Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites

Great facility with a great staff that are paying attention to the details that make for a nice comfortable stay. Emma was our clerk for both our check-in and check-out who was very professional and kind paying attention to our every detail of our stay. Housekeeper team of Briael and Ariann (I apologize if I spelled the names incorrectly) had done a fine job to present us with a clean comfortable room with nothing left undone and absolutely no missed spots to be cleaned etc. The facility inside and out are well maintained by the behind the scenes staff as well. The parking areas were convenient and well-lit and nice to have the doors that was securely locked for guest keycards, and just a short distance to the elevator. The was safe, clean, and quiet even though it was so conveniently close to our freeway and other businesses. We had a very comfortable rest in the King size bed, sofa, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, in room. The room was up to date with the modern outlets for chargers and dimmable lighting above the bed along with nice overhead lighting also. The overhead light by the main door of the room also had an automatic nightlight that lit up the area into the room and path to the bathroom at night. There was dining area for breakfast in morning, a well-maintained swimming pool and a fitness room as well as well-maintained vending/ice area. The little things are noticed on a stay away from home. This Best Western staff understands that. Keep up the fine work. We will keep you in mind when we return to your area.

Very clean and presentable. Safe area, very comfortable beds. Excellent shower and washroom facilities. I found the overall experience to be excellent. The location was right off the highway and very accessible.

This was the 2nd time that I stayed here and it was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfy, the staff was great especially housekeeping. Will definitely stay again. Location was great, restaurants and stores all very close.

Headed to the area to visit Lehmans Store. Had a good stay. Always like to use a pool and this one was clean and warm. Lots of pool towels. Breakfast area was clean and there was adequate seating . Hot food was hot. Not the biggest selection of items but certainly adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice place to stay, friendly staff, very clean, definitely will stay again. Would like for the breakfast to be at 6:00 a.m. all the time. Those who stay 1-2 nights over the weekend that have early morning conferences or tournaments could use it.

This is a gem. The suite was very spacious; a nice set-up; roomy bathroom; pull-out sleeper sofa; mini-frig with a separate mini-freezer. All the staff was friendly and polite. Front desk was very accommodating as we had issues with noisy guests. The front desk folks readily moved us to a different floor with no neighbors above us. The breakfast was also terrific - eggs, links, fruit, hot oatmeal with various toppings, juices, cereal, yogurt, waffles. And best of all - a coffee machine with multiple selections including tea and hot chocolate! Something for everyone.

We typically will not stay at a Best Western but did because of the reviews and they were spot on! I noticed the nice little touches like the Latte machine, plenty of towels, nice breakfast, clean, and well maintained. You can tell they are not trying to squeeze an extra dime out of their guests. What more could you ask for?

Staff was very friendly. Overall clean, well maintained property. Great location. Room was near the elevator which was a little noisy. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, really nice attendant.

Kids teams running in the halls, slamming doors, dirty floors (wear shoes in the room), dirty light fixtures , carpet, floors in rooms. My sis recommended after previous visits. Breakfast was good but not really enough seating. Calling front desk about kids noise, running, slamming doors, apparently they were not watched properly.

I have stayed at many BW but for a Plus hotel it was not what I was expecting. Men hanging around the entrance smoking and men sitting in the breakfast room at 9 pm with food bags. Understand the hotel is smoke free but this did not look right. There were stains on the carpets in the room and crud in the corners in the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate. No syrup for waffles, no microwave. Have had much better. I would not recommend this as a Plus.

Great staff front desk, and Housekeeping, clean room, and great breakfast with a smiley face . Convenient location, very easy to find as soon as you are off the highway. Only thing is need little bit more fresh smell around the hotel.

I would rate the rooms as a 2 star hotel. Musty/moldy smell, older hotel with no updates to keep it up to par. Minimal towels in the room and they do not make up rooms each day. They have a rule list full of ridiculous rules. (Subject to change whenever the front desk finds it in their lazy favor). Make you sign it. I am a traveling person and I stay at a lot of hotels and I have never had to sign such a thing. The biggest issue is the front desk staff. Rude, obnoxious and power mongers would be an understatement. Actually told adults in our group that they had to go to bed by eleven pm part of their rules. Kids going to the pool needed to have a shirt on. They are little boys going to the pool. I have read reviews since our stay this weekend and the front desk staff seems to be a big complaint issue and I would have guided our group differently had I read them before booking. We definitely will not stay at this place again. I suggest a class in hospitality is in order.

A/C & elevators were down. Pool was closed down. Housekeeping didn't service our room. We couldn't get towels. Room was not clean and tub was missing parts. The hotel smelled like marijuana. We have stayed here before, but this was the worst stay yet. Some staff was nice, but some were rude.

The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. The breakfast was fresh and hot. Lots of great restaurants in the area. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a family place to stay in Canton, OH.

I was charged online through reservations for a non-refundable stay. Once I arrived, I was charged again and forced to pay for my Stay a second time. I told the staff it was a mistake gave them the proof, and nobody did anything to fix the situation. If I would not have paid again, I would have been Left with no place to stay.

Stains on the couch and carpet in the room; no housekeeping during the entire duration (4 nights). This is unsanitary due to lack of garbage being removed daily. On a positive note, Great location - within an hour of several attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Spotless, quiet, and very professional staff. Lots of parking, luggage carts, 3 mins from many eateries and shops, across from a huge book store, too. Staff is very eager to help. Linda will see that you have everything you need for a hot breakfast, replenishes portions frequently so it all doesn't taste like rubber. Emma welcomes each and every guest with a smile. The room is spacious , there is slight evidence of vape or smoke but that might be wafting from the outside. Surprisingly, the pool is really clean without any chlorine smell. This hotel is a good value.

Clean room, comfortable bed, close to stores and eateries. Great customer service and good breakfast. Plenty of parking, close to mall and highway for easy access to all. Pleasant surprise is that check out is at 12pm.

Chose this hotel because of past ratings. The room was clean and spacious for the price. We stayed for 6 days. Breakfast everyday were very good and consistent. Staff was also friendly and very helpful. Excellent experience

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Breakfast was incredible with a wide variety of choices each day. Food was kept hot and full, breakfast staff was friendly and the breakfast area was very clean. Room was very clean and well maintained - we had no issues during our stay. Housekeeping staff was VERY nice, it seemed like every time we left or came back to our room there was someone cleaning (mopping the floor, wiping the base boards down, etc.). VERY CLEAN hotel, this property far exceeded our expectations and I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

My wife and I typically stay in a different big box hotel brand, and pay significantly more. I booked this hotel based on the price(less than $100 per night) and the other guest reviews that were consistent in their descriptions of the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and pool area. They were right! The entire place is spotless and well maintained. The rooms, pool area, and common areas are very clean and well kept. The entire staff was very friendly and polite(zero attitude from anyone). Breakfast is what I consider well above average for a hotel. Eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt etc... For a budget hotel, this is well beyond what I expected. We're in the Canton area often and will now be staying at this hotel on every visit.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was full and tasty! Many shopping and dining options less than 2 mins away! Only thing was ice machine was out on first floor but a quick trip to the 2nd floor wasn't too bad.

Although it was only for 2 nights... I was impressed with this Clean property, great Hot breakfast, spacious Pool and overall really comfortable rooms & beds. What more do you need... free wifi and lots of parking. Right near the highway and Airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort and a quiet nights sleep :D

We went to visit the football HOF and spend time with friends. Our stay was wodnerful! The pool was nice for the kids, breakfast was great every morning. Honestly one of the better continental breakfasts I've ever had. We loved how close we were to multiple restaurants, and to the highway. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The pool was clean and warm the breakfast was wonderful all the staff desk breakfast attendance and housekeeping were all wonderful! No complaints at all with the hotel. The McDonald's next to the hotel is a completely different story rude and dirty do not recommend.

We needed a hotel halfway to our destination and we are so glad we chose this one! Very clean. The staff was so kind. The breakfast was hot and amazing. We slept so good on the nice bed. Everything was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

My brother and I were travelling to see all 4 sports halls of fame, and picked this Best Western based on proximity. It turned out to be a good choice, as we were not only fairly close to the Hall, but also to a grocery store and a number of restaurants. It's a little confusing trying to get to the hotel (make a right then a right, then another right....) but once you figure it out, it's easy. The hotel is typical of a good Best Western, and the rooms are located within easy distance to the various doors to the parking lot. The breakfast was above average, and the food was hot and flavorful. We thought it was an excellent choice for a good hotel at a reasonable price, and were not disappointed. We recommend it, and would stay there again.

The Hotel was very clean. The free breakfast was great. Plenty of food options. The staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the indoor pool. There was plenty of parking and an on site laundry. Can't beat the price!

This BW came through for me in a time of last-minute need. I am a Hilton honors and could not get a room. This BW was clean, affordable and the hot breakfast was more than I had thought, plentifully it even offered Grits! Fresh lemon water with real lemons in the lobby wow! Thank you to Reanna receptionist was really nice when I called in late needing a room. The ladies who worked the breakfast room and the gentle man in housekeeping were all nice and spoke to me as I entered. The bathroom is huge, and I like the dark wood decor in the bathroom. I actually got a good night sleep because BW had firm pillows! Nothing worse than paying allot of money and you can't rest well because the pillows are useless. I am have to turn in my Hilton honors. Thanks BW! I will be back.

Where do I begin. Room 224 1. The bathroom had pubic and brow hairs already at entering it for the first time to use after getting in late. 2. The tile on the floors were pulling up and rocking as you walked on them. And the bathtubs would not drain while getting a shower. 3. There was food on the floor in the room. 4. The receptionist was rude to my client and would not give her extra towels to accommodate all the brides maids getting ready in her room. 5. Power went out Saturday evening and the receptionist was not trained properly to handle the situation. I had to tell her to call the fire department to handle the situation with the elevator and two people getting stuck. They had no backup flashlights, the doors were extremely hard to get Into with no power. There was no backup generator. They did not even offer those who booked online or who were already staying there an inconvenience discount for not being prepared at all. 6. They allowed two people who were completely disruptive to everyone around them to stay in the hotel. Screaming profanities and threatening to kill is something a hotel should not take lightly.. Don't stay here! The worst and least Professional hotel ever. Felt like a damn motel! I travel often and have to be away from my family. So I expect that my stay be at least stress free while I'm stressing about being away from my family.

The property was clean, close to the airport and the staff were excellent. I was really cared for and felt that the staff were on pointe in terms of making sure I had everything I could want. There is no longer an airport shuttle, but I was given a very reliable taxi company to contact.

we had been on the road for 13 days and this was our last stop. It was great to finish up our trip on such a positive experience. There are abundant food choices nearby as well as gas stations. The hotel is very clean and welcoming.

Hotel was clean, easy to find. Close to the highway but not noisy from traffic. Many restaurants and business' close by. Very helpful and pleasant staff all around! Comfortable bed and nice room, we had a refrigerator and microwave. All turned out great!

Our stay was overnight for a volleyball camp at a nearby college. There were 4 coaches and 12 high school volleyball athletes. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly and the pool was an awesome place for the girls to unwind at after the camp.

This place was the best place we have ever stayed. My husband and I travel a lot. The hospitality and customer service were out of this world the best. Especially, when we are seeing such a decline in customer service it was refreshing to be waited on and treated in such a way that you were getting more than you paid for. Thank you, Linda and Henrietta and the driver that took us to the airport, and all of the staff that would say good morning and have a wonderful day. We will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Staff was fantastic! Great Location. Will stay at this location again when in the area! The room was very clean. This was one of the best Best Western we have stayed at. Already booked another room in September!

This hotel was very nice for the price compared to other hotels in the area, It is an easy on/off from 77 and ten minutes away from the Football Hall of Fame. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we had a King Suite and there was plenty of room. The breakfast was a great perk, ample and plenty of choices to be sure. We did not use the pool but there were plenty of people who were using it. Should I find myself in this area, I would stay here again. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful as were any staff members that we saw.

Very poor to non existant WIFI. Workers were very helpful. During the week the breakfast was very good, on the weekend they seemed to go cheaper. Good location and close to a lot of place to go. If they fix the WIFI, we had to go to McDonalds next door, then I would stay again.

There is a pool and weight room. The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The beds were very soft. I will stay there again. I booked my stay for next year already. Can't wait to come back. Loved it

Rooms was very nasty beds wasn't made stuff on floor found pills in the floor stains off blood on bed skirt in one room trash next to bed in one of the rooms soap opened and wet in one room didn't look swept

We stayed here overnight on our way from The Rock and Roll Museum to Florida. Conveniently located off RT 77. Very pleased with the location and cleanliness. We were able to have an early check-in with Connie at the Front desk. Connie made sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast attendant even made our waffles for us. Superior quality hotel.

The room we were given was on the 1st floor room 132. They must have started on reno and then stopped. The baseboards were pulled away from the wall with strings hanging out of the wall. Some of the wallpaper had been pulled away from the floor where they were renovating. They sold this room to us without fixing any of it. The breakfast was ok but not to the typical Best Western Plus. The eggs were fake and tasted like it. They did not have any other hardboiled eggs to let you have a good egg. The sausage was ok. If you are dairy free you are out of luck. There was only white milk and dairy yogurt. You could have had a waffle with syrup but not everyone likes that huge waffle. We have been at many Best Western Plus and this was the worst one.

Extremely clean, and relaxing environment. Beds are supremely comfortable, stop very friendly and helpful. Clean and and sanitary I msanitary amenities, the pool is amazing. Look forward to coming again.

