipped the restaurant due to the long wait time and ordered uber eats. That took just as long, but it was really fun to be spiteful in the moment. Let's end on a high note. The included breakfast is superb. Made-to-order omelettes served up by a charming omelette maven. Many heated offerings in chafing dishes. Impressive. I won't gamble staying here again, but this is an outstanding property if you love breakfast and you are not someone who poos or pees.
Our room was very comfortable with a nice seating area and mini bar area with a sink, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was delicious with the option of getting an omelet made to order. And there was a very nice restaurant that served a delicious dinner.
Beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel. Excellent breakfast, nice bar/restaurant, excellent food and prices. You will not be disappointed.
I booked this trip for three nights for my husband and son for an out-of-town sports event. Typically, my husband only has a little to say about the hotels I pick. However, for this stay, he asked me to write a review. (?!) He said they discovered the TV in the room was broken after unpacking and settling. He called the front desk, and they offered to book another room. Also, the connection on the phone could have been better. He asked them if they could repair the TV while they were away for the next day. They could not, and he was surprised at the lack of interest or simply an apology. When he went to check out, he asked the front desk for a receipt and was told they could not print one because the hotel was booked through Expedia and he would have to contact them. I did not book through Expedia; I made a reservation using my business credit card. It was confusing; why can't a hotel print a receipt? He used the same card to pay and check out. Why could we not receive a receipt for the stay? This was a disappointment. He said the customer service was unremarkable and poor. I will refrain from using this hotel again. Connections from maintenance to the front desk need some help. Housekeeping was good, and the food was fine.
Don't hesitate to book this hotel. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent amenities. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Convenient parking. Good bistro/bar service and food
Our room was very clean. No bad smells, extra pillow and blanket already in the room. Breakfast bar was fabulous!
Completed a one night stay the evening of our 50th anniversary party. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful king suite. Staff was excellent. Facilities clean and very nice!
This is one of the best BEST WESTERN hotels that we have stayed in. Great location for travelers, very nice room.
Decided to stay at a hotel Last minute, was referred to best western by NWP auto sales. Service was very hospitable even with last minute late check in. First impression was extremely extravagant for a budget hotel.
Facility is clean. Stayed in a queen suite which was very spacious for my family. Breakfast was good. Had an egg/omlelet station which was really nice. Would have liked if it was a little less expensive but definitely a nice stay.
Very comfortable hotel with very clean room. Had a good night's sleep. The hotel was quiet even though pretty full. Easy access to interior from the parking areas.
The entire staff, from front desk to maids, everyone was so welcoming and very helpful. My last night, the satellite TV didn't work. Their staff tried to get it running for nearly 30 minutes. Their efforts failed. So, the manager kindly switched me to another room with two TV's, a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. I received an upgrade with no extra charge. That's what I call great customer service.
Management is not kid friendly, nor family oriented staff. Which fortunately is why I don't recommend to bring your children here to this location to celebrate with a nights stay with guest for any birthday swimming fun.
Excellent Facility. Friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Especially enjoyed tbe made to order omlettes and waffles.
The hotel was extremely well kept. The room was beautiful and everthing was so nice. Im not sure if this is a new building but I did not hear the visitors above us and that is a HUGE plus for light sleepers. I would stay at this hotel again and again.
Beautiful pool area with hot tub & sauna, nice little bar in the hotel, great hot breakfast, comfortable clean rooms, nice staff.
This is our go to place in Tri-cities. The pet friendly rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is still outstanding especially considering many others are restricting and cutting back on the traditional Best Western buffet. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
RAVE REVIEW. Our experience from check-in to check-out was superb. At every turn we were greeted by super friendly staff who were happy to be of service.. Breakfast foods were over the top in selection and variety of dishes and hot foods.
Had a Wonderful 3 days at the Pasco Best Western Premier everything was Amazing the Beds Were comfortable and the Staff was Great the property is So Beautiful and Clean
Although our stays were single nights only, we rate this facility, overall, the best place we have stayed. Truely excellent in all respects. We have never had even one negative experience.
Excellent property that met all the boxes for quality. Would have no hesitation in staying there gain.
Kind staff, beautiful rooms, fabulous restaurant, wonderful pool, and great breakfast. Highly recommend. Nice lo lobby.
Great staff, clean and comfortable, great place to stay, breakfast is top notch, fresh foods and drinks. The chef at the restaurant is top notch, have not had a bad meal in the many times I've stayed, highly recommend this hotel if you ate visiting the Tri cities.
If I could give this 6 stars I would. Beautiful big, light rooms, a modest restaurant and bar, made to order breakfast omelets, lovely aroma for toiletries. Just a lovely place. Parking with a trailer was tight, although I was told they are planning more open parking behind the building? Would definitely return.
VERY clean and run well. The staff hosted 2 busses of band students plus softball families and did beautifully at it. We love this hotel!! Breakfast is the best around and hotel is fairly new. The sofa beds are actually comfortable and supportive, which is nice for a family of 5 or 6.
We return to this Hotel every year for a tournament to stay with family and friends, each year it has been an excellent stay. Excellent choice for a hotel, met all of our needs. Rooms are large and spacious and the cleanliness is incredible. the Breakfast is amazing!
My family booked a room two weeks ahead of time with Alex who said he would send an email with the reservation information which we did not receive. Because we didn't receive the email I called the night before getting to the hotel and talked to Alex again who reassured me that the room was booked. When we arrived ALEX was the person checking us in and he said he didn't have a room for us and said the reservation was for 2025!! The hotel was completely full!! He was extremely unhelpful. We had to find other accommodations without a pool/ hot tub which was one of the reasons we were excited to be at Best Western. I don't know how we could've been more proactive prepping for the trip. What a huge let down!!! Utter fail!
The rooms were so clean. The room service was quick and on top of it. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is AMAZING! They make fresh o order omelets that my families love. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean. This hotel is amazing for the price you pay.
Overall good stay. The bed in our pet friendly room has an area underneath that is hard, if not impossible to clean. Change the design of the frame so your staff can actually clean underneath properly. Thankful my dog couldn't fit his nosy loaf under to reach all the Gummi bears and whatever else was under there. Not the staffs fault if they don't have the tools to clean under (3"-4" from ground so hard to reach), but super gross. Also, no little fenced area for pets. I must be spoiled to expect a safe off leash area when a property advertises to pet families. No big deal, but dissapointing to us that there was zero pet area.
What a stay great food good snacks awesome bar awesome people that work hard for your stay and the over all experience and attitudes. Always a way to get a room as I stay there 16 days out of each month
The room was exactly what I needed after long travel. An upper level king room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The check in was easy with friendly, helpful staff. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast but it looked (and smellled) good. I would recommend especially if you are flying into or out of Pasco Airport.
This place is a great little gem. The front desk are friendly and accommodating. The older lady that does the breakfast is amazing and super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice updated bathroom. They have a little restaurant where you can eat, staff a quick. Only complaint is the pool is freezing thank god for a hot tub.
This place is a hidden gem! I was in town, just north for work, and needed a one nighter before my early morning flight. (Tri City Airport is a 1 minute drive from this Best Western). From the minute of checking in to the free shuttle out, AMAZING! I got in late, and this still offered to cook in the grill. I passed, but I did enjoy the wonderful service in the Bar! ALSO a wonderful Bartender at that! (Try the Old Fashion with Angel, deeelish). I had a King Size bed room, which was clean and cozy. Well kept washroom, stocked and honestly felt like being home. You really appreciate staff keeping the facility's clean, especially when you travel as much as I do. Thank You! Oh yeah, save the best for last....The front desk staff at night, amazing! Got snacks, bottle waters, THEY even were able to walk out in the cold freezing weather and ice the side walks for us. LADIES, YOU GUYS WERE GOLDEN! They sure go above and beyond here. Keep it up BWP Pasco, BRAVO ZULU!
We had a 5 night stay at this hotel while in the area for the memorial for my mother-in-law in a king room. We were on the 3rd floor, room 316. The room was large, very comfortable and it had a wet bar area with a fridge, microwave, and sink. Bed was comfy, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Large shower in the bathroom, which is our preference. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the star of the show was breakfast. Included with the stay, it featured biscuits & gravy, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a waffle station, several cereals, and a cook to order omelette station. Seriously the best hotel buffet we have ever eaten. We also ate one night at the restaurant, and it was quite good. Would HIGHLY recommend.
We left this hotel super satisfied and would have planned to stay there anytime we went to the Pasco Airport. Then, I looked at my credit card and were charged two separate $50 incidental fees and a $150 smoking fee when we don't smoke. They claimed housekeeping saw a cloud of smoke in the room after we checked out and that we covered the smoke detector which we didn't.
Extremely clean hotel with a very helpful and cheery staff. I especially enjoyed the two humorous young men at the night desk. The ladies serving the BEST continental breakfast we've ever experienced were wonderful!! We lived our room with the extra pull out bed. Very accommodating for our family of 5.
We went to region to sample some excellent wines. The hotel was an amazing home base. Check in staff were engaging and helpful. The housekeeping crew were all friendly and knowledgeable. And the breakfast service was the absolute best we have ever had. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will be back!
Very clean property with friendly and customer service oriented staff. Rooms are very spacious and appear to have recently remodeled bathrooms which are great. The Valley Bistro sports some high quality food and top notch service! Thanks Ms. Misty!
From the greeting at the reception desk, to the magnificent included full breakfast (including omelets made to order), to leaving, we experienced incomparable staff friendliness, knowledgeability, and expertise. Room was beautifully appointed, clean, and accessible for someone with a handicap (low-sill large shower with grab bars).
Between the cleanliness of the whole facility (lobby/restaurant/room/pool/spa/sauna,) friendliness of the staff and convenience of the location - one of the BEST Best Western Premiers I've frequented.
Very comfortable and clean room. Free breakfast every morning, with a variety of choices. Enjoyed visiting with other family members also staying at Best Western while eating breakfast. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym, they appeared to be clean.
Truly my new go to whenever I go to Pasco from now on. Staff was friendly, rooms were well cleaned, comfortable, and K-Cups for coffee in the room. I come to Tri-Cities multiple times per yeAr and have stayed in a lot of hotels, this one has been the best.
I need to stay overnight near the Pasco airport because my flights are usually before 7:00 am. This was my first stay at this Best Western. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle took only a few minutes. The front desk person offered me a Breakfast-to-go. I will definitely stay here whenever I need to stay near the airport.
The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and professional. The room was spotless and it was one of the best experiences we've had traveling. We came to town for a clean and sober softball tournament and had recently lost our coach to cancer earlier that week. Staying at the best Western premium, while seemingly trivial, was an extremely comforting part of our trip.
Best Western Premier Pasco Inn & Suites offers good service and has an excellent locations. Just a few minutes from the Pasco Airport what was very convenient for my arrival and departure at the city.
The great customer service. The staff was professional, friendly and ver accommodating. Very nice and clean, rummy rooms. The breakfast was great! We will be staying there again for certain! Great experience!!
The room is spacious and extremely clean. Front desk people were SO friendly! They actually LIKE their jobs and it showed! And to top it off they had a grab and go breakfast for me at 4:30 AM! Best stay I have had in a long long time!
I can't say enough great things about this place. My son was in the area for an internship and we've stayed there twice and both were fabulous. The people working there are so genuinely nice and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, pillows are amazing, breakfast was great. Airline travel had been a nightmare and they were a lighthouse!
Love the free shuttle from the train or airport! Friendly staff. Comfy bed and nice shower pressure ans temp. Good breakfast (though grabbed a raw egg thinking it was hard boiled). Only issue for me was that the room was freezing when I arrived! Wish the AC was at a more reasonable 75 degrees.
Upgraded to a Jacuzzi Suite beautiful room. The restaurant food and service was outstanding. Our server was by herself with a busy evening but she did a wonderful job smiling and just made the evening great. She has been like this every time we stay there.
When relaxing in our room at night, it would have been nice to watch TV. Was fixed then didn't work again. First time we complained nothing was done. Second time it was fixed but didn't work again after TV was turned off. Restaurant closed on Saturday and Sunday for hydroplane weekend.
Very nice high class hotel. I loved it! Nice and clean and lots of nice features. Like very delicious breakfast and nice swimming pool. we really enjoyed it, and most definitely coming again. The employees were very friendly and informative.
An amazing experience! Great breakfast in the morning! Hot or cold with a huge variety! The room was clean and gorgeous and the bed was so comfy. There was no noise whatsoever except the noise from my own TV. They upgraded my room for free so I was in a mini suite that looked right out of an HGTV show! The best part though was the A/C... it kept my room at the perfect temp and it was 100° that day! When I come again in a few months I plan on staying there again! I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful experience after a very stressful day.
Breakfast to go at 3:30 AM! So thankful. This is a beautiful facility, far and away nicer than the others close to the airport. I did a stay 'n fly, and the parking lot is well lighted and feels safe.
In probably one of the dustiest places I have encountered in several years, this hotel was like an oasis. From the moment we arrived I was amazed at the rose bushes in bloom and real grass, well manicured lawns. Stepping inside the card access door to the hall, I got the feeling of security and safety, though I wasn't sure why. The property is situated near the airport and as i observed an area free of usual graffiti, trash and any telling signs of potential issues. The rooms are large, with a living, bedroom area separated by a short wall. The room was clean and crisp, complete with a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee machine. The bathroom was well lit with a glass shower and plenty of vanity space. It felt comfy and upscale without being over done or in the typical hotel Shabby chiek. Tasteful colors and patterns, with lighting in just the right places. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. Plenty of fluffy pillows, and the climate control was spot on keeping the 95+ degree days easily at bay. A large wall of windows let in plenty of natural lighting and blackout drapes made sleeping in very easy. The hotel lobby is beautifully and tastefully done with a sitting area that includes a large waterfall feature and fireplace. The included breakfast every morning rivals some eateries I have been to with highlights being made to order omelets and make your own waffels. The property is dog friendly with ample space to let your four legged traveling companion attend to business from the safety of their lead. The hotel did provide complimentary clean up bags and a treat making her feel welcome also. There is an indoor pool and hot tub for unwinding and the small bistro has a outgoing and friendly staff to help with any sudden cravings. They also have soda, water, wine by the bottle and juice in coolers for sale in the front lobby. I never heard any outside noise once in the room which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. If you choose or find yourself having to be away from home this is one option that has all the comfort and convenience on site, or if you choose, within very close proximity to grocery, food, and most anything one could want or need. If attention to detail and serenity are what you seek this would definitely be at the top of a very short list.
Comfort, kindness, courtesy! The front desk staff are absolutely amazing! (Claudia rocks!) The breakfast choices out do most other places, including made to order omelets. Choose this Best Western for the best stay ever!
We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely facility! Our room was clean and comfortable with room to pass each other around the furnishings. The breakfast was amazing with something to satisfy anyone's tastes and healthier options included as well. My husband opted for a custom made omelet and he said it was delicious! Although we didn't use the pool, spa or fitness room, we did look them over and wished we'd planned to stay longer so we could have taken advantage of them as well. Next time… Additionally, all the staff we interacted with were so hospitable and seemed happy to help in any way needed. Can I give ten stars?!
This hotel truly knows what customer service is. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the amenities were all working and the breakfast was restaurant quality, Best stay ever! Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Everytime we travel to Tri-cities for school, we stay at the Best Western Premier. The rooms are always so clean, and the people at the front desk are always so helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to stay if you're traveling through the area
Staff went above and beyond to get me in my room a little earlier than check in. I also asked for a coffee recommendation and the place I was directed to was wonderful. Just a friendly bunch of people, which you don't necessarily see anymore.
This is my favorite place to stay, hands down. When I first started traveling to the Tri-Cities area about 6 years ago, I tried multiple other hotels and would try a new one each time, trying to find one I liked the most. This one got the WIN from me. I don't even look elsewhere anymore even though there are other hotels closer to where I need to be when I'm there. This hotel is always clean, the rooms are so comfortable and spacious, it's also quiet, cost-friendly, pet friendly, and has all the ameneties I need and want ( delicious complementary breakfast with tons of options, a nice fitness room, wide hallways, pretty lobby, friendly staff who are always available, and the rooms are always so clean!!! Trust me, I'm a clean-freak so I'm picky.
The title of my review speaks volumes on my experience. Nice modern property, very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. The pool/spa and work out equipment all workered perfectly and were clean. Above average motel breakfast.
We traveled to Pasco to spend the new year with Family. This was our only trip we had ever taken, so we splurged and got the suite for $160. On arrival it was beautiful, clean, and big. When we went back to sleep at the room, it was about 12:30 a.m. or so, and there was loud banging. We couldn't tell where the noise was coming from, so we didn't call front desk. Unfortunately that went on all night, we will definitely choose a different hotel next time. The feather pillows were awful as well.
We love this Best Western and it has now become our go-to stop on drives from Montana to Oregon. Staff is exceptional, great breakfast, nice pool, and pet friendly. We look forward to staying here again soon.
This Best Western is very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very nice. The only negative I have is the parking. The parking lot isn't very big considering the size of the hotel. They accept pets 9n two of the three floors and have an elevator.
Stopped at the hotel during a winter storm. It was clean and warm. Restaurant was convenient for dinner since it was snowing so much. I've been to over 100 hotels in my life and the free breakfast here was literally the best I've ever had.
