Best Western Eurostop Orebro

Feels like nothing has been done to this hotel since the 80s. Breakfast was ok. But the quality of the room made me almost expect cockroaches. Not that cheap for the standard and size of the room. 15square m with bunkbeds felt like I was in a economy inside bunk on a cruise ship

I had a very pleasant experience. I made my booking "too late" for reception opening hours. There was a Phone number at the door to the nearest "Sister hotel" who (200 km away) remotely let me in the building... They could not find my booking but after receiving photo screenshot of my booking they were able to remotely assign a room and activate a key-card (activator on table in lobby). It took about thirty confusing minutes on a noisy phone line - but I was given the room I booked even though I was the one who booked too late and arrived in the middle of the night. I even got free parking for my bus. Hotel was "nice enough". Room was rather small... and patrons next door was absolutely within hearing range.. But bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Price was affordable for "drop-in". Breakfast was quite good. I missed the fried eggs (only boiled and scrambled) but there was a lot of other nice foodstuff. Coffee came also in take-away cups which was great for my going on my way directly. 4/5 is "normal +". Not extraordinary but nothing to complain about.

I stayed for two nights. Booked via email and staff are very helpful to meet my needs. Rooms are clean and well resourced Nice lounge with free tee/coffee all day There is a supermarket close by. Overall, good value for money

Overall very nice hotel and is good for family also. The location is also quite nice. Rooms are decent size and bright. The amenities are also quite decent for both kids and adults. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Always a nice stop when you are on the road or if you like to see the city og Ōrebro. When you come by car it is always easyJet to find a spot to park. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Kind and Quick service. The hotel is located close to shopping.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast and clean room. The room is rather small but contains all needed in a well organiszd way. The hotel is located near to the highway with free parking. It is connected to a hypermarket and a pharmacy. In general, it was a good experience...

These are not the best days for travelling and/or staying at hotels, but businesses needs to keep running so I'm happy to be able to contribute a small amount. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, and the lobby is quite "mall like", but you can't complain about the rooms. AC (which in Sweden is a pure luxury!) and enough comfy beds made a good nights sleep. Nice view from the top floor as well!

We stayed one night during our motorcycle trip and were lucky to get rooms with great views on the 10th of 12 floors. + Nice reception desk + Free outdoor parking - Uneven hot water in the shower - Not downtown, but a bus ride away from Örebro Castle and the Old Town - A lot of children's noise in the dining room

Great staff, small room, definitely worth the stay. Had some special requests concerning our allergies. The hotel managed them perfectly. Great breakfast with helpful staff, we really enjoyed our stay.

Considering the price this hotel is a gem. Great breakfast, ok rooms and good location. We got a room on 11th floor which gave a nice luxury feel to what honestly is a pretty basic room. Many thanks to Emma in the reception who helped us a lot during check in

Why would you build a min-skyscraper with just 7 rooms per floor by a Swedish motorway? Frankly, I've no idea (although apparently there are some others ), but I'm glad they did. Arriving in the early hours of a very cold morning, te Eurostop was conveniently placed as part of a rest area; very friendly welcome, comfortable & spotlessly clean room, good blackout and a small but efficient shower-room. Breakfast, as noted by others, was standard Nordic fare, but done well wit an especially good selection of cold meats, etc. The lemon & ginger shots were a nice touch! There's coffee availale in the foyer which was convenient when I met my colleagjue after breakfast. Escellent value for money.

We stayed here with our cat recently. The rooms were modern, clean and pet friendly, with lovely city views. Our cat was not intimidated by the smell of previous guest's pets, which is a testament to how well cleaned the rooms are. We checked in late at night with no issues and had an excellent breakfast which showcased local produce which was delightful and a great advertisement for food from the area. The staff were warm and friendly with a great focus on ensuring their guest's stay is a happy one. They also happily accommodate English speakers. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

We came to Best Western when we went on a short trip to Orebro. We tried to look for a budget hotel, and this seemed to be the best option. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, especially Albin, who was very helpful and, most impressively, as we were new to Orebro, we asked for a room that was a bit higher up (with a better view), and he kindly gave us a room with an amazing view of Orebro City. The lobby was quite small, yet they served free cookies, along with complimentary coffee (and also other drinks). The breakfast was satisfying, and there is also a play area and a kids menu for children. Overall, we were highly satisfied with this hotel, and we would also recommend this hotel. if we decided to come back to Orebro, this would be our hotel of choice.