Wonderful stay. Great and convenient location. Friendly staff, easy check in, great rooms and a wonderful breakfast with super awesome waffles cooked by a very friendly lady. We have been staying there off and on for about 7 years and always come back.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean rooms and the mattress on the bed was better than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. Cannot say enough about this place. If you are in Canton this is a great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Changed rooms 2x. First room was missing baseboard with exposed concrete, a broken toilet and spiderwebs all over the bathroom. 2nd room had a large wet stain on the bed. The room we ended up in was okay enough not to leave but honestly wouldn't stay again. Musty. Humid. Didn't have towels for 2nd day (somehow they were all being washed for the entire hotel at the same time?). Room was dirty. Noisy as can be. Fitness room was disgusting. Would not recommend. Other options in the area especially for the price point.

Nice hotel. Met our needs door an overnight stay. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Wish I would have gotten her name. Breakfast was good. Close to the mall and other stores.

Needed a place to stay overnight as a through stop on a road trip. Was not looking for anything spectacular, just a clean, safe space with a hot breakfast. Room was clean. A bot of an odor, but seemed typical as the building I suspect is an older building, and not a newer building. Usual selection of breakfast items for this tier level of hotel. A usual variety of hot and cold items, and no issues with finding any empty containers, etc. Our experience was great. My kids desired waffles. Unfortunately, the waffle maker was on the fritz. The machine was having a difficult time maintaining temp. However, the staff rather than just saying, tough, it is broke, find something else, was very kind, and spent significant time to readjust their process to get a waffle that came out ok. Staff were all very courteous, professional, and friendly. They were attentive to our needs, above and beyond what I would normally expect.

We stay here when we have events at the local club next door. Always very accommodating. Clean comfy beds with friendly staff. Alot of shopping and restaurants close by. Indoor pool and great breakfast

Everything was great from the speed of check in to the cleanliness. Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. We forgot a hair dryer and they let us use one. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked very nice. There are also plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive.

In town for one night for high school hockey, just me and my teen, looking for economy without sacrificing cleanliness and comfort. This was a grand slam. Was greeted at the front desk by Ryan. What awesome customer service. Ryan was warm and welcoming, very articulate, explained everything he needed to clearly. When asked about local eateries and what we like, he pointed us in a great direction and even provided a $5 coupon. (Which we used!) The room was clean (no bugs!), the beds were comfy, the shower was fine, and the towels were great. Ice machine was convenient and there was a guest laundry (which we didn't use/need) that actually had a second room for folding. We didn't use the complimentary breakfast so I can't comment on that. TV wasn't the greatest, simple remote, hard to find a channel guide, but we got over it. Enough college football to stumble upon.

Had a fantastic stay..This hotel was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was awesome.. they had a great fitness center, Business Center, & indoor pool!! The location was Close to the Hwy, & near many shops & restaurants!!

The room had a large king size bed, which was comfy and cozy. I prefer a heavier blanket on my bed, but it still made for great sleeping conditions. The room had a writing desk, microwave, refrigerator, as well as a tv with some cable. It was perfect for a 3 night stay. The staff was friendly and pleasant. It was easy to find, and had good parking. The location is close to the airport from which I arrived.

The lobby looks like it was recently renovated however the rooms are very dated. Not much in each room basically a desk a single chair and poor lighting. King size bed was not real comfortable and the pillows were less comfortable than the bed. It was clean however. Breakfast was interesting. 2-channel bun sitting across from me had open alcohol LOL dining area. One head of Tito's vodka going right into his coffee mug. II have a six pack plastic bag have you managed to polish off three of those in 20 minutes. Surprised that the managers let this happen. Don't think I'd be coming back anytime soon.

We stayed three nights and were 100 per cent happy with our experience. I had one day where I stayed all day in the hotel, and it was a wonderful relaxing place to be. The breakfast (and the person who was in charge of it) was excellent. Staff: Friendly and professional Room: Clean and comfortable with a good bed Bathroom: plenty of hot water Parking: free. The area has many stores and restaurants close by.

Pool is open even though the website says it is not. Good luck trying to get breakfast. Tiny room extremely over crowded. Room rugs and cloth furniture were very stained. Hair on sheets as well. BUT front desk was very friendly and helpful. Main parts of hotel were very clean. A few minutes from the football hall of fame. We were there for a night on our way to Amish country. (Only 30 min away!) We'd stay again if we are ever in the area again

This was my first time staying at a Best Western, and it won't be the last. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members behind the front desk were quite helpful, and always friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We really liked this place. Clean, with friendly staff, an excellent hot breakfast and a great pool. The downside: spotty wifi service, which was in and out the entire time we were there. Also, the bath towels were small and thin.

We have always stopped at this Best Western on our way home from traveling west and it always seemed to be a nice hotel, on the lower end of Best Westerns chain, but nice. This time we stopped and they didn't have any rooms with double beds, because they over booked and didn't know by how much! So they asked if we would take a king size room, which was fine. Our room seemed clean when we first arrived, because it was nearing night. But in the morning we could see all the filth, as if they don't thoroughly clean. Walls had foot prints, switch plates dirty with grime, curtains torn, and some kind of candy or gum on the floor. The outside had cigarette butts laying near the entrance door. But the worst was the sofa, so many stains, I've seen better at a thrift shop! We didn't try the breakfast, just wanted to get out.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights in two different rooms here (Kind & 2 Queen) and were very pleased with both. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the price was very reasonable. We actually ended up needing the second night due to a flat tire, and the staff was very happy to accommodate us with that. Both beds were comfortable and the king room even came with a Keurig! Will definitely stay here again.

For a quick one-night stay it was pretty good. The pool was open from 10am-9pm and they offer a full continental breakfast, but since the hotel does not require either its guests or staff to wear masks, I stayed away from most public areas. Also, the stains on one of the benches in my room and on the sofa were disgusting, and left me feeling uncomfortable as to what the bed would provide. It was, the bed that is, very comfortable and (thankfully) clean. The mold around the bathtub was disappointing. The room also had a freezer/fridge which was great so I could re-freeze my ice packs.

We stayed during HOF weekend which is their busiest all year. It was a beautiful property, very clean rooms, pool area, and breakfast area. The hot breakfast was kept fresh each day and the ladies working were very attentive. I can't imagine there is a better hotel at even double the price.

Property is clean, safe and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast in the morning, everything is fresh and a wonderful selection. Location is near a strip mall with many restaurants and shopping.

Employees were very friendly, from the front desk to the cleaners. We will definitely stay at other Best Western's Plus and hope for a good experience such as this one. The bed (king) was extremely comfortable.

I couldn't decide between and 2 and 3 rating. Here's my feedback: Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows, bed/sheets was clean, AC was good, tv channel variety and reception was good, nice staff, fantastic location--near the highway, across the street from a nice shopping center, McDonald's next door, Cracker Barrel across the street. There were two packages of sanitizing wipes in the room. Cons: Room doors slam if you don't catch them--you can hear slamming doors off and on, room doors have zero sound proofing so you can hear even normal volume conversations of people walking by, if you have loud neighbors you'll hear that through the wall, you can hear the toilet flushing in the room above you (if your'e on the ground floor), there were several stains on the sofa and bench in the room--I avoided using either, there was one stain on the floor. The shower had only a hint of hot water and the water pressure was so powerful that I didn't put my face in the water stream for fear it would knock my eyes out (and I typically like water pressure when showering). Overall, this was my third stay at a Best Western in 2021--I stayed in Florida, North Carolina and North Canton. Quality-wise, North Canton was the least desirable (the others only had sound issues) --the first two I would visit again despite the sound concerns, I wouldn't say the same for North Canton which is a shame because Camia, the front desk person, was fantastic.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the size of the bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. What we valued was how quiet the room was, especially near busy roads.

Front desk was great however - we was sent to a dirty room that had not been cleaned from previous stay on 3 floor ..sent to another room and it was cleaned rushed and a towel with hair all over it was hanging over the shower ... no hot tub and pool is not operational .Most BW are operating their pools -not here yet is advertised

The staff always greets me by name, everyone is friendly and helpful, rooms are always neat and clean, the price is great for the king suite! This is my go to hotel when I need a room, I definitely give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and our room, Our stay was excellent! And clean. We even over heard one of the cleaning staff saying to another as we were leaving "did you wipe the trash can, and the other said "yes" and we heard the staff member say well do it again," That's great during these times. And our room was great! Again thanks for the great stay and yes we will stay again!

I had a number of issues with my room after checking in. The air conditioner in the room did not work. There was a burnt out light bulb above the bed. The remote batteries were near dead and would barely work. There was trash in the waste can in the bathroom. There was a wash cloth with a stain laying on the bathroom counter. I checked in very late, so there was only one person working front desk. After waiting for her to come up to "check it out" I just went down to front desk. Eventually I was offered a handicap room because that is all they had available or clean. This room was cleaner, but still not up to the Best Western standards that I have heard about. Wallpaper peaking from the walls. I stayed two nights and looked to see if there was another hotel that I could stay the second night, but due to the NFL draft and 5K race in town - hotels were booked. Unsure if I have the confidence to stay at Best Western in the future.

Since the pandemic we have not traveled anywhere. This was the first trip I am so glad it was with yourl hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I was given 3 rooms total cause the first two had dirty sheets and hair in the bed. Also stains on carpet and furniture. It took them 15 minutes and several other rooms until they found a clean one. Not changing sheets during a pandemic is unacceptable. One room had blood on sheets and other looked like a urine or a sex stain. NASTY!

The staff, especially Devereaux, is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the breakfast was great! We stayed 5 days, even though our original stay was going to be only 2 days. If I could have continued the stay longer, I would have. Will definitely stay there again.

Checked in and it was obvious they were remodeling. Checked in during the evening and it seemed like only 1 woman was working. Very unfriendly, like she didn't want to be there. Handed us a breakfast form with no explanation. The room AC thermostat wasn't working and the room wasn't very clean. I am sure it wasn't Covid-19 scrubbed. Went to get a shower and not enough water pressure to get a shower. We told them at check out and she thanked us for telling them. Lessons learned! Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

This was an absolute excellent place to stay. There are numerous places to eat and plenty of places to go. Very good location to visit any number of places in the area. We enjoyed the mall and the places to see and visit in the area.

We are almost never giving bad feedback for anything, but we COuldn't even shower due to low water pressure. They asked us to switch rooms due to remodeling. We obliged but then they started remodeling on our floor anyway. Both were Filthy rooms. Stayed 8 days but couldn't use the baggage cart when we arrived because the contract workers were using them to move their stuff around. SERIOUSLY??? COVID concerns made them close off the breakfast area but they didnt even sanitize or properly our rooms. WHAT? Came back to hotel to find the hallway completely covered in sticky glue. No warning signs or notices. It yanked our shoes right off our feet. Second floor reeked of Marijuana. Absolute disaster of a stay. Two positives I will mention: The folks at the front desk were very nice and professional. The price was very good.

You better check in between 7am-10pm the first shift staff is the bomb!! she has a great personality she always working smiling very attentive to the guest. 2nd shift is sweet too 3rd shift she is rude disrespectful does not want to help the guest with anything if you check in to this hotel better before JArricka comes in or else, dont expect a hi bye thank you nothing and you better not have a quesztion or need any help casue she will not help in nay way shape or form she is very rude and does not need to be in the front desk psoition she is not a people person hotel is nice beds are super comfrotable its deff worth the rates booking.com for cheapest rate.

Where do you start. The ladies up front where very welcoming and helpful. Handed a list for breakfast because of social distance. Asked to fill out and our breakfast will be packaged to bring to our room...... well done. Clean and attractive .

The staff were nice. Gave me change for the vending machines. Let me stay for a late check-out. Bad things - food delivery person was not allowed to bring me my food. Airport stops running at 1 and starts back up at 3 again. When I told the person at check in that I was going to use the airport shuttle, she never mentioned that it stopped running at 1pm. Room was nice but overpriced, especially during a time when people aren't traveling.

The first room had an issue with a small trickle of hot water in the sink. After waiting ALL day for the problem to be fixed I gave up and moved to another room. There the sink worked great but this time an issue with the shower arose. There was not enough cold water coming out to adjust overall temperature of the water coming through to a comfortable level and the pipes were very loose. I lived with this problem and did not report it because of my experience with the previous issue.

This is one of the worst Best Western hotels in the country, I am a Best Western Diamond member who stays in Best Westerns all over the country and this is the worst Best Western Plus in the country. The hotel has so many broken items and should be closed and a total refit done immediately.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. Not too excited about the kids running down the halls at 2 a.m. though. Rooms are clean. Need to make sure the suck fan is working otherwise it gets really steamy in the bathroom

I have never in my history seen a front desk staff person as rude as the one working here. No personality and no hospitality. This hotel wreaked of Marijuana. The smell of it was bad we could not even use the business center. It made us sick. We told the lady at the front desk and this was her answer. " they smoke it outside then come in and thats why we smell it. Marijuana is not even legal in the state of Ohio. The halls smelled of it. Nobody seemed to do anything about it. Usually we are treated way better at Best western properties.

I always have an uphill battle when traveling with colleagues not to stay at certain hotel chains. At half the cost and the added benefit of a current promotion, I was able to sway my boss to try this one out. On check in, we received some great suggestions for dinner. The rooms themselves where very full featured, staying in King Suites. Some of the included amenities, such as the Keurig and separate fill nozzle for glasses on the sinks were pleasant surprises. I will definitely look at staying here next time I am in town for business and I might have won the boss over as well. The only downside to our stay was at least one large group (there were seven full-size passenger vans in the parking lot) staying there with a lot of kids, which produced a lot of noise and running through the halls. Nothing to fault the hotel, just the nature of the beast.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Easy location to find and is close to many attractions. Will definitely be staying again on our return to Canton. Even with a hotel filled with football players, we were able to get plenty to eat for breakfast and sleep well.

