Best Western Plus Ontario Airport & Convention Center

Terrible experience staying here a few weeks ago. The front desk girl with the eye tattoo was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! She tried to arbitrarily charge me a $250 cleaning fee for the room because of my service animal, accused me of lying about my service animal, said I didn't tell them when I checked in (which I definitely did), and said that my SA must have pee'd in the room because she never saw me take them out for a walk, first of all I walked my SA 4 times while I was there but that fact aside, does the staff here spy on their guests from check in to check out? This was by far the worst hotel… well really Motel experience I've ever had and would highly recommend staying anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Best hotel to stay at. The workers espically at the front desk workers are the best. They treat u like family and I honestly with few of the younger female workers ( I'm a female as well) became friends with them.

Checked in and was never told about breakfast or where it was ... was never thanked in any way for being an elite member.. dirty bedspread on my bed. Was told the would bring me soap that after an hour still never received and called down and was told that he was still trying and finally just said to forget about it... no one cared here for their guests.

This was a great experience at this location. The staff was great and very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The rooms were nice and clean and fresh. And the extra blankets were definitely a plus. And don't give me started about breakfast. It was awesome!

Simply comfy I would definitely make this location my home away from home it clean comfortable her on out there's a business center cappuccino hot tea and coffee throughout the day and night. Enjoyable

Fabulous staff, cleanest rooms, a perfect shower. I was surprised and delighted that a motel could be this perfect. Close to convention center, convenient shuttle service. I would definitely stay there again.

It was great great customer service awesome breakfast an for a very good rate I would definitely recommend this hotel over all the ones that r around the area I was not disappointed at all n I would definitely go back

I was attending a funeral service at the Ontario Convention center. The staff and accommodations were exactly what I needed. The ease of check in and compassion of the staff was excellent. Room and proper were clean.

The room was very efficient with a defined workspace and multiple device charging locations for ease of use. The breakfast area was large and well-spaced tables were comfortable; the breakfast staff were very engaging and ensured that all available foods, coffee, juices, utensils and seasoning were well stocked. The location was excellent only 5 minutes to Ontario A/P and this BW provides shuttle service to the airport also.

Friendly staff, primary reason for the stay was for the park and shuttle service to the airport. It did not disappoint. Felt safe in the area. Even had a delicious Mexican food place next door for dinner.

Good location to Ontario International Airport. Room was clean and functional. Staff was attentive and good. Complementary shuttle bus to the airport was very good. Second floor rooms are only "stairs" accessible. OK experience for the category.

Great breakfast, very large selection. Internet works great and room was clean. I was there for 7 nights for business and it was very noisy and difficult to sleep most nights. Other wise was nice place.

We had an early morning flight with our 2 kids so we chose this hotel. It was clean, quiet and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We asked for a 4am shuttle and at 340 three staff members were smiling and ready to get us to the airport. It was a seemless stay, we will be back.

Leaving Disneyland, we chose the Ontario Airport over LAX. Since we had an early morning flight we stayed at BW Ontario Airport. Just what we were looking for. Maximum rest in quiet room only about 5 minutes from compact, hassle-free airport on a free shuttle. No time tied up on freeway and security. Solid accommodations.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and recently renovated. The bed was a little firm for my liking. Housekeeping came everyday. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, fitness room or Wi-Fi so I can't comment on them.

Everyone was really nice. The room was clean, water was hot. There was a fridge and microwave in my room. I also had desk and a chair in the room, which was nice. Hot breakfast was available even on Christmas Day. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, sometime bacon and biscuits. There was also some self serve options (oatmeal, cereal, yogurt). Overall very nice, everything that I would expect for what I paid.

great place to visit, the room was very clean the service was great, the grounds are nice and neat, i did enjoy my stay, breakfast was good, and the gym was excellent i would recommend to my family and friends.

We stayed for q night after arriving into Ontario airport. We have stayed at a few other hotels in the same area and this Best Western was by far the best experience. Friendly and professional staff. Clean room with comfortable linens. Clean bathroom with nice natural soaps and bath products. There was some noise from the building (sounded mechanical) that started early am, Possibly laundry room? it was a small annoyance, but not enough that it upset the stay and we would still return. Breakfast was a great value. Full breakfast and even biscuits and gravy, waffles choice of juices. I will recommend this hotel to any if my family, friends or clients that need to stay in Ontario.

The rooms are clean and coffee is good. Could improve breakfast. But overall is ok place to stay. If you like a hot break breakfast they have a restaurant across the street so that is convenient but would rather have a full breakfast at the hotel mostly for time and convenience.

As I expected to BW Plus did not failed me, the room was clean and the beddings maybe the reason I had a good rest. The staffs are also very helpful specially on the breakfast area. I will recommend this hotel and I will stay here in the future. Thank you.

My husband was flying out of cable airport to test for his pilot's license. We stayed close to the airport due to time constraints, living an hour+ away. We usually stay at the Marriot, Hilton, or something relatively close. We both decided that we should just pick a place that was a little less frilly for this trip because we were just there to sleep, and that was it. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Let me say this, NO hotel/motel should leave your feet black from filth. That is absolutely disgusting. We all took showers, and the walk from the shower to the beds left us with black feet. My husband was kneeling on the floor next to the bed, and when he stood up- BLACK KNEES. The beds are so freaking hard and uncomfortable. The room was humid and smelled. We found 2 roaches in our room. The person next to us smoked weed pretty consistently through the night, and the smell went straight into our room. I DON'T CARE IF ITS "LEGAL". My kids have severe allergies/asthma, and I don't want to smell that in a "non smoking" facility. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $70-$100 to stay elsewhere. We wish we would have. We will stay at our usual hotel next time.

I had an enjoyable stay. The hotel facility and the surrounding area was clean and located in a safe area. Management and staff were courteous and professional. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Clean rooms well maintained. The whole property is well maintained. Friendly staff always offering help. Great variety of items for breakfast that is hot and fresh. Clean pool area with fresh towels. Excellent parking available for all rooms.

The Best Western are the BEST! They make you feel at home, take care of all you needs. The staff was very helpful , the room was very nice. Other hotels are alright but can't hold a candle to the family of best western. Thanks for being there. Right where we need you!

Myself and my kids were in the middle of a transition housing wise and this location made our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was great, always working and friendly the grounds were always clean. We were sad to go but if we ever need to stay I know where we will be booking!

nice renovation, but lacks security, and fully in tune staff. breakfast was good , and was a nice touch, parking easy , lots of non guest foot traffic in parking lot , not a place where you would let your guest walk alone

I search 'long term parking options with a shuttle', and this hotel popped up. I'm glad I chose Best Western. It was clean and the service was out of this world. The shuttle was ten minutes from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Even though I live with driving distance, my very early flight, and long-term parking was just what I needed.

I stay in Commerce ,CA every other day and they stopped giving points. I'm going to stop staying there. They think a bottle of water and some snacks is sufficient but it's a disgrace.. I have other coworkers who also stay there and I will be letting them know about this.

We recently discovered this property, conveniently located just a few minutes away from the Ontario airport. Rooms are very clean, beds very comfortable, good size refrigerator (not the square box sized ones), big bathroom, great breakfast included (great amenity), fitness center facilities (a little small but still a great amenity), shuttle service to/from the Ontario airport. Free parking is a plus and our stall was located not even 10 steps from our front door, and the service by all is stellar. Great value too. We travel to Claremont several times a year and we have made this property our go to place.

This location was dishonest unfair and unprofessional. The staff watched me by sitting by my room . Listening. One of the cleaning crew argued with me in the doorway of my room when I simply asked her to take my garbage

The odor in the room was horrible; it was like this musty stench combined with BO. The mattress was really hard; felt like I was sleeping on plywood. The breakfast however was pretty good and the dining are was really clean and welcoming.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for one night while we prepared to move her back to Arizona. We checked in late (after 11pm), but check-in was quick and easy. The room was simple but clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay. Breakfast the next morning was free, and was some of the best breakfast I had anywhere! Checkout was a breeze as well, took less than a minute, and we were on our way. I can't recommend this place enough!

What a great place to stay! 24 hour shuttle, clean room, easy check in and very friendly employees. Also close to Ontario airport and very affordable. I left early so they gave me a bagged breakfast but they serve a complimentary hot breakfast. Perfect stay. Don't hesitate to book. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I was impressed with cleanliness of room and even had 2bottles of water in room fridge nice and cold and no charge. Great pleasant staff with Welcoming smiles in all areas. Love them waffles, eggs w bacon, apples, bananas, juices, yogurt, coffee, the list goes on.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Excellent condition and service. Very convenient to the airport, places to gas up and eat. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

I dont like that i have to write a 200 character minimum to be able to leave my review that i am voluntarily doing, so this part should be optional. But i really like this hotel. Its really quiet and i feel like i have more privacy here.

I was there only one night. You can hear some airport noise even after hours but it wasn't constant. Check in was smooth but I was the only one checking in. Everything looked clean and was working. They have a hot breakfast. It was winter, I did not look at the pool.