Stopped here on our way to Oslo..everything was ok, clean room, nice beds..but the breakfast was amazing!!! The quality..havent met anything like this anywhere..we have travelled in almost 30 countries. Local, high quality stuff..very helpful and nice staff ..checking all the time everything is ok. Unfortunately my English is not good enough to tell how great this was..thank you very much!!!

Clean and friendly and good breakfast. Located at a large shopping mall right off the highway, so not a pretty environment. But very suitable for a overnight stop when driving on the highway. Room was quite small and i was a bit annoyed to get twin beds instead of queen or kingsize bed.

Good standard Hotel for business trips to Örebro, a bit out side for a side seeing tour, Restaurant has a short menu but on a higher quality level. Hotel itself is located in a shopping mall near the motorway.

Stayed for here for one evening as a stop over on business trip. Hotel was clean and rooms were well kept. Standard size rooms. Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel were pretty good quality. Did use the gym in the morning and yes it pretty decent hotel gym with equipment for all most any type of fitness enthusiast. Stayed on the 4th floor and the main part of the hotel is a tower with a winding staircase up in the middle. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a hotel in Orebro. It also does have an Ica Maxi within a few meters of the hotel. Good for picking out any travel snacks you may want on your journey or for your room.

A nice hotel for short stays and business. Good breakfast and a pretty good gym. Bar and restaurant is fine with a nice choice of menu and a decent beer selection. The room temp is hard to set but the rooms are warm and draft free, so this is less of an issue.

Too long distance to city with restaurants etc. Ok food at breakfast but no service, athmosphere like hospital. Service at dest was very bad, 2nd person was at the office behind and served a dog hot food instead of helping guests when que was long. You got the feeling that the guests was disturbing. BUT the guy in the bar was nice.

We got to the hotel in the late afternoon and parked free of charge in the hotels big parking lot. Check in was quick and without any problem. We got a family room on the first floor with a window facing the reception and restaurant area. The room seemed clean, but when looking closer there was a napp left behind under the bed and there were a few dirty spots both in the bedroom and bathroom. When night arrived and we got to bed it became obvious that this was a noisy hotel! Children were running in the hallways and slamming doors. And there was a disturbing echo of voices from outside the window comming from the reception/restaurant area. If you are staying at this hotel, be sure to get a room higher up! In the morning when we went to breakfast we arrived to a chaos area. Too many guests and too few people working in the restaurant. The restaurant was always out of some foods or drinks. For instance, we had to wait for quite some time for bread and the orange juice was empty all the time. So it was obvious that there was not enough people working in the restaurant. All in all, a hotel below average.

Ok hotel for short stayupp. Beds not so god, madrass slipps on flore IF not adjusted. Clean rooms, and breakfast common, nothing special, no omelettes done and almost impossible to find kitchen/breakfast crue.

Got tired on our way to Kopparberg. Booked a room 2 hours before arrivel. Checked in at 01.00 in the night. Friendly staff and really fast check in! Free parking with good space. Large breakfast room with kids playground and OK breakfast. Room was small but OK for a night. Would stay here again.

Usually that chain has very nice hotels. In that case we had a big disappointment. Some of my friends could not sleep well because the bed and mattresses. We had an ordered buffet dinner. It was really a poor dinner. There were no choices. Just sticky rice, chicken breast and soup. No choices at all. The third thing is that the building full with big windows but no AC. In July the temps were very high. There is a ventilation in the room but it is poor. The fourth and the worst is, that during our breakfast which was o.k., entered the restaurant to immigrant with Muslim outfit, still two handbags from one of the tables with credit cards and passports and run out. Nobody controls who is entering the hotel. The biggest security problem. Anybody could get to the restaurant and get a free breakfast.

This hotel was booked by my employer otherwise I don't think I would have ended up here. When I saw the building my first impression was not so positive. But after 2 nights I must admit I was completely wrong. What changed my mind? The people working in this strange building !! The breakfast is genuine good and complete even if you are craving. I felt like a child when I discovered I could bake my own wafer. The same in the restaurant: genuin good served by a waitress who loved her job. A nice little gym and a good and clean sauna. And there are more surprises but those you have to discover by yourself ??