My kids love the pool my wife loves the breakfast very convenient to Belden Village and shopping sets back out of the way and you don't have a lot of traffic noise just a nice place to I stay at this hotel at least three times a year for the last 15 years my friends and family from Virginia has also stated this hotel and they really like it

Make sure to check your vanity sink isn't clogged and draining slow, make sure you don't mind alot of light coming into the room through the curtains, there are no black out blinds or curtains in the room. Note the indoor pool is not heated and can be a little chilly to jump into. But all was pretty clean, and staff were very friendly, but I was told maintenance would be down to check why we had nothing but a trickle of water on the hot water side of the vanity sink, I cleared the hair clog out of the sinks drain on the second or third day of our stay. but no one showed up to fix the hot water side of the faucet in the sink, we had to get hot water from the tub and put it in the sink to wash up.

free breakfast in this hotel, free parking, a little bit comfortable bed, no microwave in the roof but with fridge, free strong wifi, free shuttle services, nice gym equipment only thing i dont like is the carpet detailing and replacement at the hallway during my stay

The hotel was a great size, clean and the breakfast was good. It's a great hotel for sports tournaments. They really did a great job with all of the kids that were at the hotel this weekend. Although we weren't there for a tournament, but to head to the Football Hall of Fame, the staff went out of their way to make the kids feel important. We will return for sure when we are staying in the area.

Stopped for one night after travelling for a week. This was a last minute decision which ended up the best hotel we stayed in. The room was very large and relaxing. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel was clean and all the employees were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was satisfactory. We would defiantly stay here again. The location was good and we appreciated the airport transportation.

We stayed at BW+ during a short visit to Canton. It was a good location--easy off and on the expressway--and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Easy check-in. Clean, comfortable room. No problems sleeping. Nice breakfast in the morning. We liked it because it was close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We'd stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and it is in a good location. It's close to many restaurants and attractions. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are large and comfortable. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. They are quiet. The breakfast was good.

I care about my hotel bathroom. I appreciated a bathroom fan so the room don't steam up, and also it was great to see a grab bar in the shower. I think it is a very good safety feature. Nice to have a big counter top for both of us to have our toiletries out.

We just came back from our Canton trip and stayed at BW for two nights. Very convenient location for us, very nice clean room, with small fridge, I wished they had at least a small microwave. Employees very helpful, specially the ladies that take care of the breakfast, keeping everything clean and re stocking the food items. there is a McDonalds next door and other options you could walk to....

Love best westrern, try to find one where ever we travel. We only stay somewhere else if there is not a best Western near by.enjoy using our rewards. We ask for best Western gift cards. Always clean and have friendly helpful staff

Place could use some upgrades. Desk chair was badly torn on both arms. No lamps by bed for reading. A stale, musty odor in room which did lessen once air was going. Had to pay a supposedly refundable damage fee upfront.That was a first. Hope we get it back! Bed was comfortable & room was clean though. Breakfast also was good with a lot of options to choose from.

We have stayed at this BW Plus a few times. As with the others this one was a goodtime. Our Grandsons love the pool. The people working the breakfast were exceptional. They were helpful and cleaned the tables as soon as they came empty. They helped our Grandsons when called upon, with a smile too. I was disappointed in two things. The hot tub was gone and our key fob broke with the key sticking out, but I couldn't get it out. I went to the desk to ask for a pair of plier which I was told they didn't have. I found that crazy that they didn't have any tools at all. But....

Stayed two nights at BW Plus North Canton. The king room was huge! We were in the back part and it was so quiet. Everyone was friendly and courteous and the breakfast attendant even made my waffle for me and brought it to my table.

This hotel featured a very large clean room, comfortable bed, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator (with a freezer!) at an affordable price. It is located near many restaurants, in what appears to be a busy shopping area. The (included) breakfast was good - cereal, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, and the breakfast area was well attended to and cared for by the staff. They did a great job. We'd stay here again.

The stay was excellent. Great breakfast and ambience. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were on-point. The location near the Hall of Fame made it easy to commute to and from the hotel. I definitely recommend this place.

To be an older facility it was very well kept, Courteous and helpful staff at desk and breakfast, clean, could use some updating however it met our needs perfectly. Had plenty of places to choose from for meals, in walking distance and driving distance was less than 1/2 mile. Plenty of shopping selection if that is what you like.

We were here for a family reunion. The rooms were very spacious. My youngest loved going down for the breakfast. I couldn't keep them out of the pool. It was just perfect to keep them busy during the down time.

The hotel and my room was first class and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever encountered, but the most important was the Management and staff, every one I encountered were cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful !!

This is the second time we have stayed here, with those time separated by 4-5 years. The experience was excellent both times. The next time we return to North Canton, this will again be our choice of the place to stay.

There was hair all over the sheets. It was very clear that the sheets were not changed nor the pillows. I am done with Best Western. I couldn't wait to check out of this nasty place. No wonder it is cheap. I cannot trust trip advisor either anymore with such great reviews of this place.

The room that we got was spacious and in working order. The breakfast spread was nice with a lot of variety. The pool is heated and seemed to be using a salt-based chemical cleaning system instead of chlorine.

Was in N Canton for sons football camp for 3 days. Picked this hotel was close to shopping dining and univ. First got a suite and then reserved Hot tub room was worth the $. I felt tub before using. Cleaned myself before using but was Clean before.Clean comfy bed. Fresh sheets. Pillows clean and plenty as some hotels skimp on. Good size bathroom.

My frist experince at this hotel was so mind blowing because of a staff member who had such caring ways, she was so nice, she made sure my husband and i was so comfortable and i have never stayed anywhere else, my birthday or just to get away is always the Best Western in Canton Ohio

My fiancé and I have stayed here two times now and both have been excellent. The breakfast is great and such a perk of staying here. Laura who manages breakfast is just wonderful. She made sure to offer a fresh waffle each day and the breakfast was always stocked with fresh food. Overall this hotel is great and a great price!

Stayed one night on our way east. Newer feeling hotel. Nice location and area. Definitely stay again. Nice breakfast. Easy access to multiple things: stores, restaurants, etc. Our room was located by the steps. We didn't notice when we went in. There was a lot of noise a few times in the night as people arrived and loudly talked as they were entering the stairwell, plus the stairwell door slamming. There was a LOT of noise in the lobby when we arrived, as the pool was near the lobby. That only lasted a short time, but they could have had the door into the pool area closed to reduce the noise traveling.

We were in Canton for my daughter's college graduation. We stayed for five nights. We were upgraded to an executive suite. Great room with lots of comfortable space. The bathroom was a great size as well. The staff was very receptive and helpful with any request. The breakfast was the "usual" type of foods offered these days at a motel breakfast. This motel is right off The Strip in Canton. Right off I 77 North. You are minutes from anything you want to do in Northeast Ohio.

The staff at this location turned a 3 into a 4. They all were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely vested in ensuring everyone had a great stay. The amenities were barely passable. The breakfast is terrible, not the staff, just the product. I usually don't expect much out of hotel free breakfast but this was probably the worst I've encountered. The ladies who served it were top notch though. Their internet access was awful as well, it was capped at 0.5mbps, which isn't even enough to watch a Netflix movie and would make using it for work purposes very frustrating. With the low cost of internet access and this being an urban area, this is unacceptable. Carpets are in need of shampooing/replacement but everything else was well maintained. I was going to rate this property a 3 but due to the top notch performance of the staff I decided to bump it to a 4.

Stayed here because it was the best rate for a decent hotel in the area. What we got was a superior hotel -- we had no idea! This was an older hotel but oh so clean and it had all the amenities we could ask for. We reserved a King and actually stayed in a King Suite that was like an efficiency apartment! Twin sleeper sofa, coffee/micro/fridge nook, large desk, decent wifi, huge bathroom .... And the staff ... A+++ for every single one of them too! We could tell that they actually enjoyed their jobs. Kudos to the management for that. btw we stayed on the 3rd floor of the back wing of the hotel where there are very few rooms, and it was oh so quiet!!!

This was a extended 6th-8th grade trip. We stayed here. The hotel upgraded the bus driver to a suite. Being the bus driver I will review this room. The property has a fitness center and a pool which the students used. We arrived about 7.30 pm and the hotel offered us the use of their breakfast area to eat pizza which we ordered and had delivered. I look at hotel properties differently them most customers having been doing building maintenance for over 30 years and 5 years as a Director of Maintenance at a franchised hotel chain. Over all the room was clean, neat, mechanically sound. The Love Seat/sleeper, was comfortable, but the cushions sagged to the middle. The desk table had surface scratches no gouges, just scratches which can't be removed. The desk chair swiveled, the seat needed more padding it was worn out, the arms, one arm had torn vinyl, and the other arm was missing about 4" of vinyl exposed padding. You could repair this by recovering the arm but padding in the seat would take a little more work, it might be more cost effective to replace the chair completely. The only other issue was the HVAC, part of the problem was the outside temperature wasn't really warm but you had to run the unit at 64 degrees to keep it running, because the room gets really stuffy when it isn't running. Again it was no fault of the hotel. Overall the room was nice and I would stay here again.

Best place to stay if you are to both football hall of fame and rock n roll hall of fame. Also there are many others attractions places near by. Hotel is easy on/off There are many retail stores and restaurants near by. Will stay there again in the future.

We came there on a spur of the moment plan. Was a good night's stay. Was a nice quiet evening. We tried out their pool and hot tub. Couldn't quite get why the hot tub was behaving weird. Not sure if it was either age of the unit or maintenance needed. It worked just not very well. The pool was decent. Clean. A bit chilly for my taste. The staff was very accommodating when we told them of there being no towels in the pool area. Our checkin and checkout were quick. The breakfast was the biggest we have seen at various hotels we have stayed at. Would have been nicer to have the rooms more centrally located to the front desk. We were at the far outer part of the building. Overall a good place to stay. Not fond of all the shades of brown everywhere. Not a very bright decor. But good.

The hotel has a nice modern charm to it; I enjoyed my stay. I am a traveling businessman, and this hotel was very clean and welcoming. ☆☆☆☆☆ 1st. The hotel was very nice welcoming and has a warm lobby; in the morning the lobby has a nice well-stocked breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits plus gravy, pancakes, waffles, and some extra goodies too. The lobby has the luxury of a simple continental breakfast too. The front desk staff members are very inviting and friendly to service your needs. ☆☆☆☆☆ 2nd. The pool room is very clean has a really nice pool and a hot tub; the pool goes to 5' for easy for swimming or a light cardio workout for a quick swim. The pool room has well-stocked towels, cleaned floors and, bonus friendly people just willing to take a dip in the pool. ☆☆☆☆☆ 3rd The fitness center is small with a TV, well-stocked water, and towels. The equipment is in working condition and is modern. To help you burn all those calories after eating all the delicious food the hotel has to offer for breakfast. ☆☆☆☆☆ 4th The hotel has plenty of options for snacks and drinks with working vending machines and it has laundry room; a little pricey but it's worth it to do your laundry with the hotel's washing machine and dryer. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5th. The room you will be staying in is a modern well lit room with a nice cozy feel. The room has a nice little business center for you to work on documents or projects. The bed is very comfy; the staff does their job correctly, and willing to go the extra mile if you hang your clothes or the towel wrong; the kitchen has a K cup brewer for tea or coffee, refrigerator, and microwave for cooking food and a place to store your clothing plus the bathroom is very nice and clean. ☆☆☆☆☆ 6th. The hotel staff shuttle service made my day; the shuttle car needs cleaning but other than that the staff did a fantastic job. I get homesick easily when I'm away from family. The staff and the service members have made my stay excellent. 5 stars I recommend staying at this hotel any time plus a good price too. I wish I wasn't leaving soon; I definitely feel like I was treated like a guest at my friend's house plus the staff saved my road show from the neighboring hotel down the street. Absolute gem of a place. Clean - well situated for eateries and highway access. Great staff and atmosphere. The hot breakfast well provided and organized. Room was top notch - plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Do this one again.Bed very comfortable with lots of pillows.

From the friendly check in staff to the very clean rooms and hallways this hotel is excellent. The breakfast bar was clean, well stocked and all the food was fresh and tasted great. All the staff needs to be complimented on their hard work to make this hotel a great one to stay at. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit the area in the future!

Stayed the night for a volleyball tournament. The girls enjoyed the pool, breakfast was convenient. Great location, many restaurants and places to shop, easy access to the interstate. An overall great stay.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The rooms need a much needed update of decor. The breakfast was decent. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The hotel was close to the strip where there are plenty of restaurants and other things to do.

Damon and the staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing during my 4 day stay! Every employee I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I was having a comfortable stay! The hotel was and is spotless, and my room service turn overs were done perfectly! The hotel breakfast was fresh, plentiful and tasted just like a mom made it! Had tons of options (multiple types of eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, cheese and salsa for your eggs, fresh granolas bowls, cereals and more and more!) The cucumber infused water at the hotel entrance is very refreshing! I can't say enough about how professional and kind every single employee is here at the Best Western Plus, going above and beyond to make sure every customers stay is as pleasant as can be!

It is Ohio .... sometimes you need a room the night before an early flight with the snow. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and I was pleasantly surprised! My room was nice, spacious, and very clean. Free breakfast before a flight is a bonus! To my surprise, there was an airport shuttle! Even better! I was able to leave my car there and had a very professional driver take me to the airport and pick me up on my return flight. All of the employees were great. Love knowing I have this option now for any early morning fight, regardless of the weather!

By far the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. The room was very comfortable and room to relax. They also had a shuttle for local (5 mile) travel. Went to dinner and didn't have to worry about finding my way around. Excellent experience!

I found this hotel to be incredibly convenient to the Akron/Canton Airport - one exit down I-77. Located in a complex of restaurants and grocery etc. was ideal. My king room was spacious and clean. Bathroom also quite fine. Not luxurious but reasonable rates make it a winner.

Good service over the phone for making reservations. Helpful front desk folks, with luggage and services. Complete breakfast, with made-to-order waffles. Friendly staff at breakfast, and through-out the building, who often attend to your needs before you realize it is a need! Fruits and drink available during the day. Newspapers available to pick up. Property is clean, pool and hot tub towels picked up regularly. Good indoor temperatures in public areas. Accessible rooms are indeed accessible, and handy to front of building.