This one truly deserves 5 stars. The have a very nice property. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is one of the best out of all the places I have stayed. The rooms are large, nice, quiet and clean. Again 5 stars.
Everything topnotch - from rooms to breakfast to location. Incredibly close to the airport and within a few minutes of several dining options. Rooms were fantastic and the staff very attentive. Will stay here whenever in the area.
Been staying at this Hotel 2-3 times a year for the last 8 years. Always a great stay. Front desk Mgr Claudia is on point and ready to help. New Ownership and GM have been very helpful as well! Thank you!
The hotel is a great location for those getting in late at the airport and flying out early. But I also feel that I must say we would go back and stay longer. The staff are very friendly despite whichever hour you arrive. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The apothecary fig and tea soap collection was delectable( would order it if I could). There is 24 hr coffee station with Seattle's Best. The complementary breakfast bar is incredible. From the omelet station to the waffle station (big and small ones!),hot breakfast bar (with biscuits and gravy, eggs, fried potatoes, bacon and other breakfast flair ( including large cinnamon rolls). This hotel is top notch. Thank you!
Each time I stay at this BW, the stay improves. And, it has always been excellent. The women at the front desk had great senses of humor, and treated us like we were their best friends. I recommend this BW as the best hotel when traveling in and out of the Tri-Cities airport.
Good location exelent service, rooms were super clean and elegant and the bathroomwas big and beautiful. Kitchen girls super nice and courteous and the food was exelent. Thank you very much and we will come back again.
We stay at this Best Western frequently because it doesn't fail to meet our expectations. The staff is well trained and they keep the newly remodeled inn clean. The in-house restaurant (Bistro) has very good food in a relaxing atmosphere after a long day in the car. Breakfast is quite a high step above other motels. They even have a made-to-order egg station.
If you're looking for the best experience while in Tri-Cities, The Best Western Premier in Pasco will not disappoint. The service, the incredible breakfast and additional amenities are bar none! The entire front desk staff including the manager, Alex and General Manager, Cody made me feel so welcome immediately following my arrival. I'll definitely be staying there again soon!
Always nice to come back to a facility you are familiar with. As we are both disabled vets having difficulty walking, I called ahead and asked for a room close to the front desk. Unfortunately, that was translated as away from the desk. No other rooms available. We had also made reservation for a king bed. But apparently because we are reward members were upgraded to two queens in a suite. The room was huge.
Traveling from Pennsylvania to Oregon. This was by far the best hotel on our trip. Thanks to Alex behind the front desk, who was instrumental in correcting an error I made when booking. Thanks to a fabulous breakfast chef who made omelettes. The room was huge. It was clean, modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful, from the person cleaning the rooms to the front desk manager. For the price we paid, it was the best hotel on our 3000 mile trip. Thanks for everything.
We've been on a road trip for 10 days. This BW Premier was awesome! Clean, fantastic breakfast, caring staff, and an easy drive to ride the Columbia River trail. The made to order omelettes and breakfast selection were the best!
Great food, friendly staff, clean rooms, will definitely stay here again. The pool and sauna were nice, well kept. Didn't get to try the bistro but will next time. The little Hispanic lady making the omelettes in the morning was very nice, helpful, and makes a delicious omelette.
This was a great place to stay, with every one being super friendly from yhe front desk th e the gal making omelets, would highly recommend staying here.the rooms were super clean bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet best we have had at any hotel that was included with the room.
The room exceeded our expectations! Excellent rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways clean and smelled good. Easy to find their location off the highway. Very close to the airport
Just traveling through for one night. Very clean room, great breakfast and staff friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable as well. There was wine available for purchase in a lobby dispenser which is by the bottle, just a sidelight. We've never seen that before.
The rooms and entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breajfast was excellent! Fresh made omelets were incredible. Professional and courteous staff. Made reservations online and it was very quick and easy.
This is one of the top Best Westerns in the northwest. They do a great job. Service and attention to detail is fabulous. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.
I looked online for a one-night stop-over stay in the Tri-Cities and this hotel received great reviews and had a very competitive rate so I booked it one day in advance. Our entire stay was outstanding from check in to check out I could not have been happier with this hotel choice. Friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast included with room, good wifi, hot tub and pool were just what I needed after a long day traveling, and hotel is easy to get to. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in the Paso area.
Easy to find. Great property. Very friendly. Nice room. Comfy bed. Adequate breakfast.Close to the friends we were visiting. Also comfy for our dog. The laundry was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed it, Thanks =
From the moment I booked the room to the time that I left my experience was beyond exceptional. The customer service I received on the phone was A+. Check in by Cody and his wonderful friend Alayna was upbeat and refreshing. The room was huge. The pool was beautiful the bats were exceptionally comfortable and the shower was super hot. Breakfast was just the icing on the cake of already a great stay. Fresh made omelets in the morning biscuits and gravy danish's fresh orange juice apple juice fresh coffee. Must I continue it all was fabulous. Don't forget they also have a restaurant lounge on site as well. I highly recommend the fish and chips with their delicious coleslaw and tartar sauce. I will definitely return again. In the morning I was able to meet a wonderful delight named Alex she helped check me out quickly and let me know all the ins and outs of the local area. I give this 10 star A+ Plus for this property.
Beautiful property in an area that is quiet from traffic but easy to hope on the Interstate and get around. Appears to be a brand new property, I did not use the restaurant or attend the breakfast but was available.
Staying in the area with a team for a big project, we selected this hotel via a suggestion/recommendation. I am extremely happy that we did as the hotel team went above and beyond to accommodate not only special requests but just daily needs. The hotel was clean and updated, the staff was fantastic, the amenities were all wonderful and the hotel was conveniently located for our needs. Extremely happy and highly recommend for anyone business or leisure.
From arrival to departure, this facility is top notch. Front desk was friendly, check in effortless. Rooms nicely updated and spotless. The linens were clean, crisp and fresh. Complimentary breakfast was impressive with a large variety of options. The option for made to order omelets is a nice touch. Will definitely be staying here again when back in the tri-cities.
We were in town for a Softball tournament (Men's Rec WSL at Pasco Sport Complex). We stayed here for the weekend It was a wonderful experience! Clean, very comfortable room, great service, yummy breakfast (but don't be late!)
on a trip to Montana, we choose to stay here going to Montana and when we returned. we couldn't wait to get back. The room was spacious, clean, plenty of towels and I was over the moon with REAL COFFEE CUPS. The room was very quiet and we could actually control the thermostat (whisper quiet) staff at the front desk unbelievably helpful with directions, suggestions for dinner, etc. we had drinks and a great flatbread pizza at the on-site restaurant. omelets made to order for breakfast, breakfast menu items beyond the usual hotel buffet breakfast, fresh fruit, extra strong coffee option (Hurrah!!), we booked the same hotel on the trip back home and couldn't wait to get here. boo. restaurant closed on Sundays. oh well, can't have it all. but breakfast buffet and local Chinese restaurant more than made up for it. (second stay: repeat performance of the initial first stay , the goodness wasn't an anomaly. i'd go back again!!! i am SOLD!!
I picked this hotel for a couple day get a way with our grandsons. What a truly wonderful time the four of us had and in part was this exceptional hotel. Not only is it beautiful, but we had the 2 queen suite and it was spacious and comfortable to include a small kitchen area for coffee and micro and frig. The pool was amazing, the onsite bistro served delicious food Monday thru Friday 4 to 830, I believe. We ate their the first night and it was awesome. Every staff member we encountered was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. We will definitely be back again! Thank you and your staff!!
Quiet rooms, clean, excellent breakfast and decent exercise facilities. I stay here frequently and every room I've had has been clean, quiet and with a great bed. Made to order eggs in the morning are the best.
Have stayed at this hotel many times for work ,always have great people working, clean and now fully remodeled, close to airport, this is my go to hotel when staying in the tri-citys area,,the pool area is very nice as well
This hotel seemed brand new. Everything was nice, clean, modern. Breakfast Buffet was the best I've had included with your stay. Omelette Bar was my personal favorite. Cooked fresh to order. Fresh fruit, pineapple, melons, bananas, apples etc. Frozen Yogurt, Bacon, sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Crisp breakfast potatoes, eggs, fresh salsa. Outstanding. Employees were cheerful. We will be back!!!
We have stayed here before & came back when traveling through due to how clean the hotel is, the rooms are large accommodating, the price is fair/good, & the staff is very friendly. The location is easy to find & has easy off/on access to the Interstate. The location isminutes away from restaurants.
Staff is great Rooms are large and very clean Breakfast is awesome Terrific, wonderful, do I have 200 characters yet? Guess not...why force 200 when 100 will do Hotel was great...trip advisor review process needs some work
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I have a bad back and the beds could have been a bit softer. Great location with easy freeway access. The breakfast was one of the best; with lots of choices and a very attentive staff.
This is a very nice, newer hotel. The room was spacious, with a separate sitting area with a couch, chair and television. The breakfast was fairly typical of hotel breakfasts, but you could also get a made-to-order omelet, which was a nice surprise. The hotel looks great, inside and out.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly, efficient staff. Our room was clean and nice. So nice to have a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee pot. The breakfast was amazing! Made to order omelets, hot fresh items as well as fresh fruit and many things to choose from.
Was one of the best showers!! Lots of hot water and great pressure. Quiet room. Great amenities. Had a nice hot breakfast. Omelet station. Waffles. Biscuits and gravy. Everything was very clean. And super nice staff. Thank you
Really nice property, well maintained exterior. Check in professional and prompt with immaculate interior areas. Hotel has interior bar/grill/dinner area with great food and adult beverages available. Room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being adjacent to busy roadway and parking lot...we heard nothing all night. Hot breakfast was ample, with many choices in spacious seating area, and attendants were always present and cleaning/replenishing food items. Check out was fast and accurate. Probably the finest Best Western property I have ever stayed at and will revisit whenever I am in the area again. Only issues I had at this place were: 1) Unable to connect to their Wifi. Ran diagnostics from my laptop and was advised that the hotel "router/modem needed to be reset". Reported to management. 2) Hotel TV and remote in room with multiple channels. However, there are no instructions anywhere regarding how to operate the TV, the remote, or any channel menu/guide. Recommend they put some kind of instructions/guide in each room.
Very comfortable rooms for tired travelers to rest! Our family loved the breakfast options, and appreciated the staff. All of our interactions were professional and helpful. We especially were grateful for the convenience of having ADA accessible rooms.
The stay was great. Hot and delicious breakfast. The airport shuttle was very helpful and is available 24/7! Great customer service. Room was very clean, spacious and convenient. Stayed with 2 children under 5 and the room was very comfortable for the 4 of us.
You will not be disappointed if you stay at this hotel, everything was fantastic from fast friendly check in, hotel lobby is very clean and smells nice when you walk in, room in very spacious, very clean and comfy bed, fitness centre is small but very good selection of equipment to use, breakfast selection couldn't be any better and the ladies working at the breakfast area were vey friendly and helpful and did an amazing job at making a very good breakfast, would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone if youre in the area.
I am a hotel snob and wasn't sure what to expect from the Best Western in Pasco. Let me tell you, just by walking in to check in, my mind was made up. The entry was sleek and clearly updated. A plus for me. Cody was at the front desk and was so inviting and warm that I knew instantly I was in the right place. Even if this place had been "junk" Cody would have been the selling point. Once we got our keys and entered the room I was amazed. Clean. Modern. Spacious. I was blown away by how the hotel room was laid out. A sitting area with a separate TV from the sleeping area (we were in a king room) were amazing. I could watch my show while my husband watched his. And the desk was perfect for me to do work. Bathroom was clean and modern, water pressure a little lower than I like but I am particular. The Valley Bistro was awesome for dinner and the staff was very attentive. Overall, this hotel exceed this hotel snob's expectations and I will stay here again and again and again.. KUDOS to Cody for making my first impression carry through the entire experience !
Immaculately clean. Nice folks at the front desk, breakfast, and room service. The suite rooms are large; not a separate bedroom but plenty of space. Relaxing lobby area. Just one minute from the highway so very convenient to drive to. Five minute walk from the airport. If we make it back to Pasco I'd be confident and happy to stay there again.
I love staying at this hotel. Anytime I need to stay in the Tri-Cities area I always choose this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and shuttle to the airport if needed. Can't wait to try the restaurant on one of my trips.
This has been our second time here. Totally awsome experience. From check in every aspect is fantastic. The restaurant staff and food exceptional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff so thoughtful. The breakfast, well, if you like fresh fruits and omelet station, this is for you. Can't wait to return. Thank you for a great experience
Luxurious rooms, comfy bed, quiet, delicious breakfast, indoor pool, great price! I can't wait for another opportunity to come back to the Tri-cities so I can stay here again! The staff was friendly, competent, and accommodating! Wish I could find something similar in Eugene, Oregon!
Staff was very warm and friendly and willing to assist with any requests. Hotel was clean and very quiet. It was located in an area that was easy to access and close to other businesses that we visited.
It is apparent upon entry that this location has been recently renovated. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond Member; I only say this to explain that I am brand loyal and rarely stay anywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised with this brand and location. Trust me, it will not disappoint.
Staff was wonderful and the room was updated and beautiful. Have stayed here many times over the years and this by far was my favorite visit! very quiet and we had an early flight shuttle was easy and very efficient! Appreciate the great service.
Picked randomly as a quick way to get to early morning flight the next day. Absolutely CLEAN, not "hotel clean." We're talking down-to-the-grout-and-carpet-strip-and-bathroom-vent clean, and not just clean, but none of that "well-used" look. No dubious, multiple-shades-of-white, linens. No slightly rubbed/slightly worn furnishings or finishes. No rattling heating unit. No carpet that for sure makes you keep your socks on. No "clean" coffee cups with inexplicable thumbprints on them, or coffee kits that look good superficially but out of just that one item you needed. You get the drift. Seriously, it looks like every time something got worn or stained, they just replaced it with brand-new rather than patching/cleaning to try to eke out more use. Clearly their maintenance guys are on point. Nicest part for work was a million plugs/ports for electronic devices, no tangle of cables under the desk, and, a first for me, BRIGHT LIGHTS EVERYWHERE. Even resort locations never have bright lights (or they have, like, one bright desk lamp with everything else the usual cocktail lounge lighting.) Either I was the first guest in a brand-new hotel--which it didn't seem like--or these guys really know what they're doing. Nice desk staff, too, including the night clerk. Polite, knowledgeable, pleasant but not over-the-top chirpy. Didn't try the breakfast; just couldn't suspend my disbelief about hotel buffet breakfasts enough to try, but definitely will return and try next time. That, along with a great airport/rental car experience, are making Pasco my new hub for business in the region, where there are two or three regional airports for those long country drives in between towns.
Wish this place and their staff was in every place I went. Top notch service with kind, down to earth people. Favorite BW hands down. From check in to breakfast, staff is friendly and helpful. Being away from home is not my favorite thing to do but these guys make an enjoyable experience. From the manager to the sweet cheerful breakfast lady...great staff! Home away from home.
front desk staff were extremely helpfull when my schedules changed and arrival and departure dates needed to be modified. Breakfast was fantasitc! Excellent property with shuttle service to the airport and transportation hub
I flew into Pasco, WA, called and requested a shuttle to the hotel and was picked up within 10 minutes! My room was spotlessly clean and the space well thought out. The breakfast buffet was delightful with many options. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
I always book the room with the whirl pool jetted tub when I visit pasco for my romantic getaways. Many hotels are not claim to be accepting of all people, genders, sexual orientations, and lifestyles. This is one that I find to be truly accepting. Soundproof rooms, always spotlessly clean, a helpful staff always welcoming and friendly. I'm so glad there is a place near enough to go for romantic trips that doesn't judge its guest or treat them differently for their chosen lifestyle or orientation.
We have stayed here numerous times and return because it is an environment that wants you back. The staff goes above and beyond to be sure you have a great experience. I cannot find the name of the young man that took my reservation a couple of weeks ago, but from the check in with Breanne, dinner with Misty and Kale to check out with Claudia and airport shuttle with Gloria, EVERYONE works hard to be sure your needs are taken care of and you have the best experience at their hotel. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Got stuck at the Pasco Airport and the Best Western make a terrible situation into a pleasant overnight. Nice hotel, nice people, pretty lobby, good hot breakfast. Really very pleasant. Would recommend!
I've literally stayed at 100's of Hotels over the past 20 years. This was definitely my best Best Western experience. The property, people and service were outstanding. You pay a little more, but it's more than worth every dollar.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful, clean, fun helpful staff. Great restaurant/bar - open 4 to 9 daily. Great prices for rooms, food and drinks. Close to the Airport with Shuttle service if needed. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely will stay again when in the Tri Cities area.
We travel for work, wind energy. We were heading back to Longview washington to reload our last blade. Weather did not allow us today to make it back and I am glad. From the front desk being so accommodating to a fantastic restaurant and staff on premises, great experience. The room was big, beds comfy, just a great stay. Will be back. Thank you.
Been coming here for the past 5 years for business and the staff and accommodation's never fail. Breakfast is always the best, I don't know what they do w/ their bacon but is simply the best in the west, Staff is always ready to help and accommodate! Thank you!