Very clean and well maintained. Nothing fancy but very comfortable. Slow checking in and no recognition of diamond status. Pool was cold- unheated im sure. But hottub was warm. We thought the coffee was better than most hotels but breakfast Covid-style was a bit clunky

I'm wondering how this location got its "Plus" rating. Grumpy staff members at check-in and in the breakfast room create a negative atmosphere. The man at check-out asked me about my stay, then interrupted my response with another question. The room and rate at check-in were different from what I reserved on the Best Western web site. This was corrected, but only after some drama. The second-floor walkway had unfinished patchwork repairs. The curved shower curtain rod was loose and drooped down, causing the curtain to slide toward the middle and away from the walls. Jet noise from the airport was louder than expected. It wasn't loud enough to be disruptive, just distracting and, at times, annoying. On the positive side, the room was clean and nicely-furnished. Internet was speedy and reliable. The air conditioning cooled well and was reasonably quiet. Breakfast food selections covered a great variety.

Nothing frilly but hotel is very clean and convenient. I have stayed here a number of times. If this hotel has a problem it' would be it's closeness to the Ontario airport which others would consider a plus. Property is always clean and you can park close to your room.

What's best About my stays at the best Western Hotel aside from being clean, comfortable and cozy Is that the rooms seem to be soundproof. You literally do not hear the traffic of others coming and going. Also, the location is in a very nice area.

We always stay at this Best Western by the Ontario Airport because it is so convenient for the flight out the next day. The rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and I appreciate the convenient breakfast in the morning. Thank you!

A great hotel 10 min from the airport. Proper way up call, free shuttle picked us up outside our room on time, then later picked us up and brought us back. Staff was super friendly and accommodating . Room was spotless and everything appeared new. Nice pool and hot tub. Will be my go to from here out!

The folks at Best Western did everything possible to get us from the airport into a room where we could rest. They were considerate, polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

My husband and I chose this hotel because it is only 10 minutes from the Ontario airport. We purchased the airport parking package because for a one night stay , it includes up to 14 days parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. We thought it was reasonable for $149. They did not disappoint. We stayed the night before leaving on an international flight on vacation and enjoyed the pool and walking to a nearby restaurant before retiring for the night. Room is a little small but includes a refrigerator and microwave and beds are comfortable and room is clean. Their shuttle service to and from the airport was on time and the drivers friendly. Everything went very smoothly which was a tremendous relief, especially returning from a very long day of traveling back home. We will definitely use this hotel again!

The place was spotless with no chipped furniture or counters, Towels & toilet tissue folded as if they were in bloom, No smells, Great water pressure & and toilet that refills quickly and actually works. Very clean and well maintained!

Didn't feel particularly safe outside of the room and the chain on the door was not a quality inside safety measure. Take the word PLUS out of the name and charge less per night for this location. It's a Motel 6 on its best day.

The hotel feels more like a motel, there was cars playing loud music and seed some people were using the pool who weren't guest! The hotel needs security guards for making the stay feel more safe while staying in the hotel.

This is a no frills hotel. That being said it has a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Therooms and grounds are well kept. My room was a king bed standard. Room was spacious enough to have an easy chair in it. Plenty of space for luggage. Bed was comfortable with good selection of pillows. Restaurants very close by. All rooms exit to the outside. No interior entry / exit

Best Western Ontario Ca, the cleanest rooms and entire property I've ever stayed at. The team there will make you feel right at home. I've stayed at other hotels but once I stayed at Best Western Plus, I'm not staying anywhere else.

Had a great time with my sister catching up talking & laughing. Great price for the room. Great amenities. Love area. Service was great. Very quiet area and around our room. It gave us a chance to take a break from things.

Everything about my stay was excellent Rooms were clean Breakfast was hot and delicious Room service was great Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Restaurant at walking distance I would highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to Ontario, I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are by far very comfortable from the bed to the pillows to the bathrooms! The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive The pool area is clean and the hot tub was amazing then the hot complimentary breakfast

Excellent service and rooms are nice and clean.The wifi connection is good and has fast speed. There are restaurants that are walking distance and the restaurant next door has very good mexican food and beer.

I stayed at this hotel after flying into the Ontario airport. Within minutes of my calling them to pick me up, their van arrived to take me to the hotel. My room, as always, was nice and in perfect working order. I had a meeting the next morning, and was able to use the tables and chairs in the back of the lobby to conduct business with no noise or interruption. The breakfast was good as well. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in the area and highly recommend it.

I wanted eggs and bacon but instead just got waffled . The room was good and beds were comfy. It was kind of like staying at a motel 6, but nicer. I would probably stay there again if the rewards points will hook me up with a free night.

Clean, friendly, newly remodeled, close to freeway on-ramps and off-ramps, decent parking, but it is a drug infested homeless populated area but the hotel is kept up nicely. Restaurants readily available close to the hotel within walking distance

The desk clerk, Kari was very nice. I had just driven 4 hours from out of town, when I arrived at the hotel. Kari offered to see if a room was ready for me and she found one. She let me check in early, which was very considerate. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. My room was also clean and the bed comfortable. This BW location also offers free hot breakfast (no contact, someone serves you.) which is a nice touch during this Covid19 situation. They also offer the Grab and Go breakfast. This hotel is located near the Ontario Airport and rental car locations. In addition, this hotel offers shuttle service to and from the airport with pre-arrangement.

I'm a BW rewards member as well as a Marriott & Hilton member. Check in handled poorly. No room available an hour after posted check in time. No rewards perks offered. Room was very small. Hard for 2 average size people to move around comfortably.. Room was clean except for soap scum build up on sink faucet. Breakfast was very good! This property should not be branded as a Best Western plus, but as a Best Western.

The room was clean, comfortable, and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Conveniently located near the airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathroom is a little tight but functional.

My two day stay at the Best Western Hotel was extremely pleasant. I was impressed with how every area of the hotel grounds were maintained meticulously. My room was spotlessly clean as was the breakfast area which offered an abundant variety of breakfast items. The staff I encountered were all helpful and welcoming. It was the hotel experience every traveler hopes for and I will choose this same Best Western whenever I visit the area.

Hotel was pretty clean, most of the staff was very helpful and cordial. Great location to the airport, terrible location for shopping and food options. If you have a rental car, you'll be alright. Be aware of leisure buses full of Asians (Great people, very welcoming, but they party all night long, lol). Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel set up and the staff there were very polite and helpful.

Whenever I need to fly out of the Ontario airport, I spend the night at this hotel. I've always been very happy with the room and the service. There are plenty of hotel choices in the airport area, and I always choose this one. I highly recommend this property. I've never had a problem during my many stays, and the staff has always been helpful and courteous.

Room was a little small but nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, with fast and easy check in and check out. Loved using the gym equipment and they have a great breakfast selection. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at Best Western was very convenient for my cycling ride in Upland CA. The hotel met all my needs for a quiet, comfortable stay before and after the bicycle ride. After a tough ride, my hotel room was just the place to get back to and relax.

While the outside is slightly dated, the room inside was completely updated and the staff was amazing! Loved the shuttle service which picked us up at the rental car return when we returned our car the night before and then picked us up at our room the next morning for our trip back to the airport.

Stayed here The night before my flight after being in California for almost 2 weeks, very convenient for an early morning airline flight. I was able to take advantage of the hot tub in evening, very nice. I had a problem when I first checked in, smoke alarm was beeping indicating battery needed replaced, called front desk and they came right up and moved me to the room next-door.

This was by FAR the WORST experience at not only a hotel but in customer service in general that I've EVER had- so brace yourselves for a long review. To begin, when we first got into our hotel room it smelled like cigarettes when we specifically asked for a non smoking room, the carpet smelled like pee, and the air conditioner made an awful loud noise that woke me up when I was trying to sleep. The hotel was completely booked so we were unable to switch rooms. Following that, we had a noise complaint for our room over our speaker being too loud- completely understandable for them to ask us to turn it down. HOWEVER, instead of asking politely, security barged into our room and shouted at us to turn the speaker completely off. When we asked if we could just turn it off we were SHOUTED AT and told no and that if we got another complaint we'd be escorted off the property. We proceeded to turn off the speaker and one of us stepped outside onto the balcony. The security guard was standing at the bottom of the stairs and turned around and yelled angrily "you got a problem?!" and proceeded to try and intimidate us acting like he was literally gunna come up the stairs and fight someone. To be honest, I was scared to even continue our stay there after that not knowing what he might come back and do. After he finally walked away, we received a phone call from the front desk and they started by saying "we received a complaint for your room about your music" and I followed up by telling them we had already turned it off and the supposed manager LORENA proceeded to say "yeah we also heard you were nasty to the security guard"... the AUDACITY of a manager in HOSPITALITY to contact a customer and accuse them of being rude to a member of the staff without and sort of explanation first is absolutely absurd. I have never been so offended by a member of the hotel staff in my life. When I told her that isn't what happened she basically called me a liar and said "that's not what we were told". I then informed her that I would be speaking with the GM when she came in on Monday and Lorena said "you do that" and hung up. When we checked out they asked how our stay was and I told them "Not good, but i'll be speaking with the GM on Monday about it" and I didn't get so much as one apology from the staff member, only an eye roll. So we called the GM the following Tuesday and left a message, and when the GM Kanani finally called back she started the conversation with "yeah we've been waiting to speak with you guys". When my husband began telling her what had happened she cut him off, basically told him he was a liar, and said they had video surveillance of us "sitting outside in lawn chairs", "walking up to the receptionist in the office and cussing her out", and "a ton of smoke coming out of the room"- NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED. There was no where outside our room to put a lawn chair even if we wanted to, none of us smoke, and no one ever cussed out a receptionist. She then proceeded to laugh and say they weren't going to do anything for us and if we wanted anything further that we should call corporate. Now we have a case file open with corporate so I'm hoping they will be able to redeem themselves and rectify the situation somehow but as of now I will never stay at a Best Western again and tell everyone I know to stay clear.

