Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

Our daughter had her wedding reception this past weekend at the Bridewood Resort Hotel. It was a great experience all around! Bella was the absolute best to work with! I received so many positive comments on the venue, food, and the overall service. The hotel suites were clean and comfortable; which was much needed after a long day!

Unexpected stay when a family member was kept overnight at the hospital and I needed to remain nearby (I live over an hour away.) The very compassionate and encouraging staff member who took my call looking for a room offered me a special, lower ‘medical rate', and gave me a room in a quiet area so I could relax a bit once I finally checked in. Most restaurants in town were closed by then, but I was able to get a nice dinner at the in-site Batley's Bar and Grill. A good end to a stressful day!

Perfect! Clean, beautiful, had a nice visit. Room was awesome, bed very comfy, loved the robes. We have stayed here twice before. A repeat customer in the hotel business says a lot!! Room service breakfast was good, hot. But almost $50 was a hit much bring a breakfast bar back!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and comfortable! I stay here weekly for business and the hotel employees are the best ever! Constantly asking if I need anything and if I do bam done right away! I highly recommend this hotel!

We always stay here whenever we come to the area to visit family. This is a clean, well maintained motel. We have family that live in Neenah and the Bridgeport Best Western is our home away from home a dozen or more nights each year. We'll be back soon!

We returned to this hotel for our annual trip. Such a beautiful hotel lobby with restaurant attached. We were so disappointed when we went to our room. Hairs found on our sheets and very dusty wood blinds and vents. That night saw something shiny on the floor and went to pick it up and it was glass. Someone must have broken a glass in the kitchen area and found pieces scattered throughout and in corners. Someone must have lightly mopped and just shoved everything in the corner. Maybe housekeeping doesn't vacuum floors anymore.

Excellent hotel, super reasonable price, very nice stay! I've stayed here several times and it is my preferred hotel when I'm working within an hour of the BWBR Hotel. The rooms/hotel are great, the bar and restaurant are excellent, and I love the outdoor hot tub.

One of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The jacuzzi suite was the perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The room was clean, updated, and spacious. Check in & check out we're both quick and easy. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to others.

Great family friendly hotel! Wanted to do a getaway with the kids at a hotel, with a nice pool and did not want the hassle of driving to Wisconsin Dells. The Bridgewood was the perfect choice! We chose the king family suite room and it was perfect! Loved the separated eating and sleeping areas.

We had a wonderful experience and pleasant stay. We tried the suite with a whirlpool and fireplace, very pleasant. Also, we made use of the pool and hot tubs. We had a very nice breakfast and look forward to coming again.

Unbelievable service! Hannah is a gem. She went above and beyond during my stay. I met Mark at night and he was the same. Great team! Dave the shuttle driver used his own car to take me to the airport. Heated seats and the car was warm qhen I got in. I cannot say enough about this team. Thank you for making me feel like family. Great place to be during a snowstorm! Two hot tubs, pool, water slide and a splash pool for the big and little kids a like! If you don't want to get wet but be apart of the action there is an Arcade “open patio” area over looking the pool with tables. Its a great way to enjoy the pool area with adult beverages and snacks!

Our room and the entire hotel was very clean. Staff was polite and greeted us whenever we came across them in the halls or lobby. Sound proofing was GREAT, we didn't hear another soul. Fireplace was a really nice addition to the room as well. I would have liked to have breakfast in the room but that wasn't an option.

We were very happy with our stay here. We were able to charge our car. Rooms are very nice, clean well lit, good shower, and friendly staff. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, food is okay breakfast is not included, we had breakfast off the senior menu and it was good. Would recommend this hotel.

My fiancée Erika works for the company and I happen to have/stay in many high end places like the Atlantis in the Bahamas or Caesars for example. This Best Western Premier has everything and all the help are like people you look for to run your business. They have the care attitude and it's not fake! This is a hotel/resort I will always go to when needing a break and no time for a destination vacion!!!

We used the jacuzzi tub in our room, when we got out the tub was filled with dirt and nasty particles from the jets, absolutely disgusting. The towels in our room were not clean either, they still had stains, hair and other things from previous uses. The pool water was very slimy, like there was no chlorine or chemicals being used, refused to swim in it.

The room was very nice and clean. Loved the pool area and outside hot tub. Staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Would be a great time with kids

The room was amazing, in fact the whole hotel was amazing! The location of hotel is conveniently located near stores and restaurants and my work location! I have used 5 different hotels for work since I have started and this was far and away the best!

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Great staff. Pool and hot tubs are awesome. We come to Neenah often for softball tournaments and this is our first time staying here, this is by far the best hotel, we will always stay here in the future.

Staff is exceptional. Clean rooms. Pool is awesome. Food is excellent. The shower head blows my mind. The playground is a really cool place for the kids to go and burn off some energy. This is our "Go To Place" from now on! Love it!!

I don't travel often these days, but I still carry 35 years of hotel experience with me when I do. I can't help but to notice the good, bad and ugly. Let me say, this property only had GOOD! The employees don't walk by, they stop and see how you're doing. They appreciate you and you can tell. The rooms were excellent, nice and clean, very modern with everything you need. Great hotel and I'll be searching for BWPs every time I travel.

Best place to bring your pooches ever! Our fur babies got complimentary treats, doggie bags for clean up and a great exercise area! One of the best places I've been to with my dogs. They made it very easy to check in and it had beautiful scenery and a great outdoor hot tub.

Everything was better than I expected. The staff gave some of the best customer service I've had and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. I attended a wedding and everything was perfect! Highly recommend this hotel and convention center ❤️

My son was married at Bridgewood. It was beautiful. Rooms are awesome. And the pool better than any other hotel I have stayed in with the exception of the Dells. Great location. Lots to do for kids. Mini golf, swimming, playground, volleyball and pickle ball.

Great service, amenities, and overall atmosphere. Fresh, clean room with great pillows! The restaurant serves great food too (hungry man's breakfast pictured below). Nice pool area with both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. The game room near the pool is a nice area for a larger group (10 - 12 people/kids) to meet for a quick snack and regroup before heading out for the day.

The hotel is beautiful and clean inside and outside! The room was exactly what they showed online, the pool and fitness center were very nice and open later than normal. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and our favorite part were the outdoor activities offered!

Wonderful visit! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. I had requested adjoining rooms to be close to my grandkids and the staff made it happen! Spacious rooms and excellent bathroom. Kids absolutely loved the pool and outdoor play area. It was a tad pricey for Neenah, WI, but was worth it to me.

Hands down my favorite hotel - both for work and family time. The employees know me by name and little details (extra water at check in, happy to see me again). It's always super clean, great restaurant, and the absolute most accommodating and attentive staff. Feels like home.

Celebrated our 50th anniversary here and so many things went wrong starting with the sign saying happy anniversary Gary and Cindy...my name is Cathy. The room reservation was wrong and the 4 rooms we reserved were a downgrade from what we expected. Then the elevator died and going up and down steps is difficult when you are disabled. We will never have a 50th anniversary again and we will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms and the pools were very comfortable and fun but the customer service from Hannah Westphal, Mark Nelson, Kim McKenzie was phenomenal. They made us feel Like family right at home. Definitely going back

There was broken items in our room, the air didn't work and got up to 80° in our room when we let staff know they offered a fan to help us and we had a two bedroom and only one fan. Then I was advised to email the manager and I did and never heard a response.

Easy check in. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The coffee in the room tasted good. Easy check out with your room phone. The location was nice. There is a Ground Round attached to the hotel, which had a 10% discounted breakfast.

Our room was not clean and the ceiling and was were cracked and peeling. I would expect a clean room with no damage seeing as I paid $270 for one night. The restaurant food was not amazing at all. The pull out couch mattress must have been at least 10 years old there was no cushion to it.

Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very very clean and staff was so friendly. Really feels like a home away from home. Restaurant on site is a definite bonus. Our to go to hotel when we come down to Neenah for sure.

It says it was newly renovated, so I haven't seen what it was like before, but but it was definitely a beautiful place. This is the first time I've stayed in a "resort" bestwestern. Because it's winter, we weren't able to the things that were available. Would love to come back when the weather is warmer..

This is a beautiful hotel, but for the last three years the outdoor hot tub jets have not worked. It's my favorite part of the hotel, and honestly the reason we come here. Rooms are comfortable, restaurant is decent, and it's nice that everything is attached. Kids running through the halls late at night is a parental problem, more than a hotel, but there's a lot of it here.

It's always clean. The beds are comfy. The staff is great! Worth every penny! The pool and hot tub are always nice to use along with the fitness facility. Great place for parties and events like wedding receptions and baby showers.

Overall experience is top notch. Friendly and helpful staff that take the time to engage with you and make you feel at home. From check in to check out, the staff is very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to utilize this facility for any event whether business or bringing the family to enjoy.

Best Western was a prefect motel for a wedding reception and a place to stay. Clean, convenient and everything under one roof. We enjoyed our stay. Our family was able to gather and plenty of things to do under one roof for all ages.

Spent a weekend at the Hotel to attend a wedding, and the hotel's comfort, amenities and service made for an enjoyable stay.. As the weather turned cold, it was enjoyable to walk directly from the hotel to the local Ground Round which offered good food and cheer. And our son just loved the pool!

Love going there! Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Attached restaurant is great to add to the overall experience. Winter is beautiful, as is summer with kid friendly outdoor activities. Such a fun place!

Not only were the rooms more spacious than I expected, the conference center was amazing! Mary was so great to work with to plan everything, and the staff did a fantastic job of putting everything together for us. The dinner was delicious, Andres who was our event manager for the night was great at communicating everything, or bartender Kristen was fantastic as well. I'm so happy with how our reception went abd it wouldn't have been possible without such great staff.

We were told by staff the boiler broke the night before. It was over 100 degrees in the restaurant extremely uncomfortable! Everyone was fanning themselves. Should've gotten a discount on my room at the price we paid I expect excellence and it was not! The food at the ground round was cold and half forgotten had to wait…we usually loved meeting up with out of town family and I'm thinking after this experience we will be trying somewhere else.

The rooms were clean. It smelled okay. The jacuzzi tub was nice as well as the shampoo and body wash that was available in the shower. The fireplace was also a nice addition. I liked the size of the mini fridge as well. The staff was very friendly and the parking was very close to any of the exits. The lounge area was very nice and relaxing. Gives a very warm welcome.

The staff was extra friendly and the staff that took care of the wedding reception at the hotel were the best! Definitely recommend staying here and having a wedding here. The hotel is in a great location, close to towns yet has a beautiful view out the room window.

The hotel is nicely put together and has the feel of a more upscale boutique hotel. Visually that continues into the room but the true quality of the place is quickly revealed with old hard beds, possibly the worst pillows I've experienced. I was pleasantly surprised to an upgraded two bedroom suite with living area, but I didn't sit much on the sofa because it was rock hard. 3 nights was enough to screw up my back and neck and I was really happy to checkout.

I know that there is no way the hotel is responsible for other people's actions, but it is truly hard when my husband wants to leave at four in the morning because the inconsiderate people above us kept waking us up.

A great deal for the price! I've stayed at other hotels that are touted to be 'fancier' but this place is wonderful! Very classy, great amenities AND the recreational areas are more like something akin to Wisconsin Dells - I have so much fun on my business trips staying here - they make me feel like I'm on vacation!

Great hotel. Restaurant in hotel has exceptional service. The wedding area is gorgeous! Great clean pool with a slide and a little kid play area. Outdoor hot tub was fabulous. Arcade and exercise room are next to each other which is convenient so kids could be at the arcade while I worked out. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Big bathroom. Restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area with volleyball, bags, and swing set. We will definitely return.

With the exception of barking dogs, fine. Loved the outdoor hot tub. Inspite of the fact we had made reservations nearly six months prior, we were placed in a wing that was pet haven. The noise and the smell was very unsatisfactory!!