The hotel is clean but looks very worn out and boring. The location in a long way from the city centre and the middle of a small (boring) shopping center. Breakfast and WIFI was OK but I will most likely not come back.

Stayed here as a family of 3. We had a room on the 10th floor with a nice view. Room is a bit dated but it feels clean. The room itself is not much of an experience. Area is a bit "odd" and there was a number of suspicious people outside the hotel. My husband ended up asking the receptionist and it was all "normal" and nothing to worry about according to the receptionist. We were a bit concerned since we had our new car standning outside the hotel. Breakfast is good but a lot of traffic to get waffles. While my husband was trying to make some I was already done with my breakfast. They should be pre-make them or at least invest in at least to waffle irons. OK for a night. Might return..

Stayed for one night with two young kids. We booked a family room, which is made up of two single beds and a fold-away bunk bed. The room is small, but that didn't bother us. There were however small details that were sub-par: long dark hairs on most towels, no bin-bags in the bathroom bin, no plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom. There were some plus points as well though: very kid-friendly (free ice-cream, candy box and balloon). But unfortunately it was too little to tempt us back.

The best thing I can say about my stay is that it was fairly cheap and it had working AC (although noisy). My window was inside the adjacent shopping mall, which was lit up all through the night. The breakfast was the worst I've seen in years, scrambled eggs that tasted really bad (usually bad scrambled eggs are just bland), and everything just seemed a bit "sad". Not staying there again. As with most hotels, it offered free wi-fi that was quite useless.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 week for work and it was a little bit disappointing because of the rooms. The rooms are really small, the light is not good (so if you expect to read or study, forget it) and without much view. The breakfast was good and i know the hotel has sauna but i wasn't there. No gym! The staff was really friendly though but if i could have chosen, would definitely choose another hotel to stay for that many days in Örebro.

On a road trip from norway to Stockholm and the Baltic States. Spent a night to sleep and shower. The bed was comfortable. The room has a great view of the surroundings including biltema. Great satisfying beeakfast. There is an access to the supermarket from the hotel. Not the best hotel but a good for its price.

I stayed BW Eurostop for couple of nights during my business trip. Hotel has easy access from the highway but hotel is located outside of the city. Hotel staff was really friendly (thank you) and there were no problems with them. Room itself was aged, but still enough for a short stay. Room was clean. It had air conditioning but no mini bar. Sleeping quality was good and bed was really good. There was a restaurant on downstairs where you could get basic Swedish dishes on cheap, less than 20 euros. Breakfast was really good, like in everywhere in Swedish BW hotels. There was also lots of free parking lots around the hotel.

Great hotel with excellent dining facilities. Out of town location but perfect for a road trip stop to Stockholm. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Would particularly recommend the restaurant in the evening!

Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Attentative staff. Free parking. Easy to find. Extremly hot in room even though the AC had been on all day. Minimally sized bathroom Situated on the outskirts of Örebro. A good choice for passing through or short visits. A bit too big for being able to deliver a homely feeling.

If you are on the road and need a room for one nights sleep this is perfect, close to the highway, small room but clean and had possibilities to make coffee/tea, good wifi and there were plenty of choices on the cold/hot breakfast menu. The breakfast room is rather big and makes you remember school, but again, you will always get a table, I guess. No walking areas in the neighbourhood, but a large shopping centre.

Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast and other meals. Parking available close to the hotel. We have got a room on the top (suite - can be to hot during the summer), which was fantastic. A great view from the suite.

The hotel is situated within a shopping center and easily accessible by car and offers ample parking space. The standard double bed room is awfully narrow and for two grown up people the bed with only 140-150 cm is simply too narrow for a comfortable night rest. We had additional trouble with the shower head (no holder) and the erratically functioning bathroom light switch. Personnel is freindly and breakfast buffet is rich and good standard. All in all just bearly suitable for a couple and one night. Pricewise a bargain.

Very nice and friendly staff. We stayed the weekend geocaching in the nearby countryside and town. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and adequate for our needs. We had the small buffet dinner also no nonsense but tasty and filling. The breakfast was nice. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

A perfect hotel for overnight outside Örebro City center when you come with a car. The hotel is situated at a commercial center, so the place is not cozy but practical if you come by a car. Small rooms but clean. Nice staff and a surprisingly rich breakfast.