This hotel covered the basics - it was a clean and comfortable place to spend the night. The decor left something to be desired. It's not necessarily the kind of room I would want to spend a lot of time in if I had to work.

Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Hotel team were excellant. Only issue which we should have reported but didn't was loud upper guests which kept us up all night. All facilities including the room were clean and well maintained.

Our stay was great. The hotel provides what I demand in a hotel: great customer service, cleanliness and comfort. It delivered on all 3. Breakfast was great. All employees are professional and friendly. We will be back.

We stay here regularly since we do a lot of flying. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable and the bed has pillows with different firmness so I don't get a stiff neck. Sam is normally our driver to the airport he is wonderful, friendly, helpful and a good driver.

The entire hotel staff were friendly & professional. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here & will do so again! Very convenient location to airport & car rental return. I highly recommend this hotel. The bed was comfortable & they have a great pool! Great place for families as well.

The Best Western Plus is a hotel with a wonderful location and great value in Ontario California. Perfect for business, the convention center is nearby. The hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities from breakfast to a pool.

Nice clean place to stay. Rooms have a little smell, but clean. Toilet is loud after you flush. Breakfast is awesome for what it is. Food is always fresh and they have ladies there constantly cleaning up and refilling the food!

I have been using this chain of hotels for over two years now. And after this most recent one in Ontario I have used all my points except for 5000 and I will no longer use them as I have canceled all future reservations and have gone with a new program. The way that we were treated upon check-in even the days leading up to check-in is horrible for someone who has status to be treated like they are nothing is beyond understandable I have spent hundreds of dollars and they have lost my business completely if I could give zero stars I would go back to anybody else who stays here make sure you have everything documented in names when you speak with someone at this location

dont bother with this location. the staff (Lisa and Resheeda) are rude and only have canned answers in addition to 'NO' and 'Cant help you' even the Manager said they are too busy to help me. I would never bother staying at this location ever again. (being a diamond select member with over 700,000 points) I would prefer to pay Double-tree $170 out of my pocket instead of staying free at this property.

This hotel is very well run with a courteous staff. All personnel were very helpful and enthusiastically going about their responsibilities. Place is nicely updated and very clean. We weren't expecting much from an airport hotel so this overall clearly exceeded our expectations.

The moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I felt at home. Every staff member I was in contact with was wonderful! Room was extremely clean! And the breakfast was great! A lot to choose from. Clean area and well stocked!

We did a late check in and the front desk receptionist was knowledgeable and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and we had no problems during our stay. We will be staying at the Best Western again.

Great place to stay and close to FWY 10, other restaurants close to ONT airport. The pool was been renovated (couldn't take a swim) so hoping to use it on my upcoming trip in August. Online booking is easy and love the accrual of points to redeem for a Free night!

We had decided to cancel our reservation at a nearby hotel after one night. We saw airline personnel going to the Best Western and took that as a good sign. Room and bathroom were clean. Everything worked properly. Bed was comfortable. We didn't have time for the breakfast. Shuttle service dependable. Only drawback was noise outside from people coming and going and sometimes it sounded as though they were knocking on our door when they were heading next door. .Second story rooms are accessible only via stairs. Wouldn't want to carry luggage up the stairs. .Minimal interaction with staff, but it was pleasant.

Sparkling restroom and clean shower with hot water. Breakfast was great and hot. Little disappointed that pool was being remodeled and it did mot list on our site. We booked hotel through Hotels.com. Maybe make sure your other sites list amenities that are unuseable.

Even though I reserved the room through Booking.com an hour beforehand, check in and check out was quick and easy. The staff was polite and informative. The room was AMAZING! Huuuuggeee bathroom, comfy bed and the entire stay was cozy like home.

The over-all experience was OK but there was no elevator and I had to lug heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The bathroom lighting could be better. There was one big light in the middle of the bathroom but the area over the sink was too dim. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The shower and TV were primo.

We have stayed here before and will again using their park, sleep, fly package ;-) Recently remodeled and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi needed a good cleaning though. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was timely.

We decided to stay closer to the area and avoid the trafic we would hit going home as we had back to back medical appts. This was a great choice a super dark, quiet and comfortable room. I didn't like the clean smell in the room was, but I'm super sensitive now. A great choice we will do it again as necessary.

Great price, clean room, plenty of space. When we asked for a rear room at checkin the staff member nicely suggested a front room might be quieter as there was a large group in the back. That was appreciated. Heard an occasional plane but was not disruptive. Place was full. Highly recommend.

We stay there whenever we are in the area and most stays are very nice. The rooms are comfortable, close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The staff is always friendly and the new appearance of the lobby is really nice.

The service you receive makes you feel welcome and appreciated. They make me feel like family. Quality of room is at least 4 star quality; that much I've experienced. In addition you get a free hot breakfast, which I had to pay $21 for when staying at the Hilton. I also enjoy having all the amenities of home like a microwave, fridge, laundry (extra, but affordable), swimming pool, spa, and cable channels like HBO. I will continue making this a frequent place to come for some r&r.

It's a very popular hotel for business and they take good care of peoples needs and its very clean and well kept property. Some times they get booked quickly on part of being close to the convention center. But a good place for rest.

Whenever I travel, I think of Best Western first. I am assured that the rooms will be clean, and comfortable. So far, the staff has been extremely pleasant to the customers, and helpful. I don't seem to be able to participate in the breakfasts, but I seem to have to leave before 6 in the a.m. to fly.

Good location, nice facilities, and close to to many important locations. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were remodeling the check in area and it looks nice. I like also they were close to a lot of nice eating spots.

We were only here for one night ahead of a competition, so the accommodations were adequate for that. The rooms are basic but comfortable. There was a refrigerator with complimentary water in it that was much appreciated. There was a hair left behind in the shower, and a black spider crawling around in the bathroom. Nothing unimaginable, but enough to make me wonder about the cleanliness of the facilities overall. The real saving grace though is the complementary breakfast. There were plenty of options for anyone. The eggs were not runny the way the often are in hotels. The ladies managing it were friendly and attentive. All things that were very welcome when needing to get on the road quickly in the morning!

This is my third stay. I am very impressed. The staff are thoughtful and very much focused on customer service. The breakfasts are great for all kinds of diets. Showers/water pressure are outstanding. Super convenient to Claremont and the airport. Exceeds expectations!

This hotel was very convenient for a quick drop off to the Ontario Airport. Just a 5 minute drive away. Shuttle service is also available. Breakfast was good, staff very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again

This hotel is my go-to place to stay whenever I have to fly out of the Ontario airport. You can safely leave your car there, and the staff will pick you up at your room to take you to the airport, as well as bring you back. It's super-convenient, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure my stay is pleasant and that I make it to the airport on time! I've never encountered any problems while staying there, and highly recommend it!

I missed my reservation to do plane have mechanical difficulties. I was told I would have to speak to the manager in order to get a refund. Manager would not take my call nor return my call. Excuses were made such as they didnt have the correct spelling of my name. Except, they did as I am a platinum member and they had it for check in and I made sure the person who answered the phone had it and my cell number. In my opinion, they stole the money.

We arrived at 2 am due to our flights arriving late. We called for thefree shuttle service offered and they were there to pick us up with in minutes from the airport.. The check-in was quick, staff was courteous at all times. We took advantage of the free breakfast which was the usual continental breakfast. Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. check out was a breeze with minimal wait time . I would use them again.