The fitness room was at 75 degrees which is about 10 degrees above optimum. I notified the hotel. Their response was "they're working on it". How about you fix it instead of just working on it? The guest room was great. All the amenities you'd need - coffee maker, microwave, fridge, safe, and a well lighted bathroom. Overall, a great place to stay - unless you plan to use the Fitness Room.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a wedding and used both the pickle ball and pool. Staff was friendly, service was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel should you be staying in Neenah.

its a little bit on the expensive side but, the rooms were clean and the pool area was nice the kids had a good time. our 3rd stay and never had a single issue. near Appleton and Oshkosh so its not far from our apt at the aurora medical center

We stayed here one night for a family wedding. We had the family suite, which was very spacious and perfect for our family. It had 2 bedrooms, 3 tvs and a sitting area. Hotel is very clean. Food at the reception was much better than your average wedding reception fare. Some of our family members traveling with us could not get into their rooms by the 3pm check in, which made getting ready for a 4pm wedding difficult. Seems like hotel rooms booked under a wedding block would be a priority to have ready on the day of the wedding.

Great for young kids. Great price and the Ground Round restaurant was very good. The room amenities were well above what I expected. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, robes, q-tips, makeup remover pads

The only issue we had, which in my opinion is the most important, is our sheets and pillow cases were dirty on one of the beds. Since we were using only one bed I did not report the problem. But simply took the sheets and pillow cases off that bed for the housekeeping staff to visually see that it needed to be changed after we left. Just advise to check both sides of the pillowcases before laying down at night. Overall my friends wedding was beautiful.

My recent stay at Bridgewood was great. Starting with their very helpful reservation staff. Kristina was helpful, friendly, and fast. A welcome change from the usual call center with scripts that cannot be deviated from and where common sense is not allowed. The rooms are very nice. Roomy, comfortable, and with a frig and microwave. I'd highly recommend Bridgewood the next time you visit the Fox Valley.

I travel monthly to this area for my work and after trying several different hotels, fell in love with this one. Staff are phenomenal. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, Rooms are clean. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay away from home.

It was a clean, friendly hotel. It has many things to do. Walk, mini golf, swim, outdoor sitting. Great seanary. A restaurant with outdoor sitting. A bar and probably a lot more that we did not have time to check out.

I've never had any problems at this hotel. The employees are helpful, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food is delicious with a variety of choices and the employees always provide great service!

The service was excellent!! I was very impressed at how clean everything was. We got a suite for my daughter's 5th birthday and we loved the 2 bedrooms. The pool room was clean and a lot of fun. There are showers in the pool area.

OMG most comfortable bed, most efficient & nicest staff & wonderful overall amenities and environment. Very clean and stylish hotel overall. Wedding venue was beautiful and professionally run. Really cute "main street" area. On-site restaurant had excellent food.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The hotel was booked with lots of soccer teams AND a wedding. Despite being busy, the staff members were Super Friendly! And the hotel is very BUDGET friendly too! Additionally, the hotel is beautiful. We will be back.;)

I stayed here with my 2 daughters for one of their birthdays. We had a whirlpool suite and it was such a treat. The pool and hot tub were used a lot as well. The room felt like a spoiled treat to us. Definitely will be back

Be careful when booking, BWP sells rooms to third parties pre-pay and the service suffers if you fall for this scam. The hotel itself is nice enough, a bit pricey for Neenah WI. Will not stay again, there are more reasonable options available in the area that were just as nice or nicer and didn't have issues with third party booking and poor customer service.

Very clean and quiet rooms. 2 weddings going on and we couldnt hear any noise!! Staff is very friendly. The pool ad hot tub are awesome and very clean. The resturant is good but I wish they served menue food later on Friday nights. We were at our event until 10:00 and missed the menu.

Mold on the ceiling of the shower, peeling wallpaper, dead batteries in the thermostat, no toilet paper and also dirty blankets but did get replaced. Was not able to utilize any towels during my whole stay in the pool area because they were hardly replenished. Also amount quoted over the phone and sent to my email was not accurate with what I paid at check out

Our room was noisy all the time. We were in there King Sunroom Suite, supposedly their best room. Location of the room is terrible. High traffic hallway. All night every night the plumbing made a horrible noise (LOUD) knocking. It woke us up each night of our stay. No one addressed the issue

Very clean rooms, respectful staff, nice pool area for kids. Only negatives I would say was that the pool could have been warmer and a bigger trash can could have been available for a kitchenette room.

5 minutes after we hit the pool. My 1 yr old started coughing, and then my 4 and 6 year old too. By 10 minutes in I was coughing and all our eyes were burning. We left and tried the next day. Same experience! With itchy skin and wrecked swimsuits from the chemicals being sprinkled in the pool WHILE we swam. WTF

There was food left in fridge no shampoo or body wash tissue box's left empty had and manager was a jerk waste of 200 they couldn't even try and give us another night to make up for these things or something

Love the building it's beautiful- The staff was amazing… but OMG do not water your money on the restaurants food! You pay good money for terrible tasting food. Wings burger and pasta are not hard things to not get right.

Best hotel I've stayed at in years everyone is so nice and helpful. The pool and hot tubs weren't over chlorinated. The beds were very comfortable and the hide a bed was even comfortable. I would recommend this hotel resort to all my family and friends.

Spotless hotel with stylish lobby and rooms The pool area is perfect for families, with plenty of space for everyone to play. Our room (double queen) was larger than expected, and the king suite our daughter reserved helped her toddler and infant to sleep separately (and not wake each other up during the night!). Would highly recommend this hotel!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. The kids loved the pool area, and the adults loved the outside hot tub. The restaurant was a little expensive, but you get a large portion and it tasted very good. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Very nice accommodations. Helpful hotel and restaurant staff. Please bring your beach towels and toys. The King with kitchen is a wonderful gathering place. I would recommend this place and also book a stay again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Due to poor winter weather, we decided to stay an extra night and the property gave us a much better rate than hotels.com. Things I really liked: Starbucks coffee in the room; actual coffee mugs instead of disposable cups (although they did have those); dispensers in the shower instead of all those environmentally UN-friendly little bottles. I'v stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.

Staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Love the size of the hotel and amenities. Small enough for my pre teen to go by himself, but big enough to have a decent size pool, 2 hot tub, small waterside, and small kiddy area. Restaurant on site is convenient for meals. Only complaint is that I wish they offered the breakfast again.

Booked a whirlpool suite for two nights. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Tub was great and the two person shower was a nice touch. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were terrible, but otherwise nothing to complain about the room. We've stayed in a lot of whirlpool rooms over the years and for the price, this one is hard to beat. Nice staff. The indoor pool was very warm which I always appreciate.

We've stayed here three times with few disappointments. Most recently we were frustrated to.leqrn upon arrival that the kid pool was closed and that was the only reason we had come. They gave us a late checkout as it would be open the next day and the kids were ok with that. Other than that hiccup, it's pretty good! We bring our own pillows, snacks, and breakfast and it becomes a nice budget friendly overnight "vacation" for our family of 4.

Had a blast with our 4 kids! Very convenient Ground Round attached! Food was good, server was awesome! Staff at hotel were very helpful! Will be taking another trip back! Also very closely located to other place to venture out for the day!

Property is very clean, well equipped for a young family get-a-way. The pool was a little cold, but clean and in safe working order. Hallways are spacious and the décor with the local history on the walk to pick up our take-away was very interesting for both kids and adults. Our kids enjoy our stays at this location, and it is at a price that makes getting the family suite affordable for the family of 5.

This location in Neenah, puts the “best” in Best Western. I was travelling a long way and for a very sad family reason. The Front Desk customer service was above and beyond. All other staff, the overall atmosphere and cleanliness made my stay so much better.

I have never seen a hotel SO clean! Rooms exceptionally clean. Perfect pool area and Starbucks coffee. What else does a mom need- families, look no further! Nice restaurant on site. Staff so kind and helpful, we will be back!

Experience was amazing! The swimming area was beyond our expectations. Theu had a small water slide 2 hot tubs and a splash pad area for young kids. The food was great from the Ground Round! Great place to stay

I love everything about this hotel - the ambience, the facilities and the attached restaurant. I consider this hotel one of the more luxurious hotels in the area. If you're looking to have onsite meetings, their conference rooms are in a wonderful setting and red-brick indoor walk-way that looks like it's a set from singing in the rain - very lovely!

Love coming to the Fox cities and staying at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel, so Warm and Welcoming, everyone is so Friendly!! Love spending time in the lounge and relaxing before heading out to visit friends and family, and of course shopping!!

We have stayed at this place about 30 nights and plan on staying again in the future. Very clean and nice workers. Rooms and pool area are great. We have our family Christmas there every year and the staff is very helpful.

Room was clean and it was quiet. Good value for the price. Friendly staff and coffee available in the lobby area 24 hours. Pool and whirlpool area was clean and relaxing. We stay here frequently when we visit family living in the area.

My husband and I needed a night getaway. We booked our room and were very impressed when we got there. The staff was very friendly. We went to our room and we enjoyed our night and stay away from home. We do plan on coming back ASAP. We definitely enjoyed the amenities. We do recommend.

This Best Western resort is the most friendly, home like place anyone could want to stay. The staff is amazing, the facility is very clean and it is a good value. There is always something going on in the lounge area from sports to music.

Easy highway access to Green Bay and plenty of stores and food near Appleton, not a lot of hustle bustle, maybe average and round a bout to your hearts desire lol hotel was clean and decent size for a suite just a bit overpriced in my opinion

We enjoyed a suite on the third floor with abundant space and a great layout. Definitely one of the top hotels we stayed at. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was engaging and helpful. Also enjoyed sitting outside at the attached Ground Round restaurant. Entire facility is a gem.

Check in clerk had no idea what she was doing. I was given a voucher for 10% off breakfast at the attached Ground Round restaurant, meaning they intended to soak me for breakfast, rather than allowing me to simply grab some fruit, a muffin or danish, maybe some yogurt and coffee and be on my way. And really, Ground Round? Not my kind of place for any meal, especially breakfast. There was no ice machine on my floor, but they reminded me there was an elevator! Who among us wants to schlep off to another floor after a long day traveling? The pillows were lousy, cheap cut foam pieces. Just getting to this hotel requires traversing way too many roundabouts. Do yourselves a favor, and give this place a hard pass.

We were given a complimentary whirlpool suite the night of our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. We were given a bottle of Champaign and we felt so pampered. I was very impressed by the full bottles of non toxic, vegan, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Well done Best Western.

We have stayed at this location 6x in 6 mos. We love love the outdoor hot tub and pool. Is a great place to come with the family. Every time we stay my family have a great time. Great customer service.

We stay here for packer games. Our boys love the pool area and playing mini golf next door to the.hotel. The restaurant has also always been friendly and great service. The rooms are spacious staff always helpful.

Clean, quiet, fabulous restaurant. Friendly and very helpful staff, from the front desk to maid service! Great area to talk a walk, bike ride and miniature golf, Golf course looks nice too, but I don't golf!

This hotel is one of our favorite places to stay. Everything is always so nice. I've recommended this one to everyone. I wish the owners would take over the other Best Western hotels in Wisconsin so we would enjoy our stays at those too.

I rented a suite for my daughters birthday. The suite was actually very nice, two rooms attached by a living room. The girls all loved the water park area. Everything was super clean. We loved having the restaurant attached. We also enjoyed being able to utilize the mini golf that was right outside the hotel. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Huge spa tub. Only criticism is tub is set we're you lounge with backs to tv and fireplace. Room wasn't ready at check in. Will be staying again as this was a leisure weekend with my wife.

I love that the game room overlooks the indoor pool (indoor pools are important in WI). I love the indoor and outdoor options for jacuzzis. I took advantage of the whirlpool inside my hotel room. The distance to the Appleton mall was a breeze. The location of the resort made me feel safe about being there. It was tucked away and nestled next to a nice suburban area. I love the hallway leading to the restaurant inside the hotel. It's similar to the Streets of Yesterday at the House on the Rock. It's a charming and romantic place. Perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, business trip, personal getaway or even if you're just looking to host an event. If you book a stay here, you'll want to make it for more than one night. You'll leave feeling refreshed.

They didn't give me my $20 credit I was suppose to receive from a previous stay at a Best Western. No free breakfast because this is a Premier and they aren't required to. Bodywash container was empty. It was quiet, but I would stay away from Premier Best Westerns. They offer free coffee, but not free bottle water. They charge $2.00 a bottle. The bed was noisy.

This hotel was very nice and extremely clean. We stayed with out children and dog for a few nights while visiting family, and the rooms, grounds, services, and amenities were outstanding. We will definitely return in the future.