Centrally located to all of the shopping and restaurants in the North Canton area, the Best Western Plus hotel is the place to land for your stay there. It's a very comfortable hotel with quiet rooms and friendly staff. Shopping and dining is an easy turn onto Portage Rd. and then into a big shopping center, which is actually within walking distance. Rooms are nicely organized with comfortable bedding and refrigerators and a useful desk. Parking is also easy and plentiful at the hotel.The Best Western breakfast is extensive with a lot of good food and a friendly, helpful attendant; a good way to start your day. You feel that you've had a satisfying breakfast. The breakfast room is spacious with ample seating and easy access to all of the amenities.There is a large, indoor pool and an exercise room that makes your stay that much more relaxing.I've stayed at the Best Western Plus in North Canton three times and I will continue to go back there. Best Western makes it easy to organize a stay by having comfortable facilities.

This location suffered from multiple issues which hopefully would not occur for future travelers. My room was never serviced by Housekeeping during my three days there. There was vomit by the jacuzzi in the pool area, and the men's restroom toilet near the pool was covered in fecal matter.

Been staying on Christmas Eve for 5 or so years now. Always has been fine. This year, didn't get the room we reserved, TV remote barely worked, no desk clerk at checkout, bath drain clogged like all hotels!!Pool is large for a hotel and whirlpool good, but both need cleaned a bit and pool water temp needs turned up. It's pretty cold.

Room was spacious, clean, well equipped,and well maintained. Good prices, good breakfast, and fresh cucumber water in the lobby. Friendly staff. Only one problem. The valet carts,need replacing. Parking was well lit, exit entrance is easy

N. Canton BW is a shining gem, because the staff is so nice, efficient, helpful and fun! We had grandkids who were totally delighted by the antics of the "elf on the shelf" at breakfast as well as the extra efforts of Jasmine for assuring the opening of the pool for their pool playtime! Every one at this BW took a little extra time and effort for our grandkids, and that is just wonderful!

The rooms are very spacious, but quite dated. The bathroom is spacious, but I found the ventilation and water pressure to be poor. No USB ports in the room for charging devices, this was unfortunate for Me as I forgot to bring my wall adaptor, there were none available at reception for loan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly average. Overall due to the condition of the rooms I would rate this hotel average.

The staff was welcoming & helpful from my first step through the lobby doors. They offered up their free shuttle service & it was wonderful for trips to the office for work & nearby shopping. The shuttle drivers were top notch, kind & made me feel safe. I would stay here again, thank you!!

The room was good. Breakfast was good. Lots of options & friendly staff. McDonalds close by. The room was clean. The desk person was nice. The indoor pool looked nice. Didn't get to use it. The shower was ok.

I had two experiences at this hotel in February 2018. I was so impressed the first time through town, that I decide to stay here in my return trip. This is the story of both experiences. I have averaged my experiences (a 5 and a 0) to get my 3-star score. This is a good hotel as being long as one is not arriving after normal check-in hours--and, truthfully, they probably have ironed out the issues that I had with my second reservation so that it will never happen again to anyone. For the first stay, everything went perfectly. The people at the front desk were charming and wonderful, the breakfast staff was friendly, my waffle at breakfast was delicious. My room was well-appointed for a hotel of this level. I left thinking that Best Western was a great value for the price. I'd have given it a five for this stay. Sadly, my second experience was quite different. I was driving from Wisconsin to Maryland; and Canton, Ohio, was going to be my halfway point. I had a reservation. Due to complications, I was unable to get on the road as expected and I found that I was going to be arriving quite late. I called to let them know that I was going to be there by just around midnight. This was noted on my reservation, and I was told it was not going to be a problem. I'd had a really long day in Wisconsin, and found myself tired while driving; so I pulled over at a rest stop and took a nap for a little bit. When I awoke, I hopped back on the road and just after 10:30 p.m.(?) I gave the hotel a call to let them know that I would not be there by midnight. The person that I spoke to at the front desk was someone different. She told me that my account has said I was arriving at 10 p.m. (Perhaps it was marked incorrectly, as that would not have been enough time to get from A to B.) She said that she had actually just closed down the books for the night and had charged me as a no-show. I explained that I was still coming, and she told me that she did not have a room for me because it had been closed out as a no-show. I explained that I would just want to come in come in, nap in the room for a few hours, take a shower, and that I would be out by late check-out time. She reiterated that I would not be permitted to use the room; and that I could reserve a new room if I wanted, but it would be a new charge and would be for the following night because she couldn't check anyone in after a certain hour. I was beside myself. I had a reservation; I'd called and kept them informed of my delay; is been told it was okay; and I'd been charged for the room, but was not allowed to use it. I ended up not being allowed to stay there, so I took naps at rest areas and drove straight through to Maryland. The next day when I called the hotel, they did say right away that they would refund the charge; but I remember how frustrated I was at having to pay and at not being able to stay the night. I'd give this visit a 0 rating. That being said, it was a new employee who turned me away. I can understand she was just trying to be very “by the books”. The staff the following day was appropriately accommodating about the refund, but my arduous adventure soured my overall experience for this hotel. This should be a good hotel if you arrive during normal check-in times. If you are arriving after hours, best of luck...

The reasons we chose this hotel were its location to the Football Hall of Fame, use of the indoor pool (in case it rained), and the complimentary breakfast. Nothing about this hotel disappoints-- and I really think a lot of that is due to the staff that they have working here. The ladies that ran the breakfast were so super friendly with true servants' hearts... everyone in the dining room noticed, in fact I overheard at many tables how impressed people were. Also lots of hot food offerings including waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, as well as tons of cereals, danish, yogurt, fruit, different juices, coffee with a variety of creamers... nothing lacking for breakfast. There is also fruit and fruit infused water available all day in the entry hall. The front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating-- when our TV remote wouldn't work, they came right up to fix it. The indoor pool and hot tub were fabulous, and were perfect because it rained both days we were there.. no problem for the kids, though, because we were in that pool both days we stayed. Plenty of towels in the pool area, too. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, the bathrooms were updated with plenty of little soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The tv was huge and had plenty of channels. The mini fridge was great for leftovers and drinks. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel whatsoever. The location was also perfect-- right next to a mall, plenty of restaurants, if you forget anything you can find a store close by. Overall, if you are considering this hotel, DO IT. Just because the rate is awesome, don't think you are getting a "discount" hotel-- you are getting an amazing deal on an awesome hotel.. believe mine and all the other positive reviews!

+JMJ+ Drove in from Cleveland and wanted to rest before seeing the Football Hall of Fame and McKinley's Tomb. Have stayed at Best Western Plus before and like the added touches. Housekeeping must have taken a little break in the room and left behind some things in the bedside drawer and garbage but the rest of the room was very clean. Easy to find and enjoyed our stay. Good to be back with Best Western again-the food is the best! Hot tub was just right also!

My daughter and I spent 1 night at the BW Plus while in North Canton, Ohio. My son was on an official visit at Malone University, and I didn't want to spend a lot of $ staying for such a short visit. I had read the reviews of the Best Western Plus, and they were all pretty good. I was worried though, because the price was so inexpensive, and it included breakfast. But I was very pleased. The room was very spacious and nice looking. It was clean, not spotless. But clean. The room's temperature was nice when we arrived (nice, since sometimes you get frozen out when you check in). The bathroom was very large also, and the organic citrus soaps, shampoo and conditioner was a luxury touch - as were the wash cloths (super thick). I also liked the single serve Keurig and k-cups. The refrigerator was perfect for us (and clean), since we brought back Bonefish Grill deserts that included ice cream. We did not use the microwave, but the refrigerator and microwave were completely clean. The TV worked great, as did the remote. They offered sanitizing cleaning wipes for the remote control and for the phone as well, if you want them. All in all, they seemed to go above and beyond in their details and comfort. The only con I can say was that there were two small tiles missing from the floor trim. Yes, it would've been great if they were repaired, but I know that hotels are not perfect in every room, every day. So that doesn't bother me. For the most important things, like cleanliness and comfort, I think they do a great job. If my son decides to attend college in Canton, I am sure my family will stay here again.

This is the 2nd visit to this hotel for our bmx state final that is held in Akron every year. This place is AMAZING! We checked in on Saturday, August 25th and the gentleman at the desk was super friendly. We went to our room and it was clean, and smelled clean. After our 4hr drive my kids wanted swim and my husband and I wanted to relax in the hot tub. We love that the pool stays open late. It was great the only complaint was the pool was really cold. The beds are always comfortable as are the pillows. Breakfast was great with lots of selections. The lady working the dining area kept the food stocked and was friendly asking about our trip and wishing my boys good luck as we left. The lady working the desk at check out was also friendly. Overall this is by far our favorite hotel ever to stay in and we will always stay here when we come to the races.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel, but not willing to sacrifice a comfortable night. The reviews for this hotel were on the mark - the hotel was quiet and clean, the staff very helpful, a great breakfast in the morning. My one suggestion to travelers would be to follow the signs for access to 77 on leaving the hotel parking lot, this easily solved an earlier problem exiting the hotel. Great stay!

If you can get around the construction work on the freeways this place is great. Close to the football hall of fame and walking distance to many eateries. The staff was great and the room was comfortable. Easy access to everything.

Great family hotel. We were in town for the NFL Hall of Fame and stopped here for the night. Great pool for the kids. Room was good. Breakfast was great. We were close to our destination. Safe neighborhood. I recommend this hotel!!

When I booked my room, I was only able to get one (1) night. But I was told by reservation agent once I got there another night might become available. Well the next day after my stay, I was not able to get another night at Best Western but the two staff members found me another place to stay.

Stayed here on multiple occasions and it is wonderful. Staff is great, rooms are great, location is convenient, breakfast is great, pool and exercise area are great! Wifi is a sore spot. Access points constantly time out and available bandwidth was less than 1.5 mbps the entire 5 days I was there. Fix the internet and this place would be perfect!

I would recommend the Best Western in North Canton as my room was great with a wonderfull shower and a comfortable bed. The pool was very clean and their was a great hot tub. There was a variety of breakfast food. The place is centrally located near lots of restaurants and the Football Hall of Fame. The staff was personable and friendly.

From Check in to Check out we had a wonderful stay. When I went in to checkin Alex took care of me He was a joy from the start. We were early but he called a maid and she said we could go to our room. When my wife came in he even wished her happy birthday right off. He also checked us out the next morning and mentioned her birthday again. Best Stay we had at any Best Western !! Breakfast was very good. Room was excellent.

Stay here June 17-19, had a great stay. All the staff was very friendly to us through the whole stay. Any time that we had a problem someone was right on it. For example we had a problem where we were locked out of room, first the housekeeping tried and help me and she could not get it so i had to go to the front desk and they had to reset the key and she went with to make sure that it worked. Other that it was a great stay.

We stayed over night with an early flight out the next morning ,,,The staff went so the extra mile for us,,,even a TO GO BOX for breakfast before 6:00 AM! Both drivers were really accommodating ,,,and a super good price !!

I booked this hotel for a "girls night" with my adults daughters. The first room had obviously been smoked in; we were given a second room immediately. Staff was very pleasant. The only fault I could find was that the temperature control unit was rather loud when the a/c cycled on. It was a nice room and a good location.

Lovely hotel, spacious room/ Comfy bed and pillow choices. Air conditioner quiet. Clean white soft towels. We slept in and didn't partake in the free breakfast that was offered. Hapy with the Kuerig coffeemake in our room. Overall a really nice facility.

Good location for access to Canton and Cleveland. Stayed on a visit to Hall of Fames. Nice room, clean, well taken care of. Desk staff was helpful and friendly. Great bargain. Was $70 a night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked three different rooms for family attending a Walsh graduation. The location was very convenient, the kids were able to play in the pool to unwind. There was fresh fruit and delicious water available in the lobby all of the time. The breakfast was good, unfortunately the coffee machine was broken. We just went to McDonalds next door to get some. The staff at this hotel is always helpful and friendly! By the staff, I mean ALL staff - not just the front office. The ladies in the dining area, the cleaning staff, everyone! Thanks for the hospitality the last four years. If we are ever back in the area, we will return!

We've stayed here in the past. Excellent staff and stay...even when we broke down and had to keep extending our stay. This time, front desk/check-in was below average. The young man was not pleasant and rather snarky. We were not asked if we were rewards members, although it should have been already in the system. No upgrade on our room either. The first room we were given was not ready for guests, this was corrected quickly. But, the second room was not ready either. It was lacking the bed runners, missing a decorative pillow, no phone in the room....the runners and missing pillow matter because of the possibility of being charged for theft. The phone missing is an issue if an emergency would arise. Nothing like our previous stay. Everything else was fine. 2 beds, both comfy with nice linens. TV was a decent size with a good line up. Fridge/microwave. Bathroom was a decent size with a good amount of towels. Need to know: Elevator Fair amount of truck/trailer parking Guest laundry A lot of food options nearby Good Wi-Fi We will always stay here on our business trips, it's a very nice location. We just noticed the difference in guest service this time.

Picked the BW for the great rate to attend a conference at another nearby hotel. Arrived around 9:00 pm. Well-lit exterior, friendly and fast check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Great overall value.

We stayed for one night for a soccer tournament. Hotel was reasonably quiet on a Friday night, and the staff was very friendly. Clean, comfortable room, nice experience. Breakfast had nice choices. My daughter loved the hot tub after a tough soccer game.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent service. A little hard to get to the hotel because of the nature of the main road right outside. Very close to shopping mall and many other stores and restaurants. Overall a great experience.

We had a great stay here. Room was clean, quiet, beds we're comfortable, pool and hot tub we're great and the breakfast was awesome! Every single person who worked there that we had contact with was very nice. I don't usually pay much attention to that, but we all noticed it here. The lady running the breakfast took great pride in making things extra nice. The lady we checked in was friendly and helpful. Great hotel - especially for the price!