I had a 6:00 AM flight out of the Ontario, CA airport, so chose to spend the night at the BW. I got a great deal online, and when I got to the hotel, they actually gave me a ground floor room, rather than lug my luggage upstairs. The front office people were very friendly and welcoming even at 9:00 PM. I told them I would need an early shuttle to the airport, and they advised me that the shuttle would be leaving at 4:30 AM, and that the driver would come right to my room and help with my luggage. Since we would be leaving before the complimentary breakfaat would be set up they asked if I would like a "to go" bag for the next morning, which I declined. Later in the morning I was kicking myself for not taking the goodie bag to have something to nibble on! The next morning the shuttle driver was at my room right around 4:30 and there were already a few other passengers in the van, he was friendly, well groomed and alert as he drove us the couple of miles to the airport and dropped us off. The hotel itself is an older building, but has been very well maintained and upgraded. The room was very clean, well maintained and had also been upgraded. There was a minifridge, coffee maker and microwave and a large flatscreen TV with lots of channels. The bathroom was very large and well stocked with towels, shampoo, lotion, nice soaps, etc. This was a quick one-night stay, but if I ever have another early morning flight I will stay here again. I had family drop me off at the hotel, and then they picked me up 2 weeks later at the airport, but if I have a quick trip, I will probably just leave my car at the hotel, nice service that they offer.

Everything was great. Their staff was very patient with me and my group. Breakfast was good, and they even offered soy milk as a dairy alternative. The bed was very very very comfortable, but the pillows were sort of hard and lumpy.

We booked two rooms for a recent business trip to the convention center. The rooms were clean and stocked with all the normal amenities. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very quiet night's sleep, even the motel-style layout. We ran into an issue with shipping boxes from the convention center, and the entire staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us in our time of need! I'm a big believer that customer service makes or breaks any traveling experience, so if you're looking for the best, stay here!

I stayed at this hotel before it was excellent, this time we seen a cockroach in the room and there were so many Koreans yelling back and forth between the rooms could not joyous our stay.really I think you want me to say less.

Best Western PLUS Hotel was the best! The front desk lady saved me and my family by providing several packs of tooth paste as we forgot to bring and than we forgot to stop at a store. The day of check in the office lady went out of her way to give us detail information on places to eat as my family and I on unfamiliar with the area. The kitchen ladies I was very pleased with their service they went out of her way to make sure we didnt go without.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus was superb. The service and cleanliness was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! The pick-up at the airport was on time. We came in earlier at the required check-in time, but we were accommodated. We checked out before 12 noon and our flight was late evening. They offered that we can leave our luggage at the hotel. When we came back, they offered to bring to the airport. We'll rate this motel "EXCELLENT"

About 5 minutes from the Ontario airport. Very comfortable bed and nice room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub with jets. Free Breakfast was included and it was excellent hot breakfast in a clean dining room.

It's just a few minutes from the Ontario Airport. Competent, courteous staff at check in and check out made things easy. Clean rooms with all the amenities in working order, pleasent decor and functional furniture made for a comfortable stay.I recommend this Best Western.

Only provided 2 bottles of water per room on the first day, are you kidding me? For the price we are paying, should be at least a bottle a day. I was also provided a supposedly clean towel with what looked like a feces stain, very poor maid quality... one of the nights, they also left 2 pillow case covers on my chair, not folded like it's meant for me but scattered. It's like they forgot.... very poor quality hotel, or motel for that matter.

Great staff, nice rooms, great restaurants. I have been a Best Western customer since 2005 and have stayed at their properties all around the country but the Ontario property is my favorite, it's like home away from home.

Hotel location is very close to Ontario Airport and shuttle service friendly and prompt. We had a very early morning flight and the driver was on time and very helpful, as was the driver that picked us up on return. Would definitely recommend.

Although the airport is close, it is not constant. Close to the I 10 and groceries with a Starbucks next door. They staff here is great. They have good attitudes and are friendly and care about the guests and property.

Stayed here for a conference at Ontario Convention Center. Located right across street from Conv. Center. Breakfast was good, but breakfast room is extremely small. Room was nice-we had a handicap room for a lady in a wheelchair, room was spacious. Good budget-friendly hotel.

Honestly one of my favorite hotels that I have been to! The room was really nice and you can tell they really clean it. I love all the amenities they have in the room and even want to buy a few myself (which they allow you to). They have good channels on the TV and great WiFi service which is GREAT. The only downfall is that the AC would not stay on even when I put it on that mode. So it would go off and on off and on every 10 minutes. I would be in a sauna for 10 minutes and in bliss for 5. FOR THE WHOLE 3 DAYS! My only downfall. I would still give it another try though

I just stayed at the hotel, and was impressed by the work ethic and helpfulness of the breakfast staff. Ludi and Alba were responsible for tending to the breakfast room, and they did so impeccably. Second floor king was updated, clean and bed was comfortable. Unusual bath layout but worked okay. What I'll remember is the turbo flusher, good TV and extra friendly and helpful shuttle drivers. Only downside was that there was no elevator.

The room was fine we only stayed one night. Nothing fancy by any means but I have to warn people looking to book and are being sold by the “complimentary breakfast”. It was CRAP! Ran out of all food and nobody seemed to care! Will not stay again and I fly out of ONT airport a lot!

Only issue was tv did not work during my stay. To late at night to call down for the issue. Noted it the front desk at check out and no accommodation was made to correct the issue. Only disappointment.

We checked in at 1:30 am after leaving a terrible hotel. This place was great and the service was very accommodating. The room was clean, the facilities nice and simple, and the staff very friendly. We now have a place to stay near the Ontario Airport when visiting family in Southern California.

Really old hotel, noisy, a/c can't be set to auto, with bad air freshener smell in the room. Tiny breakfast area with very limited breakfast. Exterior hallways throughout, so you basically can't even have the blinds open without losing privacy.

This Best Western Plus is a good place for an overnight stay. Very close to airport and Freeway. Only problem is that it does not have elevators for handicapped people. other than that, I would stay again

We just stayed one night but it was very close to I-10 and easy to go to places we want to see. Also it was very convenient for us to get back to Las Vegas. By the way, Costco was 7 minutes from the hotel.

this hotel is good, room is clean, employees are friendly. we went for a conference, it is close to convention center. we walked to convention center, but when it was nearly 10-11 pm, better drive around. in each morning there is breakfast, but space is limited, it was really crowd for breakfast. but people are nice. and in order

What I like this hotels is that when you have early flight you still have free shuttle! Many hotels have shuttles bus during the set hours but this hotel can able to take you to airport as early as you need to be! Also I appreciate a bag of BF. I think it was apple and BF bar and a bottle of water. This is usually the hotel we stay if we need to take early flight.

Good place to stay. Clean with very helpful staff. Would recommend as a place to stay. Breakfast is excellent. Good selections. Eggs were made fresh. Rooms were clean. It was quiet and felt very safe.

A great experience. The Room was totally awesome, very spacious and had great features. Walk in closet, granite counter tops, nice desk area, plenty of pillows, big bathroom. The hotel breakfast that is included was pretty good. Nothing fancy, but it had all that one needed for eggs, sausage, chorizo, sides, juices coffee, all breads to choose from and was nice and clean in the room. I ate there twice. I'd highly recommend anyone stay here, it's as nice as hotels twice the price if not more. The area around the hotel doesn't have much but fast food for food options that are walkable, but a short couple of miles away are some nicer restaurants that are available.

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast. Could have cleaner chairs in their breakfast room. Price is competitive, bed was comfortable, WiFi was great. Easy access to freeways and parking was very good.

It was my first time staying here and I enjoyed the experience. I will stay here again in the future. Only issue I had was i could not get the shower curtain to stay in place and it resulted in pooling of water on floor just outside tub. Potentially dangerous slipping situation. Probably isolated to my room but it did make the stay less than perfect. I will recommend to friend and will stay here again when I'm in the area. Great staff, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable.

The hotel was convenient to access. We could not sleep to do excessive noise from planes, trains and the people above us in the motel. The hot tub was nice and big. It was an inconvenience to go to the lobby for pool towels. I do like the size of the motel - there are only 2 floors.

A great hotel to relax and get some quality rest. I am a over the road truck driver and i enjoy staying at the BW here in Ontairo,California when I need a thirty four hour reset.The staff is very professional and very courteous.

We took the youth from our church to a conference at the convention of Ontario. The location of the hotel was great but the breakfast area was too small for our big youth group. Also, it seemed to me that the hotel didn't notified their staff of our big group as they didn't have prepared enough breakfast supplies. The eggs and the patties were half way cooked and some of the youth got sick from the eggs and patties.

Had to stay close to the airport for a 4am departure. Airport shuttle was there waiting on time. From the time I arrived the staff has professional and helpful. The only bad part of my stay was leaving to early to check out the breakfast

I stay here quite often while on the road and they are also accommodating with my last minute drop in room request. The breakfast is always my favorite. I like the fact that this chain offers rewards and they do not expire.

Never received my wake up call because I couldn't get into the first room the key card would not work. So they gave me a new room and never changed the room number so they called the old room with my wake up call. (Thank god I set my alarm on my phone too) The shuttle to pick me up after I dropped of my rental car took 25 minutes to pick me up. I had the van pick me up because I had so much luggage, the guy pulled up and let me make 3 trips back to my room to get my luggage and load it myself. VERY VERY bad experience!