We recently stayed the night for an on sight wedding. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready. The man who checked us in kept checking for us so we wouldn't have to wait. The outdoor ceremony area was beautiful as was the inside.. everyone was super friendly and the entire place was spotless clean!! We were only staying for one night so we didn't get to do anything else, but the pool area looked fun.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and entire hotel, the room we stayed in was huge and was able to accommodate 2 adults and five children with tons of extra room, the room looked like a small apartment! they also have a kids pool, a bigger pool 2 hot tubs and a water slide that are very kept up, staff continuously stocked towels and made sure everything was clean. The staff was also very helpful and friendly during our visit.

Quiet, beautiful accommodations. Lots of room I. The room. Love that robes were available to use to go to the pool. Unable to make use of the meal discount coupon due to timing,had to pick up daughter from surgery center at 5:30 am. We would definitely stay again when staying in the Fox Valley area.

The staff at this property is remarkable. I always feel so welcomed and appreciated when checking in and during the stay. Also the adjacent return to is great and a real value with the coupons from the hotel. Also if you can visits in the summer the outside bar area is great with music and fun.

We stayed at the Best Western Premier in Appleton, WI for our son's basketball tournament weekend and the entire place was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and nice, the bathroom was huge! The pool and outdoor jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. We will be back!

My 10 year old and I stayed with family for a private party, I couldn't get her away from the pools! I wish I had more time to explore the property and take advantage of mini golf. Next time I'll bring my toddler to try out the kiddie pool.

Beautiful hotel and resort in Neenah. Huge corner room with modern amenities. The bed was a bit hard, but otherwise fantastic. Clean, stylish, easy to find, and very comfortable rooms. What more can you ask for?

Fun, clean, and friendly. Pool and hot tub great for the whole family. Suite was roomy and well laid out. It was great having a table and chairs with the mini kitchen. The internet was fast and kept up with all our devices.

After arriving at 4PM I was told my original room I requested was not available and that the room they put me in was still being cleaned by house keeping. It would be another 2 hours till my check in 630pm

Enjoyed our stay here! Room was very large with a counter space above microwave and refrigerator. Everything was very clean. Minimal noise after hours. Nice pool with slide, zero depth area for younger kids, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Hope to stay here again.

Very nice rooms, very nice pool and facility. I love the little downtown feeling as we walk to the restaurant. The room was very homey and lots of space to put our belongings. The kids are for the pool is amazing! Our family definitely will be back.

This was our first hotel stay with our three kids (ages 4, 2, and 10 months). We went for the water park and the kids had a blast. Each of the kids was able to enjoy themselves without any issue. For a first night in a hotel, the kids loved the big beds.

The Bridgewood is very clean and service was great! It was the perfect size and is connected to the Ground Round bar and grill. The convenience of the restaurant was nice but it also offered great service and quality food! We loved the swimming area! It was perfect for small children and was an overall great family friendly place!

The kids loved the pool, slides and hot tubs. The Arcade has the crane game - that doesn't work. There is no continental breakfast - they offer a small selection of "grab n go" items at a higher cost.

This hotel and resort is stunning. I honestly felt like I was out of place because of how nice it is. I chose to stay here last minute because a different hotel chain I was supposed to stay at wasn't very clean. Leaving that place and coming to the Best Western Premier was a literal night and day difference and I'm so glad I chose to come here. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We loved our stay here. The pool was perfect for our three boys, ages 6, 4, and 1.5. They loved the slide. The beds were a little firm for our liking but overall a great stay. The room was spacious. We would go back!

Love this hotel. We've been here a few times and the kids love the water slide, pool, hot tubs, and splash pad. Extremely convenient location with respect to Appleton. Staff is so friendly and accommodating.

We stopped in, for a 1-night stay after a 6-hour drive. Didn't arrive until 10:00p.m. on a Thursday night. Mark at the front desk was very friendly. One of the main reasons for staying at this property, was that it had the best reviews, and was only slightly off of our planned route from the Twin Cities. Upon unpacking, we immediately made our way to the outdoor hot tub on the property. What was VERY NICE, was the 12:00 midnight closing time of it. Very relaxing on the 30 degree night, and clean. There is a Green Mill restaraunt on site. But, it was closed when we checked in. Luckily, I brought a couple of cold beers in my cooler. As, I was told that the City of Neenah, has laws against selling beer after 9:00p.m. I was like "Really? Aren't we in Wisconsin?" We stayed in room# 3038. It was a single king, with a wetbar, fridge, microwave, and safe. A separate living room. Regardless, all of the staff at the property, and the property itself is in very nice condition. Well managed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again, if I were in need of lodging in the area

We stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday and were pleasantly surprised to have a room right next to pool access. It was perfect. Rooms and pool area were clean. Staff was doing a great job taking precautions for covid. The only thing that disappointed us was the outdoor hot tub jets weren't working properly. We will definitely be back again. It was a great place to meet friends and have a little family fun.

Nice, but a little noisy, stayed in front of hotel this time and heard people checking out, and people walking heavy above us. Back of hotel and top floor is best!!! Hotel Staff was pleasant, but no adult times for pool area and outdoor hot tub

Some friends and I got the kiddos together for a weekend stay. We had a great time here! The room had great decor, plenty of room and comfy beds. It was very clean upon arrival. The attached restaurant (Ground Round) had excellent food and was not too pricey. Overall, the hotel was money well spent!

Never again! Hair in our whirlpool, the accessible room was not accessible. Bathroom mirror and faucet had watersheds everywhere when we walked in- never cleaned. We opened a drawer to unpack and a pill bottle with marijuana was inside it. We left it. This place is rediculous!!! We told the staff about our room and she said she would let room service know, and nothing happened. I could have stayed home and been more satisfied. Horrible!!!

Very clean, large room and friendly staff. The hotel was inviting and the pool was very nice. Although I did not eat at the restaurant attached but it looked nice, and I will try it next time I'm in town.

Greta place. This last time was a little off. They had a ton of kids running around. Called the desk (11pm) they stop for a short time. They staff and the bar/ restaurant are great. Would recommend it. Will be trying it again. Hopefully soon!!!!!

My daughters (ages 12 and 17) and I spent two nights in a suite. We had fun in the pool and hot tub and enjoyed downtime in our suite. Everything was very clean with hand sanitzer and sanitizing wipes located throughout the hotel.

Rooms were nice and staff was friendly, however the hotel completely lack covid precautions. There was a wedding with guests going up and down the hall without masks. There were kids from the wedding running around unsupervised without masks. Same thing in the pool area, which was a mess. It said no food or beverages but most of the adults in the evening were drinking alcohol. Empty beer cans stacked on top of the towel deposit. Not a great environment for a pool area geared toward kids.

This Best Western is the best Hotel we have ever stayed in. Pool area was A+ with splash pad for kids, water slide, indoor AND outdoor hot tubs that were very large, with a Huge pools as well. Always clean towels and impeccable rec area!

first time celebrating my birthday in awhile, everything was perfect! the lobby was clean and impressive, we checked in in less than a minute(i'm not kidding) the pool area was clean, and open at incredibly impressive times. we were able to swim until 11pm and wake up and be at the pool again right away in the morning. the food at the resturant as so good and the morning breakfest arrived warm and fast the beds were also super super comfy. we were staying with our 4 year old son and they suggested the king suite over the phone, private and away from little man. he slept on their pull out couch in the living room and we were able to relax, watch tv, and have appropriate amount of privacy. the bathroom was super clean, the entire room was great. easily the best birthday i've ever had

My experience from Booking to check out was great, thanks to Mark. I was a little unsure about how the room would be since I was traveling with a pet. The room exceeded expectations. It was completely pet friendly, but more importantly, CLEAN and up to date. Mark goes out of his way to ensure customers are taken care of and having an enjoyable experience.

The room was phenomenal, a whirlpool tub and fireplace along with dual showerheads... Like a spa!! Mark from the front desk went above and beyond to help us celebrate my significant other's 50th birthday!! Just amazing!

Room was so nice and clean. Jacuzzi tub was amazing! Check in and out easy. We had a good time with the kids in the pool. Pool was clean, and warm. Out door hot tub was perfect!!! Definitely will stay again, close to down town so it was easy to Uber back from the bars.

The place is nice, clean, and had good amenities. We enjoyed the pool, and the slide entertained older children/young adults/adults. The holiday decorations were lovely, and provided a nice atmosphere, and nice photo ops. The fitness center was too hot, though, but the center itself was well-equipped. I loved the mattress, and I like that their was a top cover over the quilt, so I would feel comfortable sleeping under a clean quilt.

hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful. i expected the same old hotel room. the room we were in had it's own little living room area. it was kind of like a mini apartment. we were able to sit there comfortably with friends we were with and socialize

The staff was wonderful. Very quick check-in and check-out under stressful circumstances. Enjoyed the upper lounge over looking the pool. The room was nice but could have used some updates to the bathroom. Nice amenities such as microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Overall very nice time.

Stayed with my two kids for a little getaway. The pool was great for kids ages 1-10. Both of my kid's enjoyed the pool. I was able to relax upstairs in the cabana while they wore themselves out. The rooms were nice and very clean. I was on the floor with a lot of families and I heard nothing! The rooms are pretty sound proof. The food from ground round was decent but we had quite a few other options from surrounding restaurants that delivered. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel for our sixth anniversary. My wife and I both loved the room and hot tub that was part of this room. We were able to enjoy our time away from our kids with little worry about anything but each other.

My boyfriend has been staying at this hotel for the last three weeks for work. I visit him once a week and absolutely love the hotel. The room is very clean with super white bedding, white robes and towels. Our room has a microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge. These amenities really help when people are staying for long periods of time in a hotel. We started to have a routine by enjoying dinner at Ground Round, which is connected to the hotel and has the best burgers. Then we would put on our white robes that are provided and head to the pool area to relax in the hot tub till it was time for bed. Their pool area is very clean and stocked with towels. They also have a hot tub inside and outside the pool area. The facility is nice and quiet, I can't hear others while I'm in my room. I would suggest for such a nice hotel they could offer a complementary breakfast starting at 5 AM for people working out of the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and amenties were abundant.I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area. The bartenders were great at the Ground Round and pool was very clean and well maintained.

Where do I start? It's been 10 years since staying at this property and WOW has it changed for the better. Smartly recently re-done sleeping rooms. Held a small event with some friends fighting a common goal in support of the MS Society. Super helpful managers and staff all around. Shout out to Ryan and James for taking care of every last request.

This is a great hotel; clean, very nice rooms, restaurant attached (good food and prices), friendly and helpful staff. The rates are good too! This is the place that makes my travels enjoyable. If one has time, there are many places nearby to visit too.

We visited Best Western Resort in Neenah, WI as a family of 4 with a 1 year old pug for 2 nights and were very impressed! Upon check-in all of the staff had masks on and were following all sanitation guidelines. The hotel room was VERY clean and well maintained. We were impressed with the no room service due to the Coronavirus, but were encouraged to reach out if we needed anything. As far as pet-friendly rooms go, it is the best we've ever stayed in. Best Western clearly has cleanliness and safety of it's guests at top of mind! If you need to travel to Neenah, WI we would highly recommend!

The room was very spacious and nice. Good size bathroom also. Couch was not comfy at all though... really the only complaint we had. Very nice and friendly staff. Restaurant was nice and staff there was very friendly also.

Appearance was awesome! No complimentary breakfast which we're used to, but Denise our waitress at breakfast at restaurant did an outstanding job! She couldn't have been any more helpful. People like her are very rare!!!

We have stayed at this resort a few times twice for a wedding. It just does not seem that it is quite as nice and clean as it use to be. The kids did enjoy the pool area. They loved the small water slide.

Extremely clean. Restaurant staff and front desk staff were very friendly. We were very happy to see all staff wearing masks for our protection. We wore ours as well. Restaurant had outdoor dining options. We loved the option of the 1 bedroom suite so we could separate us from the grandkids when they went to sleep.

I absolutely loved my room and enjoyed my stay so much that I did not want to leave. What a beautiful suite and fun hotel to stay at, I would highly recommend everyone enjoy it once in their lifetime.

The hotel is extremely nice. The shower and bed were one of the best that I have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Restaurant food and service was exceptional. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

During this time (COVID-19), Staff is reduced and I realize they have more to do as they are working for a could people but the friendliness and cleanliness as well as just positive and upbeat service to help and accomodate were very reassuring.

