Best Western Plus Hotel Olsztyn Old Town

Best Western Plus Olsztyn Old Town is a good choice for a one-night stay. The guest room is quite small. It was adequate for a night, but travelers with large suitcases or those who prefer more space may find it cramped. The bathroom is also compact, but the shower had excellent water pressure and perfect temperature control. My room was in a quiet part of the hotel, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, although I removed the down-filled duvet from its cover because it was too warm for summer. If you tend to sleep hot, you may want to do the same. The included breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of choices, including breads, fruit, cereal, cold cuts, eggs, breakfast meats, and many other items. The hotel doesn't provide luggage assistance, so guests arriving by taxi should be prepared to carry their bags up the steep flight of stairs to the lobby. I later discovered that guests arriving by car can access the hotel more easily through the parking garage elevator. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Olsztyn's Old Town and about a 35-minute walk from Lake Ukiel, making it a convenient base for visiting both during a short stay.

Our stay at the hotel from October 16th to 19th was excellent. A group of around 100 people was welcomed with great kindness and professionalism. The staff were consistently helpful and flexible, responding quickly to every request – even when additional rooms or last-minute changes to the schedule were needed. Breakfasts were tasty, fresh, and varied, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well prepared to accommodate such a large group. The hotel has a great location, offering a peaceful atmosphere and very good conditions for both individual guests and organized groups. Everyone in our group was very satisfied – we can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Key point is availability! We were struggling to find smth last minute and off business hours, 3 or 4 other places either didn't reply bookings or just were sold out Everything was as good as it should be Hello from Canada

The stuff was really helpful and they even offered us a change of rooms when they saw how big our dog is😊. The rooms are clean, there's no fridge, but other important stuff is there. The hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast is really nice. I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay, not so much for longer holidays.

Both the service and the hotel itself fully meet my travel expectations. I was greeted very nicely, all the hotel staff were available, smiling and gave the impression of being available and willing to help. The breakfast is very rich and varied and the dishes are very tasty. I definitely recommend!