The service is excellent. The rooms are very nice and everything works great. The layout is nice and the grounds are well kept. The breakfast is excellent and a nice change from a lot of other Best Westerns still doing grab n go. I did miss the restaurant this time as they are not open on the weekends. If you are there during the week though it is a great place to grab dinner.
After a long day of driving, we made it in to check in. The two ladies working the desk were some of the friendliest employees we've ever had the pleasure to speak to! They made us immediately feel welcomed. One of them offered us a soda in addition to bottled water. Breanne and Kale is what we were told were their names! We would definitely stay here again! The morning staff was also friendly, greeting us at breakfast and the lady workin the omelette station very accommodating! This location has the best staff of any place we have stayed! Great Job, Pasco Best Western!!
Convenient location next to airport, quiet, clean and a great breakfast. Manager and staff are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or doing business in the Tri Cities area. Very comfortable place to stay.
Stopped at this Pasco hotel on the way to going elsewhere. I will stay here again and spend more time here. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. They make you an omelet, have many other items and have a friendly staff providing the same. They are pet friendly including milk bones. The rooms are very nice. A recent remodel led to many nice amenities in the room. Next time I will try the pool and relax in the nice outdoor area. I will be back.
I stay here often and every time I do it's the same great experience. Rooms always very clean and well maintained. Staff is always super helpful and courteous. Breakfast is one of if not the best Best Western that I have had.
Unfortunately spoiled us for the rest of the trip, there are three star hotels and then there is BW Premier. Repeat visit, asked for similar room near desk, it was 151 was on the other side, but proved to be a better deal and more comfortable Had large sitting area, with sofa and high backed chair as well as the "bedroom". Buffet breakfast with made to order eggs, and lots of other choices. Were asked to wear gloves to self-serve. Disappointed on-site restaurant was closed for the weekend. Hotel in industrial area, so had to drive nearly two miles down 20th before found a real restaurant - El Mirador.
The room was super clean and spacious. Big TV and a comfortable bed. There was a Keurig with ceramic mugs and real glasses for water (as opposed to Styrofoam and plastic cups). The complementary breakfast was elaborate, including a chef who made omelettes to order. You could buy full-size bottles of wine downstairs near the ice and vending machines. I am a member of Best Western so I got a really great rate for a very luxurious hotel stay.
I chose this hotel for a 3 night stay based on reviews about the Gluten-free offerings - not a fad of mine - but a dietary necessity. I was particularly happy to read that the hotel offered an omelette bar using fresh cracked eggs - people with gluten issues need to be aware of wheat in cartons of liquid egg used by so many restaurants - it can be a minefield for us. The first day I was delighted with my fresh egg omelette - imagine my disappointment when on Day 2 AND Day 3 - they had run out of fresh eggs - how long does it take for a manager to nip down to the local store and do a quick restock? I would have thought - knowing that they had run out of fresh eggs on the SUnday - that they would ensure there were fresh eggs for the Monday - nope!!! They had even run out of fresh oranges, offered 2 small apples - but did have a bunch of bananas - which I don't eat. SO I basically paid within the hotel price for 3 breakfasts and only had 1 decent breakfast due to mismanagement. The only saving grace was the manager on Monday did offer to run to the supermarket for fresh eggs - but we were checking out to travel home. All in all terribly disappointing - and they lost a potential repeat customer who recommends places to others with gluten dietary issues.
This was my 1st time to Pasco and when I come again, I will definitely be staying at the Best Western again. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I stayed in a king room and the room was not only spacious but very clean. The mattress was on the firm side but comfortable.
Although the hotel didn't have a view, the actual hotel was amazing! It was very clean, the rooms were huge, the beds were comfortable! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was the best of all the Best Westerns we stayed at!
This Best Western in Pasco, WA was modern, stylish, and extremely clean. It offered everything I wanted and was staffed by very pleasant people. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The internet was plenty fast. The shower was extraordinary, so much so that I'm planning on using the brand in a home renovation project soon.
Very riendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast. Highly recommend BWP. My room is ready very early and get alerts to notify me. In a nice area with plenty easy access to the freeways, airport, restaurants and stores.
Great location newly renovated hotel . Clean comfortable has the best breakfast with gluten free options , hot and cold bar plus omelette bar prepared fresh Friendly welcoming staff who are not just sitting passing the time they truly want to make your stay positive. Pet friendly and people pick up after their dogs- thank you !
Stay was wonderful. We so enjoyed the Bistro wonderful staff. We had a bit of a tragedy and they were so helpful and understanding. The service and food was excellent. Cynthia always makes our stay special. Thank you job well done.
Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable I felt safe Had no problem parking the car I did not use the pool but looked clean and had plenty of shade from the sun The staff was polite Rooms were quite not only from each other but I never heard airplanes from the near by airport
Before we even arrive we received a text that our room was ready. We found that very useful. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the sturdy luggage trolly too. The double room was huge and offered everything we could have needed. Beds were comfortable and number of outlets were amazing.
Usually have everything planned out, but in this case we pushed an additional 60 miles. Found this in the AAA Tour Book, seemed to be the closest to the freeway. Delighted to find it also had an on-site restaurant. Room large, well lit, and very clean. Seating a bit uncomfortable but made do with office chair and bed. Will come back for return trip
I usually stay at Marriott or Hilton properties, but I am glad I chose this particular Best Western hotel to start my experience with this brand. The front desk clerk (John) was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was excellent. It is within walking distance of the Tri-Cities Airport and this will be my first choice next time I travel to the area on business. The front desk manager (Jim) runs a tight ship and I look forward to our next visit.
Would highly recommend this hotel! Great customer service, clean modern rooms, stellar buffet breakfast. One of our families favorite places to stay on the way to Silverwood Theme Park. Top notch hotel!
The breakfast bar is awesome! The ladies are the sweetest ever! The servers in the restaurant are adorable and sweet! Quick service Rooms are great Bree, is AMAZING Always super clean rooms! I love it here!
My husband and I decided to run away from home for my birthday. We had a lovely stay at a beautiful Best Western Hotel. Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful in checking us in early, and I loved chatting with her about an assortment of things. Breanne in the Bistro was also very pleasant to chat with and she offered great suggestions when we ordered our food. The Bistro was a hidden gem with excellent food!!! The hotel was fairly quiet during our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed some pool time all on our own. We have definitely found a great place to stay the next time we decide to runaway from home.
This is one of the nicest Best Western properties I have ever stayed at! Very clean, modern. The queen suite was large and very comfortable! The bathroom and shower was vey nice. The property is very clean, the owner has done a beautiful job decorating. The staff is trained well, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast seating area very comfortable. I wish there were more Best Western properties of this calliber.
We had an excellent experience. We had a two queen room that came with a full breakfast buffet. Warm and friendly staff, efficient check in/out process, great food and a very nice room with comfortable beds. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our overall experience was amazing! We stayed as a team with a bunch of teen girls for our softball tournament, The staff was very understanding and kind to our girls even though they were a big rowdy.
Always stay here on way to Oregon Coast. Room is always, clean & affordable. Best breakfast in the morning. They will make eggs for you or omelette. Make your own waffles. Biscuits & gravy, sausage or bacon. The works. Can't beat it for the price!
This is one of my most favorite hotels; I have probably stayed here over 100 nights over the past 5 years. The rooms are big, the amenities (especially the breakfast) are great, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Don't let the airport location fool you; you are just 30 minutes away or less from numerous Tri-Cities amenities. If you are doing a wine visit to West Richland/Prosser, or Walla Walla, stay here.
Awesome experience at the best western. I liked once I booked I received a text message that my room was ready. The bed was comfortable and the buffet was really good. I loved my fresh omelette they made with sausage links. I highly recommend staying here and will again. Plus after I checked out they checked on me again to make sure everything was all good. Thanks staff and management at Pasco best western premier!
We have been staying here off and on for the last month. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Love the bacon!! I recommend staying here. Weight room fits the need has essentials to keep up on the fitness.
Excellent breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff! Location was great as well. I would definitely stay here again. The place looks brand new and the rooms are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Our stay here was great. Very nice room, great breakfast and great location. Close to the airport, but probably the quietest hotel we have stayed in. Definitely recommend it. Close to the freeway and multiple restaurants.
Well the weirdest thing just happened to me at this hotel. I drove 4 1/2 hours for a work trip and checked into my hotel at the Best Western Premier Pasco Inn & Suites. The customer service was fantastic, no arguments there. They had me sign paperwork, took my credit card, confirmed my room hours before I arrived then they gave me room 332 on the third floor. it was almost 9:00 PM and all I wanted to do was get into my room decompress take a shower and get something to eat. That's definitely not what happened though. When I got up to my room the key card they gave me wasn't working I tried four times I even read the instructions in case I was doing something wrong. After trying several times I decided to call the front desk, when I called she put me on a brief hold. While I was waiting on hold I decided to try my key card a couple more times then some guy with no shirt opens the door and ask what I'm doing as I'm standing there with my suitcase and two other bags I showed him my key card sleeve and my paperwork that says I belong to the room and I apologize to him I was super embarrassed and still on hold. After they took me off hold explain to them that someone was in the room and what had happened to me. She told me that I was the only one assigned to the room and that nobody should've been in there She had me come down back to the front desk to fix the issue. She looked through her computer and said that I was the only one assigned to that room and that nobody is showing up as being in there. She wasn't sure why somebody is in the room. I told her I was hungry from my long drive and that I will be leaving to get food and come back for my room. I was extremely embarrassed that this happened to me, of all my times of ever staying in a hotel something like this is never happened to me haha I guess there's a first for everything hahaha As irritating as this mistake is I will say that the customer service was extremely amazing which made this is awkward incident a little less irritating hopefully it gets resolved and this doesn't happen to others.
Stayed here many times. This time was surprised to see they did a complete remodel and turned it into a Best Western Premier! Their breakfast is worth going for! Fresh made omelette's buy a lady that knows how to make an omelette. Biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, waffles all the works! Nice, quite and very good value for what you receive! We'll be back without question!
Most of the staff were friendly & very helpful. The hotel is very clean & well kept, inside & out. We also enjoy the complimentary hot breakfast in the morning too -- nice selection for Breakfast, for a good start to your morning. A lot better than the muffin & fruit that other hotels offer. Easy check in & check out. Would definitely recommend!
BW was on point this past stay! They had room service or restaurant seating options available, quick at the front desk to get in and settled, offered fitness/pool options and were very friendly/cheerful! Travleing can be stressful and difficult - BW took that concern away!!
My family and I loved our stay at Best Western Premier in Pasco Washington. Especially loved that the pool and hot tub were opened twenty four hours. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The kitchen servers were so friendly. Breakfast had great choices.
Excellent hotel/great service and friendly staff. Restaurant was casual but food was good. Great room and very clean. Front desk very helpful when I needed some business copies done. Loved Dionnes and Chloes sense of humor.
The service was stellar. The hotel was very clean. However, the bed and pillows were not comfortable in contrast to Marriott facilities, or even Holiday Inn. The restaurant was poor and the food was bland. For someone who is on the road 80% of the time for work, I would have expected more for a Premier facility.
This hotel is very nice and customer service was great! The check in staff and breakfast server were very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean and we did not experience any issues.
We took our family to the Tri-Cities for our son's birthday. We were very pleased with the size of the rooms. We had a party of 5, and although we had two rooms for sleeping, we were very comfortable sharing the same room for birthday cake and hanging out with some wine. The staff were incredibly nice, and the breakfast was amazing given the circumstances of the pandemic. The hotel went the extra mile to ensure guest safety, while still serving a nice breakfast.
I've stayed at this location for business as well as leisure/personal. Staff is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good & there's always a nice selection of hot breakfast food to choose from as well. It's "not' the typical continental breakfast that other hotels may have available. Rooms are clean & comfortable too --- extra pillows & blankets are nice! One of my favorite Best Westerns in the Northwest. I would definitely recommend this hotel for others.
The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Customer service is outstanding! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and updated. Rooms are super clean and quiet. Thank you!
Whenever I'm going through the Tri-Cities, I always book a room at the Pasco Best Western. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the lobby is spacious and well-decorated. Most importantly, they take COVID precautions very seriously, which I very much appreciate. The last time I was there, I also used room service. Ordering was easy, the food came quickly, and it was very tasty. All in all, a great place to stay!
Pleasant accommodations with a friendly, efficient staff. Immaculate room at reasonable expense. Delicious breakfast. Best hotel experience we've ever had. Jim, Cynthia, Sarah, Juana and the housekeeping staff were great. The early morning folks, Garrett and Yolanda, saw that we were shuttled to the airport at 4:30 a.m. sharp.
our room was enormous. it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was an extra perk to have a separate sink and desk with a good arrangement of these amenities. we would surely stay there again if we travel in the Pasco area.
I have stayed here a few times now and it is a great place to stay. I would say, even though a few more $$, it is one of the very best in the area. The service is great, the breakfast is very good and the rooms are very nice.
The staff is friendly, rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and the price is great! The breakfast is great and due to Covid 19 staff are serving and keeping the breakfast place very clean. Check in and check out was fast.
I could tell this was going to be a great stay when I arrived at the Pasco Amtrak station, called the hotel for a shuttle, and was told the shuttle was already there waiting for me--it turns out it was the General Manager. Pros: 1. Clean, modern room 2. Hot breakfast--while many hotels have chosen to just hand you a bag of yogurt and a granola bar during the pandemic, this hotel continues to serve a delicious hot breakfast that is now served by attendants rather than via a buffet. 3. Walking distance to the Pasco airport (also a shuttle if you need it) Cons: None
This hotel has a beautiful lobby, a nice restaurant, and a refrigerated food/drink section that's available 24/7. In addition, they had plexiglass screens at the counter, as well as a credit card swipe, so that the counter people didn't have to touch my driver's license or credit card. They were fast and efficient (and masked!). The room was clean and comfortable, and they automatically provided express check-out. I will definitely stay there again!
First visit since the pandemic started and staff greeted me by name as I was walking in. The desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The lobby is very clean and spacious. Our King mini suite was very comfortable as always. Disposable glasses wrapped in plastic are provided instead of glassware so no concern about cleanliness of glass ones. The Bistro menu is the room service menu since the dining room is not open now. Service was quick and there is no service charge! Tony was our waiter just like the dining room. Portions are very large and very reasonably priced. Breakfast starts at 0500 now and is a buffet served to you by staff. The shuttle to the airport is quick and easy. Overall another excellent stay.
The staff at this BW are outstanding. All of them made us feel welcome, and comfortable with the new processes for traveling in this pandemic world. They offered helpful suggestions for food options. There is small mini-market off the lobby that provides basics, including local wine.
Under the circumstances of the lock down this hotel did an absolutely excellent job to make my stay pleasant. They offered room service for dinner which I did and found it to be a great meal. The breakfast buffet has to be closed because of the rules but they offered a menu to choose what you want and delivered it to the room. Absolutely fantastic. I would very highly recommend this hotel. The room was great, clean and quiet. I can't say enough good about this hotel.
The Best Western Plus in Paso, WA is a real gem! The entire staff welcomes you, treats you like you are the most special guest there, and provides excellent service. The shuttle crew is there to take you to the airport within five to ten minutes and is also at the airport to pick you up within the same timeframe. Download the app, sign up for their rewards program, and enjoy the amenities!
Nice place to stay. Clean, friendly. Comfortable, affordable. We got a room forvone night but needed to stay another they helped us out held our room until after my husband's doc appt just in case we needed it. And we did. I was so thankful for that.
The hotel is in the process of remodeling but did not seem to interrupt the flow of hotel guests and staff. A couple of minutes from the airport which I'd great for an early morning flight. Hot breakfast included with good choices.
For business travel, this is by far my favorite hotel of any that I've stayed at this past year. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is always willing to help. If you're traveling and you want a place where can rest and not worry about having to go out find meals, this is the spot. I've stayed at this hotel 15 nights in the past 4 months and it is always excellent - rooms, service, meals, are always top notch. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but I have never been disturbed by the construction. They should be completed with the lobby and dinning area within the next 2 to 3 weeks. I must say, the renovated hotel rooms are very nice, and I thought the rooms were nice before they were renovated - I've had the opportunity to stay in both this past summer.
I've been staying at this location for 8 years now, it's always a treat. The available food for purchase is nice to have, along with the great breakfast. (Cooked to order eggs!) And the new upcoming restaurant is really exciting. I have always wondered why this is not a BW PREMIER, but it will be soon.
This is my favorite hotel to stay at in the tri-cities area. Keep in mind they are remodeling, however the rooms that have been completed are very nice!! Put them first on your list when planning a trip to the are. The staff is fantastic!
The shuttle to and from the airport is less than 10 minutes and great service. The rooms are newly remodeled and very well done. Parking is free for five days if you are flying out and cheaper than airport parking if away longer. The restaurant is very good with excellent service and the remodeled space will be done soon. Staff is very friendly and professional.
We had 9 rooms booked by family who was in town for a wedding. We had a wonderful experience in this hotel and highly recommend it. Hotel is close to airport. We were all checked in early and we were so grateful. And after wedding we sat in breakfast room and told stories and played cards. We were so pleased with our stay.