Property was very clean. Rooms are very nice and spacious. All updated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our children even said the pull out couch was comfortable. Pool and outdoor hot tub area were very clean.

Well-appointed, modern, clean king whirlpool room with large wall-mounted articulating flat-screen TV and electric fireplace. Two large rainfall shower heads. Quick check-in by friendly front desk clerk.Took advantage of attached restaurant/bar after arrival and again for breakfast. Loved the hard surface faux-wood flooring, but if traveling with a 4-footed furry friend you might want to bring a yoga mat or similar for traction. Despite that challenge "Buddy" loved the canine cookie treats from his new favorite front desk clerk. We attended an event in the main ballroom, but the hotel also features several other meeting spaces/rooms in variable sizes. There is also a large indoor pool area that appeared to be quite popular with families. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend's wedding was on site and we requested early check in so we could drop our bags off before the ceremony. The staff allowed us to check in 3 hours early which was so lovely! The room was pretty nice, and it was clean! Only negative was the the room service left something to be desired. Our food wasnt really warm and the milk wasn't really cold.

Enjoyed our stay at the Best Western, and the fact they are pet friendly was the deciding factor. We would not have gone on vacation if we could not bring our senior springer spaniel with us. The hotel and resturant are world class in our opinion.

We had a very relaxing and fun weekend here. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful. The pool area was very nice, something for everyone. We ate in the restaurant three times and the food was always delicious.

We stayed overnight for the Murder Mystery. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy and two big screen TV's was a plus. Too bad there were no movie channels, though. I don't think we've ever stayed in a hotel that didn't offer movie channels. Hopefully that's something they're working on getting. Two hot tubs sounded like heaven to us. Unfortunately, the outdoor hot tub jets were so wimpy, they barely worked at all. We went inside to try the indoor tub, and everyone was getting out because it was dirty. I'm sure there must have been a malfunction, because by the looks of the pristine hotel, I'm sure everything is well taken care of. The Ground Round is our favorite restaurant. We stop whenever we're in town. So for the hotel to be connected to it was a win/win. They make the best maple old fashioneds, and this time I tried the blueberry and it was amazing. Even with the few less than ideal situations, this place still gets a five star review. We can't wait to come back next year!

This is my hometown. To stay here is costly, unless it's in the winter. The restaurant is just ok if you're in a pinch. The pool is nice if you can get up early before anyone else gets there. Rooms are laid out weird and no fan in the bathroom, which was annoying . The staff was great.

Great service with very friendly staff. Clean and updated rooms. I often get upgrades and really enjoy the layout and large space that is available. Excellent rate. Love the fitness and indoor swimming facilities.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a friendly staff. The bar & restaurant are great as are the sundry store, the free coffee and fresh water. Add cookies late in the day, what more could you need? The swimming pool, especially the special one if you have kids is fabulous. There is a workout room, hot tub, and adult pool. When we were there the weather was cold, wet, and snowing. No need to leave the hotel for anything except relaxation.

Great place, great value! Pool, workout room with meeting rooms for Business Events. Rooms are big and clean with a staff that's ready to help with any of your needs. The bar area was nice and not over prices like most places that I stary at. I'm looking forward to mt next visit.

Outside hot tub is amazing! Confusing at first but amazing! Loved it! Kids have a blast inside with the slides and mushroom in the kiddie pool and a big slide on the side is super cool! Great place to stay I will definitely be going back!

All around a great stay. Went to use the indoor swimming pools with our daughter which was perfect for our 3 year old as it offers a variety of different things in the pool area. The rooms were the most impressive part of the trip as they are recently renovated. Rooms are big, comfortable, and the suites have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and stove top. Overall a great experience. If there was a con for the trip it's the fact they do not offer free breakfast as most best westerns do. Have to pay for the breakfast in the restaurant. Overall great stay and we plan on visiting again in the future

So booked this hotel back in September for our family Christmas get together. We booked 4 rooms. 4 days before our stay they called us and told us they were not gonna give us our military discount on all 4 rooms because we were not staying in all 4 rooms. Even though we had other military people (family) staying in the other rooms. After frantically explaining to them they should have mentioned that back in September they agreed to honor the original price quote. Then when we arrived they only had one room ready. We had to wait an hour after checking time to get the other rooms. Then the handle broke off one of the rooms door trapping my claustrophobic daughter inside. For all that they gave us a coupon to use at their over priced restaurant. They DO NOT have the continental breakfast anymore either. I'm not sure what you even get for coming here other than a very overpriced room that you have to be silent in after 10:00 pm.

Calling this property a resort is kind of a stretch unless you are a small or midsized child. The pool are looks bigger in the photos then it really is. Small kids love it! The older ones, not so much. The workout area is well appointed and open all the time. The elevators work well and placed appropriately in the hotel. Check in was awesome & smooth. Plenty of parking and having the ground round restaurant attached to the hotel for dinner and breakfast. The room was very clean and all worked spot on. Hotel was almost empty so it was real quiet. Check out was smooth and quick. I'd stay again if in the area. Kudos!

This is a great hotel and restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is iffy. Lounge and restaurant managers are helpful with arranging a shuttle to the Packers game. Best hotel for shuttle service, small shuttle and you don't have to worry about driving.

Booked two rooms here for a "murder mystery" dinner event. This property often holds concerts and performances on weekends, so we wanted to try one out. We enjoyed the "murder mystery" show and the dinner was excellent. All in all, this is a great full-service facility, located at a golf course with a great pool, all-season outdoor Jacuzzi, pickle-ball/raised tennis courts, adequate fitness center, the conference center, plus connected Ground Round restaurant. From previous dining-only visits, we know that this is the world's best Ground Round, with patio dining in summer, a fabulous fish fry on Fridays (a Wisconsin thing) and great appetizers and hors d'oeuvres during happy hour. This property is a great option for a get-away weekend, and due to an overall refresh that is being done, will only get better. Highly recommended. .

Overall, its a beautiful hotel. Great place for family vacations with an excellent pool area and attached restaurant! I do understand the need for updates and renovations, but it would have been nice to know before booking that we were DIRECTLY under it, or at least offer me a different room once I brought this to the attention of the front desk manager. I do not appreciate an 8am wakeup call of hammers and saws on a Sunday morning during vacation.

We booked 2 rooms adjoining for my daughters birthday, the staff was awesome and we had no issues at all. She had a great time as did her friends, we even shared some pizza with staff! Had a little issue at checkin but the staff fixed that immediately! Really enjoy staying here. They also remodelled and the rooms are incredible!!

Enjoyed a family weekend around Neenah and Green Bay. Hotel is still undergoing room renovations on one more floor, but we did not notice anything out of the ordinary on the first and second floors. Our rooms were all renovated and served our family well. Clean, comfortable and more bang for the buck is how I will put it. Very friendly staff, and a convenient location with attached conference area and restaurant. Will use this location in the future. Compliments to the owners and staff from our family, for their investments in the property.

The gentleman at the front desk helped us untangle a booking error made by our not so helpful booking company. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We attended a wedding reception where the wait staff was superb. Courteous and helpful.

Hotel cleanliness, appearance and staff are top of the line, very professional and personable, will always go out of their way to make you feel at home. Restaurant on site (Ground Round) has a great selection of high quality food and service is absolutely fantastic. With the on site restaurant you don't have to drive any where else after a long day at work.

The Bridgewood hotel is amazing. Comfortable amenities and large suites; accommodating staff to special requests and banquet staff that is nothing short of amazing. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the resort and had no issues and many of our 200 guests commented on the fantastic service, beautiful venue and great staff.

We came to Wisconsin for my husbands Viet Nam Veterans Reunion. The accommodations were excellent . Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor and steps away from the lobby and hospitality room that was provided for our group. Very friendly staff. The bar, patio area and restaurant were conveniently located. The food was very good. We were there for four nights and had no need to leave the premises. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Neenah again, this is where we will stay.

The Bridgewood is a great place to stay with everything you need. We love to take our grandkids there because their pool is fabulous. The separate children's pool area is perfect for the young ones. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds, mini frig, & microwave.

This place is a gem! Great rooms, wonderful restaurant on site, beds were so comfortable and staff very helpful. Went to Neenah for Granddaughters High School Graduation and were beyond pleased with this Hotel. Will stay again

Did not have our room ready for early check in like we discussed when made the reservation; when got there they offered us another room that was ready but allowed pets and the carpet smelled of pet urine.

This is a perfect relaxing place that always meets expectations. The staff is great and attentive. The rooms are clean. Everyone is always helpful and kind. If you are in the area and need a place to stay this is the best choice!

Great aquatic center. Has Indoor and outdoor hottub,, pool for adults and kids area. Had bikes to use outside on the bike path. Mini golf also. So much to do. The restaurant there was very good as well.

Great service, banquet food, cleanliness, and staff. 2 huge events going on the weekend we were there, but everything ran smoothly. Restaurant was great as well. We plan to make future trips to this area and will stay at this hotel.

Very friendly staff. It was easy to get to and very convenient for the activities that we are going to be doing. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It's nice to have a restaurant so you didn't have to leave the hotel if you didn't want to.

This is a great place to stay whether for business or vacation. Beautiful grounds, clean well lit parking. The rooms are clean and equipped mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. very large bathrooms. Indoor pool with jacuzzi, fitness room. Attached restaurant that you can access without walking outside.

Very clean and friendly people. would totally recommend. We were able to use the amenities and they were clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond to show us where things were in here. The rooms were great. Clean, quiet and upscale in my opinion. They even offer robes. Things are updated in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels for everyone to stay there. You have to pay a little more to get breakfast included but it was worth the money. If you are on a budget you do not have to do this. The conference room was great. Comfortable chairs and they did a good job of supplying the lunch and drinks. I also heard from other people that they though this place was awesome and would recommend it.

Loved our stay!! the suite was clean and very comfortable we had a whirlpool and fireplace in our room and it was nice at the end of the night of dancing at the reception to relax in the whirlpool Everyone in the hotel were so nice and friendly

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very accommodating. We came for a friend's wedding and it was a beautiful venue. The room was much nicer and larger than expected. The beds were very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed our stay! :)

EXCELLENT hotel, staff, decor and on-site restaurant. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and located just minutes away from so many things to do! The golf course and mini golf course look fun and the walking trail was great. The front desk is right on top of any problems you may have. This has become my GO TO hotel when I am in the GB area.

Sometimes the picture of pools are deceiving on how nice/large they are. This hotel really has a great setup for little kids and big kids alike. Two water slides and a pool for little ones that is only 6" to 18" deep that is as big as most regular hotel pools. Water was nice and warm. Fun Time for all in the family!

Stayed here for a wedding reception. Service was Great! Food was good. Room was clean and decorated tastefully. I would have rated a 5 except for not being told about the $50.00 incedental fee. I didn't see that till I looked at my bank account and noticed the cost was $50.00 more than my quoted price for the room. I called and they explained the charge would be reversed after a couple days but it would have been good to know that up front.

Friendly, clean, fun would definitely stay again with or without kids. Everything you need is in one place with plenty of things to do within easy driving distance. Rooms were spacious and quiet at night.

My wife and I stayed here on a Friday night in August 2019 in connection with a wedding-reception held at the facility. Everything was top-notch. The property is one of the better Best Westerns. Our room was very good - separate sitting area with a door to the bedroom along with a tv in both rooms. Facilities are super - nice indoor pool/huge whirlpool, golf course, attached Ground Round restaurant and very nice cocktail lounge. We plan on making a trip back at some point to stay for a few days so we can enjoy more of the amenities as our schedule was tight with the wedding-ceremony. One caveat, this is a busy place and our room was not yet ready around 2:30 and the wedding ceremony was on the grounds at 4pm While check-in is stated - as customary - at 4pm - we anticipated it would have been ready so we could shower and change beforehand - it was not ready until shortly after 3 so, if you are in a similar situation - you may want to call and advise the front desk a day or two ahead of time.

I stay here for one night while on a motorcycle trip. I found my room to be extremely comfortable and very clean. Have a two room suite with a king bed. It was really nice having an attached restaurant and bar. The quality of this facility was more on par with the upper end chains. Definitely the place to stay while in the Appleton area.