The staff of the hotel is great, all of the staff, shuttle drivers, front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff. All of them are really, helpful. However, the hotel is full of large / bus loads of foreign travelers, they don't know or understand how to respect other hotel guests, they are loud, pushy and take over the property all hours of the day and night with noise. When I say the property is full of them, I've been here for 7 days and every single day / night they have been disruptive, can't escape it, the hotel should simply just book the tour groups and warn individual travelers of the problem. Hope the owner of the hotel reads this, because I will never, ever stay there again.

Hotel staff (all of them, front desk, shuttle, housekeeping and breakfast staff) fantastic. However, the hotel has been taken over by group tours, mostly Chinese that do not understand quite travel, they are loud, pushy and you can't get any sleep because of the noise, would suggest staying someplace else and let the tour groups have the hotel to them selves.

I was scheduled to fly out of Ontario airport so my sister and I decided to spend the night before my flight near the airport. We didn't want to worry about the early morning traffic. She had stayed at this location before and thought it was fine. I was pleasantly surprised!!! I just wanted a clean room and good bed. The room was very clean and felt as if it had just been updated. Bathroom was large and had good amenities. The property was very clean and the staff was accommodating. Helped us find a good place for dinner and printed directions to the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was another surprise. A full breakfast in a nice setting and again the staff was so helpful. Bringing more food around to the tables to make sure we got everything we wanted. It was a lovely experience and I will always stay here.

I was here for a business trip. One night only. Close to the airport, super efficient. Clean, silent, big room. Very good value for the price. Close to place to have dinner. Breakfast is included, not very fanzy.

We had an early morning flight and decided to stay at a hotel near Ontario Airport the night before. We were greatly pleased by the courteous staff (including our shuttle driver who was cheery and obviously enjoyed his job, even at 4:00 a.m.!), large room, comfortable bed and the value for being able to park our car for up to 14 days while traveling from the airport. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall a great experience for the value; great staff, comfortable room and great location. It was extremely significant to me when I was assured that I large cake which needed refrigeration would be stored overnight for a presentation I had the following morning. The staff secured it without any problems and that was most important to me. I will definitely use this hotel for future trips!

Service by front desk horrible . If you're in the area I would never use this facility again . The person representing herself as a manager but I highly doubt she made it that far treating people the way she treated me

They have a very large area with multiple buildings and you will have no issues finding a parking spot if you're bobtailing. Did not see any tractor-trailer parking however. Breakfast was same old- same-old. However the eggs had a few extra ingredients and the sausage was seasoned giving it that lil bit of luck, which I like.

The hotel is clean but a very basic motel, would never choose this hotel again. Office staff not overly helpful and don't try using your reward points, they don't know how to apply them and become quite irritated with you. We were in town to set up home health care for a family member. Next time we will do our research, there must be a better option in the area.

ok. where should i start... first i came to check in at 2:30 pm . they ask me for 20$ early check in. at 2:30 pm. so they make me wait till 4:30 pm to get my room. a morning after, the house keeping shows up and clean the room. and then she said the bathroom door are lock and she will call someone to open and then she will be back. she left and then i tried to open the door and i did open it. very easy. no one came. and she never came back. and my bathroom was not clean. very bad experience beside the breakfast that was not bad. i will not come back.

Stayed here several times while on business. Consistently clean, quiet enough, very friendly and helpful staff and good location. I also used this hotel for one night stay and to leave my car there rather than at the airport. The price was very good and the shuttle was availabile at 3 am to take me to the airport and pick up when I returned was fast.

Plane Jane "motel 6 " type location. .A lot of truck cabs parked around. We where unable to get breakfast .A large foreign travel group of at least 100 dominated the small breakfast room all morning. Staff at check out where rude when I asked for a hard copy of bill prior to leaving . They insisted on having shuttle bus driver give it to me ? No good by ,thank you , or anything . Just plain rudeness !!Never stay here again .

Clean, well-kept landscape and a nice bed, room was clean and nice appointed. Plus there is a pool, business center, physical fitness room, and just a couple of blocks from I-10 and the Ontario Convention center. There is a closed restaurant on the property but no news as to when it might reopen, there are several good restaurants in the area. The motel offers a nice breakfast, free of charge, with the typical fast breakfast fare, scrambled eggs, waffles, juices, cut fruit and juices, and coffee.

This was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed in very unclean noisy the plumbing was just a bad odor just a very bad experience we are on a family vacation and this started out badly way overpriced for the quality

I reviewed this property favorably several years ago and I continue to come back several times a year. It's always well kept, updated, and has wonderful staff. It doesn't matter if I need to schedule a shuttle to the airport at 6pm (when they're busy) or at 4:30am like I did last week, they are always ready and smiling. I'll be back in another month...thanks!

A stop over on our business, pleasant, even though the restaurant was closed down,there were places in walking distance and pizza for delivery, which was good. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

A really great hotel for us. We live pretty far away from the airport and lately the freeway has been messed up almost every day. So we decided to change from just airport parking to the Best Western sleep 'N Fly where we spent the night before our flight and were able to have the car stay in the parking lot of the hotel. The locations where we could leave our car was excellent, no worries about there being anything happen to the car. Always under view by the staff, well lit and safe. Very excellent transportation to the airport and back. Hardly any waiting time for us on the return. On going to the airport the driver coming off shift came to our room to pick up us and our bags and then the new driver took over to take us to the airport. Couldn't have wanted any better service than that. We will definitely recommend to everyone - This is the place to stay!

My mom and I usually stay at the Ontario Best Western the night before she flies out. While being close to the airport is a definite perk, we also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, free breakfast and reasonable prices. Thank you!

i came to the hotel early i was be able to check in and the front desk agent was very nice and helpful didn't wait long to get my room once i get to the room was very clean very comfortable beds and as check out was very easy.

This is a great hotel very clean and quiet will stay again. Very easy freeway access close to restaurants shopping etc . Great value compared to other hotels in area. Right by the Ontario Airport so very convenient .

After driving 15 hours, and getting to hotel before checkin time-- we were not allowed to use the restroom. Very rude. The trims were nice, and at a nice location. The breakfast offered, eggs, waffles, unsweetened cereal, and noodles? I enjoyed the fitness center. I think front desk staff need to be more professional.

The Best aWestern Plus Ontario Airport was the perfect location for going to the concert as well as catching a plane. When they say PLUS they mean it as there were many extras to make you comfortable and feel welcomed. We will return next year!

This hotel is not one of the best in my experience in staying at a BestWestern Hotel. Rooms were clean enough but the location has a section of rooms in an undesirable area where homeless people are camped out near guest parking area. Area is dark and there were hotel guest who had their laundry hanging out on the rails in front of their rooms. Looked like a 3rd world housing area.

Everyone at the hotel went out of their was to make things feel more like home. The staff in the lobby, with the shuttle, and at the breakfast area were all willing to help to make things easier on myself and my husband.

This property has to be head and shoulders above the rest of BW properties. I had resolved never to use BW properties because of past stays at other BW's. I needed a stay for an overnight trip to a local amusement park, and for the price range, it fit the bill. I was completely impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of staff, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and property. This location made me rethink the BW brand overall - I will definitely be back to this property for local stays. I would recommend to the property managers to beg the staff never to leave - they are what makes this place special.

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Very easy access tot he airport. No Frosted Flakes at breakfast though! Shuttles run on time. Room was pretty quiet for a larger facility. Positive experience.

The stay at this hotel was excellent as far as staff, internet, fitness room, and hotel room go. The only set backs were that there were tour groups that showed up every night and the room that breakfast was served in was far too small. However the staff would make sure insure that you received breakfast if you weren't in one of the tour groups.

Although we only stayed 12 hours while traveling through the area, this Best Western was very clean and comfortable, much nicer than other Best Western's we've stayed in. The beds were great. Bathroom and other amenities were like new. Would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is modern, clean, and friendly. There's many options within a short walk and even more within a short drive. For business it's a great option and the value is very good. Would recommend and will stay again!

Breakfast is pretty good; overall is a good hotel to stay in Ontario. The location is good for going out shopping at Ontario Mill. The room is clean; the swimming pool is also good. I will recommend people to stay here.

This Best Western was very nice indeed. I stay at a lot of Best Westerns as I am a traveling service tech. Spend about 250 days a year on the road. The hotel staff are very friendly upon arrival at check in. Well trained and professional. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, clean, the bed very nice. Slept very well. I used the express checkout and it was very efficient. I would stay here again most certainly!

Quiet spot for a hotel, far enough from the highway yet close enough to be convenient. The bed is nice but I do wish they would invest in some nicer bed covers. The breakfast was better than most Best Western's and the price was very reasonable for the area. I'd stay here again.

Restaurants are close by. Many good restaurants are in the area. We attended at graduation at Pomona University so this hotel was quite convenient. Ontario Mills was also quite close by. Breakfast was not outstanding.