As wife & I recently retired, North Canton BW was our first stop. This hotel was very clean, staff very pleasant, breakfast was very nice and location was great with our plans to continue on to West Virginia & North Carolina.

My friend and I booked only one night as we had a very early flight out of CAK airport. Our room was very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. This Best Western offers free shuttle to the airport and you leave your vehicle at the hotel, FREE. When we returned 5 days later we just called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. I will continue to use this Best Western whenever I have a flight out of the airport.

Stayed one night with my wife and daughter. The location of the hotel is excellent. Right near pretty much every restaurant and store you would ever want to visit. Check in was easy and the front desk employees very excellent. Very friendly and nice. The room had 2 queen beds. The beds were hard as a rock. You might get more give in a slab of cement than these beds. Not sure why they have to make the beds so hard. The rest of the room was fine. The hotel has a pool and breakfast area. There isn't a lobby to this hotel so it feels a little tight when you walk in. The breakfast was very good with yogurt, juices; etc. and two hot items. It's a good hotel to choose if you need a night or two.

Where to begin! We decided to stay here because priceline listed as a last minute deal, but we booked directly through the hotel website. Upon checking in at roughly 6pm the lady Yolanda at the front desk was nice and checked us in promptly. Walking back to our room (at the back of the hotel because we got a suite) the hall way smelled of musty pool water and dirty feet. We got to our room changed and went to enjoy the pool, our reason for staying. There were dirty bandaids and hair all over the pool area and no towels. I let Yolanda know and she told me they were washing more and they'd be out shortly. My guess is they were understaffed. We ended up having to leave the pool because there was so much chlorine it flared up my daughters asthma and she needed her inhaler. We decided to watch a movie in the bed but the bed had hair and what I'm guessing was eyelashes all over the sheets. The walls were filthy as shown in the pictures, and we even found a pill! Not sure what kind it was but either way the room was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and she apologized and switched our room and said she'd let house keeping know. The room we where moved to was atleast clean. In the morning we went down for breakfast and my son was excited for waffles because that's his favorite part about staying at hotels besides the swimming. There was no waffle maker out but a nice guest let us know, as he was finishing his, the food attendant has to make them in the back. When I asked her she told me she's not making waffles she's too busy. My son was crushed :( so my husband asked her about them and she told him no I'm too busy I'm not doin waffles. He asked her to do her job and she got rude with him. So he went to the front desk and asked and the lady (didn't catch her name) came out and asked her to make them. You could hear her in the back room throwing a fit and she eventually came out and called my husband an a**hole! Aside from the front desk staff this was one of the absolute worst places we have stayed!!! And we travel/ stay roughly 2 twice a month on weekends so we have a lot of experience.

The hotel was very clean, staff was extremely friendly. I can't say that the bed was overly comfortable I had trouble sleeping but the rest of my family did not. Rooms could have used an update but all in all it was a pleasant stay. The view was very pretty.

The employees literally bent over backwards to help me and other guests in every way they could. They were friendly, courteous, kind and overall on a rating of one to ten I would give them at least a 25.

pillows were either too large, or too small not supplying any support, the bed was way too firm, was like sleeping on a board, was sore in an hour of laying on it, rolling over did no good, just made us sore all over, and the heater cycling every 15 min made sure we wouldn't get a good nights sleep. could not turn fan on continuously for sound. called front desk, phone didn't work, had to call on cell phone for tv question, they never called back. Found out on checkout my phone was locked so I couldn't use it (why $50.00 hold on c.c.?) It's a shame, we stayed there couple of years ago, had a good bed, good heater, enjoyed our nights there. Seemed to go downhill from then...

Situated just off the freeway near the Pro Football Hall of Fame Museum. Close to shopping, gas and food. Offers a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, hot/cold cereals and beverages. Well appointed hotel with interior hallways and secured entrances. Try the King Executive for more room.

I chose this location after having stayed in a Best Western Prime hotel on an overseas trip last year. The hotel had the amenities we wanted and check-in & check-out were both smooth. The breakfast was decent and the staff working in the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful! Our room wasn't serviced 1 day and after speaking with the head housekeeper to determine what the issue may have been, she resolved to correct it and we had no other issues. The hotel location is a little tricky to get into coming from the west on the main road - there's a sign posted advising traffic for the hotel's street to turn a block early, as there's no way to turn left from the main road at the hotel street. Overall, I'd stay at this location again! I grew up in the area and was visiting home on vacation and to see relatives in the area.

The location makes it convenient but the staff keeps me coming back. Everyone is pleasant, the rooms and hotel are clean and present well. The price is really affordable and it's close to everything. You can't make a left turn onto the street but I don't mind making the u-turn s block or 2 down.

Spent the evening of December 10th in North Canton Ohio Best Western Plus room 214. Woke up in the middle of the night could hardly breathe. Poor air circulation no air circulation didn't know I needed to carry a humidifier with me

Nice size room, helpful friendly staff. internet access. we used the business center to print boarding basses and business doucments. the printer was out of ink and the hotel staff went to the store to buy more ink so that we could print our documents. very helpful! convenient to the airport and restaurants, and shopping.

This hotel had bed bugs and the hotel staff showed absolutely no sympathy towards guest. Other than that it was an OK stay for a short period of time. Breakfast could have been better but theirs a McDonalds and other restaurants right along the strip.

The whole crew was amazing. I never felt such a homely feel at any of the Hotels I stayed in US. Nice little town with such down to earth and amazing caring people right from receptionist who checked us in and the other person who checked us out (I forgot her name - But anyone can recognize with her nice different hairstyle.) she went out of the way. The other person who took care of breakfast counter , she was really lovely, even during breakfast closure time, and treated us nice when she asked what else we need for breakfast (not like the ones in other hotels where they will be keen to close the breakfast)

Hotel is clean and well kept, friendly staff, good breakfast. Walking distance from McDonald's and Cracker Barrel if needed. This is our hotel of choice when we are in Canton on Business and Personal visits.

This hotel was infested with Bed Bugs in every room! My son woke up and rolled over and a big crawled out from under him and their was spots of blood!!!! Their was so many in the hotel they were even all the walls in the stairwell!!!!! They did not feel bad either.

The hotel was fine, but the people that stayed there were questionable. We couldn't walk through the hallway due to the obviously drunk adults sitting and standing along the walls. The staff did nothing to control this behavior into the night.

Nice room with helpful staff. HAD a little problem with 1st room. Too close to pool. Was fixed immediately. Did not eat breakfast but it looked very good with lots of offerings and good coffee. Would stay again.

Awesome stay, staff was helpful! I was printing my boarding pass and had some problems, the attendant was so helpful and nice! I left very early in the morning and they had a grab and go brown bag ready! Thank you so much for the great stay!!

This hotel was perfectly located near Akron Canton Airport. The shuttle was efficient and I got there fast. The hotel was clean and looked new. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers, families, and people just wanting to get to the airport for an early flight.

I have to say my stay was very pleasant. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The room was clean. The pillows and bed were plush. Lots of outlets. The room afforded me a very quiet night's sleep. The breakfast bar had lots to choose from. I look for oatmeal with cinnamon and fresh fruit and good coffee. I would stay here again. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The staff treated me like I was royalty! Best staff and stay I've ever had and I stay at alot of hotels! Wish I had a reason to stay there again! The front desk packed me a snack bag since u left at 5:30am and when I returned, the breakfast staff kept breakfast open till I returned at 9:40am. Loved the hot meal and all the toppings for the oatmeal. Thanks for being so kind!

We found the staff extremely helpful here and the breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts ever. I highly recommend this place.When I requested a room change, the clerk was very quick to respond and make a change.

I chose this BW because it offered a shuttle to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Thomas our driver was pleasant and carried on an enjoyable conversation as he drove us to and back from the Hall. Our room was upgraded and the cost was reduced. Can't beat that! Thanks Thomas! Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The ventilation system was quiet and certainly didn't keep us from getting a good night's sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also, we found a great restaurant called Rockne's just up the street. Food and drinks were wonderful after 7 hour tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Hotel and its employees are terrific. Rooms are clean and well cared for. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Shopping and dinning close by. Major highways are close by and easily accessible, however a pay attention to the round about way they get you to them. When coming back except off the high way use the Home Depot access road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, service was great and the breakfast was excellent with many fresh choices. The fruit bowl had massive blueberries and peaches & more....we were quite pleased with everything. This hotel was much better than all of the others we stayed at during our long road trip! Plus, this was located right off of the highway which we liked, too.

My kids were out of school for 4 days, and we just wanted to get away for a few days. We decided to stay at a hotel and just let them swim, eat pizza, enjoy the hot tub etc... The problem was we didn't have a lot of money to spend on leisurely things. Well, when I googled hotels and suites near me, BW had the best price. I called them, and they actually honored the online price! I was a little leary because I am thinking this is all to good to be true. Well, I wasn't disappointed, but I was very impressed. This place is clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and hospitable. They were even willing to upgrade us at no additional price to accommodate our needs. The pool and hot tub area are very clean and well taken care of. Staff are constantly cleaning. The breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed our 3 day get away with a little bit of luxury for a small price.

The friendly staff was just the beginning. The condition of the hotel was excellent. Very nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast and super clean. A wonderful surprise was the free shuttle anywhere within 5 mi of the hotel. We were there to go to the Football Hall of Fame. By using the shuttle we saved the $10 parking fee. When we called to be picked up it arrived in a very timely fashion. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

The hotel in Canton is close to many restaurants and the interstate. The hotel is only two floors which I liked. It was clean and well maintained. Staff was great. I would definitely stay here again. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. The best part is the daily rates are affordable.

Hotel is getting a little dated and needs some updates (Carpet was worn in a few places - especially in the hallway). The staff was quite friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Last year my Husband and myself stayed at this Hotel and did not have a good experience there.The Manger Monica replied to my post and told me if we were ever in the area again to please give them another chance. We decided to stay there again and contacted Monica and made reservations.I have to say our visit at this Hotel was excellent this time. we came with our Grandkids this time and they loved the pool which was clean and very nice.The front desk was great very friendly.When we left for the day Housekeeping came in and our room looked great when we came back in the evenings!The breakfast buffet had a lot of different things to choose from. The staff that worked in the breakfast area always greeted us and was very nice to our grandchildren.I have to give a shout out to Michelle we looked forward to seeing her in the mornings.When we would walk in she would always say hi and ask if we needed any thing.When we asked her for waffles she would make them for us right away. She definitely made our visit there great. We will most definitely be staying at the Best Western plus North Canton again. I am so glad we give it another chance.Thank you Monica!

police called due to disruptive visitor and we were iformed we would need to use pass key at front entrance if we went out to car, somewhat of an oder in room like BO, be prepared for $50 retainer until they inspect your room upon check out, sort of a rowdy group of folks at breakfast (loud and vulgar), not family oriented

Room clean, staff nice. Very loud, hectic lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was awful, not enough room, not enough food. No waffles, no explanation. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Needs a complete revamp in terms of lobby and breakfast area, at the absolute minimum.

We look forward to staying here again. The staff were awesome . The breakfast host was amazing. She was so good even when the kids were very messy! We love the quality, value and service we get with Best Western hotels.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It is in a convenient location and I am never disappointed in the quality of the rooms and the professionalism of the staff. I look forward to my next stay in 2018.

Hotel called me early on day of arrival to see if I needed anything special for my stay. Hotel desk was very friendly. There was a full breakfast. The room was reasonably quiet being very close to the highway.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. It is close to everything we needed. My husband is here for work so I stayed here to see him. Pool is clean rooms are a nice size. McDonald's and cracker barrel both are walking distance.

I booked the whirlpool suite. Apparently there is only one suite. We stayed in room 202. It is more expensive than the others. I thought I would be able to soak my tired bones since I don't have one at home. What they don't tell you is that this room is right over the pool. When you walk in, you are greeted with a chlorine smell and all the screaming from the pool area. Until 11 at night when the pool closes. Then, we were woke up at 7:00 from the screaming and splashing when the pool opens. Not the people that are using the pool's fault at all. Definitely did not enjoy this room and we paid extra to be kept up all night. Upon check out when asked how the room was, I spoke up. The front desk changed the subject like they didn't ask how my room was. Definitely didn't get the "Plus" here.

Very good service & rooms with very helpful staff located just off of Interstate I-77. They offer a good breakfast selection, morning newspapers and bend over backwards to serve their clients. Convenient close access to I-77 and downtown Canton or Akron for business or pleasure

The front desk staff was so accommodating making sure we didn't have far to walk to our room. The breakfast staff was Amazing. She was attentive and sweet. She did a great job with all the food keeping things clean, full and hot. She obviously takes a great deal of pride in her job and it showed.

My room was infested with bed bugs. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!! Property appeared to be nice but what was inside the room was not. There was a spot for a microwave but there wasn't one in the spot. We travel for work and we use microwaves to prepare our food in the evening to save money. Again BED BUGS galore.

I was very impressed with this hotel, its staff and its amenities. After leaving best western, I stayed at Niagara falls embassy suites. Best western was BY FAR, the better hotel in every aspect. I would recommend best western to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved the breakfast. Lots of great touches. Whipped cream and choc. chips for waffles, 2 different eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits and my favorite, oatmeal with all the toppings. Fresh fruit was perfectly ripe too. Room was standard, larger fridge. Loved the drinking water spout in bathroom. Wished they had another set of washers and dryers though. Needed to do a load and the one set was always filled.

Our room was not cleaned in our absence. We met the cleaning crew in the hall and they specifically asked if we wanted our room serviced . We told them yes and to change the beds. When we came back for the night, the beds were not made or changed, trash not removed and wet towels still on the floor. I called the front desk and he brought up clean towels and did offer to have housekeeping clean our room but it was late. He did say he told management about our situation and he said it was an "ongoing issue". Really!!!!!