My room was really nice with a Jacuzzi tub and a double shower. The king size bed was very comfortable. The lobby was set up nice and plenty of room in the pools. I was here on business but will definitely be bringing my family here.

Had a great stay at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort. The golf course is quite expensive for what you get but I don't think Best Western has a word in that. Facility was clean people are great.

My family made last minute reservations after the hotel we originally were going to stay at called and said thier waterpark was down so we canceled there and booked here.. so glad we did. It has a restaurant connected which had good food. The pool area was fun and the perfect size for kids. The room was spacious and clean. I can see coming back again for a little family get away.

We stayed for just one night. Nice hotel on a golf course. Fairly easy access off the freeway with use of a GPS. Short driving distance from downtown and Lake Winnebago. We had a King Suite on the second floor. Very large suite. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Bed comfort was just ok. Was not crazy about the way the bathroom door opened into the bathroom. No tub, walk in shower. Comfy, but the walls and ceiling were both a little thin and voices from next door and walking from above was quite obvious. 10% discount offered at adjacent restaurant for breakfast. We brought muffins along and had those in our room instead. In house breakfast for the price we were paying for the room would have been nice. This was a convenient location for where we were going, but not sure I would hurry back.

I got to celebrate my friends wedding and the rooms were clean and were clean very quickly! I would not eat at the restaurant that is connected to it because not a lot to choose from but there are many restaurants close to the hotel!

Excellent locally owned hotel! Very accommodating to our last minute trip for a funeral! Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. They have some rooms that are pet friendly which we needed since we couldn't get our dog in the kennel due to the holiday and last minute scheduling due to the sudden death and funeral of a family member.

Can't wait to go again in August. My wife and i really like this place and the Ground Round restaurant. The waiters and all personnel are very friendly and polite. Sitting outdoors and having a cocktail after a bad round of golf is a perfect setting.

We stayed at the Bridgewood Resort for a wedding in the area. The bride and groom chose the hotel. We hoped to check in early to dress for the ceremony. The busy hotel could not accommodate our request but gave us options for places to change in the common spaces of the hotel. While we waited in the lobby for other family members to join us, the cheerful front desk staff talked with the housekeepers and they graciously got our room ready in about 30 minutes even though we didn't press the issue. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and just perfect for us with a separate living area from the bedroom. We would recommend the hotel highly.

Fantastic hotel, impeccably clean, amazing service. This is the cleanest hotel in my travels. The restaurant and amenities of the hotel provide all you need during your stay. I also love the added touches like having Robes in your room.

Was there over Mothers Day Weekend for the Neenah Soccer Tournament. This is our favorite hotel. The pool area is great, including the upstairs lounge area, so parents can keep an eye of the kids while staying out of the immediate pool area. There were perhaps 30 - 40 folks in the pool area on Saturday afternoon, various ages, and ALL were having fun. Little kids, big kids, and adult kids. The rooms are well taken care of. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of outlets around the room to charge electronics. Staff is excellent. Lots of friendly faces, very willing to help out in any way needed. We will be back. We have yet to use the mini or the 9 hole golf course. The bikes look fun as well.

We had never stayed at this Best Western before. My Niece got married at the resort and had a block of rooms reserved so we got one. What an awesome place to stay! All of the hotel staff were VERY friendly and helpful! From the staff at check in to the maids and wait staff at the Mothers Day Buffet! Even though there were many kids in the hotel because there was a soccer tournament in town, our room was very quite! We had a business class king room. It had a tv, sofa bed couch and comfortable chair in the front room. My husband had a cold and was snoring so I tried out the sofa bed and it was comfortable. The middle room had a large bar type sink area with a coffee maker, microwave and fridge and an in room safe. The bathroom had a very large shower but no tub. Bathrobes were supplied and the room had a make-up mirror and hair dryer. The hotel also supplies an ironing board and iron in the closet. I did not really care for the iron because it was very tippy and kept falling over when I was not using it, so watch yourself! The back room had a king sized very comfortable bed with lots of pillows and another tv which is always awesome, especially if you have two people who want to watch different things or kids. We walked to the Ground Round resturant, which is attached to the hotel and had breakfast. The food was great and they had a full menu of specials for the month of May, including Mothers day free drinks, Happy hours and taco buffets. The hotel gave us a 10% off coupon for the resturant for staying there. We also got a coupon for a percentage off the golf course which is also right there. The Hotel had a HUGE Breakfast buffet for Mothers Day on Sunday so we got reservations for that and it was AWESOME! I was told by the staff that they have large buffets like this often for holidays and they are always Special! The cost was around $25 per person but with the selection and quality it was worth the price! They even had a small seperate buffet set up with kids items! How neat is that! The wait staff in the buffet was Over The Top Excellent! Our waitress was Sophie but we were checked on by Trevor and Landon also and I think we were actully seated by one of the heads of the hotel! Everyone was so friendly and you could tell they wanted our experience to be Great! I have to mention the gal who preformed my Nieces wedding also. I did not get her name but she was also one of the hostesses in charge of seating at the buffet. When we came down to register for the buffet she recognized me from the wedding and knew my name even though we were not introduced! That kind of dedication needs to be recognized in your help if you work in hospitality!! I also need to mention that the hotel is pet friendly which came in handy because my niece had her two dogs in the ceremony and then kept them in the room overnight. They also gave my son who is a volunteer fireman and first responder a large discount for his room! I Love to see a business that is community minded! I do believe this will be our new go to for the Appleton area! Thank you so much for a GREAT weekend!

My husband and I took a night out of town to explore the local brewery's and brought our two dogs with us for the night. This hotel was amazing, we have two large breed dogs a boxer mix and a lab mix both well over 65lbs! This was no issue for our hotel stay, first floor room was provided close to the exit area for dogs to use the restroom. Most hotels only allow small dogs, limiting our travels most times best western was very accommodating

Definitely the best property -- all brands considered! - in the area! Beautiful property; close enough to '41 to be convenient, but far enough off the highway to be quiet! Love the golf course surroundings and super-friendly staff!

Woke up in the morning a watched the ducks swim in the pond. Very peaceful place to stay. Bed was comfortable and the room clean. Nice walking trail. Easy access from the freeway. Great centrally located location.

I stay at this hotel frequently and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure my stay is comfortable. Housekeeping also does an excellent job.

I travel to Neenah WI for work and this is a wonderful hotel. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant, the Ground Round, attached to the hotel. They have a work out room, indoor pool and indoor/outdoor whirlpool. All staff very friendly, and nice property surrounding hotel with walking trails. I always try to stay here when I visit.

My favorite hotel and I'm not easy to please. I usually only stay in Marriotts but this particular BW is even better. Comfy beds, great restaurant and room service. And the pool is great for kids of all ages with a wading pool with small slide and water features and the larger pool with water slide and basketball hoops. Grandkids love it here!

We went to the Bridgewood Resrt and Hotel Center to celebrate our grandsons 18th birthday. We had a great time. The front desk made sure we were all on the same floor and close to each other. We had our 2 sons and daughter and their families as well. Everyone had a great time. The rooms were clean and close to the indoor pool area. We have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. Our youngest son even got married there. It was to early to golf but the course is a lot of fun if you go there in the summer. We will be back again.

The night desk clerk was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The hotel is clean, cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Close to everything but nature surroundings.

Our family has stayed at this Best Western twice in the past 8 months and it is a great deal. You get a very clean and comfy hotel room with a wonderful pool, water slide, and splash pad area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property is consistently very clean and the restaurant attached is a Ground Round. They have simple and tasty food options for reasonable prices. When we need a family getaway, this is our go-to spot. The price is reasonable and it is a great property.

We love this hotel! The staff is always friendly and attentive. The rooms are always clean. And, the reception/banquet room is perfect! The attached Ground Round is an added bonus - great breakfast options in the morning and lots of fun at the bar at night!

Clean, comfortable hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Was there for my sons wedding and they tried to give anything we requested. Early sign in is a big help. If you think you wont be able to leave by the usual check out time then request a late check out.

We stayed at the Best Western because we were attending a fund raiser at the hotel. The food, drinks and atmosphere at the fund raising event was awesome and our room was great. We ate breakfast at the Ground Round which is located adjoining the hotel. We received a coupon to receive 10% off your meal. However, they also have a senior meal section that was very economical.

We had a great experience , rooms were big, clean, and smelled good. I always check the bed sheets and they were clean. The lobby area is very welcoming, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings, and ladies, they have NORMAL toilet paper, 2 ply and soft!

Hotel was clean and inviting. The room was laid out well and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. Usual the restaurant associated with a hotel is pricey and the food is not that good. At this hotel the restaurants food was very good and reasonably priced.

We had SUCH an incredible time with our family at this hotel. The mini-waterpark is a blast, with huge indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pool with basketball hoop, water slide, and wading pool for wee ones. This area was super clean, which I'm sure is difficult with the large number of people using it. There were plenty of towels and I saw staff check in multiple times in the time we spent there. Our room was also remarkably clean and comfortable. The staff we interacted with was very kind and helpful. I can't think of a single downfall to this hotel, and I'm so happy that we happened upon it. We will definitely be back.

Have been wanting to stay here since I live so close and they offer great service and a whirl pool room with a sun room. This room was quite amazing but seemed out dated and little dirty/ dusty. The whirl pool's jet's were dirty because black stuff came out when we put them on. Pretty gross. Over all stay was very nice.

Excellent. Stayed here multiple times for business nearby. Rooms always clean. Great restaurant attached. Staff very accommodating, close to shops, downtown Appleton, tons of restaurants within 5 minute drive. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice for our wedding venue. We had the entire wedding day on site at the hotel in the ballroom and cobblestone street area. It was absolutely fantastic and everything we were expecting and more. I would highly recommend this venue for any family get together.

The staff of the Bridgewood Hotel and the adjacent Ground Round restaurant are extremely friendly and welcoming, I have had the pleasure of staying there 20 out of the last 30 days, and look forward each Monday to seeing the folks that have make me feel at home, every time I stay. The accommodations compare to hotels at a much higher price point, and the service is second to none.

We were delighted with the hotel (spotless clean, friendly staff) until next morning. When I went swimming (8:10 am) there was a strong, burning smell in the pool area. The kids pool was being cleaned with hydrochloric acid, the workers were using masks, yet the area was still open to guests! I can't decide what is more worrying: the disregard of guests' safety, that such maintenance was done on a Sunday morning, that reception didn't know about any safety issues, or that the manager wrote back to me saying he “was not aware of any chemicals being sprayed”! By the time the receptionist called to say it was safe to go to the pool (9:30 -- was it really safe?) we were packing. We chose the hotel because of the so-called aquatic center, so I could do laps in the morning. In fact, a day or two before we arrived I received a call informing that the kids pool would be closed, which didn't concern us; no word about Sunday morning. Had we known we could have chosen a different hotel, or I could have gone swimming earlier (I was awake at 6.30 am). Really disappointing.

I planned a weekend for our family of 4 adult children and their families at the Bridgewood Resort. All rooms were the king suites, which were the same price as double, but having the suite, we could gather and then head out for dinner. The next morning, we all met for breakfast at the attached Ground Round Restaurant before heading home. It worked out so well, we'll try it again next year!

If you are staying here to use the little kids area of the pool make sure you call to see if it is open as it was closed for repairs when we were there (12/26/18). We were disappointed about this area being closed as we traveled specifically to this hotel to use this, and there was no communication on social media, website, email etc regarding this area being closed so we were a bit frustrated. The general manager did reach out to us and explained the situation so we appreciated that. Overall the rooms are okay and big, they have plans to renovate in the future. Whirlpool in the room is basically a mini hot tub which was nice, and the shower was nice as well. We would consider staying again after they renovate, but we would call ahead to make sure the pool area was in working order. With the restaurant on site it is a good hotel for families which we enjoyed. During the summer it seems like the have more outdoor amenities as well.