We stayed here for a funeral. The staff was great about late check out in order for us to come back and change into travel clothes. My husband stayed here before. At check in it would be nice if they would warn us that a tour bus was staying and that the breakfast room would be crowded at a certain time. It should be easy for staff to find out the tour departure time and estimate when the room will be crowded.

The room was clean. We had a first floor it was quite, it was across the parking lot to the pool. The pool and hot tub are both outside. They are both heat and were great. I wish they had towels at the pool. The breakfast was alright but very crowded. There were not enough places to sit or to get to food. We were there on a Saturday night so that might have been the problem.

I really enjoy my stay. They have a pool and a hot tub Which is very relaxing. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile, the rooms are clean and well maintained. They also have an airport shuttle which is very convenient for me when I do not have a rental

I just had a business trip in California. I stayed at BW for straight 7 days. I arrived late, but the frontdesk quickly checked me in. The breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from, and the maids always clean tables and floors after guests left. The landscape was pretty nice and the room is nice and clean too. I gave the property an A plus.

I love the convenience of this hotel to the airport. We can park there and the shuttle is convenient. Cheaper than parking in the long term parking. Hotel is clean, comfortable and close to good food.

This hotel was very well maintained. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was quite quiet, which surprised me because it was right near the airport. All the services were excellent, including the hot breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This Best Western is neither the best or the worst we've stayed at. The rooms are oddly proportioned but clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional at both check in and check out. The breakfast was ok, not the best, not the worst. The grounds were clean and nice. For the price, it was a good deal and our stay was good. We would consider this hotel again if in the area but maybe not our first choice. I would say give it a try and see for yourself rather than passing it by.

We checked out of a subpar hotel where we were booked and came to the Best Western. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. I know it was only April, but the swimming pool was really cold. There is also no meat items available for breakfast or hot chocolate.

This hotel is great definitely wirth every penny the staff is very nice, friendly and rooms were great as well we had a double queen room and had more than enough space for two adults and two children .. this is our new favorite hotel anytime we come back

We stayed at this location recently when our flights got cancelled and/or delayed coming into Ontario Airport. The staff were very nice and accommodating and the location is very good. While it was obvious that the hotel had been recently renovated, the room had a very musty and strange smell. The room layout, especially the bathroom, was also very strange. The traffic noise also made it difficult to sleep in the morning. Since we have stayed at other hotels in the area and know there are locations that provide a better sleeping experience, we would probably not come back here but the price and location are right if the issues I mentioned do not matter to you.

my work often brings me to Fontana, California and whenever I have a layover, I head to Best Western without hesitation. The staff is incredibly professional and kind. If you are looking for a clean and well maintained room with a comfortable bed, this is the place. Breakfast has both hot and cold items and a variety of items from which to choose. You read how i'm going on and on about this location? Come and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed. And if you are, tell the staff and they will fix it.

My stay was average, house keeping neglected to clean my room and the price was way overpriced for the kind of room I had. Breakfast only had limited options for food. My check in expirence went pretty well, they greeted me.

Need a hotel room at the last minute at midnight and was so grateful to find vacancy at this hotel. What a pleasant surprise! It is reasonably-priced, really clean, comfortable, safe, conveniently located near the freeway and airport, and large. My room was near the entrance and it was very quiet. Extremely friendly front desk staff. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, too. Lots of good choices and everything tasted great. Highly recommend!

The rooms are what you would expect. Nothing too fancy but clean. I wasn't a big fan of the late night check in window like a gas station but I suppose it maybe necessary for the area although I lived there 30 years and don't think it's needed.

We were heading to Joshua Tree National Park and used this hotel as an overnight on the way there. Very efficient, good amenities and lovely breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything more to satisfy our needs.

Hotel for the weekend - attending an event - hotel was mainly to sleep and get ready - not a place to hang out or vacation - purpose was served - clean good service - parking was adequate - a bit on the expensive side - of course they were exploiting the nearby event at the NOS center - definitely not worth the price

Room was nice but small and lumpy pillows on king size bed were BAD. Also breakfast seems to cater to orientals. Didn't eat hotels breakfast. Need American food served or at least offered!! Room itself was nice and very clean. And reception area and employees there were very nice.

I have stayed at this site many times. Great location! Close to airport, shopping, gas, Costco & Goodwill! What more could you ask for. Staff is always friendly & accommodating! Nice pool too! Close to Government center & courts. Rancho Cucamonga is a nice safe location for this hotel.

Since we needed to pick someone up at the airport later at night, we stayed the night at the Best Western Plus Ontario Airport. We had a comfortable king size bed and slept well. The room also had a nice TV with a movie channel and lots of free stations. Internet speed was good. There was a desk area. There was in in room safe. There was also a microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was fine. I did like the dual shower heads in our room (not sure if all have those.) We slept in so did not enoy the complementary breakfast. Parking is free. There is a nice swimming pool and hot tub. In terms of a Best Western Property I found it comforable, but average compared to other such properties.

I have posted before for this hotel however I felt it necessary to post again. My family and I were in the process of moving from Arizona to California and we found out last minute our apartment would not be ready on time. I was so relieved when I was able to book 2 rooms for the same day. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the rooms they assigned us had so much space for our young grandson to run around and unwind from the long ride. They were also able to accommodate our very large moving truck! If I had any feedback to give is that the rugs in the room are very dirty even though the color of it hides the dirt well. But all in all I will definitely recommend and use again.

Needing a place near the Ontario airport, I was pleased with this property. The rooms are adequately sized and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is typical with one exception, they offer an Asian-inspired "top ramen" soup with breakfast.

Was a great place to stay, and get to the airport in time for flight! The Breakfast ladies were very accommodating, and the parking while flying is in a safe place. However I am annoyed now at the fact I cannot get out of this survey without writing a book.

This hotel was conveniently located, easy access from freeway and main street; parking was easy. The staff were professional and very accommodating. The hotel was modern and clean, very nice, very well maintained. My room was very comfortable, had everything I needed, clean, quiet, average bed comfort. The breakfast was satisfactory and the breakfast area host was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others and will also stay here again if I am in this area again.

The hotel was close to family but was a good value only wish we could have had a little more quiet a/ c was loud and neighbor were up late and loud, did not report problem just delt with it and breakfast was crowded so only got a glance

Room was small, but modern. Motel is fairly new. Coffee pot worked....wasn't a Keurig. Check in and out was straightforward. Motel was quiet. Price was reasonable. Was close to Ontario Airport which I flew out of early the next morning. Did not have chance to sample breakfast buffet. There was coffee available in the lobby when I checked in during the early evening. Plan to stay again if need arises.

Breakfast was a joke, nothing but carb and cheap quality items. No bacon or sausage, instead biscuits and instant noodles and frozen yogurt! I have never stayed in a BW plus and has this type of breakfast. Don't mean to be ungrateful but there should be some kind of standards when you are a plus BW. I have stayed in many BW plus hotels and this was by far the worse. Rooms are old and sound proof is horrible, I WOULD NOT recommend. Ladies at the breakfast kitchen worked very hard to keep the area clean and check in and out staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful which is a big plus for me. The room was smaller than I am used to but adequate and the beds were very comfortable! I plan to come back next year and stay there.

Skip the breakfast unless you like carbs or Asian Soup. There were no breakfast meats available just eggs and eggs with chorizo and the usual waffles, muffins, instant oatmeal and other carbs. This is a great location if you are flying in or out of Ontario and there are some great places to eat nearby. Clean and comfortable but the WiFi is slow.

The room was clean reasonably quiet. The breakfast staff put forth good effort to keep the tasty items stocked, fresh and the serving area clean. The office staff were friendly and efficient. All in all, a nice stay. We won't hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised with the clean rooms, nice place to rest up on our return home. Even though the airport was in close proximately the noise was never a factor. Close to freeway ramp and to the Ontario Mills. Will return again to this hotel.

While they have a beautiful, clean lobby and lounge area the rest of the hotel is just a dressed up version of a motel. Not exactly the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. Booked 2 nights and only stayed one.

Nice clean and friendly place to stay for early flights. Shay and Lisa were very helpful and friendly during check-in. They gave us breakfast to go bags since we were going to take the shuttle to the airport at 4:30am and would miss breakfast.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get drop our car off at the rental agency the night before and be picked up by a driver and taken to the hotel so we didn't have to do it in the morning.

Nice place close to lots of shopping / dining. They have a nice pool and a very nice gym set up. Big breakfast areas. Close to freeway, but very quiet location. Friendly staff, lots of parking. It was hot that week, but my room was cool. AC and internet all working well.

Spent the night as we had an early flight out and wanted the convenience of waking up, leaving the car free and taking the shuttle to the airport. The room was decent and reasonable for the airport parking and shuttle service UNTIL we flew back. We got our luggage and called for the shuttle. We had to call three times as our first two calls were dropped while we were on hold. Finally after 20 minutes and three calls, we were told we had a 15-20 minute wait. If our first two calls had not been dropped, our rating would have been a 3.