Though the interior of the hotel had some construction going on the place was still in a very well kept condition and the staff at the desk were quick, kind, and very helpful. We made this reservation only 1 hour befor arriving and had no probems whatsoever.
Clean, well appointed room, comfortable beds. Friendly & efficient staff. Good pool and spa. Excellent included breakfast. Good wifi. Hotel renovations in progress but not intrusive, all services operational. Will happily stay again.
Love the new rooms---2 TV's!! new beds, counters, sinks, shower, etc. AWESOME! We loved all the lamps and lights and all the space! IIIIIt's nice to have a little kitchenette and living room too ---couch, footrest, chairs...all the luxeries of home. Our " perfect " hotel room for sure!
Except lobby is still under renovation. Hotel doesn't accept employee rate but thats ok. I just hope things working TV maintenance have to come twice, AC not sure if theres a remote. Too tired to ask. Drain in shower had a funny smell of mild dew.
Even though this property was under an extensive renovation project, the room and staff were top notch! Great breakfast, easy parking, and beautifully updated rooms. We'll be back next time in the area.
Best Western Pasco is affordable, clean and actually luxurious. The current construction will only make it more so. The park and fly feature is free which makes flying from the Pasco Regional Airport easy and stress free.
This hotel is TOP notch for location near the airport, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast options. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Sarah was able to help me check in early. Normal check in was at 3pm and I was asking an unusual request to check in at 11:30am. At first the room was not ready she said and offered that I could leave my suitcase at the front desk. By the time i unloaded my suitcase she told me she spoke with housecleaning staff and my room would be ready. I was sooooo grateful. The breakfast has so many options from hotfood, omelettes, breads and pastry, and different cereals. At this Best Western it has the BEST variety and yummy food options. the pool and hot tub were relaxing. Thank you !!!!
One of the best BW Plus I have stayed at. it was exactly as you would want in a hotel. The staff was great, and they had local wine available for purchase at the desk, another PLUS! The room as great, and the shower was exceptional. I might have to go back.
We were in town to attend a volleyball camp at Columbia Basin College, and this BW location was perfect, right across the street. Easy to get to everything we needed during our 5 day stay. The hotel was under renovation, yet it was still in pristine clean condition. All the staff were amazingly friendly and professional. The breakfast offers lots of healthy options, including wonderful staff willing to make a custom omelette! The suite was as described online, beautiful with fresh new appointments, and there were no surprises re: the room, amenities, or cost. The pool is smaller, but with the summer heat, the temperature of the water was nice and cool, which was refreshing. The hot tub was a plus after 7 hours daily of volleyball clinics. Some minor noise from the recycle/trash pick up one morning, rather early for guests, around 6am. A couple of occurrences of daytime hammering from rooms being renovated close to ours, but nothing worth complaining about and it did not continue into the evening. Pasco itself seems to be alittle run down as far as communities go, but the locals are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again should I visit the area in the future.
This will be the gold standard to judge all other Best Westerns by. The place looked like a castle when I drove up and it only got better from there. The room was large and the bathroom was great! Not one of those little bathrooms they have in so many of the BW now. It even had a outlet for my nightlight and a counter with sink in the bathroom. The breakfast was the best of any BW I have ever been. They had real dishes and silverware, not paper plates and fresh eggs and even had omelettes to order. WOW!!! This will be my go to place when in this part of the state.
Great location. Breakfast was PERFECT!!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel anyone traveling through this area.
Took the Granddaughters to to Pasco WA to see some of the top Drum corps in the US. The hotel is in an ideal location for this event. The have a restaurant the is currently expanding and will soon have a full bar. The pool area is so hot it makes it difficult for parents to watch children under 14. in spite of the remodel the hotel remained fully functional..... Stan
Very good restaurant but will be better when the new one is completed. Very close to airport and shuttle service is fast. Staff very friendly with excellent service. Newly redone rooms on third floor are great.
The hotel is minutes from the airport. They have a 24 hour free shuttle. the from desk staff were friendly. I would stay here again. They have a free breakfast but we were unable to take advantage of it because our flight left so early.
As a frequent motel resident through-out Washington State, This Best Western hotel is definitely one worth staying at. The clean air and hospitality stands out. The room decor rates up there with the finest hotels. They will cook you an egg(s) or omelet for your breakfast worth waiting for.
I stayed for 2 nights and the staff here are amazing! They are renovating, but, don't let that stop you reinstating here. No issues with the reno, they don't start until 8 and finish by 6! The rooms are very nice, I stayed in one of the new ones and I was very comfortable. The beds are great and big showers. I'll come back.
My two night stay in mid-April 2019 far exceeded my expectations! Super friendly and always helpful front desk staff during my entire stay (the first floor was undergoing a minirenovation, so don't be intimidated upon entering by a little construction visual and work). My room was on the third floor, was a single king size bed, and was super clean and nicely appointed with a nice sized mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (the coffee maker was NOT in the bathroom...thank you!). Beautiful bathroom with plenty of towels/bathmats, and also immaculately clean. A nice desk with an above desk AC charging block, lounge chair (also clean), and a great view. What was absolutely amazing was how super comfortable the bed and pillows were...the absolute best I have ever encountered in nearly 40 years of travel throughout the U.S. and abroad! A/C in the room was easily controllable via a digital thermostat and kept the room at the temperature selected. Restaurant was very nice with the included hot breakfast, and the pick up room service menu was very good (ask for 1/4 of the normal garlic on the fettuccine alfredo!). A superb hotel that I most strongly recommend over any others in the immediate Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland competitors. Located two minutes from a major highway.
I had another quiet, relaxing stay. I stayed for 2 nights and had no problems/issues. The room was large and bright with two windows and all necessary amenities. Check in and out was speedy and the staff was very friendly!
Great customer service. Everybody was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Food in the restaurant was really good and service was excellent. The remodeling did not bother us at all. We will stay here again for sure.
Very Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, great continental breakfast with omelets made to serve, restaurant with delicious food. We always stay here when traveling this way. Always the Best!
Driving from Canada after a 2 week visit with family and on the road for a long time, my wife looked for a hotel on our route. We didn't have reservations and as usual for us, we pick a hotel that has a clean look and in somewhat direct line of our destination. The Pasco Best Western filled the bill. We were greeted with a friendly smile and lucky for us they had a room. We missed dinner (Dining room closed at 8PM) but the staff gave us directions to a restaurant and we went to dinner. Upon return we went to bed. The bed was outstanding as was everything about the room. A must stop if your in the area.....
Great service, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great food, everything was above expectations! My kids called it a home away from home! We will most definitely be coming back to this motel in the future!
I travel extensively and have stayed at many BW's and this one by far is a top of the line property in the BW family out west. Friendly staff, large rooms and a great breakfast offering are all reasons why I continue to come back to this property. Strongly recommend!
I found the rooms very clean and well appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful. I think I enjoyed the restaurant most of all - with the remodel they didn't have much traffic so it felt like I had the whole place to myself. The the food was very good and not overly expensive.
This seems to be the only BW property that consistently recognizes our status, provides a welcome snack and consistently upgrades us to a larger room, with out asking. When needed, the airport transportation / pickup is always speedy.
Very nice hotel. The reception area was being renovated, but the area was kept clean and debris=free. The staff at check-in was very friendly and engaging and loved the snack basket offered. Was able to order room service after a long all-day drive. The Bistro had an excellent choice and we ordered the chicken breast and it was very good. It was quick and the service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Will be back again next year.
Convenient to Pasco airport and great parking deal. BUT there is major remodeling going on right now, though rates don't reflect that inconvenience. I probably won't put my overnight dollars there again until the remodel is finished. Kind, considerate staff at checkin.
I was resiliently snow in at this hotel during a snow storm that closed the airport . The staff made a bad situation not bad at all. My room was nice the Food at the hotel was very good. I would definitely recommend this property.
With the recent remodel of some of the rooms and looking forward to the new Bistro it just get better. The staff is very helpful and is willing to help anyway they can to make your stay pleasant! Keep up the great work!
We were welcomed by friendly staff. As we left on adventures we were told to have a great time by them as well. We loved that the pool, sauna & fitness areas were open 24/7. Our room was clean, nicely decorated , quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast provided had many options and was delicious. We will come back and stay with BWplus when we travel. The rates were very reasonable.
Hadn't stayed here in a while due to the cost being higher than my companies allotment, however this stay was within budget and was a very quiet and comfortable stay. My room was one of the newly remodeled rooms and was very nice and spacious. Overall, Best Western is my first choice when traveling.
I have had the pleasure of staying @ the Best Western Pasco Wa. for over 14 months. In that time I have experienced a friendly, clean hotel experience. Knowledgeable staff and extraordinary value. I recommend this hotel to any traveler regardless of the purpose of your stay.
Wonderful hotel. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was SUPER. For dinner...do not leave the hotel...go to the restaurant in the hotel...FANTASTIC food...best steak salad ever! Black and blue burger...amd I have had a lot in my life was the best I have ever had.
We always stay at the Beat Western when in Pasco visiting family. Rooms are good sized, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is always polite and responsive and the breakfast included with your room is tasty and cooked to order for eggs and omelets. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Being close to the airport made this a good choice. It's a very nice motel, well built and clean, all the things you want in a motel. We stayed here a year and a half ago, and I think it's even better now. Only the beds are a bit hard.
I"ve stayed at this hotel now over the last few months close to a dozen times. It is always a wonderful experience. The hotel is lovely and kept in immaculate condition at all hours. The staff goes above and beyond in their service to guest needs and the restaurant serves fantastic food for breakfast and dinner.
Very nice and clean hotel. Good location for my trip. Great breakfast, lots of options. Fitness room was small and a bit warm. Pool and gym was open 24 hours which is nice. Close to freeway. We will stay here again
I chose this hotel because of it's location next to the airport. I stayed one night and everything was perfect. I had a super quick check-in and the staff was friendly and professional. My room was better than expected and I got to finish my day in the jacuzzi downstairs. I am particularly picky about how clean the hotel is where I stay, and I had zero problems here. Everything was perfectly clean. The next morning, I got on the shuttle to the airport which took me about two minutes and they dropped me off right at the departures entrance. Overall great stay!
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Good selection of food for breakfast. Restaurant has good selection including Gluten Free options. Fitness room has several exercise options and was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub.
Stayed here at the recommendation of a supplier. A short shuttle bus ride from Tri-Cities airport. You can see the airport from the hotel. Rooms are great size, modern, comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. I had not stayed at a Best Western Plus before. I will make sure I stay with Best Western Plus in future. Well worth staying here.... Pricing was really competitive and staff were very helpful and friendly.
From the moment I walked in to the property, I was impressed. Everything from staff to décor to amenities. Quiet location and my room had been freshly renovated, boasting updated fixtures and finishes. Breakfast was great and included eggs fixed any way you want.I will drive an extra distance to stay here.
We travel a great deal and have stays ranging from hovels to palaces. This Pasco, WA property far exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, modern updates, GREAT bed l, and excellent staff made this stay one of our top 3 stays in the psst 10 years.
This was our first time at the BW property. It has a lovely lobby and the staff was pleasant. The rooms are not anything out of the ordinary in decor, but it was clean and neat. Everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a BW. The hot foods were hot and there was a wonderful variety of breakfast items. And we had the option of a freshly made omelet. The only downside was that we used the pool and hot tub on our first night but the next day there was a sign on the front desk that the hot tub was out of order and need repair, so we were not able to use it again and definitely would have. But all in all it was a very nice stay and we will return to this property again.
I have stayed at this hotel probably 20 plus times in the last 8 years. It is always a good value and my go-to spot when working in the Tri-Cities. I really like the evening meals they now serve. Rooms are clean and quiet and the staff is always friendly.
The hotel is well designed. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable and there was no noise from anyone else staying in the hotel. The 24 hour pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center was a great amenity as so many of these features close early at a hotel. The breakfast was great including cook to order omelets. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area.
On a disrupted business trip, the BW in Pasco was a solid calming point. They were most accommodating when I was rerouted to another city but my luggage was not. They stored my luggage (delivered by the airline) and accommodated my very late check-in following a very long day of business. My departure the next morning was wonderful with expedited checkout and a very convenient shuttle to the airport.
Very nice hotel. Great value for the price. Breakfast was awesome including fresh cooked omelets. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel very close to airport, yet I never heard the planes. Would highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel was very nice staff was friendly, and the free breakfast in the morning had so many things to choose from! They even had someone there to cook you and omelet or fresh eggs! Would definitely stay there again
Perfect PASCO Place for your pleasure of pursuing the places to see in the Terrific Tri-Cities. Magnificent Mercantile & Cool Comfort to get you ready for the Columbia river. Awesome Airport Area Arrival.
This property is in a 2-way tie (w Novato Oaks Inn, Novato CA) for the nicest BW where we've ever stayed, and it has exceeded our previous award for Best BW Breakfast and Best Complimentary Breakfast, long held by the Harbour Inn BW in Edmonds WA. Our room is very elegant and comfortable with wallpaper in soft yellow stripes and art that celebrates the region's vineyards. The rooms are spacious an everything feels new or well maintained with no wear evident. Everything is clearn. Breakfast had all the usuals but exceeded expectations with wonderful custom-made omeletes by Jacqueline. See pictures. The cinnamon rolls and cut fruit were also exceptional and the sausage gravy way above average. Pasco Inn offers 24 hour coffee in a couple of different brews, one of which was dark enough for us. Speaking of 24 hours, the pool and fitness room (both of which are spacious and clean) are available 7x24. After a leisurely start following our first night, we decided to stay. Maria worked very hard on our behalf to find another room that was just as nice, albeit on the first floor. As others have said, this Inn is a great value and you know someone at the top has established a culture of excellence and customer focus.
If you have to spend the night in Pasco, Washington, this Best Western has it all. Pool, fitness center, close to amenities of town and an excellent breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Two thumbs up!!!
The other reviewers are not wrong - this is one of the nicest mid-priced hotels we have stayed at. Staff was welcoming, with cookies, snacks and bottles of water. The King Suite was roomy and well laid out with comfortable furniture and bed, refrigerator and microwave. Nice bathroom and shower. Two TVs with a great selection of stations, including ten HBO channels. We actually watched a movie! We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was tasty and reasonably priced. Wait staff was friendly and provided good service. It was nice to not have to leave the hotel to eat after a long day on the road. As other reviewers noted, breakfast was excellent, with an unusual variety and quality. Coffee was lukewarm, but the staff prepared a fresh, hot cup for me. The only negative is that our room was next to an exterior door at the end of the hall (room 101). While it was nice having windows on two sides, we could hear the door opening and closing from about 4:45 until 6:00 a.m. (on a Saturday). Overall, though, our stay was wonderful, and very reasonably priced.
We looked for a cheap hotel to stop in overnight while traveling through the area and found a gem at this one. Beautiful room, friendly staff and they allow your dogs to stay with you!! Seattle's Best coffee is always available either hot in the lobby or in packets in your room. Cookies are out at night and a great breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs, omelets, waffles, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, fruit and pastries. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through.
We stayed in a King Room and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was not-only clean and well-equipped, but has commercial-grade equipment, which is VERY nice! We enjoyed the pool - though a little small for exercise, it's nice on a warm day. Having 24hr access to both the pool AND hot-tub was great. As-for breakfast? Mmm... I *do* love-me some biscuits and gravy, and they had wonderful biscuits and gravy. There was also bacon, sausage, eggs, bagels, cereals, a waffle station, pancakes, juices and more. It was an absolutely GREAT added-value to an already affordable hotel. My wife found the mattress a little firm for her liking - but I found it great. Everyone's taste is different there, but I thought I'd mention it was firm/supportive rather than a pillow-soft cloud like some prefer. Overall: great stay and we'd stay again!
Confortable beds, friendly staff, delicious breakfast however they need to update more channels in the tv. They allowed pets witch is important to me. High quality towels the pool and spa were great and clea. Overall I enjoyed staying here ??
Everything about my stay was excellent except for rates. I thought the rates were a bit high. But, excellent service and everything else was the same. I would, and will, stay at a Best Western on my next business trip, including all future business trips.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is the best of any place I've stayed over my years of traveling. Fitness center is very nice and all the equipment worked and functioned well. I highly recommend staying here.
Had a quick one night stay before early morning flights. It was wonderful with the Service and true understanding of a quick in and out necessity. Food close but gas Station even closer but a little out of the way so fill gas at night and then return rental in morning.
Clean room, bed and pillows very comfortable. Excellent quality hot breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Loved the amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very impressed with the service.
Arrived late at Pasco airport after car rentals were closed. Took the best western shuttle to stay over until the morning. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, lots of pillows and good TV. Breakfast was terrific. They even had a person preparing made to order omelets. Very nice best western that exceeded expectations. Shuttle back to the airport in the morning was quick and easy.
Conveniently located close to the airport, businesses and restaurants. Entire facility clean and updated. Rooms quiet and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Work out room is handy and clean with nice equipment. Staff friendly and great breakfast!
We stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. The gym was clean and offered a couple of machines for cardio. The pool and spa area was really fantastic and relaxing. The breakfast was over the top! Delicious fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes along with all the traditional breakfast items you could want. Our room was clean and comfortable. We felt welcome and safe here and will return again!