Communication is key. When booking I called and was placed on hold, call dropped so I just booked online and called back. Was visiting a relative who was placed on hospice care the day prior. Family wanted us to visit so we booked last minute and I verified by phone that all was set. I was not informed about a room charge for an upgrade. Front desk attendant made it sound like it was not a full hotel, and it was a kind gesture. I was anticipating a bill for 94 and tax, not 172. I couldn't even do anything about it upon checking out because only one staff member was working and had a ton of customers at her desk so I just left. Things that would have been nice to know, the pool was completely shut down. Not accessible. Very disappointing, was looking forward to a dip on Christmas eve. When my husband went down to the desk around 915-930 no one could be found. He ran a bell...waited longer, nothing.Other problems,Room 1046 is really drafty near the windows.The refrigerator does not have a dial to adjust, it felt warm inside with no way to keep our food cold we took it back outside. Thankfully it was cold enough outside, things just froze in our trunkExtremely disappointed in our second visit here. Probably will not book again.

This hotel is just a bit off the main roads, but it features an indoor pool, mini golf course, and onsite restaurant. The onsite restaurant was not only convenient, but also delicious. I recommend the sirloin tips! The rooms were spacious and had all the things you need when staying away from home. Every hotel employee I encountered was helpful and friendly. If you're traveling with kids, this hotel would work well. If traveling with your partner, ask about the rooms with the fireplace and Jacuzzi tub :)

The complimentary room upgrade was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. The king bed, hot tub/jacuzzi, fireplace and extra room was enjoyed and made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Our stay was in conjunction with our Christmas Party also being held there and the food, beverage/bar and service was unsurpassed and would recommend staying there and will be back.

Everything was nice in this hotel! Stayed one night in the family suite which had two beds in one room, and a king in the other. Also had a couch in the living area. Had a mini fridge, and a microwave in the living area as well with a dining table and chairs. Overall a great layout save one detail. Only one bathroom in the suite. Five adults sharing one bath is a hassle when you are trying to leave at the same time in the morning (or when you arrive after a long car ride). Probably would just get separate regular rooms next time. The pool area was clean and very nice. Wished I had more time to spend there and look around a bit. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel so that my husband and I wouldn't have to drive home after a wedding. The hotel was lovely. Our room was quite nice, the bed was comfortable, and free WiFi is always a plus. We did visit the restaurant during happy hour for a quick drink and a snack. If I need to stay in Neenah again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I sent my wife to a local hotel for a weekend to get away from the normal rigors of life and so she could enjoy some relaxation and alone time. The booking process and correspondence with the hotel was very efficient. I asked for a suite with fireplace and whirlpool, which was exactly what she got. She certainly had a restful weekend. Unfortunately, the rest wasn't all night as she said the bed was quite uncomfortable. We stay in a lot of hotels so I feel we can judge beds, so this was obvious a negative. And I told her this weekend was about not doing anything! So I told her to get room service for meals, and definitely a breakfast in bed. But, the two meals she ordered were lukewarm at best. Halfway through the meals, the food was nearing cold. The fireplace was really nice, but the wicker chairs were only adequate for a short period of time. If you ask me, a nice fireplace should be paired with a soft chair to sink into. The shower, however, was amazing! So good that she suggested I come check it out, and I was tempted. Overall, service was good. Room was very clean. Just not as comfortable for a full weekend of relaxation.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Fox Valley. They have friendly and attentive staff members, have great amenities (restaurant on site, fitness equipment, complimentary wi-fi), and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We had a blast - kids loved the pool, two hot tubs, water slide and the kiddie pool. They swam for HOURS! We all enjoyed the fact we could eat and drink upstairs in the pool area. The hotel had happy hour for the adults which was also a bonus. The rooms were clean, spacious, etc. Great stay.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our wedding reception and are still so amazed at how wonderful they all made it! Everyone at this resort was so wonderful and kind! The supervisors went out of their way to make sure we were totally satisfied with everything during the whole weekend. Mary, our wedding coordinator, was great to work with! She went through all the details of our wedding to make sure it was absolutely perfect! She set up our decorations, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond with making our special day the best. All of the food, from rehearsal dinner to dinner at the reception to breakfast the next day at gift opening was sooo good! All of our guests were in love with the resort and said it was such a lovely place to have our wedding! The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. The whole weekend went smooth and without any hiccups. I could go on and on about how wonderful this resort is!! Thank you everyone at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel for all that you did to make our wedding the best!

After a missed connection, and then a 3 hour business dinner, this was just what I needed for a good night sleep. The hotel was nice and quiet, and the front desk staff was great. My TV remote control was not working when I checked in, and they came up about 2 minutes after I called, with 2 different remotes (in case one of the replacements did not work either). They also have delicious cookies at the front desk for when you check in. The hotel room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The shower was great. I really enjoyed the oversized showerhead, which produced great water pressure. Lastly, I have not been to a Ground Round since the 80's, and it was really nostalgic to eat breakfast there in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Neenah and Appleton area.

Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean! We had a great view looking over the golf course, and the fall colors were awesome. We also had a corner room and found it to be very quiet, even though there was a large wedding going on in the event center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great coffee service in the main lobby, and I was impressed that there was even room service available. The hotel is connected to the ground Round with a very well themed walkway. Oh, and we even had bathrobes!! We were in town for a concert in Oshkosh, and it was so easy to hope on the freeway and get there. The pool area looked great for kids, we would have used it if we had more time. Also, the outdoor hot tub looked so inviting!!This hotel was one of the nicest that we have ever stayed at and will certainly return next time we are in the area!

Very nice room, couch and chair showed wear but they were okay. Air conditioner was very loud. Staff is very nice! No free breakfast, but they do have room service for breakfast, or a small discount at restaurant. Treats for my dog. Dog bed and dog bowls, a nice touch. No bathtub but bathroom was large and nicely decorated. WiFi is a little slow. Rain shower head, and good size bathroom. Expensive for a Best Western. There was bottled water in the room, usually as a platinum member I get water free at checkin, didn't realize they were $2 each until after we drank 2 of them. No mention of my best western rewards at check in or check out.

We came to Neenah to visit with our daughter and fiancé. I researched on here to find a decent hotel that accepts dogs. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I knew it would be good but it was amazing!! The check in was seamless and my dogs were given a little goodie treat bag. The room was huge and immaculate. There was even a dog bed provided and dog bowls. We had a beautiful view of a lake and a field. Rooms were quiet. Beds super comfy. We ate in the restaurant attached 3x! Once for lunch, happy hour then at breakfast. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. I even used the pool which is great! Every time we visit our daughter, we will stay here. Came into town to meet New Grandbaby. Looking for a hotel to take the oldest swimming. So glad I ran across this hotel. Love it, Beautiful resort, rooms where big. Swimming area was awesome for little and big kids. Over all it was a very nice trip and the cost wasn't bad at all. Very reasonable for what all they had to offer.

This hotel is great! From the staff to the comfortable beds you can't go wrong! I had quite a few questions and Jackie from the front desk was so accommodating. The outdoor hot tub was also amazing. I have no complaints and if you want a family friendly hotel this is a great choice

The crew is awesome. I have to travel to Neenah for work and stay at BWP regularly. Mark, Kim, Chase, Katie and David are friendly, and responsive. They go out of their way to make you feel like home.

If you are going to stay in the Neenah WI area make sure you put the Best Western on your hotel of choice list. This is great hotel with a remarkable staff, the attached restaurant is great and the service is fantastic.

Grandparents and 5 young children went for a fun overnight . The pool is great for young children. A child's pool area, water slide for the older kids and regular pool. You can very easily keep an eye on everyone. Hot tub indoor & out. Very clean rooms, pool area the best and easy to get to. Restaurant attached if needed. ( We did not use). Was a great overnight stay. Will recommend to everyone.

Needed a one night stay in Neenah with my grandchildren on our vacation- found Bridgewood and loved it! So clean, modern and the pool area was perfect for the kids with a waterslide for very small children and one for older kids. Plan to stay here again!

This Hotel is Wisconsin's best kept secret. You get 5 star accommodations at very reasonable prices. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are huge. The toiletries are first rate. Every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Our family stayed here while in town for a marathon race. The hotel was great with excellent breakfast, accommodations, and amenities. The kids LOVED the pool (as did the adults) and there was plenty of space for them to run around. The location is great, as it's near the highway and lots of retail. The attached golf course was a nice amenity, as was the mini-golf course (kids really liked that). Overall, a very nice stay!!

I am often on the road for several days at a time. When I stay at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel I always feel like I am coming home. It is not like other hotels where I have stayed. The accommodations are great and the staff is exceptional. Mark and Chase always make me feel like I have been missed since my last stay. The rooms are always perfect for conducting business and for relaxation. My favorite!

We have our family reunion at the hotel every year they have always been fantastic with their hosting. The rooms are clean. The pool and the hot tub's were immaculate. The management at this hotel should be commended for their hospitality to our group and also Mark Nelson who is one of the afternoon front desk agents has been phenomenal with workIng with getting everyone booked in our Block. I would recommend this hotel!! They are awesome

The food was wonderful. My husband likes the variety of fish for Friday Night Fish Fry, as does my daughter from out of town where Friday Fish Fries are not popular. We eat there almost weekly, not only on Fridays. They offer other nightly specials as well, even free snacks for Happy Hour in the bar. The service was superior to any other place I go. Dolly Jo provided us with great service, checking on us often, keeping our drinks full and offering a friendly smile.

We spent 2 nites here for a wedding in December, 2017. The room was clean and very nice. We had a great breakfast in their restaurant. The family enjoyed themselves at the pool. I am handicapped , but I had no problem getting around the venue. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is one of the better hotels I have stayed in the last year. First time reviewer but wanted to make sure everyone was aware of a great value and upscale place to stay. Priced right with good value for the dollar. 5++ rating in my book.

WOW. 1st time to this buffet. Food was top quality. Excellent selection and variety. The chocolate cheesecake was the best I have ever had. Prices were good for the value. Facilities were very beautiful and comfortably laid out. We will be back!

We all had a great stay! All the staff, especially the check in staff extremely welcoming. Planning a trip back and wouldn't want to stay anywhere. The ccommodations as well as the food were excellent.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful inside and out. It felt very homey and comfortable. I was there for business, but will return for personal in the future. Also, it was a very good value for what you get.

It is an excellent hotel within close prolixity of the Appleton Airport. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi and hotel shuttle to and from the Appleton Airport are particularly nice to have for business travelers.

Our hotel was beautiful on the outside & inside. The staff was helpful & kept the hotel running in an efficient manner. We also had a blast sitting in the hot tub & swimming in their pool. The water slide was a great perk we weren't expecting. I plan to come back again soon!

Had to asked for toilet paper and coffee for the room twice before receiving. Had to go to the lobby to request as the room phone did not work. It also snowed while we were there and they plowed the roadways and plowed in the cars that were parked. Had to get a friend to pull out one day and we managed to push out the second. This is totally unacceptable. The hotel generally seemed nice, but if something goes wrong they are not much help.

This hotel is tops. Very nice rooms and the entire hotel was clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The bar was nice and the food was excellent. Would recommend this Best western Premier Hotel to anyone who asks.

We came to this hotel to spend some time with our Grand children. We ended up having 18 inches or so of snow;-[ Although our mini vacation wasn't quite what we expected the hotel was very nice. Would recommend any time!!

I recently stayed here for seven nights to visit a family member in Neenah. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My ground floor two doubles room felt unexpectedly luxurious and had a great pond view. Due to my extended stay, the mini fridge and microwave came in very handy, as did the coin operated laundry machine and dryer. The room had my favourite Starbucks Verona coffee. Bathroom was elegant and large with high quality amenities and bathrobes. I had a few meals at the Ground Round, and was very happy with the food and service. The small sundry store had all the basic essentials. I did not try the golf or minigolf due to dismal weather, but the indoor pool are and hot tub was a welcome respite. Neenah may not be the centre of the universe, but if you have business in town, do consider the Best Western Bridgewood.

I was looking for a hotel in the Fox Valley with a nice pool area to spend a weekend with my grandchildren. l had booked a room at the Paper Valley, but changed my mind when I thought about fighting the traffic & road construction in Appleton. The Bridgewood Resort has all the amenities of the Paper Valley without the hassle of downtown Appleton. The pool area has something to offer everyone: a nice splash area for small children, a small water slide to accommodate any age, a decent-sized pool & hot tub inside as well as (my favorite) an outdoor hot tub. There is a loft area upstairs with lots of additional tables/seating as well as a small collection of arcade games, and a nice workout room. The Ground Round Bar & Grill is attached to the property and can be reached indoors. Our room was spacious and clean. I can't find fault with anything.