The proximity of this property to the airport makes this hotel very convenient for the traveler. Unfortunately there are no good reliable restaurants within walking distance unless a sandwich or diner fills the bill. The well rated Italian restaurant close by is closed on Sunday, when we stayed. So we had to drive a bit to something that would work --- although there is an In and Out close by. Another thing that is not clear from the photos is that this is a MOTEL: the rooms are all accessed directly from the outside! Thankfully the hotel located our two rooms right next to each other, which eased the mind of a nervous family member traveling with us who doesn't like outside room access (motels). Also the motel is noisy! Not airplane noise, but "guests" jumping around in the room a floor above us, others outside yelling to one another -- just people without a sense of others being around and perhaps wanting quiet. I saw this in several other reviews as well. The bed and interior of the room are well maintained and comfortable. The rooms we had were very clean and comfortable. Last, the staff -- especially Lisa -- were very pleasant and helpful. This one feature really drove my rating to be as generous as it is. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Hats off to them.

As we typically do, we stayed at this Best Western prior to a early-morning flight my wife was taking. We live about an hour and half away and we would have otherwise had to get up in the middle of the night. As it was, we still had to get up at 3 AM for her flight! At any rate, for the first time we were given a handicapped room which was quite spacious and which would have been quiet but for our Asian tourist neighbors, who seem to have a penchant for speaking outdoors loudly. The only complaint we could make was the weak Wi-Fi signal at the far end of the building where the room was located. A repeater is need to strengthen the signal.

We stayed one night. The room was clean and everything in working order. There is a nice pool which we did not use during our stay. The adjacent restaurant was closed and there is nothing else comparable close by. The breakfast was satisfactory with several selections including waffle maker. The bed was quite comfortable. Generally, this hotel is adequate.

The breakfast area is small, the breakfast options are very limited and the quality of the cooked items was low. The Wi-Fi was super-slow, I always reverted back to using data on my phone. The flowers outside my door had an awful smell, even though they were pretty.

After checking in got into a room that was not totally clean. Also when came back the next day after a day out, we found that our room had not be cleaned that day. We do not recommend this hotel. There are better hotels and values in this area closed to the Ontario Airport.

Terrible place. Doesn't take any kind of prepaid credit card- even if it has more money on it than a normal bank card. Don't waste your time on this place. I would give it 0 stars if possible. The window person (since it was nighttime) had a very unkind attitude and was pretty rude. I will never stay in another best western again after this.

I chose this hotel primarily for the location to visit friends. I stayed one night and all went without a hitch. The property is clean and tidy. I had the pool and spa all to myself on a Wednesday afternoon (June 1, 2016). Bed was comfy. I heard no noise from other guests. The only issue I had was I needed to wait a bit for staff to re-stock/re-supply breakfast items. As a worker shared, a large tour group had just come thru and cleared out all the food items. Aside for something like this that is out of your control, I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely staying here again!

This location is one of the best around the Ontario area, if you need to do some shopping the Mall is very close, if your looking for a nice place to have dinner and drinks, you have establishments very close. Within walking distance, This location is centrally located, everything about this location is great. I am and will be staying at this location again.

Traveling through needed a place to stay found this very clean very quiet Hotel. The staff was great, the hotel room and grounds were so clean that it looked like Disneyland. I would recommend this hotel for family and friends.

First of all, when I stayed in another location of this Hotel Chain I received great service, but the opposite from what I got on this location, when I made my reservations on line, it wasn't mentioned that I would have to make an extra deposit per when checking in, so I had to present my card for an extra charge per room " as a security deposit" that was to be cancelled from charges when checking out and nothing was wrong with the room, when I checked out, the front desk clerk confirmed we were "ALL OK" and charges were to be cancelled, this was last Friday and I'm still waiting for the charges to get cancelled and my card cleared form those charges. This made other differences from when I stayed in another location minimize compared to this surprise charges, definitely not booking on this location next time!!.

My friend recommended this Best Western because she knew I was staying close to Ontario Airport for the convenience since I had a 6am flight and needed to park my car at a remote airport parking lot. She said that this Best Western offers up to 14 days of parking at a reasonable rate plus a ride to the airport. I was sold and it turned out to be the best thing I could have done. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was firm just like I like it. It smelled nice in there as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western property. I stay at Best Westerns all the time, and in general am happy with the quality. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Beautiful property, nice pool and spa, fitness center fully equipped, and the best breakfast buffet I have had at any Best Western property. Very close to the airport and the Citizens Bank Arena. I will definitely stay here on my next Ontario visit.

This hotel is in a very good location. We found it easy to find. It was very clean, however the shower ceiling clearly had some water damage that was not well repaired. On a personal note, I find it very irritating to get to a hotel room and find just 2 towels for 2 people. My daughter and I both have A LOT of hair and one towel just doesn't do it. We also had one hand towel and 2 washcloths. I guess most would find this adequate and they did bring us more when we requested them. I know we're trying to conserve water...I understand that and I understand that this is minor. The staff was quite friendly and, as usual, the beds were very comfortable. The comfy beds are one of the reasons we stay at Best Westerns. Other reviewers complained about the noise, but we didn't notice that at all. I mean, you're staying by an airport. Lol.

For business or personal travel it is a well operated and clean facilityl Located near airport without airport or traffic noise. Many resturant choices close by and easy walk to Ontario Convention Center. Newer big screen TVs ans comfortable beds. Breakfasts were well down. but room could be larger to accomodate travelling groups.

Excellent stay at this Best Western--room was great, bed was comfortable (better than mine at home)! Breakfast was nice, would have liked some bacon for breakfast; and a few less "ill mannered" group of guests that basically pushed us aside to grab at things! Hotel can't control that though ;) Overall, service was wonderful, room was wonderful. I was there for a function that took place in the Crystal Room and all was good there as well!

I have always counted on Best Western for my hotel stays. This was no exception. This was a perfect weekend. Location was great. Always appreciate the cleanliness of the remote control which is overlooked in many hotels. Close to restaurants and freeway to Pomona. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Very clean and comfortable room, we were able to check in early, so a good plus, we had one of the rooms towards the back, which was perfect for sleeping in late.. Walking distance to many places for snacks, dinner, and if in the mood, dancing across the street at Misty's Lounge inside the double tree hotel.

Clean, grounds are gorgeous, quiet, close to freeway, a new breakfast cafe. Loved everything about this location, and I solely stay at Best Western. I even told the gal at the desk that this was now my favorite Best Western.

I had the pleasure of staying here last Friday 4/8/16. A beautiful new lobby with a relaxing bar and lounge area. Fast and friendly service from David at the front desk. He is available member to the staff at this Ontario location for sure. Comfortable and spacious accommodations with 2 flat screens. VERY fast service from housekeeping when we asked for more towels. I would recommend this Hotel in the Ontario area for business or pleasure. I look forward to staying here again when I return in the near future.

Aside the poor internet service in our location of the hotel, the stay was very pleasurable and affordable as well. The Hotel is well located for walking distance to shops, restaurants, and convention center. A short drive (1 to 3) miles in either direction and you have Department stores and better restaurants for evening dinning.

Do not consider this motel a “Plus.” We've found that older properties with outside entry rooms do not measure up to what we expect in a plus rating. We arrived after 11 pm and had to register thru an outside window of a detached building. The owners had certainly tried to update the property but paint and updated bedding on very hard beds, limited electrical outlets, noisy suitcases on concrete, blocked sidewalks by housekeeping staff, inadequate lighting, make these older properties disappointing and not worth the fees they charge.

We stayed at this hotel on a whim while traveling through California. I was a little skeptical at first upon arriving but was very pleased overall during our one night stay. The room was clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable and the shower was superb! I like that that the hotel uses a "clean remote" to reduce the spread of germs. The room had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. We had a very restful and pleasant nice sleep, no noisy guests outside. The staff was very accommodating and the free breakfast was pretty decent. I would definitely return again on a whim. Thanks Best Western!

We spent one night at this hotel prior to going to the 2016 Auto Club speedway for the Nascar race. Hotel location was very convenient, 30 minutes from the track. Food was very close and variety was excellent. Breakfast was OK. No restaurant was in the hotel, but many were within 5 minutes drive.

The stay was good, service could be better. Depending on the mood of the front desk, you get different service. The location of the hotel is good because it's close to the airport and convention center. Breakfast is reasonable.

Spent the weekend at the best western. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. Tip: ask for a room without an adjoining door that way the room is quieter and definitely bring your own towel. They only provide 2 large towels per room. Otherwise the price is great! Liked it so much I will come back next month.

Not only are the rooms very good but the bathrooms are upgraded (recently, it appears!). I don't care about the rest of the room if I have a great bathroom and it was high quality comparable with any 4 start hotel. Thanks, Best Western! You got your priorities right.