The staff was great, friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is a great value (especially if you book directly and becoming a rewards member get an extra discount). The location was great as it was extremely easy to get to shops, malls, and Hall of Fame. the breakfast had a variety of food to choose from.

We stayed at best Western plus for a family reunion. Nearby is Beautiful Amish country, wheelchair accessible Ohio Erie canal towpath and it's a short drive to fabulous Cleveland museums. Canton also has many cool museums. Wonderful place to visit! A lot of wheelchair accessible things to do.

We were upgraded to an executive king suite which was very spacious. Personnel, Tamara, Monica, Janelle and Whitney, made sure we were well taken care of. Complimentary shuttle service is offered within five miles of hotel.

We were very pleased with this property. The King Suite was a large room with pull-out couch and desk/deskchair- very comfortable room for sitting and sleeping for the three of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located near many restaurants and shopping also and a few miles from NFL Hall of Fame, easy to get to.

We chose a King Suite room, because we had a child with us and the King Suite offered a sofa bed. Be advised, this sofa bed was twin size and would not have worked if we had more than one chlid with us! The room was run down looking and had a moldy smell. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. The pool was also very cloudy and dirty looking. Our first floor room was right on the walkway so anyone could see inside if we opened the drapes.

We chose Best Western because they offer queen size beds, which is best for when the kids must sleep together. The room was comfortable and quiet (we did keep the fan running). The breakfasts were the best of our trip - hot and constantly stocked by very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was located in a good area with lots of restaurant and shopping choices.

It is 1 30 am and the complaint against the people above us has gone nowhere. Do not stay on first floor rm 123. The noise has been going on since the people moved in. Janelle said they needed 3 complaints and only had 2. At our second call at midnight she said she would ask them to leave. Now the noise is louder than ever. Is no one else on this side of the hoteLargest? We cancelled the shuttle we requested knowing we won'the be getting any sleep. Am very disappointed with this hotel. Will be taking this complaint to management in morning.

The staff are very polite and always helpful. It is funny how one gets used to just regular customer service but when you experience the politeness level here it stands out. From the front desk to the room service staff in the halls we noticed a difference. The room service supervisor even knocked on our door to check if all was well. The room have a free Keurig and the fridge had a separate top freezer. This hotel does not have an EV charging station but there "sister hotel" five minutes away does. There is a shuttle that you can request and the staff will help facilitate the use of the EV charging station. At most the wait for the shuttle will be 15 minutes and you can request to have one at a particular time. We didn't use this but nice to know. Our Volt just switched to gas since it was not worth the extra effort in this case.

The Best Western Plus North Canton is staffed throughout by pleasant, professional, helpful people. We got excellent recommendations for restaurants from the desk staff. The room was pleasant, spacious, and clean. For the money, it's a good place to stay, and I would certainly do so again.

Room on 3rd floor was clean, fresh smelling and quiet. Breakfast was hot, plentiful and fresh. Housekeeping was very friendly and always offering linen daily. Issue with muddy boots dragging in clumps by construction workers staying there. And when I brought to Housekeeping attention, public areas were very nice. Front desk very nice. I made reservations for a wedding in October. This is our place for visiting family.

After a full day of travel with children our stay was truly relaxing, comfortable and refreshing. The breakfast staff made us feel special and the front desk staff were happy and helpful. Overall just a pleasure.

This is quite possibly one of the cleanest and best maintained hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was higher quality than I am used to and the area was always well stocked and clean.

Rundown of why this place sucks: When I first checked in, the receptionist was rude. I stood there for 10 minutes while she answered phone calls. Somehow we got put into a handicap king room so I asked her how much it would cost to upgrade to the king whirlpool room - which she just told someone on the phone was THE very last room available that night and they turned it down - and she tells me they're all booked up. I let her know I just heard her tell someone it was available. She then says that she just couldn't upgrade me that I would have to call Expedia whom the room was booked through. The room we were put in had a window that looked out into the indoor pool room. Literally right over the hot tub. The echoes from the kids playing in the pool - that's open until 11pm - drove us out of the room because it was so ridiculously loud. Small parking lot, hard to maneuver - we came back late at night and there was no places open at all. We had to make our own parking spot. The bed was completely wore out. It was a king size and we continually rolled to the center where it was broken down so badly. The shower - since it was a handicap room - had a removable sprayer that you should have been able to adjust the height of. However it was broken so the whole time you were in the shower you had to keep sliding it up every few minutes. Horrible stay, will never be back to this hotel. Ever.

We were very happy with our stay at the Best Western. Front Desk Associate, Tamara, was one of the friendliest hotel staff I have encountered in quite a long time. She had a bit of a line for check in, but never let it stress her. She checked everyone in with a smile, even while taking phone calls asking for the 1-800 number and a broken remote, and she happily replaced pool towels as well. We booked our stay through Hotwire, but she never treated us as any less. This was unusual for us, as we are used to being treated as less important when we don't book directly with the hotel. This made the stay much nicer! The rooms were nice and clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and in working order, and the breakfast area was organized and clean. Everyone we encountered was friendly and it was an overall great night stay for our family! Keep up the good work!

We were there one night for a local college tour. The hotel is located very conveniently to shopping, dining, fuel and the expressway. The price of the room included two queen beds a nice size refrigerator, a microwave and breakfast. This is rare for the price of the room and was a great amenity. The only thing I would say could be improved was the lighting in the room, it was a bit dark. The beds and breakfast were average. Other than that I was very satisfied with our stay!

Great hotel. Breakfast, rooms and all services levels were on point. We did struggle with the inroom internet. We had a large group of parents and kids there for a baseball tourney. We all came back and sat in the lobby while the boys swam and the employees didn't miss a beat. Great service!! I recommend this location to anyone. Close to the Hall of Fame as well as any restraint you can imagine.

this has to be one of the best Best Western units that we have stay in front desk people went the extra mile for us would stay at again and highly recommend a must for any one or family. close to all attractions

Had an excellent stay. We had two rooms for the weekend. Both were excellent. The staff was great and very helpful. Checking in was difficult. I had to call the hotel from the Lobby to get service. But they were apologetic and the rest of the stay was great.

My stay was very enjoyable. the jets in the hot tub left a little something to be desired, but other than that. It was a very good hotel. Clean, good service, nice people, willing to serve any needs you have. (within reason lol) all in all a nice 3 day weekend get away with the wife.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a room by the pool, which was a little noisy, but not too bad. I will stay here again if I need to make a trip to this area again.

Outstanding service and very clean. Employees were very helpful. The facilities was very clean. The service for letting our automobile stay while we flew to our destination was great. Shuttle service to and from the airport was outstanding. Nice to have someone waiting to take us back to our automobile.

Went to NFL Hall of Fame and this hotel was in great location as just a few miles down the road. A shopping area was across the way with lots of restaurants to pick from. Deon was very helpful at desk.

After a long day's drive, Stefan's friendly attitude made us feel welcome and right at home in North Canton. We pulled a couple of chairs together to play cribbage in the breakfast room, and his encouragement made us feel at ease. We are always happy with the standards of cleanliness and the level of comfort at the Best Western properties.

Spent two nights here. Started out on the wrong foot but eventually was made right. The room's window looked out over the indoor pool area and had a strong smell of chlorine. Called the front desk to get another room and we're told all the other rooms were already assigned to others even though it was only 3:00 in the afternoon and the parking lot was empty. A couple of the cleaning staff were in the room with us and sided with us and they helped to get the front desk clerk to understand the customer is always right. Thanks girls. After that we settled into our new room and was comfy as a bug in a rug. Would stay again. Good job cleaning girls.

Very nice hotel looks like the pics on internet. clean well kept rooms. The whole entire staff is very nice they greet you like old friends. It was a very pleasant stay would recommend this hotel. The breakfast was okay just don't like my sausages in water.

We always try to stay in a Best Western. We had to make a quick trip to meet my sister so my mom could stay a couple weeks with her. North Canton is the half way mark for both of us. HATED HATED HATED that it was the weekend that there was a Lebron James something going on so the prices were about $50.00 dollars more than usual. Other than that everything else was GREAT. Check in was great and went smoothly even though teenagers were out and about every where. The room was very clean and very roomy. I have to say the best thing about the stay was the breakfast. This was the BEST breakfast that we have eaten at a Best Western. Cathy and Ernie made sure that everyone in the breakfast room was well fed, well taken care of and when you left you felt like you had been at your Mommas house. Seriously they were TOP KNOTCH! The breakfast choices were scrambled eggs or fried eggs* sausage links or sausage patties * biscuits and gravy * Oatmeal * French toast * fresh fruit * 3 different cereal * waffles * toast * yogurt * SEE it was a nice breakfast. There was a problem with our three year old wanting to go to the window to see the people swimming in the pool instead of eating. I love the 12 oclock check out. This was a great place to stay. We will do it again!!!!1

Convenient location near airport and numerous restaurants. Front desk attendant was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Only complaint was that the in-room microwave didn't work. Overall, experience was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

In town for a family funeral, we reserved at this Best Western on the strength of the "Plus" designation and the unusually low price. However, it didn't take long for buyers' remorse to set in. When we arrived, in the wee hours of a Saturday, there were no luggage carts available -- reportedly because the hotel had been overrun by a "dart conference." Our king suite, though spacious and attractive, had very thin walls; so we were kept awake -- at 4 am -- by the TV in the room next door until I called the front desk. At breakfast, my husband encountered several small childen running around in wet bathing suits; and in the fitness room, I discovered puddles of water apparently left by some of the same children. That night, on returning to the hotel, we found that the maid had merely left a pile of linens, sans blanket, and not made up the pull-out sofa for our daughter -- who was joining us. And again, there was after-hours noise from the room next door -- this time because someone was replacing a malfunctioning refrigerator (!!). I would add that, despite the cold weather that first weekend in April, the whole facility was so hot that we had to run the AC. Not expected, and not comfortable. Overall impression: this is a hotel with problems. What looks, on first glance, to be an attractive facility, suitable for both business travelers and vacationers, appears to be poorly managed. And its apparent newfound status as a weekend destination for families without company manners, makes us shudder. We will not be staying here again.

We were impressed from check in to check out. The staff were personable. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and was delicious. Coffee was available 24 hours and always tasted fresh. The pool was bathtub warm and very clean. The common areas and parking lot were well maintained. I have stayed in 5-star properties that couldn't hold a candle to this Best Western. Bonus: easy access off of I-77.

This hotel was pleasant in all respects and it is conveniently located as to variety of restaurants and stores The Strip retail area. The breakfast room faced east and the early morning sunshine was a daily welcome.

We were "passing through" Canton. A friend told me his family were planning to stay there so I made reservations. I wished we were there for longer, it was so nice. The decor was lovely. I enjoyed the Keurig in the room! The bed was VERY comfortable and the staff extremely helpful!

I procured this room for friends who were visiting over the weekend. Check in went fine. The breakfast was spartan. Coffee was nasty. Upon returning to the room later in the evening, it was discovered there was hair on the bed sheets. The desk clerk changed the bed, but it made the whole experience rather unpleasant to think that something like linens that are laundered between guest were not clean. I had heard that this facility was decent and it was an easy drive to my home. I will book another location when I have a need.

Service staff were amazing! The breakfast included more than just the usual continental breakfast. It was hot and there was a large variety. Aside from one miserable staff member during check-in, this is a very average hotel.

I recently spent one night at this hotel. I booked a King suite and it was unbelievable nice for the price. I normally stay at a higher end chain. I was very pleasantly surprised by the high end furnishings and bath room products (Bath & Body Works). The complimentary breakfast was nicer than the higher end places I normally stay. The front desk staff and breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone. You won't be sorry. The location was great! It is directly across the street from The Strip shopping center. There is a book store, Starbucks, and many restaurants across the street. The is a gas station and McDonalds right next door. Close to the Akron/Canton airport and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

We were in town for several jobs and ended up being broke down. They were so helpful in pushing off our check out date, it made the situation and frustration of braking down a bit easier! The room was awesome! We had a King suite with a pull out sofa and coffee table. The room was huge and the bathroom was very spacious! Maid service was on top of things and the room was always clean! Good WiFi, parking and TV selection. We never did try breakfast however. My husband enjoyed the fitness center and the business center was helpful too. We would recommend this place and would stay again! Thank you for all your help and the wonderful stay!

The hotel has all that we need. Great check-in service Comfortable beds. Nice rooms. Very nice people to meet and greet you every morning for breakfast. Nice pool and hot tube to unwind in at the end of the day. Very fast wifi. Great area for the hotel to be in. We feel safe walking around at night to the stores. We will stay there again for sure!

You can tell a lot about a hotel by the way they handle problems. After a long day of driving it was nice to finally get off the road and walk into the lobby and see cold water and cookies. The person that checked me in was very friendly and efficient. Imagine my surprise then when I went up to my room and found it wide open and all kinds of tools in the bathroom. I went downstairs right away and the employee apologized profusely and got me into another room right away. I later ran into the maintenance man in the hall and he also said he was sorry. All I wanted was a clean comfortable room at the end of the day and they quickly got me one. I also liked that this hotel was close to the freeway but it was quiet. The Hall of Fame is only a couple of exits down the road. The room was large and also very well lit which I appreciated. When I was there they also had quite a bit to offer for breakfast. If you are in the area I think that this is a good place to stay.

I stayed at the Best Western in North Canton for six nights. It was a memory trip after my Mom's passing. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was reliably good every day. They gave me a bagged breakfast the last morning because i had an early flight. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel and quite a bit of shopping opportunities. It is close to the 77 Freeway and very convenient for my needs.