This is our second time staying here to relax a couple of days as we are getting to the end if a pregnancy. Both times it has been exactly what we have needed and we have felt very well taken care of. If we have another this is where we will go again. Even if we don't though we have discussed just making this place an annual family trip since it would be great for that as well.

Would stay here again, very accommodating and clean. Room was a great size, they even give you robes for the stay. Close to shopping and family in Appleton. We took our 2 year old swimming, the pool is great for the 2 year old.

Hotel is new, updated and sits on a golf course (bring lots of balls, because every hole has water). Place is really well appointed and the service is incredible. Really make business travel much more tolerable. Shuttle to/from ATW (the best airport in the country) and the managers specials and other fringe benefits make this the only place I'd consider. Still, ultimately, the staff and especially Mark and Jackie are amazing

Door handle didn't work properly on arrival. Struggled to open it upon entry. Next morning, the handle broke off on the inside and we were trapped inside. Staff did not give us an extra room or offer to compensate for the inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The facility is located in a good location and is near a pick and save for those who need to grab snacks/goodies for a trip. The pool was fantastic for our kids. There was a slide, main pool with basketball hoops, a kiddy splash pad, hot tub both in and outdoors. We would recommend this place again. The attached ground round also had good food/bar service while we stayed.

We stayed in a sun room suite and loved every minute, very comfortable beds. Clean room, friendly staff, coffee and lemon water available at all times in the lobby. Nice pool area and loved the outside hot tub!

Stayed here for two nights while on a business trip. Such a clean and quiet hotel. The Ground Round Restaurant has a great menu and delicious food. Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again.

The rooms here are phenomenal, the service was exceptional and the restaurant was awesome. I couldn't say more about the Best Western and the Ground Round. We came there to bowl and go to other bars, but we ended up staying on property the whole weekend.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds sleept like a rock. Food was good at the Ground Round. Breakfast was a bit pricey for the brunch buffet but food was good. Could have been a little warmer. Bar prices were very reasonable. All in all a good time .

Went to Neenah/Appleton for an overnight fun trip with the kids. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and was nice that there was a Ground Round attached to the hotel. Pool was fun for the kids, one who is 18 months and the other an 8 year old. Pool accommodated both well. Overall had a great stay and would recommend.

Hotel with class and small water park attached to keep kids happy. Clean, friendly, comfortable stay. We had a great time here and will be back. The kids loved playing in the water what a great way to spend a weekend.

I attended a training conference at the hotel earlier this month. The Front desk staff, banquet staff were all great to interact with. I was also able to interact with the GM who seems to be a very dynamic individual that keeps everything running very smoothly. The food was good, and I will definitely be returning!

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. Our overall impression is that it's well kept and generally very clean. The hotel has a large indoor pool area that includes a dedicated area for the kids and a small water slide. There's also an outdoor hot tub that's open year-round and presents a unique challenge to anyone wishing to venture outside during the Wisconsin winter. The only issue that we have ever had in our stays is the groups that are leaving the wedding receptions (or whatever event is being held in the banquet hall) can sometimes be rather loud as they pass through the halls and enter/exit their hotel room. This hasn't been a huge disruption to us, but if you're a light sleeper or traveling with kids... it could be potentially be an issue.

Stayed here on many occasions, the rooms are great, no question. The breakfast is not to my liking. They used to have a buffet which was fine. But now it's a menu selection. The on property bar Ground Round is pretty cool, usual US sports bar with decent food and the benefit is you don't need to venture outside when is minus 30 c.

A very nice hotel, with wonderful staff, everyone is so helpful and friendly. It is the ONLY place will stay it when in the area. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, it usually takes me three nights to adjust myself to sleep on hotel beds, but not here, a great nights sleep on the first night!!! One complaint I have is that the air in the room was very dry, some sort of humidifier would really help during the winter months . When you stay, be sure to stop in at the attached Ground Round for a great meal, and a drink or two in the lounge/bar. The staff at the bar is outstanding, they treated me very well. One server in particular that I really enjoyed was a young lady named Nicole, very attentive, cheerful, and professional. It is rare to find a place with such great staff AND service!

When I think of the Best Western brand, I typically don't associate it with the utmost in quality but this property is different. The staff is obviously well trained to anticipate customers' needs and always provide a can-do attitude. Have already spoken to a half dozen friends about the positive experience we had at the Bridgewood Resort.

Great mini vacation. Love the hotel but housekeeping was running slow. The pool area was great and the food at the restaurant was as well. Loved the weekday taco and nacho bar. We will definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel super last minute for my birthday weekend. We got the jacuzzi tub room and it is amazing! Huge jacuzzi tub, separate couch & living room area, fridge & microwave, huge and comfy bed! Absolutely perfect. Hotel connects to the ground round restaurant so really there's no need to even leave the room.

This hotel is top notch. All staff very professional and friendly. They obviously care about their positions and all that stay there. Entire hotel very, very clean. Rooms are super nice, quite and beds are wonderful. Hotel is very quiet as well. Hotel offers management reception on Tuesday and Thursdays which is a very nice treat! I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling on business or personal reason. I will definitely stay there again!

The room was great and the view of the golf course was very nice. The food was cold and they failed to pick up the breakfast in bed order that was placed on the door. When I placed a verbal order in the morning they got it wrong and missed an item. The food came in clear plastic containers with no tray. It also came with no silverware so by the time that came the food was cold. They blew the food experience. The room itself was perfect.

Exceeded our expectations! Rooms, restaurant, and staff are all so wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable beds! We look forward to our next stay here. Our absolute favorite hotel/resort!

Great hotel. A little hard to find especially in the dark when its raining, but since we had stayed there about 2 years ago, we didn't have too much of an issue. The hotel staff always greets you when you enter the door. The hotel is clean and modern. The big reason we stayed here was the pool with a kid's pool area, water slide, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. I can honestly say this is the first time I have been in an outdoor hottub when the temperature was below freezing. What a relaxing feeling! The hotel also contains a small arcade above the pool area which my kids really loved. Restaurants and a few grocery stores are just 2 blocks to the north in case you need any snacks. Great stay!

Hotel is very well kept. Rooms are huge . Staff was very helpful , overall friendly. We were there for a wedding. Kids enjoyed pool and arcade games.I loved the old city streets decor by the recipient halls. We enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel again , if ever in area.

Best hotel,in the Neenah area. Good service, good rooms and service. Good bar and great bar staff. On site gym with decent facilities but could do with updating. I use this hotel regularly and the staff always go out of the way to make me feel at home. Keep it up.

My 2 night stay was absolutely perfect. From the décor and amenities to the excellent staff - this hotel was top notch. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody nod everybody. I spend an average of 35-40 nights a year in hotels. When I'm in the Fox River Valley area, this is my hotel of choice. From the welcome by the front desk staff, to the room, restaurant, and the entire facility; I rarely feel so well treated and appreciated. I'm disappointed only when the property is sold out, and I have to stay elsewhere.

I travel a lot for business and normally stay at another 3-star chain hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the value and modernity of this hotel. It's on a beautiful lot surrounded by greenery and a lake. It is very contemporary and clean. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The Ground Round restaurant and sports bar attached to the property is very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Was there 2 nights for a business meeting and convention. From the minute you enter the grounds you notice it is beautiful and very well maintained. The hotel lobby makes a statement and is very welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and well decorated. When I opened the drapes the view was a beautiful small pond with wetland plants. The walk to the Ground Round restaurant was another surprise, faux well appointed store fronts with doors that lead to meeting rooms. The food was amazing and so good. I will always staff at this hotel when I am in Neenah or the Fox Valley.

This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff. My room were spacious and allowed plenty of room for work and sleep in spate areas. the bed and bathroom were very clean. I would stay again, and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and were very pleased with the cleanliness and decor. The banquet room and hallway were very nice, the wait staff were pleasant and the service during the wedding was great!

We really liked the big two person hot tub. The shower has double shower heads. Bath robes provided. Spacious room. The fire place is an electric faux fire place, but it adds to the atmosphere. We really liked the room.

Very nice was there for a convention and all was first class.The "Streets of Neenah" were charming. food was fine for a large group. Suite was VERY nice....Service in all areas was very friendly and helpful. Loved the water with fruit and coffee in lobby,

Very nice facility with good restaurant. Located in a golf course community. Convenient to airport and general business areas. Nice fitness center and indoor pool. Friendly staff. Conference room area setup to resemble a downtown shopping district of the past.

We stayed here as my employer paid for the room. I was asked for a credit card when reserving and also when checking in. I normally pay cash for my room, and I did ask if my card was being charged. I was told no, they needed it in case of incidentals. Found out after arriving home my card was charged $50. Made me upset as this is my debit card, will take 3-5 days to get money back. With all of the hotels I stay in, I have never had this happen to me. Would have been nice to have been told when checking in as I did ask.

We were in town for a Packers game and stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and then again just recently. Outstanding experience both times. We hope to be in the area again in a couple of years and will plan to stay at this hotel again.

The staff were great and friendly. The restaurant and Lounge were great.The food was great. The pool area was great. Our grandson had a great time on the water slide and he made some new friends. The Hotel is really Premier.

The outside looked wonderful and the inside was very clean and welcoming. My room was great. The bathroom was pristine. If I come back to Neenah, I would stay here again. It was in the perfect spot to attend a conference.

This property in Neenah is exceptional. The rooms were up to date, clean, and well appointed. The staff was very welcoming and met all of our needs. While booking what was at first three rooms, the reservation staff actually steered me to reserve a single room and a suite as it would be more cost effective. In addition they asked in advance if I needed another cot or crib! Usually I have to ask, but they did so. In addition when I inquired as to pet friendliness, they asked if I needed a dog bed and bowls for food and water - NO ONE has ever provided that level of pet friendly service. LOVE THIS PLACE!

The property was clean/efficient as was the hotel staff. The rate was initially more than we would spend but a last minute deal gave us the opportunity to stay. The Ground Round restaurant had great senior specials, including coffee which was a treat to the normal buffets at the competition. it also looked like it was a perfect wedding or event venue for the locals. A very enjoyable one night stay and we appreciated the extra one hour check out allowance on request.

I came in Saturday morning for some breakfast at the ground round. I was greeted at the door by a lovely girl, Grace. She had a smile on her face and i was delighted to eat here from her impression. She seated me and I had an awesome server, Alisha. She too had a nice smile and was very caring about me and my family, making sure we had everything we needed to eat our meals. Two very nice girls to have at this restaurant. I will come again!!!

I have frequented Bridgewood's Sunday brunch multiple times over the past few months and am never disappointed! The food is always exquisitely prepared, the menu has varied every time I have been there, and it is reasonably priced ($15.99). The server we had today, Sam, was extremely friendly, attentive to our needs and provided the high level of service I would expect at this type of establishment. Actually, the entire staff was exceptional, including the hostess greeting us and the omelet chef. A nice touch that added to the experience was the string ensemble playing background music. I would definitely recommend checking this out!

The staff was very accommodating at letting us check in early as we had a wedding that day. Several parties that were there for the wedding were also able to check in early. The staff was very friendly. The room was excellent and very spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a wonderful stay at BW Premier in Neenah, WI. The staff there was fantastic, friendly and felt at home. Hotel was clean and welcoming. The short indoor walk to Ground Round was great for food and drinks specials. Had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. Manager Meeting Happy Hour was delicious and a nice way to meet staff and managers of hotel.

Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort is a must stay! Amazing staff, clean facility, great dining options, managers reception to help unwind and driver to help get you to where you need to be without hassle of car rental. Business or fun...GREAT place to stay!

This is a great motel, with very nice amenities. Our room had a fireplace and whirlpool tub, with microwave and refrig. The bathroom had double shower heads. And sits right on a golf course. So really really great; almost! Noise from the golf course maintenance started early Sunday morning. Bothersome. But much much worse was the low water pressure. Forget that there were two showerheads. Trying to get one to have enough pressure was a problem Saturday, but Sunday morning nothing at all. Apparently the hotel knew there was a problem, but nothing said to us. And no offer of extension for checkout, although getting a shower (much less a whirlpool bath) was out of the question most of the morning. Terrible experience with that! But the room really was very nice, especially for the price. Will go back when the chance offers, and hope that they have the water pressure fixed.