This is probably the tenth time we've stayed at this Best Western prior to travel from Ontario Airport. The rooms are well furnished and clean. However, on our latest visit, the room was not yet cleaned (we arrived after the check-in time of 3PM), which necessitated us sitting in the lobby and business center until the room had been cleaned. I guess things of this sort happen, but it was a minor aggravation. All in all, a convenient spot to stay when having an early flight. Many restaurants nearby, as well as two large shopping centers.

I was impressed immediately when the shuttle picked me up. My shuttle was helpful, prompt and she had a great sense of humor. The minute we arrived at the hotel she brought me through the doors and to the front desk to get checked in! The young lady at the front desk was just as impressive! Luxury hotels are nice, but sometimes you just want to be in a place where the staff are friendly, helpful and real! My room was clean, comfortable and was just what a weary traveler needed. It was conveniently located near several restaurants and local amenities. I will stay here again in when the time comes.

I stayed here while I was in training. Service was really good, Rooms were very nice. Bathroom was very nice and bedding was comfortable. Hotel Serves a hot breakfast in the morning, Shuttle service, Wi-Fi, and vending machines for snacks and drinks. Plenty of parking for anyone bringing their vehicle. Rooms had built in AC units to the outside wall. Room got really cold (which I like).

The hotel is ok, nothing fancy. There's international tourists stay at the hotel on a regular basis; however, the breakfast room is too small to accommodate all the people. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we had to fight for a seat and food. I don't think I am the first one to complain, they better make some changes. Housekeeping didn't even leave coffee in the room on our last night. Anyways, we will not stay there again!!

This was a nice place to stay! The hotel was easy to get to, right off of the freeway in a good area with free parking. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast included. Friendly lobby staff.

The room was clean and well outfitted, as usual. But the important part of this review is the service provided by the manager and maid staff to return my phone charger that I left in the room. I can't thank them enough!

The Best Western Plus Ontario Airport is very handy to the Ontario Airport. The shuttle service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and the service was good. Routine breakfast. We noticed the beautiful flowers blooming!

The hotel was very convenient to the convention center. Was able to walk back and forth easily, they also offered a shuttle all day to the convention center. Very convenient for the Ontario Quilt Show!

Whenever I'm in Ontario I stay at the best western. The stafff is friendly and aways ready to help with whatever issue may arise. The rooms are clean and the hot breakfast is a great way to start the day.

We stayed at this hotel partially due to its location to the convention center and also due to the amenities offered. We were very pleased with the logistics and the service we received. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful.

If we are ever in the area of Ontario, my wife and I would choose to stay at the Best Western hotel. The beds were magnificent and I never slept so well. Even the shower head provided great comfort. I would recommend your hotel to all my friends and family.

I have stayed at this location a few times during the past 4 years. This is the first time I was not 100% pleased. The hotel has a maintenance and communication challenge. I must point out that the front desk team was friendly and helpful albeit embarrassed. The grounds are spotless, the parking area clean and safe and well lit. I walked into my room to find eaten food on the desk and a piece of luggage on the floor. Wouldn't you think the room was occupied? Poor communication with housekeeping to the front desk. I walked back to get a new room. Second room smelled like carpet adhesive or roach spray and the TV did not work. Maintenance was called. The guy was nice, no uniform, so do I let him in? He tells me he tried to fix the same TV a week earlier and it is a bad company that makes the TVs. I walk back to meet an embarrassed front desk clerk walking towards me with a new room key. I get placed back in the original room that was now clean and the empty suitcase thrown on the grass in front of my room. This room also smelled like roach spray. I left the windows open but the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken so I could not get a cross breeze. Day two. My room key doesn't work. I was checked out for some reason, so I walk back to the desk to get a key to my room for night 2. Upon check out the clerk asked about my stay. I told him everything, he said oh and thanks for staying with us. Now granted I was a guest suing my Best Western Platinum points and Hotels.com points for day 2. So no actual cash was exchanged, but I would have thought his answer would have been more empathetic.

Handicap access room changes are under review for better access and comfort. The room does not meet ADA standards for bathrooms and could be made more accommodating for wheelchair use. Management took notes as to problems encountered and will make changes.

I have stayed at most of the mid-level hotels in the airport area but the BW Plus tops my list Why? Great rates. Totally remodled facility. Comfy rooms. Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and spa...clean and maintained. Terrific happy hour (2 freebies). Can't beat the location just minutes to freeway and airport. Exercise room and business center to boot. The owners care about thus place and the staff reflects that vision. Jim from Idaho

We had some bonus points saved from best western so we got the stay for free and it was quite ok. They did put us in a room far back, but the room was nice and clean and the reception staff were very friendly. It is very close to the airport so expect some noise. We were tired so we didn't notice. The breakfast was not top notch and it was very cold as the staff insisted that the door be kept open despite several customers complaining. Lots of Asian people so breakfast included nudel soup, which was new to me, but they had waffles as well. Travelers tip: turn on the heat before you go to bed. in December the room gets really cold at night.

Flying to California is best done when you use Ontario Airport. Staying at this hotel is convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly. There is a nice breakfast buffet and a pleasant happy hour included in your stay. There is a great airport shuttle...great because it operates when you need to get to the airport. I would recommend you try to fly from this city if you are going to/from the East Coast/Seattle/Palm Springs/Los Angeles and stay at this hotel.

very clean, great location, great amenities and friendly staffs. This is not our first stay and definitely not the last. never had more comfortable bed. when you walked in to the room the first thing that hit you is the cleanliness and the fresh smells of the room.

Don't forget anything behind at this hotel. You will never see it again! Very disappointed! Housekeeping staff feel entitled to your forgotten items, then lie to management about them. Room was nice enough but closet has doors so easy to forget hanging items.

Years ago, when we have early flight, we start spending a night at Ontario hotel instead of leaving home early and drive. This way, we can sleep bit longer and more relaxed - we are less than 10 min. away from Airport. We stayed at few hotels around but I think this one became our "usual" because some hotel does not provide early/late hour shuttle. The room is big and clean - bus is ready every 30 min. Only thing is the breakfast may not be ready if your flight leaves early....

The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. Just a standard room, but, I will say that the shower head was one of those rain showers. Nice! We would stay there again. It was also close to a lot of restaurants and the Ontario Mills Outlet Center.

Not really a bad room, but the place attracts ....well at least this time some very rude and drunk individuals. It is impossible for me to believe that the hotel staff was unaware of the party going on two doors down from me. I did not complain because I got the feeling at check inn the staff was very unhelpful. You cans stay at the Courtyard near here for the same price.

Everything was right there. And IN-AND-OUT right up the street. Good hotel and good people. From here you can just walk to convention center and to fast food. The airport was just right down the street and getting on the freeway was easy.

This hotel had problems, got static on some TV channels, the mattress was very hard and the fan in the bathroom made a terrible noise. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was a continental, not a full hot one. I thought the room was not worth the money.

The hotel was reasonable and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and lobby were really clean and fresh. It is close to nice restaurants, only a block away from Rossie's Italian restaurant...which I highly recommend. I will stay there my next trip to Ontario.

this is a motel which I like since you can pull up outside your door. safe neighborhood and eating areas around. Nice big pool and hot tub. breakfast is supposed to start at 6am but it was nice of them to open early the morning I had to leave at 5:30 am for the airport

Pleasantly surprised. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Maintenance and housekeeping were visible every day. I have stayed in other hotels and never saw maintenance. Breakfast is available from 6 - 10 daily. Coffee is available 24 hrs. The staff were friendly and pleasant. My only negative is the set up of our room. If the closet door was opened, the bathroom door couldn't open. Also the breakfast area was crowded.

I've stayed at many Best Westerns across the country, which for the most part have been comfortable, BUT there was something about the Ontario Airport Best Western that made me feel especially WELCOMED. I highly recommend it to any type of traveler!

I was visiting Scripps College nearby (15 minutes away) and then flying out of Ontario Airport, so this BW+ was convenient. Room appeared freshly remodeled, large bathroom, big flat screen TV with nice channel selection, king bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that the breakfast room was too small and items were not refreshed, I had to request and wait. Funny how some hotels run their breakfasts flawlessly and other struggle, it is not a complicated thing.

Rude Rude staff, they say they will return calls and don't, they charge me over $500 for a two night stay and then said they fixed it to them charge me again. No managers on duty. DO NO STAY HERE they will rip you off

PROS: Easy off and on to I – 10. The room was nice and clean, and quiet considering we were very close to the airport. It was close to the Ontario Mills Outlet Stores. The shower head was at a nice height and there was plenty of hot water and pressure too. The front desk was pretty nice. CONS: Everything was locked up or chained to something (I guess the neighborhood was bad). You had to use your room key to get ice and that was not good, as the first time I went for ice I didn't take my room key with me. I had to take 2 Advil's in the morning for my aching back because the bed was too soft for my liking.

My husband and I stayed here couple days ago and I really want to congratulate SHEY for her great costumer service.. If you haven't given her a promotion yet, please do.. There was a problem with our reservation and she took care of us immediately and with the best service ever! She's great. Please give SHEY a big thank you and give her raise lol. She really deserves it..