I've used this BW location several times now, and my last two experiences were pretty terrible. Loss of electricity the one time for a couple of hours, and then the last time, the hotel charged me TWICE during Labor Day weekend, causing my account to be overdrawn while I was on vacation and since it was a holiday weekend, my bank couldn't return the funds until Friday of that week. Additionally, when I got to my room, I noticed a terrible, fishy smell coming from the mini fridge and upon opening it, I realized someone had probably left food in there and it hadn't been cleaned properly. When I told the front desk about it, they assured me that they would send someone to clean it. When I returned to my room after a couple of hours, not only had the bad smell not gone away, but the fridge had been COMPLETELY unplugged, causing the food/drinks that I had put in the fridge to spoil. I complained about all this to the BW Customer care team, they told me someone would get in touch with me after 7 days. No one contacted me and after 8 days, I myself called the hotel and asked to speak to the manager and left my number. Someone finally called me, but I was unable to get to the phone since I was at work. I have called several back several times, but the manager has been unavailable. This is complete lack of consideration and care for a customer. Utterly unsatisfied and most likely will not be booking with them again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Best Western when we've visited the Akron area. Convenient location to area attractions. Very pleasant, comfortable room. Welcoming staff. Breakfast is a step above the normal free hotel breakfast.

The group booking process was easy thanks to the extra efforts from managers John and Whitney. Upon arrival, Deon greeted us at the desk and had everything ready for us. He gave directions to our restaurant and set up wake-up calls for our rooms. The rooms were VERY nice. We were very impressed with how clean and updated they were. The breakfast was excellent - many choices and more than enough for our group of 20 plus the other guests. The staff working there in the morning were extremely accommodating. Staying here was a wonderful experience an I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Looking for a place near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It was also near Geravasi Winery and also Fannie May. The rooms were very comfortable, and there was a lot to choose from for breakfast. Ez on and EZ off.

I'd been to the Best Western a few years ago and was impressed with the new facilities, the proximity to I-77 and the airport, and all the businesses nearby, so when I had to return to Ohio I decided to stay here again. The hotel is maybe 10 minutes from the airport and has a shuttle. One note on I-77, though- despite what your GPS may tell you, if you're headed to I-77 from the hotel, you cannot make the necessary left onto Portage Road. You have to follow an annoying little circular path to make a left onto Portage from another road- but it's very well-marked. Just follow the signs. It's not a pedestrian-friendly area but there's a McDonald's next door and a gas station on the corner for a last-minute fill of the rental car as well as a mall across the street. I can't list all the businesses in the area, but pretty much whatever you want to buy or eat, you'll find it. My room was a King- very spacious and, despite being close to the highway, it was quiet. It was equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge and a microwave. Fitness Center was a bit basic- it lacked a stationary bike. Pool was average size and I had a refreshing swim. Breakfast was the usual; eggs were the hockey-puck variety including a simulated sunny-side-up version. I had the oatmeal instead. Wi-Fi was free but not working the one night I was there when I got back from an event around 9:30 PM. It was working the next day. I appreciated having the local paper (the Canton Repository) available in addition to the standard USAToday. It was even there when I checked out at 5:30 AM my last day. Wow, some people get up even earlier than I had to get up. One suggestion and this would apply to just about every hotel where I've stayed: I'd appreciate a Recyclable bin somewhere on the premises. It may be too much work for the maids to empty both a regular and a Recyclable basket in every room, but I'd happily tote my paper and plastic down to the lobby to give it a second chance. My high school reunion committee has jokingly suggested that we schedule a get-together annually because we have such a good time If they do, I'll be back in 2017!

This hotel was pretty, comfortable, clean! The staff was very friendly, breakfast fantastic - a complete hot breakfast!! It was close to restaurants and stores. The indoor pool and hot tub were well cared for. It was very conveniently located right of the major highway and easy to get anywhere in the area.

I've stayed at various hotels these past several years and have chosen BW as my number one choice. Of all my visits I've only had one occasion where I had to disconnect the rooms' fire alarm due to it beeping for a new battery. Aside from that I have zero complaints. Rooms were always clean, service was top notch and breakfast is a plus. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Hotel was clean and relatively updated. Room was standard hotel room. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was good, although the lady working it seemed to have a negative attitude. I choose this hotel because I grew up in the area and was coming home for a class reunion and it was the only one I could remember that was decent. I obviously didn't know they had built so many new hotels. Front desk staff were wonderful and had no issues, it's just an older hotel. However, when we returned after spending the day away, the electricity had been knocked out by a storm. Went out at 4 and not due back on until midnight. Unacceptable. They did however move us to their sister property, Springhill Suites. Theo, I believe was his name, was the unfortunate employee working that Thursday evening. He did a great job!

This hotel is awesome! Whitney at the front desk is absolutely outstanding! She went out of her way to help us many times. The shuttle van was also a wonderful perk. We will definitely stay here again!

When I pulled into the parking lot half the lot was roped off for paving. The other half had just been paved and painted. This caused everyone to park in half the lot so there wasn't enough parking available. When we arrived (early) our room was not ready but we were offered a slightly larger room for $10. We took that even though in the past we would have been given a free upgrade. Oh well! The room was nice and roomy. The complimentary breakfast was good compared to some places. They had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage and all the other usual breakfast fare. The pool & hot tub looked inviting but had no time to try it out. Would consider staying again.

We just returned from the Hall of Fame Enshrinement weekend in Canton and had a wonderful time. Everyone at the Best Western went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Every employee we would pass would stop and smile and say hello. The rooms were cleaned well every day and the lounge/breakfast area was always spotless.

Hotel is a short drive from the Hall of Fame in Canton and right across the road from several stores and restaurants. The mattress in my room was too soft for me but other than that the room was great.

When we checked into,our room we did not like it so my husband went to the front desk and asked if we could change it to one bed.They were very helpful and moved us to the third floor.The room was great.Front desk staff was great.The breakfast was good and workers at the breakfast area was always friendly.I would have gave it five star but housekeeping on our room was horrible.On our second day as we were leaving we asked the Housekeeper if she could go into our room.She looked at me like she didn't want to be bothered.I felt like she was very rude .I repeated myself again and asked if housekeeping could go in. She said you should have opened when they tried to come in the first time.When we got back I could tell someone had came in but they surely did not bother to much.The only thing that was really done was the replacement of coffee pods.The hotel itself and other then the housekeeper on our floor our visit to the hotel was good and I would stay there again just next time I would go to the front desk with my complaint.

We stayed at this location for 1 night. It is in a good location. The room was clean, and it was a nice room. We had a suite with a king bed and the pull out "sofa" this ended up being much smaller than we thought so we ended up having 1 kid in bed with us. The staff was friendly. 4 things kept me from giving this a 5 star rating. 1. The entire back half of the 1st floor hallway smelled very strongly of Marijuana. Passed 2 staff in the hallway and they had to have noticed but nothing was done as it smelled like this from the time we checked in until the next morning. Had we been staying on that floor, we would have been leaving. 2. The pool area was hotter than any sauna I have ever been in, uncomfortably hot and there were no towels available. 3. The breakfast provided was not that great. Overdone rubbery eggs, not so great sausage, sausage gravy with barely any meat. The only yogurt available was Activia, the waffles were dry and kind of hard. Not much of a selection for kids. 4. The fitness room is very small. 2 treadmills, 2 eliptcals, some weights and a bench. There was no extra empty space so I was unable to do my workout in that area (I stream workouts on my tablet) I couldn't do it in our room because of sleeping kids so I was disappointed.

In searching for a reasonably priced, conveniently located hotel, this Best Western fits the bill. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, close to restaurants and local attractions in and around the Canton area. A short ride to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Very pleased with my choice!

Very nice professional staff (and friendly)! Breakfast was great, pool was nice, room was very clean and well kept! very welcoming atmosphere! we are already planning our trip back next year with our extended family!

We were in Canton for a wedding, and stayed in this Best Western Plus. The hotel was great in some ways, fell short in others: --There was a Keurig machine in the room (yay) with my favorite flavor, Green Mountain Breakfast Blend (yay). But strangely, there was no cream/sweeteners in the room. Had to go down to the continental breakfast to get these items. --The continental breakfast had a great selection: cereal, muffins, eggs, breads, sausages, etc. But on the weekend we stayed, the hotel was full, and they ran out of bagels and eggs with an hour left in breakfast. These things were never restocked. --Despite running nonstop all weekend, the AC never truly cooled the room. However, it was mid-90s all weekend so we'll cut the hotel some slack on this one. --King bed was VERY comfortable. Nice, high-end mattress. --Great TV channel selection. Dozens of channels including a few HBOs. --Beer bottle cap was found on the floor, under the desk. --Nice workout room (two treadmills, two elliptical, free weights). But, the TV was out of order. The theme seems to be: lots of nice touches (Keurig machine, good channel lineup, outstanding continental breakfast, comfortable bed) but an inattention to detail. That's a shame, because the hotel was ALMOST great, and would have been great with better management oversight.

I normally don't stay with Best Western, but while researching hotels for my stay in Canton, I came across some pictures of the hotel and they looked quite appealing. Further investigation proved this location to be the cheapest in the area. On arrival, the hotel was clean and well kept. My room was also well kept and the staff was delightful. I will be staying here again next year!

This hotel is everything you expect from the BW Plus hotels, no surprises, helpful staff, clean & comfy room, reasonable price, NO SURPRISES!!!!! Our family swam in the indoor pool & hot tub. The temp was cool, so it was good for cooling off after a hot day.

"Clean, Very Comfortable,GREAT!" This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very curtious and helpful. The hotel offered Shutter service which was super. The drivers (Mr. Tyron,and Mr. Tony) were very curtious and wonderful drivers. Housekeeping was great, the rooms were very neat and clean daily. Very comfortable! Perfect location near the interstate and lots of very nice restaurants in the area. Very close to shopping. We will most definitely stay at this location again whenever in the area

Very nice, clean hotel. We had a king suite, which was very large with a comfortable bed. The air conditioner did not have a constant “on” position for the fan, which usually is a big negative for me. But it didn't make that loud shuttering sound each time it started up or shut down, so it did not constantly wake me up. Large wall mounted LCD television that appeared to have an actual HD signal. There's even a DVD player! Not a separate sitting room, but a good size sitting area with a small sofa. TV is easily visible from the sitting area or the bed. There is a small refrigerator with a separate, top freezer and a microwave. The best thing is the bathroom. Large, well lit, AND it has an exhaust fan. The towels were plentiful and of a quality I would use at home. Large vanity. I really loved the wide ledge all along the inside edge of the tub. Ladies! There's a place to prop your foot to shave your legs. Water pressure not great, but fine to rinse the shampoo from your hair. The only real negative was the wifi signal. We were on the third floor at the very end of the building. I just used the hotspot on my phone, but if you're a business traveler who needs a reliable internet connection, you should probably ask for a room nearer the router. There is an Ethernet connection at the desk. I did not have a cable with me to see if it worked. To be fair, I did not report this to the desk, so it might have been just a temporary problem. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a perfect location for my business trip. Great staff and lots of things to do in the area especially dinning and shopping. I will definitely stay at this location again when traveling to the area.

We would certainly stay here again. The hotel rooms are nice, and very clean. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast. The desk staff at this hotel was the very best. We were there 2 nights and the hotel was completely full. However the staff always had time to meet everyone's needs with a smile. The young man that was there both of our nights was so upbeat and kind. The hospitality at this hotel is wonderful!

I cannot say enough about the staff that makes this hotel go around. From the moment I stepped foot on the property I was treated as a VIP. Every question, any request simple or otherwise, was greeted with immediate attention, friendly and helpful staff. I felt safe in the hotel. The housekeeping staff cleaned like I've never seen a hotel cleaned, swept the carpets next to the all furniture where the vacum can reach, wiped out fridge, drawers, exactly what one hopes gets done behind closed doors. They even have sausage gravy and warm biscuits for breakfast. Nothing every ran out in the morning, even during the busy times. It was just a great hotel, great price, convenient location. Perfect in my eyes 4 days, 3 nights.

This was a one-nite stay for visiting the NFL Hall of Fame. The hotel and room were perfect for our needs. It was neat, clean, and the personnel were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good and the dining area is very large and comfortable. If you've never been there, just look beyond the construction at the entry intersection. It's tucked back a little to the left on a side street. And the young man working the front desk that day gave us directions to a great little pizza place nearby. A great find for us!

I messed up and reserved the wrong day on Hotwire. so I was bummed out about paying for an extra night. Deon at the front desk was very helpful in getting me the best price he could for the night, which put me in a better mood. The room was nice, the breakfast was crowded but good. Theresa was very nice and helped me with my waffle.

We stayed at numerous hotels during our vacation trip and this was by far the best! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was wonderful. Not enough seating during busy time but I find that seems to be the case everywhere. Nice pool. I think I'll be sticking with Best Western Plus from now on.

Even though this was a short one night trip, I was very impressed with pretty much every at the hotel. I would and will stay there every time I come to Canton. I am a Diamond member and I was upgraded. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. This was nice since most hotels beds are too hard for me.

Whenever we come to the area to visit family and old friends, we stay at this hotel. It is convenient to shopping and good local restaurants and the service by the staff is always great. The fresh-baked cookies each afternoon is a nice touch as well. The prices are very fair and I would encourage anyone to consider taking a suite for the extra cost, which is small for all the extra space you get!

I hotel was catering to wedding guest/party. My room card would not work. After several new card attempts. Someone actually pulled themselves away from the desk to open my door. In the early am I was awaken by cleaning staff messing with the door even though I had a DND sign up. Breafast was cold. I was told to reheat it in the microwave. I cancelled my upcoming stay for following week.

We don't know when we have ever stayed at a hotel where the service has been more outstanding! ALL the desk clerks and staff were fantastic! Anthony, Deon, (some did not wear name tags!), Teresa (breakfast lady), maids, they were all the best! Shuttle service to MAPS and Fannie May was life-saving for us not familiar with the area! Thanks very much to all who made this Air Force reunion great!!