With the spacious rooms and great facilities it is a home away from home. Breakfast has enough variety for several days without repeating. Location is central to the whole area. Convenient parking and 24 hr pool access.
Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and we were greeted warmly with big smiles. Clean and well appointed reception and the room was very clean and spacious. We ordered food from the restaurant and were very pleased with the food and the reasonable price. Excellent breakfast. We will be back and tell our snowbird friends.
We were looking for a hotel based on daily driving distance and picked this one for its location. One of the best choices we have made. Facility is new, clean, well laid out and easy access to highways. Desk staff were friendly and the lobby quiet and relaxed. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable. Unlike many hotels of this style they have an on site Bistro restaurant which is was great after a long drive as you don't have to go out eat. Standard fare but nicely prepared. it was a busy weekend with athletic events and teams staying there but our room was very quiet. The breakfast is very, very good. Freshly cooked eggs or omelettes plus all the rest of the routine offerings. This one is now on our list.
Everything about this hotel is excellent. Breakfast, location, rooms, service. Best breakfast ever at a Best Western. Rooms are suites. Location near the airport. Dog friendly. Guests are treated as royalty from start to finish.
I had a nice stay. Rooms were nice, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was nice and they make it easy to grab something to eat and go . Housekeeping was great and the front desk staff were very helpful.
The hotel is very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's also a pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was great. They will make a fresh omlet for you. Dinner at the on site restaurant was also really good and very reasonably priced.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The décor is nice. They have a pool and a great breakfast. I also like the milk and cookies that they serve at nice at the desk. Nice touch. The price was reasonable and you could park your car at the hotel and were shuttled to the nearby airport.
Good rates and great rooms. After a long stressful drive the BW was a welcome site to see. Pleasant staff and comfortable rooms were what we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the pool hot tub or gym but we did walk through and they were all clean and inviting. The only downside was the restaurant area is open to the lobby and the doors opening and closing allowed cold air in which made the restaurant very chilly. I would suggest some sort of partition or wall to block the draft.
We had a gr8 stay... very clean beds comfy... the best Breakfast Bar every... with a cook there to make fresh egg dish you wanted.. my husband had an ham, egg and cheese omelette which really enjoyed ..
Wow is all i can say. from the first phone call to Candy, we were impressed. there are other choices in the area, including a red lion that simply does not rate as well. there is a reason this property is considered the BEST OF THE BEST in it's area. we were greeted with smiles, happiness and politeness. our room was far ABOVE average. great linens, lots of extras, very high quality in everything , right down to the furniture. GREAT shower head, GREAT coffee, GREAT experience with regards to the room, PERIOD! the small restaurant had an exceptional wine selection, great food and very professional staff, who did't use the work NO at all. not once, regardless of what we requested. the complimentary breakfast was the BEST one we have had , BAR NONE, from any property in over a year. it even included made to order omelets. considering the time of year, (winter) we were impressed with the freshness of the fruit and vegis. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE VISITING THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. even though the property is only about 12 years old, they are very carefully undergoing a complete remodel and we would have never known it. the only clue was what the staff told us. their contractors were never seen, nor heard. what a truly professional operation. thank you for having us and we look forward to our next visit.
It was a good service I received. The breakfast was very good with big dining area. The food was fresh and organized. One thing I had a hard time was finding milk. The employees were well organized and picked up issues right away. It was a good setting for my business trip.
Good location next to the freeway. Modern facility with great morning breakfast. They also gave us a nice upgrade for free on the room. Easy parking and access in a good tourist area. Perfect for the road traveller.
The room was so clean and beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I did not here anything from the adjacent rooms. Thank you Best Western Staff for you for all the amazing work you do to make this the best place to stay in Pasco WA.
Exceptional staff and comfort at this Best Western Location. Very professional, friendly and helpful team of employees. Definitely recommend this location in the Tri-cities area for convenient and comfortable stay. Very business traveler friendly.
We have been a member of Best Western for a long time and we will rate BW Hotel in Pasco as one of the very top hotels. We hd an excellent dinner in their restaurant and service was beyond expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Great hotel, one of the prettiest out there. The were plenty of things to do in the area. I felt very comfortable during the entire stay and look forward to another stay soon. The lobby and breakfast area was nicely done. Breakfast was great this is one of the few Best Westerns that offer up a freshly cooked and prepared omelet.
Pleasantly surprised, very nice hotel. Had a restaurant available from 5pm-9pm which looked to have a nice menu. Plenty of parking and close to other amenities. Room was clean and modern. Very quiet. Will definitely stay there my next trip.
This hotel was the nicest hotel I've stayed in for the value. Very new and nice. Room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best included breakfast I've ever experienced. They had everything you could want. If I ever have to go back to the Tri Cities, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
I highly recommend this Best Western especially if you have an early morning flight. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We stayed just one night prior to our flight. It was great getting up at 4:00, checked out of the hotel, drove to the airport and arrived at our gate an hour before our 5:40 AM flight. Can't get more convenient than that!
Clean, welcoming and all the basics, plus more! Our room was ample and well appointed, everything was extremely clean - there was all the amenities, frig, microwave, etc. The gym was clean and had good basic equipment. The breakfast was wonderful with a broad array of healthy and delicious food options. I was very impressed with this hotel for the price and location.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. But the A/C did Not work. The room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We would stay there again. But we would make sure the A/C worked prior to unpacking.
The most upscale best western I"ve stayed at. They even had a restaurant inside so we didn't have to go out for dinner. Lots of convenience foods as well. Best breakfast ever served at a BW Highly recommend.
This is a wonderful hotel for business and or a family to spend the night. Very clean. Friendly staff and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Best Western to all. Keep up the great work
We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. It is a beautifily maintained property. The staff has always been friendly, helpfully and professional. We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms that we have stayed in have been very clean and comfortable.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and the quality and service has been consistently exceptional every time. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and it is in a great location to explore the area.
Was at a conference at the Red Lion and they were booked. This Best Western was walking distance and nicer and newer. Good continental breakfast and nice rooms. Service was excellent and there was a restaurant available. Easy to find and get in and out of.
A beautiful hotel, great room, and lovely breakfast. What a wonderful surprise compared to some other accommodations we stayed in during our 10 day trip. We would recommend this hotel to any friend traveling in Washington. We'll be back.
We booked this place as we were attending a 50 year class reunion. We had four couples stay at this location and we were able to visit during breakfast and other times in the common areas and it was very nice.
The staff was very friendly when checking in. The room was very clean and spacious. I really appreciated the USB ports in the alarm clock that made charging my phone easy. The breakfast was great. A very complete breakfast that offered everything. They even had someone making omelettes to order. They even have a restaurant from 5:00-8:00 pm that served wonderful food. I had the dinner special which was steak and it was cooked just the way I asked for it. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and the service was great. We will definitely stay here again.
I recently arranged to have a conference room at the with the Best Western Plus in Pasco. The arrangements were quick and easily made, the staff was highly responsive to our needs and requests and the experience was very positive. I also stayed at the facility overnight. The beds are firm, the pillows are soft and I got a great night sleep!
We had a wonderful, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing...a variety of options and fresh tasty food. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and sincere, not a phony nice. I actually think they really cared about oir happiness.
We spent a night in Pasco WA and this BW was one of the best in the chain. Very clean, modern hotel w/ a full breakfast. Great service and excellent service all around by all staff. Highly recommend a stay here either business or pleasure.
very nice place to stay when travel for business, friendly service from all the front desk employees, housekeeping staff and kitchen/breakfast staff, very clean, nice area and just down the road from the airport
We loved this hotel.....wonderful rooms, quiet, clean, the water park was a real bonus and the staff was awesome. The best experience possible - just lovely. On site laundry facilities were so welcome and timely. Great food, rooms and good price
What a nice place !! Pool, staff and the breakfast was amazing !!! Absolutly will be staying there again !! Bring your own blanket as they are not stellar but the other amenities totally make up for it !!!
Stayed here twice now and have no complaints. The rooms are more than spacious, and the one I had this time had 2 Queen beds. Overall a really good Hotel, and I shall be staying here in future when I am in the area.
The staff was very friendly from the check end, breakfast, and check out. They wanted you feel welcome and enjoy your visit. Room was very clean and well maintain. I needed a ADA room and it was set up very nice, just what I needed. The bed was on the hard side, not has comfortable as other BW we have stayed at.
Excellent experience. Great place to stay. Would recommend it highly. Service was great and the location was very good. the breakfast was more than a buffer. It was more personalized. the cafe offered a nice selection of wines from the local area which was a nice touch.
Very quiet even next to the airport. Breakfast options including eggs to order was awesome. Beds are soft. Air conditioner is cold upon arrival. Decaf coffee with vending machine cookies are a great snack.
Really enjoyed the helpful staff at the hotel who were pleasant and nice. They listened to my needs and helped me out on some extra tasks to make my stay easier... Thanks for the 4am shuttle to the airport, that was very appreciated.
My son was moving to Pasco from Seattle. I drove over with them when they moved so I could take care of my 3 year old grandson while they unpacked. I took him to the pool at the hotel. It was a beautiful pool with a hot tub and shower. My grandson loved it. It was a very comfortable room and the staff was great. I had left my hydro flask in my room when I checked out. I called before I left town to see if they could retrieve it from my room. The gal who answered the phone said to call her back in 15 minutes. When I did she had my hydro flask and I was able to pick it up at the lobby. The room I was in was on the 1st floor. Very clean & comfortable. It was also quiet for a 1st floor room. I often worry about hearing the people above me or the cars outside, but the hotel must be well insulated because it was very quiet. I will be staying there again when we come and visit my son & family. Very happy with this hotel.
This is a modern hotel located in a newer area of Pasco with easy access to freeway and to the trip-cities downtown areas for shopping. The rooms were large and comfortable and well insulated with very little noise from neighboring rooms.
For one of their busiest weekends of the year, the staff was extremely friendly and cheerful. We were there for another occasion so it was nice that it didn't feel like it was boat race weekend for us.
Have been on the road a lot this summer and coming back to this Best Western was like coming home - everything was so exceptional! Especially the Diamond level welcome, the complimentary room upgrades, the fantastic breakfast choices and the wine bottles sales available at the front desk now - nice touch!
On our way home from a road trip dead tired. It was clean, air conditioner had the room great temperature, nice furnishings the halls and lobby were clean, and a great breakfast! We are struggling to say more, it was great.
We found our stay comfortable, quiet, and the King Suite was very spacious. Very clean and well appointed furniture and decor. We enjoyed the evening offerings of dinner items for purchase. Reasonable prices and very tasty. I had the homemade egg rolls (made by Tony's Mom) and my husband had fish and chips. Excellent choices. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've been to - although Butte, MT has a close second. Made to order omelets, biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, pastries, waffles etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.
This is a very Nice Motel. The staff is Helpful, Everything is clean, 24 hr Pool, Spa, And Sauna. The Motel has one of the best Breakfast served. The restaurant was a new edition. They had a small menu but the cook rocked the tri tip & Alfredo. I heard they were going to expand over the next 2 years.
Great value as a Best Western Rewards member - we got a free room upgrade too. Beds very comfortable, best sleep I've had on a hotel bed for quite some time. The breakfast was also the best I've had at a hotel in some time; so much from which to choose.
Clean and close to airport, this Best Western Plus was an ideal spot for a wedding weekend. Easy airport shuttle, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms made this special occasion visit a breeze. I can highly recommend.
The best Best Western I've stayed at... This is one of the most comfortable, clean and courteous hotels I stay at in my travels and would recommend you mark this one as a definite stay if your in the Pasco WA area!
The Best Western is halfway to airport off I-182 and is easy to find. The check-in was speedy and the room was already cooled to 70 degrees on a 93 degree day outside. The soap and shampoo and other amenities were great and later the front desk offered cookies. This is a convenient and excellent place to stay.
We have stayed at many hotels. But this location has the best breakfast of any that we have stayed. The staff is always friendly and wanting to help. We would go out of our way to stay at this location.
We were on a long distance bike trip and stayed here. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. A good choice for any traveler. I just have one big complaint. I could not get on the hotel's wifi system in neither my room nor the lobby. I went over and spoke to the manager, who did not want to believe me as he had just bought a new system that was supposed to have plenty of bandwidth. So he took my machine and verified for himself that I was correct. He then called his tech guy who sold him the system and started typing into the machine. Too late I realized that he was changing all my settings. While I did get on wifi at that hotel, I was never able to get on wifi anywhere else on my trip. I just took my computer in and was told it will take $200 to fix my broken wifi driver. Maybe a coincidence, but it sure smells like that manager broke my computer. So don't take computer problems to the manager.
All of the many great things written already remain true. Clean modern and convenient with excellent staff haven't changed. What is new is the restaurant. This really completes the perfect package for anyone flying out of the airport. The menu has a good variety. Prices are very reasonable. Our meals were excellent. The waiter was quick and helpful. The portion sizes can only be described as very large. My chicken fried steak was actually 2 large steaks. One would have been more than enough for dinner. The salad consisted of a variety of fresh garden greens with an excellent dressing. Again the portion was large. The van picked us up at the airport within 5 minutes of calling and dropped us off at our car.
Not your usual continental breakfast - they have made to order eggs & omelettes. Very new looking, bright and clean. Our single king room had a sofa and side chair and TV. The bed area had a TV also. Small kitchenette area with fridge, micro, and sink. Would be great little suite for multi-day trip. Quiet area but only a mile or two to restaurants.
This hotel exemplifies what quality and comfort should be. The food was top notch and the service was even better. Highly recommend staying here. The price was great for the quality and comfort I experienced. This is the best hotel in the Tri-Cities area and maybe all of eastern Washington.
This might be the best BWP that we've stayed in. It is a little higher in price than others but they do it right. You can dine in their cafeteria/dining room with wine and a daily special. Their breakfast is more than one appetite can handle and all elegantly prepared...even an omelet station! /the rooms are great and clean. The service is with a smile. Can't ask for more.
Near the airport, but not noisy and easy access to the freeway. Plus a Roaster's coffee stand nearby! Every staff person we met was friendly and very helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and you can feel comfortable sitting there curled up with a book if you want. The breakfast is great with made to order omelettes or eggs (over easy, etc) and a full selection of favorite breakfast foods. The food had the best flavors and was fresh. They recently added evening food service with a special each day. Limited selection but everything we tried tasted great. The pool is indoors so it can be used year round and is a good size. Nothing else to say but excellent all the way around and we will continue to stay there every time we are in Pasco.
We had our company financial meetings at this hotel. The shuttle picked us up quickly from the airport. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Facilities were very good for our meetings.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Pasco, WA. Excellent accommodations, transportation to & from hotel to airport on request, excellent free breakfast and good dinner menu. Very comfortable bed. Nice landscaping on the outside and very clean. I plan to stay there again whenever I can.
Overall it's a nice hotel. Night shift clerk could be more accommodating and helpful. I thought it was just because we checked in fairly late but the next night, same sour face. The hotel offers free breakfast...with BACON!!! Pool is nice, clean, and opened 24 hour. Wifi SUCKS though.
Always enjoyable and wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Tri-Cities. Rooms make me feel like home. Breakfast and 24hr pool access is perfect. Business center has all the needed equipment. Location is perfect close to freeway in all directions.
This property is beyond outstanding in every way. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing and you get a restful nights sleep. I have stayed here many times and can't find any hotel in the area that comes close in this type of property. This hotel is hard to beat and I give it a 10+.
Hotel lobby welcomes you in, rooms were CLEAN and spacious, bathrooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Has large inside swimming pool. Recommend if looking for hotel close to the airport. About 5 minutes away.
We usually stay two nights every month when we go see our doctor because we love staying at this hotel. It is beautiful, awesome staff, fantastic breakfast, great pool and jacuzzi plus exercise room and sauna.... A real nice computer room also. Love the suites with a couch plus two TELEVISIONS! We are treated very well and the rooms are very clean. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable... The best breakfast of any hotel we've ever stayed at..
I travel to the Pasco area for business 8 to 12 times a year. The hotel staff is always pleasant and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The addition of the restaurant to serve dinner has made it more convenient for the business traveler as you can eat and unwind starting at dinner.
The hotel was clean, staff were nice & beds are comfortable. Breakfast has EVERYTHING! It was really good! Pool and spa is open 24 hours. The in-room WiFi didn't work that great at night but in the morning t was quick.
Absolutely perfect in every way, customer service second to none, food was outstanding coupled with excellent housekeeping. Their morning brunch was more than the average, omelets to order was a treat.
This is my second time here and still the best I have been to in this area. Service was great and the room was fantastic . And this time they had changed the area from manager get together to a restaurant . And we decided to have dinner here since we have been driving all day and we were impressed with the meal and our server Britney was out standing I had the Tuscany pasta and my wife had the Alfredo I rate them a perfect 5 out of 5 ! And the chef came out to meet and greet the customer I'm impressed. And as for breakfast that to was great want to have a fresh omelet or eggs over east with your pancakes or waffles ? All fresh and not instant eggs ! Don't look any further this a great place to stay ! Enjoy
Stayed for 1 week for business, hotel is a little out of the way but everything is only about 15 minutes away. Great breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and large, contain little kitchen area which is very nice.