Stayed at the hotel for convenience while attending a conference, but had an unexpectedly luxurious room. A TV/ living area completely separate from the bedroom, as well as a separate large kitchen area with sink, microwave, and refrigerator made things nice to unwind with a late dinner in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, with different firmness among the many pillows to choose from.

Exceptional Service, room amenities and hotel facilities. Included shuttle service made getting to and from the hotel exceptionally easy and convenient. The property is fantastic, well maintained and very friendly staff. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling either on business or with a family. I stayed in a King Suite with a kitchenette, made my stay really convenient and comfortable.

I would highly recommend Bridgewood Resort for business, pleasure or conference. I attended a conference there and found it very comfortable and convenient. I also attended the Packer Game and think you might consider staying at Bridgewood. It is just a short ride to the game.

Friendly & helpful staff....clean & comfortable accommodations. We were at a Packer game in Green Bay and didn't arrive at the hotel until 1:30 am. We were pleasantly surprised and the size and comfort of the room. Hotel staff at both check-in and check-out were very pleasant.

The room was excellent. The setting was great. Only complaint was that the Fitness Center was too hot to use. We were there for a family wedding and they did an excellent job with that! Great place for a family with young children(toddlers).

This hotel is Fantastic. We planned our visit after a close friend in our home town recommended it. She was right on! The facilities are clean, nice and comfortable. The staff greets you often by name as you enter and almost always acknowledges you as you walk down the halls. I've never stayed in a hotel this welcoming in all of my travels. They even provided a wheelchair for my aging Mother during our stay.

we stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was very pleasant. The pool was great to go and relax in. We had a family suite and it was very spacious and the bedrooms were great. We defiantly would stay here again.

I love to stay here when I travel to Wisconsin on business. Very clean, comfortable, great prices, good restaurant. Walking trails, fitness room, little fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This has always been a "home away from home" for us. Everyone is helpful and sincerely pleasant. Just a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. The beds, linens, cleanliness just adds to that feeling. If you are in the Fox Cities don't stay anywhere else.

You could not have asked for a better experience. From the time we booked the wedding, checked in until we checked out EVERYTHING was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A weekend stay with a group of about 40. Service was great! Food and facility was also very good. The location is a bit out of the way but once there did not need to leave. Located so part of our group could visit the Experimental Aircraft Museum and others went to the Packer Museum.

The Bridgewood Resort was very welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, they offered nightly specials and a nice manager's reception two evenings a week. Restaurant/Loounge prices were reasonable and the food was great with nice outdoor patio and firepits off the golf course. Pool area was nice mix of indoor and outdoor and a few extra amenities for young kids. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

This is one of the best hotels in the Fox Valley. The bar in the Ground Round is expensive, but I guess I'm too parsimonious. The golf course and fun things next to the hotel are fun! The pool area is great for kids. Staff is excellent. A few monor quibbles, but nothing is perfect.

We were guests of a wedding held here in August 2017. The food was good and the venue was beautiful. Our guest room was really nice and clean. Also, we were lucky to get a "pet" friendly room. This made it more convenient to attend the wedding without worrying about our dog. The staff was very friendly.

A great place to stay at!! Just remember to bring extra money for downpayment..... definitely worth the money you pay for. Will most likely go back from now on to this place if close by. Will be honest when we went to ground round there there the service was VERY poor!! Hostess nowhere to be found for 5 mins and another 5 mins no server so we left. Other then that the hotel itself was great!!

The entire staff was very courteous and was attentive to all our needs. Thanks to all the staff for making my sons wedding such an awesome event. You all made it an event i will cherish and remember fondly for the rest of my life.

Great place for one night or an extended stay. Highly recommend the Sunday brunch. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and great staff. The suites are huge and privacy is great, couldn't hear anyone else in the hotel and there was a huge wedding party staying there at the same time we did. Overall would stay there again.

Stayed for 4 nights for a business trip. Hotel staff was great, and location are far enough from noise and on very nice golf grounds. The Ground Round restaurant is always lively, and downtown Appleton is a short ride away.

Comfortable, clean and friendly. Would recommend this establishment for business travel purposes. Great staff, clean and safe. Very quite and was able to sleep the first night. Friendly atmosphere. Will visit again.

This is a home-away-from-home for me. The hotel is so nice and the staff is even better. Great rooms, food and service. I really like the unique character of the hotel. Not one of those "cookie cutter" hotels you get from some of the brands out there. I am a Minnesota Vikings fan and they made me feel very welcomed while the Packers game was on in the Ground Round. By the way...the Sizzling Steak Tips and my new favorite meal.

The room was very clean,very quiet, The Staff bent over backwards to help with anything. Mark and Deniece were extra helpful with a great big smile. If you play golf this is the place to stay in Neehah Mi.

Rooms were extremely clean, bathrooms were very very clean and the beds were comfortable. This was as close to home that we could get. Pool water was very warm and the outdoor hot tub was a bonus. We were able to stay at the hotel for the whole day and we were not bored between the little arcade, the restaurant/bar, the mini golf on site, and the pool we had so much to do!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip I had to Neenah and it was great, everything was very clean, modern, the staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I have to go back.

My niece and her husband had their wedding reception at Bridgewood. The staff was wonderful and the food delicious. Many of us stayed at the hotel and couldn't have been more pleased with accommodations. Loved that the guest room doors closed quietly. Thumbs up!

I am often taken to Neenah on business. Without exception, the Bridgewood Resort is my hotel of choice. Everything about the property is first rate. From the friendly, helpful greeting at arrival, to the comfortable room, to the correct and simple checkout; this is the best.

I found it to be the best in vicinity. The restaurant and bar are equally good and it has all the amenities you might need for a business trip of family stay. Most of the rooms face the golf course and that adds to the value as well.

My three kids loved this placed. We only live about 45 minutes away but this will be a place we come to "get away" often because by of the pool and restaurant. The pool has a nice little slide (perfect for my 4 and 6 year old) and a separate kiddie pool with small slide and other water features. For the adults a large swimming pool and hot tub (inside and outside). Great time!

I stayed at this hotel for 12 days during the month of July for the 3rd consecutive year, and I was not disappointed. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are limited laundry facilities; however, there is a Laundromat located less than 1 mile North of this property off the service road. It's a great place for families with kids too.

An amazing place to stay. Clean and caring.Pool's great. Staff is second to none. The Golf course attached is a bit pricey for the course but it being so close was a big + Nothing went wrong during my 10 day stay.

Extremely friendly, and helpful staff! The room was not the most stylish that I have seen, but it was pretty modern, and in general, NOT in need of renovation. The room also very clean and comfortable.

So we just had our wedding 7-22-17 Myranda was a very good Wedding coordinator. The hotel was very great with early check in so I could get married on time. The food was delicious for the wedding buffet I had as well as the Sunday Brunch. My niece was all excited about the Cheesecake bar. LOL. It was fairly priced. The room we had was great and big. Love the Whirlpool. Didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub, But Will plan on it for the anniversary. The shower could of had more water pressure. I would recommend this place to anyone whether it be staying for an event or even having a wedding here.

I would qualify this Hotel as Excellent, it has a lot of amenities and the service from the Hotel staff is great... Highly recommended. It is very well located and has its own restaurant and Lounge/Bar which makes it easier by having everything in one place. The different Pool areas are great to take sometime to rest and it offers as well a fitness center.

Bar restaurant connected great- nothing close by to walk you will need to need to drive. Great pool good suit rooms. I'm not sure why you have to have 200 character Bla, Bla, bla. dumb trip advisor make you have 200 before you can submit - crazy

Stayed there recently for a two day business trip. Good value for the money (I did have a special corporate rate). My room was spacious, quiet and clean. My room looked out on the small golf course - I did hear from somebody on the other side of the building that there was some roadway noise that bothered them. Restaurant on premises was fine, plenty of parking, friendly staff.

Extremely clean and comfortable! We had our dog with us....thoughtful staff offered bowls, treats, etc! Outside entrance near our room had a station with pet clean up bags! Nice touch! Nicest room we have stayed in...great value!

For a family of 6, the room worked perfectly. I wish we could have used more of the amenities on site we were just passing through. Other than not having a complimentary breakfast, this was a perfect stay.

We have stayed here every summer for 3 nights since they opened, and have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, and our room is always clean. Comfy beds and great food in the restaurant. Will be back next summer!

Was the worst stay in a best western. Had a whirlpool sweet and the whirlpool wouldn't hold water because the drain was broken. There was a dog in the room next to us that wouldn't stop barking all night. The room smelled like watered down carpet.

We have now stayed three times and each time is a wonderful experience. From reservations to convenience to clean, hospitable and inviting features, this medium priced property wins for value, courtesy and comfort. This is a perfect longer stay property for business and business with family in tow! Fun pool and game room, outdoor hot tub big enough for a few guests to enjoy at the same time- and plenty of clean towels is a plus after work. Convenient and functioning work station, restaurant onsite and both golf and mini golf. We like the folks that keep this place humming...& we will be back again!

After reading previous reviews, I was pretty excited to stay at this hotel for my overnight business trip. Upon arriving I noticed the hotel was on a golf course and was even more looking forward to my stay. I checked in to my room and made my way in. The first thing I noticed when I opened the door was that the room smelled of mildew which seemed to be coming from the bathroom. I opened up the blinds to see my view and out came to flies that had been sitting on the windowsill. Being tired from traveling that day, I went to sleep on one of the two queen beds. Fair to say I did not sleep well that night as the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Loud noises from the hallway were prevalent and tough to ignore. To top it all off, that night I noticed two fairly large bug bites on my stomach. This hotel did not match what other reviewers said and I will not be staying at Best Westerns anymore.

Hotel is quite new, very clean. Employees had fine customer service skills, always ready with a smile to help a guest with the most trivial of requests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is contemplating a stay in the Neenah area.

The trip was excellent. The room was to my standards. It was very clean. The po of was more than I expected. Did not realize they had a slide and splash pad for children. Staff were very friendly as well as the guest that I passed in the hallway.

I stayed there since I was in Neenah for training. The room was clean, quiet and had a nice jetted tub! I had the suite overlooking the beautiful golf course. I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance.

I had not stayed in a Best Western hotel for some time and this was a pleasant surprise in terms of quality and cleanliness. I wish we had a room with a king bed, but none were available, so had two queen beds. The beds were good, not great - but the room was quiet, so no problems sleeping. Staff was friendly. There is a Ground Round restaurant attached to the hotel which served breakfast - hotel provided a discount to eat there.

100% Satisfied, this is one the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The room was excellent and very clean. All granite, comfy beds and Starbucks Coffee and The location was a bit hidden but we found it with no problems. Thank you to a caring staff that truly cares about their hotel and their guests. This place is perfect for family reunions!!! Nine years in a row my family has gathered here every summer. The little ones love the pool and mini golf, the adults love the golf course but EVERYONE loves the services provided and how "new" the hotel feels. If you want to have a memorable family gathering this is the hotel to stay in the Fox Valley area. The entire hotel and conference center staff are like a part of the extended family based on how genuinely caring they are to all visitors!!! I love this hotel. My family always say this is the "best" Best Western they have ever seen!!!

We stayed for one night for a family wedding with our 3 children. The food was great and the kids had a great time in the pool area with a zero depth area for little and a slide for our older son. Our kids are all under 4. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!

We stayed for a wedding in June. The rooms were perfect and very nice. The ballroom was a good size, and had outdoor space (overlooking golf course) which was a plus. The food was ok. We would stay again.

Great place to stay with awesome hospitality! Rooms are first class with a home feeling by having bedroom and living room separate! Highly recommend this facility!!!!! A restaurant is tied to facility with great food and prices!

We stayed for a weekend while attending a friends wedding. Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Indoor pool with water slide for kids and indoor/outdoor hot tub. Gym was well equipped with machines and weights. Convenient to the ballrooms and event space...only a short walk from the hotel room. Also "attached" to Ground Rounds restaurant which offers delivery to your room, cheap happy hour and decent food. My husband played the golf course and said it was ok. 9 hole course only.

Very nice hotel with top notch amenities. I stayed for 4 nights. Housekeeping was nothing short of perfect each day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and spacious. The restaurant food was very good and reasonable. I would stay again if back in the area.

This hotel and resort is first class. As wedding guests, we enjoyed the dinner at the resort and our rooms were first class. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah.