A great hotel. Staff was personable and professional. We became buddies in a short time and liked that they were there most of our week. I would have liked a little lobby with chairs while waiting for other members of the group. The breakfast area was nice and big, well set up with good service but not really a good waiting place.

I rolled up and thought, "hold on I have been here before." It was 6 weeks ago but the address had not rung bells, I stay in that many locations! The front desk staff at check in where the same happy jovial folks that were there before. The check out folks were efficient and friendly as before. This hotel has a good sized pool but again I was arriving way too late (9pm) to make the most of it. The breakfast area was busy but this may have been due to a lot of folks staying because of a wedding. Cannot fault the hotel. If I'd realised it was this one I'd have driven directly there and eaten at the Longhorn close by. Instead I had to eat at some second rate dinner 60 miles down the road. This is a hotel worth staying at.

My flight out and several others got canceled due to bad weather in Atlanta This was the only hotel that had a room available in Canton. With no time to research I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise this was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

This was a reasonably priced stay and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our king room had a place for us to eat a late dinner and our breakfast. Courteous and conscientious staff at check in, assistance printing boarding passes in business office, and check out made it a very easy experience.

An overall perfect experience. Priceline helped me find a good deal in the location I wanted. Hotel staff was friendly. Grounds and building all in perfect order and clean. Hot breakfast was good. The room itself was wonderful.

This motel has an excellent location right next to the highway ramp, also close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean and quiet, nice pool and breakfast area. Parking lot is spacious and well-lit.

The staff upon entering the hotel were very friendly. They were eager to assist us. The room was very nice and the beds awesome. Everything was clean and seemed very new. Wish we could have stayed here more than one night. Upon checking out early the next morning again the staff (different) once again was accommodating. She offered us a to go pack. The shuttle to the airport was ready to go at the exact time we had requested.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was there on business and my husband came with me. The shuttle service was great. They took me to my destination and my husband to the Football Hall of Fame.

When I think of Best Western, I think economy. However, this was the best Best Western I have EVER stayed at. I cannot no thank the staff enough. My only dissatisfaction was that I arrived on Friday, instead of Saturday.

There are so many good things to say about our stay. First of all, the staff is very friendly. From the desk clerks, the shuttle driver, the housecleaning staff, the breakfast staff - everyone had a kind word to say and made us feel very welcome! The room was amazing. We got a king suite, very roomy! Felt like a home away from home. Breakfast choices were plentiful. I am on a strict diet due to health concerns, and yet I was easily able to find plenty to eat. The best part about our stay to me was how helpful the desk clerks were. We borrowed a bottle opener since we had forgotten ours. Plus, we asked them about the DVD lending library we had seen advertised. The movies are older, but there were a few we had not yet seen, so they assisted us in borrowing those. And they also loaned us a remote control to connect the TV and DVD. Very helpful! The only con would be that there are no sidewalks or pedestrian crossings to get to the Strip from the hotel (not their fault). However, the shuttle driver was very willing to take us over to the Strip, and I strongly suggest you use the shuttle if you want to cross over. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Nice pool and hot tub, standard room clean. I forgot an item in my room and they mailed it to me! Lots of basketball player for a tournament. Still was pretty quiet. breakfast was the usual eggs and muffins. Included!

There is nothing I can say to fault the hotel. Friendly staff, fantastic room (OK, I confess I was upgraded to a room with a hot tub). The hotel is within a short distance of a number of restaurants. The sad thing is that it is opposite them and it's a busy major road to cross. Was advised by front desk staff that he could get me a shuttle but I walked. I could see what he meant, not only is the road busy but there are no pedestrian crossings and no sidewalk! The pool is open until late and was hardly used whilst I was there. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, nice pool but water was chilly & there were no pool towels, breakfast was good many options, room decor was OK, mini fridge was decent size & worked well, area shuttle was very nice, but the room had a HORRIBLE odor the moment we opened the door. I didn't bother reporting it because I was afraid all rooms would smell that way & we weren't in the room long besides to sleep.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and stayed at Best Western Plus. Check in was easy, rooms were very clean and comfortable and the pool was refreshing! The breakfast in the morning was quick, easy and tasty. I highly recommend staying here. The pictures online do not give it justice.

I made my reservation because I needed an early shuttle to CAK. Was very please that the shuttle driver was right on time at $:25 am. Clean room, was expecting a lot of noise from kids there for some kind of running even and by 11, halls were quiet. Easy to find off freeway and good employees.

This hotel is very nice quality for a very reasonable price. The décor is nicely updated, the rooms are very clean, the staff is gracious and the beds are very cozy. I try to stay here whenever I travel and this particular hotel has really stepped up my opinion of Best Western.

We were traveling home from Florida and found this wonderful hotel. The rooms were lovely, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast offered was delightful. I don't think there was anything they hadn't thought of, from build your own oatmeal bowl, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit - we were very impressed. The value for your money was exceptional. We would definitely here again.

We had a show at the Stark County Fairgrounds this past weekend and had to find different accommodations at the last minute. I picked this hotel off the internet and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We had a 4 1/2 hour drive to get there and arrived around 11 pm. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and gave us free bottles of water. The hot breakfast was great and the grandkids enjoyed the pool. Easy to get to the fairgrounds and shopping malls were close by. Planning to stay again next year. Thanks for the pleasant experience!!!!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Staff, rooms and internet was all good. If needing to stay in the Canton area, be wise and choose this hotel. I have stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were not as nice.

Excellent stay/experience at this hotel. Staff friendly and seemed to be truly concerned about the quality of their service. Room was very clean, modern and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Wi-fi worked great. The included breakfast was delicious, hot and included just about everything a person could desire. The free newspapers and cookies available 24 hrs a day topped off this well run hotel. I would definitely return here if in the North Canton area.

In town for business. Needed quiet space for sleep during day. Hotel allowed me to check in early, get some sleep before working over night. Also allowed me to check out late on my last day. Very nice fixtures and comfortable room.

I stay at Best Western hotels quite frequently, as they are the host hotel for three yearly conferences that I attend. I always enjoy them, but THIS location is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The housekeeping staff do a thorough job ensuring cleanliness. There wasn't so much as a speck of dust in my room. Front desk staff are all very attentive, and even greeted return guests by name as they welcomed them back. The walls, carpets, drapery, fixtures, etc... where fresh, and well maintained. Pool and hot tub where crystal clear and clean, even though both got pretty moderate use. Breakfast should not be skipped! The choices where great. They even served greek yogurt, and they make your waffles for you! Do yourself a favor, and always book your stays here when you are in the area. The experience here has been second to none.

The last leg of a week long road trip, it was nice to have a problem free stay. I asked the front desk guy what the difference was between a Best Western and a Best Western Plus, he didn't have a good answer. I was just wondering because the other two "Best Western Plus" on our road trip had full service restaurants. This is a pretty typical Best Western, looks fairly new, in good condition with a generic breakfast bar. Guess I was getting spoiled with the full service breakfast's at the last three stops on our road trip. Good location, many restaurants nearby. I would probably stay here again if I came back to Canton.

My 3rd stay, and still a great hotel. Breakfast is still large plentiful and diverse. Rooms are nicely appointed, comfortable, and quiet. My only complaint is that the Internet seemed to get a little overwhelmed as the hotel filled up, time for a little more bandwidth.. All in all, a great experience!

My stay was great. Breakfast and pool were great. I had a problem after checking out. It has been two days and the room is still on my bank statement TWICE. Plus the incidental charge is still showing. WHY DOES IT TAKE THIS LONG? It is putting this account into overdraft and I cannot use it..

This was my 13th stay at the Best Western North Canton over a two year period. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. The Breakfast has nice offerings, typically fresh scrambled eggs and sausage. Fresh fruit. Waffles you can heat, prepackaged slices of french toast you can toast. Yogurt, and assorted bread products. The lobby also offers two complimentary newspapers: the Canton paper and USA Today. The papers are always appreciated. I like the rooms. I usually bring my laptop, turn the TV on low, and get quality work done during my stay. I also typically use the hot tube. Usually very nice, but this time the water was not hot. I hope the hotel soon attends to this issue, so that by my next stay the tub is up to its usual standard. I often use the pool as well. It is nice: good size and clean. During the winter, the hotel also does a fine job of keeping the parking lot and walks clear and salted. Excellent all-around value.

This hotel is conveniently located to Stark College where they hold the tech schools. Very nice hotel, well maintained. The breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable. The quest services attendants are professional and courteous. If there was any problems I am confident they would take care of it.

I arrived to the hotel after working. I was dirty, tired and ready for a shower and to rest. Staff seemed stuck up and I felt looked down upon for my appearance. I was also charged 50 bucks for possible incidentals in my room and that will be credited back to my checking account within 10 business days. No other Best Western has ever done this for that long....

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. It is a great value for the money. The breakfast is always good and offers a good selection of items. I stay here every time I am in town for a meeting. I highly recommend it.

Overall a great stay. Pool water was freezing and hot tub jets were broken and water was too cool. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the attention upon arrival.

Visiting family for the holidays and we needed a handicap accessible room. The staff were incredible and did everything they could do to help us with providing a wheelchair, first floor room, close to the front of hotel, you name it they were on it! The breakfast room was bright and cheerful and the food was very good. Everyone was so friendly and always smiling - even working through the holidays. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Would stay again. Have stayed at this hotel in the past for leisure purposes and would recommend to anyone coming to the area. There is a lot to do and several restaurants in the area. It is also not that far from the airport and a better value than maybe available at a closer location. There is also a mall in the area with several different stores and also a movie theater and grocery stores. Please consider this hotel if in the area.

In Canton, OH, on a stop to someplace else, this hotel can't be beat. Less expensive than Holiday Inn Express, but with a superior breakfast and equal internet, pool, and fitness facility, the Best Western seems to be staffed by a team devoted to ensuring travelers are comfortable. Nice, large, clean rooms and a front desk staff ready to answer questions and offer directions. This place has it all for a one-night or one-week stay.

This Best Western is by far the best one we have ever stayed at. Entire staff is truly exceptional. WE would not stay anywhere else in the Canton area. Breakfast was well prepared and the food was fresh and good. Fresh fruit was available all day, as well as coffee and tea. Great service and great value

This is absolutely the nicest hotel we have stayed at for quite some time. The employees were friendly and helpful. they even called us that morning it see if there was anything that we would need for our stay. The breakfast was really great, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits gray, juice, coffee, Greek yogurt with fruit, they will make you a waffle( if you want one) and much more. We used the shuttle to take us to the Football Hall of Fame, saved us $10.00 parking fee! The rooms and pool area were very clean. The hot tub was a plus after spending the day walking around the hall of fame.

This is absolutely the cleanest, nicest hotel I have ever been in, ranks right up there with the much more expensive hotels. It appears to be brand new, but upon asking around, is over 10 years old. It has been remodeled but everything is perfect. I find the condition of the elevator is a good indication of what the hotel will be like. This one was spotless. Checking in was a breeze. The room was a decent size, also it was spotless. The bathroom also spotless, not a speck of dirt in the corners, with a large counter to put all your items. The beds were very nice, seemed new. I like how they double sheet the comforter so nothing of it touches you. Lovely area with an indoor pool and hot tub, very warm with nice chairs all around. Breakfast was very good, hot when it needed to be, cold when it needed to be, had a lot of choices, make your own waffles, sausage, turkey patties, scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy, biscuits, Greek yogurt with blue berries and grapes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, fruit cups, several choices of cereal, pastries, bagels, breads, juice, teas and of course coffee. The lady taking care of the breakfast was good to make sure everything was attended to. They also offer a shuttle, not sure where it goes, but surely is a good thing. Several restaurants to walk to (McDonalds next door) but could not hear a thing, and everything you could imagine to drive to across or down the street within a half mile. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

A very clean and pleasant hotel. It was near shopping and restaurants. They will shuttle you to the restaurants. The hotel is only a short drive from Amish country and several wineries. There are the Canal Fulton Byways to fish and several lakes. Very easy to plan a nice getaway.

We had an excellent time at the Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites, North Canton, Ohio. The staff was very helpful in directions to places close by to see and helped with places to eat also. The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed out stay there.

My fiance and I went last night (note: we are both 18). Everywhere we checked, the age limit was 18 to rent a room. We got to the hotel, almost checked in to our $105 room, and the person at the front desk says we have to be 21. My dearest and I go back out to the car, furious and frustrated. We get on the Best Western website and can't find an age limit anywhere. I go back in to ask for proof and got a very rude attitude from the worker. We ended up staying somewhere else, still furious.

Could not ask for better service or accommodations. Jacuzzi & pool were great, very clean & the staff from the front desk to the GM. couldn't have been better. They were OUTSTANDING & HELPFUL. Will for sure be my place to stay when in Canton, OH.

Great location for visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame and other Akron/Canton activities. Stan Hywet mansion is definitely worth a visit. The hotel was very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast, nothing special. Only problem was chlorine smell in room 204 which is over the indoor pool. I would suggest avoiding that particular room.

This was our first trip to Canton. I'm so glad I chose the North Canton Best Western Plus for our stay. It was clean, friendly and the free breakfast in the morning was amazing! We will definitely stay here again or recommend it to others.

Awesome hotel! 24 hour shuttle service, flavored water at the desk and the continental breakfast is more like a hot breakfast buffet. Saw both the king and the queen double and both were very nice and comfortable. While in the area visit the fox and hound pub! You can take the free shuttle!

Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was very professional and efficient. Breakfast room was very crowded, but staff hustled to keep food trays full. Our only objection to our room was that it was next door to the pool and the smell of chlorine was strong.

We stayed here one night during a road trip lasting 5 days. Of the 3 places I stayed, this one had the most pleasant and helpful staff. They were all professional and ready to do what they could for us. We didn't have time to use the pool or take advantage of the fitness center, but the room was nice and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. I was impressed with the quality of the bathroom, as well. The filtered water spigot was a nice touch.