I never expected I was going to find a hotel so closed to the airport and for my surprise I did. The hotel is very good but the rates for 1 night stay is a little bit pricey. But it was a very nice stay!
We loved this hotel & would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was prepared just the way I requested. The overall ambiance of this hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly & helpful. The decor was beautiful & I appreciated the cleanliness of the room & common areas.
Hotel has a clean and modern look from the outside. The lobby and check in staff are great. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable with the a great bead and 2 TV's! Breakfast in the morning has a large selection - most I've seen in a buffet breakfast. The food quality was fresh and very good being replenished frequently. Only 10 minutes to the airport but heard no plane noise.
This was a great place to stay. The staff helpful. The breakfast had so many options. The rooms large and clean. It is close to the Tri-Cities airport so getting to/from is easy. They are open 24 hours and have on demand van service to/from airport.
we arrived after a hot day on our touring bicycles after 90+d weather (and 50mi). They even printed out a bike map for me. It's Near the Sacagawea bike path...more burnt n hungry (and another 16mi). Food/beer at hotel restaurant.
From the friendly staff, super breakfast, spacious rooms to the comfortable bed, this BW motel met all these criteria. Adjacent to Sun Willows Golf Course didn't hurt either. Would recommend this stay in Pasco, Washington any time.
Beauriful Italian murals on the walls. Ornate stone work. Fountain in the lobby all remind me of Italy. spacious rooms with excellent staff. A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend staying here. Felt like 5 star hotel.
Very nice room. Room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. Very comfortable lots of space, very quite. Pasco airport right next door and did not hear one jet take off or land. We had our parents with us and staff was very helpful in letting them check in early.
This was the best hotel experience one can expect. Modern clean quiet room, friendly staff and made to order eggs for breakfast. In fact this was the best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever had. Definitely a cut above other hotels. A little pricey but I don't mine it if the experience is great.
We stayed just one night at this property as we only needed an overnight before returning home. This is a fairly new property and it has a very spacious with Italianate decor. The entry is spacious, the breakfast room is spacious the halls are wide and our king room was very spacious. Then there is the bathroom. It is so tiny, the door clears the toilet by fractions. There is nothing wrong with the bathroom; there is a sink, a toilet and a tub. All functional. However, only one person is going to use this room at a time and heaven forbid you need to assist small children. Seriously, the designer could not steal a foot from the room entry to enlarge this space a bit? This is a nice property. Well located. The breakfast offering is vast and very good. There is space galore but days later, I am still laughing about the size of the bathroom in respect to the rest of the property.
The management here is always willing to accomodate. We usually travel with a big dog, and our requests for a ground-floor suite near a side-entrance has always been satisfied. We always stay here when visiting the Tri-Cities.
Nice hotel with professional staff. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area. The only thing that would have made it better was a window that opened all of the way instead of just an inch.
We stayed here over night on our way to Kentucky. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We got the much needed rest before our long flight the next morning. It is a bonus too that they let you leave your car parked there for up to a week with no charge. There was a shuttle bus that took and picked us up quickly. My son LOVED the evening cookies they had set out. They also now have a restaurant on site so we didn't have to navigate the roads to find a place to eat. We had to leave before they served breakfast but they accommodate that by having breakfast items you could grab and go. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for value, comfort and customer service.
Large clean comfortable rooms, beds are like home. Even though by the airport, I never recall hearing planes. Pool is refreshing and clean. Breakfast is worth $20 by itself! Staff is friendly and helpful. Love staying here, wish I had an excuse to come here more often.
Overall good experience, morning breakfast very good, option for omlete was appreciated, convenient breakfast allows more time for meetings, relatively quiet motel, coffee availble at all times, evening cookies are also good! Could use a plug in for electric cars
Emma was extremely professional & her enthusiasm was contagious. My wife & I needed a last minute reservation. Emma worked with us to book an excellent room. Breakfast is AWESOME! Made to order omelettes & eggs! Fresh fruit! Thank you!
Nice clean hotel. Very conveniently located; only a 5 minute walk from the airport. Nice convenient restaurant right off of the lobby that service a nice selection of food and adult beverages. Very modern and up to date with good, fast internet.
Flying out of this little Pasco airport so had to overnight. Surprised to find such a nice clean friendly place as this Best Western. Admittedly we've not stayed at a Best Western in many decades. I think this word "plus" indicates above the other Best Western motels. They just started serving dinner 3 weeks ago, which was nice as our car was at a local car dealer for maintenance and repair. If you're in Pasco, this is the place to stay. If you're looking for a quick meal that's inexpensive, and the food is okay to good, drop in here.
From the moment I make my reservation to the moment I check out, the staff at the Best Western Pasco makes my experience the absolute best!! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is always very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is the best in any hotel I have ever stayed at!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
This is one of the BEST hotel experiences we have EVER had. Years ago - we would never stay at a Best Western chain - but this one has changed our minds for now. We had our Golden Retriever with us on this trip, and we were NOT treated like second class citizens because we had a dog. The room was as good as any - and the breakfast was second to none.
Facility was clean. Rooms were spacious -- sitting area with 2nd tv., microwave, fridge and a coffee maker. Hot tub and spa were great. Employees were all very helpful and very nice. The night we stayed there, was their 2nd night of the opening of their new restaurant (there are not a lot of choices in Pasco). Food was good and it was nice to be able to eat there and go back to the room. Free shuttle service was available at anytime to airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Out on road trip, stay was unplanned and fantastic. Rooms were clean, breakfast was plenty and delicious. We slept great, beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful we were very happy with our stay
I have stayed at this property over 50 nights in the last 6 months due to business. Impeccable!!! Jim and his staff have created the most spot-on hotel experience for the money I have ever experienced. All the staff without exception are helpful, friendly and professional. I have not had one bad experience in my entire time here. It's my second home!! The breakfast is the best, the pool and gym are well maintained and the rooms are always clean and I good condition. This is the prototype for a superb business hotel.
Great place to stay. This is my "go to" hotel when working in Tri-Cities. Easy access and close to everything I need. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast and always clean rooms. I haven't tried the evening meals that they just started serving so I can't speak to that.
This was my first stay at Best Western Plus and I it was great! It was clean, great décor, bed was fabulous and the breakfast was bar none! I would suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a room whether for business or fun. I never stayed at Best Western in the past but I will be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. .
We recently stayed here while visiting our daughter. The property is beautiful and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is very good with offerings not generally available at a hotel breakfast. I look forward to staying here again.
this was a great hotel, beautiful and well equipped. We stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay rhere again. Large rooms, great breakfast and even cookies in the evening
We often stay at a Best Western hotel when we travel. While we were attending a state volleyball championship in Kennewick WA, we stayed at the BW in Pasco WA. This was probably one of the nicest we've stayed at. Every aspect of the hotel was well above what we expected. I wouldn't hesitate to encourage others to stay there if they were in the area.
My husband and I came to Pasco, WA for a conference and stayed at the Best Western Plus. We were Impressed and surprisingly delighted with their service. The staff is polite, hotel & rooms are super clean and they offer a wonder complementary breakfast from 6-10AM. We have enjoyed our stay here.
I'm a fan of Best Westerns, and stayed in a number of them this past year. Reliably a comfortable bed, clean room with handsome décor, a tasty hot breakfast, above average fitness center, and good service. If I know I can get a solid sleep, workout, and breakfast, I know I'll be ready for a full day of activity. This one had more interesting décor in common spaces--from Italian Tuscany. And it offered a free dinner--nice salad and pulled pork; can't beat price or convenience. And the room was larger than usual. Finally, I left my good travel mug in the room. From my experience, such things are never officially found, unexplainably. But this was, and they're shipping it to me.
I've had the pleasure of staying here twice on business in the past 8 months and each time, I have been very very satisfied with this property. Located literally a block or two from PSC Tri-Cities airport and a block or two from the on-ramp to the freeway to take you to wherever you need to go. Ample free parking. Very clean, modern, new hotel. Very friendly customer service. Awesome free breakfast served on the first floor in the mornings. My room was spacious and clean. Big flat screen TV with a lot of channels to choose from, including HBO. Separate bar/sink/mini-fridge and microwave area. Free Wi-Fi internet. Great if you're on business or with family. I didn't get to try the indoor swimming pool or fitness center. They were nice enough to accommodate me with a late check-out since my meeting was running late. All in all, the perfect choice to stay if you are in the Tri-Cities for business or pleasure.
I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff is so pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and the breakfast has so much to pick from and everything tastes good. The hotel was close to shops and to our family who resides in Pasco so it was a perfect place to stay.
Our reservations were last minute, but he attending manager and staff were at the ready and helpful. When we arrived, we were treated like family...like known returning guests..which was no easy task considering the size and grandeur of the lobby, the large property and number of floors/rooms! We felt like royalty! The room didn't disappoint...best mattress of our entire trip! And breakfast was scrumptious...well thought out for the traveler tired of basics and restaurants...all while dining in front of a fountain. The stay was utterly relaxing!
Paid a little extra for a suite and was pleasantly surprised at the size and comfortable furnishings. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Two large flat screen tv's and a comfortable living room area with a couch, chair and t.v.. The complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options. The hot tub and pool were clean and welcomed after a long day. Very convenient to the airport.
I stay at this hotel a lot. The staff has pride in their work. OK you want more comments --- good stay, the hotel is maintained well which is important. It shows staff and mgt take care of the facility.
Pasco town looks very much like Winslow, Arizona; Pasco airport looks very outdated but there are undergoing renovations and there is a place to call the hotels at the baggage area; Jesse picked me up within 5 minutes from the call and helped me check in; reception desk very helpful and answered my questions; did have noisy neighbors but someone may have told them to stop kicking the ball. The elevator was fast until it went down to the 1st floor and it takes a couple of seconds to slow down. Breakfast was really really good.
Marvelous facility, excellent staff, great room, wonderful breakfast, great location, quiet and clean. I booked this as an express room on priceline and got a great deal. I stayed in the La grande Best Western the night before for a lot more money and this facility in Pasco is way way WAY classier and better all around. You get what you pay for for sure here... Pool area and water sparkling clean Beautiful lobby and classy furnishings I would stay here again for sure
Hotel was really nice, and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful. Good variety of food for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and sauna during our stay. That is one of the main reasons we wanted to stay at Best Western plus. We would stay here again.
Room is large ,bar with wet sink and coffee pot.Bed very comfortable and lin er name were top notch Plenty of pillows, two reading lights, great HD tv. Clean.Quiet.Decor,outstanding.Full breakfast.Hot,fresh baked ,several flavors,of cookies, on arrival. Ice on our floor,no running all over the property.Staff, courteous, friendly, very helpful. Put this on your keeper list.Very easy to find .
We've now stayed here twice and each time the overall stay was as near to perfect as one could expect. We're in town to visit with family and this location is near enough to may the stay pleasant. We like the fact that breakfast is included in the stay and it's always well organized and tasty!
If you're traveling to or thru the Tri Cities area, this is the hotel you want to stay at. Very clean & comfortable with a most excellent breakfast. Parking is tight if you're in an actual truck, but is do-able if cars & pickups haven't decided that those oversized spaces are for them so they don't get door dings. This is our hotel of choice in this area!!
Stayed here on Sunday of the Labor Day weekend. Hotel is close to the Tri-Cities airport, and easy access to the Interstate. Room was spotless (as we expected) and quiet. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Included full breakfast the next morning. Superb value. We were traveling to the Oregon Coast for a vacation, and this hotel was the reason we booked ALL of our upcoming nights in Oregon at Best Westerns. We were not disappointed in any of their hotels.
I recently stayed at the Best Western in Pasco, I usually always try to stay here because it is close to where I have business, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast service is the best (great omelets). However this visit was exceptional, I called to reserve a room last minute (same night) and found they were sold out, I asked that they call me back if the was a cancelation, later on I was contacted and the rep set me up in one of the nicer rooms for slightly more than I normally pay for a regular room. Thank you for taking care of me.
Stayed at the BWP in Pasco the night prior to flying out. Chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport. Parked our car for the week (for free) and took the hotel shuttle to the airport. Upon returning to Pasc via Alaska Airlines a week later after a very long day, we waited for our luggage and called for the shuttle. Keep in mind that our flight is a daily flight arriving at 11:58 PM every day. The hotel desk advised us that the shuttle quit running at 11:00 and we should call a cab. The hotel is a mile away and I wasn't going to wait for twenty minutes for a cab to go one mile, so I left my family at the airport and walked. My complaint is not about our stay or the staff, it's about the shuttle policy. Knowing that the last flight comes in every day at 11:58 and that people choose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, it makes absolutely no sense to me stop the shuttle at 11:00. Is there any reason it can't stop at 12:30? A little extra customer service goes a long way. My one star rating is to get the attention of management.
I loved this hotel. On the newer side, it felt fresh and relaxing just walking through the doors. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was well-appointed and reasonably quiet. The breakfast buffet (included with the room) was great--favorite item, the biscuits and gravy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if the need arose. One note--there are not too many choices for restaurants in the near vicinity (1-3 miles).
I had never stayed in a BW Plus hotel before and I was frankly dazzled with this one in Pasco, WA. Beautiful exterior and interior. The bed and amenities were great. A big advantage is that it is literally less then two minutes from the airport.
This must be a brand new BW, at least it looks new. When we were checked in, since we were rewards members, we were offered bottled water and we were offered to pick a couple of candy items from their basket. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, with frig, microwave and safe. The room was beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was the best! The biscuits and gravy was really good. The made to order eggs were perfect. A beautiful breakfast area. They have a nice pool area and workout room. Very impressive.
Excellent stay at this hotel. I travel every other week and this hotel had the only bed that I haven't woken up in pain. Seely posturepedic 720? I asked! The bed was 8 years old and I would've guessed 6 months by the comfort level. They said the are very strict about flipping and turning the mattresses regularly. The managers evening get together was great, serving up bbq sliders, salad, and soup. The breakfast was even better with a selection that surpasses higher priced hotels easily. There was even a staff member that cooks eggs to order while you make your waffles. The only slight negative was the mid-week afternoon/evening staff, they seemed really bored and not overly helpful. Lack of smiles. I know that sounds petty, but as a frequent traveler I guess I've come to expect that nicety. Late night front desk lady was great! I wish I could package up this hotel and place it in Seattle, as that is where I conduct most of my business!!
This was my second stay at a Best Western. It far exceeded my experience at the first hotel and led me to register with the chain. The staff were very attentive to my needs and offer a simple list of snacks and light food for purchase. The location is excellent if your stay is to catch a flight.
Staff very good, everyone smiled. If you have to leave early for flight etc you can preorder a breakfast to go and it will be ready in the morning for you. They were setting up breakfast and let us help ourselves even though it wasn't time and we already had our breakfast to go. Rooms very comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend.
Clean, comfortable, well decorated rooms and courteous staff. A great experience and exceptional value.. Well equipped fitness center and outstanding complimentary hot breakfast. The best Best Western I've ever stayed at. Would recommend it to anyone.
The Pasco Best Western Plus was clean, easy to get to from the freeway, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff recommended a great Mexican restaurant nearby which was also easy to get to and from the hotel. Would stay here again.
Beautiful rooms and lobby. Excellent, courteous staff. Very quiet location but very easily accessed from main highway. We stay for business but would be a great place to stay for absolutely ANY reason!
I was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of everything here and the luxurious feel. Great amenities, staff, I hope to stay again!! The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet, pool was great and open 24 hours, breakfast was delicious - awesome all the way around!
Stayed one night. Pool was great. Had lift for w/c bound person to use. Jacuzzi/hot tub in pool area was great, too! Breakfast in morning was pretty good especially with made to order omelet! Like the homemade iced cinnamon rolls. Nice room & bed. And nice warm cookies in the evening. Nothing to complain about here!
Great place to stay in Pasco. Good facilities (pool, hot tub, and workout room) and a very decent breakfast. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. We recommend it to all. While in town, try one of the good family style Mexican restaurants.
Fantastic stay!! We were upgraded to a King Suite. The room was nicely appointed. Two large flat screen TV's, microwave, fridge and even a small safe. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fair.
This hotel is a very good option to stay while in Tri-cities area. Very conveniently located by the Pasco airport. Very spacious, open lobby area with plenty of seating. The rooms were also spacious with comfortable seating. The best part was the breakfast in the morning. It had practically everything you would want- omelet station, pancakes, waffles, sausage/bacon, breads, juices and delicious Seattle's Best coffee. This was a very comfortable and satisfying stay.
Wonderful staff/ delicious meals/great rooms The staff was very helpful sharing eating places. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable and the pool and hot tub very nice. the exercise room very well enjoyable
Of all the Best Western Inns I have stayed, this has to be my favorite. First impression as you walk, very spacious and relaxing. a water fountain at the entrance with beautiful tile floors and comfortable sofas in the waiting area. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable and easy to relax. The breakfast is great, they make you an omelet any way you want. highly recommended.
I love the fact they cook your eggs to order. Everyone serves the same old cold eggs. I do not trust eggs sitting in a warming pan and seldom eat the breakfast because of it. This is a GREAT personal treat for the customer. Thank you.
Great room as usual. Quiet. Free parking and shuttle to the airport. The check-in was quick and efficient. Pool was clean, and the people were polite. No hesitations for couples, families, or business people.
we had an exceptional experience with our stay at Pasco Best Western. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the staff worked hard to make sure the large group had enough food in a timely manner. We rested well each night of our stay.
I've stayed at most of the Best Western properties in Eastern Washington / Western Montana / and Northern Oregon and this was the nicest property of them all in my opinion. The property is next to Columbia Basin College and Sun Willows golf course and has excellent freeway access. Enjoy one of the better breakfasts in the chain too!
We stayed at this hotel twice in one week, on our way east and again on our return six days later. Our room was wonderful on both visits and provided a good value for the price. The hotel staff is friendly and goes out of its way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The pool was well maintained and provided a nice break for the afternoon, as did the fresh-baked cookies at the front desk post-swim. There is no room service or restaurant on site, but the front desk staff offered a list of restaurants that deliver - our dinner order took less than 30 minutes. The breakfast offerings were the best we've ever seen in this range of hotel. Fresh omelets made to order and a wide variety of waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, fruits, breakfast meats, etc. We would definitely stay again, and will likely seek out this brand of hotel for future travels elsewhere.
I like this Hotel, good staff, clean rooms and comfortable. The breakfast is good-I like the omelet it's worth the wait. The location of this hotel is very covenant, with good access to the freeway and airport yet not too close to either (it's quite). Like a home away from home.
We have been going to Pasco for years to swim meets. We have stayed in several other hotels, usually HIE. Reserved at BW because it was team hotel. To our surprise it was the best hotel all year! Over the top spacious, close to pool, nice parking lot, exceptionally clean, nice breakfast! Wished we would have stayed here all the other visits to Pasco!
Dog friendly and great breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds with comfy pillows. Lots of grass for the dogs for sniffing and doing their business. Friendly staff and great value. Highly recommend if you're passing through the Tri-cities
Staying at the Best Western Pasco airport is simply a flawless experience every time I stay there. The breakfast is such a value and always pleasant and clean. The facility is clean, the employees top notch and the location to local restaurant's is convenient too.
I seriously LOVE this hotel. I have traveled extensively all over the world for 20 years in 2 to 5 star hotels. And this one is at the TOP of my list. You don't have to be a 5 star hotel to be tops! The building is lovely, the grounds nice. It is well maintained. It makes me feel relaxed as soon as I step inside as the décor is beautiful with high ceilings, nice tile work, and lovely colors. The staff have always been nothing but extremely nice. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast is superb. The fitness center is great. The pool is good. There is lots of parking space. I have stayed here many time and would not stay anywhere else in the Tri-Cities. The price is reasonable. It is just really my favorite. My home away from home
The employees go out of their way to help and make your check in easy. The facility is extremely clean and the rooms are well furnished whether for one person or family. Each room has coffee maker tv and internet wifi. the beds are to most comfortable I've laid on.
We did a trip to the National Parks this summer and this was our favorite hotel we stayed at so far this year. You will be pampered with the incredible breakfast with custom made omelets and large selection of breakfast items. The pool was a waterfall wall next to the hot tub and a large swimming pool. My favorite part was the wonderful comfortable pillows and beds. The check in was quick and easy and we loved everything about this hotel. We will definitely be back again.
The rooms are clean and very luxurious. This is a very nice hotel with air conditioners that are second to none. The most amazing part is the breakfast, which is the best of complimentary breakfasts I have had. I have been to many other Best Western Plus establishments, as well as many Holliday Inn Express, and this is the best breakfast by far. They even had a lady there who could make you an omelet or scramble. Definitely recommend this spot. I just wish all the other BW+ would follow suit on the breakfast at the Pasco location.
An excellent hotel, with a golf course next door. If only there were restaurants within walking distance.... While I was there on business, it has a great place for families. Nice, indoor pool and right by the Pasco airport.
I really liked this hotel. It felt fancier than the price suggested. The Italian theme in the lobby was well done and the location was easy. We walked over to the Red Lion for dinner. Although that was kind of a disappointment we knew we had a great hotel room to return to. Oh! That reminds me, one downside was there wasn't a mini fridge to hold the leftovers. First hotel we had on our week long trip without one. But the food wasn't worth saving so I didn't really care...
The meeting room is spacious and well set up with attention to linens, decor, pen and paper, and comfortable chairs. Built in large screen makes presentations easy. Coffee and baked goods are available and reasonable. Don't bother with other chains that nickle and dime for each amenity requested. Setup and service here is great. We hold classes for continuing education here each month and no one else comes close. And, at the end of the day, the rooms are always clean, fresh, and inviting.
Great value, excellent breakfast, wonderful, caring staff, very safe location. Beautiful, clean hotel with excellent beds and amenities. Perfect for a good nights sleep after a long hard day of work. We will be staying here again anytime our work takes us to Pasco! Great for business, family or anything!
Very quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. We will stay here again if traveling this way. We wanted to have dinner delivered and asked the staff of a good place to eat He recommended SHARA'S PIZZA and it was awsome
Always a great place to stay, especially when you have an early flight out of Pasco Airport. Early great breakfast, shuttle to and from airport, you can leave your car at the motel if you use the airport, clean comfortable rooms, great staff. Really a nice place to stay!
Being a business traveler 6 months out of the year for ( 30+ years ), I can say without hesitation that this was the first Best Western property that truly felt like home. From the check in experience, the cleanliness and perfection of the property outside, a breakfast that exceeds your expectations ( as well as any other Best Westerns ), the kind, caring, attentive staff, and the quality and comfort of the guest rooms, down to the finishing touches. Pride of ownership shows here in every facet. This is the Diamond Property where all other pending franchise owners MUST stay for a week, to know what their expectations are to live up to the Brand and provide a consistent experience for traveling guest, leisure and business. This was the 1st Best Western that I didn't want to leave!!
We have stayed in this hotel seven or eight times in the last two years. We have always found them friendly with a great buffet breakfast and omelettes to order. The food is always plentiful and fresh with a nice selection of many items. The indoor pool and spa are very nice and well lit with great windows looking outside. We have always found the staff from the maid service to front desk very helpful. You can't go wrong choosing this hotel for your needs.
We always stay at this hotel when we travel. The service is always top notch, friendly and courteous. The hotel is always clean and well stocked. Our grandkids call it "Grandpa's other house". The beds are excellent! The breakfast is truly something to look forward to!
Beautiful hotel!! Nice pool, hot tub and sauna with a shower conveniently accessible in pool area. There is a great patio area outside the indoor pool doors which would be perfect for picnicking during the spring/summer months. Small but decent exercise room. Breakfast was really yummy! Lots of variety. Double queen room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and had many different pillows to choose from.
This hotel is superior in every way. Staff, amenities, location, it was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the BW Pasco. The breakfast alone is worth the stay. I was in town for a convention that was being held at a more expensive hotel withing walking distance. Although everyone that was staying there had complaints I submit that the Best Western has nothing to complain about. Even being close to the airport was not a problem, I never heard noise from the planes and I could see the Airport out my window.
This is a beautiful hotel, pool area is big and nice, with doors to an outside patio area. Breakfast buffet is fantastic! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.
This was a nice clean pleasant stay. Did not care for the area and only was there as a stay over on our drive through. Would recommend it to others. I do not like the location or the area but it was a good night stay for sleeping.
It is a very nice property. I has the feel of a hotel that cost much more. Close proximity to the regional airport, makes it convenient for fly in. A nice golf course is walking distance from the property. It has been my go to hotel when I am in the Tri Cities, the made to order omelets, are a very nice touch for breakfast, and on Tuesdays, they offer a sandwich bar, with various meets, lettuce and tomato, as well as a soup. soup.
From the first time you enter the lobby it strikes you how nice the Hotel is. The best breakfast I've had at a Best Western. the room was very comfortable and quiet. Location to airport is perfect for business trips.
We always prefer this hotel when we stay in the area. We have stayed in quite a few other places and were very unhappy with the other hotels our teams chose to stay in. These guys went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay even after a mistake with our reservation. It was our Anniversary and they made sure that we had a great stay. The parents on our team loved the stay as well. Thank you.
We stopped here after a long day of driving, the room was great, huge compared to many we have been in. The pool is open 24 hours which was great for us because it was late when we got to the hotel. Breakfast was a huge selection of typical breakfast fare including omelets made to order. This was a great stop for us, everyone had a good time and we would recommend this hotel to others.
Actually this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at while traveling for work in Washington State. The hotel is very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful I do love the breakfast layout that they have as they have everything that you would want to have for breakfast.
when we arrived , we were early, the staff gave us early check in and helped us to find our room. We needed extra towels and they were quick to accommodate us there as well. At Dinner we wanted a nice seafood dinner and they recommended a great place, a bit spendy , but well worth it , as it was great. The next night we ate at the Hotel & it was a good dinner. Third night we wanted Mexican food , again they directed us to some amazing eats!!!!
Great location, right off I-82. I stayed in a standard king room, which was exceptionally large and well-furnished. Probably the best continental breakfast; includes items you normally only get at a restaurant, like pancakes, waffles, and made-to-order omelets. Pet-friendly, but they don't necessarily put you on the ground floor, so if you want a ground floor room, be sure to ask.
The price was a bit more than I usually pay, but it was a great place to stay. The hot tub was wonderful, and the breakfast with an omelet making station was unique and fantastic. The beds were comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean. I had two small children with me and it was a very comfortable family oriented hotel, yet there weren't a bunch of kids out of control. It just was a really comfortable place to stay. I had not booked ahead, but they offered me options and they made us very comfortable and made us feel they wanted to please our family. They even put our snack items in a little box to take to our room. Very different from some of the other hotels I stayed at for this trip. Loved everything about this hotel.
We spent one night there after spending a day of wine tasting and not wanting to drive all the way back home. The room was perfect and we both slept very well. Everything was spotless. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The front desk employees were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was terrific. There was about anything you could ask for and they had staff helping people out and restocking food. A very well run operation.
This is truly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are larger and nicer than the Hilton's and Marriott's, etc. that I stay in. As a matter of fact, my room was huge...more like an apartment. The only thing missing is a full-service restaurant; however their breakfast bar is absolutely wonderful. When you travel as much as I, it is so nice to have something to look forward to and the Pasco Inn & Suites is something special.
Great hotel staff was great to deal with nice big rooms very comfortable beds and super clean . Great breakfast had a little of everything to chose from . Omelette's , biscuits and gravy , pancakes , waffles , wow great selection . Very nice pool and other amenities I have stayed twice so far and will continue to stay when I'm traveling ??
It is less than 5 minutes to the terminal. The lobby is large and inviting. The suite rooms have a comfortable sitting area. There is a refrig with frozen section, microwave and coffee maker. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast begins at0600 which doesn't work for the early morning flights but they have take away packs if you request one. There isn't a restaurant but they do have items to purchase and heat in the room. Also no bar on premises. The staff is friendly and courteous. The airport shuttle picks up at the terminal within a few minutes and drops you off right at your car. Overall a great place to stay.
I rate Best Western Plus Hotel in Pasco, Washington on 20th Avenue a 10 plus. This weekend, my family and I traveled to Pasco to celebrate Mother's Day with our 92 year old Matriarch. I have a very large extended family and there was no way all of my family could stay at the family home. I gladly volunteered to stay at the Best Western Plus and invited other family members to join me. I guaranteed others that they would enjoy their stay because the accommodations are outstanding, the facility is very clean and beautifully decorated, the staff is always professional and pleasant and the food is delicious. It feels like home away from home. As I had predicted, my family members were not disappointed. At the end of our stay, they too were convinced that the Best Western Hotel is the best place to stay,
It was a peaceful and quiet stay. I enjoyed opening the curtains each morning and looking at the nearby mountains. The staff was professional, the breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints!
This place takes the cake! Super clean and the service is off the hook! The food was fresh and well organized. The beds are good quality and the DirecTV is super easy to control. Our room had two HD LED FLAT SCREENS which plugged right in (HDMI) to our computers! The Internet Service was slow for NETFLIX but our regular cell service worked fine!.
Always enjoy my stays at this hotel when I'm in the Tri-Cities area. I appreciate the stellar breakfast buffet which includes made-to-order eggs -- omelet, fried, egg whites only, etc. I think all of the other BWs I have stayed at have only had the typical carb-heavy breakfast with, if lucky, some eggs and sausage. No problems with anything like the TV, thermostat, linens, cleanliness, etc. I wish the bathroom had a fan, but it seemed that the steam cleared up pretty quickly after a shower once the bathroom door is open. Bed could be a bit more comfortable - I do have a history of back issues, and am used to a Select Comfort bed (air bed), but one of my traveling companions without the same history also remarked that she had a hard time getting comfortable in bed too. But all in all, for the price point and location, I think this is a really great BW in a good location. Easy to get on/off highway. Not too far from gas stations. Not far from wineries, which was why I was staying in the area.
I've stayed at this location several times, the facility is very nice, pool, fitness room and close to the convention center. The staff has always been great to work with and the rooms are above average for best western.
Attentive and quick checkin very friendly. Very well maintained with large lobby. Clean large rooms. Very quiet. Great breakfast and breakfast area was very large and spacious. Nice area and very open area with spaces to walk and run. Across street from Columbia basin college
Very clean hotel, great staff, clean pool and great breakfast. The pool was open 24 hours which was great. They had a cook who made to order eggs and scrambled eggs. Highly recommended if playing sports at the TRAC
This was my 1st stay at Best Western, or Best Western Plus. This hotel meet, and exceeded my expectations. The staff was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. I was always greeted with a smile and can do attitude. The breakfast is the best I have experienced at any "(Free Breakfast)" hotel.
We needed a quiet room, close to the airport and reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good and we were even allowed to eat a little early as we had to catch an early morning flight. It was easy to find and our transfer to the airport was immediately when we needed it; we did not have to wait for someone. Friendly staff.
Nice stay! All staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding is outstanding. I want that bed at home! Breakfast included eggs made to order which gives a nice twist to the norm. I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
An breakfast brunch that was above my expectation was pleasant - allowed time to eat and run - and yet a good breakfast. The check in and out process - fast and efficient. I also liked the location = 1/2 mile from the PASCO (Tri City) Airport, Washington State.
There is not a better Best Western Plus in the country!! Hands Down; room and beds are impeccable and comfortable. Food is best I've had and experienced at a hotel. The people are super helpful and friendly. Look forward to staying with the Pasco, WA location many more times in the future.
All of the employees were fantastic and professional. We arrived later in the evening and the staff greeted us as soon as we came through the doors, they were both happy and enthusiastic to check my wife and I in. The breakfast here is second to done. I travel quite a bit for my work and we stay 90% of the time at a different hotel chain. In all my travels I haven't come across a breakfast that compares to the one served at this location. There are also 4 to 5 members of the hotel staff making sure all the breakfast items are stocked and fresh. We loved having omelets made fresh each morning we were there. We talked to I believe the hotel Manager about breakfast and the hotel in general and he had a great attitude which is hard to find these days. I was even more impressed when I saw a menu at the front desk of breakfast items you could get if you had to leave before the normal 6am start time for breakfast, which for me was a big plus. I don't always have the opportune to wait for the start of breakfast before I need to be at customer's location when I travel for my business. Again the staff at this location is very friendly, helpful, and kind to the needs of their guess. This was our second visit to this location and the second time was just as great as the first. We would drive to this location which is 3 ½ hours away from where we live just to relax for the weekend and be pampered by the staff and get the best breakfast in town. Hats off to the manager and his amazing staff
I've stayed here on two separate occasions and so far the service has been consistently excellent. Extremely professional and friendly staff, very comfortable bed and well-stocked amenities in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is very high-quality, including hot bacon, sausages, roasted potatoes and even a full-service omelet station in addition to the biscuits & gravy and continental fare. Very convenient to the airport (although I didn't fly here).
We had a great stay at the Best Western Pasco while there for a softball tournament. The hotel was booked full and we still experienced great service and an outstanding breakfast. We had one issue with the toilet not properly flushing and the front desk sent someone up immediately. Such great service.
I truly enjoyed our stay at the Pasco Best Western. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was very clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful as always. I would stay at no other hotel in the Pasco area.
This is a chain hotel but really stood out. They were willing to negotiate the price $20 for starters. The property is quite nice and spacious. There's a 24 gym, pool, and the rooms are really big and comfortable. They had a buffet breakfast included and when we departed at 430am the next morning, the freshly sliced grapefruit was already out. The staff really takes pride in their property .
The hotel is new and beautiful. The room was large and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was great and the staff were outstanding. They were ALL very welcoming and ready to help us with anything....from the staff who checked us in to the breakfast server to the woman who drove us to the airport!! AND THE AIRPORT IS ABOUT 5 MINUTES AWAY!!! WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!!
I had an overnight stay here because of a 5am check-in at the Airport. The Hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The Staff were very friendly and polite and my 4.15 wake-up call was right on time. Even though I wasn't able to have the breakfast I could at least make myself coffee and toast. It is a shame that no evening snacks are served but on the other hand I had a fridge and microwave in the room so brought soup and a salad with me. An excellent place to stay.
Nice hotel in Pasco, WA - the staff is pleasant and helpful. Super good breakfast with made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit and fresh baked cinnamon rolls among other yummies. And a pet-friendly property on top of it all. We had a great experience and would recommend it for business or personal travel.
Recommended Stay. Near the airport but no plane noise overhead. Great breakfast, hard to beat- rivals any other chain. Clean room and room service was good. Priced better and better overall value than the near by chain hotels
If I was asked what you didn't like would be the bathroom layout. The bathroom door swings right in front of the toilet. It was awkward stepping to the side of the toilet in order to close the door. It was awful.
Very nice newer motel very close to a very slow airport. Only heard a couple of jets on take off while outside. Heard none from our room. Very nice breakfast. There is no restaurant but plenty restaurants within a mile from the motel.
I'm not much of a Best Western traveler, but this is was far above what you expect from this brand. Staff was attentive and polite, breakfast was appealing, room was clean and comfortable, great location near airport and shopping. 4.5* on most searches seems well deserved to me. Gladly stay here again.
What can I say other than the women who must of been talking reservations at the desk while the other lady (nice) was checking us in. was a real non customer service person. The place was booked and she was turning people down right and left with no sorry or alternative... At least she could of referred them to another place and kept a customer that might just come back.. We were checking in a little late and I had an avocado I wanted to eat in my room and need a little bit of salt and pepper and I as her if she had a pinch, since the restaurant was closed and I could of just gone over and shook some in my hand but I thought it proper to ask and she turned me down.... really put a damper on a nice stay otherwise.. Somebody help that lady with some customer service. Will not stay their again, think Ill try Kennewick next
traveled on business to Pasco Wa and stayed at the Best Western Plus. Great place. Exceptionally clean. Lobby area well designed. Offers a complete complimentary breakfast that rivals many restaurants. Has a staff person that will make egg dishes to order, a computer room, exercise room, and inside pool. Internet in rooms, fridge, microwave, and desk. Large rooms perfectly clean. You got to try a BW PLUS
This is definitely the place to stay in Pasco, Washington. The breakfast buffet was the most beautiful and fresh I have ever seen. The most variety of options to meet anyones diet needs. The swimming poo was clean and water was fresh. The staff polite and helpful and cheerful. I felt very safe staying here and that is very important to me.
I travel across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. This property in Pasco Washington is by far the one to stay if you are in the area. The staff, property and décor is the best. Their presentation and selection of the morning breakfast buffet far exceeds most 4 star restaurants. The staff is there to make sure your stay is and will be the best. I can wake in the morning feeling well rested. The quality of the bed far exceeds other hotels I stay at.
Three of us recently shared a room at Best Western PLUS Pasco Inn & Suites. Wonderfully pleasant staff! Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a very quiet night's sleep. We didn't use the beautiful pool, but plan to on a return trip. Breakfast offered a huge array of delicious possibilities. Our grandchildren came down to breakfast in their jammies, and we all felt welcomed and well cared for. A group of folks across the hall from us had their puppy with them. Good to know pets are accepted! We will definitely return!
The rooms are very nice and the breakfast was excellent. They even had an omelet station. My only issue was when I turned down the bed there were crumbs of food on the bedsheet. The other bed was fine. I called the front desk and they offered to move me into an upgraded room. It was late in the evening and I had already unpacked my belongings so I slept in the clean bed. I did not complain again but there were no apologies or credit when I checked out. I would recommend the hotel because it was nice for a midrange airport location, they just need to improve their cleaning service.
My church group had an annual weekend event at the Best Western Pasco, our first time there. From the beginning, Jared K., Director of Sales, was spot on with help. He asked all the right questions, responded to emails quickly, and when he couldn't be at our event, left us in capable hands. Thanks to John, Jason, and all the crew! The guest rooms are huge. Most of our rooms were the 2-Queen suites, but we also used the King Whirlpool room for "hospitality" - all very spacious. Linens were top quality, towels thick. One of my "things" is real coffee cups and glassware in the room, and both were provided. Loved the Noon checkout, which gave us ample time to complete our event Sunday morning and not rush to leave. The nightly cookies at the front desk also a bonus. The breakfast was great - not only do they have the usual breakfast bar items, but the made to order omelets and eggs were a nice addition. The pan of scrambled eggs were tasty too. We used the Tuscany meeting space and had a catered lunch on Saturday, which was served in the breakfast area. Our options were many, but we went with the Taco Bar. We had one lady with severe food allergies and the staff was amazing.... really bent over backwards to accommodate her. The meeting space does not have a stage and we had a little trouble with the sound on the podium, but nothing major. It opens on to a patio (as does the breakfast area), nice to step outside during breaks. Best part was that coffee is included in the meeting room rental (not usual). We needed our laptop hooked up to the TV in the hospitality room and John took care of it for us – something of a welcome surprise! 24 hour pool, hottub, and sauna. There were a lot of kids there for sports so the pool was busy. I really can't say enough. Truly a highly recommend for a conference or just a place to spend the night. Very easy on and off the highway. Lots of parking.
very nice we have stayed in the Best Western hotel in other cities and loved it--we need to sign up for the web to qualify for a free room. the pool was great. Easy to get to locations from the mall we were in town for the soccer tournament
I was just passing through town and needed a place to stay for the night and had no reservation but was able to get a room for the night, great night stay. very close to the airport and many places to get something to eat.
Hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff is very nice. The breakfast was terrific. The location is close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. The one downside is the lack of restaurants in Pasco, but Kennewick is a short drive away.
This is the only place I would stay at in the Tri Cities. I have stayed at other hotels in the area. I prefer the easy access to the freeway and the airport of this best western location. The pool area is clean and safe. The Breakfast is amazing. I stay at Best Westerns in california and non of them compare in the Breakfast offered.
This hotel is amazing! Low cost, extremely clean, and amazing customer services. The breakfast was amazing with omelets, French toast, pancakes, lots of fruit options, it was really the best continental breakfast I have had. The kids loved the fresh baked cookies and milk in the lobby area in the evening. I really feel this hotel has blown any low cost hotel stay I have ever had out of the water!
We have stayed at the Best Western Plus in Pasco probably 6 nights in the past year. It is by far our favorite hotel in Eastern WA. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are all very comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast is one of the best served by any chain. The staff are professional and courteous, and the 24hr pool is very well maintained and very clean.
Nice hotel adjacent to Pasco airport. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast are nice amenities. Decent fitness center, in-room internet connection is good. But note, no on-site restaurant.
To me, staying at Best Western Hotels can be a bit of a crap shoot. Some are good, some are not so good. That being said, this is a great place to stay in the Tri Cities. Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable, well maintained rooms. Close to much of the town(s). Good internet and a helpful staff. Plenty of food options within 15 min of the hotel. Considering the cost, which is moderate, the quality is very high. Breakfast was good and fresh, and did not have the nasty freeze dried omlettes so common in this price range. Highly recommended.
We came to celebrate our 5 year old's birthday (poor January baby always wants to swim). The pool was great and the room was perfect. We had requested a top floor view of the airport so our children could watch planes take off and land. They gave us the perfect room! The staff was friendly, the room neat, and breakfast had lots of options! I highly recommend this hotel.
I love staying at the Best Western in Pasco, Washington. I have stayed there now about 4 times over the course of two years. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff is EXTRA awesome. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special. They have the most delicious free breakfast (eggs to order, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, and so much more). They also have this great cookie time in the evening. The cookies are delicious and a cup of milk, YES please! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pasco!
Most hotels you stay in offer quality shuttle service to and from the airport, doesn't matter what time you fly in. This one doesn't. After 11:00 you are on your own. Take a taxi, it is a $20.00 cost.
The facility is beautiful, right next to the airport which is convenient. Tri-Cities don't have much going as far as tourist attractions, or really any type of attraction whatsoever. Even so if you have to stay there this is the place to go.
Great Room, with great staff. We stayed in the king suite with a whirlpool and it was a very nice weekend. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel and the pool and sauna were great also. The rooms décor is very nice and the staff is great.
My wife & I have stayed in this facility a number of times and have been happy every time. We work at a hospital and often have patients, family members, and traveling doctors from out of town and we feel very comfortable recommending this hotel for their stay. Clean, great value, 24 hour pool, fantastic breakfast.....
I have stayed at this Best Western in the Tri City area several times and never been disappointed. It is always clean and has an excellent breakfast. It also has one of the better exercise rooms if you like to workout. It is very close to the airport and easy access.
I would highly recommend this hotel - extremely clean well staffed place. Rooms are spacious and clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, great selection, clean and friendly staff. Great location for travel - very close and convenient to the airport and freeway. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I stay at this hotel on a monthly basis. The quality of the staff, the venue and the amenities are always a 10 out of 10. It does not matter what I need they never say "no", "we don't" or "we can't". My business uses the conference room on a monthly basis and I can honestly say that my business is gaining in popularity because of my association with this hotel.
This place is very nice. I stayed two nights for business. and they have a great breakfast at a time early enough in the morning for me to get to use. The bed was comfortable and the place is in a quiet area of town.
Overall great place to stay in Tricities .Hot breakfast was excellent with many options.Highly recommend for business and pleasure.Staff is helpful. Locations wise very close to airport which is a big plus. Will stay again.
I had a 6 a.m. flight out of the Pasco regional airport (under heavy expansion), so I decided to stay at this hotel, for it is literally right next to the terminal. The lobby is beautiful, and the service at the desk is very descent. They had complimentary coffee all day long, which is a nice amenity. The room was clean, as well as the beds. They have a complimentary full hot breakfast, if you aren't flying out as early as I was. I have had it at a previous stay, however, and it was like a full hot buffet! This is an excellent place to stay before flying out of Pasco, or just to enjoy time with family.
This hotel has the best complimentary breakfast of any hotel we have stayed in. Our room was light, very comfortable and very convenient. The kids enjoyed a very nice pool. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to correct our bill when I had forgotten a coupon when I checked in.
The Best Western Inn and Suites by the Pasco airport is a great hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice lobby and amenities (pool, fitness center and sauna). Very good breakfast. Shuttle to the airport always available. Great place to stay for one or for many nights. Highly recommend it.
This place is very clean, bright and comfortable. No unusual odors or unkempt corners. The pool is well maintained. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food and the coffee is marvelous. I appreciate the staff always looking up and acknowledged us with a smile whenever we walked by. It was obvious they were ready to help us or answer a question if need be.
We chose this Hotel due to the close proximity of the Pasco Airport and to leave our car until we returned. The employees behind the desk were extremely helpful and kind. Hotel was definitely clean, breakfast was free and enjoyed omelets to order. Looking for a Restaurant close by, go to Rd 68, a mile away on hi-way and many good restaurants there.
Unfortunately, when I stay at this hotel it has been for family medical issues. I have lost both my mother and my step father over a period of three years. The facility has been such a blessing, the airport shuttle, hot breakfast, pool, hot tub, free newspapers, WIFI and a wonderful bed so I can relax and restore to handle very difficult tasks. Thanks
Very nice hotel, very helpful staff. The breakfast is one of the better offerings I see, and I am on the road 6 months a year. Overall it is a very nice hotel for the money. I will stay there again. Very good location right by the Tri Cities Airport.
All I had time to do was sit on the edge of the bed, take a shower and leave again, but I will say that with the exception of a $1500 a night place I lived in in California, this is a very VERY nice place to stay. A safe and all amenities in a large and very comfortable room, what looked like a wonderful breakfast being served and a great staff. Would love to try this one again and stay long enough for my engine to cool down. [{;-)
Always our number one choice when in the Pasco, Washington area, the hotel maintains a very high standard and its hard to beat the breakfast for selection. The custom made omelette's are a nice touch as well as delicious.
We are committed to the Best Western Plus for travel. We were not disappointed. Beautiful, warm lobby. Night manager had decorated the lobby for "fall", which added a nice touch. The room was clean, well decorated, and provided nice towels, lots of coffee, etc. The bed was sooo comfortable. The pillows were not overstuffed as many are.
Incredibly nice and helpful staff! Love the "breakfast to go" option with homemade muffins, yogurt, and fruit of your choice; that was the perfect touch for a 7AM flight. The gym had plenty of equipment and space and there are nice outdoor spaces to relax if the weather is good. The airport was a 1 minute drive down the street; couldn't ask for a better location. There are also a ton of restaurants within 10 miles, and a handful of delivery options if you stay in. I would absolutely stay here again!
I stayed here for two nights on business. This was a great hotel. I could not find anything to be concerned about. It was very clean, friendly staff, comfortable room. The second evening we stayed they served grilled burgers, soup and salad bar! Hot breakfast both days included an omelette station. Wow. I'll be back.
Fantastic hotel to stay at while in Tri-Cities, WA!! Courteous, friendly staff and very clean, comfortable rooms!! Although I wish they offered a lounge, the breakfast did make an equalizer for me. I highly recommend BWP Pasco to anyone on vacation or business.
Arrived following a long journey (10 hours) from Victoria, staff greeted us and requested that I call home as my family was concerned with travel time. Offered any assistance if required following phone call, recommended late dining establishments and a very quick checkin. Our accommodation was of the highest quality, breakfast as per usual was more than ample and constantly refilled. We had to depart one day early and the Saturday morning manager arranged our enroute booking at Mt Vernon College Way Best Western. If you want consistent quality, always stay Best Western.
This is a newer BW so it makes sense that the lobby, pool, rooms, etc are appealing and comfortable. What sets it apart from many hotels and Best Westerns, is its offering of Made-to-Order-Omelets, at breakfast. What a nice break from biscuits and sausage gravy or a "McDonald's" breakfast sandwich. I rate hotels on the value of that hotel, for the area in which they are, for its cleanliness, comfort of beds, linens, and for the amenities provided. Thus, excellent. We had an issue with the cooling system our first night. For our second night, that was addressed; we changed rooms and because of availability, they upgraded us as well.
We stayed a couple of nights and had no complaints at all about this hotel. It is very friendly. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast. A full breakfast with eggs prepared as you liked, not just scrambled and bacon, sausages, pan fried potatoes waffles, pancakes, with ample fruit and everything you would find on a continental buffet
(Also see review on Expedia from Mary Jean N) - easy on and off of highway. Fantastic beds, rooms, staff. Great Elite member perks (free water and snacks). Good filling free breakfast; free cookies at night. Beautiful décor throughout (love the purple carpeting). Would give 10 stars if I could; top notch quality hotel in Best Western chain. You will not be disappointed. Within 3 miles of Cousins Restaurant; a fun place for family yet quiet for older set.
When we travel we try to find a Best Western to stay in, because of the breakfast and the hot tub. The rooms are always top on the list of best features and the hotel staff are good and friendly. When ever we come to a town, no matter what time of day or night we usualy look for the nearest Best Western and we stay there.
The hotel is a nice newer facility with comfortable beds, roomy king suites, free wi-fi etc. but the differentiator for me was the breakfast bar. For a hotel room at this price point, I am a regular traveler very familiar with the typical offerings. This hotel is similar in the core foods available, but offered freshly sauteed veggies to make an omelette out of the scrambled eggs and cheese, and all of the food items were hot and fresh even at 7:30. Most hotels are doing well to keep it fresh at 6:30. Such finesse at delivering a quality breakfast proves to me the management is more concerned about delivering quality than skimping to cut costs. A great stay at a great hotel value - you won't be disappointed.
This is my favorite Best Western and we have stayed in a few in the U.S. and western Canada. We are NEVER disappointed in our stay here. The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful and the full breakfast is the BEST! Great value for your money! All of this brings us back year after year.
Spent 3 nights at hotel, had a king suite on third floor good size and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and went out of there way to be helpful. Breakfast was way above average great choice food which included an omelet bar. Room and facilities were very clean no complaints. Would use this hotel again.
We loved this hotel The staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. wifi worked well. Did not have time for brunch or use of the fitness room. Shuttle to the airport was very efficient and the driver was helpful and friendly .
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The check in was seamless. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. The location has easy access to the airport, gas station and the Interstate. The breakfast was outstanding. The best sausage gravy and biscuits that I have had.
I strongly recommend the Best Western PLUS in Pasco, WA as the place to stay next time you travel to the TriCities. The staff members are extremely friendly, always greeting you with a smile and inquiring about your stay. The breakfast bar is one of the best that I've experienced during all my time traveling throughout Washington. Even though I have family living in the TriCities, I chose to stay at Best Western because of the outstanding accommodations. There pool and workout facilities are clean and perfect size for my family to enjoy. The food is delicious and the housekeeping staff are always pleasant. I've recommended this hotel to many co-workers, family and friends. Thank you, Best Western PLUS, for making my trip an enjoyable one for me and my family.
With all due apologies to Best Western Hotels, I haven't stayed in a Best Western in years as my recollection of them was old and run-down. When I traveled to Pasco last week, I did not have a hotel reservation. I happened upon the Best Western Plus. It looked relatively new and the grounds looked nice, so I checked in. It was, without doubt, one of the nicest hotel experiences I've had in years. The room was extremely large (well, except for the bathroom which was pretty small!), clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic...a vast array of just about anything you could ask for PLUS an omelet chef. No question where I'll be staying on my future trips to Pasco. And, I will be on the lookout for Best Western hotels now. Very impressed.
